Bannon's War Room - WarRoom Battleground EP 656： Securing Our Elections; Ending Illegals Voting In Our Elections

00:00:00.000 this is what you're fighting for I mean every day you're out there what they're doing is blowing

00:00:13.060 people off if you continue to look the other way and shut up then the oppressors the authoritarians

00:00:20.800 get total control and total power because this is just like in Arizona this is just like in Georgia

00:00:26.520 it's another element that backs them into a quarter and shows their lies and misrepresentations

00:00:31.660 this is why this audience is going to have to get engaged as we've told you this is the fight

00:00:35.420 all this nonsense all this spin they can't handle the truth war room battleground here's your host

00:00:42.540 stephen k bannon okay tuesday 19 november year of error 2024 welcome to the six o'clock hour

00:00:56.520 um philip patrick joins us we got to talk about treasury because still the knives are out there

00:01:01.520 a bunch of breaking reports of kevin warsh scott besant um lutnik just got chosen for commerce

00:01:10.000 looks like uh the tariffs a part of the tariff situation may report to commerce now

00:01:15.060 i said before we left it was it's for public square.com it's public square.com not patriots

00:01:22.160 square public square.com the patriot economy companies that have your values go check that

00:01:27.800 out and of course my patriotsupply.com is joe reek in the team for those looking for the great

00:01:32.740 products on preparation mike lindell mike uh the war and posse has been bugging me all days

00:01:39.100 all day what kind of deals you're going to give people they love the deal so far the free shipping

00:01:43.400 all of it what do you got for us brother

00:01:44.740 okay we have no mike lindell we have we have philip i can do a monologue i can do a rant

00:01:58.760 okay we're gonna get we're gonna get these folks up in a minute um

00:02:04.980 um well let's continue on take it take a deep breath let's get philip patrick get our guest up

00:02:13.860 um here's where we stand right now what we stand is that they're making tons of announcements coming

00:02:20.220 out of uh coming out of uh mar-a-lago today you had the two co-chairs you had the two co-chairs

00:02:28.260 linda mcmahon from the wwe linda mcmahon remember linda put a couple hundred million dollars in senate 1.00

00:02:34.940 races in connecticut didn't win with small business administration in the first term she is a

00:02:40.780 fierce warrior she had the department of education it is fantastic she's over there i know they're

00:02:46.740 going to staff out with an absolute great team um howard lutnik from canter fitzgerald is taking

00:02:53.760 over the commerce department he's also going to have a a uh a big role in uh tariffs and trade we don't

00:03:02.200 know where um we don't know where lightheiser bob lightheiser negotiate all the deals with peter

00:03:07.720 navarro dr navarro my understanding is dr navarro is looking is working on a job in the white house to

00:03:14.300 assist president trump that's all to see if that plays out or not uh but dr navarro somehow will

00:03:20.300 land somewhere there on manufacturing and trade we'll report on that uh tomorrow is a mad gates of the

00:03:26.820 initial one so they got two more dr oz got uh got an administrator dealing with medicare and

00:03:33.260 medicaid their heads are blown up about that the big one that's outstanding right now is that um

00:03:39.740 fbi director fbi director is uh is cash patel versus mike rogers also i think jason chaffetz is

00:03:47.300 still in the hunt and the attorney general of missouri andrew bailey we'll see how that plays out

00:03:52.240 we're obviously big cash fans uh government gangsters if you want to learn about cash patel

00:03:56.300 and katie brit's staff should show her this they should rent it tonight and watch it government

00:04:02.700 gangsters you go to war room films.com you can get a dvd you can stream it you can do anything you

00:04:08.800 want it's on salem now if grace and mo would be so kind to put it up in the live chat and people

00:04:14.780 share it let's get it out there so more people know cash patel it's off his best-selling book

00:04:18.940 government gangsters and it's a good prep it's a good preparation for uh just understanding what

00:04:25.680 we're up against and quite frankly where the investigations are going to be centered

00:04:29.440 as he takes on the fbi he takes on doj etc do i have is it lindell we have up or philip patrick

00:04:36.420 okay we're trying to get uh mike lindell uh thank you for joining us sir can you uh talk to us about

00:04:41.700 pillows yeah steve i want to comment a little bit i was just watching your show the last hour and

00:04:46.980 you're talking about all the races they're trying to take in california i want people to know that

00:04:51.600 we are involved in every one of them trying to stop what they're doing and uh i just wanted to

00:04:57.200 tell you that people call me all the time steve said mike are you guys still going up but hang on

00:05:01.820 but hang on hang on tell me how you're stopping it because they're every day they're finding new

00:05:06.480 ballots whether it's in pennsylvania to california they're out these guys are relentless they're

00:05:11.220 trying to flip a couple more house seats make it even closer and they're trying to take down our

00:05:15.300 great presence on tv while we're in break they're mocking the president saying oh trump's under 50

00:05:20.640 you know he doesn't have a mandate so tell me what you're doing specifically to stop it well

00:05:25.700 very specifically we're gathering all the information and people on the ground in all the

00:05:30.860 places um um whether this will lead to taking this information whether it leads to lawsuits or to

00:05:37.760 um what we had before remember none of the judges in the last four years would look at stuff

00:05:42.760 based on merit they'd kick you out for standing i can't even look at that or they would sanction you

00:05:47.500 this different this time around we have not stopped looking at every single race that's out there that

00:05:52.900 there's in the process of stealing or that they they just tried to steal but they didn't have enough to

00:05:58.620 steal so we're it's basically steve it's a big very much gathering that information the plan we had

00:06:04.700 from the beginning and taking that now and we know what to do with it after the fact here and they

00:06:10.640 say well you got to wait till they do it in the middle in the middle of it can we get injunctions

00:06:14.360 to stop them i don't know but we have lawyers all over the place that are looking into that

00:06:18.540 i just want people to know um we've got the cause of america the election bureau all of us they're all

00:06:24.300 out there right now um watching doing gathering information now what we do with them we know what

00:06:30.480 we can do it at the county level steve at the county level the sheriffs can get involved i mean

00:06:35.660 there's so many things we've laid out at lindellplan.com if you go there we've laid it all

00:06:40.900 out and we have a lexus nexus we have all these sites you can go to and check this out and see

00:06:46.340 what's going on in your own state in your own precinct and in your own county

00:06:50.300 fantastic um people got to be on it because what they're doing now is trying to drive the vote below

00:06:58.260 50 they're going to say hey trump didn't have a mandate but that's what and they're going to try to

00:07:02.220 take this house seat out in california and there's all kind of nefarious activity in pennsylvania

00:07:07.160 uh cleta michael's going to join us at the bottom of the hour to to discuss that mike talk to me

00:07:13.720 about pillows yeah and the war room posse i can't thank you enough to even have time to be involved

00:07:20.860 with all the election stuff right now because you made it possible that i don't have to sit back and

00:07:25.580 worry about my pillow and my employees we've hired this is another news another 30 employees this week

00:07:31.640 um so you guys have made us one of the busiest companies again we want to thank you all and how

00:07:36.620 are we going to thank you well remember what made us famous the my pillow we sold over 84 million now

00:08:30.060 on your entire order go to the website you guys have all took advantage of uh the big ticket item

00:08:36.180 there's the flannel sheets steve's favorite right there remember and by the way i just found out the

00:09:12.640 we're breaking sales records right now and it's all because of i believe the war room posse was one of

00:09:18.600 the number one reasons behind that and uh you guys were there when i needed you the most when my

00:09:23.400 employees needed you the most and i want to thank you so much because i couldn't have done anything

00:09:27.820 else with the elections if i didn't have the war room support in my pillow every day

00:09:31.980 love you mike lindell keep fighting tell the folks right there we love them we'll see you tomorrow

00:09:37.860 morning we'll see you tomorrow morning on the show mike lindell ceo of my pillow philip patrick

00:09:43.400 you've been ringside with us i gotta ask you um there is a knife fight going on for secretary

00:09:50.340 treasury and they see all the big financial jobs howard lutnik just announced he's the co-chair

00:09:56.840 of the transition just announced his commerce secretary and it looks like the office of trade

00:10:02.100 rep i believe the way i read it is put underneath it i if lightheiser takes a role of probably at the

00:10:07.460 white house i know dr navarro is talking about some of the white house nec so walk through the

00:10:12.780 candidates still outside or i think mark rowan who is uh seat head of apollo uh you've got um

00:10:21.280 uh haggerty secretary of uh the the excuse me senator from tennessee um you have kevin warsh

00:10:29.920 kevin was a senior executive at a couple of banks and was the short he was the cover bid

00:10:36.380 the cover bid for the federal reserve job of pat the pal took and obviously that was a catastrophic mistake

00:10:42.660 and of course you got scott besant and then peter navarro maybe at nec uh how do you how do you from a

00:10:50.040 precious metals perspective and someone that is an expert in how to hedge problems how do you see that

00:10:57.860 how do you see that financial team look it's it's it's a strong team and much much stronger than what

00:11:04.720 we've got at the moment so uh it's encouraging to say the least last i checked at least on the betting

00:11:11.320 markets and you'll know more than me steve of course but it seemed to be a dog fight between

00:11:16.280 kevin warsh and and scott besant both decent candidates if i had to to pick a dog in the fight

00:11:23.220 for me the guy would probably be be best and i think he brings with him a fresh perspective this is a

00:11:29.220 non-traditional candidate it's a private sector guy not a sort of political or bureaucratic guy and i

00:11:36.240 think that there's a there's a chance he could inject some innovative approaches into the treasury

00:11:41.200 department of course he has deep financial expertise this guy managed the soros investment fund

00:11:47.960 billions in assets under management and i think perhaps most importantly of all his strategy tends to

00:11:55.040 align most closely with trump's right he is a pro-growth market-friendly policy guy and i think it resonates

00:12:03.440 with trump's uh emphasis on economic expansion so a strong team across the board but if i had to pick

00:12:10.420 for me it would be best and luckily i don't have to pick that

00:12:13.640 so scott besant has said this and president trump has said this and larry kudlow has said this that

00:12:21.080 this is the last opportunity we have really as an economy or country because of the how debt has

00:12:27.820 metastasized to have what we call a supply side tax cut something that looks to the production side to

00:12:34.100 try to drive that and incentivize entrepreneurs and companies to ramp up production given that that

00:12:42.280 we know that the overall framework or the framing of this is that these are people that look at the

00:12:48.180 world do supply side what is your recommendation what should the fiscal priorities for president trump

00:12:55.340 and his team be sir look i think there's there's a number of different things as they say in first

00:13:02.000 day training first you got to stop the bleeding right the federal government right now is hemorrhaging 0.99

00:13:07.520 funds trump has to slap some bandages cauterize some wounds he's got to claw back as much of the unspent

00:13:14.580 covid funds chips and infrastructure funds and reallocate that unspent money into meaningful programs

00:13:21.720 that will boost the economy we have to close the border right it's not directly a fiscal policy but

00:13:28.120 putting an end to mass illegal immigration will save the nation trillions of dollars in welfare spending 0.98

00:13:34.540 you know at the end of the day illegal immigration is a massive drain on public resources and we need 0.98

00:13:40.380 to open up public lands to energy exploration drill drill drill as the administration is saying the u.s bank ranks

00:13:47.580 first in the world in recoverable oil reserves we are in the top five for unexplored natural gas reserves

00:13:54.340 exploiting these resources will lower costs here at home and increase our our national wealth longer

00:13:59.980 term so in sum end wasteful spending shut down drains on our resources and start growing the economy in a

00:14:07.480 meaningful way if anybody can do it this team will do it but it is an uphill battle slashing spending alone

00:14:14.940 is not going to do it they could fire every federal employee it's not going to plug that two trillion

00:14:20.640 dollar deficit so we need growth to get out of this mess

00:14:24.160 president trump has team in the first i don't know month four weeks five weeks after takes the oath you're

00:14:33.620 going to hit the debt ceiling you still got it if we do the cr which i think is the way to do it kick

00:14:38.180 it into the new year like president trump's team the 2025 budget has not been done yet you got to wrestle with

00:14:42.780 what the deficit's going to be there you've got the dose team this i'm saying they ought to merge into

00:14:47.380 one process plus you got the tax cuts particularly the cat tax cuts for the for the middle class and

00:14:52.780 working class all revert by i think april by april 15th they're gone so a monumental structural issues

00:14:59.680 to deal with besides the southern border and the deportations and the geopolitical situation this

00:15:04.120 metastasizing war in ukraine uh the fiscal and financial have to be dealt with first that's why he has

00:15:10.600 to have a team and i think the team has to have their own points of view but also no listen to

00:15:18.680 president trump and because he's the one that's got to lead politically it's a minefield and biden's

00:15:24.000 left team and people say with such a great economy it's all pumped up by fiat currency it's all pumped

00:15:30.900 up by if you look at philip you and i talk about this all the time almost all these jobs either government

00:15:36.220 jobs or government adjacent jobs have been created the real underlying productivity of america is not

00:15:41.020 there it's just not and that's why people you talk to business people the commercial real estate markets

00:15:45.660 tanked right if people sitting on a trillion i think 1.2 trillion dollar of non-performing

00:15:52.100 rents and loans in uh in uh in bad loans in commercial real estate why because the economy's not

00:15:59.000 productive people know this folks know that you can't fool them this is one of the reasons they voted

00:16:03.480 for trump on every night on tv it's oh the economy's great the economy's great it's great for the uber

00:16:08.760 wealthy but not otherwise so i want to make sure people have the opportunity in this time of stress

00:16:16.400 is going to get a lot worse and president trump and his team is going to chop us the wood through here

00:16:21.460 but it's going to be tough of how they know how to hedge and where they go and and what you guys can

00:16:26.800 do and talking them through whether it's an ira 401k or whatever on precious metals and gold where do

00:16:32.460 they go how do they contact you and how they build a working relationship i think it's really simple

00:16:38.780 it all starts with information uh so we know we text bannon to 989898 or go to birchgold.com

00:16:46.600 forward slash bannon again birchgold.com forward slash bannon that will get them access to information

00:16:54.100 free information on how and why to invest in precious metals we talk a lot about debt we're talking about

00:17:00.780 deficits we're talking about de-dollarization around the world these things are not going away

00:17:06.040 overnight and precious metals is is how one protects in times like this so all they have to do is reach

00:17:13.020 out that'll get them access to the information and from there if they want to learn more they have

00:17:17.800 access to a lot of people like myself as you know steve who are there to guide them through answer

00:17:22.860 questions and and hold hands and make the process easy thank you brother birchgold.com slash bannon go

00:17:30.520 check it out now or bannon at 989898 whatever's easiest for you philip patrick thank you for coming

00:17:36.600 on and helping us guide through the wilderness of finance and economics philip patrick i hope we

00:17:44.520 don't lose him to the to the administration i'm sure he's in the short list for a bunch of potential

00:17:49.720 offices philip patrick or birchgold let's play russ vote one of our regular contributors here over at

00:17:55.920 cra let's go he's made the news this afternoon let's watch it i'm gonna bring in our own uh sunny

00:18:02.640 blonde natalie winters let's go and play that trump is now welcoming one of the chief architects of

00:18:09.880 project 2025's 900 page radical deeply polarizing and unpopular agenda to potentially play a starring

00:18:18.820 high profile role in his new administration abc news is reporting this quote russ vott who authored

00:18:26.740 a chapter on executive office of the president for project 2025's mandate for leadership the

00:18:33.020 conservative promise is under consideration for a cabinet level position in the next administration

00:18:38.620 and has been vetted by trump's transition team sources say they add this vott not only authored a

00:18:45.240 chapter but he was also deeply involved in drafting project 2025's playbook for the first 180 days of

00:18:52.280 a new trump administration he's now one of several project 2025 alums being considered for crucial high

00:19:00.380 profile roles in the trump cabinet joining our conversation is former congressman from florida

00:19:05.780 msnbc political analyst david jolly angelo carison is still with us david jolly your thoughts

00:19:11.160 look in normal political times even if you take the republican revolution of the 90s and their

00:19:18.560 contract with america a lot of this would be policy debate about the role of government and the role

00:19:23.300 of federal agencies and what we spend money on but in a trump era of politics it is now laced with this

00:19:30.760 idea of a powerful unitary executive where the authors of project 2025 donald trump might say he didn't

00:19:36.900 know anything about it but he's hiring all the people who wrote it and so their view of government

00:19:41.200 the people he is surrounding himself you know the old axiom in politics personnel is policy

00:19:46.040 donald trump is surrounding himself with people who have very aggressive constitutional ideas as well as

00:19:52.440 very aggressive views of the role of government and simply on the latter they would be happy to kind

00:19:58.240 of pull the rug out for most government services if they could if they can get that through congress

00:20:02.580 but even what they can't get through congress is where a lot of the the people who created project

00:20:07.820 2025 that are clearly now in donald trump's inner circle that the idea of a powerful unitary executive

00:20:15.400 or the idea that the president himself is now vested with all of these powers is something that used to

00:20:21.360 be anathema to republicans if you go back to the 90s to the the contract with america it was about

00:20:27.220 resisting additional powers to the presidency keeping them within congress that that was

00:20:32.560 truer to the vision of how we founded the nation when we broke from a monarch but under project 2025

00:20:37.820 and donald trump's penchant for wrestling control to his own resolute desk if you will and not letting

00:20:45.000 any control sit out even among the the administrative agencies that traditionally it had power that's where

00:20:50.720 this begins to test some real constitutional limits and the one thing about project 2025 these are not dumb

00:20:56.780 people they are ready to test the constitutional limits and they believe that they have a court system now

00:21:02.080 that will probably grant them their blessing did i mention this why these judges are so important

00:21:08.800 this fight that's taking place in the capitol this evening all hands on deck and when i say all hands

00:21:16.460 it means all hands on deck these are going to be late nights the democrats are prepared to go all night

00:21:21.660 and david jolly who's a pretty smart guy himself he's he's a apostate former republican who's not maga

00:21:29.320 who's obviously an elitist globalist but right there he walked through the theory of the case of this

00:21:34.380 whole concept of the unitary executive i would that is one central issue what i would say is this is

00:21:40.120 focused on the deconstruction of the administrative state something that is metastasized for so many

00:21:45.840 decades let me go to natalie get me up to speed cleta mitchell is going to she's in the house 1.00

00:21:51.460 cleta's going to join us and she's going to send the rest of the show with us but particularly talk

00:21:56.020 about this but most importantly they're stealing elections even as we speak in pennsylvania i just

00:22:01.240 heard that the congressman out in california may lose a seat by under 100 votes this is outrageous

00:22:07.060 tomorrow uh natalie winters the ethics committee is going to meet and they're going to vote and they're

00:22:13.320 going to try to shove this report out what's the latest that you hear on the matt gates confirmation

00:22:17.780 ma'am sure well may i may i just say whenever you hear republicans say what is it uh bipartisan

00:22:24.400 comprehensive immigration reform or if you hear democrats talk about anything being unconstitutional

00:22:29.160 full stop these people never care about the constitution in the first place so if that's their

00:22:33.840 first line of defense coming out against the project 2025 agenda it shows you how weak their arguments

00:22:39.040 are and how this is and always has been not just lawfare but political warfare in the case of matt

00:22:44.840 gates tomorrow you have the ethics panel the ethics committee convening not necessarily to have a vote

00:22:52.260 they could potentially vote on releasing the report of course 100 plus democratic lawmakers have signed

00:22:58.740 letters encouraging the release of the report they got the whole peanut gallery of a bunch of you know

00:23:03.480 sexual assault and rape activist types type groups signing letters trying to push for the report all

00:23:09.060 it would take is just one republican member of the panel to vote um to allow the report to be released

00:23:15.220 which would sort of be unprecedented the top democrat who chairs the committee has come out saying that

00:23:20.160 she does indeed think that this report needs to be released but even if there's some issue tomorrow

00:23:26.020 they actually decide to not vote on it there is a way that they should they could potentially do a work

00:23:31.560 around um any member of congress could go to the floor to tee up a vote on a privileged resolution

00:23:37.160 that could force the ethics committee to sort of circumnavigate a way to release the report

00:23:42.700 what is your sense on hegseth and uh our position here at war room is march or die when president trump

00:23:53.020 puts forward a nominee that nominee is going to be confirmed by the united states senate and we cannot

00:23:58.400 sit there and just start to waver in any of these what what are you hearing natalie on either hegseth gates

00:24:05.220 any of the others tulsi gnome and even bobby kennedy have kind of you know taken a back seat here

00:24:12.380 from the gabbert uh gates um hegseth trio uh any update well steve humble suggestion i said this when i

00:24:23.680 was hosting battleground but i think that we should rename this show to war room retribution instead of

00:24:29.880 war room battleground because that is what we are going to be getting because these nominees

00:24:33.440 will be confirmed like we were talking about earlier today on the morning show what you're seeing going

00:24:38.840 on now is just a continuation of the lawfare legacy that the left has waged against not just president

00:24:44.640 donald trump but the populist movement much more broadly for years and matt gates not just one of

00:24:50.340 president trump's staunchest allies in congress but this is someone who has taken on confronted face

00:24:55.800 to face you know stood down the nine barrel shotguns as president trump was saying about liz cheney and

00:25:02.300 won when it came to the first impeachment of president trump and that's why they're so scared of him and

00:25:06.980 might i just add steve i think it's quite rich and i'm gonna play my woman card here because i'm allowed

00:25:12.220 to i'm sorry let's investigate every other member of congress on their shall we say untoward dealings

00:25:20.320 in the realm of what sex trafficking human trafficking i'd start with the democratic

00:25:24.800 party and you know who else i'd look at not just hunter biden but the entire biden doj who went out

00:25:30.600 of their way just last year to what wipe information from their quote citizens guide to child sex

00:25:36.360 trafficking laws that was from the doj website and also remove from their areas of top concern

00:25:42.200 quote international sex trafficking of minors domestic sex trafficking of minors and child victims of

00:25:48.360 prostitution so this newfound sense that i don't know democrats and that established republicans

00:25:53.480 care so much about oh evil sex traffickers matt gates is not a sex trafficker but i would encourage 0.88

00:25:59.340 that those people use that same newfound sense of urgency to investigate matt gates with such hate such

00:26:04.980 hatred and vitriol to go after actual deranged perverts who i'm sure this audience knows full well

00:26:11.240 flood the halls of that hallowed institution that is the united states congress every single day

00:31:34.720 one of the contributors not going to go inside the trump uh 2.0 the trump administration we got to keep

00:31:40.560 some out heck i don't know rickard's cadet and up over the ca you never know where he'll pop up

00:32:04.060 rickard's a paradigm press but it's meltdown 24 he's had to get a simpler title and it is a meltdown

00:32:10.040 meltdown on capitol hill right now with the progressive forces in meltdown but man they're

00:32:14.660 putting up a good rear guard action meltdown 20 uh 24 cleta mitchell first off get us a situation

00:32:22.000 let's get a sit rep on where we're saying because man i'm telling you you think this thing's over and

00:32:27.020 it's never over they're still in pennsylvania in in uh in um palace verdes i think it is the

00:32:33.940 congressman there it's 100 votes it's 99 votes and the democrats are all of a sudden you're still

00:32:38.620 generating and you get ballots coming in right give us an update on where we stand and particularly

00:32:43.180 in this fight to keep president trump over 50 because they're going to say way no mandate under

00:32:47.580 50 where are we well let's start with pennsylvania um they're only doing the recount for the senate race

00:32:56.100 in pennsylvania and the supreme court surprisingly yesterday last night told the counties that they

00:33:04.260 had made their decision some weeks ago that that absentee ballots had to be received by

00:33:10.540 the date of the election and they had to be dated and any undated absentee ballots cannot be counted

00:33:18.280 and they also said that any election official in any county in pennsylvania would be subject to

00:33:25.140 contempt of court should they decide to count those ballots anyway so that democrat commissioner in um

00:33:31.000 in bucks county who said well i know that i know what the court said the law is but people break the

00:33:36.340 law all the time so i'm going to vote that we're going to count these ballots anyway and the supreme

00:33:40.300 court uh i think i don't think they took kindly to that so those ballots have been ordered to be

00:33:46.240 removed from the count but today uh the remember what mark alias mark alias has done this before by the

00:33:54.960 way steve this is what he did in minnesota in 2008 when norm coleman had won re-election to the senate

00:34:02.060 he beat coleman by 300 votes right well coleman had won on election day yes mark alias goes in this is

00:34:08.680 how al franken got into the senate and um and and what he did was he just kept finding ballots finding

00:34:16.040 votes and got a judge to let him count all the provisionals all the absentees until they got enough to

00:34:21.460 to take norm coleman out of the senate so are we sure that mccormick's going to win here i mean

00:34:27.400 what's the status well the mccormick lawyers seem to think that the the margin is 15 000 now they seem

00:34:33.560 to think that they're uh they're not they don't seem to think that uh casey can overcome that however

00:34:39.480 today okay it's the 15 000 in pennsylvania nothing they can create that they'll be generating them

00:34:45.040 ballots overnight well that's they stole it from trump in 2020 you saw it people people went to

00:34:52.180 bed he was 833 000 up and you get up at six o'clock in the morning and by all sudden biden's making

00:34:58.400 things to open up where in the hell these things came from and by saturday afternoon they called it

00:35:02.800 right so i don't pennsylvania no way exactly and so today uh what mark alias did today was now he

00:35:09.540 he pivoted to dealing with provisional ballots that were cast in person on election day had not

00:35:16.700 been counted and they went back well they've been counted if they a provisional ballot is issued if

00:35:22.120 your voter registration is wrong or you don't sign it or there's something some problem you vote in the

00:35:26.520 wrong county you vote in the wrong precinct um they're allowed to vote on statewide elections only

00:35:32.660 but they're not if they're not signed as they're supposed to be then they're not allowed under law to be

00:35:39.160 counted so they went into some counties today only in blue counties not in red counties but in blue

00:35:45.600 counties and argued that the election boards should agree to count the provisional ballots even if they

00:35:51.780 weren't signed but only in certain counties so now i don't know if they're gonna if they're going to go

00:35:56.780 back to court but who's up there looking after mccormick's interest the rnc's interest the president's

00:36:02.520 interest is somebody on top of this well they have a lot of lawyers the rnc has lawyers mccormick has

00:36:07.360 lawyers um i know that a lot of the lawyers were dismissed after president trump won on election day

00:36:14.660 and then there was an urgent call for people to come back but once casey uh said he wasn't going

00:36:21.040 to concede and mark elias said he was going to pennsylvania so they called people back but um look

00:36:26.620 i mean i i'm just always very nervous because i know mark elias has absolutely no hesitation

00:36:33.360 whatsoever to do whatever the hell he he needs to do i want to go i want a guy like that on my side 0.52

00:36:38.880 well i hate to say i hate to say hey hey i hate to say it that i want one of them i want one of them

00:36:44.880 uh california now is it lee michelle lee who's michelle uh steel i think michelle steel right

00:36:51.240 voted married to the uh from palace verdes i think married to the former chairman of the state party

00:36:56.960 she's a warrior yes i think it's down to 98 votes right 98 ballots right there's going to steal that 0.97

00:37:03.580 in front of in front of our eyes are they not well look at california and answer answers your own

00:37:09.220 question i mean these places are a nightmare there's no ballot security there's no ballot integrity 0.98

00:37:15.800 they keep getting ballots in you know they have this ridiculous federal with this ridiculous federal

00:37:21.860 statute on the it's supposed to be the military vote but it turns out the military component of it is

00:37:26.880 now down to about 15 percent it's mainly overseas uh people who may or may not be citizens of the

00:37:32.720 united states and they are allowed to submit that to turn in ballots in north carolina in north carolina

00:37:39.520 we have a republican supreme court candidate who was leading at the end of election day by 6 000 votes

00:37:46.580 that is now down to 28 votes because the state board of elections was still receiving ballots as of

00:37:53.700 last thursday and they stopped publishing the required data to be able to know whether those

00:37:59.880 are legitimate or whether they were just so what okay but what are we doing to stop that how that

00:38:05.500 happened you folks down in north carolina are pretty pretty on top of things the people

00:38:09.620 in the election integrity movement are on top of it they're the ones who have the data they're the

00:38:15.540 ones who've been raising questions about this um i just have to say that just sometimes the people

00:38:21.860 who've been doing this a long time who are more establishment shall we say they're too timid

00:38:27.720 they're very timid we worked really hard to try to get them to get the state board of elections to

00:38:33.960 publish all the data they didn't do it and you know see sometimes i just think i don't know what we do

00:38:40.300 about the establishment to make them understand the war we're in i just don't quite well you don't you

00:38:45.500 have to replace okay my theory of the case is you can't they're grown men and women they're grown-ass men

00:38:51.360 and women as we say in the commonwealth virginia and if they don't understand we're in a war then 0.99

00:38:55.740 you got to be replaced we did in the precinct strategy i think we now need to do it in the

00:38:59.860 election integrity you need warriors where we close the deal in certain states you had the people around

00:39:06.060 the counting table and there was as as they try to do funny business because if they can't steal it

00:39:10.840 they can't win mark alias knows this that's exactly right so if they can't steal they can't win they

00:39:15.180 got that they're they're smart people we just need as many tough people as possible i want you

00:39:20.660 the reason i wanted to have you through here today was not just an update you have been working on a

00:39:25.140 project and you're very tight with the rnc and you're very tight with bill mcginley in in going to

00:39:30.200 be the white house council it was a great pick one of the reasons president trump closed the deal

00:39:34.060 we closed in 16 and we closed in 24 not just a president trump deliver the vote and the grassroots

00:39:40.740 turn out with grassroots operations because we didn't have really that much money in either time

00:39:45.160 we had lawyers that that time was don mcginley his wingman was bill mcginley we were ready to go we

00:39:51.020 had stuff drafted even in this tight things in michigan and wisconsin they didn't even come

00:39:56.520 try to cross us because they knew we were ready in 2024 bill mcginley stepped up he did it he ran that

00:40:02.860 whole group over the rnc and at the campaign it wasn't like 20 you had lawyers on top of things and now

00:40:08.120 he's white house council and as president trump said this is still a priority for me we closed

00:40:13.340 24 although they're out there right now trying to take his vote down below 50 and try to pick up

00:40:18.760 another senate seat and steal a couple of house seats in supreme court and other stuff around the 0.89

00:40:23.580 country it's a high priority so given your relationship with everybody you're you are talking

00:40:29.500 about a bill and a lot now when you talk to maga or conservatives and particularly we're trying to

00:40:35.560 deconstruct the administrative state we're trying to make this place smaller and focus on liberty

00:40:40.120 and now our girl cleta walks in who we love and cherish and she's saying hey i want to talk about

00:40:45.640 a federal law over elections we sit there go oh my god no we can't do it so make your case why it's

00:40:53.120 federal law that screwed this thing up and why that has to be reverted the floor is yours ma'am for over

00:40:57.740 three decades we have basically four federal statutes that have completely wrecked our elections

00:41:04.380 let's start with the national voter registration act remember this is motor voter and this is the

00:41:10.340 this is the law that requires voter registration at every department of motor vehicles you get your

00:41:16.040 driver's license you get registered to vote and at social services agencies where they hand out

00:41:20.360 welfare benefits that law needs to be overwhelmed overturned because that's the that's the basis on

00:41:27.860 which the supreme court ruled that states cannot require proof of citizenship so that needs to be

00:41:33.180 repealed we need to we need to require we're not going to get rid of the registration at driver's

00:41:40.580 license agencies that's fine because of the real id law now the driver's agencies actually have

00:41:47.020 citizenship data we need to require that before anybody is registered that the driver's license

00:41:53.460 agency has to make sure that this person is a citizen and we need to run the citizenship data

00:41:59.400 in the voter rolls i mean against the voter rolls in every state the driver's license agencies have the

00:42:05.400 data and then what we have to do is we have to repeal the parts of the national voter registration act

00:42:12.060 that make it impossible to clean the voter rolls the reason our voter rolls are such a mess is

00:42:18.800 because every election office in america for 30 years has been told you cannot take anybody off the

00:42:26.140 rolls even if they're non-citizens that's what the this is a ticking time bomb because this is how 0.99

00:42:31.260 in nevada and other places this is pennsylvania when you have these corrupt voter rolls yes they've got

00:42:36.120 the names funny names they can just generate ballots and use those names of people that no longer exist

00:42:40.940 don't belong in the state dead beyond well nevada is the worst because everybody on the voter rolls

00:42:46.580 gets a ballot everybody you have hundreds of thousands of bad registrations and they all get

00:42:53.640 ballots and there's very little transparency but so those are these are things that congress has put

00:42:59.820 in place okay those are two what you said there were all right there's the help america vote act which

00:43:04.780 22 years ago is what congress passed after the bush v gore election in 2000 and it required an

00:43:12.560 appropriated money to get required every state to get rid of the old punch card systems and the old voting

00:43:18.360 equipment with the levers we could do that again today and require that we get rid of these touch screens

00:43:27.760 we get rid of these insecure problematic systems there is precedent for it and congress is this

00:43:35.300 where i is this where i take out the machines correct you know if you have if you want to have

00:43:40.120 hand marked paper ballots you have and security what's the is that all three that have to come to

00:43:45.680 the other one is the unit what is called uo kava the uniformed overseas citizens absentee voting act

00:43:53.300 everybody thinks that that's for military let me tell you something we need to have a law for the

00:43:58.580 military deployed military and we need to have a separate statute for overseas citizens they need

00:44:04.680 to provide a copy of their valid passport they need to have to register if they've never been

00:44:09.360 registered in state they need to register at the state department and cast a ballot for president

00:44:13.740 counted in the district of columbia they're they are well hang on but if i'm a city in the

00:44:20.000 commonwealth of virginia i just happen to be living in north africa for a year on work that's different

00:44:25.660 that's different okay you're saying these are people that are actually living in that country

00:44:29.740 permanently and have never lived in the united states they have never lived in the united states

00:44:35.040 and have no plans to return what a shame and they have to provide no foreigners foreigners 0.99

00:44:39.440 do you know how much money the democrats invested this year and getting overseas how much uh almost

00:44:45.480 two million dollars okay so i get the motor voter registration and the social worker registration

00:44:50.860 is one i got to clean the voter rolls yeah i got the i got the machines and then i've got this

00:44:57.460 uo kava these are rat this is a rat's nest and you're saying yo steve this was all done by federal

00:45:02.840 law yeah congress broke it congress needs to fix it okay so give me the clita now i'm now i got it 1.00

00:45:08.260 people tell me clita trying to get a new federal law i go that's not my clita but you're saying 0.60

00:45:12.560 over 30 or 40 years congress has stepped in to do pieces and they've got a they've bad things they

00:45:19.140 got a rat's nest this has to be unwound what is the clita mitchell law that you then want to put 1.00

00:45:25.000 forward and what does it take care of it takes care of i think that you know all of the things that

00:45:29.980 allow ballots to come in after election day that's all been done by the federal government we need to

00:45:34.420 stop that we need to make sure that uh we get rid of this ballot curing what is this you can come in

00:45:41.180 fix your ballot or somebody fixes it for you no thank you that's all of these things have arisen

00:45:46.440 because these federal statutes but because what needs to happen is that reconciliation is what the

00:45:53.140 house and the senate are working on now they're working on a first 100 days program for the president

00:45:57.840 i am praying i have asked i'm asking everyone i can ask include election reform in this bill in

00:46:08.700 reconciliation oh wow hang on whoa talk about reconciliation okay normally it's a lot of bad

00:46:15.540 things happen it is right a lot of it's a it's not the same as the continuing resolution it's

00:46:20.760 reconciliation but it's reconciliation but it's another thing that normally we hate not good

00:46:26.360 things happen okay we get jammed up on reconciliation now they're talking about doing tax cuts and all

00:46:32.740 immigration reform deconstruction of the administrative state the reconciliation bill

00:46:38.160 because you don't have to break cloture you don't you don't have to have 60 votes in the senate

00:46:42.340 this is to get this is a workaround of the filibuses so ladies and gentlemen put in your calendar

00:46:47.700 there's going to be a record i think the first time we can do it is in early 2025 correct there

00:46:53.780 write it down there is going to be a weekend that they will be burning down this capital the democrats

00:46:59.200 will be out in the biggest protest you've ever seen that's right because right now there are people

00:47:03.800 i know that are working on i don't know policies i think the war room posse would love and nurture

00:47:10.640 and it's all going to jam into one building so so hold it so and so cleta's part of the

00:47:18.420 reconciliation bill would include what it would include the things that i've talked about yeah

00:47:23.100 turn all those around all of those things getting rid of the machines clean the voter rolls no

00:47:28.120 no immediate registration at a welfare office or thing yes and shut down this whole crap about

00:47:34.180 these people living overseas forever never live in the united states or if they do vote it comes to

00:47:38.800 the district of columbia so which we don't care so here i still vote in the district of columbia i'm

00:47:43.800 going to move it to a state that it counts in but i looked the other day i'm not sure they've counted

00:47:48.180 my votes in the last couple elections because there's so few republicans said because in dc they

00:47:54.020 stir the republicans throw them out they know who you are i think in my section it was like we had

00:47:58.380 like three votes well you know that president trump got six percent in the district of columbia this

00:48:03.120 year and you know what that's huge because romney got three percent he doubled romney well that's

00:48:08.440 what i thought they'd count them all um and then let me tell you one other thing we've got to do

00:48:13.820 something about the census we have to say that there is a sense a citizenship question on the center

00:48:20.260 in the census come on lady i was that said i was the citizen question guy that worked for after we

00:48:25.780 did the travel ban i said president trump's going to do sense and we had it we had it and they blinked

00:48:31.920 after we got out wilbur ross and the department of commerce and they came back and they gave president

00:48:36.800 trump totally wrong information and we took that the only way you're going to get this thing sorted is

00:48:43.060 in a statute in statute and you got it and you got to do it right away and you must have that question

00:48:48.740 in the census that's right what kind of change would that make in the next census that we're

00:48:52.140 going to do well here's the next thing we have to do is we have to say that apportionment of house

00:48:56.240 seats must be done on the basis of citizen population not total population if we required

00:49:04.980 representation in the congress to be based on citizens california and these states that have these

00:49:12.100 huge uh illegal populations would no longer get to count those for purposes of political power

00:49:18.500 this is so war and posse we only bring you in for the tough ones and the important ones

00:49:22.500 alex de grasse because i'm sitting there going about how much they're trying to steal on these

00:49:27.880 things the great young alex de grasse who i think i can announce is not going to go to the united

00:49:32.960 nations with stefanik stefanik's terrific but she's alex is going to continue to work because he's a rock

00:49:37.860 star i asked him this very question i said i got clina coming on today she's talking about a new bill i

00:49:42.860 think part of that bill is going to be my question about citizenship because it's logical and it makes 0.99

00:49:49.260 you have to do it have to do it i asked him i said alex on these dem democrat gerrymandered

00:49:55.600 districts that count this stuff how many seats are we talking about that would be realigned

00:50:02.260 automatically to republicans he goes at least 12 yes a dozen yes in the biggest states that have the

00:50:08.740 problem california and illinois to start off with he also said new jersey but 12 we're talking about

00:50:14.340 something that delivered 12 with nothing else changing right 12 seats right this is so huge

00:50:19.960 it is huge now where do you stand we got to bounce up you're going to sit here we're going to talk for

00:50:24.900 a few minutes after the show um how far down the path you're here i'm this is what i'm doing here
