On the eve of the 2020 mid-term elections, a new man has been chosen to replace Donald Trump as the next president of the United States. His name is Mike D. Davis, and he's a man of many talents. He's a lawyer, a commentator, a writer, a pundit, and a man who's been around the block in the legal world for a long time. And yet, he's not a member of the Trump inner circle.
00:00:00.000this is what you're fighting for i mean every day you're out there what they're doing is blowing
00:00:11.740people off if you continue to look the other way and shut up then the oppressors the
00:00:18.740authoritarians get total control and total power because this is just like in arizona this is just
00:00:24.640like in georgia it's another element that backs them into a quarter and shows their lies and
00:00:29.400misrepresentations is why this audience is going to have to get engaged as we've told you this is
00:00:33.680the fight all this nonsense all this spin they can't handle the truth war room battleground here's
00:00:40.720your host stephen k bannon for our own mike davis mike davis is all of a sudden a not just a national
00:00:47.120figure an international figure of some esteem he's in denver covering the 14th amendment trial but i
00:00:54.080got to play he they did a 22 minute segment on mike davis last night uh and that is extraordinary
00:01:01.600that's kind of what we call blowing a break okay 22 minutes on our own mike davis let's go ahead and
00:01:09.240let it rip i think somebody's struggling you think somebody that's struggling right now in the economy
00:01:13.500cares about firing random deep state people indicting joe biden there's many things your brother
00:01:19.480supporting did i say that's all they're going to do that's mike davis would probably be the attorney
00:01:23.940general now mike davis is on their radar not in spite of but almost certainly because of his
00:01:31.180unhinged rhetoric calling kids in cages glorious barely scratches the surface of his far-right
00:01:37.120frequently racist statements i want to come to those in a moment but there's something else big here
00:01:42.400because mike davis is exactly what the trump administration lacked last time around a skilled
00:01:47.860even competent veteran of beltway legal politics and right-wing causes one who seems keen to
00:01:52.840transform trump's darkest fascist impulses into an actual policy agenda in fact he's a microcosm of
00:01:59.460the mainstream gop establishment's move to the far right in the age of trump as former gop operative
00:02:05.020turned never trumper tim miller put it recently in the bulwark mike davis is not some random caddy whom
00:02:10.820donald trump drummed up at bedminster to issue foreign policy decrees via tweet he's a guy who has had
00:02:16.060serious jobs for the bush doj newt gingrich and judge gorsuch it's true listen to the man himself
00:02:22.320i ran justice gorsuch's can uh confirmation effort from the outside i ran uh justice kavanaugh's
00:02:30.360confirmation effort from the senate judiciary committee yes mike davis went from helping
00:02:35.640confirm neil gorsuch to becoming a law clerk for justice gorsuch at the age of 39 to then becoming
00:02:41.640chief counsel for nominations on the same gop-run senate judiciary committee that got gorsuch
00:02:45.940confirmed a real right-wing revolving door on that committee davis crucially played a major role in
00:02:52.300helping stack federal courts with hundreds of hard right sorry hard right but far right as well trump
00:02:58.560nominated judges including yes brett kavanaugh whose own supreme court nomination was held up by serious
00:03:03.760allegations of sexual assault and alcohol abuse allegations mike davis says he helped to disprove
00:03:09.760yep davis was suspended for frequent violations of twitter's old pre-elon musk terms of service for
00:03:16.520saying things like joe biden is making it easier for illegal immigrants to commit crimes for suggesting
00:03:20.840a cnn reporter was the gimp in pulp fiction twice and for calling to imprison black lives matter
00:03:26.560protesters calling them woke al-qaeda and domestic terrorists who've been terrorizing american cities
00:03:32.000for eight months fortunately for davis elon musk's twitter and of course fox let him speak his mind
00:03:39.300yeah maybe it's not such a good idea to import people from third world marxist hellholes who hate
00:03:46.740america we're going to become a third world marxist hellhole very quickly it is only illegal to object
00:03:53.420to elections in third world marxist hellholes and now in new york dc and atlanta
00:04:00.060how's that for a sizzle reel we got mike davis the one and only the man the myth the twitter the legal
00:04:11.580legend joining us now i know steve said msnbc was bold to give him a 22 minute segment but today
00:04:18.980in the war room we're doing something that we don't usually do we're doing an hour-long special with the
00:04:24.580one and only i guess according to steve he's an international figure uh but that is none other
00:04:29.720than mike davis i know you guys see him on the show a lot always bringing you guys legal analysis
00:04:35.100on whatever the democratic law fair tactic is of the day but i thought it was important for the
00:04:41.020audience to sort of get to know mike davis and i think particularly i want to drill down with him
00:04:45.800on what exactly accountability looks like who exactly is deserving of that accountability
00:04:52.860in say a potential trump term or even just years down the road congress you name it through these
00:04:59.500investigations that we're seeing um but i also think what i really want to get into and what i'm
00:05:04.660sure mike davis will given his decades of experience not to age him uh but as many his son was freaking
00:05:11.640out over how we really counter how we actually push back um against the deep state because we know
00:05:18.860they're already trying to basically nullify what should be trump's third term but a second term
00:05:24.300just today uh they actually included i believe in the ndaa a little stipulation that president trump
00:05:31.820or whoever is elected will not be able to withdraw from nato um without the approval i believe of the
00:05:38.740senate in other words they're sort of pre-gaming trump's 2024 victory in 2025 swearing in
00:05:46.780is the globalists would be big mad if we ever pulled out of nato i don't know why we need to
00:05:52.100keep throwing our taxpayer dollars into a rather useless organization but that's enough for me you
00:05:57.800guys are here because you want to hear from like i said none other than mike davis now mike i think we
00:06:03.660have you um before we get into all the fun stuff what accountability looks like who's exactly deserving of
00:06:10.540it um i'd love if you could sort of drill down on your background a little bit i know the refrain we
00:06:16.400hear from the mainstream media is that you know first iteration of trump was horrible because he
00:06:21.160had horrible ideas but wasn't competent but if you feared him then you should really fear him now
00:06:25.940because his allies are actually competent so i'm curious about your your understanding or your sort
00:06:32.220of interpretation of that but you know where did you come from who are you who am i well medi-hasan is
00:06:38.920my biggest fan so i am hugely grateful hugely grateful to medi-hasan and joy reed and chris hayes
00:06:47.300and the all the other goofballs at msnbc who did over 40 minutes of hits on me in one week it helped
00:06:55.340the article three project raise a ton of a ton of money so i'm going to put those three goofballs on
00:07:00.720article three projects board of directors because they are the best fundraisers we have and remember you
00:07:06.280can donate at article three project.org and help put medi-hasan on our board now my background i'm
00:07:13.060from iowa um from des moines iowa my parents worked in public schools uh in bad public schools believe
00:07:19.940it or not there are bad public schools in des moines iowa and they were majority minority public
00:07:26.100schools and my parents sought them out because they were these liberals who uh you know thought they
00:07:31.920were going to change the world and they did in a lot of ways but so i grew up where i grew up around
00:07:37.800these schools where you know it was a large african-american population large refugee population
00:07:44.620and so i saw from very early on these policies that democrats pretend help minorities help immigrants
00:07:53.760help refugees actually hurt them actually trap them in poverty and that's why uh you know ever since i
00:08:01.260can remember as a kid why i've been a republican why i've been a conservative before i even knew
00:08:05.960what those labels even met even though i was raised by these parents i guess i was like the alex
00:08:11.260p keaton and uh you know i i went i went i went i went to catholic school my parents worked in the
00:08:17.840public schools they sent us kids to the catholic schools and so i saw both worlds i saw what a catholic
00:08:23.360education uh brought the the values the discipline you got with a catholic education but i also saw
00:08:29.860what happened to the public schools and how these uh these poor kids oftentimes black kids
00:08:34.600just were not given a fair shake in life and it was just it was appalling to me it was back
00:08:40.000you know when they had welfare trapping black people and intergenerational poverty and it was
00:08:44.940i just couldn't understand how people can support this and uh you know if you look back
00:08:49.580you know it's it i saw very up close and personally as a kid how these policies were so destructive
00:08:56.440and so i got involved politically when i was in college i interned for newt gingrich i went to the
00:09:03.480university of iowa for both undergrad and law school i interned for newt gingrich it wasn't because
00:09:07.780i had wealthy parents or any special connections i just very much admired speaker newt gingrich
00:09:13.880uh and wanted to intern for him i had never stepped stepped foot in washington dc so i figured how do i do
00:09:20.420this i just started beating down his door i sent letters i uh you know i just pestered the hell out of
00:09:26.440his office until they broke down and hired me and i interned for newt uh when he was the speaker during
00:09:32.080the impeachment of bill clinton and i i answered the phone when ken star's office called and said
00:09:37.100they were delivering the star report it may have been brett cavanaugh who called i if i remember
00:09:41.120correctly and then my last day as his intern was the same day that the house voted to impeach
00:09:47.540bill clinton and then i drove back to iowa and uh i started the university of iowa students for george
00:09:54.160w bush at the university of iowa very left-wing campus uh you know a lot of death threats from
00:10:00.340doing that and i ran i ran students for george w bush across the uh the like the 20 plus college campuses
00:10:07.240at the universe across the state of iowa for the for the caucuses in 2000 and then i graduated in may
00:10:13.780of 2000 i went out to dc i opened the i got a job working for my home state senator chuck grassley
00:10:19.560from iowa opened the mail for him and then when bush when i went and worked in the bush administration
00:10:24.340uh for a year and a half and then i went back to law school at iowa for uh uh for uh law school and
00:10:32.480then first summer i worked in the justice department both summers the u.s attorney's office
00:10:37.260back in iowa one summer main justice the next summer where i helped uh with the judicial selection
00:10:43.940process in the office of legal policy after law school uh i took the bar exam monday tuesday wednesday
00:10:51.440moved out to dc on thursday and started my job in the bush 43 white house on friday and worked
00:10:57.040you know seven days a week uh 16 hours a day for a year that's how i got to know neil gorsuch
00:11:03.240he was a uh he was trying to get into the justice department we got him into the justice department
00:11:08.900and then he uh then we helped him become a federal judge in colorado and then when he moved uh when
00:11:14.340he went to set up his chambers he asked me to go clerk for him so i clerked for him for a year in
00:11:18.320colorado liked colorado so much that i stayed and i was a civil litigator for 10 years in colorado
00:11:25.460uh started started my own law practice did that for five years worked at law firms for five years
00:11:32.140started my own law practice for five years and then i helped gorsuch justice then judge gorsuch
00:11:37.480uh get through the the selection process and the confirmation process and then i helped him get
00:11:42.420set up on the supreme court as one of his first law clerks on the supreme court and then i was going
00:11:47.880to move back to colorado and grassley's office came mccullin and i went to be the chief counsel for
00:11:52.900nominations on the senate judiciary committee and helped president trump confirm his judges including
00:11:58.180justice kavanaugh uh and justice uh and all the lower federal court judges i did that for the first
00:12:05.260uh but for the first two years of president trump's first term and then i was going to go to a law firm
00:12:11.760and i got convinced to start the article three project to fight the judicial fight from the outside
00:12:17.360and then i started the internet accountability project to go after big tech from the right uh google
00:12:22.940amazon facebook and apple with antitrust section 230 immunity and data privacy so it's been busy it's
00:12:29.380been a whirlwind but i very much enjoy what i'm doing i you know i i don't get to make a lot of
00:12:35.400money doing it but i don't really care i get to throw bombs and be a warrior and you get to be in in the
00:12:41.560war room and i was going to say after that a prestigious track record you somehow ended up here in the war
00:12:47.560room with steve and myself but i am curious because that opening clip that we played where you know
00:12:53.020tim miller who i think you should throw in one of your biggest fanboy clubs um you know he makes an
00:12:58.720interesting point right he says the working class people in america average everyday americans they
00:13:03.580don't care about firing some deep state bureaucrat and i know steve and him kind of take the conversation
00:13:09.360in another direction but it sort of seems like from your personal experience right talking about the
00:13:14.700public education system right the way the way you grew up what your parents were exposed to
00:13:18.900it is these deep state bureaucrats it is these kind of entrenched government systems that people
00:13:23.480actually do want to see turned upside down see the system kind of just change right and and i think
00:13:29.860people want accountability so i think i would humbly push back on what tim miller says there but
00:13:34.480i'm just curious your chance to kind of respond to what he says the way he portrays you
00:13:39.720don't do i mean i i think but don't you agree that everyday americans do want to see these
00:13:45.760bureaucrats who control their life who's basically made their lives abjectly worse fired and have some
00:13:52.400actual accountability well that's that's exactly right that's the problem is is we have a federal
00:13:57.760government that is too big it's too powerful it's out of control it's exactly the opposite of what
00:14:03.960our founding fathers intended our federal government is supposed to be very limited the constitution
00:14:11.260loans the federal government specific enumerated and divided powers and what powers we the people do
00:14:19.000not loan to our governments our federal government our state governments through this loan agreement
00:14:24.520called the u.s constitution they're not supposed to have those powers remember we escaped from great
00:14:30.660britain right in great britain power goes from god to the sovereign king or queen and then power
00:14:38.060is loaned to the subjects in america it's the opposite power comes from god we are the sovereign
00:14:45.820people and we loan power to governments it's the opposite of britain and that was the way our
00:14:52.480constitution was interpreted that was the way things ran with our governments for the first 150 years and it
00:14:59.660really was just 90 years ago over 90 years ago the switch in time they changed nine when fdr threatened
00:15:05.820to pack the supreme courts because the supreme court was striking down his new deal programs that the
00:15:11.760federal government did not have the power to do and so the supreme court says we're looking at the
00:15:16.920constitution uh we're looking at what powers that we the people loan to the government and we're not
00:15:22.960saying that the federal government has this power so the federal government can't do that
00:15:26.340and so fdr threatened to pack the supreme court the supreme court changed the way it interprets
00:15:32.920the constitution the way it interprets the commerce clause and we have this government that is out of
00:15:37.940control not only does the federal government have all this power that it's not supposed to have this
00:15:43.500power supposed to be with the states and we the people not with the federal government the federal
00:15:48.080government has all this power and making it worse the executive branch has consolidated
00:15:53.680all the power the legislative power from congress the ability to write the laws the executive branch
00:16:00.320bureaucrats somehow have that power they have the power to execute the laws which is what they're
00:16:05.380supposed to do and they also have the power to adjudicate cases and controversies which is supposed
00:16:11.060to be with the federal judiciary so you might have some epa bureaucrat unelected bureaucrat at the epa
00:16:17.900who you know in this administrative state who has all this power uh to to write the law to interpret
00:16:25.160the law to execute the law and you know they become the the judge jury and executioner and if you're a
00:16:31.060farmer back in my home state of iowa and they're making up laws and they're making up laws that are
00:16:36.820retroactive and they're using that to go after you as a farmer and destroy your family farming business
00:16:42.740that affects real americans in the real world and that happens every day with this out of control
00:16:48.980federal government it's not just billionaire former presidents and likely future presidents
00:16:53.900like donald trump who's who's subjected to this lawfare it's everyday americans like the like like
00:17:00.260iowa farmers i've always said that it's these you know unelected bureaucrat types the millies of the
00:17:07.660world the fauci's of the world i know i guess joe biden was technically elected but even the kind
00:17:13.500of hunter biden the princelings right the american ruling class it's those people who i think really
00:17:18.040are the greatest threat to the economic just general prosperity of of average everyday americans but i'm
00:17:24.620curious from your perspective and probably get into it on the other side of the break that's the other
00:17:28.860reason why we like having mike davis on he always gives nice long answers so it makes my job
00:17:32.760very easy but when you talk about accountability and people always love to say you know oh they are
00:17:38.240doing this or oh they are doing that i always like to kind of press people who exactly is that
00:17:43.400you know they to you in other words you know you can even make a numbered list but who are some of
00:17:48.600the the people or entities or groups that you think are really deserving of being you know looked
00:17:54.460at with a fine tooth comb probably eventually having charges brought against them um but who do you
00:17:59.840think is really deserving of that accountability well look we have a politicized and weaponized
00:18:05.340justice system and intel agencies in america this started under president obama and then it's gotten
00:18:12.500incredibly worse under president biden where they have you know they impeached president trump twice
00:18:20.500for nonsense they've indicted him four times for non-crimes they're trying to bankrupt his business
00:18:28.840for non-fraud up in new york the non-fraud of paying back sophisticated wall street banks
00:18:34.220on time in full as agreed with interest somehow that's fraud this is all backfiring this this
00:18:40.580democrat law for an election interference is all backfiring and now they're trying to just take
00:18:45.640trump off the ballot and there are many bad actors and they're doing this while they're ignoring
00:18:49.900blatant crimes by joe biden by hunter biden by james biden it seems like every biden family member except
00:18:57.400for the six-year-old granddaughter who they finally claimed under political pressure every biden family
00:19:02.640member is on the take with this tens of millions of dollars in foreign bribes and other corruption
00:19:09.240from russia from china from ukraine from kazakhstan seems like every trouble spot around the world
00:19:17.020joe biden has had his hand uh in the pot and in the corruption pot and uh before they said joe biden
00:19:24.120had no idea that what is about his son's business and he had no involvement these and he didn't take
00:19:29.440any money this is all lies he knew what hunter was doing hunter was the bad man who ran this corruption
00:19:35.420ring for joe biden joe biden met with his business associates joe biden took money there's there's
00:19:42.460evidence that james comer the house oversight chairman's been able to show with the bank records
00:19:48.040that money went from china to hunter biden's llc to joe biden's bank account right we have a corrupt
00:19:56.440we have a compromised allegedly president of the united states and it doesn't get worse than that i mean
00:20:03.360how many decisions uh is joe biden making because he's corrupt because he's compromised and you know
00:20:11.040think about it this way with under president obama president obama put vice president biden in charge
00:20:18.280of ukraine right that was that was under the uh biden's purview as the vice president and what
00:20:24.160did joe biden do his family went on the take with burisma uh and taking you know tens of millions of
00:20:30.640dollars uh 10 million dollars at least from ukraine and uh it's a hunter and james and the rest of the
00:20:38.440family putin almost certainly knew this because this burisma executive where there's there's evidence
00:20:45.580that joe biden and hunter biden tried to shake down this burisma executive for this 10 million dollars
00:20:51.080in foreign bribes well guess what that burisma executive is almost certainly a russian asset a
00:20:57.180russian agent so that means that putin has blackmail on joe biden on these recordings that my former boss
00:21:05.420chuck grassley and james comer were able to to hunt down where they're shaking the joe and hunter biden
00:21:11.480are shaking down this foreign bribe putin has that evidence and you have to think we had putin invading
00:21:17.860crimea when biden's in charge of ukraine you had four years of peace and prosperity no aggression from
00:21:25.000russia when trump was in office and now biden's back and putin's trying to take the rest of ukraine
00:21:32.280america has spent something like 75 billion dollars and counting trying to save ukraine from russia
00:21:40.200three russian-speaking provinces in eastern ukraine trying to save those from russia there's no chance
00:21:47.340in hell this would have happened under president trump there's no chance in hell that putin would
00:21:52.660have done this to any other president but joe biden because putin knows that joe biden is a crook and
00:21:58.940he's compromised by these payments yeah joe biden couldn't even put america first if he wanted to
00:22:06.000and that's a very big if um it's why you guys have to go to birchgold.com slash bannon because you
00:22:11.320can't trust anyone in the white house to make any financial or fiscal decisions that are going to
00:22:15.840benefit you guys i think i'm going to have a little bit of a tough time working in some of the reads to
00:22:20.840this special but i will try my best um mike davis i i'm curious specifically on the hunter biden front
00:22:27.740the joe biden the impeachment you know potential inquiry that i guess they've opened i guess they've
00:22:32.460now issued the subpoenas for hunter biden but using sort of that congressional investigation
00:22:37.780those efforts as as a framework or as sort of a litmus test or metric you know how successful do
00:22:43.640you think that they have been on the accountability front and if the answer is sort of you know na or
00:22:49.980too soon to tell when do you think we should expect to see results from them i think james calmer is
00:22:57.640doing a fantastic job with his oversight on the house oversight committee he's teamed up with my
00:23:03.000former boss senator chuck grassley who is the king of oversight and it's like luke skywalker and obi-wan
00:23:09.580kenobi have teamed up to uncover uh this this mess that all these llcs these shell companies these
00:23:18.140offshore bank accounts uh james calmer and chuck grassley are doing fantastic work unraveling this
00:23:24.460and they're uh they've been able to show again money money went from china to hunter's llc to joe biden's
00:23:31.000bank account that's pretty damn good investigative work and they're just getting started and
00:23:36.080at some point these uh house republicans and even some house democrats are going to think wow this
00:23:42.980president biden is a tremendous liability he ran this law fair with his justice department teaming up
00:23:50.380with these whack job democrat district attorneys and prosecutors around the country like alvin bragg and
00:23:57.560fanny willis and tish james and jack smith running their law fair and election interference they did this
00:24:04.100against trump and trump's top supporters uh trump's top aides his attorneys while they give amnesty to
00:24:12.360joe biden while they gave amnesty to joe biden's corrupt family while they give amnesty to hamas
00:24:18.700supporters terrorizing jewish americans across america particularly on college campuses while they
00:24:24.960give amnesty to blm and antifa they're going after parents at school board meetings they're going after
00:24:30.700christians praying outside of abortion clinics and this this corruption by the by the biden's along
00:24:36.920with his weaponization of the law enforcement at intel agencies to go after his enemies this is
00:24:43.640backfiring on joe biden and it's going to put president trump back in the white house as we've
00:24:48.860predicted as you i and steve bannon have predicted going back to the mar-a-lago rate we've done i've done
00:24:55.660over 2500 media appearances defending supporting and defending trump on this law fair since the
00:25:02.740mar-a-lago rate and it is backfiring and backfiring badly on the democrats um you know every time they
00:25:09.980indict president trump the american people see right through it they understand that it's law fair they
00:25:15.540understand that it's election interference and we look we this is not our country is not going to
00:25:22.580survive this law fair and election interference if we can start having one administration indict
00:25:28.560the last administration that's what you do in third world marxist hell holes but the democrats
00:25:34.460joe biden these democrat da's jack smith alvin bragg fanny willis tish james they've opened the can of worms
00:25:41.040here and they're going to regret what they've done here because i don't know how we go back from what
00:25:45.460they've done there's sort of an interesting hypocrisy and it will jump to break in a little bit but you
00:25:51.940just basically made my case for me all the horrific things that this political class the democrats
00:25:57.440would establish republicans do have done not just to president trump but to his supporters people like
00:26:02.600you to people like myself of course to people like steve so i find it really i mean funny is not the
00:26:07.860right word but hypocritical when they have meltdowns on mainstream media when you say things like you know
00:26:14.900what mainstream media we're gonna hold you to account when you knowingly lie to our faces and you
00:26:20.760propagate conspiracy theories that are really designed to subvert the authority and the legitimacy
00:26:27.400of president donald j trump and they they think it's an absolutely preposterous idea meanwhile they're
00:26:32.780throwing anyone who was within you know a thousand miles of the january 6th uh events that transpired
00:26:38.420in prison as quick as quickly as they can and meanwhile with people like you and we're so lucky to have
00:26:44.260people like you who want to stand up for average everyday americans and i think that's why
00:26:47.940they have such an issue with you but after the break we'll get into some of your more hot takes
00:26:53.400uh war and posse we'll be right back many hassan i know you're watching don't go anywhere

00:31:35.560talk then about the attorney general i want to play something else this is from september and it
00:31:41.300has to do with um a person named mike davis take a listen
00:31:45.180there's a couple people that you could put in positions like that you know
00:31:50.580we talk about like you know mike davis as attorney general during my
00:31:54.280three-week reign of terror as some acting attorney general before i get chased out of
00:32:00.640town with my trump pardon i will reign hell on washington dc we've talked about this ben i have five lists
00:32:08.240uh ready to go and they're growing list number one we're gonna fire we're gonna fire a lot of
00:32:13.160people in the executive branch of the deep state we're gonna indict joe biden and hunter biden and
00:32:18.360james biden and every other scumball sleazeball biden i'm gonna recommend a lot of pardons every
00:32:24.380january 6th defendants uh is going to get a pardon so jason before i go to joy so talk about the stakes
00:32:31.840of if that person actually had power why do they treat this like fantasy draft football because they
00:32:38.600have a base that's not going to hold them accountable right like think about the base that's voting for
00:32:43.360these people they're dealing with the same inflation they're dealing with their children being shot at
00:32:47.860mass shootings they're dealing with gas prices fluctuating they're dealing with jobs health
00:32:51.700care all the real issues but they don't care they don't care they don't want a party anymore
00:32:57.180they want a revenge tour they want someone to shake the table you no longer have a functioning
00:33:03.100party i say this all the time the republicans are basically a personality cult at this point
00:33:07.080so they're able to act this way because the people who vote for them no longer expect to receive
00:33:11.780policy anymore they want an emotional response and the danger of this is since we only have one
00:33:17.020functioning party the functioning party needs to put the guardrails in now they need to start
00:33:21.540putting policies in now saying hey you can't do this we're going to make this constitutional we're
00:33:25.600going to put this into policy we're going to make sure people can vote because if you don't do it now
00:33:29.280and the off chance that trump gets into office there will be nothing to stop him if you don't
00:33:34.160establish that these things are illegal now i don't know that i fully buy this idea that people don't
00:33:39.320care about their kids safety or the cost of things but where i do think you're right is i think they
00:33:44.680have been sold this idea that the government cannot be the agent for those things and that
00:33:48.560there is such dysfunction that you might as well as you said flip the table joyce vance if that person
00:33:53.180were in fact the attorney general of this the united states of america what then is on the line
00:33:57.800right everything is on the line that's you know a macabre saturday night live version of what an
00:34:05.700attorney general should be because we have due process in this country criminal prosecutions
00:34:11.100aren't meant to be a political weapon and yet that's precisely what he's talking about in that
00:34:16.520cliff and perhaps more frighteningly that's donald trump's vision for the future an america where the
00:34:22.460justice department is just another political tool at his disposal
00:34:26.900welcome back to the war room and while i disagree with most of what we just heard i do agree with
00:34:35.380their assessment that everything is on the line that is the future of this so wonderful country
00:34:42.660thank god we have people like mike davis to defend it for us much to the dismay of our uh our dear
00:34:50.400friends in the mainstream media um mike davis we will now get into all the stuff that everyone who we
00:34:56.920just saw i don't really know any of their names they're all irrelevant um despite being so oh so smart
00:35:01.980um what they really really really get upset over and let's just start off do you actually think and
00:35:09.820will you actually if you had the power would you actually put maddie hassan in a gulag i would love
00:35:16.260to put maddie hassan in the gulag and i had not seen that msnbc clip until now natalie and i took down
00:35:22.940the names of those all those people and they're going to go in the gulag as well i mean let's let's step
00:35:27.820back and look at this i troll people i joke about being the attorney general or the acting attorney
00:35:32.840general and they're saying it's fascism they're actually doing it the democrats are actually doing
00:35:38.800it they brought 91 counts against a former president and the leading presidential candidate
00:35:44.960they're trying to throw him in prison for 700 years for the rest of his life because they fear they can't
00:35:51.600beat him on november 5th 2024 these democrats have gone after trump trump's top aides including peter
00:35:59.120navarro and steve bannon trump's supporters on january 6th right that who trespassed and who paraded
00:36:07.240right i i saw i ran the senate confirmation for kavanaugh there were a lot of people who were
00:36:13.680trespassing and chasing senators into restricting area areas and disrupting the proceedings not a damn
00:36:20.420thing happened to them right and uh and so but they're going to go after all these trump supporters
00:36:25.120on january 6th and be and and go after them with extremely harsh sentences and extremely harsh
00:36:33.000punishment they're going after parents they tried the biden justice department tried to sick
00:36:37.740the fbi on parents who were outraged by gender chaos and the resulting rapes in high school
00:36:45.640bathrooms they showed up to school board meetings outraged and and and by the biden justice
00:36:50.860department was going to sick the fbi after them they're they're throwing christians in prison for
00:36:56.500praying outside of abortion clinics they had the fbi uh open up an intel assessment on the catholic
00:37:03.620church at the same time they're giving amnesty to joe biden and hunter biden and james biden and all
00:37:08.540these other binders they're they're giving amnesty to the blm and antifa and hamas supporters
00:37:13.260who are wrecking havoc across america we cannot continue down this path and that's the problem
00:37:21.460with this politicized and weaponized justice system that joe biden has unleashed on trump and trump's
00:37:28.280supporters is you know what what look at look at how they're panicking at the thought that this could
00:37:34.900actually happen to them and they have zero self-awareness that joe biden is actually doing this
00:37:41.680right now tish james is doing this right now by trying to bankrupt trump's business for not fraud
00:37:48.860jack smith and alvin bragg and fanny willis are trying to throw trump in prison for the rest of
00:37:56.180his life they're they're going after trump they're going after 18 other co-defendants down in georgia
00:38:01.760on these january 6 cases it is not a crime to object to a presidential election it's allowed by federal
00:38:07.520statute the electoral count act of 1887 democrats objected in 1968 2000 2004 2016 you don't see
00:38:17.160al gore and hillary clinton and john carrey in prison for objecting it's also not a crime to twist arms
00:38:25.000politically that's allowed by the first amendment they are they the democrats are criminalizing
00:38:31.740the political process like you would do in third world marxist hellholes and now in new york dc and
00:38:40.100atlanta not only are these democrat prosecutors doing this they're teaming up with these highly
00:38:45.120partisan democrat judges like dc obama judge tanya shutkin jack smith's teaming up with tanya shutkin
00:38:52.440to try to put to railroad president trump to try to put him in prison for the rest of his life they're
00:38:57.620doing this uh with tish james the new york attorney general is doing this with manhattan judge
00:39:03.580arthur ingeron a total goofball partisan this judge just decreed that president trump somehow committed
00:39:11.280fraud with these banks even before the trial began no witnesses no other evidence this judge
00:39:18.560was so rabid and partisan he just said trump committed fraud no trial needed and now they're just looking
00:39:24.720at damages what do these democrats think is going to happen to our country if you if they do this
00:39:30.320think about this this is how the roman republic fell it was the senate insiders waging lawfare against
00:39:37.400caesar it caused him to cross the rubicon from gallant to rome and it led to the fall of the roman
00:39:42.840republic and again i'm not saying there's going to be violence here i'm just saying there's going to be a
00:39:47.740political and legal tit for tat going forward that is going to destroy our country because of this
00:39:54.400democrat lawfare you're so right it really is projection at its finest and i'm sure
00:40:00.420sol alinsky would be very proud of the mainstream media talking heads that we just saw but it's
00:40:06.780interesting because it's projection with the powers of you know the state the apparatus the political
00:40:11.460class behind them so that's how you get lawfare tactics right it's reifying that projection the accuse
00:40:17.900your enemy of what you're guilty of now the other issue that i really wanted to get in uh with you on
00:40:23.680was immigration because i think not only is that the issue that most americans care about right it's
00:40:28.260always consistently number one in the polls i'd argue it's why trump won primarily in 2016 but i also
00:40:34.600think it's where there's the largest chasm oftentimes between promises made and promises kept and i think
00:40:41.100that's because the uh kind of deep state the administrative state right really really really pushes hard
00:40:47.460whether it's through the mainstream media the you know crying stories they put out the ngo apparatus
00:40:52.740the ones that they even have at the border shuttling these people into the country right you're up
00:40:57.320against a monolithic entity that is intent hell-bent on destroying this country so i'm curious to you
00:41:05.060what you think priorities on on immigration should be right is it the mass deportations is it reforming
00:41:10.520legal immigration but more importantly how do you get ahead of how do you sort of pre-game preempt
00:41:16.340what is the inevitable kind of counter-attacks the counter-efforts that are going to come from the
00:41:21.500administrative state and democrats well first of all i think that house republicans need to step it up
00:41:27.060when it comes to holding joe biden accountable they need to do it through the oversight process
00:41:31.440they need to do it through the impeachment process they need to do it through the appropriations process
00:41:35.760and they need to end this lawlessness they need to end they need to cut off federal funding
00:41:40.760for jack smith and these democrat prosecutors article three project came up with this policy writer and
00:41:47.600congressman andrew clive from georgia is championing it it's simply this uh no federal funds may be
00:41:53.500used for uh for any prosecution of a major presidential candidate on or before before november 5th 2024 let
00:42:01.420the american people not these democrat prosecutors and these democrat judges and these democrat hill
00:42:08.660polls like dc and atlanta uh dc atlanta new york uh decide the next presidential election and so we
00:42:16.640could we these are unprecedented indictments they waited 30 months to bring these and now they're
00:42:22.040stacking these trials to go back to back they're starting now they started in october with tish james's
00:42:27.900trial civil trial for non-fraud jack smith's january 6th trial starts march 4th they're trying to jam that
00:42:35.500through that's going to put president trump in a courtroom for several months instead of on the
00:42:39.660campaign trail alvin bragg has his bogus trial for a businessman settling a nuisance claim starting on
00:42:46.740march 25th uh jack smith then has his mar-a-lago trial on may 20th for the non-crime of a former
00:42:53.560president having his presidential records in the office of former president which is allowed by the
00:42:58.040presidential records act and then fanny willis down in georgia has her trial starting on august 5th
00:43:03.560they want president trump to be in the courtroom before the election and in prison after the election
00:43:09.380and that is just unacceptable and house republicans should step up again with oversight
00:43:14.840impeachment and appropriations and one area as you said natalie that where they really need to step
00:43:20.860it up is immigration joe biden should be impeached for opening up our border and letting these illegal
00:43:27.380economic migrants unvetted illegal economic migrant migrants millions and millions and millions of them
00:43:35.020flood into our country from from places all over the world these trouble spots all over the world and
00:43:41.520this is creating a grave danger to our country because everyone knows that terrorists are getting
00:43:48.580into our country they're being they're unvetted they're getting in they're getting in undetected
00:43:52.960and separate from the terrorism threat they are letting these these illegal economic migrants
00:43:58.480fighting age men from all over the world if they're refugees why the hell are they leaving their wife and
00:44:03.660kids at home these fighting age men are coming to america and they are overwhelming our system all
00:44:10.020these sanctuary cities like dc new york chicago and other places that pretend like they they're sanctuary
00:44:17.480cities and want these migrants they can't handle them right they can't handle these migrants just think
00:44:22.400about what's going on on our southern border right it's we're being flooded we're being invaded by
00:44:28.200these illegal economic migrants that needs to be fixed on day one when trump's back in office
00:44:33.440now mike the audience may not know this because this is sort of the behind the scenes stuff but of all
00:44:41.060the guests that we have on you are always eager always willing i won't use the word you describe
00:44:46.640yourself as to describe how you like to do media but i i really i respect it and i know the audience
00:44:52.940appreciates it and it makes my job very easy so i'm just curious before we go i think we got a few
00:44:58.800minutes left it's obvious that you care very deeply about this stuff and this is maybe the uh the
00:45:03.480feminine side of me coming out i know the rule used to be no women in the war room but we've since
00:45:08.580changed that um i'm just curious like what motivates you you know why do you like you said you've done
00:45:14.740what is it like thousands of media appearances on on lawfare against donald trump you've probably
00:45:18.860lost money you could have a really nice job at some cushy law firm like i i'm always intrigued by
00:45:24.320people who choose to get into the fight so i'm just curious what makes you want to get up every day
00:45:29.400and fight well i mean i was i was born with red hair and so you're used to just fighting your entire
00:45:35.180life and i have the backbone and background to do this and there aren't a lot of people as we've seen
00:45:41.360who actually have the background and the backbone to go do these fights and i'm willing to do it
00:45:45.900because we're losing our country right i always say this is not our parents our grandparents democrat
00:45:51.920party these aren't liberals who love america and just disagree with conservatives on the best way to
00:45:58.020get there these are leftists these are marxists they hate america they they hate due process they
00:46:05.180believe in me too justice and weaponized politicized and weaponized justice they don't believe in
00:46:11.160equality they they believe in equity they don't believe in free speech they believe in censorship
00:46:17.400under the guise of protecting us from misinformation or and disinformation we saw this really get bad
00:46:24.820during covid and the blm riots and i what i what made me so enraged when i got kicked off twitter five
00:46:31.700times before elon took over is i'd go on there and say what a lot of people were thinking but they
