Bannon's War Room - WarRoom Battleground EP 1054： Raise The Colours’ “RYAN THE LION” and Germany-Based US Journalist COLLIN MCMAHON

00:00:00.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:00:07.700 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.

00:00:12.960 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.

00:00:17.240 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:00:19.180 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:00:20.640 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.

00:00:23.260 It's going to happen.

00:00:24.540 And where do people like that go to share the big line?

00:00:27.940 Mega Media.

00:00:28.840 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:00:34.720 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:00:38.480 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:00:44.800 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Vann.

00:00:48.080 thursday 23rd of july and no domini 2026 harnwell here at the helm i love it when we

00:01:02.820 open the show with a cracker we've got a cracker today ryan bridge co-founder of raise the colors

00:01:09.620 increasingly known on social media in the uk as ryan the lion ryan i'm very grateful for you

00:01:17.420 taking time out uh i know you're you're in the car on the way always working always you never

00:01:23.760 stop thanks for for coming in um on the show there's so much to discuss since you were on

00:01:30.880 just a few weeks ago let's go straight into this let's go um let's start up if we will with the

00:01:37.740 sheffield story your sheffield chapter um six arrests there we've got some footage uh that

00:01:46.340 will play in the background as you're talking and the more you guys are doing the more you're

00:01:52.300 getting arrested and persecuted by the authorities what happened up in the north of england earlier

00:01:58.780 on this yeah so as you can see uh how you doing guys um as you can see this is another branch of

00:02:05.120 our raise the colors movement that's across the uk um ryan rampage and the guys up at sheffield

00:02:11.400 raised the colours.

00:02:13.060 I wasn't at this event,

00:02:14.360 so obviously I'd have been in the thick of this,

00:02:16.020 but they was up there,

00:02:18.500 they've run an event,

00:02:19.660 it's gone off twice really peacefully,

00:02:21.840 and then all of a sudden,

00:02:22.980 because Antifa turn up,

00:02:24.940 yet again, the police turn up in their numbers

00:02:27.160 and they see us being the right-minded side of the fence

00:02:31.740 as the aggressors,

00:02:32.940 and it's completely not that way.

00:02:34.620 There's obviously, you can see disabled people there,

00:02:37.320 you can see women, children, people with flags,

00:02:39.800 and then you see the masks left you see them come in with their flags with their banners and the

00:02:44.940 main thing is their faces are covered so they're covering up something from start to finish and

00:02:50.060 i just think the left the police and the authorities need to get a grip on the left

00:02:55.560 in this country um i want to point out what the police said in their statement this is

00:03:04.820 Superintendent Bloxham um Charlotte Bloxham and she says we respect the rights of everyone

00:03:13.820 to take part in lawful and peaceful protests but we will not tolerate criminality or anti-social

00:03:20.920 behavior um interesting putting these two things on the same plane criminality and anti-social

00:03:29.000 behavior um it's increasingly difficult to know what country the UK is anymore it seems to have

00:03:34.800 like Iran was famous for having morality police. 0.66

00:03:38.320 What on earth is going on in my beloved homeland

00:03:41.320 if the police now have to arrest people for antisocial behaviour?

00:03:46.220 And what on earth is that even supposed to mean?

00:03:50.820 I mean, it is shocking, Arman.

00:03:52.340 You mean you'd think you was in North Korea or China,

00:03:55.320 but you are actually in Sheffield, the steel city,

00:03:58.260 the capital of steel industry in the country.

00:04:03.100 these are these are men you had the minor strikes up there you had all of these and these are the

00:04:07.100 children of those people and they are out on the streets because they are not happy with people 0.99

00:04:11.440 from a third world coming into our country illegally breaking in and being in these hotels 0.97

00:04:17.000 and that's the bottom line of it they're showing patriotism they're showing togetherness they're

00:04:21.120 showing unity and all they're doing is walking down the street and let me let me explain how

00:04:25.960 it works in the uk you have liaison officers so the people that organize this under the raise the

00:04:31.280 Colours movement. We'll have to liaise with officers for at least two weeks before, be told

00:04:36.040 where they can go, what their marked route is, where they can stand. So these liaison officers

00:04:40.680 know the routes. Why don't they clear the ultra far left off those routes? Why don't they go in

00:04:46.960 aggressively with the ultra far left? Why is it seen to this us that's always targeted? Why am I

00:04:52.540 banned from France? Why am I banned from going to Oxford to put a flag up, for example? This is

00:04:58.640 because the ultra far left run the high positions in our country and that's why people from third 1.00

00:05:04.240 world countries are coming through illegally because they're allowed to it's wrong it shouldn't

00:05:08.400 be happening and we at raise the colors are all going to get together and we're going to stop this

00:05:12.180 and we won't stop protesting and we won't stop raising our beautiful flag um and you know it

00:05:19.220 hurts me the six got arrested but you know i'm on separate charges at the moment for for things that 1.00

00:05:24.440 are completely stupid. 0.98

00:05:26.240 I mean, attempting to pull somebody's hair, 1.00

00:05:28.720 putting a flag on a lamppost where you're not meant to.

00:05:31.380 And the police will arrest you for this.

00:05:33.560 Yet people are breaking into our country on mega dinghies today. 0.84

00:05:37.780 These people have come in.

00:05:39.600 165 come in this morning on one boat.

00:05:42.080 They called it a mega dinghy.

00:05:43.540 And they've come across the channel.

00:05:45.500 And this taxi boat has gone up and down the shores of France,

00:05:48.720 picking these people up.

00:05:49.980 And they've come in.

00:05:50.660 And the bottom line is,

00:05:51.640 people in Sheffield don't want them in the hotels.

00:05:53.560 it's making people scared feel alarmed distress um and these men these are men by the way these

00:06:00.020 aren't women and children these are men from third world countries from different backgrounds

00:06:04.020 to us we don't know who they are what their backgrounds are and what they've got and um 0.51

00:06:07.520 you know i just say to the people up in sheffield keep going and we will come up there and we will 0.81

00:06:12.420 be supporting you evermore tell me more about these um these rubber mega dinghies

00:06:19.980 yes so it's been named by another news outlet today as an ultra mega dinghy um so these are

00:06:28.060 the big so the dinghies that i intercepted in france would carry between 80 and 100 men

00:06:32.840 um the dinghies that i stopped in france in november through the first wave of race to

00:06:39.160 the colors movements then i went to ramsgate in the south of in the south of england where we

00:06:44.840 seen that the mcs and the british border force security i mean this is laughable they were

00:06:52.040 escorting the dinghies from the 12 mile line doing an exchange and handover from the french

00:06:57.560 and what they do then is they escort and bring the dinghies into a place called ramsgate which

00:07:01.740 is a little seaside village on the coast of england by dover um and i went there and exposed

00:07:07.000 that these these dinghies are still they're still blown up and and the life fests are in one tub and

00:07:12.200 you know the the belongings are in another and there's these this should be evidence

00:07:16.280 it should be evidence and and what we want to do at raise the colors now we want to up the game

00:07:20.540 and we want to we want to look at taking on um the government the the previous the next one

00:07:26.800 the one going forward whatever the whatever the governments might be but we believe that if people

00:07:31.100 are coming in 80 and 100 handed if we seize their phones and confiscated their their phones we

00:07:36.520 believe that we would have a common dename in a phone number in that phone which would the person

00:07:41.220 that says get on that dinghy at that time in the middle of the night and that's when they come to

00:07:45.960 the UK in the early morning so why aren't their phones being seized as evidence so that's what

00:07:51.600 we're going to look to do but getting back to the point of what you said about the mega the mega

00:07:55.560 dinghies today these dinghies that have come are that big that they are carrying up to 165 people

00:08:02.600 and we've had the first two hit the shores of the UK this morning so I'm absolutely devastated I'm

00:08:07.840 devastated that i'm banned from france and we the fight goes on and we will not stop do you um you

00:08:15.640 don't have any video footage yet of you and your associates going down to the coast to stop these

00:08:22.640 mega dinghies not not not as yet not not as yet because what's happening to fellow um patriots

00:08:30.980 around the country if you go to areas like dover they will say this is a restricted area and the

00:08:37.520 government and the government body will film you and then they will come and kick your door off at

00:08:42.980 whatever time in the morning and arrest you for interfering with government work and that's what

00:08:48.000 i had in france when the french interior minister nunez seen that i was in france exposing this

00:08:54.580 this invasion that's been going on for the last 20 years when i exposed this i got 10 trips out

00:09:01.420 of it before i was then served with papers from our home office and shabana mahoud and she said

00:09:07.240 there's the papers you're not allowed to go to france and i said well i've never been arrested

00:09:10.820 i've never been convicted i've been detained in france but i haven't done anything wrong i'm only

00:09:15.060 reporting citizen journalism so that's where we're at with that ben and it's just heartbreaking

00:09:20.840 um you just made an appeal earlier on i'm going to repeat it again if you want people to get

00:09:29.380 involved for you to to assist in whatever way is possible inverted commas in brackets legally

00:09:38.780 possible they should reach out to your details that will um we'll give out your details as we

00:09:45.540 always do in about 10 15 minutes uh i want to come back to something you said just before i

00:09:51.600 giving out a shout out to our show sponsor the beaches as far as i will were public property

00:09:59.820 um how can the government stop you going on to a public beach on on the south of england

00:10:06.060 well let me explain how this happens because people that don't know they think that these

00:10:11.900 dinghies are chancing it across the channel and literally drifting up and landing on the beaches

00:10:17.040 at dover that is not the case the case is that the the illegal invader that is probably from

00:10:24.600 south sudan eritrea somalia they will come through circumnavigate through africa through europe and

00:10:31.640 they are guided all the way through these countries not via sat nav not via um satellite but by guided

00:10:37.940 by people called ngos non-government organizations that the charities from the left that bring them

00:10:43.700 across and they'll get them to calais and then they will escort them to the dinghies once those

00:10:48.440 people are on these dinghies or these mega ultra dinghies that they're now going on once they're

00:10:53.840 in the water the french maritime law states that they are not allowed to interfere they are only

00:11:00.960 there to guide and assist if anyone falls off the boat and these people know this law and they know

00:11:06.260 this loophole so they then will go forward and they are guided to the 12 mile line where the

00:11:12.240 english channel meets from the french side to the english side and lo and behold every single time

00:11:19.200 the 57 000 people done it last year our british border security force and the rlnai lifeboats are

00:11:28.400 waiting there to pick them up and then we escort them through into um the dover dockyards and into

00:11:36.820 a cordoned area where they get off and these people are screened um and took to a hotel a

00:11:43.020 four or five star hotel in the uk um you know in some places there's some camps now there's 1200

00:11:49.320 men in there and it's it's completely ludicrous these aren't chances that are just zipping across

00:11:55.560 um and landing on a beach these are people that are are cleverly doing it through the left through

00:12:03.300 NGOs and get into that 12 mile line and they are escorted in bed i i need to underline this point

00:12:09.920 here that you're saying because i think there are some naive people still left of goodwill who

00:12:16.500 believe that these are people who are chancing it uh and trying to come in um and as you point

00:12:21.840 out this is it's an industry first by the um supervised by these and i would suspect government

00:12:29.080 funded ngos one way or another i'd say they're getting money uh taxpayers money it's been

00:12:34.760 fundled into them and then of course via the respective maritime services and you said they're

00:12:39.440 bringing they're bringing them into specially cordoned off areas um once they get to the uk

00:12:46.660 in in devo so you guys so this is this this is not they're just not breaking out out onto the

00:12:51.780 beach where you can film them and you can intervene. These people are guided safely in

00:12:59.280 where they are sort of onto effectively government property where they will stop you.

00:13:03.720 You mentioned Eritrea just now that people are coming. We didn't have time for this. We're going 0.82

00:13:08.440 to do it today. There's no time. We have footage of an Eritrean illegal invader knocking a woman

00:13:17.480 who'd outside a nightclub unconscious simply because she refused his advances and he was

00:13:26.020 sentenced to a a few months you guys are putting more getting more risk from your what you're doing

00:13:33.320 putting up flags from raising the colors putting up flags on what they're now calling public

00:13:40.260 architecture um and going down to to film the invasion you guys are running a far greater risk

00:13:47.460 than what the invaders themselves are doing when they're coming in raping and pillaging ryan the

00:13:52.740 lion bridge back with you in two minutes after this quick shout out to show sponsor as always

00:14:00.420 birch gold birch gold have been celebrating as we all know in a particular way the america's

00:14:07.140 250th anniversary of the signing of the declaration of independence and if it wasn't for such a strong

00:14:15.700 foundation set by the framers where would america be today hamilton built america's financial

00:14:24.580 foundation on the principle of sound stable money a principle later embodied by the gold standard

00:14:31.940 however america abandoned that discipline in 1971 under richard nixon when he famously closed the

00:14:39.140 gold window and since then inflation has been eroding at a colossal rate the dollar's value

00:14:50.100 it's a perfect opportunity therefore to ask ourselves what is the foundation of our own

00:14:56.980 savings is it gold or something that can be shaken disrupted devalued or i might even dare add

00:15:04.820 confiscated as roosevelt did when he um when he made the private ownership of gold illegal

00:15:15.220 has happened in america's history happened once it might happen again uh birch gold group has

00:15:21.300 been helping america solidify their savings with gold for the past 15 years and they'll help

00:15:26.820 you convert an existing IRA or 401k into a tax sheltered IRA in gold. Right now, folks,

00:15:33.460 you might be aware that gold has climbed down a bit over the last couple of months from its

00:15:39.700 high of $4,500 per ounce down to about $4,000. All analysts are expecting it to start escalating.

00:15:50.340 once again you might want to get in on that escalator on that conveyor belt before that

00:15:58.180 presumed rise start to take place text bannon b-a-double-n-o-n to nine eight nine eight nine

00:16:05.880 eight speak to philip patrick and his team ask them about what they think they're the experts

00:16:12.720 ask them what they think is going to happen to the price of gold and tell them your circumstances

00:16:18.480 and ask them for their advice on what you should do right now.

00:16:24.940 Birch Gold has an A-plus rating with a Better Business Bureau

00:16:28.320 and counters five-star reviews.

00:16:30.280 So let Birch Gold help you build your foundation with gold.

00:16:37.080 Text once again Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to 989898.

00:16:41.860 And I will give that number out again at the end of the show.

00:16:45.620 um all right so ryan moving on then second story i want to talk to you about is our friends over at

00:16:56.240 oxfordshire council they're um they're coming after your money right after the when you had

00:17:01.720 your crown court appearance a month or so ago we left it in um to be resolved over how much

00:17:08.920 they were going to seek or what they were going to do they now said officially that officially

00:17:13.180 that they're going to come after you to cover their legal expenses.

00:17:17.520 Is there any movement on that?

00:17:20.140 Yeah, so let me just explain to the viewers.

00:17:22.580 This is the Royal High Court of Justice.

00:17:27.080 So this is higher than magistrate in the UK.

00:17:29.340 It's higher than crown.

00:17:31.600 This is where companies like, I don't know,

00:17:34.280 if you wanted to take Amazon to court,

00:17:36.180 or this is where Princess Diana took the newspapers to court.

00:17:40.120 This is like the ultra high court.

00:17:41.720 and oxfordshire county council had little old me from raise the colors in there to to put an

00:17:48.660 injunction on me to oppose me raising the flag of our country in that in the county of oxfordshire

00:17:55.940 um they currently banned me from the whole of oxfordshire i'm literally only allowed to go

00:18:01.100 through there for travel purposes to commute through um so it's it really is like china or

00:18:08.740 north korea it really really is it's it's absolutely ludicrous um but we fight on as i

00:18:15.180 say and you know these people have thrown figures in the air like it's cost them a hundred thousand

00:18:20.580 pound to to deliver flag removals with road closures and and all these health and safety 0.75

00:18:27.640 type you know lefty woke things that we have in this country yet if you're from the third world 0.96

00:18:32.080 you can just jump on a dinghy and come across and it's not a problem so it's completely two-tier 0.98

00:18:36.380 it is laughable Ben

00:18:38.180 and yet you know the bill is

00:18:40.540 I think the bill is £90,000

00:18:42.000 so they're saying so

00:18:43.520 you know good luck

00:18:46.300 on getting that one I don't know what I'll do

00:18:48.600 I'll have to go back to

00:18:50.480 I don't know

00:18:51.980 I think

00:18:52.900 you're going to be coming on the war room

00:18:56.180 passing the hat around

00:18:58.700 yeah exactly

00:19:00.420 if and when that

00:19:02.220 eventually takes place

00:19:03.800 look what I find particularly interesting

00:19:06.300 about this um and i i will ask you now if you'd be kind enough perhaps next week to come on because

00:19:11.300 we have so much literally since you want about three or four weeks ago after the crown court

00:19:16.180 appearance um so much with race the colors has happened there is one development however which

00:19:22.520 i'm absolutely astonished about and you mentioned dr chip county council whose leader um councillor

00:19:29.200 bearder is a liberal democrat and he's the one who's saying you know we've got to recoup our

00:19:35.880 legal expenses from ryan bridge and company i want to say what um they're gonna have they're

00:19:45.260 gonna have a difficulty i think making these arguments now as the courts assess costs and i'll

00:19:51.740 tell you why because over the border in neighboring buckinghamshire the leader of their councillor who's

00:20:00.400 a liberal democrat who's a tory councillor broadbent has spoken in the clearest terms possible

00:20:07.760 basically in your liberty to um not i say in your liberty what he's saying is we're going to wait

00:20:13.280 and see if there is health and safety issues of people raising the flag we're very proud of the

00:20:20.560 union the union flag colloquially known as the union jack we're very proud of the union flag

00:20:27.120 saint george's flag um and he said we absolutely will not spend a single penny of taxpayers money

00:20:36.800 pulling these flags down um so whilst he's not saying to you okay ryan please come in and and

00:20:43.600 cover the place in flags he's made it absolutely clear to his electorate to his citizens to his

00:20:49.200 voters in in neighboring buckinghamshire council that they don't have a problem with your what

00:20:54.160 you're doing. He's even criticised neighbouring Oxford council saying that they've gone over the

00:21:01.200 top on this and it's pretty much a discretionary reaction to what they're doing. Now if you're

00:21:06.640 armed with this statement from Buckinghamshire you go to court you say here you are your honour

00:21:11.360 have a look at this. I think it will actually show that what Oxford ships and even though they won

00:21:16.320 their court case largely I think in part to your own magnanimity in sort of agreeing to the compromise

00:21:22.400 that you would no longer raise flags within Oxfordshire itself I actually wonder now as they

00:21:28.020 assessed costs whether the public position of neighbouring Buckinghamshire Council should come

00:21:34.040 into play I just want to add before giving the word back over to you where you mentioned earlier

00:21:38.520 that you're um you're no longer allowed in Oxfordshire you have done one of the biggest boss

00:21:44.440 maneuvers I've ever seen and that is okay so fine I'm not going to go into Oxfordshire Council to

00:21:49.200 raise the flags so all along the borders of oxfordshire county technically not in oxford

00:21:54.640 along the border confronting them you've raised one flag after another um which i think that that's

00:22:01.420 that really is the churchillian fighting spirit but tell me about this um because this cost thing

00:22:07.400 they're obviously going to try and drive you into bankruptcy here um tell me about as much as you

00:22:12.900 can what your strategy is now when you're going to go in here as costs are discussed it seems that

00:22:18.440 the charges i'm on and the court cases and the hearings that i'm on it seems that the the system

00:22:25.540 and me having to get lawyers and law firms and people to defend me and people to look over

00:22:31.140 paperwork that is the real punishments because the crime is laughable and the crime is absolutely

00:22:38.240 um you know a laughing stock really to think that it's brought to court

00:22:43.680 And I feel that the punishment is the actual rigmarole going through it.

00:22:48.640 And I feel that they do it to put certain people off,

00:22:52.320 perhaps that have got young families,

00:22:54.240 perhaps that are law-abiding citizens

00:22:57.740 that are just worried that they don't want to be under the court

00:23:01.220 or under scrutiny.

00:23:02.720 And that's the worry.

00:23:04.440 And for me, I'm not worried.

00:23:06.260 And I will stand up for the people.

00:23:08.000 And I will put my neck on the line.

00:23:09.840 And I'm in a very fortunate position

00:23:11.720 that my partner and my children know that this is my life

00:23:19.360 and this is my passion and know that I won't stop.

00:23:22.380 And I'm very fortunate that I'm in a position within my business

00:23:26.120 where I'm the boss and I get a million emails off lefties every day

00:23:31.100 saying, do you know this guy works for you?

00:23:32.480 And we say, yeah, we think he's brilliant.

00:23:34.000 So they're attacking my work left, right and centre.

00:23:36.240 But the issue of what they do, because they're in such high places,

00:23:39.660 these these people from the left um it's i feel it's a scare tactic and i feel that somebody i

00:23:46.120 would like to know the bill of who has funded the case in oxford to take it to the high court

00:23:51.100 because the council will not disclose how much it's actually cost now i heard that when i was

00:23:57.140 in court there was a few multi-millionaires in that courtroom as well so maybe one of those

00:24:01.680 has it's it's me presuming but if they're going to try and slap the the removals bill on me as

00:24:07.160 well, I think that would be most unfair for the amount of times that we were physically there

00:24:12.120 and for the amount of flags we've put up. Regarding Buckinghamshire and other areas

00:24:20.120 like this, I just think it's excellent. And we have asked this week, and I'm literally

00:24:25.500 ending a family break, to go back and I'll be in my office tomorrow with other people

00:24:30.340 from Raise the Colours. And we are going to be sending 25 union flags and 25 St George's

00:24:36.440 in a bundle um to 38 people all around the country that have asked for flags and we're going to be

00:24:42.800 sending there so we do need donations to come back in to replenish and we are going to be making this

00:24:48.300 a bigger and bigger and bigger stage um and we don't want to do it in areas to intimidate people

00:24:54.000 this is nothing to do with race color creed religion it's to do with raising the colors

00:25:00.340 of our flag in our country to show that we are together i've just spent five days down at the

00:25:05.980 coast in the uk and all the seaside towns i've been to has got bunting red white and blue union

00:25:13.060 jack bunting the flag of our countries everywhere um and nobody is saying that any of those people

00:25:19.920 are fascists nazis far right or anything like that this should be how it is in the inner cities

00:25:26.260 and for some reason it's not um well we know we know that yeah for some reason for some mysterious

00:25:34.120 unknown reason um yeah all right so once again tell us about where people on social media can go

00:25:42.740 they might want to help on the other stopping the boats the mega dingus aspect of things they might

00:25:48.200 want to help putting the flags up in their county they might want to organize something like your

00:25:53.200 your team were doing up in sheffield in another area that perhaps isn't quite so visible at the

00:25:59.240 moment they want to take a leadership role how do they reach out to you to to pledge their support

00:26:05.020 in whatever means they are able to do so i just need to make i mean to make quite clear i cannot

00:26:09.400 encourage anybody to flag in oxford it's part of my conditions so do not put a flag up in oxford

00:26:15.020 um even the rainbow flag or the palestinian or any other person but you can find us at

00:26:20.440 raisethecolors.org.uk and raisethecolorsofficial.com for your merchandise um really appreciate that

00:26:29.120 It's raivethecolours.org.uk.

00:31:32.240 Welcome back.

00:31:32.920 Well, my next guest on the show,

00:31:34.980 I've been trying to get him on the show for quite some time.

00:31:37.660 Probably the most well-connected American I know in German politics, Colin McMahon.

00:31:45.100 Welcome on to the show.

00:31:47.220 You've got this article out right now, came out today in Gateway Pundit,

00:31:53.760 and I'll flag that up now so people can go out, get it, read it, study it for themselves.

00:31:59.420 It's a litany of horror stories here that you've described quite well.

00:32:04.980 And if I didn't know you, I would think, oh, come on, this guy's exaggerating slightly here.

00:32:11.280 Basically, what the situation is in Germany, and there's no exaggeration whatsoever.

00:32:17.620 As we approach the elections in September, the certain German states, for example, Lower Saxony,

00:32:27.460 have passed laws at the local state level allowing the state election boards

00:32:33.480 to prohibit from standing for election anybody, but we're talking AFD here,

00:32:43.640 anybody on whatever grounds they want to cite as long as they say

00:32:49.420 we think this person is disloyal to the constitution.

00:32:54.660 from what i have sort of studied on my research there appears to be no due process in this

00:33:02.740 no serious appeal worthy of the same of the name and this is happening in not just any old country

00:33:10.860 but one of arguably arguably the most important country of the european union which if you see

00:33:17.620 how it's been bashing Hungary over the head constantly

00:33:22.000 for what it said were democratic norms, abuses.

00:33:29.760 The silence coming from Brussels is literally deafening.

00:33:34.200 Colin, tell the war of impossible in your own words

00:33:38.060 exactly what is taking place in Germany.

00:33:41.740 And we'll talk about the polls in the second half of this interview.

00:33:47.620 because the momentum is clearly behind the afd you can see that the political establishment is

00:33:54.320 melting down tell us in your words exactly what these election boards are entitled

00:34:01.780 empowered and what they are doing right now well you can see from that photo i included on the

00:34:07.980 gateway pundit article that's an actual photo from the board meeting of the election board

00:34:12.600 in Lower Saxony, in Friesland, is the county, where they're voting.

00:34:20.440 They're just taking a show of hands to say, oh, we think this guy can't run because we

00:34:24.320 think he's a radical.

00:34:25.820 And this is Martin Siegert, who took the photo, who's an actual member of the Bundestag, an

00:34:30.940 actual member of Congress, basically.

00:34:33.140 So these teachers and whatever school moms are deciding that this member of parliament 0.71

00:34:39.140 is somehow not loyal to the Constitution and doesn't deserve to run for office.

00:34:44.260 And of course, they're all representatives of the established parties.

00:34:47.420 So what's going on here is basically what they call it is a ban on the party through

00:34:52.080 the back door.

00:34:53.220 That is, for years, they've been talking about banning the AFD because it's just becoming

00:34:58.920 more and more powerful.

00:35:00.740 And now they've decided they don't have enough evidence to do that.

00:35:04.560 They came up with a 1,000-page dossier last year put together by the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution, as they call it.

00:35:13.160 It's basically the secret political police, like the Gestapo or the Stasi used to be.

00:35:18.240 Now they call themselves Democrats, but what they're doing is surveilling the opposition, and they keep an eye on people like me as well, I found out.

00:35:26.460 But they found out they really don't have enough evidence because they just came up with a bunch of tweets, and that was their dossier.

00:35:31.940 and all the legal scholars just tore it apart and said this is ridiculous

00:35:37.180 because you really need to go to the Supreme Court to ban a party.

00:35:42.220 So let's just zoom out one moment.

00:35:45.060 The original plan, and we did cover this on The War in quite some time,

00:35:49.240 the original plan was just to prescribe totally the alternative for Deutschland,

00:35:55.340 the AFD, just to ban it completely and say that it was a far-right party

00:36:00.340 and a threat to the constitution the problem with that was that there was no evidence the secret

00:36:05.060 police after doing all the intimidation all the surveillance they actually came up with no real

00:36:11.940 evidence to back up that claim so they came up with a thousand pages of yes yes of nothing of

00:36:19.060 nothing so if the strategy was to to suppress by law the afd from standing in the election

00:36:25.220 that strategy was obviously going to fail so they wheeled back and said okay so we need to

00:36:29.540 perhaps we'll do on a state-by-state basis but we will have these election boards and we'll let them

00:36:34.740 simple vote by show of hands and as you have the the photo there um and we'll just do a simple

00:36:40.740 majority vote and say this we think this person is disloyal to the constitution whatever that

00:36:47.460 might mean uh and then and then they're banned and in your article you um you you the the guy

00:36:54.420 that you just were mentioning martin secret he you said just for our american audience you say

00:37:01.140 he's a member of the bundestag that is the lower parliament the lower the lower house in the german

00:37:06.900 parliament in berlin so this is a sitting member of parliament like equivalent to the uh a member

00:37:14.260 of the house of representatives who's prohibited from standing for a local office um in his home

00:37:21.220 state uh by this show by this kangaroo court basically i want to go on um similar pretexts

00:37:30.380 were found to block and you cover all of this in your article out today on gateway um pundit um

00:37:38.160 ryan hilt goes who was standing to be the man her local town band we covered this on the show

00:37:46.380 last year uh joachim powell who was standing to be mayor of his town um was blocked uh because

00:37:56.020 of his you know i can't say this with a straight face but the pretext was necessary and the pretext

00:38:04.100 was the evidence that he was disloyal to the constitution where they literally produced

00:38:10.940 tweets that he put out supporting lord of the rings um and as i say germany is not just some

00:38:17.500 peripheral country it is a key member of the the most it's the largest population largest economy

00:38:25.140 in the european union the most fundamental nation of the european union and and we're looking here

00:38:32.960 at the collapse in democracy in real time.

00:38:38.480 And amazingly, the paladins of democracy,

00:38:43.740 Ursula von der Leyen and company in Brussels,

00:38:47.980 are literally, they're not saying a word.

00:38:50.160 Have they made a single intervention on this, Colin McMahon?

00:38:54.320 No, no, they're on the other side, of course.

00:38:56.440 They're on the side of the oppressors, of course.

00:39:00.020 um and it is a silence it is a silence that is particular deafening to repeat the the the

00:39:11.280 blocking of several billion euros worth of funding to hungary when victor orban was prime minister

00:39:18.280 for for for for their trumped up um notions that he was dissolving democracy and ironically

00:39:25.000 And we're going to be hitting this again on tomorrow's show.

00:39:28.900 The new prime minister, Peter Magyar, is using the same laws that Viktor Orban had to do exactly what Viktor Orban was doing.

00:39:38.640 And again, silence from Brussels, silence from Ursula von der Leyen.

00:39:45.420 Of course. Yeah. And the AfD will basically have to start at the bottom of the court system.

00:39:51.780 They're going to first have to file an official complaint with the election authorities in each district where a candidate gets banned.

00:39:58.420 And then if that is rejected, then they'll have to go to the lower district courts and then keep filing lawsuits until maybe all the way up to the Supreme Court.

00:40:09.240 And, of course, the elections are coming up the 13th of September in Lower Saxony, 20th in Saxony-Anhalt, I think.

00:40:16.380 and those are elections in East Germany

00:40:19.100 where the AFD actually stands to win a majority

00:40:21.360 in two states

00:40:23.180 so they're really desperate to

00:40:25.240 do everything they can to stop it before that happens

00:40:27.600 Let's just talk about

00:40:29.440 what's going to happen now

00:40:30.520 we'll go around state by state in a moment

00:40:33.140 I'll give a quick shout out

00:40:34.580 to our sponsor

00:40:36.460 before I do that

00:40:37.860 you mentioned in your article

00:40:40.220 that our friend Beatrix von Stork

00:40:42.920 went over to America last year

00:40:45.120 and spoke about precisely the collapse in democracy

00:40:52.580 and her anger was on the part of a key NATO ally.

00:40:57.300 Let me just ask you, as an American,

00:41:00.720 as someone who knows Beatrix von Stork very well,

00:41:05.340 have you guys had any response from the White House

00:41:10.960 on these abuses the anti-afd uh positioning on behalf of the state following that meeting

00:41:19.800 well they're certainly aware of what's going on i know sarah rogers is is uh in europe regularly

00:41:25.740 on behalf of the state department uh and and beatrix told me today that she again alerted

00:41:30.660 the white house uh in her conduct contacts in in congress to what's going on now in lower saxony

00:41:36.420 And they'll be very interested in that. Of course, in the Republican Party, they're also very worried about the midterms. So everybody's very worried about charges of interfering in German democracy, of course. So they'll probably be using the back channels more than the public sphere. But who knows? You know, Donald Trump could go to True Social any moment now and make a fuss about this as well.

00:42:00.340 all right let's come back and hit the hit the elections just first of all quick shout out

00:42:05.920 once again to birch gold i gave out the details in the first half of the show philip patrick and

00:42:11.620 his team worldwide experts on investing with gold right now and definitely given the extremely

00:42:17.640 competitive price of gold uh someone you should be speaking to birch gold of course has an a plus

00:42:25.000 rating with a better business bureau and countless five-star reviews so let birch gold help build

00:42:31.480 your foundations of financial security with gold that historic hedge against uncertainty text

00:42:39.480 bannon b-a-double-n-o-n to nine eight nine eight nine eight once again bannon b-a-double-n-o-n

00:42:46.440 to 989898 all right back with colin mcmahon colin um today i notice the um a poll out in germany

00:42:58.620 which for the first time today puts the afd at the top of the polls in um in um in berlin i think

00:43:09.600 uh on 29 or something like that um and that's also sort of pretty much pegging the national

00:43:17.580 average of the afd right now tell me something then as we move towards um the election season

00:43:23.440 in germany uh state by state if you if you wouldn't mind um what you're looking at and

00:43:30.120 what you would suggest americans should be looking at uh in terms of some specific key afd

00:43:37.240 victories up in in in september well the key one is going to be in in east germany east germany has

00:43:43.620 always been a bastion of the afd it was a bastion of covid resistance people just know uh how to

00:43:49.940 resist there since uh they brought the wall berlin wall down in 1989 uh they have they have revolution

00:43:55.560 in their bones and they're just used to marching on mondays you know that's what they did 1989 and

00:44:00.580 they just like to go out and march on mondays that's part of their part of their heritage now

00:44:04.780 So during COVID, they were all marching on Mondays through Leipzig and towns like that, and now it's against migration.

00:44:12.880 We remember the Pegida rallies in East Germany, in Dresden, and now it's really become the bastion of the AFD.

00:44:20.280 They're up at 40% and over 40% in states like Saxony-Anhalt, which will be voting in September.

00:44:26.300 And they have a really, really strong candidate, a young guy named Ulrich Siegmund, I think who really combines a lot of really good qualities.

00:44:34.480 He's charismatic as well as thoughtful. He could go a long way.

00:44:38.440 The AFD right now is kind of struggling with their their double leadership.

00:44:42.040 They have this this double party chair with Alice Vidal and Tina Kupala.

00:44:47.600 And they're kind of yin and yang. You know, they kind of they kind of complement each other.

00:44:51.280 But but that leads to a lot of friction as well.

00:44:53.580 She's she's, you know, a lawyer, a blonde lesbian with a business background, kind of Hayek Vienna School economist.

00:45:02.920 And he's a down-home East German bricklayer, I think, who ran a company and is hands-on, is always in touch with the party and the party base.

00:45:14.240 So they kind of complement each other and they kind of trip each other up sometimes too, it seems.

00:45:18.540 So at some point, the AFD will have to figure out whether they're going left or right, who their leader is going to be.

00:45:23.620 That will be the big next step.

00:45:25.380 But right now in September, we're probably going to see a landslide in Saxony, Anahalt, and maybe in Mecklenburg, Fort Pomerang as well.

00:45:32.220 Just on that point about the future direction of the AFD, we covered this on the show last week.

00:45:36.800 There's some talk coming out of the media.

00:45:39.520 I don't know how present this is within the AFD movement itself,

00:45:44.200 but there was some talk, especially I think following the convention in Erfurt a couple of weeks ago,

00:45:51.540 that the AFD might follow a line of what's being called in the press Maloneyfication,

00:45:57.240 which is following Georgia Maloney's rush to the centre after winning election

00:46:04.680 and just moderating across the board the party platform.

00:46:11.840 What's your view on those dynamics?

00:46:15.900 Have you heard anything about it?

00:46:17.540 Do you have anything to urge to the AFD? 0.96

00:46:20.680 The AFD has always been a gang of 50,000 crazy people.

00:46:26.700 And to live in a country where Antifa rolls the streets and risk losing your job, having your car torched is, you know, takes a special kind of person. 0.90

00:46:35.500 It takes a special kind of crazy sometimes.

00:46:37.980 And so there's always been this dynamic of pushing, pulling to the left or pulling to the right that's served the party fairly well at the moment.

00:46:47.280 For a while there, it was really bad.

00:46:49.860 They were all just at war with each other.

00:46:51.660 And Alice Weidel and Tina Kupala have really kind of put a lid on that.

00:46:55.080 There's really no more infighting. At the last party convention you mentioned in Erfurt, they were highly organized, highly disciplined.

00:47:03.080 They carried through their party. These grassroots Democratic Party meetings they used to have used to just be a shambles, just chaos often.

00:47:13.320 And now they conducted a really disciplined party convention.

00:47:16.480 They even got up so early that Antifa couldn't block the convention. 0.86

00:47:20.760 They had thousands and thousands of black mass militants out on the street, but they don't get up so early. 0.66

00:47:28.000 So the AFD people were all there in the convention center by the time the Antifa people even woke up to their alarm clocks. 0.97

00:47:34.740 So that went off really well. That was a really good sign for the cohesion in the party.

00:47:38.980 And I don't think there's much danger of a real split right now.

00:47:43.460 But on the point of Malone-ification itself, where are you on that suggestion?

00:47:51.560 Well, the AFD has always had these kind of internal splits.

00:47:54.660 Like a lot of the East Germans, you know, they were born in socialism.

00:47:58.160 And they kind of, like Marine Le Pen, a lot of these European right-wingers are actually kind of socialist, you know.

00:48:06.140 So there's that especially East German kind of socialist wing.

00:48:10.200 And then there's the Vienna School, Hayek economic people who are more free market oriented.

00:48:16.780 And that's something the party will have to work out in the watch when they finally get into power.

00:48:21.420 They'll have to kind of figure out whether they're socialists or whether they're free market capitalists.

00:48:26.720 You're absolutely correct that Marine Le Pen is on the left.

00:48:31.740 On every metric, apart from the invasion, Marine Le Pen is on the left of the political spectrum.

00:48:38.980 And there's nothing wrong with that.

00:48:40.020 um i'm not a socialist myself um but it is the invasion which is the litmus test i think uh

00:48:50.000 right now in politics and it's important to be on on the right side of that in the debate

00:48:54.000 uh the other things can sort themselves out later if you still have a country

00:48:57.700 just on this issue because we've got like about a minute and a half left 0.98

00:49:01.500 tell me something about sarah wagen connect um who's on the left 1.00

00:49:07.880 but she's a bit of a sovereign sovereignist um anti-immigration as well how does that how do you 0.85

00:49:18.340 how does like the the social democratic party uh respond to her brand of she's a bit i mean

00:49:24.960 you know seeing as we're talking about marine le pen i think there's a sort of a sort of overlap

00:49:30.240 is that would that be fair do i have a is my reading just polluted too much on that from

00:49:36.240 being a foreigner not living in germany or would you say that she's she'd be a good analog

00:49:42.420 sarah wagen connector of of marine le pen's um policy platform yeah she has a lot of overlap

00:49:50.020 with the east german afd for instance they they have been talking about forming coalitions i think 0.52

00:49:55.760 she's a communist you know um i try to stay away from people like that and her party has failed

00:50:01.180 really they haven't really uh gained any traction it's the the left the original former uh east

00:50:08.200 german communist party which is called the left party which has gained traction because they have

00:50:12.580 an appealing social media influencer kind of lady who's making the young kids go crazy um i don't

00:50:17.700 think sarah bagenknecht is really going to be an issue much longer uh the next big elections roll

00:50:21.760 roll along and and she'll probably be the history okay i think she'll know yeah um i think she's

00:50:28.300 below the threshold isn't she um about three and a half percent or or something nationally in east

00:50:34.720 germany she may score some points but not in not in the west right uh and the left wing party that

00:50:41.180 you just mentioned would be die linker right die linker yes exactly they're the actual heirs of

00:50:48.080 the actual east german communist party right right right okay um colin mcmahon as i say i've been
