Bannon's War Room - WarRoom Battleground EP 599： Ballot Warfare

00:00:00.000 this is what you're fighting for I mean every day you're out there what they're

00:00:10.980 doing is blowing people off if you continue to look the other way and shut

00:00:16.140 up then the oppressors the authoritarians get total control and total

00:00:20.580 power because this is just like in Arizona this is just like in Georgia it's

00:00:25.200 another element that backs them into a quarter and shows their lies and

00:00:29.100 misrepresentations is why this audience is going to have to get engaged as we've

00:00:32.720 told you this is the fight all this nonsense all this spin they can't handle

00:00:37.440 the truth war room battleground here's your host Stephen K Bannon it's not about

00:00:43.820 Tim Walz right you're up against the system that frankly is funded primarily

00:00:47.640 by dark black money right that you can't really even see it's not about Harris and

00:00:52.520 I think we've seen the politicization of elections sort of election warfare in a

00:00:57.300 sense and I think you're already starting to see frankly what I would argue smoke

00:01:01.000 signals from the establishment media when it comes to shenanigans eccentricities

00:01:06.400 whatever you want to call it around the election in the sense of they're already

00:01:09.860 starting to say there's shortages of election workers they're already starting

00:01:12.880 to say that you need to expect delays in election results that's a direct

00:01:16.440 headline from the Washington Post at least when it comes to Pennsylvania I mean Cobb

00:01:21.060 County in Georgia is spending 50,000 taxpayer dollars to buy panic buttons for

00:01:26.380 election workers talk about stolen valor and LARPing right but there's this

00:01:30.720 narrative that's developing that election offices election workers elections as an

00:01:35.580 institution right sort of I think the logical extension of the democracy critique

00:01:39.900 of President Trump are under attack and I think that that is a narrative

00:01:44.240 independent of Kamala and what she's saying that our side needs to take very

00:01:48.760 seriously because it's not really about the polls in the sense of Kamala versus

00:01:53.680 Trump who can handle inflation better who can handle immigration better you're

00:01:57.320 dealing with a highly politicized election that is about to start soon and a

00:02:02.520 mail-in ballot signature verification all of that is going to be something that I

00:02:06.780 think has much much more considerable weight in terms of impacting the

00:02:12.120 election than any speech or policy platform or position that they could put out

00:02:16.660 into war room battleground it's Friday August 23rd in the year of our Lord 2024 now

00:02:22.180 we're going to start off this very serious show by addressing the elephant in

00:02:26.080 the room which is that yes I'm wearing the same dress it's because I'm traveling

00:02:30.820 and I wasn't expecting to do this show but nonetheless here we are we're rolling

00:02:35.200 with it nice blue dress maybe hat tip to uh to Monica Lewinsky you know 1.00

00:02:39.800 apparently I don't know if you guys saw this one of the speakers at the DNC they

00:02:43.540 said we don't stand for for sexual assault we don't think that anyone who talks

00:02:47.720 about that should be affirmed or have platforms that was the night after they had

00:02:51.220 Bill Clinton give his wonderful address but I guess the Democratic Party is is 0.93

00:02:55.160 full of hypocrisy but as easy it is as it is to mock them as you know bumbling 1.00

00:03:00.600 cackling vapid idiots or wine moms whatever line of attack and angle of attack you 1.00

00:03:06.480 want to go with there's also a very serious threat there I think we're so 1.00

00:03:11.000 accustomed to the politics of a person in other words our RNC our Republican

00:03:15.300 Party is shaped so intimately around President Trump as it should be but the

00:03:19.320 Democrats are dealing with the politics or rather the the power of of politics

00:03:23.960 right the power of an institution that is the Democratic Party and you see this I

00:03:27.320 think evidenced in the fact that we was 19 times in the DNC codified platform that

00:03:32.740 they referred to a potential Harris administration as a second Biden term and

00:03:37.120 sure you could chalk that up to just crappy copywriters over at the DNC but I also

00:03:41.800 think there's a metaphorical significance there which is that the people the

00:03:44.860 players are interchangeable within the Democratic apparatus so much so that they

00:03:49.040 can run effectively dead people cadavers known as Joe Biden who are compromised

00:03:53.500 beyond belief or woefully unpopular people who even when they beta test them

00:03:58.020 through their own electoral processes and primary season like Kamala Harris

00:04:01.520 they'll still ram down the throats of their voters because it doesn't matter 0.88

00:04:05.860 because they know that they have backup the cavalry is coming in the form of

00:04:10.440 election fraud and I say that word intentionally sometimes it's actual

00:04:15.160 outright you know illegal fraud but it's also sort of this category which I

00:04:18.700 would almost classify as legalized fraud and I think you guys have seen that

00:04:22.500 particularly in the 2020 election when you're dealing with the Zuckerberg type

00:04:26.020 groups the Center for Tech and Civic Life all of these shady NGOs that are

00:04:29.960 plowing billions of dark money dollars to not just privatize the election I think

00:04:34.500 that's too euphemistic a term but to really astroturf and artificially

00:04:38.560 manipulate how our elections are run and I think that that is the genius right of

00:04:43.700 President Donald J Trump he has blown up and shown how politicized how

00:04:47.980 weaponized so many facets of this country are not that we didn't know before we

00:04:52.100 all had that inkling but it's just so in your face right whether it's the

00:04:55.100 politicization of the Secret Service the mainstream media the political debate

00:04:59.400 committees but I even think you see that with the administration of elections

00:05:03.120 here in this country so why I wanted to do this show you guys know I

00:05:08.240 deal in the Democrat axiom that is you accuse your enemies of what you're guilty 0.89

00:05:14.080 of right like I say they they held their freaking convention in Chicago Saul Alinsky

00:05:18.500 is a mentor to all these people Hillary Clinton Obama you name it that's one of

00:05:23.000 his guiding axioms and I think you see it every day with the democracy narrative

00:05:26.960 so much so that you see one of the DNC's premier speakers accusing us of being the

00:05:32.280 crazy ones because we're apparently weaponizing the judicial system to go after

00:05:36.000 our opponents I think that's you guys I think that's actually probably why I'm

00:05:40.720 sitting here in this chair filling in for Stephen K Bannon but I digress but I

00:05:44.840 saw this article pop up in the Guardian about a week ago and it was titled a

00:05:49.000 different level than 2020 Trump's plan to steal election is taking shape now they

00:05:56.800 quote Mark Elias because of course the legal hatchet man for the left who was

00:06:00.940 recently just brought back into the fold joining the Harris kind of election

00:06:05.700 integrity team like I said always accuse your enemy of what you're guilty of

00:06:09.020 election integrity is doing quite the heavy lift there but I encourage you guys to

00:06:13.140 read this article because if you go through it you look at the experts that

00:06:17.120 they're citing and they're talking to they're all saying that basically we are

00:06:21.060 going to do what the Democrats did in 2020 so much so to the point they cite an

00:06:26.240 expert from the Soros funded Brennan Center they're hanging the hooks to later

00:06:30.400 hang their hat on now what is Sean Morales Doyle of that wonderful left-wing

00:06:35.020 think tank talking about he's basically saying and they're honing in

00:06:38.800 particularly on this Georgia election law which we'll get into because that was

00:06:42.380 sort of the spark that lit the fuse on this whole thing but they're saying that

00:06:46.640 we're trying to create narratives that the election is insecure that the

00:06:51.640 election is not going to be verifiable because non-citizens will be voting and 0.99

00:06:57.440 that that's how we're going to have you know another January 6th type either in

00:07:01.480 practice or just ideologically or at least on the court level the local level come to

00:07:08.140 fruition again now why this is so interesting like I said they deal in

00:07:13.680 projection and if you continue to go through this article it really is so wild some

00:07:18.660 of the quotes and I'll read something again these are all coming from the Mark

00:07:21.340 Elias's of the world accusing this is what we're our side is guilty of doing

00:07:25.060 it's all part of creating sort of a pretext to say oh we need to throw out

00:07:28.780 this set of ballots or we can't really know who the real winner is I think much

00:07:32.760 of it won't stick but I think the point is to have enough of it stick to create

00:07:35.680 enough uncertainty for that critical post-election period to which I would

00:07:39.320 say to this individual from another Soros funded nonprofit I would love to see a

00:07:43.280 left-wing article that doesn't go right to quoting people from Soros world but

00:07:47.260 then I think you probably just see a test pattern but we should be throwing out

00:07:51.820 votes if they're from non-citizens and there's no chain of custody and it's not

00:07:55.040 verifiable there's nothing ridiculous about that but what this shows you they're

00:07:58.960 accusing us of creating this sort of systemic campaign that there is going to

00:08:02.980 be election fraud there's going to be irregularities so much so that we're going

00:08:06.500 to have to contest the election results now the polls all suggest that they're

00:08:10.680 going to be the ones who are going to be doing the contesting of election

00:08:13.960 results right so it's an interesting accusation to be making and what really

00:08:19.160 tipped me off in this I know we had Cleta Mitchell on the show discussing the the

00:08:23.440 law change that they had in the county election level in Georgia now really the

00:08:29.540 big smoking gun there so much so that it prompted Rachel Maddow to come out 1.00

00:08:33.760 writing an op-ed in the New York Times you want signal not noise they are rolling

00:08:38.960 out wheeling out their most sacred cow to write to be the front line of defense on

00:08:44.160 this issue that's of course Rachel Maddow but they don't like this law because it's

00:08:49.020 going to give it's going to frankly empower election officials to have more time to

00:08:54.780 verify ballots and not certify the election just instantaneously now for people who I think

00:09:04.460 support democracy like the left claims to I think the logical question there would be

00:09:09.200 what are you guys so afraid of us uncovering if we have more if we have an extended version 0.96

00:09:14.820 or timer to actually go through and verify ballots right it's sort of a asinine I think

00:09:21.820 policy position and conclusion for them to come to which you compound and I think it gets

00:09:26.460 quite interesting with this already predetermined narrative that people like myself people like

00:09:30.980 people like our production staff we're all crazy conspiracy theorists because we're questioning

00:09:36.320 the election results we're questioning the integrity of elections well I would think you

00:09:40.700 would want as much transparency and as much sunlight as possible right but no and I think that's where

00:09:46.320 you really start to see the sinister nature of this whole play kind of roll out even so much so

00:09:53.000 you guys know I my background is in Chinese Communist Party infiltration but they engage in the same 0.96

00:09:58.520 information warfare and psychological warfare manipulative tactics that the Chinese Communist 0.99

00:10:02.600 Party does I mean you even get that I think in the headline of Rachel Maddow's article particularly

00:10:06.820 on this Georgia issue what worries me most about election night Rachel you should be worried about a lot

00:10:14.880 on election night I think the least of your concerns is going to be the patriots that are down in

00:10:18.940 Georgia making sure that say you lived in that state your ballot was not stolen by an illegal alien and 0.68

00:10:24.580 that the signature that you put on there well it was actually verified and belonged to you now this

00:10:30.300 is part of a much broader trend but like I said the Georgia stuff is what they're really pouncing on but

00:10:36.260 this goes back really just to the heels of the 2020 election now back in 2023 you already started to see

00:10:43.640 a barrage of stories coming from CNN the New York Times MSNBC the Washington Post this is the CNN headline

00:10:50.440 a tide of election worker resignations raises alarms ahead of 2024 now if you go through and read this

00:10:59.000 article it's your fault that these weak spineless feckless election officials are stepping down 1.00

00:11:05.240 because they're scared that they got a strongly worded letter from you guys now I think we should

00:11:10.600 definitely take the blame or I would say credit for making all those feckless Republicans up on Capitol 1.00

00:11:15.140 Hill step down and not run in their primaries again looking at you Kevin McCarthy but it comes to

00:11:20.360 these election officials I mean that's an absolutely absurd narrative you guys always as Steve says

00:11:25.200 color within the lines but they know that that's not even true they're just throwing that out there

00:11:29.640 but what they're trying to make I think the play with that article and that whole narrative which

00:11:34.560 like I said turn on turn on MSNBC you'll see it blasted all over the place now it's that there are going

00:11:40.880 to be shortages in election workers there's going to be shortages in people who can verify signatures

00:11:46.920 there's going to be shortages and whatever else operations that they're running and that is going

00:11:52.540 to cause delays right and we know that it is in that delay it is in that time period where they

00:11:58.580 always seem to find ballots that like I always say seem to only go one way with statistical

00:12:04.520 patterns and figures that are more anomalous than getting struck by lightning 18 times in a row or you

00:12:11.420 know Thomas Matthew Crooks making it up on the roof oh wait that happened but I guess if the secret

00:12:16.420 service is in on it maybe that's why when it comes to the delays you're already starting to see the

00:12:22.720 logical extension of this narrative be plastered across the mainstream media the Washington Post

00:12:28.080 running the headline just a few weeks ago Pennsylvania presidential election results could again take days

00:12:35.220 to count Florida came out with a similar story not too long ago and this is compounded by the fact

00:12:41.960 that we're going to be relying on mail-in ballots now this story again state election this is an AP or

00:12:49.060 an AP state election directors fear the Postal Service can't handle expected crush of mail-in ballots and it

00:12:59.540 talks about how all the state and local officials the bad ones are warning the you know evil postmaster

00:13:07.240 general that was appointed by President Trump kept by Biden that he hasn't done his job and that there's

00:13:14.140 going to be significant delays ergo oh no we're going to have delays in election results and I think

00:13:20.520 that this story in and of itself there's a lot of buried leads one is that whenever for instance I will

00:13:27.480 probably get so much blowback from doing this show I'm sure everyone in left-wing Twitter will quote

00:13:31.620 tweet me whatever I could care less share my big mic rant too but it's very interesting because when I dare to

00:13:40.140 talk about election integrity or even I remember back when we were at Lindell Cyber Symposium and we read

00:13:45.640 directly from the 2018 report that Nancy Pelosi commissioned about how our election machines could be hacked by

00:13:50.960 foreign countries and we're connected to the internet and we're very vulnerable when we repeat those talking

00:13:55.920 points were demeaned as conspiracy theorists as crazy people right but it's very interesting how the

00:14:01.940 media can engage in a coordinated campaign to systematically undermine the faith of Americans

00:14:07.040 in their election systems by saying there's going to be delays shortages and election workers there's so

00:14:11.960 many threats oh no panic button we'll get to that in a second but it's very interesting too because in

00:14:18.320 this article the variable that they identify and call out and really hone in on as being the problem

00:14:24.080 is that there's going to be delays in mail and balloting now any logical person I think would

00:14:29.800 come to the conclusion if you weren't so reliant on that form of voting to win elections by you know

00:14:34.560 fraudulently winning them that you would then explore the efficacy of mail and ballot mail mail and

00:14:41.560 balloting holistically right you would say well actually if there's going to be delays in the mail

00:14:46.580 process maybe we shouldn't use vote by mail the fact that it's rife with fraud in that enemy country

00:14:51.340 that's ever adopted it has basically put it to bed and killed it because it doesn't work it allows for

00:14:56.880 mass fraud though I guess that's probably why they want it here but there's never any meaningful

00:15:00.400 discussion of that right it's just sort of an interesting I think critique of at least coming

00:15:04.560 from me of how the media covers election issues and that they point out these problems but they never

00:15:09.540 actually try to get into the solution which to me means that there are journalists there are narratives

00:15:14.440 that they're developing in these newsrooms where they want to undermine the confidence in this

00:15:19.360 election because like that Brennan Center expert said in that Guardian article that we started with

00:15:24.320 they're hanging the hooks to later hang their hats on though I guess maybe for Democrats it would be

00:15:30.220 more applicable to say they're hanging the hooks to later hang their masks on maybe masks and hats

00:15:36.800 but to to the level to which they're going to perpetrate like I said this is psychological warfare

00:15:42.480 this is information warfare one of my favorite stories which came out around the same time that the

00:15:48.540 you know blasphemous Georgia election law of giving our elected officials more time to verify ballots 0.64

00:15:54.700 imagine that now this is this is psychological warfare if I've ever seen it this is the headline

00:15:59.940 local Georgia officials equip election workers with panic buttons to combat rising threats now I know Tim

00:16:08.600 Waltz I guess made stolen valor and LARPing cool but I don't think election workers need panic buttons you

00:16:15.460 guys should check out this article it's on NBC they have pictures of the little lanyards they're first

00:16:21.620 of all very cringe but I want to read from this specific article because you can see the way that

00:16:27.320 they are framing this story to elicit as much fear as possible and make you guys the MAGA the

00:16:33.540 grassroots types the ballot you know the mule watchers the people who want to be poll watchers seem

00:16:39.540 absolutely crazy so much so that to your low information voter it's going to seem like we're

00:16:45.100 coming in and trying to steal the election when in reality nothing could be further from the truth

00:16:49.440 but I'll read this story Cobb County Georgia approved nearly fifty thousand dollars to purchase the

00:16:55.060 devices which allowed poll workers to quickly alert authorities and emergencies ahead of the

00:17:00.320 presidential election the two companies partnered nearly a month ago to sell the panic buttons to

00:17:05.420 election workers this year and are already in talks to sell fifteen hundred badges in at least

00:17:10.060 five states run back which is the company approached its existing clients and has been presenting the

00:17:16.000 product its statewide election conferences we thought maybe 10 or 20 counties would show interest and

00:17:21.960 it's been every county or state that we've talked to has shown interest in this the phrasing of that

00:17:27.580 quote is a little off I'd humbly posit run back CEO Jeff Ellington said in an interview

00:17:34.040 the absolute absurdity of getting panic buttons for election workers being run in NBC news to the

00:17:45.860 point where they're spending taxpayer dollars they're making the CEO jump up and down to say

00:17:50.700 that oh every county that we've been in talks with though I see the contracts I don't see any other county

00:17:54.700 buying them saying that they need panic buttons that shows you the level to which they are committed

00:18:01.460 to commemorating and reifying this narrative

00:18:05.960 that MAGA is the issue when it comes to election integrity when it comes to election security

00:18:13.120 and I want to for a second just go on the meta level here

00:18:17.220 because everything is interlinked as you guys know the world economic forum the united nations

00:18:23.200 I believe there was an op-ed in the 2020 election cycle

00:18:26.680 I think it was maybe in the atlantic where someone called for actually the un to come in

00:18:31.840 and be election observers not quite I guess we're blessed with having the carter center

00:18:37.960 for those of you who know that's the chinese communist party soros pfizer funded carter center

00:18:43.180 eponymous jimmy carter be election watchers and only swing states here in the united states

00:18:50.060 conveniently interesting particularly georgia and arizona oh they're also election observers

00:18:55.320 and you guessed it venezuela and china sponsoring the diplomatic mission that blm leaders went to

00:19:02.340 venezuela on in 2015 to certify chavez's electoral victory there saying oh the way they run their

00:19:08.540 elections there it's actually really great they also use smart matic machines sure no coincidence

00:19:13.700 is there the same company whose ceo I think was just indicted for money laundering right yeah

00:19:17.880 interesting but to the point of pull or rather I want to stay on the globalism thread for a second

00:19:22.940 I got too excited because I was gonna start talking about Adam Kinzinger but the world economic forum

00:19:28.200 just a week ago put up a story saying that we need to expect a quote era of shock events now I'm all for

00:19:37.480 being prepared right but it's sort of interesting when whether it's event 201 or even a 2021 monkey pox

00:19:45.160 pandemic simulation when all these simulations that all these so-called experts that we're supposed

00:19:50.420 to trust are in on keep materializing and happening in real life yet when the you know what actually hits

00:19:58.740 the fan it seems like no one actually knows what they're doing the only way we craft a response to those

00:20:04.120 emergencies is so big pharma can maximize their profits but one of the events that the world economic forum

00:20:11.220 forewarned of was a cyber security pandemic interesting choice of words em dash that's in

00:20:18.940 the headline that's intentional they don't specify whose intentions in the article they also say that

00:20:25.600 climate change is causing young people to have eco anxiety that's going to make them suicidal whatever

00:20:30.700 the heck that means um but like I'm saying you're just seeing it coming in from all angles and all

00:20:36.200 directions when the world economic forum is warning you that an intentional cyber pandemic is coming

00:20:41.220 just ahead of the 2024 election I would take that very very seriously and like I was discussing

00:20:47.260 with Adam Kinzinger in the 5 p.m edition of war room and Kerry Washington two speakers at the DNC

00:20:53.940 last night final night that means they're of some consequence though I would argue not really of much

00:20:59.800 consequence um they are co-chairing a group an initiative led by power the polls which is funded by

00:21:07.380 you guessed it George Soros and they are now actively advising election offices

00:21:13.840 on how to select poll workers now do you understand the complications and frankly consequence of that

00:21:23.460 in other words they have the ear of election offices across the country on who they get to choose

00:21:27.600 to serve as poll watchers you guys may recall I believe it was last week I had a guest on the

00:21:33.040 war room Scott Hounsel who worked on 2010 DA race for Kamala Harris in California now that night they had

00:21:41.680 a margin of victory of 10 percentage points and only through challenging signatures or the lack thereof of

00:21:49.280 challenging these signatures that margin of victory was whittled down I think in just a few hours

00:21:55.120 to about I think it went to 30,000 votes when it was 100,000 or above that and Harris ended up winning

00:22:02.760 by a margin of 0.8 percent again only through ballot warfare right I love to I would love to be in a

00:22:10.800 position where we could sit here and just talk about polls and candidate quality and say oh well you

00:22:16.500 know Trump is so much better at handling the economy than Kamala is so people are going to vote for him

00:22:21.140 it's so obvious it's clear cut we've already won let's you know go take a Brad Parr scale type

00:22:26.340 vacation no but we can't because that's not how these elections are being adjudicated I don't think

00:22:32.300 polls fundamentally matter because even if they actually reflect the sentiment of the American

00:22:36.600 people they're not translated accurately in the current election system that we have so all of these

00:22:42.520 sort of again you guys might think I'm crazy I remember it was a few years ago I was sitting in that

00:22:46.800 chair over there and Steve looked at me and was like pattern recognition you're like Rain Man and

00:22:51.920 I had never seen the movie so I just like laughed on air and I was like oh thank you I later realized

00:22:56.520 sort of a snub in some ways but also a compliment but the best way that you can understand not just

00:23:04.380 what the domestic elite here but what the global elite is doing is by what stories make it into the

00:23:09.300 mainstream media fold right because it's not just that they lie to us they engage in lies of a mission

00:23:15.580 particularly when it comes to the timeline and timing of things and to now all of a sudden see

00:23:21.500 stories talking about how there's going to be delays and mail-in balloting there's going to be shortages

00:23:27.840 of election workers there's going to be threats to election workers so much so that they need these

00:23:33.160 gaudy panic buttons around their chest it all converges to create the narrative which then very quickly

00:23:42.060 because they control all the institutions then becomes reality that is it is election night they

00:23:48.160 say there's delays they bring in whatever ballots they find I'm sure they're all probably all going

00:23:54.100 to be belonging to non-citizens even those the dead people whatever you know choose your category I

00:23:59.100 know they're very diverse in who they choose to scam out of their vote maybe it's been you before

00:24:02.920 but they'll find those votes and they'll do exactly what Harris did in that 2010 race

00:24:09.500 they won't verify the signatures I mean they're freaking out because Arizona has voter ID laws now

00:24:15.960 but that's how they're going to pull this off and the way that we're going to combat it which I'm going

00:24:20.700 to get into after the break because there is a way like I say there's brains and people much smarter

00:24:25.600 than me to get into this I think if I bring anything to the table it's my media analysis and just

00:24:30.360 understanding how these psyops work given my work with the Chinese Communist Party not with them but

00:24:34.560 against them so I just want to raise the red flags now that what we are seeing is the same sort of

00:24:43.140 warning signs and smoke signals and weird telegraphic esoteric elite speak that they are getting ready to

00:24:51.000 say there are going to be massive delays and election results and that mail-in ballots are going to be a

00:24:56.700 driving force behind this but that also you guys MAGA are going to be squarely to blame and the

00:25:04.640 narrative that they're running with is because we're so spooked and freaked out about non-citizens 1.00

00:25:10.400 voting which I always think it's interesting in the tell at least to me with the left on these kind of

00:25:15.520 narrative based issues is that when they don't ever advance a solution they just attack us for being

00:25:20.520 crazy or a conspiracy theorist that's when you know that we're actually correct for example if you

00:25:25.880 actually really get nuanced in their critiques of the great replacement theory it's not actually that

00:25:30.460 they say we're wrong demographically they just say it's racist and that's the same thing that they're

00:25:36.460 doing with voter ID laws so like I said you're seeing these converging narratives come all the way

00:25:43.540 through whether it's the mail-in balloting the delays the intimidation and fear tactics which make no

00:25:51.920 mistake they will use that last one probably the penultimate one too to try to keep MAGA out of

00:25:57.900 the counting room away from the signature verification but it's very important that we start raising the

00:26:05.240 red flags and sounding the alarm bells now because we cannot let them have the pretext or lay the

00:26:11.920 predicate or create that hook that they can hang their hat their mask whatever cheeky turn of phrase you

00:26:18.240 want to use on to say we warned you there were going to be delays we want to be able and like I said I'm going

00:26:25.260 to get into this in the next block to have the evidence to have contacted your election officials to have

00:26:31.120 contacted your representatives to say you guys don't have shortages of mail-in ballots we're not going to have a

00:26:36.020 repeat of what happened in Arizona right in the 2022 election when they said oh yeah just give us your vote in

00:26:42.340 this tray and we promise it's totally going to go to the candidate you voted for we know that didn't

00:26:46.700 happen but we need to start laying the groundwork now because I'm telling you Congress is not going

00:26:52.100 to do it I like the save act but there's a lot more that needs to be done than just the save act

00:26:56.600 we're gonna be right back after this short break

00:30:51.540 welcome back to the war room i don't know about you guys i'm having a lot of fun doing this next

00:30:59.360 time i promise i will not be wearing this dress i was up very early for a flight like i said i i only

00:31:05.580 had this to wear but alas here we are i guess when when your uh media outlet is not funded by george

00:31:13.440 soros you know sometimes it's a little it's a little more difficult um but now i want to get into

00:31:19.620 i i honestly wasn't sure if i was gonna have enough stuff to fill this but luckily the left

00:31:23.740 makes that easy um i'm gonna get into how we can sort of combat this developing narrative and then

00:31:30.800 get into the second part which is the sort of rebrand of the transition integrity project and

00:31:36.200 how they're already working on a subversive national level to stop and thwart the trump agenda which i

00:31:42.180 think in and of itself is sort of an inherent freudian slip that they think um you know trump could win

00:31:48.760 which shows you the threat that they think that he actually poses right because the first iteration

00:31:52.760 of the transition integrity project which i'll unpack what that is they never really got into

00:31:57.100 that it was really just more about the transition period up until january 20th but this second round

00:32:03.480 of it has to do with the actual policies should he win which shows you i think how much more serious

00:32:09.640 threat that they're taking him as but look like i said there are there are much more brilliant minds

00:32:15.240 in myself who have war gamed the best ways to counter this so i am only positing these suggestions

00:32:21.880 as what i have come up with that are sort of the more niche ways as opposed to just say calling

00:32:26.160 your members of congress and demanding the save act i don't really think that the save act is our

00:32:31.500 no pun intended saving grace because had republicans actually held the line right when it came to those

00:32:38.580 debt ceiling negotiations there wouldn't even be a save act right they wouldn't be using it as leverage

00:32:45.240 because we wouldn't be in this position where we'd be having to negotiate this so if this legislation

00:32:50.180 really was so critically important i don't understand why they've linked it to another issue and it's not

00:32:55.920 just standing alone by itself but like i said nonetheless it is important to call and get the save act

00:33:00.380 through but what i'm saying is that cannot be the only arrow in the quiver i think the most important

00:33:05.740 thing that we can do which we had scott pressler on talking this week about is sending emails

00:33:11.160 and calling your county election officials and election board and asking them these questions

00:33:19.580 one do you guys have enough paper ballots can you tell me that there are no non-citizens

00:33:26.540 registered to vote are you guys expecting to have delays and election results how are mail and ballots

00:33:35.740 contributing to that and for those of you and i commend you who are poll workers i saw on the live

00:33:41.220 chat some of you guys saying you are i think you guys need i'm not explaining this to you i'm not

00:33:46.180 trying to sound patronizing but you need to look when you're in that counting room that you know you are

00:33:51.240 a firsthand witness to massive nationwide fraud and you have to be honed in dialed in and really paying

00:34:01.460 attention and you know it's by design that they want to outnumber you and make you stand 20 feet

00:34:06.040 away so you can barely see what's going on but those are the kind of questions i think that it's

00:34:10.180 important to ask ahead of time just so you have that predicate that pretext so when they start to pull

00:34:16.580 the bs that is oh we're having delays in election results at least we have the email responses where we

00:34:23.800 can say you guys told us there weren't going to be or you told us there were you said this is how you're

00:34:28.300 working to fix it so then at least after this election at least we can get them out because it

00:34:32.580 shows that they're incompetent at their jobs right the other thing that we need to do i think too you

00:34:39.000 know again this is getting very niche but if you're reaching out to your county election board or officials

00:34:44.520 and they're not responding to you they're being non-responsive you guys got to reach out to us here

00:34:49.960 in the war room and we will help you get that story out these people work for you right you guys are

00:34:55.960 electing them reach out to grace to mo to any of us on social media write op-eds in your local town

00:35:02.080 newspaper come on war room and talk about this right they for so long have gotten away with pulling this

00:35:09.460 stuff because no one ever holds them accountable right it's sort of i think the age-old critique

00:35:14.180 or the story the narrative that you saw play out with anthony fauci right he was at naiad for so long

00:35:19.660 he wasn't untouchable because no one dared to because he was part of that ossified permanent political

00:35:24.880 class and election workers i think epitomized by their panic buttons dangling around their neck

00:35:29.960 they've tried to push them in this this class of people that you can't criticize and if you do you're

00:35:36.760 a threat to democracy which is a very interesting development because that basically leads you down

00:35:40.480 the road of never being able to question the results of the election but you're allowed to

00:35:45.060 question these people you're allowed to go after them again always color with inside the lines and

00:35:48.840 we're not talking anything physical for anyone who's going to clip this that's not what we're saying

00:35:52.080 meaningful emails and phone calls showing up to their offices and asking them questions about

00:35:58.940 vote uh in-person ballot shortages question about when we should expect election results and saying i don't

00:36:05.400 know is not a sufficient answer and at least if we have it in writing on record at least come election

00:36:12.980 night whether it helps in court cases or whatnot we at least have something to go off of that shows

00:36:19.060 that they're lying to us because you know when they control every lever of institutional power in the

00:36:23.860 mainstream media that it is a uphill climb and then some and then uphill again and then uphill again

00:36:30.400 and i know that firsthand and any little bit of help research just evidence firsthand knowledge

00:36:37.840 questions or answers to questions that typically these people aren't confronted with

00:36:41.840 i'm sure they probably won't be able to answer your questions i think that that is a very helpful

00:36:46.440 strategy now i guess maybe we'll have to do another kind of one of these episodes but um i want to get

00:36:53.520 into the transition integrity project because this is something that's very important now i want to play

00:36:59.220 a clip but i'm going to just explain who's talking uh this is barton gelman i believe is his name is the

00:37:05.960 guy that they added it used to be rosa brooks and nils gilman the latter tried to execute or said we

00:37:11.240 should execute michael anton of the trump administration for daring to support trump so you're dealing with

00:37:16.380 some real wonderful people who are also all bankrolled by george soros and linked to the chinese

00:37:20.220 communist party but they ran those infamous tabletop exercises in 2020 to basically say that

00:37:25.960 well if biden doesn't win uh it's because the election was stolen like i always say projection is how

00:37:31.400 they operate even though they sort of disbanded because a lot of the work that rahim and i did over

00:37:36.940 at the national pulse they're back and they're back with a vengeance like i said they're now focusing on

00:37:41.100 how to subvert the actual policies of a trump agenda and what i really want to drill down on

00:37:47.040 and what you're going to see in this clip is the ways that they're going about doing that but their

00:37:50.800 new strategy this is all revealed in the washington post op-ed is seeking and gathering quote

00:37:56.440 pre-commitments from various elected officials the state level the local level the federal level because

00:38:04.120 they think morally if they commit to things before the fact they're more likely to follow through on

00:38:09.300 their promise to rig the election i don't quite know what the logic is there um but they want to

00:38:13.740 get pre-commitments from these people that they will you know speak out if president trump says oh there

00:38:18.800 was election fraud and non-citizens voted this of course going and transpiring all the way into

00:38:24.660 a potential trump term but this is the level to which they're coordinating and frankly i would add

00:38:31.640 when you ask these people when you call your election officials ask them if they have been in

00:38:37.100 contact with people from the transition integrity project that right there is a story in and of

00:38:41.640 itself that i would happily love to discuss on warren because that is actual collusion i know they love to

00:38:47.400 masquerade as an independent non-partisan you know ngo yeah george soros so non-partisan the only

00:38:54.260 republican he backs is adam kinzinger i guess that make you basically makes him still a democrat um

00:38:59.360 but this group represents a real problem because this is sort of like i always say the elite smoke

00:39:07.280 signal that they're doing something right it's just the tip of the iceberg though i guess icebergs are

00:39:12.120 melting according to climate change extremists so i guess that would make them go even more underground

00:39:16.380 or underwater um but the fact that they are doing this in public should raise red flags because you

00:39:23.620 know underneath this apparatus they're doing so much more so let's play this clip of barton gelman one of

00:39:31.020 the lead transition integrity project guys talking about just what their group is doing governors and

00:39:37.040 other state officials like state attorneys general uh and and like mayors and sheriffs um and legislators

00:39:43.580 have a lot more power than they may know uh to defend against federal abuses and they need to be

00:39:51.040 researching the boundaries of their authority vis-a-vis the federal government uh we found

00:39:56.800 that even former governors in our games were not sure whether they could do this or that or

00:40:00.920 what if the federal government did this well i don't know actually that's never happened before well it

00:40:05.800 might happen so they need to do some thinking about it um we think public opinion mobilized by an

00:40:11.780 effective communication strategy uh will be one of the most important restraints on an authoritarian

00:40:17.680 president uh trump does care about his polls uh and uh and friends of democracy are going to have to

00:40:25.840 have a very powerful effective and and unified communications plan for that uh we're going to

00:40:32.580 need to get ready to defend ourselves and each other uh from from uh sort of weaponized federal government

00:40:40.300 uh we need lots of volunteer lawyers and accountants and cyber security experts and physical security experts

00:40:46.820 uh to be ready to come to the aid of universities or politicians or uh civil servants

00:40:55.460 and geos journalists who are targeted uh by an authoritarian president uh and one last thing i'll mention

00:41:05.200 is something that rosa has uh emphasized a number of times it's it's to try to inoculate against the 1.00

00:41:13.320 natural human instinct to cave under pressure uh because people don't really want to stick their

00:41:19.680 heads up when the time comes but if you get pre-commitments if you get people to say if this

00:41:25.720 specific thing happens i'm going to do that in protest or as an effort to try to constrain it and

00:41:32.700 then you remind that person that they're not alone that there are lots of people have made those kind of

00:41:36.520 commitments and now the time has come they can take courage from their previous convictions

00:41:41.440 and and do what they said they would uh there's lots more to talk about but i'm not going to pass

00:41:46.760 it now to kim uh for a conversation yes thank you so much bart for that and rosa i want to turn to you

00:41:53.500 uh and before we get into more of the specifics about the exercises um one thing that i thought was

00:42:00.180 interesting was the conclusion is when these anti-democratic attempts are made in our government

00:42:09.900 it's probably not going to look like a lot of people fear there won't be violence in the streets

00:42:15.660 there won't be you know military immediately dispatched into u.s cities uh u.s cities it might 0.55

00:42:24.420 look just like life is normal talk a little bit more about that and what perils that in itself

00:42:31.540 may pose if if uh there is an attack on our democracy

00:42:36.820 it might just look like life is normal that's the point they engage in fifth generation warfare 0.96

00:42:45.820 information warfare psychological warfare legal warfare law for all the forms of warfare although

00:42:51.660 who knows it'll turn kinetic you never know um but to to wage warfare on you to wage warfare on on

00:42:57.400 your vote i always say the great uh replacement theory it's not just coming for this country it's

00:43:00.820 coming for your vote especially this this year um barton gelman says a line there i don't know if

00:43:07.420 you heard that too and knock literally verbatim from his washington post op-ed like i always say

00:43:13.540 when you see people regurgitating the talking points that closely you know someone is feeding it to

00:43:19.400 them right there's sort of a weird thing there i don't know i i guess maybe he's scripted not all

00:43:23.660 of us can do uh hours of television without teleprompters but um it's very weird when you

00:43:30.440 start seeing people use these same phrases right safe and effective safe and effective safe and

00:43:35.400 effective well in this case it's inoculate against the human instinct to fold under pressure by seeking

00:43:41.160 pre-commitments from potential allies those pre-commitments specifically on the front of elections i think

00:43:48.480 are very concerning i wanted to frankly use the rest of the show to get into how it's going to

00:43:52.240 impact a second trump term um but i guess until then i'll have to digress because we're running out

00:43:56.820 of time um but i think what's really concerning about this is the second part of this paragraph in

00:44:01.980 this article which is civil servants and other guardians of the public interest should carry on

00:44:05.880 with their essential work friends of constitutional government should counsel them against resigning

00:44:10.200 stiffen their resolve to follow lawful procedures educate them on whistleblower channels and offer

00:44:14.280 legal support against retaliation now this is not meant to be a black pill or doom and gloom episode

00:44:20.420 but in 2020 at least president trump was was president now they control the federal government now the

00:44:27.920 critique to that is well they always did it was the administrative state but still we still had

00:44:31.960 some level or at least marginally more of an upper hand than we do now and these these same civil

00:44:38.760 servants that are being poked and prodded along to you know comply and obey their masters their soros

00:44:44.900 funded masters who do not want president trump to return to the white house these are the people who

00:44:49.600 now run cissa and now run dhs and now run all the agencies that are going to be overseeing this election

00:44:57.460 and sort of the post-election fallout and that's a real problem because you had cissa and fbi release a

00:45:04.500 joint press release just about a little under a month ago saying that yes there were going to be ddos and

00:45:12.520 cyber security attacks on our election it was actually the trump elon twitter space that was uh

00:45:18.640 stymied and haltered or hindered rather because of a ddos attack and they warn that ddos attacks are coming

00:45:26.380 they don't even say may come they say they're coming for this election but oh it's not going to affect the

00:45:32.460 results of the election and by the way the same people who are going to be affecting or they would

00:45:37.320 claim not the results of the election are going to be all the rogue bureaucrats this time it's the

00:45:41.700 political and career appointees last time was really just the i guess career and some of the political

00:45:46.340 appointees the bad ones um but they now control all the levers of power to agree that they didn't

00:45:52.060 in 2020 and these groups like the transition integrity project they're bold enough or dumb enough

00:45:57.380 to say the quiet part out loud but there are groups like this replicated multiple and many times over

00:46:04.540 that are engaging in the same behind the scenes shadow warfare not just to strip president trump

00:46:10.580 to make his victory a pyrrhic victory and that's something i want to burn into your minds they are

00:46:14.940 doing everything they can to make president trump's victory a pyrrhic victory so even if he wins he can't

00:46:19.320 do anything he'll be hamstringed by fiscal issues can't withdraw from nato you've seen all that

00:46:23.220 legislation going to congress or a pandemic treaty but they want to strip you of your vote and they

00:46:28.520 want to strip you of your vote by making election results come in days after the election and outpacing

00:46:33.580 and frankly outsourcing like they always do your vote to a non-citizen somewhere a dead person on some

00:46:38.820 voter roll that we can't cure because if you dare to ask people about the integrity of elections here

00:46:44.340 in this country they want you to be scared that's why they've made a mockery and a model out of people

00:46:48.880 like stephen k bannon like john eastman like jeff clark and like they want to do to this audience

00:46:54.700 now i can't believe we're already at the end of the show we're gonna have to do this again but i

00:46:59.000 really hope that you guys take what i'm walking you through like i said this information warfare

00:47:03.680 this calculated campaign and ask your county election offices are there going to be delays

00:47:08.400 do you have enough paper ballots are mail-in ballots going to cause a problem how's the transition

00:47:12.780 integrity project reach out to you have you made these pre-commitments and most importantly are we

00:47:17.540 going to have a secure election until monday natalie winters out in these crazy times there is peace of
