00:00:28.820I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:00:34.700Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:00:38.460If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:00:44.800War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Vann.
00:00:48.060friday 30th of october and dominie 2026 hornwell here at the helm on steve bannon's war room
00:01:03.300good evening um first up tonight parker thayer investigative researcher for the capital
00:01:09.300research center when i was preparing for this show parker i have to say i don't know why you're not
00:01:14.980on this show basically every day some of your research is absolutely fantastic you have been
00:01:21.460on of course before with with natalie but we're gonna dig in tonight on something that we covered
00:01:27.100very briefly last week on the wednesday show um and now we're gonna dig dig into it and this is
00:01:34.860some of your research that is uncovered and and i'll ask you to help uh um put this in in order
00:01:42.920because the press accounts of this and the New York Post and Breitbart
00:01:48.080specifically have done great write-ups on your research here.
00:01:51.560But there are two headline figures here, and I don't quite understand
00:01:54.540how they work together, and I'll let you take the lead on integrating that.
00:01:58.480But basically, taxpayers' money, folks, your money, taxpayers' money,0.94
00:02:03.460is being used to distribute, disperse Somalis across Minnesota,0.94
00:02:11.400hundreds of millions of your taxpayer dollars to distribute Muslim Somalis across Minnesota,0.72
00:02:19.440and it's being done through Christian organizations, the Catholic Church and organs of the Catholic Church,
00:02:26.440and also the Lutherans. Specifically, let's be precise on this, Catholic charities and Lutheran social services,
00:02:34.200which I think have been kicking since around, and I've been kicking since, I think, the First or Second World War.
00:02:41.040Originally founded to sort of help distribute and reintegrate American soldiers returning to the U.S. after the war.
00:02:48.640But obviously, seeing as those two world wars are no longer present, mission creep has expanded the journey into something I think most Americans would be open mouthed looking at.
00:03:03.320And of course, the headline figure is $140 million directly to the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops, the U.S. CCB, or as we call it on the war room, the American Association of Hiring Shepherds.
00:03:20.040Parker, it's your research that's got all of this now in the press that people are talking about.
00:03:25.380Break it down for us, if you wouldn't mind.
00:03:27.600Yeah. So there's, for many, many years now, groups like the USCCB, Lutheran Social Services, particularly under the Biden administration, there was a huge explosion of this, were receiving, in the case of the USCCB and Catholic Charities, well over $100 million per year for refugee resettlement programs.
00:03:48.860Now, the way this works is the federal government distributes grant funds to these organizations who are then essentially handed groups of refugees as they come in to the United States and claim often questionable asylum claims.
00:04:05.180These charities are then responsible for placing these people in housing, giving them education, giving them job training, setting them up with benefits with an industry called benefits coordination.
00:04:16.900So they make sure that all of these people who are being resettled in your communities, essentially, with no input from you, they make sure that these people are hooked up on all of the benefits programs that they possibly can be.
00:04:30.360And this has become, for these charities, their main source of income over the years.
00:04:36.660These charities are essentially turning into, or at least were turning into, wings of the government.
00:04:42.820And thankfully, nowadays, they are kind of spending out the last little bits of their contract that they're legally required to get.
00:04:49.200But they're not obviously resettling millions of refugees anymore because the border is no longer open.0.93
00:04:56.280But that's in and they've been creating cities like this all over the place.
00:05:01.500Parker, let me ask you about that. You say that that's coming to an end.
00:05:05.520As someone who follows this, as someone who goes into the detail here and reads all these reports and chases down the receipts, you can confirm that under the Trump administration, this really is all winding up and all ceasing outright.
00:05:21.840Yeah, these groups are complaining. Obviously, there are still battles in court going on, and some of the money is still going out because it was legally required to. But these organizations, they're not receiving the same ridiculous amount of refugees to resettle anymore. The money is not going out the door to them the same way that it used to be. They used to kind of essentially just get handed blank checks, and that doesn't seem to be happening anymore, which is, I think, a very good thing.
00:05:51.840Yes, absolutely. You know, it should not be up to, you know, what people commonly call NGOs, non-governmental organizations, especially ones that are funded more, you know, more than 80 percent by the government in some cases, which makes them, in my opinion, BGOs, basically government organizations.
00:06:10.040It shouldn't be up to them, you know, who's getting resettled where, you know, there needs to be, you know, I think legislation to prevent, you know, give communities a mechanism to push back against, you know, in the future, if God forbid, we, you know, the border is opened again.
00:06:27.040These NGOs should not be a de facto government, a de facto demographic changing machine.
00:06:33.060It's doing damage to communities when people are dumped in huge numbers like this.
00:06:38.280And people need to have a way to resist the NGO waves that could be pushed in in the future.
00:06:48.200Of course, the architects who've put all of this together aren't foolish.
00:06:53.400and they've played a blinder really doing this via the institutional christian churches because
00:06:59.680that makes it so much more difficult to to oppose right especially for people who want to preserve
00:07:05.520the christian basis of in your case the united states then that means that they're going to
00:07:10.200have to go full up against the financial interest of their own churches yeah you know it's partially
00:07:17.840just a a system of convenience you know the church does a lot of great things and does a lot of really
00:07:23.380important work with Catholic charities and with the USCCB. It funds a lot of cardinal works of
00:07:29.620mercy, the things that Christians are called to do. But because it did such excellent work in
00:07:35.220that space, it was kind of co-opted by the government since then. And lots of money poured
00:07:41.380in because they were just the best people at doing kind of working with the needy and people
00:07:48.280who might have kind of difficulties in their life. A lot of refugees and immigrants are in
00:07:53.300the same category and you know a lot of them aren't really refugees at all but that's a whole
00:07:57.100other debate um so they kind of just went to the best group and said here take them we we use the
00:08:04.020term invaders here on the war room um let me throw a quote at you that you gave to the new york post
00:08:12.480and ask you just to give me a minute of expansion on that you say that um minnesota itself had been
00:08:19.260picked because it had an extremely generous state social safety net policies and welfare
00:08:26.580programs, which of course made resettling refugees there easier. Now, I don't want to anticipate what
00:08:32.520you're going to say in the second half on the interview, because you actually do expand on that.
00:08:37.020And folks, it's horrific. However bad you think this is, it's going to get worse. But just tell
00:08:42.800Tell me a bit more about how the social welfare provisions, obviously pushed largely by Democrats in states like Minnesota, were then used to host these invaders being brought in by the institutional Christian churches.0.84
00:08:59.840And part of your research does indicate that I think since 1993, these organizations were getting on average $2,500 per invader that they resettled in Minnesota.0.85
00:09:15.260Yeah. So Minnesota, one of the reasons that, you know, we had so many of these people dumped into Minneapolis and the areas surrounding it is because Minnesota had an extremely generous social safety net program.
00:09:28.180They had all kinds of benefits. So when they were looking for where should we resettle these people, obviously they looked for the places where they would get the most for resettling them and where it would be the easiest for them to get hooked up with all kinds of government benefits.
00:09:42.100So having a very, you know, expansive social safety net program led to them becoming a target, you know, and there were the organizations resettling the refugees targeted Minnesota for this reason.0.69
00:09:55.620But then also refugees resettled in other parts of the world or, you know, in parts of the United States, rather, then chose to move to Minnesota to take advantage of and start defrauding those programs.
00:10:07.140So it's, you know, they were targeted in two parts of this equation, which is why you see cities like Minneapolis look the way they look now.
00:10:16.980Parker, I've got to do an ad read, a shout out to our show sponsor in just a moment.
00:10:21.960Before I do that, I want to throw another quote at you.
00:10:24.660You said it's hurting the ability of these organizations, i.e. the churches, to fundraise in arguably more important areas of their work.
00:10:32.360I imagine a lot of donors are being pushed away by something that is very reasonably viewed as highly controversial by a lot of people.
00:10:40.120Let me ask you this to the degree that you feel comfortable talking on this.
00:10:45.600But are you basically saying this is some of this work being pushed out by the Catholic Bishops Conference and by the Lutherans is actually scandalizing believers
00:10:56.800and therefore has a spiritual, a negative, you know,
00:11:01.720the work that they're doing here that you pointed out earlier
00:11:03.840is basically just free cash from the government.
00:11:06.520Are you saying that taking that money is inhibiting
00:11:09.600their spiritual dimension of the salvation of souls?
00:11:18.860There are people who, you know, would otherwise support Catholic charities.
00:11:21.820I would be one of them that, you know, would support the mission
00:11:25.200of feeding the hungry and you know clothing the naked and housing the homeless that we're called0.55
00:11:28.800to do as christians but when you have a essentially industrial scale uh you know importing of people
00:11:36.440who don't really seem to have any business being in america um it it's it's turning people off
00:11:43.440it's driving people away from work that is more important and would help people you know american
00:11:48.740citizens here all right okay and stay with me parker um i've got two articles i just want to
00:11:56.840quickly share with the war room posse and we've been pushing this all week they are companion
00:12:02.760pieces they were published by the financial times with a distance between them of a couple of weeks
00:12:08.580but they definitely go together let's start off with this one both of these articles in the
00:12:13.540financial times the most important financial newspaper in the world gold drops below four
00:12:19.900thousand dollars um and that was just early on this week that came down from a high of a few
00:12:27.100months ago three or four months ago around four thousand five hundred dollars per ounce it's down
00:12:32.020to four thousand now is it going to continue going down folks do you want to sell your gold now get
00:12:37.600out whilst you still can well here's the second article from the financial times from from i think
00:12:43.340to a fortnight or so ago that said investors are expecting record heights of gold within two years
00:12:52.020so i'd frame this as basically um a hockey stick it's gonna go down and then it's gonna go it's
00:13:01.700gonna skyrocket up if you want to get in on that train get on that train before it departs
00:13:08.220the platform speak to philip patrick and his team at birch gold group these are world experts in
00:13:16.600helping ordinary regular americans take advantage of gold text bannon b-a-double-n-o-n-2-9-8-9-8-9-8
00:13:26.540or of course go to birchgold.com forward slash bannon if you do it um i think within the next
00:13:33.22024 hours because the offer ends at the end of the month you can take advantage of this special offer
00:13:39.700that they have where you get a special silver round for all qualifying purchases of ten thousand
00:13:49.620dollars and there are no limits to how many of those silver rounds you can get now for the
00:13:55.140uninitiated a round is to all intents and purposes a coin but the technical name is around so you
00:14:02.820If you want one of these special commemorative silver rounds, then text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N to 989898 and do it within the next 24 hours.
00:14:15.240And ask Philip Patrick or one of his team, when you get them on the end of the phone, how to convert an old IRA into an IRA in physical gold.
00:14:29.420Now, of course, would be the time to do that.
00:14:31.240All right, back with Parker Thayer now to uncover some of his research.
00:14:36.940This is an article then, Parker, that you published for the organization you work for,
00:14:43.880When I said that it was going to get more horrific in the second half,
00:14:49.500folks, if you have seatbelts in your armchair, put them on now.
00:14:54.520So you really go into this and in a way that I've never really seen as analytical as this, you illustrate how people, how invaders are coming in to America and they're then being trained up basically into all intents and purposes.
00:15:11.120They're being trained up with taxpayer money into bringing more invaders into the country.
00:15:18.380it's it's the um and of course they use all sorts of names uh to to to disguise and
00:15:26.380mask what they're doing but this is it and of course you illustrate some of the organizations
00:15:31.660like the international rescue committee the irc that gets 300 million dollars of taxpayer support
00:15:40.360uh into transporting feeding resettling there's the key word resettling educate educating is the
00:15:46.600keyword, and housing refugees and immigrants. And then, of course, they then are co-opted0.94
00:15:53.700into these training programs, the entrepreneurship programs. Well, of course, when you hear
00:15:59.540training programs and entrepreneurship programs, you think, so these people are coming into
00:16:04.180the country, they're going to be trained up and then they're going to the factories
00:16:06.840and job market. And at least that, you know, they might be taking jobs from Americans,0.88
00:16:13.400but at least it's contributing to the U.S. economy.
00:17:06.380I was involved with a major fraud bust in Columbus, Ohio.0.99
00:17:11.360We went there and discovered a lot of home health companies in empty buildings, you know, dozens of empty offices, hundreds of companies in these buildings, all on the same street, all owned by people from Somalia or Ghana.0.95
00:17:26.040And, you know, I became I became suspicious.0.96
00:18:01.800What they're training them to do is run daycares.
00:18:05.500They're training them to run home care companies.
00:18:08.020They're training them to, you know, work in those industries that are kind of dependent on things like Medicaid and Medicare to receive their money.
00:18:15.060So, like, for example, in Minneapolis, where there was the famous The Leering Center, in that same city, there are, you know, multiple nonprofits that are offering training classes specifically to help people get the, you know, the necessary licenses to open up and work in these daycares.
00:18:31.380There are also, we discovered a program, the Microenterprise Grants Program, where microenterprise grants are given out so that way NGOs can then distribute loans to, at low interest rates, to people who are being resettled wherever they are.
00:18:50.900These microenterprise grants can be found in dozens of states, and I document quite a few of them.
00:18:57.140um so we are you your taxpayer dollars are paying for loans being given to the people who then run
00:19:04.300the leering centers and they're paying for the training for those people to get the licenses
00:19:08.240to run the leering centers and the home care companies all of it from step one to the final
00:19:13.400step which is usually a jail cell after a fraud conviction um this you know this is of course
00:19:19.360funded by your dollars hang on hang on hang on hang on that's not the only i mean the end
00:19:24.420the end conclusion of this isn't necessarily a jail sale if you're coming in from one of
00:19:29.100these countries here that you know like afghanistan iraq sudan syria or indeed somalia
00:19:34.220the end destination is u.s congress just get elected straight to u.s congress um via this
00:19:40.320route so it's either jail or congress take your pick folks one of the two well yeah it's i mean
00:19:47.580it is it is it was staggering i mean the the amount of money that is going into train like
00:19:53.280We could have trained these people in all kinds of highly productive work that we need, you know, that we need people to go into.
00:20:01.600But instead, we trained them on the programs that are most vulnerable fraud, things like those daycares and the home care companies where the home care, by the way, for those who aren't familiar, is where Medicaid will pay you to take care of somebody in their home.
00:20:13.900Now, that's not medical care. That's doing things like the dishes and cleaning and vacuuming and basic conversation.
00:20:20.580Medicaid, this is the most common job in America now.0.57
00:20:25.280Home care aid is the most common job in the entire country, in the state of New York, in the state of California.0.96
00:20:31.660That's how – and about 30% of the people working in that industry, according to the stats of left-wing groups, are immigrants and refugees.1.00
00:20:44.380You do realize a lot of people listening to you talk –
00:20:48.420I get it. A lot of people think you're a far right fanatic, but a lot of people listening to you will think you're a dyed in the wool liberal progressive because they don't want to see people coming into the country, being trained up to go and work in factories.
00:21:02.900They want those jobs themselves. They don't want people trained up at taxpayer money to then undercut them on the labor market.
00:21:11.040I have to say that because because my audience will be I can I can I can psychically feel the messages being I can psychically feel the messages being typed out in the live chat right now.0.80
00:21:24.460No, people really want these, want the invaders sent back to their own home countries.
00:21:31.100Your research at the top of this article, right, you mentioned that feeding our future scandal,0.94
00:21:36.600the Romanian snap fraud rings, the Nigerian Medicaid chieftain, the Somali home care ghost towns,0.69
00:21:44.920the Bhutanese home care kingpins, the Somali learning center, which you've mentioned,
00:21:49.780the hamas funding palestinian medicaid fraud operation you hyperlink and talk about all of
00:21:56.460these things and you draw it together because you say that these are all stories about immigrants
00:22:02.060defrauding government programs am i being cynical here parker or has the system been designed to be
00:22:10.160defrauded yeah i mean essentially it's every time we have looked into uh every state we have looked
00:22:18.140into kind of, you know, suspicious Medicaid billing programs. Basically, the appearance of
00:22:24.360fraud is so obvious. I mean, it takes minutes to spot that there is something seriously wrong here.
00:22:33.400The only way that we could have reached this point, A, like I mentioned in the research,1.00
00:22:39.220we reached this point where there is a tremendous amount of immigrant fraud of these welfare0.57
00:22:43.820programs. We reached it partially because our own government was funding and pushing these people1.00
00:22:50.040into these industries. We're also reaching it because people in government don't care because
00:22:54.200it's not their money, right? And this is the classic problem with pretty much all government
00:22:58.400programs is that, you know, when you're spending other people's money, you don't really care what
00:23:01.880happens to it. You don't have as much of an incentive to watch over it. In states like
00:23:06.500Minneapolis, there have been hearings in Congress where people came forward and said that they were
00:23:11.220specifically pushed away from investigating fraud in their welfare programs because it would have
00:23:17.360been considered racist. We don't want to be seen as racist. So we're going to shut down your
00:23:21.180investigation and fire you. And there are lawsuits from people in Minnesota who were fired
00:23:26.320for looking into these scandals years ago that have now become very prominent. It's intentional.
00:23:33.620There's no way that this happened on accident. We didn't reach this point on accident.
00:23:37.300There are NGOs that pushed us here. There are people in government who didn't do their jobs for very long periods of time to get us to this point.
00:23:45.620um let me just throw back something from this article that was there um up on the screen from
00:23:52.980the capital research center where you write that this is um american ngos have spent years
00:24:00.860specifically training immigrants to work in receive benefits from and create businesses
00:24:06.520servicing the same welfare programs that are now dominating fraud headlines this is the synthesis
00:24:12.360of everything you've been saying here on the show just tell me what's the um the relationship
00:24:17.300between the capital research center and the administration right now are they is administration
00:24:21.700listening to you are they responding to your research are they digging down on this because
00:24:26.320what you're saying here in that paragraph that i just read it seems to be exactly where they
00:24:31.640where the administration wants to go right yeah i certainly hope they're reading our research i do
00:24:37.560know that in Columbus, when we worked with an excellent reporter by the name of Luke
00:24:41.960Rosiak, me and him went to Columbus and, you know, busted this home care ring, the state
