00:00:00.000 Next year, Ted Cruz will be the only Republican to hold statewide elected office in Texas.
00:00:07.040 The only one. Poor, lonely guy. No one really expected that. I mean, look, plenty of people
00:00:13.240 expected or hoped that Democrat James Tallarico would beat Republican Kim Paxton and become the
00:00:18.820 Lone Star State's first Democratic senator more than 30 years. I don't think a ton of people
00:00:23.380 thought he was going to win by 12 points, which is his margin. Just like they did not expect
00:00:27.540 democrats who lead in every statewide race we're talking lieutenant governor attorney general
00:00:31.920 controller land commissioner agricultural commissioner and of course railroad commissioner
00:00:36.620 well there's also the governor in one of the country's most remarkable races to my mind 0.97
00:00:42.980 democratic state senator gina inoosa upset the powerful incumbent republican greg abbott and 0.79
00:00:49.480 she beat him by about seven points she is the first democrat to be elected governor since ann
00:00:54.920 Richards in 1990, the first Latina governor in state history. She broke a Republican trifecta 0.91
00:01:00.660 that held for a quarter of a century, and she did it while being outspent by Republicans five to one,
00:01:07.980 according to Ad Impact. There was calls from the Republican Party right now to limit the
00:01:15.980 governor's power on their way out in this lame duck session. State Representative Brian Harrison
00:01:20.960 is calling for a special legislative session to limit the governor's emergency powers before
00:01:25.280 you're sworn in. He says, I warned years ago that no governor, Republican or Democrat should have
00:01:29.600 these broad emergency powers. Now that Texas has elected a Democratic governor, the urgency is
00:01:34.860 undeniable, the inaction intolerable. What do you think of that? Listen, there's no question Greg
00:01:40.540 Abbott has used his emergency powers in a way that is abusive. He has delivered a billion dollars
00:01:46.500 and no-bid contracts to his donors.
00:01:48.480 My commitment is that I will only use emergency powers
00:01:51.660 to deliver to the people of Texas
00:01:53.260 at a time when Texans want relief.
00:01:55.440 And I would hope no legislator
00:01:57.860 would block that effort towards relief.
00:02:01.720 This is about, listen, we can't keep fighting this way.
00:02:05.040 These divisions are tearing us all apart,
00:02:08.120 tearing our state apart, our country apart.
00:02:10.240 We need to come together to forge a new way forward
00:02:13.500 that is just about back to basics,
00:02:16.060 delivering for Texans. And I invite Representative Harrison and any other elected
00:02:21.760 official, any other leader to come and join with me in this effort to really usher in a new day in
00:02:27.780 Texas. When you say these divisions, what do you mean by that? I mean, the partisan divisions,
00:02:34.260 the divisions that have said we can't work together, we can't try to collaborate and make
00:02:39.520 sure that although we disagree on important things, that we find where we have common ground
00:02:46.480 and forge a way forward. It is not about moderation. It is about where do we have
00:02:52.780 commonalities and can we not maximize those opportunities? Because there is so much we have
00:03:00.500 in common across party lines, so much. We all want strong public schools. We all want to make
00:03:06.040 sure working families can make it in texas that is not a democratic agenda that is a texas agenda
00:03:11.340 and so we got to be able to find a way to come together and deliver those things for texans
00:03:16.360 friday 6 november year of alert 2026 um as i have said as the reason we took the showdown to texas
00:03:25.900 for half a year is that texas is the crown jewel in the union and we've got a massive problem down
00:03:33.580 there that i'm not sure we fully understand some people are working on that so we understand
00:03:38.760 exactly what happened but we have to um you know it's like anything in combat you got to take care
00:03:46.740 of this this has to be done has to be done immediately i'm glad that jesse waters and
00:03:50.280 at least jesse over at fox understands that his monologue last night which we'll play later
00:03:54.380 gets this although it's more big pictures about 2028 in the future that's all true
00:03:59.960 but we have a problem now before 2028 i don't want people also thinking downrange on 2028 it
00:04:07.560 just takes your eye off the immediacy of the problems we have the biggest problem the central
00:04:16.420 problem here is we've had todd bensman and so many people on here is turning texas to a sanctuary
00:04:21.940 state and turning texas to a sanctuary state in the first week of january of next year what 60
00:04:28.600 days away that happens folks i don't want to hear about 2028 i don't you're going to have
00:04:35.020 a massive problem look at california look at illinois look at new york
00:04:39.040 brian harrison joins us brian i i was gobs as you know we curate msnbc cnn and other bbc all of it
00:04:48.660 i was my jaw dropped last night when i'm watching chris hayes and chris hayes was absolutely correct
00:04:55.580 Nobody. And this is forget Paxton. We know the delta on Paxton was between what the established order lost in the in the rhinos that hate him and vote against him.
00:05:06.400 That's fine. And Karl Rove can sit around there and dance all he wants.
00:05:10.220 And Paxton did it. It's a bald face slide. The shocking, stunning development in the election on Tuesday.
00:05:16.820 The signal, not the noise, is we lost the statewide races in Texas by seven, seven and a half points, of which the smartest guys in Texas had it.
00:05:28.300 Hey, it might have been tight, a victory of one or two or three.
00:05:32.120 All the mathematical models really worked around what has, how, is it four?
00:05:37.360 Is it four and a half?
00:05:38.220 Is it five?
00:05:38.880 Is it six?
00:05:39.620 What does it take to get Paxton across?
00:05:43.480 Not to, not for Abbott in the established order.
00:05:46.820 And now we've had Chris Hayes doing that, breaking it down, then to have the governor-elect come on about what you've been driving about these emergency powers, not just for some, as you said, you worked with her four years ago to do this.
00:06:00.380 And she admitted it on, she admitted it on Chris Hayes.
00:06:04.640 She agreed.
00:06:05.940 Look, everybody understand what happened.
00:06:08.560 She came on her big, her first exclusive post-election interview was with MSNBC and Chris Hayes,
00:06:16.920 Rachel Maddow's acolyte and kind of the go-to guy there when they want to do something big.
00:06:23.080 This was big because that governorship is everything.
00:06:26.680 She came on, Brian Harrison, and correct me if I'm wrong because I know you've worked with her in the past.
00:06:32.080 She agreed.
00:06:33.400 I agreed that the emergency powers are out of control.
00:06:36.780 It got to be constrained.
00:06:37.420 But hang on. Not for me, because I'm all good and we're going to do this. Brian Harrison, brother. Now we got it. She's admitted to it. So can we just can we just tell the Republicans we send this clip and say she's down for it. Abbott, let's roll, sir.
00:06:52.120 You know what?
00:06:52.800 I got to say, you sure do curate the mainstream media.
00:06:56.380 I love coming on your show and talking to the posse.
00:06:58.880 But you do have this bad habit of making me suffer through five or seven minutes of MSNBC, you know, crapping on Republicans.
00:07:05.040 And in this case, me.
00:07:06.400 But, you know, whatever.
00:07:06.980 We're going to get past this.
00:07:07.800 Yes, look, she goes on national television and basically in different words says, yeah, Brian Harrison's right.
00:07:15.140 And you know what?
00:07:15.960 She's in a little bit of a pickle now because she knows I'm right.
00:07:19.340 I didn't they didn't take last night on her on national television for me to know this.
00:07:23.240 You know how I know she agrees with me because she spent the last four years telling me she agrees with me.
00:07:28.800 I've got text messages. I was looking back between us on the topic.
00:07:31.680 OK, so she has. By the way, the Democrats in the mainstream media, they are going absolutely apoplectic because yesterday morning I asked Greg Abbott to bring us back to rein in these unconstitutional executive emergency powers, which people are shocked to learn.
00:07:46.380 Give the governor of Texas, anytime they declare an emergency, all the powers of a dictator.
00:07:51.360 This is not exaggeration.
00:07:52.600 You can erase any law by edicts.
00:07:54.280 You can create new laws and enforce them on a whim, arbitrarily and capriciously.
00:07:58.800 And the legislature can't stop.
00:08:00.340 And people are shocked to learn that.
00:08:01.400 So I call on Greg Abbott.
00:08:02.760 Bring us back.
00:08:03.720 Because Greg Abbott needs to remember, the Democrats won Tuesday, but they were not inaugurated on Tuesday.
00:08:08.980 Greg Abbott, you're still the governor of the state of Texas.
00:08:10.920 For 10 more weeks, Republicans control everything.
00:08:13.380 Bring us back.
00:08:14.360 Let's do something we should have done forever ago. 0.51
00:08:15.680 Let's end these emergency powers, which would limit the damage and destruction the Democrats can do to Texas for the next four years.
00:08:24.480 And the media is going nuts.
00:08:26.400 The Democrat Party, apoplectic.
00:08:28.340 But you know what's fascinating?
00:08:29.800 They didn't say a word when Brian Harrison, exactly four years ago, filed the exact same legislation,
00:08:36.500 called for special sessions right after a guy named Greg Abbott was reelected.
00:08:41.600 The Democrats were totally fine with it four years ago.
00:08:44.200 but now all of a sudden that they're going to get the reins of power now no no no we can't touch 0.95
00:08:50.020 those emergency powers you know what they're doing in addition to showing their rank hypocrisy
00:08:55.020 the democrats are effectively admitting yeah we actually want to and plan on governing like
00:09:02.180 dictators that's what they're saying because i know the truth from gina hinojosa gina hinojosa
00:09:06.980 knows that i'm correct about this she has committed for years to working with me to get rid of these 0.98
00:09:11.480 powers, but now that she's going to get to be the one wielding them within 24 hours of winning her
00:09:16.780 election, she put out a statement saying she plans to use these emergency powers on day one of her 0.97
00:09:23.300 administration to meddle in Texas's electricity markets. Okay, it's only a short step there from 0.73
00:09:28.760 undoing our abortion laws, undoing our border security laws, and effectively, she could declare
00:09:34.100 an emergency and stop our counties from working with DHS and ICE on the 287G program. She could
00:09:39.360 effectively turn texas into a sanctuary state allow support cities within texas to become 0.98
00:09:46.660 sanctuary cities and there won't be a darn thing the legislature could do about it if we do not act
00:09:51.840 we've got 10 weeks to protect liberty for 30 million texans and greg abbott dan patrick and
00:09:57.240 the rest of my republican colleagues you know what guys let me remind you you took an oath to the
00:10:01.900 constitution of the united states and of the state of texas and guess what the constitution requires
00:10:07.580 separation of powers no governor i've been saying this for years of any party should be able to
00:10:13.880 wield unchecked limitless emergency powers that allow them to both write and enforce laws by 0.54
00:10:21.280 edict and on a whim we screamed about it when joe biden did it we cannot let gina host to do the 0.74
00:10:26.640 same thing and govern by executive fiat here in the state of texas i want to go by the way we may
00:10:31.860 have 10 weeks overall but we got this has to be moved on i believe immediately i'm going to go
00:10:36.840 back four years ago, Abbott won his third term. Walk me through what you did on this, because
00:10:42.200 this lays the predicate of, we've been arguing about this. You particularly been arguing about
00:10:47.680 this for years and years and years. And what you want to do is take those powers away from Abbott.
00:10:52.200 So tell me what you did four years ago. Well, and actually I've been working on this long before I
00:10:55.920 got to the Texas government. When I was president Trump's chief of staff at the U.S. Department of
00:10:59.540 Health and Human Services, I led the effort called the sunset rule to sunset federal regulations,
00:11:04.100 unless Congress approved it, because the constitutions are federal and state only give
00:11:09.680 the authority to write laws to the legislative branch. So I've been working on this issue since
00:11:14.040 before I got elected in Texas. And right after I got elected in Texas, when I found out that
00:11:18.380 to my shock and dismay, that Texas has laws that allow the governor to usurp all the powers of the
00:11:25.520 legislature. I don't care who the governor is. We can't stand because I was warning at the time,
00:11:29.540 guys, one day we're going to have a Democrat governor. And I was mocked. I was ridiculed. I
00:11:34.200 was laughed at. You know who opposed this? Greg Abbott and the rest of the leadership in the
00:11:37.800 Texas House in particular said, well, no, we're not going to limit the governor's emergency
00:11:41.840 authorities because that would be viewed as an attack on Greg Abbott. And I'm like, guys,
00:11:45.440 if we don't do this, the second we get a Democrat governor, they could turn us into California.
00:11:49.840 We will have given them all the tools. And I was mocked. Oh, Democrats are never going to win in
00:11:53.540 the state of Texas. Well, guess what, guys? It just happened. So here's what my bill that I've
00:11:58.380 been pushing for years does. It limits the time that we can have a state of emergency in Texas.
00:12:05.020 People forget during COVID, Greg Abbott had us in a declared state of emergency for over 1,000 days.
00:12:12.240 That's outrageous. We need a limit. We cannot be in a state of emergency for more than 30 days
00:12:17.120 unless the people, through their elected representatives in the legislature, agree,
00:12:22.160 yeah, we're in a state of emergency. And that even if we are in a state of emergency,
00:12:24.880 no governor should be able to issue any kind of disaster order or declaration or edict that lasts
00:12:30.440 more than a month because a month is plenty of time for the legislature to come back and say you
00:12:34.200 know what we agree governor and we the people because of where they're representatives we're
00:12:38.460 going to support you or you know what this goes too far governor hinojosa and unless the legislature
00:12:43.980 affirmatively concurs with her executive emergency actions those actions should be null and void
00:12:50.840 in less than 30 days or 30 days at the most.
00:12:53.720 These are common sense proposals that are not partisan.
00:12:57.140 No governor, I say this so many times
00:12:59.180 at the risk of belaboring the point,
00:13:00.820 no governor of any party should be able to wield
00:13:04.440 all the powers of a dictator
00:13:06.520 by issuing and writing laws, enforcing laws,
00:13:11.040 erasing laws by edict.
00:13:12.400 Our abortion laws, they could go away.
00:13:14.180 Our border security laws, they could go away.
00:13:16.040 Our election integrity laws, they could go away.
00:13:18.740 Our oil and gas sector, 1.00
00:13:19.720 She could simply declare it a disaster and say, you know what? 0.99
00:13:22.160 Carbon emissions, I think carbon emissions are a public health threat. 0.99
00:13:25.240 We're going to limit oil and gas production in the state of Texas.
00:13:27.940 And if we don't act in the next 10 weeks, you know what? 1.00
00:13:29.980 There's not a darn thing the legislature could do to stop Gina Hinojosa.
00:13:33.740 But this isn't partisan.
00:13:34.900 It's actually not political, despite the gaslighting from the mainstream media and the Democrat Party.
00:13:39.300 We've got to act.
00:13:40.460 Governor Greg Abbott needs to do the right thing and bring us back to Austin.
00:13:42.960 He should do it, and he should do it today.
00:13:44.820 People should go to my X feed at the top, add Brian Harrison, sign the petition.
00:13:47.940 if you're frustrated, if you're angry, if you want to do something to protect Texans' liberty
00:13:52.440 and limit the damage and destruction that Governor Hinojosa and the Democrats can do,
00:13:56.520 make your voice be heard. Go sign our petition. Call the governor. Email the governor. Blow up
00:14:00.440 the phone lines. Go tag him on social media. Remind him, hey, Governor Abbott, you don't
00:14:04.280 leave office for another 10 weeks. We have power. Let's act like it.
00:14:08.760 Brian, hang on for one second. I just want to do a, I want to review this in depth. This has to
00:14:13.920 happen. You know why we've hit a nerve? Because the Democrats are totally completely freaked out
00:14:18.280 about this is all they're talking about. Because they understand exactly what they want to do.
00:14:22.480 Birch Gold, take your phone out. Birch Gold, Bannon, 989898. Maybe it's time now to talk to

00:14:45.320 to come is turbulence chaos gold has been a hedge for three thousand four thousand five thousand

00:16:13.640 way at Birch Gold. There was calls from the Republican Party right now to limit the governor's
00:16:22.900 power on their way out in this lame duck session. State Representative Brian Harrison is calling for
00:16:28.480 a special legislative session to limit the governor's emergency powers before you're sworn
00:16:32.200 in. He says, I warned years ago that no governor, Republican or Democrat, should have these broad
00:16:36.520 emergency powers. Now that Texas has elected a Democratic governor, the urgency is undeniable,
00:16:41.960 the inaction intolerable. What do you think of that? Listen, there's no question Greg Abbott
00:16:47.340 has used his emergency powers in a way that is abusive. He has delivered a billion dollars in
00:16:53.200 open contracts to his donors. My commitment is that I will only use emergency powers to deliver
00:16:58.700 to the people of Texas at a time when Texans want relief.
00:17:02.020 And I would hope no legislator would block that effort towards relief.
00:17:08.240 This is about, listen, we can't keep fighting this way.
00:17:11.540 These divisions are tearing us all apart, tearing our state apart, our country apart.
00:17:16.400 We need to come together to forge a new way forward that is just about back to basics,
00:17:22.720 delivering for Texans.
00:17:23.920 And I invite Representative Harrison and any other elected official, any other leader to come and join with me in this effort to really usher in a new day in Texas.
00:17:34.880 When you say these divisions, what do you mean by that?
00:17:38.340 I mean, the partisan divisions, the divisions that have.
00:17:43.020 Brian, you've known her and worked with her for years.
00:17:45.380 Are you going to take her up on an offer?
00:17:46.520 Let me ask you, she admitted these powers are abusive.
00:17:53.920 Now, she said, hey, but I'm good. I'm nice. I'm only going to do it for the people of Texas.
00:18:01.000 That's not the way the system works, right? You need separation of powers, checks and balances.
00:18:06.620 What are you asking for? Because she says they're abusive. 0.59
00:18:10.520 And she gave an example of Governor Abbott. And I can't opine to that because I don't know the facts.
00:18:16.000 But what are you actually asking for that different than what you asked for four years ago when Abbott won?
00:18:24.420 What are you asking for?
00:18:25.720 It's so radical here.
00:18:27.240 So radical.
00:18:28.080 No, absolutely nothing.
00:18:29.860 And again, the low IQ leftists are going apoplectic that I want to protect the constitutional separation of powers by making sure that it's only the legislature that can write laws in the state of Texas.
00:18:40.320 But they were totally silent when I pushed the exact same word for word.
00:18:44.060 No changes.
00:18:44.700 We didn't even move a comma.
00:18:46.000 OK, the exact same legislation I've been pushing to take away from our governor, any governor, the power to unilaterally exercise all the power of the legislature and write and enforce laws.
00:18:58.540 And you know what, Governor Hinojosa or Governor-elect Hinojosa, my colleague, what I would say to her if she's watching is, you know what?
00:19:04.360 Hey, I agree with you. Let's find common ground.
00:19:07.880 Let's set aside partisanship and pursue the areas we agree on, because guess what?
00:19:12.740 I got to remind you, Governor-elect Hinojosa, you and I, at least according to you, for years agree on this.
00:19:20.500 You have told me numerous times that you want to work with me on this legislation to limit the emergency powers of the governor
00:19:27.760 because she's told me she believes they're unconstitutional.
00:19:31.260 And she just told you, you saw her right there, she told America these powers are abusive
00:19:35.860 and these powers at a minimum can be abused because she said Greg Abbott abused them.
00:19:40.780 But she was saying now, well, I'm going to use them for good.
00:19:44.780 The Republicans have used them, but she is going to use them for good.
00:19:48.680 Well, I'm just I'm sorry. But hang on. But hang on.
00:19:51.820 But hang on. It's not just the you her new attorney general.
00:19:56.360 Correct me if I'm wrong. Newsweek and we put this up.
00:19:59.020 If not, we'll get it in Grace and Mo and Elizabeth will push it out.
00:20:02.320 The attorney general elect who's going to be the governor elect Hinojosa's attorney general
00:20:08.880 agrees with brian harrison and the governor that these powers are abusive am i correct it's in
00:20:16.400 newsweek magazine on an interview sir correct correct late last night newsmax i'm sorry um
00:20:22.320 newsweek put out a lengthy article on my call um for this for this emergency powers and i'm going
00:20:28.280 to read from to you from nathan johnson he's the democrat newly elected incoming attorney general
00:20:32.980 again i know all these people they've been in the legislature with me for years and i have worked
00:20:37.020 with nathan johnson the incoming democrat attorney general of the state of texas elected with gina
00:20:42.060 hinojosa on the exact issues of reigning in emergency powers because under a republican
00:20:47.440 governor they were chomping at the bit to end these unconstitutional powers and i will read
00:20:52.940 this right now a democrat attorney general this is newsweek nathan johnson told newsweek he shares
00:20:57.560 harrison's concerns about gubernatorial emergency authorities but he just doesn't want to do it in
00:21:03.920 his special session. Here's his quote. Quotes, a special session is the wrong way to address an
00:21:09.520 issue that Rep. Harrison and I agree should be addressed, Johnson said. Again, the newly elected
00:21:16.640 Democrat attorney general in Texas elect, I have spoken with Representative Harrison multiple times
00:21:22.500 and we agree that the governor's emergency powers should be constrained. I do believe
00:21:30.020 Governor Abbott has abused his emergency powers. This is last night, hot off the press, the newly
00:21:36.880 elected Democrat attorney general elect of the state of Texas, who I have worked with for years
00:21:42.420 on this exact issue. And in fact, I spoke to him within the last two months when he was campaigning
00:21:47.180 about the need to do this. And he again agreed with me. So the problem for the Democrats is
00:21:52.020 they know I'm right. And for years, when a Republican was the governor, mind you,
00:21:58.100 they were also screaming from the Raptors that no governor should have these emergency powers.
00:22:02.180 So Governor Hinojosa-elect, my colleague, if you're sincere, in the event Governor Abbott fails to do this,
00:22:07.380 which he shouldn't, and I'm going to do everything I can to make sure Governor Abbott gets this done in the next 10 weeks,
00:22:11.900 but if he fails to act or if we somehow can't get this done, I will absolutely take you up on your offer.
00:22:17.600 I will be in your office, Governor-elect, and I hope that you will follow through on your commitment to me
00:22:22.440 to get rid of these tyrannical powers because no governor should be able to act like a Democrat.
00:22:26.260 And if the Democrats oppose this, then guess what? 0.94
00:22:29.060 They're proving, like I said before, not just their hypocrisy, but they're saying the quiet part out loud. 0.88
00:22:34.440 They actually want to govern as dictators in the state of Texas. 0.94
00:22:38.420 And no Texan should be okay with that.
00:22:40.380 But you know what?
00:22:40.700 Even more to the point, no Republican elected official in the state of Texas should allow that to happen.
00:22:46.040 We've got 10 weeks where Republicans are still in control.
00:22:48.700 Let's act like it.
00:22:49.520 the motto from the commonwealth of virginia right which has been replaced as the crown
00:22:55.900 jewel in the union by texas is sixth semper tyrannis thus always to tyrants and that's
00:23:01.180 what we have to do brian harrison let's get practical what what does the war in posse need
00:23:05.260 to do right now what do they do about this uh reading the letter pushing the letter out pushing
00:23:10.720 the interviews out pushing newsweek out but most importantly getting on this uh getting on this
00:23:15.860 document and signing it and getting it to governor abbott and putting pressure making the phone
00:23:20.200 calls hey we've done this before right on the on the redistricting on the uh on the on the uh
00:23:26.120 impeachment all of it so we've got a lot of experience audiences a lot of experience down
00:23:30.480 in texas and they understand that texas is the crown jewel and we've had todd bensman right a
00:23:35.920 texan on here many times talking about the 287g that she can with a stroke of the pen right after
00:23:41.960 she's, right after she's, you know, the inauguration. And that makes Texas a sanctuary
00:23:47.880 state. So where do people go right now practically to move the football here?
00:23:52.460 Well, like so many other things that the posse is well aware that we've gotten done in Texas,
00:23:56.900 it wouldn't have happened without my social media feed. You know, I put this thing up on
00:24:00.760 on X just yesterday morning, and it's gone everywhere. Maybe it's been, I've lost track
00:24:06.120 of the days, one or two days ago. And this thing has gone everywhere. But the posse,
00:24:09.460 you guys can make a difference one more time.
00:24:11.520 The governor doesn't want to act.
00:24:12.760 I mean, because if he wanted to do this,
00:24:13.960 he could have done this anytime
00:24:14.840 in the 12 years he's been governor.
00:24:16.060 He doesn't want to do it.
00:24:17.180 The established order in the Texas House
00:24:19.560 and Texas Senate, they don't want to do it.
00:24:21.500 Because you know what?
00:24:21.920 It's easier just to complain and lament the loss
00:24:24.620 than it is to put your big boy pants on
00:24:26.600 and say, you know what?
00:24:27.440 We've got a state to save.
00:24:29.120 We've got a republic to save.
00:24:30.420 Because if we don't save Texas,
00:24:31.900 it does not portend well for the future of America.
00:24:34.220 Go to my ex-feed at Brian E. Harrison,
00:24:36.080 at Brian E. Harrison.
00:24:37.020 The very top, the pin tweet is a petition.
00:24:39.400 I think just in the last number of hours, 20 hours or so, well over between 5,000 to 10,000 people have already signed this thing.
00:24:46.160 I don't know what the number is.
00:24:47.060 It goes up so fast.
00:24:48.380 But, guys, put your name on there.
00:24:50.180 Put your contacts.
00:24:51.300 Follow me on X.
00:24:52.320 Because there is zero chance this happens without my social media.
00:24:55.500 Period.
00:24:55.880 Full stop.
00:24:56.380 You guys amplifying it.
00:24:57.640 That's how we deliver conservative victories in the state of Texas.
00:25:00.600 At Brian E. Harrison.
00:25:02.080 At the top of it.
00:25:02.800 And then go to social media.
00:25:03.880 Don't stop there.
00:25:04.580 It doesn't want to take you 90 seconds to do all this.
00:25:06.120 Go sign the petition.
00:25:06.980 Follow me on X.
00:25:07.680 And then go to social media, Facebook, Twitter, whatever you got, tag the governor, lieutenant governor, speaker, call him, email him, remind him the Democrats won, but the Democrats don't get inaugurated for 10 weeks.
00:25:21.540 Republicans still control the government in the state of Texas, and we must act like it.
00:25:26.200 I'm sick and tired of Democrats fighting harder for the future of Texas and America than elected Republicans have been.
00:25:31.960 And elected Republicans have dropped the ball in so many ways.
00:25:34.080 They've squandered a near generation of total rule.
00:25:36.680 But you know what?
00:25:37.680 That notwithstanding, they've got 10 weeks to right the ship.
00:25:40.960 They've got 10 weeks on the way out the door.
00:25:42.660 Do something right.
00:25:43.460 Do something historic.
00:25:44.900 Limit the amount of damage and destruction the Democrats can do to the Lone Star State over the next four years.
00:25:49.620 And I look forward to partnering with the posse to continue providing the voice of real, bold, conservative, courageous pro-liberty leadership that I still believe the overwhelming majority of Texans want and that Texans deserve.
00:26:02.120 You can make your voice be heard and you can do it today.
00:26:05.460 Brian Harrison, thank you.
00:26:06.620 Thank you for this, for taking leadership in this fight.
00:26:10.100 Very, very nice.
00:26:10.780 I was great to do it.
00:26:11.360 Must happen.
00:26:12.640 Has to.
00:26:13.000 And the established order.
00:26:14.180 First of all, the established order has to come out because a lot of controversy about the math and, you know, a lot of people.
00:26:20.200 The reality is that the Democrats, because I've talked about this, there's different electorates for presidential cycles and midterm cycles.
00:26:30.420 the i think in uh aggregating up all of it the um somehow they came up with 19 million additional
00:26:40.680 votes instead of and by the way the republicans did better i think by 1.2 million or 1.5 million
00:26:47.100 uh which is a you know a good increase not earth shattering the democrats had 19 million we have
00:26:55.520 to understand how that happened, where it came from, and particularly in Texas. Texas, I think
00:27:02.080 her vote was 40% higher than other candidates have had traditionally. We have to find out if
00:27:11.560 that was independence. They had the independent model wrong. There's more independence, vastly
00:27:16.940 more independence voted, actually showed up to vote, which is shocking. Normally people would
00:27:21.560 say I'm not going to vote. And if these young men, young men Republicans or registered Republicans
00:27:27.180 Hispanics actually showed up and voted against, that's a, normally they just wouldn't vote. So 0.68
00:27:32.520 we have to get in back of that and we have to make sure that we are not ceding Texas to become
00:27:38.840 a sanctuary state. I've got Isaac Glaster from the young Republicans of Texas with a couple of
00:27:45.360 major announcements, also Jason Kilmeyer on what we need to do immediately on mass deportations.
00:27:52.560 It's Friday, and we're down for a fight here in the war room.
00:27:55.660 Take your phone out.
00:27:57.020 Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, 989-8-9-8.
00:27:59.700 Get to Philip Patrick and the team today at Birch Gold.
00:28:04.080 Talk about the chaos and turbulence in global capital markets,
00:28:08.980 those bond and equity,
00:28:10.980 and how gold may be a solution for you and your family.
00:28:16.540 As President Trump continues to fight for this great country,
00:28:19.800 one of his most important actions could soon impact the wealth of millions of hardworking
00:28:25.500 Americans like you. Of course, you won't hear about this in the mainstream media or on the
00:28:30.880 nightly news. They'll never admit Trump was right about anything. But according to my dear friend
00:28:37.160 and frequent war room guest, Jim Rickards, President Trump has a plan that could unlock
00:28:41.980 an estimated $2.7 trillion in American resources, creating opportunities that many investors may not
00:28:49.060 even realize exist. Jim recently put together a new presentation explaining what he believes
00:28:55.180 is happening, why it matters, and what Americans should be watching right now. To get the full
00:29:00.740 story, go to RickardsWarRoom.com. That's RickardsWarRoom.com and watch Jim's free
00:29:07.180 presentation. Again, that's RickardsWarRoom.com. That's RickardsWarRoom.com to learn more about
00:29:14.240 this $2.7 million, $2.7 trillion in American resources that President Trump is creating
00:29:22.260 a massive opportunity.
00:29:23.660 Go check it out today, RickardsWarRoom.com.
00:29:26.060 War Room.
00:29:27.000 Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
00:29:31.880 By the way, Grace right now reminds me, Bill Blaster is a way that you can do Texas very,
00:29:36.780 very, very easily.
00:29:37.660 You'll know who your rep is, everything.
00:29:38.940 So go to Bill Blaster, if Mo and Elizabeth and Grace can put that up in the chat.
00:29:42.360 very very um effective app that grace and the development team came up with it's amazing so
00:29:49.420 bill blessed his way to get into action and we need people into action we need them into action
00:29:54.780 immediately about this 19 million let's just put a pin in it for a minute we got to get the facts
00:30:01.680 we have tons of data people working on this right now okay it's you know back to 2020 you get this
00:30:08.880 You get these mathematical anomalies, just got to get in the back of them
00:30:13.520 to find out what in the hell, what did they do for the 19 million additional votes?
00:30:19.080 So we're doing that.
00:30:19.820 So everybody take a deep breath.
00:30:21.940 We're working on it and with the best people out there.
00:30:25.820 Jason Kilmeyer, because you've got, look, we've got that.
00:30:29.000 We've got what's happening in Texas immediately to make it a sanctuary state.
00:30:32.340 We've got this lame duck session,
00:30:36.000 which they're going to try to jam the worst amnesty you've ever seen.
00:30:39.280 They're going to try to jam something for the tech oligarchs 0.76
00:30:42.460 and give them unlimited power.
00:30:45.400 They're going to jam an omnibus.
00:30:47.420 They've got $3 trillion deficits,
00:30:49.060 so the affordability issue is not going to go away
00:30:52.260 because a big part of that is these massive deficits running around.
00:30:56.100 But omnibus, that's grotesque.
00:30:58.360 There's so much evil coming out of this thing that has to be stopped.
00:31:02.700 Jason Kilmeier joins us.
00:31:03.980 Jason, real quick, just your bona fides over at DHS, you were one of the hammers that, for whatever reason, people around the president decided to get rid of the hammers about the mass deportation.
00:31:16.540 And one of the reasons we're in this situation is the lack of mass deportations and focus on mass deportations.
00:31:24.280 So, Jason, give us quickly your background.
00:31:26.300 Then I want to get into Texas.
00:31:27.660 Then I want to talk about your recommendation, The Daily Caller, about mass deportations.
00:31:32.020 walk through what you did. How'd you get in the Trump administration? And what was your run there?
00:31:38.880 Sure. And first of all, let me say, hey, I appreciate the energy today with you and Brian.
00:31:42.400 That was a good way to get started, given the fights that are coming. So I was fortunate
00:31:46.480 enough to join and serve a year in government. I joined in April 2025. I was the chief of staff
00:31:52.140 of DHS's Office of Policy, Strategy, and Plans. And then I had the honor to go be part of ICE.
00:31:59.720 I was the chief of staff of ICE for not much longer than a cup of coffee, about five, six months.
00:32:04.500 But those were some very eventful months, as folks know.
00:32:07.680 And there's a ton of hardworking, serious people still working till late into the evening, seven days a week over at ICE right now.
00:32:15.920 And then so, Steve, you know, to your direct question, kind of where does this head?
00:32:19.800 What is the immediate focus now?
00:32:22.120 I look at it as this is the time where we can all kind of together say, what hasn't been working?
00:32:28.520 Where do we need to go next?
00:32:30.440 Where do we need the administration to level with us if we have expectations that are not realistic?
00:32:35.340 But everything that we're working on, every planning horizon, and you said this at the top, is not about 2028.
00:32:42.360 We have 26 months to do what we can before a Democrat theoretically comes into office, abolishes ICE, and lets in another $10 million.
00:32:53.560 So let's start then with Texas.
00:32:56.260 Because right now, unless we get the emergency session and you limit, like Brian Harrison was talking about, the dictatorial, tyrannical powers of the governor of Texas, if, for instance, if she – there's so many things she can do.
00:33:10.900 The working relationship between DHS and ICE and the Texas government, the 287G, and you might want to explain to people why that's important.
00:33:18.840 But the new governor elect, the day she comes in within the first 24 hours, she can make Texas a sanctuary state.
00:33:26.640 I want people to embrace that. Don't talk. I don't hear about this guy's running.
00:33:31.420 I don't hear about from these people, but this guy's running 2020.
00:33:34.660 Anybody that's talking about that is immature. And one of the reasons that we're in the situation we're in, I don't care about 2028.
00:33:41.640 At this time period in 16, which is the last open, real open primary we had at this point in time, Chris Christie, Jeb Bush and Marco Rubio were the leaders.
00:33:54.820 OK, it's not relevant. What's relevant is the action before us today, because if we don't take action, action, action now, you're not going to have a country.
00:34:04.840 They didn't just kind of show up in Texas. They came to Texas for a reason.
00:34:09.440 And one of the reasons they understand when they turn California into a sanctuary state, it goes from being a Republican hotbed to the modern California, the modern people's Republic of California.
00:34:20.240 The same thing in New York, the same thing in Illinois, the same thing in Minnesota.
00:34:26.120 This is what you're looking at. So go ahead, Jason. I'm sorry for cutting you off, but I'm worked.
00:34:29.580 No, I'm sorry. Sir. Yeah. No, yours is exactly right.
00:34:33.260 What I tell people is we used to have a phrase. There's no room on the sidelines. Right.
00:34:37.160 And what I tell people now is there are no sidelines left. It is only field. We have a foreign born socialist as the mayor of New York City and a foreign born socialist as the mayor of Los Angeles coming in. Our two largest cities and the nation's capital have socialists running them. There is no room for error going forward. We have a limited amount of time.
00:34:59.740 So Texas, to your point, the governor has gone back and forth, the incoming governor, I'm sorry, the governor-elect, on what type of cooperation she will allow with the federal government, what I presume will happen.
00:35:11.080 So right now, the 287G program is where local governments, often counties, sheriffs will cooperate or local police departments will cooperate with ICE in terms of detainers and other elements of enforcement.
00:35:25.020 And so when you see effective enforcement in states like Florida and in Texas, which is really the model where you don't have the violence and all the other things happening, it is because they are using the best asset we have, which is those local officers who assist the mission.
00:35:39.200 What I think the governor is going to do is probably twofold. One is she is going to slowly and ideally in her brain in a way that avoids the news cycles, prevent the Texas patrol as well as the guard from helping to guard the border.
00:35:58.040 and we know that there are caravans that are already going to start to make their way up.
00:36:01.500 But two, she's going to make it very, very hard or very, very painful for these municipalities
00:36:06.480 to continue to cooperate with the federal government. And if that happens, there is
00:36:12.380 very few good options left there in the state. And what I would do, you know, if I was in the
00:36:19.620 federal government at that point, I would recognize there is a version of people saying
00:36:24.860 that we are paying for some of the overreach in terms of immigration enforcement, but the
00:36:28.240 overreach belongs to the other side as well. People did not vote for amnesty. What the Democrats in
00:36:34.000 power want, especially the personalities who were just elected, is something alien to most of the
00:36:39.320 American people. So if Hinojosa pulls folks from the border, from the state government, whether
00:36:44.540 it's DPS or the Guard, the president should surge federal forces there to help guard it. I call it
00:36:51.720 the reverse eagle pass. It's what we saw Biden try to do. It's the other side of that.
00:36:56.760 Okay, hang on, slow down. It's full stop. I want to hit rewind. Assume just working,
00:37:03.520 you know, we're tabletopping this here in the war room. Let's assume Abbott and the established
00:37:09.460 order is too gutless because they don't want Chris Hayes and Rachel Maddow saying bad things
00:37:13.480 about them. Let's assume they don't call a special session. Let's assume she takes power
00:37:17.960 with these tyrannical powers that should have been stripped away. 0.91
00:37:21.420 Let's assume she does what you just said in a very subtle and sophisticated way.
00:37:26.200 And all of a sudden, we're back to the situation of having an open border
00:37:30.260 and with no internal interior enforcement down in Texas.
00:37:39.540 What is your recommendation to the federal government that President Trump should do immediately?
00:37:44.240 Is send as many folks down there, whether it's guards from other states or whether it is federal members of DHS or other agencies who can be deputized with immigration power and just flank the entire border.
00:37:56.700 So if you think about it this way, right, what is a good way for some of Trump's next wins?
00:38:00.880 It is to take on these personalities that are so dramatically out of step with the American people, right?
00:38:06.020 So Mamdani, the Ugandan-born mayor of New York City, calls for the end of federal immigration
00:38:11.720 enforcement in our country's largest city.
00:38:14.140 The president should make a show of even stronger enforcement.
00:38:18.240 And that doesn't necessarily mean door-to-door in the way that we saw in Minneapolis, but
00:38:21.820 there are federal facilities in New York City where federal primacy exists.
00:38:26.780 And if Mamdani wants to have that showdown, I think Trump can welcome it.
00:38:29.720 We have a president who's very good at those types of fights.
00:38:32.000 So we can use federal facilities in each of these places and force these radicals to admit what they really want, which is the end of the distinction between legal and illegal immigration, blurring the line between citizen and non-citizen, and ultimately the abolishment of ICE in January 2029.
00:38:50.100 uh walk me through once again what does that look like i get new york very interesting what does 0.53
00:38:56.560 that look like in texas on you know january 4th or 5th after she signed because she's going to do it 1.00
00:39:02.320 she talks about it all the time she's going to do this she is going to do this and turn texas
00:39:09.280 into a sanctuary state so what should president trump do immediately in texas if there are any
00:39:14.780 places that are not fully secured or right now where there are Operation Lone Star where we have
00:39:20.640 the members of the Texas Guard or we have DPS or other folks helping, for every one of those people
00:39:27.300 that is removed, appoint two federal officers to go down there and help secure it. If there are
00:39:32.220 areas where the state has elements of control and there are barriers that they take down, we build
00:39:37.220 barriers twice as big, right? We assert the federal authority that exists if there are parts of the
00:39:42.980 border, right, where there are marine barriers, where there's not wall, we absolutely flood the
00:39:49.660 zone even more so than we already have. And we recognize that this is, again, the fight we can
00:39:57.120 win. The American people are moving towards restrictionism. They are moving towards mass
00:40:02.400 deportation. That's going to be the litmus test on the Republican side guaranteed for 2028. But
00:40:08.000 there's a lot the president can still do and I think reveal these folks for who they are.
00:40:12.980 um this is how sophisticated the the left is in doing this so don't think we're don't think we've 1.00
00:40:20.920 got um stupid people they're radicals but they're clever and they're cunning just like the bolsheviks 0.99
00:40:28.260 in dc so jason in washington dc and i think actually uh pete has maybe called up some folks 1.00
00:40:36.860 etc. But they're making the case on MSNBC and the New York Times that the troops, the National Guard
00:40:45.360 people that are here that have been surged here for the situation, the issues here and in other
00:40:50.060 places now come from the vast majority, I think 90, 95 percent, come from states that will have
00:40:58.280 blue governors on the first week of January and that those governors should immediately just tell
00:41:04.440 federal government, they're not going to do it. They're going to bring their troops home.
00:41:07.400 You just said to call out guard. They're going to pull the same thing here. As insurrectionists,
00:41:13.080 aren't they just going to say, these radical governors are going to say,
00:41:16.360 Trump can call for all the National Guard they want, but we ain't sending them and we're not
00:41:20.760 sending them down to the Texas border to secure the border because we believe that Texas should
00:41:25.240 be a sanctuary state, sir. Yeah, I think you're exactly right that that may happen.
00:41:31.720 And then we will have to have an understanding of where the federal government has authority
00:41:36.140 and where it doesn't, right?
00:41:37.160 If you think about this, and I'll answer that practically in a second, but if you think
00:41:40.360 about this, everything that we've talked about for two years around immigration is
00:41:45.100 whether or not the federal government, whether or not federal law applies across the entirety
00:41:49.700 of our country or not.
00:41:50.960 Democrats say that it doesn't.
00:41:53.000 But what our history shows us is that when a president exercises that federal authority
00:41:57.300 in a lawful capacity, especially when there's a breakdown of public order, that good things
00:42:01.860 happen. So if that's the case, and we have competing edicts, from a very practical perspective,
00:42:07.500 what the president can do is call on guards from other states who are potentially willing,
00:42:11.980 or he can use the number of federal employees that we have who are not only immediate law
00:42:19.080 enforcement as it relates to, say, ICE or CBP, but there are federal agents across a ton of agencies.
00:42:25.580 We have a federal presence in every major population city in America.
00:42:29.040 Those are individuals, maybe they're fish and wildlife, maybe they're other types of
00:42:33.120 officers that can be deputized in some capacity to go support securing the border and enforcing
00:42:40.240 American sovereignty across the homeland.
00:42:42.020 Yeah.
00:42:42.840 Okay.
00:42:43.200 Hang on for one second, Jason.
00:42:44.600 Just hang with me.
00:42:45.280 I've got Isaac Laster, too, with some major announcements from young Republicans of Texas.
00:42:52.420 So we're focused on Texas.
00:42:53.580 Sean Spicer is going to join us.
00:42:54.980 We're also going to go to the White House.
00:42:56.580 A lot going on today.
00:42:57.460 The president's going to go to Cape Canaveral to speak.

00:44:52.600 Great service.
00:44:54.260 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:45:00.700 Jason Kilmeyer.
00:45:02.000 Jason, take me through then your article on Daily Caller about mass deportations.
00:45:07.500 And the engine room, you know, we love having you on.
00:45:11.400 In fact, we got introduced to you personally by Isaac Laster and the great team down at Young Republicans Texas who take on the toughest issues of the day and do not back off.
00:45:21.400 Their fear is that with your plan, and we're talking about mass deportations, but when the new Congress is set, they're going to immediately, and I don't care about reconciliation or whatever, they're immediately going to use every effort at all to defund ICE.
00:45:35.880 Their commitment is to destroy ICE.
00:45:38.440 Why did they want to destroy ICE?
00:45:39.900 because they understand that's how we get the 20 that's the only possibility of getting the 22
00:45:45.260 million illegal aliens out of here and that's their business model they have to if those people 0.61
00:45:50.440 vote they continue to win this is why you have a foreign-born ugandan in the mayor of new york and 0.98
00:45:55.660 you have the two great cities in the country new york and la foreign-born socialists how did that
00:46:01.280 happen uh foreigners put them in there so how do you how are you going to do this your plan if all 0.96
00:46:09.280 the money's going to be taken away immediately it's going to be a huge fight but they have 1.00
00:46:13.080 they have they have the they'll shut the government down over this watch for it because
00:46:17.840 they know the government shutdowns are all marginalia about the national parks they'll
00:46:21.780 shut the government down to take away the money from ice and i don't care about oh we all we're
00:46:26.700 sitting here fat dumb and happy and think it's uh and think oh we got it funded through 2029 they 0.91
00:46:32.120 don't play by those rules these guys are bolsheviks and they understand the beating heart of their 0.99
00:46:38.140 business models they have to get. This is why Texas, they want to turn Texas to a sanctuary 0.99
00:46:41.920 state. This is why they want to get rid of ICE and any interior enforcement. Jason Kilmeyer,
00:46:46.340 thoughts, observations? Well, I think, Steve, you're right. There's no depths to which they
00:46:51.260 won't go because this single issue is the heart of the entire political project for the Democrats.
00:46:57.340 The social and demographic engineering they're pursuing is the whole point. It's how they get
00:47:02.200 to the socialism that they are now more openly embracing. But then, Steve, what I tell people
00:47:07.580 is they say, well, how are we going to get this done if they're going to come after all the money?
00:47:10.340 You're not going to be able to protect all that multi-year money. And my answer is, we'll spend
00:47:13.360 it anyways. If they're not going to abide by those rules, then we're not either. Joe Biden
00:47:19.600 lost, or I'm sorry, had the midterms in 2022, and they sort of came out okay. But in that very next
00:47:25.560 year, 2023, they imported 960,000 people just on fake asylum applications, coached by nonprofits
00:47:33.720 funded by your taxpayer dollars. They flew in 30,000 people a month from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua,
00:47:39.360 Venezuela, something called the CHNV, which was a fake mass parole program. So we simply have to
00:47:44.960 decide that we will be that ruthless. Who is the attorney who will sign the order that says we're
00:47:50.080 going to move forward with these things anyway? Who is the attorney who will sign the order to
00:47:53.820 simply cancel every pending asylum case that's out there, both offensive and defensive, without
00:48:00.580 them being heard. These are the stakes of where we're going to have to move. And so
00:48:05.100 there is money, multi-year money, bucketed, that I think can protect ICE. I don't think they're
00:48:10.620 going to be able to fully shut it down. I think they're going to try to investigate it and
00:48:14.740 obstruct it into oblivion. But if they come for it, we just spend it anyway. And at some point,
00:48:19.740 the president's authority has to be sufficient to move forward with these actions. It was for Joe
00:48:23.740 biden uh jason what do we need to do as a team here in the warren posse to make sure that that
00:48:33.140 happens that that we play just as ruthless as they are do we have the right personnel now do
00:48:38.840 we need additional personnel how do we support the president how do we get the message that
00:48:42.720 it's time to get as ruthless as biden these guys they didn't get 22 million people in here
00:48:48.040 in a couple of years by just kind of oh yeah that's interesting they had a organized plan
00:48:53.120 There was not chaos at the border. It was an organized business model to import a new electorate.
00:48:59.560 And they've done it. How do we how do we act as what is your recommendation, sir?
00:49:03.980 So first things first, what you're doing today is important, which is to tell people we have to keep going.
00:49:08.720 There is no room to stop here. We have foreign born socialists, the mayor of our two largest cities.
00:49:13.540 The second thing is we speak to the administration as people who are in its corner.
00:49:18.480 Right. We do. We don't black pill. But going forward, we do results pill.
00:49:22.480 We say, here's what we're not seeing.
00:49:24.320 Please be transparent with us if there's a reason we're not getting it.
00:49:28.180 We are on this side because the only other side is going to be an actual and literal
00:49:34.020 socialism.
00:49:34.820 But here are the things that we need to see.
00:49:36.940 And then we hold our peers and the folks that we are supporting in the administration who
00:49:42.380 are working so hard to account.
00:49:45.160 And let me be a little bit more specific about that.
00:49:47.440 But what we first have to do, the folks here, is to be as loud as possible to make sure that we shout down amnesty.
00:49:55.500 They're going to make a push for that.
00:49:57.480 I and many other people who are in the restrictionist movement are hearing from both directly and indirectly from folks who are aligned with the different lobbying groups underneath this,
00:50:08.340 who are reaching out to us, trying to make soft contact, trying to gauge our willingness.
00:50:12.280 There is a full effort right now to push amnesty forward.
00:50:15.600 So we have to stare that down. And then we just simply have to tell the folks who are doing the work millions means millions.
00:50:23.400 And so if there are if we're not hearing ideas that get us there, that start from that proposition, we got to go back to the drawing board.
00:50:31.340 OK, it's three prongs here, folks. Here's the strategy. Texas, we have to take care of immediately.
00:50:37.780 Immediately, what he's talking about, and we'll have more in-depth on this tomorrow on the Saturday morning show,
00:50:42.440 is there's a massive lobbyist-driven amnesty plan, and also not just an amnesty of illegal aliens, 0.90
00:50:50.920 a massive new H-1B, more visas for students, basically more foreigners here to take over your country, full stop. 0.64
00:50:59.040 And then we've got the mass deportations, the third leg of the stool for going forward and making sure we're as ruthless as they are. 0.99
00:51:05.680 so we have our plates full.
00:51:08.320 Hey, I realize these are tall orders.
00:51:10.320 I realize they're tough.
00:51:11.320 You don't do this, you're not going to have a country.
00:51:14.340 Just remember that.
00:51:15.880 On the 6th of November, what, in 1776,
00:51:20.400 you think things were going well?
00:51:22.020 Well, you would be incorrect. 0.98
00:51:23.220 We had gotten our asses kicked from August all the way through, 0.97
00:51:27.560 and it was just starting to end. 0.97
00:51:29.980 We were retreating back out of New Jersey, back into Pennsylvania,
00:51:34.080 and would not go on offense until Christmas night,
00:51:39.140 the battle of when we crossed the Delaware and took on the Hessians.
00:51:44.040 We've been in this situation before, and you think these days are dark right now?
00:51:47.480 You ain't seen dark.
00:51:49.220 Think about what it was in 1776.
00:51:51.180 So we either are part of that revolutionary generation,
00:51:54.800 and we got their DNA, or we don't.
00:51:57.120 And if you don't, that's fine.
00:51:58.300 I got no problem with that.
00:51:59.920 This fight's not for everybody.
00:52:01.640 I've said that time and time again.
00:52:02.960 It's not for everybody.
00:52:04.080 If you're not down for it, fine.
00:52:06.500 We have no problem with that.
00:52:07.760 If you're down for it, we are not going to surrender.
00:52:10.920 We're not going to back off.
00:52:12.120 And we're not going to sit there and talk about all this happy talk they want to talk about.
00:52:16.080 I don't need Fox telling me about socialism.
00:52:18.620 Okay?
00:52:18.920 I don't need Fox, the biggest promoter of the war, and giving our sovereignty away to lecture us on what's going on.
00:52:25.260 We know what's going on.
00:52:26.520 We know what a problem Fox and others have been in that.
00:52:29.740 Jason Kilmeyer, where do people get you, sir?
