00:01:48.520 And for some reason, I was singled out, turning the mask towards the end, and accosted by one of the church securities saying that I was not allowed to film anymore, and I had to put my phone away while everyone else was still filming.

00:03:00.540 Rachel, I think, will talk more about one of them, which was the fact that the church has been covering up for sexual abuse within its own institution for decades and decades and decades.
00:03:11.300 And McElroy's been one of the most offensive people for covering up sexual abuse.
00:03:17.740 In fact, it was the sexual abuse of Rachel that was – he covered up for one of the instances.
00:03:22.740 He also covered up for McCarrick.
00:03:25.400 So we're extremely disappointed that McElroy is here in D.C. when he is guilty of the very thing that the church should be most energetic in getting out of its own institution.
00:03:38.420 And then it's receiving billions of dollars from the government to settle refugees and immigrants.
00:03:44.820 And, again, with its record for praying on children, 300,000 children are missing.
00:03:52.980 And the church has been accused of – we're accusing them of not doing their due diligence and due care of these people.

00:04:52.620 There's actually been quite a long line of people who were asked for the same thing because they absolutely have no transparency on – you know, they subcontract a lot of this work to other organizations.

00:05:13.380 We don't know what the heck else they're doing because it doesn't seem that they're keeping records or at least they're not showing us the records.
00:05:19.640 So we have had no success for many decades trying to get the church to be transparent.
00:05:27.640 Taxpayers deserve accountability.
00:05:29.440 And we want to see the transparency of where our money is going.
00:05:32.640 And we have movies like Mother Cabrini being released last year all about orphanages and how we take care of immigrants in the United States.

00:10:14.400 but, I mean, the official apparatus of the Catholic Church.

00:10:17.120 Yeah, well, as you remember, in the Dallas Charter in the early 2000s,
00:10:23.420 when they put into place opportunities and mechanisms for reporting abuse of pedophiles within the church,
00:10:30.920 they exempted themselves.
00:10:32.620 The bishops exempted themselves.
00:10:35.440 And McCarrick was really very much in charge of that whole decision-making project
00:10:40.120 to exempt the bishops from having a review process.
00:10:47.100 Fast forward many years, people are angry at this because there are bishops who have abuse and covered up.
00:10:53.080 And where do we report them?
00:10:54.420 So they put up a system called Vos Estes, where you can go online and make a report.
00:11:00.060 And I've helped several victims do that.
00:11:02.380 I've looked at the documentation, which is just, it's, you know, they've got reports from psychologists
00:11:07.980 and other people that can testify to these priests being predators.
00:11:14.280 And they never even hear back.
00:11:16.860 They'll make like six, seven calls to the office that they're supposed to call to get information.
00:11:22.740 They hear nothing back.

00:11:25.060 So a very famous priest, a former priest, Richard Sype, he was a psychologist,
00:11:32.780 he looked deeply into homosexuality in the priesthood and abuse.
00:11:38.860 And he took a long report to McElroy in San Diego and said,
00:11:45.600 I have information that McCarrick has abused 12 young men.
00:11:52.220 And he would not take the report forward.
00:11:56.000 There's an article about it in the National Catholic Reporter, which I suspect is just filled with lies.
00:12:02.520 McElroy is saying, well, he didn't bring the right kind of evidence, and I didn't like his behavior.
00:12:07.640 Well, Sype is dead, so he can't defend himself on this.
00:12:11.240 But it fits with everything else we know about McCarrick.
00:12:15.100 It's not like, whoa, this can't be true.
00:12:18.340 I'm going to say, yes, it is true.

00:12:22.480 Last thing, Rachel, what are you asking now of the church?
00:12:26.240 What is your, since he was, he's now the cardinal for the Archdiocese of Washington,
00:12:32.040 he's a power player, he'll have access to the White House.
00:12:34.560 What is your ask of the official establishment of the Catholic Church, ma'am?
00:12:39.560 Well, let me be clear.
00:12:43.780 I have gone to the very top in September, September of this past year.
00:12:50.940 It was September 30th.
00:12:52.120 I wrote a letter to Pope Francis, and I sent it through Cardinal Pierre, the papal nuncio,
00:12:59.220 to make sure that it would reach the Holy Father.
00:13:02.680 And I made known my entire situation and the fact that my case actually went through the criminal courts.
00:13:11.180 And I pleaded with the Holy Father not, you know, to do the right thing, you know,
00:13:18.560 and yet he still promoted Cardinal McElroy.
00:13:22.440 He should have been demoted.
00:13:24.060 He should be living his life, you know, in prayer and penance.
00:13:27.480 Yet he was promoted here and installed today in D.C.
00:13:32.100 So I have done everything in my power to plead with church officials at the very highest echelons.

00:13:44.000 I have a devotion to Our Lady of Fatima.
00:13:46.480 And so I plead with Catholics and people who pray to fast and to pray.

00:17:09.780 Well, you can see some of the anger and outrage that has spilled over onto sidewalks and streets and protests like this, not just here in New York City,

00:17:24.060 It's a mixture of students and faculty from nearby universities.
00:17:27.660 We're standing around the corner from NYU and people with various organizations.
00:17:32.060 There is a petition that has garnered more than two million signatures calling for Khalil's release since he was arrested on Saturday night from his university-owned apartment in front of his wife, remember, who is eight months pregnant.
00:17:45.780 We learned from court documents that Khalil actually had some concern leading into the days ahead of his arrest.
00:17:51.400 He reached out, according to those court documents, to the Columbia interim president, saying that he was fearful falling asleep.
00:17:58.160 He was fearful that he may be arrested by ICE, his wife speaking out in a statement for the first time, urging people to express understanding that she wants him to be released so that he can be by her side for the birth of their child.
00:18:12.000 We are learning that he is not expected to appear in court here in New York City for that detention hearing tomorrow.
00:18:18.100 Meantime, we are also hearing from the White House press secretary speaking out on this, saying that he was arrested under the Immigration and Nationality Act, saying he harassed Jewish American students and that he handed out pro-Hamas propaganda, the Anti-Defamation League, also applauding the Trump administration's efforts.
00:18:37.320 Meantime, Columbia University, by the way, you may remember last week, it was announced that that university would see a major cut to their funding, some $400 million because of what they allege was ongoing anti-Semitism.
00:18:51.000 Other universities across the country, Chris, are also under investigation as we continue to watch these protests in reaction to Khalil's arrest play out here and across the country.

00:19:35.060 And the question people have is how can these haters and terrorists be on the faculty and be teaching kids and be graduate students up at these places like Barnard and Columbia?

00:19:49.340 I know you've been all over it, and you've been highly criticized by a lot of progressive Jewish organizations.

00:20:12.380 Unfortunately, we have a situation in our country where over 80% of Jewish people living here vote Democrat.
00:20:19.280 And they are enabling and supporting and really locking arms and locking hands with people who want to kill them.
00:20:27.120 And so the reason why we've seen such a rise in anti-Semitism and such a rise of progressive support for Islamic activities in our country and really a subversion and infiltration by the radical left and also by these Islamic organizations, all of them which are Muslim Brotherhood funded.
00:20:47.100 The Muslim Brotherhood, of course, is the group that is funding and propping up all of these Palestinian activities in our country.
00:20:54.320 It's called the Red-Green Alliance, the Red-Green Access.

00:21:03.380 And that is why you have people like Mohammed Khalil who are receiving so much support, even from Jewish members of the faculty of these educational institutions.

00:21:16.740 I exclusively reported last night that after Judge Jesse Furman, he's a federal judge, Steve, with the U.S. Southern District in New York.
00:21:26.960 He's the leftist Jewish progressive judge who struck down President Trump's deportation order for Mahmoud Khalid, citing that it was unconstitutional, arguing that he has free speech rights, even though he's a green card holder and he's a foreign national, a Syrian-born Palestinian foreign national, Steve.
00:21:45.940 And what's really striking about this judge, per my investigation, is that his wife by the name of Ariella Doubler, she's another radical leftist Jewish woman.
00:21:55.480 She was actually appointed in December of 2024, a month before President Trump took office, to the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom.
00:22:05.660 This is a government organization that is overseen by the Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, and President Trump.
00:22:11.340 So technically speaking, President Trump and Marco Rubio could fire this woman if they wanted to.
00:22:16.020 She was appointed by Chuck Schumer.
00:22:18.080 And there's a lot of family ties.

00:22:32.820 His son, by the name of Elon Doubler, was an intern at the White House for Joe Biden in 2024.
00:22:38.840 He was a legislative intern for Senator Chuck Schumer in 2023.
00:22:42.680 And his daughter, by the name of Mira Doubler Furman, they have a hyphenated name.
00:22:47.660 That's how much of a progressive his wife is.
00:22:50.280 You can tell his wife is a feminist because she made her husband, who has the superior position in this relationship, he's a federal judge, she made him take a hyphenated last name.
00:22:59.520 So the kids have the hyphenated last name of Doubler Furman.
00:23:02.600 She actually was an intern for Alvin Bragg, you know, the Manhattan district attorney who worked with Judge Mershon to try to send President Trump to prison and charge him with 34 felony counts.

00:23:15.260 And then additionally, in case these conflicts of interest with these Jewish progressive activist judges, and I use the term judge loosely because, well, they are activists, not really judges, Steve.
00:23:26.200 The brother-in-law of the judge, the brother of Ariella Doubler, the wife of Judge Furman, he's actually an assistant professor of religious studies at the University of Rochester and a member, actually a member, Steve, of the Faculty and Staff for Justice in Palestine, which is another pro-Muslim brotherhood, pro-Hamas, Students for Justice in Palestine organization.
00:23:52.420 It's aligned with Students for Justice in Palestine, and the brother-in-law of the judge is such a radical that when University of Rochester students staged an encampment that made national news because they were passing out flyers calling for the deportation of Jewish faculty members because they said that they were committing war crimes, okay, this made national news.
00:24:14.900 The students were actually suspended, and they were being faced with charges from the administration.
00:24:24.840 The judge's brother-in-law actually wrote a speech and went to the arraignment of these four students who were engaged in these pro-Hamas activities at the University of Rochester and advocated for their release and condemned the University of Rochester for punishing these students for engaging in pro-terrorist activities on campus.

00:25:02.480 How is it that every single time Trump or his administration is faced with a lawsuit or some type of lawfare or an oppositional judge, there always seems to be a family connection?
