Bannon's War Room - WarRoom Battleground EP 162： Assuring Voter Integrity In Colorado For 2022 And Beyond; Police Investigate LGBTQ Chat Rooms Open For Minors

00:00:00.000 this is what you're fighting for i mean every day you're out there what they're doing is blowing

00:00:20.560 people off if you continue to look the other way and shut up then the oppressors the

00:00:27.520 authoritarians get total control and total power because this is just like in arizona this is just

00:00:33.360 like in georgia it's another element that backs them into a quarter and shows their lies and

00:00:38.080 misrepresentations is why this audience is going to have to get engaged as we've told you this is

00:00:42.400 the fight all this nonsense all this spin they can't handle the truth war room battleground

00:00:49.120 here's your host stephen k bannon

00:00:51.280 okay welcome it is uh wednesday 19 october in the year of our lord 2022 you're in the battleground

00:00:59.520 and of course with one day less than three weeks to go to this historic date we are absolutely

00:01:05.440 a jam packed and you're going to want to uh sit down maybe have a cup of coffee or an adult beverage if

00:01:11.520 you want and um well have us roll out the show i want to go first out to colorado we have the uh

00:01:17.840 the uh intrepid shrona bishop shrona there's all obviously we have people all over the place

00:01:23.840 watching the polling watching the early voting watching everything a and this is showing you that

00:01:30.640 there are candidates in colorado that are closing on these radicals that run the state and at the

00:01:35.760 federal level but we've never really solved colorado as an issue about the voting and you have one of the

00:01:42.960 worst uh secretaries of state in the country i want to say this all in the spirit of we have to

00:01:50.080 get out and vote you have to own your vote and we're going to sort all this out but we still have some

00:01:54.800 big problems in in colorado you're with your lawyer walk me through what the problems are

00:01:59.200 why we still have them what are you doing before i bring on your lawyer maurice emmer yes well maurice

00:02:05.600 summer is an advisor for this team of regular citizens who are pushing back on the secretary of

00:02:10.560 state yet again we have a lot of problems we have dirty voter rolls tom fitness involved in suing 1.00

00:02:14.800 the state of colorado for those we have machines that were never properly um checked they've not

00:02:20.720 been legal they're not we're really not supposed to be using them they are supposed to be air gapped

00:02:25.680 which means they can't be connected to the internet and of course they're not they all contain bluetooth

00:02:30.800 modems none of this has been dealt with in addition to that we had a primary election with

00:02:35.680 a ton of anomalies that we still haven't been able to get a judge to actually look at so we thought

00:02:41.520 you know with all of this talk on the being reasonable being diplomatic they don't want to

00:02:46.480 hear about elections that they think were stolen okay you don't want to talk about the big steals

00:02:50.400 that are happening from 2020 on and every subsequent election since that's fine let's talk about the

00:02:54.960 legality of actually using these machines that have a paper trail that show they're not legal to use in

00:03:00.560 the state of colorado and um marise is with us uh marise can speak to this a little bit even more

00:03:05.680 than i can but one of the the fundamental issues with the machines is that they contain what we call

00:03:11.120 a cannibal program they are self-consuming you're required by the state law and the federal law to

00:03:16.880 hold on to every single scrap of any election related material period all of it and these files

00:03:24.000 they're called analog files or log files they're the history of what goes on inside the machine

00:03:29.200 and you are required by law to preserve those for 22 months according to federal law and 25 months

00:03:34.720 according to colorado state law and marise can fill us in on more of what the actual lawsuit is but we

00:03:39.760 need people to know but hang on but ho ho ho slow down but slow down slow down sorry we've been at

00:03:46.000 this for two years how can you and i want to make sure every no one in this audience is sitting there

00:03:51.520 going my vote doesn't count but right if it's been two years what have you guys been doing in colorado

00:03:57.120 for two years i'm i'm i'm three weeks away from an election day and i got maurice and i know you're

00:04:02.400 going to go in and and and follow lawsuit but what's been happening for two years oh gosh everything

00:04:08.480 every avenue that we can pursue we've been doing what we lack in colorado is one judge with courage

00:04:15.840 who will actually allow any case whatsoever to go to trial and so again um the emotional pleas of a of

00:04:23.200 someone saying that their election was stolen that's not what this case is about we're trying

00:04:27.360 to get on their level okay you don't want to hear about that stuff but what about what about but what

00:04:31.680 about the state elections hang on elections are by states state legislatures have the power the

00:04:38.800 supreme court is going to rule in this massive suit around i think it's north carolina and start to

00:04:43.600 devolve even more power back to the states on elections why have it is it been to the state legislature

00:04:50.080 heavy and i understand you don't control the state legislature but there's got to be other avenues

00:04:54.400 in the courts the courts has been the courts have been the least effective uh methodology uh so other

00:05:00.720 states georgia clean at least partly clean their mess up other states are trying to clean their mess up

00:05:05.120 it's still a problem but why does it appear that nothing has happened in colorado well because we have

00:05:11.280 a democrat trifecta we have jared polis the most radical progressive governor in the history of the

00:05:16.960 united states of america hiding under the radar in colorado we have a democrat controlled house and

00:05:22.320 senate we have a democrat attorney general we have a democrat secretary of state we have absolutely

00:05:27.440 no balance whatsoever in the state of colorado our last our last um effort has been to go to the

00:05:34.480 the judiciary and ask them to finally look at this case because there is no remedy there's no relief

00:05:41.200 going through our elected officials you i mean america has watched what happened to clerk tina

00:05:45.840 peters with these reports they were done by experts it doesn't seem to matter there's no interest

00:05:51.600 from elected officials from representatives and we have done it all you guys have watched this journey

00:05:56.160 of public pressure of lawsuits of public shaming using every avenue every venue possible to expose what

00:06:03.520 these people have done these elected officials uh in colorado and their lack of um precedent they

00:06:09.360 they won't stand up for the people they won't do what the people are asking they're not there to

00:06:13.520 represent the people they're there to hold on to the little bit of power that they have left in

00:06:17.520 colorado as both republicans and especially as these left-wing progressive democrats in colorado so

00:06:23.200 our our remedy our hope is that yes we are appealing to the judges once again they said that our previous

00:06:30.400 lawsuits needed to be directed at the secretary of state jenna griswold so we are following their advice

00:06:35.680 those those uh particular lawsuits were dismissed without prejudice meaning we could go forward

00:06:40.480 their lawful claims that we're making and but they directed um this team to go and and directly go

00:06:46.880 after jenna griswold for this lawsuit so that's exactly what we're doing and you know it has to be

00:06:52.160 done um no matter what it has to be done we have to pave the way for subsequent lawsuits that will come

00:06:58.000 down the road when judges say well why haven't you done this why haven't you sought this we will be able

00:07:02.560 to say yes we have we have done absolutely every little thing possible lawfully and legally to find a

00:07:09.840 remedy for the cheat and the steel that's happening in colorado at the very least to look at the

00:07:14.560 legality of using machines that violate colorado state law as well as federal law and this is why

00:07:20.240 we have to continue to proceed you know this it takes grit as you know steve i mean there's not

00:07:25.040 anyone grittier in this fight than you it takes grit to keep going when one door doesn't seem to be

00:07:29.920 working we've got to find clever outlets and we've got to climb find clever ways to make sure

00:07:34.720 that um we at the end of the day have our voice back in the state of colorado

00:07:41.600 look sharona nobody doubts your fighting spirit i mean you and tina have just been uh have been

00:07:46.560 examples for the whole country we technically we temporarily lost your lawyer hopefully we're

00:07:51.200 getting back for the segments over but just walk us through and and the other thing the definition of

00:07:55.920 insanity is continue to do the same thing over and over again if all the judges in colorado are

00:08:03.120 corrupt if all the judges in colorado have a political point of view why is this why going

00:08:08.000 back again are you just trying to build a record of how many times you went or and for some larger

00:08:13.280 effort or is this you think you've got a shot with this um i would say yes and yes yes definitely

00:08:19.840 building a pathway for a larger effort because the judges have specifically said have you done this

00:08:24.800 have you done that so we're checking all of those boxes to the point where they will be forced to hear

00:08:28.880 the case and i would say it's less um political as much as cowardice at this point nobody wants

00:08:35.120 to be involved in anything having to do with election it's such a hot button topic the democrats

00:08:40.400 are in control in colorado and that's what they wanted so why on earth would they represent any of

00:08:44.320 these cases um this specific lawsuit what it does is it says first of all it it asks that um the court

00:08:51.600 will allow the public to have a trial there in all of the in all of america the united states there is not

00:08:57.920 yet been one election case that has been brought to the people to try not one and everyone should

00:09:03.120 understand that when they say judges have seen it no they've cast it out without prejudice but they

00:09:07.840 will not hear it and allow the people through a trial a jury by trial to make a decision over whether

00:09:13.840 or not something needs to be done about these black magic boxes so that's the first thing secondly is

00:09:19.840 as i mentioned earlier the actual legality the certification process of the machines there are laws in

00:09:25.040 colorado related to voting and there are laws related to these machines they do have to be

00:09:29.760 properly certified and they never work they have to be air gapped and they absolutely are not these are

00:09:35.440 just you know these are just very straightforward factual black and white to the letter um issues

00:09:41.440 that a judge can look at and say yes or no and that's what we're asking for we have to set some sort

00:09:47.760 of precedent and quite frankly the people of colorado right now are so disillusioned not only because of the

00:09:52.800 democrat control but because of what we've seen happen within the state gop itself going against

00:09:57.920 the will of voters and so we need them to know we are fighting for them there's a lot of things

00:10:02.480 that don't happen why do you say go why why are you going to say why do you say going against the

00:10:06.880 will of the voters the candidates the mega candidates lost and some of them lost pretty handily

00:10:12.080 in colorado isn't that the will of the voters i would say that it's not the will of the voters i

00:10:16.560 believe that the machine i believe this has been achieved that's why tina peters case is going to the

00:10:20.800 supreme court of the united states of america because the colorado supreme court justices

00:10:25.280 would not hear her case we want a paper ballot hand recount election and here's the thing no

00:10:30.720 matter what happens moving forward it's really important that we take some kind of power back

00:10:35.520 and what every county should be pushing for right now which you can do right now even without a lawsuit

00:10:40.960 is ask that a paper ballot hand count be run along with these machines let's test it let's this is

00:10:47.440 reasonable let's test it let's make sure that the results are the same there's nothing wrong with

00:10:53.120 asking that making that request it's still it's still illegal to run a hand count alongside the

00:10:57.680 machine and that's something your watchers your viewers can do without a lawsuit okay hang on we

00:11:04.400 have your lawyer by phone uh maurice emmer maurice why you guys are over i don't know how many in colorado

00:11:12.160 you can't even get a judge really to take it anywhere you're now less than three weeks away

00:11:17.040 from election i think they're already starting to vote in colorado what what is specifically you're

00:11:22.400 taking why does it make a difference and why is this just not a another uh another uh uh bravehearted

00:11:30.000 attempt but just another waste of time sir well it might be a waste of time i guess time will tell

00:11:37.120 about that uh but why are we doing it uh first of all it's not too close to the elections for this

00:11:43.920 to be heard because all we're asking for is counting of the ballots by hand and not by the

00:11:50.240 black box electronic uh computers and that's something that easily can be organized now we're

00:11:56.560 only asking for it in one county el paso county how can you say how can how can you say it'd be easily

00:12:04.160 done are they prepared to hand count ballots wouldn't that be how many thousands of ballots

00:12:09.040 are going to come in they've already got over 800 uh election judges signed up in that one county

00:12:16.480 and there's a list of at least a thousand more volunteers so getting the people to do it is not

00:12:21.920 a problem organizing them is just a matter of organization so it's completely practical to do it

00:12:27.440 and it's only one county that we're talking about so we want to we want a court to hear the

00:12:33.360 evidence and decide you're right these machines are illegal under colorado and federal law you

00:12:38.720 can't use them in november in el paso county are you are you asking is there a tro are you asking

00:12:47.680 are you asking something to uh are you asking the court to stop this process until because for the

00:12:54.080 court to hear it and and render a judgment definitively it'll take a lot more than three weeks correct

00:13:00.640 no it's not true because it's very straightforward the lawsuit is is carefully tailored to focus on

00:13:08.240 only one of the many illegal aspects of the machines and that is their routine destruction of data as they

00:13:14.960 operate and that's uh we we intentionally didn't uh bring in counts about all the other problems like

00:13:23.440 the you know the bluetooth connections that sharon has referred to and others to make it totally

00:13:29.600 practical for the court to hear the expert evidence and make a decision so there's just there's no

00:13:34.800 excuse for not hearing it uh it's a simple straightforward lawsuit with plenty of evidence

00:13:40.320 and um the fact that courts don't want to hear it is because the courts don't want to hear it

00:13:48.000 but the courts hear it based upon the law the courts i mean don't you agree that judges just don't

00:13:53.680 randomly say i don't feel like hearing it or it's political or i don't want to touch it i mean that's

00:13:58.480 not the way our system works right if it has standing and a judge rules it's valid then you

00:14:05.360 get your day in court if a judge thinks you don't have standing by the law or you don't have enough

00:14:11.680 there to go forward by the law then they don't do it correct no that's not correct first of all there

00:14:18.960 is no one system there are many different systems and even in colorado there are many different

00:14:24.960 procedural routes and the procedural route that was followed here is one that's designed in the

00:14:31.360 statute specifically for challenging prospective violations of the state election code uh it's uh

00:14:38.960 it's designed to have expedited uh treatment and resolution and everything was followed and the

00:14:45.440 standing is no problem any registered voter is qualified to bring the lawsuit uh the uh you just have to read

00:14:52.720 the judge's orders uh and a uh an uh informed lawyer who reads the judge's orders can see

00:15:01.360 that his orders are not based on law that's it okay not based on law it's my opinion uh but it's uh

00:15:08.960 and as an example in one of the two counties where the case was dismissed at the county level

00:15:14.960 the uh defendants who are all county officials filed a motion to dismiss which is very routine in

00:15:22.160 litigation easy way to get rid of a lawsuit and the uh the uh movements the public officials

00:15:30.400 filed their brief in support of their motion to dismiss the plaintiffs filed their brief in the

00:15:36.400 morning and uh within an hour the judge issued his order granting the motion to dismiss in his order which

00:15:43.360 is about 12 or 15 pages of legal discussion he discusses only the defendant's arguments and doesn't

00:15:50.400 bother to to discuss the plaintiffs because he obviously didn't care didn't even read probably

00:15:55.200 didn't even read the plaintiff's brief so that's an example of obvious um uh disregard of the process

00:16:04.560 by the judge just wanted to get rid of the case

00:16:06.560 tom tom tom we got to bounce but just can you give our audience the the time frame when you

00:16:13.120 anticipate because we want to follow this closely obviously this issue is of paramount importance to

00:16:18.560 close the deal on november 8th but also longer term what do you anticipate is the critical path here

00:16:24.960 that our audience should be paying attention to uh there will be a status conference among the judge

00:16:32.080 and the parties in this current lawsuit uh i think tomorrow uh that will be for the purpose of setting

00:16:39.360 a schedule briefing schedule a trial date and all of that and it'll be very quick the judge will if he

00:16:47.120 doesn't just dismiss it on the you know he may he may decide to dismiss it at the uh at the status

00:16:52.400 hearing he's the judge and this this type of lawsuit in colorado really has no appeal available the

00:16:59.920 the only appeal is directly to the state supreme court and it is discretionary on the court's part

00:17:05.600 so it's possible the judge will just say i don't want to hear this and he'll find an excuse but if

00:17:10.160 he doesn't then he'll set a schedule uh for a trial and for all the pre-trial activities there isn't a

00:17:18.320 lot of discovery to do here there won't be any discovery they'll just go directly to trial there

00:17:22.720 would be a exchange of witness uh list of witnesses and and we're talking about two weeks probably

00:17:29.840 okay tom how do you have social media people can follow you

00:17:36.800 who follow me yeah does do you have social media can people follow you or a website or

00:17:44.240 how do people follow the updates i don't i don't use i don't i don't use social media yeah

00:19:01.760 and i'm watching the show and i go i love sharona i love tina bannon i can take her leave but i love these

00:19:08.480 two and they she's just totally depressed me no she's just totally depressed me because they're

00:19:13.680 going to steal it anyone that shouldn't vote and obviously we don't want that because you're

00:19:18.160 everybody's closing in colorado and a lot of these candidates are not you know war rooms cup of tea but

00:19:24.720 it is what it is what is your word to people on el paso are sitting there you know sharona told me

00:19:29.840 they're going to steal it anyway what what say you sharona bishop well listen you don't need your

00:19:34.400 vote to be the one that's stolen you need to show up and you need to make sure that we

00:19:38.320 as republicans or registered um independents and conservatives we need to show up and make sure

00:19:43.520 that our voice is being heard at the end of the day there needs to be a mass turnout of republicans

00:19:49.200 in the state of colorado saying we're not doing this anymore we're not killing our babies anymore

00:19:54.480 we're not doing this um killing of our ranchers and our farms and our and exploiting our children

00:19:59.280 anymore you have to show up because your voice is still your vote that's what we have right now

00:20:04.880 and you know what there's going to be things to sort out afterwards but you miss every every

00:20:09.840 punch that you don't throw it is so important that people show up for elections and and notoriously

00:20:15.200 conservatives and churchgoers do not vote in primaries and that are excuse me in off uh off-term uh

00:20:21.360 elections like this this is one of the most important elections that colorado is ever going to see

00:20:26.080 because it will lay the groundwork for does colorado officially become a little socialist communist

00:20:31.600 state within a free union or are do we have a little bit of a little glimmer of hope on the

00:20:36.080 future on the horizon it's so incredibly important i would never ever ever advocate for someone to

00:20:41.920 stay home and not vote because it's all we have we have to exercise it and then we'll sort out the mess

00:20:47.600 like we always do afterwards uh sharona bishop thank you honored to have you on here keep fighting out 0.51

00:20:54.320 there and say give our best to tina the ultimate fighter absolutely thank you so much steve okay laura

00:21:00.880 blackwell joins us laura you were on a couple weeks ago and uh in a personal capacity or vice

00:21:06.560 chairman when i think school boards down in in carolina north carolina uh walk us through what

00:21:12.800 happened i understand a little dust got kicked up yes sir uh thank you again for having me back on and

00:21:18.960 i definitely want to make it very clear that i am speaking on behalf of myself not the the board that i am

00:21:27.680 also a member of um and yes to your point there was a lot of support that came my way um i had people

00:21:36.480 that showed up to the board meeting with signs uh t-shirts that they made that said thank you laura

00:21:43.760 showing support for for me and for um the the movement that has begun um to make sure that we keep

00:21:54.160 material that is inappropriate for our children out of the school system um certainly also with met with

00:22:02.400 with some backlash as well um there have been um i was taken off i was removed as the chair of the

00:22:11.520 committee that i had mentioned uh to you before the literature and supplemental material committee that

00:22:18.800 um i i had been the chair of uh during this and creating helping to come up with policies um i have

00:22:26.960 now been removed uh from that position as the chair um as well um but to your point it was a it was an

00:22:35.280 eventful uh board meeting and we definitely had people that came out and spoke on on both sides

00:22:42.640 but laura here's an understand you were it's pretty straightforward you just didn't want pornographic

00:22:49.440 or literature in the libraries available to the kids or in the classroom available to the kids

00:22:54.800 that was not age appropriate what is so controversial about that that you would be removed as chairman of

00:23:00.640 that subcommittee um you know steve that's an excellent question um i think that we have seen this

00:23:09.280 this incredible push from some people regarding this that they don't want anything removed um at all from

00:23:19.680 our libraries um and have no problem having children exposed to certain material they made it very clear during

00:23:28.400 the board meeting when we had public comment and have made it very clear to me when they have

00:23:35.600 reached out to me calling me a fascist or a nazi um in order to to try and keep these children safe

00:23:44.480 from this material and you know questioning my integrity um during this and all of those things i just

00:23:54.000 i don't know as a conservative one of the things that i that i asked myself is if we are conservatives

00:24:01.680 if we are not conserving the innocence of our children then what is it that we are trying to

00:24:09.280 do as conservatives if we're if we're not at least conserving the our children's innocence

00:24:16.400 but what i don't understand what is the board why is this controversial why are they calling you a nazi

00:24:21.280 and a fascist what is controversial about keeping inappropriate pornography away from

00:24:26.720 young children that's it's just not age appropriate what what is what's the controversy

00:24:32.000 well i i think that um and of course i can't speak for everyone on the board um with this

00:24:38.480 um i do know that there are some people that have have reached out to me and just told me frankly that

00:24:45.120 they don't like the fact that i brought this out into the open on your show um and i'm sure that you know

00:24:52.880 steve you're a pretty controversial guy uh within a lot of circles and so uh people just don't like

00:25:00.960 for this stuff to be brought out but i feel like as a elected official and and just a citizen of this

00:25:07.440 country it's my responsibility to make sure that we are putting this information out there for people

00:25:13.920 to know if if they didn't if they did you should tell your board members if they didn't you know the

00:25:18.880 war room is plenty packed with a lot of us i forget to but if they didn't have inappropriate

00:25:24.160 material for children pornography accessible to them you wouldn't have to be on the war room

00:25:30.880 you just you wouldn't have to be i mean you're you're a hero for stepping forward laura hang on

00:25:36.400 for a second we we are packed today and it's all going to be pretty controversial it's not that we

00:25:42.560 weren't looking for these stories these stories came to us because the moms the dads the parental

00:25:47.440 rights movement just not going to tolerate it anymore they're going to hold the line and

00:25:51.280 they're not going to retreat in a moment in the war room

00:29:54.020 uh laura you're running for re-election to the board it's on november 8th you got one day less

00:29:59.380 than three weeks walk us through uh tell me what you got to do to get re-elected and how can the

00:30:05.380 warroom posse assist and um probably the most um divisive and stressful election that i've ever

00:30:14.700 seen um you know we have candidates that are running for cabarrus county school board um that that state

00:30:23.100 that they want to see um things get better and bring everyone together and of course they're going to

00:30:31.540 listen to the community and and and hear what everyone has to say but then my question becomes

00:30:37.800 well then what what are you going to do when you hear what people have to say the problem for so long

00:30:44.560 in my opinion is the fact that we don't have enough elected officials that are willing to stand up and

00:30:51.020 fight when the time is needed during covid um when we were having to go through uh mask mandates

00:30:59.540 and virtual learning i never voted for a mask mandate within our school system i never voted

00:31:05.940 for virtual school um these are pivotal things and as we move forward with elections see you know

00:31:13.740 in the in the coming years um we're going to have other issues that come up as well that people are

00:31:19.540 going to need to stand and fight and have to take a side on and i say that regarding transgender bathrooms 0.99

00:31:25.240 and uh you know other materials that that are wanting to be brought into the school system

00:31:32.380 so yes we all want to hear what community members have then the question becomes what are you going

00:31:38.720 to do with it are you going to be the one that is going to stand up and fight and put yourself in

00:31:43.580 the fire even if you have to do it by yourself courage is contagious uh we know that and it's also the

00:31:51.260 most important of all the virtues because upon courage all the other virtues rest laura blackwell

00:32:40.580 that we have been able to um come up with when i was part of that literature committee um and what

00:32:48.080 what has been happening within our school system as well so i just thank you so much to all of your

00:32:54.300 viewers and and let me encourage everyone please please stand up for what you see happening within

00:33:01.520 your school system it is so vital that this election season that we all go out and vote and make your voices

00:33:40.380 the books i believe and they said it was too pornographic can you walk us through uh your

00:33:44.940 tale of heroism ma'am uh i was at the pennsylvania senate yesterday um supporting uh senate bill 966

00:33:55.220 which is sponsored by senator mastriano it is a parent's uh bill of rights the it will be the

00:34:01.960 first in the state of pennsylvania and i gave testimony of my 10-month ordeal working uh to

00:34:08.760 raise awareness to the school district police department the attorney general the governor

00:34:14.780 everyone has said this is not a crime the principal the detective uh all have said that there are quote

00:34:23.480 18 year olds in the high school and are allowed to read books just going to show the cover that uh show 0.64

00:34:31.300 uh child on child oral sex in this book there is also evidence of pedophilia a grown man touching 0.72

00:34:41.300 can you can you can you tell can you can you tell the uh hold it up can you tell just tell the 0.98

00:34:46.780 audience particular podcast radio is the name of the book the book is titled genderqueer this is one

00:34:53.300 they can find all these titles sir on my gofundme page i've listed every name they merely just have

00:35:00.540 to type in porn in schools here's another one fun home another is push this is the graphic detail 0.99

00:35:10.800 the rape of a young black child by her father this is tantric sex 0.99

00:35:17.200 these are available i just want to make sure we're clear here 0.99

00:35:24.340 finicia these are available in libraries and public schools in the commonwealth of pennsylvania

00:35:29.400 they are my son is in high school he um these books are available in his high school

00:35:36.540 we've asked the school to give up to give me in particular a list of any other sexually explicit

00:35:43.720 books they refuse they say they don't have to i've asked for access to the library i've been denied

00:35:51.580 access to the library it's been a long ordeal on june 29 posters that i made enlarging the pornographic

00:36:01.760 pictures i gave a set of them to the speaker of the house of representatives to distribute them

00:36:09.140 to every political party in pennsylvania in the capital my posters made it into the governor's

00:36:16.260 office on that day and the governor told the speaker of the house's representative that he was

00:36:21.460 not interested he would not support any bills supporting the removal of this graphic sexually

00:36:27.660 explicit material sir this is a crime this is not an opinion this is not banning books

00:36:33.020 there are two federal laws that explicitly talk about the transfer of obscene materials to minors

00:36:40.460 it's in my federal lawsuit i filed the federal lawsuit august 24 of this year the attorney general

00:36:49.020 shapiro who's running for governor of our state uh made a motion to dismiss my case

00:36:55.780 he gave four reasons sir the first reason was quote he's entitled to immunity and the fourth reason

00:37:04.100 he gave is that because i am pro se which means i don't have a lawyer i cannot represent my minor child

00:37:12.240 i cannot defend my child

00:37:13.640 let me ask you why is it controversial to remove this literature and why is it controversial why isn't

00:37:21.080 a parent's right bill like passed in like a day why in the commonwealth of pennsylvania for shapiro and

00:37:26.740 these guys why is that confetterment he's a lieutenant governor shapiro's the secretary of the attorney

00:37:32.580 general why ma'am is removing inappropriate age inappropriate pornographic material and passing

00:37:40.500 a parental rights bill why in the commonwealth of pennsylvania given all the patriots all the heroes

00:37:45.520 all the kind of backbone of american types that live in that great state why is this controversial

00:37:50.980 it's not controversial it's criminal they merely have decided not to follow federal law

00:37:58.560 the assistant district attorney who reviewed my complaint wrote back to the police department

00:38:04.860 that they do not see this as a criminal matter they're not following the laws in pennsylvania

00:38:10.720 they're not following the criminal law of murder rates in our inner cities and they're not following

00:38:16.180 federal law as it relates to obscenity with minor children it's not controversial these people are 0.99

00:38:23.060 mentally ill 0.91

00:38:24.380 phoenicia where do you go from here and and how can the audience of war room posse assist you i want to

00:38:33.700 first off i want to get i want you to send either the gofundme or the website i want everybody to review

00:38:39.340 this material i think it's very important for you to the audience just to see it if you know she can't

00:38:45.280 even talk in front of the legislature when you start talking about so pornographic we had the woman on

00:38:50.160 the other day the mom on the other day that we had to edit we had to edit it because you couldn't put

00:38:56.640 it out even on the streaming service that we use it was so pornographic and she's reading from a book

00:39:01.700 that's in the classroom so where do people go to find out more about this ma'am gofundme in the search 0.82

00:39:07.420 field just type porn in schools simple porn in schools and when you get to my page you'll see

00:39:15.560 a list of all of the titles of these books we know sir that there are more hidden from us we're going to

00:39:23.440 find it if i have to walk into federal court in nine days i only have nine days left to find a courageous

00:39:31.880 attorney who will join me in this fight but if i don't have one i'm going to walk into federal court

00:39:37.820 on my own and i'm going to fight this fight for my child we'll make sure we'll try to find an attorney

00:39:46.340 for you let me ask you about before we go and we're crammed for time josh shapiro is he comported

00:39:52.080 himself in your mind as a citizen of the commonwealth with children uh has he comported himself as attorney

00:39:59.420 general that you would feel comfortable with him being governor of the commonwealth of pennsylvania

00:40:04.120 100 no that attorney general and his lieutenants received two complaints from me one complaint in

00:40:15.040 december and one complaint in april and in both complaints i listed and i gave pictures of these

00:40:22.060 pornographic images and in both occasions attorney generals lieutenants came back and said we do not

00:40:30.680 see this as a criminal matter what is wrong with these people this you cannot make this up it's pedophilia 1.00

00:40:39.200 it's child on child oral sex it's women with their faces in the vagina of other women what have we come 1.00

00:40:47.800 to america wake up go to my gofundme page type porn in schools and look at the material i had a parent 1.00

00:40:57.980 that's not true i had a pastor call me sir about an hour ago a pastor received a what's up message from

00:41:06.660 a ninth grade child just today and it was a survey asking this child does she think that sex before

00:41:16.300 marriage is immoral this is a questionnaire the child was also asked i have the text i sent it to 0.97

00:41:22.800 your producer should prostitution be illegal i said to parents when you go to my gofundme page and you 1.00

00:41:32.460 see this content take pictures of it send it to me it is evidence we will include it in our federal

00:41:39.760 lawsuit this is a nationwide epidemic of perverting our children at such a young age sir we need help

00:41:48.200 in pennsylvania and across the nation and my case will make it to the supreme court

00:41:53.580 finicia uh thank you for your bravery your courage and thank you for being in the war room make sure

00:42:00.900 that we get back to you about a lawyer and make sure you have you back on here again so thank you

00:42:04.760 thank you sir we're gonna put i want to make sure everybody takes that clip and push it out to

00:42:10.120 everybody in pennsylvania when people think of voting for josh shapiro let's go to california

00:42:14.200 celestia uh feeler a blockbuster story in today's epic times walk me through what's going on what you

00:42:22.800 found it's pretty shocking ma'am hi uh thanks for having me actually just like any parent out there

00:42:31.740 we're going through our school districts websites we're uh investigating what's being taught in the

00:42:37.400 classrooms what's being promoted to our children um as young as elementary kids uh because parents

00:42:43.960 are blocked from campuses uh we can't go inside of the classrooms we can't volunteer like we used to

00:42:49.720 um but we're seeing this stuff come home with our kids that are are you know we question uh so after

00:42:57.660 going through my uh district website here in the coachella valley i noticed a website that they were

00:43:04.000 promoting um to elementary children uh the trevor project uh i after looking through it and going to

00:43:13.180 the website i noticed that it was for 13 to 24 year olds uh under the guise of lgbtq uh suicide

00:43:21.900 prevention um 13 to 24 year olds is a major red flag what do adults have to do with talking to

00:43:30.760 children about sex and gender uh after digging more into this i uh posed as a 16 year old uh went into

00:43:40.360 the website and found about 30 chat rooms um where adults were discussing uh the the most disgusting

00:43:49.220 things with kids with kids even seeing um you know children asking who's monitoring this because

00:43:56.600 they even think that they're being sexually harassed uh you see that adults asking for um photos of

00:44:05.220 children uh or rating children's photos that they post of themselves with barely any clothes on um

00:44:13.040 and adults asking for children to leave the website altogether and go to their discord or other chat

00:44:21.320 means uh means which is like text messaging or anything else and parents don't even have a clue

00:44:27.860 um the most disturbing thing that i found is a group called littles littles is uh a chat room

00:44:35.560 where it's adults that who identify as children um this is sick this is mental illness 0.84

00:44:42.660 and they're using our kids as therapy uh so i filed a police report with the riverside county sheriff

00:44:49.780 uh department also notifying human trafficking and exploited children because i can't this is a

00:44:57.980 breeding ground for that kids go missing all the time because they've met somebody online here it is

00:45:04.080 in our face so i brought this to the attention of riverside county sheriff's department i demanded that

00:45:10.520 they open the case i didn't ask for the website to be completely taken down or but i did ask for them

00:45:17.480 to investigate it and deem that it's not safe uh and it should be taken down from our uh school websites

00:45:24.760 being promoted by school i also went to our my school district and uh with another parent back in july

00:45:31.660 did a presentation for them showed them what was on this they didn't even have a clue what was on this

00:45:37.640 website they don't even vet this stuff before they offer it to our children they did end up taking

00:45:43.120 it down because they agreed that it's disgusting they shouldn't be promoting this i thank them for

00:45:48.420 that but to have uh you know law enforcement even find nothing wrong with this or look into it and think

00:45:58.600 that what do you mean law enforcement hang on law enforcement the riverside county police are not

00:46:05.220 investigating this as a crime because trust me somebody vetted this in the relate to the school

00:46:10.220 to put it up there that's whoever's telling you that is lying to you it's just a lie somebody somebody

00:46:14.800 went on that site somebody knew what they were doing you're telling me that riverside county is not

00:46:18.800 going to pursue this as a crime no um yes i'm telling you that they're not they have closed the

00:46:26.500 investigation i understand on part of this um because this is such a huge thing there's no actual

00:46:35.600 victim here locally uh i understand that but the whole site it needs to be deemed that it's not safe

00:46:44.180 for children uh it needs to be taken down from websites uh across the nation hang on one second

00:46:52.460 just stay right there i want to bring do we have the coal open for uh for uh sarah do we have the

00:46:57.000 video up yeah can we play let's play sarah gonzalez she's going to join us from plano texas stay out 1.00

00:47:02.600 right there solicit um let's play uh sarah gonzalez's uh video

00:47:07.300 we'll put this up thank you it's it's too

00:47:36.360 obscene to put up sarah gonzalez we only got a couple minutes we'll have you back on 1.00

00:47:40.040 what am i looking at there with parents with small children in these uh whoever these dancers are ma'am 0.99

00:47:45.820 okay we just lost sarah gonzalez let me go back and we'll get sarah back up tomorrow morning don't 0.92

00:47:53.920 worry that tape is just unbelievable that's from plano texas this is in the state of texas

00:47:59.640 celeste uh feeler once again i just want to make sure what we saw uh the trevor project website

00:48:08.540 uh was put up on the school's website for children to use as a as a potential anti-suicide hotline is

00:48:18.020 that what is proposed as yes yes it's under the guise of suicide prevention um but then when you go

00:48:25.340 into that uh you notice that there's all of these chat rooms um involving adults and children uh the

00:48:32.200 problem is is that we are normalizing this when our job as adults is to protect children we're taking

00:48:40.300 this most vulnerable group and we're throwing them into a predator's playground uh this needs to be

00:48:47.300 stopped and i don't know how uh you know um predators are becoming a uh uh a protective class

00:48:55.800 i mean this is sick this is wrong and just like the parent prior uh that was speaking to you

00:49:01.980 you know our kids are under attack and this must be stopped and it's going to take parents to do it

00:49:08.320 keep being um loud speak up uh don't let this stuff go uh we need to keep bringing this attention to the
