00:00:00.000 But I'm also here today to correct how the MAGA right has portrayed me for their political
00:00:10.440 purposes.
00:00:13.680 I am first and foremost a son, a father, a brother, and a husband from a loving and supportive
00:00:23.000 family.
00:00:25.040 I'm proud to have earned degrees from Georgetown University and Yale Law School.
00:00:30.300 I'm proud of my legal career and business career.
00:00:34.580 I'm proud of my time serving on a dozen different boards of directors.
00:00:39.040 And I'm proud of my efforts to forge global business relationships.
00:00:42.280 For six years, MAGA Republicans, including members of the House committees who are in
00:00:47.320 a closed-door session right now, have impugned my character, invaded my privacy, attacked
00:00:55.780 my wife, my children, my family, and my friends.
00:01:01.580 They have ridiculed my struggle with addiction.
00:01:06.200 They have belittled my recovery.
00:01:09.060 And they have tried to dehumanize me, all to embarrass and damage my father, who has devoted
00:01:16.700 his entire public life to service.
00:01:20.840 Six years, I have been the target of the unrelenting Trump attack machine shouting, where's Hunter?
00:01:28.840 Well, here's my answer.
00:01:31.720 I am here.
00:01:35.120 Let me state as clearly as I can.
00:01:38.460 My father was not financially involved in my business, not as a practicing lawyer, not
00:01:44.500 as a board member of Burisma, not in my partnership with a Chinese private businessman, not in my
00:01:50.800 investments at home nor abroad, and certainly not as an artist.
00:01:56.720 Here I am, Mr. Chairman, taking up your offer when you said we can bring these people in
00:02:03.360 for depositions or committee hearings, whichever they choose.
00:02:08.100 Well, I've chosen.
00:02:10.760 I am here to testify at a public hearing today to answer any of the committee's legitimate
00:02:16.280 questions.
00:02:19.920 Americans do not want an open process where Americans can see their tactics, expose their 0.97
00:02:28.560 baseless inquiry or hear what I have to say.
00:02:35.760 What are they afraid of?
00:02:38.580 I'm here.
00:02:39.860 I'm ready.
00:02:40.860 Now I'd like to say a few words.
00:02:42.760 Hello?
00:02:43.760 I must be going.
00:02:44.760 I cannot stay.
00:02:45.760 I came to say I must be going.
00:02:46.760 I'm glad I came, but just the same, I must be going.
00:02:48.760 What are they afraid of?
00:02:49.760 I'm here.
00:02:50.760 I'm ready.
00:02:51.760 I'm ready.
00:02:52.760 Hunter, are you willing to go across the street?
00:02:56.760 Why don't you?
00:02:57.760 Why not testify now?
00:02:58.760 Why did you dare?
00:02:59.760 If your father was.
00:03:00.760 You know, if you heard what Ali said before the vote and you heard what Molly said during
00:03:04.760 the vote, there are a lot of people who are going to say I must be going.
00:03:05.760 There are no moderate Republicans like we need to just stop with the nonsense.
00:03:24.760 There are no moderate Republicans in the U.S. House of Representatives.
00:03:28.760 There are proud MAGA and there are scared MAGA.
00:03:31.760 That's it, 221 of them.
00:03:35.760 Every single member of the Republican House, whether they were a proud MAGA or scared MAGA,
00:03:41.760 just voted for a bogus nonsensical impeachment motion to proceed because they pay fealty to
00:03:50.760 Donald Trump.
00:03:51.760 And it is a shameful moment in American history.
00:03:54.760 It is a shameful moment for each one of these members, but it is an important moment that
00:03:59.760 every American watching right now should realize that there is nothing other than an authoritarian
00:04:06.760 MAGA movement in the Republican Party.
00:04:09.760 And come next November, those members of Congress, a large number of them are going to lose their
00:04:14.760 seats over this.
00:04:15.760 I'll take a bet on that, Mark Elias, the railhead of proud MAGA, the war room.
00:04:23.760 You're here for the early evening edition, the second hour.
00:04:26.760 I want to thank everybody for this one.
00:04:29.760 I want to bring in the main battery, main gun.
00:04:32.760 That would be Garrett Ziegler over Marco Polo.
00:04:34.760 Okay, Garrett, before I get into the details and Garrett's one to come on the other day,
00:04:40.760 it was a little tied up.
00:04:42.760 I need you to deconstruct Hunter's presser because I think, sir, that might have been aimed
00:04:48.760 at you in the war room.
00:04:51.760 But I want your take, your sophisticated take.
00:04:54.760 Just go through and deconstruct what Hunter Biden was doing there at the sticks.
00:05:00.760 Well, I read the transcript, Rev put it out, and I think about two lines of it were true.
00:05:06.760 The two lines of it that were true were that he was irresponsible with his finances and that
00:05:12.760 they have a mafia o muerta code around the Biden family where they'll go down together.
00:05:19.760 Everything else, Steve, he wants to chalk this up to profligate spending.
00:05:23.760 I mean, who among us hasn't tried to write off hookers as a business expense? 1.00
00:05:29.760 This is every single thing on the Biden bingo card was hit.
00:05:35.760 His addiction, his brother, and everybody's picking on me, and he's a 53-year-old man.
00:05:40.760 For the record, the only reason why anyone cares about him is because of who his father is.
00:05:45.760 And you'll know that he mentioned the CEFC grift, which you've laid out very clearly, the Burisma grift.
00:05:51.760 But he also left out one of the main deals explicated in the indictment, which was the Romania shakedown.
00:05:59.760 Remember, Joey was going over to Bucharest talking about corruption and anti-corruption where, at the very same time, Hunter and Ruby Freeman's attorney, Mike Gottlieb, are over there trying to strong arm the judiciary in Romania to take it easy on Gabriel Popoviciu.
00:06:16.760 So he left out the Romania. I think it's what he doesn't say.
00:06:20.760 You mentioned that he won't say you're – he didn't call you out by name. He didn't call me out by name.
00:06:25.760 That's because I think we're Voldemort to these people.
00:06:28.760 We are he who must not be named because if they name us, then people are going to start sniffing around and seeing what we've got, which is direct evidence of Joe's FARA violations.
00:06:37.760 This isn't speculation. We have all the emails. Unlike somebody who came up with a whistleblower complaint and previously worked for Joe on Ukraine policy, there's actual – there's an actual paper trail here of Joe involved VFR violations and money laundering with Hunter.
00:06:56.760 It's a shame that the Republicans didn't take him up on his offer. I think they should have done both because I think it makes Abby Lowell look sharp for Hunter to come out there in front of the sticks.
00:07:08.760 One thing people don't realize or some people don't realize, I should say, Steve, is that Eric Swalwell, the Fang Fang sex partner, he was the one who reserved this space for Hunter to go in front of the Capitol yesterday.
00:07:20.760 And you had Hunter's patron, Kevin Morris, basically holding hands with Fang Fang's lover behind Hunter. So this is an Eric Swalwell operation.
00:07:29.760 Go through – let's – by the way, I thought it was an epic fail because at the sticks he then runs away. That's where we played the animal crackers with the Marx Brothers, with Groucho Marx.
00:07:41.760 But Abby Lowell, I mean, what are your thoughts? Abby Lowell, that was kind of a desperation given that he won't – well, I'm going to get into the details and the evidence because all they're saying nonstop on MSNBC and CNN, the Praetorian guard there is there's no evidence.
00:07:56.760 Why are we doing this? But you saw Mark Elias. Mark Elias is what I call one of the smart demons. He's scared to death.
00:08:04.520 That's why he's kind of rattling that he's so upset about this. Oh, you're going to lose. You're going to lose. He's scared because he knows the type of receipts we have.
00:08:12.860 But let's go back to Abby Lowell first. Abby Lowell thinks he's a big strategic thinker. I think this was a face plant. What do you think?
00:08:20.780 I don't think it was a face plant, but I also don't think it was a victory. I think that it allows him to maintain plausible deniability to not be held in contempt, that he was there, that he did take serious the subpoenas from Congress, and they're going to cite Comer's own interview saying that he can have it either way.
00:08:37.900 But hang on. But hang on. Hang on. Having known a little thing about the details of that, he did not show up to the committee room.
00:08:44.040 Show up to Capitol Hill in front of the sticks is not – that does not qualify as actually showing up.
00:08:49.940 You've got to show up and go there, at least according to the indictment of Stephen K. Bannon. You've got to – I assume they're going to hold the same standards.
00:08:59.720 Well, they brought up Holder today, right? So Hunter is expecting, like with Eric Holder, that even if they do, his daddy's admin won't hold him in contempt,
00:09:07.520 or at least indict him for contempt. But yeah, you have more skin in this than anyone, except maybe my former boss.
00:09:13.280 You and him are in the same ridiculous boat in that they – Hunter's different than you and me, to use a great Gatsby phrase. 0.70
00:09:23.000 The only reason why I would say that it buys Hunter some time a little bit. It buys him another three to four weeks to get their coffers refilled from Kevin Morris and other dark money figures. 0.52
00:09:34.120 And this entire fiasco is just the beginning. I think it helps us in the country that this is going into 2024. I really believe it does.
00:09:47.480 Big time. Very much so. They know that too.
00:09:50.000 Let me go back. In his statement, he said, they got on me for being a businessman, forming strategic business alliances, strategic business alliances with other countries, and working with Chinese businessmen.
00:10:06.300 Just – I want you to go through the receipts on the CCP, on Burisma, and Romania of what we already know that is out there.
00:10:14.900 And I know this because I've gone through your documentation at Marco Polo. Why is that such nonsense?
00:10:21.320 And it hurts him, I think, putting that on the record. Oh, is it really strategic business alliances is what you're doing with legitimate Chinese businessmen, sir?
00:10:31.260 Well, let's start out with the CHICOMs, number one. There are no deals consummated through the CEFC grift. 0.97
00:10:37.240 Got $5.6 million. That's a floor from CEFC, and then the only deal that they even went half-hearted in was Monkey Island, which went belly up.
00:10:47.080 So there are literally no services rendered for that $5.6 million.
00:10:51.480 Additionally, with the CHICOMs, he gets a million-dollar retainer, which was alluded to in the indictment, and offers no legal services whatsoever.
00:10:58.600 He basically made a million dollars for a single phone call to Edward Krieger and Lewin LLP.
00:11:05.380 They were the attorneys for Patrick Ho. That is a clear FARA violation.
00:11:08.780 There is a legal exemption to FARA, but you have to be representing the party in an official proceeding.
00:11:14.140 Hunter was never even on the docket as an attorney for Patrick Ho.
00:11:17.160 So these aren't legitimate consulting contracts.
00:11:20.280 There's nothing to show for CEFC other than paying off the Bidians. 1.00
00:11:24.900 And remember, the indictment says their work with CEFC and their negotiations – I'm not sure if all your audience knows this, but you do – it started in late 2015, more than 14 months before Joey leaves office.
00:11:37.900 And so I think some of that 5.6 was back pay, was back pay for the influence peddling that occurred in 2016.
00:11:44.100 And this is borne out through the whistleblower materials wherein they say, we don't want to receive payments while Joey's in office.
00:11:49.100 Just wait until Joey's out, and sure enough, that $3.1 million from HK Energy, the Hong Kong domiciled firm, comes into Robinson Walker LLC six weeks after Joey is done being VP.
00:12:01.980 Let's go on to the next country.
00:12:03.280 These are all FARA violations, and because they're FARA violations, all that is laundered money.
00:12:06.940 Hang on. Slow down one second.
00:12:09.240 Just for our audience that may not be up to speed on all the nomenclature, what is FARA?
00:12:14.540 What is a FARA violation, and why is that so important?
00:12:17.080 So FARA is codified at 22 U.S.C. 612, and the exact statutory language is that if you are an unregistered agent for a foreign principal.
00:12:27.720 Now, there are about a dozen advisory opinions on the DOJ's website right now about what constitutes an unregistered agent or an agent in a foreign principal.
00:12:38.380 Most people believe that it's only effectuated when you're working on behalf of a foreign government, but that's not the case.
00:12:44.440 That's actually 18 U.S.C. 951, but it can be private business interests abroad.
00:12:50.820 Whatever you're doing on behalf of a foreigner, you can do it.
00:12:55.280 You just have to declare that to the Justice Department.
00:12:57.920 Eric Schwerin – this is one of the, I guess, exclusive, you can call it, that Marco Polo got.
00:13:01.840 As we look through all these emails, and Eric Schwerin and Hunter were actually talking about FARA in 2010 with regard to William Daley, the former chief for Hussein.
00:13:10.940 And they said – and Eric was like, I wonder – or no wonder why we worry about this so much because their entire business model was FARA violations.
00:13:20.280 And William Daley actually registered in 1979, and they were talking about the unspoken truth is that they never registered.
00:13:26.800 And because – and the reason why they didn't do that – and again, this law has been on the books since 1938.
00:13:32.500 It's only done against Republicans.
00:13:36.480 You just have to specify how much you're paid, the time period, and the services rendered.
00:13:42.560 But if Hunter did that, then all these investigative journalists would start digging in.
00:13:46.360 So he wanted his cake – he wanted to have his cake and eat it too, and so that is the lion's share of the felonies.
00:13:53.540 That's a closed – that's a – that is such an easy case.
00:13:57.060 A second-year ASUA could prosecute that in a tiny judicial district.
00:14:01.120 And then he does the same thing in Ukraine with Zlochevsky, Pazarsky, with Kazakhstan, with Kines Rokoshev, and the sitting prime minister, Karim Massimov.
00:14:12.820 Then Romania, as I mentioned, Gabriel Popoviciu. 0.62
00:14:15.220 These are all corrupt foreign oligarchs. 0.99
00:14:17.140 Mexico. 0.95
00:14:19.500 For – he committed FARA violations with – or for Miguel Alamon.
00:14:24.200 He set up meetings with the then transportation secretary, Anthony Fox.
00:14:30.100 I think he's the former mayor of Charlotte, North Carolina, and he had – and he set up meetings between Interjet, which was a failed airliner in Mexico that the Alamons run, with Jeff Cooper.
00:14:42.580 Jeff Cooper, by the way, Steve, he lives 40 minutes away from me in Illinois.
00:14:46.060 I've sent him – I've sent all of them a report.
00:14:49.120 Where UPS is actually blocked from delivering to their house if they see that my name is on the return receipt, hilariously.
00:14:55.900 But Jeff Cooper was involved in these FARA violations with Hunter in Mexico.
00:15:01.300 And then Serbia, you know this name from the laptop, Vuk Jeremic.
00:15:04.760 These are all figures that I would love to expound upon as a witness or just in an informal capacity for whatever hearing.
00:15:13.480 And even if he doesn't get removed, the trial alone in the Senate will be glorious because we'll be able to go through each and every country for which Hunter was an unregistered foreign agent.
00:15:24.500 The reason the foreign agent thing is big, ladies and gentlemen, and the reason that the Bidens never registered – it's the Foreign Agent Registration Act.
00:15:34.140 It's to let you know the broader interpretations of business individuals, but the very narrow, which has been one that's been in force for years.
00:15:42.360 If you're representing a foreign government, they want to know that.
00:15:46.380 And Biden certainly couldn't be in a situation where his son, who he was in the middle of his business relationships with, was a foreign agent.
00:15:56.180 Then the taint would have gone right to Joe.
00:15:58.000 Now, what they did is they absolutely were a foreign agent.
00:16:00.600 In fact, these are not Chinese businessmen.
00:16:04.200 The chairman of CEFC – and CEFC is just not an energy company.
00:16:08.260 It's a capital markets, a capital allocator for One Belt, One Road.
00:16:13.160 And the young guy that ran it, the chairman, was the golden boy.
00:16:15.700 He was on the board, I think, of advisors at Lincoln Center, Asia Society.
00:16:20.080 They were walking him around.
00:16:22.180 They were walking him around New York and getting him on the most prestigious cultural where you just write a check and you get on there.
00:16:28.000 Patrick Ho – and it's not Garrett Ziegler and Steve Bannon saying Patrick Ho is a spy or an intelligence agent for the Chinese Communist Party or the PLA.
00:16:38.420 It's Hunter Biden.
00:16:39.360 He's on tape talking about the New York Times is all over him.
00:16:44.380 And Patrick Ho is his partner and he's the senior spy.
00:16:47.420 He calls him the senior spy for the Chinese Communist Party.
00:16:50.440 He actively knew he was a spy and yet was in business with him.
00:16:53.980 That's from the lips of Hunter Biden.
00:16:56.980 Talk to me about Romania.
00:16:58.820 That may be the least – people kind of got the general overview of Burisma.
00:17:02.800 I think that also shows you why Joe Biden is so maniacal about getting Zelensky the $60 billion.
00:17:09.220 The Ukrainians know all about Biden. 0.92
00:17:11.360 They could rat him out in a second.
00:17:12.660 That's why he has to buy their silence.
00:17:14.660 Romania is a whole different story that kind of popped up.
00:17:16.920 But it's in the – it's in the – everything to do with the – I think the tax indictment.
00:17:24.460 More importantly, it's what the House is looking at too.
00:17:26.420 Tell me about Romania.
00:17:27.160 Yes, so it has a bunch of corrupt players.
00:17:32.220 Michael Gottlieb, the former Obama White House counsel.
00:17:36.500 He was – not the chief counsel, but he was in the White House counsel's office.
00:17:40.220 He was the attorney for Seth Rich's brother, for Ruby Freeman.
00:17:43.080 Oh, and Boyce Schiller Flexner.
00:17:44.780 It was Michael Gottlieb, Chris Boyce, the son of the founder of Boyce Schiller Flexner, and then the former head of the FBI, Louis Free.
00:17:54.160 Now, it's been speculated that Louis Free is this so-called one-eye.
00:17:58.040 I understand why because he was drunk driving and hit a truck – or he hit a tree with his SUV or truck up in New Hampshire, I think.
00:18:06.000 His first visitor in the hospital was James Comey, by the way.
00:18:08.760 But after that accident, he lost one of his eyes.
00:18:11.100 So Louis Free was involved in this at the very ground level.
00:18:15.660 You had these – you had Free, Boyce, Gottlieb, and Hunter all working for Gabriel Popoviciu, who is now still to this day in London in exile because he doesn't want to go back to Romania to face these corruption charges involving – it all involved a commercial real estate development in downtown Bucharest, the capital called Benacea, B-A-N-A-S-E-A.
00:18:39.320 And it was basically a job that Hunter was supposed to get the American FBI to put pressure on the Romanian court system.
00:18:50.600 In fact, it was the same scheme, Steve, applied to Romania.
00:18:55.760 And this is another – I think one of our exclusives is that the exact same tango went down in Romania in that there was an enterprising prosecutor named Laura Cavessi.
00:19:04.400 She's liberal, but in the same sense, she was the Romanian Victor Shokin.
00:19:08.560 She was going after Hunter's client.
00:19:11.260 All of these Americans were then lobbying the sitting U.S. ambassador to Romania, Hans Clem, surnamed K-L-E-M-M.
00:19:19.720 And there's emails about them meeting up for dinner with Gottlieb and Hunter in America to go after and basically to try to figure out how to carrot or stick the Romanian judiciary to go easy on this client.
00:19:35.100 They got $3 million for that work, and the indictment specifies that Rob Walker got a mil, Hunter got a million, and James Gillier got a million.
00:19:45.060 And this money comes up in the divorce proceedings by name.
00:19:49.960 Kathleen Buell includes this because she was still married to him at the time and thus entitled to some of the funds, and she did get them.
00:19:56.340 So this Romania shakedown was on a smaller scale but exactly the same as the Ukrainian shakedown in that they were hired to take care of a foreign prosecutor and use the power, influence, and pocketbook of the United States government to do so.
00:20:12.860 It's disgusting.
00:20:13.500 You saw Zelensky, you know, him being forced over here to talk to our military, to put the military in the middle of this spending debate, to have him, you know, waltz around Capitol Hill when the Republicans don't want to see him.
00:20:28.540 It's already a no vote, no money.
00:20:29.900 But then to go to the White House, sit in front of the crackling fire, and then to meet the defense contractors, which was the point of the meeting.
00:20:37.540 Are they trying to buy his silence?
00:20:39.640 I mean, it's something weird about the $60 billion.
00:20:41.780 They are so – with all the other issues we've got, and it's so obvious, they're just – I mean, they're talking about keeping the Senate here longer.
00:20:49.540 Langford, you know, he's denying it, saying they can't get it done.
00:20:51.920 But Schumer's pushing to the press today.
00:20:54.540 They're working on something on the border.
00:20:56.120 They'll have it next week.
00:20:56.840 He'll call the Senate back for a vote because they have to get money to the Ukraine by Christmas.
00:21:01.680 This Ukraine thing just – something about it just doesn't make sense.
00:21:04.560 Why does it keep popping up?
00:21:05.660 Why does Zelensky pop up?
00:21:07.180 Why is he the driving force in the Trump impeachment?
00:21:10.840 Why are all these people – you know, Fiona Hill and Vindman and all the – why do they keep popping up all the time?
00:21:18.220 Make it make sense to me.
00:21:19.620 Why is Ukraine – and particularly getting bayons to Ukraine when the war is clearly over, why is this such a massive focus of Joe Biden?
00:21:28.620 I will use Joe Biden's own words.
00:21:32.400 In a December 2016 call with Petro Poroshenko, Joe Biden brought up by name Ihor Kolomoisky.
00:21:39.760 And Ihor Kolomoisky was the owner of Privat Bank.
00:21:42.860 You know this well.
00:21:43.960 That was where a lot of the billions that were laundered through the IMF came back to the Ukrainian oligarchs.
00:21:51.140 It was through Privat Bank.
00:21:52.800 Ihor Kolomoisky was actually, according to a 2012 anti-corruption article, the true beneficial owner of Burisma.
00:22:02.020 They called Zelensky a minigarch and Kolomoisky the oligarch.
00:22:06.100 So why does this matter?
00:22:08.400 How does this connect to Joe?
00:22:09.620 Well, in December 2016, right before DJT is to take office, he is telling Poroshenko, basically yelling at him, saying, nationalize Privat Bank ASAP.
00:22:19.420 Because if it ain't, if it's – if you don't save Privat Bank and basically do what they did to Silicon Valley Bank, questions will start to be asked.
00:22:30.140 And they'll start digging into, okay, how did this happen at Privat Bank?
00:22:33.140 How does Kolomoisky set up all of these Cypriot domiciled shell companies and get the money directly from the IMF?
00:22:42.120 So in terms – and how this relates to Zelensky, if you go back and look at articles in 2018, Kolomoisky installed Zelensky.
00:22:52.140 He was the main fundraiser.
00:22:54.440 He provided security for him, and he owned the TV network that Zelensky played a piano with his genitals on. 0.87
00:23:02.300 He owned that TV network.
00:23:03.700 And so Ihor Kolomoisky has been arrested.
00:23:08.100 I think that's basically a public show trial because the Americans are demanding that for this aid, they have to take care of Kolomoisky.
00:23:17.220 But I think Kolomoisky is the loose end, and I think that Zelensky is just another mini-gark like Zelensky, and Kolomoisky is the one calling the shots.
00:23:26.860 And again, don't take my word for it.
00:23:29.260 Yeah, go ahead.
00:23:30.420 Yeah.
00:23:31.080 No, but don't bury the lead.
00:23:32.600 When you say Biden said to him, between the time Obama – or time Trump won, in that turbulent time we were doing the transition, Biden – doesn't Biden take a trip to Ukraine in that interim period?
00:23:47.900 I mean, which is the most bizarre thing I've ever heard.
00:23:50.240 Why would a sitting vice president – January 6th.
00:23:54.640 Go back to that.
00:23:55.520 That is the smoking gun.
00:23:56.980 Why does a vice president of the United States that's now – term has come to an end.
00:24:01.840 He's got everything to think of.
00:24:03.200 Why in the world would a sitting vice president take Air Force Two and go to Ukraine?
00:24:10.420 You're out of power.
00:24:11.920 You're out of office.
00:24:12.640 You can't really do anything to make any big deals.
00:24:15.920 Why would he go to Ukraine on January 6th of 2017, sir?
00:24:20.180 To tie up loose ends, and after that Ukraine trip hilariously, he goes to Davos and meets with Xi that same trip on the way back.
00:24:29.080 He goes – he stops in Davos.
00:24:30.500 So January 6th, four years before the Fed's direction, he's in Kyiv meeting with Poroshenko, and there's tons of pictures of this.
00:24:40.980 And I think it's to talk about Privat Bank, and why do I say that?
00:24:46.040 It's not just speculation.
00:24:47.780 Andre Durkhock, who everybody and their mother has derided, but nevertheless not one of the audio files that Andre Durkhock released has proven to be a falsification of any kind.
00:24:59.200 Those leaks that came out of Nebu, their anti-corruption unit, those calls that Biden and Kerry had with Poroshenko, they're all real.
00:25:08.660 So December 2016, Joe is scrambling.
00:25:12.040 Joe wants to cover up the mess that is Privat Bank.
00:25:14.620 He knows Kolomoisky owns like 52% of Privat Bank.
00:25:18.100 Oh, and in fact, at this very second, there is civil litigation going down in Delaware about all of Kolomoisky's shell companies called Optima 1, Optima 2.
00:25:29.320 Basically, the IMF loans were corruptly laundered through Privat Bank and then invested back into American real estate, which was owned by these Optima shell companies.
00:25:40.280 And it's been stayed right now pending a resolution in Kolomoisky's Ukrainian trial.
00:25:46.320 But I apologize if I buried the lead.
00:25:48.460 That was a that was a tying up loose ends trip.
00:25:52.100 I think he was going to make sure that they took care of Privat Bank because that was a hornet's nest.
00:25:59.420 Yep.
00:26:00.200 I said a scab you don't want to pick.
00:26:02.880 Where did they go to get Marco Polo?

00:31:34.680 War Room Battleground with Stephen K. Bannon.
00:31:48.620 Okay, from the halls of Congress in the depths of the Biden crime family
00:31:52.360 to the great state of Maine,
00:31:55.840 Stephen Robinson at the Maine Wire joins us.
00:31:58.620 Stephen, this story, and here's the reason.
00:32:01.420 There's a chemical warfare attack by the CCP called fentanyl.
00:32:05.820 And, you know, Biden just went out and kowtowed to Xi.
00:32:09.060 They're not doing anything about it.
00:32:10.320 They're exacerbating it because it's killing, I don't know,
00:32:14.340 70,000 Americans a month, more than the Korean War and Vietnam combined.
00:32:18.880 But there's another war going on, too,
00:32:21.320 and you're seeing that fought in the great state of Maine.
00:32:24.520 Talk to me about it. 0.98
00:32:25.320 These Chinese nationals of marijuana, this thing's a mess. 1.00
00:32:28.480 This is going to be the equivalent in Maine of the drug trade down in the Rio Grande Valley,
00:32:32.900 which corrupted all the Rio Grande Valley, corrupted the judges,
00:32:36.360 it corrupted the courts, it corrupted law enforcement.
00:32:38.640 I see bad things happening in Maine.
00:32:40.960 Brother, what's going on?
00:32:41.920 About a month ago, we at the Maine Wire reported that there were between 270 and 300
00:32:49.220 illegal Chinese-owned marijuana grow operations happening throughout primarily rural Maine.
00:32:55.540 And our report was based on a memo that was leaked from the Department of Homeland Security,
00:32:59.440 which acknowledged the existence of these sites.
00:33:02.120 But it didn't include any addresses and names.
00:33:04.180 So we went out, hit the pavement, reviewed property records, interviewed neighbors.
00:33:08.660 We actually identified nearly 200 of these sites, actually up to 250 about now.
00:33:14.960 And this morning, one of those sites was raided by the Machias Police Department.
00:33:20.780 And for those who don't know where Machias is, we're talking about very, very rural Maine.
00:33:24.940 This is Washington County, the easternmost county in the United States.
00:33:29.480 Not a lot of people living out there.
00:33:31.360 And law enforcement not typically equipped to deal with a vast criminal conspiracy backed by the CCP.
00:33:37.040 But that's exactly what they stumbled onto or investigated for the last month and busted this morning,
00:33:43.160 in cooperation with the FBI, the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency, the Federal Drug Enforcement Agency,
00:33:48.120 the Department of Homeland Security, and the Washington County Sheriff's Office.
00:33:52.280 So this was a big law enforcement effort.
00:33:54.840 They captured 2,700 live plants, 100 pounds of processed marijuana.
00:34:01.480 So we're looking at well over $1 million of illegally grown marijuana.
00:34:05.700 The Office of Cannabis Policy here in the state of Maine, which has regulatory authority over adult-use recreational
00:34:11.820 and medicinal products, legally grown weed, said that this facility was not associated in any way
00:34:18.220 with a licensed marijuana grower.
00:34:20.440 So this was purely illegal.
00:34:22.200 And I talked with the Massachusetts police chief earlier today,
00:34:25.780 and he assured me that there's no evidence that these individuals are U.S. citizens.
00:34:30.880 So they may have some form of legal status or an asylum claim here, but they're not present here as U.S. citizens.
00:34:38.960 And it's going to be a big deal coming up in the legislative session here
00:34:42.540 because a state representative, John Andrews, has proposed a bill that would really implement
00:34:48.260 some of the toughest restrictions on Chinese foreign nationals owning property in the state of Maine
00:34:54.420 that have ever really been proposed.
00:34:56.160 This would be an attempt to force these individuals who are part of this criminal conspiracy
00:35:01.820 to sell off their assets in Maine.
00:35:04.520 And the goal is for middle-class Maine families to be living in these 270 to 300 properties
00:35:10.940 that have effectively been hollowed out and put into service for a vast criminal conspiracy
00:35:16.960 that does not serve the American interest and does not serve the interest of the people of Maine.
00:35:21.080 These rural communities are being decimated by fentanyl and other drugs, methamphetamine, all this.
00:35:30.560 Here's – and you've got to help me out here.
00:35:32.900 You're a hard-nosed reporter.
00:35:35.160 When I see this, and there's 300 – I think you reported first.
00:35:38.840 We got it.
00:35:39.240 It's over 300 of these illegal farms, roughly.
00:35:43.160 Is that what you estimate in the map that you showed us?
00:35:45.140 So the Department of Homeland Security memo estimated that there were between 270 and 300.
00:35:51.380 I personally have identified what I believe to be 250.
00:35:55.460 The majority of those I've visited in person and can confirm that all the hallmarks of an illegal marijuana grow operation are there.
00:36:03.140 Personally, based on my experience in the field, I think that Homeland Security is underestimating the number of properties
00:36:08.300 because what we found is not just marijuana grows per se.
00:36:13.260 We've also found boarding houses throughout the state where it looks like individuals who are working on these grow operations,
00:36:21.200 it's where they go to sleep, eat, and stay, but then they go out and they tend the sites during the day.
00:36:27.020 So there are those facilities.
00:36:28.280 There are warehouses or stash houses throughout the state.
00:36:31.500 So it's a very complex operation.
00:36:33.080 I would say well over 300 properties in Maine owned by this conspiracy.
00:36:38.300 Okay, you've gotten to the point.
00:36:41.820 This is just like the drugs down on the board of the cartels.
00:36:45.060 These are sophisticated operations, logistics, the production, the distribution.
00:36:51.060 The people in back of this, one, they're well-capitalized. 0.99
00:36:53.340 Number two, they're not idiots. 0.98
00:36:54.360 These are very smart business people. 0.98
00:36:56.020 The way these things roll is quite sophisticated.
00:37:00.120 In the Rio Grande Valley, when we started our coverage down there over a decade ago,
00:37:04.080 one of the things we noticed is that every now and again you would have a bus.
00:37:07.040 Sometimes these are big bus and law enforcement and the good guys just tell me,
00:37:12.040 hey, that happens all the time, particularly where you see corruption because they want to make sure the media,
00:37:16.040 they want to make sure the Stephen Robinsons of the world are satisfied.
00:37:20.060 They got a big story and then, but it continues to grind on.
00:37:22.560 Are you concerned, given there hasn't been a big roll-up of this, you've had some interesting onesies, twosies,
00:37:29.360 that somehow the fix is in, somehow the money's gotten to law enforcement or gotten to the political process or the courts,
00:37:37.280 and people are every now and again going to toss us.
00:37:39.960 So we have Stephen Robinson on here once a quarter with a bus, but that the operation continues to run,
00:37:45.900 and that's just a cost of doing business for them.
00:37:48.720 Well, I will say that there are vast amounts of money to be made in growing marijuana in Maine,
00:37:53.880 both legally and illegally.
00:37:56.120 So there's, I guess, a tendency of the legal marijuana growers to not want any scrutiny whatsoever.
00:38:02.460 But I found no evidence whatsoever that any law enforcement have been receiving bribes.
00:38:07.920 I have talked with people who have been bribed by Chinese individuals when they're inspecting the electrical equipment at their property. 0.71
00:38:16.580 A guy who speaks no English will stuff two crisp $100 bills in their back pocket and say,
00:38:23.140 coffee money, coffee money, coffee money, as they're escorted off the property after grinding off on their 400-amp service panels.
00:38:30.840 So we do know that bribery is something that is well within the capacity of this organization or these organizations.
00:38:36.600 But I haven't seen any evidence that Maine law enforcement are on the take, so to speak.
00:38:42.080 I think more likely it's that this problem just isn't on their radar.
00:38:45.520 And when Maine voted in 2016 to legalize marijuana for adult use,
00:38:49.220 it sent a signal to law enforcement that this wasn't a priority and that they should be dealing with fentanyl, really.
00:38:56.000 Do you think that's it?
00:38:57.120 You think that it doesn't raise your – no, there's 300 of these farms out there, these boarding houses, yet you're just getting one.
00:39:03.720 I'm not saying you have the evidence today, but doesn't it strike you as odd, given that how up in your face this is, that it's going very slowly?
00:39:12.880 And have we really captured any – in this raid, did we capture any Chinese nationals?
00:39:17.660 Are we actually starting to arrest people associated with this?
00:39:21.280 Yeah, there were three arrests made, all older gentlemen, all Chinese surnames,
00:39:25.860 and the police chiefs tells me that he has no evidence that they're U.S. citizens.
00:39:30.940 There was some difficulty communicating with them.
00:39:33.740 But he was still in the process of doing paperwork and finishing up with the investigation
00:39:37.660 on account that he had to take three dump truck loads of marijuana to the transfer station this afternoon for destruction.
00:39:44.860 You know, it is a big mystery around here.
00:39:47.160 Why we know that the FBI has been looking into these facilities for at least three years.
00:39:51.160 A former sheriff in Maine confirmed that for me.
00:39:54.700 And to date, this makes the fourth facility that has actually been busted and has led to some arrests.
00:40:04.340 I was at a facility in Wilton a couple of times over the last three weeks that was busted.
00:40:09.380 Same story.
00:40:10.440 A million dollars in weed confiscated.
00:40:12.200 Chinese nationals were working it.
00:40:13.700 No arrests made.
00:40:14.600 And while I'm there inspecting the property, a Chinese man sticks his head out the door and I attempt an interview.
00:40:22.260 He can't talk with me.
00:40:23.220 I ask him if he works there.
00:40:24.200 He says yes.
00:40:25.220 And then he quickly leaves.
00:40:26.820 And we could see in the snow, because it had recently snowed, that cars had been coming and going from there all day long.
00:40:32.680 So individuals literally returning to the scene of the crime.
00:40:36.200 No police there to arrest them.
00:40:38.020 I don't think it's a matter of corruption or bribery at this point.
00:40:41.660 I think it's just no one wants to believe that a conspiracy like this could be operating in a bucolic place like rural Maine.
00:40:51.480 Before we leave, I want to give you your assessment.
00:40:55.040 In rural Maine, which is just one of the most beautiful parts of this nation, how bad is the fentanyl?
00:41:00.560 How bad is the metamphetamine?
00:41:01.940 How bad are the drug labs?
00:41:04.260 Is this eviscerating working class folks in these rural communities?
00:41:09.240 Absolutely.
00:41:10.200 Absolutely.
00:41:10.600 I mean, the place I was just telling you about in Wilton, that grow was happening in behind what used to be the Bass Shoe Factory.
00:41:19.100 20 years ago, there were thousands of people with good union, well-paid jobs in that community.
00:41:26.560 The community was really formed around that.
00:41:28.620 The same thing for my hometown of Dexter, where there was another shoe factory.
00:41:31.880 Bass Shoe is not there. 1.00
00:41:32.900 Dexter Shoe is not there anymore.
00:41:34.620 Instead, the biggest employer in these towns is the town or a public school, and you can't build a community around those.
00:41:40.160 And when there's no jobs, you turn to black market trade, whether that's fentanyl, illegal marijuana.
00:41:46.240 And there's also a level of desperation that underlies every single instance of drug use here.
00:41:50.820 And you just need to look at the ever-increasing overdose trends or go to the Casco Bay Bridge in Portland, where there's about 300 people right now.
00:41:59.800 I think it's like 20 degrees out.
00:42:01.820 There's about 300 people who are sleeping tonight under the Casco Bay Bridge.
00:42:05.160 So the fentanyl crisis, the meth crisis, and now the illegal marijuana operated by a foreign criminal organization, it's devastating rural Maine.
00:42:13.620 It's one of the biggest problems we have.
00:42:14.900 But I have good news.
00:42:15.860 I have good news, Steve.
00:42:17.080 Today, the FBI arrested an older woman from Auburn, Maine, for alleged involvement in January 6th.
00:42:23.940 So everybody in Maine can sleep safe tonight, knowing that the FBI is on the job.
00:42:27.320 Good God, man.
00:42:30.880 Unbelievable.
00:42:31.500 The folks in Maine.
00:42:33.040 Steve, how do people get to the Maine Wire?
00:42:34.820 I love reading it.
00:42:35.960 You guys are on top of things.
00:42:37.040 Where do they go?
00:42:38.680 They can find everything at themainwire.com.
00:42:41.100 And that's our handle on social media.
00:42:42.960 We're on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram.
00:42:44.820 And we've got another big story coming tomorrow in relation to these Chinese grows. 0.99
00:42:50.740 We'll look forward to talking to you then.
00:42:52.340 Steve Robinson, the Maine Wire.
00:42:53.520 Thank you, sir.
00:42:55.040 Thanks, Steve.
00:42:55.480 I mean, you know, it's like Montana and Wyoming and Arizona.
00:43:00.920 They don't come any better than this.
00:43:04.120 And look at that.
00:43:05.460 It's one of the reasons we do the birch gold all the time.
00:43:09.920 The CCP, the Chinese Communist Party, you think they have any respect for us?
00:43:13.160 They know this is going on.
00:43:15.020 Half these guys are Chinese intelligence assets, not officers, but assets.
00:43:18.360 This is, if the pandemic was a biological weapons attack on us, and TikTok is an information warfare attack on us, this is a chemical warfare attack.
00:43:30.640 It's a chemical warfare attack. 0.63
00:43:31.960 That's what fentanyl is.
00:43:32.760 And they know that.
00:43:34.120 Dr. Thay has got up there the second opium war piece on War Room.
00:43:37.620 And this is just another.
00:43:39.800 The marijuana is not as bad, but remember, it's an entry-level drug.
00:43:42.340 And they're just doing it to show they can get away with it and eviscerate these rural communities.
00:43:45.980 Remember, when he says Bass Shoes, that's the old Bass Weegians. 0.99
00:43:48.820 Gone.
00:43:50.180 Dexter Shoes, one of the mainstays of kind of working class and middle class America.
00:43:55.780 Gone.
00:43:56.380 All the factories gone.
00:43:57.400 This is what happens when you debase your currency.
00:44:01.560 Go to birchgold.com slash band and find out about it.
00:44:04.820 Understand the end of the dollar empire.
00:44:06.940 That dollar empire will be the United States of America.
00:44:10.320 Because now we're in a crisis.
00:44:12.140 And, of course, Johnson, he's wheels up.
00:44:15.160 They're gone.
00:44:16.680 I said today, and I'm not trying to be harsh.
00:44:19.720 Newsweek's got his lead story.
00:44:21.060 We don't need any more Christian talk. 1.00
00:44:23.480 We need Christian action.
00:44:25.860 Stand in the gap.
00:44:26.720 That's what our religion over two millennia has been.
00:44:30.440 Standing in the gap.
00:44:32.080 Standing up.
00:44:32.680 And remember, they say that the Christian nationals, all you people, the traditional Catholics, evangelical Christians, you're bad because you love your country too much.
00:44:40.160 Remember?
00:44:41.580 The book out there by Tim Alberta, you love your country too much.
00:44:49.400 Mike Lindell, you've done a great job being Santa's helper.
00:44:53.420 People's heads are still blown up from the last hour when you announced it.
00:44:56.980 I need to have another announcement.
00:44:58.260 I want to make sure all the War Room Posse, particularly our vast radio audience, understands what's happening.
00:45:03.020 Walk us through what you and your team at the company have done.

00:46:02.940 And now we just got one more container in.

00:47:13.300 See, they love talking to you, the War Room Posse.
00:47:16.680 And so many of them, like I said last hour, they're learning about what your show's all about.
00:47:21.060 I think you've got a lot more fans coming on.
00:47:23.240 I've been catching a lot of my employees watching your show when they're supposed to be working.
00:47:27.760 What's up with that?

00:47:36.600 Mike, thank you so much.

00:47:38.540 I know last hour, my phone's been blown up.
00:47:40.860 People are so grateful because they need a little more time to go to MyPillow.com slash Worm, promo code Worm, or 800-873-1062 to check everything out.
00:47:52.140 Merry Christmas.
00:47:52.800 You're Santa's helper, brother.
00:47:55.260 Santa's helper.
00:47:55.800 Well, thanks, man.
00:47:56.300 Thanks, everybody.
00:47:57.160 Thanks, Steve.
00:47:57.800 And I'm heading to California.
00:47:59.540 I'm going to be going to speech there this weekend, and then I'm going to Phoenix for the big event there.
00:48:06.120 And it's going to be great.
00:48:07.900 I'm on the road now.
00:48:09.180 It's all about securing our elections and saving our country, everybody.
00:48:14.460 Reawaken America is Friday, Saturday, and then AmFest starts on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday.
00:48:19.980 Mike Lindell will be there.
00:48:20.920 We'll be there.
00:48:21.860 Check everything out.
00:48:23.200 Mike Lindell, thank you very much.
00:48:24.620 Honored to have you on here.
00:48:26.740 Yep.
00:48:27.020 Thanks, Steve.
00:48:27.520 Thanks, everybody, at the War Room.
00:48:28.960 In fact, Lady No Grady is going to premiere the song, Modern Day Holy War, I think, at the Reawaken tour with Clay Clark and the team.
00:48:35.840 And then she's going to be at AmFest.
00:48:37.380 So that's starting to get some traction.
00:48:40.100 Tomorrow, Lara Logan's going to join us.
00:48:43.100 We're going to have an action-packed show starting at 10 a.m. Eastern time and then two hours in the afternoon.
00:48:47.540 Congress has left.
00:48:48.540 Congress has left, but it doesn't mean the fight has left.
00:48:51.500 We've got a lot of work to do here.
00:48:53.660 And look, Speaker Johnson's a good man.
00:48:56.340 He's a decent man.
00:48:57.640 He's got a Christian worldview.
00:48:58.940 But, hey, we need action now.
00:49:00.680 And we're going to walk through what the action plan's got to be because the nation's on the precipice on so many different areas.
00:49:06.440 And now with starting this impeachment effort on Biden, you're going to see some of the ugly underbelly of the way the deep state works because this impeachment is going to tie back to Trump's first impeachment on this Ukraine.
00:49:18.380 You wait.
00:49:18.780 The details you're going to see on this and getting out the laptop from hell is going to shock you.
00:49:24.340 For those of you who haven't been with us for the last couple of years, remember, we did a pretty good job of making sure people could understand what was in the laptop from hell.
00:49:32.060 So, Krom Carmichael, we're asking our audience to be lion hearts, to be lion hearts.
00:49:39.220 How are they going to have healthy hearts, brother?
00:49:42.820 Steve, thanks so much for having me.
00:49:46.060 And I enjoyed listening to Mike Lindell talk about MyPillow.
00:49:49.300 I've got a bunch of MyPillows and his slippers, and they're fantastic.
00:49:53.940 And my dog wants you to know how enthusiastic, if you can hear him in the background, how enthusiastic he is about Soul Tea.
00:50:01.560 But this right here is a bottle of Soul Tea.
00:50:04.440 We've got 60 soft gel capsules in this bottle.
00:50:09.340 People take two a day.
00:50:10.920 And I want to just read to you, and I read this for your morning audience a couple of days ago.
00:50:15.960 But this is from April.
00:50:17.180 One of our customers says, my cholesterol was extremely high.
00:50:20.500 I didn't want to take the statin drugs my doctor was insisting that I get on.
00:50:25.220 I had been seeing Krom on the war room and thought, what the heck, I'll give it a shot.
00:50:29.660 So I signed up for a three-month subscription, and I just finished that and got my second order.
00:50:36.140 And I went to the doctor, had my blood drawn, and I waited for his phone call.
00:50:41.360 And I'm happy to announce that I am on my way.
00:50:45.640 My cholesterol has dropped 26 points.
00:50:48.020 And my doctor is thrilled and says, whatever I'm doing, keep doing.
00:50:51.920 I told her about Soul Tea.
00:50:53.840 She took the information down and said she'd check it out.
00:50:56.500 Thanks so much.
00:50:57.860 You are a lifesaver, literally.
00:51:00.180 And heart health is the most important thing we can have.
00:51:03.440 And I apologize for my problem.
00:51:05.340 I can't do anything about it.
00:51:07.080 And you can go to warroomhealth.com.
00:51:10.300 That's warroomhealth.com.

00:51:41.060 Steve, thanks so much for letting me tell the War Room Posse about Soul Tea.
00:51:45.420 You and the dog.
00:51:48.580 We got the dog thrown in for free.
00:51:50.300 Remember, I don't work with kids and dogs.
00:51:52.480 I don't ever work.
00:51:53.380 I'm like, what is it?
00:51:55.820 The old comedian.
00:51:57.040 I think Mae West.
00:51:57.800 I don't work with kids and dogs.
00:51:59.260 Thank you so much.
00:52:00.500 Let's get healthy hearts.
00:52:01.780 Go to Soul Tea.
00:52:03.320 Thank you, brother.
00:52:04.760 Lady Negrady takes us out with Modern Day Holy War. 1.00
00:52:08.920 She'll be at the Reawaken Festival in Tulare, California, premiering the song with Clay Clark and the team.
00:52:15.680 And then she'll be down at AmFest.
00:52:17.040 We're going to be back here at 10 a.m. Eastern Standard Time tomorrow morning.

00:52:22.200 You're going to be in the War Room.
00:52:23.140 See you then.
00:52:23.480 The television's only meant to indoctrinate the mind.
00:52:30.980 Seeing ain't always believing doesn't mean it ain't true.
00:52:37.100 Oh, Amazon's path of unbelievable right under you.
00:52:44.280 We're in a modern day.
00:52:46.720 Holy War coming after you.

00:53:36.620 You see, heart disease sneaks up on us.
00:53:38.660 You can start in your 30s, and when this happens, you're at serious risk by the time you turn 60.
