00:03:57.420We've got, we had at least, according to our numbers, at least four senators, possibly four that were taken, and nine congressmen.
00:04:05.420And a lot of other down tickets, you go to North Carolina, you're going, okay, I vote for the president, but I vote all these down tickets.
00:04:15.420If it doesn't make sense, there's manipulation.
00:04:18.420And Steve, I'm looking forward to now being able to not be blocked.
00:04:23.420You remember all our efforts over the last four years, we were mostly blocked, everybody, by uniparty Republicans.
00:04:29.420We would go into states like South Dakota, Arkansas, Alabama, these places, and we would be blocked like, hey, for example, Alabama going, hey, John Merrill, you got, I walked, I went there this summer of 21, said, you have 4,662 people that voted in Alabama over 110 years old.
00:04:49.420And he looked at me and said, well, Mike, we look pretty good in Alabama.
00:04:52.420And, you know, now you got Elon Musk finding all these people, like the president said at the rally, that are over hundreds of years old, that are on our Social Security voter, I mean, rolls.
00:05:03.420You got, it's even worse on our voter rolls.
00:05:08.420But, Steve, I'll tell you, with our great president, our Donald Trump in there, he did it with the governors this last week before I went in and talked to him.
00:05:17.420He talked about our elections and stuff with the governors.
00:05:20.420We got to get the paper ballots hand counted.
00:05:22.420And, you know, Sarah Huckabee Sanders right on the stage there, who has, she said straight out, you know, we need to secure our elections and get to a paper ballots hand counted.
00:05:35.420And you're talking about like in Arkansas when we went in there, Cleburne County, Arkansas voted out or voted to go to paper ballots hand counted.
00:05:44.420And then this Senator Kim Hammers shoves a bill through and says, if you're a county in Arkansas and you go to paper ballots, we're defunding your county.
00:05:55.420Now, that doesn't make sense, everybody.
00:06:12.420Because we're not going to tolerate these.
00:06:14.420We're not going to tolerate blockers to our efforts to secure our elections.
00:06:19.420We need to show the world that we can have the best elections platforms in the world.
00:06:24.420And so, Steve, everyone says, you know, that's why that's why everyone I said, like for the start of the show here or the last show, we talk about Keith Ellison, the attorney general attacking me here in Minnesota.
00:06:49.420They're using my pillow as an example to do something so corrupt and so wrong that it's just, and why are they doing this to Mike Lindell and my pillow and my recovery network?
00:09:27.420They've actually, Tucker and Steve Bannon, they're trying to get.
00:09:31.420They're saying, oh, well, you know, these guys instigated it by going on their media platforms and saying that the election was stolen and Bolsonaro is the president of Brazil.
00:09:42.420Hey, write this down, judge in Brazil and Lula, the Marxist communist that's in business with the CCP.
00:10:31.420So this was the interpretation of the United States attorney in the Middle District of Florida was resistant to the executive authority of President Trump.
00:10:41.420This is unheard of and that we have United States attorneys that are under the executive branch.
00:10:46.420Thankfully, we made the right changes and we were getting the right people in there.
00:10:49.420The work of Carol Stewart, his attorney, is something to be applauded.
00:11:12.420These coalition efforts go as long as the people would continue to fight.
00:11:18.420And these people have been relentless.
00:11:20.420Our United States citizens have fought for the January 6th community, have never, ever given an inch on this.
00:11:27.420And I think it's a beautiful thing to see the effort of everyone coming together and President Trump recognizing this great injustice and standing up and doing the right thing for the American public.
00:11:40.420I want to reemphasize we did it at CPAC, but there is so much going on and so much yelling and screaming of people, you know, celebrate and we're doing it live.
00:11:47.420I want to make sure I just want to take a second go over why Jeremy Brown story.
00:12:08.420So, Steve, let me elaborate on that, if I might.
00:12:10.420So the Department of Homeland Security, Homeland Security Investigative Unit, sent a couple of gentlemen down to the Florida district and they were working out of up in the northeast.
00:12:37.420Brett Lindsey and Paul were called out.
00:12:40.420The video that you saw posted about Jeremy Brown, where he actually is to dinner with these people and sits down with them, was a beautiful moment where he's saying, look, I don't want to be involved.
00:12:48.420I don't have anything to do with this.
00:12:56.420There was a document that had nothing on it.
00:12:58.420It was nothing more than a blank form.
00:13:00.420And they claimed that he had munitions and that they themselves had obviously planted.
00:13:05.420I think President Trump is akin to the same or sorry, aware of the same kind of ideology as we know that they finally falsified documents at Mar-a-Lago during that rate.
00:13:15.420So the charges that were born of the Middle District of Florida were separate from the charges of the District of Columbia.
00:13:43.420I think it was probably rather upsetting to usurp that authority.
00:13:47.420So the United States Attorney's Office had finally gotten their act together.
00:13:50.420They've gotten in line on these interpretations.
00:13:52.420And the judges are having to live with it.
00:13:54.420And therefore, Jeremy Brown, Daniel Ball, Dominic Box, the whole list that goes on of the cases that have valiantly been fought for by these attorneys is now we're seeing the fruits of that labor and we're seeing these people released.
00:14:08.420Do you think Jeremy was – was Brown singled out because he did not – he turned the government down?
00:14:19.420Yeah, I think any number of people have had this experience.
00:14:22.420The same thing like John Woods had that experience as an Arkansas State Senator when he refused to work for the FBI and he's still in prison.
00:14:29.420We've had a number of people that went through this.
00:14:31.420James Brett was a proud boy that went through this thing where they tried to come to his house.
00:14:35.420Brett Lindsey and Paul Ara tried to flip him into an informant.
00:14:38.420And the reason that these people said I don't want to be an informant is because nothing's happening.
00:14:52.420When you are resistant to the federal government, when you resist the Department of Homeland Security, you resist these three-letter agencies.
00:14:59.420I think everyone finds out really fast and hard how hard they're willing to play and how difficult they're going to make your life from that moment forward.
00:16:06.420How can this apparatus continue to grind on these people, sir?
00:16:10.420Well, Steve, this is a situation where you have a resistant faction within the United States government that does not care about presidential authority, does not care about the rule of law.
00:16:22.420They can profess these things all day long or pontificate about them.
00:16:25.420But as it happened in many of these cases, the United States attorneys were resistant.
00:16:31.420And thankfully, they're gone where they should be.
00:16:35.420We can get into all kinds of cases where the government fails to follow the rule of law.
00:16:40.420I think you yourself were a victim of the government failing to follow the rule of law and operating in a two-tiered system.
00:16:46.420However, when it comes to Jeremy Brown, you know, Laura Logan and so many others have been such a fierce advocate for Jeremy.
00:16:53.420And I think that it brought the right amount of attention to this resistant faction within our government that undermines the rule of law that would dare to usurp the presidential authority of the pardon power.
00:17:05.420I would like to touch on Dan Wilson when you have a minute for sure.
00:17:22.420And he ends up in the same situation, has a January 6 case.
00:17:26.420And President Trump issued a full and unconditional pardon for this man.
00:17:30.420Yet Dabney Friedrich, Dabney Friedrich was actually my judge.
00:17:34.420So I have a little bit of experience and quite a bit of animosity with this individual.
00:17:38.420Not animosity doesn't for our system, but it's for those who would undermine the rule of law.
00:17:43.420Dabney Friedrich had ordered Dan Wilson to return to prison.
00:17:48.420Ed Martin and the United States Attorney Jennifer Blackwell, the AUSA that's handling that case, met today with Dabney Friedrich with his attorney, George Pallas.
00:17:57.420And by the way, I want you to know George Pallas has been a forefront bastion of freedom of many of these January 6 cases and has just absolutely been a firebrand fighter for this.
00:18:11.420But in this case today, in the hearing today, Dabney Friedrich began down this line of, well, what about this case and how will that affect that case and what about this case?
00:18:21.420And I would like to say specifically to Dabney Friedrich, Judge Friedrich, I remember that when I brought up other issues and talked about things, you told me we're here to deal with your matter, Mr. Evans.
00:18:33.420I would like to remind Dabney Friedrich that she's in charge only of Dan Wilson.
00:18:36.420These other issues are not hers to deal with.
00:18:38.420And I think George Pallas and I had a good talk about that today.
00:18:41.420But where it stands today, thankfully, Judge Friedrich has issued a minute order.

00:35:41.060I mean Grinnell comes out and say, hey, look, when we have Christmas in Washington, the Kennedy Center is going to be the center of Christmas festivities and celebration of Christmas.
00:35:50.360Well, why is that such a controversial thing?
00:35:51.800Maybe, you know, now here in D.C., that's a controversial thing.
00:35:54.420But for average A folks, that's not a controversial, you know, thing to say and to plan.

00:36:03.720And the people used to be on the board of the Kennedy Center.
00:36:29.400You're also going to – in programming, I take it you're going to look for new program directors and a staff that can put up appropriate things that make people proud of the country.
00:37:13.840I'm getting more and more concerned about this situation with President Bolsonaro.
00:37:19.360I think – I don't like where the direction of this is heading.

00:37:25.900I guess the trial has kind of started – it's very different in the United States.
00:37:28.540When you get indicted, there's a long time before you're arraigned in a trial.
00:37:31.820It's usually a year or two off, particularly a complicated trial in and of itself like this.
00:37:36.300They've accused him and indicted him for staging a coup d'etat against the Lula and these Marxists when he questioned the stealing of the 2022 election.
00:37:52.820Correct me if I'm wrong, but that could lead up to a prison sentence of 40 years.
00:37:56.640And I've said this, and I'll say it publicly, and I've told it to the Bolsonaro family.
00:38:01.520If President Bolsonaro goes to prison, they will try to assassinate him in prison.
00:38:05.580And that's why it's very important for us to keep him out.
00:38:08.640He's one of the great men in the world today and one of the greatest men of the 21st century, sir.

00:38:18.820And President Bolsonaro openly talked about this on an interview he gave to a Brazilian outlet last night where he had unbelievably 800,000 people watching him on YouTube on this interview.
00:38:35.260And he talked about he has a credible fear of death in a prison in Brazil.
00:38:40.720So right now, the process is moving very swiftly.
00:38:47.200The Brazilian prosecutors and the Supreme Court Justice Demorais, which is that guy that your audience knows that looks like a James Bond villain, the bald guy that had a beef with Elon Musk.
00:38:59.540So they're working double time in order to do this trial in six months and send Bolsonaro to prison for 40 years.
00:39:09.380And the only thing stopping this from happening is, believe it or not, their fear of some sort of help coming from the United States.
00:39:18.440And this got exciting in the past, I'd say, two days with the lawsuit involving Trump, media and rumble in a U.S. federal court.
00:39:30.400Other than that, you had, for the first time, you had the Department of State, the President Trump's Department of State issuing a statement today regarding the situation in Brazil.
00:39:54.300So what the United States Bureau of Western Hemisphere and then the United States Embassy in Brazil reposted, they said respect for sovereignty is a two-way street with all U.S. partners, including Brazil.
00:40:10.380Blocking access to information and imposing fines on U.S.-based companies for refusing to censor people living in the United States is incompatible with democratic values, including freedom of expression.
00:40:24.300They're referring to Alan dos Santos, whom you know and has been in the show, and myself, that have been censored by social media platforms in the United States based on Moraes orders.
00:40:37.980And ultimately, Rumble, the media platform where most people are watching us from, that has been completely banned in Brazil for the past week or so based on Moraes orders.
00:40:52.860So that's why the Bureau of Western Hemisphere published that.
00:40:57.860And then you had the response from the Brazilian government.
00:41:03.860It happened just a couple of hours ago.
00:41:06.560They said the Brazilian government was surprised by the statement issued today by the U.S. Department of State regarding a lawsuit filed by a private company from the United States in an attempt to exempt themselves from complying with rulings of the Brazilian Supreme Court.
00:41:22.940The Brazilian government firmly rejects any attempt to politicize judicial decisions and emphasize the importance of respecting the Republican principle of the separation of powers as insherished in the 1988 Brazilian federal constitution.
00:41:38.940The Department of State's statement misrepresents the intent of the Supreme Court's decision, which are aimed into ensuring the application of relevant Brazilian legislation within national territory, including the requirement that all companies operating in Brazil establish legal representatives.
00:41:55.900Freedom of expression, a fundamental right in the Brazilian legal system, must be exercised in accordance with the prevailing legal framework, particularly provisions of criminal law.
00:42:09.880The Brazilian state and its Republican institutions were targeted by an anti-democratic campaign based on mass misinformation disseminated through social media.
00:42:20.700That sounds very familiar to U.S. listeners.
00:42:23.180The events surrounding the attempt coup against popular sovereignty following the 2022 presidential elections are currently under judicial review in Brazil, which is copy and paste of the so-called insurrection in the United States.
00:42:39.880And then the January 6th, Brazil had the fake coup d'etat attempt that never happened.
00:42:45.560And then they had our January 8th, which was pretty much a copy of the United States January 6th with everything, the evidence being destroyed, the Asian provocateurs infiltrated, the media, the narrative on the media, everything was copy and paste.
00:43:02.700But, but, but, but hang on for a second, correct me if I'm wrong, did they just call President Trump's company a liar?
00:43:16.080I want to make sure that we are just for the audience.

00:43:20.140The, the judge Morales and Lula's government coming back on that statement of the State Department, which I think laid out pretty succinctly the position of, of President Trump and, and, and, and others.
00:43:37.180They call it, they, they just responded by saying that President Trump and his team and others were, were liars, correct?
00:43:44.600The people at Rumble, they were liars.
00:43:50.360And remember, we got a court order from the U.S. federal judge saying that Rumble and Trump media, they, both companies, they do not have to comply with Morales orders.
00:44:01.620So they, they granted that and granted that Morales tried to issue orders without going through the proper channels.
00:44:08.680That said, and, and other than that, the State Department issued the beautiful statement that I just read, and they said the State Department misrepresents the situation.
00:44:23.500So they're coming after the State Department.
00:44:27.160There's a, there's also an article that just came out in a Brazilian outlet, mainstream media Brazilian outlet, saying that the Brazilian government will adopt a tit for tat policy with the United States.
00:44:38.800Anything the United States do, they will do and retaliate.
00:44:43.760And they're even talking about retaliations in terms of foreign policy, like stop extraditing convicted criminals to the United States.
00:44:53.080So basically stop complying with the extradition agreement that Brazil has with the United States.
00:45:36.640We now know, and correct me if I'm wrong, that Tucker Carlson and Steve Bannon are part of this, are essentially as American media, uh, personalities and with platforms, because we support Bolsonaro and support the Bolsonaro family in the Bolsonaro, Nara movement in Brazil, that we are also part of some sort of coup d'etat, are giving support.
00:45:57.360We're, we're affiliates of, of a coup d'etat.
00:46:09.780Because now, and now he's talking a lot of smack about president Trump, the United States, the Trump government, uh, affiliates of, and supporters of, uh, in a free country, the United States of America.
00:46:21.620The, the, uh, uh, Captain Bolsonaro, his family and his movement, sir.
00:46:28.840You, uh, actually a new document came out, um, this week and it says that you, Steve, are the one that created the framework that has been used in Brazil to spread misinformation and, uh, affect, uh, Brazilian politics.
00:46:44.300So they're, they're coming after you as well, I guess, at some point, uh, and they show the connections between the United States conservatives and Brazilian conservatives.
00:46:53.600And, and they point out Tucker Carlson as well, uh, which has, uh, I, I have been on his show talking about Brazil and Eduardo Bolsonaro as well.
00:47:01.140So that's why they see a connection between, and he interviewed president Bolsonaro as well.
00:47:05.760So they claim there's a connection between this, uh, conservative movement and, and we're the one responsible, uh, of, uh, uh, uh, spreading misinformation and all that BS that you've heard here in the United States before.
00:47:22.440So the, the only good part is that we're starting to see some reaction from the United States.
00:47:28.120We saw not only this statement, but also during this week, um, uh, Congressman, uh, Rick, Rich McCormick from Georgia, Republican from Georgia, um, sent a letter to the White House, uh, asking for decisive action against Morais.
00:47:44.860And I think he was absolutely spot on saying that the Magnitsky act was designed exactly and specifically for that.
00:47:55.100And therefore Morais is subject to what it's called OFAC sanctions, meaning the United States would impose financial sanctions against him.
00:48:05.220Uh, and this pretty much is a death, a financial death penalty.
00:48:08.760The guy got disconnected from all the financial system, uh, globally, and, and it's, it's the president's discretion.
00:48:16.640If Donald Trump wants to do it, he can do it anytime he wants.
00:48:19.980Um, so we're starting to have the first conversations about sanctioning Morais, which I think it's the proper thing to do.
00:48:27.860And the only thing would stop him, the moment he gets sanctions, he'll became, uh, he'll become radioactive and people will leave him behind and throw him under the bus.
00:48:37.160Uh, and this whole regime will be over in Brazil, opening a path.
