00:01:05.180It was a dark night for conservatives, that's no doubt.0.69
00:01:08.160But it was also a dark night for gender ideology, for those who are assaulting our kids, and for the establishment.0.63
00:01:14.380Because here in Colorado, Proposition 133, the Children Are Not For Sale Act, was a sweeping victory.
00:01:21.120We are up 60%, and the AP has already called it.
00:01:24.680Proposition 134, we are up five percentage points with only three counties left to put in portions of their vote,
00:01:31.880which means about 95% of the vote is in, and these are counties where we are winning 60-40, so we are projected to win.
00:01:40.940And then Proposition 135, the Stop Irreversible Sex Change Surgeries on Kids Act, we are up four points.
00:01:47.480Again, only three counties with portions where we are winning left to report their vote, which means we have won all three of these initiatives.
00:02:00.840That is the one that they came in with additional lies saying that everybody is going to get their genitals checked before every sporting event.
00:02:08.580I mean, that's where they came at and really tried to trick people into voting against it.
00:02:15.520I mean, they lied about everything, but this one, they very much went after you guys, that you were going to make it harder and tougher for kids.
00:09:53.780This model has to be taken throughout the country.
00:09:56.740So how do people get engaged in this now?
00:09:59.600It's not Colorado, just like they use Colorado as the test test case back in 2006 of how to take a red state with, you know, hardworking patriots and turn it into a progressive blue state.
00:10:12.300You show the opportunity of how you can take the country back.
00:10:16.160Where do people go, Aaron, for hopefully seminars you're going to put on, conferences you're going to put on, workshops you're going to put on, because you've got a ton of people out there.
00:10:25.120the people that supported you on this throughout the country, but even more throughout this nation
00:10:29.480that want to learn from you and learn the lessons of this great victory in Colorado? Where do they
00:10:34.140go, Erin? Yeah, you know, they called us the blueprint when they flipped us to a radically
00:10:39.200socialist state. Let's call this the red print. Protect Kids Colorado has flipped the script,
00:10:44.540and we want to help other states follow suit. We hope that on this dark night,
00:10:48.760we are an encouragement for all the other states who have suffered so many losses in this election.
00:10:54.480So reach out to us. It's protectkidscolorado.org. My email is just info at protectkidscolorado.org, but you can just use the contact us form and we will. We will be happy to help other states follow suit, implement what we've done. I won't sugarcoat and say that it is an easy process. It's going to take a lot of work. But if grassroots warriors will band together in the other blue states, we can watch the dominoes fall beyond what happened here in Colorado.
00:11:21.020thank you guys terrific work look forward to having you back on let everybody pile in
00:11:27.320to those uh websites right now on social media let's learn let's be students the masters in
00:11:35.120colorado are going to teach us okay we've got a lot of work to do we obviously have the oligarchs
00:11:40.880we have this entire situation in the middle east got to be sorted they have to be sorted now
00:11:45.500oligarchs got uh the data centers were a disaster last night we said they were
00:11:51.060And that led to, I think, a couple of three defeats for people that didn't get wise to this, what people want in this country and what they want.
00:11:58.960They don't want these oligarchs calling the shots.
00:12:01.340However, we've got additional issues that have to be addressed immediately.
00:12:07.700Todd, walk me through the you spent and you were with the intelligence department and with the public with the Texas Rangers of the Department of Public Safety.
00:12:16.380What has to be done immediately to make sure that we can ensure the border remains secure, sir?
00:12:24.820Well, the new governor-elect is a pretty hard left Democrat on border security and also on cooperation with ICE.
00:12:35.040She has repeatedly said that she disagrees with the idea of any resources, state resources, participating in border security with the Trump administration.
00:12:50.340Remember, Texas has the longest section of that southern border, 1,200 miles, and it's very complicated geography as well with lots of nooks and crannies all along the Rio Grande.
00:16:51.280We went through this whole thing for years.
00:16:52.800But finally, there are assets down there that support President Trump's plan of securing the border.
00:16:58.200Walk us through what those assets are and what has to be done now to make sure that when when the new governor takes office in January, that we're not we're not exposed to this massive border problem.
00:17:11.520They've already got, you know, caravans coming up. They're all excited down in Central America that the gates are open again, sir.
00:17:19.820Sure. Well, the border is quiet, but it's not dead. There are still lots of runners coming across and got away traffic.
00:17:28.200Where DPS fits in, Texas State Police fits in there, is they're running a lot of brush crews just behind Border Patrol, tracking those groups that get through the line and rounding them up and turning them over to Border Patrol.
00:17:42.920That's a very important job that they're doing.
00:17:46.960There are about 4,000 Texas National Guard down there.
00:17:52.620Maybe the Trump administration will have to nationalize them, Title X them, or just replace them with regular army who provide another very important duty of, you know, arresting, tracking groups and, you know, providing, you know, backup to the Border Patrol.
00:18:17.240There's boats still on the water down there.
00:18:20.780There's intelligence assets in six or seven what they call JOICs filled with intelligence analysts that are providing the Border Patrol with all kinds of intel.
00:18:50.140she's saying, which would kind of put Texas with its long, complex border with lots of nooks and
00:18:58.100crannies right alongside California and New Mexico, where they won't let state police go
00:19:03.760anywhere near the border. So the Trump administration should right about now start
00:19:09.840planning to lose all of that backup. I think that they should be able to hold the line
00:19:17.100for a couple of years. But after Trump leaves, it's going to be, again, if there's a Democrat
00:19:24.980in the White House, probably it's all going to be on again. And Texas is not going to be trying.
00:19:32.780Yeah. The federal government had to pick up the tab for these assets.
00:19:37.940What do you think it would be on an annual basis?
00:19:39.900I think if I remember correctly, $7 billion that the Abbott government got reimbursed for Operation Lone Star is what it's called.
00:19:55.740There's probably more money in the pipeline coming back to Texas.
00:20:01.680Texas was pretty much the only line in the sand, the defensive bulwark for a long time during those Biden years.
00:20:11.720Maybe it wasn't much, but it was the only thing that was, you know, tracking the drug traffickers and the sex traffickers and cartel people that were coming across.
00:30:20.800I also have a sub stack, Todd Benzman.
00:30:23.300It's a free subscription to get my material.
00:30:26.980toddbinsman.com is where you can find a lot of my material i work for the heritage foundation
00:30:33.440there's a page they have for me all my stuff is there as well
00:30:37.240todd thank you so much i'll talk to you after the show we'll have you back up to talk about
00:30:42.080the deportation issues sir thanks dr kim dr kim you join us on a day we all need energy
00:30:49.640not just a healthy lifestyle we need energy today field of greens what do you got for us brother
00:30:55.360how you doing steve it's uh it's crazy times i know you're busy over there probably getting
00:31:01.060questions on questions on questions um you know we've a couple we've got a couple three we're
00:31:06.380getting a couple three dr kim a couple three but hey just another day in the war room i know right
00:31:11.720you seem to get pushed i know that you've you've done so much to get your energy up get your health
00:31:17.240up and you know we've created the field of greens for that we've got a couple of new flavors that
00:31:20.900have come in so when people are looking at their you know getting their greens and their vegetables
00:31:24.920in. It's just perfect for that. I've known that the greatest feedback that we've gotten
00:31:28.420over the last couple of months is how people have replaced their afternoon coffee with Field of
00:31:32.440Greens because of the level of energy that it brings into their lives there. So they don't
00:31:36.920want to take the caffeine, but they can feel the energy from the healthy greens and vegetables.
00:31:43.420And so what we did was, hey, look, some people want the powder and they want to take that with
00:31:47.100them. But then we also, I don't know if they've sent you this yet. I know the last time we talked,
00:31:51.400But we've got new RTD cans that are slightly carbonated so people can take those on the run with them so that they can have that energy on the go.
00:32:00.380So there's a lot of things that we're doing that we're evolving, that we're pushing for everyone's health in the field of green space.
00:32:08.320And I know that we've gotten so much feedback about what it does for people in the morning when they mix it with their smoothies, when people take it in the afternoon instead of their afternoon coffees.
00:32:17.040And sometimes people just want something to end the day with with with something healthy.
00:32:23.080Just I want to make sure people because a lot of different products out on the market, a lot of them put a ton of money, billions, hundreds of millions of dollars into marketing and TV ads.
00:32:33.180Why is your process? It takes longer. It's more exacting.
00:32:37.420But why is it when you when you when you're consuming one of the products of Field of Greens, you're getting the real thing.
00:32:43.900you're getting as close to nature as you can versus other processes that some of these other
00:32:49.280some of these other products use you know when i talked to when we started this process and i
00:32:54.660talked to our manufacturer about how we're going to build this i told them no extracts i don't want
00:32:58.500any um i just don't want anyone to wonder or be curious about where this stuff is coming from
00:33:03.200and also it was really hard to flavor and there was just a whole process to it so it took every
00:33:08.420single time that we mix a new flavor together and we and we do that it's very thoughtfully done
00:33:11.720It takes about six months to get the next flavor going.
00:33:14.860And then for us, we took some time to source all of the greens and all the vegetables where it wasn't just one heavy, cheap version of a green that people just desiccated and put down.
00:33:23.360But we wanted to get the other fruits.
00:33:24.660We wanted to get veggies so that we could put that all together as opposed to putting something together that, you know, had multiple processes happening in there and where people might look at and be a little confused or didn't feel like it was something that they could relate to.
00:33:37.940So that was the whole process there was to make sure that it was clean and that people, when they took it, they understood exactly what they were getting.
00:33:47.180I want them to read the reviews, immerse themselves in all the information about the product and how you guys differentiate yourself and all the new product extensions, including the cans.
00:33:55.660Where do they go right now to do that?
00:33:57.960So they can go to fieldofgreens.com, right?
00:35:57.020they very much learned from the January 6th show trials that a lot more effort needs to go into
00:36:02.840producing this and turning it into televised hearings and making it sort of a spectacle for
00:36:07.580all of America to see. And you're already sort of seeing that in some of the discourse online
00:36:12.560emanating from Democrats, people talking about how they want to have televised trials. They want
00:36:17.860to do these show trials. We don't have time today, but it's a very interesting insight.
00:36:22.680If you watch in the 10 p.m. hour of last night's MSNOW's election coverage, when they start talking and having their discussion about the investigations that they want to conduct, who they're going to look into, start having a long-winded discussion about January 6th.
00:36:40.360And you can sort of see the threads in their mind connect to the point where what they are getting at, the signal not noise there, I believe, is that they want to do these January 6th style investigations, committees and show trials into the Trump administration.
00:36:55.280And the other thing here, Steve, like lay the flag marker in the ground right now, this is not going to be something that is just going to happen with Democrats going rogue and totally violating the power of subpoenas.
00:37:06.780Republicans are going to collaborate with them. I mean, you already have the reporting, right?
00:37:11.340Whether it's out of Hegseth's crowd, even within the White House. I mean, this is very much like
00:37:16.440Republican on Republican violence that the Democrats will be facilitating. Now, the other
00:37:23.480interesting interplay here, which I think this shows. Hang on. I just want to go back and hit
00:37:29.020rewind just for a second the um and at first as it went through they thought hey maybe it was a
00:37:37.300failure in hindsight they're looking at it as a success remember the january 6th which was a
00:37:44.540totally phony committee it's one of the reasons we didn't cooperate with them because it wasn't
00:37:48.680set up you didn't have a ranking member you didn't have minority counsel you couldn't get
00:37:52.360information couldn't cross-examine witnesses this is why cassie hutcheson's i think in matthews
00:37:57.440all these people got up there and said the craziest stuff. But they put it. Remember,
00:38:02.320they had an ABC TV producer come in. The beginning of that was all in prime time. And some of it was
00:38:08.660prime time on network, not even prime time on cable. So they had this whole thing, the whole
00:38:13.800January 6th, not the event itself, but their quote unquote investigation. What your favorite person,
00:38:20.380Benny Thompson, Liz Cheney, you know, all the Republicans went ahead, their day of infamy
00:38:25.280eventually. But it was produced like a Moscow show trail, right? As prime time, everything was set.
00:38:32.020And this is why they refused to have to follow the rules of Congress and actually have a ranking
00:38:37.880member as a Republican and to have a minority council that got all the they got all the
00:38:44.060documents in advance, got all the evidence in advance and could cross-examine witnesses. Natalie.
00:38:50.460Yeah. And it's also laying the predicate. I mean, if you listen to the way these people are speaking,
00:38:55.280They acknowledge that, you know, Democrats don't run the DOJ right now, but that they're basically laying the groundwork for if Democrats win the presidency in 2028, that they can then formally prosecute and send these people, much like yourself, right, to prison or back to prison.
00:39:10.700Some of the quotes, though, just to give people an insight into the rhetoric that's coming from this side of the fence, Jamie Raskin, an interview published 5.30 a.m. this morning, quote, we're not afraid to impeach Donald Trump.
00:39:22.520We've done it twice. Delia Ramirez, no Mark Wayne Miller. Hang on. Hang on. Hang on. This is this is after they swore time again.
00:39:31.680Oh, we're not going to preach Trump. The election is not about peaching Trump. What's the date? What's the date?
00:39:36.900What's the time code on that on that interview? So it was an election day interview, but it was published this morning.
00:39:45.240But, Steve, I will add color to that because I think this is the other interesting back and forth that you're going to see.
00:39:49.800the indivisible and blue sky crowd the very radical grassroots left kind of like the you
00:39:55.580know war room posse equivalent to the democrat party with much worse ideas is on blue sky
00:40:00.860screaming that they need to impeach trump like leah greenberg of indivisible indivisible said
00:40:05.400that's the opening tactic right that's the opening bid that's the bare minimum you're seeing sort of
00:40:10.680wish-washing come from elected democrats on whether or not they will actually impeach him
00:40:16.860Now, I'm not saying that they don't want to, but Jamie Raskin did an interview with The New Yorker, I believe it was just five days ago.
00:40:26.900But he's very mealy-mouthed in answering and wish-washy the question of if they will actually impeach Trump.
00:40:33.880Not because they will not go after him, but just like we hammered them during the first impeachments, it is sort of a distraction from the agenda that they're trying to push.
00:40:42.980So there is a lot of infighting right now among Democrats about the best way to actually pursue accountability against Trump.
00:40:52.500And if impeachment will actually be the measure through which they do, I would posit that they will definitely actually do that.
00:41:00.540The grassroots are like foaming at the mouth. It's insane.
00:41:04.920But there is some hesitation. And I think that that's the most interesting thing.
00:41:09.600like the signal, not noise, there is the shift in messaging. You have Democrats. Now, there are
00:41:15.860some radicals. Ed Markey, quote, they are going to need to plant new forests for all of the
00:41:20.000subpoenas we'll be printing, you know, stuff like that. You certainly have people promising
00:41:24.020investigations, but you hear the word investigation more than impeachment now. Impeachment is sort of
00:41:30.360loaded because there is a lot of inner Democrat debate about whether or not impeachment is a
00:41:35.960distraction from the agenda that they were elected to implement. But on the other hand,
00:41:41.240I think it's Bloomberg reporting this morning that you already have, you know, everybody who's in
00:41:45.600leadership capacities for the Democrats in Congress having meetings about which investigations. And
00:41:51.200it was Robert Garcia who's leading oversight that tweeted last night while we were live,
00:41:55.300you know, lawyer up. So. Natalie, what I want to do is we've got a cold open for you. I want to
00:42:01.260get that. We'll either do it this afternoon or work with your schedule and do it tomorrow. But
00:42:04.780I want to do a couple of segments on this.
00:42:07.200Also, what's coming in the what's coming in the lame duck, because that game has already started.
00:42:12.340You're I'm already getting messaging about what they're working on.
00:42:15.320Natalie, until that time, your sub stack, you're putting up great investigative reports every day.
00:42:19.220Where do people go? Returning to tradition here in the war room, war of impeachment.
00:42:24.500I love it. Natalie G. Winters dot sub stack dot com.
00:42:28.360Although I think I was behind the camera during war of impeachment.
00:42:31.160So I worked my way up. You were in the.
00:46:28.600Also, with flu season coming up, especially if you have young kids in schools, you know, I call them the little Petri dishes because they always pick up whatever's going around and bring it home to you.

00:46:51.260But I highly encourage you to stock up, especially in the colder months.

00:46:59.180They've got licensed medical professionals, pharmacists.
