Bannon's War Room - WarRoom Battleground EP 432： Bringing Down The Chinese Communist Party

00:00:00.000 this is what you're fighting for i mean every day you're out there what they're doing is blowing

00:00:15.300 people off if you continue to look the other way and shut up then the oppressors the

00:00:22.300 authoritarians get total control and total power because this is just like in arizona this is just

00:00:28.200 like in georgia it's another element that backs them into a quarter and shows their lies and

00:00:32.960 misrepresentations is why this audience is going to have to get engaged as we've told you this is

00:00:37.240 the fight all this nonsense all this spin they can't handle the truth war room battleground here's

00:00:44.280 your host stephen k bannon it's friday 9 december in the year of our lord 2023 thank you very much

00:00:54.340 for uh joining us here in the oh excuse me it's eight december one day ahead of it boy end of a

00:00:59.980 week eight december day after pearl harbor uh frank gaffney joins us uh frank i'm here to talk about

00:01:05.240 the ndaa other topics that we got of the woke and weaponized uh we had um the great chip roy work

00:01:12.800 through his going horse today on the show to kick it off i had to kick off the final hour with you

00:01:17.920 but i frank i do want to give you some good some good news a very good news and i i completely

00:01:24.860 say this came from the committee on the present danger roger robinson uh sam fattis the entire team

00:01:32.300 over there rupert murdoch's wall street journal and frank what i'm about to show you as the blazing

00:01:38.000 headline in the wall street journal i mean the big one in the middle is how much it hurt the wall

00:01:43.940 street journal to have to type this up and and do a typeset wall street falls out of love with pouring

00:01:50.760 money into china did you think in our lifetime frank gaffney that you would see brother bravo zulu

00:01:58.780 as we say in the surface navy wall street falls out of love with pouring money into china and they use

00:02:06.640 the right words they were in love it was wall street they were in love with it and they poured money into

00:02:10.780 it um give me your assessment of that how did that come about steve to answer your question i did think

00:02:18.800 we were going to see it because i was convinced that once the american people woke up to the fact

00:02:24.660 that that's exactly what wall street was doing and it was not unrequited love let's let's be honest

00:02:31.640 this was this was being bought by the chinese communist party and the larry finks and the ray

00:02:38.320 dalios and the steve schwartzman's and the vanguards and on and on they made jillions of dollars

00:02:45.680 personally but the guys whose money they were playing with not so much and i just felt that the

00:02:55.480 question really was would this end in time and if it does now and in fact um it's going to be a near run

00:03:05.000 thing as the duke of wellington put it steve because the hour as you know and you document

00:03:11.040 every day as do we on securing america the hour is very late so i i really do want to second what

00:03:18.640 you said about our friend roger robinson and uh and really this with his help and leadership um this

00:03:26.260 became kind of the central focus of our committee on the present danger china from its inception and so 1.00

00:03:33.200 i want to thank you for all that you've done to help promote it but also uh for the leadership

00:03:38.540 that he exhibited and recall as i know you do roger robinson was the guy who helped ronald reagan

00:03:44.240 take down the last communist monstrosity that sought our destruction the soviet evil empire and now he's 1.00

00:03:54.020 maybe going to chalk one up on a second one and i hope that we will see especially with the help of

00:03:59.520 you and brad thayer and so many others that we actually not only cut off the cash flow but we

00:04:06.560 also work with the people of china to bring down the chinese communist party

00:04:11.780 now for lao beijing uh i want uh you know frank's become a household name in mainland china through the

00:04:19.960 vpns because we have a massive the audience in china in with lao beijing is probably 5x or

00:04:25.260 our audience throughout the rest of the world and particularly the united states because we're

00:04:28.660 so thirsty for the truth a couple things number one roger robinson was really in charge of kind of

00:04:33.980 the economic warfare part of the reagan war plan and and the reagan war plan defeated the soviet

00:04:40.180 yeah defeated soviet union about eight years roger has been very focused on doing step one

00:04:45.020 which was convince the u.s government from stop having from stop promoting and funding through public

00:04:52.720 entities and in these uh pension funds the chinese communist party the equity in these companies

00:04:57.540 which has just been attractive and they're using american pension money particularly in the great

00:05:02.840 greek tragedy part of this the retirement money of our of our active duty military and government

00:05:08.980 employees right which amounts to three quarters of a trillion dollars roger worked for literally

00:05:13.720 years when we finally got that one done but i want to say for both the lao beijing the chinese

00:05:20.760 because this article's got the sad face and the sad face is not for the people of america or the

00:05:25.920 lao beijing the sad face is for uh losing a old friend which is the chinese communist party there's the

00:05:33.160 wall street journal has a very sad face and that the investors are losing an old friend like the ccp just 1.00

00:05:38.360 lost henry kissinger why is this good news for both lao beijing the common man and woman in china

00:05:45.360 they're being suppressed in this kind of slave labor camp and why is it good news for working class and 1.00

00:05:50.660 middle class people in the united states sir well let's talk about good news and possible bad news

00:05:57.420 both the good news is that we have a chance if we do in fact stop financing the enemy to bring down

00:06:07.920 uh this monstrous regime that has as you say steve brutalized you know in our book uh the indictment

00:06:15.700 i shamelessly plug a bestseller thanks to you uh entitled uh subtitled prosecuting the chinese 0.94

00:06:24.100 communist party and friends for crimes against america china and the world what they've done to their

00:06:30.080 own people is horrific and why it's so important that we help them end it is because it's what

00:06:37.900 they want to do to us as well if they get our myths their myths on us the the good news is that we

00:06:43.180 have a chance of enabling on top of the real political difficulties that are there now thanks

00:06:50.880 in part to xi jinping's you know brutal repression and zero covid policy and all the rest the economic

00:06:58.680 problems which have caused a lot of foreign investment to bail out of china as the wall street 1.00

00:07:04.440 journals documenting and a lot of companies uh skedaddling as well and not least the demographic

00:07:10.740 disaster that their one child policy has precipitated all of that is creating conditions

00:07:17.100 under which just maybe we can push them over and get out from under the danger that they pose to their

00:07:25.560 own people and the threat they pose to us the the possible bad news steve and the risk that we now

00:07:30.820 have to attend to mightily is that as totalitarians typically do when they get into that kind of crack

00:07:39.260 they lash out they try to find some foreign pretext for their domestic repression and prop up their

00:07:47.780 regime rally around the flag and all the rest of it and uh that that is a real danger this is great i

00:07:53.100 want people i want people to know that frank and i did not rehearse this beforehand we put this

00:07:57.220 together i had to get frank on here for the ndaa because your segue perfectly my point i actually

00:08:02.800 spent had a chance the other day to spend a couple hours with what i would call defense intellectuals

00:08:08.020 and some of these people will be served in president trump's first term and will certainly

00:08:11.720 be in senior positions in the second term and say look steve we understand what you know you and

00:08:17.440 frank and the committee and present danger you're serving a purpose like scoop jackson guy served

00:08:22.220 before reagan came to office you got to have a group of super hawks that are always on the

00:08:26.580 offense that always want to take on the enemy that you know because you kind of we understand how

00:08:30.780 you're trying to craft the uh conversation but you're playing a very dangerous game and in fact

00:08:36.060 they they actually pointed things out like this because i think there's a lot of words a lot of

00:08:40.580 rumbling on wall street something like this was going to happen that you're going to see more

00:08:43.800 restrictions and some of the big funds are just going to say hey it's uh it's too risky the

00:08:48.840 geopolitical risk is and start pulling back they said this they they said this is the equivalent

00:08:53.760 of america the united states cutting off oil supply to japan and i think 1939 1940 where we did the oil

00:09:02.440 embargo that basically had the imperial japanese staff you know essentially go to the people around

00:09:07.020 the emperor and say we got it we got to strike the demon uh before uh before we run out of resources so

00:09:12.880 that we can then consolidate uh the co-asian uh of the co uh asian prosperity sphere right so

00:09:20.980 give me an answer to that do you think that this is too much do you think we've played too hard do

00:09:26.060 you think we're too focused on choking down the ccp that will actually lead them to a kinetic war i 1.00

00:09:31.940 would also tell you i think these defense intellectuals were probably 75 percent to the way

00:09:38.540 they didn't think uh it would turn out very well for us right now in taiwan as you've said in the

00:09:43.620 in the committee on the present danger they thought if the balloon went up now

00:09:46.820 it could be pretty choppy water for us your thoughts well steve let me just say i hope that

00:09:53.060 such people will not populate a second trump term because they better be squared away on this

00:09:59.520 underlying reality even if wall street continued to fund these guys to their heart's content it

00:10:07.300 wouldn't alter the fact that xi jinping is bent on kinetic war with us he's been waging this 0.99

00:10:16.840 unrestricted warfare as have his predecessors for decades as we've documented again extensively in the

00:10:23.640 work of the committee on the present danger china which we poured into this book the indictment

00:10:28.480 but here's the kicker and and we've talked about this repeatedly in recent weeks

00:10:33.100 what we're watching right now is strategic arson by xi jinping i i'm i'm now given to calling it

00:10:42.920 pyromania because when they light off latin america which they set in motion make no mistake about it

00:10:52.540 when maduro of venezuela went to beijing he was given the same go code that vladimir putin got

00:11:02.260 when he went to beijing in february of 2021 uh 2022 excuse me uh ditto what the mullahs of iran

00:11:13.240 and the palestinian authority leadership got when they went to beijing with respect to israel and now

00:11:21.080 the tanker war going on on the margins of all of that the problem with the logic that oh my gosh we

00:11:28.460 cannot cut off their water is they will go to war with us if we do is it mistakes the fact that

00:11:36.520 they're at war with us now have been for decades are working every angle they can one of the best

00:11:42.920 of the of the webinars that we've ever done steve was the one last week about the biological warfare

00:11:49.520 program inside the united states we found one lab we're not even looking for the rest of them

00:11:56.360 but you can bet they're here but when you put it all together anybody who's telling you you just

00:12:02.700 have to go along keep it up prop them up is well they're in the mode of henry kissinger they're looking

00:12:10.080 at the ultimate defeat of the united states and by god if they are anywhere near a second trump

00:12:16.140 administration it's not going to be worth a candle we need people who are going to take the line that

00:12:21.940 we're taking stand up against this and defeat the chinese communist party hopefully without firing a 0.94

00:12:28.460 shot as ronald reagan did with the help of people like roger robinson and to a much smaller degree

00:12:35.040 myself that's what we need now not more hand wringing and panties in a bunch

00:12:40.120 uh that leads us to the next issue you have to have a military that's ready to fight and more

00:12:48.840 importantly ready to fight and win and back in july frank we were happy we're ecstatic we had an nda

00:12:54.760 i think came at a committee that had as much of the woken weaponized i think most people feel could

00:13:00.780 have gotten out of there senator tuberville got involved a heroic effort and this wasn't just about

00:13:05.720 abortion it was much more also about woke uh field grade officers and uh and generals that were looking

00:13:11.980 for promotion uh they're putting a nda uh a national defense authorization which is a quote unquote a

00:13:18.740 must pass they're going to put that on the floor i think next week we had chip roy on here this morning

00:13:23.800 at cash patel both arguing that this has to be fought tooth and nail that literally everything

00:13:29.740 essentially everything we fought for and got after months and months in committee that we got out of the

00:13:35.920 defense authorization all the woken weaponized is basically essentially back in and that's what

00:13:41.960 they want to go forward and and pass next week your thoughts well thank you for paying attention to this

00:13:48.320 steve and thanks for having chip roy on earlier he did a great job um i believe if i recall what happened

00:13:55.620 here it was somewhat um attentive to these problems uh and i think the woke term though it's a

00:14:03.860 maoist term by the way is is a little misleading it doesn't really correctly characterize the nature

00:14:11.120 of what we're up against it's marxism full stop what these guys did in committee was somewhat helpful

00:14:18.620 but i believe that the most important amendments were adopted on the floor of the house of representatives

00:14:24.760 by an actual majority vote of the full body and here you have now as a result of the connivance

00:14:33.660 of the democrats in the senate armed services committee which i i worked for 40 years ago

00:14:41.560 back when you mentioned scoop jackson and john tower i mean real titans of national security and they

00:14:48.340 did as you said steve promote peace through strength before ronald reagan got to town those guys are not

00:14:55.320 on that committee by and large any longer and what you have instead on the republican side is more or

00:15:01.460 less a controlled opposition oh yes some of them have had you know time in the military themselves and

00:15:06.880 i credit them for that but they don't seem to have learned anything from it and in fact they've been

00:15:11.420 leading the fight against tommy tuberville and what really became a very important effort on his part

00:15:17.860 to just vet these military officers that joe biden wants to lead our military as part of his

00:15:27.460 fundamental transformation of the thing into a basically marxist made over divided and conquered 0.99

00:15:36.540 inadequate and probably self-defeating military of the united states at a time when we can't afford any of that

00:15:44.960 so you know here we have the speaker of the house i think who's still badly staffed

00:15:51.460 let's be honest he's still got as far as i can tell quite a number of these kevin mccarthy guys

00:15:58.320 around him and guess what kind of advice he's getting from them or from others for that matter

00:16:02.760 oh you you got to get a you got to get a legislative accomplishment you better just take whatever it is

00:16:08.420 they've served up in the senate this is rubbish chip roy is exactly right we need to make them pull

00:16:14.960 this down and go back and fix it and they ought to be under instruction if necessary from the full

00:16:21.200 floor of the house that no substitutes for that you know improved bill will be acceptable improved

00:16:29.100 as i say with respect yes to abortion i think the fact that they're countenancing you know making it

00:16:35.480 legal to use federal funds to uh you know underwrite board abortion travel or any other related expenses

00:16:42.160 that that's not legal under the laws of the united states today the fisa thing chips right i think

00:16:48.680 we need a clean fresh bill coming out of the uh house judiciary committee not uh not just rubber

00:16:57.020 stamping a renewal of the existing one but here's the larger point steve i think if we don't want

00:17:03.280 the united states armed forces to become wholly made over in this marxist image literally taken

00:17:12.140 down as a result that language has to go back in that drops all of these woke if you will

00:17:18.940 policies and that makes it clear that general officers who favor them who embrace them who are

00:17:25.120 enthusiastic about them will not be welcome in the united states military going forward and frankly

00:17:31.960 we ought to look hard at some of the 450 who have just been approved including the chairman of the

00:17:37.640 joint chiefs of staff who's all about this stuff this has to be fixed because you know what it's doing

00:17:43.980 going back to what we started with if you're concerned that the chinese communist party might

00:17:50.620 actually think they can successfully wage war against our country not the pre-kinetic kind the 0.96

00:17:57.060 shooting kind you got to get these clowns out of the way because they will not have the fight in 0.97

00:18:04.040 them they will not be able to lead their forces in the confidence that they will take them to victory 0.94

00:18:10.020 and we can't afford that full stop over at the committee over the committee i know you guys have

00:18:15.600 been pretty um vocal about this um do you have a list if if people go to the website have you put up

00:18:23.840 a list or will you help us in putting up a list because we actually would like to maybe monday or tuesday

00:18:30.100 next week in the six o'clock hour maybe even take an hour and go through because tubber the tubberville

00:18:35.340 situation never got explained people think uh coach tubberville was just up there on abortion

00:18:41.420 the issue he was addressing is so much more it's so much deeper than abortion abortion is one tiny

00:18:47.640 element of the abortion travel this was about neo-marxism and marxism in the highest and basically becoming

00:18:54.000 taking a warrior culture and changing that to a culture that's predicated on on neo-marxism i mean

00:19:00.080 it would essentially be the if you had talked to the red army guys back in the 60s or mal setang and

00:19:07.880 those guys and deng Xiaoping at the top of their game not in a billion years would they think they'd

00:19:13.280 ever be able to infiltrate the military and put in neo-marxist philosophy as its core element and to

00:19:19.620 the degree that you would have to actually encapsulate that in your professional career or you would not be

00:19:25.160 able to be promoted to the highest levels of your of your uniform service so do you actually have

00:19:30.800 names we can we can go to on a site or can we put that together uh for monday and tuesday and just the

00:19:36.880 facts no no no just hey here's what they've said here's what they've done here's what they've gone

00:19:40.960 to school here's what they've written here's what they believe can i make one point before coming to

00:19:46.080 that and the answer is of course yes yeah a point directly relevant to what you just said steve

00:19:52.160 is i believe it was wednesday of last week dick durbin the chairman of the judiciary committee the

00:19:58.100 former number two democrat in the united states senate went on the floor of the senate and he said

00:20:04.740 i mean get this he said out loud the the quiet part as you like to say he said you know one of the

00:20:11.980 reasons why we can't close this border he's talking to those republicans who were nattering on about how

00:20:18.880 you know we got to do something at the border if we're going to throw all this money in ukraine

00:20:22.220 he he said well there's another reason why we can't do that and that is because we've got all of these

00:20:28.660 recruitment shortfalls in the military and we need to get some of those illegal aliens to take 1.00

00:20:35.200 advantage of a program that will give them the fast track to citizenship if they're willing to serve in

00:20:40.680 the united states military now it happens steve as you've been talking about and we have in securing

00:20:46.900 america as well there's rather large numbers of fit military age unaccompanied men wearing similar

00:20:58.280 uniforms and backpacks they're good to go as military personnel in fact it looks like they're chinese

00:21:04.520 special forces and they're here by the tens of thousands how about that how about we put them in

00:21:09.440 the united states military you'd have a it wouldn't be called green on blue i guess it'd be red on blue

00:21:14.640 attacks inside the military but how about the attacks on the rest of us what on earth are we

00:21:20.360 doing my friend thinking that this is remotely countenanceable let alone a good idea and yet that's

00:21:28.860 where we are you haven't heard a peep from the republicans on the senate armed services committee about

00:21:34.240 this as far as i can tell let alone corrective action so the answer to your second question or

00:21:40.000 first question i guess maybe is this we do have a list of some as i recall it's about 38 of the guys

00:21:49.660 most of whom have now been approved by the united states senate thanks to the republicans led by mitch

00:21:57.180 mcconnell crushing tommy tuberville by saying if he persisted in this they were going to agree to a rule

00:22:03.580 that would basically begin to be the end of minority rights and the filibuster in the united

00:22:09.160 states senate and tumberville to his credit said well no i'm not going to go there i'm not going to

00:22:13.220 let them do that but we'll have a program for you on monday if you'd like where we can go through as

00:22:18.460 many of them as you'd like we can give you chapter and verse the kinds of things they've said there

00:22:23.380 there's a what we call the dirty half dozen that we thought in particular should not be approved at 1.00

00:22:29.760 this point uh four of them are still on hold so we could definitely light them up in particular and

00:22:35.420 it would be a real public service steve because the american people aren't going to believe what

00:22:40.780 the folks who joe biden thinks ought to lead our military believe we can't have it

00:22:47.280 uh frank uh the number by the way for the audience 202-225-3121 call your congressman

00:22:55.120 uh the staffs are still there they'll be gone over the weekend also call their local offices

00:23:00.660 you go to bill blaster uh the uh app that braces put up it's totally free you get all the phone

00:23:05.440 numbers but frank when people call give me a minute what should be because they they don't you know

00:23:09.900 these offices are not engaged in chit chat what should the audience call to make sure that we

00:23:15.620 do not pass this ndaa next uh thursday and then they all go home for christmas

00:23:20.820 yeah you know steve at the center for security policy the the raison d'etre for this organization

00:23:26.560 was not to have another think tank it is to help achieve through partnerships what you can't do as

00:23:33.960 individuals typically so we put together another you mentioned the committee on the present danger

00:23:38.420 china we talk about it a lot but we also created a couple of months ago something we call save america's

00:23:43.900 military and at save america's military.org your listeners will be able to find um a line act

00:23:53.260 campaign i believe it's live now if it's not it will be shortly in which they will have both background

00:23:58.480 on what we've just talked about on this uh ndaa i i call it not the national defense authorization act

00:24:05.800 i call it the not defending america act and i think we ought to be telling those members of congress

00:33:55.260 a lot of that we'll talk about too about spending etc but the certain forces in the modern world

00:33:59.320 that are driving uh the financial system to look for an alternative to fiat currency whether that's

00:34:07.020 bitcoin or whether it's gold precious metals we're going to walk through those forces tomorrow

00:34:10.660 you're going to want to see it also i think these are the types of shows that i would say you know

00:34:15.120 it's great for young people teenagers even if they don't know a lot they know a lot about credit

00:34:29.540 we want to make sure it's available to everybody that's what we're doing on saturday morning

00:34:38.200 empire it's a free for installment it's kind of like a graduate text about currency and uh hedging

00:34:44.340 a debt all that i think you'll find it very entertaining and quite informative at least i

00:34:48.300 hope so let's play i got a cold open for ben harley frank gaffney and ben harnell have been

00:34:52.460 really working gaffney you saw a day at least during the wall street journal well wall street's getting

00:34:57.100 a little concerned about continuing to pouring money into mainland china under communist rule also

00:35:02.900 some you think some long faces in the wall street journal's uh story for wall street not pouring

00:35:08.300 money in their uh bigger their deeper long faces unsmiley faces because the money laundering

00:35:15.540 operation of ukraine doesn't look like he's gonna get his money before christmas let's play a short

00:35:19.320 clip and bring ben harnell in prison talks resumed in the senate yesterday about a possible deal

00:35:25.380 to increase southern border funding a democratic source familiar with negotiations tells nbc news that

00:35:32.960 although quote there is still a lot of daylight between the two sides they are back at the table

00:35:38.920 the bill being discussed would include funding for the border as well as israel and ukraine last

00:35:45.940 week's negotiations broke down after democrats accused republicans of insisting on quote extreme

00:35:52.120 policies at the border but in remarks on wednesday president biden urged both sides to keep talking

00:35:59.660 a message that was well received by the lead republican negotiator i am willing to make significant

00:36:07.840 compromises on the border we need to fix the broken border system it is broken

00:36:13.160 were the president's comments yesterday helpful to negotiations sure yeah i mean the president made

00:36:19.940 it very clear obviously that you know he sees the problem at the border he wants to be able to do it

00:36:24.300 the white house made a very clear statement hey let's actually get something resolved ukraine's too

00:36:28.240 important not to be able to do this so i did think it was helpful for him to be able to make that

00:36:32.120 statement and i reciprocated right back to the white house i hear you okay that's all republican

00:36:38.520 happy talk it's an invasion biden hasn't done anything it's a disgrace they're holding our

00:36:43.220 sovereignty hostage to get more money for the money laundering operation okay ben this is a big day

00:36:48.260 for you it's a historic day for you i want to get that to that in a minute um i want to talk about

00:36:53.540 this because um the defense analyst over at fox called tucker carlson a liar as tucker carlson's

00:37:01.000 talked to people and said that he's heard from this briefing that took place a couple days ago

00:37:04.700 austin's been very blunt that uh if this money's not approved he's holding hostage your kids he says

00:37:10.940 your kids are definitely going to get deployed over there because putin's putin's going to roll

00:37:15.320 talk to me about that because right now it's only making people more angry that it's not making

00:37:20.100 more open that oh can you imagine that the secretary of defense a former four-star general

00:37:24.620 would say that and we say oh yeah yeah yeah yeah here just take all the money you want we're so

00:37:28.100 afraid i mean you're so timid it's absolutely disgusting thoughts like it's like the border 0.91

00:37:33.260 ukraine is so important to them they don't care how craven they get they don't care how awful they are

00:37:38.820 it's like it's like heroin and they need it that tells you in the in the child trafficking and the

00:37:43.980 bioweapons lab and the money laundering there's a underneath the scab of ukraine 0.94

00:37:49.000 there's gonna be some pretty ugly puss ben hornwell 1.00

00:37:52.240 steve well yes that's absolutely right good evening to you but what lloyd austin actually said

00:37:59.060 was that and if lawmakers failed to pass more aid to ukraine it was very likely in quote marks

00:38:05.600 that that will lead to u.s troops on the ground in europe defending nato allies in other countries

00:38:11.920 russia may target next um so so you know so we're now moving we've left the realm of persuasion

00:38:20.760 and we've gone straight now into the adjoining realm of blackmail but it's a hoax steve as i've said

00:38:28.260 as we've said together really on this show since um our sociopathic overlords started wheeling out

00:38:35.060 this argument there is zero proof zero evidence that vladimir putin has wider territorial designs

00:38:42.380 beyond ukraine and that the context of ukraine was more to do with the fact of nato's engineering

00:38:49.220 to get ukraine in as a member that's what motivated vladimir putin um and yet they're still coming out

00:38:58.020 with this line um and then they're sort of amplifying its emotive power saying well look

00:39:03.440 you know if you don't give us this money then you know your kids your uncles your fathers and of course

00:39:09.740 your your daughters your wives and so on they're they're all going to uh be sent over there um in

00:39:17.000 into eastern europe it's firstly firstly no administration has that ability i mean even if it's nato even if it's

00:39:26.600 article 5 that there's no constitutional lawyer that thinks that that that uh that the congressional

00:39:32.940 ability excuse me that the congressional authority uh that is necessary um to do this is overridden

00:39:39.800 because of article 5 um treaty obligations which are very in fact they are very slight in what they

00:39:48.000 actually oblige nato members to do it's really a means of illegal permission to enter war without uh

00:39:53.760 uh the consequences of simply going to war against a country that hasn't attacked you

00:39:59.120 and under international law that's really the point of the article 5 provision

00:40:03.440 ben this week i'm gonna talk about have the sanctions you know the economic warfare we talked

00:40:09.720 to frank about it against the ccp putin goes to uae which supposedly our ally in ab in dubai they're 0.50

00:40:17.260 hosting cop 28 which is a basically take and take all the money from the west and reparations and give

00:40:21.600 to the third world in abu dhabi which i don't know is 50 miles up the road putin shows up he's got his

00:40:26.660 own jets they they spray the colors of the russian flag as they do it like a top gun formation and then

00:40:32.800 he's treated like a conquering hero uh here the economy is is getting more and more crippled uh by

00:40:39.180 massive debt the only reason we have any growth or anything is we keep spending an enormous amount of

00:40:43.940 money is is putin coming as the economic winner in this and our allies like uae are treating him like a

00:40:49.600 conquering hero and they don't even invite biden to come over well look looking at it from the

00:40:55.340 perspective some of these more neutral countries that would like to dip a toe in in both in both

00:41:01.320 swimming pools um all these countries are doing have been is watching over decades the fact that

00:41:07.860 america has been bullying them and bullying their neighbors and creating massive instability

00:41:13.840 massive political instability in the region of the middle east for decades right so from their

00:41:20.260 perspective of the to be under vladimir putin's umbrella is you know it's understandable that they

00:41:28.520 will greet him like a conquering hero because he's he's their friend right you've got to look at it from

00:41:34.100 the perspective of these nations that the that the out of control military u.s military industrial

00:41:40.500 complex has turned these neutral countries into de facto hostile states um you know and there needs

00:41:47.520 to be a reckoning for that regarding the situation in russia on the ground steve a gallup survey this

00:41:53.600 week has found that 56 percent of russian respondents believe that their local economies are improving

00:42:00.260 and 46 percent agree that living standards are also improving and that's a record not since the start

00:42:07.600 of the war this is a record since um these polls began in 2006 so that i think dovetails nicely into

00:42:15.380 the article that we discussed a couple of days ago that that the economic confidence on the ground

00:42:21.920 in russia is buoyant it's buoyant and in fact this was the washington post article wasn't it

00:42:27.580 uh they actually said that one of the consequences of uh of this buoyancy is the the western imposed

00:42:33.620 sanctions so these things need to be borne in mind steve when uh when there are talks about

00:42:40.340 sort of amplifying the sort of the sanctions because of the the false for example this is exactly what

00:42:46.880 lord uh david cameron has been arguing when he went um to america this week the idea that you know that

00:42:54.060 we that we're um that that this was the russian regime is teetering on the brink uh and that he said

00:43:00.580 you know david come and said uh uh to the u.s republican congress members to keep the long

00:43:06.500 distance missiles coming because they're having an effect it's it's just total fiction steve

00:43:10.880 it's it's yes uh the this is also tomorrow i got philip patrick coming on for one reason we're

00:43:17.960 going to talk about cop 28 in abu dhabi and putin showing up in dubai and uh or excuse me putin

00:43:25.000 go to abu dhabi and cop 28 in the financial capital of uh of dubai and what it means for the

00:43:31.700 dollar as a prime reserve currency go to birch gold right now birch gold.com slash bandit get

00:43:36.040 the end of the dollar empire read the entire thing over the weekend get a cup of warpath coffee sit

00:43:41.220 down and read this and just think about it because they're a massive location remember mbz

00:43:45.520 is arguably our strongest ally even including israel i'm talking about a guy that puts in the forces and

00:43:51.060 will fight in afghanistan and do other things he is honoring putin uh like a uh like a war hero and

00:43:58.560 at the same time they said they said uae with the financial capital middle east now uh dubai there

00:44:04.720 that they're going off the dollar the petrodollar they're going to try to do all of their big uh deals

00:44:10.440 they do the big output deals in the currency of the country and try to hedge the risk that's why you

00:44:13.960 need to understand why gold is a hedge you need to understand it now uh ben it's a 15th year

00:44:19.220 anniversary of something big i got a couple of minutes talk to me about uh talk to me what you

00:44:23.820 were doing uh 15 years ago well you know if memphis would very uh kindly start uh rotating these

00:44:31.600 photos you can see a very a very much younger and thinner ben harnell there so look what we did when

00:44:37.200 i was working in the european parliament and between sort of 2006 2010 that's the speak of the european

00:44:43.300 parliament there one of the things that we were um that we were and i was very heavily involved with

00:44:48.340 pro-life pro protection of the judeo-christian west when i was out there in bustle steve

00:44:53.340 um one of the things that members of the european parliament consistently noted was the fact it was

00:44:59.300 that even though they were in the numerical majority they were losing again and again and again

00:45:03.840 and even though by a sort of from the pontificance of john paul ii and pope benedict the 16th there was

00:45:10.720 massive institutional support from the catholic church which is a big thing in in in european

00:45:16.940 christian democracy we were losing all the hot button issues on abortion on uh on traditional

00:45:23.120 marriage um on youth in asia you know all the hot button issues even though the central right was

00:45:30.880 the majority so um i was commissioned by uh the international committee on human dignity to prepare

00:45:36.840 a document called the international um uh the international declaration on human dignity

00:45:42.600 as a complement to the international declaration on human rights which will celebrate its 75th

00:45:50.360 um anniversary on the 10th on december the 10th right now without going into the the the the the

00:45:57.020 specifics here the there's a big danger with the international declaration on human rights and that is

00:46:04.120 it is a positivistic document it is a philosophy following in the french tradition of the the french

00:46:09.520 declaration of the rights of man and of the citizen of i think 1791 but here is a document that gives to

00:46:15.940 the citizens uh their rights that's that one's absolutely antithetical to the to the american tradition and

00:46:24.080 that inaugurated by the u.s founding fathers which instead the more the more you explain

00:46:29.760 the more you explain this the more i i know you're you're very glad that we saved you from that no

00:46:35.420 don't get me wrong it sounds great but for an american it sounds more like one of these great uh

00:46:40.780 proclamations and it never gets enforced right am i am i wrong in that

00:46:44.760 well the point was we were trying to put the spine back in to censor right christian democracy and it was

00:46:53.380 quite successful in um in its time you know there's always the possibility to do more and of course now i'm

00:46:59.400 sort of full time on the war room um you know we have a number of legal issues which are which are

00:47:04.100 currently pending more on that by the way steve in nine days time um big news big news on the 18th of

00:47:11.240 december on that front look but but this is the point steve this is the point in uh in you know we're

00:47:16.800 always talking here on the show about defending the judeo-christian west what is the essence in the

00:47:21.780 political sense what is the essence of the judeo-christian west it's the fact that we have

00:47:27.460 um in this culture this you know after 2 000 years of of the the christian faith the faith

00:47:34.060 in jesus christ percolating throughout the culture across all the other countries of christendom we

00:47:40.520 have this belief that man is made in the image and likeness of god that comes from chapter one of

00:47:47.080 genesis right back in the very beginning of the bible therefore the very beginning of the judo

00:47:52.460 christian tradition the judeo-christian story and that recognition that man is made in the image

00:47:59.640 and likeness of god gives us a dignity right i think i think this is basically what the founding fathers

00:48:05.080 of of of of the american republic believed as well that they obviously phrase it in a different sense

00:48:11.280 if you believe that man is is created by god as a purposeful loving act um and that that image

00:48:21.220 that infinite image of god radiates out every single human person you're going to have a society that

00:48:26.800 recognizes those that that dignity and all the things that that they've attributed over the

00:48:32.460 passing of the years like um like equality before the law right all these all these things that

00:48:40.180 emanate after the judeo-christian tradition they're they are i'm close this sounds fascinating

00:48:47.300 i'll do what i tell you what let's get it up on getter we gotta bounce they are we understand their

00:48:57.480 risk there's no doubt that's why you're at the war room now by the way what's the over and under
