Bannon's War Room - WarRoom Battleground EP 544： Political Mission Against Trump

00:00:00.000 this is what you're fighting for i mean every day you're out there what they're doing is blowing

00:00:11.280 people off if you continue to look the other way and shut up then the oppressors the

00:00:18.260 authoritarians get total control and total power because this is just like in arizona this is just

00:00:24.160 like in georgia it's another element that backs them into a quarter and shows their lies and

00:00:28.920 misrepresentations is why this audience is going to have to get engaged as we've told you this is the

00:00:33.360 fight all this nonsense all this spin they can't handle the truth war room battleground here's your

00:00:40.380 host stephen k bannon hi it is a thursday uh 30 may year of our lord 2024 uh we're live here uh want to

00:00:51.500 thank our real america's voice team for doing this parker sagan the great team uh in denver for helping

00:00:57.420 put it on this hour uh historic day uh president trump uh guilty of 34 felonies in a manhattan

00:01:05.340 courtroom a show trial just like moscow in the 1930s i do have to disagree with professor dershowitz like

00:01:11.360 a nachi like the nazi judges like the moscow show trials he said well they're not throwing him in a

00:01:16.460 gulag well they want to throw him in rikers island and they probably want to do it right away uh president

00:01:21.300 trump is given a date of 11 july to return for sentencing of course that's just a few days before

00:01:28.340 he takes the stage uh before the nation and the world as a republican nominee a nomination now for

00:01:34.660 president that he's winning in every poll so uh what i want to do right now and i want to thank everybody

00:01:40.780 for following us over here uh to lyndale tv people up on getter and rumble of course didn't have to go

00:01:45.600 uh we're going to have try to get mark payoletta and josh hammer going to join me both very sophisticated

00:01:51.920 lawyers josh hammer over at uh over at newsweek one of the smartest guys around but first and like i

00:01:58.160 said i want you to immerse yourself in this you have to see how they're presenting it as i said in the

00:02:03.340 last hour i have some friends and colleagues on the upper east side that were telling me they're

00:02:08.100 dancing in the streets the the wealthy are dancing in the streets up there that president trump's been

00:02:13.640 found guilty this of course you saw down outside the manhattan courthouse the working class people

00:02:18.440 that support him uh we can turn this in to the material for a landslide but we are going to have

00:02:26.000 to do it it's just not it's just not going to happen on its own we can do that the first thing you have

00:02:32.000 to do is understand the information warfare that is out there so what we're going to do put a couple

00:02:36.040 clips together of the celebratory nature over at some of the other networks i want you to watch this

00:02:42.340 and then i will jump in let's go ahead denver and uh and let it rip listen it's a unanimous jury

00:02:47.560 verdict unanimous on all counts this is a definitive and um uh you know this is an irreducible verdict

00:02:56.300 um he can appeal i'm sure he will appeal but this is everything that the prosecution asked for

00:03:03.660 um from a jury that by all accounts took this thing very very seriously um we we counted the

00:03:09.980 deliberation hours down here um the test here for us as a country um is not about what happens on

00:03:17.280 appeal and is not about what happens in sentencing the test for us now as a country is whether or not

00:03:22.560 this former president and his allies will have succeeded in trying to undermine the rule of law

00:03:28.600 so that people reject this as a legitimate function of the rule of law in our country they have tried

00:03:34.020 to delegitimize this judge they have tried to delegitimize this court and they have tried to

00:03:38.320 delegitimize these proceedings they've even tried to delegitimize the laws that he was charged under

00:03:43.820 those efforts are the tests that we now have as a country the people involved in bringing this case

00:03:51.380 have been threatened and intimidated and had everything brought to bear on against them

00:03:55.880 in a way that was designed let me have this let me have it let me have this thank you wow

00:04:01.680 she laid it out better than i think i could she's absolutely 100 correct now comes the test in fact

00:04:10.720 denver do i have josh hammer up right now let me go to josh hammer but i would like denver to hit rewind

00:04:16.700 i want to start that at the top once i finish with brother hammer and and play it because she's 0.95

00:04:22.080 absolutely correct the test now is do the american people buy this that is the test before us and you

00:04:30.980 as a force multiplier you know your task and purpose let me bring in josh hammer josh uh you're

00:04:36.700 one of the leading public intellectuals uh in our movement unfortunately you're also cursed with being

00:04:42.980 a lawyer so walk us through what has just happened and is rachel maddow correct this is the test is now

00:04:49.320 about what the american people take away from this well you know steve i'm a lawyer who who chooses not

00:04:56.340 really to actually do a whole lot of legal practice but i but but i do have experience and i i like to

00:05:01.080 think that i know what i'm talking about here um i mean i mean where to begin right i i mean what we

00:05:05.740 have just seen steve over the past month month and a half is unprecedented in my entire time following

00:05:12.400 trials in my entire entire entire time reading court opinions in all things legal and judicial related

00:05:18.560 i i i want to make one very basic point and then i'll answer your question here

00:05:22.500 ever since alvin bragg dropped his farcical 34 count indictment over a year ago now it was late

00:05:28.660 march 2023 if memory serves i read this indictment and my very first thought was okay there's 34

00:05:34.440 counts here of this underlying new york state fraudulent bookkeeping charge but where is the

00:05:39.120 actual predicate offense where is the infertherance of otherwise he's barred by statute of limitations 0.85

00:05:43.280 they literally told us unless i totally missed it unless i just totally missed it maybe i'm a moron 0.84

00:05:48.880 maybe i just totally missed it i don't think i'm a moron i literally learned the prosecution's legal 0.71

00:05:53.700 theory of the case this week when the whole rest of the world learned it i learned it from the jury

00:05:57.900 instructions when they finally said that there are three possible unlawful means aka three possible

00:06:03.840 infertherance of predicate offenses that could possibly get you to this prosecution that you had

00:06:09.700 the federal campaign finance law which many of us speculated then you had a federal tax law violation

00:06:14.460 i don't even know how that works i mean i i literally don't understand exactly how the michael

00:06:19.100 cohen hush money stuff even implicates federal tax law but okay i guess they threw that in there

00:06:23.280 and then the last one was an unlawful means of committing an additional bookkeeping charge violation

00:06:29.020 none of this made sense i mean to say that we are in uncharted waters here to say that the rubicon

00:06:34.880 has been crossed i i that that is an understatement i i this is literally probably not the kind of thing

00:06:41.280 that i think most you know south american far left communist states would probably be engaging in

00:06:47.300 right now it is actually that level of absurd the the silver lining from the black letter legal

00:06:52.940 perspective is i actually do think that it's going to be overturned on appeal i feel relatively confident

00:06:58.180 in that i mean just given all of the incredible the incredible indiscretions here of the outrageous

00:07:03.140 conduct of the presiding judge juan mershon the outrageous nature of the jury instructions the fact

00:07:07.740 that trump's lawyers weren't allowed to call brad smith the former fec commissioner to be the expert

00:07:11.800 witness and actually talk about how campaign finance law works but rachel maddow is right steve

00:07:16.580 that the american people now face a real test are they going to let these republic ending tactics

00:07:22.600 are they going to let this work or are they are we the people going to rise up in mass and say

00:07:28.640 enough enough you're not going to ruin the republic like this let alone you are not going to say

00:07:35.640 that our side the deplorables that we are the threat to our democracy while you guys were literally 0.72

00:07:41.760 trying to take donald trump off the ballot that was the 14th amendment section three insurrection

00:07:47.620 clause argument which lost nine to zero at the supreme court and then the four prosecutions and

00:07:53.260 then this so-called historic first ever conviction of a former president of the united states are the

00:07:59.260 american people going to stand up for that i steve i think that they are i think that they are going

00:08:02.940 to stand up for that and it is incumbent on our side to not bat an eyelash over this to not lose a

00:08:09.000 second of sleep over this to not try to take consolation and cry ourselves and oh we're still

00:08:16.100 going to have this or that no we should double down and triple down right now we should make sure that

00:08:22.880 the trump campaign is going to be well staffed in all the swing states now is the time to go all in

00:08:28.100 for the republic and when it comes to the law fair in particular steve the the thing that you and i

00:08:33.000 have discussed previously on this show i've written about this a lot now is the time if you are a red 0.53

00:08:39.360 state prosecutor a da at the county level an attorney general at the state level maybe even higher than

00:08:45.060 that a governor or whatnot you have to fight fire with fire if at this point you are not committed

00:08:52.020 to actually doing the the only way out is through as i've called it actually seeing soberly and

00:08:58.740 practically where we are they're trying to put our people in jail they want us removed from polite

00:09:03.020 society whether it comes to debanking big tech platforming you name it they are out to put us

00:09:08.320 in the proverbial and god forbid perhaps even the literal gulag if you are a da or an ag and you are 0.98

00:09:14.640 not ready to start bloodying up the noses of your political opponents and start doing some law fair to

00:09:20.960 them the same way that they've been doing it to us god help you because at that point then you've 0.90

00:09:26.060 proven yourself feckless and useless before i let you go and by the way mark paoletta is going to join 0.50

00:09:32.400 this thing we're going to get royce white a lot as many voices i hope as possible josh given you said 0.86

00:09:38.900 hey this law fair was so convoluted does it not show how they were shred the constitution how they were

00:09:45.800 shred english common law how they were shred any vestige of this system that's been passed down

00:09:52.000 unbroken from generation to generation and stop it into the ground to get trump and to destroy

00:09:57.620 this movement isn't that isn't the stakes couldn't be higher but also the scale of this

00:10:02.840 is quite is quite deep and quite large sir yeah i mean so there's an old english common law

00:10:11.640 tactic it was actually really more affiliated with the crown than with parliament but if you

00:10:16.080 go back four or five hundred years it was called the bill of attainder and the bill of attainder was

00:10:20.180 basically it was essentially associated with the star chamber that a bill of attainder was a law or a

00:10:26.440 kingly monarchical dictated a decree that wasn't actually a law it just singled out one individual

00:10:32.700 and it said that this individual bring him to me he shall be punished we outlawed bills the bill of

00:10:39.500 attainder steve in article one of the u.s constitution when the constitution was ratified

00:10:43.820 in 1789 that was when the bill of attainder was outlawed that did not stop by the way alvin bragg from

00:10:49.480 running for his sorrows from the da position on essentially a bill of attainder platform he literally

00:10:55.200 ran for that office on a get trump platform ditto tish james the attorney general of new york i mean

00:11:00.500 let's not forget about that case this ridiculous fraud case against the trump organization they both ran

00:11:04.540 on essentially bill of attainder platforms this is a practice that was proscribed by the constitution

00:11:10.440 of 1789 so yes they are absolutely absolutely throwing out hundreds and hundreds and hundreds

00:11:16.880 of years of the broader anglo-american legal tradition again the only question remaining steve is is our side

00:11:22.360 are they smelling what's going on here and do they have the cojones to actually stand up and do what's

00:11:28.620 necessary to restore ourselves to a modicum of fairness and blind justice under law

00:11:34.540 josh hammer where do people get your content social media the newsweek site all the all your

00:11:40.280 podcasts so i host two shows the josh hammer show and america on trial with josh hammer both

00:11:46.180 available everywhere you get your podcasts i write a weekly syndicated column that goes up at newsweek

00:11:50.400 which is where i work as well as a host of other right of center website then i'm on twitter josh

00:11:55.360 underscore hammer and instagram josh b hammer as well josh thank you and thank you for the focus

00:12:03.340 you've given this i think you've inspired a lot of people thank you sir appreciate it thank you steve

00:12:08.080 mark payoletta we've had you on every day i think for the last week about the attack on judge cannon

00:12:15.220 the attack on justice alito his wife justice thomas uh today roberts told him hey i ain't coming

00:12:22.980 anywhere i'm not talking to anybody to put it in perspective particularly when josh hammer talks about

00:12:28.260 bill of attainers and what the crown used to do have we shredded a couple of hundred years here

00:12:34.360 of the american judicial system by what we saw today absolutely uh it's a a sad and infuriating day

00:12:44.080 uh for america uh the left showing that they will rip up hundreds of years of common law and law in our

00:12:51.860 constitution this is this is just all despicable um and it all ties in uh with everything that's going on

00:12:58.060 i mean josh was josh hammer was fantastic uh in what he was saying i agree with it um um but it all

00:13:05.080 connects back to steve as we were talking about this morning the court and going after the court all of

00:13:10.080 these institutions right um show me the man i'll show you the crime right that's the bill of attainder

00:13:15.800 right that's what barry has said right and so that's what's going on with alito with thomas um you

00:13:21.940 know roberts chief justice roberts i think chief justice roberts is wide awake right now uh he

00:13:27.220 understands what's going on he pushed back on white house and durbin said i'm not going to meet with

00:13:32.780 you this is actually a as we talked about you know this is a interfering with with a a case that's

00:13:40.000 pending before the court they the the the senators were demanding to meet with roberts to talk about

00:13:45.400 these recusals recusals are judicial decision on a case that's pending before the court this is how 0.57

00:13:51.640 again it's all connected we are we are at war okay with the left if the left is at war with us

00:13:57.820 um and i just put something up you know to restore the rule of law right and to protect our democracy and

00:14:04.660 our liberties trump 2024 now more than ever right and i just i just saw on on some uh text that uh win

00:14:13.800 red has crashed with all the contributions uh that are pouring in in support of president trump

00:14:20.060 right the left always crosses the line right we saw this with kavanaugh when they brought in that 0.55

00:14:26.480 lunatic uh you know julie swetnik um and michael avenatti right and their lies and michael avenatti 0.88

00:14:34.060 is sitting in prison now for his conduct and you know they they and the american people see it on full

00:14:39.980 display and they recoil and they react and then they take action and that's what we're going to see here

00:14:45.280 because this is just so outrageous um and again it's multi-front coming back you know josh just

00:14:51.020 gave a a great discussion on what just happened today with this despicable disgraceful verdict

00:14:57.280 prosecution

00:14:58.280 did i just lose uh mark number of constitutional

00:15:06.320 oh he's good oh back no i'm losing okay can we hang up mark we're going to reboot it take a second

00:15:17.020 we're we're just going to reboot you for a second if we can let's go let's just go ahead and try

00:15:21.620 no it was dropping we'll get him back up right there you're seeing it uh uh chief judge or chief

00:15:30.680 justice roberts today told the senate the democratic senate that he was not going to go over and have

00:15:36.260 a conversation because going over and having a talk with these folks having them question him

00:15:42.480 would show that they're not a co-equal branch of government that he would go over as a supplicant

00:15:48.400 mark just said it right there the left is at war with us this is a multi-front war but this is the

00:15:55.440 lawfare part and it's it's it's it's it could not be more serious mark uh it just said that chief

00:16:02.140 justice roberts could not go over there and have a conversation it would show that he was a supplicant

00:16:07.620 to these radicals in the senate and you can't get more radical than dick durbin you you can't do that

00:16:12.920 and you see with mershawn the state courts they were prepared to shred the constitution their

00:16:17.260 per they're they're basically there to shred the common law that's run this country for so long

00:16:22.640 34 felony accounts so now you know my question to you now is what it was this morning about

00:16:29.500 where are the institutions the legal institutions on the right the federal society the republican

00:16:35.540 lawyers we need people stepping up more than ever institutionally cra you guys are doing it the

00:16:42.180 heritage organization is doing it you know america first priorities are doing it but we need more

00:16:46.940 people to do it mark pay a letter yes sir you're exactly right this is this is you know what time

00:16:52.880 is it right now right that's that's what's going on and uh all of these institutions need to step up

00:16:58.380 need to get out full court press nothing else matters right now we are under attack uh and you know

00:17:05.060 they shredded the constitution uh today they shredded it over the past several months since they've been

00:17:10.580 attacking president trump uh with this bill of attender i think that was a nice uh way to put it uh

00:17:16.060 with respect that josh did um and and and we do need it the left is on a multi-front war they're not

00:17:22.840 stopping they're they're they're ruthless um and we've seen this happen i'm an optimist i've always

00:17:28.380 said that um you know and the left takes these tactics and and sometimes they score victories we saw it

00:17:34.340 happening in 2020 uh we saw it happening in uh i go back to i always go back to justice thomas and

00:17:40.080 what happened there we saw it with kavanaugh we get our bearings and we and and we go on offense uh so

00:17:45.700 that's what needs to happen right now um and um it's it but it's it's a it's a it's a terrible day

00:17:52.900 in america today with this with this verdict this should have never happened um you know it should

00:17:59.000 have never happened but it's a day that we it's a day it's been a long time building a long time coming

00:18:04.260 but these are the types of things you know like they had they had they had conflict and they had

00:18:08.660 discussions and they had you know they try to put things together but they had conflict and then you

00:18:14.240 had pearl harbor right or you have you you have these marks in history that you know where you were

00:18:19.900 when trump when the verdict came down on trump you need these type of fissures to say which way we're

00:18:25.960 going to go and i keep telling people it is not predetermined we're going to remain a constitutional

00:18:32.120 republic with the rule of law you've seen it today now more than ever it is back on the shoulders of

00:18:37.680 this audience go ahead sir yeah no you you it's on again these folks have run on going after president

00:18:45.020 trump from georgia to new york to all these prosecutors that have you know made it a political

00:18:51.720 mission to destroy one man and you're right these are these seminal moments that are very um

00:18:58.640 clearing right as to what's going on and what needs to happen uh and so yes every organization

00:19:06.440 every person on the conservative side and you know i was talking i was we were talking about this this

00:19:11.040 morning in terms of conservative lawyers it should be all lawyers right it should be all liberal lawyers

00:19:16.260 all people who respect the rule of law is it really is interesting right this projection of the left

00:19:21.500 they come after us for the rule of law it's really the left that doesn't believe in the rule of law

00:19:27.260 that's what's going on that's what you're seeing with the attack on president trump that's what you're

00:19:31.400 seeing with respect to the supreme court they don't want an independent supreme court right they don't

00:19:35.540 want justices ruling uh the way they want to they literally threatened uh two justices physically in my

00:19:42.100 view um but senator schumer if they voted the a different way on an abortion case and and you know

00:19:48.540 an impermissible way on an abortion case so the left doesn't the left is the one that does not believe

00:19:54.500 in the rule of law we need to understand that and we need to take action to help restore the rule of

00:20:00.460 law to restore that mark we need to immerse because now this is going to be information war and this is

00:20:08.720 going to be about muscle to win because if we don't win if there's no victory in november this will just

00:20:14.480 continue and it will get worse so we must win now we now we know it's like cortez uh having the ships

00:20:21.680 burning the ships on the beach we got to march inland to do that people need to know so where

00:20:26.700 where can they go with you what can you teach them how can you arm them with information because this

00:20:31.920 is what we need to be armed with now is information this is an information war that's turning quickly

00:20:37.120 into a political war so where do they go and how can cra and how can mark pay a letter uh help our

00:20:43.240 audience in this because this is the most powerful audience in all media and and again it's all

00:20:47.940 connected steve you're so right to put it all together so i'm at at mark pay a letter on x um

00:20:52.980 and i'm at mark pay a letter dot com is my website um i'm going to be producing a bunch of stuff to get

00:20:59.120 out there to inform people but it's critically important to to defend the supreme court right

00:21:05.000 because that's where ultimately president trump will likely end up right hopefully this verdict gets

00:21:10.540 overturned um you know at the court of appeals level in new york looking at the verdict today and how

00:21:16.060 quickly they reached it uh you know not a lot of faith in that go up to the to the top uh appellate

00:21:22.260 court in in in new york but then it's ultimately going up to the supreme court the left right now

00:21:26.860 is trying to take out the supreme court as an institution right and so that's why this is they're

00:21:31.740 all connected right we want an independent supreme court because we know these charges we know this

00:21:36.880 verdict is absolute garbage right is is just an unjust un-american attack on an individual

00:21:43.640 remember what they're trying the reason they're after trump part of the reason they saw what he did 0.95

00:21:50.580 was setting it right the supreme court and they know what he's going to do he's going to have a

00:21:54.520 couple of picks the next president's going to have a couple of picks we can have permanently

00:21:58.540 you know a seven to two we could go there they know that that's where they're after him

00:22:04.040 it's part of the reason and here's the thing i want to tell this audience make sure the audience

00:22:07.540 understands justice alito is standing in the breach justice thomas is standing in the breach

00:22:14.540 mrs alito and mrs thomas are saying the breach they're not backing down and the chief justice

00:22:19.620 of the day said he ain't backing down either so we must have their backs they're going out there and

00:22:25.380 saying hey i'm not we're not going to kowtow kowtow to these people we are not supplicants to this we're

00:22:31.460 not going to be party to this this is the supreme court of the united states of america that's and

00:22:36.740 one of the reasons they want to tear trump to shreds is they've controlled the supreme court

00:22:41.880 for so long and president trump came up and you got gorsuch you got kavanaugh you got amy comey

00:22:49.040 barrett uh mark pay a letter your thoughts a hundred percent steve that you know when you think about

00:22:57.100 all the presidents in in you know republican presidents uh ronald reagan right blew it with

00:23:03.880 with anthony kennedy right terrible picks george bush with um david suitor right um um just tear you

00:23:12.000 know picks that you know continued the left's control of the supreme court president trump comes

00:23:20.360 along three superb justices right uh that he selected and he broke the left's back that is why

00:23:29.260 they were so angry right and you had um you know rbg being replaced by amy koenig barrett i mean how

00:23:36.960 wonderful is that on the final days of of of of uh of 2020 and so that is why the left wants to go

00:23:46.160 after the court why they want to undermine it why they want to smear these justices and their wives i 0.98

00:23:51.480 mean that's the part that's just in just just so reprehensible right but this has never happened

00:23:56.740 again we're living through these uncharted times these these you know unprecedented times going

00:24:04.340 after a president of the united states and future president of the united states with this vicious

00:24:08.860 lawfare going after the supreme court and their spouses and their family right all to get their way

00:24:15.420 right this is the the the the viciousness the evilness of the left that's what they're doing

00:24:21.660 um so um and i would say um just in terms of learning about justice thomas okay always good

00:24:27.980 to learn know the the folks you love uh and defend uh i have a book called created equal clarence thomas

00:24:35.980 in his own words there's a fabulous documentary on it it'd be great steve one day we show a couple

00:24:40.940 clips from that film because you're the audience will love it right the posse will love uh that that

00:24:46.540 movie and there's a book uh that goes through justice thomas's life it's it's based on 25

00:24:51.160 five hours of interviews with justice thomas one-on-one uh with the director of that film

00:24:56.120 michael pack our friend um but but we need to protect the supreme court that's what we need to do

00:25:01.540 it's the last line of defense the left is not going to stop as we've we've we've been having this

00:25:07.040 conversation every day to uh this week steve right because the left has been you know an unprecedented

00:25:12.600 assault on the court every single day they want to shrink the court now to pack it the cases that

00:25:22.060 are up right are the fisher case um that's going to decide whether all of these you know unjust

00:25:28.100 convictions right uh using this law that was clearly not intended for this um it will be struck

00:25:34.460 down by the court and then the presidential immunity case these are the things that are on the line right

00:25:38.540 now mark pay a lot of one more time your social media where do people go at mark pay a letter uh

00:25:46.780 and then mark payla.com is my um is my website with all my writings and testimony and the like

00:25:52.540 thank you brother we'll make sure it gets pushed out i want to i want to focus right here in that ed

00:28:25.400 to 9 11 shortly after the government pushed through the patriot act this gave the government power to

00:28:30.440 spy on innocent americans by monitoring our phone and email and tracking our movement across the

00:28:36.360 internet now jim rickards editor of the independent financial newsletter strategic intelligence and new

00:28:42.700 york times best-selling author is warning about a coming event that could elevate this governmental

00:28:48.080 surveillance to a terrifying new level in fact some of the guests i've had on the war room believe

00:28:53.600 that the government will soon expand their powers to track our every move if we say the wrong things

00:28:59.840 on social media donate to the wrong causes buy firearms or even vote maga the government may be able

00:29:06.320 to shut us out of our bank accounts i can't say for sure if this will happen but it's an interesting and

00:29:13.680 dire warning fortunately jim rickards an american patriot and friend of mine has made it his mission

00:29:18.640 to educate us on what he believes is coming and how to protect yourself from the possibility of

00:29:25.440 programmable money watch jim's warning video now before it's censored like i've been in the past

00:29:32.560 go to rickardswarroom.com that's rickardswarroom.com now to see the video criminals have access to more

00:31:16.160 unanimous jury verdict unanimous on all counts this is a definitive and um you know this is an irreducible

00:31:25.280 verdict um he can appeal i'm sure he will appeal but this is everything that the prosecution asked

00:31:32.720 for um from a jury that by all accounts took this thing very very seriously um we we counted the

00:31:39.280 deliberation hours down here um the test here for us as a country um is not about what happens on appeal

00:31:46.960 and is not about what happens in sentencing the test for us now as a country is whether or not

00:31:52.720 this former president and his allies will have succeeded in trying to undermine the rule of law

00:31:57.920 so that people reject this as a legitimate function of the rule of law in our country

00:32:02.800 they have tried to delegitimize this judge they have tried to delegitimize this court and they have

00:32:07.200 tried to delegitimize these proceedings they've even tried to delegitimize the laws that he was charged

00:32:12.880 under those efforts are the tests that we now have as a country the people involved in bringing

00:32:20.160 this case have been threatened and intimidated and had everything brought to bear on against them

00:32:25.440 in a way that was designed to delegitimize this process in the eyes of the american people it is

00:32:30.720 now this process is this process is delegitimized and we're going to be the tip of the spear of

00:32:35.600 delegitimizing it this is what this is about this is there's no half measures it's victory

00:32:42.320 or they win and you know people come we need rallies but no we what we need now is focus like we've

00:32:50.480 never had before it's all out there in front of you and i want you to immerse yourself tonight

00:32:56.080 we'll play clips tomorrow of rachel maddow and morning meek and all that remember convicted felon

00:33:00.960 convicted felon convicted felon convicted felon we told you from the beginning this is what they were

00:33:05.120 out to do you heard josh hammer you heard mark payoletta you heard mike davis he's some of the toughest

00:33:10.400 warriors we've got but now is about focus it is victory or nothing and how do you get to victory

00:33:18.400 it's voter registration it's got the vote it stopped the steal it's making sure you volunteer

00:33:23.120 not just as precinct committeemen now you get a volunteer to be a a election judge an election

00:33:28.480 official all of it you got to train up and you have to do it with steely resolve

00:33:34.400 we have to do it with steely resolve in other words we're not going to back down if we don't quit

00:33:40.800 we win and they know that if we don't quit we win once again the financial times of london today

00:33:48.720 their cry for help why democrats are struggling with trump they can't beat him it is impossible

00:33:57.520 two-thirds of the nation is maga america first the deplorables you saw downtown what what was the tale

00:34:04.960 of two cities today in manhattan downtown and that in that plaza across from the courthouse you had

00:34:12.240 working-class america multi-ethnic multi-racial different religions different outlooks on life

00:34:21.040 but understanding that they've been dealt out their voices are not considered they are not at the

00:34:30.480 table trump puts them in the room not simply puts them at the table he puts them at the head of the

00:34:38.160 table that is why the elite the globalist elites need to destroy him and the instrumentality

00:34:46.800 is alvin bragg in this court in manhattan now if we don't take the action necessary and win

00:34:55.280 and do it in highly focused way then they did it they use lawfare to do it remember they were so

00:35:06.240 nervous about lawfare here and rachel matter just summed it up if we continue with our work

00:35:13.600 remember our work to delegitimize biden because he's not legitimate do you think the financial

00:35:18.800 times would be putting that headline up there of how that why are they struggling with trump

00:35:22.960 if they had 81 million votes the last time do you think that they had 81 million votes as a base

00:35:27.680 to be all this gnashing of teeth and running around no they didn't get 81 million votes

00:35:33.360 and they needed 81 million votes to steal this by a couple what 40 000 42 000 in a couple of states

00:35:40.480 wisconsin michigan and pennsylvania heard of those three states the blue wall

00:35:45.360 they understand their backs up to the wall like i said they will do anything anything to keep

00:35:50.560 power lawfare right the big steel and wag the dog we had to we had to postpone the six o'clock show

00:35:59.840 was going to you know we've got we're going to have on uh experts about the war in taiwan

00:36:05.200 what's exactly going on there what's at stake also in ukraine as today it's announced that

00:36:11.040 anthony blinken's over there and they're talking about using well they're already using us missiles

00:36:15.040 to hit inside of russian territory by the way we're trying to go up i think president trump

00:36:19.280 came outside of trump tower for a second just like on billy bush weekend on that on that uh saturday

00:36:25.520 afternoon when he decided not to do the abc live interview thank god he went outside a trump tower

00:36:32.560 and kind of reinforced his energy with the uh with the deplorables it was quite amazing and then we left

00:36:38.240 for st louis the next day and the rest is history baby guess who showed up in st louis the people that

00:36:44.000 bill clinton are raped uh that is called fighting fire with fire right now what we need is steely

00:36:51.520 resolve i hope all of you are angry i hope you're hurt i hope you see what's happening to your republic

00:36:58.560 i hope you see it all i want you to internalize it and i want that channeled in what is going to be an

00:37:04.960 enormous outburst of energy downrange to defeat this the only way it's going to be defeated

00:37:12.320 is at the ballot box and when we win at the ballot box and close the deal this time we can stay start

00:37:18.560 to take this apparatus apart remember this goes the rail hit of this goes all the way back to the justice

00:37:24.000 department into the white house matthew colangelo who's drinking champagne right now they're getting

00:37:29.680 drunk high-fiving matthew colangelo was seconded from the justice department number three guy in

00:37:36.160 back of uh in back of lisa monaco another demon and of course merrick garland seconded up there 0.91

00:37:43.440 to be the architect this after the manhattans uh the manhattan uh prosecuting office da didn't want 0.90

00:37:50.720 to take it on they constructed it they constructed this kind of rube goldberg uh machine this apparatus

00:37:58.240 that's so convoluted you don't even know at the end it was like you for here it's like a chinese 1.00

00:38:02.720 menu you can pick this you can pick that you can pick the other thing for here for there for there

00:38:07.760 just do what you want don't don't need to be unanimous on the methodology it's like that's ever been heard

00:38:13.040 before people are talking about it being reversible although alan dershowitz said hey do the appellate

00:38:18.560 judges in new york want to be the guys on the record that got uh that that actually had uh justice

00:38:25.520 for president trump and reverse this that's not a given by a long way it's not a given

00:38:31.120 that's why i said in this in this jury you'd have to have people that were

00:38:37.120 at a superhuman level because the left will tear you apart if a couple of jurors had hung out

00:38:44.240 hung out for a hung jury and as soon as this was called so quickly we told you if it happens in the

00:38:48.960 first day or first couple of days it's it's guilty the only way you get to hung jury he would

00:38:53.520 keep him through the weekend it'd be next week and probably put alternative jurors on

00:38:57.360 hung juries are not easy but the pressure that comes in the jurors are is enormous

00:39:01.520 and that's nothing with the pressure outside there are no rules that these people won't break there

00:39:07.280 are no rules there are no guardrails nothing and that is why rachel maddow sums it up and that means

00:39:13.200 the works back on us what rachel maddow just said is it works back on us and yes

00:39:17.760 it was an illegitimate process now we have to have the hard work of convincing our countrymen

00:39:24.800 that maybe have not been paying attention we know maga has we know this audience has

00:39:30.240 and you know what your work is to do now more than ever you need to be a force multiplier

00:39:37.520 and like i said you need to get the information and then be able to for those you know besides voter

00:39:43.360 registration get the votes and like i said this i think is a base election plus for those are still

00:39:49.200 uncertain and people are sending me tweets all for the last couple hours of people saying i've never

00:39:53.680 thought i voted for trump but i'm gonna vote for him now but i think in the minority community we can

00:39:58.320 have deep inroads i think among black men we have deep inroads hispanic families deep inroads 1.00

00:40:05.120 asian americans particularly chinese americans i think we have deep inroads

00:40:08.880 people that came from communist countries and and came and getting away from these these

00:40:14.320 dictatorial regimes deep inroads but that means work hard work we we're very glad to note i don't

00:40:22.320 think they're less prepared to do that work they want to glide off of the new york times i i don't

00:40:27.360 want to i can't take brag i refuse to put brag up here i've seen enough of brag brag's gonna be gloating

00:40:32.560 and you know justice is done he got his 34 counts like you said this a bill of attainer this is one

00:40:38.160 of the reasons we had a revolution that you can't just go after one person and that's what they did

00:40:42.320 in a star chamber it was a star chamber chris whore i gotta tell you what we do have a special 0.99

00:40:49.120 and now at times of turbulence it's going to be you're going to want to hear this chris whore 1.00

00:40:54.160 on a very historic and i don't think it's a dark day this is a day of enlightenment because now people 0.92

00:41:01.440 can see that you can't hide it anymore you can't spin it anymore it is what it is and you've seen

00:41:08.320 how they use the legal system to destroy an individual and they're there to destroy that

00:41:13.360 individual because of this audience remember not in the room not in the deal if you're not at the

00:41:19.520 table if you're not at the table you're going to be served at the table president trump not only

00:41:28.000 put you in the room he put you at the head of the table and that's why they hate him they

00:41:31.520 considered him a traitor to the billionaire class they consider him a traitor and you saw today all

00:41:37.440 the billionaires flocking back to him because they've seen the numbers they read the financial 0.96

00:41:40.480 times they they know the math they've got their own pollsters they see what's happening chris whore 1.00

00:41:46.000 on a day of all days uh in a very dark day in one aspect in a very dangerous day particularly

00:41:53.360 going forward what do you have for this audience well steve i wanted to just briefly uh talk about

00:41:58.640 the other events going on this week which has been uh these terrible storms tornadoes floods that

00:42:04.640 we've seen in texas and louisiana and across the country uh that have left millions of people without

00:42:10.320 power and communication uh and it's just a reminder that you do need to be prepared and we are very much

00:42:16.720 on our own when these things hit uh we've had calls from hundreds of our customers this week

00:42:22.080 who've been so grateful that they've had uh communications with our satellite phones and

00:42:26.640 power from our generators and so i just wanted to remind the audience today that with every even

00:42:32.640 with everything else going on we still need to remember that we need to be prepared to protect

00:42:36.880 our friends and family at home and one of the best ways to do that is to have independent communications

00:42:43.840 such as the satellite phones satellite phones work when cell phones don't steve when these tornadoes

00:42:49.840 hit and when the floods and so on hit uh they take out the power and the cell towers and this leaves

00:42:55.760 millions of people this week without any form of communication without any way to reach out

00:43:00.560 to their uh to the emergency services or to their friends and family and here at sat123.com we want

00:43:06.400 to make sure that everybody has the opportunity to protect and defend them themselves and their family

00:43:12.240 uh with a free satellite phone uh with activation from sat123.com see these phones uh used to be the

00:43:19.520 purview of just the uh millionaires and the billionaires uh but today you can get a free sat phone with

00:43:25.360 activation at sat123.com uh just 95 bucks a month you're getting 150 minutes or texts uh to call your

00:43:34.080 friends family or whoever you want around the world with a satellite phone steve you can call any other phone

00:43:40.000 you can call a landline any cell phone anywhere on earth and they can also call you and one of the

00:43:45.280 other great features that we have is the uh ability to roll over the minutes you'll have so if you don't

00:43:50.720 use your minutes they roll over and add up each month so they're there when you need them but see

00:43:55.200 these satellite phones save lives they save lives every day they save lives for the in the u.s military and

00:44:01.600 they save lives of american citizens who happen to run into bad times or who in just a bad situation

00:44:07.920 and unfortunately you know these weather events keep seem to keep getting worse but when cell

00:44:13.120 phones go down and the towers go down satellite phones keep working and they will work no matter

00:44:18.560 what so uh anyone could call 941-841-0844 that's 941-841-0844 and talk to one of our sales reps

00:45:23.040 ticket for the senate in the state of minnesota royce white your thoughts and observations about

00:45:28.320 what went down today sir tyranny

00:45:34.400 tyranny tyranny tyranny you got to say it three times like beetlejuice

00:45:39.120 that's what we're seeing tyranny i warned people i told people the rule of law the law is only as

00:45:46.080 righteous as lawmakers who uphold it and uh we got very uh unrighteous lawmakers and and so we get

00:45:53.440 law fair and everybody better get real serious about it now because it's not going to stop here

00:45:58.800 that's for sure

00:46:02.240 that's that's my question to you royce you know you've dedicated your life now for running to

00:46:06.960 the senate to set things right what is your message to the war room posse about hey all games are off

00:46:12.640 now you see exactly what they're doing i think that i think the charges are over 100 years in prison

00:46:17.440 or something uh they're trying to bankrupt him and they're going to him because they want to get to

00:46:22.400 the royce whites they want to get to the america first they want to get to everybody that's a populist

00:46:26.640 nationalist what is your message to the war room posse sir this is about self-governance we we've um

00:46:35.920 we've outsourced our citizenship and our governance to a government that's betrayed us to an elite a 0.97

00:46:41.520 permanent political elite class that's betrayed us um and it is time it's time to get serious

00:46:46.560 now about self-governance and and all that that may encompass uh royce um

00:47:00.400 where do you think we go from here what would be your recommendation you've got a primary coming

00:47:04.160 up in august we got a general election they they put sentencing uh a couple of days before president

00:47:10.400 trump's supposed to take the stage in milwaukee before the world is the nominee what is your

00:47:15.360 recommendation of our next steps sir uh my recommendation is that we stop allowing the left

00:47:23.200 to have a corner on public demonstration i know january 6 scared a lot of conservatives and republicans

00:47:30.160 and patriots into not protesting i know a lot of people don't think protesting matters but the rest

00:47:35.360 of the world that's on the fence that's in the middle that that may not be interested in these

00:47:39.200 things can be can have their attention called to these things if we um you know exercise our first

00:47:45.280 amendment rights and now we're going to have to exercise every last right we have because they're

00:47:50.160 obviously under direct attack um we plan on having our first campaign event here in minnesota at the

00:47:57.200 federal reserve uh returning back to where we started there in 2020 um after george floyd died so

00:48:04.640 that's that's where i would start we gotta we gotta hit the streets peacefully peacefully and get ready

00:48:09.920 for a long haul it's summertime they picked the perfect time summertime you don't got anywhere to go

00:48:14.880 you don't have to worry about cold weather you get out there and and you profess your your love for

00:48:19.440 country and your and you demand that your rights be recognized and that that the presidents be recognized

00:48:24.320 royce where do people go to find out more about your campaign uh to volunteer to do whatever and

00:48:31.920 where they find on your social media all your podcasts your shows all of it uh royce white dot us

00:48:37.840 that's the campaign website um tonight on x i got a breaking leaked interview between myself and a

00:48:45.040 disgraced local star tribune writer and it's just more of an example of how the liberal media really

00:48:51.840 treats and thinks about these most important issues and the and the people that they pertain to so

00:49:53.760 behind the scenes uh and figuring out the way forward but to me it's quite simple uh rachel

00:49:59.600 matril summed it up and you can see their concern you can see what they've gun decked with how they've

00:50:04.400 positioned this how they played this the lawfare coming from the justice department all the way

00:50:09.120 down through new york city to this courtroom today you see their fear because they're saying well these

00:50:14.480 people try to delegitimize it and now it's to the american people 100 correct it is an illegitimate

00:50:20.320 process and what we have done is presented information about that and people have come to an

00:50:24.960 overwhelming i think two-thirds the polling was today two-thirds of the people said this won't

00:50:29.200 make any impact at all the impact i think was down to under 17 our task and purpose and our mission is

00:50:35.920 to make sure that 17 goes to zero and that people that i think to vote for trump was like 20 if this
