Bannon's War Room - WarRoom Battleground EP 243： The Threat Against Taiwan And Lies Of The CCP

00:00:00.000 This is what you're fighting for.

00:00:15.160 I mean, every day you're out there.

00:00:17.880 What they're doing is blowing people off.

00:00:21.300 If you continue to look the other way and shut up,

00:00:23.960 then the oppressors, the authoritarians,

00:00:26.540 get total control and total power.

00:00:28.180 Because this is just like in Arizona.

00:00:31.140 This is just like in Georgia.

00:00:32.340 It's another element that backs them into a quarter

00:00:35.180 and shows their lies and misrepresentations.

00:00:37.420 This is why this audience is going to have to get engaged.

00:00:39.700 As we've told you, this is the fight.

00:00:41.700 All this nonsense, all this spin, they can't handle the truth.

00:00:45.540 War Room, Battleground.

00:00:47.320 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:00:50.560 New report on the origins of COVID.

00:00:53.380 According to two sources with direct knowledge,

00:00:56.480 the Energy Department says it has, quote,

00:00:58.640 low confidence that the virus likely originated from a lab leak in Wuhan, China.

00:01:06.740 However, it believes COVID was not the result of a man-made bioweapon.

00:01:13.020 The Wall Street Journal was the first to report in this classified intelligence report

00:01:16.700 recently given to the White House and key members of the Congress yesterday.

00:01:20.540 National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan was asked about this development.

00:01:24.080 Did the coronavirus pandemic start in a lab?

00:01:29.140 Is that what you believe now?

00:01:32.340 Well, Dana, there is a variety of views in the intelligence community.

00:01:36.080 Some elements of the intelligence community have reached conclusions on one side,

00:01:39.620 some on the other.

00:01:40.520 A number of them have said they just don't have enough information to be sure.

00:01:44.560 Here's what I can tell you.

00:01:45.820 President Biden has directed repeatedly every element of our intelligence community to put

00:01:51.500 effort and resources behind getting to the bottom of this question.

00:01:54.660 And one of the things in that Wall Street Journal report, which I can't confirm or deny,

00:02:00.100 but I will say the reference to the Department of Energy, President Biden specifically requested

00:02:05.360 that the national labs, which are part of the Department of Energy,

00:02:09.140 be brought into this assessment because he wants to put every tool at use to be able to figure out

00:02:16.540 what happened here. And if we gain any further insider information, we will share it with Congress

00:02:22.060 and we will share it with the American people. But right now, there is not a definitive answer

00:02:27.060 that has emerged from the intelligence community on this question.

00:02:30.480 A source tells NBC News the report is, quote,

00:02:34.580 not being viewed as hugely significant among the intelligence community due to interagency

00:02:40.080 disagreements about COVID's origins. In a statement sent to NBC, the Department of Energy says

00:02:46.640 it continues to support the thorough, careful and objective work of our intelligence professionals

00:02:53.520 in investigating the origins of COVID-19. As the president directed, China has denied that COVID

00:03:00.840 originated from a lab leak and called on all sides to stop politicizing the issue. Meanwhile,

00:03:07.340 House Republicans have kicked off their own investigations into the origins of the pandemic.

00:03:12.480 A spokesperson for the Oversight Committee said the committee is, quote,

00:03:16.300 reviewing the classified information provided.

00:03:20.280 Well, you know, this has been an ongoing debate for some time. There was

00:03:25.040 the Energy Department saying they have low confidence, but think that it may be a lab leak.

00:03:31.380 And Jim, you've had other intel agencies. This is Tommy Vitor.

00:03:35.260 Foreign intel agencies think COVID spread naturally. The DOE thinks the lab leak

00:03:40.480 with low confidence. FBI thinks lab leak with moderate confidence. None think it was part of

00:03:46.240 a Chinese bioweapon program. And he's saying hope the DNI will release what info it can soon.

00:03:53.940 This is something, though, and we've said it here. I remember Tom Cotton got attacked by some newspaper.

00:04:00.240 I forget it. Maybe it was the Times. I forget who it was for talking about the possibility of a lab

00:04:05.460 leak. And we said on the show, we don't know. Maybe it was. Maybe it wasn't. The problem here is

00:04:11.060 the Chinese. And you can talk to Matt Pottinger about this. If anybody has any questions,

00:04:16.460 the Chinese haven't been cooperating since December of 2019.

00:04:21.460 Everything is politics. So it's really hard to get to the bottom of it.

00:04:26.120 Right. That's exactly the problem. I mean, there was a report back in 2021, Joe, where

00:04:30.940 the same intelligence agencies had similar conclusions. What is new, as you just noted,

00:04:36.260 is the Department of Energy, because they have the national labs, because President Biden asked them

00:04:41.900 to use all of their resources to look into it, did conclude with low confidence. But the FBI

00:04:47.280 has had moderate confidence back in 2021 and still has that today. So not a ton has changed.

00:04:55.280 The reason, as you just alluded to, is because the Chinese are not providing data. And it originated

00:05:01.440 there. And the WHO, the World Health Organization, has asked them to do that. The Biden administration,

00:05:07.740 countless European countries. And until they do that, and I doubt they ever will at this point,

00:05:12.960 it will be very difficult, even for the intelligence agencies in the United States or any other country,

00:05:18.480 to have a real conclusion of what the origin is here. So Congress member Gooden's comments

00:05:25.040 questioning my loyalty to the U.S. is absolutely outrageous and disgusting. It's based on false

00:05:32.340 information spread by an extreme right wing website. But furthermore, it's racist. I very much doubt that

00:05:39.260 he'd be spreading these lies, were I not of Chinese American descent. In my opinion, it's McCarthyism

00:05:45.180 at its worst. And it's downright dangerous. Making ugly and false accusations like this puts a target

00:05:53.380 on my back for something that is not true. And in fact, it just perpetuates the stereotype that Asian

00:06:00.300 Americans are foreigners in their own land, no matter how many generations they've been in this country 1.00

00:06:05.820 or are like me and were born and raised in this country. But we have to look at where this is

00:06:10.740 coming from. Congress member Gooden appears to sympathize with violent insurrectionists and spreads

00:06:16.200 big lies to the American people, having voted not to certify the election of President Biden.

00:06:22.500 And in fact, it's one of those extreme MAGA Republicans in the House that are focused on

00:06:26.540 baseless conspiracy theories.

00:06:28.460 Nice, nice, nice try, lady. It's Monday, 27 February, year of early 2023. No, I've been fully

00:06:36.700 sanctioned by the Chinese Congress, probably the first civilian in American history to do so.

00:06:41.720 Biden administration didn't lift a finger about that because it happened literally 30 seconds.

00:06:46.300 It was announced by Chinese authorities 30 seconds after Biden took his hand off the Holy Bible

00:06:51.780 on inauguration day. No, we, I am the founder of the new federal co-founder of the new federal state

00:07:00.460 of China, which is to support the Lao Bai Jing and their overthrow of the illegitimate Chinese 1.00

00:07:06.420 Communist Party. Rogan's book, which is still the definitive book about the Trump administration

00:07:10.920 and Xi called Chaos Under Heaven, identifies me as the head of the, what's called the Superhawks.

00:07:17.340 And he said the Superhawks is an entirely new concept. And it was what was driving the

00:07:22.020 administration because you had hardliners, you had realists, you had the accommodationists,

00:07:26.700 you know, you had Kushner and Mnuchin and Cohen, the accommodationists from Wall Street.

00:07:30.600 You had the realists like, you know, Jim Mattis and, you know, McMasters and it's kind of the

00:07:37.740 realists. And then you had the hardliners like Pompeo, they're hardliners. And then you had the

00:07:42.020 Superhawks. The Superhawks don't buy into the fact that the CCP is a legitimate government

00:07:47.300 government of the Chinese Communist Party, of the people of China, the Chinese state or the

00:07:52.480 Chinese people. And who else doesn't think that is Wang Shishan and these guys inside the CCP that 0.95

00:07:57.400 are all the time worried about the legitimacy and worried about questions of the legitimacy.

00:08:01.520 Remember, the first thing we did is have people start talking about the CCP and not China and not

00:08:06.240 the Chinese people, lady. Okay, so don't throw up the racism card. No, we took it away from any even 0.92

00:08:12.520 discussion of the Chinese people or the Chinese state. And we're focused on the criminal element

00:08:18.340 in Beijing, which is the problem. And that would be the Chinese Communist Party. And to show that

00:08:23.420 we're not even close to being racist, the biggest issue we have to take them down and to free Lao

00:08:29.480 Beijing is the collaborationists they have that are anything but Chinese, but are Americans, 0.95

00:08:36.080 American citizens. And we're going to get to the bottom of all that. I got Frank Gaffney is co-host and

00:08:41.840 we got two of the heaviest hitters from the Committee on the Present Danger. We got Trevor

00:08:45.580 Loudon and Reggie Littlejohn. Frank, first off, and I wanted to play the Wuhan lab part this morning

00:08:51.340 because lo and behold, we haven't talked about Wuhan on the war room on 23 January 2020 and war room

00:08:58.720 pandemic. When we flipped the show from impeachment pandemic, we laid out the case for the bioweapons 0.95

00:09:03.300 lab. Wuhan was center of PLA military. It was the health center for the PLA since 1949 and even

00:09:11.660 before then. Wuhan is certainly a biolab, certainly is the reason they wanted to go make it a level 0.96

00:09:19.820 four lab. And Fauci and these guys were all collaborators, all working with them. And they're

00:09:26.100 doing gain of function or directed evolution or weaponization, whatever you want to call it.

00:09:30.920 And right there you see, oh, no, they're not working. And by the way, Joe Scarborough, it's a

00:09:35.800 bald-faced lie. Scarborough, the paper was the Washington Post. And quite frankly, Cotton gave a

00:09:41.960 watered down version of the war room. That was about three or four weeks into this. I think it

00:09:45.760 took place in the first couple of weeks of February of 2020. And no, Joe Scarborough, you're a bald-faced

00:09:51.040 liar. The paper was the Washington Post and you covered every day for what happened in Wuhan. So 0.99

00:09:57.180 don't sit there now as all of a sudden the stones are being unturned and the cockroaches are running

00:10:01.660 around as a cockroach. You want to say, oh, no, no, I kind of said it could be either. Or no, you did

00:10:05.800 not. You most certainly did not. Your show did not. Your network did not. And here's one of the

00:10:10.400 reasons your network did not. Your network was at the Winter Olympics, which NBC underwrote the

00:10:17.280 Winter Olympics, underwrote the Winter Olympics, and let the murderous Chinese Communist Party make 1.00

00:10:22.620 it a showcase at the very place where Putin came over and did his no-limits deal, Joe Scarborough and

00:10:28.100 MSNBC, who are total collaborationists, total collaborationists with the Chinese Communist 0.96

00:10:34.940 Party. Frank, and they're sitting there now. Oh, we're doing everything. Hey, note to self also.

00:10:39.580 If they're not cooperating, cut them off from Wall Street. Cut them off from technology. Start to seize

00:10:45.220 their assets. Sanction them. Oh, they said they're not going to cooperate. Okay, I guess then, you know,

00:10:50.780 we're just never going to find out. No, baby. You know, cut CNBC and MSNBC and NBC Sports from going

00:10:58.700 over there and giving them billions of dollars to showcase in front of the entire world what great

00:11:04.200 guys they are. You're a collaborationist, Scarborough. You take dirty money from

00:11:08.560 collaborationists, okay? Your whole network's dirty. NBC's dirty. Comcast is dirty, right? The Roberts 0.98

00:11:15.400 family that owns is dirty. You're taking dirty CC. You're giving the CCP dirty money. You're in bed 0.99

00:11:21.440 with them. Frank Gaffney. Yeah, Steve, we called them the genocide games. And NBC, you're absolutely

00:11:30.340 right, partnered up and was using the games to do what the Chinese Communist Party wants most, and that

00:11:36.940 is to be legitimated. And this is exactly why we're talking today about various ways in which we

00:11:45.060 speak to the issue of delegitimizing the Chinese Communist Party. This is absolutely crucial. 0.94

00:11:53.720 You've picked up very powerfully, I think, on the idea that it is a transnational criminal 0.94

00:11:59.460 organization. That's exactly what it is. It's a leitmotif of our new book, The Indictment,

00:12:07.900 which talks about that. But we also talk, Steve, in The Indictment about what is arguably the single

00:12:14.260 most serious line of attack the Chinese are using, not just to help legitimate themselves, but to 1.00

00:12:20.800 destroy us. And that is elite capture. And you've teased two different aspects of this. One is Judy Chu. 1.00

00:12:30.560 We're going to be talking about her and others in our political elites captured by the CCP with our

00:12:39.980 colleague Trevor Loudon. You talked about the Department of Energy's new finding, such as it is,

00:12:50.380 that they agree that there's a possibility, they have low confidence, but there's a possibility that

00:12:55.560 it came from, the COVID virus came from a biowarfare laboratory in Wuhan. And by the way, Steve, I just want 0.88

00:13:04.700 to remind people, the book that we did, our Team B3 book, which is available for free, as a PDF at ccpatwar.com,

00:13:15.520 found, just as the Department of Energy has done, that there's no evidence this thing came from natural

00:13:22.160 sources. None. Zero. Nada. So what are the chances then it came from a laboratory where Tony Fauci was doing this

00:13:31.260 gain-of-function research and so on? So that's another area. And the reason that's so important,

00:13:35.780 the reason we did this study was one of the people who works for Joe Biden, a former West exec

00:13:43.580 figure, Averill Haynes, is the director of central intelligence. West exec is an outfit that was doing

00:13:51.200 business with the Chinese Communist Party, with Tony Blinken and others.

00:13:54.860 By the way, she's had a, hang on, hang on, she's had a DNI. She's the head of, Admiral Haynes has

00:14:00.800 had a DNI. Director of national intelligence, correctly. I beg your pardon. Director of national

00:14:04.760 intelligence. Exactly right. Hang on. I just want to make sure you understand, but hang on, slow down.

00:14:10.400 Tell me what West exec is. Refresh the audience's memory, because this is another bombshell they never

00:14:14.920 want to talk about, and why the good admiral was essentially a lobbyist, an unregistered foreign

00:14:21.840 agent for the CCP at West exec, sir? Well, I think a number of these folks were. They were not

00:14:29.420 officially lobbyists, because they supposedly did not try to get federal funds for their clients.

00:14:39.000 So they don't tell us who their clients are. They don't disclose how much money they took in.

00:14:43.860 And they try to play games with even who was on the payroll. For example, Averill Haynes' name was

00:14:50.220 removed from the list, even though she worked there for three years. So it's a, it's a racket,

00:14:57.540 basically, that was used, I think, as part of the larger Biden enterprise, now doing business as the

00:15:04.420 Biden administration, to garner funds from the Chinese Communist Party. So there's another example

00:15:11.020 of the enemy within problem. Another that Reggie Littlejohn is going to talk with us about

00:15:16.780 is the Biden team's efforts to abandon our sovereignty to the World Health Organization.

00:15:23.600 And unbelievably, Steve, we've got breaking news here that the Congress of the United States and

00:15:29.560 Joe Biden have collaborated to greenlight that action. It's unbelievable. Then finally, we've got

00:15:36.040 tomorrow in our Committee on the Present Danger China webinar, the picture of Wall Street collaborating

00:15:43.260 with our enemy to finance its unrestricted warfare against us with your money, folks. So we've got a

00:15:51.240 very rich tapestry here to unwind. And we're going to disclose how seriously penetrated we are and why

00:16:00.440 Mike Gallagher, the chairman of the Select Committee in the House of Representatives, supposedly studying

00:16:06.960 the Chinese Communist Party threat, must revisit a statement he made yesterday on Face the Nation to

00:16:16.200 the extent that he said, quote, questioning anybody's loyalty to the United States is beyond the pale,

00:16:27.780 unquote. Not only is it not beyond the pale, Congressman, it is job one for your committee.

00:16:33.980 Right. No, no, no. Hey, we got it. We got it. And then he went on. Then he went on to trade. He's from

00:16:40.800 Wisconsin to trash my man McCarthy. Remember the whole thing of McCarthy and how McCarthy came to 0.92

00:16:45.860 light. And we know from the Venona. In fact, I'm going to get the world's expert Trevor Loudon on here

00:16:50.100 a second. The Venona after the KGB fell, we know now that I.F. Stone and all these KGB agents in the 0.74

00:16:56.720 place was infested. State Department and U.S. government's infested with communists. This is why

00:17:01.000 with the Patton's army didn't go to Berlin. This is why Montgomery was held back. This is why we let

00:17:05.320 the Red Army take it. This is what Joe McCarthy came to power because of who lost China in 1949.

00:17:12.320 Here's the history that's not taught to this country. Our ally, look, the English were allies.

00:17:16.680 Don't get me wrong. Right. We've had a great relationship, a special relationship. But they

00:17:20.000 were fighting for an empire and the royal family was not with us. They were trying to cut a deal with

00:17:23.940 Hitler the entire time. The English working people, the same ones in the Midlands that wanted Brexit 0.93

00:17:30.760 and backed Nigel Farage on Brexit, were the same ones that had Churchill's back, that wanted Churchill's

00:17:36.100 prime minister. Our two central allies in World War II were the Chinese people and the Russian people,

00:17:42.360 the Chinese Lao Bajing and the Russian peasants and serfs. They're the ones that took the brunt of the

00:17:47.060 Wehrmacht and the Japanese Imperial Army. And we left them to themselves with the Bolsheviks in 0.98

00:17:54.180 charge. And worse, if it could be considered worse, Mao Zedong. And we put Mao Zedong there. 0.84

00:18:00.260 Mao Zedong was put there because a communist in the State Department who lost China in 1949

00:18:04.960 drove the entire exposure of communism in our country and drove it. And McCarthy drove it out,

00:18:11.300 exposed it. And I'm telling you, who was his wingman? Robert F. Kennedy Jr. He was in the junior

00:18:16.920 lawyers on there and he was just as tough. And another guy who backed him up was Jack Kennedy.

00:18:21.400 That's when the vote came to censure McCarthy. Jack Kennedy had a bad back that day and couldn't

00:18:25.400 make the vote. His old man said, you're not going to censure McCarthy. You want to be president of

00:18:28.940 the United States. And everybody in the United States, everybody around knows that the place

00:18:32.260 is infiltrated with communists. Let me bring in Trevor now. Trevor Loudon is the world's expert on

00:18:37.580 this. Trevor gave me this lecture 12 years ago. And it's so overwhelming as almost to be

00:18:43.460 unbelievable. But Trevor Loudon has been right about every topic on this he's brought up.

00:18:49.100 I want to go, by the way, can we have, I want to have, let me have the guy, let's play the short

00:18:53.960 clip. I want to bring in Trevor after he hasn't responded to this. Do you think Congressman Chu

00:18:59.080 should be looked into?

00:19:00.180 I think everyone that's standing up for Chinese Communist Party should be looked into. Yes,

00:19:09.840 I question her either loyalty or competence. If she doesn't realize what's going on,

00:19:14.780 then she's totally out of out of touch with one of her core constituencies. I think she has drug 1.00

00:19:20.180 along the other Chinese American members to sign this letter. But I do think she's the ringleader.

00:19:25.400 And I'm really disappointed and shocked that someone like Judy Chu would have a security 0.72

00:19:29.680 clearance and be entitled to confidential intelligence briefings until this is figured out.

00:19:36.580 Well, she's entitled more than confidential. Trust me. She's at secret and top secret.

00:19:42.480 Trevor Loudon, not only should we call everybody into question, and this is not racist,

00:19:46.580 we're going for the Americans. We're going for the Americans that are back in this playoff.

00:19:50.500 And Judy Chu is an American. She was born here. She's a Chinese American. But hey, I founded the

00:19:56.080 organization that is essentially the government in opposition trying to take down the CCP. You're

00:20:00.360 not going to run the racist trap on us. That is nonsense. Tell me about Judy Chu, though. How 0.98

00:20:05.460 questionable is she in her judgment and her loyalty, sir?

00:20:10.580 Well, Judy Chu spent many years in the Maoist student movement. She spent about 20 years actively

00:20:17.840 involved with people in the Communist Workers' Party, which was a pro-Chinese, pro-North Korean

00:20:25.120 militant party. They dissolved in the late 80s. They moved into the Democratic Party. But Judy Chu

00:20:32.880 continued to work with those people like Kent Wong, like Gene Kwan, like Jose Calderon, right up to the

00:20:41.500 present day. She is also involved with the Committee of 100, which is, I would say, the leading Chinese

00:20:51.220 influence operation in the country, directly linked to the Communist Party of China's international work

00:20:59.980 front. It's the main propaganda front, the main influence operation front of the Communist Party

00:21:07.600 of China. She has used that position to defend several Chinese spies in this country. She's used 0.98

00:21:15.040 that position to go after alleged racism in the military, sexism in the military. You know, I know

00:21:23.360 people in journalism in Southern California who have worked for the Chinese press, the Communist Chinese

00:21:31.520 press. And she is regarded in Southern California by the Chinese community as China's representative

00:21:38.960 in Southern California. If they want to know what the CCP is thinking, they listen to Judy Chu. She calls

00:21:47.840 the shots. She has no loyalty to America. Her loyalty has always been to China. She went to China not long

00:21:55.680 ago and said, I'm coming home. You know, she was had a little CCP flag right next to her. She has been

00:22:03.040 intimately involved with the Communist Party of China since she was a teenager, and she still is. She's

00:22:10.080 absolutely no, there's no way she should be trusted at all. The CCP, what they tried, that's why they got the

00:22:18.480 police stations. Their whole thing is to harass, harass and threaten people who escaped from mainland

00:22:25.600 China or people who have been here for several generations of actually coming forward and putting 0.71

00:22:29.440 up a take down the CCP movement. This is one of the reasons they infiltrated so many of the groups

00:22:33.840 out of Tiananmen Square. It's the reason the Tiananmen Square movement kind of died out. The CCP has,

00:22:38.880 and they intimidate, this is the police stations, they're watching you in the neighborhoods.

00:22:42.800 This is what, it's not, we're protecting the Chinese and Chinese Americans, and particularly 0.91

00:22:48.640 people who left the mainland. The CCP is brutal and going after them. Tell me about, Judy Chu,

00:22:55.120 when you say that she's kind of the mouthpiece for the CCP, and the journalists in Southern California

00:22:59.920 say, hey, if we want to know what the CCP's latest line of thought is, we listen to Judy. What do you 0.81

00:23:05.920 mean by that? Well, look, I've talked to journalists who work for Chinese publications in Southern

00:23:12.240 California have been to many meetings, and she was regarded by the Chinese community in Southern

00:23:18.400 California as the Communist Party of China's mouthpiece. She is like the governor of Southern

00:23:25.680 California over that community. Much like the late Rose Pack was the sort of CCP's mouthpiece,

00:23:34.000 the guardian of CCP's influence in San Francisco, Judy Chu fulfills the same role in Southern California.

00:23:42.240 She is completely, you know, her whole communist background brings her to be basically a mouthpiece

00:23:50.560 for the CCP. Trevor, talk to us about, tell the audience about United Front. Talk about groups

00:23:56.400 like Comedian One, because they have all these different front groups, and they get these great

00:24:00.080 names, like they're helping people out, all that. Talk about how they infiltrate, not just the American

00:24:06.400 side of it, or the non-Chinese side, but really how they use the Chinese here, and they do it under

00:24:12.720 threats to have this kind of united front to propagate their rule in Beijing.

00:24:19.680 Well, that's right. So they have a huge Chinese diaspora around the world, you know, several

00:24:24.320 hundred thousand in Southern California alone. And they're involved in business and academia and

00:24:29.920 politics. And when they get to a critical mass, these Chinese Americans can affect local elections, 0.98

00:24:38.640 and they can set up power bases, as they did in San Francisco, as they have in parts of Southern

00:24:44.160 California. Then they are used to elect candidates like Judy Chu, who basically run these fiefdoms. 1.00

00:24:52.480 And so through the Committee of 100 to the Chinese Progressive Association in San Francisco,

00:24:58.640 the Chinese Communist Party directly influences the politics of whole regions of the United States.

00:25:07.520 Started in San Francisco, you see a lot of it in New York now, you see a lot of it in Massachusetts and

00:25:13.520 Boston, and a lot of it in Southern California. So the International Work Department is co-opting

00:25:21.280 businessmen, it's intimidating people, it's setting up little front groups, little Chinese CCP rara groups,

00:25:30.480 and it's intimidating anybody who supports Taiwan, intimidating the Falun Gong people,

00:25:37.360 anybody who's opposed to the CCP. They use their thugs, they use their businesses,

00:25:44.560 they use their local politicians to harass and shut these people down.

00:25:49.520 And it's gone way beyond the Chinese community now. You know, you see people like Dianne Feinstein are

00:25:55.680 certainly under the influence of this kind of thing, Senator Dianne Feinstein, but also Adam Schiff,

00:26:02.320 you know, the former head of the Intelligence Committee. He is very, very heavily involved in the

00:26:09.120 Committee of 100 and has been for at least 15 years. He's met with very senior Chinese Communist Party

00:26:17.280 officials under the auspices of the Committee of 100. But he has the gall to accuse Trump of

00:26:25.840 Russia collusion when he's been working with the CCP for 15 years.

00:26:30.320 Trevor, hang on for one second. We're gonna take a short commercial break. I got Trevor Loudon,

00:26:35.600 we've got Reggie Littlejohn, the great Frank Gaffney, all over and get to the bottom of this. And

00:26:40.320 by the way, we haven't even gotten to Swalwell and Fang Fang, right? Well, he says,

00:26:44.160 oh, as soon as the FBI briefed me, well, dude, you shouldn't be putting yourself in that situation.

00:26:47.920 It doesn't matter. As soon as the FBI briefed you, too late. Short commercial break. Back with the

00:26:52.800 team from the Committee on the Present Danger, China, next in the war room.

00:27:09.920 A lot of people complain about the state of our country or the way woke corporations treat us

00:31:24.840 Okay, welcome back. Trevor Loudon is with us. Trevor, I'm confused. Do we have a security review

00:31:51.040 right now for these members of Congress to make sure that they're actually – so you don't end up

00:31:55.460 to a Swalwell situation where you've got a guy that's on the Intelligence Committee with the

00:31:59.500 highest classified stuff we have, and he's sleeping with the enemy. He's sleeping with a Chinese spy.

00:32:05.060 Do we have – are these congressmen vetted right now before you give them security clearances and

00:32:10.660 before they sit on some of these committees?

00:32:13.060 There are no security clearances in Congress. This is a popular myth.

00:32:16.660 You have to be – you have to get a security clearance to serve in the Department of Defense,

00:32:23.880 but you don't need one to chair the Armed Services Committee. The argument is the people

00:32:28.480 vet the candidates and the media helps you do it. Well, we've seen how that's turned out.

00:32:35.040 So, yeah, that's a massive gap. You know, there are no security clearances.

00:32:39.660 I say there's about 100 people in the House and 40 people in the U.S. Senate

00:32:44.500 who couldn't pass a security background check to drive a school bus in any county in America.

00:32:51.680 People need to understand how wide open –

00:32:54.400 Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hit rewind.

00:32:58.840 You're saying what now?

00:33:01.680 There's about 100 members of the House and about 40 members of the U.S. Senate

00:33:07.120 who are so enmeshed with China, the local communists, with Cuba or other national security

00:33:13.120 threats, they couldn't get a security clearance to drive a school bus in any county in the

00:33:19.360 United States.

00:33:20.440 But there are no background checks.

00:33:22.500 There are no security clearances.

00:33:24.860 And so these people are home free.

00:33:27.160 And as they control the budget of the FBI, the FBI doesn't dare go after them either.

00:33:35.160 Frank, let me ring you Gaffney for a second.

00:33:37.120 Frank, what's going to be – I mean, the committee has done so much great work.

00:33:40.520 What is the issue we're going to do here to get our arms around this?

00:33:45.420 This is unacceptable to know that we have people that are totally unvetted.

00:33:49.940 Local media and these House races, you don't have time to vet them.

00:33:52.520 And the people don't know, right, because they're being spun nonstop.

00:33:55.820 And the TV ads are bombarding them.

00:33:58.760 So what is the committee going to do?

00:34:00.740 And we'll start with Chu, but we've got to get to the bottom.

00:34:03.400 If Trevor's saying there's 100 in the House and 40 in the Senate, we've got to get to the

00:34:06.480 bottom of all of it.

00:34:08.080 You bet we do.

00:34:09.560 Steve, what we've tried to do so far is in about 70 different webinars that we've conducted

00:34:16.160 in just about the past six months, we've been looking at both the unrestricted warfare that

00:34:20.960 the Chinese Communist Party has been waging against us, looking specifically at how they're doing it

00:34:27.040 and the damage that's being done, and looking at the people in our country who are enabling it,

00:34:33.520 many of whom, as Trevor has said, are in Congress or in the Biden administration,

00:34:39.400 starting with the commander-in-chief himself, Joe Biden.

00:34:43.320 But then you've got them in these various other sectors of our economy as well.

00:34:47.680 And our answer to that question, Steve, in the indictment is we need to prosecute the Chinese 1.00

00:34:54.640 Communist Party for war crimes against our country and crimes against humanity. 0.54

00:34:59.840 And we similarly need to prosecute those who have been aiding and abetting them, which is

00:35:07.160 the definition of treason.

00:35:09.520 This is what Mike Gallagher, I think, needs to be focused on.

00:35:12.600 I pray he will in the course of this select committee.

00:35:16.680 And so should all of the other committees, Armed Services Committee, Intelligence Committee,

00:35:21.000 the Homeland Security Committee, and on and on, in both the House and the Senate, for heaven's sakes.

00:35:27.760 But Trevor's absolutely right.

00:35:29.620 His new book about the security risk senators should be required reading for every American

00:35:36.040 patriot, because it's an insight, as his enemies within his other major tome, into who these

00:35:42.220 people are and what their relationships are with our enemies.

00:35:46.860 That needs to be investigated, and they should not have clearances unless they pass background

00:35:52.200 investigations, not by political appointees, by the way, but by credentialed counterintelligence

00:35:57.880 professionals.

00:35:58.440 By the way, I had John Solomon on today.

00:36:01.780 John Solomon brings up the Shoran, or Shoran is the lawyer. 0.85

00:36:05.940 He is now working with Commerce Committee, going to testify.

00:36:09.260 This is one of the reasons I keep saying Biden hasn't announced right yet.

00:36:12.040 They got all kind of bombshells that are coming out about his relationship, financial relationship

00:36:15.620 with the Chinese Communist Party.

00:36:16.540 Let me get Colonel Grant Newsom on here for a moment.

00:36:19.860 Grant, it's the middle of the night where you are.

00:36:21.500 Thank you so much.

00:36:22.620 Tell the audience, though, about the CCP's infiltration, the pressure they put on business,

00:36:26.740 and what they do to really get their way with us, because this is far deeper than just

00:36:31.820 Judy Chu.

00:36:32.700 And I want people to know it's far deeper than just certain people that have come, either

00:36:37.460 Chinese Americans or people who come from the mainland that are still in the service

00:36:40.900 of the CCP.

00:36:42.480 This is American citizens, business, academia, the titans of Wall Street, the oligarchs in

00:36:48.660 Silicon Valley.

00:36:49.620 Colonel Grant Newsom.

00:36:52.480 Well, thank you.

00:36:53.340 Well, the Chinese have been very successful and for a very long time, effectively using 1.00

00:36:58.720 proxies, Americans, to really further Chinese interests.

00:37:04.280 But what am I talking about here?

00:37:06.800 Particularly Wall Street, the business class, they effectively smell Chinese money. 0.95

00:37:15.280 And this has been going on for 30, 40 years.

00:37:18.520 And what they do is they have made sure that the American government really never cracks

00:37:24.480 down on the Chinese Communist Party.

00:37:29.380 They were instrumental in getting China into the World Trade Organization in the early 2000s.

00:37:35.220 And that has really opened the floodgates, hollowed out American manufacturing, moved it

00:37:40.340 to China.

00:37:40.820 And what this also did was open us up to the fentanyl crisis, the fentanyl assault from the

00:37:47.520 Chinese Communist Party, which is killing upwards of 70,000 Americans a year.

00:37:52.140 But it is that co-opting of America's financial class, its business class, who think they absolutely

00:37:58.860 have to be in China.

00:38:00.540 And that has caused, you know, really America to back off and really to let China have a 0.99

00:38:07.400 free, really a free run.

00:38:09.340 And, you know, who would I cite for this?

00:38:11.480 Well, I'd say go down any of the Wall Street firms.

00:38:14.060 And, you know, I've been reading their analysis for 20 years, and you probably have too.

00:38:19.280 And the number of times I have any heard anyone say, you know, investing money into a country

00:38:24.880 that doesn't have a legal system, where a contract means exactly what the dictator says.

00:38:30.580 It's a capricious dictatorship.

00:38:32.460 Its intention is to put foreign businesses, American businesses out of business, and have

00:38:38.000 Chinese companies replace them.

00:38:39.300 Nobody ever says this is a bad place to put your money.

00:38:42.300 And that is wildly successful.

00:38:44.120 When you get people, these proxies who think what they are doing makes sense, and that it's

00:38:49.220 statesmanlike, and that it's in America's interest, you've really hit a grand slam.

00:38:53.740 And you have to give the Chinese some credit for that. 1.00

00:38:57.560 The U.S.-China Business Council, if you want to look at that, just look at some of their

00:39:02.500 statements.

00:39:03.680 And it's effectively shilling for the United States.

00:39:06.760 They've gotten parts of the U.S. military.

00:39:09.840 Academia is pretty much in the bag.

00:39:11.720 All you have to do is offer a nice donation to a China center and send in a lot of full tuition

00:39:17.640 paying Chinese students.

00:39:18.920 But back to the military, just to give you an example of how bad it was.

00:39:23.340 And it's gotten better.

00:39:25.280 But still, there's plenty of people who are just desperate to engage with China.

00:39:30.100 In 2009, the commander of U.S.-Indo-PACOM, Admiral Thomas Keating, was visiting China.

00:39:36.420 And he was asked, and he said, I'd be glad to help the Chinese develop aircraft carriers.

00:39:42.480 I don't see anything wrong with it.

00:39:43.820 It's basically what he said.

00:39:46.580 Begging your pardon.

00:39:47.520 You know, this was in 2009.

00:39:49.420 And by then, it was very clear what the Chinese had in mind. 0.59

00:39:52.600 So this is, you can see, you get a sense of the scope, the breadth of the Chinese really

00:39:59.720 subversion of otherwise right-thinking Americans.

00:40:03.460 But pretty much all you have to do in the financial and business classes is wave some money at them.

00:40:09.820 And unfortunately, most of them will perform like a sea lion at SeaWorld who thinks he's

00:40:14.740 going to get a mackerel snack.

00:40:16.820 And keep in mind that this is the donor class.

00:40:19.520 These are the people who contribute to Capitol Hill, to congressmen and senators for their

00:40:26.600 campaigns.

00:40:27.300 And they have immense, immense power, as is well-known.

00:40:32.100 Even the Trump administration, which had some of the best advisors on China ever, they were

00:40:37.320 fighting this internal battle against the Wall Street, the business class, really representatives,

00:40:46.380 front men in the administration.

00:40:47.960 And it was probably as fierce a fight as they were fighting against the Chinese.

00:40:54.120 Oh, it definitely was.

00:40:55.320 I got the scars.

00:40:56.760 We didn't win them all either.

00:40:58.300 I got the scars to prove it.

00:40:59.600 Colonel, hang on for one second.

00:41:00.780 I'll come back for solutions.

00:41:02.760 Talking about Capitol Hill, talking about pressure, talking about people not interested in the

00:41:07.880 sovereignty of this country.

00:41:08.740 Let me bring Reggie in because we have an urgent issue that needs to be addressed.

00:41:12.840 Reggie Littlejohn.

00:41:14.160 Reggie, I thought we put this WHO thing to bed.

00:41:17.060 I thought this thing was done.

00:41:18.600 Now it's raised its head again.

00:41:20.400 Walk us through the urgent task before us on the Biden administration and looks like the

00:41:27.120 House about to give away American sovereignty to WHO, a Chinese-controlled operation in Geneva.

00:41:33.040 So, Steve, the message went out that when the international health regulations did not come

00:41:40.740 up to a vote that they were defeated.

00:41:45.180 That was a wrong message.

00:41:47.600 They were not defeated.

00:41:48.840 They simply went into a working group.

00:41:50.960 That working group met last week on the international health regulations.

00:41:55.020 Another working group on a new pandemic instrument, which is really a treaty, is working this week.

00:42:01.780 Those two different instruments put together will completely damage or destroy the sovereignty

00:42:09.760 of the United States, put us in a digital surveillance state.

00:42:13.400 And the thing that's the breaking news that we just learned about Friday is that there's, in the National Defense Authorization Act, buried in this 1772-page document, on page 950, there is another act.

00:42:31.020 And it's called the International Pandemic Preparedness Act.

00:42:35.920 And according to Frances Boyle, who's going to be one of our panelists today, there's a clause in here in which Congress already passed pre-approval for whatever the WHO agrees to.

00:42:56.460 So this is the thing, okay?

00:42:58.160 The WHO, people don't realize this, the way that the World Health Assembly works is that every country gets one vote.

00:43:06.260 And if a majority of countries vote for something, it passes.

00:43:10.140 What this act does is it makes it so that if these horrible international health regulation amendments pass, if this terrible pandemic treaty passes, that it will subvert the advice and consent of the Senate

00:43:25.300 and become law automatically through a clause that is in this International Pandemic Preparedness Act that was passed last December.

00:43:36.040 Okay, hang on.

00:43:37.300 Hit rewind.

00:43:38.440 You're talking to me in the defense authorization that then was rounded up into the omnibus that paid for it.

00:43:43.640 That was the one that said it out.

00:43:44.980 What page is this?

00:43:46.120 And what it specifically says we've pre-approved what's going on in Geneva right now?

00:43:50.140 No, it does not say that.

00:43:52.580 This is a matter of interpretation.

00:43:54.920 Okay, so it's in the National Defense Authorization Act, which itself is 1,772 pages.

00:44:01.340 Okay, on page 950, there's something called the International Pandemic Preparedness Act.

00:44:07.880 And according to Dr. Francis Boyle, who's going to be a panelist in our webinar today and who is a graduate of Harvard Law School,

00:44:17.940 he actually drafted the implementation of the U.S. Biological Warfare Act, okay, the act that's against biological weapons.

00:44:27.080 He says that, and I'm looking at Subtitle D, Section 55602C6, okay, it says here,

00:44:41.620 the purpose of this act is to facilitate national capacity to comply with and adhere to the National Health Regulations of 2005.

00:44:49.940 Okay, we know what those are, but number six is any other relevant frameworks that contribute to global health security.

00:44:57.660 So what Dr. Francis Boyle says, and he is an expert in international law,

00:45:02.340 is that that is a catch-all that can be used to pre-approve anything that they come up with at the World Health Organization.

00:45:11.840 Okay, let us, I tell you what, we're going to have you back on tomorrow.

00:45:14.900 Overnight tonight, we're going to work on this and get to the bottom of it,

00:45:17.820 because this is exactly the type of okie-dokie they like to do when they want to get something.

00:45:23.360 This is what they tuck in these omnibus bills is they tuck, we've argued about this defense authorization.

00:45:28.340 It shouldn't have been approved at the time.

00:45:29.600 It needed a lot more scrutiny because it got dumped on people.

00:45:32.400 So, Reggie, hang on, we're going to get you back on tomorrow.

00:45:35.280 We're going to go through this because we've been working this WHO thing for months and months and months,

00:45:40.660 and to now know that, hey, there might be something pre-approved is outrageous.

00:45:44.400 Frank, in the time I've got remaining, though, here's what I want to do.

00:45:46.760 I want to go around to you guys and tell what needs to be done.

00:45:50.180 We've got about five or six minutes.

00:45:51.960 Like, what needs to be done now to make sure that we can start to highlight the subversion that's going on in our country

00:45:58.620 and bring it to light on Capitol Hill and in this administration?

00:46:03.600 Frank Gaffney.

00:46:06.340 Steve, there's a lot to talk about.

00:46:08.260 Just, I would say, the indictment will give people 20 action items.

00:46:13.620 It should be out, I'm hoping, late next month, that will start with, among other things,

00:46:20.340 identifying the Chinese Communist Party as what it is, a completely illegitimate transnational criminal organization.

00:46:29.620 If we get that right, an awful lot of other things, including the funding of these guys with our money, starts getting a lot more tractable.

00:46:41.160 Elite capture has to be stopped, and the accountability that we're talking about with the select committee is key to that,

00:46:47.580 as is the work that you do here in the war room, day after day after day, Steve, and I can't thank you enough for it.

00:46:54.580 Trevor Lunds got his own ideas, but this is a starting point.

00:46:58.240 Hang on.

00:46:58.800 I'm going to come to Trevor and Kent right now, but real quickly.

00:47:01.940 I mean, look, Gallagher is a very brave young Marine.

00:47:05.460 He's got a great record as an officer.

00:47:07.020 People think very highly of him.

00:47:08.420 But how – when a guy sits there and he's trashing McCarthy, he says, McCarthy's from my district, he ought to stay in his grave or something like that.

00:47:16.860 Does he not understand him?

00:47:18.060 Don't want to exhume him, I think he's saying.

00:47:21.660 Exactly.

00:47:22.520 This is my point.

00:47:23.420 McCarthy was the font of all truth to get this rolling and to expose these communists that were deeply embedded into the American government.

00:47:33.820 Am I incorrect on that, Frank Gaffney?

00:47:36.360 Well, I think that's right, Steve.

00:47:37.720 He was taken out by Joseph Stalin.

00:47:41.160 And ever since then, the idea that there could possibly be enemies within our country has been absolutely a taboo subject.

00:47:49.060 We've got to get past that.

00:47:50.720 Unfortunately, as I think it was Martin Dees, a congressman who, before Joe McCarthy, was digging into the enemies within, the communists who had gotten inside our government.

00:47:59.940 Diana West has a marvelous book on this subject called American Betrayal.

00:48:04.000 He warned McCarthy, they will destroy you if you go here.

00:48:07.720 And I think Mike Gallagher is a little nervous about that, understandably.

00:48:10.980 And here's the kicker, Steve.

00:48:13.460 If his committee doesn't do the due diligence on the fact that we do have people in our Congress and elsewhere, as Trevor Loudoun has documented, who are disloyal to our country,

00:48:25.940 we may miss the last opportunity we have to make a course correction and defeat the Chinese Communist Party instead of being destroyed by them. 0.87

00:48:36.380 We can't let that happen.

00:48:37.460 Trevor, your recommendations also.

00:48:43.460 What do we need to do immediately to get to the bottom of this and make sure that we can begin to expose these traitors?

00:48:50.960 Look, we have to look here.

00:48:55.300 Look, if you are Xi Jinping, think about it logically.

00:48:59.360 You want to take America down.

00:49:01.140 Do you risk a multi-billion dollar trade war you might lose?

00:49:04.780 Or do you risk a multi-trillion dollar shooting war before you're ready?

00:49:08.540 Or do you spend a couple of billion dollars buying up American congressmen and senators to wreck the U.S. military, to keep the borders open, to gut the U.S. middle class and turn this country into chaos?

00:49:21.100 What would you do?

00:49:22.160 So that, you know, that's the same shameless self-promotion, you know, enemies, you know, security risk senators, Trevor Loudoun.com, 30 senators profiled their links to the CCP, their links to Iran, their links to the communist movement.

00:49:39.180 We need to confront the reality, all of us, that the only reason America is in the trouble it is, is because we have people in our system who are working for our enemies.

00:49:51.200 Do you think America, you know, the enemy knew long ago they could never take America from the outside.

00:49:59.600 They had to do it from the inside.

00:50:02.580 The Soviets tried it, but they didn't have enough money.

00:50:05.240 The CCP has the money.

00:50:07.660 They get the right through the money.

00:50:09.540 They get the left through the ideology and the money.

00:50:12.260 And they have enough influence now to determine which legislation passes our Congress and which doesn't.

00:50:19.000 So we've got to put pressure on Mr. Gallagher to go all the way.

00:50:24.020 This has got to name names and there's got to be prosecutions coming out of this.

00:50:28.860 The American people have to see people going to jail for what they're doing.

00:50:35.440 Trevor, how do people get the book?

00:50:37.080 Where do they go?

00:50:37.740 And to your site?

00:50:39.900 Yeah, just Trevor Loudoun.com.

00:50:43.820 Trevor Loudoun.com.

00:50:45.140 You know, that's, that's, you know, people got to know.

00:50:51.020 People got to understand how deep this is.

00:50:54.240 We'll start spending more time on this.

00:50:56.480 Trevor, thank you so much.

00:50:59.200 Grant, we got to bounce, but Grant, how do they get to your social media?

00:51:02.960 How do they find out more about you?

00:51:04.120 It's NewshamGrantDuck, whatever the Twitter thing is.

00:51:11.700 Also, all, everything I have right is on Center for Security Policy webpage.

00:51:17.540 And I've also got a book coming out March 28th as well, which addresses the Chinese threat, how we got here, what the problem is, what to do about it.

00:51:25.640 And since Trevor has sort of blazed a path, I actually happen to have a copy with me, an advanced copy.

00:51:33.780 It's When China Attacks. 0.78

00:51:35.460 Perfect.

00:51:35.880 By Grant, and available on Amazon, or the usual places.

00:51:43.300 We'll promote this heavily.

00:51:45.040 I guarantee you, we can sell books.

00:51:46.940 The one thing War Room can do is, one thing War Room can do, I commit to you, can sell books.

00:51:50.960 Grant, thank you so much.

00:51:52.300 Frank, we got to bounce.

00:51:53.280 We got a hard stop.

00:51:54.000 Reggie, we're going to get you back on tomorrow.

00:51:56.180 We're not going to let the Biden regime and the House and the Senate give over our sovereignty, the World Health Organization, on some Defense Authorization Act that we told everybody had to go through page by page.

00:52:08.960 Okay, we're going to be back at 10 a.m. tomorrow morning.
