00:00:00.000 this is what you're fighting for i mean every day you're out there what they're doing is blowing
00:00:15.780 people off if you continue to look the other way and shut up then the oppressors the authoritarians
00:00:23.540 get total control and total power because this is just like in arizona this is just like in
00:00:29.020 Georgia. It's another element that backs them into a quarter and shows their lies and 0.76
00:00:33.440 misrepresentations. That's why this audience is going to have to get engaged. As we've told you,
00:00:37.420 this is the fight. All this nonsense, all this spin, they can't handle the truth.
00:00:42.580 War Room, Battleground. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:00:47.040 Two million people crossed this border for the first time ever. You're confident this border's
00:00:50.520 secure. We have a secure border in that that is a priority for any nation, including ours
00:01:01.140 in our administration. Good morning, Steve, Ainsley and Brian. This bus just arrived moments
00:01:05.820 ago. I talked to some of the folks. Apparently, this bus has come from Del Rio, Texas. That's
00:01:11.060 what a gentleman on the bus told me. And he's, pardon me, de donde eres? De Venezuela. Venezuela?
00:01:16.980 La Presidenta Harris dice que frontera cerrado. La frontera es cerrado o abierto?
00:01:32.980 Abierto.
00:01:33.740 Abierto.
00:01:34.140 So what she's saying, Steve, I asked her if Vice President Harris says that the border
00:01:38.460 is closed. She says it's open. As we see these migrants coming across now, we're not sure.
00:01:44.040 And I know you were also at a meeting with White House officials this morning about U.S. refugee admissions.
00:01:50.200 What came out of that meeting?
00:01:52.620 Well, they have said each year the secretary of state has to meet personally with the chair and ranking member of the judiciary committees of the House and Senate and the immigration subcommittees.
00:02:04.220 We've in the past have sometimes had contentious meetings.
00:02:07.100 This one I would not categorize in that way.
00:02:11.320 the refugee number is going to be set at 125,000. One of the concerns I expressed,
00:02:20.940 and I think there was great sympathy from Secretary Blinken, and we have some
00:02:25.180 communist regimes in the Western Hemisphere, Nicaragua, Cuba, Venezuela, where the communist
00:02:36.420 oppression is leading people to flee for freedom. And we need to make sure that those refugees from
00:02:43.100 communism have the capacity to be welcomed here in the United States. This is history. All of 1.00
00:02:50.100 your documentaries are about history. But all of them also make you think about where we are now.
00:02:56.440 And we woke up to the news this morning that Governor Ron DeSantis of Florida sent two plane
00:03:01.640 loads of migrants to Martha's Vineyard off the coast of Massachusetts, including kids and whatnot. 1.00
00:03:07.840 And I'm not saying this is not a one for one. This is not a parallel here in any way.
00:03:12.160 But it does address some of the same themes that are part of this documentary.
00:03:16.000 Well, it's the abstraction of human life. It's basically saying that you can use a human life
00:03:21.540 that is as valuable as yours or mine or Lynn's and to put it in a position of becoming a political
00:03:28.300 pawn in somebody's authoritarian game. This is coming straight out of the authoritarian
00:03:33.160 playbook. This is what's so disturbing about DeSantis, is to use human beings, to weaponize
00:03:39.740 human beings for a political purpose. It's like when somebody disagrees with him in Florida,
00:03:45.300 like the Walt Disney Company, he punishes them. This is not the actions of a person participating
00:03:52.000 in a democratic process in which there's an exchange of ideas. This is about punishing
00:03:56.700 political enemies, putting on shows, political shows, political theater. And in this case,
00:04:03.160 this is with the lives of human beings. And what's so ironic is these are Venezuelan refugees, 1.00
00:04:08.160 which DeSantis should be supporting because they're trying to flee the corruption of a
00:04:13.540 left-wing government and all of the pain there. And so the level of cynicism is beyond that.
00:04:20.000 And what we find in all our films is that the themes that we engage in the past are present
00:04:25.680 And so when you look at the story that we're telling of the U.S. and the Holocaust, you understand that the time to save a democracy is before it's lost. We promise you. 0.63
00:04:38.620 Can we talk to many migrants along the border who are very grateful for these governors and also, as of late, the El Paso, the city of El Paso, which is Democratic-led, for these politicians to get involved in helping them get to other parts of the country for free is how the migrants call it.
00:05:01.280 But you and I know that this is at the cost of the taxpayers in Arizona, in Texas, now apparently in Florida as well, and as well as El Paso.
00:05:13.860 Okay, the invasion of the United States continues, and it's actually been ratcheted up.
00:05:18.360 It is Thursday, 15 September, in the year of our Lord, 2022.
00:05:22.240 I've asked a colleague of ours who's been on the show for many, many years, Victor Avila, who is a former ICE agent, I think, for over a dozen years or a dozen years.
00:05:31.980 Victor, I just want to start at the beginning of that cold open.
00:05:34.780 Kamala Harris is very definitive, very.
00:05:36.780 The border of the United States is closed and the border of the United States is secure.
00:05:40.920 Is that a true statement, sir?
00:05:43.600 Absolutely not.
00:05:44.560 I'm not sure what United States of America, this Kamala Harris is talking about, along with the Secretary of Homeland Security, who continues to say the same thing.
00:05:57.640 Their definition of a secure border is from a different world and different vocabulary because it's not secure.
00:06:05.680 As you know, Steve, I continue to go down to the border.
00:06:07.860 I'm actually heading down there again on Monday to the ground zero.
00:06:12.500 It happens to be Eagle Pass, Texas.
00:06:14.560 and it is out of control. We could start with, it's not just illegal immigration,
00:06:20.800 it's the drug cartels, it's the fentanyl, it's what's happening in Mexico,
00:06:25.920 it's the national security and public safety issue that we're facing in this country.
00:06:30.560 I want people to understand that having a secure border will save lives. The other way around,
00:06:38.000 which is it is the way it is right now wide open is deadly for a lot of these illegal aliens we
00:06:45.040 have drownings averaging about one per day i met with the coalition of sheriffs here in texas and
00:06:52.160 they were showing me pictures of dead bodies that were burnt by the sun calcinated by the sun
00:06:58.000 illegal aliens committing suicide and hanging themselves by trees because they're disoriented
00:07:04.240 and lost in the desert in South Texas with this record heat that we had this summer.
00:07:09.720 This is the reality on top of the smuggling ventures and the rollover deaths and the crashes
00:07:16.780 and the people trapped behind inside tractor trailers with those 53 dead. By the way,
00:07:22.100 in that case of the 53 that were found dead in the back of a tractor trailer in San Antonio,
00:07:28.140 Texas. You will not hear this anywhere else. 11 of those individuals that died, and no one deserves
00:07:36.040 to die in that fashion, but 11 of those individuals were hardcore criminals with extensive criminal
00:07:44.380 histories. And that's what's happening right now. We have individuals coming from Venezuela
00:07:49.420 with extensive criminal histories that are turning themselves in because even if Border Patrol does
00:07:55.760 a quick check. They're not going to come back with a positive criminal history because Venezuela 0.97
00:08:00.160 is not inputting anything in any criminal database. And my understanding is they're
00:08:05.800 being released from these rehabilitation centers that they call them so far. They're prisons.
00:08:11.360 And these are hardcore criminals, burglars, murderers, rapists. They have been already
00:08:18.220 identified in Texas. A friend of mine saw one the other day in South Texas in Hill Country and said,
00:08:25.240 hey, Victor, I saw this guy with a tattoo of a 4% on his neck. What does that mean?
00:08:32.340 Well, I'm pretty good with tattoos. I used to be a gang intel officer. And I said, well,
00:08:36.080 I don't know that one. Let me look up. And I got with my sources. Well, 4% tattoo is a Venezuelan
00:08:43.140 that's a member of the Cartel de los Soles out of Venezuela that are working with the cartels 0.59
00:08:48.920 in Mexico to continue to infiltrate these people. And so I'm not saying that all of them are the
00:08:55.160 criminals. We know that. But one that gets through is one too many because they have different
00:09:01.840 intentions coming into this country. It's no longer the intention that I want to be a United
00:09:06.460 States citizen and I want to be an American. Those days are long gone. These individuals want
00:09:11.880 those countries here. As broken as those countries are, they want them in the United States. They fly
00:09:17.860 their flags here and they're proud of it. And there's absolutely no enforcement to stop them,
00:09:22.900 Steve. You dedicated a big part of your life to the enforcement of this. In your professional
00:09:30.700 opinion, is this an invasion of the United States of America, sir? It's absolutely an invasion.
00:09:36.920 I'm waiting here, holding my breath until the governor of Texas declares it. We are up to 23
00:09:44.060 counties in Texas that have declared an invasion at the local county level. We need our governor
00:09:50.840 to declare it at the state level in order to then transfer those powers to our DPS troopers,
00:09:58.180 to our National Guard to enforce it. And we're not talking about taking possession of any illegal
00:10:03.900 alien. We're talking about not letting them in when they're walking and waiting that Rio Grande 0.75
00:10:08.780 River. We need to turn them back at that point. And so all these shenanigans, and I have strong 0.97
00:10:14.060 opinions when it comes to these buses and all that, it might be a good thing because it's waking
00:10:18.920 people up and they're dropping them off in front of their lawn. And that's good. In a way, it's
00:10:23.480 good. But ultimately, what I want is respect for our sovereignty and our constitution, which is
00:10:30.940 being disrespected by this administration and 150 countries around the world. Yeah, I don't agree
00:10:38.240 with Ken Burns. I mean, the political pawns, the people being used are the illegal aliens. They're 1.00
00:10:43.380 being used by the cartels, the Mexican government, and quite frankly, the Biden administration.
00:10:47.380 Now, I have never really been a supporter of Abbott or DeSantis, but I understand kind of the messaging they're trying to do, particularly sending them to Martha's Vineyard is the whole news cycle.
00:10:57.720 But but you're an ICE agent.
00:10:59.860 I mean, our objective is not just to close the border, build the wall, but then enforce and close the border.
00:11:05.900 It's actually deport people here illegally. 0.98
00:11:08.180 I mean, we really want to turn it over. 0.66
00:11:09.960 ICE has been, you know, stripped of everything.
00:11:13.280 We really want to get ICE back to what it once was when you guys were actually doing deportations of people that should be deported.
00:11:20.500 Victor, your thoughts?
00:11:22.900 Absolutely. They've been defunded.
00:11:24.980 They say they would. They said they were going to abolish ICE, and they basically have.
00:11:29.300 They didn't have to take money away. All they did was take away their authority.
00:11:33.940 And the Interior Enforcement of ICE, ERO, Enforcement Removal Operations, is almost completely gone.
00:11:39.740 There is no one looking for illegal aliens around the United States to deport them.
00:11:44.360 But they contradict themselves, Steve, because, you know, you have the vice president saying that the border is secure and the White House press secretary doesn't know that people are walking across.
00:11:56.800 And she thinks that because fentanyl is being seized at the border, it's a great thing.
00:12:00.540 Let me tell you, because of the record number of seizures of fentanyl, in my experience, when I work narcotics on the border, that means that we're getting, you know, what handed to us.
00:12:11.340 That means that it's pouring completely unchecked at our border.
00:12:16.880 That's why you see the large number of seizures.
00:12:19.500 And so what is happening right now is actually the opposite of what they're saying.
00:12:24.360 It is inhumane.
00:12:25.820 What having an open border, it's inhumane.
00:12:28.440 It's not constitutional.
00:12:29.940 we're ignoring our own constitution our own asylum criteria is not being abide by it is
00:12:36.720 lawlessness steve you know i'm staying on top of this i will continue to put the pressure
00:12:41.000 on this administration and also at our state officials to finally move and do something we
00:12:46.880 have to do something above and beyond what's happening at this point
00:12:50.980 no the the local texas officials particularly the local texas counties and the sheriffs have been the
00:12:57.600 the front line victor just hang on one second i want to bring in peter hernandez from california
00:13:02.100 18 who's running a tough race out there uh peter i think i sent you the the texas tribune had a
00:13:07.600 story this morning that said there's a lot of democrats and independents that have
00:13:12.340 lean democrat that are flipping in the rio grande valley in south texas hispanic uh you know hispanic
00:13:19.660 citizens hispanic americans that said border security and in the immigration situation which
00:13:25.340 is crushing them on wages, is making them flip and look at Republicans.
00:13:28.880 Are you seeing this? Tell us in California, in your race, how big a deal is this going to be right now?
00:13:35.980 It's a really big deal, Stephen. Thank you for having me back on.
00:13:39.980 So when it comes down to that sentiment from the progressives, the left, where they encourage lawlessness,
00:13:47.740 they encourage basically violating the rule of law, any sense of arbitrary elements they keep supporting,
00:13:54.960 consistent with the sense of, you know, encouraging criminality, no cash bail, even when it comes down
00:14:00.420 to, you know, the defund the police movement. That is consistent with this sentiment of
00:14:07.340 lawlessness. It's basically an open border sentiment that's allowing just lawlessness
00:14:11.280 at the border, which is, at the end of the day, whether it's at the local level or at the border,
00:14:16.140 it's basically destroying lives, right, in many, many different ways. And that's why the Latinos 1.00
00:14:20.820 are being more in tune right they're losing the sense of stability that there once was a value 0.98
00:14:26.200 for becoming a an american citizen now they're trying to water it down and i've said it before
00:14:30.480 it's this deferring and deflecting and redefining of terms right you heard kamala harris trying to
00:14:37.240 basically argue that somehow the border is actually secure when you had an immigrant on your show 0.77
00:14:42.940 basically highlighting that it's not so it's nothing but division and this is why the education 0.96
00:14:47.920 is so important for the average folks to understand because at the end of the day they're seeing the
00:14:52.020 chaos and once you show them why they're very quick to flip yes you've you've had you've had
00:14:58.600 this inflation report the cpi on tuesday the wholesale price yesterday the uh minority
00:15:05.200 community is being destroyed by this the inflation is not not eight percent in the metro phoenix it's
00:15:10.580 eighteen percent the real number in south florida is huge in california when you when you count in
00:15:15.420 rents it's out of control on both the economics of the destruction of the working class and the
00:15:22.300 immigration situation for the lawlessness the cartels the drugs but also the importation of 0.99
00:15:27.540 illegal alien labor which just crushes hispanics because you're flooding the zone with with cheap 0.94
00:15:32.620 labor will your opponents stand on a stage and actually debate you on these issues because if 0.83
00:15:38.700 if you actually get out and debate and texas shows us this the hispanic community are going to vote
00:15:44.420 for their self-interest they're going to vote against these democratic policies that are 0.99
00:15:48.540 literally destroying their families destroying their communities and destroying them both from
00:15:53.880 crime drugs and now inflation and and the drop in net worth peter hernandez that's right uh yeah
00:16:01.760 miss lofkin does not desire to debate me we've already officially sent her a letter she hasn't
00:16:07.360 responded i see this to be consistent across the board they know the issues are very systemic
00:16:12.020 and they're very unique to the ruling class right now,
00:16:16.120 the supermajority in California,
00:16:17.580 just the same you're seeing that in the state debate level
00:16:21.100 and then just the same at the federal level.
00:16:23.040 I don't see them tend to try to debate the issues
00:16:25.520 because they really can't.
00:16:27.280 It's just the same when they're saying
00:16:28.840 that we're trying to help the Latino community. 0.82
00:16:33.880 You're seeing the very Latinos in this district specifically
00:16:36.600 that are very much middle class are being skewed out.
00:16:39.820 They're losing their businesses. 0.99
00:16:40.900 you know all the heavy regulations i can go uh point by point with the the bills that she has
00:16:46.720 sponsored from defund the police with hr 1280 or the farm worker modernization act which basically
00:16:51.940 creates a new designation of a caw for a laborer to now officially be able to sue a farm under a
00:16:59.060 bad labor relations practice the farming community in this district the the latino community starting
00:17:04.980 to see the writing on the wall and they know that they have to uh they have to change the uh their
00:17:10.480 their sentiment or their vote it's funny because i actually have two family members who are
00:17:15.020 uncomfortably like literally in their skin said peter i i i i can't believe i'm saying this but
00:17:20.980 i believe i have to vote republican this year but that's the point do they we put zoe lofkin up
00:17:27.720 there so that that for your cold open um and just kind of this flippant arrogance oh just 125 000 1.00
00:17:34.960 more and they've already already new york county reports there's already a million in the asylum
00:17:38.660 program most of them here not for legitimate political asylum but economic which doesn't
00:17:43.800 count there's another 3.9 million all over the place do the constituents in your district
00:17:49.480 understand they've been lied to and misled by the democrats and it's led to their to to now
00:17:55.180 their financial destruction and will they be open to at least hear you and hear your your program
00:18:01.220 and hear your policies, which stand as black and white terms against hers.
00:18:08.840 They are. They're very willing to listen. At the end of the day, they're super engaged.
00:18:14.840 Like I mentioned before in prior programs, they know that there's issues. They don't understand
00:18:18.960 why. Once we start highlighting some of my opponent's policies, it's hard for them to deny,
00:18:24.700 and they are very engaged. I mean, it's funny because you touched on the issue of immigration
00:18:30.920 in the beginning, I mentioned basically the defund the police movement. Those are things that are
00:18:35.660 practically hurting our district, our, you know, the constituency. So they want to hear the
00:18:42.060 solutions, right? That's why the engagement is so important and the education. And, you know,
00:18:47.360 to her, what she had mentioned in the beginning, and that's what I kind of define when I'm out
00:18:51.780 there in the district. She mentioned 125,000, and she's basically trying to talk about those
00:18:57.900 that are seeking asylum. That's, you know, that's a small percentage of the 2 million that she's
00:19:02.940 officially supported and allowing to come into our country without any ability to manage that
00:19:09.600 level of population, right? And they're seeing that that's starting to become, yes, 0.84
00:19:15.880 something akin to an invasion. And they're getting really frustrated. The response is,
00:19:20.760 we need to do something different. You know, we need to tighten up the immigration process.
00:19:25.000 And they agreed that, you know, there is a connection between their ability to have a job and then obviously this lack of respect for the rule of law and any kind of clear immigration process, right?
00:19:36.560 Everything's been supported to become illegal immigration.
00:19:39.400 They want to hear what it means to try to encourage the Latinos in this community, as well as those that want to come here legally, a process that creates for them to become part of the American fabric.
00:19:49.240 And at the end of the day, like I said, being an American citizen has value, especially to the Latino.
00:19:55.680 And once we start talking about them wanting to become a citizen through a legal process, they get engaged.
00:20:02.780 Peter, how do people find out more about the race in California 18 and how they find out more about you?
00:20:09.460 HernandezForCongress.com.
00:20:10.780 You can go to Hernandez for Congress also on Facebook and at Hernandez for Congress on CA18 on Instagram.
00:20:19.240 and twitter peter thank you very much for joining us and fight on it's a tough one but uh but very
00:20:26.960 glad that you're the candidate thank you thank you steve you're seeing through this throughout
00:20:32.600 the country where the democrats don't even want to get on because you can't defend the policies
00:20:35.800 of joe biden let's go to california 35 mike cargill mike talk to us about how immigration
00:20:42.000 inflation all these biden policies the invasion on our southern border and really the destruction
00:20:47.020 of our economy. How's that playing into your race, sir? Well, it's throwing the Latino community
00:20:53.400 right into my lap, actually. It's good to see you, Steve. You and I spoke in Texas at CPAC. We were 1.00
00:20:59.720 talking about the lawsuit I was involved with. We're at the Ninth Circuit, and oral arguments
00:21:05.800 will begin on the 23rd. But this is really interesting, the Latino communities, particularly
00:21:13.700 with my race. My opponent is one of the chief instigators of an insurrection, really, 0.99
00:21:21.240 using George Soros down in Central America. And before I say anything else, happy Independence
00:21:26.860 Day to El Salvador and President Nayib Bukele, because they have become staunch supporters.
00:21:33.460 And this race potentially will unite Central America. And we're reaching out to those in
00:21:38.460 the Obrador administration as well, because the Latino values are conservative values.
00:21:45.360 The Republican Party just hasn't woken up to this. And I thought you were going to probably
00:21:50.080 ask me in the future about being unendorsed by the California Republican Party twice now
00:21:56.440 for being too conservative. And this will get to the crux of the issue with the Latino community,
00:22:02.700 Because I stand for the biblical definition of marriage, an opposition to the Republican leadership. 0.88
00:22:09.400 I stand for the support of the nuclear family and I stand against this transgender agenda for our children. 0.85
00:22:18.100 And this is apparently too conservative for the Republican Party. 0.97
00:22:22.300 So, Steve, actually, is that but but for the but for the Latino but for the Latino community, is that are those the values and the American values of the Latino community?
00:22:32.160 you think it makes you more acceptable to them and that's your path i know it's what you believe
00:22:36.380 in your core your principles but it politically is this your path to win absolutely absolutely
00:22:43.120 they embrace this they embrace this more than people who are traditionally american because
00:22:49.520 this they come to this country with an idea for a better future and they see this future being
00:22:57.460 taken away from them by liberal ideology. This is destroying everything. And you can't save this
00:23:04.380 country based on its economy, no matter what they say. Clinton said that. It was a lie. And I can
00:23:10.120 prove that because during the Trump years, the nation was flourishing except for one place,
00:23:15.960 California. And that's because California had already introduced and embraced the Green New
00:23:22.240 deal and all these liberal ideologies. It was destroying. California was on the verge of
00:23:28.860 bankruptcy during the Trump years. COVID saved California. But out of California comes all of
00:23:35.260 these bad ideas. California is the key, the key to saving the nation because everything that is
00:23:41.880 cooked up here. Pete Buttigieg was just in my district. He was looking at battery powered cars
00:23:47.680 because he wants to take what Gavin Newsom's doing and introduce it federally, where we will
00:23:53.020 get rid of all gasoline-powered vehicles and go only to electric vehicles. California starts
00:23:59.500 everything, and it starts politically. Who's the Speaker of the House? Nancy Pelosi, California.
00:24:06.260 The minority leader, Kevin McCarthy, California. Tie break in the Senate, Kamala Harris,
00:24:11.200 California. California's driving everything. This is the head of the snake, and my race is 0.85
00:24:17.360 the key because it's going to unite the Latino vote, the stand against immigration. You can't 0.93
00:24:23.320 blame, like you said, I appreciate what you said earlier. You can't blame the immigrant who's been
00:24:28.080 invited by the Biden administration to come here. I don't blame them. I blame the Biden administration.
00:24:34.000 There are pawns. They're the one rational actors in this. Mike, we got to jump. How do people find
00:24:39.520 out more? This is your first time on, but I want to make sure people have access to find out more
00:24:42.860 about you this is a very intriguing race and quite frankly you are not cut from the uh from
00:24:48.380 the normal mold of republican candidates you speak uh truth to power so how do people find
00:24:53.720 out more about you sir cargileforcongress.com c-a-r-g-i-l-e-f-o-r cargileforcongress.com
00:25:03.920 heck you could just put in my name mikecargile.com it'll take you to the same place
00:25:09.400 mike thank you very much we look forward to having you back and man you have nailed it
00:25:14.760 the california model this one newsman is going to run in 24 that's the california model for
00:25:18.900 america it's got to be stopped you have a handful of real patriots out there that are taking it to
00:25:23.700 it mike thank you very much for joining thank you for having me on steve i want to go back
00:25:27.460 i want to go back to victor uh and by the way victor i'm gonna ask you to to stay over through
00:25:32.660 the break just for a minute and we've got carrie sheffield coming up and joe allen i want to go
00:25:37.200 back to the local 23 counties in texas have declared emergency the latino hispanic vote is
00:25:42.840 starting to come our way because when you have tough hard policies that protect american citizens
00:25:49.340 they gravitate to that what is it going to take to get governor abbott you know it's one thing to
00:25:54.900 ship uh you know illegal aliens on a bus to washington dc it's another thing to call to call
00:26:00.060 for an emergency give me 30 seconds on that before we go to break what's it going to take to get
00:26:04.260 Abbott on board here? Well, it's going to take definitely a supporter of Governor Abbott,
00:26:11.260 and we need to get him in there in November. That, I think, goes without saying. There's
00:26:16.300 no way we could take our chance in Texas with Bobby O'Rourke. That's what I call him. And
00:26:21.420 unfortunately, he happens to be from El Paso, where I'm from. But we need to continue to put
00:26:26.000 the pressure. And I think this is what's going to happen. Carrie Lake is going to win in Arizona.
00:26:31.720 And CPAC, she said that the moment she takes her hand off of that Bible, she's going to declare the invasion. 0.50
00:26:36.980 I think Governor Abbott is going to take the cue off of that and declare it himself.
00:26:42.380 Victor, hang on for one second. We'll take a short commercial break.
00:26:44.800 We're going to be back. We've got Kerry Sheffield. We have Joe Allen, Victor Avia on next in the Warburg.

00:30:27.800 We'll have you back at the beginning of the week. How do people
00:30:29.700 follow you on social media?
00:30:31.740 You're one of the steadiest hands in this, and you've
00:30:33.740 been with us for, what, now a couple of
00:30:35.760 years, explaining all this
00:30:37.480 and detailing it with your expertise as
00:30:39.700 a former ICE agent.
00:30:41.760 How do people get to you, sir?
00:30:43.760 Absolutely. You can follow me on

00:30:58.000 telling people the truth about this national threat that we're facing, Steve. Thank you so
00:31:03.140 much for having me back on. And I look forward to being back on next week and give you the latest
00:31:07.200 of what's happening down there in Eagle Pass, Texas. Appreciate it, Victor. Stay safe. A real
00:31:14.780 hero one of the many heroes that covers this for real america's voice and for when we're up on the
00:31:19.540 lindale tv network we've got just i think the best team that's covered this from day one
00:31:23.680 um i also want to make sure everybody goes and reads this texas tribune article because there
00:31:29.940 are talks about people looking at their lived experience and weigh-in measuring being open to
00:31:35.540 new information and you're seeing uh and you're seeing overwhelmingly a number of democrats
00:31:41.680 independence uh hispanic citizens or citizens of hispanic descent and latinos start to come and
00:31:48.600 vote maga vote for the republican party and this is the key that's going to pick the lot not just
00:31:52.480 the rear grand valley in south texas but throughout the country absolutely essential and as you know
00:31:57.200 the mantra here is there is no substitute for victory i want to bring back in carrie sheffield
00:32:02.220 who's one of the leaders in this movement to really have well i'll let her explain carrie
00:32:07.460 here's the thing we've been overwhelmed in the last 72 hours that people were saying hey and
00:32:13.060 the lindsey graham kicked up a little bit but that the democrats have an overwhelming registration now
00:32:18.120 with with women uh particularly african-american and in college age uh white women and this is
00:32:24.320 going to thwart uh the red tsunami of all the issues of immigration invasion of the border
00:32:29.240 economics that is going to be overwhelmed by women that are rejecting uh the republican party 1.00
00:32:35.720 and MAGA and all of it. And you've been at the forefront of this, really putting forward a 0.55
00:32:39.700 Women's Bill of Rights that really goes to kind of, and not just protect women, but actually kind
00:32:44.660 of do some definitional work. As you see it now, are you buying what you're hearing on, I mean,
00:32:50.720 in mainstream media, the New York Times, the Washington Post, MSNBC, and CNN, it is literally
00:32:55.040 relentless. Are you buying that? Are they trying, is this a psyop? Well, look, you're always going
00:33:01.280 to see some tightening the closer you get to an election day. So I'm not buying that it's
00:33:05.600 specifically women who are angered over certain issues. I think, if anything, exactly what you
00:33:11.260 said. So we've created the Women's Bill of Rights dot com and it spells out something that is really
00:33:17.020 important for every woman in America, something that we as women have been fighting long before
00:33:22.880 I was born, which is to have rights for women under the Equal Protection Clause. This isn't
00:33:28.180 creating new rights. It's recognizing under natural law, under the Constitution, under the
00:33:33.080 Equal Protection Clause that as biological women, the courts have recognized that we are biologically
00:33:38.660 distinct from biological men. It's not rocket science, but it's now under assault by the Biden
00:33:44.300 administration. And he's now proposed revising Title IX, and he's doing it very secretly. And
00:33:51.200 this is what I find truly reprehensible, is that he's trying to go around the legislative process
00:33:56.000 and do it through fiat, through force, through the executive branch to completely redefine what
00:34:01.780 it means to be a woman. And to do that, he wants to rewrite Title IX. There was a comment period
00:34:07.800 that just ended on September 12th this weekend. So I want to thank all of your viewers, anyone
00:34:11.960 who put a comment, there were 184,000 comments submitted to the Department of Education.
00:34:18.720 The vast majority, from what we know, were pushing back against this and saying,
00:34:22.940 This is disgusting, really, to take away these rights that we've been fighting for for decades that have allowed women to achieve so many gains, not only on the field of sports, as your daughter, Captain Bannon, has spoken so eloquently about for our rally that we held on the anniversary, the 50th anniversary of Title IX this summer.
00:34:43.160 She talked about her time at West Point and how she played volleyball and how these rights, not only in sports, but in protecting battered women's shelters, women's prisons, they're all under assault and under threat right now because of what Joe Biden wants to do with this executive fiat rewrite of Title IX.
00:35:01.960 And so I'm so glad that your program, that you are sounding a warning alarm here.
00:35:05.780 And I think it's something that the polling is on our side and that we should be talking
00:35:10.300 more about this.
00:35:11.060 This is, this is, I think, a really sleeper issue that really should be talked about.
00:35:14.820 We have to, it's a sleeper issue.
00:35:17.040 We have to talk about this.
00:35:17.840 I'm going to have Joe Allen, our head of the transhumanism, our editor about this executive
00:35:22.020 order.
00:35:22.860 And these things will blow your, your head will blow up when you actually see what they're 0.56
00:35:26.060 doing and biotechnology and gene splicing it.
00:35:29.220 But the railhead gets back. 0.71
00:35:32.120 How would you ever think just even a couple of years ago that we would have to have the talent of a Carrie Shuffield and the people around her would actually have to be putting out a Women's Bill of Rights? 0.96
00:35:42.620 That is I keep saying is definitional of what is a biological woman in Title IX, which really changed American society to the positive for young women getting into sports and team sports and dads getting involved in all the, you know, from the Caroline Levitt's.
00:35:59.220 to the carry lakes all these people that came out of those programs just such fighters and such
00:36:04.040 amazing citizens and have done so much for this country that in 2022 where you have to be back
00:36:09.440 to kind of the basics when you read what carrie sheffield's pushing and and what you're saying
00:36:14.520 man this is common sense this has to be a political movement and then you see what they
00:36:19.800 tried to do on title nine i think the bill was 700 pages but they couldn't get it passed now
00:36:24.280 they're trying to do it in the federal registry and they're trying to do about executive order
00:36:27.360 an executive fiat they're trying to do the same thing just give our audience one or two of the
00:36:32.720 headlines of how radical this is because i don't think people appreciate you see it every day and
00:36:38.440 i and i see it now through you and through the other people but when you first come to it you're
00:36:43.040 so shocked about how radical this is give us a couple of examples about the radical nature of
00:36:47.920 what they're trying to do this is so radical it would forcibly mandate at every level of education
00:36:54.520 elementary, secondary, high school, college, any institution that's receiving federal education
00:37:01.700 or federal funding would be under this executive fiat. And that is to forcibly change the definition
00:37:09.900 of what girl means and what woman means to mean whatever the hell someone wants it to mean.
00:37:16.400 And look, I love everyone. This isn't about being intolerant or transphobic or anything.
00:37:22.600 I love everyone. This is a free country. People can live how they want to live. But it is problematic when there is disorder and chaos in terms of the most basic biological definitions down to the cellular level of what it means to be a human being, what it means to be a woman, what it means to be a man, what it means to be a boy, what it means to be a girl.
00:37:43.920 And you're right that it's regressive. And what it is, it's really one strand of a much deeper, this is transgender ideology. It is critical gender theory is what it is. And it's a socialist movement. It's similar to critical race theory. 0.89
00:38:03.960 What it wants to do is to completely implode Western civilization in any foundation that we've been built upon.
00:38:11.080 That's what it really is seeking to do at a macro level.
00:38:14.420 And so, yes, there are sometimes personality traits of children who are more effeminate as a boy or more masculine as a girl.
00:38:23.000 I was a tomboy. I have five brothers. I have four big brothers.
00:38:26.180 Then there was me, two girls and a boy. I used to wear super baggy clothes.
00:38:30.780 I dressed very masculine. I wanted to be one of my big brothers. I wanted to be like them.
00:38:36.720 I was angry when my mom wouldn't let me ride my bike as far as they would go. But my parents did
00:38:41.660 not then tell me, well, Carrie, because you want to dress baggy, that means that you're actually a
00:38:46.460 boy and we're going to put this label on you. We're going to do life-altering surgeries on you
00:38:51.700 without your consent. Or my teachers didn't do that to me, that we're going to do this to you
00:38:55.560 secretly and not tell your parents you know this is just it is going to take away parental rights
00:39:02.220 it's an assault on parents rights that's what this Title IX rewrite is and again I'm all for
00:39:07.360 letting people live their best life however you want to identify an adult but you can't force
00:39:12.580 this at the most basic parent right level and that's again I think the sleeper issue here
00:39:17.700 look one of the reasons we want to have you back on so quickly is that so many people came to me
00:39:22.900 they did do the public comments because of your leadership. And, but now we want the other call
00:39:27.260 to action. Where do people go to find out more about the bill of rights to push it, to make sure
00:39:31.700 people sign it? Tell us what you need and what this audience can do. Yeah, well, thanks. So we've
00:39:37.140 already had almost 12,000 people sign onto the women's bill of rights. Uh, we have a section 1.00
00:39:41.920 for citizens. The most important title in America is citizen. Uh, so please citizen, you can sign
00:39:47.180 your name. If you're running for office, we have a candidate section. We have a lawmaker section.
00:39:51.360 We've now got, I believe, five or six senators.
00:39:54.040 We just got Marco Rubio signing on.
00:39:55.920 Ted Cruz has signed on.
00:39:57.600 We've got 28 House members signing on.
00:39:59.920 So we're pushing this at the federal level.
00:40:02.040 We're also pushing it at the state level.
00:40:04.040 And again, it's very basic definitional. 0.99
00:40:06.480 It defines what a woman is.
00:40:08.380 The biological definition of an adult human female who has the ability to get pregnant,
00:40:12.860 who has ovaries.
00:40:14.100 And some women are infertile. 1.00
00:40:15.800 And we understand that. 1.00
00:40:17.120 We're sympathetic to that.
00:40:18.080 But but there are biological DNA driven definitions that cannot be altered.
00:40:24.540 And we spell those out. And then we recognize, again, this isn't about new rights.
00:40:29.100 This is about what's existing under case law to recognize the difference between biological women and biological men.
00:40:35.360 This law, this bill we're proposing would enshrine that.
00:40:39.120 I want this. We're put this in all chat rooms.
00:40:41.960 I want everybody to sign this and I want to push it out. Be a force multiplier.
00:40:44.820 It doesn't cost you any money. You can go there free.
00:40:46.640 What is your social media also, Carrie?
00:40:48.300 How do people follow you?
00:40:50.040 Sure.
00:40:50.440 So I'm just at Carrie Sheffield. 0.99
00:40:52.280 I'm a cross-getter. 0.67
00:40:53.500 I'm on True Social, Instagram, Facebook.
00:40:55.840 We love to connect with folks there.
00:40:57.300 So thank you, Steve.
00:40:59.660 And one more time, how do they get to the actual Bill of Rights?
00:41:02.320 What central site do they go to?
00:41:05.000 Sure. 1.00
00:41:05.400 It's just womensbillofrights.com.
00:41:07.800 And it's put out by Independent Women's Voice.
00:41:10.240 And that is iwb.org.
00:41:14.600 Carrie, thank you very much.
00:41:15.700 fight on amazing about the comments 184,000 let's get 184,000 people this weekend signing the bill

00:41:27.760 joe allen's call open the birth of some of the biological technologies at darpa our flagship
00:41:34.180 programs include revolutionizing prosthetics we're now closing the loop where a man and machine can
00:41:40.960 be integrated together, humanity change will change more in the next 20 years than all of
00:41:45.760 recent history. And I do think that we are on a trajectory towards this. On the upslope, if you
00:41:51.880 can see it, there's things like human 2.0, human-machine convergence. These are things that
00:41:57.580 are somewhere on the horizon that genome engineering and gene editing will be a part of.
00:42:02.600 So how do we make sure that we can pursue this future in a safe manner? What about enhancing
00:42:07.940 that baseline state. So there's defensive enhancement. We do this already, actually.
00:42:14.680 Think about vaccination. So when you're vaccinated, you actually are introduced to a change that is
00:42:21.100 lifelong lasting that protects you from disease. This is an enhancement that most individuals
00:42:26.820 are accepting of and even find it honorable and a must. We require if our children go to school
00:42:34.600 that they must be vaccinated there's other enhancements that would be maybe offensive
00:42:40.300 enhancements performance enhancement in cognitive state do we go there what does that look like
00:42:48.420 what's the decision making process to get us there and then finally an entirely new baseline state
00:42:53.700 so this is where germline editing comes in and individuals in the near future we already
00:42:59.620 you've demonstrated that it is possible but you know what how what type of future does this look
00:43:05.120 like where there will be edited individuals unedited individuals who has access to those
00:43:10.000 technologies in the future will there be a question where we ask you know what what genes
00:43:14.120 are you on what are what are you enhanced with who am i talking to and and you know how do i know
00:43:19.620 where do you where do you stay in this in this um level of enhancement it's it's you know it's
00:43:24.800 It's evolution, really, on steroids now in our control.
00:43:29.500 Acceptance for genome editing for somatic therapies and germline therapies is growing.
00:43:35.680 Not quite there yet for germline and somatic enhancements.
00:43:40.280 I think this sort of is grouping the offensive and defensive enhancements together,
00:43:44.160 but really we're solidly on the defensive side.
00:43:49.380 When we brought Joe Allen in, I think, over a year, a year and a half ago, it seems like,
00:43:53.780 um this was what we were concerned about this is why we brought joe in and started doing all the
00:43:59.540 uh started doing all the analysis doing all the hits coming on here making this available
00:44:04.220 to a broader public you've done some great writings for people like the federalists we
00:44:08.420 just want to give them a platform they actually come on joe uh i don't think but the fights here
00:44:14.200 now from the oval office an executive order backed by billions of dollars of taxpayer cash
00:44:19.200 and you just sit there and listen to that enhanced individuals humans 2.0 um this is
00:44:27.360 what we talked this gene editing the crisper they the horse is out of the barn and they are on the
00:44:34.020 horse and riding hard as possible who is this person why are they important and why are we
00:44:39.320 now going to general quarters sir well steve as we've covered uh over the last week on monday
00:44:46.880 biden signed an executive order the national biotechnology and biomanufacturing initiative
00:44:53.040 the next day it was announced the woman we just heard renee wegrezin will step up as the
00:45:00.240 inaugural director of the newly formed arpa h the advanced research projects agency for health
00:45:09.280 among the the different projects that they'll be working on aside from of course the the
00:45:15.360 always promised cure for cancer, will be fast tracking these sorts of biotechnologies to move
00:45:22.500 towards commercialization. So what we're seeing with this is, as I've said before, with the
00:45:29.300 marriage of someone like Renee Wegerson, who comes out of DARPA four years as a project manager at
00:45:36.680 DARPA, and now the formation of ARPA-H is the marriage between the military-industrial complex
00:45:45.060 and the biomedical establishment and what you're seeing there what she's talking about that was
00:45:51.280 during her tenure at DARPA and at her at during that tenure she was always safety safety safety
00:45:57.960 safety that's what we're here to do but on the other side of that she's also working on projects
00:46:04.040 such as the gene editing of mosquitoes so that you can create genetically modified mosquitoes
00:46:11.000 that supposedly will die off after so many generations to release into the wild
00:46:16.780 that will supposedly dominate and replace malaria-carrying mosquitoes.
00:46:23.280 So basically driving natural-born species into extinction
00:46:26.940 using genetically modified creatures.
00:46:30.060 Always coming back with this.
00:46:31.480 Listen, hang on.
00:46:33.360 As bad as that is, as bad as that is,
00:46:36.900 she's sitting there talking matter-factually about,
00:46:38.540 am I talking to an edited human?
00:46:41.000 am i talking to an enhanced human she uses the phrase the man machine merger she hold on she
00:46:47.840 talks about uh uh humans 2.0 edited humans enhanced humans she's going to say what genes
00:46:55.720 you're on uh man machine mergers man machine you know a merger of man and machine and you know
00:47:02.700 with chips and and and obviously biotechnology and crisper and then the final is the phrase
00:47:08.160 human 2.0 you know biden uh hid this in this moonshot for cancer they always want to put it's
00:47:14.760 on the down syndrome people or it's on people that have their spinal cords crushed and they
00:47:20.060 and they've got to learn how to speak and walk or it's cancer that's all in the foreground of how
00:47:25.500 they're trying to cover this there are some good don't get me wrong there's some very good things
00:47:28.760 but it's central the central issue is the core issue of what it means to actually be human to
00:47:36.040 be a homo sapien they're trying to go to homo sapien plus this is not gateway pundit or alex
00:47:41.340 jones or steve bannon saying this they're saying it she talks about edited humans she talks about
00:47:47.520 enhanced humans she talks about man machine merger and she talks about homo humans or homo sapiens
00:47:54.600 human 2.0 i i would like to know exactly what they mean by this and where this research is
00:48:01.580 going to go on taxpayer dollars, Joe Allen. Well, I can tell you what the conversation is like at
00:48:08.040 DARPA. And that is the creation of super soldiers from everything from gene editing, to gene
00:48:15.740 therapies, to virtual and augmented reality systems, to brain computer interfaces, including
00:48:22.640 implantable brain computer interfaces, including nanotech injected into the body to create
00:48:28.640 a brain-computer interface, and artificial intelligence systems that are able to actually
00:48:34.680 make decisions better than human beings. Those are the goals that they're talking about in DARPA
00:48:41.960 funded programs. And those same programs precede all of the sort of deployment of these technologies
00:48:49.780 as it comes out to us in the civilian population. Transhumanism isn't a term, to my knowledge,
00:48:56.160 that gets thrown around at DARPA a lot.
00:48:58.340 If it does, it's behind closed doors.
00:49:00.560 Their literature barely ever mentions it.
00:49:03.220 But what they're talking about is definitely transhumanism. 0.54
00:49:07.800 What they're talking about is taking human beings 0.84
00:49:10.520 in order to compete with foreign powers 0.99
00:49:12.820 and enhancing them to the utmost limit,
00:49:16.240 to get human beings to the peak performance.
00:49:20.320 What they talk about, these soldiers and all that,
00:49:23.180 that's the equivalent of the down syndrome or the cancer or the the spinal cord that's just all
00:49:29.160 up front yes there's aspects of that there's something much deeper and darker going on here
00:49:34.020 and we're gonna get to the bottom of it you talk about victory and there's no substitute for
00:49:38.380 victory if we're going to shut this down or have a nationwide adult conversation about exactly what
00:49:45.220 we're talking about and where this is headed we have to win in november the democrats are all
00:49:50.080 they're joy they're in rapture they're rapturous about this and that is another thing that's scary
00:49:56.040 this is now main battery focus of the war room we have to because of this executive order and
00:50:02.840 what went around it we have so many other issues we're dealing with i understand that guess what
00:50:06.780 you live in a time and place divine providence
00:50:09.720 has put you in the here and now and we're going to see the test and the medal of the american
00:50:16.440 people on this because this may be the most important issue we deal with joe allen how do
00:50:20.020 people get to you on your social media sir you can find me at joe b-o-t-x-y-z at twitter and
00:50:27.680 gitter also my website joebot.xyz and of course warroom.org and i'll be speaking on saturday at
00:50:33.800 turning point usa on this very topic so i hope to see some of you there yeah yeah go to tpusa.com
00:50:41.800 right now i'll be friday night joe allen is now going to be saturday we're going to be doing the
00:50:45.840 show live saturday and tomorrow afternoon from 24 usa on the great reset see you tomorrow morning at 10.
