Bannon's War Room - WarRoom Battleground EP 522： The Threat Of A 'Volt Typhoon'

00:00:00.000 this is what you're fighting for I mean every day you're out there what they're doing is blowing

00:00:11.540 people off if you continue to look the other way and shut up then the oppressors the

00:00:18.500 authoritarians get total control and total power because this is just like in Arizona this is just

00:00:24.420 like in Georgia it's another element that backs them into a quarter and shows their lies and

00:00:29.160 misrepresentations is why this audience is going to have to get engaged as we've told you this is

00:00:33.440 the fight all this nonsense all this spin they can't handle the truth war room battleground here's

00:00:40.500 your host Stephen K Bannon okay incredible day for news thank you for being here for the uh for the

00:00:48.620 evening early evening show um as you tell with everything going on across the country uh from

00:00:56.040 the Supreme Court to what's happening up in the New York courtroom all of it uh quite intense I've

00:01:00.980 got Sam Faddis on here and I got Sam on because Colonel Mills first and then Sam uh have been

00:01:06.380 talking about these um cyber attacks and I think the beginning of the kinetic part of the third world

00:01:11.320 war the code name Volt Typhoon but people in our audience know Sam is two things former CIA officer

00:01:19.460 we bring him in for the toughest uh analytical pieces whether it's against the CCP or what's

00:01:25.120 happening in the uh uh geo strategically but in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania he's known as one

00:01:31.060 of the leaders of the patriot movement and one of the leaders of MAGA and has been fighting this

00:01:35.360 election fraud all of it with all the great patriots in the Commonwealth that have been in the trenches

00:01:39.940 on this I got to ask you to start off Sam um and we covered this obviously in the last hour but

00:01:46.500 we're trying to get more grassroots people in here the uh obviously the vast criminal conspiracy

00:01:52.980 to go against MAGA and President Trump you saw in Arizona I mean a woman who had 208 votes 0.99

00:01:59.420 is still not the legitimate um attorney general in Arizona because there's 9,000 votes that they

00:02:06.520 won't get 9,000 ballots they won't count and Abe Hamaday's actually technically the real attorney

00:02:13.120 general she brings this vast charge with all these charges they add up to decades in prison for people 0.97

00:02:19.160 in their 70s you've seen what's happening in Michigan they just added a bunch of people's

00:02:23.580 unindicted co-conspirators you see the great job Julie Kelly's doing not just on the Supreme Court 0.99

00:02:29.620 today but the amazing job she's doing on the on the documents case and of course you work with

00:02:34.680 highly classified material your entire life but you you see whether it's in Georgia or down in Miami

00:02:40.140 or in with Jack Smith in DC or this fiasco going on which I still can't figure out what the crime

00:02:45.560 is another day of testimony I still don't understand are they accusing Trump of election 1.00

00:02:50.880 fraud in 2016 I mean it's so bizarre Johnson won't get off his ass Jim Jordan won't get off his ass 0.99

00:02:57.520 and of course their staffs are all saying staffs in Capitol Hill saying please please please 0.99

00:03:01.240 stop beating us up it's because Johnson won't move legislation where there's more than that

00:03:05.880 what's your assessment as a grassroots leader in the commonwealth which I still think was the center

00:03:12.820 of gravity of election fraud with the mail-in ballots in 2020 what is your sense of this vast

00:03:17.740 criminal conspiracy trying to lock up MAGA for fighting for election integrity sir

00:03:22.740 well it is real it's ongoing it's obviously massive against the president but look as we both know

00:03:30.840 it's it's way down below that level I mean this lawfare offensive to destroy people goes all the

00:03:40.160 way down to anybody who signed up as an alternate elector for Trump in 2020 all they did was put

00:03:46.280 their names on a list and say if the court challenge is upheld and the election results are thrown out

00:03:53.120 and Pennsylvania is given to Trump in other words if the legal process gives him the win

00:03:58.640 these are the guys who will be the electors it's been done as you know many many times before all over

00:04:06.800 the country there's nothing illegal about it they're still trying to destroy those people

00:04:11.040 Tom Carroll Carroll had a Lehigh Valley Tea Party down in Allentown been a patriot for for decades on

00:04:17.720 the front lines he's a lawyer oh he's he he's one of those people he also uh pushed litigation

00:04:24.980 basically on election on the electronic voting machine saying hey man if you're going to use these

00:04:30.920 and we got to rely on how they work here's a crazy idea how about you open them up and show us how

00:04:36.520 they work don't just tell us to trust the company that's not how this works demonstrate what's going

00:04:42.160 on uh he's now facing civil litigation they're trying to disbar him they're trying to charge him

00:04:49.820 with a million dollars in attorney's fees for the other side so I'm just using Tom as an example this

00:04:57.700 is going on everywhere it's very clear what the what the goal is it's to destroy anybody who dares

00:05:05.220 question this ridiculous narrative about 2020 being the safest most secure election

00:05:11.740 do you do you feel do you feel comfortable because you know I'm not a machine guy and I 100% agree

00:05:18.000 they're way too complicated for what they do Lindell and those guys convinced me that the reason I'm not

00:05:23.740 a total machine guy as I see in Pennsylvania and I know exactly how they stole in Pennsylvania

00:05:28.320 um do you believe we've made any progress in in the commonwealth at all you guys have been fighting

00:05:34.940 now for four years you've won some cases you've been thrown out of some others obviously they're

00:05:39.180 trying to destroy all MAGA there do you think we've made progress to to at least somehow rectify

00:05:45.920 this situation now that Josh Shapiro's got his iron grip on this we made some progress incremental sure

00:05:54.720 have we gotten to the heart of the matter and made anything close to the amount of progress we needed to

00:06:00.080 know and yeah look Josh Shapiro's now sent a set up his disinformation task force or whatever he calls it

00:06:08.800 it it's a job is to destroy anybody who questions anything disinformation equals questioning the approved

00:06:17.680 narrative obviously so if you question the approved narrative now the state is going to hunt you down

00:06:24.640 you know de-platform you etc and what's the fundamental problem here in my mind we we know what the what the left's

00:06:32.080 agenda is what what we don't see is the republican party really fighting back against it let's keep

00:06:39.920 in mind mail-in voting in Pennsylvania was passed by a then completely republican controlled legislature

00:06:47.520 so the republicans created this mess and they don't want to deal with it they're not they're not down

00:06:54.080 there banging away fighting in Harrisburg every day trying to fix it they're actually most of them doing

00:07:00.880 nothing uh there's actually spent most of their time fighting the patriot movement and fighting

00:07:06.000 the MAGA movement in Pennsylvania that's that actually scares them apparently more than the

00:07:10.480 democratic party's agenda well no we can see that across the country i mean the republicans in

00:07:16.800 johnson these guys they're leaning on their their race right now there's a vast criminal conspiracy

00:07:21.360 that you must start the investigation on they don't have any party part of it because they don't 0.99

00:07:26.240 want trump to be around they could go and kiss his ass all the time they feel if he's beaten in 0.97

00:07:30.560 november the MAGA movement will collapse i got news for him one trump's not gonna lose in november 0.99

00:07:35.520 and the MAGA movement's here to stay and they're gonna get bigger let me uh i'm pressed for time

00:07:39.600 and i know you are too let me pivot to in magazine and this piece colonel mills and yourself because a

00:07:45.360 lot of our audience are coming to us a lot of our sponsors are also deep into this

00:07:50.880 volt typhoon um and when you write a piece like this i take notice walk me through this piece you've

00:07:57.520 got up on in magazine and your sub stack about volt typhoon for maybe some of the listeners or

00:08:02.960 viewers haven't been there what is volt typhoon and why are you kind of going hey guys i think

00:08:08.640 we got to get close to going to general quarters on this what's what's the what's the issue here

00:08:13.680 right so volt typhoon is is a code name whatever i think it's actually the bureau's code name for a

00:08:18.560 h massive chinese cyber movement attack on the united states it's got a bunch of other taglines 1.00

00:08:26.720 as well for different agencies it doesn't matter that's our name for what they're doing it is a

00:08:32.160 huge chinese cyber attack ongoing attack on the united states but here are the critical elements that i

00:08:40.320 think don't fbi director ray for whatever motive reasons has actually come out and said this very

00:08:47.840 clearly and still most of the media is not is not grabbing hold of these things the goal of this

00:08:54.160 this massive ongoing effort and i mean massive it's been ongoing for at least five years and actually

00:09:00.800 they don't know how long it is not just stealing intelligence or stealing credit card numbers

00:09:06.720 the goal of the purpose of this thing is for the chinese to infiltrate computer systems 1.00

00:09:12.880 so they can crash all of our critical infrastructure and as ray has said to his

00:09:19.920 credit i'm not one of his big fans but to his credit has said very clearly on multiple occasions

00:09:24.640 they intend to exercise this capability in the near term not the long term by 2027 at the latest

00:09:32.800 probably in relation to a move on taiwan in other words it is an attack to take down

00:09:39.280 our water system our electrical grid crash all your banking system crash all your communications

00:09:47.200 everything in the current economy in the current world ceases to function if you do this the water

00:09:53.680 won't work the lights won't come on you won't have any money because your money is exists as right is

00:10:00.560 theoretical electronic money in a computer system when the computers are down you don't have cash

00:10:06.000 trucks don't move planes don't fly your grocery store can't restock assuming it hasn't already been

00:10:12.080 looted you're talking about taking the united states in an instant back to the 16th century and the other

00:10:18.880 thing that gets lost here is this is not like you're going to have a power outage at home folks

00:10:25.040 not like the lights are going to go out in a couple hours later it comes back on the goal here in many

00:10:32.400 it is in many cases to cause physical destruction this has been demonstrated in the past with generators

00:10:39.520 so in other words you hack into a power plant and by messing with messing with the generators in the

00:10:47.040 systems you physically destroy the generator or portions of the machinery so or you destroy huge

00:10:55.840 transformers that by the way we don't make anymore in the united states in the power grid so it's not

00:11:01.760 the power is not coming back on the next day it may not come back on for weeks months who knows it may

00:11:08.560 not come back on at all so you're talking about destroying the united states of america what ray's saying is

00:11:15.680 it's not like one day they might be able to do this they're they're in place to do this right now

00:11:22.720 so next question obviously ought to be well that sounds like they have a plan to do something right

00:11:29.600 now they didn't just develop this for fun like what are they getting ready to do which is basically

00:11:36.480 obviously start a war and isn't that kind of something we ought to focus on

00:11:39.920 leon panetta the cia director uh a chief of staff under uh clinton i think but cia director and then

00:11:50.160 secretary of defense under um obama i remember when he left he gave his farewell address or

00:11:57.360 remarks uh at the aircraft carrier there at uh in midtown manhattan and he warned wall street at the time

00:12:06.240 that the beginning of the kinetic part of the third world war that he felt was eventually be

00:12:11.760 upon us would start with what he called a cyber pearl harbor at the time i was running breitbart and we

00:12:17.920 made a huge deal about this and it kind of it just it didn't get traction people just kind of okay

00:12:24.400 is do you think leon panetta was right is that what ray's warning about us now is that what

00:12:30.320 colonel mills and sam fattis are warning about is that the kinetic part of this conflict that we see

00:12:35.600 taking shape on the eurasian landmass that you believe that they that the the kinetic part will

00:12:41.520 really start with a cyber-like pearl harbor attack against the united states infrastructure

00:12:47.200 yeah without question you know what it what it reminds me of as an analogy steven this will

00:12:51.600 resonate with you as a former naval officer you remember before the japanese began bombing in

00:12:56.960 pearl harbor i think it was the uss ward destroyer escort off pearl harbor sighted a japanese midget

00:13:03.040 sub and actually depth charged it it turns out sank the thing and then they call up you know the

00:13:09.120 pacific fleet and they're on the radio like by the way guys there's a midget sub here and those 0.85

00:13:14.640 things can only launch from a larger sub because they're very short range and the japanese aren't

00:13:20.480 going to do that as like a one-off thing man in other words everybody ought to be going to general

00:13:26.480 quarters and because whatever's happening right now it's going to get really really really bad

00:13:31.200 and for whatever combination of reasons nobody sounded the alarm i mean it wasn't until the bomb

00:13:36.880 started falling that they woke up this is the same kind of moment it's like this is not theoretically

00:13:42.480 20 years from now they could do this guys this is they're in place to do it right now so

00:13:48.720 that that means something and ray and the official apparatus is trying to cover themselves they're

00:13:56.400 putting out enough warnings in enough stark ways that when this thing hits they're going to say hey

00:14:02.160 you guys are warning you didn't pay attention what would you recommend our audience do right now people

00:14:07.120 kind of look to you as the one of the wise men of our movement what would you recommend this audience

00:14:12.240 do right now well i guess people need to operate on two levels one would be it'd be pressuring your

00:14:18.720 elected officials to friggin wake up and do their jobs and get serious about the chinese threat on a 1.00

00:14:24.800 more immediate level you got to say to yourself all right again you know i live in the mountains and

00:14:32.080 the power goes out with some frequency okay we light candles and by the next morning we got power back on

00:14:38.320 that's not what this is going to be guys you're not going to be able to access any money you're not

00:14:42.480 going to be able to go to the gas station to get gas you're not going to be able to go get groceries

00:14:47.440 so you better put yourself in a position to be self-sufficient for some extended period of time and

00:14:53.760 and accept that you i mean if you take away the 21st century which basically means take down the

00:14:59.280 internet and electricity you're back to pre-industrial world and you've got to be positioned to survive

00:15:08.240 in that and that's horrifying to have to say to americans in 2024 but it's true

00:15:16.000 sam fattis where do people go to find out more about the patriot movement in con in the commonwealth

00:17:24.640 gold has been a hedge particularly in times of turbulence and what sam is warning about and

00:17:29.120 colonel mills is warning about is real turbulence and people now need to start taking this seriously

00:17:34.880 you need to be more self-reliant i know some of you are total preppers and you're ready a lot of us

00:17:40.720 are not and that's why we got to take it seriously because we need maga at the ramparts okay uh in the

00:17:46.720 the rest of this segment i'm gonna play something and i want you to watch it's mesmerizing tom

00:18:03.360 side we're going to take this to break i want everybody to watch this i'm going to bring in the

00:18:08.000 author of it uh as soon as uh as soon as we come back from break quite powerful tom clingenstein a

00:18:33.440 will join me also right after a break tom clingenstein watch it we'll be back after a short commercial break

00:18:40.080 now that president trump is the republican nominee for president in 2024 it's time for republicans

00:18:50.400 including those who doubt him or even can't stand him to get behind him the times demand it

00:19:00.080 we are in a war fighting an enemy of revolutionaries that kick and spit on america i call our enemy

00:19:11.680 the woke regime or the group quota regime this war is a contest between those who love america

00:19:21.440 and those who hate it but we do not have a commander in chief

00:19:26.560 you can't win a war without one we shouldn't much care whether our commander-in-chief

00:19:35.520 is a real conservative whether he is a role model for children or says lots of silly things

00:19:44.160 or whether he is modest or dignified what we should care about is whether he knows we are in a war

00:19:53.760 he knows who the enemy is and knows how to win trump does his policies are important

00:20:05.200 but not as important as the rest of him trump grasps the essential things he understands the group

00:20:15.280 quarter regime is evil and will not stop until it destroys america he is a fighter

00:20:25.200 bold brave and decisive who has confidence in himself and his country trump never apologizes for america

00:20:36.560 he rightly believes america is the greatest country in history trump says in effect we have our culture

00:20:48.560 it's exceptional and that's the way we want to keep it and we won't keep it if we usher in millions of

00:20:57.920 immigrants with cultures different from our own trump knows his job is to protect americans and just americans

00:21:10.240 protect them not just from enemies abroad but from the woke globalists within

00:21:17.680 he knows that america does not need more diversity it needs more cohesion the woke radicals tell the trump

00:21:29.440 voters they are a threat to democracy think about that they're saying you trumpsters are a threat to democracy

00:21:40.320 the woke radicals the woke radicals also tell us ad nauseum that america is systemically racist

00:21:50.000 trump knows this is deadly nonsense and he says so discharge of systemic racism bounces off trump because

00:22:00.720 he has no white guilt or any guilt for that matter trump tells his supporters what they already know 0.88

00:22:11.040 they are not racist and they do not have white privilege the woke radicals shut up those who disagree

00:22:20.400 trump will not be shut up if they manage to put him in jail he will still roar like a lion

00:22:28.880 the woke radicals have the moral arrogance of fanatics trump god bless him knows we are all sinners

00:22:37.600 trump rejects trump rejects the utopian fanaticism of the woke radicals he is a businessman who takes the world

00:22:48.720 on its own terms and navigates by facts and common sense trump's base knows firsthand the america that trump

00:23:00.640 wants to recover wants to recover they love him and they know he loves them they will fight for him because

00:23:09.920 they know he will fight for them trump speaks to his supporters as fellow citizens

00:23:17.040 he have the ormond voices if you can make that may not leave the election after the election we still want to ban

00:23:22.680 ז

00:23:26.800 the relationship he will do everyone

00:23:28.560 that's one friends

00:23:29.760 the Fantasia

00:23:33.600 and mark

00:23:37.600 witness

00:23:38.640 with the anti-America elite.

00:23:41.860 This natural appeal has molded everyday patriotic Americans into an army.

00:23:50.760 We cannot stop the left's revolution and retake the nation without these men and women. 0.79

00:24:00.340 Unlike most conservatives, they will actually fight for America.

00:24:05.440 But they follow Trump.

00:24:06.720 Without him, they stay home.

00:24:10.300 With him, they are united and determined.

00:24:14.180 At his rallies, his audience invariably breaks into chants of USA, USA.

00:24:23.440 In these moments, Trump and his audience mutually pledge to each other their fidelity and their sacred honor.

00:24:33.660 His enemies hate him with an indescribable fierceness.

00:24:40.540 Another Hitler, they say.

00:24:43.220 Elect him and he will be a dictator.

00:24:46.320 We should take this hysteria as reason for hope.

00:24:49.820 The America haters rightly fear that Trump and his party are on the threshold of a successful counter-revolution.

00:25:01.700 Trump hates his enemies every bit as much as they hate him.

00:25:06.160 His enemies are America's enemies.

00:25:09.960 Trump is the most towering figure of our time.

00:25:14.840 He has changed politics, not just in America, but in the West.

00:25:21.520 If we are to take back America, we need someone who is unmovable.

00:25:28.520 Who has proven that he can stand up against the immensely powerful army of woke modernity that will attack him with all its might.

00:25:40.900 Someone who will go after the deep state without pity or compassion.

00:25:48.400 And someone who has the conviction that America is still the last best hope of Earth.

00:25:57.320 That someone is Trump.

00:25:59.500 Trump, the politician, came out of the blue.

00:26:04.680 An unconventional commander against an unconventional enemy.

00:26:11.620 Almost inconceivable as president at any other time, Trump fits this turbulent moment to a T.

00:26:21.880 Is it too much to wonder whether the appearance of this most unconventional man is providential?

00:26:32.240 Lincoln spoke of Americans as the almost chosen people.

00:26:38.220 Trump gives us hope that the God who has never forsaken his almost chosen people will not do so now.

00:26:47.340 USA! USA! USA!

00:26:51.880 Hey folks, if you watch War Room, you know we talk every day about the geopolitical and other forces driving the price of gold.

00:27:07.880 There are actually a couple of reasons this is happening.

00:27:11.260 Let me walk through them.

00:27:12.060 The cost of goods continues to rise despite interest rate controls by the Fed.

00:27:17.100 Since January 2021, cost of living is up 18%.

00:27:22.460 The national debt continues to skyrocket, now significantly north of $34 trillion, causing many to worry when the House of Cards will come crashing down.

00:27:33.960 And a presidential election year that will have massive implications on the future of this country.

00:27:40.000 All this adds up to instability and uncertainty.

00:27:44.000 And that is why so many Americans are turning to Birch Gold Group.

00:29:53.820 Using your tax refund to pay off credit card debt is a smart thing.

00:29:57.880 Actually, that's false.

00:29:59.720 Donewithdebt.com published a brilliant strategy designed to let you keep your hard-earned tax refund

00:30:05.800 and reduce or eliminate credit card debt.

00:30:09.240 Most Americans owe thousands in credit card debt.

00:30:11.880 In fact, Daily Mail's got a story that 56 million Americans carry credit card debt,

00:30:17.260 and that debt will take years to pay off, if you pay it off at all.

00:30:22.520 Donewithdebt found that filing bankruptcy is usually not the answer,

00:30:26.240 and taking out loans to pay off credit cards usually increases the debt.

00:31:08.280 War Room Battleground with Stephen K. Bannon.

00:31:10.900 So, Tom Klingasite joins me.

00:31:14.540 He's not the former.

00:31:15.860 He's the current chairman at Claremont and a playwright.

00:31:20.360 I want to walk through.

00:31:21.360 I think you've got some comments for us about Sam Faddis.

00:31:23.980 I know you were in our virtual green room when we were doing that.

00:31:27.560 Your comments or observations on Sam Faddis?

00:31:31.340 One short one.

00:31:32.680 People have to appreciate lawfare more than they do.

00:31:36.380 Very powerful.

00:31:38.420 I'm friends with John Eastman, one of Trump's election lawyers.

00:31:43.540 And they've just debarred him.

00:31:46.520 They will effectively indict him.

00:31:49.000 And what people have to keep in mind is the effect it has on people who aren't disbarred but who are representing people who these various group 65 project for one disapprove of.

00:32:13.140 It's like censorship.

00:32:14.940 You censor one person and a thousand other people get the idea that there are certain things they can't say.

00:32:22.340 And that's the same as lawfare.

00:32:25.380 And to plug myself at TomKlingenstein.com, there is an article today about John Eastman and more broadly about lawfare.

00:32:35.740 So that's what I have to say about that, Steve.

00:32:39.560 Well, hang on for a second, but I want to pursue this because when they look at lawfare, and this is why in the previous hour we're all over this vast criminal conspiracy and why the people in the House or other Republican officials are not doing anything about it.

00:32:55.260 Lawfare, from their perspective, is working.

00:32:57.020 Number one, your point, all the top law firms won't take these cases.

00:33:01.580 They won't let young partners do it.

00:33:03.880 And associates know if I get involved in this, I'm not going to be a partner.

00:33:07.080 So all the prominent conservative firms won't touch it.

00:33:10.740 The white shoe law firms won't touch it.

00:33:12.780 And now you have people, when you see Rudy and Eastman and others crucified, disbarred, but also put into bankruptcy and debanked, that's chasing away all legal talent from doing it.

00:33:24.300 Lawfare is working for the Democrats.

00:33:25.780 The Marxist takedown of the rule of law, our judicial system, our courts, all of it, on an empirical basis, is working, is it not, Tom?

00:33:36.540 Absolutely.

00:33:37.820 And that's what we've got to pay attention to.

00:33:40.460 And as I say, it's underappreciated.

00:33:43.660 It goes right at the rule of law.

00:33:46.240 If you can't get representation, right, then there is no rule of law.

00:33:53.000 And Eastman is a good example.

00:33:54.740 Not only is he disbarred and embarrassed and humiliated, as your last guest noted was the object.

00:34:05.120 Now, he has trouble finding representation.

00:34:09.520 Who wants to represent John Eastman?

00:34:12.260 And not only it's difficult to find representation, and as you imply, to the extent you find it, it's going to be in small boutique firms that don't have the resources of the law firm, right?

00:34:26.260 So not only is it difficult to get representation, it costs over a million dollars.

00:34:34.340 Now, John is prominent.

00:34:36.060 He can raise money on crowdfunding.

00:34:37.980 But, you know, people like Jeff Clark, number three guy in justice, you know, where does he get his money?

00:34:47.380 And there are people that are much less prominent than he is.

00:34:51.780 So absolutely, they're winning.

00:34:54.000 And we're not paying attention to this.

00:34:56.320 So I think it's great that you are.

00:35:00.340 Yeah, we make a big deal, and we have Clark on all the time, and we're impossible to the degree they give.

00:35:05.740 These working class people give. 1.00

00:35:08.000 Why is it that the Republican establishment, and particularly – this is where I'm all over people in the House every day about this.

00:35:14.520 This is a clear and present danger to the American republic.

00:35:19.880 Why are people in positions of authority and power not doing anything about this?

00:35:25.100 I mean, this is – Julie Kelly alone, Julie Kelly did an amazing job in these redacted documents in the phony classified case.

00:35:34.580 She has not gotten one call from any staffer to go through it.

00:35:38.460 Why does it turn out it has to be Julie Kelly and Tom Fenton over Judicial Watch?

00:35:42.680 Why is the official Republican Party silent on this, sir?

00:35:46.560 I have no idea.

00:35:48.340 I'm frustrated like you are.

00:35:50.520 I write repeatedly on the war, right?

00:35:54.800 The one person, excuse me, that I thought got it was Vivek Ramaswamy.

00:36:01.540 He talked about a war.

00:36:03.380 I don't think he explained it very well.

00:36:05.880 But it has many, many components, and lawfare is one of the newest and the most powerful.

00:36:12.220 So you can't – or so far, I've been wildly unsuccessful in getting politicians, and I speak to a lot of them because they want my money, right?

00:36:23.520 They don't want my advice, but I give them that in exchange for money.

00:36:28.020 But they're like all politicians.

00:36:30.640 They come hat in hand.

00:36:32.120 You tell them something, and they say, I agree, right?

00:36:35.860 Or I'm doing exactly what you're advising.

00:36:38.400 Well, no, they're not, and I don't know why.

00:36:43.140 Maybe some of it, to give them a little bit the benefit of the doubt, is because their constituents aren't demanding it as much as they might.

00:36:56.060 I mean, they're concerned about China, open borders, and all that.

00:37:00.000 But as I tell these politicians, your job is to lead, is to point out dangers that may be underappreciated, to give shape to ideas that are not fully formed.

00:37:14.100 And that's what we're not doing, and, you know, they're all talking about it, but without any sense of urgency.

00:37:22.220 What I try to convince them is that the number one threat we have is that we're being accused of being systemically racist, and that's so dangerous because what that means, in effect, is we're being accused of being evil.

00:37:38.960 And why would we want to defend an evil regime?

00:37:43.480 They want us to trade in the existing regime for a new regime, what I call the group quota regime. 0.92

00:37:51.760 And if we don't fight back, if we don't understand that this charge of systemic racism is a powerful weapon, you know, then we're going to lose.

00:38:03.580 And in response to your question, I can only say I don't know.

00:38:08.920 Part of the purpose of my video, of course, was to make that case, you know, to frame this election at its most simplest is between people who love America and people who hate it.

00:38:21.200 It's not that much more complicated.

00:38:24.900 Trump can communicate that.

00:38:27.860 Republicans, and they're as patriotic as Trump, I would guess, they can't communicate it.

00:38:34.420 And that's what they – one of the things they've got to learn from Trump.

00:38:37.860 This gets to my video.

00:38:40.500 It's not Trump's policies.

00:38:42.380 They're important, but they can copy Trump's policies.

00:38:46.480 It's the rest of him.

00:38:48.160 And my video was really aimed at people who say, look, I like his policies, but I don't like the rest of them.

00:38:54.380 Well, it's the rest of him that really matters.

00:38:58.380 It's his courage, his independence, his anti-wokeness, his courage.

00:39:05.760 You know, as you know, it's hard to imagine anybody else in America standing up to the abuse he incurred in his first term.

00:39:16.240 Trump is towering.

00:39:18.820 He's changed politics not just in America but in the West more than Reagan.

00:39:25.600 This is the most towering figure of our time.

00:39:29.160 We need Trump.

00:39:30.880 We need Trump's base.

00:39:32.660 You're in an era where people are not well-read or finance guys are finance guys, business guys are business guys, political guys are political guys, and creative people are creative.

00:39:48.640 You're what I would call a renaissance man.

00:39:51.200 And what was it, what was your Damascene moment when you came being an investor, playwright, all of it, writer, that you said, hey, regardless of all the hits on him and all his imperfections, and his imperfections are vast as a human being.

00:40:08.340 He's the first to admit that he's actually not very narcissistic or egotistical.

00:40:12.700 What was it that you saw that said, hey, this guy is a towering figure, and when historians look back over this, this will be like the age of Jackson.

00:40:21.140 This will be referred to as the age of Trump.

00:40:22.940 Well, I don't know if there was an epiphany, but there was an awareness or a belief on my part that we were in a war, a real war, like in a civil war where you had two sides, one favored slavery, the other didn't.

00:40:40.740 One wanted to expand it, the other contracted.

00:40:43.600 That's a war, right?

00:40:45.000 That's a fundamental difference in ends.

00:40:47.080 And so it was many years, I don't know how many exactly, or what exactly inspired me to believe we're in a war, but the reason I supported Trump, and I have from the beginning, is that he was the first one who looked like he knew we were in a war and he would fight.

00:41:09.980 You know, you asked why the Republicans don't fight, I don't know, but I know that Trump will, and it was that recognition.

00:41:17.840 You know, as you say, he may not be, in all respects, a great guy, though I will say, just as an aside, he's not half as bad as people think.

00:41:27.920 But, okay, let's stipulate, he's a bad guy.

00:41:30.840 Who cares, right?

00:41:33.240 You know, you're not auditioning him to be your friend, to invite to dinner.

00:41:38.040 You want a commander-in-chief who's strong, right, courageous, knows the enemy, knows how the enemy operates, and Trump is that kind of guy.

00:41:48.500 And Trump is a great leader.

00:41:50.760 You know, I think you look at Trump at his rallies.

00:41:56.440 It's obvious he loves them.

00:41:59.560 They love him.

00:42:01.320 Compare him to Hillary or Obama.

00:42:05.360 They disdained Trump's base, and they didn't have to say it.

00:42:11.680 I mean, Hillary said that Trump's base was deplorable.

00:42:15.460 She didn't have to say it.

00:42:16.740 We knew it.

00:42:18.220 Indeed, that comment resonated because it confirmed what we already know.

00:42:22.740 The same applies to Obama.

00:42:26.200 So he's got to motivate his base.

00:42:29.960 He can do it.

00:42:31.320 You know, his base, unlike conservatives generally, are willing to fight for him.

00:42:37.120 I mean, I think this proposed boycott of Trumpers in New York after this ridiculous verdict, you know, this is great.

00:42:48.580 And we need more of this, you know, civil to be sure.

00:42:54.500 But we need those expressions of real defiance.

00:42:59.100 No, no, you can see that he's a that that he is a great guy.

00:43:04.840 And you can see that by he goes on Broadway.

00:43:06.820 He's got seven and eight deep people, Hispanic from the Caribbean, African-American.

00:43:13.240 He goes to the construction site this morning.

00:43:16.160 They're all over it.

00:43:17.220 And it's that when you talk to people like Republicans, they always mean tweets.

00:43:21.860 He gets up on the rallies and says mean stuff about people.

00:43:25.080 Hey, that's the package in the packages.

00:43:27.700 You're absolutely right.

00:43:28.420 You've mentioned the word courage a couple of times here.

00:43:31.320 The one way I look at Trump is that he's got courage.

00:43:34.200 And, you know, the old saying it's on courage that all the other virtues rest.

00:43:38.040 When I meet these Republicans, they all tell you behind the scenes.

00:43:41.780 Yeah, I agree with you, et cetera.

00:43:42.780 But they don't have that fortitude to go into the arena where they're trying to like John Eastman.

00:43:47.940 They're trying to put you in jail.

00:43:49.300 They're trying to bankrupt you.

00:43:50.280 They're trying to humiliate you.

00:43:51.300 They're trying to take all the work, your life's work and destroy it.

00:43:54.760 Very few people have the appetite to go do that.

00:43:57.220 Trump has it.

00:43:58.460 That's why I keep saying General Washington, Abraham Lincoln and Trump.

00:44:02.840 And I'm a huge Reagan guy, but Trump's a towering figure because we're now in the middle of a 30 front war.

00:44:09.140 Right.

00:44:09.580 And he stepped into the middle of it.

00:44:11.140 Can you – go ahead, sir.

00:44:16.300 I was going to say one of the things we have to understand is that all the things that people on the right object to, open borders, energy dependence, climate alarmism, rewriting our history and taking down statues, those are all part of the same movement to destroy us. 0.90

00:44:35.840 Those aren't independent stupid things. 0.99

00:44:38.380 Those are all stupid things in service of a particular end. 1.00

00:44:44.700 And that's a unified theory. 0.99

00:44:47.040 That's a way to find a common thread.

00:44:50.120 And that's also part of the job of a politician, to explain, explain the battles and explain how those battles fit into the larger war.

00:45:01.460 But they don't really believe there is a war.

00:45:05.340 They might say it, but they use the word metaphorically.

00:45:09.180 And they have to mean it much more literally, even if it's not a fighting war at the moment.

00:45:17.340 Well, at the moment.

00:45:21.060 What inspired you to actually make this video?

00:45:24.780 Because when Brian Kennedy and others – I got it from a couple of different sources.

00:45:28.160 It blew me away.

00:45:29.340 And I know something like that takes work.

00:45:31.200 What was it that drove you to say, hey, I just can't continue to write or talk to people or meet with politicians or, you know, have my website or put stuff on social media and need to actually make –

00:45:41.340 which essentially is a small film to get this out, what was it that drove you to do that?

00:45:49.740 One, because I think I recognize the situation, right?

00:45:53.740 There's a sense of urgency.

00:45:55.500 And two, this is something that I can do, I think.

00:45:59.060 I can write.

00:46:00.420 I can deliver a speech.

00:46:03.160 And I have the resources to produce one.

00:46:06.720 I mean that was a well-produced video.

00:46:09.160 It didn't cost a trillion dollars, but it cost money, and not everybody has that money.

00:46:14.920 I'm very lucky.

00:46:17.180 And by the way, you had an interesting comment about people or politicians or businessmen or intellectuals, and they remain in those silos.

00:46:29.120 And that's why I like to think I can step in each of those areas.

00:46:37.600 We used to have businessmen who were really intellectual leaders who could speak and write.

00:46:43.960 We don't have that.

00:46:45.240 Peter Thiel is a good exception.

00:46:47.880 But that's what I want to do, an intellectual who can speak to the average person as well as speaking to other intellectuals.

00:46:57.560 That's kind of immodest.

00:47:00.720 It's one of the powers.

00:47:02.420 Yeah, no, no, no, no.

00:47:03.480 But it's – you rate it, so it's not a – it was a humble break.

00:47:10.840 Trump is – it can also – but he can connect, like Shaw said, only connect.

00:47:15.360 He can connect with working-class people.

00:47:17.120 He can connect with the vast middle class here, the silent majority. 0.99

00:47:21.300 What is your fear?

00:47:22.480 We're five or six months away from an election, and it's quite obvious to me today that the McConnell and his donors, Johnson and the donors, the McCarthy donors, they're lying to us.

00:47:34.000 They're quite comfortable.

00:47:34.940 They want to hold the House and add a few seats.

00:47:37.200 They think they can take three, four, five seats in the Senate and control that.

00:47:40.300 But they believe that if Trump's defeated in November, it's not the end of the world, but it's the end of MAGA, and that's what they want.

00:47:47.080 They think this MAGA movement is too full of deplorables.

00:47:50.680 It's too populist.

00:47:51.680 It's too nationalistic.

00:47:53.180 It is not a neoliberal neocon.

00:47:55.060 You saw everything you wanted to see with them, with what they've done, to basically concur with all of Biden's economic policies and also to concur with his neocon philosophy of national security and not America first.

00:48:07.600 What is your fear between now and November, sir?

00:48:11.780 That Trump doesn't win.

00:48:15.140 You know, I have some of the fears everybody has.

00:48:17.440 You have election integrity.

00:48:19.380 I think it's been fixed to a significant degree in red states, but who cares?

00:48:24.600 It's got to be fixed in the swing states, and I have no confidence that it has been.

00:48:30.400 Could they put Trump in jail?

00:48:33.580 I doubt it.

00:48:34.220 But if they could, would that have a bearing on sort of moderate, sensible people?

00:48:39.060 Yeah.

00:48:39.800 I'd vote for Trump if he were in jail. 0.57

00:48:42.100 I'd vote for Trump if he had two heads. 0.73

00:48:45.180 Right?

00:48:46.480 I think Trump is just that important.

00:48:49.640 So, you know, those are, you know, and I have fear, of course, you know, extraneous, unpredictable events, right, that are manufactured by the media events.

00:49:03.880 I mean, they're going to try to figure out a way to win this election, whether it's election fraud, suppressing adverse stories to Biden, you know, the stuff they did in the last election.

00:49:14.120 So they'll cheat, you know, and there are a lot of ways to cheat.

00:49:21.960 Tom, how do people get to your content?

00:49:23.860 How do they get to your writing?

00:49:24.960 If they want to see this video again, where do they go, your social media, all of it?

00:49:31.580 Tom Klingenstein, one word, dot com.

00:49:36.560 And you see the spelling on the screen there.

00:49:39.120 It's Tom Klingenstein dot com.

00:49:41.760 And, hey, Steve, I don't know about my social media.

00:49:45.960 I've got social media people who help me there because I'm old.

00:49:51.120 I'm old.

00:49:52.260 We will push it.

00:49:54.740 You're young at heart.

00:50:01.780 Good.

00:50:02.180 Appreciate it.

00:50:02.680 Thank you, Steve.

00:50:05.220 Tom is a correct about the 30 front war.

00:50:07.920 It's a real war.

00:50:08.480 I'm not going to be able to get to we got huge news out of Ben Harnwell, but we're going to have to on tomorrow's show.

00:50:17.020 Ben is all over the situation about this top secret use of long range missiles.

00:50:22.900 We are reaching out to Johnson's office and see if he knew about that.

00:50:27.260 Why didn't tell anybody if he did know about it?

00:50:29.680 Did he concur with it?

00:50:31.260 Obviously, if he did not know about it, how could he possibly have passed this Ukraine situation by knowing it?

00:50:38.040 It is another example of deep state capture of Polly Pockets and between not going after the criminal conspiracy and now, quite frankly, being conspiring with the Biden regime to essentially start a war between the American people and the Russian people.

00:50:54.820 Let me reiterate, we are not at and will not go to war with the Russian people.

00:50:58.460 But you've got elites in Washington, D.C. are doing everything in their power to do that.
