00:00:00.000 This is what you're fighting for.
00:00:23.420 I mean, every day you're out there, what they're doing is blowing people off.
00:00:30.000 If you continue to look the other way and shut up, then the oppressors, the authoritarians
00:00:34.920 get total control and total power.
00:00:38.280 Because this is just like in Arizona.
00:00:39.720 This is just like in Georgia.
00:00:40.940 It's another element that backs them into a quarter and shows their lies and misrepresentations.
00:00:45.440 This is why this audience is going to have to get engaged.
00:00:48.120 As we've told you, this is the fight.
00:00:50.280 All this nonsense, all this spin, they can't handle the truth.
00:00:53.880 War Room Battleground.
00:00:56.000 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:00:58.000 It's Thursday, one September in the year of our Lord, 2022.
00:01:03.920 You're in the War Room Battleground and we're doing the continue on our pre-bottle of Joe
00:01:10.100 Biden.
00:01:11.100 Joe Biden is going to give a speech tonight to the nation.
00:01:12.600 He's going to address the nation in a couple of hours to basically lay out the case that
00:01:16.300 MAGA is a semi-fascist movement.
00:01:18.640 You know what, at least fifty seventy four million people that voted for Trump.
00:01:23.820 I think now two thirds of the nation is going to call them semi-fascist.
00:01:27.400 So yesterday from six, we had people from all over the country running for office or prominent
00:01:32.740 political operatives from New Hampshire all the way to California and then back again.
00:01:36.740 We ended in Pennsylvania.
00:01:38.020 We're going to go there in a moment to Bob Cordero, who's one of the top radio hosts or
00:01:41.880 the number one top radio host in northeastern Pennsylvania, where Joe from Scranton keeps
00:01:46.680 saying he is.
00:01:47.240 But I want to start with Eric Prince, one of our best contributors.
00:01:52.220 Eric, as you talk to Joe Biden, you just came back from the region.
00:01:55.280 You joined us the other day from the region.
00:01:57.860 Joe Biden tonight, when he talks about the semi-fascist movement.
00:02:00.720 Give me a sense in the in the in the Middle East.
00:02:04.660 I want to start there.
00:02:05.580 But where we have spent nine since 2000, since the attack on New York City at 9-11, which
00:02:13.320 are coming up on one of the 21st anniversary of we spent nine trillion dollars we've lost
00:02:18.940 in the wars in the Middle East.
00:02:20.120 We've lost, I think, seven seventy five hundred, almost eight thousand combat casualties, fifty
00:02:26.920 two thousand wounded, PTSD all over the place.
00:02:32.500 I think we still have 20 veterans a day that are committing suicide.
00:02:36.480 What's the sense in this region?
00:02:39.980 Yeah, it's it's of utter disgust.
00:02:42.520 It is the loss of confidence in in anything having to do with America and the United States
00:02:48.020 government.
00:02:48.640 It is it's really depressing because the people love America, but they've lost confidence.
00:02:55.120 It's like the emperor, they've realized the emperor has no clothes, you know, starting
00:02:59.380 a year ago right now with the absolute debacle that was in Afghanistan, the preventable disaster
00:03:05.720 that we counseled against, that we gave them options to avoid.
00:03:10.060 But the smart people in Washington chose to ignore it.
00:03:13.080 And that led to a Putin moving on on Ukraine.
00:03:17.620 It's even interesting, you know, a few days after Biden was even elected, it's like the
00:03:23.980 bad guys could smell the weakness because the military junta in in Burma overthrew a
00:03:30.900 democratically elected government where the prime minister had actually won the Nobel Prize.
00:03:35.720 So just a string of bad guy wins.
00:03:38.560 You know, first, Afghanistan and now Ukraine and and who knows what the Chinese Communist
00:03:46.180 Party is going to do starting next spring with Taiwan.
00:03:49.940 It is Xi's absolute obsession to forcibly reunite Taiwan with the mainland.
00:03:57.200 And and then these guys wonder why there's such a recruiting shortfall in the military.
00:04:01.740 You have the army acknowledging that they're 40 percent short of their goal for this year
00:04:07.580 alone.
00:04:09.440 But at the same time, they've just thrown out 60,000 army, U.S.
00:04:14.720 Army reservists and National Guardsmen.
00:04:17.740 Because they're not vaccinated.
00:04:19.860 But yet the army views you deployable is if you are not just the army, the entire U.S.
00:04:26.200 military views them as deployable if someone is HIV positive or undergoing transgender surgery.
00:04:34.200 So it's it's just it is pure madness that these decision makers are allowed to be in charge
00:04:40.540 because they are literally running us off of a cliff.
00:04:44.100 But the other thing that people need to be concerned about is a real coming famine, a coming
00:04:48.760 famine next spring because of the disaster of the Ukraine war and the overuse of saying
00:04:55.980 there is about a are going to be very short on food starting next spring because there's
00:05:01.140 just a lot of plants that did not get planted and farmed.
00:05:05.100 And those chickens are coming home to roost by next spring.
00:05:07.540 So the the secondary and tertiary effects of a global food shortage beyond even the energy
00:05:14.480 crisis that's hitting Europe right now, when you have the energy, the cost of energy in
00:05:18.960 people's homes going up tenfold what it has been.
00:05:22.660 That's the kind of stuff that really changes or ends civil society as we've kind of come
00:05:28.300 to take it for granted.
00:05:30.960 I want I want to go back in time.
00:05:32.920 I'm going to come back to the family.
00:05:34.080 Sorry, I want to go back in time because you were on from the region, I think a week ago
00:05:38.400 and you said, hey, here's what the withdrawal and that was just humiliating to the United States.
00:05:41.940 We've created at what we had fought for 20 years to avoid a terrorist super state with
00:05:48.680 every bad actor in the world coming there today.
00:05:51.300 But I want to go back to the to the spring and summer of 2017 because it's not just Biden.
00:05:58.400 Biden's part of a system.
00:06:00.340 It's the system that is as big a problem as Biden is.
00:06:03.880 He's just the top guy.
00:06:04.900 But there's other decision makers.
00:06:06.540 You went after the system in the spring and summer of 2017 saying, hey, we need an extraction
00:06:15.400 from from from Afghanistan.
00:06:17.800 But here's how it's got to be staged in.
00:06:19.560 Here's has to be focused.
00:06:20.820 Here's what we have to do.
00:06:22.000 And here's how we still have to remain in there.
00:06:24.180 So there's not a creation of a terrorist super state.
00:06:26.920 Walk us through that.
00:06:27.880 And then what Biden actually did.
00:06:29.720 And what do we have today?
00:06:31.020 This ticking time bomb that is Afghanistan, we you and I tried to give President Trump
00:06:37.040 an option that would be a smooth off ramp from Afghanistan without repeating the same
00:06:42.480 debacle that we've been doing for the last 19 years.
00:06:45.220 It was just going back to what worked in the first place.
00:06:47.980 A few special operations personnel attaching to Afghan units, living with them long term,
00:06:54.300 providing them with some air support and some good governance.
00:06:57.060 That program would have cost less than five percent of what the DoD was spending.
00:07:02.540 In fact, this the U.S. government, since the debacle last year, has appropriated three
00:07:08.940 times the amount that our program would have cost just to resettle Afghan refugees.
00:07:14.400 So they can't say it's about cost.
00:07:15.940 It is truly about incompetence.
00:07:18.860 The military industrial complex is a real thing.
00:07:21.080 It's a real problem.
00:07:22.380 The beltway, the insular beltway smart people need to be held to account because
00:07:27.040 if this is the best they've got over the last 20 years, then we are really screwed because
00:07:31.680 it's we're now not dealing with illiterate goat herders in the hills of Afghanistan, which
00:07:36.900 defeated the U.S. military using weapons that were designed 70 years ago.
00:07:41.520 Now we're focusing more on state problems like Russia or Iran obtaining a nuclear weapon or
00:07:50.140 China flexing up and trying to make themselves the true middle kingdom, the center of the universe.
00:07:55.620 This is a problem.
00:07:57.260 And our military leaders have proven not to be up to task in defeating the Afghan Taliban.
00:08:03.100 They're sure is not going to be up for defeating the the PLA and the massive amount of modernization
00:08:07.960 and spending and growth that they've done.
00:08:11.260 So the the next Republican leadership needs to forcibly, by the power of the purse, force
00:08:19.340 some upgrades, some top grading in our military leadership, because these guys have proven to
00:08:23.680 not be up to the task.
00:08:26.400 You're saying when we take the House and the Senate here in November, and that's for the
00:08:30.080 purpose of this prebottal for Biden tonight, because they're trying to change the conversation.
00:08:34.120 This is about abortion.
00:08:35.900 This is about climate change.
00:08:37.220 This is about the end of democracy.
00:08:38.540 And that you have these fascists that are Eric Prince and Steve Bannon and Naomi Wolf and
00:08:43.360 all these people around Trump, Trump supporters, it's all just it's deflection nonsense.
00:08:50.360 Look, for example, the annual report from the secretary of the Navy that just came out, he's
00:08:55.720 talking about sexual harassment, mental health, education, housing, child care, spousal employment.
00:09:04.560 OK, this is the secretary of the Navy focused on what's what he views is important to the
00:09:08.960 Navy, nothing about sea control, combat power or lethality of the Navy.
00:09:14.140 And this is for a U.S. Navy that's already out out man or out shipped three to one by the
00:09:20.400 Chinese.
00:09:20.740 And within three years, it will be nine to one of a material advantage that the Chinese
00:09:25.440 Communist Party enjoys in the West Pacific.
00:09:27.760 So it is clearly is is the is is the seventh fleet prepared to take on and stop a naval
00:09:36.080 blockade of Taiwan or the South China Sea, either either a naval or air blockade of Silicon
00:09:42.380 Valley West, which is Taiwan.
00:09:44.580 We know the United States economy would drop anywhere from GDP would drop from 10 to 25 percent.
00:09:49.140 It was taken is the seventh fleet compared prepared today, Eric Prince, to stave off a
00:09:55.040 naval or air blockade of Taiwan or the South China Sea.
00:09:59.160 I worry about the material and combat readiness of the of the U.S.
00:10:03.080 Navy writ large.
00:10:04.080 They've had multiple fatal collisions.
00:10:06.500 They've had world class submarines running into undersea mounts.
00:10:10.500 You lost the the Bonhomme Richard, a six billion dollar helicopter carrier that was tied up
00:10:16.280 pier side in San Diego, burned up.
00:10:18.920 It took them two and a half hours to get first water on that fire because the damage control
00:10:24.580 equipment was in such ill repair.
00:10:26.120 They have not gutted the leadership enough to help enough accountability to fix that culturally.
00:10:32.180 So, yes, I worry because remember, naval warfare is not just about the steel, the ships is about
00:10:38.160 the steel and the men fighting it.
00:10:39.980 And the Navy has been focused way too much on woke nonsense like the secretary of the Navy just
00:10:45.800 listing all these noncombat welfare related topics instead of focusing on lethality and
00:10:52.300 how you put warheads on foreheads against the Chinese Navy.
00:10:57.340 Eric, last thing I want to go back to the to the to the famine, because you've been all
00:11:02.020 over the world.
00:11:02.740 You fought over the world, you know, particularly the third world and the developing world.
00:11:09.840 Joe Biden is not going to mention this tonight, but what would you tell the American people
00:11:13.060 they should be thinking about as Biden speaking about this nonsense here?
00:11:17.240 What should they be thinking about this coming famine that's coming on a global basis?
00:11:21.700 Probably no later than next spring.
00:11:24.940 The United States is not immune to very significant global instability that will come from food
00:11:30.840 crises.
00:11:32.260 The smart people I know in that industry tell me that there will be a billion people short
00:11:36.640 on food next spring.
00:11:38.360 That is a very significant problem.
00:11:40.820 When you have 12 percent of your population, global population going hungry now, that means
00:11:46.040 someone else is coming for your lunch.
00:11:50.560 Eric, how do people get to you on on social media?
00:11:53.440 How do they follow you?

00:12:56.100 Appreciate it.
00:12:57.260 You bet, Steve.
00:12:57.740 Thanks much.
00:12:59.700 You can tell your driver you can now recommence your journey.
00:13:03.480 Thank her for pulling off.
00:13:06.940 OK, I want to go now to Northeast Pennsylvania to the number one radio talk show host, a legend,
00:13:13.220 really an institution up there.
00:13:14.560 W.I.L.K.
00:13:15.820 Bob Cordero.
00:13:16.420 Bob, you've got to help answer this because this show not only just goes out through the
00:13:21.300 country, it goes out through the world.
00:13:23.320 And so why does Joe Biden, every time it's like a reflex action that he's got to show that
00:13:28.380 he's a man of the people.
00:13:30.180 Why does he continue to go back to Scranton?
00:13:33.580 Why does he go back there?
00:13:34.920 And what are the folks, what are the economic conditions up in Northeast Pennsylvania?
00:13:38.760 What are the folks, the working class folks really think of Joe Biden, sir?
00:13:42.460 His policies are killing them.
00:13:46.320 And Pennsylvania, as you know, is a big agriculture state.
00:13:50.300 Farmers are getting killed with with fertilizer costs.
00:13:54.120 They're getting killed with just operating costs for for all of their equipment, transportation
00:14:00.180 costs for their goods and their things they're growing.
00:14:04.100 People are working class here in Northeast Pennsylvania, as Joe Biden tries to depict himself.
00:14:10.560 And they are hurting.
00:14:13.260 I had a listener.
00:14:14.480 I happened to run into her at a gas station.
00:14:16.260 She said, I listen to your show.
00:14:17.720 And she was the sweetest person.
00:14:19.520 And I saw her.
00:14:20.480 This is before the real explosion in gas prices, but they were getting bad.
00:14:25.360 I saw her have to put a dollar of gas in her car just to get home.
00:14:30.920 And that, that example enrages me because never before has a democratically elected president
00:14:42.120 actually put in place policies that have hurt the people that elected him.
00:14:49.200 And Joe Biden support here is no higher than it is anywhere else.
00:14:55.520 I wouldn't put it above a third, but, but the Democrat elected officials in this area, whenever
00:15:02.880 he shows up, their, their tongues are panting and they're wagging their tail.
00:15:09.020 But just an example, Biden had 275 people show up for his event here.
00:15:16.020 Donald Trump is going to have about 15,000 and there won't be room.
00:15:19.560 Tell me about that because there's a lot of controversy about is Biden packing these rooms.
00:15:27.220 I saw a photo that had actually empty seats.
00:15:30.220 I didn't know if it was, it was made up or not, but I want to go back to that.
00:15:34.840 He only had 275 people show up and this has been planned because when he comes back, they
00:15:39.000 make a big deal about him going Joe from Scranton's going back to his hometown, which
00:15:42.780 is obviously a lie.
00:15:44.220 And Avery Scranton tells that, but in Trump's going to have this massive rally on Saturday.
00:15:48.940 Uh, with all the candidates, are you telling me only 275 people showed up?
00:15:54.100 That's the number that I got.
00:15:55.540 They, they reported the room was, was to hold 375 and, uh, it was at Wilkes college.
00:16:02.840 And one of the, uh, parents, uh, sent me a message today that, uh, they actually had to
00:16:09.420 bribe kids with, uh, better grades and extra credit to get them to go to the event.
00:16:16.100 That was to get that small of a number.
00:16:18.940 And they have pictures.
00:16:21.680 I'm going to go back to these policies.
00:16:24.280 No, go ahead.
00:16:24.920 Yeah.
00:16:25.040 I saw a picture that had, you know, a bunch of, a bunch of empty seats.
00:16:28.200 I was kind of shocked.
00:16:28.800 Right.
00:16:28.980 I want to go back to the policies.
00:16:30.580 People in Northeast Pennsylvania is not just up there, but they commute.
00:16:33.640 I know, you know, there's guys that get in the pickup trucks, got to drive to where
00:16:37.760 they don't have a lot of natural gas going now because of Wolf's policies and Biden's
00:16:42.460 policies, but they got to go out to the natural gas fields or they got to commute all
00:16:46.180 of their state for construction.
00:16:48.080 How, how is energy, which Pennsylvania is Saudi Arabia.
00:16:53.240 You're sitting on an ocean because of divine providence.
00:16:56.640 We've got three, you got West, you got the Permian basin, you've got Alaska, but you also
00:17:00.660 have Pennsylvania where the oil industry was really starting in the United States, but
00:17:03.640 it's sitting on an ocean of natural gas.
00:17:07.520 How does that strike people?
00:17:08.740 You've got all this plentiful and, and yet the energy prices are out of control.
00:17:13.040 How does that set with folks?
00:17:15.740 I, you know, the deflection that Biden and the local Democrats have been able to undertake
00:17:23.160 has surprised me in its resilience because the truth is quite obvious.
00:17:28.880 We have the Marcellus shale and underneath that we have the Utica shale.
00:17:34.000 So we have these incredible resources right here.
00:17:37.620 And for some reason, Northeast Pennsylvania is actually paying the highest prices for gas
00:17:44.380 in the entire Commonwealth.
00:17:47.020 So it even strikes us worse.
00:17:49.980 And we're sitting on all this natural gas.
00:17:52.980 And, and I've been advocating on my show repeatedly that we need to go to natural gas powered cars.
00:18:00.880 And the, we're, we're in the, there's a company trying to build a plan here that would convert
00:18:07.260 natural gas to gasoline for current models of cars and their engine.
00:18:14.220 That's the way to go.
00:18:15.560 And, and, and we wouldn't be dependent upon China, a very hostile force, much more so than
00:18:21.180 OPEC ever was.
00:18:22.740 I think they're looking at all these policies, like Biden will be in Philadelphia tonight.
00:18:28.040 He's going to ignore crime.
00:18:30.880 Because Shapiro, who's the Lieutenant Governor, has also ignored it.
00:18:35.440 And they're all allies of a guy named Larry Krasner, who is a George Soros funded DA.
00:18:42.760 And Philadelphia is going, they broke their murder record last year.
00:18:47.540 They're going to break it again this year.
00:18:51.040 And these policies are so obviously counter, counterproductive.
00:18:57.560 They're so obviously dangerous for everyday Pennsylvanians, for minorities.
00:19:05.200 It's, it's, it's remarkable.
00:19:06.660 And I don't think they could get away with it for long.
00:19:10.280 I think the, you know, we've seen the polls come back in faith.
00:19:14.120 Not in favor of network Krasner.
00:19:16.000 Hang on, I want, I want, I want, I want to get to that in a second.
00:19:18.920 Hang on a second.
00:19:20.080 By the way, Shapiro, I think is Attorney General.
00:19:22.160 He said to the Lieutenant, because he's in the direct chain of command, right?
00:19:24.920 Krasner, he's, he's AG.
00:19:26.600 And he's, he's basically defund the police guy.
00:19:29.100 I want to go back though, to your, to the buried lead here.
00:19:31.560 You said they've done a great job of deflecting it.
00:19:34.240 And it's even surprised you, the people in Pennsylvania are among the most patriotic serve
00:19:40.280 the country.
00:19:41.060 This is the heart of the country, blue collar.
00:19:44.200 It's why I said in the 2020, as goes Northeast Pennsylvania, so goes the country.
00:19:49.580 How can you deflect from people that are pretty common sense?
00:19:53.460 What, what, what deflection devices are they using?
00:19:55.600 And how are you saying that?
00:19:56.640 How is that fooling people?
00:19:57.980 Are they, are they buying the deflection?
00:19:59.560 It, they're holding their small one third base together.
00:20:05.320 They're holding the elected officials together that are Democrats.
00:20:09.080 I don't think they're going to be able to hold the people.
00:20:12.720 You know, I, I always say on my show that you've got a certain amount of people.
00:20:18.000 That's this one third group.
00:20:19.880 They're unconvincibles.
00:20:21.620 They're not going to listen for whatever reason to reality.
00:20:25.580 They're not going to listen to truth.
00:20:27.040 The Democrats that are running this country and that are running the state are trying
00:20:33.740 to change reality.
00:20:35.620 And I think there's going to be enough people in the middle that are going to go along with
00:20:40.840 common sense over this virtual reality that the Democrats have created.
00:20:46.000 Well, but, but, but you have, listen, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, where the, where the rebel
00:20:51.360 I'm from, Virginia, the Commonwealth of Virginia, Virginia, Pennsylvania, particularly Pennsylvania's
00:20:55.580 honored history in the revolution.
00:20:57.940 Hey, you had a third Patriots.
00:21:00.240 You had a third Tories.
00:21:01.880 Pennsylvania knew this better than anybody worse than Virginia.
00:21:04.740 And you had a third in the middle, essentially a third, a third, a third.
00:21:08.060 And the guys in the middle are sitting there who wins.
00:21:09.720 I mean, it's kind of the country today.
00:21:11.440 It's about 30, 40, you know, and you got these people in the middle and they're going to
00:21:14.860 go with the winning side.
00:21:16.260 That's where we are today.
00:21:17.220 And the Commonwealth knows this.
00:21:18.280 I want to go to these races right now because Biden's making the, the rate on Mar-a-Lago.
00:21:23.520 And the thing tonight is all about deflection.
00:21:26.000 Ron Brownstein, the LA Times said, you know, they're going to pitch climate change.
00:21:29.980 They're going to pitch the abortion and they're going to pitch, you know, the end of democracy.
00:21:34.160 If you had these barbarians, uh, win and, you know, our side, uh, Bob is obviously, you
00:21:39.700 know, crime, inflation, the illegal immigration, the wokeness in the schools, uh, the practical
00:21:45.820 common sense policies.
00:21:47.480 But we've had, let's be honest, we've had a tough time getting traction with these candidates
00:21:51.720 right now, getting their kind of messages and acts together.
00:21:54.580 How important is this rally on Saturday?
00:21:56.560 I mean, for president Trump to come in on Labor Day weekend with everything people have
00:22:00.000 to do to have a rally, get 15,000 people, you got Oz, you got Mastriana, you got the,
00:22:04.080 the house candidates.
00:22:05.760 Walk me through how important this is and what does this instill for the next, what, 65 days
00:22:12.480 in hurdling towards November 8th?
00:22:15.120 Well, it's, it's an ideal kickoff for our candidates.
00:22:18.160 It really is.
00:22:19.060 Uh, and I think it's going to, it's going to position them to move ahead.
00:22:25.480 Now, as you know, Donald Trump is a, uh, can, can be a mixed message in a general election.
00:22:33.360 He's, he's much more effective in primaries, but I think this is going to energize a base
00:22:38.440 of people who saw lots of negatives on, uh, Mehmet Oz, on Dr. Oz, who I believe to be a true
00:22:46.060 conservative.
00:22:46.980 I believe he's adopted and he believes those positions.
00:22:49.880 Uh, Doug Mastriano is a great conservative, a combat veteran, a leader of men.
00:22:56.460 I mean, this is the kind of guy you beg to run for office.
00:23:00.640 Uh, and, and we've got a candidate up here by the name of Jim Bagnett, who's going to defeat
00:23:05.600 the local congressman.
00:23:06.700 I am, I'm optimistic, but as of now, all the resources have been, uh, front loaded by the
00:23:14.980 left.
00:23:15.280 And they've spent a lot of money while we were fighting primaries on the Republican
00:23:20.400 side, the conservatives were, but good candidates emerge.
00:23:24.060 I want, I want to go back to your point about Trump and in general elections.
00:23:29.020 Let me be blunt about this to the folks in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or some of
00:23:33.620 the greatest patriots and hardworking people.
00:23:35.940 There are not two more radical guys running for office for major office in this nation than
00:23:42.720 Fetterman and Shapiro.
00:23:44.580 Shapiro, the reason they got these established Republicans, he spread money everywhere.
00:23:49.520 They're all on the take.
00:23:50.880 Every establishment Republican, including my buddy, Jim Schultz, who is a very close friend
00:23:55.160 of mine, a guy I love, right?
00:23:57.040 Him on CNN and this stuff and writing that editorial against Mastriano should discuss
00:24:01.040 for pure spread the money to all the law firms.
00:24:03.100 He's probably, this is all crony capitalism.
00:24:05.620 Every guy is establishment Republican is backing against Shapiro.
00:24:09.540 Shapiro is a radical.
00:24:10.580 He's directly in the chain of command of the crime being out of control, the illegal immigration
00:24:15.380 being out of control.
00:24:16.440 That's all Josh Shapiro.
00:24:17.820 Josh Shapiro basically should be a contributor to MSNBC because he's on every night.
00:24:22.420 And then Fetterman, look, what happens to somebody physically, they can't help, right?
00:24:28.600 I'm not saying and picking on him because of the stroke, but people have to be practical
00:24:33.520 about this.
00:24:34.280 Not only is he a radical, and I mean a radical.
00:24:37.400 People in Pennsylvania have to say, can this guy really, it's the United States Senate.
00:24:42.520 This is not some job you can phone in.
00:24:45.060 This is, particularly in something like the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, this is a heavy
00:24:48.660 job.
00:24:49.060 You're one of the most important states in the union.
00:24:51.440 This, when you're a senator from Pennsylvania, you're already coming in heavy.
00:24:57.140 And Bob, I don't understand.
00:24:58.700 How can the people in Pennsylvania, the Commonwealth, sit there and go, Fetterman is not even
00:25:01.980 going to debate?
00:25:03.240 I said, oh, he said some mean things about him, not going to debate him.
00:25:05.420 How is that playing with folks in the Commonwealth, two radicals and one who's just not up mentally
00:25:09.780 up to the job, right?
00:25:11.400 And is running away from an open debate with Dr. Oz.
00:25:16.480 He can't even appear with, he can't even appear along with Biden at these events.
00:25:21.820 He's not well enough.
00:25:23.440 And he is, and Fetterman's background is incredible.
00:25:27.160 He's claiming he's the working man's candidate.
00:25:30.000 He never had a job.
00:25:33.520 He claims he's for jobs of Pennsylvania, but he's against our energy industry, which would
00:25:39.580 kill our agriculture, transportation, manufacturing, and power business in the state.
00:25:46.240 He would, all his policies are being enacted.
00:25:49.980 And he would actually radicalize the Senate even further.
00:25:54.640 And he's a failed mayor of Braddock.
00:25:58.660 They lost 40% of their population while he was in office.
00:26:03.640 There's only two of the seven council members from Braddock who even endorsed him for this
00:26:09.900 race.
00:26:10.440 And the mayor says he left the mess, the current mayor.
00:26:14.340 So he doesn't even have support where he came from because they know him well.
00:26:19.740 And he's incompetent and a crazy ideologue.
00:26:27.160 Bob, hang on for a second.
00:26:28.380 We're just going to hold you for a break.
00:26:29.580 We're going to take a short commercial break.
00:26:30.880 We've got a big surprise guest on the other side.
00:26:34.020 You're going to be, as we had Eric Prince on here talking about Afghanistan, we're going
00:26:38.280 to have one of the family members that really had the impact of that.
00:26:41.860 Also got Dr. Naomi Wolf.
00:26:43.460 A lot to go on.
00:26:44.760 Bob Cordero is going to join us.
00:26:45.860 The top talk show host in Northeast Pennsylvania.
00:26:48.520 Short commercial break.
00:26:49.200 We'll be back in War Room Battleground in just a moment.
00:26:51.320 old national break.
00:26:53.760 We'll be back in the future.
00:26:54.560 I hope yeah.
00:26:54.820 That's great.
00:26:56.080 I hope yeah.
00:26:56.920 I all hope yeah.
00:26:57.660 I'm proud of you.
00:26:59.500 I hope yeah.
00:27:00.000 Bye-bye.
00:27:00.420 Okay.
00:27:00.900 oner this afternoon?
00:27:01.180 Okay.
00:27:02.020 We'll be, how are you doing it?
00:27:02.860 Yes.
00:27:03.180 You will?
00:27:03.500 Hope you'll be, how are you doing it?
00:27:06.340 We'll be, how are you doing it?
00:27:08.840 Oh, yeah, I'm doing it.
00:27:10.360 Ohhh.
00:27:11.360 Oh, yeah.
00:27:11.860 Uh, oh.
00:27:12.740 I love you.
00:27:13.580 Ugh.
00:27:14.520 You may have put me up.

00:30:46.300 Okay, welcome back.
00:30:47.780 Bob, in wrapping up here, you got Biden's speech to the nation tonight on the semi-fascism.
00:30:54.200 Give me a minute.
00:30:55.240 What has to happen with these candidates to make sure we have to win in November?
00:30:58.700 It's just we don't have a choice.
00:31:00.440 Walk me through what you think, Oz, and Ash, and what do they have to do to win?
00:31:04.940 Steve, right now they're under-resourced.
00:31:08.200 The Democrats are controlling through the media, but also through paid media.
00:31:12.880 They're controlling the battlefield.
00:31:16.060 And we've got to come back, obviously, with word of mouth and grassroots,
00:31:21.160 just like the Trump campaign was in 16 in particular.
00:31:25.000 But we've got to come back with more resources.
00:31:28.480 We've got to get Republican money to come out for these candidates.
00:31:31.980 They can win.
00:31:33.060 There's not even a doubt in my mind.
00:31:34.580 I mean, Mastriano on a shoestring is within margin of error of Shapiro, who spent $60 million.
00:31:41.280 And Oz, once this—actually, and he is right now, he's an invalid.
00:31:50.100 If they can expose the actual idea and the issues that these people had, plus their incompetence,
00:32:00.200 because Shapiro's been very incompetent at his job.
00:32:04.240 The only job that Fetterman ever had as mayor of Braddock, he was a failed mayor.
00:32:10.780 Then you expose them for their left-wing lunacy.
00:32:14.780 And it is true lunacy.
00:32:17.060 I always ask this.
00:32:18.880 Doug Mastriano and Dr. Oz are pro-life.
00:32:23.200 The two candidates they oppose are for abortion even after birth.
00:32:31.380 Who's the extremist here?
00:32:34.020 And we've got to just keep pointing this out and making the argument.
00:32:38.380 And as you know, this media market, Northeast Pennsylvania, determines Pennsylvania in most elections.
00:32:45.220 So we've got to keep banging the drum here, and we will.
00:32:51.420 Bob, how do people get to your show and how do they get to your social media?
00:32:56.620 I'm not very active on social media, but wilknewsradio.com is where you can get podcasts of my show
00:33:05.680 and, of course, the show live as well.
00:33:07.920 And I'm on Monday through Friday, noon to 3.
00:33:10.560 I may be going to afternoon drive soon, but noon to 3 for now.
00:33:15.220 You are an institution and a legend for good reason, sir.
00:33:20.060 Thank you very much for joining us and explaining Scranton Joe Biden.
00:33:27.080 So thank you very much, sir.
00:33:28.060 Appreciate it.
00:33:29.140 Thank you.
00:33:29.520 Great to be with you, Steve.
00:33:32.300 Thank you.
00:33:33.380 You guys remember a year ago, August 26th, we did the lead-up for weeks and weeks and weeks of the extraction under fire.
00:33:40.900 And we just had Eric Prince on to kick off the show, talked about Eric presented.
00:33:45.220 A plan to President Trump that was shot down by McMasters and Madison and all these guys in the spring and summer of 2017 that would have had Americans out before Biden was even around.
00:33:57.780 But this embarrassment, humiliation, and 13 American heroes paid for their life on the 26th.
00:34:03.780 One of them was Riley McCollum, only 27 years old, a Marine.
00:34:06.700 I want to bring in his sister now, Royce McCollum, and her lawyer, Dennis Postolano.
00:34:11.840 This controversy about Alec Baldwin.
00:34:16.080 Can you explain this to us exactly?
00:34:18.620 I think you guys have a $20 million lawsuit against him.
00:34:22.120 Can you walk through exactly what the issue is and why you've – and Royce, because I know you hold the memory of your brother so high.
00:34:30.680 Why are you pursuing this course of action against an actor?
00:34:37.500 Yeah, thank you so much for having me on to discuss this.
00:34:40.960 I think, yeah, Dennis is probably better fit to answer this question.
00:34:45.860 Okay, Dennis, you take it.
00:34:47.340 Yeah, so the lawsuits for $25 million, the rest of her tenant actuals, and 15 impunitive damages.
00:34:54.720 Essentially, in a nutshell, what Baldwin did was take a message from Royce on her private Instagram account and broadcast it to his 2.4 million followers with the label that she was quoted insurrectionist.
00:35:08.160 You know, in everything that implies, he accused her and, by implication, her family members, her sister Cheyenne and then Lance Corporal McCollum's widow, who has a very small child of damaging government property, responsible for the death of a Capitol officer, and then essentially trying to overthrow the United States government, accused him of treason.
00:35:33.940 And as you might imagine, the 2.4 million people that follow Baldwin share his politics and didn't respond very nicely.
00:35:43.100 The message is that this family has had to endure in light of the loss of a 20-year-old Marine who died in Afghanistan is astounding to me, and Baldwin has doubled down.
00:35:55.700 And so we've sued him for not only defamation because of the lies he's telling about this family, but also for intentional infliction and negligent infliction of emotional distress.
00:36:06.560 I'll let Royce speak to some of these messages, but the backlash has been horrible.
00:36:11.060 Just to remind you before Royce goes on, you know, the entire population of the state of Wyoming, where they're from, is about 550,000 people.
00:36:19.660 Baldwin has 2.2 million followers on Instagram, so you can imagine the level of attack that's been going on for up to nine months now.
00:36:29.740 Royce, explain about these messages.
00:36:34.740 I mean, this is kind of, when I first saw it, it was almost kind of mind-blowing, given the sacrifice your family has made, and particularly Lance Corporal Riley, that, you know, one of these innocent, patriotic young Americans that died at the Abbey Gate.
00:36:47.680 And now we know, you know, the Biden regime was warned by the CIA.
00:36:51.600 There's all kind of, you know, information coming out that this didn't have to happen.
00:36:56.320 Tell me, what were these messages like from Alec Baldwin's, I guess, fans?
00:37:05.200 Yeah, the moment that he messaged me and said he was sharing my post to his followers, I was just getting hounded with messages, and they haven't stopped since.
00:37:15.060 It is every single day.
00:37:16.600 I'm getting one or two messages, 10 or 15 messages.
00:37:20.240 Yesterday, I received phone calls.
00:37:22.460 It just, it goes on and on and on.
00:37:24.220 And I've been harassed in my town, in the grocery store, and, you know, had people stop my sister as well.
00:37:32.100 People, you know, have this idea of who I am and who we are now because of his false accusations.
00:37:37.480 And not only is it just concerning that someone would make such a claim like that, such a serious accusation, falsely, but to then have so many people now view me that way and harass me and think something of me that just certainly is not true.
00:37:55.440 So it's been hard to, like, have my workday, my sleep, my everything interrupted with my phone, just constantly going off and seeing these messages all the time and nasty comments about me and my brother.
00:38:05.960 And, yeah, it just doesn't stop.
00:38:08.460 Why would he take a private, on your private network or your private, why would he put that out to the world and to, particularly, he's a pretty rabid, you know, leftist, super hates Trump, hates MAGA.
00:38:24.500 I mean, he's open about that.
00:38:25.400 He doesn't, he's not shy about that.
00:38:26.760 And obviously he's got all sorts of other issues we don't even need to get into, but why would he take what you shared privately, why would he put that out to the world and put kind of these snarky comments on it to really trigger his radical fan base?
00:38:42.560 Right.
00:38:42.960 After he had donated money to my sister, Moz GoFundMe for my niece, he had ended up following me on Instagram.
00:38:51.420 So when I post a picture of me at the Capitol in the anticipation of the one year, he took this just extreme political narrative with that picture.
00:39:09.160 And, you know, unfortunately for the people in that picture, like he's causing damage to more than just myself.
00:39:14.880 Um, but when he messaged me about it and I had the chance to speak with him and have a conversation about it and say, no, that's not what happened.
00:39:23.540 I was not in the Capitol.
00:39:24.560 I did not riot.
00:39:25.300 Like I was there protesting, which I am more than allowed to do in this country.
00:39:29.600 Um, and he took it and ran with it and, you know, said, good luck.
00:39:33.040 As he shared it, he knew exactly what kind of a reaction he was going to get from that.
00:39:36.680 What has been the year, particularly, we just came up on the anniversary of, um, of, of your brother's heroic death in service to his country.
00:39:48.060 What has it been like for the family in the year since you left, lost Riley?
00:39:54.220 It's been a tough year.
00:39:55.980 Um, we try and go out and do the things to honor Riley and the other 12 that were killed in Afghanistan as much as possible because his death impacted our country.
00:40:06.240 And finally, like brought a light on the service members and what they sacrifice and truly what their families do every single year, every single day.
00:40:13.660 Um, so we went out and, you know, we've really tried to like remember his name, remember the 13, um, but also bring light to every other service member who's been killed in action and, um, has kind of been forgotten.
00:40:25.680 But this last year has been really tough.
00:40:27.900 The last month, especially leading up to the one year, um, it's been just emotional for sure.
00:40:34.500 It's been hard to just process and, um, grieve and, and it's so public, um, that it really makes it more difficult to kind of find that peace within yourself.
00:40:43.660 When you've got hundreds of thousands, millions of people, um, who know about, know about his death and, um, whether they're there to honor and remember with you or they're there to make nasty comments.
00:40:55.500 There's just so much noise coming from everywhere.
00:40:57.520 So it's been really, a really tough experience, um, this last year.
00:41:03.300 How old would your brother be today if he was alive?
00:41:07.920 21.
00:41:08.600 He was 20 and six months to the day.
00:41:13.200 When he was killed.
00:41:14.200 Um, I want to go, Dennis, walk us through the lawsuit and what's the process of this lawsuit and can, can people help or this audience?
00:41:23.320 I know we'll want to have, uh, the family's back.
00:41:26.400 Um, so tell us what we need to do and, and tell us what's the process here.
00:41:30.880 No, no, no, I appreciate that, uh, that, uh, sentiment as well.
00:41:34.840 I know the family does.
00:41:36.000 Um, uh, we filed this on the one year anniversary of Riley's death.
00:41:39.700 Uh, we refiled in New York.
00:41:41.240 We originally filed in Wyoming and I won't go into all the legalities, but the court kicked it on jurisdictional grounds.
00:41:46.980 Basically, uh, Baldwin has never been to Wyoming, doesn't own a business there, doesn't transact business there, doesn't, you know, never made a movie there.
00:41:54.480 And so while the, uh, we had a basis for jurisdiction there that we thought was solid, uh, essentially the internet hasn't, uh, you know, kept pace with the law.
00:42:04.300 It's light years ahead.
00:42:05.400 And so we got kicked out of Wyoming, uh, but we're able to refile in New York.
00:42:09.380 And that turned out to be, or we believe it'll turn out to be a blessing in disguise, um, because the law is more favorable in New York.
00:42:16.040 You've got what's called negligent infliction of emotional distress, which is, uh, frankly, easier to prove than intent.
00:42:21.600 Uh, we've also got what's called defamation by implication, meaning that it's not just whether the statement is true or not.
00:42:28.580 You can make a perfectly true statement, but the implication in this case is that, uh, Ryle, uh, I'm sorry, uh, Royce and her family are, uh, trying to overthrow the U.S. government.
00:42:39.120 They're committing treason.
00:42:40.480 Um, and so we believe the law is no more favorable.
00:42:43.120 What'll happen now is Baldwin will file an answer.
00:42:45.760 Uh, he'll appear, uh, we'll get a scheduling order in place.
00:42:48.960 The court will set some deadlines and we'll go into the discovery process.
00:42:52.760 Um, there have been talks, um, on the back end of this, uh, in light of Mr. Baldwin's, you know, ongoing legal troubles in other areas, um, in order to streamline this process.
00:43:03.380 And, uh, that, that'll have to happen in the background to work through it as far as help.
00:43:07.380 I think that the biggest thing that, that I can tell you is that, uh, the family, um, needs something to counteract, uh, what it gets in the form of abuse and Royce kind of undersold this.
00:43:19.120 I mean, we're talking death threats.
00:43:20.680 We're talking comments like your brother, you know, deserved what he got, um, awful things that this family's had to endure, uh, that no reasonable person, uh, regardless of politics would consider proper.
00:43:33.380 So what I would say to the audience is, uh, you know, just moral support, uh, support for the family and the causes that they support and support for the rest of those service members, family.
00:43:46.440 Uh, Royce, how do people get to the site?
00:43:49.700 How do we, this audience is known as an activist audience.
00:43:52.580 How did they get there?
00:43:56.720 Sorry, say that again.
00:43:57.720 Do you, do you have a site that people can go to for support or to, to help counteract this to be on a social media?
00:44:06.000 Do you have a social media site or that has some place that people can get you?
00:44:11.060 Um, I'm pretty easy to find on Instagram under my name.
00:44:16.040 That is kind of where this all started and, and, um, that's where I'm at.
00:44:21.860 Okay, perfect.
00:44:22.580 Last question, uh, Royce, I'd like you to answer, but if you, Lori needs to, has Baldwin, when he understood what he had done, has he ever tried to dial it back?
00:44:33.020 Did he ever try to apologize to you when he understood what he had triggered here?
00:44:38.440 No, actually, after he posted, he actually continued to engage with commenters, um, and double down on his stance about what he said about me and his accusation.
00:44:47.480 Um, I've never gotten, uh, even private apology, um, and he has no intention of, of stopping or making, um, anyone else stop.
00:44:58.540 And Steve, if I can, after they're making comments, hang on, hang on.
00:45:01.760 I just, I just, I just want to make some, after they're making comments that your brother who gave his life and service to his country deserve what he got.
00:45:08.920 When these type of comments are made in death threats to the family, you're telling me this guy is, is doubling down.
00:45:15.160 That's what I'm hearing.
00:45:16.020 Um, yeah, he continued that, that first, um, day or two when the post was still up on his own site, he just continued to, um, go along with his comments saying, you know, this is where she was, this is what she was doing.
00:45:28.800 And it's basically public belief that anyone who was there was an insurrectionist.
00:45:32.720 Um, and so he continued with his, he eventually deleted the post, um, but has not once asked his followers to stop harassing me or the taken back his statement.
00:45:42.840 Um, he's just kind of doubled down, locked down on what he has said.
00:45:49.160 Dennis, uh, you had something to say, I'm sorry.
00:45:51.620 Yeah, I was going to say to that question, uh, in my first meeting with the family, um, Gigi, who is the widow, um, you know, said quite plainly, you know, if, if you can get on the phone and, uh, you know, get this guy to apologize.
00:46:05.840 Uh, you know, privately, then this, this doesn't have to go forward and that didn't happen.
00:46:13.100 So, yeah, I just tell you that, uh, you know, uh, he's doubled down.
00:46:17.640 He continues to do that.
00:46:18.740 And, uh, that's evident in, in his other troubles as well.
00:46:21.660 It's just, I think who he is.
00:46:25.040 Uh, Dennis, how can people get you, you're on social media or how do they follow this case?
00:46:29.360 Uh, you know, the, uh, the, the, the pleadings, uh, can be pulled up, uh, you know, my name, Dennis Plistiglione, uh, P-O-S-T-I-G-L-I-O-N-E.
00:46:38.540 You can Google that.
00:46:39.360 You can find me online.
00:46:40.600 Uh, I'm not on social media.
00:46:42.040 We don't, we don't do that.
00:46:43.320 Um, but, uh, you can find me and my phone number fairly easily and contact me via email.
00:46:49.560 Royce, let your family know that, uh, the war room has their back.
00:46:53.180 So we're on this now.
00:46:54.600 Thank you.
00:46:57.180 Thanks.
00:46:58.200 Appreciate it.
00:46:58.760 Thank you, Dennis.
00:46:59.620 Great job.
00:47:00.740 I'll go now to, uh, Dr. Naomi.
00:47:03.320 Thanks guys.
00:47:04.100 Dr. Naomi Wolf.
00:47:05.440 Um, Dr. Wolf, we're going to have you on to go through some of your research, but tonight
00:47:09.400 Joe Biden's going to give a, um, a talk about the, the fascist uprising in this country.
00:47:14.980 You're kind of an apostate.
00:47:16.420 I mean, you're, you're a progressive or liberal Democrat.
00:47:19.320 You've, you know, part of the Clinton, uh, team, you voted for Biden quite up open.
00:47:25.360 I just want to hear from you, your assessment.
00:47:29.360 Of how Joe Biden and his clique have, uh, have run about medical freedom and about first
00:47:36.920 amendment rights on information in the 18 months they've been in office.
00:47:41.980 When he takes the stand at night, what would you say to the nation about that man?
00:47:45.820 Uh, first I'm no longer a Democrat.
00:47:50.440 Um, please don't get too excited.
00:47:52.240 I'm an independent.
00:47:53.600 Um, I just feel that this party, uh, you know, it's one thing for a party to be held hostage
00:48:00.220 by traitors, um, enthralled to, uh, for an adversary, but it's quite another for everyone
00:48:06.640 else to go along with it.
00:48:07.740 Um, so I, you know, I'm, I'm supposed to be nonpartisan in my role as CEO of daily cloud,
00:48:13.140 but just personally, I think it's important to note that, um, neither party has my allegiance
00:48:18.300 right now.
00:48:18.840 I'm an independent.
00:48:20.160 Um, that said, you know, I've consistently ever since 2008, when I wrote a book called
00:48:26.280 the end of America, you know, during the Bush era, I've consistently, uh, called out leaders
00:48:32.200 on the left or on the right, when they stray from their oath of office and their obligation
00:48:37.300 to defend the constitution.
00:48:38.600 Um, and I did the same during the Obama years as well as a very lonely liberal, um, saying,
00:48:46.480 you know, our, our leaders are, you know, left or right are not supposed to be droning
00:48:50.740 American citizens or putting people without charge or trial in Guantanamo.
00:48:56.260 Um, this is, you know, an American, uh, and, and so what, what I would say tonight, I think it's
00:49:02.200 you know, aligned with that consistency, uh, is that president Biden will, first of all,
00:49:09.540 as a former political consultant, I recognize the cleverness of what they're doing.
00:49:13.140 If, if they're suppressing democracy and they're acting like classical fascists, you know, Mussolini
00:49:20.880 type fascists, or even early national socialist type fascists, or, you know, CCP style, 1980s
00:49:27.460 style fascists, um, it's, it's standard operating procedure for political consultants to advise
00:49:33.960 their clients, to accuse the opposition of what they're doing themselves, because it
00:49:37.660 confuses people and it preempts the discussion.
00:49:40.140 And then, uh, it's like throwing sand in the eyes of the electorate so that they don't,
00:49:45.800 they're not able to see a, wait a minute that, you know, they're holding my, my child in Washington,
00:49:52.520 DC hostage and not letting him or her go to school. If he doesn't get injected or she doesn't get
00:49:56.900 injected with this experimental, um, injection, I don't even call it a vaccine anymore. Uh, that's
00:50:04.060 not, that's not Liberty. That's not freedom. That's not constitutional. Oh, but, but they're
00:50:09.860 the good guys because they called the opposition fascists. So I really can't speak up about, about
00:50:15.020 that because it's more important to protect America from fascism. So I, I get the strategy,
00:50:20.520 um, of, of, of, of preempting their fascism with calling you guys fascists. Um, and it's
00:50:28.000 kind of effective. I mean, they've made such hay out of, you know, not very clever or strategic
00:50:35.160 things. President Trump said that could be construed as authoritarian. Um, and, you know,
00:50:42.320 reaching the capital, they have, you know, made as much of that as they possibly could for such a
00:50:52.100 long time that, you know, those are clearly their talking points going into the midterms
00:50:56.140 that, that you guys, uh, Dr. Wolf, we we've got a heart out. We got a break, but, um, I want to get
00:51:02.920 you back on. We got to go through all your research because it's explosive. And I got to tell you the
00:51:06.740 placenta, uh, issue you brought up. I've never had my phone blow up like this on anything. So
00:51:12.120 real quickly, how do people get to the daily clout overnight before we get back on tomorrow?
00:51:16.560 Uh, yes, a dailyclout.io. Thank you so much. But I, I do believe we can get back on tomorrow morning.
00:51:29.660 Your, your research has been explosive here. Okay. We'll be back at 10 o'clock tomorrow morning. I'll be
00:51:34.260 up on getter as, uh, Joe Biden talks tonight, putting up live commentary. See you then.
