00:06:22.640that authority is with the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors.
00:06:27.140Why would HEAP, why would they settle for this?
00:06:31.440Why wouldn't they go all the way and just go to the conclusion of the lawsuit and take it all the way up to the Arizona Supreme Court if they had to?
00:06:38.760Why would they settle for one-third, it seems to me, one-third of the power?
00:06:49.920Well, my guess is he wanted some authority before the election.
00:06:52.740I mean, this is really his first election as the recorder, and at least for now.
00:06:56.940Now he has something he can do, and he can have a big role in the mail-in ballots, which, as you know, the mail-in ballots in Arizona are a very big deal.
00:07:08.460He probably wanted to be able to do something.
00:07:10.880You know, he's like, hey, I got elected to try to secure elections, and at the moment I have no authority.
00:07:14.700But all these, the way they've centralized everything, one of the big problems there, they've gone from precincts and districts, they've centralized everything.
00:07:22.480This is why you had the fiasco under Kerry Lake.
00:07:25.280Of course, that was all. They were stealing that on game day and with the machines, obviously the mail-in ballots, too.
00:07:31.600But why would you ever allow? And these are not Republicans.
00:07:35.780They are they're certainly not MAGA and they don't support the president.
00:07:41.040Right. This kind of this election board.
00:07:44.400Why would why would we allow these people to have this power?
00:07:47.780Because this power is enough to actually divert the elections just like they did before.
00:07:52.460Yeah, it is. Hopefully, Justin Heap has enough position on the mail-in ballots and early voting
00:08:01.900to kind of hold their feet to the fire. I mean, I don't have a great answer to that. That is all
00:08:07.060possible. Arizona's elections are a mess. They have not been corrected. And we're kind of looking0.96
00:08:12.960at this group of Republicans going, are you going to allow Republican elections to be stolen? And
00:08:19.580thus far for the last few cycles, the answer has been yes. So are they going to change their mind?
00:08:25.320There is a saving grace that some of the Republicans that are on the board now are
00:08:29.560new. They're different than the people that passed this law two years ago. Debbie Lesko is now
00:08:34.160on the board. She used to be in Congress. She was in Congress during the 2020 election. So
00:08:37.880there's a couple new players in that position. I do think it's worth pointing out though. I love
00:08:42.360to point this out. The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, four of the five are Republican,
00:08:46.940Meaning at the lowest level, at the county level, that's just the county, districts within the county, 80% are going Republican.
00:08:57.840And yet for statewide races, Maricopa County always swings blue.
00:09:02.060So that means that the voters who 80% vote for Republican supervisors are apparently switching their vote for the top of the ticket, which I find hard to believe.
00:09:26.900Yeah, either that or they have no idea what's actually happening,
00:09:31.540or they just want to gaslight people and lead people to believe that the sky is falling.
00:09:35.740And quite honestly, nothing, I don't think it's that significant of a change.
00:09:40.380To your point, I would have liked to see a bigger change to revert back to the way it was in 2020 and 2022.
00:09:45.680too. But I don't know. There are a bunch of liberals that are crying about stuff that doesn't
00:09:51.260have that much to do with anything. So as you can assess it right now,
00:09:56.460where do you think we stand for the midterm elections in Maricopa County, which is what,
00:10:01.76075 percent, two thirds of the vote in all the state of Arizona?
00:10:05.600Well, having Justin Heap in there, I think, is a really good thing. He is very America first. He
00:10:09.520is pro-election security, election integrity. That's a huge improvement from the people that
00:10:15.440were in office prior to him. And so just having that, I think, is a really, really good thing
00:10:19.840because at the very least he can raise alarms and he can call out things that aren't going the way
00:10:25.160that they're supposed to be going according to procedure or according to law. So I think they're
00:10:29.280in better shape for that just because they have different people in there. But then you've also
00:10:34.240got Adrian Fontes and he's now the secretary of state who's pro allowing illegal immigrants to0.65
00:10:41.480vote and their voter rolls are a mess. So the security of Arizona's election, I think, is a
00:10:48.000mess. I'll be curious to see the execution of it because that's kind of the question. I think
00:10:53.600Arizona's a mess. Does Heap have enough time or now with the settlement, does he have the mandate
00:10:59.900to actually clean up the voter rolls or is this another thing that's going to take a couple of
00:11:03.760years? Yeah, well, he can't do anything about the voter rolls now at this point. I think early
00:11:07.680voting has already started or is about to start in the next few weeks. So that's not going to
00:11:11.180change before this election. But he can verify signatures. Now he's got $20 million to do it.
00:11:18.580He can try to match signatures and make sure that the votes are actually from a lawfully
00:11:24.640registered voter. He does have some ability that he didn't have before. And that's why it's a win,
00:11:32.000right? That's why liberals are melting down going, oh, he shouldn't have any ability to
00:11:35.120check voter rolls. He has some, not as much as I'd like him to have, but he does have some.
00:11:41.180Okay. Judicial Watch has been at the forefront of these revelations that President Trump made in this historic speech last Thursday, particularly things like the Chinese Communist Party, you know, getting into the voter rolls, cyber hacking to manipulate.
00:11:55.200You had the 278,000 illegal aliens and or non-citizens aliens just on the rolls of four states.
00:12:03.720So you extrapolate that out. You get into the millions.
00:12:06.200your sense that, like, Fox News, you know, besides Tom Fitton, yourself,0.54
00:12:12.300Cleta Mitchell, and a handful of others, the, what do I say, the rhino media establishment
00:12:20.260of the Republican Party has not wanted to touch this. Your thoughts on that?
00:12:23.620Yeah. I think they're either scared because of all the craziness that happened in 2020,
00:12:29.660or they're in on it. I mean, the only reason you want to cover up the fact that our elections
00:12:34.260are not secure is because you're in with the people who are cheating so and and people like
00:12:41.440say oh democrats are so bad they cheat they cheat they cheat which i think they do republicans do
00:12:46.400too and i don't think they're as good at it i don't think they have the system in place the
00:12:50.200way democrats do to do it but but they they do as well um so i i don't know i think there's a lot
00:12:57.080of republicans that are just as shady and just as dirty as democrats but but they do it in red0.85
00:13:02.420States. You've been involved in, yes, you've been involved, not just Arizona, but also Georgia.0.97
00:13:07.060It is shocking that the establishment in Georgia is given the fact that we had to raid Fulton
00:13:13.520County. You had to get, the FBI was there. DNI was there and DNI, Bill Pulte obviously replaced
00:13:19.960Tulsi, at least for a while. He was the one that did these revelations. Fulton County is in
00:13:25.400Maricopa County. They were kind of ground zero in this entire debacle. And you don't have Kemp
00:13:31.700or any of the Republicans establishment at all
00:13:33.560talking at all what the president said on Thursday night.
00:14:38.640So under questionable circumstances, very similarly to Joe Biden, does Brian Kemp take
00:14:43.780the helm after he recreated the procedure for the election in Georgia?
00:14:49.820And then shortly after that, you've got the presidential election with Donald Trump.
00:14:53.300There's lots of questions, and Brian Kemp doesn't say a word.
00:14:55.400He doesn't say a word. And Brad Raffensperger is, you know, doing all the leftist talking points as a Republican.
00:15:02.540So, yeah, I think there's a lot of questions that I'd love to have them answer.
00:15:07.840Do you think right now there's up on the Hill, they're trying to made in one perturbations.
00:15:13.700And for the White House staff that's working on legislation, they're doing what they can do to try to have every type of I don't want to call them gimmicks, but they're, you know, now we're going to attach it to a CR.
00:15:24.500They're trying to move heaven and earth to get the Save America Act passed against a Senate that's kind of dug in and treating President Trump as a lame duck.
00:15:37.180Given all the merits of the Save America Act, we're burning daylight right now.
00:15:41.020I mean, what is your assessment of the Save America Act and where it stands on Capitol Hill?
00:15:45.620And do we have enough time if it's passed right now in order to implement anything, ma'am?
00:16:23.160I think the Republican Party is struggling.
00:16:25.380I think they are painfully unaware of how much the American people are frustrated with them.
00:16:32.280And they think just because they're not crazy Democrats that Americans are just always going to support them and always going to get along with them and support them in their elections just because they're not Democrats.
00:16:45.200So, yeah, I think they're kidding themselves if they think this isn't going to come back to haunt Republicans in the midterms.
00:16:54.760Do you think that enough, if you've seen what the president's put out and other information that's coming out and just your normal work, has he laid the predicate for either a national security emergency and or an executive order that says, he just goes, hey, look, we're too late to implement the SAVE Act, even if we can pass it?
00:17:13.820And there's no assurance now we're even close to passing it, given all the different perturbations the White House staff is looking at to attach it to CRs and to attach it to must-pass pieces of legislation.
00:17:25.060Do you think the president ought to just take executive action on this, ma'am?
00:17:30.320That's a tough one, because if we look back at 2020, all of the state governors, the Democrats, they all took executive action,
00:17:36.720declared a state emergency because of COVID and changed election procedures and just forced mail
00:17:43.280and ballots down our throats illegally outside the process of the state legislatures. And it
00:17:48.260forever has changed the way we do elections now. And I think that's terrible. I think it was
00:17:53.260terrible what they did. It was illegal what they did. And we got a terrible result because of it.
00:17:57.700So I'm not a fan of that. I do. I mean, I do think our elections are in jeopardy. And I think
00:18:04.300Americans are concerned that the people that they're truly electing are not the ones that
00:18:08.460ultimately take office. So I don't I mean, I don't have a great answer for that. If our if our
00:18:12.640elected leaders aren't going to ensure that the right winners are actually the ones that take
00:18:18.080office, you know, Americans are going to have to get creative about what how to hold their0.87
00:18:24.580supposedly supposedly elected leaders accountable because it's delegitimizing our government.
00:18:29.660right now where we stand on the 20th of july in the year of early 2026 a hundred days basically
00:18:37.560away from voting and early voting i think starts on september 20th so it's 60 days away from early
00:18:43.880voting what is what is uh judicial watch what is your what is your guys take on thing we can't have
00:18:50.180another election that could call in the question particularly given this report the president has
00:18:55.340what do you guys recommend? Get involved. I mean, it's up to the American people because our
00:19:00.680leaders clearly aren't doing it. I mean, we've had record numbers of volunteers over the last
00:19:05.640couple of election cycles, and it's going to come down to the volunteers. Even if you feel like,
00:19:11.200oh, you know, I'm an observer, I don't get to do that much. Having you there as an observer is
00:19:15.820incredibly important. And that's kind of what sounded the alarm a lot in 2020 was observers
00:19:21.640that were like, wait a second, we're getting kicked out. They're boarding up the windows.
00:19:24.500You know, the whole story, it came from people who were on the ground and could talk about it.
00:19:28.120So, I mean, it's an all hands on deck moment where we need everybody who can be involved needs to be involved.
00:19:35.920Where do we go to track you on social media?
00:20:03.480Mark Pulliam from misuse of, the misrule of law, I guess blog, website, news site.
00:20:12.660One of the things we talk about here, we have the vice on, we have, because so many of the things, topics we deal with, I don't like it because I'm not a lawyer and I'm not a lawyer for a reason.
00:20:23.440I didn't want to go to law school. I didn't want to be a lawyer. Deals with the law and particularly the radicalization of the judiciary, the radicalization of the big law firms, the big white shoe law firms, the radicalization of the law.
00:20:37.260And that's one of the reasons we're in such a jam as a country, because we're a nation of laws and, you know, 80 percent of the employed people in Washington, D.C. are lawyers.
00:20:45.540I want to talk about this article that you've given me today from your blog, Crazy ABA, that's American Bar Association Rules Exposed in Kentucky Lawsuit. Mark Pulliam, let's get this article up from Denver. What are you talking to us about?
00:21:02.240Well, thanks for having me on, Steve. When you talk about the capture of the legal system by the left, it all starts with the law schools.
00:21:11.660And if you successfully indoctrinate would-be lawyers while they're in law school, then they're going to spend the rest of their careers as either a woke lawyer in private practice working for a big law firm, or they're going to go into government.
00:21:30.060or if they have the right connections, they will become a judge.
00:21:34.380And in any event, they're all taught what the left wants them to do in the law school.
00:21:43.000So this is the long march through the institutions has taken place, and law schools have been captured.
00:21:50.840And one of the reasons that they are captured and will stay captured is because the American Bar Association
00:21:57.360has been granted monopoly status over the accreditation process for law schools.
00:22:04.980And in virtually every state, you cannot take the bar exam.
00:22:09.460Somebody, a graduate of a law school, cannot take the bar exam unless the school they graduated
00:28:51.600We've all seen supply chain chaos, devastating natural disasters, inflation, war, civil unrest, and preparedness has gone mainstream.
00:29:00.580That's why we're so excited to partner with MyPatriotSupply, America's original patriot preparedness company.

00:31:25.380War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bann.
00:31:30.420Mark Pulliam, your blog site is amazing.
00:31:33.700I want everybody to go read this article because in the Long March of the Institutions,
00:31:37.820one of the ones that's been stolen and radicalized is the legal profession.
00:31:43.380As you know, and if you read, we had Posobiec on today.
00:31:47.560If you read Unhumans, like when the French legal community was radicalized before the revolution,
00:31:52.860Once you lose the legal community, you've got a massive problem in society to turn it around.0.54
00:32:00.860Right now, I keep telling people, and I'm not a lawyer, but I know these great, respected lawyers, and they're sitting there going, you have no idea how radical the big white shoe law firms have become.
00:32:10.460You have no idea how radical the law schools are.
00:32:13.280You have no idea how radical this first tier of judges are, and that's going to make the system very tough to turn around.
00:34:22.480So we really, in order to fix our legal system, you have to fix legal academia.
00:34:26.920And in order to fix legal academia, you have to kick the ABA out of the accreditation process.
00:34:33.780Each state is going to have to do that. Tennessee is considering it right now.
00:34:38.880In fact, Michael Patrick Leahy's law school, the National School of Law, is not ABA accredited.
00:34:44.220But in Tennessee, they are allowed to take the bar exam anyway because they have a century of a track record of producing good quality law graduates.
00:34:54.260Yeah. So this is a big job. You know, our legal academia didn't get corrupted overnight and it's not going to get fixed overnight.
00:35:17.360You've got all these southern progressives or left-wingers that present themselves as moderates, centrist, men of the people.
00:35:28.140Brashear is taking the side of the ABA on this.
00:35:30.660is he at all a moderate or is this another example of him showing his hand that he's actually pretty
00:35:36.560radical well he's just showing his hand and hopefully kentucky voters will figure that out
00:35:41.640he his father was a very popular governor he's a good-looking guy and he snookered tennessee voters
00:35:48.620for that reason but they are a pretty conservative lot up there and i hope that they recognize and
00:35:55.000democratic unfortunately there's no such thing as a moderate democrat anymore they're all radicals
00:36:00.560And so if you're running it, you know, he is going to be a serious candidate, but the public needs to know he's just, you know, a less slick Gavin Newsom.
00:36:14.020Mark, one more time, where do people go to the blog to get all the information and what's your social media?
00:36:52.960uh i didn't have time the other night we did the coverage uh because we we kind of punched out
00:36:58.980early jim hoft and patty mcmurray join us the president talked about the michigan situation
00:37:04.860and really talked about i guess the fbi and others understand there were crimes committed
00:37:10.280and not just look the other way but one other way to thwart it uh the country owes the gateway
00:37:17.040Pundit and Jim, you and Patty, just so much gratitude for the work that you guys did and
00:37:24.140for the years you've worked on this and were mocked and ridiculed every day you did it.
00:37:29.540It only turns out that everything that you said, you came on the show years ago, everything you
00:37:35.120said was absolutely gospel truth. It's been proven by the internal emails and text messages.
00:37:42.960So explain to us, and maybe Patty, you or Jim, you guys figured it out, but give me the two-minute summary of exactly what went on that you would come on the show and talk about and what was basically backed up in the president's talk the other night.
00:37:55.600Patty, if I could, I'll say a couple of things, but Patty's the expert here, Steve, and she did tremendous work here with some activists from Michigan, some activists from Muskegon, Michigan, who got this started, who were able to FOIA this buried police report over there about what happened in Muskegon during the 2020 election.
00:38:19.040And this group, GBI Strategies, that we named in our reports, was sending out all of these stacks of fraudulent registrations to several counties around, not just Muskegon, but several county clerks around Michigan.
00:38:36.120And we know these were fraudulent from the report that was released last week.
00:38:42.120The FBI actually did a test on some of these ballot registrations that came in, and in their report they said that 13 out of 20 were bogus registrations and had to be thrown out.
00:38:55.800So it's tragic that no one was prosecuted.
00:38:59.100That's what we also saw in these documents that came out.
00:39:03.220But this was completely Patty and the wonderful people from Michigan who are so active up there trying to clean up their elections, Steve.
00:39:11.820And I want to thank you. You are the you are the lone voice out there, Steve, that was reporting on this huge scandal.
00:39:18.880The war room, the posse, they know they know what happened because they heard us several times come on your show and discuss them.
00:39:28.360And anyway, so I want to thank you. Fox didn't do this. CNN.
00:39:34.640All this was new to all of the channels out there because it's never been reported.
00:39:39.580I had the easy, okay, I do have the easiest job in the world because I got a microphone and a platform and the greatest audience in the world.
00:39:47.660Patty, go through and talk about the level of work, what the volunteers did, what you guys did to break this case years ago, and still nobody listened to you.
00:40:00.700I do want to give a big shout out to a couple election integrity activists up in Muskegon.
00:40:06.400And one of them, Chris Kajoya, who actually, he actually sat down with Lieutenant Anderson.
00:40:13.560And, you know, I don't have the exact details, but it's my belief that Lieutenant Anderson, who was the primary lieutenant or detective in this case, in the GBI Strategies case, working for the Michigan State Police, wanted this story to get out because he spoke with him at length about this case.
00:40:31.780And he actually gave him the case number and suggested he FOIA it.
00:40:35.700So a friend of his, Keith Hinkle, FOIA'd the report, and that's how I got the report.
00:45:04.740But it was the entire state of Michigan.
00:45:07.100And they, you know, and with no voter ID, right, they know they can just get away with this. Patty, you first, and then Jim.
00:45:16.120Yeah, I also want to mention that when they raided the Southfield office, they found a Pelican case that was unlocked that had semi-automatic rifles with silencers, modified pistols, and ammunition in that room.
00:45:29.540And above it was a whiteboard that said weapons prepared, ready for the field.
00:45:33.960So I don't know if that's common practice for Democratic operations, because we do know, based on the police report, that it was funded by Joe Biden and Gary Peters.
00:45:44.140And the DSCC is also very active and was very active in funding them.
00:45:49.500I also want to point out that the Michigan legislators, 22 of them, wrote a letter to P.M. Bondi demanding that she open an investigation into GBI strategies, which at that time didn't happen.
00:46:03.640But, you know, the Michigan lawmakers here are fed up with it.
00:46:09.120They're tired of being mocked for bringing it up or for supporting.
00:46:14.040You know, when when when we write a story at the Gateway Pundit, we get a lot of support from Michelle Smith and others in the Michigan legislature.
00:46:21.680But we get we get mocked by by the mainstream media and, you know, told that the reporting doesn't have any basis, even though it's 100 percent based on a Michigan state police and Muskegon police report.
00:46:34.880So, Jim, what are we going to do? And have you heard from anybody from because now we get like, I guess, emails and text messages inside the FBI.
00:46:41.840They're working to suppress this. People knew about it, but not just looked the other way, just absolutely said, no, we're not going to deal with this, although we know it's wrong, sir.
00:46:53.180Closed the case, the FBI and the DOJ. So that's pretty sad.
00:46:57.940But of course, with Trump bringing this up during his speech, certainly we believe they'll take another look at what happened in Muskegon.
00:47:06.460And Steve, I do think you're correct. This isn't just a Muskegon issue. This is just the center of gravity, as you said. But we've seen the same types of operations taking place in Ohio. There was a group there that was turning in stacks of fraudulent registrations that the officials in the counties noticed and held press releases on this.
00:48:00.380And I can't hope anymore. You guys have done this for years and you've been you've been they tried to destroy you for this very reason.
00:48:10.240Patty, please tell me, make me feel better on a Monday.
00:48:13.280Please tell me after Thursday night, you've been inundated with calls from DOJ and FBI officials that want to sit down and go through and have your entire team brief them, please.
00:48:26.400Yeah, sorry to report that I can't tell you that.
00:48:55.800And he did write about it a couple of weeks after we broke the story.
00:48:59.120So he was obviously aware of the source. So I can't explain to you why we haven't heard anything from anyone, but we definitely have all the contacts and the people that were involved at round level with this investigation.
00:49:16.000Patty, where do people go to get all your reporting on this and to learn out more about your efforts and to maybe thank the people that did the work with you guys?
00:49:25.660yeah first and foremost that the gateway pundit so um we actually will be having a story that
00:49:32.160will be coming out tomorrow um where we'll be showing evidence of the clerks that that that
00:49:38.000are having discussions about receiving these same fraudulent registrations so on the gateway
00:49:44.260pundit and then um on twitter at patty loves truth jim hoff maybe i'll talk to you after the
00:49:51.260show maybe we'll get you guys back up tomorrow if we're gonna have another bite of the apple
00:49:54.020The story is fascinating. The scale and in your face nature of, you know, highly sophisticated and quite frankly, it's almost like they don't give a damn.
00:50:05.120They don't think anybody's going to actually pursue it. They don't think anybody's ever going to investigate them.
00:50:10.200So just go about and do it. Jim, congratulations. Where do people go for your social media and the Gateway Pundit?
00:50:16.920Yeah, Steve, thegatewaypundit.com is our website,
