00:01:50.760You were at the convention in, what was that, in August, that July or August, and you had a really good turnout there.
00:01:58.400Walk through how you spent the last couple of months, and I want to first lay the foundation that you were spending a lot of time with young men
00:02:06.680and addressing, speaking to them, getting feedback from them, on social media with them, so walk me through it.
00:02:13.180well steve i feared last night would happen because i've lived last night for much of the
00:02:19.840past two months traveling the country with my team mississippi i saw firsthand disaffected young white
00:02:25.360men who pledged not to vote i saw it in texas i saw it in alabama and georgia and south carolina
00:02:30.820north carolina virginia my home state of florida we saw it in the numbers last night lined up with
00:02:36.240what I saw on the ground, a 35-point shift away from Republicans to Democrats for young white men.
00:02:43.900They don't see mass deportations. They don't see the Epstein accountability. And they see
00:02:48.940a foreign war that Donald Trump swore he would not begin. And at the same time, the golden age
00:02:55.140seems to only be accruing to those who already own assets. It's not making it any easier for
00:03:00.200folks like my age or younger than me to be able to buy a home. We're seeing young people get fired
00:03:05.740from their job or not even hired in their first place because companies are using the corporate
00:03:10.220h1b pipeline to replace them and so it's pretty dire out there young people young men in particular
00:03:16.680they want an america first vision not america first in name but america first in practice
00:03:22.360give us the the general profile you know their economic condition where do they work education
00:03:30.480level um and what is and what is the basis for supporting trump in 2024 and then flipping i
00:03:39.040understand there's a war the war's had uh economic consequences to this war uh there's been others
00:03:45.820that not just um illegal immigration but particularly we've seen this in texas and other
00:03:50.160places h1b's the whole issue with student visas other things but walk through the general um
00:03:56.680economic and cultural profile, maybe social profile of the folks that you address that you
00:04:04.280feel were the centerpiece of this massive shift of all the other demographics, right? This is the
00:04:10.400most massive shift that we had, sir. It is. I was at UVA, of course, founded by Thomas Jefferson in
00:04:17.220the 1800s. I was there just last week and you had a young man who drove two and a half hours. He was
00:04:22.720a carpenter. He drove two and a half hours to hear us. And then students, of course, who were
00:04:27.380there studying economics and political science drove two and a half, or rather walked two blocks
00:04:32.100to come hear us. And so very different. But what united them, these are young patriotic men.
00:04:37.300They love this country. They got behind Donald Trump in 2024, really for two reasons.
00:04:42.780One, he was going to make this economy work for them. And two, he was not going to start a foreign
00:04:48.080war. Now, the war in Iran is really a failure on three counts, the first of which is the economic
00:04:52.520damage. You see it at the gas pump. The average American spending $22 more to fill up their tank
00:04:57.460today than they were the day before this war started. And then there's the betrayal that
00:05:01.960Donald Trump told us he wasn't going to start a foreign war. We were done with foreign wars and
00:05:05.580foreign interference. And here we are with no end in sight to this war. And the third, and this is
00:05:10.140the most piercing part of it, Steve, is that this war is being fueled by our so-called ally Israel.
00:05:17.240And so it's an indictment of the idea that there is real foreign influence in American politics.
00:05:21.620And the young men that I've spoken with as I've gone from UVA to UNC Charlotte to Clemson to Liberty to Virginia Tech to Mississippi State all over the South is that they feel the trail that the very people that got Donald Trump to victory, the young white men, that they are being silenced in favor of the AIPAC interest of the corporate interests.
00:05:43.700And they're more focused on how the economy is going to help them get a job and buy a home as opposed to Washington, D.C., which is focused on the line going up on a Bloomberg terminal, whether that's GDP or the stock market.
00:05:57.220I want to go through. Let's go through all three of those. You've got an economic piece.
00:06:00.720You've got a hey, we're supposed to be no foreign wars about the sovereignty, who actually makes decisions.
00:06:06.000Is it the fact of about President Trump keeps saying to stop the nuclear threat?
00:06:14.340Is it the fact of the economics, obviously, in gas prices and affordability hasn't gotten dramatically better?
00:06:21.680And we don't know how that's going to be very tough because the embedded inflation in the Biden years in this issue of sovereignty, because that's what we're talking about.
00:06:28.360Is it the facts themselves or if the president or his team had taken six months or nine months to go and explain, hey, here's what we're going to do.
00:06:39.160It's going to have an infinite economic impact.
00:06:47.240Here's what a panel of outside advisors say.0.64
00:06:50.380Here's why we're making the decisions, not Israel's making decisions.
00:06:54.880We're not being driven by their intelligence services.
00:06:58.100If that is my point is, is it actually the thing itself or is the way it was presented or not presented to these young men and caught them totally by surprise, since it seems to be counter to what they were told in the run up to the 2024 election?
00:07:15.060It's both, Steve. It's both. Now, let's be very clear.
00:07:17.440of young men that I've spoken to on my college town hall tour, we admitted that if Iran,0.53
00:07:23.980there was evidence that Iran posed an existential threat to the United States, that if Iran was set0.81
00:07:28.860to bomb the United States of America and kill innocent Americans, that yeah, rain hell on them,0.98
00:07:33.800absolutely. You know, there was economic damage, obviously, when we got involved in World War II,0.98
00:07:38.180but we understood that getting involved there meant protecting the American homeland. We had
00:07:42.400saw what happened to Pearl Harbor. And so, yeah, you saw fuel prices go up. Yeah, you saw the
00:07:47.300economy contract for a short period of time. Yeah, there was real economic instability. But there's
00:07:52.860a real trade-off there. My favorite economist is Thomas Sowell, and he always says that politics
00:07:56.660is not about solutions. It is about trade-offs. If there were, in fact, intelligence that showed
00:08:03.160that Iran had a nuclear weapon and they were about to deploy it against the United States of America0.99
00:08:07.540or even conventional kinetic strikes against the United States of America, I suspect that Americans0.82
00:08:12.280would understand why we started this war. But that evidence wasn't there. In fact,
00:08:16.380we were gaslit for eight months with no disrespect to the administration. But let's get real for a
00:08:21.920second. We've given about seven to eight different reasons to the American people as to why this war
00:08:26.560happened. It was protesters getting shot. It was regime change. It was nuclear weapons.
00:08:32.100It was they were threatening Israel and so on. And really, the only concrete thing that has stuck at
00:08:37.100this point is that Israel wanted us to attack. That's what Secretary Rubio said three days after
00:09:10.700You've got executive orders hitting every day. Doge is still there, although I was not a fan of Doge.
00:09:15.760At least there's a commitment of OMB and Doge to get under Project 2025 or around Project 2025 to get all of this corruption and spending and spending on these left wing groups, USAID, all that.
00:09:29.680We're hitting on all cylinders. Initial economic signs are looking positive.
00:09:34.540and all of a sudden we have this conflict that Israel starts with the bombing,
00:09:38.680but President Trump brings it to a head and calls it the 12-day war,
00:09:43.120total obliteration, addresses the nation with Hegs and Vance that night.
00:09:47.020Then we have this interregnum all the way till February,
00:09:50.560and we know in February Scott Besson's already started the economic war,
00:09:54.580but more importantly, you're starting to see the green shoots
00:09:56.680of really President Trump's economic plan,
00:09:58.380and then all of a sudden we're in this other war.
00:10:00.900Is it the definition, are your adherents or the people that follow you, are they, what are their thoughts about the first in the 12-day war that had the bombing that ended and totally obliterated the nuclear threat or at least the 99 or 95 percent and then let Besson go to work?
00:10:20.980And how much of it is the more open-ended, more regime change part of that that led to the Gulf and Hormuz and all these issues, sir?
00:10:30.900It's a great question, Stephen. Thank you for splitting the difference there because it's important to get that nuance. I'm not a fan of what happened last July. I didn't support Operation Midnight Hammer. The young people that I've spoken with on my college tour didn't either. But at least that was a one and done. There was an actual objective. It was an in and out.
00:10:49.720Even if. Did James freeze? OK, we're going to unfreeze him in a second. I think it's very important to get to this.
00:10:59.680It'll lead to something I want to talk about after James. Philip Patrick is going to join us.
00:11:03.400And I think we need to be very specific about this.
00:11:07.280I think my strong belief is that not just the young men in this country, but the nation itself, we need to be we need to be highly specific about this.
00:11:17.420James, let's go back. I bifurcated into what the two fact patterns are.
00:11:22.320A 12-day war brought to a head with a massive expeditionary force of strategic bombers from Nebraska and Navy submarines hitting with Tomahawk missiles.
00:11:33.540And then six or seven months, and then later, what obviously looked like at the beginning, a regime change war, and we are where we are.
00:11:41.840You're these patriotic young men. And remember, they were Trump's biggest fans in 2024.
00:11:50.740The one thing that we have lost, and James, I'm going to ask you to stay through the break.
00:11:54.900In 2024, after being in the wilderness and sent there because of a stolen election and all the lawfare, that you're going to see tenfold coming.
00:12:04.060We had the House. We had the Senate. We had the executive branch in the White House.
00:12:09.680we had the supreme court and we had all the federal courts and we had the ability to approve
00:12:13.960judges but most importantly far more important than all that and those are the levers of power
00:12:20.860in the most powerful nation in the history of the world president trump was culturally relevant
00:12:25.820and cool particularly to one of our most if not our most important demographic young men
00:12:33.000of every color he was he was relevant that you will never have again to say once not just once
00:12:42.420in the generation it has happened very few times if ever when he counted it all up in the history
00:12:49.880of this republic that is what we have squandered and we have to understand why we squandered it
00:12:56.220and is it not squandered was it worth it james i got about 90 seconds here and i'm holding you
00:13:01.420the break. Continue on, sir. Well, it's only squandered if we give up. And giving up means
00:13:12.400not listening to the very mandate that voters gave us. You've been very honest about all of this,
00:13:18.420Steve. And the truth is that Operation Midnight Hammer, I wasn't the biggest fan of it. Young
00:13:22.680people weren't the biggest fan of it. But it had a clear beginning, a clear ending and a clear
00:13:27.380objective. And if you take the administration at their own word, it, quote, completely obliterated
00:13:33.780Iran's nuclear capabilities. Well, then why, pray tell, did we have to launch this new regime change0.66
00:13:40.660war in February if Operation Midnight Hammer were so successful? And this is the contradiction. This
00:13:47.240is the hypocrisy that so many are calling out, that when we see the administration say one thing,
00:13:51.940only to do something differently. Here's what I will tell you, though. There is a silver lining
00:13:56.640to yesterday, which is we have to wake up, we have to reset, we have to actually restore an
00:14:02.620America First vision. James Fishback, stick around. I've got a lot more to go through with you.
00:14:09.860Honored to have James Fishback here. We're going to have many voices over the next couple of days
00:14:14.520to walk through all this. Fishback has a very unique relationship, I think, with young men
00:18:30.880Well, a long, thoughtful question like that deserves an equally long and thoughtful answer. No. And the reason why is because you wouldn't have gotten diesel prices above $6. You wouldn't have gotten gas prices $4.50 a gallon. You wouldn't have had 21 service members lose their lives.
00:18:50.760you wouldn't have had the global energy, fertilizer, diesel, fuel disruption that we've
00:18:55.640had over the last eight months. Americans can look past a limited kinetic strike. We saw that
00:19:00.780in Syria in President Trump's first term. We saw that in Afghanistan, of course, with the mother0.97
00:19:05.320of all bombs, the Moab. Where we draw the line is not short-term kinetic force. It is regime change.0.99
00:19:12.560It is a never-ending war with no end in sight, with no clear objectives or exit plan. That's
00:19:18.680what the voters take personally. That's the betrayal. And that, Steve, began when the bombing
00:19:24.520game began on February 28th, 2026, the beginning of this war that has no end in sight.
00:19:31.600James, you went from a hedge fund guy, a, you know, somebody sits at the screen,
00:19:36.540has to make decisions. And those decisions have huge implications in the real world,
00:19:41.300particularly on your own life and lifestyle, et cetera. But you went into elective politics,
00:19:46.180of which I tell people it's a combat sport, right?
00:19:50.100You've got to be prepared and virtually nobody is
00:19:52.860and they try to tear you apart and tear you down.
00:19:58.540What is your recommendation as we sit here today
00:20:01.520on the evening afterwards, on 4 November, 2026,
00:20:06.200what action is James Fishback recommending that we do
00:20:09.760to try to, one, understand this better,
00:20:12.800but number two, try to regroup and move forward
00:20:15.980sir? Well, I know that the talking point of the day over on Fox News is now is not a time to point
00:20:22.480fingers. No, now is a time to point fingers, to call out the losers, to remove them so we can
00:20:28.040start winning again. And Steve, I want to be very clear here. I have respect for Chairman Joe
00:20:32.980Gruters of the RNC, the Republican National Chairman. With all due respect, it is time for
00:20:37.640Joe Gruters to resign. This was the most humiliating defeat for Republicans in a national election in
00:20:44.420modern history going back 50 years. We lost Texas. We lost Mississippi. We lost Kansas.
00:20:51.600The only state, the only state with any signs of a firewall against the Democrat communist was the
00:20:57.980state of Florida, which is why I am calling on Governor DeSantis to lead the Republicans
00:21:03.560nationally. Governor DeSantis should be appointed to the Republican National Committee as the
00:21:08.640national chairman. He is the only person with the demonstrated track record of actually stacking
00:21:14.300wins. And in this moment of time, where we had the blue tsunami, the Republican bloodbath last
00:21:20.200night, the only signs of success were in the state of Florida. Was it perfect? No. But on the
00:21:28.020statewide level, we held our own. And that is because Governor DeSantis kept it so. And so
00:21:34.120So I'm asking with all due respect for the chairman of the RNC, Joe Gruders, to step aside.
00:21:40.060And it would be the honor to have a lifetime to see Governor DeSantis step into that role.
00:21:44.860He is a proven warrior for the conservative movement.
00:21:47.540And it's time for him to lead the Republican Party back to greatness.
00:21:52.540James, we have been, I think, one of the sites have gone our way to praise Governor DeSantis as a governor.
00:21:59.680And I think if you look at so many elements from tech to the COVID to all of, you know, she's done such a good job on so many different levels, Muslim Brotherhood, all of it.
00:22:09.720Given this unique period of time and what we just went through and what you've laid out, correct me if I'm wrong, but Governor DeSantis is about a former naval officer, as I was, is about as big a neocon as you possibly get.
00:22:24.360Do you believe that Governor DeSantis, given the fact pattern, at least they felt they saw, and I'll address that in a minute, would have acted differently than the president and Marco Rubio and his administration, particularly Marco Rubio, who is quite simpatico on foreign affairs with Governor DeSantis?
00:22:43.700Do you believe that Governor DeSantis would have acted differently?
00:27:14.780So if you go to Tax Network USA, TNUSA.com slash Bannon or call 1-866-513-5516, you can get a business strategy tax review worth thousands of dollars for free.
00:27:32.320So once again, go to TNUSA.com slash Bannon or call 1-866-513-5516 to get that review.
00:28:16.460As President Trump continues to fight for this great country,
00:28:19.920one of his most important actions could soon impact the wealth of millions of hardworking Americans like you.
00:28:26.800Of course, you won't hear about this in the mainstream media or on the nightly news.
00:28:32.000They'll never admit Trump was right about anything.
00:28:34.840But according to my dear friend and frequent War Room guest, Jim Rickards, President Trump has a plan that could unlock an estimated $2.7 trillion in American resources, creating opportunities that many investors may not even realize exist.
00:28:51.260Jim recently put together a new presentation explaining what he believes is happening, why it matters, and what Americans should be watching right now.
00:28:59.600To get the full story, go to RickardsWarRoom.com.
00:29:03.860That's RickardsWarRoom.com and watch Jim's free presentation.
00:29:11.160That's RickardsWarRoom.com to learn more about this $2.7 trillion in American resources
00:29:19.900that President Trump is creating a massive opportunity.
00:29:23.660Go check it out today, RickardsWarRoom.com.
00:29:25.720War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
00:29:29.600they've had an election in israel and you know it takes a while to put together government now
00:29:35.920they're talking about including the arabs they have 19 seats in the knesset uh but i think to
00:29:41.920his last point about sovereignty we need as a nation us the united states america we have to
00:29:48.600get this sorted a lot of people run around it's the war it's the war you know people sending
00:29:52.080it tweets it was the war that did it okay fine but in order to move logically and extract ourselves
00:30:03.280from this situation which we have advocated advocated from day one since we've waited now
00:30:10.140for over what three years it was 7 october 2023 we waited for three years and haven't gotten it
00:30:17.000By this time during Pearl Harbor, during World War II, I think we'd had seven formal investigations from the Navy, from the House, from the defense, all over.
00:30:28.600I'm not sure they ever got to the bottom of it.
00:30:30.560I got a lot of issues about this entire Pearl Harbor situation.
00:30:35.180However, you had had some of the brightest men and women in our country really go into that.
00:30:40.040We've had a couple of one book written, I think.
00:30:41.960I believe the president, what in order to get our arms around exactly what we just heard fishback, you know, from the 12 day war to what started the second part of it, how we got into it, how decisions were made, who made those decisions and how were they made?
00:30:59.640We need immediately, I believe, strongly believe, and we recommend to the president, a presidential commission immediately made up of U.S. citizens and institutions to formally, formally investigate if the Israelis are not going to do it and they've got political issues, why they can't do it.
00:31:20.380And it just had a historic impact or it had the major impact, which everything else kind of blew out from it, on what was a historic night in American politics.
00:35:49.920There's going to be tremendous uncertainty, and the Democrats are then going to have their day to try to jam through the legislation.
00:35:54.180What's going to happen in this lame duck is going to be earth-shattering from amnesty, from DACA, from new visa programs, getting rid of the debt ceiling, having an omnibus.
00:36:09.360You've loved omnibus so much, now you're going to get one that's got a $3 trillion deficit.
00:36:13.560This uncertainty, Philip Patrick, makes people not take their eye off the ball politics,
00:36:20.820but all of a sudden I notice, and I'm talking to so many people,
00:36:23.260and we've seen this with the MyPatriotSupply over the last couple of weeks,
00:49:26.720And that's what we need. The grassroots attempted to represent there. And we're going to get to the bottom of that. In fact, Brian Harrison will join us tomorrow. He's got a tweet out about what has to happen with the with emergency powers of the government. He's calling for a special session right now.
00:50:12.600committee in the house and the oversight committee so garcia and uh raskin will be probably co-heads
00:50:18.460they'll do it just like 9-11 she was talking about that this morning that is going to have major
00:50:22.640implications for the trump administration and people that worked inside the white house and
00:50:28.240in the executive branch uh because they're coming so i hope uh the white house council's office and
00:50:33.220i hope doj main justice all that understands what's coming because uh as i say it's going
00:50:39.400to be Port Apache. They're going to try to take down. Yesterday, they think they ended Trump and
00:50:43.600Trumpism. We'll have to see. And I think what we need in Trumpism is a lot more populism and much,
00:50:50.020much, much more nationalism. That's why this call for a presidential commission to investigate,
00:50:55.480not simply the Persian war, but also the origins of this. October 7th, the Israelis should have0.89
00:51:01.920done this years ago. In fact, citizens, they're demanded. It's one of the big campaign things.0.98
00:51:06.180But with the current situation in their politics, we can't be our defense, our national security and our understanding of how all this went down and the impact it had yesterday has to be understood.
00:51:20.000Third party, arm's length, and we have to get on it and we have to get on it now.
00:51:25.000Not just the investigation of September of October 7th, but the entire thing.
00:51:30.400So we're not making just simply assertions.
00:51:34.600particularly these young men in this country that feel they were sold one thing or told one thing
00:51:41.080and something else appeared and like we just said with fishback if it had ended which charlie kirk
00:51:47.220worked so hard if it ended in late june of 2025 we would have not had yesterday just remember that
00:51:54.040we have not had yesterday it was going back to what do people call oh finish it off but it ain't
00:52:00.080so it ain't so easy to finish off not easy for people that are not engaged in the combat it's
