Bannon's War Room - WarRoom Battleground EP 319： The Refusal To End To Conflict In Ukraine

00:00:00.000 this is what you're fighting for I mean every day you're out there what they're doing is blowing

00:00:16.520 people off if you continue to look the other way and shut up then the oppressors the authoritarians

00:00:24.260 get total control and total power because this is just like in Arizona this is just like in

00:00:29.720 Georgia it's another element that backs them into a quarter and shows their lies and 0.99

00:00:34.160 misrepresentations that's why this audience is going to have to get engaged as we've told you

00:00:38.080 this is the fight all this nonsense all this spin they can't handle the truth war room battleground

00:00:44.740 here's your host Stephen K Bannon okay welcome back it's Thursday 22 June year of alert 2023

00:00:52.640 thank you for sticking around for the second hour Natalie Winters joins us Natalie we've got now

00:00:58.700 all this controversy about a about a forward base in in Cuba you see that they're they're hitting us 1.00

00:01:06.000 with chemical warfare of fentanyl up through the Mexican border they're active part the CCP is an

00:01:12.540 active part of the invasion of the southern border you see this for the folks coming through the

00:01:16.460 Darien Gap but I want to go back to house intel and to Mike Turner and and you know we've been on

00:01:24.140 Turner and these guys of not being aggressive about the Chinese Communist Party they are clearly

00:01:28.480 suppressing the investigation the Sequoia Capitol and you've done a great job there with uh Brian

00:01:34.400 Costello and others of tying those knots together but the we've waited now for this origins of the

00:01:41.400 of uh of COVID from the Wuhan lab and we had cash on this morning and cash was acting director of DNI

00:01:49.240 uh in fact excuse me he was uh I think deputy at DNI not acting deputy at DNI uh when they had

00:01:57.140 President Trump initiate this entire process with the intelligence community so what what do we know

00:02:04.140 the New York Times is putting stories up what do we know of what actually is happening we know Blinken

00:02:09.120 never mentioned it uh in his meeting with the CCP what do we know about what's coming out from

00:02:15.620 house intel about the origins of the uh of the bioweapon that destroyed the American economy in 0.87

00:02:22.380 the balance sheet of the United States ma'am well I think that's sort of the buried lead of Blinken's

00:02:27.860 visit to China and why I think that benchmarker is actually very important to sort of contextualize

00:02:32.940 this broader discussion about the origins of COVID specifically through the lens of this

00:02:37.940 congressional report because it seems like a lot of the criticism that is being hurled at this

00:02:42.360 committee which I think frankly is very valid um is that they're not really either a releasing all

00:02:48.700 of the evidence in its entirety and it sort of seems to be just sort of a soft-winded cover-up um not

00:02:55.720 just for the Chinese Communist Party but more precisely for the American institutions specifically

00:03:01.020 Anthony Fauci's NIAID agency that funneled taxpayer funds to the Wuhan Institute of Virology um and why

00:03:08.760 Blinken's visit I think is so important people may recall you know this this COVID origin story is

00:03:14.820 something that we've obviously been harping on about uh for a very long time here for years in the war

00:03:20.380 room and it seems like every couple of months every couple of months or so it sort of rears its ugly head

00:03:25.940 um in the mainstream press often with a specific angle or slant and people may recall the last time

00:03:33.420 the lab leak theory enjoyed uh I would say some level of validation uh usually it starts in the

00:03:39.700 Wall Street Journal makes its way to the New York Times it's sort of this this process um was when the

00:03:44.240 spy balloon flew over the United States that was when we saw the low confidence report leak from the

00:03:50.140 Department of Energy um in terms of COVID leaking from a lab so I think the Biden regime uh and and elements

00:03:58.580 within obviously the Democratic Party but more of the establishment wing or at least the apparatus of

00:04:03.240 the Republican Party that is controlled by Chinese Communist Party cash a la Mike Turner via Sequoia

00:04:09.200 I think any time that the Bidens uh really just capture by the Chinese Communist Party is on full display

00:04:17.720 I think the relevant story now is of course the spy base in Cuba um it seems like they sort of try to

00:04:24.580 deflect uh by giving the American people you know breadcrumbing them along with some of these 0.71

00:04:30.400 Wuhan lab stories and this might be an unnecessarily you know black pill or jaded view to take on the

00:04:37.040 story but you have to remember these are the same media outlets uh that had they printed these stories

00:04:42.260 two years ago they'd be laying you know uh full force the entire function of the United States

00:04:48.700 government and the censorship machine uh to call these people conspiracy theorists so I think it's

00:04:54.060 important to just contextualize why we're hearing about it now um but in terms of the actual committee

00:05:00.960 and the evidence they're releasing I mean citizen journalists and investigative reporters and activist

00:05:07.380 groups specifically like the White Coat Waste Project which is by no means some you know flamethrowing

00:05:13.820 MAGA Trump group they're more kind of in the camp of PETA and like animal rights activists it's through

00:05:20.600 the work of these groups and the Freedom of Information Act requests that they've filed

00:05:25.500 that we've probably found out more about the origins of COVID uh than any single shred of activity that

00:05:33.400 this committee has done the best and latest example is of course the unearthing of the identity of the 0.97

00:05:39.480 three researchers um at the Wuhan Institute of Virology specifically the name of Ben Hu who was the first

00:05:46.720 really ground zero case of COVID-19 who happened to be working on bat coronavirus studies and of course

00:05:53.660 the U.S. taxpayer funded Wuhan Institute of Virology but that was obtained via a White Coat Waste Project 1.00

00:05:59.880 Freedom of Information Act request um so when you think about the resources that this congressional

00:06:05.480 committee would have had uh in their power whether it's subpoenaing Peter Dawshak actually making Anthony

00:06:11.900 Fauci sit down for an interview even people like Peter Hotez some of these more ancillary figures

00:06:17.520 who had involvement at the Wuhan Institute of Virology I mean where's Ralph Baric there's all

00:06:22.740 these names of people that we've certainly called out on this show um that have seemed to sort of get

00:06:28.620 a free pass from this committee so it leaves me scratching my head as someone who's obviously studied

00:06:35.140 Chinese Communist Party influence operations and how they peddle that influence on Capitol Hill of course

00:06:41.020 they're really going to put all of their their assets and I use that term intentionally in resources

00:06:45.600 to cover up for them on what may be their most cardinal sin which is of course the bioweapon that 0.87

00:06:50.680 is COVID-19 uh but I really think it is just an affront and really offensive to the American people

00:06:56.380 um that you know the report that they're going to put out is is just so weak Natalie go back and

00:07:03.960 remind people tell people who uh I think what's called patient zero Ben Hu number one who is the

00:07:10.240 why is he important and why did it take an independent why are we hearing his name from a

00:07:16.760 four-year request from an independent one of these independent research groups and and that was not

00:07:22.220 presented over the last three years we've been on top of this uh from a from a government source

00:07:27.080 walk us through Ben Ben Hu um why is he important why is patient zero important and why do we have to

00:07:34.100 wait uh the the white coat uh outside group waste group uh it gets a four-year request answered years

00:07:41.080 after the fact you know it's I would say a million dollar question but it's probably more of a billion

00:07:47.540 if not trillion dollar question because it goes back to the Chinese Communist Party and the control that

00:07:51.900 they run over this the city that is Washington DC but specifically on contextualizing who Ben who is

00:07:58.420 I mean he sort of is the smoking gun that undercuts the entire so-called wet market theory uh because

00:08:05.440 like I said he was ground zero he was the first patient that was identified as having COVID-19 he wasn't

00:08:12.320 some shop worker selling you know pangolins to be eaten uh in a wet market he actually was and what's so

00:08:20.340 interesting uh a researcher at the Wuhan Institute of Virology but obviously this lab has a lot of

00:08:26.420 different kind of subunits and task forces that are working on different things you know including

00:08:31.500 Chinese Communist Party committees and communist youth leagues and a united front work department but

00:08:36.440 I'll digress on that point for a sec but Ben Hu was specifically working on bat coronavirus research

00:08:43.880 underneath this program um that was funded in concert uh primarily by Anthony Fauci's National Institute of

00:08:52.500 Allergy and Infectious Diseases and like I said his work was specifically on bat coronaviruses under the

00:08:59.820 umbrella of gain-of-function research uh people may recall you know Rand Paul had that amazing exchange

00:09:06.460 the first one at least with Anthony Fauci where he talks about this gain-of-function research the

00:09:11.380 manipulation of bat coronavirus um pathogens and different strains making them uh more virulent and lethal

00:09:18.020 for humans but that grant program was called understanding the risk of bat coronavirus

00:09:23.380 emergence the first study under that grant was published in 2014 um it's concluded that at least the last one

00:09:31.020 that was published was published in 2021 uh there were about 30 studies that were were published

00:09:36.740 underneath the purview of that grant and what's so interesting is that 16 of the 30 count researchers from the

00:09:44.020 wuhan institute of virology so that's of course the chinese communist party run lab but where really the

00:09:49.860 smoking gun is and I think to me what is the most ridiculous part about this covet origins um subcommittee

00:09:57.140 is that you know this is reporting that I had done back when I was I think 19 uh at the national pulse but

00:10:03.060 most of these studies were funded alongside the national natural science foundation of china which though it sounds

00:10:10.580 very you know friendly and innocuous this is a group that even if you go to their website they directly

00:10:16.500 admit that they're part of china's military civil fusion strategy they've funded over 75 studies

00:10:23.300 alongside the people's liberation army if you look they give preferential treatment um two military

00:10:29.140 focused studies you can see them working if you if you read all the studies that they've published um

00:10:33.860 alongside various units of the pla their artillery academy uh this is a a branch of the chinese

00:10:40.260 military military through and through and this was one of the partnering organizations not just with

00:10:46.580 anthony fauci's naiad on all these wuhan studies but all the way back even in 2010 um anthony fauci and

00:10:53.620 his deputy signed a memorandum of understanding with this group to broaden research collaboration with the chinese

00:11:00.100 communist party um really in all endeavors so I think that was sort of the opening salvo in terms of chinese communist

00:11:06.900 party research collaboration and just a a fun fact for the war room posse the individual who actually

00:11:11.860 was sent to beijing um anthony fauci's deputy to sign the memorandum was the it was the guy his name is um

00:11:20.340 uh achencloss whose son is actually also a member a democratic member on this coveted subcommittee but

00:11:27.220 that's not even the smoking gun uh he was picked as anthony fauci's temporary replacement so I think when you

00:11:33.860 know you want to answer your question of why this coveted subcommittee is not getting to to the bottom

00:11:38.420 of it uh it's because I think unfortunately a lot of these institutionalized committees the ones that

00:11:43.860 aren't dealing with foyer requests from activist groups like the white coat waste project uh oftentimes

00:11:50.020 their mo is not actually investigation uh but their mo is cover-up disguised as investigation

00:11:57.220 okay before I let you go I just want to drill down that one more time your your belief right

00:12:03.780 if somebody's been on this for three years your your belief is that the reason that the classified

00:12:11.540 version is not out because they had to put that out it would it would the whole report would have to be

00:12:17.140 out and you would see where they pulled their punches on really getting into any of the involvement

00:12:22.340 of government officials or programs funded by u.s taxpayers so is that your central belief that the

00:12:29.460 that this is not about sources and methods uh and that's why turner's group is not turner over at house intel

00:12:36.260 is not releasing it but they would really expose the weakness of of the drill they've really done because

00:12:42.420 to get it I mean if they had you and colonel derrick carvey and two or three others we could get the we

00:12:47.060 have the whole thing laid out but that you don't believe that they've gone and done the hard pick

00:12:52.180 and shovel work you need to do to connect all the dots here and kind of the convergence of interest

00:12:57.700 between the u.s administrative state and the biomedical industry in the chinese communist party party's

00:13:03.940 bioweapons program I mean Steve there's enough information that is available through public source

00:13:10.340 data I mean just the studies themselves that frankly you wouldn't even need this subcommittee

00:13:16.020 to to actually connect the dots it's great that we have and they have the power

00:13:20.180 of the subpoena which I don't really even know if they've actually effectively used

00:13:24.260 um but it's it's very clear um you know we don't need this committee to be the arbiters of truth to

00:13:30.180 the american people um and like I said to you if you watch the interviews of the chairman at least

00:13:36.180 from the democratic side jim himes like every answer that he gave he somehow found a way to work

00:13:42.660 in the term anthony fauci and basically mount a defense for him so I stand by what I said I don't

00:13:49.460 really think uh again I haven't praised this committee since its inception um because I don't

00:13:54.820 think it's deserving of it because I don't really think that they've been investigating otherwise I

00:14:00.340 think we would have seen peter dawshack testify but just like we can add to the list of you know

00:14:05.140 where's hunter where's peter dawshack where's ralph barrack uh it seems like they've gotten just

00:14:10.820 sort of a sweetheart deal you talk about a leak right before you go right you talk about a leak

00:14:18.020 capture you've seen this fiasco of the last couple of days with durham um you've seen this fiasco with

00:14:24.580 the hunter biden a deal you've seen the fact that um um the the the fiasco around shift and it looks

00:14:31.780 like a lack of aggressiveness of uh the the establishment and people who control the committees

00:14:37.700 in the republican party to really get on with it as far as these investigations go whether it's

00:14:43.380 judiciary weaponization of government the house intel even the covet origins uh committee um and

00:14:50.500 knowing what you know about uh the ccp's involvement in the cash flow that's coming through places like

00:14:57.300 um uh sequoia is what could we well would you expect anything different to happen than the way

00:15:04.900 the system works or we have to actually go in now and just take apart the system because

00:15:10.500 obviously with the if you look at the schematic and the way the incentive structure is you're going

00:15:16.100 to continue to get what you get ma'am i mean of course all these people subscribe to the doctrine of

00:15:22.500 managed decline and the biggest financier of that is the chinese communist party so they're not going

00:15:28.420 to bite the hand that feeds them and basically tank their entire reputation and career within dc

00:15:34.900 establishment world uh to be the one member that singles out the chinese communist party for what

00:15:39.540 they did with covet it really is as simple as these people just want to be able to get their board

00:15:44.740 appointments uh and cushy foreign lobbying gigs uh after they lose their their primaries because they

00:15:51.380 voted for the debt ceiling extension but that's really the the symptom here that's the issue um

00:15:58.020 that these these people are not maga these people don't actually care about the america first

00:16:02.980 agenda that obviously goes without saying um but dc is is a club and it's run by leadership

00:16:09.140 and when kevin mccarthy is also on the take with uh sequoia and ftx i mean how can you have an appetite

00:16:17.460 to take down the chinese communist party when they're quite literally funding you that's conflict

00:16:23.540 of interest it's a textbook example

00:16:28.020 natalie how do people get to your reporting your investigations social media all of it

00:16:32.900 i'm natalie g winters on all platforms

00:16:37.060 thank you very much uh thank you for being on here explaining it all to us appreciate it thank you

00:16:42.660 let me go back we got ben harnwell and ben's going to join us from rome momentarily but i

00:16:47.780 want to play uh because i want to get natalie i want to set the predicate with what natalie was

00:16:51.940 talking about about the way the system works and then let's go ahead and play what we played this

00:16:55.940 morning this is uh um uh matt gates laying out who's an america first guy and not obviously a hawk

00:17:04.580 for the use of the military he comes from pensacola which has got one of the largest naval bases in the

00:17:10.100 world uh in his domain and the folks there realize that he's got their best interests in mind you want

00:17:14.900 to use american force when you have to use it but right now we're in a situation a quite frankly dire

00:17:21.060 situation is getting more dire every day and it's about the managed decline of what uh natalie talked

00:17:26.980 about and and not only do you have this situation coming up in durban south africa in 60 days about the

00:17:32.980 really the alternative to the u.s dollar uh you've got the situation the chemical warfare that they're

00:17:38.020 running against us the second opium war on fentanyl and now you've got a dagger you've got a dagger at

00:17:43.780 the heart uh right at um right in uh in cuba so as as things heat up around taiwan as things heat up

00:17:50.740 around maybe shifting to a kinetic war uh they've gotten only more and more aggressive let's go and

00:17:56.660 play matt gates to all of my hawk friends on the committee who think i'm too much of a dove this

00:18:02.100 amendment is an authorization to use military force given to president biden to take out the chinese 0.97

00:18:08.500 assets in cuba part of china's leveraged buyout of russia has been them taking control of russian

00:18:16.740 property and russian assets in cuba and then vastly improving those so like whereas we didn't really

00:18:22.500 care too much about the russians having 1960s technology 90 miles south of florida we are increasingly

00:18:29.060 concerned and should be a lot more concerned that china right now is functionally turning cuba

00:18:34.740 into a stationary aircraft carrier right off the coast of florida and so i do not offer this

00:18:40.340 authorization to use military force as an as as in any way an effort to spark or provoke war i loathe war

00:18:49.700 i stand against war i try to wind them down when we can but in this case i believe giving the president

00:18:55.780 the authority to take out these chinese assets in cuba might be the very thing necessary to prevent war 1.00

00:19:02.420 to deter the chinese from putting this in and it is amazing to me how much we have allowed the monroe 1.00

00:19:09.220 doctrine to just after atrophy right out from underneath us it we would never have allowed these types of

00:19:16.100 encroachments by china into latin america into the bahamas the caribbean cuba if we really cared about

00:19:23.060 the monroe doctrine so while the foreign affairs committee has unfortunately asserted equities

00:19:27.300 here and i won't i'll have to withdraw the amendment i do think we need to have a very serious conversation

00:19:32.340 about what these china chinese build ups in cuba mean and we cannot view them through the same lens that

00:19:37.380 we viewed russia's participation in in cuba's military enterprise remember they're still fighting over

00:19:46.340 uh 20 year 22 year uh use of military uh authorization of use of military force um a umf

00:19:56.020 um from iraq and afghanistan that you know i've been saying they're using for ukraine and we ought to

00:20:02.340 bring uh biden uh to the house to make a war powers declaration because what's happening in ukraine is

00:20:10.020 completely and totally uh unacceptable uh with our funding billions and billions now hundreds of billions of

00:20:16.020 dollars over there we're gonna get harnwell here in a sec to talk about but here they're enveloping

00:20:21.700 you know we had in the five o'clock show about modi modi is uh you know modi is is is here uh today

00:20:28.660 at the white house and he's the linchpin of the quad strategy the quad strategy is the containment of

00:20:34.580 china on the eurasian landmass and that ain't going too well right now because now that the chinese 1.00

00:20:40.580 communist party have the russians as as their junior partner you're seeing uh between persia

00:20:46.580 and iraq in the house of saad and i think even maybe uae uh you know our buddies in the gulf the

00:20:52.900 persians in uh in tehran the mullahs uh the kgb in moscow uh the pakistan intelligence service which

00:21:01.620 is booted out was imran khan like it has him in jail as they've taken over and they're partners with

00:21:07.700 the ccp india's feeling pretty exposed there as a centerpiece for the quad where you have japan

00:21:12.980 korea uh taiwan vietnam you know the the littoral nations around the south china sea philippine

00:21:20.820 they get to australia and in uh in india people are feeling hey how is this going to work blinton

00:21:26.580 go blinking goes over there and kowtows to the ccp says we believe in the one china policy says oh yeah

00:21:33.540 but you know um we we believe in we don't believe in taiwan independence and won't defend taiwan

00:21:39.860 independence mark mitchell's on the show this morning mark mitchell from uh from rasmussen and

00:21:46.660 says now what sixty percent of the american people support taiwan independence i think what's over

00:21:51.940 seventy percent understand the ccp is an existential threat to the united states of america and that's 0.97

00:21:57.140 before the envelopment you know the the counter development here they're trying to use they're

00:22:01.700 trying to use cuba as a as a as a chip as a chip to get uh to take taiwan they're trying they're trying

00:22:09.620 to remember sun tzu their philosophy of warfare is to defeat the enemy without firing a shot they do not

00:22:15.220 want to take on foreign devils uh in a kinetic war they only want to do that when they have 1.00

00:22:21.220 overwhelming superiority they don't because the regime is so it it it's so uh shaky that a massive

00:22:29.460 military defeat uh would bring it down like the the military defeat uh in the in the russian uh you

00:22:36.500 know the russian japanese war what in 1905 eventually brought down the czars right you take a massive defeat

00:22:44.820 particularly at the hands of an asians uh it doesn't it doesn't sit too well the ccp is in 1.00

00:22:49.700 the reverse situation if they had a big military defeat kinetic defeat they might fall they don't

00:22:54.100 want to risk that they and they don't have to in in their philosophy because with unrestricted

00:22:59.140 warfare they're winning they're in a hot war they're an aggressive war in unrestricted warfare

00:23:04.340 information war cyber war political warfare and economic warfare and now they're

00:23:11.220 in development as we're distracted uh in ukraine and all the news every night ukraine ukraine ukraine

00:23:19.700 uh well maybe not so much anyway because we don't want to talk about the the the much heralded

00:23:23.780 long-awaited spring offensive and ben harner will be here momentarily to talk about that um

00:23:31.620 they they are enveloping us direct involvement in the canadian elections the canadians are invested in

00:23:36.420 getting that right now but it's an open secret in canada they they were involved in canadian

00:24:16.820 like the pentagon right it's all to tap into the underwater cables the submarine cables and attract our

00:24:22.420 submarine traffic coming in and out of our bases on the east coast and in the caribbean

00:24:38.020 ukraine and other aspects of that part of russia for natural gas oil and wheat that's what the ccp 0.97

00:24:44.980 looks at uh looks at the amazon and looks at all the resources and commodities out of uh out of brazil

00:24:51.300 and now you've got them in cuba and oh by the way in 60 days in durban south africa they're

00:25:51.140 own people starved to death no problem in the great leap forward when it didn't work out the

00:25:56.820 collectivization farm started as cultural revolution we don't know how many they think 40 or 50 million

00:26:01.700 people died there in the political repression in the camps these people have absolutely no there is no

00:26:09.300 they have no problem whatsoever killing their own people this is a murderous dictatorship and you're

00:26:13.860 gonna send anthony blinken oh anthony blinken's the guy you're gonna go send to kowtow to these guys

00:26:18.740 and to beg remember they refuse after bringing up multiple times they refuse to have military to

00:26:23.700 military communications they don't want it they don't want it because nothing to talk about they're

00:31:52.180 we must move from vision to agreements and from agreements to real projects there is a ukrainian 0.59

00:32:01.060 delegation in london that will present concrete things that we propose to do together

00:32:09.940 okay welcome back so ben i think he said that we gotta go from visions to agreements to action plans

00:32:16.980 is that the why is this guy even talking about this uh because i thought he was in a quag we're

00:32:24.340 officially in a quagmire now with the failure to launch of the was it the spring offensive or the

00:32:29.860 counter-offensive what's the term of art that our enemies are using here sir good evening steve well

00:32:36.180 the present term is counter-offensive it's had all the all temporal aspects removed from it so they can

00:32:43.300 just stick with this term and keep on going now safe in the knowledge that if nothing is delivered

00:32:48.900 they can keep on running with the present description and now look steve nothing gets my beady cynical

00:32:55.780 eyes a glittering like the prospect of president zelensky um bitching to to the west for more money 0.50

00:33:05.620 that's exactly what he said in in that clip um my favorite quote however and i can't seem to find

00:33:12.500 any video footage of this not it's not entirely surprisingly but i have to thank the great guys at

00:33:18.900 the um at the european conservative because it's the only of which by the way i i am on the board um

00:33:25.140 which is the only news organization in the world to to produce the following quote which i'm now going

00:33:30.420 to read president zelensky stressed that the reconstruction of ukraine is not only a global task

00:33:38.500 but an ideological responsibility for the entire west that's what he said now i can understand why why um

00:33:48.260 all the part the occult powers that that drive the west have done their best to suppress this um this

00:33:55.620 particular utterance because it is so audacious and in its insistence um that not only of course

00:34:03.860 according to president zelensky does the west have a a a self-interest according to president zelensky

00:34:11.060 to deter deter and eject russia from ukraine it now has a an ideological responsibility to invest

00:34:21.460 in uh the rebuilding the reconstruction of ukraine which on the wall i'm very proud to say we have been

00:34:28.260 um calling right from the beginning the mother of all grift because that is exactly what it is

00:34:33.540 um but how much money steve are we talking about well um ursula von der leyen uh who also addressed

00:34:42.020 this conference spoke um citing the world bank um figure which is 411 billion that's how much the world

00:34:52.980 bank said uh needs uh to be um invested in ukraine and every single cent every single us cent every

00:35:02.900 single european cent every single uk pound penny um will will be diverted and directed via president

00:35:12.340 zelensky's office um and he president zelensky himself a couple of days ago had one of his

00:35:21.700 apparatchiks out saying on the bbc but there's very low um accountability for where all of this money's

00:35:29.380 going because ukraine is simply overwhelmed with assistance and doesn't have the infrastructure

00:35:35.060 uh to properly account for everything that's been given to it i would gently suggest that the correct

00:35:41.060 question the bbc should have pushed back um against that ukrainian official was well that it fair enough

00:35:48.580 if you're going to say that now but if you're expecting 411 billion dollars to come your way yeah

00:35:53.940 perhaps you you should have more um uh more um professional reputable credible accounting systems

00:36:02.260 in place steve i'll close on this particular point with this observation of course the whole point

00:36:08.580 steve the whole point right from the beginning was the grip of the reconstruction uh and that's why

00:36:15.860 right and it's so obvious remember that's the purpose of the exercise that's why it's it's actually

00:36:21.780 at the bbc has to write the spread i should just tell the audience the spread is 411 billion is the

00:36:26.900 low end of the scale it's up to over trade and correct me if i'm wrong blackrock which is driven

00:36:32.500 by american pension fund money and jp morgan the largest bank in the united states they've already

00:36:37.780 announced the beginning of they're forming a joint venture to do the reconstruction bank so

00:36:42.500 the trains left the train shed has it not uh brother harnwell yeah it has um and of course you know

00:36:50.500 it's not particularly surprising that it's the world bank by the way and that that is pushing this

00:36:55.780 particular figure because what what better grift is there for for these international institutions

00:37:02.340 to be lending out money underwritten by and provided obviously by the west taxpayers the world bank will

00:37:09.780 lend that out and then the profit supposedly will come back for the glory of the bank um it's obviously it's

00:37:17.460 it's a fix steve it's it's a grift it's it's this has been the operation for the whole year we've been

00:37:23.060 watching the the cogs slowly turn and we've been pointing out every single ratchet that those cogs

00:37:28.740 have been made and now we see whilst the war is apparently still in progress that there's this

00:37:33.700 conference in london over the last couple of days has over a thousand politicians there um some 400

00:37:40.820 multinational uh businesses we're told 130 ngos 32 international organizations all of these if you

00:37:48.900 you know i i don't want to be i don't want to be disrespectful um but if you imagine a trough with

00:37:55.300 pig swill and they've all got their greasy sort of dripping snout in their little curly tails

00:38:01.140 sort of wagging with anticipation that is what's going on in london right now because apparently apparently

00:38:08.740 in the west we don't need investment in our resources here we don't need our roads and our

00:38:13.220 hospitals and our schools uh rebuilt uh or resident biden promised to build back better um that's all

00:38:21.540 being diverted now to um to ukraine and it is in your face and it's abrasive and and um overt

00:38:31.140 and there's very little and up until um january 20 25 there's very little anyone can do about it

00:38:40.660 i want to go now to the uh the purpose of the exercise is the grift but the sidebar

00:38:45.700 is the actual fighting ben it is shocking to me and i've got a pretty jaundiced eye

00:38:54.820 how the mainstream media has absolutely gone quiet this is the long-awaited much heralded

00:39:02.340 spring offensive you know it's going to be combined arms the mission was to go get crimea and take

00:39:07.060 crimea back and in route they were going to free the east uh eastern uh russian-speaking

00:39:13.700 donbass region uh zelinski still says he dismissed any time trump mentioned anything or anybody

00:39:19.060 mentioned anything he dismisses that ahead they're not sitting down with putin they're not sitting down

00:39:22.420 with anybody the russians must leave all territory must leave all territory of ukraine all this 0.75

00:39:28.660 contested territory before there's even a sit down to discuss a piece this is all predicated upon

00:39:34.980 battlefield victories and from everything i'm reading everything i'm talking to people about

00:39:40.340 the the much heralded long-awaited spring offensive has already ground to a halt can you

00:39:45.780 get us up to speed on that yes steve it has uh the ukrainians currently boast

00:39:51.540 having retaken eight villages count them eight villages um and excuses now for the lack of

00:39:59.780 progress and don't forget of course though the west has given sort of tens of billions

00:40:05.700 dollars worth of military aid in preparation for this um spring offensive now counter offensive

00:40:13.940 um the the the response is is that um and i quote and i quote president blodemir temposensky himself

00:40:23.300 he says the war is not a hollywood movie um that's funny that he said i mean the darling of the oscars

00:40:30.580 ceremonies right the guy uh who goes who's beamed into musical festivals around the world is is now

00:40:38.500 gaslighting us the world um but this isn't entertainment um fair enough his formal excuse

00:40:46.500 is that there are um 77 000 square miles of mined territory that the russians have protected in um in

00:40:56.180 advance and ukrainians are just making slow progress through that and they can't do it any quicker and

00:41:03.060 they won't be put under pressure he hasn't described who he's put who's putting him under the pressure

00:41:07.860 but he did he did leave that rather pregnant race that he'll do this in his own time uh without being

00:41:14.660 put under pressure by by other countries um and and that's where it is they don't the ukrainians

00:41:20.580 don't have superior air power the russians have that um and um i think much like the battle of britain

00:41:26.660 where the royal air force proved so instrumental um and shooting down the german luftrafa in the second

00:41:33.620 world war the fact that ukrainians don't have and can't have uh domination in the air i think he is

00:41:41.700 basically inhibiting uh to to a catastrophic degree the the um the advances that that the ground-based

00:41:51.060 troops are able to make no that in the 79th anniversary of the battle of normandy remember

00:41:58.500 normandy wasn't just about d-day d-day was the first day to kind of get across the beach and take

00:42:03.060 the beach at the battle lasted and it was i think could arguably be the bloodiest battle of the entire

00:42:10.820 second world war in the west or by american troops and allied troops uh not not on the the russian front

00:42:16.980 or not in china it was combined arms and it was a air superiority by the the royal air force in the uh

00:42:24.900 in the u.s army air corps that led to that victory i mean the the the the lu fought the time and that

00:42:30.100 was their biggest thing they couldn't get there here's the thing you talk about 77 000 we we have

00:42:35.620 amazing intel apparatus and pictures and all that that are showing there here's what's so stunning about

00:42:41.380 that excuse to plant that and to do that and to dig in with this this uh this iron ring that the soviets

00:42:49.540 russians have done much like they did in world war ii and fighting the vermont this wasn't under the

00:42:54.660 cover of night this is fairly easily detectable when you talk about a scale like that i'm not

00:43:01.140 questioning zelinski on the scale of it yes it looks like they've done a tremendous job of mining

00:43:06.340 this land it looks like they've done a tremendous job of setting up

00:43:10.020 tank traps and what you would do fight against armor uh and uh but that took a lot of labor and

00:43:16.740 it took a lot of effort it took a lot of time how this has caught zelinski and milley and austin in

00:43:23.060 the west and all the big talk i want to go back to the big talk the big talk was that this was you

00:43:27.860 know it's a lot riding on this and this is a high priority and this is what we're going to do and

00:43:31.620 and zelinski was talked a big game we're going to go in and we're first going to go take the donbass

00:43:37.300 and then we're going to pivot we're going to take crimea and that's what we're not having

00:43:41.140 any peace discussions we're not having any the americans got to keep shoveling over cash and

00:43:45.620 now we understand we don't have the arms even to defend taiwan the ammunition because we're

00:43:50.180 shoveling so much of it into ukraine and we need more and more and more and the west needs you know

00:43:55.380 fighter aircraft we need more tanks we need it from all of nato we need more armor personnel

00:44:00.340 carriers we need more artillery we need all of it and because the offensive is everything everything's

00:44:05.220 banked on the offensive we're now going to drive uh the russians out and we're going to start in 1.00

00:44:09.700 eastern they're going to start in the dunbass and then we're going to sevastopol and yalta and take

00:44:14.900 all of crimea and here you're after you could tell you could feel the tip of the bayonet uh from

00:44:21.780 london and from washington like hey guys you got to get on with it we're about up on the summer solstice

00:44:26.500 especially in the spring they started this thing which is clearly half-hearted and now they're claiming

00:44:32.020 one of their big wins is they're they're back around bakhmud again and they're trying to take 0.99

00:44:36.820 back a couple of villages around bakhmud the eight villages talk about all this kind of marginalia

00:44:41.700 in the first that i think even the russians kind of abandoned and dropping back and and digging down

00:44:47.620 in your purview of of the western leaders and particularly nato all the big talk that came out

00:44:53.300 there how is this surprising that the russians mined all this the russians dug in the russians set up a

00:44:58.820 a iron ring and kind of dug in like the russians have done from time immemorial ben harnwell

00:45:06.740 well steve my answer to that would be to to go back to a point i i'd made some time ago here on the

00:45:12.420 war room that this whole war was really being driven for the benefit not really of of ukraine

00:45:18.260 or president silensky or of ukrainians themselves that the war was being driven by a singular need and

00:45:25.380 that is the need of our sociopathic overlords to put themselves in front of a television camera 1.00

00:45:31.540 and virtue signal uh specifically to show that they are they are leaders they are moral leaders you know

00:45:37.780 they're not men of talk and women of talk that these are folk of action and vision and leadership um and

00:45:45.300 nothing thrills these people more than their than their photo op uh conferences and in in strasburg and

00:45:53.220 brussels and in the un and they get together they said about democracy and we have to stop putin putin's

00:46:00.980 uh crazy aggression he wants to take over the whole of continental europe and the world you know and and

00:46:07.380 these people who are irrelevant and detested and held with contempt by taxpayers are sort of gaslighted

00:46:15.940 and forced to to read about these exploits and antics in the newspapers and on on the cable television

00:46:23.140 channels and that was the engine of it the whole thing steve has been mediatic from the get-go i mean

00:46:28.180 i mentioned earlier um zelinski's uh video call-ins to to pop concerts and to um to to awards awards

00:46:39.700 ceremonies and and and song festivals and what have you the whole thing was to keep was to keep him

00:46:47.060 and his sponsors constantly in the media eye getting those eyeballs getting those attention the actual

00:46:54.740 reality of the military initiative on the ground which was secondary um and we sort of know this

00:47:02.580 because as we'd speculated at the time as we had confirmed last week zelinski really didn't you know

00:47:08.580 he's the guy's like a two-bit comic actor he didn't really want to have to fight and take his country

00:47:16.660 through this uh a war of this scale and he was ready to quit after um you know he made his point he did

00:47:23.300 he did his good talk and he was ready to to meet putin's and terms um after a month it was the us

00:47:31.540 and boris johnson like that sort of twisted his arm and told him that he wasn't allowed to give up

00:47:36.900 and that's why the whole country's been fed through the meat grinder yeah i don't think resident biden's

00:47:42.100 is particularly cared cares um whether the counter-offensive is delayed or whether you know

00:47:49.140 whether they take eight villages or 80 countries or 800 um uh villages he just wanted to stand in

00:47:56.740 front of the television cameras and do his shtick about being uh the leader of the free world um and

00:48:04.500 a moral politician of conviction and all of the the secondary players in the europa union basically the

00:48:13.780 same those who had been more serious people like olav schultz in germany or emmanuel macron um in france

00:48:23.540 they've been browbeaten into submission um and obviously one can speculate against the the firm

00:48:30.740 conversations that the united states will have had with these countries so you know they've all been

00:48:36.500 browbeaten into following uh resident biden's line on this you know and whether every single you know

00:48:43.220 whether they literally fight for ukraine's liberty down to the last ukrainian yeah there's there's no

00:48:49.860 political force in fact you know it's it's it's not so much and zelensky who did a good talk though

00:48:57.780 of course he did it's the west it's biden uh it's nato these are the people that uh that won't let even

00:49:05.060 now um zelensky even if you even if he wanted to uh negotiate for a ceasefire because it will be a

00:49:12.020 humiliation for the west this is the this is the corner we have talked ourselves into um 0.90

00:49:18.660 and yes there's there's something going on with this ukraine thing that that we got to figure out

00:49:25.540 because it makes no rational sense real quickly um the saint peter you mentioned uh putin letting out

00:49:32.020 that zelensky was basically ready to sign a deal a month into it until boris johnson and and biden

00:49:38.020 came and said we have your back we'll talk to you about that took place at the saint petersburg

00:49:41.380 conference just they they've said that the second the real part of that conference is going to happen

00:49:46.980 in durban in 60 days where the that that group the bricks group is going to announce an alternative

00:49:54.020 or they've teaser announced an alternative to the u.s dollar uh how much traction is that getting

00:50:00.900 that russia is actually leading with the ccp is actually leading really a a developing world 0.59

00:50:07.060 a commodity rich world uh a movement here sir well there is a lot of traction and interest in the

00:50:14.260 development of the the bricks currency the bricks trading block i think egypt made a couple of days

00:50:20.980 ago made an application to join i mean every couple of days every week or so another country wants to join

00:50:25.860 this this counter uh political economic movement to the uh to the u.s military industrial complex

00:50:34.500 because they all countries basically around the world since the since the end of the second world

00:50:38.740 war have found themselves on the wrong end of of the military industrial complex and they've all been

00:50:43.940 picked off one by one and been browbeaten and been bullied had their leaders assassinated and what have

00:50:49.460 you uh had uh popular revolts um and social stability sort of sponsored by this area all countries around

00:50:57.060 the world have uh have seen this uh within their own borders uh have been powerless to do anything about

00:51:03.380 it that's why uh when there's finally sort of a a movement that can provide strength in numbers uh

00:51:11.060 countries are queuing up to join so yes it has traction but the explanation of what is behind it with

00:51:17.620 what i've what i've just out outlined outline that is absent from the debate um there's no real
