00:01:57.340 Okay.
00:02:00.900 Huh?
00:02:05.000 Tuesday, 6th, October, Year of the Lord, 2026.
00:02:07.860 I want to thank our ever-on-top-of-a-production crew here and in Denver
00:02:12.860 for coming up with Robert De Niro,
00:02:16.280 The Golden Years vs. Robert De Niro, The Trump Derangement Syndrome.
00:02:19.880 You talking to me?
00:02:20.640 obviously from taxi driver i'll go into one time i'll do my whole thing with taxi driver and the
00:02:27.280 searchers john ford's the searchers and taxi driver as films about the search for the holy
00:02:33.120 grail but that's for another time now we got seth kessler's gonna come we're gonna walk through the
00:02:37.760 house and the senate before that trevor comstock you got a special deal for the war and posse
00:02:42.620 sacred human health what do you got for us sir steve um so today i just wanted to highlight our
00:02:49.100 grass-fed beef liver just because I know a lot of people are still aren't familiar with the benefits
00:02:53.760 of it and a lot of people don't know how powerful beef liver is when it comes to overall nutrition
00:02:58.080 but it's oftentimes called nature's multivitamin and for a pretty good reason more so just because
00:03:04.240 it is one of the most powerful superfoods on the planet and it is packed with highly
00:03:07.900 bioavailable nutrients so you get a ton of things you know from iron zinc vitamin a b12 coq10 as
00:03:14.840 well as folate, which are all essential for things like healthy skin, hair, immune support,
00:03:20.040 heart, as well as brain function. But then on top of that, it also contains many other critical
00:03:24.680 vitamins and minerals that a lot of people are deficient in. So you will get things like
00:03:28.520 choline, K2, selenium, as well as copper. So it's a pretty comprehensive product. And of course,
00:03:34.500 I think what people love most about the beef liver is just due to the natural energy boost
00:03:38.380 you oftentimes get after taking it just for a short while. And because it is, of course,
00:03:43.380 a whole food supplement you know your body can absorb and obtain these nutrients far better
00:03:47.840 as opposed to taking like a synthetic multivitamin or any synthetic vitamin for that matter so again
00:03:54.040 your body is able to retain these nutrients as opposed to just flushing them out and that's
00:03:57.960 oftentimes what leads to the natural energy boost so people love that product not just due to the
00:04:02.820 dense nutrient profile but also just for the the energy and clarity that they get so we always get
00:04:08.280 flooded with reviews and emails on a daily basis which is pretty awesome to see and i think that's
00:04:13.100 ultimately why it's still our number one product and why people love it so much.
00:04:17.460 No, I want to send people, I want to send people to, um, I want to send people over to see the
00:04:22.160 reviews. That's key. You don't need to take it from Trevor Comstock. You don't need to take it
00:04:26.460 from, um, from, uh, Stephen K. Bannon, uh, just take it from, uh, from your compadres are in the
00:04:32.580 war room. Where do they go? Yeah, a hundred percent. So you can go to sacred human health.com.
00:04:39.280 As always, you can use code WARROOM for 10% off.
00:04:42.240 And then to your point, if you click on each product,
00:04:43.960 you can see all the reviews under each product.
00:04:46.320 There's a ton for each product.
00:04:48.380 We've got about 10 now, so you can check all those out.
00:04:51.660 Check them all out.
00:04:52.600 And it's all American-made, in fact, the company purposely,
00:04:56.960 or not purposely, but made conscious decision.
00:04:58.940 Hey, we have to make less money making it here in the United States.
00:05:02.200 We'll do that.
00:05:02.860 So, Trevor Comstock, good on you.
00:05:04.580 Thank you for joining us, sir.
00:05:05.500 One more time, where do people go to get all the product information
00:05:08.100 and to read the reviews from folks like themselves.
00:05:13.160 Yeah, you can go to sacredhumanhealth.com
00:05:15.520 or just type in Sacred Human at Google
00:05:17.080 and also just shoot us a message.
00:05:19.160 If you ever have any questions,
00:05:20.340 we're happy to answer anything.
00:05:23.160 Thank you, brother.
00:05:23.940 Appreciate you.
00:05:25.120 Thank you.
00:05:26.720 Okay, Seth, I'm gonna turn it over to you.
00:05:28.720 I just wanna just set this.
00:05:30.220 The 218, 435 is the total in the house.
00:05:34.580 218 is the magic number that gives you control of the House.
00:05:39.500 Right now, you and, by the way, DeGrasse, others, Cook,
00:05:43.960 basically have around 204 to 206.
00:05:47.340 We've done it, I think, with 204.
00:05:48.700 204 are relatively safe.
00:05:50.940 The Democrats have basically close to the same number.
00:05:54.580 So that means basically 14 wins in different categories of,
00:06:00.840 hey not looking too bad too questionable to maybe a reach it gets us there this is my point this is
00:06:08.320 um could be very tough as you go through the mathematics but uh could be doable if we're
00:06:14.500 very focused on the correct districts in the final four weeks because four weeks of the day
00:06:19.420 we vote why don't you take it why don't you just break it down into those groups i think you got
00:06:24.160 two you got four in a group you got another seven to get us to 214 and then you get to the magic
00:06:29.560 number 218. Walk us through the districts and what's your logic of where we stand today and
00:06:34.780 how we win these, sir? All right. So if we can pull the house graphic up, I'll walk through
00:06:40.780 the methodology. Now, the first thing that people need to understand is that the red and blue states
00:06:46.540 alike have drawn the districts. So relatively few districts compared to previous years are even
00:06:52.160 remotely in play. There's so many Harris plus 15, Trump plus 15 districts all across the country.
00:06:58.980 you have no competitive races in states like Georgia. I can't see the GOP losing any of the
00:07:04.200 seats they hold in Florida. So on this model, I waited until I could see the whites of their eyes
00:07:08.900 just to get to the very final decision, which was the Missouri map, which did not go for the
00:07:13.420 Republicans. And when we get down to the number 202, so erring on the side of conservative
00:07:19.080 estimates, 202, up at the top left corner of the screen, you can see these five seats that I would
00:07:23.760 consider soft holes, where if things really went south, whether that's a candidate issue or whether
00:07:29.520 the Dems had a wave in a state, all right, then those are five, probably the five first ones that
00:07:34.020 I could see going away. Colorado 4, that's Boebert out in eastern Colorado. Montana 1, which is now
00:07:39.400 an open seat, and it's not really a very red area. I think that Zinke won the seat by seven points
00:07:45.560 in Trump's victory in 2024. And you've got NC 11. Edwards had to resign the seat due to
00:07:51.780 misconduct. That's a Trump plus nine, lower margin every single cycle. Texas 15 has been recut. It's
00:07:57.720 Trump plus 18. It's not a weak district. People are a bit worried about it. I think they're
00:08:02.040 probably responding too much to polling. And then there's VA1, which is Whitman's seat. That is the
00:08:06.620 highest turnout right now in Virginia. There's a few modelers online who are concerned about the
00:08:11.300 seat, but I'd say if it gets high turnout, he'll hold, but it may not be a large margin. So if
00:08:15.680 those five are held, that's 207. All right, so then we get into these 23 seats that I consider
00:08:20.960 to be the decisive seats. So the pathway for the Republicans to hold 218. So this is clearly
00:08:26.580 probably what Speaker Johnson is looking at. I know Chairman Gruters has seen these numbers as
00:08:31.540 well and agrees with them. The seven seats on the left column, the bullish column, are the ones that
00:08:36.360 I feel are the best chances for winning. And if any seat here has an asterisk after it, that's
00:08:42.660 an incumbent defending the seat, red or blue incumbent. So we've got Florida 25. Florida 25
00:08:47.740 is a recut. This is all the way from Miami-Dade County up through Broward and into Palm Beach
00:08:53.160 County along the coast, really 10 miles less inland. This is a Trump plus 10, but it was also
00:08:59.860 a Biden plus six. So its strength is made up of that Venezuelan and Cuban vote moving hard to the
00:09:04.800 right. So depending on how much of that holds for the GOP, and we'll be able to see it in the
00:09:09.920 returns, that's the likelihood of it going to the Republicans. The Dems have moved over Jared
00:09:15.600 Moskowitz to try to defend that seat. Then you've got Iowa 3. That's Zach Nunn down in southwestern
00:09:21.120 Iowa. Very tough seat to hold. It's only Trump plus four. I think Nunn held it by three points
00:09:26.260 in reelection in 2024. The better odds to hold between the two seats in Iowa that I have here,
00:09:31.820 the other being Iowa 1. Maine 2 should be a pickup. The generic ballot in Maine looks to be
00:09:38.120 right along the lines of the national average. And Paul LePage, former Republican governor,
00:09:42.840 running for the open seat with Jared Golden out. I think that's a GOP pickup. NC1 is a Trump plus
00:09:49.420 11 seat, Northeastern North Carolina along the coast. So the Dems are going to have that massive
00:09:54.960 black turnout to be able to hold the seat for Don Davis. I think that's going to go Republican as 0.83
00:09:59.000 well. Michigan 10 is the best case, I think, in Michigan between the two decisive seats. That is
00:10:05.540 Oakland and Macomb County. That is Trump country, but it's Trump plus six. And Bouchard, the sheriff
00:10:11.600 from Oakland County, his son is running for that seat, popular name recognition. I think GOP should
00:10:16.840 have an edge there. Ohio 9 is a Trump plus 15 seat, Northwestern Ohio. This is Lucas and this
00:10:23.400 is Marcy Kaptur. She's been in office longer than I've been alive and I'm about to be 42.
00:10:28.140 So I think that through what we're seeing in Ohio with very low absentee counts and poor
00:10:33.260 in-person turnout here in the first day of early voting, I think there's a good chance that's a
00:10:37.280 Republican pickup. And then we have Texas 34. That's in the same boat as Florida 25. It's going
00:10:43.220 to take big time retention of those Latino margins. Of course, we're talking about Mexican ancestry
00:10:48.560 here and not Cuban and Venezuelan. This is a Trump plus 11 seat. The Dems have an incumbent
00:10:53.700 named Vicente Gonzalez trying to hold that seat. So if the Republicans hold those five soft seats
00:10:59.920 in the top left corner and win these seven, that's 214. And that would require-
00:11:05.560 Hang on one second.
00:11:07.220 So 214 within striking distance.
00:11:08.920 Let me just not play devil's advocate.
00:11:11.260 I just want to make some observations so people can calculate this in.
00:11:14.640 Steve Deese put up the other day, the talk radio host out in Iowa that knows the state pretty well.
00:11:21.900 He put out kind of a hit the panic button.
00:11:24.260 He says, hey, I'm looking at internal data.
00:11:27.760 And particularly in what used to be Trump plus 10 plus 15.
00:11:31.780 If you're a Trump plus 15, you're dead even.
00:11:34.700 If you're plus 10 on internal polling, you're down four or five points.
00:11:40.840 So places like the Iowa situation or even the soft hold in Virginia one.
00:11:45.940 How concerned are you right now that this is where when they really hit the panic button, it's not these other pickups.
00:11:54.700 It's that there's concern, even as we speak, that some of these that you just talked about, although we're Trump, you know, huge margins in 24, some of them are three-time wins, that people are very, very concerned for a number, you know, either it's Hispanics or another, it's the agricultural situation.
00:12:14.900 But like in Iowa 3, these situations, people are telling us that it looks bad or they're very nervous from that side.
00:12:23.000 So before we go beyond 2-14, because if you can get to this 2-14, right, in the run-up, then, you know, on game day, some things are going to break your way.
00:12:31.600 You're really close to being able to pull this off.
00:12:34.500 But these numbers, the five you had as your soft holds and these other seven, are absolutely critical that we put those in the win columns.
00:12:43.220 Your thoughts from other sources you're hearing that people are saying, hey, I'm pretty scared about this district, sir?
00:12:50.400 Well, look, I've heard these sorts of stories, these horror stories in every election cycle since I've been paying attention to this, and that's been more than a decade.
00:13:00.020 Now, 2018 was not a good election in the House, but it was a good election in the Senate.
00:13:04.260 So the electorate somewhat did a reversal and sided with the president's party in the Senate, which more resembles the presidential electorate.
00:13:11.900 So, you know, I remember when people were saying that 35 percent of Republicans were going to vote for Hillary Clinton, and that turned out to actually be the opposite, that the number one indication of a Trump vote was Republican Party membership.
00:13:23.780 So now I don't have a lot of data on the table yet from voting going on, but Florida is only about seven-tenths of a point left from the 2024 election as far as mail-in ballot by party returns go in Miami-Dade County, Palm Beach County, and Broward County are to the right as a shift.
00:13:44.180 So Florida shows very little shift away from the 22 and 24 cycles in which they've had double-digit Republican wins.
00:13:50.780 I would put pretty good money on Byron Donalds and Ashley Moody both winning somewhere in the double digits.
00:13:56.860 So Florida has – I mean it may be becoming its own animal now given that it's post-2024 Florida.
00:14:04.400 But it seems to be immune to any sort of blue wave, and I don't see that happening there.
00:14:09.540 So in Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, and Ohio, recently people that are hedging on polls are talking about how hard it is, how difficult it is to get rural whites in states like Texas.
00:14:21.980 We're talking about R plus 80 demographic here to respond to these polls.
00:14:26.240 So they're naturally underrepresented in polling.
00:14:28.260 So I would assume any internal polls that don't look good are based on the same types of data.
00:14:32.980 Some of these new polling methodologies have 1% or 2% response rates, and the biggest missing portion of electorate is often the rural white voter, which is now polarized at such a level that if they vote at all, it's going to mean good things for the GOP ticket.
00:14:47.420 Okay, so you get to your 214.
00:14:49.320 I also just want to say you only have one pickup.
00:14:52.580 You have the former governor, very popular, kind of a MAGA figure or a populist figure.
00:14:58.580 LePage is running in that district.
00:15:01.040 That's the only pickup.
00:15:01.900 All the rest of these are just defending, whether it's the Montana seed, Virginia 1, North Carolina 11, Texas.
00:15:08.260 These are all defenses of places we have won before, correct?
00:15:13.700 Well, if they're won, NC 1 and Ohio 9 would be pickups.
00:15:18.140 Florida 25, I'm not confident on that based on how the Hispanic vote may or may not stick around.
00:15:23.900 But the only holds in the bullish column for the party would be none in Iowa 3 and if Bouchard holds Michigan 10.
00:15:29.620 The other five would be flips.
00:15:32.680 Okay.
00:15:33.340 Walk me through those slips again.
00:15:35.700 So we've got Florida 25, if that's one.
00:15:38.460 That's Jared Moskowitz trying to hold it for the Dems,
00:15:41.620 even though that's not his seat right now.
00:15:44.320 This is redistricting is what I mean.
00:15:47.140 Okay, keep going.
00:15:47.840 So that's a redistricting.
00:15:48.780 Yep, keep going.
00:15:50.360 Yep, main two would be a pure flip.
00:15:52.140 There's been no redraws there.
00:15:54.120 NC1 would be a flip from a redraw.
00:15:56.860 Then we have Ohio 9 would be a flip from a redraw.
00:16:00.080 and Texas 34, if you flip that, another redraw flip.
00:16:05.160 Folks, remember the fights you guys had in these redistricting fights
00:16:08.300 where this is where it's coming home to pay off?
00:16:11.600 So if we do that, Seth, we're at 214.
00:16:14.020 Then you're really within striking distance.
00:16:16.340 You've got another six of what you prioritize for to get you to 218.
00:16:20.980 Walk us through that district by district.
00:16:23.700 Well, before we even get to that neutral category,
00:16:25.960 look at how this is somewhat of a game of inches.
00:16:29.560 You have the one decision in Utah to give the Dems a seat.
00:16:32.320 Turns out that the judge had an inappropriate relationship with the opposing counsel that the Democrats were using.
00:16:37.380 Then you had the decision to disallow the flipping of Missouri 5 on the Missouri 1st map, and then you had Indiana sandbag on two seats.
00:16:45.060 That would be 218 already.
00:16:47.360 So when we get into the neutral seats, right, so you get into these neutral seats.
00:16:53.800 All six of those seats are Republican one seats from 2024, and five of them have the incumbent running for re-election.
00:17:01.860 Now, Arizona one is Jay Feeley versus Amish Shaw.
00:17:05.800 Shaw is a former member of the Arizona legislature, but he's somewhat cozied up the DSA factions.
00:17:11.220 This is a Trump plus three. It's northeast Maricopa County. It has some of Corpheonix in it.
00:17:16.180 And then it also has standard Republican precincts. They don't have a lot of anti-Trump vote in them.
00:17:21.360 That's good news.
00:17:22.360 Jay Feeley, the former kicker for the Republicans, well, for the Cardinals, is running for the Republicans, I think has a 50-50 shot to hold the seat.
00:17:31.180 Now, the other ones, they have a bit of nuance to them.
00:17:34.840 Michigan 7 is one that I would give 75-25 odds for the Dems to flip if they had not nominated a DSA acolyte named William Lawrence,
00:17:44.120 who is a hardcore left winger, who said all kinds of crazy stuff that Tom Barrett has used
00:17:50.040 for his own reelection campaign. I think that that race probably favors Barrett.
00:17:54.540 That's Slotkin's old seat right in the middle of Michigan. And then you have New York 17. This is
00:17:59.240 Mike Lawler. Lawler, of course, is one of the more liberal members of Congress for the Republican
00:18:03.960 Party. But this was a seat that Clinton and Biden won by a lot, by 10 plus points. Now, Trump, based
00:18:10.180 on some improvements in the southern part of the district, almost flipped the district. Lawler won
00:18:14.300 it by six points. Some people say that Lawler appears to be the favorite there based on his
00:18:19.640 ability to do retail politics, but I think that's going to be a tight race there. If it's won by the
00:18:25.440 GOP, it's a really good sign nationwide that there's not a lot of slippage in these tough areas.
00:18:30.620 Ohio 7 is a seat that shouldn't even be on this list. This is Max Miller's seat that's only a
00:18:36.500 vulnerable seat because of his own personal issues and his drama with bernie marino i have really no
00:18:42.220 way to assess how that's gonna gonna go right now until i see more voting data on the early vote
00:18:47.240 and i will tell you the urban centers in ohio look terrible for mail-in balloting and also on the
00:18:52.520 first day of early voting nobody showed up so uh if the if the outskirts of cleveland don't show
00:18:58.080 in cuyahoga county then miller should hold his seat then we go to pa hold on hold on let's let's
00:19:03.760 to spend a second on that. I mean, that's going to be a tough one, right? Given all the stuff
00:19:08.540 that's come out with the Max and the family problems and issues, that's going to be a reach,
00:19:14.400 don't you think? Well, I had it in the bearish category until a couple of weeks ago. And I
00:19:20.560 started to wonder if this is going to be the reverse Jay Jones, where everything in Virginia
00:19:24.620 is saying that the Republicans are going to hold the seat because of this guy's issues.
00:19:28.100 But we have such a short attention span as Americans these days. I'm not sure how relevant
00:19:33.120 that issue is going to be when it comes time for people to get in the vote, especially if the
00:19:38.140 Democrat areas don't bother to show up in the early vote. So that's the seat I'm going to have
00:19:42.640 to make a judgment call on here in a couple of weeks when I get more turnout data. Yeah, got it.
00:19:48.040 Keep going. Continue on. All right. Pennsylvania 8. There are three seats in PA. So everybody wants
00:19:53.100 to talk about the governor's race. Shapiro's got the governor's race by a lot. Now, how much he
00:19:58.140 wins it by may impact how successful Republicans are in the three seats that they're defending.
00:20:02.880 So they have three incumbents running defenses. Pennsylvania 8 is a Trump plus 8. And this is in the far northeastern corner of the state. Lots of GOP traction there for 16 years, really. And Bresnahan has secured a lot of the key endorsements from local businesses, including Teamsters, up there in northeastern PA. So out of the three in Pennsylvania, I would say 8 is the best chance for the Republicans to hold.
00:20:30.260 Walk me through Virginia 2. 0.95
00:20:32.880 So Virginia 2 is Jen Kiggins' seat. Now, she won by four points in 2024. Trump barely carried Virginia 2's dirt by less than a point. 1.00
00:20:42.660 So her problem is that Virginia Beach especially, Virginia Beach City, is made up of precincts that my mapping would classify as caution precincts.
00:20:52.260 These are Trump 1 precincts that have usually two cycles of left regression.
00:20:57.140 Trump won Virginia 2, as it's currently drawn today, by six points in 2016, and he carried Virginia Beach City, and it's been all backwards since then.
00:21:05.360 So if she can do okay with those and then benefit from low minority turnout in Suffolk City, Chesapeake, and in the northwestern portion of Virginia Beach City, then she has what we just said, a puncher's chance.
00:21:17.880 I'm going to have to analyze the precinct data as the voting comes in, but so far, turnout in Virginia 2 has been pretty high.
00:21:23.800 And most people have said that the modeling gives the Republicans a better shot than most people would have thought she had.
00:21:29.920 So that one appears to be a 50-50.
00:21:33.440 And the last one I think is we haven't done New York 17 yet, correct?
00:21:38.140 Well, we did.
00:21:38.780 We talked about how Trump lost it by double digits to Clinton and to Biden and almost flipped it in 2024 because here Lawler being a more liberal Republican is able to connect with these Westchester County voters where the big dim margins come from.
00:21:53.800 Yep, and they may have two radical person, although I think it's Army or Navy.
00:22:00.040 Okay, so if you do that, and there's some reaches in there, you're at 218, correct?
00:22:06.220 Well, if they win four of the six, and they hold all those leaners and win all the bullish seats, that would be 218.
00:22:11.860 So I kind of have it like a baseball series here where we need to win one out of three in Pennsylvania.
00:22:15.820 We need to hold one of the seats in Iowa, win one of the seats in Arizona, and then maybe grab one out of the bearish column.
00:22:22.280 And that's how you wind up putting, you know, a decent majority together, because in those bearish seats.
00:22:27.600 Now, I've incorporated what I know, you know, De Niro and Ruffalo are complaining like they know anything about election integrity.
00:22:33.900 I've put in what I know about elections and modern election integrity shortages into these ratings.
00:22:39.600 And the reason I have these seats rated and bearish, I'm not going to put an all mail in voting seat in Washington three, despite the polls favoring the Republican Party as something favorable to the GOP, because they're going to count votes until Christmas.
00:22:51.760 And they're going to do ballot ballot curing for that entire time.
00:22:55.180 Same thing with Colorado, a same thing with California, 48, California.
00:23:00.080 I also found an issue with the math.
00:23:02.460 The Democrats almost always exceed their share of the primary vote in their modern jungle elections.
00:23:07.960 So California, 48 had a 53 percent Democrat share of the primaries.
00:23:12.780 So likely, especially in a Democrat favorable year, they're going to exceed 53 percent.
00:23:17.620 So I'm going to call that bearish, even though as it's drawn up, it's supposed to be competitive.
00:23:22.580 Then you've got some other issues here.
00:23:25.960 Walk me through one, Siskamani in Arizona 6.
00:23:30.800 You don't even have that in the map to 218.
00:23:35.060 You don't even include that.
00:23:36.240 It's in the parish.
00:23:38.060 Well, Siskamani only won it by 2 1⁄2.
00:23:40.160 It's a district where Trump underran the congressional nominee in 2024.
00:23:46.460 Trump won it by less than a point in 2020 and in 2024.
00:23:49.520 for. So the district is, the Democrats in AZ6 are white liberal. They don't have a whole lot
00:23:57.660 of the Democrat coalition that's maybe going to be a lower turnout vote. So they're going to get
00:24:01.620 out and vote. The Republican coalition is pretty divided here in Pima County. You've got some
00:24:06.300 conservative factions, but you also have a lot of the McCain flake dynamic going on. So AZ6 is a
00:24:12.400 really tough hold in a dim swinging midterm. His opponent, Joanna Mendoza, is not exactly what I
00:24:18.520 would consider the most charismatic candidate, but this is a pretty swingy district in midterms
00:24:23.600 with a Republican president. McSally's district in 2018 swung over 23 points when she vacated that 0.85
00:24:29.580 seat. So AZ6, especially with all the mail-in voting that happens here, is one that I am not
00:24:36.000 bullish on. If you had to stake it right now and looking at this, you said it's a narrow gate and
00:24:43.720 a very stony uphill path. We understand the Republicans are very focused on this now.
00:24:50.180 Johnson's team, they're very focused on this. We're going to have grassroots leaders from all
00:24:53.780 these districts starting on Thursday to tell you, you know, kind of reporting from the front,
00:24:59.620 the combat reality of this. What's your assessment of our ability to scratch and
00:25:06.300 claw our way to the 218 from really the 20, I guess the 202, 203 that we're at right now?
00:25:14.400 So history since 1934 gives the president's party three out of 23 odds to gain seats in the House.
00:25:20.760 That's 13 percent.
00:25:22.220 So the odds of the Republicans winding up getting a 218 coalition, they've gotten better since last week.
00:25:27.860 Every day with the turnout data, more seats become likely to be won by the GOP.
00:25:32.140 I would say there's probably a one in three chance that the Republicans pull this off and hold a majority.
00:25:37.280 And if the Dems win the majority, I have a difficult time seeing them with more than 225 right now.
00:25:43.720 Wow. Which would be a big victory, big media narrative victory, but not good enough to hold the chairmanships.
00:25:50.460 OK, Seth Kesel, Captain, can you hang on? I want to go through the Senate next.
00:25:55.540 We'll take a short commercial break. Also, Dr. Karen Sigmund's going to join us.
00:25:59.240 Frank Gaffney's going to join us. We'll talk about the president's given Pete Hegseth authorization for a firing squad for a Islamic terrorist 0.99

00:26:19.220 because the people that survived got the Purple Heart,
00:26:22.580 although Obama fought that.
00:26:26.040 Why?
00:26:26.580 Because you only get the Purple Heart in combat with enemy fire. 0.95
00:26:31.740 And ISIS and the jihadists are enemies.

00:27:42.100 In the three months leading up to the 2024 presidential election, the spot price of gold jumped over 12 percent.
00:27:49.720 Now, why was that? Because we've taught you here on the show, it's a hedge against times of uncertainty.

00:32:01.880 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:32:06.680 OK, so let's spend a couple of minutes on the Senate. I really want to come back, spend more time with you at the end of the week after you get more data on the House, because I think the House is.
00:32:14.500 But they've got you. Gov's got up. It's got Tallarico by six, Sherrod Brown by four, Hamilton over Marshall by three, Osborne, the Independent over Ricketts by one else.
00:32:25.880 Abdul over Rogers by one. So a lot of margin error there. But they're sending the message that it looks lights out for the for the Republicans.
00:32:34.260 You don't buy that. Give me a couple of three minutes on your assessment.
00:32:38.200 First, on the holds, let's start in Texas on the key holds.
00:32:42.280 Where do you see us coming out, sir?
00:32:46.180 Look, on the on the leaners graphic for for the Senate up there in the top left, I've got Kansas and Nebraska in the in the leaners hold.
00:32:54.280 Now, Kansas, this is one of those things where I'm going to look back and value what history tells me.
00:32:59.000 Kansas hasn't sent a Democrat to the U.S. Senate since 1934.
00:33:02.920 Kansas was also a Trump plus 16 seat.
00:33:05.300 So in order to believe that Kansas is going to be sending Adam Hamilton to the U.S. Senate, which is different than a gubernatorial race.
00:33:12.560 Kansas has a two-term Democrat governor about to leave office.
00:33:15.680 It's a different animal.
00:33:17.160 You'd have to really be believing a lot of the Democrat hopium to think that all of a sudden Kansas is going to be pushing a Democrat to the Senate.
00:33:23.860 Now, if they did, the national environment would be so blue that everything here on this sheet would be a waste, and we just – it's kind of like a guy hits a 500-foot home run off of you.
00:33:33.560 Just tip your hat and try again next time.
00:33:35.720 All right, so Nebraska.
00:33:37.320 Dan Osborne has a bit of the Beto O'Rourke effect on him where he was within seven points in a presidential against Deb Fischer as a, quote, independent.
00:33:45.380 Now, things are different this time around because Fischer spotted the sniper.
00:33:49.440 It was a closer race than normal.
00:33:51.200 She's also the weaker candidate with less name recognition.
00:33:54.420 Pete Ricketts is the former two-term governor.
00:33:57.420 He's also part of the family that, well, his father is the founder of TD Ameritrade and owns the Chicago Cubs.
00:34:04.680 And they're going to drum Osborne with all kinds of cash.
00:34:07.780 And the reason the president is going to a state he won by more than 20 points is because nobody wants to take anything for granted and miss anything the Dems are gunning for.
00:34:16.620 But, look, Kansas and Nebraska should be Republican holds.
00:34:19.200 I've got them both at 90-10 Republican hold.
00:34:21.840 But then we get into the bullish seats.
00:34:24.560 These are the seats that I think the Republicans should be favored to win.
00:34:28.880 Iowa is one of all the bad polling states.
00:34:32.420 Iowa is the one where the Republicans are pulling the best for this race.
00:34:35.600 Hinson's been up in most of the recent polls by one or two points.
00:34:38.700 And any averages that show Turek up are usually because he's had a few Marist type polls that show him up by six points.
00:34:45.100 Iowa is a lot more like Missouri today than it is like Wisconsin, which used to be its cousin state.
00:34:50.060 So Senate races are much more resembling of the previous presidential election because you've got the entire state voting, not subject to the volatility of one district or type of voter like these suburban voters.
00:35:01.540 All right, then you get in Maine.
00:35:02.540 I have Susan Collins, 65-35, likely to hold. 1.00
00:35:05.720 She always overperforms polling. 1.00
00:35:07.480 She's doing well in polling right now.
00:35:09.460 Key Democrats in Maine aren't getting behind Troy Jackson. 0.88
00:35:12.140 And then you have the effect of Graham Plattner, the oyster group infurer, being ripped off of the campaign by the Democrats. 0.93
00:35:21.560 He's going to probably have tens of thousands of his voters stay away from this race. 0.98
00:35:26.220 Then we have Ohio.
00:35:27.480 Ohio is Husted versus Sherrod Brown.
00:35:30.120 I'm bullish on that race.
00:35:31.340 It's a Trump plus 11.
00:35:32.700 It's trending in a more Republican manner, more like Indiana, instead of a Trump-looking manner like Michigan and Pennsylvania.
00:35:38.480 So I think that Brown is going to find his urban turnout lacking. I think that Husted is going to have the edge here. And then Texas, of course, I think with 189 consecutive Republican wins 32 years in a row and requiring Ken Paxton to only have 49 percent of the male vote, 55 percent of the white vote and getting absolutely annihilated in cities worse than O'Rourke beat Ted Cruz, then I think that you have to believe a lot over these polls.
00:36:04.980 So I don't think that Texas is what people think it is per polling.
00:36:08.980 And that's 51 seats if the leaners and the bullish seats all hold up Republican.
00:36:13.400 Where do you where do you see us with potential pickups?
00:36:17.480 Well, the pickups here, the opportunity for a pickup is to me, Michigan, Michigan.
00:36:24.320 I have in my neutral category.
00:36:26.340 El-Sayed has a lot of the same red flags that Troy Jackson and Maine has and lots of press about Democrats for Rogers.
00:36:32.680 Lots of press about black voters not interested in El Syed.
00:36:36.340 Then you have Scholten, the Democrat from out in western Michigan, talking about how he has issues with urban vote, black vote.
00:36:42.680 So I think that of the opportunities to flip a blue seat to red, Michigan is probably the best one.
00:36:48.260 But I think New Hampshire falls in the same category as a possible win.
00:36:51.340 Before a bunch, Minnesota, radical lieutenant governor running and the sideline announcer is actually running a pretty solid focus campaign, still too overwhelmed by Michigan progressives, you think?
00:37:07.200 Well, what I've read about Minnesota is that the number two issue, according to voters, is—and I'm more inclined to believe polls about issues than I am two-person races—but the number two issue in Minnesota is the fraud and corruption.
00:37:22.220 And the reason that I have – so I actually have Minnesota only ranked 60-40 for the Democrat Flanagan.
00:37:29.460 She ran through a very divided primary and beat Angie Craig. 0.94
00:37:33.560 She's seen with a lot of skepticism for her role in the fraud and corruption. 0.85
00:37:37.340 It looks to me like she had the direct role in the ICE riots also. 0.91
00:37:42.860 And then you have Michelle Tafoya running her campaign in Minnesota.
00:37:45.920 The reason I'm hopeful that Tafoya may have a shot is because Keith Ellison had two very close election results in 2018 and 2022, being somebody who's regularly affiliated with being somewhat extreme and tied to corruption, and he barely won by less than a point for attorney general in re-election in 2022.
00:38:04.880 So the the Minnesota races do have the capacity to single out one race and run a closer race, because I'll tell you what, Amy Klobuchar is going to be elected governor by a lot.
00:38:16.860 So it's going to require a lot of ticket splitting until FOIA is going to need to really get into the Twin Cities and get more than 35 percent of the vote in Hennepin and Ramsey County to be competitive in Minnesota. 0.98
00:38:26.360 But I think she's going to have as many red counties as Trump does. 1.00
00:38:30.340 That's what's going to help us in New Hampshire if we win that. 0.91
00:38:34.220 Kelly Ayotte running 15 points up, I think, in the governor's race.
00:38:37.400 Captain, we've got to bounce.
00:38:38.760 I want everybody to go to your social media and your site to get this information and drill down on it with you.
00:38:45.460 Where do they go, sir?
00:38:47.420 Well, the best place for the in-depth election analysis for the next month is going to be my substack at captaink.us.
00:38:53.820 I have an annual discount available until the 15th of October.
00:38:57.200 I'm on social media at most handles at Atril S. Keschel.
00:39:01.600 So those are the best places to keep up with me here in the run-up to the midterms.
00:39:06.500 Give me the substack again.
00:39:07.920 I want everybody to go over there.
00:39:08.780 Where is the substack?
00:39:11.060 CaptainK.us.
00:39:14.140 Thank you, brother.
00:39:14.960 Very thorough analysis.
00:39:16.100 I'll get back to you tonight.
00:39:16.980 Fantastic.
00:39:17.540 Thank you for taking all this time to do it and to put this together.
00:39:19.880 Let's go over the substack for the captain.
00:39:22.920 We've got a cold open.
00:39:24.040 We've got Frank Gaffney and Dr. Siegman.
00:39:25.740 Let's hit it.
00:39:26.800 Proved the U.S. Army's first execution by firing squads since World War II.
00:39:32.780 He gave that green light when it comes to the execution of Nadal Hassan,
00:39:36.240 the former Army major who admitted to carrying out the nation's deadliest mass shooting at an American military base.
00:39:44.100 Hassan carried out the massacre at Fort Hood in Texas.
00:39:46.480 Thirteen people were killed.
00:39:48.360 Thirty-two others were wounded in that 2009 attack.
00:39:51.580 seeing as Brian Todd is tracking now what happens from here, Brian.
00:39:56.920 Let me have it. Thank you.
00:39:59.240 Frank Gaffney, I'll start with you.
00:40:01.540 By the way, Frank, I think Keith Ellis is also part of the Muslim Brotherhood, didn't he? 0.53
00:40:06.180 That's another reason that he's getting some grief right now for taking big trips all over the world,
00:40:11.940 maybe just some Muslim countries.
00:40:13.440 I don't know. Keith Ellis is pretty controversial.
00:40:16.040 Talk to me about ban Sharia, prohibit Sharia.
00:40:18.420 Why is this execution of the jihadist such a big deal, sir? 0.57
00:40:24.980 Yeah, Keith Ellison, I think, was one of the early examples of a communist who was also a jihadist, by the way, very much Muslim Brotherhood guy. 0.57
00:40:33.200 Why this instance of a jihadist being executed is so signally important and I think really a touchstone for our campaign to ban Sharia is it kind of breaks through this whole idea that what we are dealing with, 0.76
00:40:56.320 what we have been dealing with for decades now is just, oh, I don't know, workplace violence, 0.84
00:41:04.520 as it's sometimes been called, or it's terrorism, or it's violent extremism. No, it's jihad. And
00:41:14.800 jihad is commended of its perpetrators by Sharia. So if we want to stop this kind of behavior
00:41:25.780 And this has been an outlier to date. What the jihadists have mostly been doing is a different
00:41:33.480 kind of jihad, a complementary kind. The Brothers and Brotherhood, excuse me, has called it
00:41:39.820 civilization jihad, Steve. It's a pre-kinetic, not peaceful, pre-kinetic kind of jihad that
00:41:48.580 tends to ultimately usher in the violent kind. And so our campaign is designed to do something
00:41:57.300 about this. We're not interested in admiring the problem, not in Texas, not in Florida,
00:42:02.880 not in Michigan, not anywhere in the United States. We want to see what can be done.
00:42:08.160 And I thank you so much for making time available now for this purpose each day,
00:42:13.860 hopefully between now and the election, because this is a window in which the American people
00:42:18.780 are finally focusing on the policies that are going to shape the future. We're not in the
00:42:24.400 business of telling people how to vote. We do want people to know whether the people that
00:42:29.580 they are being asked to vote for support and defend our constitution as the oath of office 0.87
00:42:36.820 requires, or whether they're in fact going to sell us out to the Sharia supremacists. In some cases, 0.88
00:42:42.840 they are Sharia supremacists running as Democrats. In some other cases, they're, well, like Keith
00:42:48.020 Ellison, communists and jihadists, both. The Marxist jihadists, as you call them, Steve.
00:42:55.800 And in other cases, they're people who are aligned with them, who are seeking their money,
00:43:02.460 their votes, and will do their bidding, ultimately to help destroy our country 0.99
00:43:07.880 in the furtherance of what Sharia, as I say, commands. 1.00
00:43:13.140 And so we wanted to have Karen Sigiman on
00:43:15.440 as one of our prime examples 0.99
00:43:17.900 of the Bansharia.com coalition.
00:43:21.860 She's no stranger to a war room.
00:43:23.700 You understand how incredibly insightful she is.
00:43:26.540 And she's been very helpful to us
00:43:29.500 in talking about specific things we're trying to do
00:43:33.660 to help equip the voters, yes,
00:43:37.080 and equip the American people more generally to save our country, save Texas, and save it across
00:43:43.360 this nation. You were bringing Gerd Wilders to LA, and this is where we came up with Jenny Story
00:43:49.380 and Glenn Story and people at Pedro Mobile, others that have that amazing kickoff session in early
00:43:54.980 January of this year, kind of kicked off the year with the Prohibit Sharia Law Conference. You had
00:44:00.660 grassroots leaders all day, and then we had the big dinner and speeches at night. Where does that
00:44:06.280 put us today? How can we bring this home and particularly bring it home? Abbott's got a video
00:44:11.800 out, I think today, saying, hey, these Sharia courts that are popping up in Texas are illegal
00:44:16.180 and I'm going to shut them down, particularly in the state of Texas and the state of Michigan. 0.64
00:44:20.560 There's others too, Florida, North Carolina, but we got two that are on red alert. What should we
00:44:25.420 do there and how can ban Sharia and prohibit Sharia in Texas and in Michigan help us out here, ma'am? 0.88
00:44:36.280 Making people aware it was particularly in Texas was the focal point because of Epic City and the various ways in which, as you point out, the jewel in the crown of Texas was being targeted.
00:44:51.640 You take Texas, you take the country. So we put in a special effort there. As you point out, it's Florida, it's Michigan, it's Georgia, it's everywhere that they are undertaking, as Frank pointed out, civilizational jihad.
00:45:05.580 which is jihad in ways that aren't necessarily kinetic, but aiming, the whole purpose is conquest.
00:45:14.760 And we cannot forget, the purpose is conquest. And when we here are young people, young Americans
00:45:21.380 see nothing wrong with Sharia, in fact, they kind of like it, we realize that they have been far too 0.98
00:45:27.180 successful in indoctrination, and we have not been successful enough in describing the ways in which 0.70
00:45:33.580 Sharia, jihad, Islam, Islamism, civilizational jihad is being waged against us.
00:45:40.080 To see nothing wrong with it is to demonstrate how effective they have been. 0.94
00:45:44.900 And we, you know, the videos that are being put out, Frank is making them, we're working with them.
00:45:50.640 Obviously, we had Geert Wilders, Tommy Robinson, a whole host of people who have come from Europe to say, look, this is a real danger.
00:45:59.360 We see it. We've been seeing it in the U.K., in Germany, in France. Look at France right now. Invasion is real, and it changes the nature of your country. So what we've been trying to do is warn, educate, undo the damage that has already been done.
00:46:16.600 And the whole Hassan thing, as you pointed out, Steve, he's representing an enemy. 0.89
00:46:27.440 This is war. 0.65
00:46:29.060 And for us to not recognize that they have been at war against us all this time, 2001,
00:46:35.340 September 11th, people aren't even aware. 0.78
00:46:37.820 We don't talk about how it was Islamic jihad. 0.95
00:46:40.180 We say it was terrorism. 0.99
00:46:41.600 We don't recognize why.
00:46:43.620 And if you don't name the enemy and you don't name why, you are completely incapable of fighting it.
00:46:50.060 So that's been the whole battle for us, is naming the enemy, ensuring always consequences, that he was found guilty, at least of premeditated murder or something.
00:47:05.320 But this was war.
00:47:07.480 And in fact, it's treason.
00:47:08.400 So we need to pursue punishment for those who murder us.
00:47:13.620 frank karen brings up a good point france is an object lesson for us right now a combination
00:47:20.280 france started with these cuts they have to make because their their bond markets collapsing they
00:47:25.800 can't finance the government macron's up against the wall is his ratings in 22 he just said today
00:47:31.000 they're going to waive the constitution to deal directly with their parliament to make cuts i
00:47:35.600 think they got 55 billion and for them that's a massive number for us it's pocket change um but
00:47:41.680 They've taken to the streets. The Islamists have taken with the Marxists, taken to the streets and are really burning, trying to burn Paris down because they said, oh, no, we need free stuff. 0.71
00:47:52.320 You can't cut the budget. This this is our future because this is what's going to happen with the Marxist jihadists and the financial crisis has come to the United States about cutting federal spending, sir. 0.79
00:48:02.560 you're so right Steve and again going back to the you know Hassan business the fact that this guy 0.93
00:48:10.900 wasn't punished immediately and lethally has only emboldened these enemies you know 0.83
00:48:19.760 the bin Laden's were emboldened by the fact that we didn't respond to previous acts of jihad 0.72
00:48:27.380 And this is happening now in France. This is happening increasingly in other parts of Europe. Some of the violence, the rape gangs notably, but it becomes a self-fulfilling thing if it's not stopped. 0.83
00:48:43.860 And so I just wanted to echo what Karen was saying. Bancharia.com is a campaign. We call it the Save Texas, Save America campaign. And we are going to be, with your help, Steve, incredibly focusing on the fact that most Americans are still not clued up about the nature of this threat.
00:49:04.680 We're going to equip them with information about what they can do about it, notably holding
00:49:08.580 accountable those who seek to represent us.
00:49:12.180 And those who, you know, in office right now, like Greg Abbott, you know, God bless him. 1.00
00:49:16.560 If he is going to stop these Sharia courts, he should stop any further installations of 1.00
00:49:22.080 mosques. 0.99
00:49:22.620 These aren't houses of worship.
00:49:24.360 Yeah, they're dual patina of that, but basically they're forward operating bases for jihad.
00:49:31.560 That's what they've been for 1,400 years.
00:49:33.840 We need no more of them in this country, and we actually ought to start raiding the ones that are out there.
00:49:39.300 Texas would be a great place to do that, and it will so in spirit the American people, if this happens in this window, that I think you're going to see.
00:49:48.960 You know, there's a lot of talk, Steve, on this program and elsewhere.
00:49:51.320 By the way, Cashel is just unbelievably impressive.
00:49:54.140 But a lot of talk about getting out the vote.
00:49:56.940 I'm very keen on that myself, but we also have to give people a reason to vote. 0.99
00:50:02.800 And one of them is we're going to stop Sharia. 0.97
00:50:06.280 So help support us in doing this campaign at bansharia.com, please. 1.00
00:50:10.740 We've got a little button there that says Save America Now.
00:50:13.840 Go to it and generously support us if you can. 1.00
00:50:16.780 By the way, the Muslims are working overtime to get their turning out,
00:50:21.060 and they've got polling places in these Islamic centers.
00:50:24.000 It's out of control in Texas. 0.95
00:50:26.240 Michigan's a problem.
00:50:28.460 Texas is an emergency, going to lead to a crisis.
00:50:31.560 We're not there, but it's an emergency. Karen, where do they go for you? Social media, also AFA, all of your touch points.
00:50:39.740 AmericanFreedomAlliance.org and find us on XGetter. We're everywhere. So American Freedom Alliance. Thanks so much.
00:50:47.760 Texas is the jewel of the crown of the Union, and it must be safe in this Islamic invasion. 1.00
00:50:54.220 And trust me, folks, it is an invasion. 1.00
00:50:56.020 We had Peter McElvin. He came down and said, guys, you are so far advanced where London was in the same time period.
00:51:03.340 And as we know, London has fallen. Frank Gaffney, Dr. Karen Sigamund. Thank you. Appreciate you guys.
00:51:10.180 OK, we're going to be back at 10 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time tomorrow morning.
00:51:14.280 The grass is going to be here to give us another cut, a different angle on the House.
00:51:18.860 We want to make sure you're told. Don't believe all these Democrats plus 15 voters are being being bang, bang, bang, bang.
00:51:23.700 It's going to come down to a couple of fights in a defined geographic map.
00:51:31.500 Look, folks, I'm talking to the people, the very people that won redistricting fights in 22 and in 25 and 26.
00:51:41.880 And, of course, campaigns in 16 and 20 and 22 and 24.
00:51:46.540 Come on, man.
00:51:47.400 You're the greatest political force in the history of this republic.
00:51:51.580 Think about that for a second.
00:51:53.700 Embrace that.
00:51:55.800 The reason MSNBC, New York Times, Washington Post,
00:51:58.580 every single night, trashing MAGA, trashing Trump,
00:52:01.560 trashing Trumpism, because of your power.
00:52:06.860 Everybody listen, ain't perfect.
00:52:08.400 Ain't supposed to be perfect, folks.
00:52:10.160 It's a human institution.
00:52:11.540 We're all human beings.
00:52:13.040 We're going to make it perfect, though.
00:52:14.760 One way you make it perfect is there is no substitute for victory.
00:52:20.800 We've had longer odds than this before.
00:52:23.700 You know what tomorrow is?
00:52:25.320 You know what tomorrow is, folks?
00:52:27.200 It's the 10th anniversary of Billy Bush weekend.
00:52:32.440 Remember that?
00:52:34.400 Our backs were against the wall then.
00:52:36.400 But we had, in Seth Keschel's words, a puncher's chance led to the greatest upset victory in the history of this republic.
00:52:46.760 Donald John Trump becoming the president on the 8th of November, winning the election 8th of November.
00:52:53.700 We'll see you tomorrow morning, 10 o'clock Eastern Daylight Time.
00:52:57.700 We'll be back in the war room.
00:53:23.700 If you're 65 or already on Medicare, listen up, folks, and grab a pen, maybe even a number two
00:53:31.280 pencil. Call 845-WAR-ROOM. That's 845-WAR-ROOM. Call it right now. I'm serious. Call it.
00:53:39.520 Now, here's why. The insurance companies and their lackeys in the Washington swamp have built a
00:53:45.000 Medicare system designed to confuse you and rip you off. Rising premiums, denied claims, fine print,
00:53:52.800 nobody but a lobbyist understands. Millions of American seniors are paying too much and getting
00:53:58.280 too little. And worst of all, most don't even know it. Hey, that could be you. That's why if you're
00:54:04.980 already on Medicare or will be soon, you need to talk to our friends at Chapter. They have a team
00:54:11.460 of advisors trained to serve American seniors, not the insurance companies. In under 20 minutes,
00:54:16.640 They can find you the best plan for your needs at the lowest cost.
00:54:21.260 Why?
00:54:22.220 They're a data company.
00:54:23.580 They have all the data on every plan.
00:54:26.320 It's totally free.
00:54:27.620 There's no pressure, no BS, just straightforward, honest help from fellow patriots.
00:54:33.100 So don't wait.
00:54:33.960 Call 845-WAR-ROOM right now.
00:54:35.800 That's 845-WAR-ROOM.
00:54:37.540 Tell them Bannon sent you.
00:54:39.560 Now listen, in the first couple of days of the launch of this company with the War and Posse,
00:54:43.380 Posse members saved tens and up to hundreds of thousands collectively of dollars in these fees.
00:54:50.980 Go check it out today. That's chapter. Call 845-WAR-ROOM. Do it today.
