Bannon's War Room - Title： Episode 4164： Terror Attacks Prove Neglect Inside FBI

00:00:00.000 second chart where you highlight how the border and climate change were major issues in the year

00:00:05.480 that was. Yes, that's exactly right, of course, Jonathan. The border was not Biden's finest

00:00:11.420 moment, frankly. You can see what happened here. And Trump is not wrong when he talks about how

00:00:16.500 border crossings were quite low. They were running about 74,000 a month when he left office.

00:00:22.800 And they, in fact, did shoot up. Some of it was some things Biden said and some ways that they

00:00:27.920 put a moratorium, for example, on deportations. But in fact, we did get up here almost to 300,000

00:00:34.200 a month. But what maybe people don't entirely know is that border crossings have come back down

00:00:38.980 almost to where they were under Trump. They're running at about 100,000 at the moment. So we

00:00:44.540 went up the hill and we went down the hill. But unfortunately, that was pretty costly to Biden

00:00:48.280 during the election.

00:02:57.020 The FBI also reported to me that mere hours before the attack, he posted videos on social

00:03:03.000 media indicating that he was inspired by ISIS, expressing a desire to kill, desire to kill.

00:03:10.340 The ISIS flag was found in his vehicle, which he rented to conduct this attack.

00:03:17.080 Possible explosives were found in the vehicle as well, and more explosives were found nearby.

00:03:38.300 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on

00:03:49.700 these people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people the people have

00:03:56.280 had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to do everything

00:04:00.060 the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and where do people

00:04:03.640 like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of these people

00:04:11.460 had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer is to save my

00:04:19.400 country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k bann

00:04:26.620 it's thursday to january in the year of our lord 2025 uh welcome happy new year um we had a very

00:04:38.940 different show planned for today uh but of course not simply events but the underpinnings of those

00:04:45.140 events and what it means to the uh takeover we're going to have the united states government

00:04:48.840 in what 19 days 18 days on the 20th um and i'm not sure that um how do i say this politely i'm not

00:04:59.400 sure people understand the depth and the seriousness of what we're stepping into and i don't mean this

00:05:05.580 audience this audience understands and our guests understand we we've packed this show today with with

00:05:11.320 uh with heavy hitters colonel derrick harvey colonel john mills ezra cohen uh joins us uh jack

00:05:17.960 but so is going to be later natalie we've got oscar blue ramirez and ben uh from the border um and

00:05:24.680 and and much more julie kelly uh president trump coming to washington uh on the weekend i guess the

00:05:34.280 18th and 19th and then the inauguration will be on martin luther king day the 20th is about the

00:05:41.240 equivalent of lincoln coming to washington uh after he won and coming uh when he had to when

00:05:48.900 lincoln actually had to be snuck into the city in the middle of the night to go to the willard hotel

00:05:53.200 the famous willard hotel where we did our broadcast from um on election night and one of the reasons was

00:06:00.160 because of that that's where president lincoln came at first because he had to be snuck into the city

00:06:04.480 because the city was besieged in the city what they found out immediately was that the uh the

00:06:12.280 southerners in buchanan's administration had really stacked the various departments with

00:06:19.960 southerners with people that were uh were uh empathetic uh to the southern cause of independence

00:06:29.700 uh and it made lincoln's first six months absolutely he had to thread the needle and if

00:06:37.760 you go back and say the history that president trump is coming into a capital that is not there to

00:06:42.660 welcome him with open arms there's a very sullen attitude in washington dc among the administrative

00:06:49.820 state in the deep state apparatus they fully understand what we intend to do in the takedown

00:06:56.380 of the deep state and the takedown of the administrative state they're just not going to

00:06:59.560 sit there and roll over they control right now regardless of what elections say they they

00:07:07.300 control the most powerful nation in the history of the earth let me repeat that they control the

00:07:14.960 most powerful nation in the history of the earth they have an apparatus that is built up over i don't

00:07:19.480 know 50 60 70 80 plus years that controls the direction of this republic and they're not prepared

00:07:27.900 they don't really care about donald john trump putting his hand on the king james bible and swearing an

00:07:34.460 oath to heaven uh that he will uh he will uh support defend and execute the constitution of the united

00:07:43.440 states this we live in post-constitution america we live in an america that is run by a cold-blooded

00:07:51.860 regime and i i say they're the primal scream of a dying regime well the only way it's going to be

00:07:58.560 dying is you got to put the stake in the heart of the beast so i realize people want to celebrate

00:08:05.720 and i can understand it's a natural human thing but we're at war we're either you're at you're there at

00:08:10.860 war you're not at war if you're at war there's no time for celebration there'll be celebration

00:08:17.100 after the victory but we don't have a victory right now and i don't think some people comprehend that

00:08:24.980 we're not at victory we're we're in this fight i don't want to say the top of the first inning but

00:08:31.640 we're in the early innings there's a long way to go and that is not foretold that we're going to win

00:08:39.500 i strongly believe we're going to win i know if the american people and the citizens of this movement

00:08:46.040 are completely focused and work as hard and are as unrelenting and unyielding as we have been

00:08:52.500 we will win the outcome is the outcome is is uh i can i can see the sunlit uplands but man

00:08:58.780 there are there are going to be a lot of dark days between now and then and they're going to be days

00:09:04.540 when it looks like we're not winning at all i think we need a renewal of seriousness of purpose

00:09:10.720 i think there's way too much giddiness i think there's way too much frivolity i think there's way

00:09:16.400 too much um kidding oneself about the task ahead we don't kid ourselves here at the war room

00:09:25.000 we understand exactly what we're up against and one of the reasons is because we work with people

00:09:31.760 who are just as serious these are people that have dedicated their lives their fortunes and their

00:09:38.140 sacred honor to restore this to a constitutional republic what our forefathers and and mothers

00:09:45.780 fought for and died for and sacrificed for it's very simple you're there either with that program

00:09:52.160 if you're not if you're not with that program you're not going to win you may win some elections

00:09:55.460 you may win some elections haven't you won elections in the past hasn't a lot of that just

00:10:02.260 been performative haven't you just been tapped along do you think we got here you think we got here to

00:10:05.940 this do you think we got to to new year's day yesterday uh because the republicans won some elections

00:10:12.360 i don't know whether it's a psyop or not but i will tell you the rot

00:10:17.800 and the uh and the in in in the crisis we have in a very deep level in our institutions

00:10:25.400 in our institutions what have i said from day one when the election must seize the institutions

00:10:30.420 you must seize the institutions right now put up last night cash patel should be that the hearing

00:10:37.340 for cash patel should be on tuesday president trump certified on on monday and we're going to do the

00:10:44.180 speaker vote on a friday and the speaker votes on another whole thing right it's another whole deal

00:10:48.980 but let's say you have the speaker vote president trump certified on on uh on monday cash patel should

00:10:54.680 be before the committee on tuesday and look i respect senator grassley tremendously he's got some rule

00:11:00.140 like 28 days after it's submitted but they've come after cash hammer and tong and i think cash is

00:11:06.580 uh paperwork took some while to get in because cash wanted to be very thorough we can't just go by

00:11:12.380 the 28-day rule cash patel's hearing should start on tuesday and so at like two minutes after

00:11:19.100 president trump has sworn in cash patel is sworn in as director of the fbi and we get to work president

00:11:24.780 trump's got a a screed out or something on true social talking about the this and that it's all true

00:11:29.320 scum and the thing and if we can get it up he talks about the cia the cia mr president is part of 0.61

00:11:36.380 the problem it's serious part of the problem and no we don't want the cia involved in anything 0.98

00:11:42.320 domestically they're involved too much domestically anyway as is let me repeat this the cia is a

00:11:48.920 central part of the problem and i have tremendous respect for john ratcliffe i would like to see a

00:11:55.740 deputy that i think had like a fox kennedy that had a had a real feel for the for the cia

00:12:01.940 and and and why is that a cash patel at the head of the fbi you're starting to feel good that that

00:12:08.280 american gestapo will be deconstructed and put on the right track and get focused on what they should 0.59

00:12:13.360 be focused on not jackbooting uh people uh praying the rosary in front of abortion centers and now

00:12:20.220 they're rotten in federal prisons because the big shots at the fbi all manly on their tv shows fbi

00:12:25.940 kicking down doors kicking down doors of folks going to school board meetings were they kicking down any

00:12:31.400 doors of jihadists now oh my gosh the fbi got there 10 minutes after the news media yesterday

00:12:36.480 the fbi is a total and complete joke and ray you're going to be investigated brother and you're going

00:12:42.840 to be brought up on charges and you're going to pay for what you've done over the last four years

00:12:46.720 but mr president the cia i think maybe i don't know slow to the 10th power worse

00:12:53.920 not only they get everything wrong they're working against the interest of folks here in the united

00:13:00.920 states of america and the last thing we want is a cia involved in anything domestically they're involved 1.00

00:13:04.720 in too much domestically right now

00:13:06.600 so we're going to get this all in today along with a couple of rants i don't know how i'm going

00:13:13.600 to do it but somehow we're going to do it ezra cohen is with us colonel harvey derrick harvey colonel john

00:13:22.580 mills we've got todd bensman it's nothing but hitters all day long we must understand what

00:13:31.940 actually the objective is the objective is to seize the institution in the imperial capital

00:13:37.560 of washington dc and everybody here that thinks it's going to be some big celebration of party

00:13:43.520 does not fully understand the task ahead of us

00:13:47.120 no november 5th is just a check yes a monumental victory but we are so far from winning

00:13:55.780 and we have an opponent they get a vote the enemy gets a vote here don't think they get a vote

00:14:02.740 did you have a good uh did you have a good new year's day how did that notre dame georgia game

00:14:08.880 turn out oh that's right we had to postpone it

00:14:11.500 you must understand the signal not the noise it's gonna be all signal today in the war room

00:14:21.300 short commercial break check out birch gold birchgold.com end of the dollar empire i'm gonna give

00:14:28.380 you a signal the idea that broke the world modern monetary theory you need to get smart you know

00:14:34.820 why you're the tip of the tip of the spear back in a moment

00:14:39.640 it's obvious the unthinkable continues most americans know something is very very wrong

00:15:06.700 the people in charge keep telling you that everything's fine and to stop noticing but you

00:15:11.620 know better that's why self-reliant folks are investing in emergency food storage and you

00:15:18.160 should too my patrons by the nation's largest emergency preparedness company are the ones you

00:15:24.480 can trust go to my patronsupply.com and secure their best-selling three-month emergency food kits

00:15:49.880 items ship that same day and arrive quickly on your doorstep in unmarked boxes go to mypatriotsupply.com

00:15:56.780 today hope is not a plan my patriot supply is a plan time is running out to prepare for what's coming

00:16:05.580 mypatriotsupply.com go there today action action action as though there's a new security threat

00:16:15.380 environment out there not necessarily because isis is involved but because of the prospect of copycat

00:16:22.940 attacks it does seem as though there's a new security environment out there we've got the

00:16:28.160 inauguration approaching i heard this morning there's a rally that president elect trump is planning to

00:16:33.580 have before the inauguration and then of course you have the super bowl a few weeks after that

00:16:37.980 which to me suggests that the president elect should consider asking the current fbi director

00:16:46.560 chris ray to stay on and not leave on january 20 stay on through the inauguration stay on through the

00:16:53.480 super bowl which itself is a huge security environment this is not the time uh to see our fbi director

00:17:00.240 walking out the door in 18 days following up on that briefly so i mean trump and christopher ray of

00:17:05.200 course trump is a very critical of ray and months before was saying that he would fire ray uh if he

00:17:10.920 stayed on his replacement cash patel um his confirmation hearing not yet been scheduled but

00:17:15.640 there's a suggestion that it would probably fall into february um because attorney general pam bondi

00:17:19.960 would have to have hers first so you're concerned there about perhaps a gap in security are you also

00:17:24.700 concerned about cash patel's ability to lead that to agency well put that aside um you know the what

00:17:31.640 i've heard is that the director ray is planning to leave on january 20 that would mean there'd be an

00:17:36.280 acting director in place uh this is not a moment where you should have that kind of transition where

00:17:41.680 uh the director who's been there for seven years is walking out the door uh a new director's got to come

00:17:48.200 in orientation briefings and so forth i think through this period over the next several weeks there needs to

00:17:53.880 be some continuity in the leadership of the nation's premier law enforcement agency

00:17:58.620 so the guy's been there for seven years and you see what's happened seven years has done such an

00:18:06.020 amazing job let's keep him longer this is how the apparatus works see they they run up the flag

00:18:12.180 poem morning journal now till you're gonna hear a fire oh yeah you got to keep ray on because you need

00:18:16.280 continuity need continuity just like president lincoln came into a hostile environment because

00:18:24.300 washington dc was a southern city dc back it was a southern city the the apparatus the the levers of

00:18:32.140 power in the government in 1860 or in the spring of 1861 was hostile to president lincoln he was besieged

00:18:39.900 absolutely besieged had to be snuck in in the middle of the night president trump and the team

00:18:45.340 must understand you're coming into an imperial capital where they view you as a hostile enemy

00:18:50.740 you either believe we're at war with enemies within and without or you don't if you don't that's fine

00:18:57.300 but if you don't you're going to get crushed and nothing you want to accomplish is going to get

00:19:00.780 accomplished full stop there of that there is no argument there's no debate you see right there

00:19:07.040 oh cash patel i think cash patel is gonna be isn't gonna be february jonathan yeah i think it's gonna

00:19:11.520 be february yeah it's gonna be february maybe march ezra cohen you've seen uh inside the belly

00:19:18.040 of the beast am i too far off here sir uh not at all steve i mean it's just unbelievable to see jay

00:19:25.300 johnson saying that i mean first of all one he doesn't trust the career deputy director of the fbi i

00:19:30.420 mean that says a lot about his faith in the institution but um look i'll just say this we the number

00:19:37.480 one thing that president trump can do to increase the security of the united states is is to eliminate

00:19:43.400 the distractions on day one whether it's the cia which is focused on making a criminal referral

00:19:49.500 against the president to kick off the first impeachment or trying to buy the mythical

00:19:53.620 compromise tape from the russians in berlin or the fbi going after americans who uh protested

00:20:02.240 we have security institutions that are extremely distracted right now and that means that they're

00:20:08.780 not focused on the things that are trying to cause harm to the united states such as isis or the muslim 1.00

00:20:15.120 brotherhood or the chinese communist party which has teams inside the u.s now doing advanced work to

00:20:23.040 conduct sabotage and espionage against the united states and our economy so every time the institutions

00:20:30.140 these things that we need to reform are focused on something else we're pulling them off the target

00:20:35.740 that actually does matter to the security of the united states and so again president trump

00:20:41.580 needs to eliminate the distractions on day one

00:20:44.640 but ezra just as your bona fides ezra was our the most senior intelligence official in president trump's

00:20:55.660 first term that actually not only had president trump's back but actually understood the depth

00:21:01.700 of the problem we have this where we are now folks pales in comparison

00:21:07.160 to what frank church and those guys back in the 70s when they looked at the fbi and the cia

00:21:13.220 that is nothing compared to what we have right now because now they've had 40 or 50 years to

00:21:19.560 basically get institutionally smarter they are dug in the cia and the fbi are dug in and they're dug

00:21:25.860 in and basically every parts of the apparatus and hey they ain't going to be dug out by you sitting

00:21:31.540 there and signing an executive order signing an executive order or going out and putting out true

00:21:36.680 social or war room steve bannon screaming into a microphone right is not going to do this ezra give me

00:21:43.000 a sense of of the depth of the problem you you knew how bad it was in in the first term and as ezra

00:21:49.460 just said it was the cia that initiated the impeachment of president trump about the ukraine

00:21:55.180 all of it they initiated it now they've had four years of and and biden as obviously a puppet now that's

00:22:02.560 all been publicly exposed we've been harping on from day one why did we say it was illegitimate

00:22:07.080 because it was installed by the fbi the cia and others this is so obvious not a question and now

00:22:14.100 the american people starting to believe it but it's one thing to have these scales come off your eyes

00:22:18.060 and start to awaken to it it's another to have an action plan that's executed upon every day because

00:22:24.280 these people are not going to be dug out they're trenching tools not going to dig them out ezra cohen

00:22:29.420 your thoughts yeah look after 9-11 and i think you're absolutely right about where we are compared to

00:22:34.860 the church era after 9-11 we dumped hundreds of billions of dollars into the fbi the cia supposedly

00:22:43.460 to counter uh terrorism where is that money gone i mean the results just aren't there we're actually

00:22:49.100 less secure than we were uh we we just if we use those events to justify encroaching on american

00:22:55.140 civil liberties where has that gotten us we just had a horrible attack over the weekend from somebody

00:23:01.020 who seems like may have been acting as part of a cell we didn't catch it and so i think what we

00:23:06.060 need to do steve is on day one the attorney general and the secretary of homeland security

00:23:11.100 need to sit down they need to go back to the drawing board with the director of the fbi which is going

00:23:16.500 to be cash patel and they need to actually say what are the essential missions of this organization

00:23:21.280 what do we really need federal law enforcement and federal security services to be doing to protect

00:23:26.240 the united states one of the core missions of the fbi is counterintelligence and counterterrorism all

00:23:32.360 this other stuff they're doing maybe that needs to go by the wayside clearly they can't do it all

00:23:37.580 and because of that uh you know we're not as safe and you know i know i'm going to get blown up for

00:23:42.860 saying this but maybe we're at the point where we need to separate law enforcement from domestic

00:23:48.100 intelligence that is counterintelligence and counterterrorism we have other countries like the uk

00:23:52.360 no you have to do it you have to do it fbi this is my whole point about breaking it up and this is

00:23:58.500 why cash is the perfect counterintelligence uh counterterrorism counter intel and intel all have

00:24:04.100 to be separated into a separate law no that has to happen ezra hang on for a second colonel harvey and

00:24:09.420 i got mills on deck harvey um one of the issues here is that the apparatus thinks that uh maga that the

00:24:17.480 maga base is the problem they think their collection of radicalized white nationalists white separatists

00:24:24.240 i don't know what dream they've concocted but that's the problem ray's been focused on and this 0.83

00:24:29.320 wasn't you know we had a green beret drive a tesla in front of president trump's hotel and try to blow

00:24:35.300 that up right this was a coordinated this was it's just not random are you expecting me to believe you

00:24:41.980 that the thing in new orleans is totally unrelated to the terrorist attack by a green beret after you

00:24:48.600 have a staff sergeant a tech sergeant do it in uh in new orleans and then you have a green beret

00:24:53.840 do it in las vegas colonel harvey well steve good point and i would agree with with ezra and you that

00:25:01.240 you do not want to continue any of the leadership of the intelligence agencies or the fbi because they

00:25:08.060 have not been competent why would you continue people who have not been competent i think that's

00:25:13.260 the most important thing continuity doesn't matter if you're got if you have people that are oppositional

00:25:18.580 and also not competent and their record shows this lack of competency number two is well when we look at

00:25:27.620 what the fbi and the ic have been doing they've been focused on the wrong targets and we've got

00:25:32.600 sophisticated networks coordinated by the muslim brotherhood financed by qatar and other outside

00:25:40.540 entities influencing mosques recruiting and placing imams that are denying the legitimacy of the u.s

00:25:49.920 constitution and indoctrinating people into hating the constitution and hating america

00:25:55.720 and these are the same people that clapper and director ray and others have brought in whether

00:26:02.060 it's from care muslim brotherhood other organizations like the north american islamic trust or others

00:26:07.680 that are anti-american at their core and they're being used and they've influenced

00:26:13.500 our intel organizations and our fbi and we have a lack of knowledge deep knowledge and understanding

00:26:22.460 about the domestic threats and as ezra said we need to focus on counterintelligence

00:26:26.680 domestically but we've also got to focus on understanding the nature of this threat if you

00:26:32.940 don't consider the muslim brotherhood to be a threat organization and you call it a moderate secular

00:26:39.160 organization and you put them in charge terrorist organization right it's a terrorist organization 0.96

00:26:45.620 hang on colonel harvey hang on hang on hang on hang on hang on slow down we're gonna get tall to it

00:26:56.800 i gotta take a break just hang on okay my first two guests were not my first two guests were not

00:27:02.220 randomly chosen okay these were the two patriots ezra cohen and colonel derrick harvey along with one of

00:27:11.500 the greatest patriots in this country's history sergeant higgins who is now not with us who tried in the

00:27:19.480 first term in the early days to warn everybody hey you you don't understand the depth of the problem

00:27:27.960 we have with the deep state you don't not understand how embedded this is you do not understand how its

00:27:34.880 number one target is not the enemies of this republic that they view president trump in the maga movement

00:27:41.080 then in its very beginnings in early uh or january and february 2017 the deep state said we've

00:27:50.200 identified the enemy it's trump and his people and we're going to get them it was ezra cohen and

00:27:56.440 colonel harvey with sergeant higgins that brought that up and we're relentless in pursuing it short break

00:28:03.200 okay welcome back uh birchgold.com go what a way to kick off the year but to talk about uh and of

00:28:22.480 course tonight i'm gonna talk about the meltdown in the asian markets led by china um we're gonna do

00:28:28.620 some capital markets review maybe now's the time to talk uh to uh philip patrick and the team about

00:28:34.920 gold as an alternative asset maybe in your portfolio birchgold.com slash bannon for the end of the

00:28:41.820 dollar empire modern monetary theory the idea that broke the world you're going to hear a lot more

00:28:48.440 about that we start talking about the debt ceiling and deficits and reconciliations and all the stuff

00:28:53.280 we're gonna have to chop through it's gonna be a lot of it it's gonna be central to saving this republic

00:28:57.420 bannon at 989898 if you're on your phone you get all the free brochures do it today make sure

00:29:04.600 you understand what precious metals are and why they've been a hedge against times of financial

00:29:09.240 turbulence for 5 000 years of man's recorded history i think i see pattern recognition there

00:29:15.100 i'm gonna give you some more pattern recognition uh my first two guests today are two of the

00:29:21.860 greatest warriors we had in president trump's first term along with another who who passed away in

00:29:28.660 the interim and that would be sergeant rich higgins who's an american hero sergeant higgins uh wrote a

00:29:34.700 memo uh that laid it all out cohen i'm gonna start with you and and come and get derrick and back in here

00:29:41.560 in a second but uh the reason i want to do this is that it's not only not changed it's gotten worse

00:29:47.900 and i'm not quite sure that everybody on our team understands the depth of the problem

00:29:55.460 and with everything else we have to do number one stopping the the early parts of the kinetic

00:30:01.500 part of the third world war which now in ukraine gets worse every day and israel's getting worse

00:30:06.860 every day erdogan and the muslim brother a muslim brotherhood which is a terrorist organization not

00:30:11.800 some moderate political group running hospitals in the middle east but a a a a group that is sworn

00:30:18.540 uh to have the destruction of the west and runs turkey with erdogan you see the rise of the ottoman 0.93

00:30:24.580 empire they want to have the return of the caliphate they want to control the two holy sites 0.83

00:30:28.640 israel is just going to get in the way this thing's going to be a mess okay uh i don't think folks and

00:30:35.020 the the financial situation the financial crisis yelling gives us a letter oh we got to start

00:30:40.420 emergency measures on the 13th and then of course the deportation of i don't know 15 million people

00:30:47.020 you think that's going to be easy folks you think they're just going to get a bus ticket here go back

00:30:51.160 there you are thanks you know i'm glad you enjoyed your stay here see you later hope it hope it works

00:30:57.320 out for you you think that's going to happen do you think that's going to happen at the same time we got

00:31:03.000 you know every tech bro in the world wants the entire world to come here because they're better

00:31:08.800 trained better motivated harder working and smarter than american citizens yep that's what we got to

00:31:14.300 do we got to have that solution that's a solution but on top of all this we have a structural and

00:31:20.000 institutional problem issue this is why my mantra has been seize the institutions seize the institutions

00:31:27.240 seize the institutions and seizing the institutions is not going to be some cocktail party they're dug in

00:31:35.160 and dug in deep and they're not prepared to give it up why are they not prepared to give it up because

00:31:39.980 they're in control of the deal do you think for a second november 5th matters to them that yeah it's

00:31:47.140 gonna be a problem they gotta get some lawyers they'll deal with it you know people come in there and

00:31:50.760 we'll send some strongly worded letters and there'll be an investigation or two they're just gonna wait you

00:31:56.160 out ezra you and colonel harvey and a couple others maybe i can't name it this time along with sergeant

00:32:04.500 rich higgins these patriots you guys put your career i saw it i saw men step forward and put their

00:32:11.540 careers on the line put their livelihoods on the line put their reputations on the line and they were

00:32:17.660 fought every day every single day they were fought by the deep state and you know what ended up

00:32:24.180 happening the deep state impeached trump if you don't understand the first impeachment this is

00:32:29.680 what it was totally 100 about the central intelligence agency the apparatus that runs the

00:32:35.800 fbi runs the defense department and hey oh bannon's crazy we can show you chapter and verse

00:32:42.760 higgins gave a memo in april of 17 that gave names named the names you think cash patel's books got

00:32:50.320 names higgins named them and by the way the guys that led the impeachment were the top of the list

00:32:55.500 two years later cohen your thoughts yeah steve i just want just two things i want to respond to

00:33:03.580 from what you just said first of all in terms of why it's worse and you're absolutely right look

00:33:07.880 the people that did all of the intelligence abuses the abuse of the fison system uh 702 abuse

00:33:14.640 all of the leaking against us all of the uh you know the criminal referrals that came out of cia

00:33:20.600 against president trump to kick off the first impeachment these people have been promoted okay

00:33:25.840 and so what we're dealing with now is the all those people that did these things that are just

00:33:31.240 totally inappropriate for a civil servant to be doing for a servant to the country to be doing

00:33:35.100 they've been rewarded and look you see that you know when you have the special agent in charge

00:33:40.280 in uh new orleans who can't even say that this was a terrorist attack if you can't utter that this

00:33:45.660 was a terrorist attack if we're promoting people like that how are we going to stop the threat the

00:33:49.860 second thing i just want to come back to what you said about seizing the institution i think it's

00:33:53.320 something we didn't get right last time again who was the cia director when the uh the the cia

00:34:02.460 attempted to buy the mythical compromise tape on president trump in berlin it was mike pompeo

00:34:08.100 and and our appointees were in place nominally but they never took control of the organization

00:34:15.500 and that's something that frankly we need to learn from the democrats the democrats have figured out

00:34:21.320 how to do that we have not and that's a huge threat

00:34:24.120 colonel harvey by the way mike wanted out of the cia you know months after being there he he got the i

00:34:33.220 know there's not a lot of mike pompeo fans on here but he did get the understand he i think he

00:34:38.460 realized personally couldn't make a change couldn't change it that's what has to be changed now you have

00:34:43.420 to go in with a blow torch and blow torch it john ratcliffe you're a good man i hope you're up to the

00:34:49.920 task and that's why you need a deputy that is an absolute hammer not the guys you're walking around

00:34:55.320 earth you need a hammer need a hammer colonel harvey higgins i think work for you or work with you

00:35:02.820 higgins was unceremoniously turfed out by mcmasters as soon as mcmasters got there the memo laid out

00:35:11.280 exactly who the biggest problems were and those are the guys at the end of the day that led the effort

00:35:16.420 to impeach trump am i incorrect on that sir no you're absolutely correct and you know names that come to

00:35:22.680 the top of the list that were identified early on that had expressed specifically that they were

00:35:27.740 going to be oppositional to the president's agenda one of them was you know eric uh cheramella okay um

00:35:35.500 who was the whistleblower in the first impeachment trial um we could go down through that list i'm sure

00:35:42.500 it's out there in books and things like that but you know i i think i want to hit back on your point

00:35:47.460 here you know we need people to lead these organizations who understand the institutions

00:35:53.360 but are not institutionalists who are not going to be protective of the organizations that need deep

00:35:59.600 reform and we need people are going to go in there and be hard-nosed and will take risk to fight for

00:36:05.540 the changes you know as mr durham pointed out in his in his report about you know the the hoax the

00:36:14.320 russia hoax and all of that he pointed out that there are rules there are executive orders there

00:36:19.400 are laws and he didn't make any recommendations for any changes to correct it because he said

00:36:25.500 what's the point when the laws the executive orders the regulations are not being followed and you have

00:36:31.680 leaders at the fbi and cia who were not following the law and so we need people are going to go in there

00:36:38.940 who are going to be hard-nosed about enforcing the law and holding people accountable and the

00:36:45.920 opposition is going to be deep from gg-15s to senior executive service folks and even administrative

00:36:53.460 assistants as we see them leak and obstruct

00:36:58.220 let's say so hold it so so flynn on day two or three after he took over because i say mike let's go i

00:37:05.760 want to go through the national security council because when i was in the pentagon as a junior

00:37:09.880 naval officer coming off sea duty the nsc ran the deal and i think they had 30 people 25 people and

00:37:15.380 they were so powerful i could see from the pentagon as a junior officer i said man those guys run this

00:37:19.120 thing uh and and and and of course cap weinberg and those guys were bound and determined that wasn't

00:37:24.280 going to happen they weren't going to have another henry kissinger or zig brzezinski that that ran the

00:37:29.440 deal from the white house when mike brought the charts in guys it was like this thick i go what the hell is

00:37:35.120 this i go through i said how many appointees how many guys did we actually get in he said i don't

00:37:38.980 know 40 or 50 i go how many here i think the number he had gave me was 292 i go well who are all these

00:37:44.980 other people he go oh they're all seconded from the from the from the other departments i go what

00:37:49.960 are you talking about he says yeah they all second the guys over there i said well how many are they

00:37:54.100 says over 200 i said we got to get these guys out of here right away they're obama and bush guys get it

00:37:59.520 you got to get them out this was the whole purpose of the memo right now you're walking into a

00:38:03.940 situation where the apparatus actually not trump's team the apparatus runs the national security

00:38:10.600 council ezra give me a minute on that and then we'll come back to harvey because this was this was

00:38:15.160 the beating heart of the problem in the early days is that the administrative state and its rogue element

00:38:20.900 the deep state are embedded even when you win an election and come in they embed with all their all

00:38:27.180 their people to actually run the core things in the west wing ezra cohen yeah and steve it's actually

00:38:33.460 it's not just that the ic controls that it's which parts of the ic right if you look at it there's an

00:38:38.780 inordinate number of detaillees from cia at the nsc it's very smart of them by the way that's how they

00:38:44.540 you know control policy is by putting their people and this becomes this self-licking ice cream cone

00:38:50.000 look you've got to have some detaillees from the departments you need those that regional expertise

00:38:55.220 but it's got to be way less and frankly we've got to make sure that it's much more spread out so that

00:39:01.520 not any one agency which is supposed to be overseen by the nsc ends up actually controlling the oversight

00:39:08.840 if that makes sense

00:39:09.860 that totally makes sense colonel harvey these detaillees i i'm a hundred percent guy i realize ezra is a little

00:39:17.980 more balanced here but of the detaillees uh colonel waltz the green beret is going to take over by the way i'm just

00:39:24.640 hearing report that the green beret that tried to blow up trump's uh hotel casino or hotel in vegas

00:39:29.920 is an active duty green beret let me repeat that this is an active duty green beret uh what should

00:39:36.660 happen with these detaillees harvey we're fighting the same we're fighting the same fight we fought

00:39:41.380 in 17 but it's 10 to the 10th power worse right now sir one is i don't think that we need as many

00:39:49.120 detaillees as they currently have and they're much more now than there were even when we went in

00:39:55.500 in what we inherited from the obama administration number two is i would send a letter to all of the

00:40:02.160 detaillees maybe screen out a few one or two here or there um but i would send a letter telling them

00:40:10.060 that they do not need to report for duty on january 20th that they should report back to their home

00:40:16.720 agency and in the next three or four weeks and going forward you know what detaillees are required

00:40:23.640 should be screened and recruited by you know the new nsc leadership

00:40:29.180 uh unbelievable guys i gotta bounce colonel harvey where do people we're gonna get you back on

00:40:37.080 hopefully tomorrow where do people get you in the interim um at true social derrick harvey and then

00:40:44.480 on on uh the web it's just derrickharvey.org

00:40:47.760 we're gonna talk about this uh radical infiltration into the america into the u.s army the defense

00:40:54.980 department all of it we'll get to that tomorrow with colonel harvey uh ezra where do people go and

00:40:59.700 get you sir it's uh at ezra a cohen uh on twitter or x thank you brother appreciate you

00:41:08.960 thank you two patriots you know what i consider a patriot somebody puts their career and their life

00:41:15.720 on the line in defense of their country those are two individuals who did it and i saw it up close and

00:41:20.440 personal i saw it i did not understand the depth of this problem we first got to the white house

00:41:26.900 first time i did not i knew it was bad i didn't know how bad it was it was a hundred times worse

00:41:33.460 than i thought and you had a couple of patriots and uh the memory of sergeant rich higgins should

00:41:39.640 always be remembered and what he did because they destroyed him okay short break uh colonel mills

00:41:47.860 is going to talk about that breaking report if i just read this correctly this is an active duty green

00:41:53.640 beret two army uh two army personnel on terrorist attacks in the united states think about that for

00:42:03.440 a second two people who signed up and serve this country short break here's your host steven k band

00:42:13.020 okay welcome back i want to make sure definitely get signed up and get the free um installation number

00:42:23.000 six free installment of end of the dollar empire modern monetary theory and there will be a quiz on

00:42:31.500 this everything is going to come on about the debt ceiling and reconciliation bills and all this is

00:42:36.040 going to be tied around the financial situation of our beloved republic which is not good and one of

00:42:43.180 the reasons it's not good is because of this idea and so to understand how we unwind this you must

00:42:48.420 understand how we got here that's what this uh installment's about the idea that broke the world

00:42:54.520 because we just don't have a problem here in the united states of america we got a problem i don't

00:42:58.980 know you've seen governments turf down the united kingdom and germany and france and canada uh and and

00:43:05.980 actually biden all because it kind of won the central issues immigration uh mass immigration coupled

00:43:12.780 with unlimited spending on that mass immigration has got everybody wrapped around the axle so to 0.99

00:43:18.080 unwrap yourself around the axle you got to understand it birchgold.com slash bannon go check

00:43:22.900 it out today get smart and talk to the folks at birchgold colonel mills um and by the breaking news

00:43:31.060 there's uh just a block from the war room up on third and northwest washington third and constitution

00:43:37.680 that they've capitol hill police who control everything from eighth eighth street in is really

00:43:42.220 not dc metro it's really capitol hill police around the capitol uh they're reporting a suspicious vehicle

00:43:48.180 gets parked over there uh my point is all kinds of things are going to be happening over the next

00:43:54.360 couple days and weeks as people start to focus on this so it's it's happening around the nation's

00:43:58.460 capitol and i'm just reporting what they've just put out as a special alert colonel john mills there's

00:44:03.860 something very deep and dark going on there was not random what happened yesterday folks

00:44:09.340 remember they're no coincidences you had two army personnel a what a tech sergeant in new orleans and

00:44:17.720 a in an active duty i believe is being reported right now green beret uh in las vegas is has the u.s

00:44:25.200 army under austin i know it's been building for years been is there a subterranean level of being

00:44:32.180 taken over by radical jihadist sir well thank you steve well yes this is the fruit of uh the

00:44:41.060 indoctrination of dei and crt and uh which has been shown in study after study uh the more that that is

00:44:50.720 uh uh hectored uh the audience is hectored by that uh actually the worse it becomes i mean ruckers just

00:44:57.880 came out with a report on that so you know matthew let's talk about matthew uh libelsberger first uh

00:45:04.120 also it apparently times of india is reporting that his wife uh was a very uh uh loud uh trump hater

00:45:13.700 uh she watches the trump feed every morning just so she has the motivation to kill someone 1.00

00:45:18.880 this is radicalization uh by the very forces saying they're they're they're trying to de-radicalize

00:45:27.440 uh no no that's that's not what their intent is uh they're actually creating the problem

00:45:32.540 that they say they're attempting to solve it it started back in the 90s it was sensitivity training

00:45:38.120 it was uh uh safe spaces and then it got worse and worse and worse and under bishop garrison

00:45:45.220 the uh dei czar under austin it just was hammering everybody a white christian male

00:45:53.380 nationalist with guns that's the problem which creates that hate and discontent which they say

00:46:01.240 they're trying to solve and that's so i mean it's been study after study the more this is hectored and

00:46:06.480 hammered home the worse it will become so yes we have a radicalization problem all right in the military

00:46:12.120 and it's being created uh by this dei culture now uh it supposedly was

00:46:18.580 hang on hang on hang on hang on i know we got to get to the total dismantling

00:46:24.820 talk to me about the houston area though in northern mexico i'm gonna have ben's man up here in a moment

00:46:29.120 why is it interesting that the sergeant that did the new orleans uh horrible situation if you want to

00:46:36.700 see how horrible go online and see about the victims particularly the victims that didn't die

00:46:41.800 instantly the ones that died instantly which is incomprehensible what happened to them but the

00:46:45.880 ones that didn't die instantly and had to suffer for hours before they died and the ones that still

00:46:50.700 have critical injuries it's unbelievable what these people will do in in in delivering carnage

00:46:56.740 so so tell me about why is houston why should houston in this northern mexico area be of particular

00:47:02.680 interest us well over a year ago steve we talked about essentially the ungoverned space ungoverned

00:47:10.960 space is extremely dangerous it gives sanctuary sanctuary to who well of course the cartels but

00:47:17.580 they also have the chinese special operators now running the cartels in northern mexico plus iranian

00:47:22.960 intelligence plus uh isis this these are this is sanctuary for training logistics and intelligence

00:47:30.400 and houston is really in many ways a forward operating base uh for this uh this dangerous

00:47:37.540 threat to america so it's not just the invasion across the border it's the ungoverned space in

00:47:43.520 northern mexico which is a mortal danger because that provides the keyword sanctuary for them to train

00:47:50.840 plan and equip and it is going on and so there's these dots that need to be connected here because it

00:47:57.620 looks like uh sham din jabbar uh was uh was was down in the houston area his mosque has now been

00:48:05.800 referring any questions to uh to care so obviously uh they've chosen a a nominal uh a middle of the 0.51

00:48:15.500 road spokesperson in care uh this is ridiculous no hang on hang hang on colonel harvey i mean colonel

00:48:22.080 bills hang on i'm gonna hold you through we got bensman poso natalie no care has been designated

00:48:27.440 a terrorist organization by the uae cares the front guys okay we're gonna short break what a very

00:48:35.160 appropriate to end the first hour with the uh with the book of revelations right now you know why i love
