00:09:32.460help me if you wouldn't mind right in the quarter of an hour that we have left just to analyze
00:09:37.480exactly what you just said piece by piece so it seems to me that what you're saying that the judge
00:09:42.320still isn't happy she's not happy with the prosecution and the way it's laid out this case
00:09:46.920because as we know i'll say this i'm not going to say that you're saying this ryan bridge this is
00:09:51.460me ben harnwell it seems to me to be a very politically motivated case brought by uh birmingham
00:09:58.640city council for americans birmingham is is the uk's second largest city after london so as it
00:10:05.680does have it so a certain economic and political weight this court has been brought by this case
00:10:10.940has been brought by birmingham city council which is the municipal authority for the whole of
00:10:16.120britain the uk's largest second largest city they've already banned if i'm not mistaken ryan
00:10:21.800um from from the territory that might be oxfordshire um but but in any case the judge here
00:10:28.420it's oxygen but in any case in any case the judge is not happy that this case that has been brought
00:10:35.620uh by birmingham city council on taxpayers money um has in such as you say you've you've put out a
00:10:43.520very detailed counter argument as as your defense and i don't know about today ryan but a month ago
00:10:51.240when you were last in court you were actually representing yourself um and the judge has been
00:10:57.040impressed okay so you're representing yourself again today in fact we have the photo of you in
00:11:01.720the horsehair wig not in court um itself but that wasn't in the courtroom that's a that's that's a
00:11:08.880great that's a great touch um so you're representing yourself today you have um very in a detailed and
00:11:15.880analytical way responded as best you can to the accusations as inchoate and unformed as they are
00:11:23.940and the judge that you're there in court right you're the defendant one of the defendants number
00:11:29.240one in fact in the list of the nine um defendants you're there you saw her reaction and your reading
00:11:36.080of the situation is that the judge is still not happy with the way that birmingham council has
00:11:43.040laid out its case ryan stay with me stay with me answer the point in two minutes let me give a quick
00:11:47.960shout out if i can to our sponsor of the show birch gold all month we're talking about the fact
00:11:54.760now that the united states has reached the stratospheric figure of 40 trillion dollars
00:12:03.960of national debt and it's paying 1.2 trillion uh an annualized 1.2 trillion on um on simply
00:12:14.840servicing that debt i did pick out uh an article actually which i don't think i sent through um
00:12:22.840this week for denver um but there were some calculations that i'd seen economic economists
00:12:29.140were saying that that 1.2 figure is going to be two trillion dollars by the end of the year
00:12:34.660simply in servicing the national debt not paying any of it off uh partly obviously because of the
00:12:43.040expanding expenses, the ever expanding expenses of the federal government, but also the fact that
00:12:49.980interest rates are starting to rise and that will have its consequence as well on how much
00:12:55.340the annual interest repayments on that debt are. Folks, we are heading, as Steve Bannon has been
00:13:02.660warning on the show for a number of years now, we are heading inevitably into times of turbulence.
00:13:10.220So you're saying to me, well, okay, Hanwell, you're telling me this, what's this got to do with me? If you have savings, particularly cash savings, dollar savings, you might want to find an asset to park those savings into that won't be hit by any inflationary solutions that the government might approach to meet its fiscal commitments, its economic commitments.
00:13:39.480that means gold folks that means gold it's already risen by about $4,000 per
00:13:46.080ounce to four and a half thousand dollars pants this year so speak if you
00:13:54.180if you see what's coming speak and you want to protect yourself speak to
00:13:59.400Philip Patrick and his team at birch gold group text Bannon to nine eight
00:14:04.800nine eight nine eight these are the world experts on talking Americans through everyday Americans
00:14:14.200who might never have bought gold before talking you guys through what you need to do to and it's
00:14:20.480not nearly as difficult as you might think just buying physical gold they can help you convert an
00:14:28.140old IRA into an IRA in physical gold um which is certainly something that I if I were American if
00:14:36.200I hadn't found my savings in dollars I tell you this a thousand percent I would have done it
00:14:40.080already um once again text Bannon B-A-N-N-O-N to 989898 or go to birchgold.com forward stroke
00:14:51.680bannon back live now to ryan bridge founder of raise the colors dragged into court today high
00:15:01.040court the highest court in the land uh where he joins us from having been in court all day
00:15:05.760ryan so to come back to what we're saying just a moment or so ago firstly i want to establish in
00:15:13.060my own mind it's your reading of the situation that reading that and i've been in court a number
00:15:18.760of times myself i you know and i've had to sit there sort of fixing my beady eyes on every signal
00:15:25.380that the judge gives um especially in it especially in italy where they aren't jury trials
00:15:30.280i'm trying to to read what what the indications are um and you have indicated both a month ago
00:15:37.020and this time that that the judge seems to be of the opinion that the prosecution has poorly
00:15:43.760laid out its case for which if it even if it wins it's going in however poorly it's laid out its
00:15:51.060case birmingham city council will have got the most expensive lawyers possible and they're
00:15:56.080obviously putting lipstick on a pig here with a legal argument but they have retained they will
00:16:00.320have retained the best lawyers the most expensive lawyers possible for which if they win they will
00:16:06.540come to you ryan bridge and expect you to pay those legal fees the other bombs that you dropped
00:16:13.100on the um on uh just five minutes ago was and because you're literally straight out of court
00:16:22.600i didn't get a haven't had a chance to speak to you before the show about this is that you said
00:16:27.220that the the injunction wasn't granted today um you did indicate that there are further hearings
00:16:32.580um but it hasn't been granted today uh what is the situation then of the present
00:16:37.860case um when how long has it been adjourned to they haven't got the it was an emergency injunction
00:16:44.680an interim injunction that they'd asked for a court order that hasn't been granted presumably
00:16:49.960they deferred that the judge has therefore indicated that she will she will either grant
00:16:55.260that or not grant that injunction um that that that power of arrest to the council uh as part
00:17:02.000of her final sentence if she's not going to grant it on an interim basis what's the present you got
00:17:07.420nine minutes left right right um what's the situation then with regards to raise the colors
00:17:13.400and the court case and the out the upshot of your um of the hearing today what is the latest
00:17:21.000so raise the colors as our movement is so so grateful to the general public and everybody
00:17:28.020that has helped us and donated at raisethecolors.org.uk and that has given us the power now
00:17:33.440for me not to represent myself like I did on the first time
00:20:05.140We believe that we should be able to be free to fly our flag.
00:20:07.580That flag has been draped over coffins of men
00:20:10.600coming back from multiple wars for many, many years.
00:20:13.820And I think that it's a complete disgrace
00:20:15.540that our council want to use public purse,
00:20:18.580our bankrupt council and want to attack not only me but the heart of the community because Razor
00:20:24.860Colour sits itself in the community um and the judge the judge isn't happy and the judge has
00:20:29.880said yet again you're gonna have to go away and they took too long today there was too much to
00:20:34.820in and fro in and we live to fight another day so for me Ben it feels feels somewhat a bittersweet
00:20:40.880victory um we live to fight another day maybe the process is the punishment and maybe the cost
00:20:46.860implication um of getting the barrister that we we last got to come again so we've got a lot of
00:20:53.040things to do we've got to go back to the drawing board and you know and this isn't my this isn't
00:20:56.680my full-time job but i feel that i am carrying the flag for the country and i feel that i'm doing it
00:21:01.660for all the communities and anybody that that loves the flag from any different community and
00:21:05.300the beautiful thing i've seen today is people from all different walks of life from all different
00:21:09.780colors races and creeds coming together with that union flag and if you're in this country legal and
00:21:14.680awfully happy days and come and support us but if you're coming through the back door illegally
00:21:18.400then uh we don't we don't agree with the weak government and weaker borders and we don't agree
00:21:23.100with the weak uh the weak setup that birmingham city council tried to put against us today
00:21:27.720um all right firstly to break that break this down
00:21:33.160you represented yourself a month ago thanks to the donations that have been made between a month ago
00:21:40.340And this time you've now been able to retain proper formal legal representation.
00:21:47.400So that's a great hat tip to everyone who has, you know, who has picked up the phone and made a donation to raise the colours over the past four weeks.
00:21:56.820First thing. Second thing. Very important what you said about the human rights aspect.
00:22:06.920In that footage that we showed before this interview, when you were talking to the Birmingham Mail, you said what you just said now, the importance of everybody being able to flags, even with things that you might not necessarily be with, like LGBT and pro-Palestine, all this.
00:22:27.400you said these guys have a full right to be able to raise the flags as we do that's absolutely
00:22:32.600it's very important that you underline that because you're orientating your defense very
00:22:38.840strictly within the within the freedom of speech um dynamic and because even though the the uk has
00:22:46.920has withdrawn from the european union the charter of the eu charter the european charter excuse me
00:22:54.440the european charter of human rights is not an eu document you do have to be a signatory now
00:23:00.840a country does need to be a signatory to the european charter of human rights to join the
00:23:05.480european union but it's not technically a european document what that means the importance of that is
00:23:10.600that the uk is still remains a signatory to the european convention of human rights and you
00:23:16.760correctly say but you mentioned article 10 which is the freedom of expression look um i can talk
00:23:21.960to you about this after the show ryan because it's also impacts my own uh part of my own legal
00:23:27.480strategies here in italy you need to make explicit in your legal defense formally these european
00:23:37.400dynamics as part of your defense uh which will oblige the british courts to to recognize and
00:23:43.880respond to these considerations. And that then gives you, once the national state's
00:23:52.040legal course has finished, that then gives you the opportunity, the grounds to make an eventual
00:24:02.040appeal to Strasbourg. It's important that those dynamics are mentioned formally, are referenced
00:24:07.560formally by your counsel in this present case in order to raise them at a later date, because it
00:24:13.480I mean, the one thing about raising the flags on what the council calls public furniture like lampposts is, to some extent, their own policy prerogatives.
00:24:25.980But the idea, and of course, councils have differing policies on that.
00:24:32.820There is, as we say repeatedly, the, is it, Cambridgeshire County Council that said they weren't going to spend a single penny of taxpayers' money putting the flags down.
00:24:42.500So you do have a council-to-council policy, but the point is that the free speech aspects are also tied up in this, and I think the criminal aspect of what the council is trying to pin you on diminishes on that.
00:24:58.880The one thing is the public furniture, the raising the flags, and of course the council can have its own view on that.
00:25:03.820The other part here is the quite obvious freedom of speech situation.
00:25:11.780All right. So, Ryan, look, I'm very, very grateful for you joining us today live from the High Court in Birmingham to give the breakdown.
00:25:21.680Give me 10 seconds then. So no injunctions today. When is the case being adjourned to?
00:25:28.660What's the next session as this rolls forward?
00:25:30.980On Monday, the 2nd of November at the High Court in Birmingham, I welcome everybody to come and support us in a friendly and universal way.
00:25:40.480We want to unify the country together.
00:25:43.680And if you come under the banner of the flags,
00:25:45.560then happy days and come and support us.
00:25:48.260You can find us at raisethecolours.uk.
00:26:09.520they're not doing it they're now going to go for a different one with different um different lens
00:26:16.100so it's a sad day in that way but they never got what they wanted and they never got powers of
00:26:20.980arrest and and it's if people want to donate the easiest way to do that is to go to raisethecolors.org
00:26:27.720right um buy a bit of merch please yeah well raisethecolors.org.uk top round and corner thank
00:26:35.540OK, perfect. There's the website, folks.
00:26:39.800And your help and support of Ryan, I'll say that on his part, has very much been appreciated and enabled them to get some professional legal counsel with the horsehair wigs in Birmingham High Court today.
00:26:54.000Stay tuned. Two minutes in with Jenny Holland to break down what we just heard and tie it all together.
00:27:01.020We're a couple of months out, but the midterms are fast approaching.
00:27:05.120And make no mistake, if the House flips to the Democrats, it's a big deal for our economy.
00:27:12.340That uncertainty is one of the reasons to diversify with gold from Birch Gold Group.
00:27:18.240In the three months leading up to the 2024 presidential election, the spot price of gold jumped over 12 percent.
00:27:25.200Now, why was that? Because we've taught you here on the show, it's a hedge against times of uncertainty.
00:27:31.840If you don't own gold, I would suggest talking to Birch Gold Group, Philip Patrick, and the team.
00:27:38.960They'll discuss your goals, explain how precious metals can fit into your savings.
00:27:43.740They can even help you convert an existing IRA or 401k into an IRA in gold with no additional money out of your pocket.

00:32:45.040Difficult, if not impossible, if you are a minister of the government,
00:32:49.620if you are a minister of the peasant Labour government.
00:32:52.600Impossible, because Jenny, you've flagged up basically everything
00:32:59.160that we're going to be hitting in this show.
00:33:02.100You were the one who spotted this. I mean, you made the connection between Emily Thornberry, right? Let's put this together, right? We'll do the thing from 10 years ago, 2015, right? Explain that, because that really is, that sets up with the flag, the English flag, the resignation of a shadow, of a government shadow minister over this.
00:33:28.600That sets up exactly what Ryan Bridge was confronting in court today.
00:33:33.740And then we have the story that came out today.
00:33:38.200It's basically a rerun 10 years on where a present Labour, an actual minister, not a shadow minister, someone who is in government, put out this statement.
00:33:52.560I think it was at the party conference she said this, that she referred, she said she stays awake at night worrying about people drinking warm beer in the countryside with their Labradors.
00:34:07.800I didn't realize that black Labradors had such an iconic element in left-wing imagination as being symptoms of the far right.
00:34:17.060And she said that, you know, she stays awake at night worrying over warm beer and Labradors in pubs as being basically the imagery of the far right.0.88
00:34:29.160That's why we started off with Jerusalem.
00:34:32.060There's pastures in England's green and pleasant land, which, of course, by the way, folks, is what the left have been trying to ban for decades from the last night of the proms anyway.
00:34:46.180because any element of English nationalism is obviously for these guys' signs of Nazis and Gestapo under the bed.
00:34:57.340Look, Jenny, I'm going to hand over to you because I know you've got some insights on this.
00:35:02.100But I tell you what, the story of 10 years ago with the Emily Thornberry, which you're going to recount to us now,
00:35:08.500the present nature minister, I tell you why I think this is, I mean, we're going to laugh about it, we'll joke about it.
00:35:15.800But I'll tell you why it really is very serious and very important, because it underlines a point that Steve Bannon has been making on the war room for many years now, and that is our elites, our social elites, our cultural elites, they really do hate us.
00:35:34.480it's not just something that steve says occasionally because he thinks it's um it makes good television
00:35:38.840it is literally true they hate us she says uh and you'll you'll break you'll break this the the the
00:35:44.520nature ministers thing down um later on in the show she actually says that that not only is the
00:35:51.860warm beer in the labrador thing um horrific for her but it's not it's what they don't want they
00:35:57.380don't want this idea of this old-fashioned 1950s england and i'll tell you why folks this is
00:36:03.260important right because this is the mask slipping that's why this is like like like the the emily
00:36:11.880thornberry um tweet of 10 years ago over which she resigned this is what they really do think
00:36:19.880and of course when it gets when it escapes in a careless moment they have to resign stand down
00:36:25.000and it gets walked back and they pretend no no no we really don't hate you we're really for the
00:36:29.580working man and but they're not it's no accident folks that they're filling the country um with
00:36:36.980invaders because the very idea of the 1950s england for some reason and this is why i think
00:36:43.960jenny's going to have some insights on this for some reason they literally hate it and very
00:36:49.200occasionally it might be like a decade apart they actually the mask slips and it actually they they
00:36:54.800they say what Steve calls sort of the, um, they say the quiet part out loud.
00:36:59.960They, they say what they're only allowed to say between them behind closed
00:37:03.020doors, they actually escapes into the public domain and you get to see how
00:44:12.020If you're one of the millions of Americans frustrated by traditional health insurance,

00:46:14.360All right. Back now to Jenny Holland. So, Jenny, let's come back. By the way, I loved your suggestion just now. America, call on America. Seeing as America is presently invading countries left, right and center, it could send some troops over to the UK, right? Invade the UK, liberate poor Brits from its communist regime.
00:46:44.360um i'll say i would attribute that as a tongue-in-cheek comment but many a true word spoken0.76
00:46:51.800in jest um all right okay so tie this together right tie this together because
00:46:59.560now you remembered that story from 10 years ago from the the shadow it was the shadow that emily
00:47:07.160thornberry right she was the shadow attorney general the woman who would have been the head1.00
00:47:13.400of the entire British justice system who resigned.
00:47:17.240And one of the very early backers, by the way,
00:47:19.580of Ed Millipede's leadership election a couple of years before,
00:47:24.380he sacked her from one day to the next when she put this out.
00:47:27.240And they said, no, no, no, no, in the middle
00:47:29.880of a by-election campaign, special election campaign,
00:47:33.320as they call them in the States, no, no, no, no.
00:47:35.360The Labour Party is the party of the working man.
00:47:38.400We can't be seen to be looking down our nose at white van man.
00:47:43.340who has an English St. George's flag in his window.
00:48:23.180And he was widely derided at the time because people thought that he was harking back sentimentally to England that didn't exist anymore.
00:48:31.700But he said, 50 years from now, Britain will still be the country of long shadows on county grounds, warm beer, invincible green suburbs, dog lovers.
00:48:46.480There's your neo-Nazi dog whistle. Dog lovers.
00:48:52.180And he mentioned the old maids bicycling to Holy Communion through the morning mist.
00:48:59.080that was the phrase i think i mean i always thought he was quoting george orwell with with
