Bannon's War Room - WarRoom Battleground EP 245： What Really Happened In Wuhan

00:00:00.000 This is what you're fighting for I mean every day you're out there what they're doing is blowing

00:00:18.200 people off if you continue to look the other way and shut up then the oppressors the authoritarians

00:00:25.940 get total control and total power because this is just like in Arizona this is just like

00:00:31.240 in Georgia it's another element that backs them into a quarter and shows their lies and 0.56

00:00:35.820 misrepresentations is why this audience is going to have to get engaged as we've told

00:00:39.660 you this is the fight all this nonsense all this spin they can't handle the truth war

00:00:45.160 room battleground here's your host Stephen K Bannon

00:00:48.880 left let me ask you does Ukraine have chemical or biological weapons

00:00:57.680 Ukraine has biological research facilities which in fact we are now quite concerned Russian troops

00:01:10.380 Russian forces may be seeking to gain control of so we are working with the Ukrainians on how they can

00:01:19.740 prevent any of those research materials from falling into the hands of Russian forces should

00:01:28.040 they approach I'm sure you're aware that the Russian propaganda groups are already putting out there

00:01:33.460 all kinds of information about how they've uncovered a plot by the Ukrainians to release biological weapons

00:01:38.860 in the country and with NATO's coordination if there's a biological or chemical weapon incident

00:01:44.040 or attack inside of Ukraine is there any doubt in your mind that 100% it would be the Russians that 0.96

00:01:49.520 would be behind it there is no doubt in my mind Senator and it is classic Russian technique to blame on 0.99

00:01:58.120 the other guy what they're planning to do themselves some new comments from the head of the FBR adding to

00:02:03.500 the debate over the origin of COVID-19 whether the Chinese government covered up where the virus

00:02:08.780 came from this is a bipartisan congressional committee set its sights on what it calls China's threat to the

00:02:14.540 United States and to our national security NBC News senior Capitol Hill correspondent Garrett Hake has the

00:02:20.980 latest a blunt new assessment from the head of the FBI about the origins of COVID-19

00:02:27.620 deepening the debate this morning over what triggered the global pandemic the FBI has for quite some time now

00:02:35.140 assessed that the origins of the pandemic are most likely a potential lab incident the FBI's agents

00:02:42.820 analysts and biological threat experts assessing that a lab in Wuhan China was the virus's likely source

00:02:49.660 the Chinese government denies that but FBI director Chris Ray says they've tried to hide evidence from

00:02:55.740 the world the observation that the Chinese government seems to me has been doing its best

00:03:00.280 to try to thwart and obfuscate uh the work here the work that we're doing raised comments coming just

00:03:09.300 days after news broke that the U.S. Department of Energy also concluded with low confidence that the

00:03:14.940 virus which has killed more than 1.1 million Americans had likely originated from a laboratory leak and

00:03:21.620 described it as an accident other U.S. agencies believe the virus emerged naturally a view which had been the

00:03:28.180 mainstream scientific consensus for much of the pandemic the evidence strongly points to this

00:03:33.940 being a natural occurrence of a jumping of a virus from a bat to an animal species to human the renewed

00:03:40.200 debate over the pandemic's origin among the topics explored in the first primetime hearing of a new

00:03:45.860 bipartisan select committee in Congress focusing on competition between China and the United States and

00:03:52.280 do you believe that China has taken the appropriate steps to make a future lab leak less likely I think that the

00:03:58.000 system that's in place in China does not permit for or prize uh serious safety the committee's

00:04:05.820 Republican chairman telling NBC News he hopes its work serves as a national wake-up call I hope people

00:04:11.620 understand why they should care about the threat posed by the Chinese Communist Party why this is not

00:04:16.920 just a distant over their problem but increasingly a problem that affects all Americans right here at home

00:04:22.820 garrick hey welcome uh it is Wednesday 1 march the year of our lord 2023 there's you know everybody

00:04:31.980 now is on the talking about the Wuhan lab which you know we told you exactly what happened on 23

00:04:37.960 january of 2020 it's only three and three years ago one of the reasons they're doing this is

00:04:42.880 Zelensky's rubbing up on Xi so they finally have to make uh the CCP the true enemy of the United States

00:04:51.880 which they are but they're only doing this because their beloved Ukraine is now involved I want to go 0.55

00:04:56.880 to Dr. Andrew Huff probably one of the most definitive books about all of this the truth

00:05:03.720 about Wuhan Dr. Huff thank you very much walk us through first off why is it all now this this huge

00:05:11.080 big deal about Wuhan when people that are focused on this have known the truth for a long time a number

00:05:17.380 a year sir well there's a number of things that are taking place so the truth about Wuhan and the

00:05:23.960 story is starting to get into the mainstream now even the left is buying on to the correct narrative

00:05:29.720 which this was a likely the result of a laboratory leak or potentially intentionally released from the

00:05:35.160 Wuhan Institute of Virology in China the U.S. government and the different agencies now are all trying to

00:05:42.560 jockey in position to pin the blame on China this is the the narrative shift that's taking place and

00:05:48.580 I'm not going to allow that to happen another interesting thing that's happening here is that

00:05:53.520 this past week my book was acquired by a filmmaker and a producer in Hollywood after I received several

00:06:00.820 different offers and they're going to make a feature film out of my book simultaneously all these

00:06:06.980 different congressional hearings are heating up hold it hold it hold it hold it I love your I love

00:06:13.040 your optimism are you saying in Hollywood that you could make Hollywood is controlled by the CCP are you

00:06:18.900 actually saying that you think I take it was not a studio these are independent producers you don't

00:06:23.420 give me their names but these are independent producers not associated with a studio

00:06:27.160 they're independent producers backed by a list Hollywood people I can say that and I'd say they're aligned

00:06:34.040 with our cause and I think many of them are seeing through the BS and many of those people actually

00:06:42.100 they're they're vaccine injured or you know they lost their jobs in Hollywood and many of the people

00:06:48.360 on the left are coming over to the right or to the libertarian side depending how you want to look at

00:06:52.000 on on this issue and yeah they've they've everyone who actually the lefties who read my book

00:06:58.020 said this is the only thing that I've read that makes sense and that was from a famous Hollywood

00:07:03.660 screenwriter so tell me so walk me through what is the truth about Wuhan and and even now you're

00:07:12.580 seeing it totally obfuscated I mean the the DOE thing was was was strong but it's not a strong

00:07:17.720 I mean these are dead certainties I mean it was it's a level four PLA run directly reported to the CCP

00:07:25.880 which has a network of these labs both levels three and a couple level fours throughout the country

00:07:32.080 that are all inextricably linked tied together to their bio biological weapons program sir 0.93

00:07:38.600 yes so there's a number of things and going back to this Department of Energy report this is actually

00:07:43.620 the second report so the first report from the Department of Energy came out in 2021 that was from

00:07:48.360 Lawrence Livermore Laboratory their Z department which is their intelligence wing this past week the

00:07:55.800 new report is from Los Alamos National Laboratory which was the sister lab with the laboratory where I was

00:08:00.660 doing this kind of work at Sandia National Laboratory and that was from scientists so technically there's

00:08:04.660 actually three different government assessments now which are pinning this to the Wuhan Institute of

00:08:08.880 Virology and you know there's a lot to talk about here and I'll try to break this down as simply as

00:08:14.000 I concisely as I can the United States was trading advanced biotechnology from Dr. Ralph

00:08:20.860 Barrick's laboratory and Dr. Ian Lipkin's laboratories at Columbia University and the University of North Carolina

00:08:27.360 via where I was a vice president EcoHealth Alliance to the Wuhan Institute of Virology the reason why this

00:08:34.300 trade went down was that the United States government was trying to collect intelligence

00:08:38.260 on the Wuhan Institute of Virology the only way to get Americans or Westerners into that laboratory was

00:08:44.240 through giving them something it wasn't the money it wasn't the contract or the grant that they needed I

00:08:49.380 mean the money is almost laughable I mean four or five hundred thousand dollars from the U.S. government to the

00:08:53.220 Chinese is not going to be enough to do a lot of complicated biodefense or bioweapons or even 0.99

00:09:00.080 dual use research of concern which this falls under effectively making it a bioweapon so here we are

00:09:07.020 transferring this advanced biotechnology to the Chinese so we can sort of see what's going on in

00:09:11.060 the laboratory the Chinese pull a fast one on us and they're doing this in unsafe conditions and it 1.00

00:09:16.560 leaks out of their laboratory quite predictably so and then that you know the interesting thing here where

00:09:22.140 I think Director Wray is lying. Hold on hold on hang on whoa whoa whoa hang on hang on a second hang

00:09:28.540 a second directed evolution or the gain of function which is really the the the powering up of these

00:09:36.180 viruses was so dangerous that correct me if I'm wrong I think it's when they started seeing reports

00:09:42.620 come come out of the University of Maryland which is essentially a commuter college that members the

00:09:47.700 National Security Council and others in the Obama administration moved immediately to shut down

00:09:53.660 gain of function experiments correct including Dr. Burke and particularly Dr. Burke at the University

00:09:57.920 of North Carolina and I think down at University of Texas in Galveston there was a hold put on that

00:10:02.560 so are you telling me during that time oh that we had a hold in the United States because it's too

00:10:06.840 dangerous for us to do in labs that are controlled at the highest levels that the intelligence agencies

00:10:14.300 thought it was a good idea to allow the same technology which is essentially weaponization

00:10:19.620 or directed evolution whatever you want to call it to uh to the Wuhan lab which correct me if wrong had

00:10:26.280 just come online under the French built it and the French were supposed to oversee it but they got kicked 0.97

00:10:31.200 out right away because they didn't want prying eyes that somebody in our government somebody in our

00:10:35.760 intelligence services thought it was a good idea to allow these totally unsupervised level four labs to

00:10:42.400 have this uh advanced technology is is that your is that your theory of the case that's exactly my

00:10:48.820 theory of the case and and it's a little bit more like when the domestic ban and gain of function uh kicks

00:10:53.960 in in 2014 EcoHealth Alliance where I was working becomes the vessel to then do this domestically ban

00:11:02.280 gain of function work outsource it to the Chinese simultaneously giving them advanced uh biotechnology uh both methods

00:11:10.000 and materials effectively bringing their bioweapons program up to speed because there it was thought

00:11:15.440 that we actually thought when I was working at San Diego National Laboratories that their bioweapons

00:11:18.500 program was probably 10 to 15 years behind um U.S. technology so it's really through this partnership

00:11:23.680 via EcoHealth Alliance where we bring them up to speed and where the intelligence angle you know comes

00:11:29.160 in on this is that Peter Dasik told me that he was working with the Central Intelligence Agency

00:11:34.240 and specifically they're interested in the data uh we are collecting the places we are working that

00:11:39.160 being China and um hold it hold it hang on hang on hang on hang on it gets banned and they actually 0.90

00:11:46.520 have a National Security Council meeting about it being banned quite frankly people are surprised that

00:11:50.540 what's the University of Maryland gonna having doing what are they doing what's Barrick doing down in

00:11:54.940 North Carolina there's so much confusion that people don't know what's going on they put a hard ban on

00:12:00.880 it and and people should understand putting hard bans on scientific research is pretty extraordinary

00:12:05.080 um who thought if they're 10 to 15 years behind and we do know because they've had to come and sign

00:12:11.640 protocols they're a signatory to the original biological weapons uh you know a treaty but every time we let 0.93

00:12:19.040 them in the World Trade Organization or I think even when they had to get permission we had to have a

00:12:22.960 grant them to let the French build the Wuhan lab they always have to come clean and they always come 1.00

00:12:27.880 clean that they're cheating on the biological weapons program consistently from the beginning

00:12:33.020 are you telling me that Central Intelligence Agency the Intelligence Services against the Obama

00:12:38.480 Administration's National Security Council and others who were adamant I think this was a unanimous vote

00:12:44.180 to say no there are unanimous unanimity and coming together we got to stop it here it's too dangerous we got

00:12:49.440 to review what's going on that at that time that Daszak's telling you that guys the CIA thought it was good

00:12:55.860 to quote-unquote get them up to speed from 15 years behind on their rudimentary yet dangerous

00:13:02.560 already uh offensive uh biological weapons program well Dr. Daszak didn't go into that level of detail

00:13:09.940 and actually when he asked me he he approached me as if he were looking for advice whether or not we

00:13:14.680 should work with the CIA you know in hindsight looking back I don't know if Equal Health Alliance

00:13:19.280 is already working with the CIA which seems more likely or if this was actually a new endeavor a new

00:13:24.220 business opportunity for Equal Health Alliance and in Dr. Daszak what this does suggest though is that

00:13:29.520 either the Central Intelligence Agency is either uh terribly incompetent and they didn't they weren't

00:13:36.160 aware of this you know gain of function work happening at the Wuhan Institute of Virology being transferred

00:13:41.200 from United States um academic institutions or they're in on it

00:13:45.920 just for the audience uh Dr. Huff I just want to make sure people know

00:13:53.340 when we talk about this gain of function we talk about this area of uh of biology and particularly

00:13:58.800 bioweapons um and the research that's done at Fort Detrick and other places the weapons labs

00:14:04.040 in a defensive posture um I remember on my navy ship as bad as nuclear weapons were

00:14:10.080 in in the order of priority of the most dangerous biological was top chemical was second the

00:14:16.300 nuclear weapons and the radiation as bad as that was was third the the biological and chemical are so

00:14:22.940 hard to control that as to lead you to say oh my god how do we even control this you can see this from

00:14:29.000 East Palestine Ohio with the phosgene gas that was used in World War I and the problems we've had there

00:14:34.820 didn't it strike you being a professional that this was kind of shocking to say that we would be

00:14:43.600 transferring the weapons making that is just as significant and probably more significant

00:14:49.420 than making nuclear bombs to the Chinese Communist Party and particularly to people who are not at

00:14:56.940 the level of sophistication to be able to manage this or handle it oh well absolutely and so when I

00:15:02.820 first started working at eco health alliance I was hired as a senior scientist I was incredibly

00:15:06.060 successful I was a top performing employee and then I brought in about six and a half million

00:15:09.560 dollars within my first year of new research funding um primarily due to that I'm promoted to

00:15:14.400 vice president and once I'm promoted to vice president my butt's on the line and having worked in national

00:15:19.980 security much of my life I actually bring this up at one of the executive meetings I said I actually

00:15:24.400 went to Dr. Dasik and I said are you the slightest bit concerned that the Chinese are going to do 1.00

00:15:28.760 something nefarious with this or they're going to um you know rip off the company or steal our

00:15:33.900 intellectual property because really I was looking out for myself and equal health alliance not not

00:15:38.880 even so much just the national security context of just you know being good stewards of our company

00:15:43.000 and Dr. Dasik was very flippant in his response you know well we're going to do this work

00:15:47.680 you go through this in the book I want to make sure you do it Dr. Dasik as our own Natalie Winters has

00:15:55.360 has because we talked about this in the first week we started doing war and pandemic back in

00:15:59.260 right after Chinese New Year's in Lunar New Year in 2020 um with your concern Dr. Dasik really became

00:16:08.440 the most prominent voice early on for this just came between a mongoose you know kissing something else

00:16:16.720 some and it transferred up a thousand miles into the wet market right a pan a pan a pan goal or whatever

00:16:23.160 it is didn't Dasik even before Fauci wasn't Dasik the guy that was most out in front of this

00:16:28.440 well absolutely and that's all part of the psychological operation which I was planned

00:16:32.740 and orchestrated by the U.S. government uh globalist entities and multinational corporations

00:16:38.000 so I mean you have to look at the facts here so the narrative um that has been spun by the U.S.

00:16:43.280 governor government that China is to blame and they lied to us like uh director Ray was saying

00:16:48.660 from the FBI is BS they know exactly when this disease disease emerged it diseased it emerged in

00:16:56.620 uh August or September of 2019 and I believe the U.S. government catches wind of it in October maybe

00:17:04.340 November at the latest but after the world military games in Wuhan which take place in late October of

00:17:09.920 2019 there's service members from all over the world that report getting sick and you know I used to

00:17:14.140 serve in the military I've worked with the Department of Defense I've actually worked on their

00:17:17.920 biosurveillance system to develop the technology to to detect these types of emerging infectious

00:17:22.540 disease threats and I know how well they work and what their limitations are and this is absolutely

00:17:26.700 something that they would have detected so by the time Dr. Dasik comes into the story and then you

00:17:33.420 know he's put in charge of the the origin investigation with the WHO this is all smoke and mirrors being

00:17:38.640 broadcast for the world let's go back when you say it was August and September we got a pretty good

00:17:45.740 trail of receipts to know it was it it was at least late December when all this starts going back and

00:17:52.640 forth between the Chinese it was a CDC and others how do you get and we know about the world military

00:17:58.760 games and the people sick there in October how do you get how do you actually get to August and

00:18:04.660 September well you know the government really screwed up when they decided to to make me call me a

00:18:09.880 fringe epidemiologist and come after me because I'm actually trained as a forensic criminal

00:18:13.880 epidemiologic investigator by the FBI so one of the ways that you can get at this this problem is

00:18:19.320 that there there are people donating blood all over the world continuously and it acts like a

00:18:25.380 historical record so what some smart epidemiologists like myself did in Europe is they actually went

00:18:29.960 and looked at blood bank donations of all the fall and winter of 2019 and into the summer and what

00:18:37.260 they found was that when they tested these blood bank donations with serology tests that

00:18:42.280 they were positive for SARS-CoV-2 coronaviruses and then they went and asked those people you know

00:18:48.620 conduct a little detective work you know where had you been who had you been in contact with and it

00:18:53.560 all traces back to Wuhan China the Wuhan lab itself was was opened I think was it late for me from

00:19:01.960 was it late 2008 when when the French when they actually came online because I remember a couple of

00:19:06.300 State Department employees went down there I think one from the local consulate in Wuhan and one from

00:19:14.060 actually Beijing from the embassy went down and had a not even an inspection tour but a get to know you

00:19:20.500 and and kind of stick around and look at processes and they actually sent a memo back I believe a cable

00:19:26.200 as it's called saying hey we ought to go to DEFCON 1 on this this is the most unsupervised amateur hour

00:19:33.280 thing we've ever seen and this could lead to big problems was Wuhan when you say it's that you you're

00:19:38.880 doing the blood checkings in August of September this is literally in the first year of its operation

00:19:45.000 um of well no that would have been 20 um 2019 so um 20 so not this first year of operation so this

00:19:54.760 would have been um September or August of 2019 so I don't think that's quite within its year it actually

00:20:00.940 no no no no no no no no but what what when did when did Wuhan actually my point is that this came

00:20:07.700 out of Wuhan immediately upon its being stood up as a level four laboratory I think I think that's a

00:20:16.340 slight misunderstanding so um the Wuhan Institute of Virology had existed for quite some period of time

00:20:21.480 um so Equal Health Alliance um according to the documents I have I recently released online started

00:20:27.440 working with the Wuhan Institute of Virology in 2012 or 2013 and that's in the understanding the

00:20:32.420 risk of bat coronavirus proposal I left the Equal Health Alliance in 2016 and what happens from

00:20:38.280 uh 2014 to 2019 is that they continued um they being Equal Health Alliance continues to work with the

00:20:45.040 Wuhan Institute of Virology on this gain-of-function research and it becomes more advanced

00:20:48.740 um up into the point where they submit a proposal to the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency

00:20:54.440 in I think it was 2018 um looking to aerosolize uh bat viruses and vaccines and DARPA says oh my god

00:21:03.180 this is the craziest thing that we've ever seen we're not going to fund this

00:21:05.880 so your work with the two your work with in 2014 essentially coincides my point is coincides with

00:21:15.080 it being shut down in the United States immediately in the Virology Institute I know is different they

00:21:20.780 got the P4 lab too it's it's it's the same location but different entity controlled by PLA and CCP

00:21:28.280 but we you're saying the intelligence services with either Equal Health Alliance as a cutout

00:21:35.180 or as a contractor you pick it uh was transferring this type of expertise and technology or gain of

00:21:43.340 function from at least around 2014-2015 which was simultaneously the same time that the U.S.

00:21:49.640 government deemed it was too risky to be done here in laboratories and under scientists that are at

00:21:55.560 the highest level of uh of understanding and safety correct oh absolutely that's exactly what

00:22:01.320 happened so you're saying if we had a congressional investigation and you were a witness you would

00:22:09.340 testify to all that under uh under under oath oh I've already given a deposition under oath with

00:22:16.460 penalty of perjury with attorney Tom Renz I've also given sworn uh affidavits under oath with penalty

00:22:22.620 of perjury stating all these facts you know one of the craziest things uh that also happened while I

00:22:27.160 worked with at Equal Health Alliance so once I'm promoted to vice president I asked to be uh added to

00:22:32.880 the USAID PREDICT program so that's the United States Agency for International Development and at this

00:22:39.020 gain of function work in this going around the world fishing for coronaviruses actually began under USAID

00:22:44.680 which is you know sometimes jokingly referred to as CIA light so here they are going around the world

00:22:50.620 collecting these coronaviruses they begin the gain of function work under USAID and you know the nice

00:22:56.440 thing is I think I finally convinced everyone in Congress because Senator Rand Paul about two weeks ago

00:23:00.160 came out and he was using my talking points and he finally got it right he said yeah USAID

00:23:04.240 USAID was the program where this gain of function work started so I'm I'm completely willing to testify

00:23:10.640 you know another really interesting thing happened in my story so about three weeks ago now um I

00:23:16.080 received a letter from the Russian Federation asking uh requesting that I help them investigate the

00:23:21.260 bio laboratories in Ukraine which I'm quite familiar with and also the origin of COVID and there was

00:23:26.940 sort of a thin-veiled threat if I didn't cooperate with their investigation that you know I could be

00:23:31.220 guilty of some Russian uh crime so you know here I used to have a top secret clearance working and all 0.94

00:23:35.400 this stuff so I had to notify the the FBI and the Department of Energy and a number of other three-letter

00:23:39.660 agencies that used to work with that you know here's the Russians asking me to assist with their

00:23:43.340 investigation so I posted that to social media and then said hey you know this is funny that

00:23:48.220 the Russians want me to help with the COVID investigation but I haven't been requested by

00:23:52.280 anyone in Congress to come in and testify well shortly thereafter Marjorie Taylor Greene's uh staff

00:23:57.680 got got a hold of me and you know asked me if I'd be willing to testify you know a soft ask and I said yes

00:24:03.260 so I'm not sure what poker game they're playing but my biggest concern is looking at the way that

00:24:08.100 Congress is spinning the narrative right now trying to pin the blame on China

00:24:11.740 is that you know maybe I won't be called to testify because I'm going to you know stick to my guns this

00:24:16.260 is mostly a U.S. problem without the United States funding this dangerous gain of function work giving

00:24:21.540 them the advanced biotechnology SARS-CoV-2 never would have been made and it never would have leaked

00:24:27.280 out of their laboratory we wanted to co-develop the dangerous mRNA jabs and you know we wouldn't have

00:24:33.020 all these people are sick who were sick and dying from the disease and also from the side effects of the

00:24:36.800 vaccine did you ever bring up to to to Peter Daszak that these guys are a decade or so in back of us

00:24:44.440 on this why why would the intelligence services why would we want to transfer the the most uh dangerous

00:24:51.120 uh technology and processes that are even banned here in the United States that ever come up

00:24:56.560 no and I don't think he necessarily would have understood that uh conversation I think that you

00:25:01.840 know Dr. Daszak is mostly a figurehead for the organization and his scientific abilities are fairly weak

00:25:06.660 um and his understanding of national security issues I mean he was always very flippant with

00:25:11.380 security and when I identified problems for example um I was sitting in another meeting after

00:25:16.400 I'd been uh assigned to USAID predict program and I was assigned to South Sudan and Jordan as countries

00:25:22.220 as my first two countries and you operate very much as a scientific diplomat you go over there you

00:25:26.980 have to meet with the diplomatic mission usually the ambassador from the U.S. plus all the different

00:25:32.100 um agency heads in the the country you're working in so in Jordan for example you know you meet with

00:25:36.860 the ministry of health the ministry of agriculture the university president it's a big dog and pony show

00:25:41.600 they're taking a bunch of pictures plus you meet with all the scientists and you go inspect the

00:25:44.880 laboratories so when I started taking a look at these laboratories and the capabilities and trying to

00:25:49.380 sense how um capable and well trained the scientists were that were working in these facilities

00:25:54.800 I became a little worried because in Jordan specifically we were on the hunt for

00:25:59.580 middle eastern respiratory um uh syndrome virus it's a coronavirus and it's it's a you could argue

00:26:06.560 it's a relative of SARS and you know when I see the conditions that they're working in and you know

00:26:14.040 I get a sense of how well these people are trained that we're going to execute the workforce on a

00:26:18.600 contract that's concerned so when I went back to eco health alliance after this trip you know I told them

00:26:22.080 that I had serious safety uh concerns about the way that we were actually managing um bio risk at all

00:26:28.980 our international laboratories uh Dr. Huff can you hang on we're gonna take a short commercial break

00:26:35.160 uh we're gonna return tomorrow I just want to make sure before we go to break you're saying or this

00:26:39.000 around 2014 2015 so it was in the Biden administration during the time that they shut it down here

00:26:44.880 their CIA led by John Brennan actually worked with uh Peter Dosick and Echo Health Alliance to transfer

00:26:51.160 that technology to a Chinese Communist Party lab okay just short commercial break Dr. Andrew Huff the truth

00:26:58.080 about Wuhan is the book he's the author and one of the key figures here take a short break back in a moment

00:30:20.040 main propulsion and one of those was air purification and i can tell you the standards of the united states

00:30:26.060 navy are second to none if all home air purifiers are the same why did the u.s department of defense

00:31:39.900 war room battleground with stephen k bannon

00:31:50.420 okay welcome back our guest is uh dr andrew huff so dr huff if if you were to testify

00:31:58.900 in the coronavirus committee right now that is marjorie taylor green's on of course they got the

00:32:04.600 chinese uh gallagher's committee they've got you know they got all these investigations going on

00:32:09.740 if you were to testify you would recommend to them that john brennan the head of the cia under

00:32:15.760 president obama be called to testify because this to your knowledge and you have essentially

00:32:21.980 firsthand knowledge was a cia directed program to transfer this technology to the chinese the

00:32:27.920 pla in the chinese chemist party i don't know if it was a cia directed uh program what i do know is

00:32:33.900 that my boss dr peter dasik told me that he was working with the cia so whatever that means in what

00:32:40.820 context i think there should be further questioning of dr dasik and the cia to validate that but you're

00:32:46.040 but you're but but echo health alliance you don't have you don't have the right you didn't have the

00:32:50.780 right as a company to transfer that technology unless the u.s government signed off on it you just

00:32:55.560 don't have the right to take this type of uh of very dangerous technology that's essentially banned

00:33:00.860 here in the united states from experimentation any company doesn't have the right to just take it take

00:33:06.560 it to wuhan and uh and and and and sell it to them or make some sort of arrangement where they can use it

00:33:12.480 correct well i think if you look at export control law i think this might be a gray area i went looked at

00:33:19.560 it myself i'm not an attorney um but those questions should be asked and there should be an investigation

00:33:25.060 into that with the money itself for the money itself for the chinese tax the chinese lab to

00:33:32.260 actually pay for it was that coming through some grant that dasik got that was paid for the chinese

00:33:37.260 actually paid for it out of their own pocket well i so i believe that some of it came from the u.s

00:33:43.000 taxpayers but i i think the the bigger issue here that it's sort of fun to ask people do you think

00:33:48.900 the chinese need five hundred thousand dollars of american money to do gain of function work

00:33:53.700 i have no idea i would not know i'm not a scientist but my point is that the u.s government

00:34:02.380 there was the u.s government paid for well first off they don't know how to do the level of gain of

00:34:07.760 function you're talking about they don't actually have the technology i understand the processes to do

00:34:12.300 that correct yeah you're absolutely correct and the point where i was going with my question is it's

00:34:16.520 almost laughable there's no amount of money that we would need to give the chinese for them to conduct 1.00

00:34:21.180 gain of function work independently it could be a million dollars it could be ten million dollars

00:34:25.960 of u.s taxpayer money the chinese don't need it they have plenty of money and they're loaning all 1.00

00:34:29.780 their money to us so the thing that the chinese really wanted here was the advanced biotechnology 1.00

00:34:35.320 and the methods and the training and that's what they got

00:34:37.800 and and in that dosig you believed is doing this dosig had full approval of the u.s government

00:34:46.620 correct well absolutely i mean if they're signing off on the contracts and they're approving the work

00:34:52.080 and they're reimbursing all the travel expenses this is this has been approved by the u.s government

00:34:56.180 one of the interesting things so so so but hang on so so what department what department approved you

00:35:02.920 said signed the contracts approved the travel you know all this what what department was if it's not

00:35:08.500 the central intelligence agency what department was it nih it was it one of fauci's deals uh so usaid

00:35:14.800 first and then after usaid it was nih and then after that it's hard to say and equal health alliance was a

00:35:23.820 profitable non-profit organization they also received donations from a number of different

00:35:28.900 non-profit organizations like um trying to to think back here but so for example the google

00:35:34.900 foundation made uh donations there were data sharing agreements with the welcome trust the the bill and

00:35:40.880 melinda gates foundation was an indirect supporter of a lot of the work so here you have a lot of these

00:35:46.120 type of globalists and tech companies funneling resources into eco health alliance and then that that's

00:35:53.620 non-discretionary funding so then eco health alliance could use that that funding however they wanted to

00:35:57.960 another organization that was involved with the rockefeller foundation in funding work so not

00:36:03.280 necessarily all of it had to come from the u.s government the fact of the matter is you had

00:36:07.020 americans doing this work transferring the technology to the chinese it should have been picked up by the 0.79

00:36:12.660 intelligence community and it should have been stopped

00:36:14.620 dr hoff how can people get the book how can they follow you on social media and your website so you can

00:36:22.100 see when you're going to speak when you're going to do your uh your media hits and follow your

00:36:26.400 writings sure so if you want a signed copy you can pick it up on andrew huff.com if you just want a

00:36:31.820 normal copy of the book you can get it at pretty much any big box store amazon walmart target etc and

00:36:37.880 if you want to follow me on social media i'm pretty active on twitter it's a g huff h-u-f-f and also on

00:36:43.980 getter and truth social the same handle dr huff thank you explosive and we look forward to seeing the

00:36:50.940 movie and we look forward to seeing who do you who do you pick to uh as early call who do you pick to

00:36:55.360 play you i don't know yet we were trying to figure that out is that already sitting down with the

00:36:59.580 writers and the producers and the filmmaker uh trying to figure out what we want to do you go

00:37:03.620 for big names it costs more they make the movie less profitable so i'm not sure yet

00:37:07.280 i go with brad pitt but hey that's just me uh thank you very much dr andrew huff appreciate it

00:37:14.440 thank you for having me again i wonder the new federal states at cpac they're going to be with

00:37:20.480 us the entire weekend but i want to go quickly to um rebecca koffler rebecca you've got this piece

00:37:25.880 up in the uh new york post from earlier in january talking about the intelligence services and the

00:37:32.300 thing now you got andrew huff who was at echo health alliance is saying hey the cia had a big

00:37:37.180 hand in transferring technology uh to the ccp and that's going to be a big explosion i think he's

00:37:43.800 going to testify i think they're going to get guys over from the intelligence give us your

00:37:46.880 overview your former dia why are we sitting here in uh and we played it at the open why are we

00:37:52.680 sitting here in uh on march 1st of 2023 and we're whining about the the ccp not uh not cooperating 1.00

00:38:00.640 with us why it's because uh this is the biggest intelligence uh failure steve since september 11th

00:38:09.880 remember the terrorist attacks you know uh killed about 3 000 americans this chinese uh wuhan virus 0.81

00:38:19.060 killed more than one million americans and seven million uh people all over the world and it's

00:38:27.320 because despite billions of dollars that we pump in as taxpayers into our intelligence they can't

00:38:36.180 protect us from these threats whether it's you know china whether it's virus uh russia ukraine conflict

00:38:44.580 iran um until these threats actually materialize um look he made a very excellent uh point dr kov

00:38:54.360 and by the way i do i do have the book it's uh i was uh i was gonna ask you for a while to get him on

00:39:01.780 your program and here he is so what i can bring to this conversation is the knowledge of china's

00:39:09.440 biological warfare doctrine which is part of its unrestricted warfare doctrine that the two chinese 0.99

00:39:18.060 colonels described in this book so uh believe it or not not only the intelligence community but

00:39:24.840 also the state department knew as early as 2005 that china did have an offensive biological warfare

00:39:35.520 program and the wuhan institute together with the so-called fifth institute were developing the

00:39:44.300 weaponizations of saw coronavirus so that they can use them as what they call a genetic weapon okay 0.92

00:39:54.820 and this was all known this is back in 2005 so imagine how many years you know we've had

00:40:03.640 to be able to counter those kinds of um developments and prevent the threat that killed um a million of

00:40:12.960 americans rebecca hang on for once hang on one second i'm gonna go to a prince in the coma come right

00:40:19.280 back to you let's go to uh over to cpac and they're going to join us uh they're going to be with

00:40:24.260 us all week nicole and uh and prince nicole i want to start with you given the interview we just had

00:40:31.020 about uh about wuhan and about transfer technology and and wuhan working the american intelligence

00:40:36.460 services and you've got rebecca koffler that says it's a huge failure that china had a the pla and ccp

00:40:44.080 had a uh had an active offensive biological weapons program in the new federal state this is pretty 0.63

00:40:50.480 much known by all the members of the new federal state and we talk about it all the time there's

00:40:55.320 no secrets here that being said what did you think last night of the of the kickoff for the the china

00:41:01.520 select committee where they're talking about their strategic competitors and it seemed very

00:41:06.920 very lightweight very namby pamby what what is your initial assessment given the the controversy over

00:41:13.460 wuhan to what happened last night on capitol hill yes absolutely so remember the ccp virus killed more 0.98

00:41:21.360 than one million american people's life and we're talking about competition no this is not about the

00:41:26.640 competition this is a life and death threat ccp is the existential threat to america to american people's 0.99

00:41:33.980 life liberty and the future and i would also argue that i saw on the news that there were two

00:41:40.180 protesters uh holding a sign to say uh china is not our enemy and stop the asian hate so i would say

00:41:46.900 if we want to fight the asian hate if we want a peace love and unity we need to take down the ccp 1.00

00:41:53.680 and the real xenophobia racist is the ccp and this country needs to stand united together against the ccp 0.88

00:42:01.660 in this country i think the chinese americans should be the should be leading the crusade against the ccp 1.00

00:42:07.480 last night prince before i go to you i want to just follow up with nicole um they one of the

00:42:14.260 congressmen came on because the the signs up there saying uh this is china is not our enemy as you know

00:42:20.580 i'm one of the co-founders with miles of the new federal state absolutely china is not the enemy and

00:42:26.500 the chinese people are not the enemy the enemy is the ccp and the ccp is number one uh what they're 1.00

00:42:32.560 trying to destroy is laobaijing is the chinese people what didn't the protesters understand about 0.66

00:42:37.440 that well i think uh the protesters actually are saying they expect a very truth that we want to

00:42:44.800 promote we love china we love the chinese people but the ccp does not represent china nor the chinese 1.00

00:42:49.880 people in fact the ccp wants to conflate the ccp and the chinese people and china so i think the

00:42:57.280 protesters need to be well educated and i i i think all the american people should also understand

00:43:02.700 the clear difference between the ccp and china and chinese people and i would also credit you know

00:43:08.460 a big time to you and mr moscow who have been educating the western society about the difference

00:43:14.280 which is critical because we do not want the ccp to criminalize all the asian americans especially 1.00

00:43:19.620 the chinese americans when we're fighting the ccp this is not a racism we're fighting the ccp who is 1.00

00:43:26.160 the biggest racist against the chinese people and china is not our enemy china is our friend

00:43:32.000 and we need to establish the real relationship with the chinese people who are not represented by

00:43:37.740 the ccp that would be the new federal state of of china as a start prince let me go to you 1.00

00:43:44.560 i noticed because this has all come up in the last 72 hours ever since she you know said he's going to

00:43:50.160 you know meet with zelinski and zelinski says i think there's some interesting things in the peace plan

00:43:53.800 i noticed prince that miles guo and steve bannon's war room are still not on twitter not that i'm

00:44:01.040 complaining i'm a getter guy exclusive to getter i love getter i don't need twitter and would never go

00:44:06.080 there and one of the reasons i said i'd never go there is that elon musk is completely financed by

00:44:11.040 the ccp now elon musk put up one little tweet i think about wuhan over the weekend and the ccp came 0.78

00:44:17.900 and said hey shut up if you don't shut up we're going to pull the tesla deal which i've been saying 0.83

00:44:22.140 from the beginning the reason he won't allow back the the hardest core anti-ccp fighters 0.96

00:44:28.140 is he's totally he's more compromised than biden or as compromised because all the tesla all of his

00:44:34.320 cash comes out of tesla what what is your assessment of that prince uh thank you mr bannon and you know

00:44:41.180 you were so right to point that uh the chinese communist party factor out in the entire twitter

00:44:45.640 deal and i would even argue that behind elon musk and you know in relation to the investigation

00:44:51.960 regarding the ccp virus the american public ought to ask why has it taken the american government 0.98

00:44:57.760 this long after one million dead americans to investigate the origins of this virus and why

00:45:03.580 hasn't the twitter deal been stopped or investigated because well there's a potential ccp influence in

00:45:10.100 which is the greatest adversary to america's existence so the real answer here is mr bannon

00:45:15.960 that we have to clean out america first we have to root out the corruptions in this country the

00:45:21.600 establishment who have been so for so long be in bed together with the ccp they're getting too 0.98

00:45:26.700 comfortable with it no remember it was merely years after that the america you embarked embargo on the

00:45:34.220 soviet union that the berlin wall fall and visit the soviet union so as soon as the u.s decouples

00:45:39.880 from the ccp the commons regime will fall on its own corrupt ways the chinese people have enjoyed 1.00

00:45:45.360 5 000 years of thriving civilization without the ccp and given the track record i think they can do 1.00

00:45:51.300 just as fine thank you sir uh nicole let me go back to you on something prince just said uh we've had

00:45:58.840 ray the fbi director and others on tv all weekend giving interviews and and and people are making

00:46:06.360 prince's point said well hold it this is three years it's three years later

00:46:09.700 what's going on and they go well we can't make you more progress because the ccp uh won't cooperate 1.00

00:46:15.400 with us the pla won't cooperate with us they won't let us really get into wuhan they won't let us talk

00:46:19.700 to the doctors is that the saddest thing you've ever heard that the united states government is sitting

00:46:24.960 there going oh but the ccp won't cooperate so we just got to shrug our shoulders and it's tough luck 1.00

00:46:30.860 for the one million people for the trillions of dollars for the seven million people worldwide

00:46:34.640 what would be the new federal state of china's recommendation of what the u.s government

00:46:40.240 should do to get to the bottom the truth about the wuhan lab ma'am

00:46:44.740 well you don't negotiate with a criminal or a murderer the ccp has more than 90 million members

00:46:54.220 but only more than a little over 100 people are considered the claptocrats who control 99 percent

00:47:00.980 of the wealth and you know what they place their wives sons children's and their assets in the

00:47:06.680 in the united states of america so it's very easy for america to do is to apply the global

00:47:13.020 magnatsky act or rico act freeze their asset and you know cut off their asset this is the best way

00:47:20.640 and the easiest way for america people america government uh to sanction the ccp and again

00:47:27.540 sanctioning the ccp is the best way to free china and this is the reason why we come to the cpac 1.00

00:47:33.440 and we have a very important message to share with all the freedom-loving american people

00:47:38.320 that were here only to ask america please stop uh giving introvert therapy or giving the financial

00:47:45.900 blood and all the technology uh transfer to the ccp because if america stop helping the ccp the new 0.99

00:47:54.180 federal state of china led by mr mouse guo and steve k bannon we can take down the ccp within 100 days 0.99

00:48:00.240 prince uh to wrap up here is there any way that you can get to the bottom of this unless you play

00:48:08.780 hardball with the ccp is the ccp a group is this group anybody you can compromise with 1.00

00:48:13.720 since they've stonewalled us for three years or is your recommendation you have to play hardball

00:48:19.260 i think you absolutely have to play hardball and i think that's an inevitable way and there's no

00:48:25.560 other way that's in the interest of the american people that three years ago mr bannon that miles

00:48:31.100 guo exposed the 13759 plan at the national press conference and then he came on to the war room show

00:48:37.660 to tell the entire world the truth about this long plan biological war by the ccp so if a country 1.00

00:48:43.600 if a regime like the ccp has spent several decades preparing for this war do you think they're just 0.98

00:48:48.520 going to give up unless we play hardball so we think we absolutely have to do it

00:48:52.000 we will see you at cpac they will be among our first guests and contributors at tomorrow week

00:48:59.500 kickoff live it's nicole and prince uh guys what is the how do people get to the new federal states

00:49:04.560 uh the great shows we weren't able to do our wednesday interview but how do what's the social

00:49:08.860 media how do they get to it on getter and you can follow mr miles guo on getter and nfsc speaks on

00:49:15.640 getter and we also have a beautiful booth here we're at the booth of 422 and we also have two

00:49:20.820 uh most magnificent media booth that's 31 and 32 stop by and we look forward to seeing you

00:49:26.960 thank you sir we're gonna get everybody there by the way that that that booth right there is

00:49:31.680 magnificent i am so jealous right now that's fantastic so thank you guys look forward to seeing

00:49:36.140 you tomorrow thank you thank you that's nicole's the host thank you for instance thank you for

00:49:41.600 nicole's the host of the show let me go back to uh rebecca koffler rebecca do you agree isn't it

00:49:47.480 you're a former dia and you guys are pretty those are pretty tough hombres over dia is that a little

00:49:52.740 embarrassing for the intelligence services and the fbi chris ray to be yam be to uh whining to

00:50:00.080 brett bear well they won't help us you know they're not cooperating they're not going to help us

00:50:04.020 that is absurd what should be done here rebecca koffler we've got a couple of minutes walk through

00:50:09.460 the rebecca koffler plan to get to the bottom of this sure this is absolutely absurd they should not

00:50:15.560 be relying on the people who actually potentially engineered this uh virus to actually confirm the

00:50:24.140 intelligence assessment i mean uh they have chinese experts so-called experts serve as fact checkers it

00:50:34.000 is absolutely naive but the problem is this the question is whether it is an intelligence failure

00:50:41.460 or as dr koff uh have said is it a cover-up and i am more and more leaning to assess that this is

00:50:50.480 actually a cover-up because steve back in december when the intelligence uh oversight committee both

00:50:57.560 in the senate and in the house side tried to do an investigation the intelligence agencies failed to

00:51:04.360 come clean they did not disclose the fact that the covet 19 pandemic was consistent with china's

00:51:12.100 biological weapons program um these weapons the chinese view them as soft weapons as and they have

00:51:21.040 advantage according to the chinese military theorist um with the um hard weapons like nuclear weapons

00:51:31.060 and conventional weapons why it's because they can be used in peacetime and actually the chinese

00:51:38.060 theorists described exactly the situation that we experienced during the coveted pandemic uh they said

00:51:45.340 this weapon could be used as genetic weapon in order to attack the population of the adversary and to strain

00:51:54.360 their medical uh system so that it creates chaos and economic disaster and this was all known and the

00:52:03.200 intelligence agencies failed to disclose this to the american people and to oversight committees

00:52:09.780 rebecca we got to bounce real quickly how they get your book and how they get to your website
