Bannon's War Room - WarRoom Battleground EP 695： President Trump Addresses Members Of Congress

00:00:00.000 Thank you all so much. We have been waiting a while, and you've been very patient, and it will be well worth it.

00:00:09.900 My friends, I want to tell you, welcome you to Doral International, Trump's fantastic property, and to the new golden age of America.

00:00:18.780 America's back, my friends, that's right.

00:00:23.480 America really is back. We felt it before we left Capitol Hill. There's a new atmosphere, a new change.

00:00:28.740 People are excited, and we feel that around the country. Many of you went home and heard that from your constituents and your family and friends.

00:00:36.240 Something is happening. It's very exciting. America is back. Common sense is back. Strength is back again. That's right.

00:00:46.680 What's happening around the world right now is interesting as well.

00:00:49.820 Our allies and our friends are encouraged again, and our adversaries are nervous. They're on notice.

00:00:55.640 They see what's happening because something has changed. There's a new sheriff in town, and American strength is back, and we have been so excited for that.

00:01:04.480 The country has been waiting upon it, and the reason for that is because our new president is back in the White House, the 47th president of the United States.

00:01:13.520 First, he doesn't need a long introduction, and I won't give you one, but I would just say this.

00:01:22.520 The first week in office was the most momentous of any that anyone can remember, probably of any administration,

00:01:29.000 and he's already accomplished more for the American people than his predecessor did in all four years.

00:01:34.720 There's more of that to come. That's right.

00:01:36.340 And as House Republicans and Republicans in the Senate and the House joined together, we are going to bring forward the America First agenda.

00:01:46.200 We will be a part of this new renaissance in America, the new golden age, and it begins right now.

00:01:52.220 My friends, my colleagues, ladies and gentlemen, I am so excited to introduce to you tonight the 45th and the 47th president of the United States, Donald J. Trump.

00:02:03.360 Let's hear it.

00:02:03.740 And I'm proud to be an American, where at least I know I'm free, and I won't forget the men who died, who gave that light to me, and I gladly stand up next to you when they met her still today.

00:02:23.260 Because there ain't no doubt, I love this land. God bless the USA.

00:02:31.220 From the lakes of Minnesota, to the hills of Tennessee, across the plains of Texas, I'll see the shining sea.

00:02:56.560 From Detroit down to Houston, and New York to LA, where there's pride in every American heart, and it's time we stand and say, that I'm proud to be an American, where at least I know I'm free.

00:03:20.080 And I won't forget the men who died, who gave that light to me, and I gladly stand up next to you, and they've been her still today.

00:03:33.780 Because there ain't no doubt, I love this land. God bless the USA.

00:03:41.260 God bless the USA.

00:04:11.260 God bless the USA.

00:04:13.260 God bless the USA.

00:04:18.260 Thank you very much, everybody.

00:04:27.500 I want to thank you all and congratulate you. I mean, just this is a very big congratulations to our reelected House Republican majority on your largest popular vote.

00:04:41.500 Did you know that since 1928? That's a long time, Mike, right? That's a long time.

00:04:45.860 But I especially want to thank our outstanding leadership team. Speaker Mike Johnson, we all know so well. He's doing great.

00:04:52.860 Majority leader, Steve Scalise, who's gone through so much, and he looks better today than he did 10 years ago. I don't know what's going on. Thank you very much, Steve. You look great.

00:05:07.860 Majority whip Tom Emmer. Tom, thank you. Great job.

00:05:14.860 And House Conference Chair Lisa McClain. Lisa, thank you very much. Appreciate it. Great job.

00:05:20.860 Thanks as well to all of the incredible House members and staff for your tireless work on behalf of our country, along with Congressional Institute CEO Kelly Strickland. Thank you very much. Thank you, Kelly. Thank you very much.

00:05:34.860 So we have Kelly Ann Conway. Nobody knows Kelly Ann. Does anybody know? Where's Kelly Ann? She's around. She's so good. She's a good person, too. It's a good person, too. And the mayor of Hialeah. I love this guy because he said, sir, we want to name a major boulevard after you. And he did it.

00:05:55.860 Anybody that names a boulevard after me, I like. I like him a lot. Esteban Bovo and Hialeah, mayor of Hialeah. Thank you. Wherever you may be. Esteban, where are you? Thank you. Thank you very much. Thank you. Great honor, actually. A lot of people come back from Hialeah. They say they just named a road after you. I said, that's OK. It's a beginning, right? It's a start.

00:06:20.240 With the help of everyone in this room, we've just won the most epic, consequential political victory in American history, according to a lot. One of the major fake newspapers. So in this case, it's not fake news, let's say. But they said it's the most consequential election victory in the last 129 years. I'm trying to figure out what that means. 120. Who was there 129 years ago? But it is. It was a great one.

00:06:47.060 And at the presidential level, we won the popular vote for the first time of any Republican in decades.

00:06:54.560 We swept all seven swing states, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, Georgia, North Carolina, Arizona and Nevada by very, very big margins, record setting.

00:07:05.600 And for the first time ever, all 50 states. Did you know this? Shifted toward the Republican Party. We've never had that before. Nobody has.

00:07:13.140 It's never happened before. You must be doing a good job, fellas. We won the largest number of African-American voters in Republican history, including 39 percent of black men, a record by a lot.

00:07:27.960 So that's really nice. Thank you. And we won more Hispanic-American votes than any Republican ever. It's never won any. Not even close.

00:07:36.380 Look at that Hispanic-American. We made historic strides with youth, men, women, urban, suburban and rural voters.

00:07:45.960 And in a political earthquake. Yeah, sit down. Just enjoy it. What the hell? We're going to be here for a little while.

00:07:51.940 But in a political earthquake, we won a wave of support from labor unions, including massive numbers of auto workers, which gave us Michigan as an example.

00:08:03.920 Think of that. We won Michigan easily and we did tremendous with the auto workers and an overwhelming majority of the rank and file membership of the Teamsters.

00:08:12.800 The Teamsters were great. They showed up in droves and we won them by a lot.

00:08:16.260 Together, we're forging a new political majority that's shattering and replacing Franklin Roosevelt's New Deal coalition, which dominated American politics for over 100 years.

00:08:26.680 That's what we're doing. And what Mike said before, common sense. It is a little bit of common sense.

00:08:33.060 Maybe it's a lot of common sense. Under our leadership, the Republican Party has become the proud voice of hardworking American citizens of every race, religion, color and creed.

00:08:43.860 We become the party of the American dream, wealth creation for everyone, not just the rich.

00:08:51.820 If we do our job over the next 21 months, not only will House Republicans be reelected and expand our majority in 2026, we will cement a national governing coalition that will preserve American freedom for generations to come.

00:09:08.160 There has never been anything like what's happened in politics in the last few years.

00:09:15.400 Never been anything like it. Everybody, people of religion, everybody is seems to be with us.

00:09:21.720 I don't know how anybody could even vote for the other side. In many cases, they don't, but they do get credit for it.

00:09:27.340 You'll have to think about that.

00:09:28.600 I've raised a lot of money for the next race that I assume I can't use for myself, but I'm not 100 percent sure because I don't know. 1.00

00:09:38.360 I think I'm not allowed to run again. I'm not sure. Am I allowed to run again?

00:09:41.600 Mike, I better not get you involved in that argument.

00:09:46.100 No, we raised a lot of money, a tremendous amount.

00:09:49.080 And our teletown halls are something that's very special that nobody else is able to even contemplate using.

00:09:55.540 We've gotten a lot of people elected with those teletown halls.

00:09:58.720 We get on, we have 25,000, 30,000 people on just in a congressional area and they win easy.

00:10:04.640 It works for Elvis, the Beatles, and it doesn't work for anyone else, but it works for Trump.

00:10:10.360 And we would have tremendous crowds on those calls.

00:10:12.960 And I think we have, I'll bet we got 35, 40 people elected because of the teletown halls.

00:10:18.740 But I did say to the man, I said, this is the greatest, the person that sort of has the rights to it.

00:10:24.020 And he happens to be a great Republican.

00:10:25.720 I said, this is the greatest invention.

00:10:27.420 This thing is going to make a fortune.

00:10:28.860 He said, no, it's not that good, actually, because it only works for you.

00:10:32.180 He said, actually, sir, it only works for you because somebody else, they're not picking up.

00:10:36.340 So I'm honored to have that privilege.

00:10:38.260 And I used it carefully, but we've done a lot of the teletown halls for people.

00:10:42.280 And I think, I don't think we've ever lost one, right?

00:10:44.760 It's hard to lose one, even if you only get 5,000 or 6,000 people on a congressional race.

00:10:49.100 But we've done them for states.

00:10:50.800 We've done them for governors.

00:10:52.440 And we've done them for senators.

00:10:53.880 And we did a couple countrywide.

00:10:55.780 I did a couple for myself countrywide.

00:10:57.780 They're absolutely amazing.

00:10:59.920 And we got the message out through that and lots of other means.

00:11:03.940 We even got it out through TikTok.

00:11:05.360 Has anyone ever heard of TikTok?

00:11:06.500 I have a little bias toward TikTok right now.

00:11:09.220 I have to tell you, so we won youth by the largest margin, no Republican.

00:11:13.260 You know, we generally don't win youth.

00:11:14.880 We won by 36 points.

00:11:16.280 Can you imagine that?

00:11:17.860 And I think TikTok had something to do.

00:11:19.840 So pardon me if I'm a little bit, I became a little bit jaded toward TikTok.

00:11:24.780 But we'll see what happens.

00:11:25.800 We're going to have a lot of people bidding on it.

00:11:28.180 And if we can save all that voice and all the jobs, and China won't be involved. 0.94

00:11:33.040 You don't want China involved. 0.99

00:11:34.380 But we'll see what happens.

00:11:36.040 We'll see what happens.

00:11:38.560 But over the past seven days, my administration has been moving with urgency and historic speed

00:11:43.600 to reverse every single disaster of the Biden administration.

00:11:46.980 By the way, the guy was a disaster.

00:11:49.740 Okay.

00:11:50.720 You know, we want to be nice.

00:11:52.420 And he's probably not listening right now because it's a little late.

00:11:55.260 But, you know, I don't want him to listen.

00:11:58.060 I don't want to say it.

00:11:58.800 I feel badly.

00:11:59.500 I was, you know, making the inauguration speech, and I'm saying all the bad things.

00:12:03.560 And he's sitting, like, right here.

00:12:05.440 You know, I'm saying they were a horrible administration.

00:12:08.340 They didn't know what they were doing. 0.99

00:12:09.860 They were grossly incompetent.

00:12:11.260 I got a guy sitting right next to me.

00:12:14.000 It's not that easy to do, even though he didn't understand what I was saying.

00:12:17.940 He really did.

00:12:19.400 And deliver on the mandate that we've been given by the American people.

00:12:22.940 In a single week, I've taken over 350 executive actions.

00:12:28.000 We've signed 300.

00:12:29.000 And whoever heard of that one?

00:12:33.840 And as I said in my inaugural address, the American decline is over.

00:12:40.260 It's over.

00:12:42.840 The golden age of America has officially begun.

00:12:46.120 And I think that's a good thing for us to talk about, the golden age and the American dream.

00:12:50.100 I think it's a good thing because people haven't been talking that way for a long period of time.

00:12:55.000 On day one, I directed every member of my cabinet to marshal all powers at their disposal to defeat inflation and bring down the cost of daily life.

00:13:03.000 And we're going to do that.

00:13:03.880 I think that you're going to see it starting to happen when we get going with the energy.

00:13:08.100 The energy is going to, you know, brought everything up.

00:13:10.020 It's going to bring everything down.

00:13:11.760 I imposed a federal hiring freeze, a federal regulation freeze, a foreign aid freeze.

00:13:17.040 A foreign aid freeze, isn't that right?

00:13:19.340 We get tired of giving massive amounts of money to countries that hate us, don't we?

00:13:24.080 And I created the new Department of Government Efficiency, and I think it's going to be very meaningful.

00:13:30.760 I terminated the ridiculous and incredibly wasteful Green News scam, one of the great scams in history. 0.71

00:13:37.860 Actually, isn't it 12 years up?

00:13:39.480 They gave us 12 years to live, right?

00:13:41.100 I think that we passed it, right?

00:13:43.040 We're still around.

00:13:44.020 Can you believe it?

00:13:45.560 You know, the person that really came up with it is a person that never even took a course on the environment.

00:13:51.120 It was a poor student, not a good student, didn't understand a lot, and she came up with this idea, and everybody all of a sudden started going.

00:14:00.100 And then mainstream, you know, important Democrat leaders were starting, you know, they got sucked into it.

00:14:06.540 And we've spent trillions of dollars on just, like, throwing it out the window.

00:14:10.400 You could throw it out the window.

00:14:11.560 You would have been better off.

00:14:12.560 I withdrew from the one-sided Paris Climate Accord, and I canceled.

00:14:21.120 It was so one-sided, you know, we had obligations, but Russia didn't, China didn't, other countries didn't.

00:14:27.600 We paid everything.

00:14:28.400 We're going to lose a trillion dollars over a short period of time on that.

00:14:31.940 And we had to do everything.

00:14:33.220 They didn't have to do anything. 0.93

00:14:35.000 It was ridiculous.

00:14:35.640 And I canceled the insane and very costly electric vehicle mandate, so you can buy a car of your choice.

00:14:43.980 If you like gasoline, go have it.

00:14:46.620 And if you like hybrids, hybrids are doing well.

00:14:50.020 You can have it.

00:14:50.700 Or you can buy an electric car.

00:14:52.000 We like electric.

00:14:52.540 We like everything, but you have to have a right to buy everything.

00:14:54.840 I withdrew from the World Health Organization, where we paid $500 million a year, and China paid just $39 million a year, despite a much larger population.

00:15:06.820 How about that?

00:15:07.940 So we're paying $500 million a year.

00:15:09.840 China's paying $39 million a year.

00:15:11.480 They have 1.4 billion people.

00:15:13.620 We have nobody knows what we have.

00:15:15.960 So many people came across the border.

00:15:17.740 Nobody has any idea.

00:15:19.760 I used to say, like, $325 million, but we really don't know.

00:15:23.120 But we're going to know soon.

00:15:24.400 We're going to know.

00:15:25.140 And I tell you, our people are doing it.

00:15:27.460 Tom Holman and his staff are doing an incredible job getting the bad ones out.

00:15:32.840 I declared a national energy emergency to unlock the liquid gold that's right under our feet, because we will drill, baby, drill.

00:15:41.220 We're going to drill, baby, drill.

00:15:42.800 It's going to bring down prices.

00:15:45.160 Your energy costs are going to go way down, and that will happen, I think, relatively quickly.

00:15:49.260 I'm going to give fast environmental approval for anybody building a plant for electric generation, and anybody that invests more than $1 billion will get super rapid approval.

00:15:59.520 Not that they have to wait for nine years, 14 years, like I approved LNG plants in Louisiana.

00:16:06.880 They were waiting for so many years.

00:16:09.100 It wasn't Louisiana's fault.

00:16:11.180 It was some people.

00:16:12.580 They just wouldn't get them done.

00:16:14.060 You've got a snail here, a tiny tree here.

00:16:17.580 And I got it done in a matter of a few days.

00:16:20.500 I actually got it done.

00:16:21.940 It took them 14 years.

00:16:23.320 I got it done in about three days.

00:16:25.800 The people, as we called them, I'll never forget, I called them and I said, congratulations, you got your permit.

00:16:32.240 What?

00:16:33.420 They were so shell-shocked.

00:16:35.440 They didn't know what the hell was happening.

00:16:36.820 They're going to spend, and they spent about $16 billion on each plant, and they've been roaring since then.

00:16:42.980 But we got them done in a matter of a few days.

00:16:45.780 Over the past week, we've begun the largest deregulation campaign in history, far exceeding even the record-setting efforts in my first name.

00:16:54.220 That was record-setting deregulation.

00:16:56.940 And that was just as big as tax cuts as far as business and jobs were concerned, I'll tell you.

00:17:03.180 I actually asked, you know, it's interesting because I actually asked some of the biggest businessmen in the country.

00:17:08.920 I said, let me ask you, would you, have you had the choice between the big tax cuts?

00:17:13.500 You know, we cut it from 40% to 21%.

00:17:15.800 We're going to cut it further.

00:17:17.260 But we cut it down to 20%.

00:17:18.800 Everybody said that would be impossible.

00:17:20.540 The people on the stage helped us with that one a lot.

00:17:23.580 But I said, if you had your choice of that or the big deregulation cuts, what would you take?

00:17:28.720 These are the guys that run the big companies, the big oil companies, the big companies of every kind.

00:17:34.040 I said, would you take the big tax cut or the big cut in regulations?

00:17:38.200 And I've never had anybody said they'll take the tax cut.

00:17:42.280 They took the regulation cut.

00:17:45.220 I'll bet I asked that question a hundred times to a hundred of the biggest people.

00:17:49.420 They always, Tom, they always said, sir, we'll take the regulation cut.

00:17:53.660 You opened us up.

00:17:54.880 You let us create all these jobs that we've all seen happen.

00:17:58.700 So it was even bigger than the big tax cut.

00:18:01.160 I also signed an order to end the weaponization of our government against the American people

00:18:06.440 and investigate all abuses of power.

00:18:11.720 And I stopped government censorship once and for all.

00:18:14.880 And we brought back free speech to America.

00:18:17.040 That's what happened.

00:18:18.240 We're going to bring it back because we didn't have free speech.

00:18:22.240 We didn't have free speech.

00:18:23.480 I mean, I was investigated more than any human being in history.

00:18:27.740 Alphonse Capone was a baby.

00:18:30.320 Now, this was a serious killer, Scarface.

00:18:32.740 You've all heard of Scarface.

00:18:34.420 He had a scar for a reason.

00:18:36.260 He didn't play games, but he was Scarface. 0.91

00:18:38.180 Of course, nobody ever called him Scarface to his face.

00:18:41.920 They said, Al, you look great today.

00:18:45.820 Guy had a scar that was like two inches thick that ran from here to here.

00:18:50.020 And they said, Al, you look fantastic.

00:18:53.140 But Scarface was not investigated as much as your president was investigated.

00:18:58.080 And it turned out to be a positive thing for me.

00:19:00.160 Can you believe it?

00:19:01.280 It turned out to be we got a lot of votes.

00:19:03.240 I think we got a lot of votes because because they saw it was weaponization.

00:19:06.360 It was a fight against a political opponent.

00:19:08.840 I ordered the end to all of the lawless diversity, equity and inclusion nonsense policies across the government and all across the private sector and the military.

00:19:21.060 We got it.

00:19:21.940 We're getting it out and we've gotten it out pretty much.

00:19:24.160 We did that in one week.

00:19:26.900 And it wasn't that easy, but everybody wanted it.

00:19:29.660 People that were strongly in favor of it, I thought, called me and said, thank God you got rid of that.

00:19:35.460 That was so bad.

00:19:36.600 It was so bad.

00:19:37.380 We hated it.

00:19:38.120 We abolished 60 years of prejudice and hatred with the signing of one order, all approved by the Supreme Court of the United States.

00:19:46.000 It was a big thing.

00:19:46.980 And the United States has become a meritocracy again.

00:19:50.700 We are a country that's based now on merit for success.

00:19:55.740 Merit.

00:19:56.880 If you're good at what you do, you're going to go places.

00:19:59.280 I made it the and who would have thought that was going to happen?

00:20:02.840 We didn't even talk about that one because I figured that one was going to be toughest to get.

00:20:06.640 And so we are now if you do a meritorious job, if you do something where you've done just you're just outstanding, you get you advance.

00:20:18.220 And that's what it's about.

00:20:20.480 It's about competition and it's about a lot of things.

00:20:23.400 And the other becomes a very dangerous, very dangerous plateau.

00:20:27.660 We were on that plateau too long.

00:20:29.600 And it's one of the reasons that you saw very bad things happening with our country.

00:20:33.780 I made it the official policy of the United States government that there are only two genders, male and female. 0.98

00:20:42.660 Gee, that was a tough one.

00:20:44.460 That was a tough one.

00:20:48.000 Some of these people say like seven genders.

00:20:50.120 I'm trying to say go, go and name them.

00:20:52.600 They got some weird stuff going on.

00:20:55.040 No, we have two genders. 1.00

00:20:56.940 I renamed the Gulf of Mexico, the Gulf of America.

00:21:00.780 And we are restoring the name of a great president, William McKinley, to Mount McKinley in Alaska in honor of the incredible people of the state of Ohio who loved their governor and loved the man that became president.

00:21:14.140 He was the big tariff sheriff, they used to call him, and made a lot of money.

00:21:19.800 Our country became very rich.

00:21:21.300 When he was assassinated, Teddy Roosevelt became president, and he spent all of that money that was made from tariffs, the money was so enormous, and they built the thing called the Panama Canal.

00:21:32.360 You might have read about this lately.

00:21:33.900 It's become a hot subject because China essentially has taken it over, and we're not going to let that happen. 0.88

00:21:39.020 We're not going to let that happen.

00:21:43.640 It was the biggest investment to this day ever made by the country.

00:21:48.220 In other words, if you bring it up to modern-day numbers, we spent money that we've never spent anything so much.

00:21:54.820 We've never had so many people die.

00:21:56.240 38,000 people died building the Panama Canal 110 years ago, and they gave it away for $1.

00:22:03.900 It's also one of the most profitable things ever built.

00:22:06.440 You know, ships are lined up back to Florida trying to get through.

00:22:10.560 We're not going to let that happen.

00:22:12.440 It wasn't the deal.

00:22:13.780 We didn't give it to China.

00:22:15.060 We gave it to Panama, sort of, I guess.

00:22:17.140 But they haven't behaved properly.

00:22:19.580 Perhaps most importantly, I declared a national emergency to stop the invasion of our southern border.

00:22:25.640 We're going to stop that invasion.

00:22:27.020 We've already done it.

00:22:31.920 And today in Tijuana, you probably saw, I got a call from Tom Homan and some of the people.

00:22:37.280 They said, sir, it's unbelievable.

00:22:39.780 There is nobody.

00:22:40.940 You have this huge area.

00:22:42.260 It's a gathering area.

00:22:43.120 It's always been packed with these people.

00:22:45.180 What they did to our country is so unbelievable, that they could do this to our country is so horrible.

00:22:50.120 But he said, there's nobody there.

00:22:51.700 And then they actually put it on television.

00:22:53.560 I got to see it.

00:22:54.300 And there was literally not one person in this vast area where people stay there all day long, and they just walk right into our country.

00:23:02.520 They're just unchecked.

00:23:05.080 No way.

00:23:06.440 No check-in for ideas like voter ID.

00:23:09.500 They don't want voter ID because they want to cheat.

00:23:11.260 They wanted these people to come in because they want to cheat, too.

00:23:14.880 But who could allow this to happen?

00:23:16.520 But there wasn't one person standing in this massive area that's like five football fields that was packed for years under these horrible people that wanted to kill our country.

00:23:27.380 We halted all illegal entry.

00:23:30.200 We have successfully ended catch and release.

00:23:32.540 And we're deporting 100 percent of all new trespassers apprehended at the border.

00:23:38.380 And nobody's coming in.

00:23:39.600 And nobody's coming now because they know they're not going to be able to come in.

00:23:42.720 And so we've really stopped something that was very, very serious.

00:23:45.940 But we have to get the bad ones out. 0.99

00:23:47.680 We have many murderers, many very bad people in our country that they've allowed because of a ridiculous, actually stupid, open border policy. 1.00

00:23:57.260 I've also deployed troops to the border. 0.99

00:23:59.840 And for the first time in history, we're locating and loading illegal aliens into military aircraft and flying them back to the places from which they came. 0.72

00:24:08.920 And very importantly, America is respected again.

00:24:16.220 We're respected again.

00:24:17.740 Isn't that nice? 1.00

00:24:18.920 After years of laughing at us like we're stupid people. 1.00

00:24:23.760 And as you saw yesterday, we've made it clear to every country that they will be taking back our people that we're sending out, the criminals, the illegal aliens coming from their countries. 1.00

00:24:35.680 We're taking them back.

00:24:36.720 And they're going to take them back fast.

00:24:38.140 And if they don't, they'll pay a very high economic price.

00:24:41.540 And we're going to immediately install massive tariffs.

00:24:46.100 And it will be placed on them and other sanctions.

00:24:48.700 But the tariffs, I told you, most beautiful word in the dictionary.

00:24:52.800 I also told you that I said that the first time and I got just absolutely decimated by the fake news.

00:24:58.200 You know, I said it's the most beautiful word.

00:25:00.780 And the fake news said, what about religion?

00:25:03.340 What about God?

00:25:04.340 What about love?

00:25:05.160 So now I say it's the fourth most favorite word in the dictionary.

00:25:10.620 It's God, love.

00:25:13.360 It's all these other things.

00:25:15.160 But I say number four.

00:25:16.500 But God, love, religion.

00:25:19.060 Tariff fourth.

00:25:19.920 Another couple of weeks, it'll be like 10.

00:25:23.960 Hopefully it's going to stay in the top 10.

00:25:25.940 But the fake news went after me, Tom, because I didn't say the first three.

00:25:31.060 And now that I say it, immediately say it, I'm sure they're going to find some others.

00:25:36.540 Throughout the week, the heroes of ICE have been hunting down and arresting hundreds of illegal alien criminals per day, including those with charges and convictions for rape, child sexual assault, terrorism, and even murder.

00:25:51.480 There are many murderers in the crowd, and many, many of these murderers have committed far more than one murder.

00:25:59.260 This is not going to work out.

00:26:01.060 And we're going to get them the hell out of here.

00:26:02.600 And members of the savage Venezuelan prison gang known as Tren de Agua and MS-13, including 50 violent individuals who were rounded up in Aurora, Colorado, which the Venezuelan gang took over.

00:26:17.520 The governor, who's a radical left governor, was petrofant.

00:26:21.180 He didn't know what to do.

00:26:22.600 He said, no, it's not that bad.

00:26:23.800 They've only taken over a couple of apartment houses.

00:26:26.760 See, they went into the real estate business.

00:26:28.600 They did it unconventionally.

00:26:29.980 They did it with guns.

00:26:30.940 We have to go out and borrow or use cash to buy.

00:26:35.300 They just did it with guns.

00:26:36.520 They took over.

00:26:37.080 He said, no, it's not that bad.

00:26:38.280 They only took over a couple of buildings.

00:26:40.580 We're tracking down the illegal alien criminals. 1.00

00:26:43.200 We're detaining them, and we are throwing them the hell out of our country. 0.97

00:26:47.500 We have no apologies, and we're moving forward very fast.

00:26:50.600 They're very dangerous people.

00:26:52.440 They're very dangerous people. 0.98

00:26:54.040 They're violent people. 0.97

00:26:55.600 I used to say these are more violent than our criminals.

00:26:58.060 In fact, the best part about them is they make our criminals look quite nice, actually, by comparison.

00:27:03.240 They are very violent people.

00:27:04.560 We also have many violent criminals in our country, however, that did not necessarily come here illegally, but have been arrested 30 times, 35 times.

00:27:14.920 41, 42 times in a couple of cases, 25 times, 18 times, many for murder, other heinous charges, such as pushing people into subways.

00:27:25.400 As the trains coming along at 45 miles an hour, boom, you get pushed into the subway.

00:27:31.840 They had it last week, getting them in the head with baseball bats while they're not looking, punching old ladies in the face, knocking them unconscious and stealing their purse. 0.99

00:27:41.760 They even break into apartments and rape elderly women and beat up elderly men, beat them to hell. 0.99

00:27:46.700 And I don't want these violent repeat offenders in our country anymore than I want illegal aliens from other countries who misbehave. 1.00

00:27:58.060 And I say, and this is subject to getting it approved, but if they've been arrested many, many times, they're repeat offenders by many numbers.

00:28:07.640 Because I want them out of our country, I also will be seeking permission to do so. 1.00

00:28:14.460 We're going to get approval, hopefully, to get them the hell out of our country along with others. 1.00

00:28:19.280 Let them be brought to a foreign land and maintained by others for a very small fee as opposed to be maintained in our jails for massive amounts of money, including the private prison companies that charge us a fortune.

00:28:31.040 Now, let them be brought out of our country and let them live there for a while. 1.00

00:28:34.040 Let's see how they like it.

00:28:35.040 You'll see crime all over the country dry up.

00:28:37.820 Essentially, that's what Venezuela and other countries are doing.

00:28:40.620 They're getting rid of their criminals and putting them into the United States of America. 0.57

00:28:45.320 And their crime is down by almost 80 percent.

00:28:51.580 We're going to restore law and order in America, and we want to bring back the death penalty for these horrible people that kill people. 0.80

00:29:00.020 They kill people.

00:29:01.340 It's always a tough thing to say because I don't like it.

00:29:05.260 Nobody likes it.

00:29:06.120 But if you don't do it, we're just looking for trouble.

00:29:11.240 I spent a lot of time with President Xi, and I'll never forget in my first meeting, I said, you have a drug problem.

00:29:18.340 No, no, no, we have no drug problem.

00:29:20.200 Why is that?

00:29:21.660 Quick trial.

00:29:22.580 What is quick trial?

00:29:23.440 Quick trial is we try the person that sells the drugs immediately.

00:29:27.380 And at the end of the day, we execute that person if that person is guilty.

00:29:33.100 We have no drug problem whatsoever.

00:29:36.220 And that's the most severe case.

00:29:39.060 But wherever you have no drug problem, you have the death penalty.

00:29:43.460 And drugs causes a lot of the crime.

00:29:45.620 A lot of the crime in our country is caused by drugs.

00:29:48.020 It's a terrible situation.

00:29:49.360 It comes through the southern border.

00:29:51.980 Most of it is fentanyl coming in from China.

00:29:55.920 And, you know, it's very interesting.

00:29:57.340 China, when I was with President Xi, I had a deal worked out with him that they were going to give their maximum punishment,

00:30:04.020 which is the death penalty to anybody making fentanyl and sending it into the United States.

00:30:08.720 Then we had a very unusual result in an election.

00:30:12.540 We had a rigged election.

00:30:14.000 We had a very unusual result.

00:30:16.280 And that went nowhere.

00:30:17.620 It was all set to be he would have absolutely done it.

00:30:20.200 He was ready.

00:30:20.600 We shook hands on it.

00:30:21.600 And then Biden, of course, didn't follow it up.

00:30:23.360 He didn't follow anything up.

00:30:25.020 But if that would have happened, you would have had a lot less fentanyl deaths, I can tell you.

00:30:28.680 You would have had very little fentanyl coming into the southern border.

00:30:32.520 Last week, I also signed an order that will designate the cartels as foreign terrorist organizations.

00:30:38.900 That's a very big designation.

00:30:40.340 And as we are fighting hard to get birthright citizenship or automatic citizenship for the children of illegal aliens, that's another way.

00:30:52.400 It's automatic citizenship for children of illegal aliens. 0.58

00:30:56.980 That's the other term that they use, which is actually more accurate, more understandable. 0.98

00:31:03.440 And it's ridiculous.

00:31:04.640 We're the only country that has it and certainly the only country that has it to that extent. 0.95

00:31:08.760 And it wasn't meant, if you look, it was really meant for children of slaves.

00:31:12.700 This is when it happened, the children of slaves, it was not meant for everyone to come into our country by airplane or charging across the borders from all over the world and think they're going to become citizens.

00:31:23.880 It's not meant for that.

00:31:24.960 It wasn't meant for that.

00:31:25.920 And hopefully, at some point, the courts will understand that without having to go through a whole big deal.

00:31:31.880 This was meant for the children of slaves. 0.70

00:31:34.260 And look at the timing of it, and you'll see.

00:31:36.260 And I hope judges will understand that.

00:31:39.320 And it has to stop because it's really hurting our country very badly.

00:31:43.240 In the coming weeks, I'm looking forward to working with Congress on a reconciliation bill that financially takes care of our plans to totally and permanently restore the sovereign borders of the United States.

00:31:54.860 Once and for all, this should include full funding for a record increase in border security personnel and retention bonuses for ICE and Border Patrol.

00:32:07.080 These people are incredible people.

00:32:08.740 I got to know them so well.

00:32:10.320 I was on the phone with them all the time when I was president.

00:32:12.840 When she was the border czar, she never called them.

00:32:15.540 Remember, we went like four years and they started asking her, did you ever speak to him?

00:32:20.120 No.

00:32:21.280 We asked the Border Patrol, did you ever speak to the head of the Border Patrol?

00:32:24.500 Did you ever speak to the vice president who was your border czar?

00:32:26.940 No, I never got to speak to her.

00:32:28.900 This was a terrible thing that was going on.

00:32:31.120 This was a con job.

00:32:32.180 We also need a massive increase in the number of detention beds and funding for all border security infrastructure and barriers, including the completion of the border wall.

00:32:41.600 We did 500 miles of wall.

00:32:44.880 And that's one of the reasons we had the lowest number.

00:32:46.780 You remember the famous chart that I looked to my right, bring down the chart.

00:32:51.460 And I looked to my right.

00:32:52.700 Something went right by he.

00:32:55.340 But that chart, I don't know if they have it now, frankly.

00:32:57.780 I didn't tell them to bring it.

00:32:59.260 But they're very competent people.

00:33:00.760 They might.

00:33:01.220 If you have the chart, put it up.

00:33:02.380 If you don't, that's okay, too.

00:33:03.520 But that chart showed that we had the largest, the lowest number of illegals coming into our country in history.

00:33:10.960 And it was, I loved the chart.

00:33:12.780 Even if it didn't show that, I would have loved that chart.

00:33:14.920 Because that chart, I wouldn't be here right now without that particular chart.

00:33:18.440 But it was, it was pretty amazing.

00:33:20.840 It was pretty, really amazing.

00:33:23.220 And we did a great job.

00:33:24.660 We had the lowest, the week I left office, we had the lowest number of illegal immigrants coming into our country that we ever had.

00:33:31.300 Simultaneously, we must make a record investment in interior enforcement, including deportation flights and aircraft,

00:33:37.820 as well as funding for our new task force to eradicate the presence of foreign gangs.

00:33:42.920 We have some of the worst foreign gangs. 1.00

00:33:46.380 It's not even believable.

00:33:48.200 And criminal networks that have brought devastating crime to American soil.

00:33:52.320 We're getting them all out.

00:33:53.280 We're getting them all out.

00:33:54.660 I won on that, you know.

00:33:56.400 It's like some people explain it very well.

00:33:59.520 They say, gee whiz, you know, they look at the people.

00:34:02.720 As you know, in Colombia, they agreed with us almost immediately after I got involved.

00:34:07.760 And Marco Rubio and I worked together.

00:34:09.700 He did a great job.

00:34:11.000 And we really did.

00:34:11.960 And Mike Waltz, we have a great group of people.

00:34:14.600 But we were being scolded because we had them in shackles in an airplane.

00:34:21.620 And he said, this is no way to treat people.

00:34:25.620 Now, you got to say, these are murderers, drug lords, gang members, just the toughest people you've ever met or seen.

00:34:33.540 How would you like to be the pilot of a plane?

00:34:35.520 You got two pilots up there and you got 300 people sitting in a plane.

00:34:40.640 Every one of them, either a murderer, a drug lord, a kingpin of some kind, a head of the mob or a gang member.

00:34:48.060 And you're flying that plane, it's not going to end well.

00:34:51.440 You ever see the movie Con Air?

00:34:54.220 That's what, yeah, except here's the difference.

00:34:56.780 The people in Con Air were actors.

00:34:58.540 They weren't nearly as tough as these guys.

00:35:00.800 I would say that that plane would be gone before it ever left.

00:35:03.980 Those pilots would be gone before it ever left.

00:35:06.160 So they don't want us to shackle them.

00:35:08.440 I don't want to be in that plane.

00:35:09.660 And I want to thank every Republican House member for voting to pass the Laken-Riley Act, the first enforcement-only bill that's been passed in three decades.

00:35:23.260 I met the parents of Laken, and they were incredible people.

00:35:28.760 They were just so devastated.

00:35:30.480 I mean, I can't even explain to you.

00:35:32.860 You can't say somebody's life is over, but essentially their life is so different.

00:35:37.300 And it can never be the same.

00:35:39.120 She was beautiful.

00:35:40.140 She was great, a great person.

00:35:42.500 But to have a bill of such importance named after is a great tribute.

00:35:48.240 But what these parents, and, you know, you have so many of them, where they've lost a loved one to crime, but to this new form of crime, criminal, illegal aliens, it's massive.

00:36:00.620 The numbers are massive, and you add that to the crime we already had.

00:36:03.580 This shows the potential for additional enforcement bills that will help us crack down on criminal aliens and totally restore the rule of law in our country.

00:36:12.460 I'm also eager to get to work with Congress on the largest package of tax cuts and reforms in American history.

00:36:19.680 We've got to get that done.

00:36:20.660 And we don't want to get hung up on the budget process.

00:36:26.860 We just want, whether it's one bill, two bills, I don't care.

00:36:31.420 Look, these guys, they're going to work it out.

00:36:32.820 They're going to work it out one way or the other.

00:36:34.440 But the bottom line, the end result is going to be the same.

00:36:37.020 We want to have all of those benefits, and we want to keep people's taxes low and actually make them lower.

00:36:43.320 And that's not just rich people.

00:36:45.200 That's everybody.

00:36:46.280 It's, frankly, proportionately the lower scale, much more so than a higher scale.

00:36:52.460 Not only must we permanently extend the Trump tax cuts.

00:36:56.660 You know, if we don't, you're going to have about a 60 percent tax increase.

00:36:59.680 But I also intend to keep my promises, starting with no tax on tips, no tax on Social Security, and no tax on overtime.

00:37:09.600 We're working very hard to get them done.

00:37:11.800 And we are, I went to Nevada just this last couple of days.

00:37:16.720 I started off in North Carolina because I didn't want to forget the people of North Carolina were treated so badly by FEMA.

00:37:23.700 And they came to me.

00:37:27.060 They said, sir, you're going to California tomorrow.

00:37:29.300 I said, well, what about North Carolina?

00:37:30.880 Well, we'll do that another time.

00:37:32.040 And I said, no, we won't.

00:37:33.360 I'm stopping in North Carolina first.

00:37:35.560 And we stopped there.

00:37:36.580 We met great people.

00:37:38.060 Franklin Graham has done a fantastic job.

00:37:40.200 He's done a great job.

00:37:41.160 But others also.

00:37:42.700 And I met people that were devastated.

00:37:44.560 The Democrat Party with FEMA, their FEMA did absolutely nothing.

00:37:50.040 And we have that worked out.

00:37:51.540 Your congressmen are helping very much there.

00:37:53.340 Your three congresspeople are working very hard on that whole thing, along with Michael Watley.

00:38:00.900 And Laura wants to be involved, too.

00:38:02.480 Laura Trump, she's doing great jobs.

00:38:04.680 She's done a great job.

00:38:05.380 Michael and Laura have been unbelievable as the head of the RNC.

00:38:09.300 They've been unbelievable.

00:38:13.240 Unbelievable.

00:38:13.600 You know why I picked Michael?

00:38:17.100 I said, who ran North Carolina?

00:38:19.420 Tell me.

00:38:19.780 Because in the 2016 election, we did so well.

00:38:25.440 And then in 2020, we did great in North Carolina.

00:38:29.340 But others, we watched.

00:38:32.920 What the hell's going on?

00:38:35.360 But with North Carolina, when he had 600 lawyers, 601 lawyers working for him, and they didn't play games in North Carolina, I said, that's the guy I want to run it.

00:38:44.720 And Michael Watley has done an unbelievable job.

00:38:47.200 And he worked with Laura so well.

00:38:49.300 She comes from that state, from North Carolina.

00:38:52.680 They've done such an incredible job.

00:38:54.560 So thank you very much.

00:38:55.600 I want to just thank you in front of leadership.

00:38:58.460 Incredible.

00:39:01.640 And I really don't want to give another job, to be honest.

00:39:03.960 That's the most important job.

00:39:05.920 He said, sir, I'll go anywhere.

00:39:08.100 I said, I don't want you to go anywhere.

00:39:10.560 I want you to stay where you are.

00:39:12.220 We'll give you plenty of money to get the job done, right?

00:39:14.720 But we don't want to lose it.

00:39:16.480 I mean, he's really, he could do anything, actually.

00:39:18.680 But he's a very talented person.

00:39:21.060 There's nothing more important, because we have to win in two years, and we have to win in four years.

00:39:24.260 There's nobody better to head it up.

00:39:26.400 So thank you very much, Michael, and really stand up.

00:39:29.360 We're just an incredible job.

00:39:33.120 Really amazing.

00:39:33.960 Thank you.

00:39:35.360 I wanted to save that for leadership, because I say it all the time.

00:39:38.740 People don't know what the hell I'm talking about.

00:39:40.360 But leadership knows what I'm talking about.

00:39:42.440 And it's really incredible.

00:39:44.340 The two of you as a team are unbelievable.

00:39:46.560 Our administration will also be working to implement the Make It in America plan that I outlined very successfully in my campaign.

00:39:56.720 You know, I think my campaign, I really focused on the border more than anything else.

00:40:00.020 A lot of people said the biggest thing was inflation and the economy, and then maybe the border was third.

00:40:05.940 I always felt the border was first because I felt that people could really understand that you can't have people pouring in from the prisons all over the world and from mental institutions all over the world and dumped into our country.

00:40:17.500 So I talked about that much more so than I did inflation.

00:40:21.680 I mean, inflation was terrible.

00:40:23.960 It was the worst.

00:40:24.460 I think it was the worst in the history of our country.

00:40:26.200 But you can only talk about it so long.

00:40:28.740 You know, the price of apples doubled.

00:40:30.400 The price of bacon is quadrupled.

00:40:32.140 The price of everything is a disaster.

00:40:34.820 And you say it.

00:40:35.800 And then what do you do with this?

00:40:37.100 I could give examples of what they're doing to destroy our country.

00:40:40.020 And I felt it was the strongest thing.

00:40:42.400 You know, it's funny.

00:40:42.900 In 2016, I won on the border.

00:40:45.180 In 2020, we did so well, I couldn't talk about the border.

00:40:47.960 My people would say, sir, don't bring up the border.

00:40:49.840 Nobody wants to hear it.

00:40:50.700 I said, no, I did a great job.

00:40:52.540 It was it was a horrible border in 2016.

00:40:55.400 And then but that border was beautiful compared to what we have now.

00:41:00.560 So I didn't talk about it.

00:41:02.560 And we did great.

00:41:03.940 I mean, look, we got I got millions of more votes in 2020 than I got in 2016.

00:41:09.220 Nobody ever got to get the most votes of any Republican in history in 2020.

00:41:13.660 But this time I said, let's make it too big to rig.

00:41:16.580 We're going to make it too big to rig.

00:41:18.100 And that's what happened.

00:41:19.000 And they couldn't.

00:41:20.540 They tried.

00:41:21.780 They tried.

00:41:22.740 These cheating guys, these cheating people.

00:41:25.120 But they tried.

00:41:25.980 But they gave up.

00:41:27.600 I brought taxes down from 40 percent to 21 percent, which everybody said was impossible.

00:41:32.680 And I did it with these people up here.

00:41:34.480 And a lot of the people there are great congressmen.

00:41:37.240 I want to name every one of them.

00:41:38.480 But I'd be naming them all night.

00:41:39.620 I'm looking at them.

00:41:40.340 Look at all these people.

00:41:41.380 They're great.

00:41:42.360 They're so great.

00:41:43.240 Russell and you and every single Virginia.

00:41:46.120 Look at Virginia. 1.00

00:41:46.940 She's a killer. 1.00

00:41:47.660 Nobody would know she's a killer. 1.00

00:41:49.800 But I got all these congressmen.

00:41:51.340 I want to name every one of them.

00:41:52.580 But I got like a hundred and something things.

00:41:54.500 People would say, let's get the hell out of here.

00:41:56.080 This is getting very boring, right?

00:41:58.300 But I will tell you, as a group and individually, they're incredible people.

00:42:02.120 Every one of them I like.

00:42:03.380 Although every once in a while, if somebody votes against me, I don't like them for a little while.

00:42:07.740 But we like every one of them.

00:42:09.860 And this guy has the ability to get along with everybody, which he has to when you have a majority of really five.

00:42:18.320 You know, they say one.

00:42:19.400 But it will be.

00:42:20.080 But right now it's one.

00:42:21.340 I want to make him sound a little bad.

00:42:23.920 But he has an ability to get along with people.

00:42:26.860 And he's very smart, very tough.

00:42:29.380 But everyone likes him because he's a high-quality person, very religious person.

00:42:34.520 And he's a high-quality person.

00:42:38.700 You know, we have other guys here.

00:42:41.040 And I know that everybody likes him.

00:42:43.040 But they're bad.

00:42:44.120 Like one of them in particular.

00:42:45.900 I love this guy so much.

00:42:47.420 I won't name him because I don't want to embarrass him.

00:42:49.420 But I don't know if he'd be happy or not happy.

00:42:51.420 But he's very, very strong, very, very popular.

00:42:53.980 But he has 36 people that won't vote for him.

00:42:57.880 He's 36.

00:42:58.700 That's not a lot.

00:42:59.420 That's a small percentage.

00:43:00.960 Tom is incredible.

00:43:02.400 But Tom has a couple of people that probably have been beaten badly and beaten up.

00:43:06.460 And you beat up some people badly.

00:43:09.000 And it's a little tougher.

00:43:11.380 But he's done an unbelievable job.

00:43:14.120 I've become friendly with him.

00:43:15.240 I just, I didn't really know him.

00:43:17.520 And over the last year or so, I've become friendly.

00:43:20.060 He's incredible.

00:43:20.600 He's an incredible leader.

00:43:21.840 You really are.

00:43:22.600 But you have a couple of people that may be more than one.

00:43:24.980 Let me put it that way.

00:43:25.920 They all love him.

00:43:28.220 Your wife loves you.

00:43:29.100 That I can tell you.

00:43:29.820 He's got a great.

00:43:30.980 Where are you?

00:43:31.800 Where are you?

00:43:32.300 Stand up, please.

00:43:33.080 Just stand up.

00:43:35.140 Come on.

00:43:36.380 What a great wife and family. 1.00

00:43:39.920 It's true.

00:43:41.240 Thank you.

00:43:43.320 She is a great.

00:43:44.480 Look at her.

00:43:47.000 She's very popular, isn't she?

00:43:49.540 She's great.

00:43:50.340 More than you.

00:43:51.160 You're very popular.

00:43:52.620 And now I'm bringing them down.

00:43:54.820 I'm bringing the taxes down from 21 to 15 percent.

00:43:58.420 But only if they make their product in America.

00:44:00.780 So if they make their product in America, we're bringing it down.

00:44:03.520 So if you think about it, we took it down from 40 to 15 percent.

00:44:08.060 But again, you keep 21.

00:44:09.720 But you go down to 15 if you make your product here.

00:44:12.440 We are going to have so many business moving back into our country.

00:44:15.660 And remember, again, the word tariff.

00:44:17.500 We're going to protect our people and our businesses.

00:44:19.800 And we're going to protect our country with tariffs.

00:44:22.240 And you got a little indication of that yesterday with what happened with a very strong country.

00:44:27.040 Colombia is traditionally a very, very strong-willed country.

00:44:32.060 If they don't make their product in America, then very simply they should have to pay a tariff,

00:44:37.580 which will bring in trillions of dollars into our treasury from countries that never paid us 10 cents.

00:44:43.200 We're not going to let that happen.

00:44:44.260 We're not going to let them destroy our country.

00:44:46.700 In the words of President McKinley, who is the tariff king, the protective system invokes the highest law of nature that a self-preservation,

00:44:56.700 and that is self-preservation, there is every reason founded in justice why the American producer should in every way be favored against a foreign producer whose products compete with his.

00:45:08.860 This is our natural market.

00:45:10.560 We have made it.

00:45:11.600 We have made it an enormous cost, capital, and exertion.

00:45:15.480 And think of this.

00:45:17.100 And we did that through exertion and brain and muscle and guts and stamina.

00:45:23.760 We preserved it against foreign wars and domestic conflicts, a great sacrifice of men and women.

00:45:30.520 The foreign producer has contributed nothing to the growth or development of this country. 0.99

00:45:35.780 So if you want to share with the citizens of the United States our home market, then you must pay for the privilege of doing it.

00:45:42.940 In other words, you have to pay for the privilege of coming into our country, taking our jobs, taking our product, destroying our countries. 1.00

00:45:51.080 We mentioned North Carolina, the furniture business, what they've done to these great artisans.

00:45:56.600 I used to go down to North Carolina all the time to buy furniture for hotels that I was building, and they had the most incredible artisans.

00:46:03.360 That whole thing was wiped out by China mostly, but others, and just wiped out.

00:46:09.400 But it's going to come back.

00:46:10.440 It's going to come roaring back.

00:46:11.460 It's all going to come roaring back.

00:46:13.000 We're going to put tariffs on outside countries and outside people that really mean us harm. 0.56

00:46:19.120 They want it.

00:46:19.680 Well, they mean us harm, but they basically want to make their country good.

00:46:22.860 Look at what others do.

00:46:24.540 China is a tremendous tariff maker, and India, and Brazil, and so many countries.

00:46:31.920 And so we're not going to let that happen any longer because we're going to put America first, always put America first.

00:46:38.780 That's what's going to happen.

00:46:40.260 We're going to establish a very fair system where money is going to come into our coffers,

00:46:52.780 and America is going to be very rich again, and it's going to happen very quickly.

00:46:56.620 It's time for the United States to return to the system that made us richer and more powerful than ever before.

00:47:03.140 Do you know, the United States in 1870 to 1913, all tariffs, and that was the richest period in the history of the United States, relatively speaking.

00:47:13.440 In other words, relatively.

00:47:14.400 And they set up the Great Tariff Commission of 1887, and this commission had one function, what to do with all the money that we took in.

00:47:28.020 It was so enormous that they had no idea it was a blue ribbon committee was set up 1887, and what to do with all of the money that we had.

00:47:37.500 And, again, Teddy Roosevelt was a beneficiary because when McKinley was killed, he took over this vast sum of money,

00:47:46.560 and he did all of those national parks and all of the other things.

00:47:50.080 And I'm not knocking him, but he was given a vast amount of money, and that was all made through tariffs.

00:47:55.680 We had no income tax.

00:47:57.000 The income tax came in in 1913.

00:47:58.920 As I said in my speech last week, instead of taxing our citizens to enrich foreign nations, we should be tariffing and taxing foreign nations to enrich our citizens. 0.76

00:48:09.860 Does that make sense, right?

00:48:12.680 Under the American first economic model, as tariffs on other countries go up, taxes on American workers and businesses will come down,

00:48:20.960 and massive numbers of jobs and factories will come home.

00:48:23.680 The job creation will be enormous, in particular, if you look at the automobile sector.

00:48:29.700 I mean, we're just being wiped out.

00:48:30.980 You just take a look at what's happened to that over the years.

00:48:34.640 And the auto workers voted for me.

00:48:36.400 I have an obligation to do what's right, and I'm going to do that.

00:48:39.760 Do you know in Mexico they were going to build the largest auto plant anywhere in the world?

00:48:44.360 And it was during the campaign, my campaign, my most recent campaign.

00:48:47.640 And a very great gentleman, all he does is build.

00:48:51.260 He builds auto plants.

00:48:52.240 He was building this factory.

00:48:54.020 And I said, how's it going?

00:48:55.140 I said, I want to go around and take a look at one of your factories that you're building.

00:49:00.140 One of the big ones, one of the good ones.

00:49:01.920 I said, okay, are you ready?

00:49:03.440 When are you going to do it?

00:49:04.220 This is eight months ago, nine months ago.

00:49:06.900 He said, you'll have to go to Mexico.

00:49:09.720 I said, what about the United States?

00:49:11.200 He said, we're putting up a couple, but they're small.

00:49:13.240 He's the biggest guy at doing this.

00:49:14.560 And he said, in Mexico, they're building massive automobile factories.

00:49:18.660 I said, you mean they're doing it?

00:49:20.040 And who's the owner of the factories?

00:49:21.780 He said, mostly China.

00:49:23.360 One in particular is massive, and it's built fairly close to the border.

00:49:28.140 So they were going to build cars and send them into the United States for no tax or very little tax

00:49:33.340 and destroy Detroit, just destroy the rest of it, what's left of it.

00:49:36.740 Because they've already taken, Mexico's taken 32% of our business over years, over 30 years. 1.00

00:49:42.400 And the other one is Canada.

00:49:44.880 Canada's taken massive amounts of, you know, they send us millions of cars.

00:49:49.800 We don't need them for that.

00:49:51.160 We don't need, we want to have the cars made in Detroit or South Carolina or many other locations,

00:49:55.920 whether it's union or not union.

00:49:58.020 But we, I said to him, I said, so when is this plant going to open?

00:50:01.860 He said, well, we're going to start it in a couple of months, and it'll be open in about a year and a half.

00:50:06.900 It's the largest plant in the world.

00:50:09.140 I said, I'm not happy with that.

00:50:10.540 And I said in my next speech that I am going to charge them if it takes 100% or 200%.

00:50:18.220 No car is coming in from Mexico into the United States without a massive tariff.

00:50:23.820 And I said it three or four times.

00:50:26.020 And what happened is about two months later, I see that same gentleman who was in the audience,

00:50:32.760 and I said, I want to see him backstage after I'm finished with the speech.

00:50:35.520 And I met him backstage, and I said, John, let me ask you, what happened with that plant?

00:50:40.840 Where is it now?

00:50:42.160 He said, sir, China's canceled it.

00:50:44.260 Why?

00:50:44.960 Because they think you're going to be elected, and they thought you were going to charge big tariffs on the cars coming in,

00:50:50.560 and it doesn't work if you're going to charge.

00:50:52.340 So they canceled the plant, and Detroit now will breathe, and we're going to do just the opposite.

00:50:58.860 We're going to have these companies come in, and they can build that plant if they want,

00:51:02.740 but they have to build it across the line.

00:51:04.520 They have to build it in the United States.

00:51:07.440 Amazing.

00:51:08.620 Amazing.

00:51:09.740 We did so many things, and we weren't even elected yet.

00:51:12.820 That would have been a disaster.

00:51:14.160 If that plant were built, it would have been a disaster.

00:51:17.240 That would have wiped out.

00:51:18.240 That was bigger than most of the factories put together, the auto plants put together.

00:51:23.180 In particular, in the very near future, we're going to be placing tariffs on foreign production of computer chips,

00:51:29.320 semiconductors, and pharmaceuticals to return production of these essential goods to the United States of America.

00:51:35.800 They left us, and they went to Taiwan, which is about 98 percent of the chip business, by the way,

00:51:43.260 and we want them to come back, and we don't want to give them billions of dollars like this ridiculous program that Biden has.

00:51:49.280 Give everybody billions of dollars.

00:51:50.660 They already have billions of dollars.

00:51:52.460 They've got nothing but money, Joe.

00:51:54.760 They didn't need money.

00:51:55.720 They needed an incentive, and the incentive is going to be they're not going to want to pay a 25, 50, or even 100 percent tax.

00:52:02.640 They're going to build their factory with their own money.

00:52:04.400 We don't have to give them money.

00:52:05.740 They're going to come in because it's good for them to come in.

00:52:08.660 They're giving them money.

00:52:09.540 They don't even know what they're going to do with it.

00:52:11.440 I had people tell me, we have no idea.

00:52:12.960 We didn't need money.

00:52:14.200 They don't know if they're even – they're probably going to use the money to build in other places, other countries. 0.99

00:52:18.440 It's a ridiculous plan, very expensive and ridiculous. 0.91

00:52:21.760 The only way you'll get out of this is to build your plant. 0.94

00:52:25.080 If you want to stop paying the taxes or the tariffs, you have to build your plant right here in America.

00:52:30.960 That's what's going to happen at record levels.

00:52:33.320 We're going to have more plants built in the next short period of time than anybody ever envisioned before because the incentive is going to be there because they have no tariff whatsoever.

00:52:43.440 In fact, they have help from us if they build their plant in America.

00:52:46.720 And we're going to look at pharmaceuticals, drugs.

00:52:49.660 We're going to look at chips, semiconductors.

00:52:52.660 And we're going to look at steel and some other industries.

00:52:55.620 And you're going to see things happening.

00:52:57.460 If I didn't put on the massive steel tariffs, you wouldn't have one steel plant right now in the United States.

00:53:03.000 If I didn't put on the tariffs on washing machines, dryers and the like, you wouldn't in Ohio.

00:53:10.340 You would have lost all of those companies that made washing machines and dryers.

00:53:14.020 Jim Jordan is the one that got me started.

00:53:16.280 Was Jim here by any chance?

00:53:17.660 Is Jim here?

00:53:18.240 Where is Jim?

00:53:20.420 Where's Jim?

00:53:21.120 Oh, look at him.

00:53:22.740 Wow.

00:53:23.780 That's not a great seat for a man of such power.

00:53:26.460 Do you know that Jim has a couple of, he's a great wrestler.

00:53:31.560 He was all American wrestler three times, 128 in one.

00:53:35.940 That's not a bad record.

00:53:37.080 And that's the way he fights too.

00:53:38.580 But he has a better record.

00:53:40.760 Undefeated as a wrestler in high school.

00:53:42.840 And I say, how can you do that?

00:53:44.040 Because a freshman can't beat a senior.

00:53:47.140 But he figured out how to beat seniors.

00:53:49.760 So stand up again, Jim.

00:53:51.100 Let's give you a hand as a wrestler. 1.00

00:53:53.560 As a wrestler, big hand.

00:53:55.300 As a politician, very good.

00:53:57.780 But Jim, is it true that we saved, we went up there.

00:54:01.180 Remember, we had 25,000 people standing on the streets in this little beautiful town with whirlpool, right?

00:54:07.400 And they were going to close up their factories because they were, South Korea was dumping washing machines and other things like that.

00:54:14.480 And they were dumping.

00:54:15.360 And we put a 50% tariff and then 75%, even 100%.

00:54:18.700 And now they're thriving, right?

00:54:21.560 Without Trump, they wouldn't, they would have been closed up.

00:54:24.040 But Jim was the one that got me involved.

00:54:26.420 Are you guys all happy with Jim?

00:54:27.820 Do you like him?

00:54:28.560 Because I like him.

00:54:29.780 I like him, right?

00:54:30.780 We like Jim.

00:54:32.300 What's not to like?

00:54:34.540 He gets on television.

00:54:35.780 He's like, he's like a wrestler.

00:54:37.060 He's got this boom, boom, boom, boom.

00:54:38.960 Very impressive, Jim.

00:54:40.060 Anyway, it's good to see you.

00:54:41.920 I like that guy a lot.

00:54:43.140 I like a lot of the people in the audience a lot.

00:54:45.120 I like the people in this room.

00:54:46.340 We have the same basic philosophy.

00:54:48.000 We have the same thoughts.

00:54:49.460 What's not to like?

00:54:50.960 But I'll also be placing tariffs on steel, aluminum, and copper.

00:54:54.440 And things that we need for our military.

00:54:56.380 We have to bring production back to our country. 0.99

00:54:59.600 Do you know there was a time when we made one ship a day, and now we can't build a ship.

00:55:05.360 We don't know what the hell we're doing.

00:55:06.700 It's all gone to other locations and other lands.

00:55:10.680 And to further return production to the United States, we're going to environmentally free up our rare earth minerals.

00:55:16.680 We have some unbelievable sites.

00:55:18.760 We have some of the best rare earth anywhere in the world.

00:55:21.660 But we're not allowed to use it because the environmentalists got there first.

00:55:25.040 They said, you cannot touch that land.

00:55:27.520 I look at the land.

00:55:28.340 It looks like every other piece of land.

00:55:29.720 What is it?

00:55:30.420 Well, this is very protected.

00:55:32.460 They have no idea what they're doing to our country.

00:55:34.700 They use the environment to stop progress, so we're not going to let that happen.

00:55:37.780 We have Lee Zeldin.

00:55:39.160 I don't know if Lee's here today, but Lee Zeldin is going to be fantastic.

00:55:42.460 He's going to head up the whole environmental.

00:55:46.680 And I said, Lee, if we put in for a power plant, and if we don't get the approval, like, that you can start within 12 days, one day would be even better.

00:55:57.640 But 12 days, 14 days, see what you can do.

00:55:59.980 And Lee's great.

00:56:00.720 Lee knows what's good, and he knows what's bad.

00:56:02.680 And he'll be very fair.

00:56:04.180 But we have to get it moving because some of these jobs, like the ones in Louisiana, they were 14, 15 years they couldn't get their approvals.

00:56:10.220 We can't let that happen.

00:56:11.620 When people come here with massive amounts of money, they want to start.

00:56:14.940 They want to go.

00:56:15.440 And we know what's good, and we know what's bad, too.

00:56:18.600 And Lee Zeldin is going to do a great job environmentally.

00:56:21.120 As we fix our taxes, we could also cut colossal amounts of government waste, fraud, and abuse, of which is a lot.

00:56:28.100 But tonight, I restate my pledge from the campaign.

00:56:30.700 I will not sign any bill that cuts even a single penny from Medicare or Social Security for our great seniors.

00:56:36.540 We don't have to do that.

00:56:38.740 We don't have to do that.

00:56:40.200 We'll not touch those benefits in any way, shape, or form.

00:56:43.040 I want to use that because during the campaign, they had these fake ads that Trump is going to cut Social Security.

00:56:49.260 No, they're the ones that are going to cut it because the country is going to go bankrupt under them.

00:56:53.740 And that's why it's going to cut, because they're not going to have a choice.

00:56:56.000 Not that they're saying we're going to cut it.

00:56:57.440 But our country was heading for absolute bankruptcy using reconciliation.

00:57:03.320 I also look forward to working with you to make our energy policies permanent and making our historic deregulation efforts a fixture of U.S. law so that no future president like they did with ANWR.

00:57:15.380 I got ANWR approved.

00:57:16.660 Nobody could do it, including Ronald Reagan in Alaska.

00:57:19.080 It's the largest site, potentially the largest site in the world, larger than Saudi Arabia.

00:57:24.960 And I got it done.

00:57:25.920 Ronald Reagan couldn't get it.

00:57:27.180 Nobody could get it done.

00:57:28.380 They tried, but they couldn't get it done.

00:57:29.880 I got it done.

00:57:30.580 And the first thing they did was end ANWR in Alaska, the biggest, most powerful site, maybe anywhere in the world, that we got it done.

00:57:38.920 And we're going to get it done again very quickly.

00:57:40.500 Now, I think I do it with an executive order because they didn't go through Congress.

00:57:44.700 I got it approved through Congress.

00:57:46.380 So I think we get it done fast.

00:57:48.140 But it's going to be that can supply all of Asia with its location.

00:57:52.760 All of Asia can be supplied by ANWR.

00:57:54.820 So there's so many things.

00:57:56.640 But we don't want to have any future president ever sabotage our economy with out of control regulations as the last two Democrat presidents have done.

00:58:05.580 They went crazy.

00:58:06.400 Last week, I signed an order revoking Joe Biden's destructive artificial intelligence regulations so that AI companies can once again focus on being the best, not just being the most woken.

00:58:19.180 Today and over the last couple of days, I've been reading about China and some of the companies in China, one in particular, coming up with a faster method of AI and much less expensive method.

00:58:31.420 And that's good because you don't have to spend this much money.

00:58:34.040 I view that as a positive, as an asset.

00:58:35.840 So I really think if it's if it's fact and if it's true and nobody really knows if it is, but I view that as a positive because you'll be doing that, too.

00:58:45.000 So you won't be spending as much and you'll get the same result.

00:58:47.560 Hopefully the release of deep seek AI from a Chinese company should be a wake up call for our industries that we need to be laser focused on competing to win because we have the greatest scientists in the world.

00:59:01.640 Even Chinese leadership told me that they said you have the most brilliant scientists in the world and Seattle and various places.

00:59:09.860 But Silicon Valley, they said there's nobody like those people.

00:59:13.860 This is very unusual when you hear a deep seek, when you hear something, somebody come up with something.

00:59:18.580 We always have the ideas.

00:59:19.760 We're always first.

00:59:20.420 So I would say that's a positive that could be very much a positive development.

00:59:25.600 Instead of spending billions and billions, you'll spend less and you'll come up with hopefully the same solution.

00:59:32.580 Under the Trump administration, we're going to unleash our tech companies and we're going to dominate the future like never before.

00:59:39.420 And finally, we need to work together on a defense bill that once again fully rebuilds our military for our great warriors.

00:59:47.400 We have to have a strong, strong defense.

00:59:54.900 And in a little while, I'll be signing four new executive orders.

00:59:58.260 First is that I'm directing our new secretary of defense, Pete Hegseth, who's going to be great, by the way.

01:00:04.840 Thank you for the support.

01:00:06.980 Thank you very much for the support.

01:00:08.660 You really did support him greatly.

01:00:10.680 I think he's going to be fantastic.

01:00:12.240 I know him very well.

01:00:13.000 I think he's going to be fantastic.

01:00:14.300 He's what we need to immediately begin the construction of a state-of-the-art Iron Dome missile defense shield, which will be able to protect Americans.

01:00:23.180 You know, we protect other countries, but we don't protect ourselves.

01:00:26.380 And when Ronald Reagan wanted to do it many years ago, luckily we didn't.

01:00:31.420 We didn't have the technology then.

01:00:32.900 It was a concept, but we didn't.

01:00:34.140 And now we have phenomenal technology.

01:00:35.740 You see that with Israel. 0.70

01:00:36.740 We're out of 319 rockets.

01:00:40.080 They knocked down just about every one of them.

01:00:42.380 So I think the United States is entitled to that.

01:00:44.740 And everything will be made right here in the USA, 100%. 0.79

01:00:48.020 And next, to ensure that we have the most lethal fighting force in the world, we will get transgender ideology the hell out of our military. 1.00

01:00:59.160 It's going to be gone.

01:00:59.880 In addition, we will stop our service members from being indoctrinated with radical left ideologies such as critical race theory.

01:01:10.400 We're going to stop it.

01:01:11.180 It's already been stopped.

01:01:12.220 It's already been halted.

01:01:13.400 Totally halted.

01:01:14.220 And finally, we will offer full reinstatement to any service member who was expelled from the armed forces due to the COVID vaccine mandate.

01:01:23.140 And we will restore them to their former rank with full pay.

01:01:28.100 And I think we're going to have a lot of people that join.

01:01:31.060 And one thing I'll say, if you looked at our recruitment over the last week or so, two weeks, it's through the roof.

01:01:38.400 You know, we were having a lot of a lot of people weren't signing.

01:01:41.820 We were having a hard time recruiting people because they were looking at these people that they were supposed to be their leaders.

01:01:48.280 And they weren't happy.

01:01:49.380 They didn't like people that fall going upstairs.

01:01:52.600 If you're going to fall, at least go downstairs from the plane.

01:01:55.920 That triple fall.

01:01:56.680 I use that thing in more ads.

01:01:59.020 I didn't have an ad where I didn't put that in.

01:02:01.340 Just a little quick.

01:02:02.220 One, two, three.

01:02:03.740 Reminded me of Joe Frazier when he went down, right?

01:02:06.040 George Foreman, Joe Frazier.

01:02:07.900 Three falls in a matter of seconds.

01:02:09.960 I said, can you speed it up a little bit?

01:02:11.500 People are getting tired of it.

01:02:13.480 But no, we have now the best recruitment we've seen in a long time.

01:02:17.340 There's a tremendous number of people wanting to sign up.

01:02:20.460 January 20th, 2025 was a turning point in American history.

01:02:24.840 Starting last week, we're ending years of incompetence, radicalism and betrayal.

01:02:31.620 And we're ushering in the most exhilarating era of reform and renewal in the 250-year history of our country.

01:02:38.820 And just in conclusion, I just want to say that this has been a very exciting and will be a very exciting new chapter.

01:02:46.040 There's nothing we cannot achieve as long as the Republican Party remains united.

01:02:51.380 I hope you can remain united.

01:02:59.860 And it's one thing I give the Democrats a lot of credit for because, you know, they have lousy policy. 0.99

01:03:05.580 I think, frankly, half of them are totally crazy. 0.96

01:03:08.180 But they do stick together. 0.65

01:03:09.760 They stick together on stuff that nobody can – I mean, how can you want prisons emptied out into our country?

01:03:16.300 They stick together.

01:03:17.220 They stick together on everything.

01:03:19.340 Impeachment hoax number one.

01:03:20.840 Impeachment hoax number two.

01:03:22.140 They stick together.

01:03:23.640 Although I must tell you, you gave me great support during those two problems, those two fake witch hunts, which have now turned out to be totally fake and disgusting.

01:03:34.220 But you gave me tremendous support.

01:03:36.980 But the Republican Party has to stick together.

01:03:39.280 We just can't have people going, you know, one, two, three votes.

01:03:42.960 And we don't have that luxury.

01:03:44.480 It would be different if we had a 20-point, 30-point, 30-person majority.

01:03:48.500 But we don't.

01:03:49.620 We have to help leadership.

01:03:51.100 And, you know, you can be assured that you have certain philosophies that if you're going to have most of the people, almost all of them, voting for something, you're really – you're going to be okay.

01:04:01.980 It's not going to be bad.

01:04:03.020 You have to stick together.

01:04:04.400 It's the one thing that I would say we don't get very high marks.

01:04:07.720 Everything is so hard.

01:04:09.660 We'll always have two or three or five or something people that just don't want to do it.

01:04:15.020 And you just got to do it.

01:04:16.460 You just got to do it.

01:04:17.440 Make life easy.

01:04:18.360 Just got to do it.

01:04:19.260 Thank you.

01:04:21.100 So right now we have a very special period because we have the House, we have the Senate, and we have the White House.

01:04:31.640 And we're a team, and we're a really good team.

01:04:33.800 And I appreciate so many times when, like, even with Mike, I called three or four people and they said, okay, sir, I'll do it.

01:04:40.820 I'm going to vote.

01:04:41.560 I'm going to vote positively.

01:04:42.780 And they're very happy they did now.

01:04:44.820 But when I called, we've gotten such a great response.

01:04:48.380 We just had that happen with Pete, and we have it happening with others.

01:04:53.640 But we really appreciate it with the House.

01:04:55.740 The House has been, you know, it's a very difficult situation when you have that small a majority.

01:05:01.580 But in a certain way, it brings you together.

01:05:04.320 It actually can unify more than anybody would ever know.

01:05:08.240 And a victory is sweeter, as they say, because of it.

01:05:11.740 And I think we're going to have a lot of victories.

01:05:13.160 But we have to stick together, we have to work together, we have to fight together, and we're going to win together.

01:05:18.120 We're going to win like never before.

01:05:19.420 We have a chance to win like never before.

01:05:22.440 As long as we stay united, the 119th Congress will be remembered as the most successful and accomplished Republican majority in American history.

01:05:31.660 I believe that.

01:05:32.320 I think we have a chance of doing it, right?

01:05:37.280 And in January 2027, we will have a larger Republican House, a larger Republican Senate, and our country will be richer, safer, stronger, prouder, greater, freer.

01:05:48.580 And ever before, I really think that we're going to have some big victories coming up.

01:05:53.180 And I'm going to be helping every single one of you.

01:05:55.760 I'm raising a lot of money.

01:05:57.320 And I want to use it for the House, and I want to use it for the Senate.

01:06:00.180 I've raised a lot of money.

01:06:02.160 And, you know, I told my people, we raised $1.7 billion.

01:06:06.120 They raised $2.6 billion.

01:06:07.820 They have the unions with, you know, checkoffs, which is always tough, $10 a month times millions and millions of people.

01:06:15.400 And then we won.

01:06:16.980 And we won by a lot.

01:06:18.920 And they wanted to go out, and they still haven't raised it.

01:06:21.640 They're trying to raise $28 million.

01:06:23.360 They cannot raise 10 cents.

01:06:25.660 It's good to win, I will tell you.

01:06:27.740 It's really good to win, but they can't raise money.

01:06:30.420 But I told my people the morning after.

01:06:32.020 Now, normally, because we have so many donors here and so many people that I love and respect, a lot of great friends of mine.

01:06:38.240 But I told my people, Meredith and Susie.

01:06:42.160 By the way, how good is Susie?

01:06:43.460 The Ice Maiden.

01:06:44.260 Where is the Ice Maiden?

01:06:45.780 She is so great.

01:06:48.660 She is so great.

01:06:49.900 Stand up, Susie. 0.96

01:06:51.140 The Ice Maiden, ladies and gentlemen.

01:06:53.020 Wow, look at that.

01:07:04.320 Most powerful woman in the world, they say. 1.00

01:07:07.560 Most powerful woman in the world. 0.84

01:07:09.600 She's made of ice.

01:07:13.140 She's great.

01:07:13.860 No, you know, when I came to Florida, Florida was a Democrat state, had a Democrat governor.

01:07:20.580 They had one Democrat senator.

01:07:23.100 It was largely a Democrat state.

01:07:26.500 And through various reasons, I ended up with Susie running the campaign, and she was unbelievable. 0.91

01:07:34.020 We won it in a landslide.

01:07:36.680 And then the second time, we won it in an even bigger landslide.

01:07:39.620 And when it came time to choosing somebody to run the campaign, the whole campaign, I said, what about Susie from Florida?

01:07:46.740 She never lost.

01:07:47.440 I won every primary.

01:07:49.020 I won every, every.

01:07:50.160 I didn't lose anything.

01:07:51.540 And, again, it was a Democrat state.

01:07:53.480 And it was a landslide both times.

01:07:56.180 And all of the Republican stuff was almost like it didn't even exist.

01:08:00.600 It was amazing.

01:08:01.880 And I said, what about Susie?

01:08:03.040 Well, sir, you know, a woman has never been in this position before.

01:08:07.380 I said, really?

01:08:08.060 Oh, by the way, we have Kellyanne Conway.

01:08:09.620 She didn't do too badly either, right?

01:08:12.460 She did a great job, 2016.

01:08:15.760 And when it came time to chief of staff, do you know that there has never been a woman chief of staff?

01:08:20.860 But there is now.

01:08:22.420 There is now, right?

01:08:25.140 I didn't know that.

01:08:26.240 I'm so surprised.

01:08:28.760 I'm very surprised.

01:08:29.800 But it came time to running the campaign, and I said, well, I've never had a loss with Susie.

01:08:35.100 She comes from great stock, you know.

01:08:36.880 Pat Summerall is her father.

01:08:38.360 Pat Summerall was a football player, a great football player, but a really great announcer, really the voice of the NFL for 27 years or something.

01:08:47.320 He was great.

01:08:48.060 And a leader.

01:08:48.840 He worked with John Madden, and he was able to get John Madden to do things that nobody else could do.

01:08:54.180 They'd call him, they'd say, Pat, John is really difficult.

01:08:58.180 Now, you know, John was a difficult guy, but he got big ratings, and he was good.

01:09:02.200 And Pat would go up, come on, John, let's get this done.

01:09:05.320 Come on.

01:09:06.120 I know you don't like the heads of the company.

01:09:08.060 Yes, they're paying you a lot of money.

01:09:09.800 Come on, John, let's get it done.

01:09:11.280 And he'd go and do it.

01:09:12.760 And this went on for, what, 27 years, right?

01:09:15.000 But he was a leader, her father.

01:09:17.260 And, you know, this is somebody that has the gene.

01:09:21.020 I'll tell you, she's great, and she's done a fantastic job.

01:09:23.460 So she was so good with the campaign. 0.69

01:09:25.560 I said, let's let her do the campaign, and it was flawless. 0.99

01:09:29.160 And, again, I said before, we had her win a lot of votes because it's crooked as hell. 1.00

01:09:34.100 And I hope you can go to voter ID and same-day voting and paper ballots and all of those things

01:09:41.480 because, ultimately, we'll never lose a race if you do that.

01:09:44.220 I'm telling you, you'll never lose a race.

01:09:46.240 And I hope you can get that.

01:09:47.680 And that's said to the governors mostly, but, you know, you people have a lot of power over it.

01:09:52.360 But Susie ran the race, and we did phenomenally, and then we just made her the chief of staff, 0.76

01:09:56.920 and she's doing great.

01:09:58.220 They say it was the greatest week, opening week, in presidential history.

01:10:02.700 And I think, you know, it could be a hell of a lot better.

01:10:05.720 Even CNN is saying, this guy is amazing.

01:10:08.120 I couldn't believe it.

01:10:09.080 I said, did CNN really say that?

01:10:11.540 Because nobody watches, so nobody was able to confirm it.

01:10:16.400 But it was pretty amazing.

01:10:17.920 Oh, their camera just went off.

01:10:20.580 It's always tough.

01:10:21.880 Usually you get them by surprise.

01:10:24.040 But I just want to thank everybody.

01:10:25.540 We're going to make this tremendously successful.

01:10:27.560 We're going to have, I believe, we're going to have one of the greatest four years in the history of our country.

01:10:32.360 We're going to turn it around quickly, and then we're going to go on, and we're going to progress like nobody ever thought possible.

01:10:38.340 And I want to thank these great four people, because they really are leaders, and they're phenomenal people.

01:10:43.500 And I want to thank all of my friends in the audience, many of whom are congressmen and congresswomen and people that have just tremendous talent.

01:10:53.040 Every single one of you, I know every one of you, and you have tremendous talent.

01:10:56.180 And if we stick and if we fight together, there's nobody can stop us.

01:11:00.680 We're going to have, because they have bad policy.

01:11:02.980 Their policy is so bad.

01:11:04.900 Nobody could win with this policy.

01:11:06.920 Nobody.

01:11:07.740 And we have the best policy.

01:11:09.460 And again, as they say, and we say, and I've been saying for a long time, we're the party of common sense, and we're the party that's going to have the best four years ever.

01:11:17.120 Thank you very much.

01:11:17.920 Appreciate it.

01:11:18.640 Thank you very much.

01:11:19.660 Big victory on 5 November.

01:11:23.560 Now the work can finally start on the big issues facing the country.

01:14:13.180 I want to warn you of a huge change that could be coming to our money and our bank accounts.

01:14:18.880 First, think back to 9-11, shortly after the government pushed through the Patriot Act.

01:14:23.200 This gave the government power to spy on innocent Americans by monitoring our phone and email and tracking our movement across the Internet.

01:14:30.900 Now, Jim Rickards, editor of the independent financial newsletter Strategic Intelligence and New York Times bestselling author,

01:14:38.420 is warning about a coming event that could elevate this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level.

01:14:44.600 In fact, some of the guests I've had on the war room believe that the government will soon expand their powers to track our every move.

01:14:52.480 If we say the wrong things on social media, donate to the wrong causes, buy firearms, or even vote MAGA, the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts.

01:15:02.720 I can't say for sure if this will happen, but it's an interesting and dire warning.

01:15:08.920 Fortunately, Jim Rickards, an American patriot and friend of mine, has made it his mission to educate us on what he believes is coming

01:15:15.660 and how to protect yourself from the possibility of programmable money.

01:15:21.420 Watch Jim's warning video now before it's censored like I've been in the past.

01:15:26.660 Go to RickardsWarRoom.com.

01:15:29.040 That's RickardsWarRoom.com now to see the video.

01:15:32.720 I'll see you next time.

01:16:02.720 In a new town, there's no need to be unhappy.

01:16:07.720 Young man, there's a place you can go.

01:16:11.300 I said, young man, when you're short on your dough, you can't stay there.

01:16:16.980 And I'm sure you will find many ways to have a good time.

01:16:23.220 It's fun to stay at the YMCA.

01:16:28.220 It's fun to stay at the YMCA.

01:16:30.220 It's fun to stay at the YMCA.

01:16:30.560 We're here at the Doral, at the Blue Monster.

01:16:34.800 President Trump.

01:16:36.660 Over an hour of commentary, around an hour and 10 minutes, 70 minutes, roughly.

01:16:41.560 We'll do a wide range of items that we'll get into for a second.

01:16:47.140 Of course, the YMCA, his exit music.

01:16:54.880 Are they still playing the music going off the stage?

01:16:59.180 Okay.

01:16:59.860 Maybe not.

01:17:00.500 They cut away.

01:17:01.240 Back to me.

01:17:03.200 I guess I can direct, too.

01:17:04.820 At the same time, give commentary.

01:17:11.200 Very, President Trump really went into some topics quite deeply today.

01:17:15.060 And I think it's for a bunch of reasons.

01:17:16.360 Number one, he said about the—and we're going to get Joe Allen up here in a second.

01:17:22.320 There's something quite obvious, I think, happening with the Chinese Communist Party.

01:17:26.300 And we have to face this.

01:17:27.760 And if no one's talking about it, you've got to admit it.

01:17:30.780 You've got to talk about it.

01:17:31.400 There are no coincidences when it comes to the Chinese Communist Party.

01:17:35.380 Knowing what President Trump said about tariffs.

01:17:37.260 And right there, President Trump gave you a very detailed—talking about McKinley.

01:17:40.880 Talking about—and this is back in the day when 100 percent of the U.S. government was funded, fully funded, by external sources.

01:17:48.740 There was no internal revenue.

01:17:51.080 There had been a huge debate during the Continental Congress and informing the country around the contract that was the Constitution about what really was the power to tax.

01:18:06.180 There was no concept.

01:18:07.540 No, they would not even be able to think through personal taxes from a centralized government.

01:18:13.160 That would have never happened with their framers.

01:18:16.240 It was hard enough, them working out accommodations about taxes at state level and what that went for.

01:18:22.260 And remember, it was all tariffs, customs and duties, which had been one of the big complaints even in the taxes and all that on the British East India Company.

01:18:34.640 It led to the Boston Tea Party and many other things related to the early resistance before the shot heard around the world.

01:18:41.880 The shot heard around the world is in less than 90 days, right?

01:18:46.400 The 19th of April.

01:18:49.420 Here, you know, you've got Lexington and Concord, the 250th anniversary.

01:18:53.840 And in the lead up to that, all the contention that would be going on right now is about charging tariffs, duties, additional taxes on, like, stamps, all of it.

01:19:06.400 So this was hugely contentious, hugely contentious.

01:19:09.860 Today, President Trump went back to McKinley, who really was one of the greatest of the tariff, of people thinking through tariff and really external markets.

01:19:18.920 This is why President Trump causes the external revenue service.

01:19:23.020 This is not just a one-off.

01:19:25.360 This is actually something he's very much thought through.

01:19:30.320 He said right there, President Trump gave another commitment to no tax on tips.

01:19:36.400 He was speaking in the Republican Conference, no tax on tips, no tax on Social Security, and no tax on overtime.

01:19:43.800 Once again, a commitment.

01:19:46.600 So, wow.

01:19:48.540 That's another, I don't know, $500 billion that's going to be short on the tax side.

01:19:52.620 I'm all for it.

01:19:53.900 I think you're throwing no tax on bonuses.

01:19:58.320 As long as we can cut investment banker bonuses out of it.

01:20:01.760 Also, obviously, you have to get carried interest, all those types of things, financial transactions.

01:20:06.080 But I'm saying tax cuts right there.

01:20:07.520 Those are populist tax cuts.

01:20:09.800 But something is happening here.

01:20:11.440 It called for all out, almost like a Marshall plan.

01:20:15.980 Didn't get there, but almost like a Marshall plan on AI and other technologies.

01:20:19.280 I think that this is where it's got to be a public conversation.

01:20:21.580 Exactly what's going on.

01:20:22.940 Who's going to make decisions?

01:20:24.440 What is this?

01:20:25.160 We have to have this defined.

01:20:26.360 No more.

01:20:27.400 We cannot have Marc Andreessen.

01:20:29.820 Because what we've done is basically allowed an apartheid state in Silicon Valley to be formed and made a pact with them that will allow you. 0.95

01:20:38.520 This is Obama and Biden.

01:20:39.840 This is Obama, that they would be the wealthiest people on earth with virtually no regulation, virtually no regulation, and in addition, no antitrust, no justice department.

01:20:53.660 This is why Google can be so big.

01:20:54.840 This is why Facebook can be so big.

01:20:56.180 This is why Twitter can be so big.

01:20:57.800 This is why Amazon can be so big.

01:20:59.260 And how many businesses, small businesses, have Amazon destroyed to sell Chinese Communist Party product?

01:21:07.660 They've destroyed businesses.

01:21:09.280 Bezos is as bad as it gets.

01:21:11.320 Democracy dies in darkness.

01:21:12.980 Well, American small business died in the light of Amazon.

01:21:18.260 And now I guess the warehouse is even being shipped, even being built in mainland China, not even over here anymore.

01:21:24.380 We allowed that.

01:21:25.360 We allowed no competition.

01:21:26.540 We allowed them to become basically monopolistic rent seekers, not profits.

01:21:32.340 These are not profits.

01:21:33.180 They go.

01:21:33.480 It's rents.

01:21:34.040 These are rent seekers.

01:21:35.560 And we allowed them to become the wealthiest and allow an apartheid state where no Hispanics and African-Americans and really white working class dare enter while they bring over indentured servants from South Asia. 0.96

01:21:47.640 Who have to live in, you know, tend to a room that didn't get their green cards, bring their families over at one third to 50 percent less than American workers, American citizens, workers. 0.50

01:22:00.600 But the Chinese Communist Party gave us a love tap today.

01:22:03.400 So that so the oligarchs have failed.

01:22:06.880 Joe, is Joe Allen with me?

01:22:08.460 Joe Allen joins us.

01:22:09.560 Joe, they're flooding the zone.

01:22:11.280 They're taking the Steve Bannon strategy and they're flooding the zone with updates, releases, new technologies.

01:22:17.240 They've already won TikTok.

01:22:19.240 TikTok dominates that.

01:22:21.100 That's that's something on social media that can you see the ads are taken out now.

01:22:24.860 So your kids won't be overwhelmed by it.

01:22:27.740 Oh, I'm a good dad.

01:22:28.800 I'm not a cool dad.

01:22:29.580 I'm a good dad.

01:22:30.180 That's a new that's the TikTok new new advertisement.

01:22:34.420 So we've already lost really the war on social media.

01:22:36.620 And now it looks like we've lost it on artificial intelligence.

01:22:39.540 If this is to believe what else has happened, Joe Allen, your perspective and observation, sir.

01:22:45.300 Like I said this morning, Steve, it's all these different forces converging at once.

01:22:51.700 You have this massive bubble, this overvaluation of, you know, big tech.

01:22:57.560 So Google, Microsoft and really open AI, Amazon Meta, so on and so forth.

01:23:04.280 In the U.S. also, though, you have what Marc Andreessen calls little tech, right?

01:23:08.540 The startups, the smaller companies.

01:23:10.480 And even though it doesn't really fit, you could kind of put Elon Musk and his projects

01:23:15.260 over on that side just because he's so adversarial with big tech.

01:23:20.400 And what happened with the just skyrocketing of DeepSeek in popularity in the U.S.

01:23:28.660 in displaying its capabilities, which are at least comparable to the top AI models in the U.S.

01:23:37.580 And as has been claimed, far more efficient.

01:23:42.360 And even if you don't believe the Chinese numbers, the numbers put out by DeepSeek,

01:23:47.800 five to ten million dollars to train, you know, a handful of low-grade NVIDIA chips.

01:23:53.500 And I certainly don't buy that.

01:23:56.220 It's still very much a streamlined model, and it's free.

01:24:01.220 So China, seeing all of this technological upheaval in the U.S.,

01:24:07.320 just smashed us with a total destabilization.

01:24:12.580 The NVIDIA stocks plummeting, Qualcomm and all these different chip stocks just plummeting in response.

01:24:18.440 And then today, I think just to rub it in, today, that same company, that same company, DeepSeek,

01:24:27.380 released a multimodal model, which is kind of like a visual AI generative model called Janus.

01:24:35.700 And also today, Alibaba releases Quinn, which is sort of like an agent that takes over your computer,

01:24:44.680 can do things for you, it recognizes things visually, so on and so forth.

01:24:47.780 But just putting the technicality aside, it looks to me, if you consider the economic competition

01:24:54.180 between the U.S. and China as warfare, and that is certainly how you have described it,

01:25:00.220 unrestricted warfare, then on the economic side and on the psychological side,

01:25:06.980 this was a massive hit to the U.S.

01:25:09.980 And in response, what I see is U.S. companies rallying in order to compete,

01:25:16.540 the acceleration of AI, and we've already seen the stripping of regulations.

01:25:22.360 And then, as our own Grace Chong predicted from the beginning,

01:25:27.920 you had David Sachs suggesting, possibly, that U.S. companies might ask for bailouts.

01:25:35.380 So, it really, you know, a hell of a day today, Steve.

01:25:40.480 And I think that—

01:25:41.780 Hang on.

01:25:42.200 Was it—hang on.

01:25:43.460 Was it Sachs or was it Bill Ackman?

01:25:46.580 I think it was Ackman.

01:25:47.340 Bill Ackman.

01:25:47.780 Yes, sorry.

01:25:48.480 Thank you for the correction.

01:25:49.560 Bill Ackman.

01:25:50.060 Yes.

01:25:50.760 Bill Ackman.

01:25:51.640 Bill Ackman.

01:25:51.920 Yes.

01:25:52.520 No, but here's what I say.

01:25:53.400 Bailout.

01:25:53.780 What they want is a massive government.

01:25:55.480 They're going to—you're going to start seeing right now, they want a space program type.

01:25:59.160 They want a Mercury missile type, a Mercury program, first to the moon, JFK first to the moon,

01:26:04.780 or a Marshall plan to essentially bail them out, to have more additional money for the accelerationists to get it.

01:26:11.020 And the question is, how do we get caught?

01:26:12.360 I want to know why the intelligence services didn't see this.

01:26:15.840 I want to know what—because even if it's a PSYOP, they're doing it in the market.

01:26:20.680 NVIDIA, which has been carrying the stock market, lost $600 billion in market value today,

01:26:26.060 largest loss in the history of the NASDAQ, $1.9 trillion.

01:26:31.840 So all the folks, and particularly the day traders, have been playing the tech stocks, the MAG-7.

01:26:37.480 Today, you took a hit, a big hit.

01:26:40.400 Could this come back tomorrow?

01:26:41.500 Yes, it could.

01:26:42.120 If you didn't sell the stock, you really haven't taken a loss, right?

01:26:45.120 It's a paper loss.

01:26:46.760 But the MAG-7 and all this, ever since ChatGBT came at Davos, this is all they've been talking about. 0.80

01:26:56.940 This is—you know, the whole thing's driven by AI.

01:26:59.580 And today, the Chinese Communist Party came out and said,

01:27:02.760 oh, we've got something that's 100% cheaper and thousands of cents, and it's not going to take all the energy.

01:27:08.580 And we are—we don't use blunt force, you know, blunt force computing.

01:27:12.600 We're much smarter.

01:27:13.440 We're much more nimble.

01:27:15.340 And we did with Chinese scientists.

01:27:16.540 You're going to see the pressure now on H-1Bs. 0.83

01:27:19.120 They're going to say, no, no, no, no.

01:27:20.200 We need to get everybody. 1.00

01:27:21.200 All the Americans have got to be fired because the Americans, according to Elon Musk and this crowd, are all retards and lazy. 1.00

01:27:27.540 You know, Vivek is that you're mediocre. 0.99

01:27:30.040 You're mediocre because you're not a math Olympiad. 0.95

01:27:32.740 You're a cheerleader or you play quarterback.

01:27:34.980 This is going to—this is going to metastasize to an all-encompassing—and we have to have it.

01:27:41.380 President Trump spent at least 20% of his talk right there to the Republican Party that has historically grown up with this fantasy of free markets because it's not free.

01:27:55.120 China is a totally mercantilist system, a 100% mercantilist system.

01:28:00.620 You heard Lee Wamsgan was on from Texas, from Patriot Mobile, and she said, hey, one of the issues they deal with Texas is China is owning land. 1.00

01:28:10.880 You know, Chinese nationals, if they're buying land in the U.S., they're part of their associated and or part of the CCP. 0.99

01:28:17.580 You just don't get to take your cash out of China and buy it in the United States unless you're getting official approval down in Texas.

01:28:23.120 Can you go buy a bunch of property in China?

01:28:26.120 Oh, no, you can't.

01:28:27.000 Can you really own a company in China?

01:28:28.260 No, you can't.

01:28:30.040 It's a totally mercantilist system, 100% mercantilist.

01:28:32.540 And I think the deficit's, what, $600 billion?

01:28:35.160 They're burying us every year.

01:28:36.460 So President Trump lays out the case for not terrorists but external revenues is how he calls it, back to the days of McKinley when we fully financed this.

01:28:47.200 Joe, how is Internet culture, how is tech bro culture handling this right now?

01:28:54.580 Because they've got a lot to explain.

01:28:56.040 Even if it's a PSYOP, they still look absurd because we made this deal.

01:29:01.420 We gave them total monopolistic power.

01:29:03.700 We made them the richest people on Earth and some of the most powerful people on Earth, the oligarchs, and allowed them, the progressives, Obama and Biden, allowed them to create.

01:29:13.200 And the Newsom's of the world and all the people in California, they consciously allowed them to create an apartheid state. 0.71

01:29:21.580 And the bargain was you're going to keep us as the dominant tech, particularly in the age of the algorithm.

01:29:26.960 And today we get a wake-up call that that may not be the case, sir.

01:29:31.880 What I see is you've got the two different sides, basically, with a whole lot of noise in between.

01:29:37.440 On the one side, you've got those that are celebrating this.

01:29:41.320 The DeepSeq R1 is open source, which means that it can then be replicated in the U.S.

01:29:46.460 Their efficiency can be replicated on much larger AI infrastructure.

01:29:51.820 And then on the other side, you've got what you could say the COPE crew, who are basically in denial, saying that –

01:29:58.680 And with some correct assumptions that China used open AI's research and all the resources that they put into developing GPT, they basically knocked it off and improved it a bit and then open sourced it to undermine them.

01:30:16.460 But, you know, I really do think that from what I can see, day one basically, is that you're getting a big rally.

01:30:26.560 And people like Marc Andreessen are really kind of leading the charge.

01:30:29.760 In fact, I would say that people like Marc Andreessen, who celebrated the release of R1 right away, that he, in some ways, and people like him, drove the massive downloads and the interest in this system, the DeepSeq R1 system, which then led to the cascade of the loss of confidence in NVIDIA and so on and so forth.

01:30:53.820 I think, ultimately, the response – setting aside all of my personal qualms with all of this, the response that we will simply build up our own systems and crush China is probably the one that's going to win the day. 0.98

01:31:12.700 I don't think that American tech bros, outside of a couple of losers, are going anywhere.

01:31:19.740 I don't think NVIDIA is going anywhere.

01:31:21.300 I don't think OpenAI is going anywhere, XAI, or any of the many companies that Marc Andreessen invests in.

01:31:27.680 In fact, I would say Andreessen probably stands to gain the most because the subversion of these big tech companies opens up a space for all the smaller AI companies that he's investing in to rise up and fill in that gap.

01:31:42.620 The audience knows all of my qualms with it.

01:31:45.460 It just doesn't matter.

01:31:46.360 But that confidence, I think, is really there.

01:31:49.100 Joe, real quickly, we're monitoring overnight.

01:31:51.300 I'll be back at 10 tomorrow.

01:31:52.340 Real quickly, where do people go to get you between now and then?
