00:00:00.000 the
00:00:14.860 system
00:00:19.840 It is
00:00:30.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:00:59.980 Pray for our enemies
00:01:02.580 Because we're going medieval on these people
00:01:05.300 Here's another time I got a free shot
00:01:07.800 All these networks lying
00:01:09.180 About the people
00:01:10.780 The people have had a belly full of it
00:01:12.400 I know you don't like hearing that
00:01:13.960 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that
00:01:15.940 But you're not going to stop it
00:01:16.820 It's going to happen
00:01:17.960 And where do people like that go to share the big line?
00:01:21.580 Mega media
00:01:22.500 I wish in my soul
00:01:24.560 I wish that any of these people had a conscience
00:01:27.640 Ask yourself
00:01:29.120 What is my task and what is my purpose?
00:01:32.100 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:01:38.460 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:01:47.920 Friday 6th of November, Anno Domini 2026.
00:01:53.340 Harnwell here at the helm of Steve Bannon's War Room.
00:01:57.260 Good evening.
00:01:58.220 Opening scenes there from Poland this week. I think Poland has, at the moment, its most serious constitutional crisis between the President and the Prime Minister since Poland emerged from the ashes of the collapsed Soviet Union.
00:02:23.940 It's quite incredible what's going on there. Before I bring on our guest, regular war room stalwart Olivier Beau from the Ordo Joris, the superb legal action organisation run out of Poland.
00:02:41.780 Before we bring on Olivier, I just want to set the scene here.
00:02:45.400 Basically, the situation is this.
00:02:47.680 The parliament in Poland, the same, gets the right to appoint judges.
00:02:53.820 The president then accepts their oath, and then they're on the court.
00:03:02.600 Now, Olivier will correct me if I'm wrong on that, technically.
00:03:04.940 What has happened after the change of government last year is Parliament has made its nominations and the President has refused to accept the oaths of office.
00:03:19.000 The parliament, the same, made eight nominations, eight judges for the Constitutional Court.
00:03:26.860 The president, I think, accepted three of them, accepted the oaths of three of them and refused to accept the other five.
00:03:35.980 Now, to put this into context for our audience, the president, Navrotsky, is a member of Law and Justice, PIS.
00:03:45.600 OK, these are our guys. These are the people we would naturally support. They are populists, nationalists, strongly Catholic.
00:03:55.840 The Prime Minister, who has the parliamentary majority, Donald Tusk, is definitely not one of our guys.
00:04:03.180 He's basically a European Union stooge, and in fact was a very important player in the European Union previously, what, 10 or so, 10, 15 years ago when he was president of the European Council, one of the three branches of the European Union, the branch that represents the elected heads of government.
00:04:27.240 Ursula von der Leyen is president of the European Commission.
00:04:30.580 Then you have the European Council, and then you have the European Parliament, the three branches.
00:04:36.740 So Donald Tusk, who's now Prime Minister, is not our guy, and he was a big player in the European Union.
00:04:43.960 That will become important as we break this down.
00:04:47.600 So here's the tussle.
00:04:50.080 I have to say, having looked at this, try to understand what's going on,
00:04:55.180 Because it can be legally quite complex.
00:04:58.560 I sort of see that both sides have a certain argument to them.
00:05:04.520 I think the constitution here is ambiguous.
00:05:11.320 The Polish constitution is ambiguous.
00:05:13.260 I think both sides legitimately can look at this and draw some sustenance.
00:05:20.740 And that's why the country is now in crisis.
00:05:23.340 It ended with one of the judges on the Constitutional Court, friendly to the government, on her own initiative suspending both the president of the court and his deputy, who are loyal, if you will, to use these vulgar terms, to the president.
00:05:47.380 she suspended them for 30 days
00:05:49.760 and then she called the police in
00:05:51.940 and that's what we saw
00:05:53.080 some of the footage of the protests earlier
00:05:55.180 the police surrounded the tribunal
00:05:57.360 and they didn't let in
00:05:59.440 the president
00:06:00.020 of the court, of the tribunal
00:06:03.080 of the constitutional court, they didn't let in
00:06:05.100 the president of the republic either
00:06:06.660 Navrotsky who was on his way to Africa
00:06:09.100 when what has
00:06:11.300 been called in some quarters a coup
00:06:13.100 was launched by the government
00:06:14.760 on his way to Africa, turned the plane around
00:06:16.980 came back to Poland. 1.00
00:06:18.540 OK, Olivier, I'm sure you'll correct
00:06:21.060 the factual inaccuracies of that synthesis
00:06:24.780 that I've given,
00:06:25.700 but I want you to set the scene
00:06:26.900 for our largely American audience.
00:06:29.700 It is quite complex, as I say.
00:06:31.820 So why don't you, in your own words,
00:06:33.800 break down for us exactly what has happened
00:06:35.900 over the last 10 days or so in Poland?
00:06:40.980 Yes, thank you, Ben.
00:06:43.220 I'll make just a few corrections.
00:06:45.140 President Nawrowski did not refuse to take the oath.
00:06:50.920 What he did is that for five of the eight judges
00:06:55.860 elected by the same, the lower house of parliament,
00:07:00.360 to the constitutional tribunal of Poland,
00:07:05.120 for five of them he did not take the oath right away.
00:07:09.340 He did not give a deadline when he would do so
00:07:12.640 because he had some doubts about whether their election was valid. And why did he
00:07:19.420 have doubts? The eighth seats, which became vacant, became vacant, some of
00:07:28.240 them starting 15 months before the election. According to the Polish
00:07:32.920 Constitution, the same should elect a new judge to the Constitutional
00:07:38.260 Tribunal. It's for a nine-year non-renewable mandate. When a new city becomes vacant,
00:07:46.580 it should actually do it before, so there is no vacancy. This same did not do so because they
00:07:55.060 questioned the legitimacy. That's the official reason. The legitimacy of the Constitutional
00:08:00.100 Tribunal because of a dispute over three judges, which started in 2015. The three judges in question
00:08:08.820 had their mandate finished in late 2024. In spite of this, since March 2024, this government of
00:08:19.860 Donald Tusk hasn't published any ruling of a constitutional tribunal and does not respect
00:08:25.060 its rulings. So what happened in March, when the same elected first group of six
00:08:34.200 members, six new members of the Constitutional Tribunal on March 13, in one day, President
00:08:42.360 Navrovsky took the oath from two of them, arguing that two vacancies had occurred under
00:08:50.620 his mandate yes let can i just um help me to understand this right is the president of the
00:09:01.980 republic the president of poland is he obliged by the constitution my first question is he obliged
00:09:09.220 to accept the oath right to take the oath um and is he limited by time as to when he should do that
00:09:18.480 Well, that's where you were saying the Constitution is not always very precise.
00:09:25.880 He's obliged to accept it, but he's not limited in time.
00:09:30.820 And there's a case law of the constitutional tribunal that dates back to before the governments
00:09:37.480 of law and justice, so with other judges, which says that if he has reasonable doubts,
00:09:43.600 he can postpone the oath, the oath-taking ceremony, which is exactly what he did.
00:09:49.780 And he did so also for us.
00:09:53.000 He took the oath from a third judge in July, who was elected when the seat became vacant,
00:10:05.600 so everything was valid, there was no question.
00:10:07.760 And then there was another election of an eighth judge in September of actually of a guy who was a minister of Donald Tusk.
00:10:16.340 But there are some doubts about these qualifications because there are some legal requirements about the qualifications.
00:10:24.620 Just in case this is this is quite technical, but there are two parallels for our American audience.
00:10:30.580 I can cite on this that I think might make it easier conceptually
00:10:37.000 to understand elementally what's taking place there.
00:10:39.880 It's a bit like in the 2020 election where the vice president, Pence,
00:10:49.520 Mike Pence, was, I think the word was shall, certify the election.
00:10:59.340 And there was ambiguities to whether he must do it or whether he actually has the proper functioning role of certifying the election. The discretion, that is to say, whether to certify or not. I think the constitution was unclear and there wasn't a great deal of precedent on that to cite.
00:11:19.500 So that's the first example I'd say. I think it's a similar situation here for the Polish president, though there is, from what you're saying, more jurisprudence that the president can cite in delaying at his own discretion legitimately and constitutionally accepting the oath.
00:11:40.800 The second parallel for the American context, I would say, it would be a bit like, it's not exactly the same, but it would be a bit like the Judiciary Committee in the Senate approving justices for the Supreme Court that hadn't been formally nominated by the president should there be a vacancy.
00:12:01.340 Not exactly total overlap, but it's a bit similar that you had the legislator doing the appointment and cutting out the fundamental role of the head of state.
00:12:12.580 Now, that said, Olivia, I've got to do an ad break in a moment.
00:12:17.220 But that said, this is important because it would appear that this whole thing is being manoeuvred to some extent by external forces that aren't friendly to Poland.
00:12:29.840 specifically the european union i think there's something to be added here
00:12:34.440 yeah okay i tell you what hold on to that hold on hold on to that olivier let me do the ad read
00:12:39.200 and then you take it up uh when i when we come back um our friend jim rickard right now has a
00:12:47.960 special offer on his flagship newsletter strategic intelligence and he's making that available
00:12:56.300 to the War Room Posse for the special price of $17.76.
00:13:03.260 Obviously, $17.76.
00:13:05.260 That's a special offer that will last all this year.
00:13:10.120 And what I will say, folks, is that before this offer was introduced, 0.96
00:13:15.140 I, dumb schmuck that I am IceBade, 0.93
00:13:17.980 spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars subscribing to this excellent newsletter. 0.99
00:13:22.900 what you're now getting offered to you for a fraction of the price.
00:13:28.160 And I can tell you this, I will continue to pay the hundreds of dollars
00:13:34.260 that I am spending on this newsletter because it is excellent.
00:13:38.800 You've all heard Jim Rickards on the show.
00:13:41.620 He has a grasp of geopolitics that you will find in very few places.
00:13:48.520 is and he is so confident jim is so confident that you will appreciate this subscription he's
00:13:56.060 offering it out to you risk-free for 90 days so you can decide whether this is for you or not for
00:14:02.400 you and simply ask for your money back i don't think anyone following this show that will make
00:14:08.820 this subscription will ask for their money back i'll tell you that now i i i would go so far as
00:14:15.160 to vouch for this myself as I say I pay hundreds of euros myself willingly to get what you're going
00:14:22.060 to get for the price of a pint of beer and a packet of crisps go to RickardsWarning.com
00:14:30.080 RickardsWarning you see the spelling there if you screenshot that RickardsWarning.com
00:14:36.120 check out the offer and I very strongly recommend it all right back now with Olivier Bother
00:14:42.860 the direction, director of communications at order, Joris.
00:14:48.300 Olivier, OK, you're going to correct me.
00:14:49.940 Please do correct me.
00:14:51.400 I want to make the whole picture a little more complete
00:14:55.260 because what happened is that with the four people
00:14:59.220 who could not take their oath,
00:15:02.880 they went to the speaker of the same for this oath-taking ceremony.
00:15:08.920 So there was a conflict of competence
00:15:11.460 because they're not supposed to.
00:15:13.200 It's for the president of the republic to take the oath from them.
00:15:17.020 So President Nawrowski submitted this question
00:15:20.300 to the Constitutional Tribunal.
00:15:22.580 From this date, he could not take the oath
00:15:25.080 because he has to wait for this case
00:15:29.120 to be ruled on by the Constitutional Tribunal.
00:15:32.540 But the problem is that the two,
00:15:34.940 and then the third one in July,
00:15:36.600 who had their oath taken from the president.
00:15:42.480 They refused to participate in the work of the Constitutional Tribunal
00:15:48.060 out of solidarity from their colleagues who are from the same camp.
00:15:52.560 And since the ruling camp had waited for so long to fill the vacancies,
00:15:59.060 there were too few judges on the Constitutional Tribunal
00:16:01.940 to rule on this case because you need to have 11.
00:16:05.040 So it was the governmental side who blocked the situation all the time.
00:16:12.000 So there's a quorum issue as well, right?
00:16:15.120 Yes, exactly.
00:16:16.740 Look, a lot of the people following this show will have seen certain things on social media about there being a coup led by the pro-EU government against the anti-EU president.
00:16:30.240 Let me term it in those frames.
00:16:31.760 Can you what can you tell us now? And I do want to ask you what the next steps are. But first of all, for the folks watching this interview, they want to know, is Ursula von der Leyen behind the undermining of the constitutional court, undermining the democratically elected president of Poland?
00:16:50.780 because Poland has been obstructing her agenda on the invasion 0.88
00:16:56.940 and on Ukraine and on other things.
00:17:00.460 Tell me something about that because that is what people want to know.
00:17:04.780 Is Ursula von der Leyen, is she in some way behind this, 0.83
00:17:10.860 giving sustenance to Donald Tusk, the prime minister?
00:17:15.340 Yes, she has been giving support to Donald Tusk.
00:17:18.660 she helped him win the election by blackmailing financially Poland for years, and then she
00:17:26.020 supported him by unlocking the funds. And then on October the 13th, the police, the government,
00:17:35.940 took the constitutional tribunal by force. And you had this judge who is not a constitutional
00:17:43.940 tribunal judge because she didn't take their oath in front of the president, and she declared
00:17:51.060 herself the acting president of the constitutional tribunal, you had a reaction by the European
00:17:56.900 Commission in support of Donald Tusk and his majority. So you clearly have an interference,
00:18:05.700 and apart from the reasons you gave, the motives you gave, there's another one.
00:18:11.140 There's been a conflict for the last years of competence between the Constitutional Tribunal of Poland and the Court of Justice of the EU.
00:18:19.420 The Court of Justice of the EU is saying that its case law is superior to the constitutions of nation states, while the Tribunal of Poland was saying, no, it's not the case.
00:18:32.560 You only have competence where we have given up sovereignty.
00:18:35.720 We have transferred sovereignty.
00:18:37.780 let me just repeat that because you've been on the show many many times already and this is
00:18:44.460 the crucial thing here um poland's one of the last truly national there's not no fake nationalists 0.55
00:18:52.160 like here in italy italy like georgia maloney who will do whatever ursula von der leyen wants
00:18:57.960 you have a genuine president in poland who is trying to assert poland's um sovereignty right
00:19:06.680 There is a tension. Now, I happen to think that from the European Union's perspective, it has a strong case on this one.
00:19:18.080 That's why I supported, why I voted for the UK to leave the European Union.
00:19:22.800 The European Union is quite clear now, post-Maastricht, that its law takes precedence over member states' law.
00:19:31.200 What Olivier Beau, however, has pointed out when he's been on this show before is that may be true, but what has never been affirmed is the idea that European law can supersede a constitution, a member state, an EU member state's constitution.
00:19:49.500 That is a novel interpretation, and I would like to see how that is fundamentally and eventually resolved with the European Union's Court of Justice.
00:20:01.500 To have any hope that the ECJ might find in favour of a member state's constitution taking precedence over the European Union, we need firm, competent, Eurosceptic, sovereignist, nationalist presidents and heads of government in the European Union
00:20:29.360 to make that argument in places like the European Council and elsewhere.
00:20:33.720 That's why President Navrotsky is absolutely essential.
00:20:37.580 And that is why Ursula von der Leyen, the head of the EU's Politburo,
00:20:42.340 is trying to undermine him.
00:20:44.800 This is how crucial this argument is,
00:20:47.800 because the European Union, the European Commission,
00:20:50.280 is an unelected, is fundamentally unelected.
00:20:53.240 It needs to be unelected in order to push through
00:20:57.500 its anti-democratic, unpopular globalist diktats.
00:21:02.300 This is what's happening.
00:21:03.380 And not for the first time in human history, 0.82
00:21:05.840 Poland falls to Poland to fight effectively
00:21:09.700 for the defence of Western civilisation.
00:21:12.400 Sorry, Olivia, I didn't mean to interrupt you,
00:21:14.120 but do go on, because this is extremely important.
00:21:17.980 Yes, I think you've given a good picture
00:21:21.180 of what's happening, of the role of the European Union
00:21:23.840 with this support, because Donald Tuss would never do that
00:21:26.860 if he knew he can't count on the support of the European Union. So it's clear he has this support
00:21:32.940 and he has promised that when he takes control of the constitutional tribunal,
00:21:38.140 then this new constitutional tribunal, this fake constitutional tribunal, will acknowledge the
00:21:44.220 primacy of EU, not only the treaties and EU law, but EU case law, the decisions of the Court of
00:21:50.940 Justice of the European Union over Poland's constitution, and that will be a precedent
00:21:56.220 at the EU level. It will be used against other countries to install this new principle that
00:22:06.700 the CJEU or the ECJ, the European Court of Justice, case law has primacy over constitutions
00:22:16.460 of all countries so that would make this court a kind of supreme court of the European Union
00:22:23.500 all right Olivier in the remaining minutes the remaining three or so minutes of this I do want
00:22:33.060 to ask you what the next stages are because these we are seeing the footage on our social media
00:22:39.340 streams. Now, the pro-EU, the pro-European Prime Minister Donald Tusk has said he's willing to
00:22:47.560 sit down with President Novrotsky, the Eurosceptic Nationalist President Novrotsky, in private,
00:22:55.040 in private, to see if they can hammer out some kind of agreement. I don't believe this meeting
00:23:00.580 has taken place. Can you give me any updates on that meeting and what you are expecting the next
00:23:07.340 steps to be? It hasn't taken place. It hasn't been confirmed. It's been agreed on. It's actually
00:23:15.760 meaningless. I mean, Donald Tusk has staged his coup against the constitutional tribunal. So
00:23:20.900 a meeting with Navrovsky won't change anything. It's not a problem of Navrovsky obstructing to,
00:23:28.240 I don't know, showing bad will. It's just the fact that Donald Tusk is not respecting the rule
00:23:34.220 law. He's not respecting the Constitution. And the fear is that he's going to do the same thing
00:23:40.220 with the Supreme Court, which is the Court of Cassation of Poland. And then he would be able
00:23:46.460 to have Nawrowski suspended from the Constitutional Tribunal, to have political parties banned
00:23:55.100 through the Constitutional Tribunal, and then to have elections invalidated through the Supreme
00:24:01.260 court all right all right okay what you've just said having the president suspended or removed
00:24:09.780 from office um is not fantasy it's happened when not five years or not 10 years or not 20 years
00:24:18.320 it happened a month ago it happened in hungary the new incoming prime minister
00:24:23.600 Again, stooge of Ursula von der Leyen, successfully removed the president of the Hungarian Republic on pretext that the president, I think, was undermining the constitution and not fulfilling his presidential obligations.
00:24:45.020 Folks, it's exactly the same thing. President, of course, of Hungary, very close ally of Viktor Orban. So what we're talking about here, it's not fantasy. It's not hair on fire. It has happened. And what did the European Union do? Absolutely nothing. They were supporting it.
00:25:05.000 Far from opposing the democratic overthrow of a president, the EU is supporting it, and they're doing the same thing here in Poland.
00:25:15.720 That's what's at stake, right, Olivier? That's really where they want to go with this.
00:25:19.760 Either the president has to bow to the EU and to Ursula's diktats, or he'll be removed.
00:25:28.120 I think there's no way they count on the president bowing to the EU.
00:25:33.900 So the only way out, I think, is to have some, you would need some 15 MPs from the coalition
00:25:41.520 of Donald Tusso supporting a vote of non-confidence, which is not impossible because he's gone
00:25:47.340 very far.
00:25:48.440 So he might be losing support.
00:25:50.260 He's losing support in the polls.
00:25:52.100 That's for sure.
00:25:53.520 So the hope is that he's going to be losing support among his own MPs.
00:25:58.900 and then that would allow to shorten his mandate
00:26:03.240 and to have new elections, and then there could be a way out.
00:26:08.580 Interesting, interesting.
00:26:09.740 Olivier, no doubt you'll be following these events

00:31:58.600 The co-founder of the group Raise the Colors, which displays union flags and flags of St. George from lampposts across Birmingham, has appeared in calls on charges of including assault, threatening behaviour and racially aggravated harassment.
00:32:16.380 Ryan Bridge, who's 45 and from Bronze Grove, appeared before Oxford magistrates in the county where the incidents are alleged to have happened.
00:32:25.540 Wesley Smith was in court and can join us.
00:32:28.160 And Wesley, what happened today?
00:32:32.020 Well, Sam Ryanbridge faces a number of separate charges.
00:32:36.280 He arrived here at Oxford Magistrates Court early this afternoon.
00:32:40.080 He was seen wearing a blue coat.
00:32:42.180 The incidents are alleged to have taken place early this year.
00:32:45.320 The charges, now it's a little bit complicated, but they include common assault,
00:32:49.200 counter-abusing, threatening behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress,
00:32:52.480 counts abusing, threatening, abusive or insulting words of behaviour with intent to cause fear or provoke unlawful violence
00:32:59.100 two counts of racially aggravated intentional harassment and one count of racially aggravated fear of violence
00:33:05.520 he has been not guilty to all those charges
00:33:08.700 one of the incidents it's claimed happened at Charles Valley Services just after the M40 in January
00:33:14.360 when it's alleged that Mr. Bridge had a altercation with a man wearing a traditional black and white scarf
00:33:19.480 associated with Palestinian identity, the man was said to have felt serious distress.
00:33:25.960 Another incident is said to have taken place in Oxford during a time when there were confrontations
00:33:30.520 as people intervened to stop others putting up flags on a main road into the city.
00:33:35.260 Well, here today, the District Judge Kamleshwana said that Mr. Bridge could elect to have the
00:33:40.340 more serious charges against him heard before a judge and jury at Oxford Crown Court.
00:33:44.820 And that's what he elected to do and will appear on December 3rd.
00:33:48.400 Lesser charges, including public order offences, will be heard here at the Magistrate's Court next year.
00:33:54.640 And, Wesley, you mentioned the injunction being sought by Birmingham City Council.
00:33:59.780 What's the latest with that?
00:34:02.940 Well, Rajiv, the latest part of that hearing was yesterday at Birmingham High Court.
00:34:07.360 The City Council is bidding, you may recall, for an injunction to prevent the unauthorised attachment of flags to lampposts and other so-called street furniture.
00:34:15.840 The council says they pose a danger, alarm and distress.
00:34:19.620 But others, as I reported recently, in King Standing, for example, that they express national pride.
00:34:25.060 Well, the High Court judge, Emma Kelly, will provide a written ruling on that in a few days.
00:34:29.480 Birmingham City Council says if people are forced to remove the flags they place,
00:34:33.240 the council could face a bill running to more than £2 million to remove them.
00:34:37.040 And clearly, that's money it can't afford.
00:34:41.420 Thank you, Wesley.
00:34:42.560 welcome back ben harnwell here live from rome on the ryan bridge show let's go to the man
00:34:51.720 himself um ryan you know you know the old joke right what do you call ryan bridge in
00:34:57.880 a suit and tie the defendant um but you've not been in court today you actually have
00:35:05.540 something we're not we're not going to go into it but you told me just before we came on air
00:35:10.180 you have a bit of goss for me that i think you know i hope we i hope we might debut this on the
00:35:17.580 warren but this could something that i think right this could fundamentally transform
00:35:23.660 the british political landscape i'll leave it to you how much you want to say stay tuned we
00:35:30.080 might drop a few tasters towards the end of this hit but let's go back to the opening
00:35:35.680 video that's uk television news i tell you what i reckon the journalists in the uk ryan should
00:35:42.120 chip around and pay your legal expenses themselves because without you i don't know what they'd write
00:35:48.500 about i don't know what they talk about week in week out you're everywhere in uk media that was
00:35:54.500 the analysis of your court hearing this week i think it wrapped up on the the second of november
00:36:01.420 what's the the latest there if you just fill us in please yeah so obviously it was um court case
00:36:08.260 on monday regarding the civil charges facing me regarding the flag removals in birmingham 2.6
00:36:16.080 million pounds they've put on the uh the handful of flags that we put up across the city um they
00:36:22.840 estimated the the counter that they had estimated that we put 200 000 flags up which was a complete
00:36:28.520 lie um and the um you know the the government funded birmingham city council are looking to
00:36:35.740 um uh put a full injunction on me with a ban of all flags um in birmingham and you know we were
00:36:42.340 there and we know thank you to all the patriots that turned out thank you to all the well-wishers
00:36:47.800 thank you to the country for saying well done ryan thank you for being our voice um and we are
00:36:53.420 holding that flag up in distress of our unsafe borders weak borders weaker government and that's
00:37:01.240 the motto and um we're here and hopefully i've got the suit on today which is the not guilty suit
00:37:06.340 and when i've got a tie on with our lovely poppy it means that there's trouble ahead but this one
00:37:12.080 could be a good one it could be a trouble ahead for the british government because ryan the lion
00:37:17.320 And could be, hopefully, you know, I'm going to see some very important people
00:37:22.680 that could change the course of history and bring Britain back to being great again.
00:37:28.400 So this is a political day today for Ryan Bridge.
00:37:31.720 And I'm really looking forward to it.
00:37:33.940 And hopefully I'll fit in well.
00:37:35.340 I was welcomed at conference.
00:37:37.260 You're having a snigger to yourself there because you know some inside information.
00:37:40.480 And hopefully we can change the country.
00:37:43.220 But back to the court cases.
00:37:44.580 Tuesday then
00:37:46.520 with the criminal matter
00:37:47.920 where it said there
00:37:49.380 and I will speak about it
00:37:50.400 because it has been said there on the news
00:37:51.900 that a guy come up to me
00:37:53.440 with the keffia 0.76
00:37:54.520 you know the thing
00:37:55.340 and he
00:37:55.560 you know it was the middle of summer
00:37:57.060 I had shorts and t-shirt on at the time
00:37:58.860 it was red hot
00:37:59.620 and this guy chose to come up to me
00:38:01.700 at a service station
00:38:02.600 and wrap this thing around his face
00:38:04.580 like he was going to come and attack me in some way
00:38:07.060 and with what's going on in the country
00:38:08.280 with Anne Whittacombe
00:38:08.940 and other people that have been assassinated
00:38:11.220 you Charlie Kirk's
00:38:12.120 by the Liberal loonies
00:38:13.780 it did cause me alarm and distress and and this guy did come in my face so i i felt i felt needs
00:38:19.640 must and um you know i don't want to say no more about it but i didn't assault the guy i had a 0.65
00:38:23.880 quiet word with him and i said you know you will not scare me doing these putting these religious
00:38:27.620 gowns on so two things two different two i say the journalists of the uk should chip in and pay
00:38:36.980 your legal expenses because without you they'd have nothing to talk about um i think i think
00:38:42.200 the judges should chip in as well because without you they'd have nothing to sit and say two cases
00:38:49.200 taking place at the same time the civil case and the criminal case um these are two separate things
00:38:56.220 regarding the um so the criminal case that's a jury trial the civil case i presume isn't
00:39:02.880 that's correct so the so we will know the outcome of the civil hearing with the removal of flags
00:39:09.620 and banners and articles we will know that in the next five days so next friday live bannon's war
00:39:15.520 room we've been at the helm we will know exactly the result of what birmingham city council uh the
00:39:23.200 judge is going to make a decision and we're going to get that this week so we will know that the
00:39:27.600 case on tuesday is a criminal case now this is where i've been charged with 14 counts of hurty
00:39:33.740 words um and you've got to remember in the uk people are going to jail for tweeting people are
00:39:40.600 going to jail for for posting things yet yet you know the dregs of society are getting off with
00:39:46.960 you know non-custodial so it's it's ludicrous it's ludicrous so it is worrying times but the 0.92
00:39:52.140 charges i'm on are you know calling people somewhat liberal loony lefties and it is a dangerous
00:39:57.300 You know, trying to be a patriot in the UK because they want to silence us.
00:40:02.300 Lucy Connolly.
00:40:04.360 Correct.
00:40:05.400 Went to prison. Lucy Connolly for tweets, pretty spicy tweets, perhaps not so prudent. 0.99
00:40:12.980 But she went to prison because she was opposing the illegal third world invasion into the UK.
00:40:20.020 That's what Ryan is alluding to. And it's a real phenomenon. 0.89
00:40:24.960 Stay with us, Ryan.
00:40:25.960 Let me give a quick shout-out to our show sponsor,
00:40:28.220 and I'll come straight back to you and we'll wrap this up, close out the show.
00:40:32.840 Two articles that I'm previewing really all this month.
00:40:39.220 From the Financial Times, the world's most authoritative financial newspaper.
00:40:44.360 Let's start with this one here.
00:40:45.740 Gold drops below 4,000.
00:40:50.160 Okay, that's the first one.
00:40:52.080 That was from last week.
00:40:53.340 And then a couple of weeks before that, same newspaper, investors predicting new record prices for gold within two years.
00:41:01.720 What those two articles, I'm putting them together.
00:41:05.540 I don't think the FT intended them to go together.
00:41:07.460 But what they are tracing out for you is the shape of what I'm calling a hockey stick.
00:41:13.920 So the price of gold is coming down.
00:41:16.080 It was a few months ago, $4,500 per ounce.
00:41:20.200 it's coming down, down to 4,000 as that article said, and then it's going to skyrocket up. That's
00:41:26.420 the shape of a traditional shape of a hockey stick. And giving you that information, folks,
00:41:31.400 you're probably going to think to yourselves, well, okay, interesting information. How can I
00:41:37.020 use that information for myself? How can I get in on this train before it leaves the platform?
00:41:43.900 Speak to Philip Gold at Birch Gold Group is the simple answer to that question.
00:41:49.940 He's the world expert on this, helping ordinary, regular, everyday Americans get in on the action.
00:41:58.900 So it's not just central banks who are buying gold at record rates and billionaires,
00:42:03.560 but also regular folk as well get a sniff at this.
00:42:07.960 And it's quite simple. Text to Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N to 989898 or go to birchgold.com forward slash Bannon.
00:42:20.040 Get Philip on the end of the phone and ask him how, ask him this question.
00:42:27.100 How can you convert an old IRA into an IRA in physical gold?
00:42:31.820 because you want to get in on that now
00:42:36.060 before gold starts its escalatory path.
00:42:43.100 Text Bannon once again, B-A-N-N-O-N to 989898.
00:42:47.200 And when you get Philip or someone from the Birch Gold Group team
00:42:51.640 on the end of the phone,
00:42:55.980 be cheeky with them.
00:42:58.500 Be cheeky.
00:42:59.160 And tell them the war room invited you to be cheeky.
00:43:04.180 Ask them whether there's any availability left of the silver round that they were giving out last month.
00:43:10.600 Deadline for that technically was the end of October.
00:43:13.300 But just say, are there any of those silver rounds left for qualifying purchases?
00:43:17.840 For the uninitiated, a silver round is a silver coin that they were giving out on qualifying purchases of gold.
00:43:24.220 Okay, I'll give you those details again for Philip Patrick.
00:43:27.480 later on in the show.
00:43:32.180 All right, back now with Ryan the Lion,
00:43:35.900 England's most beloved patriot,
00:43:38.520 who I think, it's astonishing, Ryan,
00:43:41.020 just watching how the work you are doing
00:43:47.040 has an exponential resonance,
00:43:50.100 not only in the UK, but right across the world,
00:43:52.620 Starting off by raising these flags on the lampposts, then going out into the channel, because the two things are strictly related. 0.55
00:44:03.300 The show of patriotism involved in raising the St. George's cross, and then the stopping of the megadingus crossing the channel.
00:44:13.740 Ryan, just break down for me as we round out the show the trajectory of these two court cases, the civil case and the criminal case.
00:44:23.720 What's the worst that can happen to you?
00:44:25.660 I will add, I was particularly, it's not related obviously to what's going on, but I was, I mean, I'm not saying I, you know, I'm not being a fan.
00:44:33.900 I don't dislike the guy Russell Brand.
00:44:36.180 Not my kind of guy, basically.
00:44:38.380 That's fine, right?
00:44:39.240 but what has happened to him is is disgusting and horrific the man is going to prison on the
00:44:48.120 basis literally on the basis of what other people have said happened 20 25 years ago we as a society
00:44:56.020 you know when i was a kid ryan we used to watch sort of see see the like the salem witch trials
00:45:01.920 in in the u.s you know i heard her say she was a witch and they'd burn her right we sit there
00:45:07.860 thinking of how civilized and advanced we are in the modern world we're not we're regressing the
00:45:14.720 fact that someone who's anti-establishment can be put away in prison potentially for quite a few
00:45:20.300 number of years based on no physical evidence or whatsoever basically a guy's been put in prison
00:45:27.820 found guilty and unable to demonstrate himself innocent it's an absolute subversion of the way
00:45:35.700 things are supposed to be tell us if you will this the civil course the civil case the criminal case
00:45:42.680 um what's at stake for you yeah so as it stands the the process is the hardest punishment the
00:45:51.980 conditions um and what's happening to us in the uk is they are putting bail conditions and anybody
00:45:58.160 that goes above the parapets um you know your tommies they're looking at getting you know
00:46:03.500 four or five years for saying to, you know, a journalist,
00:46:07.600 can you stop filming my children?
00:46:09.360 And they're classing that as threatening words and behaviour.
00:46:12.120 It's all hurty words.
00:46:13.320 And hurty words now are the new, you know,
00:46:16.220 attempted murder, for example.
00:46:18.180 And it is a scary time because I've got 14 of these charges.
00:46:22.040 Now, they're splitting them into categories.
00:46:25.420 And they're saying that a common...
00:46:28.220 Sorry, you've got 14 charges in the criminal case, right?
00:46:32.740 In the criminal case.
00:46:34.180 So the charges are split and broke up.
00:46:36.740 So you've got one, which is the most severe and serious
00:46:39.680 of all the crimes in the 14 charges,
00:46:42.840 and that is somewhat of a common assault,
00:46:45.440 which is a Section 39, and it's called barging.
00:46:48.600 So apparently I've barged into somebody
00:46:50.960 as I was trying to go past them.
00:46:53.000 We all know, raise the colours nose,
00:46:55.060 that I have got video footage,
00:46:57.420 because everything he's filmed of me saying to the person,
00:47:00.020 please, can you walk away?
00:47:01.040 we are going about our business putting the flags up legally and lawfully can you please move and
00:47:05.200 stop and we're moving around this person and we're we're accommodating this person and this
00:47:09.560 person would not move so as i'm going around her it's we've touched contact and that is an assault
00:47:15.980 charge that i'm going to the crown court in oxford for a three-day trial the rest of the other 14
00:47:23.780 which are possible, possible, hurty words,
00:47:27.740 attempted threatening words and behaviour,
00:47:31.140 threat of causing alarm and distress.
00:47:34.960 I mean, I couldn't even believe it when I was listening to it.
00:47:38.060 Calling, saying that somebody, you know,
00:47:40.020 they're saying that how I look,
00:47:41.480 so I've said how they look, for example.
00:47:43.660 And I know it's petty and it sounds petty,
00:47:45.680 but the issue is here, they have put this on a five-day trial.
00:47:49.300 They are bringing 14 witnesses into that room.
00:47:51.820 this is a magistrates court so in the uk as you well know ben it's magistrates and crown the other
00:47:58.320 12 charges are not even big enough to be heard by the crown yet they're giving me a five-day trial
00:48:04.680 at magistrates which means you have no jury and that is the worry that is the scary thing
00:48:11.140 no jury at the magistrates and that's the worry what's the worst what is the worst so it's three
00:48:18.560 magistrates right a leading magistrate and then two other magistrates by their side um what's the
00:48:24.480 very worst so so being a magistrate i think they're limited to six months in prison right
00:48:29.640 that's the maximum sentence they can hand out yeah but that's on the cards that is that is
00:48:34.920 on the cards it's 100 on the cards 100 at the magistrates now the other charge i because it's
00:48:41.640 barging and it's a more serious offense of of of touching somebody with your perhaps shoulder
00:48:46.540 and i've got the footage ben it's completely laughable um you know if if i was bang to rights 0.98
00:48:52.560 here i wouldn't be on the show talking about it because i wouldn't want to make myself look stupid
00:48:56.220 but we're talking barging and um you know i've asked for a jury on this because i think it's 0.88
00:49:01.640 completely uncalled for i've got many many hours of footage of these people in my in my in my way
00:49:06.840 nothing happens to the left it's always to us um in terms of the worst that could happen with all
00:49:13.480 these 14 charges if the magistrates not the jury just the magistrates the judges for our american
00:49:20.260 audience magistrates are the the most the the lay judiciary ordinary basically um ordinary
00:49:26.560 people act sitting as judges hearing the lowest tier of cases and they're limited to six months
00:49:33.260 in prison sentences that they can give out is there um is there is that tell me what your
00:49:40.580 lawyers have said here about let's say worst case scenario ryan they because they obviously want to
00:49:46.720 put you they obviously want to get rid of you because you're too inconvenient um what's the
00:49:51.660 if the worst that could happen if they find you guilty on each of these charges um can the
00:49:57.080 sentences run concurrently or do they run simultaneously so i believe that they're
00:50:03.940 simultaneously so it will be a maximum of six months um but even to talk and have this
00:50:08.880 conversation i'm a father i'm a brother an uncle you know i'm somebody's son and i'm just a guy
00:50:14.980 that's desperate i'm a i'm a uk citizen law abiding i'm a taxpayer and i am scared for the safety of
00:50:20.940 women children in the uk our borders aren't safe we're getting invaded on a daily basis by illegal
00:50:26.540 invaders from third world country i was in somalia last week i got arrested there for literally uh
00:50:32.320 being an independent journalist and it is getting ridiculous they want to silence me i have not done
00:50:38.700 anything to incriminate myself and now i've been held on these petty charges so my legal team have
00:50:44.040 said ryan it's going to sound ridiculous because it never happens in a magistrate's court because
00:50:48.700 it's so low but they have said you need to get barristers for these because they will pick at
00:50:54.400 anything to try and get some kind of loophole to shut you up and we know this ben by the amount of
00:50:59.920 media that turned up to a first plea hearing to turn up to a plea hearing and have bbc itv sky
00:51:06.720 GB News
00:51:07.740 long lens cameras
00:51:08.900 it was
00:51:09.740 I actually asked the guys
00:51:11.400 I went oh I wonder
00:51:12.020 who's in court today
00:51:12.780 I thought it was
00:51:13.380 for somebody else
00:51:14.080 it was absolutely 0.53
00:51:15.700 it was ridiculous 0.73
00:51:17.460 and then to come out 0.85
00:51:18.660 and it'd be on
00:51:19.160 all the news channels
00:51:20.120 all over the country
00:51:21.080 when we was in there
00:51:22.440 Ben
00:51:22.620 they had the CPS there
00:51:23.780 the Crown Prosecution Service
00:51:25.200 turned up
00:51:25.740 heavy duty
00:51:26.620 and then the CID
00:51:28.020 turned up
00:51:28.640 which is like
00:51:29.240 you know it's near enough
00:51:30.760 FBI standards
00:51:31.720 and they turned up
00:51:32.740 to a plea hearing
00:51:33.560 so these people
00:51:34.460 want rid of me
00:51:35.160 so I would like help
00:51:36.540 be generous folks be generous go there check out the site be generous and i'll tell you why right
00:51:52.060 many people in the angle that's building up in the uk right now many people will be thrown
00:51:57.820 forward as political political representatives they won't have the battle scars ryan bridge
00:52:05.900 has the battle scars of going up against the system fighting for his country because he loves
00:52:12.380 England, right? That's the truth of the matter. Ryan Bridge has the battle scars because he's
00:52:17.940 gone up against the corrupt system. Steve, back in the chair, 10 a.m. tomorrow. My thanks to
00:52:24.080 Robert Real, America's Voice, and Victoria Santifranco for putting this...
