00:05:26.200 poll that came out today from the AARP which was conducted by a Republican and Democrat pollster

00:05:33.220 of a work together Fabrizio Ward and they they pulled Michigan Donald Trump has a two-point lead

00:05:40.420 in the crowded field in Michigan right so he's up two points over Kamala Harris there in across the

00:05:48.060 there's several national polls that have come out in the last several days there is a Fox News poll

00:05:53.720 obviously that had Donald Trump up 150 to 49 over Kamala Harris at majority support level by the way

00:06:00.440 that's significant uh and uh also uh another uh national poll that came out from Pew Research

00:06:06.780 that had Kamala Harris up one uh the Pew poll is actually really interesting for a number of

00:06:12.640 different reasons uh particularly uh that the uh the Pew poll uh has a massive sample size it also shows

00:06:21.060 Donald Trump far outperforming what we anyone would expect with both women and with both uh white

00:06:27.360 working class voters uh we have a big article on Breitbart about that today uh the white working

00:06:32.520 class voters numbers in the uh in the Pew poll that's the entire election right there by the way

00:06:38.260 the entire election will be decided by white working class voters uh people without college degrees

00:06:44.260 across the Rust Belt that uh you know yes there will be working around the margins on with minority

00:06:50.580 voters with black voters Hispanic voters etc um but white working class voters will decide the next

00:06:57.200 president of the United States those white working class voters in particular in places like

00:07:02.160 Pennsylvania Michigan and Wisconsin uh and uh the the again the data is showing uh significant

00:07:09.440 movement Trump's way uh over the last four years since the 2020 election voter registration data

00:07:16.740 uh as well in the uh uh key states particularly Pennsylvania uh in Pennsylvania you are seeing

00:07:25.740 uh a more than net 300,000 vote swing uh in voter registration data away from Democrats towards

00:07:33.780 Republicans since the 2020 election over the last few weeks or month or so since the Democrats made the

00:07:40.200 switch to Kamala uh you've seen thousands more people moving that way uh the Scott Presslers of the

00:07:45.760 world and the turning point actions of the world are out there registering voters who weren't registered

00:07:51.040 and or flipping their registrations uh and you're seeing counties in uh working class areas in

00:07:58.500 Pennsylvania actually flip from Democrat majority to Republican majority you've seen a similar trend

00:08:04.700 uh but even more uh profound in places like Florida Florida where I'm at uh you've seen a million

00:08:11.840 more uh Republicans and Democrats more than a million more uh it's just unbelievable and Republicans were down a few

00:08:19.220 hundred thousand to Democrats in the 2020 election look at what happened uh Florida's become a red state no

00:08:25.240 doubt about it so what you're seeing across the board is the numbers and the data are pointing in the

00:08:30.800 direction of Donald Trump uh you're seeing also a a significant effort across the establishment media I

00:08:39.380 think to hype polls that have issues with them um the New York Times Siena College poll of the

00:08:46.720 Rust Belt states uh Michigan Pennsylvania Wisconsin uh all had Kamala Harris up four uh but to get that

00:08:55.180 number the Democrat uh the the pollsters there which are usually pretty good I I normally think the world

00:09:01.380 of the New York Times Siena College polling uh but to get those numbers they had to to uh put it at a

00:09:07.560 Dem recalled vote of D plus seven Biden plus seven what the recalled vote means is that they ask people who

00:09:14.680 they voted for in 2020 in the presidential election and they said uh that to get to those numbers were

00:09:21.600 Kamala leads by four uh they had to have Biden plus seven Biden did not win Wisconsin Michigan or

00:09:28.240 Pennsylvania by seven percent and uh so those numbers are just off uh in terms of that so if you

00:09:34.360 look at that uh the the it actually would suggest that Donald Trump has the edge in those places and

00:09:40.800 then in addition to all of that stuff uh you've got uh uh the the latest thing that came out this week

00:09:47.260 was the Cook Political Report released polls uh across the battleground states and those polls

00:09:52.460 don't look good for Trump at the top line levels but there's a couple of things that are really

00:09:57.040 interesting about these that I think are important first off they held the polls for two weeks before

00:10:02.520 they released them publicly right so they conducted these polls from late July to August 2nd and they

00:10:08.000 didn't release them until uh August 14th so nearly two weeks later so that data could have been right

00:10:14.740 back on August 2nd uh but on August 14th August 15th I don't think so right like and so I think

00:10:22.580 things have tightened significantly and if you look across the other polls I think that that's the case

00:10:27.560 and then again uh you get there's no way that Kamala Harris and Democrats are going to have

00:10:34.780 the leads that they have in those battleground states like for instance uh a Senator Jackie Rosen

00:10:40.280 in their Senate poll in Nevada they have up the Cook Political Report has up 18 percent over

00:10:47.540 Republican uh Republican challenger Sam Brown it just that's absolutely untrue like there's no way that

00:10:54.020 Jackie Rosen's up 18 points she's one of three Democrat senators who has said that she's not going

00:11:00.300 to the Democrat National Convention next week in Chicago let me put it this way if Jackie Rosen was

00:11:06.560 up double digits never mind 18 points if she was up double digits she would be at the DNC in Chicago

00:11:12.220 she is it's a single point race uh or a single digit race and it might be a few points one way or the

00:11:19.160 other Sam Brown may have the edge or Jackie Rosen might have the edge but it is a dogfight in Nevada

00:11:24.860 right now for the U.S. Senate seat there and the idea that Jackie Rosen is up 18 percent is just nonsense

00:11:30.900 so the again the you've gotta when you look at polls across the board you gotta as Steve would say you've

00:11:38.400 gotta cut through the signal or cut through the noise to get to the signal right like you gotta figure

00:11:43.140 out what the data really shows and what it really drilled down on it and I think that that's important

00:11:48.180 but I think that the picture across the board is suggesting that a month now into the switch to

00:11:53.660 Kamala Harris or a few weeks into it uh that the honeymoon is over the race is stabilized uh and

00:11:59.920 I would argue that Donald Trump has the edge going into uh the Democrat National Convention next week

00:12:05.860 and turning the corner into September uh after Labor Day yeah thanks Matt so I think three important

00:12:11.780 things that to expand on what you talked about one um the suppression polls they're going to be coming

00:12:17.420 out of the woodwork as Matt talked about it's really important to check the Trump campaign's

00:12:22.160 official messaging when they put the word out like they did on the New York Times Siena to look at

00:12:27.220 what's behind the data and look at sort of these are biased polls look to cause chaos and suppress

00:12:32.760 Republican votes you're going to we're going to see a lot of that of course I think the second

00:12:36.740 important thing to expand on what Matt just talked about is you know the now he mentioned briefly

00:12:42.800 that hey we're over 50 percent in that uh Fox News poll or whichever poll was mentioned that and

00:12:47.640 we've seen multiple polls with presidents are about 50 or 51 nationwide um that's yeah that's unheard of

00:12:55.500 so the last three or four times when Republicans have won the presidency we have not secured the

00:13:00.780 national vote over 50 percent nor have we frankly come that close to it and so at least certainly in the

00:13:07.560 polling and so this another metric where we're actually outperforming where we were in 16 and 20

00:13:13.600 George W Bush and likewise and so despite a lot of noise and sort of panic from the media to talk

00:13:20.360 about their narrative and try to suppress our you know enthusiasm the numbers look very solid in this

00:13:27.880 retrospect of how it's historically been and I think the last point is to expand on is actually all of

00:13:34.440 these numbers are better than where we were in 20 better than where we were in 2016 at this point

00:13:39.340 pretty significantly in the states where president won president Trump won in 2020 and the ones where

00:13:44.820 they stole from him he was down in all the public polls by four or five points and so we have to

00:13:49.980 realize that we are up actually around on average seven eight percentage points on the median from where

00:13:56.400 we were in 2020 to now and that contains maintains to be the so with Kamala Harris and so I think

00:14:02.180 the audience really needs to lock in I think there's multiple things for people to do

00:14:06.880 one if you're in a battleground state become a Trump force captain I think that's critical because

00:14:12.040 they've got very important data my friend James Blair all the good team over there you know they're

00:14:17.980 really targeting those voters that maybe they wouldn't have come out otherwise without getting

00:14:23.480 you know an extra push because a lot of the issue with some of the more traditional get out to vote

00:14:29.080 efforts are you're talking to people that maybe are already in the bank maybe they're already going to

00:14:32.840 vote anyway and you're knocking at their door but the president Trump's campaign is laser focused in

00:14:37.880 turning out specifically low propensity which means they're not often to vote a lot of white working

00:14:42.680 class and other folks that we need to really just make sure they get out to vote because if our people

00:14:48.620 and people that agree with our point of view get out to vote then we will swamp the vote as president

00:14:53.480 Trump said they won't be able to steal it or play any games because the margins will be so high

00:14:58.600 so I think you could definitely become a Trump force captain if you're not in a battleground state I

00:15:03.480 think later we're going to get through the map on the house seats and sort of that map you know

00:15:07.340 becoming you can still volunteer and make calls into the battleground states and the Trump campaign

00:15:12.400 can set you up on their website and we talked about poll watchers I've come on the show a lot to talk

00:15:18.580 about the effort that president Trump's campaign is making that is so important you can do both you

00:15:24.060 could be a Trump force captain and you could volunteer to be a poll watcher on the day of

00:15:28.400 election day because I think that is going to be key and if we can hold the line on the election

00:15:33.700 and our people come out to vote then we'll save this country so Matt what would you have to say

00:15:38.120 about all of that yeah look there's a number of things to unpack there the first and foremost

00:15:43.080 the most important thing and I tweeted about this the other day I was semi-joking but like it's not a bad

00:15:51.300 idea frankly everybody who works for Trump should like tattoo on the inside of their eyelids white

00:15:56.960 working class voters that's going to decide the election white working class voters in the

00:16:02.560 Rust Belt states the upper Rust Belt states in particular right like so the um now I mean I don't

00:16:08.640 know the safety of doing tattoos inside your eyelids so like I'm not I'm semi-joking when I say that but

00:16:14.120 the point is that it's that important um the there are some you know signs that are pointing in the

00:16:21.720 direction of uh Trump has work to do on that front right like uh there are also signs that are pointing

00:16:27.600 in the direction of he's doing very well on that front but could do better right like so the the the

00:16:32.920 Pew poll that I mentioned the national Pew poll shows him doing very well he's blowing Kamala Harris

00:16:37.580 away on that one by 25 points but on this New York Times Siena College polls which again for the reasons

00:16:43.320 that we talked about have other issues uh he's got a he's got work to do in those places so uh that's the

00:16:49.300 first thing the second thing is is that um I I try not to unpack every single poll in articles or

00:16:56.680 interviews or anything like that uh just because uh there's so much noise out there uh that what we're

00:17:03.120 trying to do is get a broader picture of where the election really is uh and there's a lot of

00:17:08.720 misinformation and disinformation by the establishment media by Kamala Harris people etc and they're what

00:17:14.540 they're trying to do is demoralize black pill uh uh and and and uh you know uh the right and then

00:17:23.380 energize the left right like so that's why you see them really leaning in on these things and like

00:17:29.860 you know again I found it extremely suspicious and suspect that the Cook political report which is

00:17:35.280 supposed to be non-partisan usually their data is pretty good right like that they waited two weeks

00:17:39.860 to release their polling data why they wait two weeks right like that doesn't make sense um so uh

00:17:45.080 that that that would suggest that there's something afoot there um but the fact is is that uh ultimately

00:17:51.060 you know cut through the the noise to get at the signal of what's important here uh and then in

00:17:58.780 addition to that I would argue that the most important numbers are obviously the voter registration

00:18:04.380 numbers and the voter registration numbers across the board nationally speaking and in all the

00:18:10.180 battleground states look really really strong we've done stories about this at Breitbart over the course of

00:18:15.360 the year over the course of the last several years uh but the thing is is that everybody out there in the

00:18:20.560 listening audience even if you don't have time to do go be a Trump force 47 person or captain or

00:18:26.940 whatever uh and James Blair is a great guy by the way I'm a huge fan of his um both the uh in the work that

00:18:32.400 he's doing but even if you don't have time to do that or be a poll watcher you better make sure

00:18:36.360 you're registered to vote you better figure out what the deadline is in your place because those

00:18:41.380 deadlines are fast approaching in some places around the country right like so if you aren't

00:18:46.540 registered to vote you need to go look it up right now how do I register to vote am I registered to vote

00:18:51.780 right like go on google or duck duck go or whatever browser you use and go figure it out right like in

00:18:57.980 whatever city you know city state uh town you're in in America um in addition to that across the

00:19:04.100 battleground states um the main states that are going to decide the election are going to be again

00:19:09.460 Georgia Arizona uh Nevada uh Michigan Wisconsin Pennsylvania uh there are possibly other ones out

00:19:16.000 there outside outside of those we'll see what happens in Virginia Minnesota uh those are possibilities

00:19:21.100 we'll see what happens possibly in New Mexico uh it is possible that Trump may start expanding the

00:19:27.120 map again like he had it against Biden uh especially given the position that we're in right now uh

00:19:32.340 where things seem to have stabilized pretty quickly uh probably a little faster than even Trump people

00:19:37.260 would have expected uh after the switch to Kamala Harris but um the the other thing I would say is

00:19:43.060 that even if you aren't in one of those battleground states you can be very much involved right like

00:19:48.040 again making phone calls uh getting involved uh getting involved on social media uh encouraging

00:19:53.920 family members uh to uh that do live in those places or friends to be involved uh in persuading

00:20:00.340 people etc uh and also I would just say don't take any state for granted ever right like you never know

00:20:05.920 if you if you start thinking oh my state's in the bag that's when the Democrats will show up and sneak

00:20:10.780 in and take it right like so don't ever think that your state's in the bag always fight for it uh even if

00:20:16.400 it's a red state even if it's a deep red state because you never know what they may try to pull off

00:20:45.680 kind of her peak right it's going to be all hands on deck for what we can do outside of the Trump

00:20:50.520 campaign sort of in the House Republicans Senate Republicans and everyone else involved on other

00:20:55.680 levels and you know I think you've seen the fire open up for MAGA Inc I think they've got it could be I

00:21:01.880 don't want to misspeak but I think you know one of the largest ad buys attacking Kamala Harris on the

00:21:06.640 import 100 million on the issues that matter which is why you're seeing her campaign so hollow

00:21:13.060 and because they have no shame I mean they will lie they will steal their ideas from President Trump

00:21:17.940 they will suppress us with the polls they will lie on the TV they will come out Harris is even editing

00:21:24.300 news news sites through Google ads and they will stop at nothing and I think this is important I think

00:21:32.260 that if the Republicans hold the House they take the Senate and Trump wins the election the Republicans

00:21:37.340 are actually prepared to do the things that Trump is talking about here which is uh to

00:21:42.980 do the no taxes on tips and the no taxes on social security income uh they've got the legislative

00:21:48.460 vehicles ready to go on that Kamala Harris is just doing lip service on this so it's not just stolen ideas

00:21:53.420 she's lying too in that Democrats in Congress have been campaigning against Trump on all of this stuff

00:22:00.140 and so then she realized how popular it is and then she flip-flops on it and tries to uh co-opt the idea

00:22:05.860 uh but the point is that the Republicans I think and this is why the down ticket races are uh as

00:22:11.340 important here uh with the House majority and the Senate majority because the the the Republicans in

00:22:17.420 Congress are ready to enact that agenda right like you guys have the legislative vehicles ready to go

00:22:22.420 right that's called reconciliation right like and that's going to be the first bill that the that

00:22:27.460 Trump does is he comes in and re-ups the Trump tax cuts right like so that the middle class doesn't have

00:22:32.460 to pay all this money uh that seniors are going to get their social security income without tax on it

00:22:38.240 because why should the government hit you on both ends right like they hit you when they garnish your

00:22:43.040 paycheck your entire life and then they they tax your social security income which is supposed to be your

00:22:47.760 money at the end of your life again that doesn't make any sense and uh and Trump and the Republicans

00:22:53.160 are going to make sure that that doesn't get taxed uh and then this no taxes on tips thing uh which

00:22:58.320 again plays really well in Nevada and other service economy states but the point is is that

00:23:03.180 uh I I do think that the uh the Republicans are actually prepared to do this I've spoken to Senator

00:23:08.880 Daines about this he has legislation ready to go and I think we've got to hear the music but um we're
