Bannon's War Room - WarRoom Battleground EP 645： The Left Is Already Drafting Articles Of Impeachment If Trump Were To Win

00:00:00.000 This is what you're fighting for.

00:00:16.180 I mean, every day you're out there.

00:00:19.100 What they're doing is blowing people off.

00:00:22.580 If you continue to look the other way and shut up, then the oppressors, the authoritarians

00:00:27.720 get total control and total power.

00:00:30.620 Because this is just like in Arizona.

00:00:32.400 This is just like in Georgia.

00:00:33.580 It's another element that backs them into a quarter and shows their lies and misrepresentations.

00:00:38.680 This is why this audience is going to have to get engaged.

00:00:40.980 As we've told you, this is the fight.

00:00:42.880 All this nonsense, all this spin, they can't handle the truth.

00:00:46.440 War Room Battleground.

00:00:48.600 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:00:52.660 Okay, it's Friday.

00:00:53.940 It's Friday, 1 November, Year of Our Lord, 2024.

00:00:56.560 DeGrasse is still here, but I want to go to Mike Lindell.

00:00:58.440 Breaking news on ABC, Brother Lindell.

00:01:03.020 Headline, election survey sent by MyPillow CEO linked group prompt FBI referral.

00:01:10.320 This is more nonsense from the mainstream media.

00:01:12.380 Tell me what's going on.

00:01:13.160 Well, by the way, everybody, I just voted.

00:01:15.920 That went off without a hitch.

00:01:17.380 A lot of them looked at me funny, and I think there were a lot of Democrats in the room,

00:01:21.680 but we got through that.

00:01:23.120 But, yeah, Steve, what you're referring to is my election crime bureau and all the work

00:01:28.240 we've done now to get our elections secure, as much as they can be secure, and watching

00:01:33.160 them for this election.

00:01:36.300 They came after us, ABC, doing this hit job, and they say, well, the CISA turned this stuff

00:01:41.760 over.

00:01:42.300 The stuff Lindell's doing, turning it over to the FBI.

00:01:45.000 So it sounds to me like I better avoid fast food restaurants, drive-thrus for a while.

00:01:50.920 As you all know, they took my phone a couple years ago, and they still have it.

00:01:55.820 It just means to me, Steve, we're right over target.

00:01:59.040 The Cause of America, the Election Crime Bureau, Vocal.com, everything we're doing, they're very

00:02:04.760 much afraid that all the, any things they're trying to do out there or have already done,

00:02:10.160 that they're caught.

00:02:11.200 And they never brought up the crime bureau before, and now they're bringing it up.

00:02:15.680 And so I think it's a good thing.

00:02:18.500 I was able to say in the article that they wrote that, hey, I'm all about saving our country.

00:02:23.460 And when we get through this, get to paper ballots, hand counted the best elections.

00:02:28.520 132 countries have banned computers in their elections.

00:02:31.600 And I'm going to keep pushing this long after this election to get to secure elections.

00:02:36.620 So we don't have to worry about all this deviations going on.

00:02:42.120 This is full of, full of criminals anyway.

00:02:45.000 So yes, they are. 0.77

00:02:46.200 Yes, they are.

00:02:47.420 It's, it's, it's, it's, it's just a joke.

00:02:49.000 It's just a joke.

00:02:49.820 They're going to be deconstructed after President Trump wins.

00:02:53.280 Let's go to where are you going to be?

00:02:55.180 This is all about getting out the votes.

00:02:57.060 It's all about getting people motivated for house races.

00:02:59.060 The president from Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, where are you going to be this weekend?

00:03:03.120 Well, probably Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Georgia.

00:03:08.180 It's those three.

00:03:09.440 I know the president's announced six more rallies in those three states specifically.

00:03:15.880 I don't know which one of the rallies I'll be at, but I'm really out getting our teams engaged.

00:03:20.440 I'm doing a big thing tomorrow night.

00:03:22.640 There's going to be tens of thousands on of my team out there.

00:03:27.280 And we want to engage all the churches this Sunday.

00:03:29.700 You guys can get to church, get there, and you talk about it.

00:03:33.680 You find out anybody that hasn't voted, make sure they're going to go vote.

00:03:37.320 And this is it.

00:03:38.440 There's a, you know, there's a gathering of people, these kind of the Christian conservatives

00:03:41.960 that they say, I don't, when you were in, Steve, they, you know, they're going only about

00:03:46.340 50% of the Christian conservatives vote.

00:03:48.860 I don't believe that.

00:03:50.120 And what I've been hearing that, you know, just today, when I voted today, they said it's

00:03:55.160 a, it's up the most they've ever seen voting.

00:03:57.640 And, but I just want, everyone's got to get to the, to the, your churches on Sunday and

00:04:03.920 just encourage everyone to get out and vote and get 20 other people with them.

00:04:08.340 The other thing I would need you all to do, we have our Flipping Democrat program and the 0.83

00:04:12.880 stuff that we're putting up these videos.

00:04:15.140 And this weekend, starting today, go to my social media.

00:04:19.340 You can check it on Getter, Gab, Truth Social, X, it doesn't matter.

00:04:23.260 At Real Mike Lindell, whatever it put up there, share it far and wide.

00:04:28.020 These are very powerful clips that show Democrats that voted for Biden that are now voting for

00:04:33.880 Donald Trump.

00:04:34.720 We need to engage the independents and the, and even the people on the left that they,

00:04:39.200 they see this because there are great reasons why they should be voting for Donald Trump.

00:04:43.920 Um, what, where, what about Pella's deals?

00:04:49.040 Where do people go for that?

00:04:50.680 They go right here, Steve, here we got it with, uh, I got my, my travel pillow with me,

00:04:55.760 the MyPillow 2.0 with God, all things are possible.

00:04:58.780 You guys, your support, you get it free.

00:05:02.100 This is historical.

00:05:03.240 This is commemorative.

00:05:04.520 It's a free pillow, free MyPillow 2.0.

00:05:07.160 We need God during this time and multi-use MyPillow 2.0.

00:05:11.800 No purchase necessary.

00:05:13.840 Go to the, go to their website and scroll down to you.

00:05:17.320 See, Steve, click on them.

00:05:18.720 There it is.

00:05:19.620 I want to show you the special specifically for the war room.

00:05:22.880 The final sheets, they just came in a week ago.

00:05:25.480 This year's all the new colors and styles and they, as low as 59.98.

00:05:30.140 There's the classic pillows that they started calling me a Nazi for because I put them on

00:05:34.860 sale for 1488, 1888, and 1988.

00:05:39.060 The towels are back, everybody.

00:05:40.980 The towels are back.

00:05:42.540 All of the, they just came in two days ago that they were, they're back in.

00:05:47.040 And then the big, one of the biggest thing for the war room posse, the clothing sale is

00:05:52.200 right there.

00:05:52.700 The MyPillow clothing all came in.

00:05:54.580 That's the sleepwear for the fall and winter.

00:05:56.580 All this, these are war room exclusive specials.

00:06:00.660 And you guys have been great supporting MyPillow.

00:06:03.380 We hired over 50 employees over the last couple of weeks.

00:06:06.940 You've helped us help with the war room, but most, but you've also helped yourself to the

00:06:12.760 best products and the best sleep you'll ever get.

00:06:16.220 800-873-1062, promo code war room.

00:06:20.260 The home rep, Steve, while you were in, they just exploded too.

00:06:23.960 Their jobs are secure now.

00:06:26.140 We won, we won a tax on them over the summer too.

00:06:29.160 So we want to thank you.

00:06:30.640 Thank the war room posse. 0.85

00:06:31.940 They've been great.

00:06:32.680 As Mike Lindell goes under a further FBI investigation.

00:06:35.760 Okay, brother, we'll get you back on tomorrow.

00:06:37.640 Go with God.

00:06:38.720 You're a hammer.

00:06:40.660 Degrass, give me a summary.

00:06:41.860 And we're going to get you back on tomorrow.

00:06:43.360 Grayson, you're going to work on a punch list too.

00:06:45.360 Yeah, we'll get on tomorrow.

00:06:45.860 And particularly, I want everybody to look at this punch list.

00:06:49.240 And if you're within driving distance, you've got to go and help out.

00:06:52.260 Yeah, give 20 bucks, 10 bucks, whatever it is.

00:06:54.860 You can make calls remote.

00:06:56.040 We can plug you in.

00:06:58.280 Tmedaleseforcongress.com.

00:06:59.680 You've got those 22 toss-ups.

00:07:01.280 You've got lean seats, about seven, eight on either which way.

00:07:04.160 I'm a believer, and you heard Congressman Andy Bigg.

00:07:06.540 Some of these lean seats, some of these likely dem seats we fill online.

00:07:10.380 You flip those.

00:07:11.560 You give us the buffer that we need to sort of move this through.

00:07:14.860 So we'll keep going on the punch list, and then we'll circle out.

00:07:17.000 We're going to bring in Jeff Clark, of course.

00:07:20.220 New Mexico 2, Yvette Harrell, Freedom Caucus.

00:07:23.020 Boom.

00:07:23.520 Okay, President Trump was just down there.

00:07:25.100 It's tight.

00:07:25.660 We feel great about it.

00:07:27.460 That's Mexico 2. 0.97

00:07:28.600 This is – Wasserman's got this as a toss-up Democrat held.

00:07:32.640 Pennsylvania 7, Lehigh Valley.

00:07:34.860 You just heard Scott Presser plug it.

00:07:37.260 Top seat in the country.

00:07:39.200 Tight area.

00:07:39.960 Key for President Trump.

00:07:41.800 Super important in these house races where it's sort of compounding on top of Trump.

00:07:45.580 Trump, McCormick, Ryan McKenzie.

00:07:48.460 Boom.

00:07:48.920 We've had them leading a lot of polls, all within the margins, super tight.

00:07:52.680 That's Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania 7.

00:07:54.780 Pennsylvania 8, Scranton.

00:07:56.920 Matt Cartwright's the Democrat. 1.00

00:07:58.260 He's a fool. 1.00

00:07:59.260 Okay? 1.00

00:07:59.960 Trump won this seat.

00:08:01.600 We have to put this to bed.

00:08:02.800 He won by like five or six.

00:08:04.600 No excuse.

00:08:05.900 Vote Republican down the line.

00:08:07.040 That's Scranton, Northeast Pennsylvania.

00:08:08.980 Rob Bresnahan running union guy.

00:08:11.440 You know, grew up with his family, invested a lot of money locally.

00:08:14.320 Great guy.

00:08:15.500 Here's a big one.

00:08:16.500 Virginia 7.

00:08:18.080 Spanberger.

00:08:18.700 Open seat.

00:08:19.420 She fled.

00:08:20.600 Eugene Vindman.

00:08:21.560 The freak himself.

00:08:22.780 Can't have the freak.

00:08:23.660 Absolutely.

00:08:24.580 This is the twin brother of the freak.

00:08:26.900 100%.

00:08:27.340 Yeah.

00:08:28.560 Psychofest.

00:08:29.160 Psycho.

00:08:29.740 We've got Vindman.

00:08:30.660 I mean, sorry.

00:08:31.060 We've got Derek Anderson, Republican, Green Bray.

00:08:32.820 We can't allow a Vindman to get in the house. 1.00

00:08:35.400 It was absurd.

00:08:35.900 Total nightmare.

00:08:37.060 50-50 seat.

00:08:38.100 Derek Anderson.

00:08:39.100 We have two polls.

00:08:40.020 He's tied.

00:08:40.720 We feel great about it.

00:08:42.240 Then our guy, Washington 3, Joe Kent.

00:08:46.280 Yo.

00:08:47.240 Got to get him in there.

00:08:48.640 Wasserman says 50-50.

00:08:51.080 President Trump won it.

00:08:52.140 The last of the Trump five, right?

00:08:55.340 We've got to get him in there.

00:08:56.240 I can go to some lean, but I can circle back.

00:08:59.160 But the point is, we've got Connecticut 5.

00:09:02.420 We feel good about that.

00:09:03.400 Tough seat.

00:09:04.060 We've got New York 18 doing well there.

00:09:06.680 And a flip-up seat.

00:09:07.660 Pat Ryan.

00:09:09.100 Nevada 3.

00:09:09.840 Numbers look great.

00:09:10.920 So Maryland 6.

00:09:13.120 No one had spent.

00:09:14.180 Next thing you know, Punchbowl starts panicking.

00:09:15.960 Democrats start panicking.

00:09:17.280 Coming online.

00:09:18.060 Neil Parrott.

00:09:18.560 Okay, you're going to get updated.

00:09:20.220 Grayson, you're going to get up tonight.

00:09:21.440 We'll have you back on tomorrow.

00:09:22.560 We need volunteers.

00:09:23.920 A massive turnout.

00:09:25.060 We, Andy Biggs says, hey, I think if we put our shoulders on the wheel, six or seven seat majority.

00:09:30.160 Do you concur with Biggs?

00:09:31.780 I agree.

00:09:32.280 Do you concur with Biggs?

00:09:33.260 They're already drafting articles of impeachment.

00:09:35.120 I've heard that.

00:09:36.320 Everyone is talking about it on Capitol Hill.

00:09:38.060 The Democrats are absolutely laying the groundwork for that.

00:09:41.400 They're going all in on the House because they think that is their bet to protect against the MAGA agenda.

00:09:48.300 That's where they see and they believe there's an underbelly.

00:09:51.140 They are dumping in again.

00:09:52.940 They're outspending us in the top 25 seats, these battleground seats, by $108 million.

00:09:59.020 That's how much used to be spent on every single race combined.

00:10:01.400 That's in one week in the top 25 seats.

00:10:04.180 And that's how much more they're spending to us.

00:10:06.260 Our guys are spending $50 million, $60 million.

00:10:07.800 So, man, the ramparts, the time is now, biggest weekend yet, I believe.

00:10:12.940 We'll get this done.

00:10:13.760 Okay, we're going to see you tomorrow.

00:10:14.340 Thank you, Steve.

00:10:14.940 Be here.

00:10:15.460 DeGrasse is going to be here.

00:10:16.360 The DeGrasse list is going to replace Cook Report.

00:10:18.560 Remember the DeGrasse report.

00:10:20.080 As soon as Alex changes over because we have the very efficient and here a little gonzo in the war room,

00:10:27.840 we're going to have the Jeff Clark.

00:10:29.000 And here's what I want to say about this Clark situation.

00:10:30.820 More articles coming out today about Clark and Davis.

00:10:37.560 MSNBC on Morning Joe today had the close-up shots of Jeff Clark and Mike Davis said,

00:10:46.440 hey, these are going to be senior guys, senior legal guys in the Trump administration.

00:10:50.360 And so Morning Mika absolutely melted down.

00:10:55.360 She lost it.

00:10:56.840 Clark's been working on something.

00:10:58.600 Jeff, take your seat right here.

00:10:59.680 And you don't have to get hooked up.

00:11:02.100 You're fine because it's just going to be you and I.

00:11:06.040 When I first heard about this, I said this is another one of these fantasy things.

00:11:09.700 And then I heard, no, Jeff Clark's actually working on analysis over at CRA.

00:11:12.800 Then I knew it seriously because, serious, you don't waste your time.

00:11:16.460 If Denver can put this up on the screen and maybe split it with Clark,

00:11:21.040 walk me through what this is about military intelligence because it is probably the most shocking thing I've heard in a while.

00:11:27.500 Sure.

00:11:28.120 So at the end of September, Steve, the Pentagon issued a guidance document, which is now up on screen, 5240.01.

00:11:38.560 And it revises a prior directive that the Pentagon had out from 2016.

00:11:44.420 And that 2016 directive had all kinds of civil liberties protections in it in a Section 3 of that document.

00:11:52.420 That's been removed and it's been replaced by an authorization to use a bunch of measures, including lethal force on the American people.

00:12:03.020 Full stop.

00:12:04.940 Yes.

00:12:05.720 What is this document titled what group in the Pentagon put it out?

00:12:10.440 Because we have the same posse comitatus, right?

00:12:14.020 You can't even call out the military.

00:12:16.520 How can you possibly, the Pentagon, give a directive who's supposed to be under civilian control that military intelligence,

00:12:23.240 I take it that's DIA, naval intelligence, all this, can actually use lethal force against citizens of this country?

00:12:31.980 And in particular, Steve, it's given the nature of this directive, it's using lethal force in anticipated protest activity that's occurring by the citizenry.

00:12:42.880 And I'll get to you our separate paper that was put out by Cuccinelli and Adam Turner about the use of military at the border,

00:12:54.120 where we have an extensive analysis of both the posse comitatus act and the insurrection act and how they fit together.

00:13:01.880 They'll never deploy the military to the border, but they will.

00:13:05.360 Yes.

00:13:05.980 So actually, hang on.

00:13:07.780 Military intelligence.

00:13:09.420 This came from Secretary.

00:13:10.440 Military intelligence is authorized in certain situations to use lethal force against American citizens?

00:13:18.220 Yes.

00:13:18.960 In a directive?

00:13:20.140 Yes.

00:13:20.320 From the Pentagon, from the Secretary of Defense?

00:13:22.600 From the Deputy Secretary.

00:13:24.640 But it's, you know, it's binding on the, well, I should say it's a guidance document.

00:13:29.760 So it's an order functionally.

00:13:31.200 It's a military order.

00:13:32.320 And there's an exception, which I cover in the Administrative Procedure Act,

00:13:36.320 where if you're engaged in military affairs, you don't have to go through notice and comment rulemaking.

00:13:41.060 But if this were not the Pentagon and you tried to do something even roughly equivalent to this,

00:13:46.020 it would have to go through notice and comment rulemaking.

00:13:48.780 How do they justify this in the report?

00:13:52.220 There's not a rationale.

00:13:53.560 That's another thing.

00:13:54.380 If the APA applied, the Administrative Procedure Act,

00:13:57.060 you need to provide, you know, an explanation of what you're doing in a regulatory preamble.

00:14:03.560 But you don't have to do that here.

00:14:05.180 It just gives a series of instructions, and it doesn't have to explain why this change is being made.

00:14:11.660 So at that point, right, we'd be going to, what is the Pentagon telling the press?

00:14:16.940 What are they especially telling the leftist press?

00:14:19.380 What they're telling them is, oh, the right wing is going crazy about this,

00:14:23.120 but you shouldn't be concerned about it, American people,

00:14:27.460 because it doesn't say that military troops can be used.

00:14:31.000 Well, that's about the most cynical attempt to, you know, sort of play games and use spin that I can imagine

00:14:37.120 because it does say that military intelligence can do it.

00:14:40.920 So a subset of the military can do it.

00:14:43.020 And this ties to an important article that William Arkin,

00:14:46.720 and you might want to have him on again, Steve.

00:14:48.520 I know he's been on the program before from Newsweek,

00:14:51.180 who has a lot of excellent intelligence sources.

00:14:54.260 He did this article in, I think, roughly May of 2021,

00:14:57.820 which I cover in my piece for the Center for Renewing America,

00:15:00.900 that explains that the Pentagon at that time, based on his analysis and information,

00:15:07.680 had assembled a secret army of 60,000 individuals engaged in military intelligence.

00:15:14.180 Maybe half of them are foreign, but the other half are focused inside.

00:15:18.180 And this is one of the reasons why, at the theoretical level,

00:15:21.320 I cover in the paper that what is the theory of intelligence in the Constitution?

00:15:27.300 It's not, there's not an express intelligence clause in the Constitution.

00:15:31.840 But what there is, is there is a Federalist paper that was written by John Jay,

00:15:35.560 who was probably their most foreign-facing member of the Key Three of Hamilton, Madison, and Jay.

00:15:42.800 And, you know, Jay basically says, look, you need intelligence in order to be able to exercise the treaty power,

00:15:49.860 because you need to exercise it with dispatch, and sometimes you need to exercise it with secrecy.

00:15:55.060 So that's externally focused.

00:15:57.040 But this is internally focused, Steve.

00:15:59.220 We shouldn't be using military intelligence assets to spy on the American people.

00:16:05.480 I mean, that's so contrary to the...

00:16:06.800 Well, it sounds like something Hamilton would actually cook up, right?

00:16:09.120 The Whiskey Rebellion.

00:16:10.040 I mean, come on.

00:16:10.680 Hamilton would go there, right?

00:16:13.500 Well, yeah.

00:16:14.080 I mean, look, they obviously...

00:16:15.360 Hang on a second.

00:16:16.400 Okay, let's Arkin.

00:16:18.700 Arkin's one of the smartest guys around, and he's polar opposite of MAGA.

00:16:22.640 Right.

00:16:23.060 Arkin is a fire-breathing kind of progressive that's always had a problem with centralization of...

00:16:29.800 He's an old-school liberal who's always had a big problem with an overbearing central state.

00:16:36.200 Yes.

00:16:36.480 Right?

00:16:36.700 He's written amazing pieces.

00:16:38.580 So Arkin says in his piece, he thinks there's a 60,000-man intelligence army that's out there,

00:16:45.280 and half of those may be here domestically and looking at people domestically.

00:16:53.860 Yes.

00:16:54.080 And his article, at the end, it covers a lot of spycraft things, which are interesting but maybe not so relevant to this directive.

00:17:03.420 But the first part of it ties directly to a piece of the directive because what he covers is they have entire cover operations, right?

00:17:11.780 So if they hire somebody as a contractor, they give them a secret identity, a different identity.

00:17:18.560 They set up social media accounts for them that are fake with fake friends that interact with them.

00:17:24.280 This must be quite the operation, Steve.

00:17:26.460 Fake credit card reports, they work with the banks because the banks kind of would look at some of this activity and be like,

00:17:33.000 oh, that looks like fraud, and so they call them and they say, as Arkin explains, no, this isn't fraud.

00:17:38.180 This is undercover classified stuff.

00:17:41.220 Don't mess with it.

00:17:42.380 And there's a whole section of this new directive from the end of September of this year,

00:17:49.280 just a few weeks, five weeks or so before the election, that has provisions about you're authorized to work for credit cards,

00:17:57.780 with credit card companies, to give supplies to the contractors.

00:18:01.880 And the contractor, Steve, this is one of the things I also think is very alarming but also very illuminating,

00:18:06.980 which is that the Pentagon can contract with companies and the companies don't even know that they're contracting with the Pentagon.

00:18:15.260 Because they use a cutout?

00:18:16.280 Because they use a cutout.

00:18:17.640 Yeah.

00:18:17.840 Okay, stop, full stop.

00:18:19.240 In the Constitution, we also have this thing about the House and the House controls the allocation of money,

00:18:25.540 the appropriation of money.

00:18:26.540 Yes.

00:18:26.760 Are you telling me that a Republican-controlled House Armed Services Committee approved this debacle of the gargantuan defense budget

00:18:37.160 and the defense budget actually has money in for DIA and other intelligence services that have a 60,000-man or 30,000-man intelligence army

00:18:47.400 that actually has guidance that they can use lethal force against American citizens?

00:18:52.100 Is that what you're telling me?

00:18:53.320 Well, otherwise, it's just like the Jack Smith situation with the judge.

00:18:59.300 How is this thing, you know, Jack Smith, love you, baby, but who actually appropriated this money?

00:19:05.140 Nobody.

00:19:05.800 So what are you doing here in my courtroom?

00:19:07.900 Are you telling me the Armed Services Committee approved?

00:19:10.400 Because this is not a small thing.

00:19:11.840 This is a large thing.

00:19:12.780 It's possible, right, that, you know, the intelligence committees –

00:19:16.820 You think the Pentagon lied to – you think they lied to the House and covered it up?

00:19:20.100 I don't know.

00:19:20.760 The one thing I do know, though, from Arkin's research is that Congress has never held any oversight of this 60,000-man secret army.

00:19:29.360 You ever seen the movie or read the book Seven Days in May?

00:19:32.540 I know you've referenced it.

00:19:33.760 Seven Days in May is about a military coup that takes place in the 1950s, Burt Lancaster, Kurt Russell.

00:19:39.800 The linchpin of the film is about secret bases run by – wait for it – military intelligence that does not come up anywhere.

00:19:49.720 Senators actually break this or the president of the time breaks it because senators go, hey, this was never appropriated.

00:19:55.480 Who actually gave money for this series of bases is going to take down communications called XCOM, I think.

00:20:01.180 It's going to take down communications. 0.94

00:20:02.680 And they tie it back to the Armed Services Committee never allocated money.

00:20:08.560 This thing has to be paid for.

00:20:10.540 It had to go through some process or it's being hidden.

00:20:13.680 So how come guys in the House, when the guidance is issued, going, well, hang on.

00:20:17.700 I don't remember us appropriating money for this.

00:20:20.720 They should be because we're not talking – while the directive is new in terms of the specific authorization to use lethal force and to use, as we'll get into, drones and to use these contractors, there's never been any oversight.

00:20:35.260 And this article from ARKIN came out in May of 2021.

00:20:39.360 So we're talking about more than three years ago.

00:20:42.260 What do you mean drones?

00:20:43.100 So this directive also authorizes the use of unmanned aircraft, and they could also be used to deliver lethal force.

00:20:54.160 Brother, I'm a big believer that there are no conspiracies, but there are also no coincidences.

00:20:58.860 This thing was issued –

00:21:00.820 Five weeks before the election, September 24th-ish.

00:21:04.300 Hmm.

00:21:05.280 And you could put it up on screen.

00:21:06.740 Yeah, let's get it.

00:21:07.940 Let's get it.

00:21:08.420 You can do half screen with us.

00:21:09.860 You don't need to see me.

00:21:10.860 You – people already know what it looked like.

00:21:13.100 You focus on Clark.

00:21:14.800 Okay, dude.

00:21:16.360 September 24th.

00:21:17.600 We got the document up?

00:21:19.080 September 24th.

00:21:20.640 That's my piece.

00:21:21.540 You want the other one that they put up.

00:21:22.600 Yeah, get that – go and cut to the document.

00:21:24.380 What – this thing comes up September 24th.

00:21:27.340 They're clearly sending a signal here, right? 0.99

00:21:29.760 They're sending a signal because they think MAGA are garbage. 1.00

00:21:33.740 They think MAGA is fascist, right? 0.99

00:21:35.520 So this is the administrative state and their military force totally against the Constitution.

00:21:40.860 Is it not also against existing law?

00:21:43.500 We can't even deploy – these are troops.

00:21:46.700 They're military intelligence assets.

00:21:49.000 This is the military intelligence arm of the troops.

00:21:51.320 You can't get away from posse comitatus by saying, oh, no, these are just the intel guys.

00:21:55.520 So, Steve, this is why –

00:21:56.600 I would be incorrect on that.

00:21:57.860 This is why I recommend that you read our paper about posse comitatus because what is posse comitatus?

00:22:03.520 It's a common law concept that we received into U.S. law and then back in –

00:22:08.620 During Reconstruction.

00:22:10.440 No, earlier than that, in Reconstruction, it underwent some changes and created a lot of controversies because they were using the posse comitatus to call out the military to protect voters in the South as part of Reconstruction, right?

00:22:23.320 So we cover all that history.

00:22:25.300 But what is the original tool?

00:22:27.320 The original tool is to be able to call out for law enforcement purposes all of the able-bodied men in the jurisdiction.

00:22:34.420 And eventually there's an AG opinion, Attorney General opinion, Attorney General Cushing.

00:22:40.480 He says that you can use that power to call out members of the military.

00:22:46.060 And weirdly – and this is one of the reasons why the posse comitatus Act was put in place.

00:22:51.800 They were able to call out members of the military and then second them to the marshals.

00:22:59.100 So they're pulled out of –

00:22:59.840 U.S. marshals.

00:23:00.260 Yes, so they're pulled out of the military line of chain of command and put into law enforcement.

00:23:05.620 So they're not – these people are not being used directly for law enforcement.

00:23:10.580 They're being used to supplement law enforcement.

00:23:13.420 They're not being used directly for military.

00:23:15.460 They're saying –

00:23:16.220 The military intelligence are not being used directly.

00:23:17.920 They're using a law enforcement capacity.

00:23:19.520 They're supplementing that.

00:23:20.940 But actually there's another statute we cover that actually does allow the military to supplement law enforcement.

00:23:27.640 It's a very complicated statute.

00:23:29.060 Hang on for one second.

00:23:30.020 Let me bring in – is Zar still with us?

00:23:32.240 So, Zar, now more than ever, we need – we need – I told you this is going to be a blockbuster, right?

00:23:39.500 You sure did.

00:23:39.900 Walk me through what you guys – what do you – because this is – you've been saying this.

00:23:44.640 You can't trust any of these guys.

00:23:46.360 Look what they've done here.

00:23:48.020 What can you do over at slnt.com?

00:23:51.440 I mean, you could instantly regain some more freedom, but I've been saying it for years.

00:23:57.180 Next year marks 14 years that silence has been in existence.

00:24:00.200 We make signal-blocking Faraday bags.

00:24:02.420 So you put any device inside here and close it, and you're instantly completely untrackable, blocking cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, RFID, and EMP.

00:24:12.900 I've said that a thousand million times.

00:24:15.340 The point is that we're popular as a company on both sides of the fence.

00:24:20.360 We support the military and the warfighter for being protected.

00:24:24.120 But at the end of the day, you know, people that live in the U.S.

00:24:27.240 We're also being spied on from clearly every angle, and there's going to have to be tools that are implemented into people's daily life to help mitigate that.

00:24:37.200 And silent is just one of those tools that makes a big difference.

00:24:41.660 Okay.

00:24:42.300 One more time.

00:24:43.180 Give the website.

00:24:44.020 How do people get the information?

00:24:45.360 Now more than ever, slnt.com.

00:24:47.820 Where do they go?

00:24:48.880 Now more than ever, slnt.com.

00:25:22.360 Love you.

00:25:22.860 Look forward to having you back on now more than ever.

00:25:27.120 You're very sophisticated and obviously incredibly smart.

00:25:30.720 Is this one a shocker to you?

00:25:33.300 It is.

00:25:34.160 And one of the things you're going to see in the piece, Steve, and I commend it to your viewers as well.

00:25:41.160 Grace is pointing out to everybody.

00:25:41.860 Get ready to read it.

00:25:42.820 Is that I think it's also a species of retconning.

00:25:47.260 I think there are classified directives to this effect that the Biden administration put in place that had already done these things.

00:25:55.220 This is just the public-facing version of it to try to bless it.

00:25:59.440 Wow.

00:26:00.180 Stunning.

00:26:01.780 So call Chad.

00:26:02.500 I'm going to try to get her on. 0.95

00:26:03.120 The DOJ just announced they're going to monitor Clark County for voting rights compliance on Election Day.

00:26:08.440 How do you read that?

00:26:10.040 They're already putting their thumb on the scale?

00:26:11.780 Yeah.

00:26:11.920 Well, look, back at the time of the Arizona audit, which I know you were very interested in following and pushing, the Pam Carlin, who you mentioned yesterday, when she was the acting assistant attorney general of the Civil Rights Division.

00:26:25.800 Criminal charges.

00:26:26.560 She sent a letter out saying, hey, don't do canvassing.

00:26:30.520 That could be viewed as coercing voters. 0.90

00:26:33.360 Yes.

00:26:33.740 And so this is the same kind of tactic.

00:26:36.120 And they're going to have the monitors there, right?

00:26:38.300 I just want you to remember on a personal level that my foes inside DOJ said DOJ can't be used in connection with elections.

00:26:45.300 It's only a state issue, Steve.

00:26:47.100 Real quickly, social media, where do people get you?

00:26:49.020 I'm at Jeff Clark U.S. on Getter and X and a real Jeff Clark on Truth Social and the Center for Renewing America, americarenewing.com, where the paper is housed.

00:26:57.920 I'm going to go tonight.

00:26:58.920 We'll probably hopefully get you back on tomorrow.

00:27:00.360 This is a blockbuster.

00:27:01.260 Jeff Clark, as always.

00:27:02.520 Thank you very much.

00:27:03.060 Short commercial break.

00:27:05.180 We're going to go to Nevada.

00:27:06.380 I think back to Pennsylvania.

00:27:07.320 All over.

00:27:08.220 Next in the world.

00:27:12.600 The elites are getting desperate.

00:27:14.200 They now want to use the technology behind Bitcoin for their own Orwellian purposes, their gold to dominate our economy by forcing everyone to use central bank digital currencies, which they control.

00:27:27.220 Imagine your every purchase being called into question, your every move tracked like you live in a communist country. 0.74

00:27:34.220 This is not the America we want, but it is the America they want to create.

00:31:32.800 If you canvass, because they know if you go and do the canvas, you're going to find their line.

00:31:37.660 They know this.

00:31:39.380 They're going to threaten them with criminal action.

00:31:43.760 God.

00:31:45.420 Back doing this again.

00:31:47.280 Unbelievable.

00:31:49.000 These people, they're going to be relentless.

00:31:51.720 That's why you got to beat them.

00:31:53.100 Don't sit there and, you know, don't get in the mumble tank. 0.99

00:31:55.400 Don't curl up in the fetal position.

00:31:56.860 I don't want any thumb sucking.

00:31:59.120 There's no whining in the War Room.

00:32:00.760 It is what it is.

00:32:02.780 We got a string of victories.

00:32:04.020 I realize some of these victories are tough and some of them are not the margin that,

00:32:07.780 we want it, but they're victories and we need one on Tuesday.

00:32:11.540 You must have one.

00:32:12.180 You're not going to have a country.

00:32:14.320 Grace, the posse's done an amazing job.

00:32:16.560 What do you got for us?

00:32:18.760 Yes.

00:32:19.040 So I just want everyone to remember it's voting is just not about showing up.

00:32:23.540 It's about voting down the ballot Republican to secure the House and the Senate.

00:32:28.360 So every single seat matters.

00:32:30.440 And, you know, especially in Washington for Joe Kent, it's a mail-in ballot state.

00:32:37.120 So I'm still writing postcards.

00:32:39.360 It's my last push to make sure that people check their ballots.

00:32:44.040 And if there's problems with it, reach out to your county to get a replacement ballot.

00:32:49.680 Also, my parents, they're old school.

00:32:52.520 They always vote on Election Day.

00:32:55.220 But today they text me saying they voted early because it's going to rain on Tuesday.

00:32:59.160 So check your weather.

00:33:00.540 And that's why get out, make a plan, vote early, take your friends, volunteer to drive

00:33:06.500 them there.

00:33:07.240 You can do tons of stuff to still get involved and to make sure that we secure the election.

00:33:13.660 And also we stood by President Trump since January 2021.

00:33:17.120 It was the posse that stood and held the torch for the MAGA movement.

00:33:21.960 So now we've got to close the deal.

00:33:24.860 OK, for the mass mobilization of the weekend, what is our call to action?

00:33:29.340 Where do you have people going?

00:33:30.740 Just where can they contact?

00:33:32.260 Because Tuesdays, everything.

00:33:33.980 Listen, folks, this is the fight.

00:33:36.420 This is from the Boston Herald, 15 February of 2021.

00:33:40.400 I just pulled this out.

00:33:41.060 We have a stack of this stuff.

00:33:43.060 15 February of 2021.

00:33:45.600 The lowest ebb of President Trump, the lowest approval ratings, everybody abandoned him,

00:33:52.800 the Republican establishment.

00:33:53.660 We laid out the game plan.

00:33:55.800 Bannon lays out strategy for Trump return right there and seeing excruciating detail inside

00:33:59.860 this newspaper.

00:34:01.060 This is the fight we wanted.

00:34:02.920 If you told me then, down the weekend beforehand, they would have failed to build a firewall with

00:34:09.760 mail-in ballots and all this, you know, vote for the whole month of October.

00:34:13.920 And particularly in Pennsylvania, instead of having a 1.1 million advantage, they have

00:34:19.260 under 400,000 votes, I think 387, and they know they need a 500 or 600,000 at the most.

00:34:26.680 This is the position.

00:34:27.980 This is like putting your armies in place.

00:34:29.740 This is what we always wanted.

00:34:32.220 She's backed up to the blue wall.

00:34:35.480 North Carolina, Georgia, and particularly the magnificent job in Arizona and in Nevada,

00:34:41.300 where now the two Senate candidates, Carrie Lake and, what is it, Brother Sam Brown out

00:34:46.900 in Nevada, are competitive because of Trump's, the numbers moving with us.

00:34:54.620 She's got to run the tables in the blue wall. 1.00

00:34:56.680 We know what it is, and it's going to take a massive, you know, mass mobilization.

00:35:00.480 We need two and a half to three million votes on Tuesday, but they're all there.

00:35:05.200 That's registered.

00:35:05.940 It's just folks showing up.

00:35:07.240 We have to do that.

00:35:08.060 So, Grace, where do people go?

00:35:09.720 What do you and JoJo get cooked up?

00:35:12.420 Well, if you have any questions, general questions, you can reach out to JoJo at

00:35:16.860 JoJoWFMA at Proton.me.

00:35:19.220 But continue to text, call, doorknob, whatever it is, especially at church.

00:35:26.460 Make sure that everyone that you texted before, because we did that mass get-out-to-vote campaign

00:35:32.260 like a month ago, make sure that you remind them to, if they voted, or to check their

00:35:38.480 ballots.

00:35:39.020 That's mission critical this weekend.

00:35:42.140 No days off.

00:35:43.500 We got to close the deal, and the posse is going to do it.

00:35:48.300 You can do it remote.

00:35:49.100 You contact these people.

00:35:50.260 Yes.

00:35:51.040 You can contact these people.

00:35:51.780 You can do phone banks.

00:35:52.780 You can do texting, all of it.

00:35:53.880 Grace, what is your handle?

00:35:57.420 You can follow me on Twitter, formerly known as X, at GC22GC.

00:36:02.440 Get her at Grace Chong, Truth at Grace Chong. 0.53

00:36:05.900 And make sure to follow JoJo.

00:36:07.520 She will give you the white glove service and answer all your questions.

00:36:12.460 Twitter, formerly known as X.

00:36:14.400 Grace is on here.

00:36:15.080 She's trolling nonstop. 0.93

00:36:17.380 Grace, you promised you were going to be, you were so good when I was gone.

00:36:20.520 You promised you were going to be good when I got back.

00:36:22.600 So, Grace Chong, thank you very much.

00:36:24.980 24-7, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Head Troll of the War Room.

00:36:31.700 Thank you, man.

00:36:32.240 Appreciate you.

00:36:33.960 John, yep, the Catholics, you know, Biden's supposed to have a lock on the Catholics.

00:36:38.100 I don't think so.

00:36:40.320 What do you got going, brother, over a Catholic vote?

00:36:43.760 Catholics for Catholics.

00:36:44.680 A lot of us think the same thing.

00:36:46.980 President Biden, Kamala Harris, do not have the Catholic vote.

00:36:49.600 We are pushing so hard on the ground.

00:36:51.460 We are the coalition partners with Turning Point Action.

00:36:55.200 Just a lot of credit to Charlie Kirk and what they've done and just understanding the power of coalitions.

00:37:00.400 Like, we know how to operate in our own space, us being the Catholics in this instance.

00:37:05.320 So, we partnered with them back in June at the People's Convention.

00:37:08.180 They said, here, here's the Catholic data, swing states.

00:37:11.740 You guys do your thing.

00:37:12.960 So, we've assembled a team of volunteers like many other groups, and it's just super localized.

00:37:18.980 That's the beauty of it.

00:37:19.840 We're not asking people to call thousands and thousands of people.

00:37:22.940 It's here are your 20 people.

00:37:24.820 They are close to your house.

00:37:26.520 You have to stick with them.

00:37:27.720 You've got to make sure that once you make contact with them, you actually, that they actually end up voting.

00:37:31.960 It's having tremendous success.

00:37:34.040 We're primarily operating in seven states like everybody else.

00:37:37.060 But it's Pennsylvania, it's Wisconsin, and it's Michigan.

00:37:40.420 Those three traditionally Catholic states, which are going to bring it home. 0.93

00:37:46.480 Okay, one more time.

00:37:47.640 Do we have that beautiful graphic?

00:37:48.960 Is that there?

00:37:49.900 Do we have the graphic?

00:37:51.560 Yeah, the tweet.

00:37:52.340 Can we put that up, and where do people go?

00:37:55.180 They go to cforc.com, chase the vote.

00:37:59.540 And we're signing up people and getting them set up.

00:38:01.940 It's super, super easy.

00:38:03.280 I mean, you can – it's not like you've got to learn a new system, get to do a training.

00:38:06.800 You're on there.

00:38:07.540 You get your names.

00:38:08.380 You get your texts, and you're off to the races.

00:38:10.420 We absolutely have to do this.

00:38:11.920 This is a spiritual war.

00:38:13.480 We know what this is.

00:38:14.840 This is atheistic Marxism coming in a different way.

00:38:17.000 You were just talking about how the Pentagon is targeting its own citizens.

00:38:20.140 We're aware of this, so our Catholic people will understand.

00:38:23.520 And that's why this is from today.

00:38:25.080 Turning Point Admin broke that the early votes out of Wisconsin in terms of Catholic voting is definitely pulling our way.

00:38:31.820 It's 56-32 percent in favor of Catholics.

00:38:36.400 And then even with Gen Z, it's 35-32 percent. 0.92

00:38:40.900 So we're even winning on the Gen Z generation among Catholic voters, which is huge for Wisconsin, which is awesome.

00:38:48.560 It's having an effect.

00:38:49.980 And kudos to President Trump for all he's done.

00:38:53.580 Yeah, absolutely.

00:38:54.540 Wisconsin is such a Catholic state.

00:38:56.040 It's where Kennedy won the primary.

00:38:57.740 They really put things away back in 1960.

00:39:00.800 Thank you very much, brother.

00:39:02.020 Appreciate you.

00:39:03.100 Have you back on.

00:39:03.560 Thank you, Steve.

00:39:04.140 Let's get that out, Grace.

00:39:05.240 Let's push it out.

00:39:07.220 Bringing in a Catholic right now that is working on Wisconsin, Matt Schlapp of CPAC.

00:39:13.480 It's good to hear the Catholics are chasing ballots out there. 1.00

00:39:16.960 Is it not, Matt Schlapp?

00:39:17.860 Let me tell you, I'm loving hearing all the great work that all these conservative warriors are doing all over the country.

00:39:26.080 I mean, this is a grassroots movement like we've not really seen in presidential politics in a long time.

00:39:32.420 I think it might even be bigger than 16.

00:39:36.740 Wow.

00:39:37.460 Tell me about, you've got a particularly bone to pick with what's happening out in Wisconsin.

00:39:41.800 And then I want to talk, you're actually physically in Pennsylvania right now.

00:39:45.200 Give me Wisconsin.

00:39:46.160 What's happening?

00:39:46.580 Look, I give all these people credit that are putting a lot of resources into getting people to vote early.

00:39:52.740 For me, I'm snakebit on all the fraud that we saw in 2020.

00:39:57.800 And I was on the ground in Nevada with Kurt Schlichter and Rick Grinnell and a bunch of other great people.

00:40:03.440 And what we realized is we were chasing our tail after the fact.

00:40:07.020 And what we want to do is be ahead of this thing.

00:40:08.620 So what CPAC is committed to doing is to have a seven-figure effort to have monitors on these drop boxes.

00:40:17.680 And we've had special attention in Milwaukee.

00:40:20.520 And we've now filed two complaints with the state of Wisconsin.

00:40:24.300 We just filed a second one literally a few minutes ago.

00:40:28.440 Steve, you're the first person to get this.

00:40:30.120 And what we saw on the ground in Milwaukee, what's been reported to us, is another example of potential illegal ballot harvesting, jamming multiple ballots into the box in Wisconsin.

00:40:45.120 You cannot do that.

00:40:46.100 As we know, the states all have different rules in Wisconsin.

00:40:50.180 They're more prescriptive.

00:40:51.580 So we have a legal affidavit that's been filed.

00:40:54.860 We have our second one.

00:40:56.960 And, you know, I think this has two important impacts.

00:40:59.600 The first one is we're building the legal case for what we know they did last time.

00:41:04.200 The second thing is, is that this is having a signal effect on others who think that they, in the middle of the night, can just walk into a drop box and drop 10, 50, 100, 200 ballots into a drop box, which you cannot do in the state of Wisconsin.

00:41:19.500 So we will, we're on this until the last moment.

00:41:22.780 And we will be making filings at every step along the way in every state where we find this wrongdoing.

00:41:27.860 Are you, I want to, before I talk about it, do you like where we're positioned that, you know, you and I have grinded on this for a long time.

00:41:39.660 If, if, if you had told me the weekend before, it would come down to us having to have a mass mobilization for Tuesday for actually game day, but that on either mail-in ballots or early voting or whatever you want to call the voting month, voting season, that they would have failed to build a firewall.

00:41:57.460 Would you say, say, Steve, I think that's pretty good work and we can win this thing?

00:42:03.180 Well, I think the first three things here, the first thing is we've won the argument amongst Republicans as to whether or not there's really fraud.

00:42:10.860 Even the establishment Republicans can see they opened up the southern border by their own count.

00:42:15.900 They let in 15 million people in.

00:42:17.820 We think it's a good 10 million more than that, obviously.

00:42:20.120 And now they're, Mark Elias is being paid by Kamala Harris in courtrooms all over this country to keep the illegals on the rolls, to say you don't need to have a valid ID to vote, to say people overseas who aren't really citizens have the right to vote.

00:42:33.540 They're doing everything they can to have all this illegal voting.

00:42:36.840 So I think Republicans get it, which is why Republicans are saying, if I vote early, I think I, I kind of foil the fraudsters.

00:42:44.200 What I worry about, Steve, in all candor is that in the state of Nevada and other jurisdictions, what they did to Adam Laxalt is the Thursday before the Tuesday election day, they knew exactly what they had to make up between the last day of early voting, because it's all public, and what they had to make up between that and Tuesday.

00:43:01.480 And then in Nevada, you can even vote after Tuesday because they don't require a postmark.

00:43:05.400 And other states have other crappy laws.

00:43:07.120 So we cannot take our eye off the ball just because the early vote numbers look solid.

00:43:13.640 These people will take these numbers, they'll figure out what the deficit is, and I don't think we can put anything past them to try to make up that deficit.

00:43:21.660 So it's incredibly important that we run through the finish line.

00:43:26.720 Now, Laxalt, this is a calling you and others.

00:43:29.360 Give that example again, because this ought to be burned into people's minds, why we've got to power through this and put up major numbers.

00:43:36.200 Go ahead.

00:43:36.940 I called Laxalt and said, hey, what gives here?

00:43:39.540 Like, what happened?

00:43:40.240 And this was like the moments after it looked like he lost.

00:43:43.900 I was like, you know, what happened?

00:43:45.580 He said, well, you know, the downside with early voting and doing so well in early voting, if you're in a corrupt place like Clark County, is they know exactly the deficit they have to make up.

00:43:56.880 So in some of these states, early voting will stop, and some states will stop today, and the R and D numbers will be posted on the Secretary of State website.

00:44:10.700 And if we've had a great effort in getting the early vote, they'll know the deficit.

00:44:14.200 And we have to be awfully careful, because they've got a hell of a good track record of making it up between now and Election Day.

00:44:22.980 So this is critically important.

00:44:25.120 There's so many people slapping each other on the back, and people deserve great credit.

00:44:29.140 Don't get me wrong.

00:44:29.720 Great credit for what they're doing.

00:44:31.440 But it can still be foiled.

00:44:33.300 So you've got to keep going.

00:44:34.780 Well, he was – I think he was up 20,000.

00:44:37.680 We've got to put up bigger numbers than that.

00:44:39.440 Also in Arizona.

00:44:40.540 I think it was 13,000.

00:44:40.640 In Arizona, it's great.

00:44:42.840 Yeah.

00:44:44.240 It was a big number.

00:44:45.560 It was a big enough.

00:44:46.120 It was a big enough.

00:44:47.960 Yeah.

00:44:48.900 That he had – the culinary union had to work overtime.

00:44:52.120 600,000 ballots of Republicans still out in Arizona, but it's extended through Monday.

00:44:58.960 We've got to drop those off.

00:45:00.200 Fill them out and drop them off.

00:45:01.400 Take the pressure.

00:45:03.160 Take the pressure.

00:45:04.800 Because remember, in the industrial process they did to set up the things, it was supposed to take 8 to 10 minutes.

00:45:11.020 The ballots, four pages long, are quite complicated.

00:45:14.060 They're now saying it would take 18 to 22 minutes.

00:45:16.200 They expect long eyes.

00:45:17.080 But they're doing it as a psyop to depress our vote.

00:45:21.920 That's not going to work.

00:45:22.960 The one way not to have it work is the 600,000 Republican ballots are outstanding.

00:45:27.240 Folks, fill them out and go drop them off.

00:45:30.400 Fill them out and drop them off.

00:45:31.720 And then you're freed up on Tuesday to be a force multiplier.

00:45:36.620 Give me your sense of Pennsylvania.

00:45:38.880 They don't have the 1,000,000 firewall they have.

00:45:43.480 They've got under 400,000.

00:45:44.760 How do you think it's going to go?

00:45:46.480 And what are you doing?

00:45:47.580 What's CPAC doing on this mass mobilization for Tuesday?

00:45:50.300 Yeah, well, you know, our big thing has been working Hispanic voters, which play a big role in Pennsylvania, Puerto Ricans, and others.

00:45:59.160 And also hitting the Catholics hard. 0.96

00:46:01.980 And as I've said, we've made a big effort into this idea of having people observing these boxes.

00:46:08.420 Look, it takes a lot of manpower to do it.

00:46:10.860 I'm not going to go into a lot of details about how we've been able to man up, but it's been great.

00:46:15.260 And I want the other guys to know that we're watching the boxes.

00:46:19.020 I mean, they shouldn't be sitting out there in the middle of the night on street corners in some of these states where they're just open to anybody stuffing them or, quite frankly, torching them or whatever else.

00:46:30.820 Steve, this is something that's very important for your listeners to understand, which is we are the only country that votes this way.

00:46:37.160 Nobody does drop boxes on streets.

00:46:38.920 Nobody.

00:46:39.400 Nobody in the civilized world does this.

00:46:41.440 America has become a version of a banana republic with the way we vote, 30 days of voting, illegals coming across the border, getting on the rolls because they get benefits from the federal or state government. 0.96

00:46:52.760 This has to end.

00:46:53.720 But in the meantime, we've got to play by their rules.

00:46:55.780 So we've got to vote early.

00:46:57.400 We've got to get these ballots back.

00:46:58.920 And, look, I think Pennsylvania is the state that breaks the blue wall.

00:47:02.200 I really believe I've been saying this from the beginning, and I think there's a couple of reasons for it.

00:47:06.020 I think the main reason for it is Kamala Harris can't close the deal. 1.00

00:47:09.680 She can't explain to anyone why her policies would make one single aspect of their life better. 1.00

00:47:16.020 And this is the state, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, that's going to deny her the presidency. 1.00

00:47:21.980 That's why Mercy and I were in Pittsburgh tonight with Cash Fatale and Rick Grinnell and others to bring the message home.

00:47:28.820 And you know what?

00:47:29.340 I was in an Uber, and he saw my Maha hat, Make America Healthy Again.

00:47:34.200 Steve, you look skinny, by the way.

00:47:35.880 And he said, I want your hat.

00:47:39.200 So, you know, when the Uber drivers who aren't that political are asking for your Trump merchandise, things are looking good.

00:47:44.500 Supreme Court rejects an emergency appeal from Republicans that could have led to thousands of professional ballots not being counted in Pennsylvania.

00:47:56.020 This is a big win.

00:47:56.980 This is by a liberal group.

00:47:58.220 It's breaking news right now.

00:47:59.540 Matt, where do people go to follow you and Mercedes on your efforts over the weekend?

00:48:04.280 Well, they first of all can just go to our website, CPAC.org, to follow all this.

00:48:09.460 Or they can follow us on social media.

00:48:12.780 I'm at mschlap.

00:48:14.280 What are you at, Mercedes, sweetheart?

00:48:16.180 She's at Mercedes on all the platforms, including X.

00:48:20.340 Follow us.

00:48:21.080 We're going to have more complaints coming.

00:48:24.360 Mercedes has the nice one.

00:48:26.340 Matt Schlapp's got the one that comes in a little snarky every now and again.

00:48:29.960 Hey, I'm cranky.

00:48:30.700 That's a warning to people.

00:48:32.620 I'm cranky that they put my friend Steve in jail, and we're happy to have you out.

00:48:37.780 But we haven't forgotten, and it's motivating us to work even harder.

00:48:42.720 Thanks, brother.

00:48:43.620 Thanks.

00:48:44.120 Appreciate you.

00:49:17.760 You saw today the jobs report.

00:49:19.640 We're going to go to a time of, quite frankly, a lot of turbulence, particularly when you have

00:49:24.600 things like, I don't know, military intelligence that now has a directive out.

00:49:28.780 They can use lethal force.

00:49:30.020 What in the hell is going on here?

00:49:52.200 Do not let a foreign entity or do not let a fraudster get into your title and take a secondary 0.99

00:49:58.500 mortgage out on your home that you got to, they get the cash, you get the payments.

00:50:03.280 Don't let that happen.

00:50:04.520 Okay?

00:50:05.500 And we got Jim Rickards.
