00:00:00.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:00:07.000 Pray for our enemies.
00:00:09.000 Because we're going medieval on these people.
00:00:12.000 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:00:17.000 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:00:19.000 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:00:20.000 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that,
00:00:22.000 but you're not going to stop it.
00:00:23.000 It's going to happen.
00:00:24.000 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:00:27.000 MAGA Media.
00:00:29.000 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:00:34.640 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:00:38.420 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:00:44.620 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:00:48.040 Wednesday 26th of August
00:00:57.540 Anna Domini
00:00:58.740 2026
00:01:00.140 Harlan Rull here
00:01:00.720 at the helm
00:01:01.360 on Steve Bannon's
00:01:02.720 War Room
00:01:03.180 let's bring in
00:01:03.860 straight away
00:01:04.780 Frank Walker
00:01:05.760 and Jenny Holland
00:01:06.740 hey guys
00:01:07.440 hope you had a great week
00:01:08.320 let's start off
00:01:10.740 straight away
00:01:11.240 because we've got
00:01:11.600 a couple of stories
00:01:12.520 and let's have a
00:01:14.140 free-ranging
00:01:15.300 conversation about this
00:01:16.380 because they seem
00:01:17.800 to me to be confirming pretty much everything that we've been saying on this show since
00:01:23.440 we started it. That is, there are two dynamics taking place right now, at least within Catholicism,
00:01:32.560 but somewhat, I think, in pulling in evangelicalism as well. And that is
00:01:37.900 the cultural dominance of
00:01:46.260 bringing the sacraments to kids to babies is declining amongst basically third fourth
00:01:55.960 generation people who have no personal practical experience of the church of christianity that is
00:02:02.940 increasing basically because if the last person in your family that actually went to church on
00:02:10.080 sunday was a grandparent then the parents will say oh yeah well no we're christian but you know
00:02:15.940 we don't agree with organized religion which is a usual thing to say oh um oh i don't i don't need
00:02:21.440 a church to tell me right from wrong but i believe in god i'm spiritual their kids sort of don't even
00:02:27.400 have those pseudo religious platitudes and they're just not interested. So they're falling
00:02:33.940 away. They're not being baptized. Contrast to that dynamic is something that Jenny sort of talks
00:02:42.720 about every Wednesday on the show and also on her sub stack, which is contrary to that push,
00:02:49.380 there is something particular going on in Generation Z at the moment. And I have to tip
00:02:55.260 my hat here to social media i had to tip my hat to the platform i didn't particularly use which is
00:03:01.160 x uh and i i sort of do think that this is a a positive difference that elon has brought in
00:03:10.060 since he bought that platform and the algorithms there i think are producing might not no i'm not
00:03:17.100 even suggesting this was his intention i don't think elon musk is a religious guy he's never
00:03:21.680 sold himself as being a religious guy.
00:03:24.080 But he has realised that there is an affinity
00:03:27.160 between the right wing of politics,
00:03:32.520 which is what he's pushing, and Christianity.
00:03:36.920 So the algorithms there and his instructions
00:03:39.900 are doing their job.
00:03:41.600 And there's definitely an uptick taking place amongst Gen Z,
00:03:47.320 specifically guys, young guys,
00:03:49.680 18 to 29 year old
00:03:51.800 and as I say, Jenny Holland
00:03:53.700 is on top of this
00:03:55.560 so we have a selection
00:03:58.060 of articles today
00:03:59.480 that illustrate
00:04:02.140 that Catholic
00:04:06.220 baptisms
00:04:08.200 amongst university grads
00:04:10.000 are up, they're picking up enormously
00:04:12.200 and
00:04:13.860 contrasting with that, Jenny will go to your
00:04:16.200 if not
00:04:18.320 your country your island of the irish republic you're in the north but you can comment quite
00:04:26.640 easily on what's taking place south of the border baptisms there of kids are falling through the
00:04:34.220 floor um so then let's start with you break this down um and then i'm going to bring in frank walk
00:04:42.820 as well to suggest that what the Catholic Church is doing in response to these two dynamics is
00:04:49.440 precisely the wrong thing. Their approach, their strategic institutional approach seems to be
00:04:55.680 come for the truth, stay for the platitudes. It's not going to work. People who are coming to church
00:05:01.600 for the first time are coming for the truth, and the institutional Catholic Church, the hierarchy,
00:05:06.880 is not giving it it's giving platitudes of a left wing it's basically giving the platitudes
00:05:13.340 of the very ideology that these young 20 year old guys are trying to get away from
00:05:20.820 um but that's what they're getting from from the hierarchy jenny tell us as you i often say on the
00:05:27.320 warm that you are one of the world's experts on on this trend right now tell us precisely start
00:05:31.880 off with what's going on in the universities harvard of all places has declared basically
00:05:38.960 its greatest ever pickup in um in um in adult baptisms uh yeah when i went through this process
00:05:49.520 25 years ago it was the rcia the right of christian initiation of adults that's what the catholic
00:05:56.020 church called it um now it's called the the oica the order of the initiation of christian
00:06:03.120 adults but for folks who are more familiar with the term rcia it's the same thing and harvard
00:06:08.820 and the chaplain harvard says figures are through the roof tell me what's happening there in in one
00:06:14.880 of the great enemies of institutional christianity right now which is higher higher u.s higher
00:06:22.040 education? I think it's a confirmation of that saying that every action has its equal and
00:06:30.020 opposite reaction. And we've had, I don't know, four, three, four generations of sort of extreme
00:06:37.220 secularism and out and out communism and industrialized extreme promiscuity.
00:06:46.000 and it's taken maybe these four generations, but we are seeing the pendulum start to swing
00:06:53.020 in the opposite direction. These numbers are staggering. So you actually sent me two articles.
00:07:00.400 One was from Hallow, the app, which is the app that I use every day, and also Catholic World
00:07:06.860 Report. And the numbers really are staggering. Like you said, you said Harvard, but they also
00:07:12.760 mention nyu uh they mentioned bard um they mentioned a host of other colleges um and very
00:07:21.060 interestingly in the hallow piece they quote a um deacon paul pesquera who says that in in his uh
00:07:29.700 experience these big jumps in um attendance or conversion attendance and conversion programs
00:07:36.300 has happened with zero marketing and always word of mouth.
00:07:41.880 So really, I mean, this is just it is in data, the confirmation that we see sort of anecdotally on social media almost every single week.
00:07:52.080 And yes, the numbers are still relatively small overall, because this is still, at least in terms of culture, wider culture, is still, I would say, a niche minority movement.
00:08:08.440 But if you really think about it, you know, young people coming back to the church in the prime of their lives.
00:08:15.600 I mean, obviously, that's a good thing in terms of this audience and in terms of the MAGA movement as a whole, the populist nationalist movement as a whole.
00:08:24.120 But also really think about it. I mean, it doesn't it doesn't take the majority of young people to to agree for real substantive change to get underway.
00:08:35.860 Remember that last week we saw that very interesting Compact magazine article about how even though young women are normally very much the smaller partner in the numbers in terms of it's mostly young men converting to traditional Catholicism,
00:08:52.760 Georgina Mumford spoke to a handful of women in churches throughout England, I think, saying, giving their reasons why.
00:08:59.080 You know, it doesn't take that many young women and young men to come together in order to essentially repopulate the true meaning of Catholicism, which, as you said in your opening, Ben, is not being represented at all by the actual Catholic Church hierarchy.
00:09:19.200 this seems to be and frank you tell me if i'm wrong this seems to be a laity-led movement um
00:09:25.760 and so these numbers coming from these two stories are really extraordinary like really extraordinary
00:09:30.740 um jenny you weren't a scientist at school were you no
00:09:37.260 what why do you say that because every action having an equal and opposite reaction i should
00:09:48.400 check this before speaking right but i'm fairly sure that's one of newton's laws probably a second
00:09:53.780 law of um of thermodynamics frank you've um you've frank you you've um spent your entire adult life
00:10:02.960 following these things let's go back to that statistic just one moment if i wouldn't may
00:10:08.560 And if I may, about the the OIA, the OCIA program at University of South California, the Caruso Catholic Center, the chaplain there who's been there for 14 years said that since he's been there now, the figure there has has an overall increase of 76 percent, which is phenomenal.
00:10:36.280 And that's sort of, I think, reflective of what Jenny was just saying.
00:10:39.460 It doesn't take a huge number in absolute terms to have in percentage-wise
00:10:46.660 these astonishing, really quite extraordinary figures.
00:10:53.340 Tell me, what do you think is going to happen when these young guys are going in there
00:10:59.340 and they're being lectured to about LGBT and Pakamama and environmentalism.
00:11:09.500 How well is that going to go?
00:11:11.460 And is there a spiritual dimension to this,
00:11:16.640 both what Jenny is talking about, the thirst of young people for truth,
00:11:20.940 countercultural truth, and then when I say spiritual dimension,
00:11:25.020 I more mean what's taking place in the Catholic Church.
00:11:27.700 And then they're coming into the church for the first time, probably literally crossing the threshold for a church for the first time.
00:11:35.000 And they're just seeing campness in the liturgy, overt campness in the liturgy.
00:11:42.340 What are the consequences of this?
00:11:45.460 And how many opportunities do you think the institutional Catholic Church is going to get to keep these young guys forever?
00:11:55.420 um it's very hopeful what uh jenny said about how many it doesn't take too many people coming
00:12:02.600 together to repopulate and start a catholic movement and that is so true if there were
00:12:08.200 just a smidgen of momentum towards catholicism in in this whole story other than the people
00:12:16.400 winding up at the um you know at the at the at the front of a church then i would find hope
00:12:23.360 But I'm thinking how many of these, because you have, and I'm going to, I'm sorry if I'm critical, but I've been through this material here and I can't help but feel critical about it.
00:12:32.560 I mean, this is not the Catholic Church that they're going towards.
00:12:37.440 This is what I call the Leo Church.
00:12:40.100 The Leo Church is a sophisticated establishment with a media apparatus designed with it.
00:12:46.440 And this HALOAP statistics and the survey that they put together, 60 different organizations, in the end, I think this is a media event most of all.
00:12:58.600 Now, the fact that young people are increasing in numbers going to churches, I believe that.
00:13:05.120 But when you look at, when they toss around ideas, like they said, 115% increase in OCIA programs in colleges, you know, that's, even in the very top of the 60 colleges they looked at, the first one is like 100 people.
00:13:21.340 Then it goes down from there, you know, 40, 50, 20, some of them one or two.
00:13:26.320 You know, Harvard has 20,000 people, and they're talking about, you know, increase of maybe 40 people.
00:13:32.640 Well, I forget what it said, but USC has an awful lot of people, and they've only gone up from 26 to 44 recently.
00:13:40.980 That's what we're talking about.
00:13:42.240 But what they're getting is, I think, from the HoloApp survey is a sort of event promoting LeoChurch.
00:13:53.540 Just like they run polls in order to get people to go and vote, they want people to join the LeoChurch, and they want to make it look like lots of people are doing it.
00:14:01.800 But and like you mentioned, Jen, you know, the Holy Spirit is involving without they're saying without any effort at all.
00:14:10.040 But if you if you get to the interesting article about Harvard that we're talking about here, about people who came to Harvard and the Duffy family that went to Harvard,
00:14:19.260 that the chaplain of Harvard gives the game away, I think, to some extent, not completely,
00:14:25.120 but to some extent, when he says that the focus college student groups, which is tied to the
00:14:31.040 to the hollow app and to the EW10 media establishment has puts a sports figure
00:14:38.020 at the center of these prayer groups. And they have like 30 of them at Harvard.
00:14:43.740 And these prayer groups are naturally they bring in one or two people here and there.
00:14:47.800 They have people who you can admire start them, 30 of them at Harvard.
00:14:52.240 So I think there's some sort of a – there's something that – a program that's being put in place in colleges.
00:14:58.960 It's not just not unnatural, but it is that way to some extent.
00:15:04.980 But it's also something that's created to an extent for a media event.
00:15:09.600 I hope I haven't been too negative about things.
00:15:11.640 I can't help but it's my nature to be critical.
00:15:13.900 After all, this is a catalysis to me.
00:15:15.600 it it's absolutely essential because what the catholic church is offering out right now is
00:15:22.160 basically um a fake vaccine it's fundamentally a fake vaccine arguably a dangerous vaccine you
00:15:29.860 know where we get yeah this metaphor stretched pretty quickly into covid territory where
00:15:35.040 arguably the vaccine that the catholic church the so-called institutional catholic church is
00:15:41.500 pushing about pushing out right right now and being based on on a face fake fake gospel of
00:15:48.220 their own invention is more dangerous like like like the covid vaccines more dangerous than the
00:15:53.480 actual virus itself um yeah and i and i'll say why i think synthetic synthetic catholicism is
00:16:00.720 more dangerous than believing nothing because if you're believing nothing you will realize sooner
00:16:06.540 or later than that that you're believing nothing your life is guided by nothing if it doesn't have
00:16:10.940 christ at the center of it if you are if you are suckered in and pulled in to to to fake synthetic
00:16:18.700 catholicism and you're told by all the points of reference points of authority that this is the
00:16:26.260 church this is the catholic church these are bishops these are cardinals this is the pope
00:16:31.080 and part yeah some people will be will be suckered by that and they will end their quest for the
00:16:37.900 truth there with absorbing a message which is fundamentally not of christ it's simply the
00:16:45.440 message of the world uh with the outer veneer of superficial religiosity about it um and i'd
00:16:54.820 suggest that's worse than not believing anything frank i'll come back to you let me just give a
00:16:58.940 quick shout out because that time of the show i've got to give a quick shout out
00:17:02.480 To the show sponsor, Birch Gold. Folks, you've seen it was earlier on this week that the United States formally now has accumulated $40 trillion of debt and it's servicing that debt at the rate of $1.2 trillion per year simply in interest repayments on the national debt.
00:17:30.200 now is the time to be taking your savings what savings you have that you're still able to put
00:17:38.900 aside out of cash holdings and put it into an asset and the best asset right now is gold it's
00:17:46.340 already jumped up in the last few months i'm around four thousand dollars spot price per ounce
00:17:53.540 up to about 47 hundred dollars i saw um a short while ago it's definitely escalating and if you
00:18:02.760 want in on the action let's say you have a bit of fomo a bit of the old fomo fear of missing out
00:18:10.620 and you don't want to just be reading about the gains that other people have made since they
00:18:15.560 shifted their savings into gold and you want to you want some of that action yourself then speak
00:18:22.340 to philip patrick and his team at birch gold group these are the world experts in helping
00:18:29.140 just the ordinary saver the ordinary regular retail investor park some of their um
00:18:39.380 their their savings in these times of turbulence into the safe harbor of physical metal of gold
00:18:49.540 Speak to Philip Patrick and his team.
00:18:52.100 What you need to do, snapshot the screen now,
00:18:55.540 if you're watching on your iPad or your phone,
00:18:58.600 or get your phone out and just photo the screen,
00:19:01.760 if you're watching it on TV,
00:19:03.680 and text to Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, Bannon, to 989898.
00:19:10.800 That's all you have to do.
00:19:12.340 Text Bannon to 989898.
00:19:16.260 You'll get a phone call.
00:19:17.480 talk to philip patrick or one of his colleagues and just tell them what your situation is
00:19:22.760 say you you know you hear regularly on the war room that gold is going somewhere
00:19:30.600 you've never bought physical gold before you never thought about it but you could see what's going on
00:19:35.560 um and you want to diversify a bit that's what they're there to do they'll get they'll talk you
00:19:39.800 through it and it's quite straightforward bannon b-a-n-n-o-n-2-9-8-9-8-9-8 all right um jenny i'm
00:19:47.080 I'm going to come back to you in a moment because I want to ask you what's actually happening there on the Emerald Isle.
00:19:53.560 Because that's a funny counterpoint, I think, to what's taking place in U.S. colleges right now.
00:19:58.100 Frank, if you wouldn't mind, just give me another couple of minutes on what you're saying here.
00:20:01.560 I'll tell you what I would like to see.
00:20:02.780 I will have hope.
00:20:03.800 I'll tell you what would give me hope that these young 20-year-old guys at university might actually receive the truth that saves.
00:20:14.920 is if I logged on to Canon 212 in the morning
00:20:19.440 and just saw a blank page
00:20:20.580 because there was nothing scandalous
00:20:22.020 that had taken place in Catholicism
00:20:24.260 in the previous 24 hours.
00:20:26.200 Then I think, okay, all right,
00:20:28.140 the institutional church has sorted out its act.
00:20:32.000 And when these guys are coming in,
00:20:33.640 they might actually hear the gospel,
00:20:35.680 the unchanging Christian message.
00:20:37.540 That's not the case at the moment.
00:20:39.460 Just tell me a little bit more
00:20:41.020 before I flip back to Jenny,
00:20:43.100 because as I say, this is your day job.
00:20:44.920 All, you know, everything that, this is the tragedy, everything that is motivating these young guys to go in to cross the threshold of their local Catholic chaplaincy, or even evangelical chaplaincy, frankly.
00:20:59.680 They're going in, but a lot of what is being presented as institutional Christianity is not.
00:21:07.040 And it's the same in Protestantism as it is in the Catholic Church.
00:21:11.600 Just give me another 60 seconds, if you wouldn't mind, on the threats that are out there.
00:21:18.780 Like you mentioned, social media and X, that's where they can find real Catholicism.
00:21:24.340 They can find it there as well as anyplace else, and that's where they need to go if they want to get to the church.
00:21:30.560 They don't need to just have a hunger for joy like they mentioned here.
00:21:33.980 Now, the family of Secretary Duffy in that TV show where they went around and went to Harvard, Harvard said, they said, we don't want to send you to Harvard because we don't want you to lose your faith.
00:21:49.320 And the chaplain said, there's nothing nefarious going on here.
00:21:53.940 Don't worry if you've raised her right.
00:21:56.500 She'll be able to handle it.
00:21:57.780 That's exactly the non-Catholic response.
00:22:00.340 just having a hunger for the truth is not catholicism you have to accept the faith and
00:22:06.220 the teaching of the church and live it and stay close to the sacraments and stay your praise you
00:22:10.500 have to keep your life in a state of grace it's that simple and if they're not being led to that
00:22:16.120 i mean peter thiel created this hollow app peter thiel is gay they had a pro a choice a pro abortion
00:22:23.100 employee at the hollow app for a little while they're just a media activist don't fall for the
00:22:28.960 hype. Find the true Catholicism and live in the faith in a state of grace. That's where your
00:22:34.920 children want to be. Don't dirty yourself in the pigsty. That's what Harvard really is from a
00:22:39.900 spiritual perspective. Yes, there's a lot nefarious going on in these colleges, and you need true
00:22:45.620 Catholicism to be able—you have to stay close to it. You don't want to live in temptation. You
00:22:51.240 want to live sort of like a hermit. You have to be holy and separated from temptations to the faith,
00:22:55.980 which is all the success of Harvard can have to offer.
00:22:58.680 You have to do that well.
00:23:00.140 And you need the real church's help.
00:23:01.620 As you can see in Ireland, it's collapsing because the church is not really there.
00:23:05.660 It's a counterfeit church.
00:23:07.980 Frank, you're giving me the – you're providing the segue into Jenny.
00:23:12.000 Look, before I go to Jenny, and, you know, we might need to continue this
00:23:15.700 after the break in just a couple of minutes.
00:23:18.040 What Frank Walker just said, folks, is absolutely true.
00:23:21.420 And I put my own name behind that 1,000%.
00:23:25.100 So if you want to discover what the true, unchanging, traditional Catholic faith is about before going in to an untested Catholic chaplaincy at university,
00:23:42.900 you can find exponents of the true faith like prophets out there in the wilderness on social media, even on X, even on X, they're there.
00:23:53.260 um and they're doing great work i have frank i have to add a public health warning however to
00:24:00.600 that satan is also there especially as much as there's truth as much as there's heroic witness
00:24:07.800 out there in social media on the social media platforms like x satan is definitely there um
00:24:16.320 the algorithm the algorithms i think themselves are testament to that you've almost got to be
00:24:21.520 like odysseus with the the beeswax in the ears tied to the mast if you're going to get step onto
00:24:27.200 um folks um for the for those who are aware of home i don't know if that's in the peasant film
00:24:32.920 that scene is in the peasant film or not but it's a pretty strong metaphor i think of it of the the
00:24:39.380 the sirens we even use the term still we we still use the term sirens they describe um temptations
00:24:46.900 and temptation calls that it's don't go if you're going on to social media be very very wary it's
00:24:54.580 a spiritual battlefield there are but there's both the holy spirit there and without any doubt
00:25:00.160 whatsoever satan be very very careful um jenny will um though i endorse that that's not a
00:25:07.720 correction of what frank walker said i endorse what he said i just had to add in my own tuppence
00:25:12.380 onto that one uh jenny uh all however as we're talking about what's going on right now in u.s
00:25:18.940 higher education and frank's also right when he says thirst thirsting for the truth isn't enough
00:25:25.260 because you can easily be distracted and be pulled in by the demonic forces to things that
00:25:31.320 won't lead to salvation though they may be presented as exactly that um tell me what's
00:25:38.820 going on right now in the emerald isle because whilst young 20 year old americans are at least
00:25:44.520 crossing the door of the local catholic catholic chaplaincy um the very opposite dynamic is taking
00:25:51.200 place right now um in uh in and david quinn and the legendary david quinn and the iona institute
00:26:00.660 which does fantastic work has has put the research together on this
00:26:04.980 Yes, that's right. Iona Institute has come out with a study pertaining to baptism now. So this
00:26:12.560 is not mass going numbers. Baptisms are down 30% in Ireland at the moment, which is a very
00:26:19.800 precipitous drop. Birth rates in general are also down. But interestingly, following on from what
00:26:28.340 you were saying frank um i i was at a mass recently in a very traditional part of ireland
00:26:35.060 a family mass and the homily that the priest gave um he touched upon a story of a crime that's been
00:26:42.880 committed here recently involving uh young men driving the wrong way um and that is a very weak
00:26:49.560 response jenny hold on to this pick it up uh in two minutes after this short commercial break
00:26:56.620 Back with J.D. Holland in two minutes.
00:26:58.060 Don't go away, folks.
00:27:00.380 You don't wait until your house is on fire to install a smoke detector.
00:27:04.480 And you don't wait until the wind and rain hammer your windows and the power goes out to prepare for a hurricane.
00:27:12.200 And you don't reach for your seatbelt after the impact because after the crash, the hurricane or the house fire, it's too late.
00:27:20.680 Similarly, you don't wait until the dollar goes to zero before you buy gold.
00:27:24.900 It's too late then.

00:31:32.040 sign up for free and be part of the movement um jenny i'm looking at the iona institute's
00:31:41.880 research here and they literally they did this the old-fashioned way um and i'll ask you to pick up
00:31:46.860 your point and integrate it into your response to this if you wouldn't mind they did this the
00:31:52.060 old-fashioned way they picked up the phone and they phoned around every diocese in ireland basically
00:31:56.440 He said, give us your figures for 2015.
00:32:00.280 Give us your figures for 2025, 10 years on in terms of baptisms.
00:32:05.020 And I'm looking at these figures now.
00:32:06.340 And Dublin, right, capital city of the Irish Republic,
00:32:12.760 that percentage change is 39.9%.
00:32:15.780 That's as near as damn it, 40%.
00:32:17.780 That is Catholic Ireland, Ireland, little tiny island
00:32:22.080 that was responsible for the openings of the so-called Dark Ages.
00:32:30.540 Ireland basically evangelized England and the whole of continental Europe,
00:32:36.560 that tiny little island.
00:32:38.240 And Dublin now has a percentage of minus 40% in terms of baptisms down in 10 years.
00:32:48.260 it's basically decline and failure in every single diocese that they spoke to apart from
00:32:58.120 one diocese of elfin that had a 0.9 percent increase that was it the rest are in negative
00:33:05.660 figures the rest are underwater tell me tell me then um about that and with the
00:33:12.060 continue please the point you were making just before the break yeah so the point i was making
00:33:17.280 was that I find whenever I go to mass in a sort of a mainstream church, which isn't very often,
00:33:25.760 I have to say, but several times I've noticed that the kind of the religiosity that is being
00:33:35.600 transmitted to the congregation really boils down to just be nice. And I don't think that's a
00:33:45.180 winning message anymore. I don't think that is what it gets people fired up and what gets people
00:33:50.660 committed and what gets people to really put their shoulders to the wheel and consider
00:33:56.620 sacrificing of themselves, which is, you know, according to my most sort of basic understanding
00:34:04.020 of Christianity is what we, what Christians are called to do, you know, being told by a sort of
00:34:11.120 fey priest that, oh, hell is loneliness, or we should be worried about people who commit
00:34:18.020 terrible crimes because, you know, in some sense, they're victims too. That ain't it. That ain't it.
00:34:25.600 We are past that time. Unfortunately, what we can all see from social media,
00:34:33.480 these sort of every week, some new horror of some terrible injustice. Society has become so
00:34:39.100 disordered that it has made, um, criminals and perverts and, um, all these sort of like
00:34:46.600 undesirable characteristics and undesirable people, we've made them into heroes and saints
00:34:52.360 and we've got, and society has reordered itself to protect them whilst innocents and hardworking
00:34:58.280 people and well-meaning people are punished or ignored or degraded in some way. I mean,
00:35:03.520 There's countless examples of this across the West and social media.
00:35:07.260 And in response, the priests, you know, again, I am generalizing here.
00:35:13.380 I'm not saying every single priest on the island of Ireland is like this.
00:35:16.180 But in my experience, I've heard several of them respond with these utterly banal messages that I don't, it doesn't surprise me at all that Irish baptism rates have dropped by 30 percent or, like you said, in Dublin, nearly 40 percent.
00:35:32.160 Ireland is a very demoralized country right now. It is a country going through a cultural and a
00:35:38.860 spiritual crisis. It has a huge problem with unvetted, undemocratic migrant import, importation
00:35:48.440 of men who have been committing crimes that have gotten lots of attention, terrible housing costs.
00:35:55.540 Um, you know, so the young, the, the young indigenous Irish are finding themselves having
00:36:01.260 to emigrate to countries so that they can find work and afford to live and get and buy
00:36:05.980 a house and marry and have children.
00:36:07.360 And we're importing men from Jordan or from, you know, all these other countries in various
00:36:13.080 sort of backwards places that, uh, you know, oftentimes end up in the press as having committed
00:36:18.640 murders.
00:36:19.020 So Ireland is highly demoralized and the church here in my experience, um, has not
00:36:25.040 risen to the challenge of accurately diagnosing the problem and accurately challenging both the
00:36:33.180 hierarchy of the government and its own people to kind of live in a more austere and
00:36:41.100 I would say Catholic way. It's not doing that because, and this is basically no time to go
00:36:50.060 into this, but we do hint at this occasionally on the wall, it's not doing that because the
00:36:54.380 Catholic Church ideologically has been hijacked 65 years ago by a usurping ideology that has
00:37:05.920 usurped the controls of the Catholic Church. That's why it's not doing it. It's being run by
00:37:10.920 people who aren't Catholic. Not only are they not Catholic, they are anti-Catholic fundamentally,
00:37:17.100 and they are driving the church into the ground.
00:37:19.460 This is why we say repeatedly on the show
00:37:21.300 that this is the job of the laity for the 21st century
00:37:24.140 to take the winning of the church
00:37:26.180 out of the hands of these usurpers,
00:37:29.780 correct the path of the church,
00:37:32.600 the trajectory of the church,
00:37:33.800 and then hand it back to holy priests,
00:37:38.420 holy friars, holy bishops.
00:37:41.500 Frank Walker, I'll tell you where this isn't going to start,
00:37:44.360 though in a properly functioning world it would start at the historic shrines
00:37:53.340 the historic catholic shrines in continental europe it won't start at lords because the
00:38:02.120 bishop of lords has just banned the sspx and i'll ask you to remind folks at home exactly what the
00:38:10.840 SSPX is, from saying Mass at the Shrine of Our Lady of Lords.
00:38:17.100 What is all of this about?
00:38:18.600 When every conceivable index suggests that the laity is crying out for the traditional Catholic faith,
00:38:30.400 the traditional Latin Mass, that's no longer going to be allowed,
00:38:35.260 not least in the hands, the sacred hands of the sacred ordained hands of SSPX priests at Lourdes.
00:38:43.640 What is all of this taking place? What is it about, Frank Walker?
00:38:47.540 Well, it's about what happened this summer.
00:38:49.920 In July, the SSPX, which was an order that was founded after Vatican II, along with Paul VI,
00:38:57.540 they made their bishops, even though the Leo and the Doctrine of the Faith did not want them to make bishops.
00:39:05.020 So they defied them, and they made their own, and Leo Church was ready.
00:39:10.420 They were waiting for this moment, because without bishops, SSBX would be gone, and they
00:39:15.480 only had two, and one fell down the stairs, and they were down to two.
00:39:20.660 And so now that they've done that, they sort of sloppily said that you're in schism, you're
00:39:27.020 excommunicated.
00:39:28.040 Really, only the bishops themselves are excommunicated.
00:39:31.680 that none of the other things that they hurl at them are canonically, they don't make any sense.
00:39:36.400 But now they've told them that they can't go to Lourdes. And then around the country,
00:39:41.200 dioceses have warned people, don't go to the SSPX. And the SSPX is very, very gentle about it. But
00:39:47.220 they said, oh no, you can go to Lourdes, but you cannot pray together in a group. You can only pray
00:39:52.780 privately. And the shocking thing about it, one, was that the Bishop of Lourdes was so insulting
00:39:58.940 about it. He said they ripped the tunic of Christ and they scandalized the little ones
00:40:03.720 and they hinder our witness to the gospel, which is a riot, you know, because the witness to the
00:40:08.900 gospel means all sorts of terrible things that come out of the mouth of Pope Leo. But yeah,
00:40:14.540 so he was very insulting and they were very nice back. But they mentioned, last year,
00:40:20.520 they have a big pilgrimage coming in October. Last year, that pilgrimage included Muslims and
00:40:25.600 Hindus, you know, chanting with their own prayer rooms at Lourdes, chanting things that are
00:40:31.580 against Christ, that are blasphemous. People that hate the Catholic Church have free reign now.
00:40:37.600 So why not treat the SSPX like they're Protestants, you know, if you can't even treat them as well as
00:40:44.020 you treat Muslims? Let me get this right. So last year, Muslims and Hindus were there at Lourdes,
00:40:49.860 And that was fine. But the SSPX, consecrating new bishops without permission of the Vatican, that's scandalizing the little ones.
00:41:00.940 The Pacamama rituals and the bowing down to Pacamama, that's fine, right? But the SSPX is scandalous.
00:41:11.420 Right. And that Pacamama is happening right now from the top of the Vatican in Peru ahead of Leo's visit.
00:41:17.360 yeah but but they're they're they're tearing the tunic and they're scandalizing the faithful but
00:41:22.420 they're catholic in every way and and and what's coming from them is you know you the it cannot be
00:41:28.140 clearer the distinction between the two and they said well we don't need we're going to go anyway
00:41:33.140 they responded we're going to go anyway and we're going because that most people don't recognize the
00:41:38.740 divine mother and her the blessed virgin mary and we're going to continue to pray because we love
00:41:43.620 our lady and we don't need their buildings and we're not going to be resentful and we're not
00:41:47.180 going to act like rebels because mary remains in the sanctuary of our souls we don't need the
00:41:52.560 buildings that's their response just just one um quick question to you frank before we move on
00:42:00.320 because a lot of our audience is protestant is is evangelical um they a lot of protestants believe
00:42:08.120 that catholics bow down and adore and worship the virgin mary as god do you have any um comments
00:42:19.160 to what actually the the the what is the cat what is the in your words because you know a lot a lot
00:42:26.660 of people miss miss hear these things from people who aren't catholic from a catholic would you just
00:42:31.700 gently, and I mean that, just gently indicate what the correct Catholic practice is of veneration
00:42:41.640 towards the Virgin Mary. And exactly what is the sanctuary? What is Our Lady of Lords?
00:42:47.660 Our Lady of Lords is a site where there was a miracle. Our Lady came in a vision
00:42:52.300 who is now a saint. And there's many healings that have been there for like 150 years since then.
00:42:58.800 Or we don't worship Mary, but we recognize that heaven is full of saintly people.
00:43:04.920 And Mary, since she was conceived without sin, that means she does not have the fallen nature of everyone else in the world except Christ.
00:43:12.380 Because of that, she has such a great connection to heaven.
00:43:16.320 And since she's Jesus's mother, Jesus was born through her body.
00:43:21.560 Those things make her the greatest human being in the world that ever lived besides Christ.
00:43:27.920 And so we ask for her prayers.
00:43:29.620 I always think of it like a chess game.
00:43:31.500 In the game of chess, you have the king.
00:43:33.580 The king has got the power and the authority, but he doesn't really do too much.
00:43:37.860 But Mary, the queen in chess can go everywhere and do everything.
00:43:41.380 And Mary's intercession is if you ask for her prayers, Catholics believe, is just very powerful.
00:43:47.060 We don't worship her.
00:43:48.020 We don't think of her as God.
00:43:49.100 But we think of her as a great, great person and a great example, of course, for women.
00:43:54.720 I don't know if I can explain it any better than that.
00:43:57.520 frank um listen i i've i've never in my life life heard that church that chess metaphor
00:44:06.400 before that the queen on the board can go anywhere the king can move just like basically
00:44:11.860 one piece at a time one square at a time the queen can go anywhere i'm definitely definitely
00:44:16.420 stealing i'm i'm stealing that that uh that metaphor um all right we'll just be rounding
00:44:24.880 off now jenny just a few moments i want to give a shout out to the sponsor of the second half

00:46:22.760 and TN USA doing great work,
00:46:26.540 standing by, ready to help you.
00:46:28.560 All right, Jenny, as we complete the show now,
00:46:32.700 I tell you what, when I was a kid,
00:46:36.980 if you mentioned Dallas to me,
00:46:40.460 like to anyone who's a child of the 80s,
00:46:42.980 You're going to think of Larry Hagman and Miss Ellie.
00:46:49.480 You're going to think of oil, Stetson hats, ranches, horses.
00:46:56.920 That's right.
00:46:57.740 You don't think of Muslims washing their feet in the sink
00:47:06.700 at Fort Worth Airport.
00:47:10.520 um and yet and yet oh sign of the changing times that is exactly what's taking place because
00:47:20.160 apparently too many muslims are watching their washing their feet for their ritual ablutions
00:47:27.220 in the sinks in the public lavatories so proper dedicated
00:47:32.040 feet washing sinks are being installed in dallas um and it's dividing my tell you what it's
00:47:43.140 dividing people and before i hand over to you because we've got like three minutes left on
00:47:47.260 this all i want to say is steve bannon and ken paxton told america that this was going to happen
00:47:54.780 in texas and everybody laughed at them and steve bannon and ken paxton were absolutely right there
00:48:02.860 is an attempt to bring in sharia law via the back door in dallas texas they're the most american of
00:48:12.800 american cities exactly what's tell me what's been taking place out there please so yeah i was going
00:48:19.540 to say that exact thing the the war room audience is not going to be particularly shocked by this
00:48:24.560 because they know that Bannon has been watching this like a hawk and has dedicated a show to it
00:48:29.660 for the last number of months. So yeah, Dallas-Fort Worth, it became known on August 13th,
00:48:36.600 the Daily Mail published a story that they had plans in place that they were about to carry out
00:48:41.480 to install special rooms in which Muslim travelers could wash their feet, which is their custom before
00:48:49.680 praying. Because like you said, it was like they were washing their feet in the sinks in the airport
00:48:54.260 and it was causing problems. Two days later, the Daily Mail published a follow-up piece saying
00:49:00.600 Governor Greg Abbott had basically kind of tried to put the kibosh on this and was calling for
00:49:06.960 an investigation. And so it seems like maybe it's sort of in a stasis at the moment. Whether or not
00:49:14.160 this actually happens, I think, is still under question mark as of this moment. However, this is
00:49:21.100 pointing to a much larger problem. And it's not just Texas and it's not just Michigan. It's not
00:49:28.080 just, you know, Natalie Winters today, your very own Natalie Winters published a story about a
00:49:34.100 seminary in New Jersey that is being taken over by an Islamic school. The Girl Scouts, I believe,
00:49:42.000 or the scouts have now started doing new badge badges to support Muslim faith practices.
00:49:53.180 And obviously, I live in the United Kingdom where, you know, it's, you know, the religion of Islam has made huge and very deep inroads into power systems.
00:50:03.780 And, you know, I as much as the next good liberal, I want to wish good, you know, good things upon people of other faiths.
00:50:14.500 However, having said that, and I've made this point before, what makes good neighbors is strong fences.
00:50:20.480 This is a confident, insurgent religion that is, you know, you could go so far as to say a supremacist religion, which has demographics and politics on its side in many, many, many places,
00:50:35.900 versus a decrepit, utterly demoralized, hollowed out Christianity.
00:50:46.320 And when I say that, I am referring to the elites and the hierarchies
00:50:51.760 and the institutions of Christianity.
00:50:53.720 Like we started the show, there are green shoots growing.
00:50:57.240 But those young people who are flocking to the conversions
00:51:01.280 at universities in the United States have a very big job ahead of them.
00:51:05.060 And that is going to, that have to entail confronting an insurgent Islam.
00:51:10.780 Just, Frank Walker, I'm not sure that the Institutional Catholic Church has been called on to offer a view on these Sharia-compliant ablution rooms at Fort Worth Airport.
00:51:24.840 But if they were asked, I'm sure they'd be supporting it in the name of freedom of religion.
00:51:32.020 That's all we've got time for, 20 seconds.
00:51:34.520 Frank, where do people go to keep up with Canon 212?
00:51:37.640 Very quickly, please.
00:51:38.560 Ten seconds.
00:51:39.920 Canon 212, and you can see Canon 212 spelled out on Twitter.
00:51:43.780 And the daily update is in the right column, and it's also on WarriorTV and at ROM.

00:52:00.620 Steve, back in the chair, 10 a.m. tomorrow.
00:52:04.640 God bless for now, folks.
