00:05:12.760 they have a mafia o muerta code around the Biden family where they'll go down together.

00:05:23.760 I mean, who among us hasn't tried to write off hookers as a business expense?

00:05:40.760 For the record, the only reason why anyone cares about him is because of who his father is.
00:05:45.760 And you'll know that he mentioned the CEFC grift, which you've laid out very clearly, the Burisma grift.
00:05:51.760 But he also left out one of the main deals explicated in the indictment, which was the Romania shakedown.
00:05:59.760 Remember, Joey was going over to Bucharest talking about corruption and anti-corruption where, at the very same time, Hunter and Ruby Freeman's attorney, Mike Gottlieb, are over there trying to strong arm the judiciary in Romania to take it easy on Gabriel Popoviciu.
00:06:16.760 So he left out the Romania. I think it's what he doesn't say.
00:06:20.760 You mentioned that he won't say you're – he didn't call you out by name. He didn't call me out by name.

00:06:37.760 This isn't speculation. We have all the emails. Unlike somebody who came up with a whistleblower complaint and previously worked for Joe on Ukraine policy, there's actual – there's an actual paper trail here of Joe involved VFR violations and money laundering with Hunter.
00:06:56.760 It's a shame that the Republicans didn't take him up on his offer. I think they should have done both because I think it makes Abby Lowell look sharp for Hunter to come out there in front of the sticks.
00:07:08.760 One thing people don't realize or some people don't realize, I should say, Steve, is that Eric Swalwell, the Fang Fang sex partner, he was the one who reserved this space for Hunter to go in front of the Capitol yesterday.
00:07:20.760 And you had Hunter's patron, Kevin Morris, basically holding hands with Fang Fang's lover behind Hunter. So this is an Eric Swalwell operation.

00:07:41.760 But Abby Lowell, I mean, what are your thoughts? Abby Lowell, that was kind of a desperation given that he won't – well, I'm going to get into the details and the evidence because all they're saying nonstop on MSNBC and CNN, the Praetorian guard there is there's no evidence.

I think that it allows him to maintain plausible deniability to not be held in contempt, that he was there, that he did take serious the subpoenas from Congress, and they're going to cite Comer's own interview saying that he can have it either way.

00:09:50.000 Let me go back. In his statement, he said, they got on me for being a businessman, forming strategic business alliances, strategic business alliances with other countries, and working with Chinese businessmen.

00:10:31.260 Well, let's start out with the CHICOMs, number one. There are no deals consummated through the CEFC grift.
00:10:37.240 Got $5.6 million. That's a floor from CEFC, and then the only deal that they even went half-hearted in was Monkey Island, which went belly up.

00:10:51.480 Additionally, with the CHICOMs, he gets a million-dollar retainer, which was alluded to in the indictment, and offers no legal services whatsoever.

00:11:05.380 They were the attorneys for Patrick Ho. That is a clear FARA violation.

00:11:37.900 And so I think some of that 5.6 was back pay, was back pay for the influence peddling that occurred in 2016.
00:11:44.100 And this is borne out through the whistleblower materials wherein they say, we don't want to receive payments while Joey's in office.
00:11:49.100 Just wait until Joey's out, and sure enough, that $3.1 million from HK Energy, the Hong Kong domiciled firm, comes into Robinson Walker LLC six weeks after Joey is done being VP.

00:12:03.280 These are all FARA violations, and because they're FARA violations, all that is laundered money.

00:12:09.240 Just for our audience that may not be up to speed on all the nomenclature, what is FARA?
00:12:14.540 What is a FARA violation, and why is that so important?
00:12:17.080 So FARA is codified at 22 U.S.C. 612, and the exact statutory language is that if you are an unregistered agent for a foreign principal.
00:12:27.720 Now, there are about a dozen advisory opinions on the DOJ's website right now about what constitutes an unregistered agent or an agent in a foreign principal.
00:12:38.380 Most people believe that it's only effectuated when you're working on behalf of a foreign government, but that's not the case.
00:12:44.440 That's actually 18 U.S.C. 951, but it can be private business interests abroad.
00:12:50.820 Whatever you're doing on behalf of a foreigner, you can do it.
00:12:55.280 You just have to declare that to the Justice Department.
00:12:57.920 Eric Schwerin – this is one of the, I guess, exclusive, you can call it, that Marco Polo got.
00:13:01.840 As we look through all these emails, and Eric Schwerin and Hunter were actually talking about FARA in 2010 with regard to William Daley, the former chief for Hussein.
00:13:10.940 And they said – and Eric was like, I wonder – or no wonder why we worry about this so much because their entire business model was FARA violations.
00:13:20.280 And William Daley actually registered in 1979, and they were talking about the unspoken truth is that they never registered.
00:13:26.800 And because – and the reason why they didn't do that – and again, this law has been on the books since 1938.

00:15:13.480 And even if he doesn't get removed, the trial alone in the Senate will be glorious because we'll be able to go through each and every country for which Hunter was an unregistered foreign agent.
00:15:24.500 The reason the foreign agent thing is big, ladies and gentlemen, and the reason that the Bidens never registered – it's the Foreign Agent Registration Act.

00:17:44.780 It was Michael Gottlieb, Chris Boyce, the son of the founder of Boyce Schiller Flexner, and then the former head of the FBI, Louis Free.

00:17:58.040 I understand why because he was drunk driving and hit a truck – or he hit a tree with his SUV or truck up in New Hampshire, I think.

00:18:15.660 You had these – you had Free, Boyce, Gottlieb, and Hunter all working for Gabriel Popoviciu, who is now still to this day in London in exile because he doesn't want to go back to Romania to face these corruption charges involving – it all involved a commercial real estate development in downtown Bucharest, the capital called Benacea, B-A-N-A-S-E-A.

00:19:11.260 All of these Americans were then lobbying the sitting U.S. ambassador to Romania, Hans Clem, surnamed K-L-E-M-M.
00:19:19.720 And there's emails about them meeting up for dinner with Gottlieb and Hunter in America to go after and basically to try to figure out how to carrot or stick the Romanian judiciary to go easy on this client.
00:19:35.100 They got $3 million for that work, and the indictment specifies that Rob Walker got a mil, Hunter got a million, and James Gillier got a million.

00:19:49.960 Kathleen Buell includes this because she was still married to him at the time and thus entitled to some of the funds, and she did get them.
00:19:56.340 So this Romania shakedown was on a smaller scale but exactly the same as the Ukrainian shakedown in that they were hired to take care of a foreign prosecutor and use the power, influence, and pocketbook of the United States government to do so.

00:21:43.960 That was where a lot of the billions that were laundered through the IMF came back to the Ukrainian oligarchs.

00:21:52.800 Ihor Kolomoisky was actually, according to a 2012 anti-corruption article, the true beneficial owner of Burisma.
00:22:02.020 They called Zelensky a minigarch and Kolomoisky the oligarch.

00:22:09.620 Well, in December 2016, right before DJT is to take office, he is telling Poroshenko, basically yelling at him, saying, nationalize Privat Bank ASAP.
00:22:19.420 Because if it ain't, if it's – if you don't save Privat Bank and basically do what they did to Silicon Valley Bank, questions will start to be asked.
00:22:30.140 And they'll start digging into, okay, how did this happen at Privat Bank?
00:22:33.140 How does Kolomoisky set up all of these Cypriot domiciled shell companies and get the money directly from the IMF?
00:22:42.120 So in terms – and how this relates to Zelensky, if you go back and look at articles in 2018, Kolomoisky installed Zelensky.

00:22:54.440 He provided security for him, and he owned the TV network that Zelensky played a piano with his genitals on.

00:32:59.440 which acknowledged the existence of these sites.
00:33:02.120 But it didn't include any addresses and names.
00:33:04.180 So we went out, hit the pavement, reviewed property records, interviewed neighbors.
00:33:08.660 We actually identified nearly 200 of these sites, actually up to 250 about now.
00:33:14.960 And this morning, one of those sites was raided by the Machias Police Department.
00:33:20.780 And for those who don't know where Machias is, we're talking about very, very rural Maine.
00:33:24.940 This is Washington County, the easternmost county in the United States.
00:33:29.480 Not a lot of people living out there.
00:33:31.360 And law enforcement not typically equipped to deal with a vast criminal conspiracy backed by the CCP.
00:33:37.040 But that's exactly what they stumbled onto or investigated for the last month and busted this morning,
00:33:43.160 in cooperation with the FBI, the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency, the Federal Drug Enforcement Agency,
00:33:48.120 the Department of Homeland Security, and the Washington County Sheriff's Office.
00:33:52.280 So this was a big law enforcement effort.
00:33:54.840 They captured 2,700 live plants, 100 pounds of processed marijuana.
00:34:01.480 So we're looking at well over $1 million of illegally grown marijuana.
00:34:05.700 The Office of Cannabis Policy here in the state of Maine, which has regulatory authority over adult-use recreational
00:34:11.820 and medicinal products, legally grown weed, said that this facility was not associated in any way
00:34:18.220 with a licensed marijuana grower.
00:34:20.440 So this was purely illegal.
00:34:22.200 And I talked with the Massachusetts police chief earlier today,
00:34:25.780 and he assured me that there's no evidence that these individuals are U.S. citizens.
00:34:30.880 So they may have some form of legal status or an asylum claim here, but they're not present here as U.S. citizens.
00:34:38.960 And it's going to be a big deal coming up in the legislative session here
00:34:42.540 because a state representative, John Andrews, has proposed a bill that would really implement
00:34:48.260 some of the toughest restrictions on Chinese foreign nationals owning property in the state of Maine
00:34:54.420 that have ever really been proposed.
00:34:56.160 This would be an attempt to force these individuals who are part of this criminal conspiracy
00:35:01.820 to sell off their assets in Maine.
00:35:04.520 And the goal is for middle-class Maine families to be living in these 270 to 300 properties
00:35:10.940 that have effectively been hollowed out and put into service for a vast criminal conspiracy
00:35:16.960 that does not serve the American interest and does not serve the interest of the people of Maine.
00:35:21.080 These rural communities are being decimated by fentanyl and other drugs, methamphetamine, all this.

00:36:03.140 Personally, based on my experience in the field, I think that Homeland Security is underestimating the number of properties
00:36:08.300 because what we found is not just marijuana grows per se.
00:36:13.260 We've also found boarding houses throughout the state where it looks like individuals who are working on these grow operations,
00:36:21.200 it's where they go to sleep, eat, and stay, but then they go out and they tend the sites during the day.
00:36:27.020 So there are those facilities.
00:36:28.280 There are warehouses or stash houses throughout the state.
00:36:31.500 So it's a very complex operation.
00:36:33.080 I would say well over 300 properties in Maine owned by this conspiracy.

00:37:07.040 Sometimes these are big bus and law enforcement and the good guys just tell me,
00:37:12.040 hey, that happens all the time, particularly where you see corruption because they want to make sure the media,
00:37:16.040 they want to make sure the Stephen Robinsons of the world are satisfied.
00:37:20.060 They got a big story and then, but it continues to grind on.
00:37:22.560 Are you concerned, given there hasn't been a big roll-up of this, you've had some interesting onesies, twosies,
00:37:29.360 that somehow the fix is in, somehow the money's gotten to law enforcement or gotten to the political process or the courts,
00:37:37.280 and people are every now and again going to toss us.
00:37:39.960 So we have Stephen Robinson on here once a quarter with a bus, but that the operation continues to run,
00:37:45.900 and that's just a cost of doing business for them.
00:37:48.720 Well, I will say that there are vast amounts of money to be made in growing marijuana in Maine,

00:37:56.120 So there's, I guess, a tendency of the legal marijuana growers to not want any scrutiny whatsoever.
00:38:02.460 But I found no evidence whatsoever that any law enforcement have been receiving bribes.
00:38:07.920 I have talked with people who have been bribed by Chinese individuals when they're inspecting the electrical equipment at their property.
00:38:16.580 A guy who speaks no English will stuff two crisp $100 bills in their back pocket and say,
00:38:23.140 coffee money, coffee money, coffee money, as they're escorted off the property after grinding off on their 400-amp service panels.
00:38:30.840 So we do know that bribery is something that is well within the capacity of this organization or these organizations.
00:38:36.600 But I haven't seen any evidence that Maine law enforcement are on the take, so to speak.
