Bannon's War Room - WarRoom Battleground EP 508： Mainstream Manipulation Of The Job Numbers

00:00:00.000 this is what you're fighting for I mean every day you're out there what they're doing is blowing

00:00:11.420 people off if you continue to look the other way and shut up then the oppressors the

00:00:18.400 authoritarians get total control and total power because this is just like in Arizona this is just

00:00:24.320 like in Georgia it's another element that backs them into a quarter and shows their lies and

00:00:29.060 misrepresentations is why this audience is going to have to get engaged as we've told you this is

00:00:33.340 the fight all this nonsense all this spin they can't handle the truth war room battleground here's

00:00:40.400 your host Stephen K Bannon big march jobs jobs jobs report hitting the wires uh non-farm payrolls a

00:00:48.780 whopping 303,000 that best most estimate and goes right along with the whisper number which was

00:00:56.320 higher than the estimates due to the strength in ADP 303,000 that's the juiciest number that we've had

00:01:03.940 going back to 303,000 equals may of 23 right on the nose to find a higher number you go back to

00:01:12.320 January of last year if we look at the unemployment rate 3.8 now this is a biggie because last month's

00:01:19.840 3.9 was the highest unemployment rate since Jan of 22 so it did moderate just a bit if we look at

00:01:27.880 average hourly earnings which were up one tenth of a percent last month that was the lowest month

00:01:32.860 over month change since March of 21 let's call it three years first of all that was revised now to

00:01:38.500 up two tens and the new number is up three tenths of a percent exactly as expected year over year

00:01:45.320 4.1 as expected down from 4.3 actually when you look at 4.1 you have to go back to uh june of 21

00:01:55.580 june of 21 uh excuse me yeah 4.1 june of 21 find a lower number that's a really big deal when you

00:02:04.420 consider uh what the average hourly earnings on a year-over-year basis have been doing the simple

00:02:10.320 question you have to ask is is the the ultimate political question are you better off today than you

00:02:14.500 were four years ago and they are the reality is yes prices are high and gas is still high but the

00:02:19.480 reality is you are better off so their job is to take it from an abstract economy to you the voter he

00:02:25.840 has to really show it to them you have to because people still will go to a restaurant and say but the

00:02:31.320 way the way you show it to them is look at look at your ira look at your savings accounts look at how

00:02:36.980 what look at the value of everything in your life is up you are better off you're making higher wages

00:02:43.340 your children are better off you have to make that story on a very one-to-one basis and you have to

00:02:48.400 deal with the base one of the things that i think is good about this report is when you go from an over

00:02:55.200 nine percent unemployment in in the pandemic double digits among blacks and latinos and now you have

00:03:02.220 another month where black women are more or less unemployed than they were i mean you talk to those 0.99

00:03:10.560 women uh single mothers some of them that are trying to make ends meet saying that happened

00:03:16.920 under me two years ago your unemployment rate was this way so i think that you look at blacks you look

00:03:23.040 at latinos that have a record unemployment it's still higher than whites but it's in some cases half in

00:03:29.540 some states of what it was what does uh trump and them if you're looking at it political argue

00:03:35.500 when the facts speak for themselves and i think that people need to say don't take for granted

00:03:40.760 that you've got a job or that your mother's going to work i did that with by doing what i did with the 0.96

00:03:46.820 infrastructure bill and inflation reduction and other you have to connect it to the base and uh caddy

00:03:52.660 furthering the revs point some of those people who aren't feeling great about the economy are those

00:03:56.720 that joe biden needs the most it's young voters struggling with credit card debt or being unable to

00:04:00.620 afford a home those are real those are real issues right now that make that contribute to

00:04:05.480 americans not feeling great about the economy despite all the numbers and not giving president

00:04:10.080 biden any credit it's furious about what that lobster roll is costing they're then complaining

00:04:15.600 about the economy and the the main equivalent of my son who just made 17 bucks an hour for the worst

00:04:21.720 hoagie ever plus now now that we have now that we have a pressure-filled tip system after he makes you

00:04:28.420 the lousy hoagie that he forgot the turkey on he's going to turn the screen around and say would

00:04:33.080 you like to tip me 2025 your shrink bills are going way up your shrink bills are going way up

00:04:38.220 no but like listen this is a complicated story we are a country of small business don't don't forget

00:04:44.800 he's going to turn around and tip shame you at the end yeah oh that is oh my god um poor guy i mean

00:04:53.020 his mom is not his biggest fan guess what he'll be able to afford buying his own dj equipment that

00:04:58.580 he's dying to purchase i won't have to step up for it well that that's the good news andrew i want to

00:05:04.180 end on you and follow up with what caddy said um you know i i i convinced myself about six months ago

00:05:12.620 uh that young voters were moving uh to the to right because of tiktok and because of yeah all the

00:05:22.500 disinformation they're getting on tiktok and uh one of my sons one of my older sons uh who is you know

00:05:31.760 probably he's he votes for democrats i'll just put it that way one of my younger sons took me aside and

00:05:40.180 said you're living in a different world dad because let me tell you something it is impossible

00:05:46.460 for us to buy a home like we go out to count yeah and and and and we are crushed by it and and a couple

00:05:55.500 of weeks ago they shocked me it's hard for me to tell you how progressive these people are all of my

00:06:01.480 children began as progressives just to irritate me uh but they actually said you know what if trump

00:06:07.440 wasn't a fascist we would be voting republican right now because we are so crushed by the cost

00:06:14.660 of the economy i was shocked i really i was shocked and that goes to the idea that there's a feeling and

00:06:22.160 there may be data and as i said the date the trend line of the data is right in a good way but the

00:06:27.700 feeling is not wrong either and the feeling is the reality uh in so many ways and i think caddy uh you

00:06:34.840 raised the issue there's that piece in the journal today talks about food prices talks about going to

00:06:39.240 a restaurant you know you talk about buying a home so many things do cost uh so much more than they did

00:06:45.640 before and that's something that is not going to get resolved before november it just isn't uh you get

00:06:52.860 the trend line in the right direction before november but you're not you're not going to have prices

00:06:57.660 reverse if you will materially reverse in a way or wages go up so much that it somehow uh you know

00:07:05.560 upends this conundrum

00:07:07.380 friday 5 april year of our lord uh 2024 uh welcome to the second hour of the war room and i wanted to

00:07:16.800 break it i had to get my team on here today because it's such a big issue and of course the bomb just

00:07:22.260 dropped there at the end it's not going to change between now and then but we've been telling you about

00:07:25.760 this for years and years and years uh but now the freak out is that they're saying oh their

00:07:32.460 interpretation the data or the way that they manipulate the data the data is all showing you 0.98

00:07:37.440 a rosy picture these uh these really dumb working class and middle class americans just don't 0.96

00:07:43.720 understand that we got to sell it to them we got to make sure they understand it uh so they're going 0.98

00:07:49.160 to realize all the great stuff we've done the buried lead right there and what they talked about what

00:07:54.200 they've done is the five to six trillion dollars of additional federal spending you talked about the

00:08:00.040 inflation reduction outwards was a joke and then he talked about the infrastructure their their best

00:08:05.920 pitch is that we spent all this money we added to the national debt and why don't you love us

00:08:11.300 that they said that in the opening and the opening clip right there so i've got the a team ej and tony

00:08:18.420 i've got dave bratt and have a dave walsh uh dr ej and tony let's start with you the jobs report

00:08:24.600 today once again you go through the numbers it's just not the restatements that happen later that's

00:08:29.140 bad enough you'll talk about that because they make these numbers up but it's also who's really

00:08:33.680 getting the jobs ej and tony dr antoni walk us through what really was announced today what happened

00:08:39.660 well steve one of the things that's really troubling about these numbers is the fact that it's not

00:08:45.040 native-born americans who are getting hired today in fact they've been losing jobs and so all of the

00:08:51.520 net job growth that that we have seen literally since the initial government shutdowns in 2020

00:08:57.060 have all gone to foreign-born workers that's particularly troubling for a couple of reasons

00:09:02.380 not the least of which is that as biden lets a flood of illegal immigrants across the border

00:09:07.840 those illegal aliens oftentimes then get to work except that they don't actually i should say the 0.99

00:09:15.980 biden administration doesn't actually publish how many of those foreign-born workers today with jobs

00:09:22.800 are illegal in other words we have absolutely no idea how much of what percentage i should say of

00:09:29.600 these jobs numbers are are simply biden's influx of illegals coming into this country and taking jobs 1.00

00:09:36.440 from americans you know we saw in the headlines just a couple of weeks ago that that tyson foods

00:09:41.480 was literally firing a bunch of americans so that they could hire foreigners except that that's just 0.98

00:09:47.940 a recent development this trend has been going on for four years um it also does the the situation

00:09:57.860 because we know that a ton of these you know a vast majority are the illegal aliens that they've allowed

00:10:04.600 invade the country in fact they've helped to invade the country because pal told us this this is the

00:10:08.220 reason that he said the immigration the recent immigration is the reason the wages are down

00:10:12.700 doesn't this also reinforce because these people are all connected on social media

00:10:17.120 they're coming to america paid off this is why you're going to have tens of millions more because

00:10:23.320 they're sitting there going hey these guys got in they got they got welfare benefits the kids are in

00:10:28.520 schools they're getting health care and they actually got a job and they're now they're they're part of the

00:10:33.700 economic program so isn't this only going to exacerbate the reality of what's going on not

00:10:38.580 the way they spin the numbers but the reality is going on is that the invasions working for the

00:10:43.700 invaders is it not sir well steve you're absolutely right it's working for the invaders invaders but it's

00:10:49.480 also working for the political elite and and you make a great point that these people come here not

00:10:54.920 only do they get jobs but then they also get welfare they get all kinds of goodies from the government

00:10:59.820 aka our taxpayer dollars whether it's housing schooling you name it and so one of the key

00:11:05.780 reasons why a lot of these people are able to make it on such low wages is the fact that on top of the

00:11:12.480 job they also have tons of government assistance which is also a big reason why the the deficit has

00:11:19.020 been running so much hotter than both OMB and CBO predicted it would during this fiscal year

00:11:25.240 EJ the other thing you've been great about not just tracking the American born jobs versus foreign

00:11:32.980 born jobs you've also been adamant about hey every time they give us a number they they they redo it

00:11:39.940 a couple months later where we are really on net real jobs versus what they announced and then what

00:11:46.360 they what they reconfigured later well steve over the last year you're looking at a difference of

00:11:52.680 almost a million once you add up every single month because each month is building on the previous

00:11:57.780 month you know every time they they have a jobs report for example and let's say it says a hundred

00:12:02.580 thousand jobs were added well if half of those were jobs you thought you previously had because the last

00:12:08.060 month was revised down by 50 you know that those effects again very very quickly build on themselves

00:12:13.720 and so we not only are we not seeing anywhere near the number of jobs we actually thought we had

00:12:19.540 but then if we want to delve into the quality of those jobs things deteriorate even further what I

00:12:25.080 mean by that is we're actually hemorrhaging full-time jobs and have been for quite a while there are fewer

00:12:31.040 full-time jobs in the economy today than there were a year ago and so how is it that we have so many more

00:12:36.440 jobs it's because they're all part-time it's because we have Americans losing full-time work and then

00:12:42.360 having to pick up one two even three part-time gigs in order to to try to make ends meet here

00:12:48.940 so far from a sign of wealth again we're seeing a sign of impoverishment if you actually go beyond

00:12:55.200 the headlines here

00:12:56.040 uh dave uh i want to bring you in and why they're freaking out why we're doing this is that it's the

00:13:03.820 difference between the data they put up and the reality of the lived experience as as personified in

00:13:09.360 the polling where people say we hate the economy so much the democrat operatives have told the guys

00:13:14.900 in the house never mention bidenomics do not use that phrase because people will spit on the floor

00:13:19.400 you saw the buried lead there is they they said hey why don't they love us for uh the reduction of uh

00:13:25.700 you know reducing inflation act why don't they love us for the infrastructure we spent we we basically

00:13:30.520 took five trillion additional dollars canes it and jammed it into the system and they still don't love us

00:13:36.580 brother give me your assessment well my assessment is the uh those snippets they got a little

00:13:43.400 schizophrenia going over there morning joe and mika uh said the quiet part out loud my kids are

00:13:49.160 getting crushed they can't buy houses they can't buy food they can't do nothing and uh you know as

00:13:55.060 ronnie reagan said there's a big pile of stuff all over the place here and then donnie deutsch the

00:13:59.580 marketing guru who's got to come in and says well if there's a big pile of you know what here there must

00:14:04.240 be a pony somewhere and he says so the answer the question is right are you better off are you better

00:14:10.920 off now than you were and and deutsch is saying yes and all everybody else is saying no and the data

00:14:17.300 you know you just covered a lot of our data points uh but cnn had a poll out on you know nostalgia for the

00:14:24.180 trump uh economy and that's spot on he had peace and prosperity i think it's uh 60 65 70 percent

00:14:31.100 negative now on the national economy people say their own personal lives and states are a little

00:14:36.100 bit better but when it comes to federal uh policy in the in the uh in the states that matter the

00:14:42.160 polling's upside down because the federal government's the one with the debt uh the inflation right they

00:14:47.160 the the the morning shows were warning the white house and biden six months ago inflation is the issue

00:14:53.900 right the debt is awful all these other things are awful but people don't uh understand those fully

00:14:59.900 but what inflation when when prices go up uh 10 and then go up another five and then go up another

00:15:06.280 five and you've lost 20 percent of your purchasing power that's the one that has the people ticked off

00:15:12.140 they know that's a federal reserve problem they know that's at the federal level they know their

00:15:16.460 state did not print the money uh the state didn't go into this massive government spending debt the state

00:15:21.400 doesn't go to war the state has to balance their budgets uh so all the problems are from up north in

00:15:27.440 the swamp in washington dc uh from here uh and so i i think the american people got their heads on

00:15:33.060 straight they know what's coming at them uh the federal government their lives are not better off

00:15:38.060 yeah yeah the american people the working class of the people are the rational actors in this they

00:15:44.540 see what's going on they said hey my life sucks economically because hang on hang on real quickly

00:15:49.800 the the bomb dropped at the end that said hey it's not going to change between now and election

00:15:53.780 day do you see the faces shocked ej the reason it's not going to change is what ej and tony brought

00:15:59.780 up six months to nine months ago he goes hey guys you got to refinance a third of this national

00:16:05.520 of this debt to increase all the time and she's doing it short term because she can't sell 10s and 30s 1.00

00:16:10.660 she's doing a short term that's it's just not the fed anymore it's the refinancing of the debt is 0.97

00:16:15.620 going to basically structurally jam in inflation that's not going to go away you called this nine

00:16:21.320 months ago and now they're living with it ej and tony steve we're looking at 10 trillion dollars of

00:16:28.380 treasury treasury issuance this year between things that are rolling over what you were just describing

00:16:33.480 but then also the new issuance that treasury has to put forth in order to try to finance today's

00:16:39.760 massive deficits and that's a key reason why we continue to see yields on treasuries tick up

00:16:45.860 we continue to see things like gold like bitcoin hit record high after record high and unfortunately

00:16:52.440 there's no sign of any of this slowing down but here's the irony of it in in their simplistic

00:16:59.240 thinking not thinking the second or third order uh events they thought just the met the simple

00:17:04.640 keynesian this is biden this old school guys we just take five trillion dollars with all these

00:17:10.260 government make work programs it's going to in every state the wage is going to increase things are

00:17:14.800 going to increase not thinking about hey this thing's got to be financed dude and in that

00:17:19.100 financing drives drives the inflation that kills the purchasing power of the dollar and it hurts

00:17:24.860 working class people middle class and they're going to hate on you they can't right now walk you through 0.67

00:17:30.060 how that happens right this is why people watch the war room because we try to show them but working

00:17:35.240 class people understand when they look at their paycheck they go in a store uh it's not going as far

00:17:40.480 they pay they can't buy a house they can't rent they can't do anything kids have got to gap that

00:17:44.780 every month living expense where the credit card is at 30 percent if their parents aren't backing

00:17:49.360 them up somehow they have to make it dave walsh you've said from the beginning energy is everything

00:17:54.700 energy is the underpinnings got articles today that literally oh what dave walsh told us on this show

00:18:00.980 three years ago watch the grid the grid is old the grid's going to be problems but not just that

00:18:06.960 because inflation gas oil is back is creeping back up to 90 a barrel the biden's uh schizophrenic

00:18:14.480 energy policy is one of the central underpinning uh realities that's caused this mess has and by the

00:18:21.560 way led people in their lived experience say hey dude your economy sucks you're killing me dave walsh

00:18:28.700 well you know the the country has shut down in the last 12 years a hundred thousand megawatts ten

00:18:36.220 percent of its base load energy supply for electricity that was coal that stuff that runs all the time 0.92

00:18:42.240 shut down another several thousand megawatts of nuclear we've shut down 12 000 12 12 14 percent of

00:18:48.820 our total electricity supply that ran all of the time and we've displaced a large portion of that

00:18:54.600 with stuff that is four to ten times more expensive solar and wind and battery storage and runs only about

00:19:01.980 a fourth of the time so the net result is we have a crisis of an electricity electricity shortage looming

00:19:09.260 california clearly 33 percent imports of electricity texas clearly brownout service curtailments announced

00:19:16.100 all of the time now now in miso and pjm which comprise about 28 states collectively in the upper midwest

00:19:23.620 over through maryland pennsylvania virginia announcing the shortage of electricity because of

00:19:30.280 all of these base load continuous duty deemed to be dirty coal plants shut down replaced with

00:19:36.840 a lot of wind and solar that works very part-time we've got a huge disaster on our hands

00:19:41.900 hang on that but i want to add on to that because the salvation of all of us is going to be the new

00:19:48.580 god artificial intelligence right you're 12 to 14 percent down on what we do now if you project out

00:19:55.420 of the needs we're going to need for the post for the post-industrial economy that the elites in the

00:20:00.920 credential class want to get to and say hey the grubby working man is not going to be part of it

00:20:05.300 you're going to be 30 40 50 percent down when you start to add in the reality of artificial

00:20:11.280 intelligence the massive power it needs and the electric vehicles everything they're layering on

00:20:17.740 demands more at the same time they're taking it off dave walsh where is that going to leave us

00:20:21.900 this is happening in red state and blue state alike for example in virginia with a lot of server

00:20:27.260 centers data centers uh the trunk line from europe on data comes to virginia northern virginia

00:20:32.480 eight percent year-on-year growth in electricity capacity required to fuel that expansion of server

00:20:40.060 centers and data centers while dominion basically has flatlined electricity growth in new capacity

00:20:46.860 because their whole new capacity plan is part-time offshore wind very part-time on on land solar

00:20:53.140 that basically adds net nothing to the total kilowatt hours produced per year so they've announced a plan

00:21:00.600 an integrated resource plan that actually has a 28 000 megawatt unidentified gap in the end of it of

00:21:07.180 capacity they can't meet with the renewables they're adding florida is much worse north carolina much

00:21:13.780 worse you've got utilities ramping up their capex plan by a factor of 10 times to add resources that are

00:21:21.220 five to 15 times more costly and operate about 20 to 22 percent of the time being solar wind and battery

00:21:28.380 storage this is a complete disaster because yeah the new economy even without evs and even without

00:21:34.280 converting gas heating to electric heating is all about ai is all about server centers data centers that

00:21:40.660 are massive consumers of continuous duty hang on hang on but hang on you can't but go ahead and add

00:21:48.580 on the ev and add on we're getting natural gas they can't have the gas stove if you add that on where

00:21:54.580 does it leave it because that's their plan i just want i want to be fair to them that's their plan

00:21:58.280 if you add besides the data centers for the artificial intelligence if you add it where they want to be

00:22:03.500 on evs because they're banning 20 states they're banning the internal combustion engine we got to give

00:22:09.080 them their due where's that my point is this is insanity this is insane no rational person does this

00:22:15.260 this is insanity the numbers are insane their economic program today is insane what they have in the future

00:22:21.940 is 10 times more insane because they're literally taking off the very thing you need and now they're

00:22:27.620 going to sit there and go oh well we can go to nuclear power i love nuclear power but you just

00:22:31.820 can't sit there and go oh yeah let's just build a nuclear power plant dave can we just build it right

00:22:35.980 over there add ev and add getting off of natural gas for your for your stove and your heater at home and

00:22:42.500 where's that going to leave us dave walsh okay over the next 10 years the collective data collected by all

00:22:48.380 the from all the utilities is we're only going to grow kilowatt hour per year production by five and a

00:22:53.880 half percent across 10 years cumulatively the average need for gdp growth and population growth would be

00:23:00.300 18 percent 15 to 18 percent in electricity creation needed in that 10 year period with evs and home

00:23:08.440 heating transitioning supposedly to electric the the capacity of electricity would need to go up by about

00:23:14.840 80 percent over a 10 year period to meet these ev goals and home heating goals we're way way behind

00:23:22.100 what we need to be in status quo with gdp growth hold it hold it give me that number again i got to hear

00:23:28.260 it it warms the cockles of my heart give it to me again no because of the mass adoption in the next

00:23:33.680 10 years across the country of only of only solar and wind and battery storage in accordance with

00:23:40.300 government pressure we're only adding about 5.2 to kilowatt hour growth across 10 whole years we

00:23:47.580 should be adding 18 percent before any of this adoption of evs mass adoption of evs which would

00:23:54.720 take us to needing about 80 percent more electricity generation capacity than we now have that i mean these

00:24:01.960 these policies don't tie together they don't tie together at all and you take on inflation the top 10

00:24:08.580 high cost electricity states six are in new england two of the others in new york and california two and

00:24:15.600 a half times today the electricity cost of the rest of the country in those 10 states those 10 those

00:24:21.500 states have suppressed economic growth completely inside of their economies new york new jersey the

00:24:27.640 six new england states california economic growth is over it's been over for a long time among other

00:24:33.020 policies electricity policies run by the states in those states all run by democrats are

00:24:38.440 two and a half to three times higher retail cost of electricity than the rest of the country

00:24:42.680 in those states this has happened already you know this this their policies are a disaster for

00:24:48.320 inflation and hardship on average human beings

00:24:51.300 by the way that's we're going to see a mass exits okay i want my three guys here to wait we're

00:24:57.580 gonna take a short commercial break we're gonna come back and get some uh additional thoughts

00:25:01.280 on what the data shows of where the economy really is and the lived experience the american people

00:25:06.540 you're seeing a revolt out there in this country people are sitting there going you're telling me

00:25:10.420 it's so good you're gaslighting me because it's not good and it's getting worse and you see dave walsh

00:25:15.120 who does some projections down range what's going to happen energy and energy is the fundamental

00:25:20.020 foundation for an industrial and a post-industrial society just is that's what president trump's policy was

00:25:26.560 full spectrum energy dominance across the board dr ej and tony brought up a while ago about the cost

00:25:33.820 of assets everything's going up this is why gold's over 2300 it's broken that uh we're going to have

00:31:25.120 with stephen k bannon uh dr ej and tony uh over from heritage you've been doing an amazing job on the

00:31:33.600 show last couple of years people are so far ahead of the curve because of your analysis give us your

00:31:39.040 closing thoughts on uh on the cold open with what's happening the the the tower of babel

00:31:44.760 of the biden regime and its media partners also the reality on the ground sir steve i think one of the

00:31:52.320 key things to remember is that they can only tell you you're crazy for so long right all these people

00:31:59.080 as you say have a lived experience that says one thing and then you have the official government

00:32:03.760 statistics that say something else whenever that happens don't believe the government statistics

00:32:08.780 believe what you can see with your own eyes and what you've actually lived through a key example of

00:32:14.160 that is the unemployment rate which so many people in the media today are talking about how great it is

00:32:19.100 to have an unemployment rate uh you know below four percent well guess what if you actually include

00:32:24.280 the millions of people who left the workforce in 2020 and have never returned to this day even four

00:32:30.680 years later that bumps the unemployment rate up not to 3.8 percent but to somewhere between uh 6.5 and

00:32:39.440 about 7.7 percent so that's not catastrophic but it's certainly not what we would consider a robust economy

00:32:46.560 ej where do people get you all your work all your analysis all your ratings best place to find me is

00:32:55.020 going to be on twitter x whatever we call it these days the handle there is at real ej and tony

00:33:00.420 you're amazing thank you so much for coming on here and uh explaining this to the american people

00:33:06.760 it's incredible thank you for having me steve dave bratt you've been another one that's saying

00:33:13.280 there's there's there's truth there there is truth here but you got to search it out because

00:33:17.500 it's going to be spun non-stop your thoughts are yeah well you saw the truth on uh katty k's face uh

00:33:25.300 the the glum look uh told you everything uh you need to know right and so and then the the good

00:33:32.360 news there is you you bounce that over to the the the statistics and everything are good right so

00:33:38.940 okay that's fine and then actually we get good news out of that because now it turns out you know

00:33:44.040 the minneapolis fed uh cash kari i think uh said we the fed may not be cutting rates right so if

00:33:51.540 everything's fine the federal reserve is likely not likely to reduce rates and juice the economy

00:33:56.440 anymore so that that actually is uh is good news for us uh but then that really tells you the true

00:34:04.380 story about the real economy everybody is hanging on every word out of the federal reserve about a

00:34:11.120 point two five percent reduction in the interest rate instead of focusing on the real economy and

00:34:16.700 making stuff that tells you uh that this country is not positioned well going forward when when all

00:34:23.280 you do is pay attention uh to the stock market and to zero point two five percent changes in the

00:34:29.520 interest rate and everybody's hanging on those words uh that's very troubling that that's the signal

00:34:35.960 and not the noise yep that's called finance capitalism and late stage capitalism that's where we are that's

00:34:42.980 a reality we're heading into techno feudalism day bratt where do people go to get all the information

00:34:48.240 you put out all your charts and analysis yep just posted some new ones up bratt economics on getter and

00:34:54.540 bratt economics on x and then come visit liberty university uh bring you young scholars and uh i but i could

00:35:00.880 listen to dave walsh that he gives more real world great stats uh in it i can comprehend everything

00:35:08.320 he's saying it's the cleanest presentation ever no it's it's legendary and it is so frightening because

00:35:15.940 if you want to see by the way dave bratt thank you so much honor having you on thanks for taking the time

00:35:20.200 walsh when when you lay it out it's it's so basic and but it's so troubling to see how irrational

00:35:26.920 it is if i could understand if it had an internal logic to it i could i wouldn't agree with it and we would

00:35:33.320 fight it but i could understand it this is just this is madness this is absolute madness do you see

00:35:38.920 before we let you go dave and hopefully maybe tomorrow or early next week we'll get you back

00:35:42.900 on because i want to get into 90 oil is there anybody because we keep approving these budgets

00:35:48.420 is there anybody at a state level is there anybody into congressional level do you in the senate a

00:35:55.000 governor do you see anybody coming forward with the alternative argument to say this is madness and we

00:36:00.380 have to stop it and here's what we need to do sir steve steve not really no but what i do know okay

00:36:06.960 further verification of what i've been saying from my oem friends in the last two months i've heard

00:36:12.420 walsh how did you know this would happen guess what's happening simple cycle huge gas turbines are

00:36:18.040 flying off the shelf now made by siemens ge mitsubishi simple cycle massive gas turbines utilities now

00:36:24.880 are buying like crazy what are they used for peaking needs because wind and solar don't operate

00:36:31.280 during the day but but less than half the time they need capacity suddenly purchased it's very expensive

00:36:37.000 to buy these and operate part-time a few hours a day they're now buying them like crazy to offset the

00:36:44.080 known electricity shortage i have that directly from oems in the business there's only three of them

00:36:49.700 so this is this is real stuff going on but you know what's caused this the easy money era

00:36:55.180 that where you've had the sec the fed treasury infiltrated by the money center banks running them

00:37:00.600 and the u.s department of labor statistics the cpi if you go back to 74 cpi market basket data

00:37:07.460 real inflation in 22 23 more like 17 18 percent the kids know this young people know this they have

00:37:15.000 lists of what they buy year to year and they're seeing 18 to 19 percent kind of cost increase in

00:37:21.100 fuel and but more importantly in food and rent that's real the cpi data frankly is not real it's

00:37:27.980 been on a bipartisan basis gerrymandered across 45 years of money center banks running the sec the fed

00:37:35.620 and treasury that that's what we've got now gerrymandered data so you get msnbc railing at people no no no

00:37:41.420 as bad as you feel the real data says the opposite it's nonsense because the real data is not real

00:37:46.800 data go back to the 74 calculation of the cpi market basket and you'll see inflation is double

00:37:52.920 what's being reported by the money center banks in whom's in in the easy money era it has been in

00:37:58.760 their interest to under report inflation data to consistently under report inflation data and they've

00:38:04.320 done this through bipartisan administrations as they populated the sec the fed and treasury

00:38:09.160 it's very sad incredibly sad this is what happens when modern monetary theory takes hold in finance

00:38:17.180 capitalism or what is called late stage capitalism and you're living it right now this is why it's

00:38:22.400 the end of this era and it's it's either going to come shattering down on people or we can go in and

00:38:28.340 make necessary structural changes that has to happen i keep saying i said this is the end of the

00:38:33.920 american dharma the movie that errol morris made at the end i said if they're not this was

00:38:38.280 six or seven years ago i said if they're not fundamental changes made to the economy of this

00:38:43.700 country and allow working class people in the middle class to really participate in this and

00:38:48.580 really participate you're going to have a revolution in this country it's not going to last forever

00:38:53.140 and people's lives you think it's bad now if you look at the projections that dave walsh just gave

00:38:58.280 you about electricity capacity electrical capacity versus the needs of where they're driving the new

00:39:03.980 post-industrial economy to society it's it's catastrophic and you're going to see massive

00:39:10.820 migration out of new england out of new jersey out of new york out of california as as uh as uh energy

00:39:16.700 costs just get so big and you can't you can't bring new jobs in and so big to live it's all happening

00:39:22.920 and dave walsh i'm so proud of this team that just lays it out in very basic terms that are not simple

00:39:28.860 but can be understood dave walsh where do people go to get all your analysis on social media sir

00:39:33.600 and just add to that the top 10 states and electricity costs are none of them are in the

00:39:38.560 top 30 on in migration of human beings moving into them none of them anyhow dave walsh energy at getter

00:39:44.680 and true social thank you steve thank you brother incredible that right there folks is 40 minutes

00:39:53.000 that's better than any presentation made in a c-suite to ceos and boards of directors about

00:39:58.740 where the economy is and i'm telling you it's better than any presentation is being made over

00:40:03.640 the federal government right now we're also you're being spun is about this ukraine situation you're

00:40:09.200 going to be manning the ramparts on monday i said on monday show i'm gonna do a little more in ukraine

00:40:12.680 tomorrow morning but monday show mtg is going to kick it off and we're going to have to go to the

00:40:16.900 ramparts on this uh you heard today from jim rickards uh what's really going on uh ben harnwell

00:40:23.300 joins us ben can you get us up to date on your assessment of this thing because man it is going

00:40:27.320 to get ugly here in the united states of america the u.s house that just passed a 7.2 trillion spending

00:40:33.620 bill with a two trillion dollar deficit is coming back before the ink is dry and asking for 60 billion

00:40:39.860 dollars more ben harnwell good evening steve well i think one of the big giveaways

00:40:46.580 that there's a a plan here afoot to deceive maggot is the fact that the the the the the attempts

00:40:54.700 behind mike johnson's initiative is to spin this in a way that johnson they're saying is a ukraine

00:41:01.580 skeptic as is donald trump and yet this proposal to basically convert extra funding into loans is in

00:41:10.180 line with what magra is aspiring because that's what donald trump um has indicated he wants i think

00:41:17.620 it's a fundamentally fraudulent concept because as we know uh magra is 100 committed to not a single

00:41:24.500 penny more um to ukraine so the idea that they're trying to sort of spin this that this is somehow um in

00:41:32.100 line you know we're doing this reluctantly but we're sort of being forced um into this is is is

00:41:37.700 complete smoke and mirrors steve um there will be sort of uh developments on on monday as mike johnson's

00:41:46.820 uh plans are going to be revealed in further detail i think the thing that here excuse me i think the

00:41:53.940 thing that um that uh interests me is that the white house behind the scenes is actually trying to

00:42:01.140 assist mike johnson with his own base this is something that we've said for some time on the

00:42:07.300 war room that there is not enough republican support here and of course i think mike johnson could quite

00:42:13.060 easily find his career speaker finished if he does need to rely on democrat support to pass this

00:42:22.260 um if mike johnson does this and he does this without having a majority of the conference which

00:42:28.740 if we do our work he won't even come close so i have under 100 votes uh he deserves to be removed

00:42:35.140 whether it all ultimately happens or not or we get you know they're saying because we're going to turn

00:42:38.900 it over to hakeem jeffries he will prove it beyond any doubt that he's essentially a democrat speaker

00:42:46.500 because this is a top party for democrats it's a zero priority for anybody except the cardinals on the

00:42:52.980 armed services committee that that feast off of bigger defense budgets let me i want to play because

00:42:58.740 i only got here for about another five or six minutes i want to play something and i want your

00:43:02.500 reaction to this because it's quite shocking i think to a lot of people here in the united states let's play

00:43:06.660 it anthony blinken biden secretary of state uh over at nato at a conference uh and then i want to come

00:43:12.980 back to ben support for ukraine the determination of every country represented here at nato remains rock

00:43:22.580 solid we will do everything that we can allies will do everything that they can to ensure that ukraine

00:43:30.420 has what it needs to continue to deal with russia's ongoing aggression against ukraine an aggression that

00:43:36.740 gets worse uh with every passing uh day ukraine will become a member of nato our purpose at the summit

00:43:47.140 is to help build a bridge to that membership uh and uh to create a clear pathway for uh for ukraine uh

00:43:56.100 moving forward so of course we believe that ukraine deserves to be a member of nato and that this

00:44:01.620 should happen sooner rather sooner sooner rather than later ben i i don't remember

00:44:10.500 a firm commitment like this from it's pretty shocking this the secretary of state over there

00:44:15.060 said this is a done deal it's going to be a member of nato and we're a bridge for that now you follow

00:44:19.940 this intimately every day i follow it too i know there's been talk about it there there's certain

00:44:25.780 people in the administration that want to do it there's obviously the ruling class over there want 0.97

00:44:29.380 to do it but number one the the the commitment is not rock solid because there's tons of that you

00:44:34.900 know 99 of nato does not pay the two percent of gdp for their defense uh for the common defense they

00:44:40.580 also uh are shrinking on their own defense budgets in addition there's all kind of a consternation now

00:44:47.300 by giving more money if it has to come out of health care or pensions from these countries in

00:44:52.980 europe to ukraine and then blink and sister just says categorically uh they're going to be a member

00:44:58.340 of nato uh as i said earlier if they're a member of nato the united states is not going to be the

00:45:02.660 united states the people in the united states are not going to approve of ukraine joining nato and if

00:45:08.740 that breaks the hearts of the guys in the west wing that's going to break the hearts of the guys

00:45:12.100 in west wing ben harnwell your thoughts well unless anthony blinken wants to add in the words

00:45:18.100 the date when this is supposedly going to take place it's simply him bouncing his guns there in

00:45:23.940 front of a television camera it's basically the position that was established in vilnius last year

00:45:29.780 at nato's annual summit um but given with more emphatic vocal conviction that this is really going to

00:45:37.060 happen um but in fact as you quite rightly say um there are a number of things that would need to take

00:45:42.420 place before then and of course the time frame i mean even if even if the administration was dead

00:45:48.180 set that this is actually going to happen reasonably its time frame is any time before january of next

00:45:54.180 year because they can't bind that a subsequent administration in in you know especially though

00:46:00.420 if we had more time we'd go into exactly what the view is now on um uh on donald trump's views with

00:46:06.820 regards to to nato and these uh these are i think policy positions that are working themselves right

00:46:14.020 working themselves out right now but there's no way that the secretary of state can combine the future

00:46:18.980 administration in can bounce even a future administration interest but the fact that they're

00:46:24.100 trying to do this the illustrates one thing and that these are the paladins of democracy are telling you

00:46:31.300 exactly what they really think of democracy and your right for self-determination by the fact that

00:46:38.020 they are you know when they're trying to sort of trump proof nato they're telling you that they do not

00:46:43.700 care what you think or what you want or what you intend to get when you're when you vote for it because

00:46:49.780 they are going to stitch this up uh one way or another this is what they this is this signaling that

00:46:54.660 they're giving and i think it just explodes totally what diminished moral authority these people

00:47:00.980 still had left by sort of um illustrating the hypocrisy of their position if these people

00:47:07.540 really were in ukraine to defend the principles of self-determination and democracy they would not be

00:47:13.860 trying to bounce their own people into something that uh as viewers of the war room will know there's no

00:47:20.580 american support for this

00:47:24.020 do do before i let you go i just got his question is he did what we see today what they're

00:47:29.860 telling people behind closed doors non-stop that the united states supports the united states will

00:47:34.340 make and basically back or and or force ukraine in as a member of nato because putin said that's a

00:47:41.300 red line i know the people in the united states the citizens of this country don't want to go to war

00:47:46.420 and don't want to cause trouble about a nato expansion that's all the elites the that's the white

00:47:51.540 atlanticist elites on the eastern seaboard that want to do that hanging out with their buddies in

00:47:56.740 switzerland and in germany and in paris does uh do you think this is this do you think this is actually

00:48:02.500 a commitment that the biden regime has made behind closed doors um i don't think so um i don't think

00:48:12.340 that i because i get because they would because everybody knows that the biden administration doesn't

00:48:18.180 have the capacity to pull this off so what they're trying to do is to suggest with tones of voice and with

00:48:23.860 messaging and with formulations of words that they are in control of the situation of course if they

00:48:29.460 were in control of the situation that we'd have a date the fact that we don't have a date illustrates

00:48:33.940 that they know they're not in control of this situation what i think they are trying to do what

00:48:38.500 i'm more concerned about is they're trying to bounce the american public into paying for something

00:48:44.100 that the americans do not want to be involved in and that i think is a more dangerous proposition

00:48:50.180 because of course they can control so many instruments of power in the united states even

00:48:55.060 when they are not in power uh ben we got to bounce thank you so much i know we got a lot more to go

00:49:02.180 through maybe we'll do it tomorrow if not maybe we'll do it in combination mtg is scheduling now to kick

00:49:07.620 off the week on monday at 10 a.m to go through her battle plan for stopping uh this bill the 60 billion

00:49:15.220 dollar bill so maybe we team you up with that we'll talk over the next couple of days ben harnwell

00:49:20.100 ben what's your what's your uh what's your uh social media you get much better engagement than

00:49:25.060 i do and it upsets me no end where do people go thanks steve it's on get to simply track out my

00:49:31.860 surname at harnwell and by the way you mentioned mtg she has done absolutely sterling work i think all by

00:49:38.500 herself on on holding her own conference because if she wasn't there flashing this light of a of a

00:49:46.100 potential motion to vacate who knows what the gop caucus uh would try to get away with and that's

00:49:52.820 the absolute important thing here uh that i flag up for for the war in policy when it comes to selecting

00:49:58.500 your elected representatives yeah every single person is important in this fight

00:50:02.820 yeah no she's quite controversial i realize people have had problems with her we've had in

00:50:08.820 the past but on certain topics she comes out and she's like a house on fire and she will not back

00:50:13.780 down we would not be where we are in this fight against ukraine was not for mtg and she's thrown

00:50:18.980 down hard and i can tell people i already know that next week she's going to i think double and triple 1.00

00:50:24.340 down she's going to make this a showdown as it should be ben harnwell look forward to seeing you

00:50:29.060 over the weekend and early next week thanks steve god bless you know ej and tony said it we're going

00:50:47.700 will be there tomorrow to talk about this but gold's hitting all-time highs every day you heard

00:50:52.900 jim murkett say one of the reasons is hey there's so little trust in the dollar and particularly what

00:50:58.340 they're about to do with the dollar to weaponize it against the russian people that it is the prime

00:51:04.260 reserve currency and people use it but they're seeing the russian assets not just frozen but

00:51:08.660 seized potentially seized converted to dollars and given to the ukrainians mike johnson's part of that

00:51:14.580 now they all have different aspects of the plan but it all gets back to how can the international

00:51:19.620 community trust the u.s not to just not freeze their assets into some problem but to seize them

00:51:24.420 convert them into dollars and then give them to their enemies that is going to rapidly exacerbate

00:51:30.260 the de-dollarization effort you can find all that by going to birchgold.com

00:51:34.660 slash abandon also we we are adamant about building this alternative economy even though we're going to
