Bannon's War Room - WarRoom Battleground EP 529： Cover Up From The New York Times

00:00:00.000 this is what you're fighting for I mean every day you're out there what they're doing is blowing

00:00:11.380 people off if you continue to look the other way and shut up then the oppressors the authoritarians

00:00:19.120 get total control and total power because this is just like in Arizona this is just like in Georgia

00:00:24.840 it's another element that backs them into a quarter and shows their lies and misrepresentations

00:00:29.960 this is why this audience is going to have to get engaged as we've told you this is the fight

00:00:33.740 all this nonsense all this spin they can't handle the truth war room battleground here's your host

00:00:40.860 stephen k bannon welcome back to the six o'clock hour it is a tuesday 7 may year of alert 2024 i'm

00:00:48.100 honored to be joined by my wingman natalie winters here in palm beach uh at the real america's voice

00:00:54.100 studios thank you for having me it's always fun when i get to be a co-host get to be a co-host

00:00:58.560 and i'm taking back i'm taking back her own show that he does for us it looks like every other day

00:01:03.140 at five um we've got a lot to get through today let me go i got mike davis and cash big breaking news

00:01:09.780 i gotta start with mike mike you were putting up tweets today um that are uh we can't even put them

00:01:17.060 up on the family hour because you were coming in a little hot talk us about your frustration

00:01:20.860 you know we had john solomon up you've got things breaking all over the place not just with new york

00:01:27.380 with marchand trying to put trump in in jail for the gag unconstitutional gag order you've got all

00:01:32.480 this breaking news coming out of um florida with judge cannon um and uh so get what what is your

00:01:40.840 increasing level of frustration with how this is being handled by our side of the football

00:01:46.720 well i think the biggest frustration is that we have not been on offense and we have not been on

00:01:53.140 offense for the last 22 months since the unnecessary unprecedented unlawful raid on the office of

00:02:02.340 former president in mar-a-lago for presidential records that president trump was allowed to have

00:02:08.100 under the presidential records act and we did not put up a fight particularly house republicans

00:02:13.300 who actually have subpoena power who actually can hold hearings who actually

00:02:17.880 can have staff depositions we did not put up a fight and these democrats prosecutors joe biden

00:02:25.680 merrick garland deputy white house counsel to biden jonathan sue matthew colangelo

00:02:31.620 from the biden justice department the number three office alvin bragg big tish james big fanny

00:02:37.960 willis the the arizona ag that they are walking through an open door because these republican

00:02:44.720 politicians have not put up any resistance whatsoever to this any effective resistance

00:02:52.180 whatsoever but hang hang hang hang over a second hang on a second i want to give your background

00:02:58.740 because there's got to be some reason that i don't get uh you did a magnificent job i mean we

00:03:05.100 essentially wouldn't have gorsuch or kavanaugh unless you were intimately involved in the process

00:03:10.840 of getting these people confirmed as supreme court justice which is like the super bowl of

00:03:16.700 confirmations and it gets nasty you saw this in kavanaugh given the fight and the and the people

00:03:22.140 that hunkered down to get kavanaugh through why is that why the same why you don't see a fight because

00:03:28.180 the republicans can fight and fight hard sometimes why does that not carry over into this vast

00:03:36.540 criminal conspiracy against president trump i saw it in gorsuch we were organized day one in kavanaugh

00:03:42.780 when we got our backs to the wall we punched through it because of people like you why are you not

00:03:49.200 seeing that now when the stakes i would argue are actually higher i would say this the dirty little

00:03:55.620 secret of the kavanaugh fight is there weren't fighters in that fight it was president trump it was

00:04:03.080 uh don mcgan it was uh mark paoletta it was mitch mcconnell believe it or not it was chuck grassley

00:04:12.760 my former boss is the chairman of the senate judiciary committee at the time and there were very few

00:04:17.740 others right it was a pretty lonely fight at that time but there was no way in hell that i was going

00:04:23.540 to let this me too mob these democrat activists go after kavanaugh for something that he supposedly did

00:04:31.280 35 years ago when he was a teenager which didn't happen we proved it didn't happen there was no way

00:04:36.360 in hell even if it were true what kavanaugh did 35 years ago when he was 17 years old or 16 years old

00:04:41.740 there was no way in hell i was going to let the left take down a supreme court nominee over that there

00:04:46.960 was no way in hell i was going to let them turn the presumption of innocence into the presumption of

00:04:52.320 guilt there was no way in hell we were going to lose the supreme court it was too it was so much

00:04:56.660 bigger than kavanaugh this was about if we lost the kavanaugh fight we would have lost the supreme

00:05:02.120 court we would have lost the senate we would have lost the presidency we would have lost the country there

00:05:06.580 was no way i was going to let that go down and i was a crucial fighter not to toot my own horn in

00:05:12.060 making and dragging kavanaugh across the finish line and i'll tell you what it was very eye-opening for

00:05:18.160 me to see a lot of these conservative republican politicians who pretend like they're warriors

00:05:22.900 on twitter and on fox news uh we're not exactly warriors during that fight so my advice to

00:05:30.360 republicans is you better toughen up it's time to man up if you don't stop right now hang on but i want

00:05:38.060 to go back to this because this is a revelation we've had many revelatory moments in today's first

00:05:44.380 day in palm beach hit rewind on that you're telling me that it came down to a handful of don mcgann

00:05:51.260 obviously president trump don mcgann um even mitch mcconnell mark pauletta uh yourself obviously you

00:06:00.160 were the tip of the spear that you're saying it was a handful you're you're saying the bulk of the

00:06:04.280 republican party particularly the people that are performative on fox as fighters all ran for the

00:06:10.520 hills when these revelations came out on kavanaugh and wanted to throw in the town go to the next

00:06:15.100 candidate 100 including the people who made a lot of money uh off of these supreme court fights wanted

00:06:22.920 to run for the hills and i'll tell you what it was chuck grassley my boss who was the rock if he

00:06:28.500 if he wobbled even a little bit kavanaugh would have gone down and he would have gone down

00:06:34.360 six weeks before the 2018 midterm elections and we would have lost the senate we would have lost

00:06:42.140 the white house we would have we would have lost the supreme court we would have lost the country

00:06:46.360 instead we fought and it was it was a lonely fight but we fought and we won and what what happened that

00:06:53.960 2018 election when democrats won the house of representatives what should have been a good year

00:06:58.700 for democrats and the the presidents of the opposing party's first off-year election we took out four

00:07:05.260 senate democrats and four senate democrat incumbents and we picked up two senate seats overall and we

00:07:12.300 expanded the senate majority which allowed us to confirm justice amy coney barrett and finish

00:07:19.020 president trump's transformation of the supreme court from the five to four left of center court to the

00:07:24.540 five to four clarence thomas court that was president trump's biggest and most consequential accomplishment

00:07:30.540 of his first term that would not have happened if if president trump mcconnell and grassley were not

00:07:37.180 rock solid that three-legged stool so given the team that you've got because a lot of those are the

00:07:43.740 people that you can't mention here that didn't fight uh for kavanaugh what do we need to do to go on

00:07:51.420 offense i mean this is a vast criminal conspiracy every day there's other revelations jim jordan

00:07:57.340 picks up from john solomon's revelations yesterday there's good they're sending letters there but it's

00:08:03.260 not coming together as it should what would be your recommendation to that crowd of what has to happen

00:08:09.660 i would say this the the republicans in washington who think that this lawfare is going away if trump 0.99

00:08:16.220 goes away are so naive and stupid frankly president trump is simply in their way remember these are 0.99

00:08:23.980 the same democrats prosecutors and judges and witnesses and operatives they're going after 1.00

00:08:31.020 not only trump and his top aides like you steve bannon and peter devaro who's currently sitting in jail

00:08:36.940 right they're going after president trump's attorneys like john eastman they're trying to disbar him

00:08:42.060 and throw him in jail jeff clark they're trying to throw in jail they're going after his january

00:08:48.300 six supporters including people who merely trespassed trespassed onto the capitol line right somehow that

00:08:55.420 that's uh that's worthy of the biden justice department's time while they let carjackers kill

00:09:00.940 people in washington dc right so they're going after the january six supporters they're going after

00:09:06.220 parents outraged by gender chaos in schools and the resulting rapes in high school bathrooms they're

00:09:12.220 going after christians including little christian ladies praying outside of abortion clinics while 0.97

00:09:17.260 they give why the biden justice department and these biden democrat prosecutors like alvin bragg

00:09:24.380 and tish james and fanny willis while they give amnesty to these the biden family the corrupt

00:09:30.620 biden family that's put over 20 million dollars from foreign entities into what seems like every biden

00:09:36.780 family member's bank account except for the six-year-old granddaughter who they finally acknowledged

00:09:41.420 under political pressure right you see these biden democrats giving amnesty to blm and antifa the much

00:09:49.020 more deadly and destructive blm and antifa riots two billion dollars in damage dozens of people killed

00:09:56.380 they're terrorizing uh you know the the portland federal courthouse on a nightly basis they torched

00:10:02.940 saint john's church by the white house they torched a secret service guard station they

00:10:07.900 attacked senator rand paul when he left the white house nothing happens look what they're doing to 0.90

00:10:12.300 these uh these uh these abortion industry activists and these trans terrorists who are terrorizing

00:10:18.620 supreme court justices and their families in their homes sending sending them to safe houses even after

00:10:23.740 the 1am assassination attempt against justice kavanaugh's wife ashley and their two teenage daughters

00:10:29.420 they're giving amnesty to these trans terrorists who are torching catholic churches they're giving 0.95

00:10:35.100 amnesty to these hamas supporters who are terrorizing jewish americans particularly jewish students 0.96

00:10:41.580 on college campuses all across america including right now in new york city right these hamas orders

00:10:48.380 supporters are threatening violence and actually committing violence against jewish students they're

00:10:53.980 blocking roads they're blocking jews from going to class they jews can't walk across campus jews are 1.00

00:10:59.180 not safe in new york city but alvin bragg and matthew colangelo and these biden democrat operatives

00:11:05.820 have president trump sitting in a courtroom right now in week four of this bogus criminal trial and where

00:11:11.580 the hell are these house republicans where are the subpoenas where are the staff depositions where are the 0.58

00:11:17.260 public hearings they should be lighting up these prosecutors they should be lighting up the white 0.95

00:11:22.700 house for their communications with these prosecutors they should be lighting up jonathan

00:11:26.540 sue should be testifying matthew colangelo should be testifying what the hell have they done what

00:11:32.940 where is this weaponization committee that was set up more than a year ago what has it done

00:11:38.700 mike we know republicans aren't monolithic here in the war room all too well but i'm just curious

00:11:43.500 from your perspective when you say republicans whether it's in the house in the senate how much

00:11:48.860 of the issue is the actual members themselves i know you worked on the hill you survived being

00:11:53.100 a hill staffer but it's part of the issue that the staff right who is surrounding these people they

00:11:58.540 also don't want to throw down what sort of from the behind the scenes perspective how are they holding

00:12:04.940 up these processes too you need both a good member and a good staffer right and that's the key look i

00:12:11.900 went into the senate and i broke every piece of china in the senate and i enjoyed breaking the china 1.00

00:12:17.020 every single day right i think at the end after we confirmed a record number of trump's judges including

00:12:23.020 kavanaugh and gorsuch i had i had three hearings for lower court judges after we ran over the democrats

00:12:30.060 ran over their puppies with our with our lawnmower after the kavanaugh hearing i had three more hearings

00:12:35.020 to rub their rub their nose if you haven't learned anything don't use killing dog metaphors yeah i don't

00:12:40.460 know mike davis is gonna mike davis is gonna triple down take out the puppies yeah well if they're

00:12:46.300 democrat puppies watch out because we'll run them over with our lawnmowers but i'll say this is where

00:12:51.500 republicans republican members republican staffers you need to understand no matter what you do they hate 0.99

00:12:58.700 you the democrats hate you they're going to say you're racist and sexist and xenophobe and whatever 0.98

00:13:03.740 the hell phobe it is transphobe who gives a damn do your job and and figure out what the goal is and 0.99

00:13:10.620 and go from a to b and don't get distracted that's what we did with trump's judges in the first term we're 0.99

00:13:15.500 going to do it again in the second term and do not let the democrats face you run them over

00:13:22.220 what uh peter navarro's in prison for a misdemeanor in a federal prison the bureau of

00:13:27.740 prisons won't let uh won't let gates and other members of congress down colette peters won't let 1.00

00:13:33.500 him go uh be interviewed in in prison because he's too notorious he's there for a misdemeanor

00:13:39.740 what does that tell us about this uh this entire uh left-wing apparatus that's a a raid against us

00:13:47.260 so what i would do if i were jim jordan is i would issue a subpoena immediately for all those bureau 0.98

00:13:52.380 of prison officials who say that peter navarro is too notorious and i'd put their asses in a chair in 0.97

00:13:58.380 front of the bright bright lights and grill them and make their lives miserable make the process the 0.94

00:14:03.500 punishment and so they think twice about doing this kind of stuff right and that's the problem

00:14:07.980 republicans get into this mindset that if we don't have a legal case that's wrapped in a bow and

00:14:13.580 beautiful and could win went at the trial and went at the court of appeals and be affirmed by the supreme 0.99

00:14:18.620 court it's not worth it no you morons use lawfare against them make the process the punishment make 0.98

00:14:25.180 them hire lawyers make their lives miserable so this lawfare this election interference ends it's 0.98

00:14:31.020 called the dead chicken strategy that's what i ran during the kavanaugh confirmation and what you need

00:14:35.900 to do is give democrats a healthy dose of their own medicine right they only respect power they're 0.97

00:14:41.980 godless they don't believe in god their god is power on earth their religion or strategy is marxism

00:14:47.900 and their religious sex or tactics are chaos and division and if they don't feel power if they don't

00:14:54.860 feel financial legal and political pain they're going to keep doing what they're doing so we need to fight

00:15:01.660 back against this if you want to end this lawfare you need to give them a healthy dose of their own

00:15:07.260 medicine uh last thing before i go we're going to have cash up here next i mean kind of an explosive

00:15:12.380 story in the new york times today about about the national guard and j6 and of course it took them

00:15:18.940 almost four years to get the even the beginning of the truth out but their narrative is totally different

00:15:24.300 than the j6 committee's narrative and now we know the j6 committee it's it's plain to all that uh they

00:15:31.180 were they were putting up false testimony because it wasn't structured correctly you didn't have a

00:15:35.500 ranking member you didn't have minority counsel you couldn't do cross examination so you just had

00:15:40.380 people up there just spewing nonsense does this new york time story do you think that leads you

00:15:46.540 to say we've got to somehow go back and adjudicate in all of this criminal conspiracy you also have to go

00:15:52.540 back and do j6 over again there's no question we need to whether it's attorney general mark paoletta or

00:15:59.180 attorney general jeff clark or attorney general ken paxton or whoever trump picks as his attorney general

00:16:05.020 because you everyone knows i can't get confirmed i'm going to be his viceroy of dc but i would say

00:16:09.900 this on day one they need to open a criminal probe this is a conspiracy against rights by obama biden

00:16:18.140 hillary the ag both ags obama's ag and garland's the fbi director comey clapper brennan there are so

00:16:26.700 many involved with this criminal conspiracy to politicize and weaponize our law enforcement back going back to

00:16:33.580 crossfire hurricane in 2016 leading to the hunter biden uh laptop in 2020 and now this weaponization

00:16:42.540 of law enforcement and intel agencies against trump his top aides his lawyers his supporters this is a

00:16:48.300 criminal conspiracy it's been ongoing we need to open a criminal probe under 18 usc 241 conspiracy

00:16:56.380 against rights and many other federal crimes but that's a very serious civil rights felony we need to

00:17:02.460 open a criminal probe and we need to say that what democrats like to say to us no one is above the

00:17:07.900 law the prosecutors aren't above the law these democrat judges aren't above the law these witnesses

00:17:12.460 aren't above the law joe biden's not above the law obama's not above the law hillary clinton's not

00:17:17.340 above the law you guys there must be severe legal political and financial consequences to what these

00:17:23.020 democrats have done to our legal system because they they're destroying our country they've crossed the 0.61

00:17:28.860 rubicon the only way this gets fixed is to give them a healthy dose of their own medicine the dead 0.54

00:17:34.780 chicken strategy uh article article three project where do people go you've got an activist page now

00:17:41.580 uh people it's got your full spectrum on uh on what people do not just knowledge and information but also

00:17:47.420 action where do they go mike yeah article three project.org article number three project.org you can

00:17:53.180 donate there you can take action there all of our socials on there and i would say to the war room

00:17:57.660 posse you guys are by far the most active intelligent and engaged audience i am a total media whore as

00:18:04.620 everyone knows the war room posse is by far the best audience out there so thank you for what you guys do

00:18:10.700 every day thank you uh for coming on and inspiring this this our group because they they want to fight

00:18:17.180 they just want to fight smart so mike thank you so much honor to have you on here thank you

00:18:21.180 cash patel was the uh chief of staff over at the defense department during those days uh before and

00:18:28.780 after january 6th let's go and play a cold open for cash we're going to bring him in better of the

00:18:35.100 new york times is pushing back against criticism that the newspaper has received for its coverage of the

00:18:41.820 2024 election in an interview with semifar joseph khan responded to attacks from some on the left who

00:18:50.700 say the times reporting is too critical of president joe biden and could enable donald trump to win back

00:18:58.220 the white house there are there's so many things wrong with that right there there are people out

00:19:03.020 there in the world quote who may decide based on their democratic rights to elect donald trump

00:19:08.380 as president khan says it's not the job of the news media to prevent that from happening it's the job

00:19:15.020 of joe biden and the people around biden to prevent that from happening to say that the threats of

00:19:21.900 democracy are so great that the media is going to abandon its central role as a source of impartial

00:19:30.380 information to help people vote that's essentially saying the news media should become a propaganda arm

00:19:36.940 for a single candidate because we prefer that candidate's agenda seen as a center-left newspaper

00:19:44.140 the goal is to play it straight down the middle talk about the frustrations that the executive

00:19:48.860 editor is feeling right now yeah i mean i think you know it's a moment when democrats really want the

00:19:54.380 media in their corner and what you know what a lot of people see is this basically battle over democracy

00:19:59.420 but what's happening inside the new york times is a sense that during particularly the summer of 2020

00:20:05.500 they aligned themselves too much with particularly a kind of progressive wing of the democratic party

00:20:11.260 you know on account of their staff on account of the sort of cultural forces and and i think khan

00:20:16.060 sees his job as pulling the institution back from what he called excesses in that moment kind of

00:20:21.820 inconvenient time perhaps for joe biden for the times to be kind of symbolically focused on dragging

00:20:27.100 itself back from that brink okay uh a free and for a free tip for mr khan or the new york times

00:20:34.060 get a food taster hire one today even if you got to pay for it yourself because you're the half-life 0.99

00:20:39.980 of you as editor not going to be long i want to bring in cash patel a huge article today about the

00:20:45.420 national guard and j6 uh walk us to what do you think of the piece first and how closely is this now

00:20:52.460 aligned to what reality is because i notice in the piece and natalie correct me if i'm wrong

00:20:58.140 they don't immediately point the finger and say it's trump's fault it's trump's fault it's trump's

00:21:02.620 fault cash patel look this piece is about as close as the new york times is ever going to get to

00:21:08.460 truthful reporting on anything january 6th it unequivocally confirms what we have been saying

00:21:14.380 for years when i was chief of staff that donald trump authorized ten plus thousand national guards men

00:21:19.020 and women days before january 6th because the chain of command as i have come on your show and 0.99

00:21:24.060 discussed time and time again was immediately initiated and the people that rejected that

00:21:29.180 authorization of national guard were bowser and pelosi and we'll get to the characters in the article

00:21:34.540 in a second secretary of the army and major general walker in a minute but what the times article

00:21:39.660 confirms to me is that they no longer can push the narrative that donald trump didn't authorize the

00:21:48.140 national guard we have disproven their disinformation campaign and instead now they are using mealy mouth

00:21:55.100 words and individuals and complaining about the chain of command to say oh that process was slowed down

00:22:01.020 hang on a second the process was slowed down means the process was greenlit from the chain of command

00:22:08.300 which was the president and the secretary of defense which is what i've said repeatedly as the first guy

00:22:14.220 subpoenaed by the jan 6 committee to the tune of hundreds of thousands of dollars so these guys are

00:22:19.900 now just getting around to it because we have destroyed thanks to the war room posse we have 0.95

00:22:24.540 absolutely leveled the farce that was the insurrection narrative the cudgel that they'd been using to take

00:22:30.620 out and kneecap donald trump in this election year and now they're going to go and play government antics

00:22:35.420 and say well that guy said this and this guy said that well you know who said go to the national guard

00:22:40.700 days before january 6th donald trump you know who said no secretary of the army apparently in

00:22:47.340 conversations with nancy pelosi and mayor bowser they refused to accept that authorization

00:22:55.100 how does that even where i'll get to the whole thing on the on the on the insurrection narrative

00:22:59.500 narrative a second but how does that even work he's commander in chief you've got the acting secretary

00:23:05.580 defense miller you've got yourself the chief of staff over at the pentagon you have others

00:23:12.540 how does the secretary army essentially countermand or get the order countermanded by nancy pelosi

00:23:19.740 and bowser how how do they get how do they how does that work

00:23:25.180 yeah that's a great question let me just outline how the chain of command works the national command

00:23:29.260 authority is the president to the secretary of defense president trump to secretary of defense

00:23:33.580 miller that's the national command authority it never changes in terms of national guard just for

00:23:38.300 those that don't have the in-depth knowledge on it the national guard has separate national guard what

00:23:43.580 we call additunk generals tags that run the separate national guard bureaus across the country

00:23:49.900 they report to the four-star tag at the office of the secretary of defense where we worked the all of

00:23:56.940 those guys report to one person under the law the secretary of the army it's been like that forever

00:24:02.700 the national guard reports to the secretary of the army and so when the national command authority

00:24:07.500 above the secretary of the army says do x y or z go to this super bowl event go to this concert go to

00:24:13.420 this riot we need national guard all the president and the secretary of defense have to do is authorize

00:24:19.340 it and put it in motion then it's up to the secretary of the army to implement those operational logistics

00:24:24.700 and what we found out in this testimony is shocking cowardice by secretary of the army ryan mccarthy

00:24:31.340 by secretary excuse me by major general walker and the others ryan mccarthy went to the media

00:24:37.420 after he got the order from the president united states and the secretary of defense to go and

00:24:42.700 improvise and mobilize the national guard this guy stopped to take phone calls and talk to the media

00:24:47.500 where is the uniform code of military justices bringing up of charges for the violation grossly of

00:24:55.020 the chain of command and do you know why he did it to answer your question steve and there's emails at

00:24:59.340 the department of defense that proved this ryan mccarthy a secretary of the army wanted to stay on

00:25:04.860 into the biden administration ryan mccarthy wanted to become the secretary of defense in the biden

00:25:10.540 administration go ahead prove me wrong call my bluff get the emails from the department of defense

00:25:16.060 and this guy was acting as a political gangster under the authorities of mark milley who also wanted to

00:25:21.660 save his job so what did those guys do they put out an operation to thwart the lawful commands

00:25:27.980 of the chain of command from the commander-in-chief because it suited them these guys always say they

00:25:33.180 live by the chain of command except when they violated to use it as a shield for political purposes

00:25:37.980 and no one has held them to account none of these guys in these articles impressed me in any way shape

00:25:42.860 or form they are complete cowards in uniforms and do you know what major general walker was doing

00:25:48.140 the same thing auditioning for a job in nancy pelosi's administration in april of 2021 major general walker

00:25:56.140 would become the top cop for nancy pelosi as the sergeant at arms in the house of representatives

00:26:01.660 are you telling me these guys in uniform weren't auditioning for political jobs and mucking up the

00:26:06.780 process along the way and it took us three years to put this country to this much turmoil to get the 0.95

00:26:12.220 truth out from supposed career military officers these guys are cowards and they should be brought up

00:26:17.580 on charges under the ucmj uh cash hang on for one second we're going to take a short break uh birch

00:26:37.980 of the kinetic part of the third world war just like mal say tongue uh did as natalie winters informed us

00:31:05.420 all this nonsense all this spin they can't handle the truth war room battleground with stephen k bannon

00:31:13.100 okay uh cash you're a heavy duty lawyer you've spent your career national security law prosecution all

00:31:18.380 that you got to help me out here trump is spending millions of dollars in this huge fiasco with jack

00:31:26.220 smith is a special counsel about the insurrection coming off of the testimony of j6 president trump

00:31:34.140 just spent millions of dollars and we had to go all the way to supreme court to win nine to nothing

00:31:39.740 in colorado about even being eligible to be on the ballot oh and that was all from a denver judge that

00:31:46.620 had hours of testimony you and discounted it but took the j6 report and just put it in as that he's

00:31:52.220 an insurrectionist the whole narrative about president trump on morning mika and major maddow and these

00:31:59.820 people are terrible it's the end of the democracy is trump is an insurrectionist and one of the things

00:32:04.860 they point to is the national guard now the new york times their paper their paper comes out with this

00:32:12.220 close to definitive you know uh critical path of what happened and it turns out trump is kind of

00:32:19.820 the good guy in ordering the national guard it's all these other people that thwart up and they do it

00:32:24.780 by pulling the records they got the it's all from these uh detailed uh you know uh depositions they gave

00:32:32.380 under oath and also from emails and other things and i guess the j6 committee had and buried so number one

00:32:38.300 one does this show is there any grounds for trump being an ex an insurrectionist after this and

00:32:44.060 number two help me out here brother does this just show what i've been saying that they've been suppressing

00:32:49.740 real information on the real story and this is why johnson mccarthy first and johnson should have

00:32:54.300 immediately and we still have to formally adjudicate the 2020 election and j6 and all of it sir yeah look

00:33:03.980 you're right this is um the unequivocal exoneration of donald trump from any insurrection narrative

00:33:11.900 the times is reporting in crystal clear english language that donald trump authorized the national

00:33:20.300 guard days before january 6 through admission they're saying it through admission because they're

00:33:25.740 saying ryan mccarthy the secretary of the army and others then went and started to talk to the media and

00:33:31.420 obfuscated the commander-in-chief's orders and lawful authority well how could they do that if trump

00:33:36.060 didn't authorize the national guard and how could they do that if trump didn't authorize the national

00:33:42.380 guard and nancy pelosi hadn't blocked it for two days why did it happen on january 6th those questions

00:33:47.980 have now been answered unequivocally and as it speaks to donald trump and the re you know the evaluation of

00:33:54.300 the insurrection narrative and jack smith this is why jack smith never charged him with insurrection

00:33:59.100 because he's not guilty of insurrection this is why i was the lead witness in colorado with another

00:34:03.980 government gangster in a robe trying to pretend to be a judge and who discounted my testimony when i

00:34:08.940 said there was no insurrection because donald trump authorized the national guard days before january

00:34:13.180 6th it is legally and factually impossible for that to have occurred it is legally and factually

00:34:18.300 impossible for bowser and pelosi to have rejected that authorization it is legally and factually impossible

00:34:25.020 for now this new information about secretary ryan mccarthy and mark milley and others thwarting a

00:34:30.380 lawful authorization from their commander in chief and now the new york times has just un excuse me

00:34:37.500 has excavated this large new hole of investigations that the republicans must take on what were these

00:34:45.580 people in uniform doing and more importantly for the last three four years why weren't they putting out

00:34:51.260 the truth when they went before the jancex committee when they took interviews when mark milley wrote his

00:34:55.820 book the only person that put together a book and had the audacity to go out and get the government

00:35:02.220 gangsters own documents the capitol police stuff the pelosi stuff the bowser stuff the dod stuff

00:35:07.340 not to pat myself on the back but was me and i got slugged in the face for for four years and that's

00:35:12.540 why i'm proud to be making a movie with you brother and i can't wait for this thing to be released

00:35:16.780 so america can finally get the truth on screen because they are being disserviced by congress

00:35:23.340 right now the movie's going to be explosive uh it's incredible and cash and the uh and the team

00:35:30.220 has just done an incredible job uh cash where do people go and uh your recommendation at johnson

00:35:36.700 is don't wait to have the election that these investigations have to start now particularly when

00:35:41.180 the left-wing press is giving you basically all the information you need to start here's the thing

00:35:47.500 the investigation's done it's in the book i already did it i offered to come in and help you guys for

00:35:52.700 free no one wants to do anything over there that takes away from their headlines and i don't care

00:35:57.900 anymore if you're a republican or democrat i find fewer and fewer people on capitol hill who want the

00:36:02.140 truth so speaker johnson needs to put on his big boy pants and marshal this evidence not for themselves

00:36:07.180 for congress but for the american people now the press is reporting it and they are embarrassing

00:36:13.500 the speaker and the republican majority because they are actually willing to put out the truth

00:36:17.580 and shockingly it's in the new york times today cash where do people go to get all your

00:36:23.500 information social media the site your merch all of it yeah just go to the cashfoundation.com we got

00:36:29.100 the best merch in the game uh we broke through with a half a million dollars of charitable donations

00:36:33.900 just this past month we're really proud of that active duty cops veterans teachers children education

00:36:40.540 platforms go to the cashfoundation.com and go to our store all proceeds unlike what the media is

00:36:45.740 reporting all proceeds from all my sales of merch go back to the foundation and you can support me at

00:36:51.740 governmentgangsters.com by buying the bestseller government gangsters which war room entertainment and

00:36:56.140 i are releasing a film in about four to five weeks of the best-selling book that the biden

00:37:00.940 administration tried to bury for 10 months i took them to federal court i won now america knows why

00:37:07.180 i put the truth in this book and why the biden administration didn't want it out and why they

00:37:10.940 tried to wormhole it but bannon i can't wait for our premiere in june um in texas it's gonna be

00:37:17.020 absolutely amazing uh cash thank you very much honored to have you on here honored to be doing the

00:37:21.740 film war room films first our first made from the ground up uh natalie winners you're joining me

00:37:28.620 first off help me out here the new york times no friend of maga quite frankly i don't think any

00:37:33.900 friend of the truth paper of record though two articles in the last 72 hours one on the vaccine

00:37:39.660 injured and and people haven't done that i'll get it up but they have a huge article about fixing

00:37:45.900 injured that you could almost say gosh they must be watching the war room and then now on the national

00:37:52.700 guard and president trump your thoughts just about this are we seeing a sea change are they afraid that

00:37:58.380 there's going to be a change here of the illegitimate biden regime going to be tossed out

00:38:02.620 i mean what's going on i think you should give yourself a little more credit remember when we

00:38:06.220 won the misinformation super spreader award from the new york times it was because journalists from

00:38:11.180 the new york times and researchers from brookings institution had to watch every single hour of war

00:38:15.660 room from its inception so maybe we should take some credit for some of this reporting i'm of course

00:38:21.100 kidding uh they're very late to the party but i frankly think that the buried lead of the new york

00:38:25.660 times piece on january 6th is that there was concern among let's call it what it is the permanent

00:38:30.700 political class the sort of military ossified swamp creature types which is why you started the show

00:38:35.340 right war room impeachment they thought that trump could quote misuse the national guard he is the

00:38:40.940 president right he is the commander in chief it is his national guard whatever he wanted to do with

00:38:46.140 them within obviously logical conclusion it's he can't do anything wrong he can't misuse them right and

00:38:52.140 that's what sort of goes back to i think what the war room posse has seen since day one of this show

00:38:56.220 and war of impeachment was all those impeachment witnesses going out there because they disagreed

00:39:00.540 with president trump's foreign policy so this was sort of the domestic equivalent of it but you're so

00:39:05.740 right if they didn't have hang a second but you're saying when you really read it their rationale was

00:39:12.380 he was commander-in-chief the implied thing he did make the order they thought hey we know that we

00:39:18.460 have to we have to de-trumpify which is what biden's doing right now and the republicans about this

00:39:23.500 trump second term we have to take a direct order and we have to change it because we know better and

00:39:29.260 we're for i mean that's essentially a coup is it not that's what it is but that's what we've seen since

00:39:33.820 day one really since before day one of the trump administration and i think that it goes to something

00:39:38.460 much more sinister which is how we've seen the weaponization but the intentional weaponization of the

00:39:43.580 events that unfolded on january 6th otherwise cnn msnbc the new york times they'd be running test

00:39:48.860 patterns they'd have nothing to do right they've used it to create the domestic domestic terrorism 0.90

00:39:53.180 the hate crime narrative that's why they've prosecuted persecuted all these people as individual

00:39:57.660 cases but it goes back to something that we spoke about what was it two weeks ago and i think you have

00:40:02.140 to look at this i know we've been looking at what's been going on in the college campuses through the

00:40:05.740 paradigm of sort of a maoist cultural revolution but it has been so advantageous politically for the

00:40:11.260 democrats to hype january 6th into you know the greatest attack on this country since 9 11 and

00:40:17.020 it harkens back i think to the hundred flowers movement when it comes to china the kind of

00:40:21.820 precursor of the cultural revolution that happened in the 50s right 56 to 57 where they invited criticism

00:40:28.140 of the state only to be able to identify who their largest opponents were and when you see the type of

00:40:33.660 people that they're going after and persecuting and putting in prison obviously yourself included peter

00:40:38.780 navarro they're even going after influencer types but the people that they're prosecuting and putting

00:40:43.580 in jail those are the hardcore maga activists grassroots type the people who are leading their

00:40:48.860 communities when you take them out it is it is a heavy hit to the maga movement that is

00:40:54.700 plus it's a symbol that hey if you step up and replace these guys we're coming for you too

00:40:59.500 and frankly with this this reporting the new york times think you know three four years down the road

00:41:04.060 they can toss out a piece same with the vaccine injury thing and that that's going to be enough

00:41:08.380 for the war room posse for the maga for the actual truth tellers to just say oh well

00:41:12.460 hey at least you're on your side which you'll probably win a pulitzer prize for it um but it's

00:41:16.300 not but frankly they know they can get away with it because republicans and their weak staffers

00:41:21.580 aren't going to do anything about it and it's the overlap like you always say the pattern

00:41:25.980 recognition of the same individuals who are involved whether it was the war the impeachment

00:41:30.460 trials both of them with president trump uh january 6 stuff i remember someone from blue star strategies

00:41:36.140 a firm that was very intimately involved with the first impeachment of president trump he was one of

00:41:40.380 the senior advisors to the january 6 committee so there's this revolving door of people who are sort

00:41:45.340 of all in on the joke and i think if you really take a step back and extrapolate it and frankly it even

00:41:50.780 goes with what i think we'll be talking about next whether it's world health organization or college

00:41:54.860 campuses but these ngos these non-profits the the dark money groups that are behind all of these

00:42:01.740 just very very damaging isms and ideologies and movements to this country whether it's

00:42:06.940 pandemic treaties feminism this domestic terrorism and censorship of misinformation narrative

00:42:12.060 it's all being seeded from the same money and they say what their goal is it's death to america you

00:42:17.900 don't have to go to iran to hear it just go to columbia just go to nyu just go to the university of

00:42:22.780 chicago and the same people who are funding protesters who are comfortable saying death to

00:42:27.500 america i don't take their word on what democracy means i don't take their word on whether or not

00:42:32.300 coveted vaccines are safe and effective they use these these couchy punchy terms right safe and

00:42:38.940 effective you can always kind of do the split screen with all the different mainstream media networks

00:42:42.860 but it is predictive programming they're getting their talking points from this central locus

00:42:47.980 which is the type of people epitomized by mccarthy and miller sitting over at the pentagon saying oh

00:42:54.300 well donald trump wants to deploy the the national guard but we think he's going to misuse it

00:42:59.980 i i missed the part where tens of millions of americans voted for any of these people right

00:43:04.060 and not him as command chiefs the vaccine injury let's go back to the new york times for a second

00:43:08.060 what is the pivot there they know now because nobody's taking it uh moderna you the other day

00:43:13.100 moderna's revenues have dropped what 91 percent people even people that were so gung-ho are

00:43:19.820 rejecting it it's obviously that people are injured you got chris cuomo is now admitted that that he's

00:43:26.060 injured why is the new york times doing such a pivot particularly when they went out of the way

00:43:31.180 to demonize shows like ourselves and you personally to uh because we were reporting at the time year

00:43:37.500 after year about what the issues were well and they have ashish jaw biden's former covet 19 response

00:43:43.900 director basically the poster child of get the copen 19 vaccine on news nation giving an interview

00:43:49.260 dovetailing with that new york times piece saying oh what do you mean we've totally been looking into

00:43:53.980 the vax injured we care about them we want to work with you know haste and fury to make sure that they

00:43:59.260 get their day in court that they get compensation but i think to take a step back we walked through this

00:44:03.900 with dr wolf on last night's show sort of the science behind it um but i i think the the more

00:44:09.500 curious question and you know it's how the mainstream media works everything has to do with timing right

00:44:14.300 they've known all of this to be true uh since the inception of these vaccines but it's lies of a

00:44:19.580 mission that they tell right so the fact that they're bringing it up now i think we need to take a step back

00:44:24.140 and say why would the whether it's big pharma the medical industrial complex want to try to foster trust

00:44:31.340 among the american people that they know what they're doing when it comes to the vaccines that

00:44:34.780 they actually have the ability to be judicious and litigious and how they're adjudicating whether

00:44:39.180 or not these vaccines actually work and i think that it sort of brings it to the broader narrative

00:44:43.820 which i would say goes quite nicely with what the world health organization is doing in terms of

00:44:48.140 broadening their purview over not globally but country by country the sovereignty of countries

00:44:53.820 including the united states when it comes to pandemics and public health um but but specifically to the

00:44:59.260 fact that i think that if you see another pandemic if you see another you know disease x whatever you

00:45:05.660 want to call it emerge that they sort of want to be able to rest on their laurels and be able to say

00:45:10.540 what do you mean we have covered vaccine injuries didn't you didn't you you should trust us you

00:45:15.580 should go to may yeah let's talk about the who you're particularly concerned about the three card money

00:45:21.020 they're doing whether it's a treaty whether this is change in regulations what's what's the update

00:45:25.820 well the who it's sort of confusing they always have a new treaty a new regulation a new body a

00:45:31.180 new group that they're introducing um but i think that that's sort it's the fog of war right the fog

00:45:35.980 frankly biological war um and i i think it's all intentional but the latest one that people should

00:45:40.620 be focusing on is the basically renewal of international health regulations again they use

00:45:46.300 these very vague terms where i don't even think the bureaucrats are pushing it know exactly what it means but

00:45:51.420 the vagueness is intentional because within that vagueness uh you see stipulations that the who if

00:45:57.580 they so choose can shut down borders although frankly maybe we should hire the who to shut down 0.97

00:46:02.780 our border maybe that's what we should do um but that they could basically mandate certify basically

00:46:07.580 mandate vaccines uh quarantine policies um but again i think over national sovereignty exactly

00:46:15.500 because they would say this goes across national borders these are the international regulations

00:46:20.620 the u.s bought into it this is what governs yeah these are people who fundamentally to their core

00:46:26.140 believe in the concept of global government and i remember from my time at the university of chicago

00:46:30.780 that was just sort of a given when i would take my political science courses the assumption was we need

00:46:35.660 to go to something like global climate change the pandemics all global government the sustainable

00:46:40.540 development goals it wasn't even let's debate if these are good or not it was that is the framework

00:46:45.580 whereby we are operating in and i always of course took issue with that but like i was saying all of

00:46:52.940 these same entities that are funding whether it's frankly the hamas protesters that you're seeing on

00:46:57.580 college campuses the backers of the transgenderism the feminism movements of these very just harmful 0.88

00:47:03.420 cultural ideologies too they're all in league they're the same people who are funding this global

00:47:09.580 government ideology too and i think all of these things sort of work together like you've said when

00:47:15.420 you invoke mao to destroy the nuclear family to frankly just destroy american culture and traditional

00:47:21.340 values here because it's a lot easier to to destroy a country from within you know my background is in 0.86

00:47:26.460 chinese communist party infiltration and uh you know hats off to them do you see that and you see a direct

00:47:31.980 parallel mao and the cultural revolution what's going on here there's no doubt in your mind no no doubt at

00:47:37.580 all i feel like it's a it's a cliche at this point i mean just just look at the college campuses and

00:47:42.540 frankly i mean the these universities have taken so much money from the chinese communist party too

00:47:47.980 you know they don't really have plausible deniability and of course qatar and all these 1.00

00:47:51.500 other countries but you know it's the university of chicago and harvard harvard and columbia just

00:47:56.140 hosted the china united states exchange foundation for their like annual china summit that is a group

00:48:01.180 that is funded by the chinese communist party and that's frankly steve i think how you know that these

00:48:06.060 protests are there's something there's there's a they're there right it's more than just the

00:48:11.020 israel you can tell it's not totally self-organizing should be arguing to divest uh from china too

00:48:16.860 they should be frankly arguing to divest from big pharma too right if you want to talk go you know nail

00:48:21.740 by nail hammer by hammer in terms of if it had an internal logic to it if they really cared about

00:48:26.780 human rights abuses frankly even if they cared if they really were just myopic and we only care about

00:48:32.300 muslims then you should care about what china is doing to the uyghurs and xinjiang but there's no 0.99

00:48:36.300 ideological coherence there because it's not ideologically driven it's amped up it is it is

00:48:43.580 protect it is intentionally weaponized by people like george soros but don't miss the forest for

00:48:49.340 the trees there's a whole network there he's just sort of the figurehead um tides foundation the whole

00:48:54.300 and the tides foundation just announced we were talking about this on the last night show 200 million

00:48:59.100 dollars to turn out the vote specifically among young people of color and you know marginalized

00:49:06.140 communities whatever that means ahead of 2024 and i want to link this to something else i think when

00:49:11.260 you see this mass invasion of the country right people who we know there's reporting that they're

00:49:15.660 trying to sign these people up to vote i would argue that i think it's fair to say that you're going

00:49:19.900 to see that those funds and these left-wing groups which are conveniently they're concurrently going after

00:49:27.020 making sure these people can become legal citizens here while simultaneously trying to influence the

00:49:31.900 2024 election through ballot harvesting and vote manipulation and advocating for policies that will

00:49:37.340 make it easier for people like that to vote so it all converges right none of these are isolated

00:49:42.140 or siloed incidences but that's sort of the point because you get lost in the fog of war

00:49:47.820 but luckily we have the war room well in this regard we keep talking about investigations

00:49:53.500 do you think because are the staffs restrained by the members or are the staffs of kind of the

00:50:00.460 same ilk as the members that they're quite frankly just afraid to take that step all you got to do is

00:50:05.180 beat down the first door and it'll empower you it is the reason that it takes war room and real

00:50:11.420 america's voice and other shows and the podcast and naomi wolf and people we have on here and you see

00:50:16.620 that we're winning the information war because more people are coming to our sides and we're out gunned

00:50:21.100 10 to 1. is it because they're just so hesitant to take on it you have to kick down the door here

00:50:27.500 you have to be aggressive is that the problem i'm proud to say i've never been a hill staffer

00:50:31.980 um but from my outside view looking in um look i think it's twofold one these people want to just

00:50:38.620 stay within the system they're not into deconstructing and defending the administrative

00:50:42.220 state but secondly the foreign influence operations are so deep so vast and so dark the chinese 1.00

00:50:47.260 communist party runs foreign influence programs specifically targeted at congressional staffers

00:50:51.980 so part of it i think is that these people are are weak just frankly effeminate types but i think

00:50:57.420 it's there's also a level the same efforts that they're mounting to influence members of congress

00:51:02.700 the chinese communist party knows the achilles heel really is the staffers that's where they've paid to 0.54

00:51:06.540 take them overseas to china for decades unbelievable uh social media where do people get you you're hosting

00:52:18.540 by monitoring our phone and email and tracking our movement across the internet now jim records

00:52:24.860 editor of the independent financial newsletter strategic intelligence and new york times best-selling

00:52:30.060 author is warning about a coming event that could elevate this governmental surveillance to a

00:52:35.340 terrifying new level in fact some of the guests i've had on the war room believe that the government

00:52:40.540 will soon expand their powers to track our every move if we say the wrong things on social media

00:52:47.260 donate to the wrong causes buy firearms or even vote maga the government may be able to shut us out of

00:52:53.660 our bank accounts i can't say for sure if this will happen but it's an interesting and dire warning

00:53:00.860 fortunately jim records an american patriot and friend of mine has made it his mission to educate

00:53:05.740 us on what he believes is coming and how to protect yourself from the possibility of programmable money
