Bannon's War Room - WarRoom Battleground EP 383： Impeachment Recap And The Next Steps

00:00:00.000 this is what you're fighting for i mean every day you're out there what they're doing is blowing

00:00:16.480 people off if you continue to look the other way and shut up then the oppressors the

00:00:23.440 authoritarians get total control and total power because this is just like in arizona this is just

00:00:29.360 like in georgia it's another element that backs them into a quarter and shows their lies and

00:00:34.080 misrepresentations is why this audience is going to have to get engaged as we've told you this is

00:00:38.400 the fight all this nonsense all this spin they can't handle the truth war room battleground here's

00:00:45.440 your host stephen k bannon two hours or so before the government shuts down is there anything else

00:00:51.740 happening that we're not currently watching on television no not really there's a couple things

00:00:57.100 that are worth noting katie number one the senate is trying its best to cobble together a border

00:01:03.040 security package to ride alongside their short-term stopgap bill now uh why are they doing that they're

00:01:09.940 doing that because house republicans say they need border security in a stopgap measure uh they this is

00:01:16.100 going to be a herculean task katie absolutely herculean to find something that could pass the

00:01:21.460 senate and that could pass the house because we're not only talking about border money we're talking

00:01:25.780 about reworking border policy that's very difficult uh to do in such a short period of time so that's

00:01:33.320 what's happening right now in the senate the house is voting on four spending bills tonight all of all

00:01:39.220 of them might go down they might not be able to pass any of these bills and then speaker kevin mccarthy

00:01:44.100 will move to pass his own short-term bill tomorrow night or tomorrow rather that bill might not pass on

00:01:50.780 its own so we are in uh an incredibly perilous position just ahead of a government shutdown which

00:01:57.080 by the way starts saturday night at midnight so this is not far off this is incredibly close and uh

00:02:03.820 i don't see at this point listen it's a fast-moving story anything could change i don't see at this point

00:02:09.220 any way that congress is going to avert a government shutdown tell us about the meeting this morning with

00:02:14.460 mccarthy what he's telling his his conference and what he's getting into with someone like matt gates

00:02:19.760 yeah he's getting he's quite frankly he's trying to tell them there's two things happening number one

00:02:25.040 he's trying to tell them to pass these spending bills so they have some leverage that is again

00:02:29.460 going to be difficult they don't really want to give him much leverage for a host of reasons both

00:02:33.720 politically and uh policy wise then he got into a fight with matt gates matt gates uh suggested that

00:02:40.460 mccarthy was paying people to post nasty comments about him on the internet mccarthy said matt i'm

00:02:46.440 not even you know i don't even think about you or pay attention to you um and said i'm trying to i've

00:02:51.800 given five million dollars to republicans to protect the majority what have you done now listen we expect

00:02:56.860 gates will try to boot mccarthy in the next couple of weeks and i think that is going to be a very high

00:03:02.280 drama and high wire situation but the tensions katie in the house republican conference right now

00:03:07.740 are incredibly incredibly high i think that was a very good overview it is a thursday 28 september

00:03:16.320 year of our lord 2023 i think jake uh sherman at the uh at punch bowl remember their specialty is

00:03:22.440 capitol hill and i think they've done a really terrific job of updating of what at least on the

00:03:27.340 overview a couple of notes here uh number one there is a uh just coming across the wire right now a new

00:03:35.320 and i want to have the war and posse make sure i said there's a lot of good news a sobering and i

00:03:41.260 quote a sobering reality is setting in on capitol hill as of this moment there remains no viable

00:03:47.400 clear path to passing any more aid to ukraine gop senator tom tillis from north carolina who wants a

00:03:58.580 multi-year ukraine commitment remember the commitment just for this year is 80 billion dollars that's the

00:04:03.640 number 80 billion they're starting with the the 24 the six anyway they can slide in there tillis who

00:04:09.480 wants a multi-year ukraine commitment and i quote senator tillis this whole debate i mean it's bs end quote

00:04:20.260 uh we've jammed up the uh the funneling of money over to the ukraine oligarchs and uh this is also

00:04:28.780 going to get quite nasty they're going to have a separate but in fact i think they're having the vote

00:04:32.080 even as we speak on the 300 million just to make sure it's a little complicated we're up there right

00:04:38.360 now on votes on these four bills i don't think the appropriations bills as we've talked about i'm not

00:04:43.840 sure they even pass why might they not pass they've been either uh too many uh too many cuts are not

00:04:51.780 enough cuts too much uh de-woke uh and de-weaponized and defanged are not enough the house itself now has

00:05:00.980 a huge fight and these things may not pass but it's the very process of going through it that is exposed

00:05:08.700 where we are we lost on an amendment we lost the vote on the funding taking your tax dollars through

00:05:17.980 the pentagon and funding i think drag shows with drag queen story hour on military basis

00:05:26.120 that lost once you embrace it that lost by 18 votes wasn't really that close 18 18 excuse me 18

00:05:34.300 republicans voted with democrats for that

00:05:36.060 also in other news uh ran paul and i want to and ran paul came out yesterday and said no way he's

00:05:48.120 even letting a cr come for a vote i think because ukraine and i want to quote senator ran paul to

00:05:54.240 avoid a government shutdown i will consent to an expedited vote on a clean cr without any ukraine aid in

00:06:04.040 if leadership insists on funding another country's government at the expense of our own government

00:06:10.460 all blame rests with their intransigence senator ran paul things are heating up is getting quite nasty

00:06:20.020 there was a uh a verbal confrontation this morning in the conference between uh matt gates one of the

00:06:26.680 architects of this i don't want to say insurgent movement but really the movement to set our

00:06:32.160 nation's finances right and kevin mccarthy uh we've got a lot of other news report there there are a lot

00:06:37.940 of votes coming in they're also going to work well into the night i think whether these appropriations

00:06:43.580 bills pass or not kevin mccarthy is going to bring a continued resolution a stopgap measure

00:06:50.060 to fund the government my understanding is as of right now in the crack team in memphis in our

00:06:57.900 production team here are feeding me tweets as we go that um mccarthy as latest is not going to bring

00:07:05.500 up the uh senate bill because the senate bill doesn't address any cuts whatsoever and even in

00:07:11.360 the interim period and their period is 47 days and i told you there's 47 days of the senate is mcconnell

00:07:17.680 and the big money donors exactly linked to uh yunkin's uh bid to uh flip the senate in the

00:07:26.920 commonwealth of virginia of which they would turn immediately and say he is the with all the money

00:07:32.580 will line up and bash him they'll dump de santis they'll dump nicky hale they'll dump all the 0.59

00:07:36.260 keebler elves line up against him and it's yunkin versus trump for the primary so a lot going on uh

00:07:42.740 the knives are out your voice is heard i just want to make sure that a 202-225-3121 is the house

00:07:52.280 202-2224-3121 is the senate also make sure uh please get the uh go to uh birchgold.com

00:08:00.020 slash war room the end of the dollar empire go back and get the third installment this was an

00:08:04.960 installment we put out before the debt ceiling in the uh in the debt ceiling uh crisis the debt ceiling

00:08:10.760 deal but make sure you're totally up to speed on that on the debt uh and uh and then um make sure

00:08:16.900 you read the fourth one these were establishment republic couldn't get any more establishment than 0.72

00:08:22.300 author burns and others that were nixon's cabinets i would think george schultz the whole cast of

00:08:27.940 characters and as you read it the one thing that will strike you is very similar to today is i want

00:08:37.120 to say the cavalier attitude in which they went about one of the most important moments in american

00:08:43.460 economic history this was taking off convertibility of the federal reserve note into gold and closing

00:08:50.000 the gold window for all the other currencies in the world and they had some great thoughts and some

00:08:55.740 great theories but you never really got the fact that they're walking through financial models they

00:09:00.300 actually looked at the math and what could go wrong this is what happened here do you see garrett

00:09:05.100 graves a cosmo man do you see cosmo man or uh mchenry with the little bow tie do you see any of those

00:09:10.840 guys talking about the debt deal what they call it the some recovery acts you see any of them bragging

00:09:15.100 about oh everything that went great in the in the deal do you see them talking about uh how it was going

00:09:21.500 to be less than a trillion dollars you had historic cuts you were going to have historic permitting

00:09:25.100 you're going to have this you're going to have that you're going to have the other thing oh by the

00:09:28.760 way we're going to have an appropriations process they lied to your face why they lie to your face

00:09:32.640 they lied to your face because this work was done as it was supposed to be done

00:09:37.500 as matt rosendale said in this very room this morning all the work at the subcommittee level

00:09:43.480 was done by one july but we waited for july and they waited through august and they waited to all

00:09:49.280 the way they got back to september and the first thing he did he goes oh we can't shut down the

00:09:53.860 government we need a cr that can get us to the holidays and then we'll do an omnibus so you won't

00:09:59.820 see individually why because uh we're going to impeach biden oh biden's going to get impeached

00:10:06.380 all you yahoos all the all the people in bib oliverals all the maga extremist can't you see 0.95

00:10:13.520 that you know biden biden talks he talks bad about you he calls you uh extruity say today i got to 0.99

00:10:18.820 clip your extremists i'm up against the mega republicans you're the worst people in the world 0.82

00:10:23.980 you can go get him we can go impeach him but we got to keep the government that's called a shiny toy 1.00

00:10:30.920 that is a shiny toy move that's a move for idiots and natalie winters has had a tremendous education 0.99

00:10:40.760 went to one of the top prep schools in the country out in los angeles she then went to the university 1.00

00:10:45.940 of chicago i believe she graduated in three years she's very analytical and very rational

00:10:52.460 and she's no conspiracy theorist she's the one who got the receipts on fauci and uh in in all those

00:11:01.260 phony groups that you could see at the time hey this kind of feels like an intel operation hello

00:11:06.240 she didn't say that she built the case brick by brick by brick by brick on evidence and what does

00:11:12.780 natalie say today you know steven watching this it kind of seemed like uh it was set up

00:11:18.120 to kind of fail right set up to diversionary tactics set up that um you know you you got

00:11:26.080 to have the government open to kind of get this ring right it's got to be it's got to be focused on

00:11:29.920 so we have so much to do there i'm going to pivot to that we got more breaking news about this fight

00:11:36.880 remember midnight we're going to be up all weekend we're obviously doing all the four hours tomorrow

00:11:41.520 we're going to do two hours my favorite show of the week the saturday morning show we will be i will

00:11:46.220 be up on rumble and getter and all of it will be putting up information i think we're trying to

00:11:50.600 work it out that maybe even able to have some guests we'll figure this out the crack war room

00:11:55.680 production teams already rolling their eyes assuming that they i used to do this in the navy we sit

00:12:01.720 there you know when i was an a gang officer and you would you would you would sit there and the guys

00:12:06.460 they worked all week and i said okay everybody's got the weekend for it's take one everybody's got the

00:12:11.120 weekend off take one step forward not so fast we gotta we gotta get this

00:12:16.020 done it sounded better at the time sounded funnier we got a lot of work to do and this could be a

00:12:22.740 historic moment why is the historic moment he got in july why did they slow walk it why did they tuck

00:12:28.160 it why they why did they not address it when they had two months to address this we didn't need to do

00:12:33.520 it in the middle of the night you didn't need to stay up till two and three in the morning see

00:12:37.400 andy biggs going after cissa and and and it's natalie knows cissa but anybody and going after jen

00:12:43.560 easterly and want to take jen easterly's salary and all of jen easterly's team and to talk about 0.97

00:12:48.220 defunding cissa you didn't just stay up till two in the morning to do that you didn't need to stay

00:12:53.360 stay up see mtg going after general austin yesterday and the wokeness in the pentagon you

00:12:58.820 didn't see bobert bobert you didn't need to stay up to see rosendale this all could have been done

00:13:04.040 in regular order all could have been done during the work day why didn't they want it it's obvious why 1.00

00:13:09.620 they didn't want it they treat you like idiots and like morons they don't want you to see it 1.00

00:13:15.080 and they don't want to have these individual bills and they don't want to have the detail and the 1.00

00:13:20.100 amendments remember there there were 400 amendments just to the bills we had the other day 400 amendments

00:13:25.140 we're not going to win all those but they were all enlightening

00:13:29.480 in the debate that went on around them it very enlightening

00:13:33.740 i now start to undersee any republican that sits there and uses the word limited government 0.99

00:13:42.300 that's not on our side of the football here now is a liar not that they're too dumb they know exactly 0.99

00:13:49.700 what they're doing don't lecture me on limited government don't lecture me on being a constitutional 1.00

00:13:54.260 conservative and we're the you know danford we're the the grubby sharp elbowed divisive angry nasty 0.65

00:14:02.400 populist right we're not conservative populist we're fighters and we've done more for limited

00:14:08.520 government in the last couple of days and quite frankly this audience of driving this

00:14:12.660 then you have done forever and rolling over because since 97 you've rolled over every time

00:14:18.520 and what do we do we pass a cr because it's not ready then it's one omnibus bill

00:14:22.300 and what are you talking about the omnibus bill all the broken weaponized you think we arrived here

00:14:26.980 overnight you think this just all magically happened and what the destruction of our country this has

00:14:32.620 been decades and decades and decades in process on people that you rang doorbells for that you gave

00:14:41.640 your 50 bucks to that you work phone banks for that you went to rallies for that's how we got here

00:14:49.100 you think we'd have gotten here if you had this kind of fight 20 years ago or 25 years ago

00:14:55.060 no you would not but that's what remember you're you're you're the problem it's not just what

00:15:04.180 biden's saying is is nothing you want to see what the same behind closed doors you're the agents of

00:15:09.660 chaos what what it what it what it garrett graves cosmo man cosmo man who gave never had a job in his

00:15:16.640 life been vitter's body man cosmo man trying and i don't want to say he's you know trying to be

00:15:22.840 steve bannon but hey who knows walking around in his work shirt and his ball cap and not shaving

00:15:27.620 on a saturday he is he's a he's a working man from louisiana and he is he is with you brother

00:15:32.860 he's with you down those parishes

00:15:34.980 he walks around garrett graves and calls you arsonist he said these are arsonists they're

00:15:45.320 trying to burn it down and then when they finally put it up but they're going to want the credit

00:15:48.960 no no no no garrett the original sin is with you and with mccarthy and with mchenry and you

00:15:56.780 were taking orders from the wealthy let's go back to what happened you made a deal that will destroy

00:16:04.060 the country because it will lock this in in perpetuity and that deal you gave a two-year

00:16:10.060 deal to spend 15 trillion dollars in unlimited you spend more are there lower tax revenues it's

00:16:15.020 unlimited what they can spend the deficits they can run up that was you and we now know from the

00:16:20.780 people at the white house they said hey we were looking at the one-year deal we weren't happy with

00:16:24.720 they're taking it they walked in the first thing mccarthy offered was the second deal to go past the

00:16:30.460 2024 election now why would he do that why would he do that let me think the donors got to him and said

00:16:39.900 hey if all of a sudden this deal comes up in in in next spring it's a one-year deal and it comes up

00:16:45.580 and you've got a 1.5 cap and you blow through the cap which they're smart enough to know you're going

00:16:51.740 to do because guess what the cat it's going to be two trillion now what's it going to be by next spring

00:16:57.240 that eventually eventually we're going to have to have an adult conversation say hey look we got all

00:17:05.200 these cuts but people are not going to be in housing and you're not going to have this and

00:17:08.380 and and the working class not going to be have babies as all these cuts have got to come out of

00:17:12.380 health and human services and labor and and this we got cut defense and we got to do all this and

00:17:16.660 the cuts have to be made and these are tough cuts and there's going to be tension and fights and

00:17:21.060 you're terrible and you're terrible and you've got to go bing bang bum but you got to get there 0.99

00:17:24.920 but you can't do enough cuts you can't cut your way to uh fiscal sanity you can't do it not right 0.94

00:17:31.320 now not the way the structure is particularly we're not going to cut touch social security and

00:17:36.280 medicare and you can't touch social security and medicare right now when chris christie and mike

00:17:41.740 pence are on that freaking stage talking about that that's the coax talking that's a coax because

00:17:47.080 you know what drives them crazy that you after working your entire life in back-breaking labor 0.86

00:17:54.540 get a thousand bucks a month out of social security or you get some a little bit of medicare it drives

00:17:59.500 them crazy and so no we got to get into the it's the entitlements we got to get into do you honestly

00:18:05.760 think the american people are going to back anybody on looking at any type of restructuring or entitlement

00:18:12.520 for whatever you want to call it when they haven't been truthful about the discretionary part and they've

00:18:18.520 lied and misrepresented why would you trust these people why they're not worthy of trust until through

00:18:25.580 their action not their rhetoric they're their action they show that they're adults and we have

00:18:29.700 a possibility of actually starting to cut the spending and maybe then you have to look at the

00:18:36.480 other part of the equation the revenue side the revenue side and this is what the donors told them

00:18:42.620 you cannot have this thing expire in in april or may that's the beginning of the general election season

00:18:49.360 you're you're going to let these people all sudden this gap and eventually they're going to sit

00:18:53.720 there and go hang on hang on i do the cuts i got a cuts but i don't have enough cuts and i can't do

00:18:58.800 them quick enough so what else do revenue oh well i get revenue by keeping the same tax structure but i

00:19:03.680 got the economy's got to grow if i get three percent or four percent or five percent i can do the math

00:19:09.040 guess what more revenues come in we're saved hello but the economy can't grow why we're crowding out in

00:19:15.260 the capital markets because we're borrowing too much freaking money and paying the interest on that

00:19:20.100 that's the refinancing of the eight trillion that was almost at zero interest rates the original sins

00:19:25.640 of 2008 and the bailouts of 2008 have now come the hungry ghosts of 2008 are here and they're eating

00:19:33.580 your lunch so it's not you can't put the things of growth because they're nowhere at one one percent

00:19:39.240 one and a half percent two percent that doesn't that doesn't make it that doesn't grow tax revenues

00:19:44.180 enough so then what do you have to do well maybe i have to look at the tax structure and maybe the tax

00:19:49.400 structure's not right and maybe we start in wall street and maybe we talk and carried interest

00:19:54.180 maybe we maybe we talk about these things that have been in your face for decades and decades and

00:20:00.040 decades that have allowed the wealthy to accumulate and i'm not talking about you making a couple hundred

00:20:05.140 thousand bucks for i'm talking about people that control this country i'm talking about the

00:20:09.080 billionaires and the oligarchs that control this nation until you're prepared to have that

00:20:16.240 conversation oh my gosh all the tax guys they're they're up seeing trump the other day and leaking

00:20:22.000 to jeff stein at the washington post as soon as we're out of the meeting we had a presentation

00:20:25.740 talking to president trump we're going to cut corporate taxes to 15 and and grover norquist said

00:20:30.720 no we're going to cut to 14 percent isn't that a great idea that the most woke part the most woke part

00:20:38.420 of our economy the c-suite gutless woke managerial class that's what let's let's let's cut their taxes 1.00

00:20:49.380 down to 14 and i'll tell you what let's they can use the money anywhere they can they can do stock

00:20:54.620 buybacks and play all their financial gains to jack up their warrants and their options boom the stock

00:20:59.660 price they cash out fare thee well i that's brilliant that is not going to happen president trump's

00:21:08.220 original tax cuts which i can make the argue argument that actually are gave us the five

00:21:14.040 training revenue but even in the first years you got to be able to bite the bullet until they kick in

00:21:19.540 until you get the growth until you get the additional revenues on his tax and i didn't love everything

00:21:24.480 about it but generally the architectonics of it worked they are up for renewal guess what

00:21:31.800 in the first 30 days that he's back in office in 2025 he's not going to have the playing field he's

00:21:38.400 not going to have the option he's not going to have the alternative guess why because we're going

00:21:42.300 to be at 35 or 36 or 37 trillion dollars and we're going to be refinancing not issuing government

00:21:47.960 bonds at 0.1 percent but at five percent or higher and that structural refinancing you don't even need

00:21:56.620 the fed to kick it up anymore i kind of explain all this if you go to birch gold you get the

00:22:02.660 debt trap you get that okay and there's a lot going on here we're going to get to all about i want to

00:22:08.580 get to now can i play the cold open i've got a couple of minutes i'm gonna play a cold open i'm

00:22:12.280 gonna bring natalie winters in and then natalie's going to hang through the natalie is going to stick 1.00

00:22:16.040 with us through the break we're going to bring her back but let's play that let's play the highlight

00:22:19.120 reel or the low light reel from today's circus that is supposed to be the impeachment of a sitting

00:22:27.480 president biden has no specific corporate governance expertise and we don't believe he speaks ukrainian

00:22:34.800 or russian we don't believe he moved there so he's getting this gigantic paycheck for for what

00:22:42.100 the washington post wrote at the time of biden's appointment to burisma's board

00:22:48.740 that it looked nepotistic at best and the washington post said the washington post nefarious

00:22:55.260 at worst according to the wall street journal anti-corruption activists in ukraine also raised

00:23:04.160 concerns that the former vp's son received money from zochevsky and worried that that would mean

00:23:11.020 zochevsky would be protected and not prosecuted

00:23:15.320 witnesses in the impeachment inquiry noted hunter biden's role on the board and how it presented

00:23:22.680 at minimum a conflict of interest lieutenant colonel vindman testified that hunter biden did not appear

00:23:29.700 qualified to serve on burisma's board witnesses testified that hunter biden's role on the board

00:23:37.420 was a legitimate concern to raise in fact george kent explained that in 2015 he raised a concern

00:23:46.560 to the office of former vice president by last week the attorney general told us that weiss had the

00:23:53.960 authority because i promised him he would have the authority if he asked it that seems to me to be

00:23:58.940 something different it's what he said to the senate he's got full authority no problem last week he told

00:24:04.240 the house judiciary committee he had authority because i promised if he come talk to me i would

00:24:08.920 give him the authority that i already told the senate he had do you see a concern there with false

00:24:12.960 statements coming from the biden justice department well there is a concern you don't have to prejudge

00:24:18.320 the evidence to say that obviously this is part of the inquiry and what i don't understand is the

00:24:24.760 opposition to the inquiry itself it seems to me the test is would the alleged conduct if proven

00:24:32.380 established impeachable offenses and is there a credible basis for those allegations i think the

00:24:38.440 answer is clearly yes that there is a basis uh to look at the president's conduct without prejudging

00:24:44.840 whether that it qualifies at the beginning of that inquiry as an article of impeachment and let's be

00:24:50.720 clear you don't need a full vote of the house to proceed in an impeachment inquiry phase of our

00:24:54.720 constitutional duty to do oversight in fact the democrats did it four years ago i was in an impeachment

00:25:00.100 deposition run by adam schiff in the bunker in the basement of the capitol and i went to the floor

00:25:05.260 so i'm in an impeachment deposition and i went to the floor to vote to vote on opening an impeachment

00:25:09.960 inquiry they did the same darn thing because you have that authority as a congressman the speaker of

00:25:15.880 the house makes that designation nancy the speaker nancy pelosi did in fact initiate the impeachment in 1.00

00:25:22.880 some cases then you have a later vote i've said in my testimony i consider that the best practice to

00:25:28.820 have a vote of the house but the court that was referenced earlier looked at this and said that

00:25:34.380 the constitution does not require resolution actually said if you look at all the impeachments

00:25:38.600 often there wasn't a resolution that doesn't mean it's not a good practice but the constitution itself

00:25:44.120 does not require such a resolution we are having here isn't it right i mean listen i as a former director

00:25:52.840 of emergency management i know a disaster when i see one i mean by the way you don't don't you don't believe

00:25:59.280 me just just ask steve bannon steve bannon that your guy just went on and said you know perhaps

00:26:05.720 whose guy steve bannon yeah well you you know who steve bannon is uh perhaps steve bannon just went on

00:26:11.640 and said perhaps the republicans shouldn't have started with a witness that he was talking about

00:26:16.160 professor turley who was gonna say right off the bat that there wasn't an impeachable offense he's

00:26:21.680 i quote he says perhaps we should have put him on the maybe list for one of our witnesses

00:26:26.520 so your other witness miss o'connor gave a complete recitation of the last nine

00:26:33.400 okay there's more to that we're gonna take a short break we got more to show and natalie here for her

00:26:39.760 observations and commentary short commercial break we're gonna be back in the war room just a moment

00:26:45.020 today we're going to bring the facts today we are going to bring the evidence in 2017 the joe biden

00:27:03.560 family teamed up with chinese company cefc to make millions off of granting access to joe biden

00:27:09.680 hunter even arranged for joe biden to share office space with the ccp aligned company cefc

00:27:14.940 my democrat colleagues say none of this is relevant because joe biden wasn't vice president 0.98

00:27:20.060 while his family did these shady deals turns out that's complete and total bullshit it's a lie 0.93

00:27:26.220 hunter biden referred to access to his father as the keys to his family's only asset those words are 0.97

00:27:33.140 going to come back and haunt hunter biden and his family forever yesterday the ways and means committee

00:27:39.860 released an fbi memo on the interview they have with tony babulinski a former biden partner in crime

00:27:45.900 i'll read a bit of that right now the work conducted by cefc gilyar walker hunter biden james biden and

00:27:52.500 yi over the preceding two years was discussed in detail in particular cefc was closing significant

00:27:58.580 investment deals in poland kazakhstan romania oman and the middle east during this period of time

00:28:04.340 period of time is in reference to the years 2015 and 2016 when guess what joe biden was vice president

00:28:13.180 as an aside rob walker in previous testimony also confirmed that joe biden attended a meeting with

00:28:19.840 the head of cefc so now we know cefc was working with the biden family while joe biden was vice

00:28:25.600 president and i'll continue reading from tony babulinski's report which says and i quote babulinski

00:28:31.920 hunter biden and james biden did not receive compensation because joe biden was still vice

00:28:36.580 president during this time period there is a concern it would be improper for payments to be

00:28:41.640 made to hunter biden and james biden biden by cefc due to its close affiliation with the chinese

00:28:48.160 government hunter biden and james biden both wanted to be compensated for the assistance they had

00:28:53.600 provided to cefc's ventures in particular they believe cefc owed them money for the benefits that

00:29:00.200 accrued to cefc through its use of the biden family name to advance their business dealings

00:29:05.420 the bidens coincidentally were paid over a million dollars by ccp affiliated chinese company cefc shortly

00:29:14.240 after joe biden left office as vice president now we know why because it was back pay i'm going to show

00:29:23.380 another image this is a text message between hunter biden and gangwen dong an agent of cefc hunter says

00:29:31.460 my uncle will be here with his brother in all caps who would like to say hello to the chairman he goes

00:29:38.960 on jim's brother if he's coming wants to say hello his uncle's brother hmm i wonder who that could be i

00:29:46.600 can't quite figure it out hunter puts brother in all caps and it doesn't take a genius to figure this out

00:29:52.640 but since i'm not always dealing with geniuses in washington dc has has been illustrated today

00:29:58.120 i'll spell it out the brother of hunter hunter's uncle jim is joe biden why was hunter so secretive

00:30:09.120 about his father i'm going to tell you why it's because joe biden didn't want the american people to know

00:30:14.240 he and his family were getting paid millions and millions of dollars from a company closely tied

00:30:19.480 to the chinese communist party cefc knew paying biden family members was bad

00:30:25.740 so they covered it up hunter knew joe biden hanging out with ccp businessmen would be a bad look 0.94

00:30:31.920 so he tried to pull a genius move on us with this whole my uncle's brother bullshit 0.65

00:30:36.460 okay uh welcome back uh i'm gonna bring in um natalie natalie uh just tell us who that was 0.80

00:30:44.680 that was the one of the best parts of the whole day but why that even is not good enough as as kind

00:30:50.880 of sharpened his focus is that natalie winters yeah that's nancy may say i think she probably had

00:30:56.180 the best line of questioning of the 47 or so people um who were asking those four witnesses a variety of

00:31:04.280 questions today but like you said steve you know even that didn't really cut it in other words it's just

00:31:10.860 sort of old news and i just don't really think um that this method of conveying information

00:31:16.980 really made a concise or even coherent case right even having to jump back and forth between

00:31:23.920 democrats and republicans and i think if you sort of take a step back and you look at this through

00:31:29.820 the lens of narrative building which we we know republicans are not good at whereas democrats because

00:31:34.760 they control the media and all these institutions and frankly half of the republican party they're very good

00:31:40.360 at creating these narratives but i think in this instance you've sort of seen the democrats play

00:31:45.480 the same game that they have whether it's you know election fraud or the origins of covid where they

00:31:50.920 sort of withhold a lot of information that we would need to really have some of those smoking gun

00:31:56.740 moments those true bombshells but then they you know play the game oh well you don't have

00:32:01.660 any evidence and it's like well yeah because you're withholding it from us but in this case obviously

00:32:06.540 there are some true i would say you know smoking gun pieces of evidence but i just think there's

00:32:12.040 this sort of whether it's whiplash or deja vu i don't know how exactly to categorize it but there's

00:32:18.700 just so many competing timelines here um not only because this information has been publicly available

00:32:24.460 for so long through the hunter biden hard drive but you know as you said in your opening um you know

00:32:30.320 i'm a very analytical person i always pay attention to syntax and diction um and if you really listen

00:32:36.460 to a lot of the statements from republicans today when they're talking about you know evidence and

00:32:41.980 and turning it over to the american people they didn't say the words you know we just obtained this

00:32:48.920 evidence um last night they said we just released we just revealed this evidence to the american

00:32:56.680 people last night and i think this sort of speaks to what you know congressman tim birchett has always

00:33:01.880 come on this show and said which is it seems that you know every two weeks there's a new drop of

00:33:07.360 information from oversight that has to do with hunter biden text messages or emails but i sort of think

00:33:13.560 we've hit the point where they just need to lay it all out there and stop with this sort of piecemeal

00:33:19.140 dropping of of information where it's not the whole picture and then frankly steve the weirdest

00:33:25.880 part of the whole hearing is it then concludes with comer saying well i'm gonna subpoena hunter

00:33:32.860 biden's bank records well you should have done that before you held the hearing you know what i mean

00:33:37.960 they're just fundamentally unserious people like i said um on war room and if i will i will stand

00:33:44.640 corrected because i think if we bring back war room impeachment we need to bring back war room

00:33:49.020 impeachments plural for mayorkas and garland and whoever else is in is in the crosshairs but i i

00:33:55.400 think too steve the other reason why the narrative building was so off today um and like i said it was

00:34:02.000 sort of you know adhd trying to watch and really understand where that where they were going with

00:34:07.020 this is because i think a lot of the focus on this and the ramifications on the joe biden front of

00:34:14.200 things even when you take hunter biden out of it is focusing in the past right it's focusing around

00:34:19.060 the years of 2015 and 2016 and yes that's important particularly on the ukraine front

00:34:25.000 but i think if you really want to make the case that this isn't just political and that it matters

00:34:30.140 to american people you know you really can link and trace this all the way to the gasoline prices that

00:34:36.160 people are seeing to the runaway inflation that we're seeing because so many of the deals that hunter

00:34:41.200 biden struck had to do with energy particularly green energy particularly with the chinese

00:34:47.780 communist party run energy companies that energy secretary granholm uh was on the phone with the

00:34:53.600 former ceos of the companies that were very closely linked to sinopec uh which enjoyed billions of

00:35:00.440 dollars of investment from bhr partners the same firm that the ceo sent the 250 000 wire to joe biden's

00:35:09.120 house too that was just revealed a few days ago so i think that element of the storytelling how it is

00:35:15.920 currently affecting joe biden's policy you know this of course also coming on the heels of leaks that

00:35:22.500 iran was able to basically infiltrate uh the biden regime and affect iranian policy i can tell you this

00:35:28.720 if iran's doing it uh the chinese communist party is doing it because that's probably where

00:35:33.060 they learned it from um and i just think fundamentally steve today it goes back to what i think we we

00:35:40.220 did when we were where what we said when we were doing the pregame on this hearing was that this is

00:35:46.140 just to lend credence to kevin mccarthy's uh point moot point i would say after today um that if we shut

00:35:55.780 down the government we won't be able to impeach joe biden i mean if this if what we saw today was

00:36:02.180 the best case the best you know lineup of hitters that they could put forward to demonstrate why the

00:36:09.400 grassroots by the war room posse should be you know against a government shutdown then i say you know

00:36:16.040 tongue-in-cheek but i say bring it bring on the shutdown because what we saw today was so reprehensible

00:36:20.660 um they would have been better off just playing six hours of hunter biden's you know audio recordings

00:36:26.560 and voicemails instead of doing this weird weaving in and out of narrative building um and just really

00:36:33.320 getting trounced by democrats and not even the best and brightest of the democrats there's some great

00:36:39.040 clips that i'm sure people have seen on twitter of just some curious lines of questioning and

00:36:43.920 interesting fashion choices um but i will i will leave it at that

00:36:47.360 no in uh natalie just took about eight minutes that is a more succinct summary than anything has

00:37:00.360 come out of there today now natalie winters from her teen years in college has been one of the lead

00:37:08.780 investigators on on every different aspect of this so she knows the receipts she knows she knows the

00:37:14.600 details but then she needs to step back and summarize and kind of give everybody a picture

00:37:19.460 of exactly well not just what the stakes are but but really what the the the the important touch

00:37:26.580 points of this that's what when we say they're not serious natalie can tell you years and years

00:37:32.860 years under rahim first and then here at the war room the laborious work of going through the documents

00:37:38.240 of of of actually getting down into the original documentation to get what we call the receipts

00:37:45.540 and when you you have to understand in starting out in a process like this is like starting out in a

00:37:53.180 process with uh what we're trying to do and to change the financial direction of the country you have

00:37:59.700 to have muzzle velocity you have to be united you have to know kind of what your objective is and you have

00:38:05.000 to think two or three moves down range because the establishment is going to be trying to chop block you

00:38:12.500 as as mccarthy's guys are plus the democrats on something like today you're trying to impeach a sitting

00:38:18.560 president of the united states there was no need that we had to have this hearing today on the 28th of

00:38:25.320 september in the year of our lord 2033 only reason we had it the only reason you had to have

00:38:31.000 is because mccarthy is held it as a shiny toy not realizing how important this is for the nation

00:38:40.540 to do this because you can show that a sitting president united states knowingly knowingly and

00:38:47.600 willingly took bribes and changed policy against uh definitely uh with our in favor of our our most

00:38:57.400 existential threat we've ever had x to the country the chinese communist party and then again 1.00

00:39:03.340 the the oligarchs in ukraine and everything that's happening in ukraine this incredibly

00:39:08.040 corrupt country in ukraine which today we're talking about another 80 billion dollars which

00:39:12.920 they're going to try to if they possibly can because they don't want to get into a thing of

00:39:16.340 not doing any funding of having any kind of gap even put it in a cr they'd even risk

00:39:21.040 shutting down their own government their own regime the guy get the ukraine money

00:39:27.400 that's why you have to be and they understand that biden's now dropping in the polls the cross tabs

00:39:34.940 are terrible you saw what happened in michigan yesterday with president trump

00:39:37.680 biden's out there were 20 people on a picket line nobody even showed up

00:39:41.600 that they are an extremist and they will do anything because not just this destroyed biden this is the type

00:39:49.880 of thing when we prove biden's crimes that this will impact the democratic party for decades to come

00:39:57.280 for decades to come but that's how you have to be that serious about it natalie given everything else

00:40:04.660 that's going on on capitol hill that you're following and all the other um you know these

00:40:09.920 monumental breaking news of of things that are happening right now this budget fight

00:40:13.560 how do you turn this around if you could go get a cup of coffee with kevin mccarthy and comer and uh

00:40:19.740 and and jordan what would you tell them what would you say hey you know free advice i've worked on

00:40:25.840 this for a couple of years here's my recommendation what would you tell them sure well i feel like i've

00:40:30.800 been uh uncharacteristically pessimistic on today's show so i will give the what i think is a very

00:40:36.800 important signal of of hope and happiness from this hearing which is that the facts are on our side and

00:40:44.100 even as incompetent as we are the only reason that we were able to get to a point today where we can

00:40:49.880 somehow piece together a hearing where there is still you know piecemeal pieces of evidence

00:40:53.920 that indicate and that really do show a corruption on behalf of joe biden um the fact that democrats spent

00:41:01.780 i think most of their time at least in jamie raskin's opening statement talking about trump

00:41:07.580 sort of proves that joe biden wasn't the hill that they wanted to die on right that's the signal not

00:41:13.340 the noise they weren't really out there defending joe biden there were a few members who talked about

00:41:18.660 how joe biden is just a great father but most of them weren't actually engaging with any of the

00:41:24.100 evidence right trying to dispute the sars trying to dispute the bank records uh trying to normalize

00:41:29.980 what would have transpired if you you know take republicans at their word and given that republic

00:41:35.340 or democrats operate under the axiom that you know accuse your enemy of what you're guilty of

00:41:40.460 i think the fact that they're trying to accuse trump of what joe biden did in a roundabout way sort of

00:41:46.820 proves that joe biden is is you know guilty of of what republicans are alleging of course circumstantially

00:41:53.000 um but i think that's sort of the takeaway right it's not like democrats mounted their defense by saying

00:41:57.900 your evidence is not legitimate they just said your evidence is not legitimate because trump

00:42:02.700 bad trump did this um which i think is an interesting tell um but in terms of speaking

00:42:08.360 to comer and mccarthy i mean honestly steve i don't even know if they're salvageable um

00:42:15.640 the way that the status quo is up on capitol hill leadership the you know incestuous circle that that

00:42:24.040 is these people all they care about is keeping their seats all their staff cares about is their

00:42:29.940 member keeping their seat they fundamentally are opposed to any existential threats to the system

00:42:36.740 which is you know metaphorically speaking blowing up the system by exposing the corruption that the

00:42:43.100 biden family personifies and i think the real black pill of this whole situation is that the biden

00:42:48.540 family is not really even unique right all of these families established republicans democrats

00:42:53.620 every side of the aisle have sold out this country for money and profit right managed decline is

00:42:59.440 bipartisan managed decline is omnipresent in washington dc and i think these people know whether

00:43:06.900 it's comer mccarthy their staffers the people who are running these investigations which by the way

00:43:11.660 i'd love to get the identities and the names and just any idea who's actually investigating these

00:43:18.120 you know crimes getting these documents running investigations for comer um as far as i'm aware

00:43:24.060 they're just you know low-level hill staffers but it just goes to fundamentally what washington dc is

00:43:29.660 right just like kevin mccarthy every year or i guess this is your serious speaker but just like house

00:43:34.420 republicans or the uniparty has waited to pass single subject spending bills so they have to ram

00:43:39.940 an omnibus through they have to ram a cr through they're not going to expose the grift that is the

00:43:46.080 biden family because that would be sort of just kneecapping and really i think shutting down what

00:43:53.380 is the institution of washington dc which is all about selling power and selling access selling the

00:43:59.920 brand as hunter biden said so if i were to get coffee with them i don't think i would be invited for

00:44:05.900 a second date because i would probably tell them that they need to get ready for a motion to vacate and

00:44:10.620 that comer should not be allowed anywhere near house oversight um but yeah and lastly you know

00:44:17.900 if you look at the witnesses that they had i mean the only reason jonathan turley mattered in the trump

00:44:23.000 impeachment inquiry was because we were surprised that he was marginally on our side because he was

00:44:28.140 so establishment right so i don't really know why he's the witness not just that we're going to bring

00:44:33.240 in as one of three but the witness that we're going to start off with whoever came up with that

00:44:37.660 decision i mean i don't even know how you say that that is anything better than intentional as

00:44:43.380 opposed to incompetence um but i think the witnesses that they should have had it just shows you even

00:44:49.100 you know i was looking at the rnc research twitter account the other day all they post is clips from

00:44:55.400 fox news they don't post clips from war room they don't post clips from jack vasovic they don't post

00:45:00.600 clips from charlie kirk right it's just fundamentally a different mindset that we're playing with that is the

00:45:06.940 establishment republican party and what you saw today were witnesses that the old republican party

00:45:12.340 chose right these sort of establishment just people who don't who are out of touch when you should have

00:45:19.020 had people like john solomon up there when you should have had actual investigative reporters up there i
