Bannon's War Room - WarRoom Battleground EP 115： NN Gets Crushed On Phony FBI Support;MassiveVoter Fraud In Michigan Supreme Court Case; Largest companies in china get delisted from nyse; Does VAERS Show Potential Hundreds Of Thousands Dead Because Of Vaccines

00:00:00.000 this is what you're fighting for i mean every day you're out there what they're doing is blowing

00:00:14.080 people off if you continue to look the other way and shut up then the oppressors the authoritarians

00:00:21.840 get total control and total power because this is just like in arizona this is just like in georgia

00:00:27.600 it's another element that backs them into a quarter and shows their lies and misrepresentations

00:00:32.640 this is why this audience is going to have to get engaged as we've told you this is the fight

00:00:36.960 all this nonsense all this spin they can't handle the truth war room battleground here's your host

00:00:43.680 stephen k bannon okay it's friday 12 august year of our lord 2022 i think it's 88 days 88 days to

00:00:53.040 november 8th the big day so everybody's focused right now particularly these battleground states

00:00:57.680 these battleground district districts of what we have to do to have a a massive sweeping red tsunami

00:01:04.320 landslide to crush the democratic party as a national plug institution and do it at every level all the

00:01:09.680 way up so we've got a packed show today uh to go through that i want to start with my co-host brian

00:01:15.120 kennedy uh the committee on the present danger which you're the chairman of has got a couple of big

00:01:20.000 scalps today we got kevin freeman on a little later to talk about that but i want your assessment

00:01:24.800 assessment you're one of the you're one of the intellectual thought leaders of the america first

00:01:29.760 in the maga movement uh give me your assessment of the desecration and ransacking of mar-a-lago

00:01:36.160 given the search warrant and all the spin you've seen coming out of the justice department and the fbi sir

00:01:43.600 well it affirms steve that we're in a communist revolution right now

00:01:48.320 and this is how a regime that's illegitimate behaves legitimate regimes don't behave this way

00:01:55.280 and what merrick garland has done here is a very very shameful thing and all i hope is that there

00:02:01.920 is someone within the trump organization today going through the security footage of what transpired

00:02:09.280 in mar-a-lago and it can release the highlights of that to the american people because when the american

00:02:16.240 people see them going through the president's things or melania's you know dresser they're not

00:02:22.720 going to be too pleased with how our government's behaving and this should be a lesson to all

00:02:27.680 republicans that this is not about president trump this is about anybody who stands up against the

00:02:35.360 administrative state anybody who wants freedom anybody who's willing to fight against the current corrupt

00:02:42.960 system we have republicans need to wake up and you hear these folks on on you know cnbc or even fox news

00:02:51.920 and they're not morally serious about what's going on in this country this is a line in the sand that the

00:02:58.560 biden administration has drawn against the biden administration has drawn against the american

00:03:02.320 people and something needs to happen in a serious way for this to be investigated

00:03:10.880 uh david brooks who from the new york times i know you know and of course george will the washington post

00:03:19.280 both intellectual leaders of the never trump faction of the republican party hardcore both said today in pieces

00:03:26.080 in those two respective journals that this essentially unless merrick garland came up with an amazing

00:03:32.480 rationale for why this had to be done that this was handed going to hand trump massive momentum and

00:03:38.560 actually david brooks said you've handed him the presidency in 2024 what's your assessment when you

00:03:42.240 get david brooks and george will saying that uh this is a net massive positive for president trump

00:03:49.280 well they know it's going to unite the american people behind him right because they they know

00:03:57.040 this is not how a government's supposed to behave and so merrick garland this regime started out with

00:04:03.440 illegitimate you know surroundings the fact that the election was stolen and so you then you then take

00:04:10.080 the overall administration and then you transfer that to all the various agencies like the department of

00:04:15.760 justice and merrick garland's delegitimizing that people like george will and david brooks are so-called

00:04:23.280 institutionalists and they see that the institutions of government are being destroyed by this current

00:04:30.320 regime and so yes they're afraid they see it's going to unite republicans and they can see the political

00:04:37.040 future laid out right before them with republicans taking the house and senate in november and president

00:04:44.160 trump getting back in office in 2024 it's it's as clear as as anything right now and it reminds us

00:04:52.400 let me be let me be very clear on this point i hear a lot of people very depressed and down about what 0.99

00:04:58.400 happened at mar-a-lago it shows how stupid and corrupt they are they are not 10 feet tall these people 1.00

00:05:05.920 who are running you know the department of justice they don't know what they're doing they are evil and 1.00

00:05:12.320 corrupt but there are also let me say good people in that organization who need to come forth now and

00:05:19.760 describe exactly what's going on become whistleblowers and ferret out everything that is currently corrupt

00:05:28.320 in the fbi and the justice department more broadly this was a defining moment in the history of this

00:05:35.360 country what happened on monday and what was released today and everybody in the war room needs to

00:05:41.840 capitalize on that uh brian i'm really glad you're here with me for the hour let's go can we play i

00:05:50.160 want to play the cold open for anthony sabatini and then we'll bring anthony in and also get brian's

00:05:54.640 assessment of this from cnn in florida how's it going ultra mega republican florida state representative

00:06:03.280 anthony sabatini is trying to take right wing outrage one step further if it was up to me i would

00:06:09.360 totally defund the fbi i'm anthony sabatini he's running for congress in florida's seventh district

00:06:15.680 and has been making the rounds on far-right media after writing a tweet saying sever all ties with doj

00:06:22.720 immediately and any fbi agent conducting law enforcement functions outside the purview of

00:06:29.200 our state should be arrested upon site common sense because well because uh what they're doing 0.64

00:06:35.360 is unlawful it's time to actually start protecting the rights of floridians under the 10th amendment

00:06:39.920 and push back against a lawless federal government right now today in florida fbi agents are chasing down

00:06:46.960 bank robbers organized criminals attacking cyber crime in this state gotcha helping

00:06:52.480 local law enforcement yeah you don't think it's an illogical argument the fbi at this point is

00:06:59.040 totally useless we need to defund it and let no idea what the value of the fbi is yes i do

00:07:05.360 is a former president just above the law no matter what the fbi is not above the law if i'm saying they

00:07:10.880 followed the law which they did to enter into that home should that just not be allowed the president

00:07:16.720 the former president is above the law he's a political target he's being harassed by a

00:07:21.280 lawless road agency that's not a lawless they spied on him they have no respect for him they hate the

00:07:28.160 conservatives they hate the republicans wouldn't it be prudent to wait and see what the facts are

00:07:34.160 before we have such a draconian statement we have enough facts anthony sabatini totally bench presses

00:07:43.200 drew griffin that we have the facts we knew it was lawless in the first place now it's out there

00:07:47.520 they're totally lawless they're the new american gestapo that's what they are they're totally lawless

00:07:54.320 and what they did and the field agents quite frankly you're going to be culpable too you should

00:07:58.400 have resigned in mass before doing that it's absolutely outrageous what you did now your

00:08:03.680 leadership's the real problem but people good p is brian kenny said good you've got time to come

00:08:08.800 forward you've got time to come forward there's going to come a point in time that hey you're

00:08:13.440 going to be rounded up with with with all the super bad guys right and remember merrick garland

00:08:20.240 and chris ray are either going to resign now or we're going to turf them out starting in january

00:08:27.040 let's bring in anthony sabatini i gotta tell you sabatini i've never been more proud 99 of standard

00:08:34.400 stock republicans were just melted under drew griffin you just you just blew him right out

00:08:39.600 of the water and cnn tried to promote this cnn reporter explains to political figure uh the

00:08:46.400 importance of the fbi and i said oh my god they're promoting this because this is a this is a master

00:08:52.720 class in how you handle a punk reporter that never has facts i know drew never has a fact right it's all

00:09:00.240 cnn by the way john malone when it comes to blowing guys out put drew high on the list anthony sabatini

00:09:06.240 down in florida in florida seven running for congress bravo zulu as we say in the navy sir

00:09:13.520 well i never turned down an interview with cnn because you never know what's going to happen

00:09:17.440 this is not the first time that uh i've gotten into a fiasco with these guys they came down to longwood

00:09:24.240 they you know a lot of republicans steve as you know when this happened have said

00:09:28.560 gee golly i hate what's going on you know we live in a banana republic you know i wish

00:09:32.640 there was something we can do maybe we'll have a hearing about this in a year or two

00:09:36.720 it's ridiculous uh what's happened as you very well know and articulated this is an infringement

00:09:42.960 a breaking of precedent like we've never seen is the weaponization the further weaponization

00:09:47.680 of the uh federal law so-called law enforcement agencies against the american people in this case the

00:09:52.800 chief political target of joe biden president trump so our response i think overall

00:09:58.400 most republicans has been way too tepid i think you start with defunding and really gutting uh this

00:10:04.560 agency and many others and then you have the hearings afterwards start with limiting their purview

00:10:10.000 cutting them back and then and then afterwards you have the hearings and of course i'm speaking

00:10:14.160 in two ways amen amen you you start with you start with zero zero it out in the appropriations

00:10:19.600 and then you'll hear some stuff by the way you gave that interview before the release of the search

00:10:25.760 warrant today is there anything in that search warrant we just literally trashed it the last

00:10:30.560 hour but i want to ask you anthony uh is there anything in that search warrant that caused you

00:10:35.200 to rethink what you said last night not at all not at all and uh and i think like you pointed out

00:10:42.880 in the monologue coming into this even folks on the other side of the political aisle are saying

00:10:47.520 there's nothing there's quite literally nothing that could have been uh spoken about or sought after

00:10:55.040 sought after in a search warrant or affidavit that would have justified what they did i mean this was

00:11:00.480 purely an attempt to normalize the idea of raiding a chief political opponent's home and uh unfortunately

00:11:08.400 in some ways it's working some people are saying well you know we gotta let their system play out we've seen

00:11:12.960 that from some of the establishment republicans and that's just wrong we need to be furious and we need

00:11:18.400 demand we need an actionable plan and we need to pledge to do that plan and what you just said steve

00:11:23.040 bringing them to zero is i think honestly the the single uh best step we could be doing and of course

00:11:30.240 at the state level as a state elected official we need to sever all ties with the doj all of our law enforcement

00:11:35.840 entities in the state of florida have relationships with them financial agreements uh task forces they work with

00:11:41.920 those need to end right now every republican state in the united states needs to cease all contact in

00:11:47.360 relationships with these lawless agencies starting now just like the left did to us with sanctuary

00:11:52.720 cities and counties and states they just broke contact with ice and start pushing back we need

00:11:57.200 to do the same exact thing at the state level

00:12:02.000 anthony tell us about the race the primary coming up thanks the 23rd is primary day

00:12:06.640 in florida talk to us about your race and talk to you about a talk to the war and posse about the

00:12:11.680 the any assistance that you might need sure well you know this is a seat that because of the good

00:12:17.680 work of the war and posse and others desantis pushed through a really good map that created

00:12:22.480 a pretty safe republican seat so it all comes down to the primary here in district seven daytona beach

00:12:27.680 or orlando area and uh the the choices couldn't be more stark uh only one candidate in the race is

00:12:34.000 getting eight hundred thousand dollars of swamp money dumped on him this week in a very similar

00:12:39.680 format to we that we saw with uh joe kent in the west coast the exact same players same actors are

00:12:45.120 coming out for me now in this primary so it's it's america first versus the go along to get along old

00:12:52.160 bush era wing of the republican establishment and my website is sabatini for congress.com i'm on every

00:12:58.560 social media platform at anthony sabatini and any assistance any help they can give you know whether

00:13:04.160 it be phone banking or donations whatever it be uh jump on the website reach out to us we need your

00:13:09.360 help we got 11 days until the election and we're going to need all hands on deck anthony is any events

00:13:18.160 or things that people should get in their calendars for the weekend anything next week i know they can go

00:13:22.480 to your site but any heads up where uh you can be found there's some smaller events but the really

00:13:28.240 big event next week is going to be a rally on the sunday going into election day with uh one of my

00:13:33.680 favorite congressmen who's endorsed me representative thomas massey a true liberty warrior he's flying in

00:13:39.040 so we get a big rally noon sunday in seminole county just north of orlando and anybody is free to come

00:13:45.280 out to that i'm endorsed by turning point usa they're helping sponsor it so they have a sign up check

00:13:50.240 out my social media you'll find it easily charlie kirk and jack bason with the great guys are at

00:13:56.080 turning point can one more time uh your website so people can go and find out more about this

00:14:01.280 it's sabatini4congress.com four is spelled out for sabatini4congress.com and i'm on every

00:14:07.440 social media platform at anthony sabatini

00:14:12.320 anthony thank you very much for coming on your real warrior thanks steve it's always an honor thanks

00:14:17.280 uh kennedy brian let me bring you in before i go to dave clements i i gotta you're an expert in this

00:14:24.560 give me your assessment of cnn trying to bench press um anthony sabatini it was kind of an epic fail

00:14:30.960 do you agree yeah it was ridiculous on so many levels but sabatini one is a great american and

00:14:40.000 and handled him easily but two he was he was really operating sabatini was at the level of common sense

00:14:47.200 do we actually need an fbi if they're going to be politicized this way most americans are going to

00:14:52.480 say no we have local law enforcement most americans are going to trust their local police department

00:14:58.960 their local sheriff more than they are the fbi to protect them and in fact day in day out it's your

00:15:06.960 local police department and your local sheriff that is protecting you each of those organizations

00:15:12.880 has their own intelligence divisions they're looking to see who the terrorists are no local

00:15:18.080 police department wants a terrorist operating in their community and so when when you actually

00:15:24.240 think about it do we need an fbi and especially an fbi that's going to behave this way and most americans

00:15:32.000 i believe are going to say no do you agree that we choke them down with the appropriations process

00:15:38.720 first as we investigate but it takes because you can just stop it full dead on in the appropriations

00:15:44.080 process do you agree with that lead with appropriations as you continue to investigate

00:15:48.640 and i think then purify and rebuild rebuild this institution if it's to be rebuilt at all

00:15:53.920 absolutely i'd zero out the budget as you suggested and uh if you wanted to give more capability to

00:16:01.680 local governments to to you know like the city of los angeles where i live los angeles has an

00:16:07.760 intelligence unit what in as does new york but as do many any even medium-sized cities have intelligence

00:16:15.360 units that monitor for for um terrorism and what have you and it's the local police that are stopping

00:16:22.080 bank robberies not the fbi and so the cnn you know a reporter was just ridiculous about that

00:16:29.280 but we have 20 years of experience fighting the war on terror and invariably it was not the fbi that

00:16:36.320 that protected us they did some but it was really local law enforcement that did much of the work had

00:16:43.200 most of the leads which is why i mean look at rudy giuliani in new york they they they did a terrible

00:16:48.960 yeah there it was it was the the police units of intelligence unions in new york city before 9-11

00:16:53.760 they did a terrible job that's why the investigation 9-11 stole so half-hearted the cia and the in the fbi

00:16:59.360 were a disaster and a joke hang for one second let me bring david clements in dave before i ask you

00:17:05.360 because i know you've got reporting coming you've got information about new mexico i want to get out

00:17:10.560 there but you're a you're a highly regarded prosecutor uh everything you've seen today of of this uh search

00:17:18.160 warrant give us your assessment as a prosecutor sir well i don't know where to begin um usually

00:17:25.680 you're served with a warrant you actually have possession of it and especially when you're

00:17:29.440 talking about a high profile target like president trump um and the fact that we don't really have

00:17:35.520 the particulars it's coming out slowly i i saw a report that people looking for nuclear information

00:17:41.440 and um so it's it's very confusing it's not something that i've ever seen and i've authorized

00:17:47.360 a lot of warrants over the past decade

00:17:53.680 but you're saying you've never seen something like this what would you given that it was a president

00:17:59.920 of the united states the care that would have gone into that warrant the affidavit that would have gone

00:18:05.920 to the magistrate would have been double check triple check belt and suspenders would have to be

00:18:10.880 that it's so incredibly urgent did you see any of that handling with care in the search warrant that

00:18:16.640 has at last been public no it's a political witch hunt and there's no doubt that the buck stops with

00:18:22.720 merrick garland uh there's no way that you could have anyone signing off on that without the doj behind

00:18:28.320 him and i i would suggest the resident as well um so it's it's alarming it's not clear what they were

00:18:34.240 looking for and one of the things that really i find bizarre is that your outgoing presidents have

00:18:40.160 tremendous classification authority every single sitting president takes classified documents with

00:18:45.760 them um but to suggest that there's something now that they're looking for uh in august of 2022

00:18:54.560 is just a startling revelation if there was some problem with the transition of power from trump to

00:18:59.920 biden you would have thought they would have hashed this out in the early months of the

00:19:03.680 administration but right around midterms it just doesn't look right

00:19:10.080 talk to us about new mexico what are we finding out there you you and seth keshul have been hammering

00:19:14.880 away at this we're in 88 days away from the most important midterm election since 1862 uh where do

00:19:22.080 we stand and what have you found out in new mexico that should alarm us well we had a bombshell report

00:19:27.920 that came out last night uh our nation state vulnerability expert jeffrey lenberg has spent

00:19:33.440 31 years in the national labs looking at nuclear threats well he's the guy that had access to the

00:19:39.520 machines in michigan he's going to look at the machines in new mexico and arizona and we're finding

00:19:44.800 all kinds of startling startling issues the thing that he reported most recently was that they decoded and

00:19:52.000 decrypted 95 percent of the election files out of michigan and they found programming that treated

00:19:58.400 three candidates different in the michigan supreme court race showing that the flip from republican

00:20:09.360 control to democrat control was artificial and the reason why this is such a huge bombshell is you know

00:20:16.080 that the corrupt ag dana nessel has petitioned for a special prosecutor to go after matt di perno

00:20:23.040 and his experts well one of those experts happens to be jeff lenberg whom we also use in new mexico

00:20:28.480 and and the reason why this is such a big deal is that that case is an open litigation and it's on appeal

00:20:35.440 to where the supreme court so you've got a a corrupt system that's so corrupt that the very very uh issue 0.83

00:20:42.880 of the machines is going before a court that was likely uh flipped due to the machines themselves

00:20:49.280 so that's the major lead um and then you know the secondary issue is that we have an attorney general

00:20:54.800 that is going out of their way to politically persecute a political rival in matt di perno

00:21:00.480 so we're seeing vestiges of that in new mexico we know that the attorney general in our state

00:21:05.360 has been in contact with the attorney general and we are we're being threatened at every step

00:21:12.880 so how can we're going to have you on next week going this in more detail here's the question

00:21:16.640 folks have i know mike lindell's got in a arizona court with the machines with 88 days to go what

00:21:23.760 legally do we have to do to make sure we thwart or what do we have to do as far as election judges

00:21:29.120 election officials to make sure they can't steal it like in michigan where you've got caramo you have

00:21:34.880 to perno you have tutor dixon i mean it's all on the line in in michigan what what do we need to do

00:21:40.880 from your perspective to make sure we don't get this doesn't get stolen on november 8th

00:21:46.240 well there's two approaches you got to deal with a rigged system so this is like triage

00:21:50.560 we tell people to wait to vote until election day i think that's why you saw a great deal of success

00:21:55.840 with carry lake the system is designed to cheat to cheat good candidates out of legitimate victories

00:22:02.160 so hold on to those ballots don't participate in mail-in elections and wait until election day to vote

00:22:08.000 that's one thing um but as far as a strategy on what to do until we get there is we're telling

00:22:13.520 people to get in front of their county commissioners and have a discussion under a a framework of no

00:22:19.280 confidence most county commissions are told that they have to certify the post-election results and

00:22:26.400 when you say that you're going to certify something you're saying it's trustworthy well right now according

00:22:30.960 to the rasmussen poll 59 of the country believes that you know our elections are a complete sham

00:22:37.840 so based on that uh you can't go ahead and certify things you need to leverage this to get more

00:22:42.880 answering more information about dominion about es and s to make sure that these machines don't do

00:22:48.000 nefarious things because every day we're finding out more information that they in fact do so we are

00:22:53.680 we are basically showing up to these commission meetings to get rid of them you don't have to have

00:22:57.520 a full audit or canvas everywhere um because if you don't trust them at the end of the day you're

00:23:02.160 the constituent the government's supposed to work for you and so we're seeing results so in otero we've

00:23:07.040 retained our vote to get rid of machines uh to get rid of drop boxes to get to hand paper tabulation

00:23:13.120 jim marchant's doing a similar thing in nevada nye county esmeralda county they voted to get rid of

00:23:18.640 the machines and i think that's the future is that you save the country by fixing your county in your

00:23:23.760 own backyard it's not a sexy resolution it's grunt work but it engages the citizenry it really

00:23:30.320 complements the precinct strategy and it allows people to keep control of of the government as we

00:23:35.520 the people dave how can uh how can people get to you on social media and how can they get to your

00:23:42.640 website they can follow me on truth at professor david clements telegram the professor's record and my

00:23:51.520 website is the professors record dot com uh professor clements from new mexico thank you

00:24:00.080 very much for being on i appreciate it thanks steve this is why we need everybody to go to

00:24:06.000 precinctstrategy.com right now it's totally free it gets you into the system uh brian kennedy that kind

00:24:12.720 of populace take it over county by county and with 88 days ago getting a group going before the county

00:24:18.000 commissioners putting them on notice we're just not going to let these machines steal it how practical

00:24:23.360 is that brian well it may not be that practical but it's absolutely necessary we're living through a

00:24:31.840 crisis of legitimacy for american government and unless we have elections that people can rely on

00:24:38.240 then we're not going to have a a free country anymore we're not going to have a republic president

00:24:43.360 and trump has said that time and again and so even though doing what uh professor clements was

00:24:50.160 suggesting seems difficult it will actually be beneficial to both political parties and to all

00:24:57.440 candidates and to the well-being of this country if we can't understand a common good that can be derived

00:25:05.840 by a free and fair election then the country is lost i believe most americans would follow

00:25:12.240 this recommendation to go to paper ballots so that americans and and to count them the day of the way

00:25:18.240 they do in countries all around the world and if republican win republican win that's one thing if

00:25:25.040 democrat wins that's another but everyone will know that it's fair and when it's fair then you can have

00:25:31.840 a legitimate government when you question even even you know judges races then you don't have a free

00:25:40.000 society anymore and that's that's really the crisis we're in right now made much worse by merrick garland

00:25:46.560 and how he's treated the fbi and use the fbi to persecute president trump

00:25:55.120 a crisis of legitimacy this we've said from the beginning the biden regime is totally illegitimate

00:26:01.200 don't care if the mainstream media like that or not that's the facts one thing you should understand when

00:26:05.760 we take power in in january part of this new january 6 commission to really get to the bottom of the

00:26:11.360 murder of ashley babbitt to get to the 14 000 hours to get the involvement of wait for it yes the fbi

00:26:17.520 and all of this part of it is also to go back and adjudicate brian kennedy go back to 3 november

00:26:23.200 of 2020 and to get into the formal record on everything of every issue they did to steal that election so

00:26:30.560 this is a true crisis of legitimacy okay we're gonna take a short commercial break i got brian

00:26:35.920 kennedy ryan shotgun kevin freeman dr naomi wolf steve kirsch joe allen all next segment in the war room

00:27:00.560 the

00:27:05.600 and

00:27:07.200 so

00:27:08.080 and

00:34:13.360 Thank you.

00:34:15.360 Thank you.

00:34:16.360 Ayo.

00:34:18.360 Thank you.

00:34:20.360 Thank you.

00:34:22.360 Awesome.

00:34:24.360 Thank you.

00:34:26.360 Yeah.

00:34:28.360 When I worked at Templeton, we were a global money manager, and I didn't cover China, but I took one research trip to China with Mark Mobius.

00:34:36.620 These are the big, big, big names, Sinopec, China Life, Chalko, PetroChia, Sinopec, Shanghai.

00:34:45.580 These are huge names.

00:34:46.780 It's a big deal, but it might also be a big problem.

00:34:50.340 I mean, it's a win for us that we're forcing them to accommodate our accounting standards,

00:34:56.580 and these companies will not, so they're voluntarily delisting from New York Stock Exchange.

00:35:02.660 At the same time, the Chinese, with similar companies, are raising a lot of money in Europe and Switzerland through global depository receipts, GDRs.

00:35:11.620 And my question is, you made the point, Steve, why should we be investing in them?

00:35:17.240 If we're at war with China, and it is a people's war, if we go to a hot war with China, 0.69

00:35:22.320 any money you have invested in Chinese companies will be immediately worthless.

00:35:27.160 And you can look for an example with that with Russia.

00:35:30.540 And when they invaded Ukraine, all the big broker-dealers said, hey, you can't buy or sell these Russian stocks, and you're stuck with them. 0.78

00:35:37.360 You don't get anything out of it.

00:35:38.820 This could be a big deal for us that we're getting them out, but it also could be the Chinese are manipulating or doing something to prepare for war, to realter the capital structure. 0.99

00:35:49.320 I'm not sure exactly what their motivation is, but we should take it as a win.

00:35:53.940 They are delisting because we demanded that they either tell the truth about their accounting or delist, and they're delisting.

00:36:02.500 Kevin, in CPAC, a number of people, it kind of surprised me, came from Hawaii, and there was one woman who was a financial advisor.

00:36:09.480 And she said she went to her firm to take your course and said, we're not going to pay for it.

00:36:13.480 She said she took it on her own, and it was one of the most enlightening things she's ever done in her career as a financial advisor.

00:36:20.980 And she says her clients absolutely love it.

00:36:23.100 So talk about your certification process.

00:36:26.760 Yeah, we have the National Security Investment Consultant Institute, NSIC.org.

00:36:33.260 And every day, Steve, we get calls from investors saying, I need an advisor who will get me out of China and help me to invest patriotically to help America.

00:36:43.040 And I'm not talking small investors.

00:36:45.460 I mean, today we got one with a million dollars they want to move and one with two million dollars.

00:36:49.960 We've gotten 20 million dollars before.

00:36:51.760 So advisors who come to our program at NSIC.org and sign up at Liberty University are going to get really an opportunity to sell to the American people who are sick of China and they're sick of the nonsense that's going on there. 0.95

00:37:06.380 In addition to that, though, the advisors love the course.

00:37:10.680 We just got feedback from Liberty University today.

00:37:13.680 It's hosted there.

00:37:15.100 They have the big online education platform.

00:37:17.940 The feedback today was this was the most successful certification course they've ever run.

00:37:23.720 It's the best feedback.

00:37:24.940 They made good money on it.

00:37:26.180 They're totally happy with it.

00:37:27.760 They said, when can we do more of this?

00:37:29.840 Well, I'll tell you, October 4th, we're going to start more of this.

00:37:33.480 The next class lines up for that.

00:37:35.660 There's a lot of Americans with a lot of money looking for an NSIC trained advisor.

00:37:41.020 So all advisors, CPA, stockbrokers, financial planners, if you're in the financial advice business, you ought to be signing up at NSIC.org to take our course right now because American people want it.

00:37:54.840 It'll be very lucrative for you, but you can also do something good for your country.

00:38:00.620 Tell quickly, tell people about the Economic War Room, your show you've got and also the new book you've got coming out and where can people go to get these?

00:38:07.640 Okay, economicwarroom.com is where you can go to watch the show.

00:38:12.960 It's on Blaze TV, Liftable Media, XOTV, Rumble, YouTube, and so forth.

00:38:17.880 So economicwarroom.com, sign up for our weekly battle plans.

00:38:21.920 We put a show out each week.

00:38:23.400 It's a half-hour intense study of what the economics are, what the national security impacts are, and how you can protect your money and use your money to protect America.

00:38:32.560 And the new book I've got is called According to Plan.

00:38:35.700 And what it does, Steve, you'll love it, it outlines what the CCP and all the pigs around the world, George Orwell animal farm pigs, trying to take over.

00:38:45.800 In combination with the pigs in the United States, whether Nancy Pelosi or whomever, those people have a plan to take down America, and it outlines what we should do to stop that plan.

00:38:57.780 And it covers everything we talk about in the economicwarroom. 0.93

00:39:01.220 It really is.

00:39:01.920 I'm proud of this book.

00:39:02.780 I've written three.

00:39:03.960 First was a New York Times bestseller.

00:39:05.740 Second was an Amazon bestseller.

00:39:07.600 This one I think may be my best book.

00:39:09.280 We're very excited about to get it out.

00:39:13.360 And by the way, a hat tip, Kevin, all the hard work you've done, Frank Gaffney, Kyle Bass, the Committee on the Present Danger, China, this is a huge win today for the American people.

00:39:23.560 Are there going to be more?

00:39:24.480 But these massive companies have delisted from the New York Stock Exchange.

00:39:28.160 That means they do not have access to the American capital markets, and particularly pension funds.

00:39:32.440 So, fabulous job, Kevin Freeman.

00:39:34.660 You're a warrior, and more importantly, you're a grinder.

00:39:38.020 You just don't give up.

00:39:38.860 So, Kevin, thank you very much for coming on here.

00:39:42.680 Thanks, Steve.

00:39:46.020 Kennedy, I got to tell you, I'm so proud of this because this is one of the objectives Roger Robinson's had for everybody working the Committee on the Present Danger.

00:39:52.840 You talk about unrestricted warfare.

00:39:55.860 You talk about hybrid warfare so that we don't slip into a kinetic war.

00:39:59.560 One of the most important aspects of this is economic warfare.

00:40:02.440 And part of that is cutting off the existential threat that is the Chinese Communist Party from our capital markets. 0.97

00:40:09.100 So, Brian, I can't say enough about the job you've done over there at the Committee on the Present Danger, China, Brian Kennedy.

00:40:18.820 Well, thank you, Steve.

00:40:20.020 Yeah, between Kevin and Roger Robinson, they really have been beating this drum for many years, and they were doing it to defend the American people and their retirement funds.

00:40:31.140 It was as simple as that.

00:40:32.280 It operates at the level of common sense.

00:40:35.620 When you invest in communist China, you're betting on its success. 0.93

00:40:39.840 And today, they want to destroy the United States.

00:40:42.260 And with American dollars, the mere idea that you'd be investing in a Chinese corporation that may be building weapons of mass destruction against this country or involved in stealing our intellectual property, it's nonsense. 0.51

00:40:58.060 And so, kudos to both Roger and Kevin for all they've done and for Frank Gaffney and Kyle Bass, who have really led this movement to make sure that Americans are not doing what, as I often say, is just a nonsensical thing, which is investing in communist China. 0.62

00:41:15.380 Because all these corporations have members of the Chinese party as part of them.

00:41:20.760 Let me bring in Brother Kirsch for a second.

00:41:23.740 Brother Kirsch, you know, Kennedy and I would tell you, the weapon of mass destruction that came out of China was out of the Wuhan lab, and we're getting all that. 0.94

00:41:31.380 They get the Nepal virus now.

00:41:34.440 We've caught them working on a much more upgraded gain of function.

00:41:37.840 But you were on, I think it was with Stuart Varney, I think it was either Fox Business, one of the channels, where you said, hey, really the weapon of mass destruction was the vaccine.

00:41:46.580 And I can point to literally hundreds of thousands of people that died.

00:41:51.600 Everybody vapor locked.

00:41:53.420 They had a chyron that you were formerly a big Democratic Party donor.

00:41:57.940 And I think it was Varney, completely vapor locked.

00:42:01.440 So, look, let's leave the Wuhan and the CCP virus off for another day. 0.60

00:42:04.940 Talk to me and back it up where you said that, hey, hundreds of thousands of people have died from the vaccine.

00:42:11.120 What do you mean, sir?

00:42:13.620 Yeah.

00:42:13.920 So, it's pretty clear from multiple different data sources that hundreds of thousands of people have died.

00:42:23.420 And depending on which data source you look at, maybe it's 125,000 and other sources, it could be hundreds of thousands, 600,000 or more.

00:42:32.180 So, the most direct way to estimate the number of people who have died is to look at the VAERS data.

00:42:40.960 And the VAERS is the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System.

00:42:44.380 It's the official data used by the U.S. government to monitor adverse events, including death.

00:42:51.180 And there are close to 14,000 deaths in the U.S. that have been reported into the VAERS system.

00:43:00.540 And since the VAERS system is underreported by a factor of about 41, then you multiply 41 times the 14,000 and you get over 500,000 deaths.

00:43:12.200 Now, that's just one way to do it.

00:43:14.760 Now, a lot of people will say, well, you can't determine causality from VAERS and so forth.

00:43:20.320 Well, just real quick, just hold on, just the data point, even for that.

00:43:24.320 How do you get to the 40, well, it's underreported 41.

00:43:26.620 Where is that actually as a data point that that happens?

00:43:30.320 Yeah, so the 41 is derived from actual values observed in the field and published in the peer-reviewed medical journals.

00:43:41.420 So, in this case, it's a paper that was published in March of 2021 in JAMA, which is the premier medical journal.

00:43:48.600 And it established a rate of anaphylaxis after vaccination.

00:43:53.700 And the rate is something like three events per 10,000 doses.

00:44:00.940 Okay.

00:44:01.240 And so you apply that rate.

00:44:02.680 So I got to the 41.

00:44:03.080 Hang on.

00:44:03.600 I got to the 41.

00:44:05.420 Hang on.

00:44:05.920 But VAERS was okay with Fauci and everybody until CCP COVID-19.

00:44:13.060 Now they tell me, well, it's just an informal system.

00:44:16.140 Things get logged in.

00:44:17.240 It doesn't get checked.

00:44:18.440 So what's your answer to that?

00:44:19.440 Now they say VAERS.

00:44:20.920 It's always been sacrosanct.

00:44:22.200 Now it's nothing, et cetera.

00:44:24.660 How do you answer Fauci, FDA, and CDC by saying, hey, no, this is legitimate and you've used this at every time up until now, sir?

00:44:34.680 Oh, well, look, they use it.

00:44:36.800 No, they still use it now, Steve.

00:44:39.120 So the point is that when VAERS is convenient for them to use, they use it.

00:44:44.880 So for myocarditis, which is then going to be underreported in VAERS by a factor of 100, they'll use the VAERS system and they say, look, the number of events in VAERS is really small.

00:44:55.440 And that's because they're not applying the 100 times underreporting factor for a less serious event.

00:45:03.540 So they use it when it's convenient.

00:45:06.020 And when it's inconvenient, then they say it's not reliable.

00:45:12.520 So walk us through.

00:45:14.160 You saying right now, using the VAERS methodology and really what the order of magnitude is, you would estimate, given VAERS' previous construct, 500,000 deaths in the United States.

00:45:27.760 It seems to me, what will be done about that?

00:45:31.020 I mean, are you calling for a congressional investigation once the Republicans take power?

00:45:34.840 I mean, you're a smart guy.

00:45:36.140 You were actually a believer that had a journey of your awakening.

00:45:39.940 But what actions, let's assume for purposes of this discussion, we only got a couple of minutes, that what you say is true and can be proven.

00:45:47.060 What does Steve Kerr say?

00:45:48.240 What's the next action step that needs to be taken?

00:45:52.100 Oh, they need to stop the vaccines immediately.

00:45:54.600 Nobody should be taking these vaccines.

00:45:56.040 Not old people, not young people, not sick people, not sick old people.

00:46:00.780 Nobody should be taking these vaccines.

00:46:02.780 These vaccines are not safe for anyone.

00:46:05.220 So that is the first action that they should take.

00:46:07.760 And then after they do that, they should look for heads to roll because what has happened here is indefensible.

00:46:14.300 You know, the CDC says that there are no deaths associated with the vaccines.

00:46:18.700 But you see, all of the autopsy reports don't do the proper stains to determine whether the person died from the COVID vaccine.

00:46:27.620 So, of course, they're not finding any deaths because they're not looking for the deaths.

00:46:32.480 None of the medical examiners in the entire country are interested in staining to find out if that death was caused by the vaccine.

00:46:41.260 So the CDC can report, well, we don't have any evidence that the vaccine has any fingerprints on it because, you know, the pathologists and the forensic pathologists don't do any staining to find out whether the vaccine was the cause of death.

00:46:57.300 But, you know, I don't know if you know who Wayne Root is.

00:47:00.440 He's a conservative radio host.

00:47:02.360 He had a wedding, 200 people.

00:47:04.260 He's a buddy of mine.

00:47:05.920 Awesome.

00:47:06.740 He had a wedding, 200 people.

00:47:08.480 Half of them vaccinated, half of them unvaccinated.

00:47:11.760 Okay.

00:47:12.300 The 100 unvaccinated, no deaths, and there were no injuries.

00:47:18.780 The 100 vaccinated, 26 deaths, sorry, 26 injuries, serious injuries, and eight deaths.

00:47:27.800 So that's an 8% death rate.

00:47:30.460 Steve's, apply 8% to 200 million-plus people.

00:47:36.000 That's a lot of deaths.

00:47:37.480 So if you use the statistics from Wayne Root, which I think are very reliable, it's almost like it's a real-world clinical trial where half are unvaccinated and half are vaxxed, and there's an incredible difference.

00:47:50.360 So you can see that in plain sight.

00:47:51.840 And then when we were able to replicate Wayne's numbers in service.

00:47:57.920 Steve, we've got to get back to this next week and drill down on this, because I think you're right.

00:48:03.840 Vaccine's got to stop now.

00:48:05.340 How do people get to your substack, and how do they get to your social media?

00:48:08.140 Because you're putting stuff up all day long about this.

00:48:11.240 Yeah.

00:48:11.360 So if they get to my substack, then that leads to my social media.

00:48:14.580 It's stevekirsch.substack.com.

00:48:18.120 S-T-E-V-E-K-I-R-S-C-H.substack.com.

00:48:22.120 I'm also on Getter and Gab and True Social at STKirsch.

00:48:28.240 S isn't Sam, T isn't Tango.

00:48:29.960 Kirsch.

00:48:30.280 K-I-R-S-C-H. 1.00

00:48:33.400 Steve, you're doing a real service to the country.

00:48:35.500 Look forward to having you back on here next week.

00:48:37.120 It's shocking.

00:48:38.240 He's saying, stop all vaccines right now.

00:48:40.560 The elderly, the super elderly, the infirmed, the children, because he says he can work the math room.

00:48:47.440 I will tell you this.

00:48:48.200 I know some situations, particularly in the blood clot side, where the medical examiners have not wanted to report it, where the hospitals did.

00:48:55.840 So it's very, very disturbing.

00:48:57.920 Steve Kirsch, thank you.

00:49:00.440 Tomorrow, we actually have a special at 10 o'clock in the morning.

00:49:04.020 It's going to be two hours.

00:49:05.180 We're going to be with Alex Jones.

00:49:06.260 We're going to go through his book, The Great Reset and the War for the World.

00:49:10.680 Also, we're going to have the filmmaker Alex Moyer on.

00:49:13.120 Tony Lyons from Sky Horse, the great publishing company.

00:49:15.620 We're going to talk about this book, the movie, all of it, and get to the bottom of what is The Great Reset.

00:49:19.800 What do they talk about?

00:49:21.000 Is this a wild Alex Jones conspiracy theory, or is this actually logical?

00:49:24.940 I want to bring in Joe Allen.

00:49:25.860 Joe, one of the things that underpins Alex's thinking of this is transhumanism.

00:49:30.320 He's been at this a long time.

00:49:31.520 We brought you in a couple of years ago as our editor.

00:49:33.820 You've knocked the ball apart.

00:49:34.800 You're working on a big special project for us now.

00:49:37.600 One of the reasons you haven't been on the show as often.

00:49:39.280 But I've got to ask you, as a preamble to the Mars show, when I ask you, Alex Jones and what he's come up with and what he's found in transhumanism,

00:49:47.800 is it conspiracy theory?

00:49:49.140 Is his stuff past the Joe Allen smell test?

00:49:52.480 Well, Steve, I think Alex Jones and I differ on a lot of things, but his central thesis that globalist government officials and corporations are predatory

00:50:07.200 and that they're utilizing one of the most powerful tools at their disposal, which is, of course, advanced technology against the population.

00:50:16.440 I think that thesis has definitely survived under the scrutiny of most of us on the right.

00:50:24.960 And, you know, in light of current events, I think that the very popular meme genre, you know, Alex Jones is right, or it's really borne out.

00:50:37.200 Alex Jones is an alarm bell, and his alarm is constantly ringing.

00:50:44.320 But I think that that has done a tremendous service in waking up millions of Americans to the fact that their elites do not care about them.

00:50:55.400 They are not out for their well-being.

00:50:57.480 They're out for their own.

00:50:59.180 And in many cases, they're openly hostile and predatory.

00:51:02.940 What we're seeing right now with the FBI, it really highlights the degree to which the powers that be will go to take out their enemies.

00:51:13.980 And I think that just looking at the vaccine injuries that have been covered up, that have been denied and are still being pushed, the vaccines are still being pushed on people.

00:51:24.260 It just goes to support his idea that the elites are not just indifferent to our suffering.

00:51:31.620 They are openly advocating and creating it.

00:51:34.460 Joe, how do people get to you on War Room?

00:51:39.540 How do they get to all your sub stacks and all the content you continue to put up on social media?

00:51:45.540 At J-O-E-B-O-T-X-Y-Z at Getter and Twitter.

00:51:50.140 I would also say that the film, Alex's War, is fantastic.

00:51:54.460 I think everyone should see it.

00:51:55.840 And I really look forward to his book.

00:51:57.520 I'm sure it's going to be riveting.

00:51:58.780 It is.

00:52:01.640 And by the way, the film, we're going to have the filmmaker we had on this morning, Alex Moyer.

00:52:05.240 But I got to tell you, she's on tomorrow for a big segment.

00:52:07.760 We're going to walk through everything.

00:52:09.040 And I think you guys are going to really enjoy it.

00:52:11.020 Joe Allen, thank you very much.

00:52:13.300 Brian Kennedy, I want to thank you for being my co-host.

00:52:16.240 Can you give us give us some closing thoughts on what you saw today as far as this attack upon America and attack upon President Trump?

00:52:23.880 Well, I do think America's best days are ahead of us, Steve.

00:52:31.060 The American people realize that there is a crisis.

00:52:35.280 They're going to be moved by it.

00:52:36.800 I think they're moved by the War Room and all of your great work.

00:52:40.880 I meet more and more people who watch War Room, who find it the central source of their information,

00:52:48.000 because you're honest, straightforward, and point people in all the directions to find the truth.

00:52:54.980 And to the extent that we Americans can find the truth, we can save our country.

00:53:00.240 And that has to be done.

00:53:02.260 And I couldn't be more proud to have joined you here today.

00:53:07.640 Brian, real quickly, what's your social media so people can follow you?

00:53:10.520 On Getter, it's Brian T. Kennedy.

00:53:15.240 And there's also presentdangerchina.org, where people can learn about where we're going.

00:53:22.360 Big, big scalp.

00:53:24.240 Brian Kennedy, proud to have you on here.

00:53:26.100 You're one of the best guys in our movement and one of the smartest guys.

00:53:28.620 Tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock, Alex Jones, Alex Moyer, Tony Lyons.

00:53:33.720 We're going to take the whole two hours and go through the great reset in the war for the world.

00:53:38.420 See you tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock.

00:53:40.520 See you tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock.
