This is what you're fighting for. I mean, every day you're out there. What they're doing is blowing
00:00:11.360
people off. If you continue to look the other way and shut up, then the oppressors, the
00:00:18.360
authoritarians get total control and total power. Because this is just like in Arizona. This is
00:00:24.080
just like in Georgia. It's another element that backs them into a quarter and shows their lies
00:00:28.880
and misrepresentations. This is why this audience is going to have to get engaged. As we've told
00:00:32.820
you, this is the fight. All this nonsense, all this spin, they can't handle the truth.
00:00:38.180
War Room Battleground. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:00:50.040
Okay, welcome. We're not going to do the Ted Cruz. Okay, we're not going to do the Ted Cruz clip.
00:00:54.640
That's okay. We're in the War Room, baby. It's a little gonzo today.
00:00:57.520
We had a great clip with Ted Cruz. But we'll play it maybe as we get it. My producer shakes his head.
00:01:04.740
You ready? Let's go ahead. Okay, hey, I just brought the show in. Let's go and play Ted Cruz
00:01:10.260
Justice Thomas was appointed in 1991. In the time since then, he's taken 109 reported trips,
00:01:16.100
five international trips. Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg was appointed in 1993, two years later.
00:01:22.700
In the time she was on the court, she took 157 trips, including 28 international trips.
00:01:31.040
Mr. Payne, yes or no, do you think Ruth Bader Ginsburg was corrupt?
00:01:38.780
Ruth Bader Ginsburg was not alone. Justice Stephen Breyer, appointed the year later in 1994,
00:01:43.860
took 233 reported trips, including 63 international trips. Again, yes or no, Mr. Payne, do you think
00:01:54.140
Nor do I. I would point out Justice Kagan has done the same thing. Justice Sotomayor has done
00:01:59.380
the same thing. And yet none of my Democrat colleagues care. Because this is a political
00:02:05.040
attack directed at a justice they hate. And by the way, let's spend a moment focusing on Justice
00:02:12.180
Stephen Breyer, a delightful human being, someone I know personally, someone who served decades on
00:02:17.320
the court. Justice Stephen Breyer repeatedly traveled on the penny of a prominent Democratic
00:02:25.320
billionaire, the Pritzker family. Now, J.B. Pritzker is the Democrat governor of the state of
00:02:32.380
Illinois, from which our chairman hails. I would be shocked if the chairman of this committee has
00:02:37.800
not had multiple meals with the Pritzker family. Justice Breyer was a longtime member of the board
00:02:44.600
that awarded the Pritzker Architecture Prize. Now, what did that mean? That meant Justice Breyer
00:02:49.020
traveled on the dime of these Democrat billionaires. In 2019, Justice Breyer traveled to New York City,
00:02:55.960
to Vancouver and Paris. In 2018, Justice Breyer traveled to Ireland and Spain. In 2016,
00:03:02.380
he traveled to New York, Spain, and France. In 2013, he traveled to Norway, Sweden, Denmark.
00:03:08.640
In 2012, he traveled to Beijing and to London. All of this paid for by the Pritzker Foundation. Now,
00:03:16.780
none of my Democrat colleagues are mad about this. And let me be clear, I'm not suggesting Justice Breyer
00:03:22.020
is corrupt. What I'm suggesting is this committee is corrupt because this is a kangaroo circuit circus.
00:03:28.580
And I will note, we had 15 Senate Democrats, including six members of this committee,
00:03:33.680
send a letter to the Appropriations Committee threatening to cut off the funding for security
00:03:39.580
at the Supreme Court. The left is willing to threaten the lives of the justices. Justice Samuel Alito this
00:03:47.380
weekend in the Wall Street Journal said that the attacks directed at the justices are making them
00:03:56.820
I want to thank Memphis for getting that because it's a powerful clip. Mike Davis,
00:04:01.920
and thank you for taking time away. I know you can only spend a couple of minutes with us.
00:04:06.020
Ted Cruz brought the fire of the day. You've been talking about this for the last couple of months,
00:04:11.580
that this is a complete sham. And this is the smear. Some of the finest individuals have ever sat on the
00:04:17.100
Supreme Court. Here's why this is we're getting like revolutionary France, ladies and gentlemen,
00:04:21.320
what they don't like. They're going to destroy. They don't like the fact that Donald Trump and the
00:04:27.300
deplorables were able to get a couple of amazing justices in there. They don't like the balance of
00:04:32.640
the court. They don't like the decisions of the court. They're not about the rule of law and they're
00:04:36.480
going to tear it down and they don't care if people get hurt. I mean, Alito over the weekend to the
00:04:40.780
Wall Street Journal says, I was afraid of being assassinated. Justice Alito. And today, Mike Davis,
00:04:47.040
Ted Cruz brought the fire. What you've been talking about, what these other just did, and I will make
00:04:52.660
one separation about Breyer. The Pritzkers are one of the scummiest families in this nation and one of the
00:04:59.220
most evil families in this nation. Mike Davis. Yeah, so what this is what we've been talking about for the
00:05:06.760
last several weeks, Steve, the Democrats lost control of the Supreme Court. President Trump, his biggest and
00:05:13.500
most consequential accomplishment of his first term was President Trump's transformation of the
00:05:18.680
Supreme Court and the critically important federal courts of appeals. This is the last line of defense.
00:05:24.080
The federal judiciary is the last line of defense protecting everyday Americans from politicians
00:05:29.140
trying to run us over our First Amendment rights to speak, to associate, to worship, our Second Amendment
00:05:36.440
right to keep and bear arms, to protect ourselves and our families. Democrats know that the Supreme Court
00:05:41.880
will stop them. And that's why they are trying to delegitimize and destroy the Supreme Court with
00:05:47.480
court packing, impeachment, term limits, jurisdiction stripping. And you saw today, we called out these
00:05:54.280
characters before the hearing today, two of the people they called today as their so-called nonpartisan
00:05:59.680
ethics experts. We have this Kedrick Payne who said that there was an ethical violation. They didn't point
00:06:05.640
out that Kedrick Payne actually worked in the Obama administration as a senior political appointee.
00:06:12.120
You have this other person they brought in, this other law professor they brought in,
00:06:18.460
who's a professor now, and she was a senior political appointee to Ted Kennedy on the Senate Judiciary
00:06:26.100
Committee. So these are two Democrat political operatives who came in and to the Judiciary Committee today
00:06:32.400
to put off this garbage legal theory that these Supreme Court justices, Republican-appointed
00:06:39.960
Supreme Court justices, somehow violated ethics rules. It was the whole point is character assassination
00:06:45.520
so they could destroy the Supreme Court. These Supreme Court justices run everything they do by their
00:06:50.980
accountants, the Supreme Court's legal counsel, and the legal counsel at the administrative office of
00:06:56.820
the courts. And so that's three levels of review. None of them have done anything wrong.
00:07:01.220
Democrat or Republican, this is all nonsense. You've been ahead of this from the beginning.
00:07:08.260
What's in store for us on this? Is this going to end today? Is this going to continue on?
00:07:12.200
We're going to have to fight fire with fire? Because I don't mind going after Ginsburg.
00:07:16.920
I don't, hey, I don't mind going after Breyer. You know, screw Breyer. If he's taking money from
00:07:20.820
Pritzker, that's dirty money. Okay, we ought to go after him. Is this going to end today,
00:07:25.140
or we got to now rev this thing up? Well, if you saw Mark Paoletta, who was one of Justice Thomas's
00:07:31.820
closest friends, and I have been out there for several weeks now, just bashing back at the
00:07:37.200
Democrats, pointing out their hypocrisy, pointing out the Democrat Supreme Court justices' own ethical
00:07:43.440
issues that the mainstream media, the liberal media, seems to ignore. So no, we are going to fight back.
00:07:49.920
We're going to punch back. We're doing that at the Article III project every day. If Democrats want
00:07:54.960
to play this game, we'll play this game. As I say, Republicans won an upset presidential victory
00:08:02.820
with a political novice in 2016 because of a Supreme Court fight. Four Senate Democrats got sent into early
00:08:10.600
retirement in 2018 because of a Supreme Court fight. At the Article III project, we welcome a Supreme
00:08:17.000
Court fight for 2024. Nothing unites Republicans and brings in independence more than a Supreme
00:08:22.540
Court fight. So Democrats, please, please continue to do this. Game on. Mike Davis, how do people get
00:08:29.260
to you at Article III in your social media, particularly? Your getter is amazing. I want everybody to go to
00:08:33.820
your getter. Your Twitter, late at night, comes in a little hot. Not as charming. Is that what you're
00:08:41.380
saying, Steve? So it's article3project.org, article3project.org, at article3project, at article3project on
00:08:51.480
Getter, Twitter, and Truth. And my personal is at MRDDMIA, MRDDMIA. Thank you, Steve.
00:09:00.280
Thank you, brother. Thank you for taking time away. Okay, I've got Derek Harvey and Brian Costello
00:09:06.280
are going to join us in a moment. Hang on a second. They're going to join us in a moment
00:09:08.920
about really a blockbuster investigation needs to be completed on one of the central figures,
00:09:16.920
institutions in venture capital, Sequoia Capital, and everything around Sequoia Capital. We'll get to
00:09:21.780
that in a second. But I want to bring in Linda Rantz. And the reason is we're into this thing with
00:09:26.420
the Guardian, about the Guardian. And Linda, I know you've got a couple of charts, and I want to
00:09:30.480
walk through them. And Memphis will put them up as you go through them. Linda, in Osage County,
00:09:37.180
Missouri, you guys have got the paper ballots that you hand count with things called human beings
00:09:44.780
on Election Day. And the Guardian has said that Shasta County, I guess, California, was replicating
00:09:51.220
what you've done. You're going to bankrupt the county. They're going to have no money, no schools,
00:09:55.220
nothing for veterans. People are going to be homeless because of Ms. Rantz. Can you walk us
00:10:03.440
through the lies of the Guardian and other newspapers that are, you know, and media organizations that are
00:10:09.220
attacking you and what you've done personally? I want to walk through your math, ma'am.
00:10:15.720
Sure. And I will say that everything you're going to see here will show you that
00:10:20.100
they're talking about cost and they get it from the government, but they never talk about the
00:10:25.620
reductions that come from not using the machines. So if we see the first chart, which would be slide
00:10:32.620
number four, I don't know if the numbers got through. There we go. So before you do anything,
00:10:37.980
when you're looking at hand counting and what it's going to cost, you look at voter turnout and where
00:10:43.340
that's at, how much work you're going to have to put into it, how many judges you'll need.
00:10:47.160
So this is a chart and these lines just show the turnout at polling places in Shasta County
00:10:54.020
for the last two presidential elections, 2016 and 2020, and then their 2022 race. And if you look at
00:11:02.540
the line, kind of where the text I've got up there, one counting team, only one of them even hit 500
00:11:07.800
ballots. Really the benchmark is 600 ballots at a polling place for one team to count that in one day.
00:11:14.980
So for polling place voting and counting in Shasta County, they would never need more than one team
00:11:22.880
at each polling place. So if we jump to the next chart, we'll look at some numbers for that.
00:11:29.840
That would be number nine if you have that. Yep. So the labor costs, oh, I'm sorry, the font's not
00:11:34.920
lining up right, but let's just take a look at it. So the first column with the blue header that says
00:11:40.240
election day, those numbers are what it costs to have judges at those polling places. Now in Shasta
00:11:47.620
County in California, they also do vote by mail. They have something called all mail. And then there's
00:11:53.500
some early voting. I don't know why there was none in 2016 in Shasta County, but these are the numbers
00:11:58.880
off the county website. So I counted out based on four counting judges making $15 an hour each for an
00:12:08.040
eight hour shift that the numbers you'll see in the far right column are what it would cost $99,000
00:12:14.520
in 2016, about $115,000 in 2020, and a smaller election during the year, about $64,000. Now you
00:12:23.640
also have to keep in mind that is not brought up is that the county allows for their county employees
00:12:30.740
to take the day and go work the polls, whether they're checking people in, or in this case,
00:12:36.680
they would be helping them to count. So they're already paid, that would reduce the cost. Another
00:12:42.440
item that doesn't come up in the county clerk's analysis, she has a very complicated or very complex
00:12:50.120
system of how many different boards she would need under the canvassing board. And she part of the cost
00:12:57.040
that she's putting into it that comes out to be millions of dollars. So I'm showing you about $115,000
00:13:04.380
for the highest one. Hers comes out in the millions. And she's saying that she will have to hire
00:13:09.840
everyone. I've heard her say, because we presented in person with her, that she'd have to fingerprint,
00:13:16.140
she'd have to do back projects, all of those costs she was wrapping in. But there's an attorney in
00:13:22.500
California, Alex Haberbush, I hope he said his name right. He works with the Lex Rex Institute.
00:13:29.240
He's not retained by any of the parties. But he's done an analysis on the laws in California, and then
00:13:37.400
for Shasta County. And he doesn't believe that you would have to hire everyone. So his analysis is much
00:13:43.260
more in depth than what I just truncated it down to. But he believes that citizens could also volunteer,
00:13:50.080
that would also bring those costs down. So if we jump to the next slide, we'll look at the numbers of
00:13:56.680
people. So you can see for the rows, the three different elections, and the far right shows you
00:14:04.860
the labor needed, you're looking at around 1000 people for a presidential election, less than that
00:14:11.680
for another election. And this goes back, actually, I would say to precinct strategy, where the political
00:14:18.680
parties, the Democrats, the Republicans, we have to get, it's our job to get people signed up to get out there
00:14:26.160
and serve in these elections. So that's a whole nother part of serving at your county level, because you are the
00:14:32.180
people who are going to go out and be these judges. Now, this is not specific just to Shasta County, we just
00:14:39.200
last night, got a sunshine request, which is our FOIA request here in Missouri, we got some documents
00:14:45.640
back from our Secretary of State's office. And if you would jump to the next slide, I'll show you so this
00:14:52.800
text, and I think the yellow highlighting went away. But basically, what it's saying is that in the Senator
00:15:01.220
Bill Igle, a state senator here in Missouri, filed a bill at the beginning of the session to get rid of
00:15:07.240
machines. And so they have to do a cost analysis of what that would be. So the Secretary of State's
00:15:13.160
office sent this information they had gathered, they say that in 2020 election, there was just over
00:15:18.880
3 million ballots cast statewide. And then they go through their analysis of what that would cost the
00:15:25.960
state to hand count. And there are three numbers are very right there at the bottom, they're saying
00:15:31.000
each election would cost the state about 16 million dollars for people to hand count. Now the next
00:15:38.800
slide I'm going to show you, using the process we've already done in Osage, what I believe it really
00:15:44.800
would be. So if you have in the top left blue box, 3 million ballots, and you can count 50 per hour, that
00:15:52.500
means you have about 60,000 counting hours, which equates to 7500 eight hour shifts of judges. And then
00:16:01.280
moving over to the right, that next box, it will tell you that you need just over 30,000 counting
00:16:06.920
judges in the entire state. And right there in the middle in the red, 30,000 counting judges at their
00:16:14.200
price of 125 dollars for each one is 3.7, almost 3.8 million, definitely not 15.7 million. And that's
00:16:25.520
spread across the county, it really is hard to look at at the state level, it sounds like a lot. But even
00:16:31.480
if you look at their numbers for fiscal year 25, where they're saying it's going to be over 47 million
00:16:37.720
dollars to hand count, I would say it's just over 11 million for three elections in that fiscal year.
00:16:45.620
Nowhere in this document do they say that if you don't use machines, you won't have to pay any
00:16:54.180
particular charges for the machines, they never offset it, they just add this number on top. But the last
00:17:00.200
slide that I have will show you very simply, in a small county like Osage, in our election, we had 44
00:17:07.280
judges, if they had been paid $125 each, it would have cost the county about 5500. I know, I don't
00:17:16.000
know how many people asked to be paid, but I would be surprised if more than six asked the county to pay
00:17:21.360
them. And we found out only a couple days ago, that the county saved $14,000 by not having to pay just
00:17:30.360
the software fee for that election, because you have to pay for software every time there's an election
00:17:36.000
in order for those machines to read the ballots properly. So it really is a mind game for them to
00:17:45.040
come out and try to tell people it costs all this money to do an election. And the truth is, they're
00:17:50.560
never really giving you all the numbers. They're just trying to put the numbers out there to make
00:17:55.060
people think it's too expensive to hand count, we can't possibly do it. And the last note is that any of
00:18:01.880
that money that is spent on election judges is being spent on people in your own community in your
00:18:08.060
own state, as opposed to giving that money to companies that are owned by private equity funds.
00:18:16.520
Linda, last two things, magnificent presentation done succinctly under 10 minutes, two questions.
00:18:22.060
Number one, are you still open to do a town hall debate or just not even a debate, but just go back
00:18:27.620
and forth and we can get the clerk on the same stage with you out in Shasta County, ma'am?
00:18:32.700
Yes, in a heartbeat. I would do that. I've already been face to face with her. I don't think she cares
00:18:38.360
for me very much, but I would definitely go and do that and bring some of the people who counted. We
00:18:43.920
have some great counters here, would love to come and do a demo.
00:18:49.220
And Linda, last, as the Guardian, still we're in the process of, still in the process of trying to get
00:18:54.420
them to, to get to you. Has anybody from the Guardian that wrote that incredibly negative
00:18:58.160
piece and never actually called you to check the numbers? Has anybody from the Guardian reached out
00:19:03.080
to you? No, no, not at all. And I noticed the only person they quoted was one of the supervisors
00:19:10.300
from Shasta County. And I know she complained that going to hand counting was a violation of a First
00:19:16.800
Amendment right. I haven't put that together in my mind where she connected First Amendment freedom
00:19:22.580
of speech to hand counting. But I would say I haven't heard from her either. And she was the
00:19:27.360
one who was most quoted in that article. Linda, what's your social media website? How do people
00:19:33.760
get to you to follow up on this and maybe get the charts? We're going to put them up and put them all
00:19:37.160
over our website. And also Grace and Mo are going to put it out to everybody in the chat rooms. But
00:19:42.720
where do people go to find out more about you and your crusade for paper ballots and the hand counting
00:19:48.600
thereof, ma'am? Thank you. Yes. So on Getter, you can find me at Linda Rance. Most of the social
00:19:55.500
media sites, I'm either at Linda or at Linda Rance. Causeofamerica.org. There's a link to get
00:20:02.140
the download and we load everything at frankspeech.com. Just search hand counting or Missouri and you'll find
00:20:08.900
our stuff. Linda, honored to have you on here. Thank you very much. Appreciate it. I appreciate it so much.
00:20:16.100
Thanks, Steve. Thanks. Go from that complete takedown of the Guardian's article. I want to
00:20:23.740
go down to Colonel Derek Harvey and we've got a very special guest. Brian Cassell is going to join us
00:20:27.300
in a second. Colonel Harvey, first off, walk through in this, you know, Australia overnight has
00:20:32.560
announced they're kicking up interest rates. We've had another huge bank fail. The financial system
00:20:37.600
in our country is right on a knife's edge. Drudge, who's no fan of the Trump movement,
00:20:41.800
Mac Daddy has got like 30 negative stories about the economy. The Federal Reserve is going to kick
00:20:47.420
up interest rates again. This thing is a burning dumpster fire. One of the central institutions
00:20:52.840
in our financial system, and quite frankly, one of the reasons these banks have been failing,
00:20:58.180
Silicon Valley Bank, Signature Bank, and now First Republic Bank, is their association,
00:21:04.080
these banks' association with venture capital. One of the center institutions of venture capital
00:21:09.300
is Sequoia Capital. Can you walk us through the centrality of Sequoia Capital in the venture
00:21:15.320
capital industry and how important that industry is to the dominant lead that America has in technology?
00:21:23.100
Well, venture capital funds startups, high tech, new initiatives, innovative ideas,
00:21:31.440
and to jumpstart and to become part of the new industries. And they're always looking,
00:21:38.460
they get to go into viewing rooms and examine what a new startup idea is, what the big idea is,
00:21:47.340
and how they intend to make a difference with that new technology. It might be in AI, it might be in
00:21:53.280
some other, you know, area, hypersonics or something. And they look at it for a profit motive,
00:22:02.200
they look at it for impact on society. Sometimes they're thinking about green, but they're mainly
00:22:09.980
thinking about how do they make money and leverage this. That's what they do, and they try to make
00:22:16.360
money by investing in a number of these, and they hope that some of them turn out to be really big.
00:22:21.140
But the bigger firms like Sequoia can cherry pick where they're going to go. And Sequoia Capital has
00:22:28.020
elements, you know, there's Sequoia Capital China, Sequoia Capital India, for example. But Sequoia
00:22:35.840
Capital is aligned with the left politically, culturally, and socially, its leadership is. And Sequoia
00:22:43.980
Capital, by virtue of its relationship with China, and partnering with Sequoia Capital China has been
00:22:54.500
given preferential treatment and access, because one of their key directors, a global steward named Neil
00:23:03.480
Shen, until earlier this year was a key political advisor to President Xi in a position of the Politburo. And
00:23:16.080
because of the pressure and the news focusing on him, he has been removed from that political position, but he's
00:23:23.720
still an agent of the government. And he was bragging on, on Chinese TV in Mandarin, about all of the access to
00:23:32.380
American companies, R&D, and these new innovative ideas, that he has access to everything Sequoia gets access to
00:23:40.480
America's Sequoia. And that's allowing, in some ways, the trans, it's almost like having a spy in your midst, okay, in
00:23:50.040
plain sight. Now, it's, it's, it's, hang on, it's worse, it's, hang on, hang on, it's worse than that. To be the
00:23:56.980
advisor in the Politburo, you have to be a member of the Chinese Communist Party. You have to be, and he can
00:24:01.800
deny, or you have to be, they don't have guys as advisors to the Politburo. They don't have guys at
00:24:07.080
that level that are not hardcore CCP and can be trusted by the apparatus and the factions. This guy is a
00:24:13.820
CCP asset. He's been one for a long time. Only when shows like ourselves and others started to out him
00:24:19.380
did he start to try to run for cover. But you have a guy at the senior level. I might also, you know,
00:24:25.660
Sequoia is so big, normally they do early stage venture capital or late stage venture capital.
00:24:30.920
They're one of the biggest financiers, I think, in Elon Musk, outside of the CCP's ownership of Tesla
00:24:36.900
in the joint venture where Musk gets all his cash from. I think they're the second biggest,
00:24:41.400
you know, in back of Musk himself, Sequoia, once again, Neil Shennan, these guys have money in
00:24:47.660
Twitter. But just before we go to break, you go ahead, because this is a guy, he's a senior guy
00:24:54.240
in the Chinese Communist Party. He's seeing every aspect of DARPA technology, defense technology,
00:25:01.120
information technology, and he's bragging about it on CCTV, sir. And he's also one of the critical
00:25:08.020
architects for China's five year and longer economic strategies. What sector to get into
00:25:14.980
biosciences, bioagriculture, hypersonics, you know, whatever it is, if you what Sequoia is investing
00:25:24.100
in matches up completely with the Chinese Communist Party's five year plans. Simple as that.
00:25:32.860
Hang on, we're gonna go to hang on, we're gonna go to break one when made in China 2025, which she
00:25:38.540
never talks about again. Those are the 10 industries they were going to dominate by 2025. Remember that?
00:25:43.920
Correct. By the way, the first five industries, the first five industries are what got you to the
00:25:48.920
singularity, as I pointed out, right? It was quantum computing, advanced chip design, artificial general
00:25:54.980
intelligence, regenerative robotics. Have you heard those before, kids? Have you heard those before?
00:25:59.660
Just just it was just random that the top five were going to be the ones that got you to the
00:26:04.040
singularity. Remember, don't think the Chinese Communist Party is stupid. They're cunning. They're
00:26:08.840
smart. They're tough. President Trump said the other day on the on the interview about Xi, these are
00:26:13.900
tough. This is the greatest enemy we've ever had. President Trump would say it's the administrative
00:26:18.580
state. I say it's these guys. I think Derek Harvey can make the connection between the administrative
00:26:24.060
state and the Chinese Communist Party. Okay, we're gonna come back. We got Brian Costello, also a technologist
00:26:29.200
with us. We're going to drill down on, let's be blunt about this. This is a cancer. This is a cancer
00:26:35.200
that's metastasizing inside the financial system of the greatest capitalist system in mankind's history.
00:26:43.500
That is these venture capitalists and other institutions that are fifth columnist for the
00:26:49.620
Chinese Communist Party. Colonel Derek Harvey, Brian Costello joins us next after a short commercial
00:26:59.620
Junk science. That's what the doctor called many of those fruit and vegetable supplements. Junk science
00:27:07.640
because they use extracts of common produce department fruits and vegetables with few health benefits. Now
00:27:15.780
look, I take field of greens because it's the whole organic fruit and vegetable, not a watered down
00:27:20.820
supplement. And it's backed by a better health promise. Each ingredient in field of greens was
00:27:27.480
scientifically chosen to support vital organs like heart, lungs, and kidney health. Others support my
00:27:34.720
immune system, blood pressure, metabolism, and healthy weight loss. I don't eat as healthy as I should.
00:27:41.920
I got that. I know it. I own it. That's why I take field of greens. Like me, you'll probably look and
00:27:48.580
feel healthier fast and have way more energy. And I mean way more energy. But your best proof will be at
00:27:56.540
your next checkout checkup when your doctor says, hey, whatever you're doing, it's working. Keep it up.

to you. The recent surge in gold prices is directly tied to the extreme market volatility right now.

In my younger days, I was a naval officer on a destroyer. In fact, I was the A-gang officer
00:29:58.400
in charge of all the engineering systems that were not main propulsion. And one of those was air
00:30:04.780
purification. And I can tell you the standards of the United States Navy are second to none.
00:30:09.160
If all home air purifiers are the same, why did the U.S. Department of Defense select EnviroCleanse
00:30:15.680
to protect and purify the air on board our Navy ships? Because of EnviroCleanse, advanced mineral
00:30:21.580
technology goes beyond ordinary HEPA filters to destroy airborne illness causing cold and flu viruses,
00:30:29.160
including COVID. EnviroCleanse is the new science in air purification. And now you can order one
00:30:36.200
for your home. This is how you help stop colds and flus from taking your whole family down. This
00:30:41.960
is how you destroy allergy-inflaming toxins and mold from the air your family breathes. In fact,

Okay, welcome back. I've got Colonel Derek Harvey, one of the most revered guys in Washington,
00:31:36.680
D.C., and also Brian Costello. Derek, I'll let you tee it up, and then you work it with Brian. We've got
00:31:41.680
21 minutes in this segment. I want you guys to take the entirety of it. Go ahead, sir.
00:31:45.980
Good. Thanks, Steve. Now, Brian, I'm going to toss to you in a few minutes, but I'm going to just start
00:31:52.640
off with this. The Sequoia-China-Biden administration story is not easy to unpack, but I'm going to start
00:32:01.600
here. As the Wall Street Journal and the congressional investigators are laying out for the American
00:32:08.380
public. President Biden has been compromised by his relationship with China, going back to when he was
00:32:16.100
a vice president. As reported, there was agreements to defer compensation to the Biden family business
00:32:25.700
elements. Now, the FBI, the Department of Justice, and the Securities Exchange Commission, who should be
00:32:33.040
protecting American national and economic security interests and pursuing criminal activities, whether
00:32:38.260
they're by Americans or American elected officials or Chinese business entities and Chinese business
00:32:44.400
leaders that are breaking the law in America, they're not doing their job. They're covering this stuff up.
00:32:50.400
Why? Because Sequoia Capital, Sequoia Capital China, and Neil Shen, and the Chinese Communist Party,
00:32:57.380
as the DNI and CIA have reported, use these business types of relationships and preferential
00:33:04.500
treatment. They become rainmakers, and they set a trap for American businesses, whether it's a Boeing or
00:33:12.540
a venture capital firm. They provide the bait, and the bait is you're going to make a lot of money,
00:33:18.700
it's going to be protected, and we just want you to do certain things to help us influence,
00:33:23.880
and we will both mutually benefit. These venture capitalists, the bankers, etc., American elite
00:33:30.700
corporate entities, who then contribute to democratic causes. Now, how does this work?
00:33:39.180
Well, when you invest in China, and the gateway, the guarantor of that is like Sequoia Capital and
00:33:46.540
this person, Neil Shen, they navigate, and they've got the protection of the Chinese Communist Party
00:33:51.740
to assure that they're going to make money. So let's look at an example. Last year, in 2022,
00:33:58.420
Neil Shen coordinated the raising of over $9 billion from the likes of Stanford University,
00:34:06.880
Notre Dame endowments, other business enterprises, banks, etc. And that money was invested into China,
00:34:18.340
into microchip business development. Exactly what the Biden administration has on one hand said,
00:34:26.860
they're trying to deter American tech capability and microchip capability going to China. So on one hand,
00:34:35.120
they say these things. On the other hand, this money is going over there. When Sequoia Capital and
00:34:40.660
these firms make a lot of money, they then turn that money and it comes out, in many cases,
00:34:47.340
tax free. And I would like to turn it over right now and let Brian explain something called Crankstart,
00:34:54.600
which is a foundation set up by Mr. Moritz, who's a partner of Sequoia Capital, worth about $4 billion.
00:35:06.460
Hey, Steve. Hey, Derek. Thanks for having me on. So hit on Crankstart. So there's two principles
00:35:14.260
that have previously run Sequoia Capital, Michael Moritz and Doug Lione. Moritz is a big Democratic
00:35:21.780
donor, a big Biden donor through PACRADM and several of the PACs. He's also one of Nancy Pelosi's
00:35:28.380
neighbor up in a ritzy area of San Francisco. So his nonprofit holds a bunch of his Sequoia China
00:35:36.740
investments. So any one of your viewers can go on ProPublica.com. They can look up Crankstart and
00:35:42.940
see that there's a $4.2 billion nonprofit there controlled by Michael Moritz. It shows his China
00:35:50.180
investments, his China funds that are from his relationship at Sequoia. And then that money flows
00:35:57.400
back in to Crankstart with no taxes because it's a foundation. And then it's used to fund
00:36:04.800
woke programs across San Francisco, universities, and then $20 million was dumped in. $20 million
00:36:12.060
that we know of, right? The last report was 2019, 2020, 2021, 22, having come out into the ACLU,
00:36:20.540
who then lobbies to not have TikTok banned. And they also lobby to end the DOJ China initiative.
00:36:28.940
Oh, hang on a second. Hang on a second, Brian. I just want to make sure I understand something
00:36:35.380
and the audience understands it. And Derek, jump in here. Brian, this is that scam they've got that
00:36:41.300
all the big tech billionaires and Microsoft, I want to make sure the audience understands what's going
00:36:46.160
on here. They take their stock or they take... They get this stock very cheaply. It's successful.
00:36:52.700
They've got billions of dollars of value creation in these stocks. And instead of having to monetize
00:36:58.880
them and pay these exorbitant taxes, they essentially shift the stocks over to a foundation,
00:37:04.440
totally tax-free. And that foundation can then do all their political and philanthropic,
00:37:09.420
and they can still get cash out of it, et cetera. I mean, I have been told by the hedge fund guys on
00:37:15.060
Wall Street that this is the single biggest scam for the super wealthy to allow this to transfer
00:37:21.720
over tax-free. And then they can cause havoc out of these philanthropic not-for-profits or trust funds,
00:37:32.040
et cetera. Is that what you're describing here? Is that what Moritz did, is transfer this thing over
00:37:36.380
to a trust fund like that? Yeah. So he transferred his Sequoia China fund ownership over to CrankStart.
00:37:44.900
CrankStart then gets the returns from Shen's investments in China aligned with the Chinese
00:37:50.740
Communist Party. The money then flows back into CrankStart and funds the Democratic Party.
00:37:56.680
And Brian, what I would jump in here with is CrankStart then coordinates the fundraising for a $300 million
00:38:06.140
fund for ACLU. $20 million is donated by CrankStart. ACLU then files the law cases and accuses the
00:38:19.340
Department of Defense for pressuring China on some of the Chinese tech issues, American businesses,
00:38:25.580
or, you know, the Intel community or Wall Street and what Securities Exchange Commission. They accuse
00:38:32.380
them of, the FBI in particular, of going after China and that they're racist. And they get cease and
00:38:38.760
desist agreements. And it's an inside-out game because the administration and the Democratic left wants to
00:38:46.040
protect things like TikTok and their money-making schemes that then bring money back in for their campaigns,
00:38:52.900
for their left-wing causes. And they are able to protect their donor class because they don't want
00:39:00.060
any criminal prosecutions or anything. I'd just like to bring this up real quick, you know, and Brian
00:39:06.320
will go into this more, but, you know, Lisa Monaco, the Deputy Attorney General, and the Deputy Assistant
00:39:13.260
Attorney General for the National Security Division are aware of criminalities across different domains,
00:39:22.480
at least six or seven areas of criminal and fraudulent activity that they are not moving on, that
00:39:29.080
active FBI officers are aware of, that it was briefed at DOJ, and they've decided not to do
00:39:37.080
anything on it for over a year. It's been buried. And Brian, you might want to go into that.
00:39:41.000
More than a year. Yeah. Yeah. So, listen, this is super important, right? You guys talked about it a
00:39:48.360
little bit on the show, but, you know, we're 5% of the world's population and 30% of the GDP for one,
00:39:55.400
world's GDP for one reason, our economic innovation engine, right? And we closed our eyes and we watched
00:40:02.600
for years as our manufacturing lead to China. And now we have billionaires who are purposefully
00:40:08.180
shifting that economic innovation to China, because the CCP will make sure they make money there,
00:40:14.340
right? So when you guys laid out the $9 billion investment from Shen, what that will result in is
00:40:21.460
$2 trillion in companies, and somewhere between 10x and 20x that $9 billion flowing back into American
00:40:29.140
pockets. So that's $90 to $180 billion that will flow back into billionaire Americans' pockets.
00:40:34.960
And the CCP will create $2 trillion worth of companies just based on prior math. Hundreds of companies
00:40:42.680
aligned with China made in 2025 and other programs. So, go ahead.
00:40:48.000
Brian, hang on a second. Hang on. China 2025, made in China 2025 was a program they started over 10 years ago
00:40:56.120
to dominate the core technologies of the future. Neil Shen and these guys were at the core of it.
00:41:01.380
Only when we started talking about it and others did she all of a sudden not want to talk about it
00:41:05.760
anymore because we realized we're focused on it. Of the $9 billion, how much of that comes from
00:41:12.060
American firemen's pension funds, state employees' pension funds, this audience, how much of their
00:41:20.580
pension fund money has actually gone into the initial $9 billion that was transferred into the China fund
00:41:27.220
that'll create $2 trillion worth of technology value for them and innovation
00:41:31.600
and $180 billion for the billionaires. Because the Greek tragedy part is the working class's own money
00:41:41.460
in this country is what's being used to destroy them.
00:41:45.040
A hundred percent. So they don't break down who the limiteds are in this fund. So we do know that
00:41:50.400
a lot of people have been involved in the U.S. areas where they're working, the U.S. Department of
00:41:54.240
Health, the U.S. Department of Health, the U.S. Department of Health, the U.S. Department of Health.
00:41:55.580
So Senator Elizabeth Warren and her office because I contacted him knew the DOJ possessed a number of
00:41:59.640
criminal allegations against Neil Shen. But yet her pension for state on state pension fund is
00:42:04.880
investing in companies in China that can compete directly with our constituent companies in Massachusetts.
00:42:11.480
And I can name the specific companies being competed with.
00:42:15.260
CalPERS put in $250 million into the Sequoia China Fund.
00:42:19.160
You know, the other thing we're not talking about, the other guys investing in Sequoia
00:42:27.300
So we know the FTX CEO had a couple hundred million in Sequoia's funds.
00:42:31.280
We don't know how much of that was in the China Funds.
00:42:33.860
We know likely Ken Griffin, one of the top GOP donors supporting DeSantis, likely has
00:42:39.060
money in Sequoia and Sequoia China Funds, and is bringing Citadel back into China with
00:42:47.240
It's our own people's hardworking money that they're investing back, impacting our economic
00:42:57.200
Brian, I want to go to Nancy Pelosi, the rise of Nancy Pelosi.
00:43:00.620
Remember Nancy Pelosi, and I was just going through James Mann's book About Face the other
00:43:07.800
Nancy Pelosi was the single biggest fire breather in Congress, even more than Mitchell.
00:43:17.680
She went to Tiananmen and got rolled up by the police over there.
00:43:21.680
Her first couple of years, she was really known as the anti-CCP, anti-regime fire breather
00:43:28.500
But her rise to power from really a backbencher and oblivion was by shaking down the investment
00:43:35.100
banks in San Francisco that dealt with the Robertson-Stevens, Montgomery Securities, Alex
00:43:39.340
Browns, that dealt with Big Tech, Hamburg and Quest.
00:43:45.200
And also, but then she went to Sand Hill Road and went to the source of the money and really
00:43:49.000
started shaking people down, including Sequoia Capital.
00:43:52.160
She became the greatest fundraiser in the modern history of the Democratic Party.
00:43:58.640
She wrote there and you notice in her rise, all of a sudden she forgot about China.
00:44:03.840
She had some great staffers that would continue to work, but she backed off of this.
00:44:08.160
Is this because of, do you believe, financial compromise by the Chinese Communist Party in
00:44:13.000
her investments and not just that, in her relationships that were doing this circular pattern that you
00:44:19.460
guys have exposed of how the Democratic Party funds themselves off of really CCP money?
00:44:24.080
Sure, I'll go back to Alexander Hamilton, Federalist Paper 22.
00:44:28.580
One of the biggest potential problems with our republic is being compromised by foreign
00:44:35.600
So the Chinese have figured out and the CIA have stated this in an ODNI paper that if they
00:44:41.220
give that investment access to certain people and those people are political donors, they're
00:44:47.080
going to then give a percentage back to folks like Nancy Pelosi.
00:44:50.280
And, you know, no one's raised more money to climb to the speaker position.
00:44:55.480
And a large percentage of that money would have came from Silicon Valley's returns in
00:45:02.960
And then what you also see, Steve, is you see these, if you look at what Crankstart's funding,
00:45:08.180
right, it's funding all our initiatives in China to make sure she continually gets elected
00:45:16.400
And, you know, Sequoia and Crankstart's already gotten behind some of Gavin Newsom's programs
00:45:23.660
But what I would like to talk to you guys about.
00:45:26.400
Hang on one second before I just want to just let me get, I want to make sure that the audience
00:45:37.620
Colonel Harvey, before I go back to Brian, and I got about six minutes.
00:45:42.080
The House Intelligence Committee knows about this, sir.
00:45:48.060
The Federal Bureau of Investigation knows about this, sir.
00:45:52.680
The Department of Justice knows about this, sir.
00:45:55.880
Certain members of the United States Senate dealing with banking, dealing with the financial
00:46:01.140
system, dealing with intelligence, know about this, sir.
00:46:03.900
Why is this breaking on the evening show of The War Room with Brian Costello as a private
00:46:11.880
citizen and yourself as a former member of the Trump administration and a career Army
00:46:18.100
Why are we doing it and not the Central Intelligence Agency, the House Intelligence Committee?
00:46:23.440
Last time I looked, brother, the House Intelligence Committee is controlled by the Republicans,
00:46:30.360
Why are all these institutions there to protect the United States of America and American citizens?
00:46:40.360
One, there's an inside-out game by the donor class and the political elite where people that
00:46:45.920
are inside the administrations and inside the administrative state in particular, whether
00:46:50.580
it's the ICE, DOJ, FBI, political appointees like Lisa Monaco, for example, and the outside
00:46:58.820
And this is where you get into beacon strategies with Jeremy Bash and Tony and Mr. Blinken when
00:47:07.780
And they orchestrated the letter of 51 former Intel officials who said it was Russian disinformation
00:47:18.760
What they do is they are protecting each other so that they can make money and maintain political
00:47:29.160
And that's why DOJ doesn't take action, even though FBI wanted it to be done.
00:47:35.440
And I'm aware of the meetings and the briefings that took place there.
00:47:39.400
That's why Lisa Monaco and Mr. Garland pressured the director of the FBI, Director Ray, to shut
00:47:59.700
So, Don Vieira, who's the chief legal officer for Sequoia Capital, was Lisa Monaco's chief of
00:48:05.300
staff, Martin Ortiz, Sequoia Capital, was on the Biden-Harris transition team intelligence
00:48:14.760
So, these people, after they're in the administration, they go to work for Sequoia Capital.
00:48:19.620
Their sons and daughters go to work for their portfolio companies.
00:48:22.500
They have the ability to direct great wealth, so nobody wants to confront them.
00:48:26.740
On February 2nd, 2022, I sat in the FBI Washington field office.
00:48:33.080
I was introduced by the two former supervisory FBI agents who fingerprinted and sat there
00:48:47.660
I documented seven or eight Title 18 violations by Shannon Sequoia.
00:48:54.120
I was told, after the meeting, to submit all future information to the FBI tip line as they
00:49:02.040
proceeded to not do a single thing at the Department of Justice, Market Integrity Major Frauds
00:49:09.360
Group, in the intelligence community, and also the Securities Exchange Commission.
00:49:17.500
Do you think—we've got to balance, but do you think—go ahead.
00:49:22.360
They then let Sequoia and Shen raise $9 billion, knowing they were sitting on eight Title 18
00:49:31.920
And that's when you started seeing Biden in the IC community and Jake Sullivan pushing
00:49:36.840
things like, oh, Sequoia should hire somebody to police.
00:49:39.820
It's, you know, it's all trying to cover after the game, after they didn't enforce our laws
00:49:45.180
with impartiality to protect our people and national security.
00:49:49.100
They were more interested in protecting the donors' investments in China through Sequoia
00:49:54.060
Capital, because that's what keeps them in office.
00:49:56.560
Brian, how do people get to you on social media?
00:50:12.320
I'm on there a long time, so I don't have a long, complex name.
00:50:23.580
Hey, listen, if you don't step forward and tell these stories, you know, I live in Southern
00:50:31.000
And I wouldn't be able to look at the braven women who I walk on the beach path with and
00:50:36.140
sit next to football games in the face, because the reality is, there's a bunch of billionaires
00:50:39.600
in the country, you know, funding weapons in China through Sequoia Capital.
00:50:53.400
Colonel Harvey, what is your, how do people get to you, your website and your social media?
00:51:15.280

00:51:46.100
and the money you pay into insurance companies.
00:51:48.400
They're using that to actually make our enemies stronger.
00:51:51.580
