00:00:24.260 like in georgia it's another element that backs them into a quarter and shows their lies and
00:00:29.020 misrepresentations is why this audience is going to have to get engaged as we've told you this is
00:00:33.300 the fight all this nonsense all this spin they can't handle the truth war room battleground here's

00:01:39.380 three project to talk about election integrity and action action action as we gear up for election month
00:01:47.660 before november 5th we're in election month right now so we need to be on top of this and cleta and
00:01:54.040 mark will tell us what we need to be doing so let's bring in uh mark paoletta uh welcome to the
00:02:00.780 welcome back to the war room mark hey michael thanks for having me on thanks thanks for joining i i i you
00:02:08.600 you're you are one of my favorite lawyers in washington dc i got to know mark paoletta
00:02:13.840 through the gorsuch confirmation i clerked for gorsuch and then i followed gorsuch out to
00:02:19.680 washington to help him get through his confirmation process and at that time mark paoletta was the
00:02:25.980 counsel to the vice president in the trump white house and he was invaluable during that confirmation
00:02:33.480 process he was the secret weapon during that confirmation process it went very smoothly because
00:02:40.660 mark paoletta was there so i i can't thank you enough for that and it went smoothly because
00:02:45.980 mark paoletta has so much experience working on confirmations talk about that talk about your role
00:02:51.760 with clarence thomas's confirmation yeah mike well it was it was uh you were a great partner the other
00:02:58.740 the secret weapon for for justice course is getting uh confirmed you were you knew him better than anybody
00:03:04.100 and knew what needed to be done uh it was great working with you i actually had um worked on justice thomas's uh
00:03:10.860 first confirmation i was the first one in the bush 41 white house to reach out to him um in february of 1989
00:03:18.840 uh to see if he wanted to to be appointed and um got to know justice thomas that's the dc circuit right mark
00:03:26.340 yep he was the eoc chairman in february of 18 1989 i was on the judicial selection committee i was asked
00:03:33.120 to reach out uh and and uh you know see if justice thomas would be interested i got all of his writings
00:03:38.500 got to know him very very well he offered me a clerkship on the dc circuit once he was confirmed
00:03:43.600 the white house counsel's office wanted me to come down to their office and work with them full time so i i uh
00:03:50.120 did that and then fortunate that i did that because i was able to work on justice thomas's confirmation
00:03:55.040 on the supreme court and it taught me mike that the left is vicious we're gonna talk about weaponization
00:04:01.040 i lived this i was i think 26 years old 27 years old and i saw what the left did to the to the greatest
00:04:06.880 man okay uh in our country greatest living american our greatest justice they wanted to just destroy him
00:04:13.240 here is this amazing amazing man right an incredible american story i was so happy when he was when he was
00:04:20.460 nominated i get to work on this great confirmation it was a battle right from the beginning but we
00:04:24.900 were winning it was justice thomas had done everything sort of in terms of you know um a great
00:04:29.980 life a great career he would be a great appointee and what did the left want to do destroy him not
00:04:35.000 just defeat him right destroy him destroy his life lie about him and so it was seared i've said this i've
00:04:42.240 written about it was seared in my soul in terms of what happened in in that moment and and standing by
00:04:48.200 your friends right standing up and standing by your friends and seeing justice thomas um go through
00:04:54.380 that and never back down and so that that was born a a wonderful wonderful deep friendship uh you know
00:05:02.140 uh that was in 91 he was confirmed in 92 i was diagnosed with cancer and um justice thomas was there
00:05:09.000 all the time for me checked on me came to visit me called me you know he had just been confirmed
00:05:14.760 beaten up you know and all that but he was looking out for his friend who was going through a tough
00:05:19.700 time and so from that became this very very close relationship that's been um until this day and you
00:05:26.220 know he's been under attack and it's been a blessing to defend him uh but but but going back to i saw what
00:05:32.060 the left would do right they knew they were going to lose on the merits they knew justice thomas was going
00:05:37.420 to get confirmed we were looking at 60 plus votes this was back in we're in i was thinking this october
00:05:42.920 of 91 was when it all you know went haywire september i think 27 28th was when um uh the allegations uh
00:05:50.780 these lies were made about him but the hearings were in uh in in october 10th the 13th i think um
00:05:56.840 but to see what they did to him and how they would stop at nothing we're seeing that now so when i think
00:06:03.660 about anyway so so that was my my uh beginning of my relationship with justice thomas as as you know
00:06:10.860 when just when president bush picked him right the other thing is and we've talked about this before
00:06:16.180 the most important ingredient for a supreme court justice in fact a president but supreme court justice
00:06:21.920 is courage right in a backbone and willing to stand up in the fire that is what justice thomas had okay
00:06:29.160 he had experience he was smart he had been a dc circuit judge where he was at the time he'd run an
00:06:34.200 agency all that sort of stuff that is the you know the traditional you know solid stuff but what set
00:06:40.040 him apart was his courage we saw that for the 10 years that he since he had come to washington he
00:06:45.120 had been under fire by the left sometimes by the right but he's always standing up for what he
00:06:50.160 believed in and he wouldn't back down that's what makes that's why just president bush 41 said he was
00:06:55.540 the best qualified and he was exactly right and i've said that since the day he said that that justice
00:07:00.080 thomas when he was nominated was was was the best qualified justice at the time and he's turned
00:07:05.480 out to be what oppression thing president bush said is he's our greatest justice ever in my opinion he's
00:07:11.300 our greatest living american um and so it was revolutionary for me it was like career defining
00:07:17.980 life defining to have worked on that nomination to see what the left would do to a good man a great man
00:07:23.960 try and tear him apart there's a documentary that i was very involved with we can talk about later but
00:07:28.340 called created equal clarence thomas in his own words i urge you i urge all your your your the posse to
00:07:34.160 watch that film it's on amazon it's all different platforms but you'll see an amazing american story
00:07:40.120 uh so i worked on that uh and that was in 91 learned a lot of lessons i also saw some of the weaponization
00:07:47.920 with the independent council statute right uh that was an i think enacted in 1978 what was that that was
00:07:54.800 the democrats uh enacting a law to go criminalize essentially policy differences and they went after
00:08:02.040 republicans left and right uh including four days before the election in 1992 right this was the
00:08:08.160 iran contra matter and they were going after president bush uh in four days before the elections
00:08:13.520 they indicted cap weinberger okay on a completely bogus charge this is this guy lawrence walsh okay
00:08:19.660 awful person okay uh a republican from long ago right back in the 50s but he was hell-bent because he was an
00:08:26.900 independent council and wanted to kind of show that he was going to come up with something and you know
00:08:31.200 power corrupts all right so he wanted to take down president bush uh and he indicted cap weinberger
00:08:37.880 with documents that he thought showed president bush knew more than what he had said it was completely
00:08:43.600 bogus and and it was but but it was to affect the election right it was to weaponize law enforcement
00:08:49.880 to affect an election okay um president bush lost as you know he pardoned actually cap weinberger i was
00:08:57.120 blessed to be able to write a fair chunk of that pardon uh in december of 1992 and guess what i think
00:09:03.500 it was in in december uh even before the pardon when the judge the federal judge tom hogan dismissed the
00:09:10.820 indictment okay so this was a complete exercise in using law enforcement for political ends as we're seeing
00:09:18.740 now on steroids but all to say i've lived this stuff uh since the early parts of my career and um and and
00:09:26.320 learned a lesson that has been seared in me since then yeah let's talk about this mark you have been
00:09:31.260 the original warrior on this lawfare there's democrat lawfare and election interference whether it was the
00:09:37.700 lawfare the original lawfare against clarence thomas where they wanted to smear a great american
00:09:43.220 because you had a conservative black man who escaped the left's plantation and they have never
00:09:50.620 forgiven clarence thomas for that you have a black man who has the uh the cardinal sin of thinking on
00:09:57.080 his own and the left hates him for that and then you talked about the independent council during the
00:10:02.320 bush 41 administration where they tried to weaponize law enforcement to interfere in the election so you
00:10:08.120 have a lot of experience with this let's fast forward to what's happening against president trump
00:10:13.020 you have the democrats trying to bankrupt trump they've indicted him four times and tried to throw
00:10:19.260 him in prison for the rest of his life they've tried to take him off the ballots in colorado and in
00:10:26.060 maine and when the supreme court stepped up with clarence thomas as the leader of this new
00:10:31.820 constitutionalist supreme court the first one in 90 years the supreme court stepped up and stopped this
00:10:38.300 republic ending lawfare and election interference because this is so much bigger
00:10:42.780 than donald trump it's about the presidency and therefore our country what has the left tried
00:10:48.240 to do after that now they're trying to destroy the supreme courts that got in their way and they
00:10:53.420 have underfunded trump's secret service protection twice and almost got him killed and so they are going
00:11:00.900 to stop at nothing to stop president trump and these are very dangerous tactics by the left let's talk
00:11:07.940 about when trump wins on november 5th what needs to happen mark pay a letter in a second trump
00:11:16.180 administration to bring accountability for this unprecedented republican in lawfare and election
00:11:22.660 interference so this never happens again yeah mike again it's it's it's it's really worth just you you
00:11:29.700 look you're the posse knows everyone knows mike mike davis has been the person out there from day one
00:11:35.560 being the most ferocious defender of president trump calling out the left and you know what mike you
00:11:42.000 showed you were you were norm breaking if you will in a good way uh as a senate staffer when you called
00:11:47.980 out and attacked right uh and and brought the receipts on the attacks on kavanaugh uh during those uh
00:11:54.800 during those hearings and the the lies of of the witnesses that were coming forward and exposing it and
00:12:00.280 that's what we need to do um what what again i saw this back in and uh in in the in the 90s with
00:12:06.100 with going after clarence thomas with going after president bush but it we've never seen anything like
00:12:11.620 this it's it's absolutely chilling to president trump and to his allies to use the law to destroy you for
00:12:18.100 doing just regular things right normal things going to rallies right giving speeches challenging elections
00:12:25.780 these are things that have been done time and time again and what do they do they use the law this is
00:12:30.800 why it's so dangerous they use the law to destroy you all right and and so you you're right and
00:12:36.740 on on so many cases as you've defended on um what do we need to do we need to bring accountability right
00:12:44.460 when when when president trump wins in in november and takes office in january 2020 january 2020 25 we need
00:12:52.100 to make sure the department of justice right the department of justice is not an independent agency
00:12:57.300 the fbi is not an independent agency they need to be they serve the president of the united states they
00:13:02.880 they are work to accomplish his agenda so immediately he should fire uh chris ray the fbi director he should
00:13:10.100 fire jack smith and completely dissolve that january 6 unit uh that's at main justice at the u.s attorney's
00:13:17.320 office and any u.s attorney's office around the country right um and kind of shut down all of those
00:13:22.980 persecutions if you will looking at the january 6 prosecutions you know look put an immediate halt
00:13:29.480 to them review them drop whatever ones are appropriate i'd set up a special task force uh to to do that i
00:13:36.420 would then look at each of the people that had been sentenced and either commute again all after reviewing
00:13:43.100 the facts if it's appropriate to commute uh or pardon uh those individuals because what the left has done
00:13:49.820 is chewed up just regular americans exercising their constitutional rights okay uh many of them and so
00:13:56.800 it's that's what needs to happen and then we need to in my view there needs to be um investigations
00:14:05.320 into those investigations right um the january 6 investigation the um the crossfire hurricane you know
00:14:12.900 the crossfire hurricane has been kicking around for so long it was so nefarious right but there needs
00:14:19.000 to be a deep dive my cdb an investigation in prosecutions if if if if appropriate of people
00:14:25.360 who abuse their power for political ends to get a president to interfere in an election um to use their
00:14:32.780 power to in a in an unlawful way in an abusive way let's back up there right there or talk about
00:14:39.460 crossfire hurricane because this is so important remember to the war room posse what crossfire
00:14:44.460 hurricane is hillary clinton had her illegal home server as the secretary of state and not only did
00:14:52.920 it have our nation's most classified secrets it also had the clinton foundation foreign corruption
00:15:00.520 her pay-for-play foreign corruption schemes she's the secretary of state she's doing favors for these
00:15:07.260 foreign governments these foreign actors they're donating to the clinton foundation that's that's
00:15:13.080 underwriting their lavish lifestyle for the clintons right and that home server gets hacked presumably by the
00:15:20.760 russians maybe by others like iran or the chinese but the concern was was before the 2016 election
00:15:27.620 this home server was going to get released by the russians and so what did the obama biden clinton
00:15:34.760 regime do they made up the russian collusion hoax they made up the steel dossier at perkins cooey
00:15:41.340 they went to the fisa court they lied to the fisa court and got illegal spy warrants on then candidates
00:15:48.540 donald trump and even president donald trump and they spied on it because if this information came
00:15:54.680 out with hillary's pay-for-play foreign bribery schemes they wanted to blame a russian disinformation
00:16:00.900 campaign they wanted to blame a campaign dirty trick with trump and you say that's crazy how could
00:16:06.020 you possibly think that they did the same play in 2020 with hunter biden's laptop with the 51
00:16:12.260 former intel officials working with the cia to say the same thing about hunter's laptop and guess what
00:16:20.020 trump declassified crossfire hurricane the day before he left office the intel community the fbi went
00:16:26.760 crazy went to mark meadows the white house chief of staff and says you can't release this this will
00:16:31.280 violate the privacy act so mark meadows the day they left office said okay do your privacy act review and
00:16:37.620 get these out public and guess what they didn't do the privacy act review instead they did the mar-a-lago
00:16:43.260 raid to go get back these crossfire hurricane records i think this is a criminal conspiracy that's been
00:16:49.360 going on for many many years that's the whole point of the mar-a-lago raid and that needs to be investigated
00:16:55.540 yeah and so mike it's it's really interesting you go from 2016 uh which is when the obama administration
00:17:01.200 was was was was in power right um and then into 2020 when president trump is in power but you know
00:17:07.600 what there is this deep state particularly at these law enforcement agencies the intelligence
00:17:11.440 quite frankly anywhere but for these purposes there is a deep state that's operating and that was hostile
00:17:16.920 adversarial to president trump and that's what's so outrageous here right that they were working
00:17:22.180 you're exactly right there were intel officials there were you know law enforcement officials
00:17:26.400 working with the biden uh with the biden people with anthony blinken right uh to come up with this
00:17:32.080 lie about this this laptop uh and and and so-called russian disinformation this the fbi knew at the
00:17:39.080 time in 2019 that it was legit it was his his it was hunter biden's laptop and the contents on it was
00:17:45.220 was all legit all real um and so that is the deep rot right in our in our government and what happens
00:17:53.060 is a lot of these bureaucrats right there's this there's this phrase um it's like we be here when
00:17:58.800 you come we be here when you're gone right they think they run the government and particularly in the
00:18:03.520 law enforcement in the military um in the intel communities because it's it's it's impenetrable to
00:18:10.100 what i'll call political leadership right we elect a president of the united states and he's going to
00:18:14.800 bring in his his his team and and implement his agenda and that's what's so important on day one
00:18:21.320 the fbi uh and and the department of justice you know it it the president needs to make it clear
00:18:27.140 that you know we are pursuing my agenda a lawful agenda okay and in terms of looking at the these
00:18:33.720 these these uh investigations the abuses that have happened over the many years they need to be looked
00:18:39.980 into and people need to be prosecuted um if there are violations you know and do do the proper
00:18:45.300 investigation but they need to be looked at it needs to be a special team too right because relying
00:18:50.040 relying on career officials that were knee deep in it or are partial to it is not going to get you
00:18:55.900 anywhere so that's what needs to happen it needs to be remember one of the one as you know mike i've
00:19:01.140 talked about this before the independent council statute which i mentioned before was enacted to get the
00:19:06.600 the the the the the executive branch okay uh criminalize things uh and so it went after a
00:19:12.720 number of people and ruined their lives okay um when it turned on on bill clinton when the we had the
00:19:21.660 end of ken starr and that independent council guess what and it kind of blew up bill clinton's
00:19:27.100 presidency right um the and and made life very difficult for him uh the the democrats let that law
00:19:34.660 elapsed everyone hated it once once the democrats had a taste of accountability under the regime they
00:19:41.400 set up they wanted no more of it okay and that's what has to happen now is accountability okay on these
00:19:47.620 investigations that have happened and abusive investigations and destroy and i'm not just
00:19:52.120 talking about i'm talking about you know going after mark hauck right uh the the gentleman who
00:19:58.440 protested out outside the the um uh the planned parenthood um where the fbi raided his home
00:20:04.440 things like that where they've gone after normal americans when they've gone after president trump
00:20:08.920 all of these things need to be investigated and need to and there need to be prosecutions where
00:20:14.140 appropriate that's a that's a very good point mark because people think oh it's donald trump he's a
00:20:19.520 former president he's a likely future president he's a billionaire it's unfair what's happening to him
00:20:24.820 but he can withstand this but that's you you're making the point this is so much bigger than trump
00:20:30.240 this is about the presidency and this is about if the if our law enforcement and intel agencies can be
00:20:36.180 weaponized against the president of the united states guess what we we are all toast they are not only
00:20:42.880 going after the president they're going after his top aides like steve bannon who's in prison right now
00:20:48.700 peter navarro who went to prison his attorneys john eastman rudy giuliani jeff clark his supporters on
00:20:55.900 january 6th who were persecuted parents outraged by gender chaos in schools and the resulting rapes in
00:21:03.000 high school bathrooms christians like mark hauck and a 75 year old christian woman praying at an abortion
00:21:09.360 clinic go to prison under the face acts while they give amnesty the biden harris justice department
00:21:14.860 gives amnesty to blm and antifa and hamas supporters and trans terrorists who are attacking
00:21:20.960 catholic churches and these planned parenthood abortion industry uh activists we can't have
00:21:26.660 two systems of justice and that's why it's so important in this trump 47 just uh this trump 47
00:21:33.740 administration that we have good americans like you hopefully if trish your wife will let you
00:21:38.700 to send you in there to help clean up this mess because you have the background
00:21:43.440 and you have the backbone and experience to do it you were the og on this weaponized justice against
00:21:52.600 clarence thomas and bush 41 yeah mike it's it's it's a long time coming you know president trump
00:22:00.800 has stood up to this when he was president he did things like pull out of the paris climate accords you
00:22:05.760 know you know terrible things that no other president no other republican president would have ever done
00:22:11.320 right and so that's why i think it's important when he gets re-elected to look into the deep state and
00:22:17.460 the weaponized state the weaponization that the deep state does uh against you know not only
00:22:22.740 president trump and and sort of the political opponents at that level but just normal everyday
00:22:28.380 americans that get chewed up with their lives destroyed by this weaponization and it's all right
00:22:34.340 it's all pursuing what i'll call leftist things right as you just went you're the best mike i mean i just
00:22:39.620 love listening to you talk you've spent so much time on this but you got it all right there i mean

00:31:22.060 who biden and kamala having the clank uh we have up all-star election attorney cleta mitchell
00:31:28.700 one of my good friends my mentor one of my mentors she's fantastic along with
00:31:33.500 mark lucas who works with me at the article three project he runs the action action action so let's talk
00:31:40.960 about election integrity cleta and mark we have a lot going on we have a lot going on with non-citizens
00:31:48.140 who are illegally voting and we have a lot going on in specific swing states we're going to talk about
00:31:54.160 arizona virginia georgia pennsylvania and wisconsin over this next 20 minutes so let's move quickly clina
00:32:01.880 what do we have on arizona and virginia so start with remember about two weeks ago the uh marxist
00:32:10.480 secretary of state of arizona adrian fontes announced that uh oh whoops they had found that
00:32:17.200 there were 98 000 or so uh people registered in in arizona who they thought had provided documentary
00:32:24.980 proof of citizenship but actually had not and so you'll remember that the republican party of arizona
00:32:32.000 went in and threw in with adrian fontes the marxist to say oh well we can't possibly require these people
00:32:39.520 to provide proof of citizenship the supreme the state supreme court agreed with that fortunately
00:32:44.960 america first legal and uh strong communities foundation of arizona marissa hamilton objected to
00:32:51.440 that said they are everybody ought to have to provide proof of citizenship but in any event um yesterday
00:32:57.600 it was announced that well it wasn't 98 000 it was 218 000 so now we have nearly a quarter million
00:33:03.280 people on the voter rolls in arizona who have not provided documentary proof of citizenship as everyone
00:33:09.200 had believed they had all along and of course they don't want to make the list public so that people
00:33:13.360 could come forward with their proof of citizenship and it's just a basic nightmare and we also had a
00:33:19.520 recording released uh yesterday where the democrats officials the governor secretary of state and
00:33:25.520 attorney general were saying oops this is only going to feed the republicans allegations that there are
00:33:30.480 actually non-citizens on the rolls i don't know why they would think that then they said well it's
00:33:34.960 just an error it's just a glitch but uh it's a big problem that you have that many on the rolls in a
00:33:41.600 state that requires documentary proof of citizenship to register to vote to get the full ballot in arizona
00:33:48.640 so that's an ongoing challenge yeah let's talk about let's talk about virginia cleta we have
00:33:54.720 governor governor virginia governor glenn youngkin who has found 6 000 non-citizens on the virginia
00:34:01.600 rolls you have news for the war room posse that it gets worse talk about that there's a citizens
00:34:08.000 organization uh epec and i can't i'm sorry it's it's election something they do data analysis of all the
00:34:16.240 the records the voting records and their voter rolls in virginia they do a great job they're volunteers
00:34:22.160 and they released a report yesterday that showed that um of those 6 000 non-citizens that there were
00:34:29.440 approximately 1 000 ballots cast remember of course democrats say oh it's very rare for non-citizens to
00:34:37.840 vote well in this case they were able to document that nearly that there were around a thousand votes
00:34:43.440 cast over the last couple of years so hold on hold on that that's a cleta cleta that's a thousand people who
00:34:49.680 a thousand non-citizens who they've been able to identify who have actually voted in virginia this
00:34:56.400 is an addition to the two thousand non-citizens that texas governor greg abbott has been able to
00:35:03.280 identify in texas so those are three thousand non-citizens who they've been able to find in
00:35:09.440 just two states who have voted is that correct well yes a thousand votes it's not quite a thousand people
00:35:17.040 because some of them voted in more than one election so it's about a thousand votes cast
00:35:21.360 by uh something like six to seven hundred of those uh people who were identified as not being eligible
00:35:28.320 to register in the first place but yes and then you have the situation in alabama where they found
00:35:33.360 a hundred thousand and now the department of justice is saying oh you can't remove non-citizens from the
00:35:38.480 rolls which is also not legally accurate but one of the things going back to virginia is that
00:35:43.920 the the the citizens group studied the uh ballot the which ballot these people had requested
00:35:52.720 and in virginia you don't register by party but you can tell from some of the data if they if they
00:35:58.720 voted in a primary you can see which ballot they requested and guess what most of the people who
00:36:05.440 are who for whom data exists of those non-citizens guess what they requested the democrat ballot
00:36:14.080 which tells us everything we need to know there were like two percent who requested uh the republican
00:36:19.600 ballot and almost thirty percent who requested the democrat ballot they didn't have the data for the
00:36:24.800 others because they didn't vote in the primary so it's everything we need to know it is exactly
00:36:29.200 what we know this is their new political majority for the democrats yeah that's exactly right and the
00:36:35.120 article three projects and the article three foundation its sister organization has been on top of
00:36:40.640 this clita you've been instrumental in getting us the support we need mark let's talk about this
00:36:45.600 we're going to talk about the save act but first we're going to put up the 32nd ad that the article
00:36:52.320 three foundation has put out where it's very clear that it is illegal for non-citizens to vote in
00:36:58.560 federal elections it is almost always a federal crime and it is almost always a deportable federal crime let's
00:37:37.200 the article three project is running this ad in many swing states we're spending a million dollars the
00:37:43.680 article three foundation the c3 sister organization mark let's talk about the save act and the article
00:37:49.360 three projects action page if you go to article three project dot org article number three project dot
00:37:56.240 dot org and click on take action walk us through walk the war room posse through what they can do on
00:38:03.520 the take action page to light up our members of congress on the save act yes mike so the article
00:38:12.400 three project we wanted to build this action center so that the war room posse could easily take action
00:38:18.480 we understand you have jobs and families and hobbies when you go to our action center we want to make it
00:38:23.680 very easy for you to connect with your lawmakers and we've seen that kamala harris her election
00:38:29.360 attorney mark elias and democrat election officials all across the country are burning the boats on
00:38:36.800 election integrity they have reached a point of no return they understand they cannot beat president
00:38:42.480 trump in an honest election and we see that nonsense in voting has become a major issue all across the
00:38:49.920 country so you can click on the take action button you can take action on the save act you can contact
00:38:55.680 your local congressman and also united states senator but we're seeing this disturbing trend of non-citizen
00:39:01.920 voting all across the country including in the states in the state of wisconsin for instance
00:39:07.440 we see that the secretary of transportation christina boardman admitted to the wisconsin legislature
00:39:14.000 that nearly 90 000 non-citizens have a driver's license or a state id let's put that number in
00:39:21.200 perspective in 2016 president trump beat joe beat hillary clinton by 27 000 votes in 2020 joe biden supposedly
00:39:30.880 beat trump by 20 000 votes and today the state of wisconsin has 90 000 non-citizens with a state id and the
00:39:40.240 secretary of transportation boardman she refuses to provide the election commission a list so they
00:39:46.480 can validate the citizenship against the voter rolls even governor tony evers who is a democrat says that
00:39:54.080 he does not object to data sharing with citizen information from the dot to the wbc so you can go to a3p
00:40:01.680 action.com you can take action to contact governor tony evers and also the secretary of transportation christina
00:40:08.160 boardman and tell them to stop non-citizens from voting so cleta let's talk about what's going on
00:40:15.760 in georgia and pennsylvania give the the posse the update on georgia and pennsylvania this is a big week
00:40:22.240 in georgia in the fulton county court uh yesterday there was a hearing on the uh case brought by the
00:40:30.880 dekabb county republican party challenging the use of the dominion voting machines and they
00:40:36.880 presented evidence about how easy it was to both hack the machines as well as to
00:40:44.720 leave no evidence of the intrusions and so that was a very interesting um hearing and i don't know
00:40:53.040 what the judge will do but that was took place uh several hours yesterday before uh judge mcafee and
00:40:59.520 then today as we speak there is a today there has been a hearing on two cases before judge mcburney
00:41:07.920 now remember this is judge mcburney who uh yesterday ruled that uh the georgia uh law uh restricting
00:41:16.560 abortion uh was invalid and invalidated the statute he is a harvard law undergrad and harvard harvard
00:41:23.520 law and so uh he is hearing two cases one the democrats are trying to make it they're trying
00:41:31.520 to fatchy eyes the elections all over the country and to say that the bipartisan board members on
00:41:37.760 election boards all over the country have no authority to use their discretion to make sure
00:41:43.200 that the returns are accurate and to make sure that everything is being done in accordance with
00:41:48.080 the law they just have their argument is they have to sign the paperwork uh and attest to the accuracy
00:41:54.560 of the election whether they're accurate or not so there are two rules of the state election board
00:41:59.040 that are being challenged as part of today's uh hearing and then on friday there is yet another case
00:42:06.640 and this time before judge mcafee again in which the democrats and uh left-wing groups are
00:42:13.200 challenging the authority of the state election board to issue rules and regulations at all even
00:42:17.920 though the statute is very clear so there's a collective heads exploding of the progressive
00:42:25.680 left mark elias and that whole crowd because you now have a rule of law state election board enacting
00:42:32.800 rules and regulations to make sure the law that the elections are conducted accurately and that they
00:42:38.160 are conducted in accordance with the law and that they're transparent and so they are objecting mightily
00:42:43.360 they've got the whole establishment media howling and uh but we're now in the hands of two judges in
00:42:50.400 fulton county and so we'll see what happens with these judges and whether they'll follow the law or
00:42:55.760 whether they'll follow the uh progressive crowd well this is judge scott mcafee is that what you're
00:43:01.040 saying cleeda the same judge who allowed uh fanny willis to drag him around his courtroom uh when she got
00:43:08.800 caught with legal conflict of interest by yeah big fanny hired her dumb unqualified boyfriend nathan
00:43:16.240 wade paid him 250 an hour seven hundred thousand dollars and then she lied about it in court and said that
00:43:23.520 her black panther father told her to keep three months or six months of cash laying around the house they
00:43:29.200 went dutch on these trips to to napa police the caribbean she's a gray goose girl and uh and and
00:43:37.840 scott mcafee didn't disqualify her from the case so our hope right now is is with scott mcafee or
00:43:44.160 whatever the hell his name is this little pencil neck weak judge in fulton county georgia who's scared of
00:43:49.760 his shadow and used to work for fanny willis so he's i guess he's nominating a republican here's the other
00:43:55.840 judge that we have to be concerned about and that's the judge who was here in the cases today
00:44:00.400 he's the one judge mcburney actually presided over the fanny willis special grand jury so he's the one
00:44:07.440 who supposedly i mean allowed all of these things to happen judge mcafee uh is the one who has denied
00:44:16.560 the motions to dismiss but all of these defendants whose only sin was to follow the law
00:44:25.840 and to file an election contest or to uh be one of the electors or to refuse to certify an election
00:44:34.880 when the when the numbers didn't match he's a judge mcburney presided over all of that
00:44:41.520 and then so he's in two of the cases and the other two cases are being heard by
00:44:46.720 judge mcafee you just described as having heard the cases uh the appeals and he's and the fanny
00:44:53.760 willis disqualification motion so that's where we are in fulton county wouldn't it be nice if we
00:44:59.200 had republican judges who actually had backbones it would just it would be fantastic anyway mark
00:45:04.240 what do we have for action items down in georgia yeah mike since clea and i spoke to you last week
00:45:10.320 on the war room we had over a thousand people take action in the state of georgia and we're telling
00:45:15.600 that georgia state election board chairman john fervier to support election integrity and from what
00:45:21.360 we're hearing on the ground from people that have been around the chairman they sense that his
00:45:26.240 demeanor has changed so i believe that those emails those phone calls those social media postings that
00:45:32.800 the war room posse is making on a3paction.com is making a difference your john fervier was a republican
00:45:40.080 appointment uh to the georgia board on the state elections and he admitted to admitting uh to inviting a
00:45:47.360 a far left attorney uh to testify that worked on behalf of crew mike an organization that you know
00:45:53.600 very well because true attempt or crew attempted to kick president trump illegally off the ballot in
00:45:59.600 the state of colorado and this radical soros funded group along with mark elias and like cleta had
00:46:06.080 mentioned all these left-wing attorneys are collectively losing their minds on what's going on in georgia
00:46:12.320 and these georgia state election board officials the people at the county level they need your
00:46:16.800 support so not only do we have to hold these bad judges accountable we have to thank these ordinary
00:46:22.080 citizens who are standing up every single day in the breach and thank them for standing up for
00:46:26.720 election integrity very good we have about four minutes left let's cover pennsylvania the make or
00:46:33.040 break state for for for trump uh cleta what's going on in pennsylvania if you can just talk for a
00:46:38.800 couple minutes and then we'll have mark jump in and then we'll close this out with your coordinates
00:46:43.520 well there's an awful lot going on in pennsylvania uh let the pennsylvania fair elections commission
00:46:48.720 committee uh coalition is really working hard under the able leadership of heather honey and uh just
00:46:55.840 before midnight last night a group of uh pennsylvania congressmen filed a federal lawsuit challenging
00:47:03.600 the lawless guidance and really contrary to law on uocava the overseas citizens uh absentee voting act
00:47:12.960 where they are not they've given guidance that a person does not have to prove that he or she is
00:47:18.960 eligible to register to vote in pennsylvania it is contrary to federal law is contrary to state law
00:47:25.440 that was filed just before midnight uh there are we really have a situation where the secretary of
