00:04:29.420 We would go into states like South Dakota, Arkansas, Alabama, these places, and we would be blocked like, hey, for example, Alabama going, hey, John Merrill, you got, I walked, I went there this summer of 21, said, you have 4,662 people that voted in Alabama over 110 years old.
00:04:49.420 And he looked at me and said, well, Mike, we look pretty good in Alabama.
00:04:52.420 And, you know, now you got Elon Musk finding all these people, like the president said at the rally, that are over hundreds of years old, that are on our Social Security voter, I mean, rolls.

00:05:06.420 So we have a lot of work to do.
00:05:08.420 But, Steve, I'll tell you, with our great president, our Donald Trump in there, he did it with the governors this last week before I went in and talked to him.

00:05:22.420 And, you know, Sarah Huckabee Sanders right on the stage there, who has, she said straight out, you know, we need to secure our elections and get to a paper ballots hand counted.
00:05:35.420 And you're talking about like in Arkansas when we went in there, Cleburne County, Arkansas voted out or voted to go to paper ballots hand counted.
00:05:44.420 And then this Senator Kim Hammers shoves a bill through and says, if you're a county in Arkansas and you go to paper ballots, we're defunding your county. 1.00

00:10:31.420 So this was the interpretation of the United States attorney in the Middle District of Florida was resistant to the executive authority of President Trump.
00:10:41.420 This is unheard of and that we have United States attorneys that are under the executive branch.
00:10:46.420 Thankfully, we made the right changes and we were getting the right people in there.
00:10:49.420 The work of Carol Stewart, his attorney, is something to be applauded.
00:10:54.420 She has never stopped.
00:10:56.420 She is relentless.
00:10:57.420 She is a fighter.
00:10:58.420 You had Neil Pinkston on last night who actually wrote the habeas corpus motion for Jeremy.
00:11:04.420 He's in Tennessee.

00:11:12.420 These coalition efforts go as long as the people would continue to fight.

00:11:20.420 Our United States citizens have fought for the January 6th community, have never, ever given an inch on this.
00:11:27.420 And I think it's a beautiful thing to see the effort of everyone coming together and President Trump recognizing this great injustice and standing up and doing the right thing for the American public.

00:11:47.420 I want to make sure I just want to take a second go over why Jeremy Brown story.

00:11:54.420 The FBI came to him.
00:11:55.420 Correct.
00:11:56.420 And he's a he's a think he's was in special forces.

00:12:00.420 They came to him after J six and offered him to be a paid government informant.

00:12:10.420 So the Department of Homeland Security, Homeland Security Investigative Unit, sent a couple of gentlemen down to the Florida district and they were working out of up in the northeast.

00:12:22.420 The gentleman's by the name of Brett Lindsey and Paul Pura.
00:12:25.420 These two individuals were trying to flip people to get informants and the Proud Boys, Oath Keepers and other groups to inform on people.
00:12:33.420 And the answer was there's no one's done anything.
00:12:36.420 There's nothing here to be done.
00:12:37.420 Brett Lindsey and Paul were called out.
00:12:40.420 The video that you saw posted about Jeremy Brown, where he actually is to dinner with these people and sits down with them, was a beautiful moment where he's saying, look, I don't want to be involved.
00:12:48.420 I don't have anything to do with this.
00:12:49.420 And what's the government do?
00:12:51.420 They come at him.
00:12:52.420 They came at him hard when he did that.
00:12:54.420 They planted evidence in his home.
00:12:56.420 There was a document that had nothing on it.
00:12:58.420 It was nothing more than a blank form.
00:13:00.420 And they claimed that he had munitions and that they themselves had obviously planted.
00:13:05.420 I think President Trump is akin to the same or sorry, aware of the same kind of ideology as we know that they finally falsified documents at Mar-a-Lago during that rate.
00:13:15.420 So the charges that were born of the Middle District of Florida were separate from the charges of the District of Columbia.
00:13:22.420 Those charges have that pardon.
00:13:25.420 They tried to say, well, this doesn't apply.
00:13:27.420 Well, President Trump was quite explicit.
00:13:29.420 And when the government became resistant to this, he doubled down and said, hey, I said pardon, full and complete unconditional pardon.
00:13:38.420 Full and complete unconditional pardon means exactly that.
00:13:41.420 And there is executive authority.
00:13:43.420 I think it was probably rather upsetting to usurp that authority.
00:13:47.420 So the United States Attorney's Office had finally gotten their act together.
00:13:50.420 They've gotten in line on these interpretations.
00:13:52.420 And the judges are having to live with it.
00:13:54.420 And therefore, Jeremy Brown, Daniel Ball, Dominic Box, the whole list that goes on of the cases that have valiantly been fought for by these attorneys is now we're seeing the fruits of that labor and we're seeing these people released.
00:14:08.420 Do you think Jeremy was – was Brown singled out because he did not – he turned the government down?
00:14:16.420 He says, I'm not going to do that.
00:14:17.420 I'm not going to be a rat.
00:14:19.420 Yeah, I think any number of people have had this experience.
00:14:22.420 The same thing like John Woods had that experience as an Arkansas State Senator when he refused to work for the FBI and he's still in prison.
00:14:29.420 We've had a number of people that went through this.
00:14:31.420 James Brett was a proud boy that went through this thing where they tried to come to his house.
00:14:35.420 Brett Lindsey and Paul Ara tried to flip him into an informant.
00:14:38.420 And the reason that these people said I don't want to be an informant is because nothing's happening.

00:14:43.420 We're not violating any laws.
00:14:44.420 We're not doing anything that would require me to inform on you as a citizen of the United States.

00:14:52.420 When you are resistant to the federal government, when you resist the Department of Homeland Security, you resist these three-letter agencies.
00:14:59.420 I think everyone finds out really fast and hard how hard they're willing to play and how difficult they're going to make your life from that moment forward.

00:15:13.420 Because when they let you out, they just let you out.

00:15:17.420 I think they sent them back to your home, but you just walk out.

00:15:45.420 But I want to remind people, Steve, this battle's not over.
00:15:48.420 We have people that are still set to report to prison.
00:15:50.420 There's a lot going on here.
00:15:52.420 How could that possibly be?
00:15:55.420 I want to update on Dan Wilson, but how President Trump gave these people pardons.
00:15:59.420 He said this thing's over.
00:16:01.420 You've got cash and you've got Dan Bongino.
00:16:04.420 This is what's driving people crazy.
00:16:06.420 How can this apparatus continue to grind on these people, sir?
00:16:10.420 Well, Steve, this is a situation where you have a resistant faction within the United States government that does not care about presidential authority, does not care about the rule of law.
00:16:22.420 They can profess these things all day long or pontificate about them.
00:16:25.420 But as it happened in many of these cases, the United States attorneys were resistant.
00:16:31.420 And thankfully, they're gone where they should be.
00:16:33.420 And there is more to be done.
00:16:35.420 We can get into all kinds of cases where the government fails to follow the rule of law.
00:16:40.420 I think you yourself were a victim of the government failing to follow the rule of law and operating in a two-tiered system.
00:16:46.420 However, when it comes to Jeremy Brown, you know, Laura Logan and so many others have been such a fierce advocate for Jeremy.
00:16:53.420 And I think that it brought the right amount of attention to this resistant faction within our government that undermines the rule of law that would dare to usurp the presidential authority of the pardon power.
00:17:05.420 I would like to touch on Dan Wilson when you have a minute for sure.
00:17:09.420 I want to tell you what happened.

00:17:11.420 Sure.
00:17:12.420 Yeah.
00:17:13.420 Talk to us about Dan.

00:17:15.420 So Dan Wilson, same scenario as Jeremy Brown, case born out of Kentucky, federal district of Kentucky.
00:17:21.420 They charge him.
00:17:22.420 And he ends up in the same situation, has a January 6 case.
00:17:26.420 And President Trump issued a full and unconditional pardon for this man.
00:17:30.420 Yet Dabney Friedrich, Dabney Friedrich was actually my judge.
00:17:34.420 So I have a little bit of experience and quite a bit of animosity with this individual.
00:17:38.420 Not animosity doesn't for our system, but it's for those who would undermine the rule of law.
00:17:43.420 Dabney Friedrich had ordered Dan Wilson to return to prison.
00:17:48.420 Ed Martin and the United States Attorney Jennifer Blackwell, the AUSA that's handling that case, met today with Dabney Friedrich with his attorney, George Pallas.
00:17:57.420 And by the way, I want you to know George Pallas has been a forefront bastion of freedom of many of these January 6 cases and has just absolutely been a firebrand fighter for this.
00:18:09.420 So think George Pallas especially.
00:18:11.420 But in this case today, in the hearing today, Dabney Friedrich began down this line of, well, what about this case and how will that affect that case and what about this case?
00:18:21.420 And I would like to say specifically to Dabney Friedrich, Judge Friedrich, I remember that when I brought up other issues and talked about things, you told me we're here to deal with your matter, Mr. Evans.
00:18:33.420 I would like to remind Dabney Friedrich that she's in charge only of Dan Wilson.
00:18:36.420 These other issues are not hers to deal with.
00:18:38.420 And I think George Pallas and I had a good talk about that today.
00:18:41.420 But where it stands today, thankfully, Judge Friedrich has issued a minute order.
00:18:46.420 She has not dismissed his case.
00:18:48.420 She has not dropped it.
00:18:49.420 She has postponed or given a stay to the fact that Dan Wilson was to turn himself into prison tomorrow at the BOP.
00:18:55.420 Thankfully, that's happened and Dan Wilson is currently a free man.
00:18:59.420 But there are other cases that are still out there that we've been able to get Elias Castellanos out of prison.
00:19:04.420 Again, Carol Stewart, George Pallas at the forefront.
00:19:07.420 Roger Roots.
00:19:08.420 I mean, I can't list the number of amazing attorneys and I'll be terribly amiss here for not naming them all.
00:19:15.420 But you have to understand these cases are ongoing, much like any other effort.

00:40:37.980 And ultimately, Rumble, the media platform where most people are watching us from, that has been completely banned in Brazil for the past week or so based on Moraes orders.

00:41:38.940 The Department of State's statement misrepresents the intent of the Supreme Court's decision, which are aimed into ensuring the application of relevant Brazilian legislation within national territory, including the requirement that all companies operating in Brazil establish legal representatives.
