Bannon's War Room - WarRoom Battleground EP 197 Migrants Flood The Border In El Paso

00:00:00.000 this is what you're fighting for i mean every day you're out there what they're doing is blowing

00:00:21.100 people off if you continue to look the other way and shut up then the oppressors the authoritarians

00:00:28.860 get total control and total power because this is just like in arizona this is just like in georgia

00:00:34.660 it's another element that backs them into a quarter and shows their lies and misrepresentations

00:00:39.720 this is why this audience is going to have to get engaged as we've told you this is the fight

00:00:43.480 all this nonsense all this spin they can't handle the truth war room battleground here's your host

00:00:50.600 stephen k bannon okay welcome it's monday 12 december year of our lord 2022 we are jammed

00:00:59.460 tonight i uh we had uh both cash patel and colonel derrick harvey together it's been an explosive 72

00:01:06.660 hours on twitter not just twitter uh revelations about where these investigations going exclusive

00:01:12.580 to the new york post from uh comer uh a big uh kind of a throwdown by kevin mccarthy yesterday i think

00:01:19.740 there's a maria bartiroma about the 51 intelligence officers you got elon musk now understanding he

00:01:25.320 bought a crime scene so so much to go there i've got also got tiffany justice and a concerned mom

00:01:30.740 about unesco also people are realizing now one of the most powerful uh powerful issues out there is

00:01:37.840 parental rights and this is because they're coming after the american family weaponizing the children 1.00

00:01:42.160 get to all that jason jones in fact we had jason jones about uh our lady of guadalupe we're going to

00:01:48.140 roll that to tomorrow morning because it's so packed big huge multi-million people in um in mexico

00:01:54.600 yesterday we're gonna get to all this but i gotta go to uh todd bensman asked todd to step away from

00:02:00.400 somebody who's working on todd there's and i and i think and i don't think i know you've been on top of

00:02:06.400 this and burquam and everybody but there's a story now exploding like out of nowhere on the border

00:02:13.220 in particular it's like mexican authorities and the cartel are like openly working with each other

00:02:18.280 to actually get more of these caravans across i guess prior to this 21st of december when title 42

00:02:26.980 comes off tell us what's going on the footage looks incredible you've got a thousand person caravan i

00:02:32.360 think when nicaragua is up there they're talking about mexican authorities are now openly working to

00:02:37.380 kind of uh you know channel these people through uh with as little uh resistance as possible what

00:02:44.100 is this a new story or is this an old story that's just people are now just realizing what's happening

00:02:50.760 all right there's a couple things going on here so bear with me for a minute because the border can get a

00:02:57.240 little bit complicated so the the el paso sector uh has been popping now for about three months this is

00:03:08.960 not new the number of immigrants being apprehended aliens being caught crossing the border has been

00:03:17.580 skyrocketing in that sector since august uh and just to give you an idea you know they have uh somewhere

00:03:26.460 in the neighborhood of 30 000 for most of the year and then all of a sudden in september they apprehended

00:03:32.860 about 49 000 uh and then that jumped to 53 55 000 but the gotaways is the real story because el paso has

00:03:43.220 been a gotaway nightmare uh tens of thousands 50 000 uh gotaways have been just passing through uh that sector

00:03:54.740 running gunning uh texas dps has surged massive forces there hang on one second i just i just want

00:04:01.840 to know for a podcast and radio audience and this is why you've got to go get the show uh and and get

00:04:08.580 the clips and watch right now it's todd bensman speaking and if memphis you can go back to that you

00:04:12.760 don't have to have me you can just have todd the footage is stunning i mean the footage just blows

00:04:18.380 you away of what's happening on our southern border todd i know we've we've had el nino we focus a lot

00:04:23.740 in el paso that's where i built the first phase of the wall right beside that mountain because border

00:04:28.080 patrol wanted to stop the cartels and we build the wall i mean that district that sector has always

00:04:33.060 been a problem this footage is absolutely stunning i mean todd if this is going on now and mexican

00:04:39.540 authorities are working i mean what's going to happen on the 21st or are we anywhere prepared

00:04:44.140 for the tidal wave of humanity they're talking about 15 or 20 000 a day that's prepared if this is

00:04:49.360 what we got now what's going to happen on the 21st right so there are two things happening one is that

00:04:56.940 you there's a shift from the rio grande valley uh the the cartels down there were charging too much

00:05:03.260 they were too abusive so they started to shift over to the el paso sector where the juarez cartel is

00:05:10.360 cheaper and they're not beating people up as much okay that's the last three months the rio grande

00:05:17.060 numbers have plummeted at the same exact time as the el paso numbers have gone up then you have the

00:05:24.900 mexican military uh bringing caravans of immigrants from the far south on their guatemalan border

00:05:33.940 in buses they're saying they're rescuing right the new york post had a story out today saying that these

00:05:41.060 were the military rescued these 2 500 immigrants that crossed today and like delivered them over 1.00

00:05:48.240 to safety to the americans but i'm just highly skeptical in fact i was laughing earlier at that

00:05:54.880 whole story there was a caravan of this size in tapachula a week and a half ago that they all just

00:06:02.100 processed with buses the military and they i believe they brought these people up from tapachula to just

00:06:08.860 get rid of them uh because the americans are taking them and uh i think that's what these guys are

00:06:15.080 right here that are in your uh in your camera but the the uh gotaways uh there are 50 000 gotaways that

00:06:24.700 have just in the last few months uh just i mean cat and mouse insanity over there in the el paso

00:06:30.380 district uh who were escaping title 42 uh but now that title 42 is ending they will no longer have to

00:06:39.680 do that and i believe that you'll see more of this the turn-ins thousands of people just turning

00:06:46.340 themselves in so there are these two different things that are that are happening at about the same

00:06:51.620 time is what i'm told and what i believe is is happening i do think title 42 uh is going to be a big

00:06:59.760 game changer we're going to see we're already seeing them there's mexican media i'm monitoring

00:07:05.800 the mexican media i've got google translate uh and i'm reading all this mexican media that

00:07:11.360 they are on the way man they are on the march uh through the darien through uh central america

00:07:18.240 through mexico and i believe that mexico is just going to be moving them through moving them through

00:07:24.200 uh because why wouldn't they of course they move and they're getting paid yeah and i'm yeah i mean

00:07:31.560 one for their own safety but but but they're they're they're all getting paid todd uh how do

00:07:37.680 people get to the book and how they find out how they get to your writings and social media because

00:07:41.600 you're putting stuff up non-stop now there's people if you want the immersive experience you got

00:07:46.160 to get into the loop with todd bensman well uh tomorrow morning i've got a big piece running

00:07:52.580 in the daily mail so you can check that out uh i'm at t bensman at getter and todd dot bensman at

00:08:01.100 or todd bensman at uh truth social and the book is overrun uh that is available for pre-order right

00:08:09.700 now on amazon or barnes and noble or any of those places i will we'll check the daily mail i'll talk to

00:08:17.320 you later maybe we get you on i would love to have you on with one of these big daily mail exclusives

00:08:21.020 you're doing they're so fantastic since the daily mail watches war room for all the best news and

00:08:26.980 scoops we're honored to have that todd great job very shocking the footage is unbelievable i want to

00:08:34.280 thank memphis this footage is unbelievable it's only going to get worse on the few days before christmas

00:08:39.500 merry christmas rio grande valley merry christmas citizens in el paso texas todd bensman thank you

00:08:46.020 very much brother appreciate it the um revelations over the last couple of days 72 hours have been

00:08:54.420 nothing short of stunning and it's not about just suppression of president trump taibbi's title was

00:09:02.320 the removal of president trump i'm really honored to have devin nunez who's a patriot and a hero

00:09:07.840 and ran the intelligence committee when we controlled the house under paul ryan but was handcuffed by paul

00:09:14.580 ryan for really doing uh what he knew had to be done his two right-hand guys the general counsel

00:09:20.640 was cash patel his right-hand man kind of his top guy was colonel derrick harvey i've got both um cash

00:09:26.440 i want to start with you uh cash i i think people are are shocked the more that they just come out uh and

00:09:35.080 i shouldn't say shock we know what went on and this audience knows what went on but to the brazen nature

00:09:42.480 that the intelligence community that fbi and doj and other members of the intelligence community

00:09:48.040 just and because the twitter people are so unsophisticated i mean it's really like seeing a college dorm

00:09:53.480 let's be honest this is not a group of sophisticated people of the world and to know that they had this

00:09:59.380 platform or which even uh elon musk now calls a crime scene he calls it a crime scene this is not war room

00:10:06.340 or persoba not us calling a crime scene he's tweeting out it's a crime scene put us uh get us up to speed

00:10:12.900 on your um since we left you on uh on friday your assessment of what's happened over this weekend sir

00:10:19.740 hey it's great to be back with you steven look yeah when i ran the russia gate investigation for

00:10:24.480 chairman nunes with great warriors like derrick harvey we uncovered and i'm going to give you some good news

00:10:29.280 and then some bad news what we uncovered was all the corruption at the fbi at doj at the mainstream

00:10:35.140 media and the democratic party and i'm glad now that elon musk is putting all this stuff out there

00:10:40.920 but this is why i keep saying all roads lead to russia gate it is the same operation that they

00:10:46.480 a private enterprise is running with the fbi and doj and i'm glad so many more people are forced to

00:10:52.740 listen because of the big platform that you and war room have and elon has and are finally forcing

00:10:57.460 people to look at the suppression the intentional malfeasance and likely breaking of laws by the folks at

00:11:04.260 twitter and here's the thing they have in common with the government gangsters that the fbi that ran

00:11:08.380 russia gate they never thought they would get caught they were so arrogant they would write it down

00:11:15.100 freely just like the fbi government gangsters did um during russia gate and we found the documents we

00:11:21.040 found the receipts as you say and now taibian company are putting out the receipts but here's the

00:11:25.020 problem steve we know they censored donald trump we know they rigged an election we know the players

00:11:29.900 roth vijayagada dorsey i haven't seen one email and i've been challenging them to do this that shows

00:11:36.860 the communications between the fbi and twitter headshed it exists and if it doesn't exist i've

00:11:43.840 been calling on media companies like epoch times where i host my show send foyers to fbi twitter is

00:11:49.260 not a classified operation every meeting every fbi agent had with twitter and vijayagada and roth around

00:11:54.800 these times is documented then we will learn the depths of government involvement to break the law

00:12:01.920 and violate free speech like i said i'm really happy this information is finally getting out there

00:12:06.440 but i keep but hang on i want but hang on but hang on i want to i want to take this to another level

00:12:11.340 though um they're investigative journalists and and taibi and barry weiss and and these you know weiss

00:12:18.040 these are terrific investigative journalists and many of those have come from you know more liberal

00:12:23.620 mainstream media sources you and derrick harvey are not investigative journalists you are hammers

00:12:29.220 that understand have spent no you spent your your former prosecutor you have spent your career

00:12:34.840 i mean your last gig was chief of staff over the department of defense derrick harvey is a legendary

00:12:40.600 legendary individual in washington dc you guys have dedicated your life to service to your country

00:12:47.120 not as journalists and not as guys at the war room or or matt taibi or the ball you know the

00:12:52.540 interceptor places like this as as good as some of those places may be you guys are professionals

00:12:58.280 that are in the belly of the beast and you saw things you knew things that were not right that's

00:13:04.540 why if paul ryan had had the back of devin nunez remember when the history of this is getting written

00:13:11.240 and it's going to be written very quickly because in january february these investigations are going to

00:13:15.120 ramp up paul ryan didn't have nunez back he kind of pulled him off right of the investigation

00:13:21.720 at its most important because of potential conflicts and put trey gowdy his lapdog in charge

00:13:28.020 you and harvey are professionals and as professionals i have to ask you if you were

00:13:33.620 if you uh got to elon musk or his senior people you would be able to do things and expose things and

00:13:40.960 see things that even the best and smartest guy like a matt taibi are just not gonna just are gonna

00:13:46.500 miss am i correct in that assumption look i think it's right you know we have a different

00:13:51.200 background we're not investigative journalists steve so i think you're right but here's here's

00:13:54.740 the thing that the american people need to understand we we exposed that corruption in

00:14:00.140 russiagate it's the same actors in the same cabal in the same groups at fbi that were authorized to

00:14:05.820 meet by chris ray and bill barr with the twitter headshed and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to

00:14:13.020 come in there and say why aren't we finding and exposing these documents what i'm saying is

00:14:17.820 the the the promulgation of information is great but the problem we have is right now we have the

00:14:23.560 momentum right now we have the american public listening and we have to drop the hammer on the

00:14:28.560 fbi's involvement because if we do in two or three months from now they're going to come back and say

00:14:32.560 hey that's a war room conspiracy that's cash he's crazy we have to tee it up before congress gets the

00:14:38.460 gavels in january that the fbi was in on it we know they were we they've admitted under oath to

00:14:44.240 being there with twitter so why can't we just release the twitter documents with the fbi with

00:14:50.420 the jay gad and roth that's my biggest ask of elon musk you don't have to be a rocket scientist

00:14:56.140 literally or spend uh send spaceships to the moon to do it you just have to release them and the

00:15:02.360 question i have for everybody as good as they are is why haven't we seen that yet

00:15:08.460 i want to go before i let you go because uh your uh discernment and judgment during the toughest

00:15:15.860 days of the of the russia hoax and your ability to kind of um you know one of the things of uh of uh

00:15:23.200 people as leaders is keeping your head about you when everybody else is losing theirs

00:15:27.040 when a guy like cash patel uses the term government gangsters it means something it's not just some

00:15:33.400 person throwing it out there talk to me about that what in your your um investigation from house

00:15:41.000 intel remember cash has got the highest security clearances in the country the country can actually

00:15:45.480 give when you say government gangsters you actually mean that you mean people that have on a daily basis

00:15:52.800 just break the law because the whole purpose is to keep the apparatus moving forward to keep the

00:15:58.640 apparatus in charge am i incorrect in that assumption no it's a term that i came out with

00:16:04.240 it's actually the term of my adult it's the name of my adult book that's coming out in like february

00:16:08.020 but where basically i list every government gangster that we ran into in russia gate onwards

00:16:12.860 and if you go through them the gina haspels the chris rays the rod rosensteins the bill bars

00:16:17.340 these people chris uh peter strock his lover and all these other people um james baker these people

00:16:23.780 were in positions of senior leadership in government and they hijacked the service of this country for

00:16:29.900 their own personal political gain and i lay out with specificity why these guys should be called

00:16:35.780 government gangsters and what they have done to destroy this country it's not hyperbole go back

00:16:41.760 and read the nunes memo go back and watch the plot against the president or in the spring go read

00:16:45.980 my book government gangsters which is out on presale now the reason i came up with this term is

00:16:50.620 because it's so shocking their conduct that it can only be compared to elliot ness and al capone

00:16:57.140 what they have done against the american people in violation of their oath of office is destroy the

00:17:03.880 department of justice make the united states military woke and you see you just reported what's going on

00:17:09.360 on our borders one example and just weakened america across the across the globe because they put

00:17:15.060 their own egos ahead of the americans people they serve and they think those offices the fbi and doj

00:17:22.080 and dod etc exist to serve their own ego and their own brand and this is why they are qualified as

00:17:27.660 government gangsters there's a list i'm going to name every single one of them in my book by name

00:17:32.320 it's probably going to get to be about a hundred people or so but you have to call these people out

00:17:36.660 and we have to educate the american public to do it and this moment in time with elon musk

00:17:42.140 giving out all this information is our one chance at getting it all back educating people on russiagate

00:17:48.480 and why russiagate is still prevalent today and why all roads at this twitter uh revelations lead

00:17:54.440 right back to russiagate they're running the same playbook with a private enterprise to destroy the

00:17:58.860 american fabric of conservatism because they don't like it and that is why those people need to go to 1.00

00:18:05.180 prison how do they get to how do they get to we're gonna have cash back on this week to talk in

00:18:11.400 detail about what that means a cash how do people get to your writings you've got the children's book

00:18:16.160 and i'm telling people the children's book is a pretty good primer when you read it to the kids

00:18:20.520 and grandkids a pretty good primer if you're not into the details how do people how do people get

00:18:25.480 to your writings how they get to your books yeah i exist one place on truth social at cash truth

00:18:30.500 social at cash ksh and then plot against the king.com you're right i keep telling people over and over

00:18:35.280 and yes i have a self-interest in this but plot against the king is the number one selling

00:18:39.120 children's book in america it's russiagate for kids and young adults and grandparents and anyone

00:18:44.280 who wants to get caught up in 22 fun pages we did a sequel on election integrity with dinesh

00:18:49.200 d'souza called plot against the king 2000 mules right now we got a christmas special plot against

00:18:53.700 the king.com both books signed by me christmas ornaments christmas mugs all at a big discount for

00:18:59.660 the war room go to plot against the king.com and get those stocking stuff today you can still get

00:19:04.160 them in time and i agree you know steve's right if you want to teach kids about our constitutional

00:19:08.760 republic you got it in a book if you want to teach kids about russiagate and why what's going on at

00:19:12.840 twitter right now is so important you got to go read plot against the king.com we call them the

00:19:17.400 heralds in the books for a reason because they are the fake news and we have to defeat them

00:19:21.120 you know we had charlie kirk talking about dante's in front of the ninth circle of hell and what we're

00:19:26.780 talking about is this when you see these government gangsters what's happened in the american

00:19:30.460 republic is like at the end of the roman republic and really beginning the empire a pretorian guard

00:19:36.480 that was considered themselves kind of the elite they're the betters and they started to make

00:19:41.620 decisions on who's going to rule and who's not going to rule this is what you saw in the collapse

00:19:46.600 of the late republic the collapse of the republic and the rise of the empire and the empire that got

00:19:50.860 so corrupt and tried to crush christianity cash patel honor to have you on here look forward to

00:19:56.260 having this is your moment brother and i'm telling people 2023 whether it's naomi wolf's book cash

00:20:01.840 patel's book this thing is coming to a head now for a massive confrontation in the nation's capital

00:20:08.660 one side's going to win one side's going to lose and by the way when i say confrontation i mean

00:20:13.540 confrontation in the halls of congress in the committee rooms in the hearing rooms where we've

00:20:18.020 got the receipts and we are going to win cash patel thank you so much appreciate it thank you have a

00:20:23.260 great night i have had colonel derrick harvey i was going to get harvey on for his geo strategic he's

00:20:29.620 one of the smartest he's a legend in washington dc and was on the house intelligence for years and

00:20:34.900 then came after a career in the u.s army then came to the white house with us but i gotta i gotta just

00:20:39.760 pick your brain uh colonel about what you've seen these revelations you've seen and particularly

00:20:45.180 brother you know the administrative state better than any living human being uh what has been your what

00:20:52.380 the revelations that happened over the last 72 hours put in perspective for us well steve i want

00:20:58.660 to take a step back just for a second here and this is really hard for people to grasp to understand

00:21:05.240 what's really going on because there are so many interconnected stories going on here with china

00:21:10.120 uh the biden administration the securities exchange commission uh failing to do things that

00:21:16.160 would protect american economic interests and the like but i think back to how hard it is to understand

00:21:23.020 isis and al-qaeda and the networks that we're fighting across the middle east just a few short

00:21:28.200 years ago and when we got the about about papers that had all that treasure trove of data that was from

00:21:34.620 osama bin laden's lair the cia analysts went through it and they triaged it they analyzed it

00:21:43.140 but they didn't have the right people really looking at it and dissecting it if you don't have the right

00:21:48.260 people that have the background and the knowledge to understand the words and you know the synonyms and

00:21:55.660 you know how these people talk and the code that they use you're not going to understand what's really

00:22:00.940 going on and it's the same thing here we've not only got the fbi and doj and cia and others involved

00:22:07.740 here and working with not just twitter but almost certainly with facebook instagram and others

00:22:13.760 but it's also the dnc it's also perkins coy which was an operational arm for the dnc that was used

00:22:23.060 to work with gps fusion and to dig up dirt or to fabricate dirt i should say on on republican candidates

00:22:29.660 especially the trump administration and they were part and parcel of the russia hoax if you don't know

00:22:35.640 this information it's very hard and if you're going through the twitter files to know what

00:22:41.000 you're really looking at because it may look innocuous but if that's why you need people that

00:22:45.700 have the deep knowledge about this background like cash myself and others that might be able to point

00:22:51.700 the way a little bit better it would be helpful um so i think i'd start there as just you know an

00:22:58.000 overall comment about where we're at there's so much more to find out and i think people focused

00:23:04.900 are trying to dissemble and say this is a private company it's goes to the the heart of

00:23:10.880 you know our protections our liberties you know freedom of speech freedom of thought freedom from

00:23:16.240 coercion etc and the u.s government was behind it now not necessarily the trump administration because

00:23:22.240 some of this stuff happened while trump was in charge but it was the bureaucratic state the

00:23:27.020 administrative state that has been out of control

00:23:29.700 by the way andrew klein congressman klein who's one of the guys come out as as one of these guys

00:23:37.820 that's a no vote uh for i think for mccarthy came out he's put a bill forward that talks about social

00:23:43.080 media and specifically says in the constitution you can't do indirectly what the constitution prohibits

00:23:49.660 you from doing directly that's the relationship with facebook twitter they're just adjuncts they're

00:23:56.900 just instrumentality to government uh intelligence community and law enforcement community actors is that

00:24:03.820 essentially your argument that is exactly right they are they were doing the bidding of the government

00:24:10.900 and that's one of the things that you know the committees are going to get at i'm sure you know

00:24:15.880 congressman jordan's all over that one i hope that they've uh provided to facebook and others

00:24:23.320 the preserve the the records and the information just like what's at twitter because those are going to

00:24:30.220 be the next step so we better have that type of information protected legally with with formal letters

00:24:36.060 from the house republicans but i'm worried that we don't necessarily have the right investigators

00:24:40.940 and the partisan uh aggressive characters that are going to be willing to dig and when you are

00:24:48.480 leading these types of investigations and when you're an investigator working on the staff you are going to

00:24:54.600 be attacked yourselves that's how the gangsters on the other side work they will get people in in the

00:25:00.380 media they'll get people on twitter they'll get business interests maybe even the irs to go after you

00:25:06.660 okay so all these people have to be willing to to do the hard right things to fight for our country

00:25:14.040 i want to go back and we got about two minutes here and i want to keep you over for a few minutes

00:25:20.240 on the other side go back because you were one of the keys about breaking the isis network al-qaeda all 0.56

00:25:25.540 that talk about the files they found and i think it's such a great analogy unless you've got the right

00:25:30.460 people you don't actually know what you had talk to us about what happened there and eventually we were

00:25:35.300 able to uh in the in the second what i call the second isis war well this is a another devon nunez

00:25:43.180 you know uh example of doing the right thing and it wasn't for devon there wouldn't have been pressure

00:25:50.500 to get access to all those records uh the cia and the dni did a an initial evaluation and you had

00:25:58.620 terabytes worth of data but they didn't know what they were necessarily looking at until you brought

00:26:04.200 people that had been living this analytical work that had been operationally uh engaged in the

00:26:10.700 targeting you wouldn't necessarily know what you were looking at so we took phone numbers we took

00:26:17.460 uh code names we took uh named nome to gears and we would analyze that data and cross level it and we

00:26:26.680 would pull out of all of that terabyte of data we identified operational um individuals in various

00:26:36.480 countries from morocco tunisia to yemen ethiopia that we were able to distill out of all that data

00:26:43.720 because we knew what we were looking for we had background and knowledge and we knew how to use

00:26:47.640 the analytical tools to go after it if you don't know that background and the analytics you can't get to

00:26:54.540 where you need to go colonel harvey we're going to bring that up to what we're talking about now

00:26:59.920 we're taking a short commercial break colonel derrick harvey tiffany justice lisa logan all next in the

00:30:34.600 war room battleground with stephen k bannon

00:30:44.740 okay welcome back uh by the way derrick harvey we don't have time tonight but we're getting his

00:30:52.020 story and bringing back uh i call him the lawrence of arabia of iraq but it was not for colonel harvey

00:30:57.200 and his bravery and his understanding his knowledge uh the the iraq war would have been

00:31:03.340 even more disastrous than it was it was colonel harvey that uh helped um turn it around but that's

00:31:09.540 a tale for another day as your bona fides only got a few minutes here uh colonel harvey

00:31:16.720 here's you need expertise of you and cash on this whether it's helping elon musk or helping the

00:31:24.680 people helping elon musk the when when you have a guy like cash patel who's dedicated his life to

00:31:32.860 this country as you have calling people government gangsters i just want to make sure the story is

00:31:38.080 not the twitter executives ultimately the facebook executive yes they're all part of it but quite

00:31:45.780 frankly in their back and forth with each other these people are like in high school let's just be

00:31:50.240 blunt you know this is a great we're the greatest power in the history of the earth

00:31:54.920 right we're the greatest power in the history of the earth these people are like children

00:31:59.700 as they talk about these things they're like children it's like you're at some junior high

00:32:04.280 school you know cafeteria it's not sophisticated it's not meaningful but they're played and used by

00:32:11.740 people who are very sophisticated and very cunning and have a absolute angle of attack of what they're

00:32:18.840 doing they're referred to as government gangsters you've had to go up against this and that's why

00:32:23.180 you have a guy like a devin nunez who's so uh you know is such a patriot and so impressive how tough

00:32:30.200 is it going to be and as you sit here today given the fights you had on house intel uh during the time

00:32:37.880 when we controlled it that's what people forget we can if we controlled the house and the senate

00:32:42.220 in the executive branch don't let that be lost anybody how tough is it going to be to get these

00:32:47.980 investigations into the house and get them done in a meaningful way sir well you need to have the

00:32:55.080 right people and leaders of each committee that are really focused on getting that job done like

00:33:00.720 devin nunez was and willing to bear the brunt of the criticism from the mainstream media the attacks

00:33:07.600 from the biden administration they'll be ridiculed and then they'll throw all kinds of of you know

00:33:13.660 crazy rumen at them as if it's fact to try to besmirch their character and undermine them in order to

00:33:20.200 if not destroy them to show others that they're not going to that what they're going to go through

00:33:25.140 so there's that part of it and then you're going to need to understand exactly how these uh agencies

00:33:32.360 and departments work internally because cash understood what we needed to ask for where paperwork

00:33:39.300 would be every step of the way there might be 10 steps for an action to be approved and each of those

00:33:47.180 steps different offices where paper might be that we would then subpoena or request and ask about

00:33:53.920 during our depositions or our examinations during open sessions so you need that type of knowledge

00:34:00.920 in order to get at it and you need to be really curious and pull the string and it

00:34:05.680 you have to also understand that these people are going to resist us every step of the way

00:34:11.160 they will shade the truth they won't give a give answers they will give partial answers

00:34:16.480 to 20 questions none of them will be germane and then they'll say we already responded

00:34:22.960 then he'll go through a rope-a-dope for the next four months trying to get them back in for another

00:34:28.180 deposition or to get director ray or someone to write a response and again it'll be partial and

00:34:34.520 incomplete because they're hiding the truth and they won't allow the most critical witnesses

00:34:39.400 to come in that we're asking for those are just examples

00:34:43.800 you agree with me that we gotta lance this boil now we cannot wait for a second trump term if we wait

00:34:54.240 the second trump term will be totally it'll be a morass of this this has to be done now you know

00:35:01.640 we've got control of one of their apparatuses with elon moss who clearly looks like is an even-handed guy in

00:35:07.560 this he's got people around him i think i see the crime scene that he i think in their degree

00:35:12.320 unfortunately bought but this had there is there any doubt in your mind colonel harvey that this is

00:35:18.260 the moment this has to be done no matter how tough it is no matter how hard it is no matter how much

00:35:23.680 resistance it is to basically save this republic this investigation has to go where it leads and it has

00:35:32.040 to be done now and people that do that have to have steely resolve i think it's just not just this

00:35:38.160 investigation but it's the china part where the sec fbi and doj are covering up criminal behavior by

00:35:45.300 china in order to protect the economic interests of our globalist elite on wall street and our our 0.71

00:35:51.240 other merchants there the venture capitalists that are financing the chinese threat to america 0.86

00:35:56.580 so we've got lots of places we need to go but it's like going on guadalcanal or iwo jima we have to hit the

00:36:04.100 beaches we have to fight off the beaches we have to fight in inland and we have to go up the mountain

00:36:09.180 and we have to go into the caves and dig it out and we're going to lose people along the way but it's

00:36:14.180 a fight that we're going to have to be committed to

00:36:16.380 colonel harvey how do people get to you on so what are your coordinates on social media and your website

00:36:23.320 how do people get to your thinking sir okay i'm at um i'm derrick harvey on on uh truth social

00:36:31.700 i'm at uh derrick harvey on twitter um i don't think there's a i think there's a number of

00:36:40.160 social i don't have it memorized i'm sorry i should be more prepared for that but um i'm mainly using

00:36:45.980 truth social you'll get into the swing of things here in the war fantastic opening salvo

00:36:52.240 colonel derrick harvey american hero thank you for taking time away from the family tonight

00:36:56.220 to do this thank you sir good do i do i have matthew tierman let me i i've got tiffany justice

00:37:04.180 and lisa logan but i think we have breaking news out of brazil which is a story we've been covering

00:37:08.600 uh quickly uh or is um do i have uh by phone matthew tierman tell me what's going on give us an update

00:37:15.720 on on brazil well as we spoke about last week your uh what was the lenin quote is exactly right

00:37:22.220 some decades happened in a week and now we are full-blown there you and i talked this weekend

00:37:26.900 about them not having invoked article 142 yet and i was a little bit wrong in my calculation i thought

00:37:33.540 it would have to come ahead their strategy and i've had this now confirmed by people within government

00:37:39.220 and close to the the center of action within decision making on on this broad situation was

00:37:44.560 that the certification needed to happen for the full executive coup as administered by the judicial

00:37:50.540 dictatorship we've talked about in depth that had to come full circle for them to execute in full

00:37:56.320 before they would even entertain taking any action i don't know what shape that action takes whether it's

00:38:02.380 a letter from boston arrow to the military whether it's the military acting unilaterally but this

00:38:07.280 supreme court an electoral court that certified lula today with by the way uh his supporters numbered in

00:38:13.220 the dozens in the dozens nobody showed up outside the court building where the certification happened so

00:38:19.040 that tells you a lot and then globo the mainstream press used photos of the protesters that have been

00:38:25.080 out in the streets camped out by the 10 million as proof of lula's support despite no red in the

00:38:31.100 crowd no five-pointed stars all yellow blue green brazil colors after the certification lula and the

00:38:37.800 justices went to a very well-known communist lawyer's house to celebrate and maria gave the order

00:38:44.680 to arrest the head of one of the leading indigenous tribes for any of the audience who's been watching

00:38:50.680 this in depth one of the most important series of videos that we've all seen is the leadership of

00:38:56.820 the indigenous indigenous peoples the indigenous peoples were votes taken for granted in the poor

00:39:01.580 north northeast that were always a stronghold for the workers party and the left many of them voted

00:39:08.000 for boston arrow he's brought this country together more than any other latin american leader

00:39:11.700 in the modern era even in the pre-modern era and they supported him but they found out that they

00:39:17.340 were disenfranchised and all their votes in their precinct showed lula votes so they've been leading

00:39:22.100 a lot of these protests and one of the leading chiefs i will not even be able to pronounce his name

00:39:26.840 or his tribe's name and i don't want to disrespect him because the man is an absolute hero was just

00:39:31.480 arrested under order by maria there's video floating i've already retweeted i've sent to cameron as well

00:39:37.040 of him getting roughed up police have guns drawn there are also rumors i've not yet confirmed that

00:39:42.120 shots have been fired at the crowd that are pushing back but he's been roughed up and has been taken

00:39:46.740 into custody very importantly the indigenous peoples have a constitutional immunity they have a different 0.99

00:39:53.140 set of laws it takes a you know a very very strong you know premeditated murder level to arrest

00:39:59.460 these people they have their own sort of parallel society that is protected it was one of the big moves

00:40:04.480 brazilian left for many decades to do so working with the un and here they are they've been

00:40:09.340 disenfranchised and now their leadership who has exercised not even the constitutional rights but

00:40:14.280 the god-given rights of free assembly protest and fighting back against disenfranchisement with no

00:40:19.500 violence but using your voice and bringing people together he's now been arrested beat up and it looks

00:40:24.780 like maria is going to now pull the band-aid off of mass arrests so as we you and i talk about all the

00:40:29.840 time with communists gulags are never far behind this level of over action could be the catalyst 0.80

00:40:36.120 for something transpiring right now and the people are very riled up it actually starting to feel like

00:40:42.260 kinetic civil war is on the cusp right there on the ground in the federal district of brazilia

00:40:46.900 uh max evans did an incredible uh video for about the chief and and and uh his incredible support

00:40:55.440 of uh president bolsonaro in the constitution it's pretty extraordinary we put it up uh matthew how

00:41:01.180 do people particularly overnight till we come back tomorrow live how do people follow you because

00:41:05.680 brazil is right on the today with certification brazil is right on the cliff's edge right now

00:41:11.600 but how do people follow you i will say that you me war room uh todd at cdm press we had this call

00:41:19.860 all year this is the most important election uh battleground against global communism we're seeing it

00:41:24.860 play out in all of its you know violence non-glory uh so there's a lot happening i just want to

00:41:30.540 highlight one thing i encourage all the audience to watch and read through the transcript because we

00:41:35.260 translate into english of bolsonaro's speech on friday at the president's palace it was a marvel of

00:41:41.860 important statements including a point that we haven't talked about how many times in latin american

00:41:46.540 history has a president seen protesters saying stay it's always protest to remove them from office it's the

00:41:53.580 first time in latin american history maybe in any history that protesters are gearing up and saying

00:41:57.980 we need you to stay to defend us and the supreme court's response that is they're taking away

00:42:02.880 everyone's voice uh you can follow me at matthew chairman m-a-t-t-h-e-w-t-y-r-m-a-n-d uh this is going

00:42:09.680 to be real fluid and you and i'll be all over this this week everything comes to a head we can see it

00:42:13.860 happening already and make sure you stay on getter uh one of the the platforms to get the truth out

00:42:20.700 in brazil because we may be doing live streams later tonight early tomorrow morning just make

00:42:24.860 sure you stay and check out getter grace and captain bannon be putting stuff out matthew

00:42:29.000 tierman thank you for the for the update for the people of brazil we've we've got your back it's

00:42:35.500 just incredible what's going on down there uh you know one of the things we argue about all the time

00:42:39.460 we put forward the argument is that these the the front of the un the front porch is in new york but

00:42:45.600 that's not where really things happen where things really happen is in geneva where they have the

00:42:50.220 engine room and in geneva it is completely and totally infiltrated by the chinese communist party

00:42:55.900 you really got to look at these world health organization nesco all of it i want to bring in

00:43:00.580 tiffany justice moms for liberty that is opening up kind of a new front of kind of exposing us to things 0.53

00:43:06.680 are going on on the assault on parents rights and when i say parents rights it's really the

00:43:11.860 weaponization of your children against you and against your family it's not even the fact of not

00:43:17.200 even making sure these people that the children have ultimate opportunities to learn tiffany it's

00:43:23.540 right now the democrats even understood that this is probably one of the biggest if not the biggest

00:43:29.280 burning issue in the country among the people is the situation in our public schools the situation

00:43:34.900 with children walk us through that before you pivot you're going to pivot to unesco was pretty

00:43:39.180 shocking in a second about what's going on but walk me through the parental rights movement

00:43:43.500 well today we saw two three indictments i think that the superintendent of loudon county public schools

00:43:50.200 was indicted after it was shown that he had known about and covered up a rape that had happened on

00:43:55.720 the campus there and so when you talk about parental rights my mind goes right back to that dad who was in

00:44:00.500 the loudon county school board meeting uh pleading for transparency with those school board members

00:44:05.020 and with that superintendent and so the time for accountability is now in american education two

00:44:10.640 thirds of our kids are not reading on grade level and i do want to talk about unesco with you because

00:44:15.100 to be honest you know barack obama stopped making payments to unesco i think it was like 2011

00:44:20.060 um during the israeli-palestine conflict and then you and unesco had brought in palestine

00:44:25.940 and so we had stopped making payments up to that point we had been giving about 20 percent

00:44:30.120 of the budget of unesco had come from the united states of america i think it was about 80 million

00:44:34.300 dollars and so then at trump in 2018 took more of a formal action to remove ourselves from unesco and

00:44:39.600 recently the biden administration has said that they would like to rejoin and it's so interesting

00:44:43.880 you bring up the comment about china because one of the reasons that they're saying that they

00:44:47.960 need to rejoin unesco is so that we have more influence and we can have better relations with china

00:44:52.680 within the united nations but that is a cover for what we're seeing right now so in this time that

00:44:58.720 the united states has not been involved in unesco steve they've been doing a lot of different work

00:45:03.180 in fact they created in 2015 the sustainable development goals 2030 agenda and number four of

00:45:10.820 those sustainable development goals is quality education so while people normally thought about

00:45:15.980 unesco created after world war ii as rebuilding libraries and meant to help in different ways

00:45:22.260 of science and education and cultural that's what it stands for unesco the united nations educational

00:45:28.200 scientific and cultural organization now they are actually creating the guiding principles for

00:45:34.040 american education there you see there are the the goals and number four is quality education so

00:45:39.160 in wanting to learn more about this i have made some amazing friends and i've brought someone with

00:45:44.000 me today a fellow mom and a researcher who has done some deep dives into what unesco and the un

00:45:49.860 unesco wants to do with american education and to be clear it is really the globalization and

00:45:55.640 domination of all systems of society in the name of sustainability and equity and so lisa's going to 0.98

00:46:01.000 tell us a little bit more about what unesco is working on and and every american parent should be very

00:46:05.960 concerned i don't think many american parents know right now and understand that our children's

00:46:10.920 education is being hijacked by the united nations well i didn't realize either lisa take it away tell us what

00:46:18.800 you found out ma'am right well as a part of stg4 uh unesco wants to push a thing called global 0.89

00:46:26.360 citizenship education which uh will basically mean for every united states student they're going to be

00:46:33.560 learning about the sustainable development goals they want the kids to buy in to these goals and then

00:46:38.800 become social justice advocates so they can accomplish their objectives by 2030 like tiffany said a lot of this

00:46:46.640 is happening through domination we're seeing this happen right now through the environmental social

00:46:52.420 and corporate governance scores being assigned to businesses uh if they don't have the right

00:46:57.420 sustainable environmental practices or if they don't put a black square or a rainbow flag in their

00:47:03.000 profile picture at the suggested time uh their esg score goes down in businesses and uh investors and

00:47:10.300 banks don't do business with them as a result of that and my concern with global citizenship education

00:47:15.320 is that we're setting up that same social credit score for our children so these children will be

00:47:21.760 told to adopt these mindsets and behaviors that makes the world more sustainable and um their data

00:47:28.820 is going to be tracked and we're we're already seeing this start starting to happen in u.s schools

00:47:33.800 at the moment with the implementation of social emotional learning in schools uh we're already seeing a

00:47:40.480 lot of these sustainable development goals come through they're they're teaching them about climate change

00:47:44.720 uh they're teaching them there are more than two genders that if you're white uh that you have power 0.98

00:47:49.720 and privilege and you have implicit bias and you're automatically racist toward people of color

00:47:53.980 and so uh as this goes on and they collect the data about the kids um what's scary is unesco already has a plan

00:48:02.460 and if the u.s rejoins unesco first of all to the tune of 500 million dollars of back pay

00:48:07.980 uh they already have a plan for what's called the internet of education so there are people like

00:48:14.040 the u.s department of education the u.s chamber of commerce uh unesco um and others like walmart

00:48:21.680 who are advocating for these school choice bills so they can make education uh learn anytime anywhere

00:48:27.460 situation that's mostly digital they will be pushing i've only got a couple of minutes but i want

00:48:34.420 to make sure i i understand this and the audience understands it we right now are not in lisa these

00:48:40.000 are for you the we are right now not part of unesco there is a there is a movement for us to rejoin

00:48:46.080 unesco correct and pay these back dues and all that is that is that a fact yes uh lincoln's actually

00:48:52.860 come out and said they that is their plan to rejoin unesco and so in unesco you're saying that this

00:49:00.440 whole global citizenship that's the that's the infrastructure and content they have that if we

00:49:05.840 rejoin it that's going to be pushed into public schools at that moment or is this already being

00:49:12.160 pushed into public schools through some other nefarious methodology i'm glad you asked that

00:49:18.300 steve it's actually already being pushed if you look at who the people are who set these standards

00:49:25.260 for social emotional learning which is castle they are partnering with unesco and others like

00:49:32.260 coringa which is the seo global alliance to already push this into our u.s education system we have

00:49:38.780 changed all of our college and career readiness standards to be mostly based around social emotional

00:49:43.000 learning and pushing all of these sustainable development goals

00:49:45.580 and so in these sustainable development goals i got about 60 seconds they teach you how to be a global

00:49:53.500 citizen but it's not a lot of of uh emphasis on being a citizen of the united states of america

00:50:00.240 as an independent nation state i take it oh no um they value collectivism over individualism and in

00:50:07.740 fact they want to manipulate the children's minds through social emotional learning to get them to

00:50:11.300 value that over other things they're also going to be pushing comprehensive sexuality education

00:50:16.200 so kids as young as five learn about sexual behaviors and kids as young as nine learn about sexual
