00:00:00.000 I can say this, you know, to the Republican Party I worked here for a long time,
00:00:03.340 you're not going to try to fix this until you address Donald Trump.
00:00:06.200 Yeah.
00:00:06.700 Until the party will assert that Donald Trump lost a free and fair election in 2020,
00:00:12.100 you're not going to have a party that has any room for growth.
00:00:15.160 Because who are you going to attract that is willing to humiliate themselves like that?
00:00:18.240 Are Democrats, do they need to take it seriously?
00:00:20.220 Because when we talk about government corruption,
00:00:22.380 there will be some voters who are saying that this is both parties.
00:00:25.400 It's not just Donald Trump.
00:00:26.660 He may be doing it to the X degree, but they believe that lawmakers across Congress aren't, you know, don't have their best interests at heart.
00:00:34.700 They'll point to the stock trading, for instance.
00:00:37.280 Yeah, they should ban all stock trading for everybody.
00:00:40.120 It's absurd that you go to Washington and be able to trade stocks.
00:00:43.280 That should be a bipartisan issue.
00:00:45.660 I think the fastest way to restore faith in the system is to hold those inside the Trump administration for the criminality and corruption accountable.
00:00:53.520 And I think this is going to also take the participation of state attorney generals, because Trump is going to pardon everybody on a federal level.
00:01:01.320 But we have models for that. Like look at the tobacco tort where they put together state attorney generals in a unified effort.
00:01:08.420 And I think they need to get right at this big stuff. They can't be about restoring. It has to be about complete reform.
00:01:14.980 Peter Wiener, you talked today in The Atlantic about Christianity coming back into democratic politics, and you're hoping that this is going to usher in a new era of goodness, of protecting each other and being decent, ushering out the Trump era.
00:01:33.380 Is this a part of it, going after corruption, cleaning up government?
00:01:36.820 i i do think it's it's part of it i think part of it too is just sensibility and disposition
00:01:44.200 kind of the orientation of the heart and the two uh democrats that that were so important that i
00:01:50.780 focused on in the essay jim's talarico in texas and adam hamilton in kansas ran a campaign of
00:01:57.480 real decency i mean they were in many ways i'd say the antithetical uh approach to uh to donald
00:02:03.200 Trump. And they're both men of deep faith. I mean, it's pretty clear that it's central to
00:02:07.480 their life. And I think it's good for the Democratic Party to have people of the Christian
00:02:12.880 faith there at the table and in the caucus. And I'm glad that they're in red states. So I think
00:02:19.700 that can temper some of the more extreme places that some candidates and politicians can go.
00:02:25.940 But the other thing, and I actually think as a person of the Christian faith and more important
00:02:29.560 is I think it was an important moment for the evangelical movement,
00:02:32.780 which I think has done so much to slander the name of Jesus
00:02:37.600 by those who most loudly proclaim it.
00:02:40.300 And I think what this showed is it moved the evangelical movement away,
00:02:45.300 including, I hope, from its allegiance to one party. 0.69
00:02:48.240 It's just tremendous harm has been done by the way that people of faith
00:02:52.460 have tried to carry out their faith in public life.
00:02:55.880 Tallarico and Hamilton have shown a different way,
00:02:58.280 and I think it's a better way.
00:02:59.560 Thursday, 5 November, Year of Our Lord, 2026. Thank you for joining the afternoon show.
00:03:03.180 Neil McCabe. We're going to start with Neil at the White House.
00:03:05.360 Neil, just some update. A bunch of these races could take weeks to determine.
00:03:12.200 Talk to me about that, where we stand, particularly Senate.
00:03:15.740 I think a couple of House races out there are going to get enormously complicated because of ranked choice voting and others.
00:03:21.520 What do you got for us?
00:03:23.380 Right. So first, let's deal with the Senate races.
00:03:26.660 The Republicans are down seven.
00:03:28.100 You have the race in Mississippi with Hyde-Smith and Colm, and that is basically sitting at 49-49 with Colm with a sort of a lead of about anywhere, different estimates of 1,500 to 2,000 votes.
00:03:41.980 But the counting is still going on.
00:03:44.080 That's about 85% in.
00:03:46.720 Alaska, the same thing with Dan Sullivan, the incumbent.
00:03:53.020 But what's interesting there is in that race, if no candidate achieves or surpasses 50 percent, it goes to ranked choice.
00:04:02.920 And you have two other candidates. You have four candidates on the ballot.
00:04:06.920 You have Mary Patelta. You have Sullivan. You have the second Sullivan.
00:04:10.960 And then you have a Gerard Henkes, who is also a Republican.
00:04:14.520 And so in ranked choice voting, in the second round or the first round after the election day, you then go to who was your second choice.
00:04:24.420 If you put in the votes for Sullivan and Henkes, then Sullivan wins with 51.83.
00:04:32.880 And so you have to wonder, the people who voted for Sullivan, the fake Sullivan, did they think, they said, all right, if we voted for one, we'll vote for the other.
00:04:42.200 We're not sure who is who.
00:04:43.700 But that's what happens with the ranked voting.
00:04:45.940 People are asked to vote for four candidates, their first, second, third, fourth choice.
00:04:52.520 And in each round, people get filtered out.
00:04:55.120 The bottom person gets filtered out and they recalculate.
00:04:58.320 It's a bonkers system that I actually understood better when I was a reporter in Cambridge, Mass., where everything is ranked voting.
00:05:05.520 In Maine 2, we also have the ranked choice voting option.
00:05:11.940 Paul LePage is actually slightly over 50% now.
00:05:16.840 Again, about 95% of those ballots are in.
00:05:20.360 They're still counting.
00:05:21.920 And so he declared victory yesterday afternoon.
00:05:25.300 But again, they're still counting, and we'll see what happens.
00:05:28.940 It's not the case where you just first pass the post.
00:05:31.780 In Maine, you actually have to clear the 50% like we see in Alaska.
00:05:36.440 Eli Crane in Arizona, too, he is pulling ahead by maybe 1,000 votes as those are coming in, but there's no ranked choice there.
00:05:48.740 And so it's a first past the post.
00:05:50.580 Whoever wins, wins.
00:05:52.140 And so it looks better and better for Crane, but, you know, it's very, very incremental.
00:05:57.680 And so all of this is, you know, you still have 50-plus house seats that are still being decided.
00:06:03.220 And so I think as you look at it right now, if the trend continues with Mississippi and Alaska, you're looking at a loss of nine seats, which obviously is extremely significant, would take the Republicans down to 43.
00:06:17.280 It is interesting also to note and remember that when the Republican senators vote for their leadership Tuesday, the defeated senators and the retiring senators do not vote, and then the incoming Republican senators will vote.
00:06:37.260 And so I'm not sure how the Republicans are going to handle it if Hyde-Smith and Sullivan are still in play.
00:06:44.540 But Thune has said, the Republican leader, John Throom, from South Dakota,
00:06:49.060 he has said that he will continue to lead Republicans.
00:06:52.040 That's his intention.
00:06:53.680 I'll just remind you.
00:06:55.160 Yeah.
00:06:56.060 Yeah.
00:06:56.660 Go ahead.
00:06:57.020 I'm sorry, Steve.
00:06:58.140 Okay.
00:06:59.340 Two years ago, there was a fight for leadership to replace McConnell.
00:07:03.280 On the first ballot, it was Thune 23, Cornyn 15, Scott 13, and then two other sort of right-ins.
00:07:12.480 And so Scott dropped out, and the final tally was Thune 29, Kornin 24.
00:07:20.080 This is not a landslide.
00:07:22.460 In most cycles, this isn't even a – it's like everything's unanimous.
00:07:27.980 Everyone knows who's going in.
00:07:29.880 And so this cycle, you could have a – you need a majority of, say, 23, 24,
00:07:34.540 depending how it shakes out.
00:07:36.020 And so you have to wonder if, you know, Rick Scott is still there with his 13 votes,
00:07:40.760 If he can pick up who's ever left of the Cornyn voters, you could actually have a real fight.
00:07:46.900 Mike Lee looks like he might be a challenger.
00:07:49.700 Maybe Josh Hawley.
00:07:50.940 I haven't seen anything from Rick Scott, which, you know, I could have missed that.
00:07:54.800 Of course, the House also has to vote, and they will also be voting Tuesday for that leadership.
00:08:00.700 Speaker Johnson has said he will not seek leadership in the next session, and so it's open.
00:08:05.420 So I would look at Tom Emmer, who is the whip.
00:08:09.020 Go ahead.
00:08:10.300 I think Emmer's not going to go for, I think it's between Jordan and Scalise.
00:08:16.220 And Jordan is really the McCarthy, is the reinstatement of the McCarthy regime.
00:08:20.200 He and Jeff Miller, that's the lobbyist takeover of the House.
00:08:24.480 If that's what they want, they're going to try to jam that through.
00:08:27.800 Neil, we've got to bounce.
00:08:29.740 Social media, where do people keep up with you?
00:08:32.340 You can find me on all the socials, Steve, at Reporter McCabe.
00:08:36.080 and my columns are at thesouthshorepress.com, sir.
00:08:41.760 People are telling me that's the hottest media play
00:08:43.940 in the business.
00:08:44.860 I'm just hearing people are saying-
00:08:45.980 Hot as a pistol, like a pistol, Steve.
00:08:48.580 Hot as a pistol.
00:08:50.120 Thank you, sir. 0.92
00:08:51.360 Natalie Winters joins us.
00:08:52.960 Natalie, I'm gonna get to your,
00:08:54.080 you've got clips in cold opens.
00:08:55.660 I wanna play this one the other night
00:08:56.840 that we didn't have time to play.
00:08:58.720 But your assessment so far,
00:09:00.300 earlier in the day, Hermit Dillon
00:09:02.360 stepped down from the civil rights.
00:09:05.300 And I think a lot of that was because of not enough action on the voter fraud and not enough action on what happened in Georgia, Fulton County, not enough what happened in Maricopa County.
00:09:16.560 What is your sense of things as we're two days into this, as this reign of terror is about to, as Lawrence O'Donnell says, Trump's a reign of terror, but a real reign of terror, Robus Spear-like, is about to drop into Washington, D.C., ma'am?
00:09:32.420 well i think there's a lot to take in right now a lot of opinions kind of focusing the autopsy on
00:09:38.820 the republican side it's very much giving 2012 neocons obviously using using this as a kind of
00:09:44.860 predicate and a pretext to take their power back but i have stayed in the lane and i'm going to
00:09:50.440 stay in the lane of trying to understand and read the tea leaves of what the democrats are going to
00:09:55.740 do because that's what we know here we're war room impeachment returning to our roots and steve
00:10:01.600 it's very concerning. They are much more advanced than the first time around, not just because they
00:10:06.260 learned from January 6th, but the width of their margin of victory is also giving them the ability
00:10:12.920 to do a lot more. I was just reading before we came to air an Axios article. Democrats' midterm
00:10:19.520 gains could sideline Electoral College by 2028. The amount of House seats that they have now
00:10:25.960 could allow them to institute the National Popular Vote Compact,
00:10:31.440 meaning that the Electoral College would no longer be how we choose our presidents. 0.88
00:10:36.960 It's the popular votes would dictate how many of the Electoral College votes then go.
00:10:41.540 It's not state by state. It's about the popular vote.
00:10:44.400 They originally had 18 states plus D.C. at about 222,
00:10:49.280 but you need 270 to kick that up and become law.
00:10:54.080 Again, the fact that Axios is covering that isn't the best sign, but they have a very, very vast toolkit of things that they can get into.
00:11:02.820 I want to make sure the audience understands the inside baseball here because you're saying Axios is corporate speak, right?
00:11:09.400 I mean, Mike Allen and the team are funded by the biggest lobbyist groups and the biggest health care, big pharma, all of it.
00:11:16.600 So if they're talking about it, it's not some fringe element. It's not some fringe podcaster with purple hair. This means it's actually seeped into the the abundance corporate platform for the Democratic Party. Correct.
00:11:31.740 yeah if anything i think democrats are probably mad that axios is showing a little ankle there
00:11:37.600 as you would say but but this is just one of the many many radical things that they are pushing
00:11:44.100 again to be clear sort of have the ability if they really execute to at least in certain states
00:11:50.480 depending how the map actually shakes out the votes will not go the electoral college votes
00:11:55.620 will not go to the winner in the state. It will go to the national popular vote. That's really,
00:12:02.980 really concerning. And that should let you know how serious Democrats are taking this win. But
00:12:08.920 Steve, I also think too here that there's this weird, there's a lot of messaging things going
00:12:14.660 on here on the Democrat side. One is I think the evolution that we saw from war room impeachment.
00:12:20.200 They understand that just pursuing impeachment comes with a lot of political baggage.
00:12:25.620 Right. That is a very loaded term to impeach. Trump means to open themselves up to being attacked for distracting from what they were elected to do, distracting from affordability, all these words that they apparently love right now, when I would posit and argue that they could still achieve what they want to do with President Trump without formally impeaching him.
00:12:45.640 Right. Just doing as we were talking about the show trials, the investigations going after virtually everyone and even impeaching him doesn't even necessarily reward them.
00:12:57.420 Right. With with what they want. But it's very interesting because in watching what Democrats are saying on TV, right, you have Hakeem Jeffries going on.
00:13:07.020 I believe it was ABC yesterday where he's saying, you know, oh, we're not thinking about impeachment.
00:13:11.940 you know, wink, wink, we're just thinking about affordability, the entire grassroots coalition,
00:13:18.160 the Indivisibles of the world, the Mark Eliases, you know, as the war room posse is to the
00:13:23.200 Republican establishment, the kind of fringe voter supporters, they are feral animals and they would
00:13:31.720 not be satisfied by impeachment. They're already, there's already a movement. This is the signal,
00:13:37.360 not noise. What is Indivisible's first action call and protest after this election? It is to
00:13:44.180 not support Chuck Schumer for Senate majority leader because they don't think he's radical
00:13:50.080 enough. They're already doing live streams. Yeah, they're already there. Yeah.
00:13:57.240 Hang on. I want to get into all this. We're going to come back. We're going to play some
00:14:00.200 of the clips on the cold open and tee this up properly because you've nailed this the other
00:14:04.640 today, be the first person to really come out and say, hey, look, this is going to be a select
00:14:08.200 committee. They're going to do it just like they did J6 with all the bells and whistles. It's
00:14:13.920 going to be between the oversight. It's going to be judiciary because Jamie Raston's got a shot
00:14:20.960 here. Birch Gold, turbulent like the stock market today. I think we've got a lot more of that in
00:14:26.820 store all over the map. You need an anchor to Windward. Talk to Philip Patrick, Bannon,

00:14:36.480 Take your phone out now and text at Bannon at 9-8-9-8-9-8.
00:14:40.280 Talk to Philip Patrick and his team today.

00:14:54.500 Check it out today.
00:14:55.600 Birch Gold.

00:16:06.060 That's Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to 989898.
00:16:10.020 Do it today.
00:16:11.260 We're commemorating Veterans Day in a big way at Birch Gold.
00:16:16.920 There's the human element of here, but there's also the behavior element of it here.
00:16:20.840 And I think that when we started talking about, you're talking about who's going to be head of the Oversight Committee, who's going to be head of the Judiciary Committee, what sort of subpoenas are we expecting and investigations are we expecting from a new, we can now say, Democratic-controlled house, which is what we are going to have going forward.
00:16:35.040 The other thing to keep in mind here, just in terms of the health of our republic, is that it is not allowed to have a financial conflict of interest with a company that then you give a government contract to.
00:16:48.720 Correct. It's not allowed. It's criminal. And maybe this Department of Justice is not going to prosecute that.
00:16:54.040 But it must be pursued, exposed and adjudicated to the extent that it can be by congressional committees.
00:17:03.060 And it will be. You can't have absolutely rabid corruption.
00:17:09.940 You can't have violence toward not only immigrants, but also American citizens, uninvestigated and unanswered in the streets.
00:17:17.700 You can't have people giving their family members and their own companies that they're financially associated with government contracts.
00:17:25.300 You can't have no bid contracts going to people who aren't qualified to do the work, who are then quintupling the amount that they're spending, still failing and then collecting bonuses.
00:17:35.400 And it turns out they've got connections to the people who are giving them those sorts of appropriations.
00:17:39.640 I mean, you just those things aren't just like, wow, that's sure gotten dirty.
00:17:43.620 That smells bad. People don't like it. No, those things must be answered.
00:17:46.540 In the same way on January 6th, when I sat in our studio on January 6th, 2021, and we watched that guy carrying the podium across the chamber.
00:17:58.580 And I looked at it and I thought, oh, this means a lot of things about that guy and what's happening in this room and Donald Trump and the future of our republic.
00:18:05.300 But you know what I see when I look at that?
00:18:07.180 I see a crime.
00:18:08.620 And that needs to be prosecuted as a crime.
00:18:11.140 Political violence is violence, which is illegal.
00:18:14.640 Corruption is illegal.
00:18:16.540 conflicts of interest are illegal. Nepotism is illegal. And all of this stuff will be pursued
00:18:22.620 so that it doesn't become de facto the law of the land and the way that we conduct ourselves
00:18:27.420 as a country moving forward. And what you're seeing is a kind of a sort of antibody reaction.
00:18:35.620 Natalie Winters, can you interpret that for this audience, ma'am?
00:18:39.380 unfortunately yes yes i can i think i'm fluent in uh the ms now dialect um the way that she says
00:18:48.460 this must be answered and you hear her intonation of the way that she says answered should should
00:18:54.080 give you a little insight on what they're thinking about and frankly steve her invocation of january
00:18:59.400 6th this is what i was watching on election night was what made me realize that they're going to do
00:19:03.700 select committees they're going to televise these they're going to bring in the hollywood producers
00:19:08.040 again, because you can see that that's exactly where her mind goes to when she's talking about
00:19:12.340 this. And I've watched enough MS now to know that that is, you know, they're basically founding
00:19:17.220 event. It is their raison d'etre to have broadcasts like that. It's why they think democracy is so
00:19:21.680 important. It's twofold. One is how they actually approached it and messaged it. But more importantly,
00:19:28.140 and I think what these investigations are really about, and the unfortunate truth of these
00:19:32.340 investigation, Steve, is that they're really just going to be sort of a conduit or a vessel for
00:19:38.780 neocons and Republican infighting to be able to say MAGA is corrupt, MAGA is dead, MAGA didn't
00:19:45.940 work, when we know that MAGA was never actually fully implemented, in part because of the same
00:19:51.980 people who are going to be behind and spearheading, right, these impeachments and or misins of the
00:19:56.680 world among, you know, errors, unforced errors, like what happened in Iran. But what they couldn't 0.83
00:20:01.700 fully do to MAGA by case in point, our victory in 2024 by prosecuting January 6th, that clock
00:20:09.720 starts again. That clock was just paused. It wasn't really. It was still going on in the background,
00:20:14.440 but they are still attempting to do that. And frankly, Steve, I think the unfortunate thing
00:20:20.080 here, the bit of the difference, the first Trump impeachment, Trump was an unknown entity to the
00:20:26.260 deep state, right? They wanted him out because they were really concerned what he was going to
00:20:30.760 do, particularly the Atlantis' class in Europe, right, Ukraine, take your pick.
00:20:35.560 Unfortunately, I don't think it's any controversial thing to say here that people like, for example,
00:20:40.120 Howard Lutnik have engaged in corruption and have done some really shady deals. His kids have made
00:20:45.220 a lot of money, and it's not a good look. And people like him, the actual grifters in the
00:20:51.560 administration, are what they're going to try to link the entire MAGA movement of which this
00:20:56.480 audience, the war room posse, has nothing to do with, stands firmly against, and I would say that
00:21:02.020 MAGA is best epitomized more so by the cuts that we tried to do in the first few months of the 0.73
00:21:06.820 administration going after the Somalian fraud. But this is where it all starts to get very layered 0.53
00:21:12.680 and where you see a lot of what we were talking about before the election, and even in the lead
00:21:17.820 up to 2024, right, whether it's the concept of autocratic breakthrough, democratic breakthrough,
00:21:22.840 the Hungary, the Poland playbooks, specifically what is going on here. And pay attention when
00:21:30.040 you watch Democrats' message. Everybody on the left is wooing over Robert Garcia, the expected
00:21:36.400 guy to be the new chair of oversight for Democrats because of his messaging. And what exactly is his
00:21:43.420 messaging? It's linking the, quote unquote, corruption of the Trump administration to the
00:21:49.620 fact that your price of living is too high. Now, that's sort of a non sequitur, and we don't need
00:21:56.740 to hash that out here. But that angle of attack is so distinctly globalist democracy, Norm Eisen
00:22:04.700 playbook to bring down the MAGA movement. I mean, it's a red herring. It's a straw man. It's all of
00:22:10.360 the things. But I also don't fully know if Democrats will be able to actually carry out
00:22:17.360 these investigations
00:22:18.500 the way that the base
00:22:19.460 wants them to.
00:22:20.360 But hang on,
00:22:21.900 hang on,
00:22:22.240 let's put up in it.
00:22:22.800 I want to go back
00:22:23.480 because once again,
00:22:24.860 you've hit
00:22:25.240 a incredibly important point
00:22:27.760 because you
00:22:28.540 monitor this stuff,
00:22:30.920 study it,
00:22:31.360 and curate it.
00:22:32.260 Go back to Garcia's message
00:22:33.980 which linked
00:22:35.000 and the right media
00:22:38.040 was not focused on this.
00:22:38.940 When he makes
00:22:39.480 the corruption charge,
00:22:41.080 it's not simply
00:22:42.080 the corruption charge
00:22:43.060 that President Trump's corrupt,
00:22:44.540 the people around him 0.99
00:22:45.340 are corrupt, 0.99
00:22:46.000 and they've made 0.93
00:22:46.580 a lot of money.
00:22:47.360 And we've got to do that. He links it to the reason your life.
00:22:52.300 So they take the retribution and vengeance part off of it.
00:22:56.580 They're saying the reason that your life is tougher, your life is tougher economically and that this affordability,
00:23:05.280 the prices in the grocery stores, the prices in the drugstores, the prices in everything in your life, rent,
00:23:12.240 all of it, is tied back to the corruption you're seeing of senior members in the Trump
00:23:18.100 administration. Drill down in a second because this is going to be centered. This is a mantra
00:23:22.800 that they're going to push, looking forward to hold what they've got and increase it in 2028,
00:23:28.480 not simply the White House, but what they're doing in the House and the Senate.
00:23:32.180 So they think they have something that works, and that is linking working class people,
00:23:37.060 middle-class people's obvious concern about the cost of living, much of which was driven
00:23:42.680 by the Biden regime, to the corruption of certain Trump officials, correct?
00:23:50.520 That's exactly it. And you can see it even in the way that Democrat commentators and sort of like
00:23:56.780 the indivisible crowd is reaffirming and praising. They really, really want the Democrat lawmakers.
00:24:03.020 and that's what I'm talking about, the iteration from the first impeachment or the first two
00:24:08.080 impeachment to this, because they understand where they were vulnerable, right? It was that
00:24:12.320 they were not linking it to your lived experience, to affordability. This is the merger of that
00:24:18.160 on the messaging aspect. And I mean, you even see it, Raskin sat down with the New Yorker,
00:24:24.220 I think about a week ago. And when they're asking him about impeachment, I mean, he's a little cagey,
00:24:29.200 But it goes back to what I was saying earlier, which it's like they can achieve what they want to do even without impeaching him.
00:24:35.860 So whether it's impeachments, investigations, or even if it's not even necessarily about President Trump.
00:24:42.620 But hang on.
00:24:43.660 They have a – as you've presented to us, they have a example of where this worked. 0.66
00:24:52.200 This is what they did with Orban.
00:24:54.200 With Orban, they tied Orban who had been in power for so long.
00:24:57.160 They said, oh, the corruption of Orbán is tied to the difficulty you guys every day of trying to make ends meet, of trying to pay your bills.
00:25:07.440 And when they got Orbán's out of office, that's where they went after the quote unquote corruption to start to imprison people.
00:25:15.000 Correct. So they've seen this.
00:25:16.300 They've seen in the class C or D league this work in Hungary, which is basically the size of the state of North Carolina.
00:25:23.140 They've seen it work there.
00:25:24.200 that's what they're transporting to what they're going to do to President Trump?
00:25:28.560 Well, yeah, and to get granular, so it's sort of a black box on what exactly they're going to be
00:25:34.760 pursuing. There's obviously a lot of cannon fodder right now about Hegseth, RFK, but there was sort
00:25:39.580 of a leaked document that Senator Warren and Sanders were working on, but of all the available
00:25:46.000 literature to suggest and give contours of what Democrats are going to go after. This got picked
00:25:51.320 up by Bloomberg. It's a 181-page document. Signal not noise there should tell you how much they've
00:25:57.760 been working on this, put together by some D.C. think tank, but in conjunction with Democrat
00:26:02.540 leaders. And it is exactly the tactic that you're talking about. The document envisions a constant
00:26:08.340 stream of high-profile confrontations next year in which executives of health care, tech, and
00:26:12.600 energy firms are hauled before cameras for congressional hearings, often to be pressed
00:26:17.260 to resign or pay restitution to consumers. And I quote from the document, Trump's Qatari jet,
00:26:23.140 his ballroom, the reflecting pool renovations, those take a lot of beltway energy that is not
00:26:26.840 interesting or motivating to anybody but hardcore Democrats who already hate Trump,
00:26:30.600 said one of the vice presidents at this firm. We need to be laser focused on the pain points
00:26:35.240 and the corporations people blame for jacking up their prices. And that means using the tools
00:26:40.720 of Congress to confront them. Other signal not noise buried lead here, that think tank
00:26:46.380 just in May of this year to lead their oversight work, hired a chick, Molly Claflin, who just left
00:26:54.020 the Senate Judiciary, who led the Senate Judiciary's investigations into the Trump campaign about 0.65
00:26:59.980 Russia. And she's also advised Congress while she was up in American oversight on the first
00:27:05.480 two impeachments of Trump, and I believe worked in the Biden State Department, kind of doing crisis
00:27:10.660 work for investigations and the democrats on these various committees rosa delora the one with
00:27:16.780 the crazy hair is already saying that they want to bring in these executives to you know get 0.99
00:27:21.940 restitution for the american people hang on we're gonna drill down on more of this um all family

00:28:32.000 They'll never admit Trump was right about anything.
00:28:35.020 But according to my dear friend and frequent war room guest, Jim Rickards, President Trump has a plan that could unlock an estimated $2.7 trillion in American resources.
00:28:45.880 creating opportunities that many investors may not even realize exist.
00:28:51.280 Jim recently put together a new presentation explaining what he believes is happening,

00:29:26.160 So there's a thing in this drama that has been hard to get to, and it's the emotion of it.
00:29:32.780 We all knew the numbers.
00:29:34.120 We all knew what could happen.
00:29:36.260 And then it happens in front of us.
00:29:38.980 But in a in a in a great drama, there's be under the under the dialogue.
00:29:44.100 There's the emotion. And one of the things that delivers that emotion or the acceptance speeches, which we didn't get because we had so much to cover as everything was rolling in and Alaska still happening and all of that.
00:29:54.340 And if you if you want to feel the emotion of what this was and how this movie really played out, you really have to watch those.
00:30:01.160 And I think that will help people who keep texting me saying, I can't wrap my head around.
00:30:06.200 this. You have to wrap your head and your emotions around this. What did you experience? And one of
00:30:10.760 the things that has been experienced is that the reign of terror is over. And all you want when
00:30:17.140 you're in a reign of terror is for the terror to stop. You're not even hoping for a good thing to
00:30:21.780 happen. You just want the terror to stop and the emotion of the realization that the terror
00:30:29.040 has stopped. It has stopped in Washington. I don't mean it's stopped, you know, for farm workers who
00:30:34.460 Donald Trump may still be trying to round up and all that, but it has stopped in Washington. 0.79
00:30:39.600 This reign of terror of that madman and the White House controls everything is now over.
00:30:44.660 It is a glorious day in America. It is a beautiful, just stupefyingly magical day.
00:30:51.020 The people have spoken to decisively and let us hope permanently repudiate every dictator and bully in America and every dictator and bully all around the world.
00:31:02.460 It's our job on the Judiciary Committee when we are back in the majority to enforce the principles of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights every single day to enforce equal protection, due process, the freedom of speech, the freedom of press, the separation of church and state.
00:31:19.680 We will be fighting for the civil rights and civil liberties of the people.
00:31:23.020 We will be fighting for accountability every day so that if there are American citizens like Alex Preddy and Renee Good who are shot down in broad daylight at point blank range by Donald Trump's masked thugs from ICE, well, we will get on top of it and we will see that justice is done.
00:31:42.940 We want the masks off. We want the cameras turned on.
00:31:47.340 We want to bring every part of the federal government back under the control of the Constitution.
00:31:52.940 And above all, we're going to challenge this reign of corruption.
00:31:57.060 We're going to insist that the government be an instrument for the common good of all of the people through the rule of law. 0.89
00:32:05.160 The rule of law with, what, 22 million illegal aliens here.
00:32:10.500 They want to shut down ICE.
00:32:11.600 this is what a reign of terror looks like, Natalie G. Winters. You have warned us. What
00:32:15.940 did we just hear there from the combination of their media platform, MSNBC, with Lawrence O'Donnell
00:32:22.320 and Jamie Raskin, who will be judge, you know, he'll be prosecutor, judge and executioner
00:32:29.520 in the new regime, ma'am. Well, look, Steve, I think we got to, you know, go even on both sides
00:32:37.000 of the aisle here when it comes to historical illusions and censorship, because if they're
00:32:41.120 invoking the reign of terror after what happened, you know, that and the Fauci heads on Pike
00:32:45.120 comment. I'm pretty sure those people should be getting censored, but I guess it only cuts
00:32:48.560 one way. But I think, you know, Lawrence O'Donnell, what is a pseudo-intellectual,
00:32:53.700 the poster child for that word is probably him. I know he maybe thinks he's doing himself a favor
00:32:58.520 by using, you know, big historical illusions. But I think that's sort of a slip of the mask moment,
00:33:04.200 right, where he's telling us what they actually want to do to us. And I'm not just talking about
00:33:07.680 the currency collapse that came after, but particularly, you know, executing without
00:33:12.600 trial. Trump and all of his advisors, even Rask in there. I mean, whenever you hear Democrats,
00:33:19.480 you know, start to freak out about government spending, that's when the red flag should go
00:33:22.820 off. But that and when they start to invoke the rule of law and particularly the Constitution and
00:33:28.020 the Bill of Rights, that's when you know you're being sold a load of you know what.
00:33:32.560 It was quite interesting, Steve, as I was digging into a lot of the Poland and Hungary playbooks
00:33:37.460 that were put out by these NGOs.
00:33:39.320 I'll have to get the actual quote,
00:33:40.840 and sometime we should really do a deep dive
00:33:42.560 on what exactly they're pushing there.
00:33:44.660 But one of the quotes was,
00:33:47.080 to restore the rule of law,
00:33:49.180 you might have to break the rule of law.
00:33:52.020 And I think that that is going to be
00:33:54.180 the sort of underpinning
00:33:55.480 of what is animating Democrats right now.
00:33:58.980 They almost know that they're not going to be
00:34:01.940 even-handed distributors of justice
00:34:04.200 or anything like that.
00:34:05.360 You can see it even when, you know, Robert Garcia is putting out his cringe sizzle reels, saying lawyer up. They don't actually care. Obviously, they don't care what they actually did to you. But this time, their messaging, I mean, to be frank, Steve, their messaging on this stuff is worrisome, and that if able to do and effectuate properly, is a very animating message to the American people.
00:34:29.320 If they're actually able to haul these CEOs in front of Congress, people that the Americans hate for price gouging and all of these things, they will enjoy success on that.
00:34:40.260 Now, you know, you talk about some of the other agendas, particularly when it comes to ICE, their immigration stuff is so radical.
00:34:49.060 They're not just content with amnesty.
00:34:51.420 They're already pushing it.
00:34:52.540 They want to introduce new versions, not just of visas, but the whole system of sponsoring.
00:34:59.880 They maybe took the right wing meme of, you know, oh, you want immigrants?
00:35:03.660 Well, then sponsor them yourselves and codified that as policy because they are now putting
00:35:08.700 in new channels, whether it's private sponsorship, as radical as that sounds, but also state
00:35:14.560 level, local level, being able to import just about a week ago, I broke a story about how
00:35:21.040 small town in Ohio was importing a bunch of people from Ghana to be their nurses. Senator Moreno
00:35:28.160 actually sent a letter, I think, in response to the story, who knows what will happen. But I think
00:35:33.080 you're going to see stuff like that metastasize and happen. But I want to circle back because I
00:35:38.820 just forgot to add a few more things on the election stuff here, because I think that this
00:35:43.120 is sort of a sleeper area. Obviously, we know Democrats are using distraction. If what they
00:35:49.140 were really really really focused on was like impeachment and these trials and everything which
00:35:53.520 don't get me wrong they are there's also a hundred other things that they're doing in the shadows
00:35:59.220 it's very art of war and i don't think that they want a lot of light shined on this but
00:36:03.580 if you pay attention very subtextually very small quotes from senator padilla and our favorite uh
00:36:11.920 But Benny Thompson, Senator Padilla, when he gave his post-election statement, he promised,
00:36:19.800 you know, to a bunch of fanfare, gives this long-winded speech about how he's going to
00:36:24.360 push to, quote, finally pass legislation to reform our elections and strengthen voting rights.
00:36:31.860 We all know what that means.
00:36:33.240 And now we're going to compound that with what Benny Thompson, who it was leaked that
00:36:37.880 he's preparing a DHS investigation, particularly into CISA and election security. On November 4th,
00:36:46.240 the planned inquiry, it was announced that he'd be focusing into the CISA staffing cuts and
00:36:50.280 assistance to different states securing elections, everything that's going on there.
00:36:55.320 So right now, the focus is going to be from the media perspective. I mean, I watched CNN for
00:37:00.480 probably two hours this morning. Even they're curious, they're kind of estimating and trying
00:37:05.880 to understand where Democrats fall on what they actually want to investigate. But there's a lot
00:37:11.480 of stuff behind the scenes. I mean, they're already pushing a bill. It's another interesting
00:37:16.340 thing, too. And this is a very much a Hungarian tactic. This Congress they used to sort of lay 0.50
00:37:24.180 the groundwork for a lot of these investigations, not just by sending subpoenas, but in some cases,
00:37:29.860 even just putting putting bills out. And some of these are super radical. They want to reimburse
00:37:35.320 victims of ICE. Half a million bucks. That's the opening bid. And for every additional day that
00:37:42.160 they were in detention, they will get another $100,000. So you can only imagine what those
00:37:49.420 people want to do when it comes to citizenship and voting rights and all that. But I think that
00:37:57.840 it's very important to understand that in this media ecosystem right now, it's very much just
00:38:03.400 reading the tea leaves and trying to pick out another quote that I think is interesting just
00:38:07.360 to sort of see where they're going to come out on the Supreme Court. There was some member of
00:38:12.040 Congress on CNN earlier today saying that they're just refusing to seat anyone. They will not vote
00:38:17.740 for a new secretary of war. Should Hegseth resign? Raskin already said even before the election,
00:38:23.640 heck no to any Supreme Court justices. But they said, hang on, at the level of
00:38:28.820 Of resistance, because now they're bringing their resistance.
00:38:33.360 They're going to have – resistance is going to have power.
00:38:35.980 All the new senators, I think, have basically said we're not going to confirm any Trump nominee at any level that President Trump puts forward,
00:38:44.900 all the way from the Supreme Court to department heads, but also assistant secretaries, undersecretaries.
00:38:51.980 I mean, and all the commissions, committees, they're a hard throw down to this.
00:38:58.200 I mean, this is why John Thunen and these guys got to go to either resource appointments and or go to block appointments and have to do it now.
00:39:05.560 Is that not correct? Because this just shows you the radical nature.
00:39:08.640 As we said, with a victory, they think they're going to end Trump and Trumpism.
00:39:14.060 These people need to be taken seriously. Listen to what they're saying and how they're saying it.
00:39:17.940 Natalie Winters, they're going to start with, you know, all this other stuff they're doing.
00:39:21.540 But the first thing is that no more fresh bodies, no fresh horses for the for the Trump, the Trump agenda, ma'am.
00:39:30.960 Exactly. It was buried in Hakeem Jeffrey's letter, you know, dear colleague or whatever, trying to become speaker, which I think that's probably less contested than Schumer.
00:39:39.820 But and he I'll read the quote so the audience can interpret this how they will.
00:39:43.960 he's going to, quote, clean up the mess at the Supreme Court, whatever that means. Very vague,
00:39:50.280 but I think we all know what that's getting after. But just some other things to really
00:39:54.820 pay attention to here. Mark Elias put out on Democracy Docket on his Blue Sky. I've now
00:40:02.320 joined Blue Sky. Don't follow me there. It's not an on account because I think I'd get too much
00:40:07.700 hate. But he posted, quote, I hope congressional Democrats start their oversight with the large
00:40:14.540 law firms that cut deals with Trump. So I think that's another kind of signal. Obviously,
00:40:20.160 Mark Elias and his law firm is behind so much of the impeachment lawfare. So he's obviously going
00:40:24.680 to have a say in this. Interestingly, Raskin, we played one of those clips, but he was on CNN,
00:40:29.260 I think either today or yesterday, and they were pressing him. And he kind of mimicking and echoing
00:40:35.500 what Elias said was talking about going after these law firms, which is actually quite interesting
00:40:40.840 too, Steve, to read a lot of the reports coming out of these big top-tier law firms and how they
00:40:46.880 view the shift. And House control, specifically telling companies that anybody that got a letter,
00:40:54.440 your subpoena asking for documents, you should basically take that as a telltale sign that
00:40:58.340 you're going to be asked to testify. Two, they were telling their clients that these Democrats
00:41:03.460 have already been collaborating with state AGs on potential state charges too. And even more
00:41:11.260 interesting, and this is, you're getting really in the weeds here, but we got to understand what
00:41:15.060 we're up against, talking about how the weaponization of transcribed interviews,
00:41:21.180 specifically videos, are going to be a tactic that they think Democrats are really going to
00:41:26.520 lean into because they think they're going to want viral clips, right, of Trump advisors
00:41:31.200 is admitting to something from a purely like propagandistic messaging tactic.
00:41:36.420 I think that's a very interesting thing to pay attention to, how they're going to best
00:41:40.180 message this.
00:41:41.440 The other thing I would say, too, to pay attention here is who are their witnesses actually going
00:41:46.980 to be?
00:41:47.940 There's already a lot of discussions about trying to get whistleblowers from within the 0.71
00:41:53.640 administration.
00:41:54.580 That's when you're going to start seeing the knives come out.
00:41:56.440 But particularly, we can get into it after the break, but even contractors and lobbyists at the Pentagon, people, anybody to turn.
00:42:06.440 Oh, no.
00:42:06.880 This is going to be a broad net.
00:42:08.560 Hang on for a second.
00:42:09.340 I want to get into this, make sure people have the structure of this.

00:43:39.360 Call it right now.
00:43:40.060 I'm serious.
00:43:40.600 Call it.
00:43:41.580 Now, here's why.
00:43:42.780 The insurance companies and their lackeys in the Washington swamp have built a Medicare system designed to confuse you and rip you off.
00:43:51.940 Rising premiums, denied claims, fine print nobody but a lobbyist understands.
00:43:57.400 Millions of American seniors are paying too much and getting too little.
00:44:00.920 And worst of all, most don't even know it.
00:44:04.020 Hey, that could be you.
00:44:06.020 That's why if you're already on Medicare or will be soon, you need to talk to our friends at Chapter.
00:44:12.480 They have a team of advisors trained to serve American seniors, not the insurance companies.
00:44:17.000 In under 20 minutes, they can find you the best plan for your needs at the lowest cost.
00:44:23.320 Why?
00:44:24.280 They're a data company.
00:44:25.640 They have all the data on every plan.
00:44:28.380 It's totally free.
00:44:29.700 There's no pressure, no BS, just straightforward, honest help from fellow patriots.
00:44:35.180 So don't wait.
00:44:36.020 Call 845-WAR-WROOM right now.
00:44:37.880 That's 845-WAR-WROOM.
00:44:39.620 Tell them Bannon sent you.
00:44:41.560 Now, listen, in the first couple of days of the launch of this company with the Warren Posse, Posse members saved tens and up to hundreds of thousands collectively of dollars in these fees.
00:44:52.720 Go check it out today. That's chapter. Call 845-WAR-ROOM. Do it today.
00:44:59.140 We will not hesitate to go after the private corporations that are collaborating in all of the lawlessness with Donald Trump.
00:45:07.620 And we've done it before, and we will absolutely do it again. The law firms you mentioned, we know that there were many heroic law firms that have stood up against all of the law breaking and then the attempt to shake them down for the time of their partners and their young associates.
00:45:27.800 And yet there are major law firms in America, including Paul Weiss, that have capitulated to these coercive tactics by Donald Trump and have basically surrendered and made all kinds of outrageous concessions.
00:45:41.800 concessions. We've sent a number of letters to those law firms and they have been not forthcoming
00:45:47.780 up until now. But when we have the power of subpoena and we have the power to conduct
00:45:53.840 oversight, we believe a lot of these law firms are going to be coming forward and telling the truth.
00:45:59.220 Otherwise, they are law firms that have no respect for the rule of law. And we're going to make sure
00:46:03.640 that they comply with a congressional subpoena. It is the exact same legal force as a judicial
00:46:09.040 subpoena does. Subpoena means under the power or under the penalty of law.
00:46:15.920 Right there, you saw when we took on the big law firms in the early stages, it was because these
00:46:20.740 big law firms are kind of metastasized and almost like private equity. They run the deal.
00:46:25.240 The way the system works, you need to have these white shoe, these big white shoe law firms.
00:46:29.220 That's Jamie Raskin sending the message that, hey, your day of deliverance from Trump is upon us.
00:46:35.980 you're going to be the guys that help rat out the corporations and we're going to have show trials
00:46:40.460 for these corporate heads that as Garcia's tied back is that made your life uh made your individual
00:46:47.220 life uh miserable it's it's got a certain beauty to it when you look at uh how they've thought it
00:46:53.340 through does it not uh Natalie Winters I mean this is years in the making ma'am oh yeah and I mean
00:47:00.720 that clip right there, I think, checks the box of like 10 of the messaging strategies that we just
00:47:06.700 discussed in this show, right? We said, oh, we sent you the letters. You didn't comply. So now
00:47:11.740 we're going to subpoena you and you're going to testify. It's probably going to be on video and
00:47:15.640 your clips are going to go viral. Who is he going after? The law firms like Mark Elias is directing
00:47:21.180 him to. So I would really encourage people, again, this is very much like reading the tea leaves.
00:47:27.200 we're pulling information from the corporate law firms, the ones that are probably going to get
00:47:31.460 subpoenaed, to what Democrats are saying, to what their grassroots people are really pushing them
00:47:36.480 to do. Frankly, Steve, I think the most concerning thing that they're pushing is the compounding of
00:47:42.020 the amnesty stuff with what they want to do to elections, because that is fundamentally
00:47:46.160 irreversible. I also think that we cannot cede ground. And I know that this audience, myself,
00:47:52.520 is not 100% happy with the results of this administration.
00:47:56.980 The election results show that, right?
00:47:58.600 That's clear.
00:47:59.700 But you cannot let them win the rhetorical and messaging battle
00:48:04.280 that this is a rejection of MAGA.
00:48:07.760 Hakeem Jeffries is doing Don Lemon's podcast,
00:48:10.280 and they're talking about, well, it's clear Americans hate MAGA now.
00:48:13.620 Americans have rejected MAGA.
00:48:15.240 That's not true.
00:48:16.380 Frankly, Democrats are just ripping off what people voted for President Trump to do in 2024,
00:48:21.280 And they're going to do it. And instead of having qualified people to do it, they're going to have people who are, you know, the woke first, you know, transgender governor of Alabama. Like, this is Trumpism. They're just trying to co-opt and steal it because they have no ideas. They're much better at messaging and the propaganda value of this stuff.
00:48:40.480 So I know, like I was saying, everybody might not be 100% on board, but there is a clear distinction between what we're seeing now and MAGA policies as a whole, Trumpism.
00:48:52.600 So that's a very important rhetorical distinction.
00:48:55.800 And really pay attention to the messaging of linking the corruption to the prices, to the lived experience.
00:49:02.640 They love that term.
00:49:03.520 I think they stole that from you.
00:49:04.820 They're even stealing their violent historical allusions from you.
00:49:10.480 But, yeah, the election stuff, I think, is something that this audience is really going to need to watch and stay on top of, because that national popular vote compact thing is is republic ending.
00:49:20.820 Perfect. Natalie, the sub stack, all of it, you're reporting social media.
00:49:25.860 Where do people go?
00:49:27.780 Natalie G. Winters on all platforms, Natalie G.
00:49:30.480 Winters dot sub stack dot com.
00:49:32.260 Some radical Democrat today put out, you'll love it, a 17 page draft text of what they want to impeach Trump for.
00:49:40.480 And I mean, it is the kitchen sink and then some.
00:49:44.840 So I'd encourage people to read it.
00:49:46.380 Again, the guy's like kind of just a random radical activist, but it just it gives you a sense into their mind of where they're going directionally, which I think is important.
00:49:54.820 Are you are you putting that up on social media?
00:49:56.900 You're going to have that on your sub stack?
00:49:58.240 Where is it going to go?
00:49:58.800 Where do people get it?
00:49:59.820 Yes, it's it's up.
00:50:01.080 I posted it this morning and we'll tweet it out imminently.
00:50:04.660 But make sure you read it.
00:50:06.080 It's they're going after him for everything.
00:50:07.760 like it's 17 pages of charge charge charge charge it's it's crazy okay we'll make sure we check it
