00:00:00.000 perhaps predictable reaction against the forces of globalization that swept through us during the
00:00:09.220 80s and 90s but left and the orts perhaps but left people behind and so you had a conglomeration of
00:00:16.960 people who felt that they hadn't benefited from globalization you saw this spread of inequality
00:00:22.260 in europe and in the united states and this is a kickback against that with charismatic leaders
00:00:28.420 who say look i'm out for you i'm out for the little guy whether you are from the left or from
00:00:31.900 the right doesn't matter it's the little guy against the big guys the little guy against the
00:00:35.180 establishment that is a common thread and there are three things that unite this movement you know
00:00:40.420 across countries it is a hostility to trade a feeling that globalization has gone too far it's a
00:00:46.020 hostility to migration and a feeling that there's too much uh mixing particularly the irregular kind
00:00:50.880 and a fear also of the hegemonic left and what that's become it almost came after nafta here in
00:00:57.100 the united states the reaction the the anti-globalist beginnings of that and the irony is that you
00:01:03.960 hear from agricultural people farmers as well as big agriculture and big big business that they need
00:01:11.320 migration they need labor we're developing a labor shortage here actually in the united states
00:01:16.900 but the border the border issue is certainly an immigration issue has the most compelling force
00:01:23.280 behind it it doesn't make economic sense what's so fascinating is how is it gets tied up with the
00:01:27.200 pro-russia thing because i understand the migration thing i understand the nationalism i understand you
00:01:31.540 know the people have got left behind but i don't really get the bit about where this gets tied in
00:01:35.860 with well that makes us supporters of i mean putin has started to this by presenting himself as a defender
00:01:41.360 of traditional civilization right christianity orthodox in his case but anti-lgbtq rights anti-transgenderism
00:01:49.080 anti-decadence of the west and he's made common cause with a part of the american political system
00:01:53.980 that otherwise in the past was very anti-russia when russia was perceived to be left as a communist nation
00:01:59.220 now putin is doing it from the other side on the ultra-right and he is making common cause in europe with
00:02:04.660 uh the various right-wing uh parties there through this cultural war in fact he's doing the same thing
00:02:10.120 we hear in our own domestic politics yeah for a bit of it just seems as though only donald trump
00:02:14.780 could have energized this pro-putin part of the republican establishment it's so counterintuitive
00:02:21.820 i mean putin is demonized for very good reasons and maybe the navalny murder clearly
00:02:29.760 they think is a murder came out on the stage in munich and you know galvanized
00:02:35.860 the whole conference now today she was on his youtube channel and saying that indicating she's
00:02:45.020 ready to take the torch and continue his work talk to me about the significance of that
00:02:51.180 well it's obviously the thing she has to do i i saw her the day before her husband was killed in munich
00:03:00.060 i was there with you andre when she spoke to the to the group it was electrifying you saw how strong
00:03:06.580 she is uh she's the obvious candidate to lead this charge but if she were on this show with us right
00:03:12.120 now you know what she'd be talking about she'd be talking about what you all just were talking about
00:03:16.860 this aid bill to ukraine uh putin is a killer putin killed her husband and every day he is killing
00:03:24.840 people on the ukrainian battlefield and if we want to stop that if we want to fight evil
00:03:29.780 that's the word she would use uh you have to do something and it's hard for her she doesn't know
00:03:35.120 what to do but members of congress have something right in front of them that they can do it's right
00:03:41.000 there they can help stop the killing of putin's war machine um and i too met with members of congress
00:03:48.000 in munich uh and again they are self-selected like jonathan said uh but this is a moment this is a
00:03:54.920 historic moment if they don't pass this historians will write about them like the american firsters
00:04:01.740 in 1940 who said oh aid to great britain won't matter uh this is not our war they look very bad
00:04:09.720 in retrospect in that position and i think they have to take the initiative now and i have one
00:04:14.500 concrete solution andrea i'm going to reveal it here on your show right now they need cover just like
00:04:19.800 you said speaker johnson needs some cover you just can't roll over here's an idea there's something
00:04:24.980 called the repo act that is passed out of with overwhelming majorities from both the senate and
00:04:30.540 the houses it basically takes the frozen russian assets that we have and it gives it to the ukrainians
00:04:37.340 uh sponsored by senator reach republican and congressman mccall republican in the house
00:04:43.080 marry that to this bill and then speaker johnson can say to the people sitting behind jonathan where
00:04:50.340 he is right now i know them they're not all thrilled about this there's a debate within the
00:04:54.420 biden administration as to whether this is a good idea i think it's the right idea put them together
00:05:00.020 and then speaker johnson and his colleagues can say we forced the biden administration to give over
00:05:06.380 these billions of dollars of russian assets it's a win-win and it's right before them they could do it
00:05:11.380 right now and in fact i was going to ask you about that because i was talking to senator sheldon
00:05:17.560 whitehouse and he was suggesting that very thing so are republicans lindsey graham would go a step
00:05:24.820 farther and i think so would whitehouse i talked to him about this designated russia as a state sponsor
00:05:30.360 of terror due to them what we do to iran and north korea and cuba without real okay yeah let me have
00:05:39.400 it thanks uh it is president's day uh monday 19 february year of alert 2024 thank you very much for
00:05:46.260 the uh your second hour we do a late afternoon early evening hour edition of the war room to
00:05:51.920 catch you up with everything that's going on through the day and prepare you for tomorrow so
00:05:56.280 you're betters the elites in this country are sitting there and they're now on dangerous territory
00:06:01.420 they're so obsessed obsessed with two things number one they're obsessed with the rise of the
00:06:09.320 political right throughout the world they don't know how to handle it they don't know how to think
00:06:12.940 about it they don't know how to address it it's um it scared them to their bone they tried to dismiss
00:06:20.500 it they tried to dismiss brexit they tried to dismiss trump beforehand then when they won they try to
00:06:26.000 take away brexit you know not execute on it they have um you know tried to defeat trump and nullify
00:06:32.460 his election from the beginning they stole the second election from him now a usurper sits in uh 1600
00:06:39.020 pentrovania avenue has brought this a nation to ruin with 10 million they've they've worked through a plan
00:06:47.420 a perfect plan to have this country invaded in broad daylight and to have you pay for it to have you pay for
00:06:53.180 your own destruction and i hope the african african-american community in this country and
00:06:59.140 hispanic citizens in this country understand they're doing it it's the replacement theory is for
00:07:04.460 you they're not replacing harvard mbas they're not replacing uh middle managers on this one they're
00:07:10.920 not replacing uh white collar workers they're replacing you they think you're the problem your wages are too
00:07:16.260 high remember that the federal reserve and the treasury this is why they're doing it also for
00:07:20.980 additional consumer markets and for voters it's the trifecta they get they get all of it
00:07:26.920 the wall street journal the evil wall street journal i can call it that because owned by the evil
00:07:34.580 murdochs today you know what they're doing today they're so desperate to sell this money they got to
00:07:42.200 get that money for ukraine got to get that money money money money money money money got to get that money
00:07:46.880 that they've actually got an article about how hey sending the 60 bayon is really great for the
00:07:53.920 american economy making all those weapons making all that ammo as a former naval officer i love weapons
00:08:01.460 love ammo got to defend the country have to be strong of course they can't recruit into the woke
00:08:06.820 military nobody wants to go in they've missed their targets dramatically so they're not really
00:08:12.920 interested in a strong national offense i don't know what they're interested in doing with the
00:08:15.880 military that's a topic for another day but it doesn't look good because it's not the military
00:08:23.560 that we remember it's got a bunch of suboptimal people in it they're first admit they're dropping
00:08:28.660 standards all the time but they got to get that 60 billion over there and they're prepared
00:08:32.840 they talk about they have a fetish for the post-war international rules-based order the post-war
00:08:39.680 international liberal uh rules-based order rules-based order rules-based order with a hyphen
00:08:50.300 between rules and based you got mcfall and he's a guy's thinking big thoughts all the time in ms
00:08:58.840 let me say he's a guy with stavridis the rest of that crowd that had been 100 percent wrong on
00:09:04.960 everything they've said about this war from the beginning and we have been 100 percent right on
00:09:10.160 everything we said about the war since the beginning and that's why folks listen to us
00:09:15.100 and look at our analysis and this is why you're hung up in the house of representatives and quite
00:09:20.300 frankly you're hung up in the senate where the majority of republican senators voted against it
00:09:25.560 with all the pressure coming on them from the arms industry and from mcconnell and the donor class
00:09:31.340 so now the post-war the rules-based order crowd the ones that say trump is anarchy and chaos
00:09:39.220 you're anarchy and chaos you're xenophobe you're nativists you're the worst people on earth
00:09:43.540 just heard it right there the american history will not think right of you
00:09:47.540 here's what they're going to do the lawless not the rule of law the rule of lawlessness
00:09:53.940 they want to take the russians who bought the trade why they buy the bonds treasury bills because
00:09:59.320 that's what used on international trade to make sure you can back up trades make sure you have
00:10:03.200 currency there and reserves called your reserves your dollar reserves what do you do you keep them
00:10:08.800 money center banks around the world and you keep them in a dollar denominated a dollar denominated
00:10:15.960 instrument that would be called a treasury bond or bill a note whatever term that whatever um
00:10:22.600 length or duration they bought it and it sits there everybody's got it because guess what the dollar
00:10:29.260 is the prime reserve currency so everything's got to be converted into dollars to be transacted
00:10:33.940 that's a huge benefit for us one of the benefits is in bad times you can run a deficit
00:10:38.740 because people got to buy your bonds and that's how you get that's how you keep the dollars in
00:10:43.240 circulation uh of course they didn't realize you and get to 35 trillion and two trillion dollars a
00:10:49.040 year and they're sitting there looking at purchasing power and going man oh man these elites in this
00:10:53.300 country are crazy and poor maga and poor deplorables they got to suck on it because they're citizens of
00:10:58.940 the united states but we ain't we got our own resources so why don't we get those harvard mbas
00:11:04.440 that we sent over to harvard and stanford and chicago and sloan and all of them get those hp 12c's and
00:11:10.240 let's do some discounted cash flow hello maybe we ought to be buying gold that's where they come to do you
00:11:18.380 think it's a coincidence that in 22 23 and now in 24 two years in a row in a third year that the
00:11:24.320 central banks of the brics nations which essentially the global south which is uh if you look at it kind
00:11:30.180 of also the guys that are fighting the beginning stages of the kinetic part of the third world war
00:11:34.880 around the eurasian landmass they're all kind of the same guys oh including some of our allies like
00:11:41.380 you allies quote unquote uae in saudi arabia we're all trying to get off the dollar as quickly as
00:11:48.240 possible and trying to figure out any basket of assets or resource currencies they can do that
00:11:53.280 or resources to back it up and they're going to try to figure out some gold back thing have they got a
00:11:57.540 solution not yet are they getting off the dollar altogether not yet are they uh are they going to
00:12:03.500 make this move and the dollar is not going to be the prime reserve currency tomorrow morning not yet
00:12:07.060 but they got plenty of smart people that are working on it uh yeah and you're going to get a punch in
00:12:14.800 the face one day and you're going to be like argentina because you're not going to be able to sell the
00:12:17.780 bonds right now we can't sell the bonds we're monetizing the debt we're just printing money
00:12:21.320 it's a sick joke so uh i just saw a poll we're under 34 number one is the economy sucks their debt
00:12:31.000 got don't have great jobs they're they're on the wheel they got credit card problems all of it
00:12:35.320 this all comes from what you vote quote unquote supposedly voted for in 2020 if you wanted baby if
00:12:42.780 you're african-american and you want an invasion to take your job destroy your school vote for it
00:12:47.100 if you're a hispanic citizen and want your health care destroyed and your community destroyed
00:12:52.120 with criminals these these uh central uh asian central american gangs and uh and uh and mexican
00:12:59.260 gangs in your neighborhood with lawless crime that you can't stop and your family's being destroyed
00:13:03.740 vote for it if you're a kid under 34 years old and you like where you are where you don't anything
00:13:08.880 you're nothing but a russia surf then keep voting for it it's a free country and you're free men and
00:13:13.520 women vote for it i'm not gonna sit there and beg you for you vote vote for it vote for it hey you
00:13:19.840 vote for it i want you no you don't want you to vote for america i don't want you to vote for trump
00:13:23.720 we don't want your vote vote for that keep voting for it keep voting for you gonna rub your nose in
00:13:28.460 it like a dog and it's crap you keep voting for your own destruction and it's out in the open how
00:13:34.840 they're trying to destroy you all you have to do is open your eyes they're destroying you every day
00:13:40.720 in every possible way and they they don't hide it there's not conspiracy theory you got to head
00:13:46.800 the federal reserve the treasury they talk about it all the time look at my yorkas lindsey graham
00:13:51.220 sitting there the thing they're all accusing lindsey graham of being a traitor because lindsey
00:13:54.480 graham didn't go to didn't go to munich made a big deal i'm going to the border they're all accusing
00:14:00.180 lindsey graham's down the border he says you know i knew that bill would langford negotiate for five
00:14:04.560 months for five months for five months you know what lindsey graham said he says i knew it wasn't
00:14:11.020 going to kind of work when they didn't have remain in mexico think about this think about all the
00:14:15.100 lies everything everybody went through and all weekend and listened to four-hour speeches everything
00:14:18.560 like that it didn't even have remain in mexico no come on in baby come on in let's get you on a bus
00:14:25.240 let's get you on a plane let's get you as far you want to go to minnesota minneapolis you're going
00:14:29.460 want to go to topeka kansas you're going want to go to new york city you're going so if you like
00:14:36.360 your life being destroyed please continue to vote for it but if you want to actually change your
00:14:43.400 position in life and not have a apparatus an administrative state that has a boot on your
00:14:49.880 neck and is destroying you with an invasion of 10 million people to drive wages down or the printing
00:14:57.180 of money of two trillion dollar deficits in perpetuity to destroy the currency that you
00:15:02.480 work for all the time and drive its purchasing power down and inflation up so that you've got to
00:15:07.540 scramble and run and just keep just scramble to keep up and what you don't own any assets you have
00:15:12.320 no piece of the action then continue on but i believe you're awakening i see the tectonic plate shift
00:15:22.320 and once you awaken the roar of the lion of that of those different demographics is going to be a
00:15:28.740 political change like 1932 and back of trump and that's why he's the modern he's going to be the
00:15:34.000 modern fdr not his policies and that bringing the country together to take it in a different direction
00:15:39.920 a populist nationalist direction and that's why they hate him and hence this is why he must go to prison
00:15:47.160 this is why he must be stripped of all his wealth this is why he must be taken off the ballot
00:15:51.600 and this ladies and gentlemen is why along with general washington and abraham lincoln
00:15:58.040 he is the third individual in the history of this republic whose personal destiny and fate is
00:16:04.640 inextricably linked to the fate and destiny of this republic
00:16:07.520 and all you've got is your betters who mock and ridicule you every day and who detest the african
00:16:17.900 american community and the hispanic citizens in this country because they work against them every day
00:16:22.100 and and and to completely detest people under 34 because they don't care at all about what all the
00:16:28.240 elites in this country have cared for up until this last generation which is to always look down range
00:16:33.560 and always do what's better for future generations and in honor of the people that bequeath this great
00:16:39.340 republic to us no totally different now lawless lawless and they're proud about it don't look at
00:16:47.140 me it's cut cut msnbc on cnn every night read the new york times read the washington post read it
00:16:52.620 the economist read it wall street journal read it don't take it from me they'll put they'll put it
00:16:57.640 right up in your grill this is the dilemma we have on president's day in the year of our lord 2024
00:17:05.400 now we're going to sort this thing out that's what i want everybody can come to cpac we're gonna have
00:17:12.040 a partner's discussion hopefully a lunch and a couple of the contributors we're gonna talk about
00:17:16.180 how to you know essentially how to weaponize yourself how's that we'll try to do it with some
00:17:21.720 social media we'll have some of the people on our team to do this some other people that work with
00:17:25.060 us will come posto is going to be there he's committed to come vish burr is committed to come
00:17:29.740 some other people that are very up on social media and can can make sure that if you're a force
00:17:36.900 multiplier that you get the most leverage possible grace will be there with bill blast we're going to
00:17:40.620 do the whole thing you and plus we're going to go through day by day segment by segment cpac so you
00:17:46.940 can get the best from it and of course if you can't make that we'd love for you to make it go to
00:17:51.460 cpac.org slash warm buy a 95 ticket all four days one ticket gets you in and then go to our site
00:18:00.100 war room.org slash cpac excuse me events let me get this right events get it down and then sign up to
00:18:08.700 come for the wednesday pre-session things are going to be packed all the days we're going to have a group
00:18:13.660 uh get together on saturday after it's all over a watch party for south carolina so
00:18:19.640 the president's going to speak every all the vice presidents candidates you get to weigh and measure
00:18:23.880 and you get to participate in the polls so it's going to be incredible
00:18:26.660 also for my whole opening diatribe there make sure you go to birch gold like we've worked a long time
00:18:32.980 on the end of the dollar empire it's quite important for you working class people and middle class folks
00:18:37.600 it's just not for your betters you have to understand currency you have to understand the
00:18:42.160 politics of currency you have to understand the geopolitics of currency putin gave it to now he gave his
00:18:47.060 perspective on it but he gave a warning he gave a warning it's a warning that we should
00:18:52.220 take to heart i've always said you can weaponize the dollar but baby you got one bullet in the chamber
00:18:58.200 and maybe we save that bullet for the chinese congress party and maybe we use it to take them
00:19:03.140 down and the free lao bai jing and that would change the direction of the uh of the earth maybe we
00:19:09.500 just don't kowtow to the worthless european elites and the elites in europe are totally and completely
00:19:14.860 worthless worthless worthless been bumming off and leeching off the good folks in europe for
00:19:21.160 everything remember we got kicked out of every decent country over there as bill murray used to
00:19:25.760 say right you're the your stock is the dregs that not not everybody i realized some people came from
00:19:31.680 some some awfully awfullys but most of them came over in a boat and steerage okay or came over in boats
00:19:40.040 not in steerage as slaves that's the united states of america that's the united states of america and
00:19:45.400 hey we've made a pretty good go of it so far it's the most powerful country not in the world today but
00:19:50.660 the history of the earth now power there's some besides all the politics and geopolitics there's some
00:19:56.780 quite dark things happening that are not in the ukraine not simply in the ukraine but on this thing
00:20:03.260 called the singularity and what's happening under your your name with your private equity and your tax
00:20:08.620 dollars we got a cold open here for d joe allen let's go ahead and let it rip mike benz is we can
00:20:14.720 say with some confidence the expert in the world on how this happens it's called natural language
00:20:20.820 processing it is a artificial intelligence machine learning ability to create meaning out of words in
00:20:28.820 order to map everything that everyone says on the internet and create this vast topography topography
00:20:35.440 of how communities are organized online who the major influences are what they're talking about
00:20:40.840 what narratives are emerging or trending and to be able to create this sort of network graph
00:20:45.360 in order to know who to target and and uh and how information moves through an ecosystem so this
00:20:51.160 gave me i call these weapons of mass deletion these are essentially the ability to censor tens of
00:20:56.960 millions of posts there's over 60 universities now who get federal government grants to do this
00:21:02.780 censorship uh the censorship work and the censorship preparation work where what they do is they create
00:21:07.420 these code books of the language that people use the same way they did for isis they did this for
00:21:11.780 example with covid they created these these covid lexicons of what dissident groups were saying about
00:21:17.220 mandates about masks about vaccines about high profile individuals like tony fauci they broke things down
00:21:24.160 into narratives the atlanta council for example was a part of this this government funded consortium
00:21:29.700 something called the virality project which which mapped 66 different narratives that dissidents were
00:21:35.320 talking about around covid everything from covid origins to vaccine efficacy and then they plugged
00:21:41.260 these into these essentially machine learning models to be able to have a constant world heat map
00:21:47.660 of what everybody was saying about covid and whenever something started to trend that was bad for what the
00:21:53.020 pentagon wanted or was bad for what tony fauci wanted they were able to take down tens of millions of posts
00:21:58.520 they did this in the 2020 election with mail-in ballots so you're saying the pentagon our pentagon
00:22:05.160 the u.s department of defense censored americans during the 2020 election cycle yes they did the two
00:22:14.600 most censored events in human history i would argue to date are the 2020 election and the covid 19 pandemic
00:22:22.220 you had this group within the atlanta council and the foreign policy establishment which began arguing in
00:22:27.940 2017 for the need for a permanent domestic censorship government office to serve as a quarterback for
00:22:34.900 what they called a whole of society counter misinformation counter disinformation alliance
00:22:40.000 that just means censorship then they contemplated parking at the cia and they said well actually
00:22:45.540 there's two reasons we can't do that cia is foreign facing we can't really establish a
00:22:49.520 counterintelligence threat to bring it home domestically also we're going to need essentially tens of thousands
00:22:53.860 of people involved in this operation spanning this whole society model you can't really run a clandestine
00:22:58.880 operation that way so they said okay well what about the fbi they said well the fbi would be great it's
00:23:03.620 domestic but the problem is is the fbi is supposed to be the intelligence arm of the justice department
00:23:08.680 and what we're dealing with here are not acts of law breaking and so essentially what they said is
00:23:13.800 well the only other domestic intelligence equity we have in the u.s besides the fbi is the dhs
00:23:19.640 so we are going to essentially take the cia's power to rig and bribe foreign media organizations
00:23:26.020 which is a power they've had since the day they were born in 1947 and we're going to combine that
00:23:31.820 with the power with the domestic jurisdiction of the fbi by by putting it at dhs we are looking at
00:23:38.920 how we can harness ai to advance our mission to your first question ina and then also defending
00:23:44.940 against the adverse use of ai whether that's in the context of disinformation aren't a huge portion
00:23:51.500 of the threats facing us people that are no longer guided by facts within our own borders i mean it
00:23:57.620 seems to me that domestic terrorism fueled by people who have a different understanding of facts
00:24:03.400 to put it mildly is one of the major threats facing the country well one element of it is false
00:24:09.420 narratives i was going to say don't they think an election was stolen false narratives but the
00:24:14.860 most of the predominant source of that violence is actually ideologies of hate thank you so much
00:24:24.380 for coming so at the very top of your twitter feed it says sam altman is a hero of mine we're moving
00:24:32.620 very very quickly into these new uncharted areas and there's genuine concerns and i think we can talk
00:24:37.740 about them but and the sam altman emerge from this empowered of course much more so so he has much
00:24:47.420 more power than from them before how so well his the 49 owner is microsoft they taken the 51 owner
00:24:55.820 which is open i i refuse to get rid of him right he's in a strong position but we are going to need
00:25:02.380 i believe at some point some sort of global system for what happens with the most powerful of these
00:25:10.380 systems because they will have truly global impact and what sort of auditing what sort of safety measures
00:25:16.380 do we want in place before you can deploy like a super intelligence or you know however you want to call
00:25:22.060 an agi okay uh there's a bunch of pieces out about uh about uh how people think no no no the robots
00:25:32.620 aren't going to be 50 years away from they can kill us it's not even going to be five years away it'll be
00:25:37.260 two years away that article's up on the guardian and breitbart's in a great amalgamation of it joe allen's

00:25:57.820 he's going to give some heads up about uh this kind of dod driven uh and it's deeper than
00:26:04.700 censorship it's it's oppression it's not just censorship it's oppression because they target
00:26:09.660 people they want to de-platform they target people they want to debank but that's why we've got

00:26:48.780 it and they're there to oppress you what that guy say false narratives ideologies of hate

00:32:39.820 everybody we can get so please sign up today let's do it joe allen's going to be there joe
00:32:45.500 you got breitbart the guardian and breitbart are talking about your your guy out there at berkeley
00:32:49.900 who i know is a transhumanist but he wants to he's one of the leaders of the luddites i think i'm
00:32:54.300 throwing in with him but what i just saw right there is scaring me more and more and more open ai
00:32:59.900 what the hell's going on here brother and by the way joe allen's going to be there to explain it all
00:33:03.500 to you to make your day you think you got enough problems with the 2020 election of course ben's we
00:33:09.980 had him on this morning he's talking about how they're using all these superpowers to essentially
00:33:15.020 exert mass control of the american people am i incorrect in that joe allen
00:33:21.580 absolutely not steve you know mike ben's uh his interview on tucker carlson was inspirational
00:33:28.300 without a doubt so succinct and straight off the top of his head very impressive i also should be
00:33:35.100 horrific to anybody who really takes freedom seriously or free speech or any sort of human
00:33:43.020 existence whatsoever what i did with that cold open i really wanted the audience anyone who hasn't already
00:33:49.260 seen ben's interview or anyone who has seen it and maybe missed those elements to show how
00:33:57.980 his uh his expertise in that field of cyber security and the misuses of cyber security to suppress american
00:34:08.300 free speech is being tied up with other big tech endeavors uh you know ben's was very clear on
00:34:17.740 who is actually behind the censorship operations the atlantic council uh and then the use of the
00:34:24.460 the department of homeland security because it was a a convenient vehicle for operations that typically
00:34:31.420 would be used for uh you know outward facing organizations like the cia so when we hear my orcas
00:34:39.740 talking about using the power of dhs to suppress disinformation and especially ai generated disinformation
00:34:49.180 i think it's directly related it's especially uh very important as we move into the election cycle
00:34:56.460 there is going to be a flood of deep fakes or other sorts of ai generated material that is going to be
00:35:05.340 just like a constant spew of garbage into the public psyche and there are two ways to respond to that the
00:35:12.700 one is for voters or for american citizens or for any free citizen to make their own decisions and sift
00:35:20.460 through it as best they can themselves the other is to empower the state to take on that responsibility
00:35:27.020 and that's what my orcas is talking about using the power of the state to suppress ai generated
00:35:33.260 misinformation now we also know that any sort of valid use of state power in that fashion is going to be
00:35:42.620 used for political purposes at this point meaning that all of these power grabs uh around the use
00:35:49.820 of ai generated uh information or just ai in general is going to be used to consolidate state power
00:35:56.540 and as we see big tech working closer and closer with the united states government and governments abroad
00:36:02.380 it appears that it's also going to be a consolidation of power a partnership between the two
00:36:08.540 and so you know in january steve as we were speaking about this morning in january open ai announced
00:36:15.980 that they would be working with the department of defense they announced this at the world economic
00:36:21.180 forum this was right after the intercept had caught a change in their uh their terms and services they
00:36:28.860 had previously said that their products could not be used in warfare or for the military
00:36:34.300 they removed that language announced that they would be partnering with the dod and then uh just
00:36:41.340 under two weeks ago jane's magazine reported that that is going forward that the uh the crata or the
00:36:49.020 cooperative research and development agreement uh would most likely be inked within the next few months
00:36:56.860 they were not sure what the use cases would be but i would speculate on three different realms
00:37:01.980 systems the first the you know the cia and various other intelligence organizations are using large
00:37:07.580 language models to they train them on their classified documents in order to have an expert system that you
00:37:14.460 could go to a sort of assistant and ask it for specific pieces of information and the ai ostensibly
00:37:21.340 would be able to bring it up immediately that may seem innocuous if it's used against you it may not be
00:37:27.900 innocuous the second use case though uh would be for the dissemination of propaganda we know that our
00:37:36.300 intelligence agencies do this regularly uh in foreign countries and that being legal it's also pretty clear
00:37:44.380 that a number of organizations the intelligence agencies and beyond use that on the american populace
00:37:51.100 now open ai is famous for chat gpt chat gpt basically is a bot that will spew out any sort of narrative
00:37:59.980 that it can be cajoled into spewing out the second is dolly dolly 2 dolly 3 image generation the third
00:38:08.540 which we've been reporting on the last week sora text to video ai generation so what that means at least in
00:38:17.420 my own speculation is that at least one possible use case for the the open ai department of defense
00:38:27.180 partnership one use case for their systems would be the creation and dissemination of fake videos uh they
00:38:35.420 would never of course own up to this uh but clandestine uh operations uh are obviously uh they they
00:38:42.940 traffic in this sort of uh behavior on the regular so i just in short steve i think that it's really
00:38:49.180 important to remember the open ai is not just a company it's not just a company that's creating
00:38:54.540 a small assistant to help you write your emails or organize your calendar or create graphics and video
00:39:00.380 for your your your upcoming pta meeting open ai is now becoming part of that military industrial
00:39:08.220 complex which exerted its power during covid which exerted its power uh after the 2020 election
00:39:15.420 and i think that it should be viewed as such it is no longer simply a tech company like all the other
00:39:21.660 big tech companies is companies it is now a partner to our military industrial complex
00:39:28.540 unbelievable uh you're gonna be there on wednesday with us everybody get to meet joe but joe's gonna hang
00:39:32.620 out also throughout cpac do book signings talk to you about dark aeon and all the updates joe social
00:39:38.540 media where do people get you you can find me at joe b-o-t-x-y-z find my work war room.org under
00:39:45.500 the transhumanism tab you can find my book dark eon transhumanism and the war against humanity
00:39:50.940 anywhere books are sold i recommend bookshop.org thank you very much steve fantastic report great cold
00:39:58.140 open let's go to james ragusky james has been has done this amazing job of reminding us about our
00:40:05.020 sovereignty and the who and this treaty and the amendments and all that it gets a little confusing
00:40:09.260 james give us an update because you're saying that you're seeing the dark hand we've got the
00:40:13.660 military industrial complex on one side we have the biopharma medical uh complex on the other
00:40:20.300 just as powerful what's going on with who in this treaty and the amendment sir
00:40:24.940 well you know for the last two years i've been reporting on this and what has apparently been
00:40:31.420 happening is the two different documents have served to confuse the minds of the people who
00:40:39.020 are talking about it and quite often when people are talking about the details that are in the
00:40:45.260 amendments to the existing international health regulations they've been attributing that to what
00:40:51.180 most people call the treaty well i want to um give you a little test on on your constitution uh you know
00:40:57.820 article one section eight clause three gives congress uh the the power to regulate commerce with foreign
00:41:07.260 nations what i've been saying since november of 2022 is that this is a grand and glorious trade dispute
00:41:17.100 and the federal government is pushing to have these agreements go through and it's started when the
00:41:27.020 relatively poor nations of the world said well wait a minute we're not getting as many jabs as the wealthy
00:41:34.940 nation they called for a special session of the world health assembly all the way back in december of
00:41:42.540 2021 and what these negotiations are is to settle a trade dispute to ensure equitable access to pandemic
00:41:54.220 related products the nations who didn't get as many jabs want investment they want intellectual property
00:42:02.620 they want manufacturing know-how and they want to set up what they call pabs p-a-b-s it's a pathogen access
00:42:12.460 and benefit sharing system now a lot of words that get a lot of people confused but what that means
00:42:20.140 is that in today's world genomic sequences from pathogens are a very valuable commodity if you can
00:42:29.980 remember back to when south africa and botswana identified the omicron variant they did what they felt they
00:42:38.300 were obligated to do according to the international health regulations and they shared that genetic
00:42:43.420 information with the world but what happened was they were greeted with travel restrictions which hurt
00:42:50.300 their economy and is in violation of the international health regulations but then pfizer and moderna took that
00:42:56.460 information turned it into the boosters and made a couple of more billion dollars so what we're dealing
00:43:03.020 with here is a lot of confusion because there's a lot of language in one track the amendments to the
00:43:10.700 international health regulations i'll talk about that in a minute but that information has unfortunately
00:43:17.580 been attributed to what most people call the treaty which is really just a big trade dispute now i've
00:43:25.340 put out a dozen different things that are going on with what they want to set up
00:43:31.020 most importantly is that it's not really a treaty it's a framework convention now if you recall in 92
00:43:39.980 the senate did give two-thirds consent to the framework convention for climate change the danger with the
00:43:49.100 framework convention is they don't have to settle on all of the details when they sign on to it like
00:43:55.020 congress did in 92 they could pretty much sign a blank agreement and then there would
00:43:59.980 be meeting year after year they would have a conference of the parties set up a whole new
00:44:05.100 bureaucracy they've got at least 10 committees that they want to set up to meet on a yearly basis to
00:44:11.820 essentially distribute tens of billions of dollars into what i call the pharmaceutical hospital emergency
00:44:19.500 industrial complex to build out big pharma in low and middle income nations because they missed out on
00:44:28.140 the jabs the first time around so it's not necessarily the case that they're coming
00:44:33.180 for us because three quarters of americans in the western world got jabbed they're just coming for our
00:44:39.100 money they want investment but what about what but hang but but but what what about this we got to
00:44:45.100 bounce in a second i want to get a couple of minutes but what about everybody saying that they're setting
00:44:48.620 up for the the glide path for what they call disease x so next time we don't have the the sovereignty even to try to
00:44:55.980 fight it you're answering to geneva is that off track is this you're making this sound more like this
00:45:00.540 is tpp which we can defeat and less like a grab for our nation sovereignty and our individual citizen
00:45:07.580 sovereignty people have gotten the information that came out of the amendments confused with what's in
00:45:16.620 the framework convention slash treaty and you are absolutely right steve we talked about this a little bit
00:45:22.780 before you know we're on air here this is very similar to the trans-pacific partnership which as you
00:45:29.500 recall when people found out about it and realized what it was it was you know just a universal oh hell
00:45:37.580 no now it you know the the final nail in the coffin was essentially when trump got into office and unsigned
00:45:44.780 it but it was political poison to even talk about you know trying to support it after the
00:45:52.380 people learned what it really was and all i'm really advocating i i got access to uh the latest document
00:46:00.860 over the weekend i've published it and i encourage people i i have every faith that every single one of
00:46:07.580 your viewers has the capacity to read these documents and see them for the corruption that they have in
00:46:15.660 them this is just a big ploy to get a lot of money to build out the industry that was used to fear
00:46:24.140 everybody last four years we stopped tpp we can stop the pandemic treaty i have no doubt we took we
00:46:31.820 stopped tpp really in the 16 campaign and then immediately after president trump won james people
00:46:37.580 got to get up to speed on all this where do they go to look at all your analysis all your breakdown between the
00:46:42.620 the underlying treaty and the amendments where do they go it's all on jamesrogusky.substack.com
00:46:49.260 that's j-a-m-e-s-r-o-g-u-s-k-i.substack.com um don'tyoudare.info is an old link so don't go there
00:46:57.980 um but my phone number is available to everybody you can call me at 310-619-3055 go to jamesrogusky.substack.com
00:47:08.460 call james he'll take the call and he'll walk you through it we gotta we want to make sure that
00:47:14.220 we're on top of this they get back together is it uh i gotta bounce but they get back together in may
