Summary

The White House is rejecting claims it defied a judge s order to halt the deportation of hundreds of migrants. Video shows some of those migrants arriving at a supermax prison in El Salvador over the weekend. The White House says they were removed from the U.S. under the authority of the Alien Enemies Act, a wartime law that dates back to the 18th century and has only been used 3 times before. The law allows the government to detain or expel non-citizens without first having to go before a judge.

00:00:00.000 The White House is rejecting claims it defied a judge's order to halt the deportation of hundreds of migrants.
00:00:19.020 Video shows some of those migrants arriving at a supermax prison in El Salvador over the weekend.
00:00:24.960 The White House says they were removed from the U.S. under the authority of the Alien Enemies Act.
00:00:29.840 It's a wartime law that dates back to the 18th century and has only been used three times prior.
00:00:35.120 The law allows the government to detain or expel non-citizens without first having to go before a judge.
00:00:43.460 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:00:48.600 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
00:00:53.720 The reason I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people, the people had a belly full of it.
00:00:59.840 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:01:01.320 I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
00:01:04.020 It's going to happen.
00:01:05.280 And where do people like that go to share the big line?
00:01:08.680 Mega Media.
00:01:09.600 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:01:15.480 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:01:19.240 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:01:25.440 War Room.
00:01:26.440 Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
00:01:33.660 It's Monday, 17 March in the year of our Lord, 2025.
00:01:37.640 St. Paddy's Day.
00:01:39.160 Michael Walsh on Conor McGregor at the White House today.
00:01:42.820 Really throwing down hard on the political class in Ireland.
00:01:46.280 But the Irish here in America, we got our own fights to fight.
00:01:50.000 Our own Julie Kelly.
00:01:51.340 Julie, thank you for joining us today.
00:01:53.180 You spent a couple hours now with this judge.
00:01:57.600 I want to lay out exactly for the audience again, because Mike and I came into it pretty hot this morning.
00:02:02.540 Mike Davis in the Article 3 project is leading an effort to impeach this judge.
00:02:07.220 This is pretty over the top.
00:02:09.320 So talk to us, what is going on?
00:02:13.500 Why did they have kind of this emergency hearing today at 4 o'clock?
00:02:17.540 You were on for the whole thing.
00:02:18.820 And what happened, ma'am?
00:02:19.840 So this is before D.C. District Court Chief Judge James Bosberg, who on Saturday issued two temporary restraining orders based on what you just described as President Trump's proclamation.
00:02:33.960 It was either made official Friday night or Saturday morning.
00:02:38.400 That was in dispute at this court hearing today.
00:02:40.980 The Alien Enemies Act designating this Venezuelan gang, TDA, as a foreign terrorist organization and using that act to summarily deport known or suspected members of that Venezuelan gang.
00:02:56.860 On Saturday morning, the ACLU, on behalf of five unidentified Venezuelan illegals who are tied to this gang, filed a lawsuit on behalf of these five Venezuelan terrorists.
00:03:15.100 Judge Bosberg immediately issues a temporary restraining order denying their deportation.
00:03:22.800 He then turned that into later and then ordered a hearing Saturday at five o'clock to look at this lawsuit.
00:03:31.020 The government didn't really even have time.
00:03:32.720 They didn't have time to respond.
00:03:34.920 He then, after a hearing, orally told DOJ no more flights are to take off.
00:03:41.400 And if there's any flights in the air, they are to be returned to the United States and then turn that lawsuit into basically a class action lawsuit that would cover any of these Venezuelan terrorists that would fall under the purview of the Alien Enemies Act proclamation.
00:04:03.480 Of course, the DOJ immediately filed an appeal.
00:04:06.460 Judge Bosberg scheduled another hearing today at five o'clock, which I just listened in on to, and is demanding, Steve, sensitive information about flight patterns, where he listed, he orally went through a whole list of questions that he did in a separate order.
00:04:28.000 And I will post, I posted that on X.
00:04:29.700 I will do it again.
00:04:30.520 Judge Bosberg is demanding to know, from Trump's DOJ, how many flights took off on Saturday, where the flights went, what countries they went to, when they took off, when they landed, how many people were on the flights.
00:04:47.440 Hold it. Hold it. Hang on. Hang on. Slow down. Slow down. Slow down.
00:04:51.240 Are you telling me that this today was not to talk about the Alien Enemies Act or the appropriateness of doing it?
00:05:00.300 No.
00:05:00.500 You're telling me he wanted to know this whole thing was about asking the commander-in-chief in the Defense Department details about the deportations of these terrorists and these criminals?
00:05:09.580 That's what this was about, and that's what he was hammering on?
00:05:13.020 Yes, Steve.
00:05:13.660 And I did note that as I was tweeting, covering this and posting it, this was not about even the president's authority, whether he can issue that proclamation, what would be covered under that.
00:05:28.220 This was Judge Bosberg, and he repeatedly interrupted the DOJ attorney there representing the Trump administration.
00:05:37.020 And this was basically just, you know, who has power over whom?
00:05:42.500 And he truly believes that he holds the authority to prevent the president and his administration and his departments and agencies from executing this proclamation.
00:05:54.680 He didn't say based on what.
00:05:56.780 He just went on and on about equities, that his equities as a judge, he said, don't end at the water's edge.
00:06:04.800 They don't end at the airspace's edge because the DOJ is arguing, we're not going to give you this information.
00:06:11.580 This is special authority, Article 2 authority that goes beyond the court's jurisdiction.
00:06:20.640 And Judge Bosberg is basically saying, no, I have the authority to turn back those planes, and I want to know why you didn't do it.
00:06:28.500 And the DOJ, again, is saying, we're not telling you because it will disclose foreign diplomatic relations, flight patterns, posing a national security risk.
00:06:38.840 They detailed all that in the hearing, just as they have in their court filings.
00:06:44.540 Judge Bosberg, this has, it really doesn't even have anything to do with the Venezuelans who are being deported.
00:06:50.400 This is him trying to exert what he believes is his prevailing power over the president of the United States on this issue.
00:07:02.120 So, like I said, he asked these several questions.
00:07:05.660 The DOJ said, no, we're not going to answer them.
00:07:08.360 He wanted to know why we're not going to answer.
00:07:10.560 He then said he wants a sworn statement by tomorrow at noon.
00:07:15.060 And if they don't disclose the answers to the questions he posed, he wants to know why.
00:07:21.420 He even said, is this classified?
00:07:23.660 Well, we can put the husher on, and you could tell me in open court.
00:07:27.240 Now, the husher, as you know, is something that judges put on when they're sort of sidebars between the judge and the defense attorneys and the government.
00:07:35.820 He wanted to turn the husher on so the DOJ could tell him exactly all the details about these flights on Saturday.
00:07:43.760 They are none of his business and far beyond his purview.
00:07:48.200 It was insane.
00:07:50.180 Because I read everything Julie Kelly wrote in her eyewitness account over four years in these courtrooms,
00:08:00.540 and because I went to prison for four months, a federal prison, not a camp, but a prison for four months on a misdemeanor,
00:08:07.760 on a topic that's very close to this, those lawyers have to understand, a guy like this will put him in jail.
00:08:16.260 So, we are heading to a clash on this.
00:08:20.980 We are heading to a clash.
00:08:22.300 We've talked to you about the unified theory of the executive.
00:08:26.920 We've talked to you about how they hate it.
00:08:30.720 And the principal one they hate is chief magistrate and chief law enforcement officer,
00:08:34.780 but they're also calling the question commander-in-chief of the armed forces and the chief executive of the government.
00:08:42.460 And this one combines all three.
00:08:44.320 And that's why I'm telling you, and their arrogance, when you first open up their arrogance about him doing this,
00:08:52.620 I'd be shocked on this.
00:08:54.240 I think most people coming to this fresh are kind of shocked about how you can have this standoff that's going to metastasize something ugly.
00:09:01.620 If you hadn't read the reports of Julie Kelly over four years and how these judges and justices treated the J-6 prisoners who had no power,
00:09:14.460 now they're dealing with the guys that control the government.
00:09:17.140 And look how arrogant they are and how they're sitting there treating them like decks.
00:09:21.820 You will answer.
00:09:23.340 We will have it.
00:09:24.220 And you'll be here at 4 o'clock.
00:09:26.080 You're going to tell me what planes left, how loaded were they, where are they in airspace.
00:09:30.540 He's putting a track record up because he wants to put Stephen Miller in jail.
00:09:35.200 He wants to put Holman in jail.
00:09:37.000 He's going to put the DOD lawyers in jail.
00:09:39.260 He's going to go for Pete Hegseth.
00:09:41.200 Hey, they're coming.
00:09:43.220 And this is why we sounded at the alarm this morning.
00:09:44.800 Mike Davis and I worked with Julie over the weekend on this thing.
00:09:47.560 They're coming.
00:09:48.640 You just hear Claire McCasley go, all the action next two years is going to be in the courtroom.
00:09:52.840 They have nothing else.
00:09:54.100 They have nothing politically.
00:09:55.780 They're at 26% approval.
00:09:58.000 The AstroTurf resistance and the AstroTurf color revolution as Natalie Winters deconstructs every day.
00:10:06.240 You see the Bayonaires.
00:10:07.500 That's getting some traction but not enough.
00:10:10.000 This is where they are.
00:10:11.120 And Julie, a shiver must have gone down your spine when this guy's treating the governments, the DOD lawyers, like they treated the J-6 lawyers years and years ago, ma'am.
00:10:24.200 Yeah, it's pretty stunning.
00:10:26.240 And, you know, this is an eye-opening experience for most Americans but not for the war room posse.
00:10:32.320 Certainly not to you and certainly not to me.
00:10:35.480 But, yes, this did escalate and take this to another level.
00:10:39.120 You know, I was in Judge Bosberg's courtroom in December of 2024, and he put on trial a woman who was inside the Capitol for nine minutes.
00:10:47.980 She was charged with four misdemeanors, the very common misdemeanors.
00:10:51.440 She asked Judge Bosberg, the chief judge of the D.C. District Court, asked him to delay her trial until after Inauguration Day because the president had promised pardons for J-6ers.
00:11:05.020 And she would have been in that first class, we believe, the easiest, lowest hanging fruit, only misdemeanors.
00:11:12.140 He refused to delay her trial, ignored promises by the president of pardons for these individuals, put her on trial the week before Christmas.
00:11:22.860 This woman, this woman, who committed no violence, she was convicted in a matter of hours by a D.C. jury.
00:11:29.380 Now, luckily, of course, she was pardoned, and her sentencing never took place.
00:11:34.040 But this is the mindset of not just Judge Bosberg.
00:11:38.760 It is shared uniformly in that D.C. courthouse that I call the circle of hell, the rot in our system right now.
00:11:49.540 That represents the tumor.
00:11:52.320 That is the tumor of the cancer of the lawfare that Americans rejected in November, that they are appalled and disgusted by, and they want it to end.
00:12:04.100 But these judges do not care.
00:12:06.320 They are taking it to a whole different level.
00:12:08.480 And I also tweeted, I think I posted that, that he is setting up a contempt charge for either the DOJ attorneys or some of the White House officials, saying, you defied my order Saturday night.
00:12:24.020 100%.
00:12:24.420 Exactly.
00:12:25.920 Now, of course, this is on appeal.
00:12:27.180 I went to prison on a, yeah.
00:12:29.240 I went to prison on a contempt charge of Congress.
00:12:33.180 I can tell you right now, you see the pattern.
00:12:35.520 They're setting this up for Homan, for Miller, for Hegseth, for the guys in the operational chain of command, and for these lawyers.
00:12:43.060 You watch.
00:12:44.180 The Kristi Noem, DHS, all of it.
00:12:46.700 They're going to try to get to the president.
00:12:48.360 Here's what's shocking.
00:12:50.620 Right now, we're supposed to have the power of the U.S. government.
00:12:54.480 And you see that these judges are kind of acting like their own DOJ.
00:12:59.460 If you look at the collection of cases, and Mike Davis broke some news today.
00:13:03.380 He says he knows from sources inside that now these judges are getting a little momentum.
00:13:08.800 They're vying for which one gets the next case, because they're all judge shopping.
00:13:12.200 They all want to get up in Trump's grill and show that they're part of this insurrection.
00:13:16.320 Julie Kelly.
00:13:18.300 Well, here's an interesting question.
00:13:20.660 It's a Saturday.
00:13:22.180 How did Judge Bosberg know about this lawsuit that was filed by the ACLU?
00:13:27.820 Was he tipped off ahead of time?
00:13:29.660 I mean, he sprung into action immediately and ordered that very unusual Saturday evening,
00:13:37.620 five o'clock hearing, between the ACLU and the Department of Justice.
00:13:42.760 These judges are being tipped off, I guarantee you, by these nonprofits, by these Norm Eisen,
00:13:49.840 and in this case, Mark Elias-tied groups, someone in that D.C. courthouse, whether it's the judges themselves,
00:13:59.860 their staff, their clerks, are being tipped off.
00:14:02.020 Hey, this lawsuit's coming.
00:14:04.020 And we're supposed to believe they're randomly assigned to judges.
00:14:08.220 How does Judge Chudkin have two of these top cases?
00:14:10.840 And then this huge one goes to the chief judge on a Saturday.
00:14:17.480 Collusion, conspiracy, as Mike Davis always says.
00:14:20.780 By the way, the embeds in Maine Justice, the embeds in the U.S. Attorney's Office,
00:14:26.780 the embeds in the entire apparatus, along with the cozy relationship they had with the litigants,
00:14:32.080 because they're picking the litigants, they're picking the judges.
00:14:34.700 This is all a setup.
00:14:36.220 Folks, we're not heading towards a constitutional crisis.
00:14:39.220 This is what we were trying to tell you this morning on the show,
00:14:42.420 and kind of been hinting for the last couple weeks, we are in a constitutional crisis.
00:14:47.200 This is a major constitutional crisis.
00:14:49.700 This is going to dwarf Watergate, because this is going to be a main event.
00:14:53.560 And Donald John Trump ain't going to back down.
00:14:55.840 He's not like Nixon.
00:14:56.960 He's never going to back down.
00:14:59.020 This is all gas, no brake.
00:15:00.920 And he's got people around him now that are going to do that.
00:15:03.380 Julie, anything else you see on this?
00:15:05.460 What happens next?
00:15:06.520 One, they have to report back, because I want to go to the pardons in a second.
00:15:10.680 But anything else on this?
00:15:11.860 One is the judge calling for them to return with more, quote-unquote, evidence?
00:15:19.120 So, and I can pull this up.
00:15:20.880 I'll repost it as well.
00:15:22.080 But the judge, Judge Bosberg, ordered a sworn statement filed with his court by tomorrow
00:15:28.460 at noon, demanding answers to this list of questions that he presented.
00:15:34.300 And he said, if you can't give me answers, I want to know why.
00:15:38.420 And then he said he will just sort of go from there.
00:15:41.860 In the meantime, this matter is on appeal before the D.C. Circuit.
00:15:45.720 But also today, the D.O.J. Civil Division asked the clerk of the D.C. Appellate Court
00:15:51.840 to remove Judge Bosberg based on his conduct in this case so far.
00:15:58.400 Now, of course, that won't happen because the D.C. Circuit, which is the appellate court,
00:16:02.540 the district court is just the lower court.
00:16:04.660 It's stacked with Obama appointees.
00:16:06.720 In fact, their chief judge is an Obama appointee as well.
00:16:09.820 Judge Bosberg's not going anywhere.
00:16:11.420 But the D.O.J. is certainly running up all the tricks up their sleeve that they possibly
00:16:16.460 have.
00:16:17.480 But this will be up to the D.C. Circuit now.
00:16:19.860 Three-judge panel.
00:16:20.880 I believe the same panel that vacated, that fired Hampton Dellinger, the special counsel.
00:16:28.300 I believe it's the same three judges on that panel.
00:16:31.380 So the D.O.J. and Trump administration might have a little glimmer of hope there.
00:16:35.620 I want to say, though, whether he's trying to stop payments and stop cash going out or
00:16:43.700 whether he's trying to like the on the on the probationary period of folks, I think
00:16:47.600 one hundred thousand, they've and I think they've got 32, was it 32 suits around the
00:16:51.980 country and they're shopping to go to Rhode Island here to go to San Francisco, the most
00:16:56.480 progressive liberal that then put these injunctions and or T.R.O.'s out to shut down the whole
00:17:01.680 nation.
00:17:02.840 This is warfare at is at its most intense.
00:17:06.460 Would you agree with that, Julie?
00:17:08.200 Because they're shutting Trump down from everything.
00:17:10.520 There is a jurisdiction issue in this Venezuelan terrorism case, terrorist case, because none
00:17:16.560 of the five plaintiffs, Venezuelan terrorists called plaintiffs by the judge, of course, none
00:17:23.300 of them reside ever lived in Washington, D.C.
00:17:26.280 So the question is, how can they file this in D.C. when none of the plaintiffs are there?
00:17:33.120 The ACLU, of course, is arguing that the defendants, Pamela Bondi, all the Trump officials live in
00:17:39.000 Washington, that this action happened in Washington.
00:17:41.680 So that's why the D.C.
00:17:43.480 court is the proper jurisdiction.
00:17:46.640 Also, Steve, waiting for some action by Judge Chutkin on that climate slush fund.
00:17:52.300 There were briefs due in that case today.
00:17:55.960 That's Climate United, who got $6.97 billion out of that $20 billion slush fund parked at
00:18:04.120 Citibank a few days before the election.
00:18:05.900 Hang on.
00:18:06.540 Hang on.
00:18:06.960 Don't bury the lead.
00:18:09.240 A couple of days before the election, they had no more than $100,000 in their account.
00:18:16.020 $100,000 when they ended up with $6.9 billion.
00:18:19.900 You don't think that's money laundering, folks?
00:18:23.240 A couple of days before the election, they were covering their downside.
00:18:27.140 Where do we stand with that one, ma'am?
00:18:29.580 So there were briefs due in that today by 5 o'clock, waiting for Judge Chutkin, what she
00:18:35.360 appeared poised in the hearing last week that you and I talked about, that she also will
00:18:40.040 enter another temporary restraining order.
00:18:43.580 Number one, preventing the EPA and EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin from clawing back that $20 billion
00:18:51.560 that the Biden EPA sheltered at Citibank so no one could touch it, but then also ordering
00:18:59.360 the disbursement of funds now that have been frozen at Citibank.
00:19:03.920 They were frozen by the DOJ and EPA last month.
00:19:07.460 She will order the unfreezing of those funds, arguing that Climate United, to your point
00:19:13.940 as I reported, less than $100,000 in the bank at the end of 2023.
00:19:18.380 I think they had one employee, two employees.
00:19:21.140 Now, all of a sudden, they have 40 employees with benefits and disability, they're arguing,
00:19:26.160 and told Chutkin, we need $3 million immediately just so we can pay this new workforce that they
00:19:33.280 created.
00:19:33.820 Lord knows who those employees are, probably all former Biden administration officials.
00:19:40.120 And so I'm expecting some sort of order on that, possibly tonight or at some point tomorrow.
00:19:49.560 One more time, just give a taste of the judge, of the details of what he wanted to know from
00:19:55.120 the commander-in-chief and from the secretary of defense and the defense department, just the
00:20:00.040 types of questions that he has that he needs answers for.
00:20:03.280 Ma'am, before we go to another topic.
00:20:06.300 He asked specifically, he wanted to know, actually, if any flights, when this proclamation officially
00:20:12.540 went into effect, either Friday night or Saturday morning.
00:20:16.360 He then wanted to know how many flights total departed the country on Saturday.
00:20:22.700 Now, I don't know under what basis he could ask that question, because it wasn't even in
00:20:27.120 his hands until Saturday afternoon.
00:20:29.440 How many flights left the U.S., where they went, how many people were on each flight,
00:20:35.180 who was covered by this proclamation?
00:20:37.620 Now, the DOJ has said, related to three specific flights, that none of the individuals on those
00:20:44.020 flights were covered by the proclamation.
00:20:46.660 But Bosper wants proof.
00:20:49.180 He's not taking it face value.
00:20:50.780 You know, they listened to whatever DOJ said for four years under Joe Biden.
00:20:54.520 They could say the most craziest thing about January 6th, and the judges just ate it up.
00:20:58.800 Now, all of a sudden, the DOJ says, in court hearings and in court filings, yes, we complied with your order.
00:21:06.300 However, he wants proof, even down to the times that these flights took off, when they were in the air and when they landed,
00:21:14.900 because his issue, his temporary restraining order, the 14-day one that covers everyone under the purview of this proclamation,
00:21:23.460 was issued at about 7.25 p.m. on Saturday, March 15th.
00:21:30.200 He wants this granular detail, again, back to what we said, so he can concoct some sort of contempt case
00:21:38.580 that the DOJ and the Trump administration did not comply with his order that evening,
00:21:44.440 that the flights took off or they were in the air, and even though he demanded any flights return back to the U.S.,
00:21:51.780 they did not comply.
00:21:53.460 I want to play, I want to go to the, let's play the cold open for this next part.
00:22:02.560 We've got about five minutes in this segment.
00:22:04.700 I want to announce breaking news.
00:22:06.280 You know, Laura Loomer had reported a while ago that Hunter Biden was in South Africa,
00:22:11.140 and he actually dined with Ellen DeGeneres and had a full Secret Service detachment with him.
00:22:16.880 When he had told the judge, he had told the judge in some case that he's broke and he was in L.A.,
00:22:22.140 so he, like, lied about his whereabouts, but she did report there was a full Secret Service detachment.
00:22:27.760 Just coming across the wire right now, the President of the United States has basically denied Secret Service protection
00:22:34.600 for Hunter Biden or Ashley Biden.
00:22:37.580 So he's put a shot across the bow.
00:22:39.340 He's fighting fire with fire.
00:22:40.680 Let's go ahead and play.
00:22:41.460 I want to play about these pardons and then bring Julie Kelly back in.
00:22:44.620 Are those executive orders, those pardons from the President, now null and void?
00:22:50.240 I think so.
00:22:51.260 It's not my decision.
00:22:52.780 That'll be up to a court.
00:22:54.440 But I would say that they're null and void, because I'm sure Biden didn't have any idea that it was taking place.
00:22:59.920 And somebody was using an auto pen to sign off and to give pardons to, as an example, just one example,
00:23:08.560 but the J6 unselected committee, they gave, think of it, they gave pardons with an auto pen.
00:23:15.780 I don't think Biden knew anything about it.
00:23:18.380 And what they did is they deleted and destroyed all of the information that took them over a year to get.
00:23:23.880 The President was begging the question that I think a lot of journalists in this room should be asking
00:23:28.720 about whether or not the former President of the United States,
00:23:32.320 who I think we can all finally agree was cognitively impaired.
00:23:35.580 I know it took people some time to finally admit that, but we all know that to be true,
00:23:39.960 as evidenced by his disastrous debate performance against President Trump during the campaign.
00:23:45.180 I digress on that.
00:23:46.480 But the President was raising the point that, did the President even know about these pardons?
00:23:51.880 Was his legal signature used without his consent or knowledge?
00:23:56.940 And that's not just the President or me raising those questions, Caitlin.
00:24:00.580 According to the New York Post, there are Biden officials from the previous White House who raised those questions
00:24:05.900 and wondered if the President was even consulted about his legally binding signature being signed onto documents.
00:24:12.640 And so I think it's a question that everybody in this room should be looking into,
00:24:16.760 because certainly that would propose perhaps criminal or illegal behavior
00:24:22.000 if staff members were signing the President of the United States autograph without his consent.
00:24:26.400 But he is on the record talking about issuing preemptive pardons to these people.
00:24:30.820 But was he aware of his signature being used on every single pardon?
00:24:34.620 That's a question you should ask the Biden White House.
00:24:36.320 Is there any evidence on that, that he wasn't aware of it?
00:24:38.880 You're a reporter.
00:24:39.900 You should find out.
00:24:43.260 Caitlin, Colin, kaboom.
00:24:45.960 Julie Kelly, we got about two minutes, ma'am.
00:24:48.600 This one is going to be another.
00:24:50.220 Remember, they all crawl under their belly to get these pardons.
00:24:53.900 But it's a whole dispute about did Biden really know about it?
00:24:56.540 Who at the White House did it?
00:24:57.560 Your thoughts, ma'am?
00:24:58.320 Yes, this is going to be an interesting battle, because obviously there's evidence and reporters
00:25:05.880 have discovered this discrepancy in what they consider his legitimate signature and, of course,
00:25:11.580 his auto pen signature that appears on, I believe, 60 of these pardons, including the J6 and Hunter
00:25:18.220 Biden and other specific individuals.
00:25:20.500 So we already know now the media, after they covered up Biden's incapacities for the last few
00:25:27.420 years.
00:25:27.740 Now everybody's admitting it.
00:25:29.860 So this really is another, I think, fair Constitution question.
00:25:34.720 Joe Biden was not aware of what these pardons involved, consisted of.
00:25:40.380 And if he certainly did not read them or sign them on his own, are they legal?
00:25:46.260 So we'll see.
00:25:47.760 The only problem is we know what court system this battle is going to, Washington, D.C.
00:25:53.360 So that will be another big uphill battle for the president.
00:25:59.480 Bring him in and deposing.
00:26:01.020 Julie Kelly, where do people go on your substack, social media, all of it, ma'am, to keep up
00:26:05.920 to date?
00:26:07.720 Declassified with Julie Kelly is my substack.
00:26:10.140 I'm on ex-Julie underscore Kelly, too.
00:26:13.380 And I'm sure we'll be getting more court orders, maybe more lawsuits tomorrow.
00:26:17.860 But I'll be following some of these major cases and posting throughout the day.
00:26:22.800 And I'm sure I'll be back on the war room soon as well.
00:26:28.020 The Stalingrad right now of this fight over the presidency and President Trump's presidency
00:26:33.800 is being done in courtrooms, federal courtrooms.
00:26:36.780 It's going to go to state courtrooms, but right now it's in federal courtrooms.
00:26:40.220 And it can't, I shouldn't say it couldn't get more intense.
00:26:44.060 It's going to get more intense.
00:26:44.960 They're going to try to lock people up.
00:26:46.260 You watch it.
00:26:46.780 Julie Kelly, God bless you.
00:26:48.340 Great reporting.
00:26:51.240 If Julie Kelly had not sat in these courtrooms for four years, she wouldn't have the continuity
00:26:57.200 of the story.
00:26:57.880 She's the first one that told you where this was going to go years ago on people that had
00:27:03.260 no power.

00:31:25.940 They even threw them in jail.
00:31:27.260 Peter Navarro.
00:31:28.040 Steve Bannon.
00:31:28.620 Now in prison.
00:31:29.360 But they couldn't stop them.
00:31:30.620 It's not a prison bill.
00:31:31.600 Don't ever shut me up.
00:31:32.940 They call them rebels.
00:31:34.140 Basket of deplorables.

00:32:22.580 People have gotten it given as gifts or just put it on a coffee table as a conversation piece.
00:32:27.760 It's amazing.
00:32:28.360 The artwork, the photography is stunning.
00:32:30.800 The writing is stunning.
00:32:31.860 You get the first five years of the War Room.
00:32:34.940 And it's just incredible.
00:32:36.940 You will not be disappointed.
00:32:38.340 And if you give it to any MAGA person as a gift, they will love you for it.
00:32:42.720 But I was going to break down, and I'll do it tomorrow.
00:32:47.860 I've got to find time.
00:32:48.740 Matt Bull's amazing interview with Besant, the Secretary of Treasury.
00:32:56.140 And this shows you, if you're not sitting there trying to do gotcha questions,
00:32:58.720 if you're asking tough questions, but serious questions, and it gives you a serious answer,
00:33:04.120 you can learn so much about the direction of President Trump's plan.
00:33:07.120 But I want to put something into the mix, a signal, not noise, that people should be warned about,
00:33:13.560 because this is going to be a major, major, major thing going forward.
00:33:21.400 I shouldn't say thing.
00:33:22.320 It's going to be an issue that's going to turn into actuality.
00:33:26.520 For the last four years, we've been warning you about the singularity.
00:33:30.940 And we've gotten an editor over, I think you wrote The Federalist before,
00:33:34.760 maybe the editor here, Joe Allen.
00:33:37.200 And Joe's done an incredible job.
00:33:39.780 And Joe wrote an amazing book, Dark Aeon, that warned about this transhumanism.
00:33:44.200 It takes all the aspects of transhumanism.
00:33:46.200 Now, one, since Davos a couple of years ago, this kind of got ahead of the pack,
00:33:50.920 ahead of regenerative robotics.
00:33:52.680 It's gotten ahead of quantum computing and advanced chip design and CRISPR and gene splicing and all that,
00:34:00.840 which are all important into kind of this mix of what I call the singularity, the whole shoot and match.
00:34:05.420 Artificial intelligence, because we told you as soon as artificial intelligence hooked up with the capital markets,
00:34:10.940 and particularly venture capital and private equity, it was going to explode.
00:34:15.240 And some was going to be good and some was going to just be out of control.
00:34:17.740 There was an announcement, and these announcements happen, and then people kind of forget about them,
00:34:23.900 and then the actuality happens.
00:34:25.380 So today, in a pretty obscure, you know, journal or news site about human resources, I think it's HR News,
00:34:34.840 they published a piece and it referred back to something that Bezos and Amazon had talked about months ago.
00:34:39.680 And that was, I don't know, I think it was 12,000 or 14,000 managers, okay, managers, not people working in factories, managers.
00:34:49.640 We're going to be let go at some time in the future, right, because of artificial intelligence.
00:34:54.740 An HR journal picked up and said today that it looks like that's going to be effectuated before or before in the month of March,
00:35:04.440 which is only a couple more weeks, which would make sense because they want to do it in the first quarter
00:35:08.700 and kind of get it, you know, let it flow through the first quarter financial.
00:35:12.920 So then by the end of the year, people have forgotten about it.
00:35:16.000 Brian Costello, there's much, there's so much other news on artificial intelligence that people are just not keeping up with.
00:35:21.200 And I want to make sure, because when Scott and these people, you see him talking about it,
00:35:25.620 this kind of reality of what artificial intelligence, I think, is going to do to the kind of, you know,
00:35:33.620 the first stage or second stage managerial, administrative, and technology code jobs.
00:35:40.620 There's an article the other day in the paper, one of the top code writing firms.
00:35:44.760 The guy says by the end of the year, this fiscal year, this calendar year, that his company will employ no more code writers.
00:35:52.380 And he used to recruit tons.
00:35:54.340 There will all be artificial intelligence and managers, certain selected managers of the artificial intelligence code writing apparatus.
00:36:02.680 You've been one of the leading folks that say, hey, there could be two ways we go on artificial intelligence.
00:36:08.360 One's for just pure efficiency.
00:36:10.060 The other is for innovation and what America has been known for.
00:36:14.500 Doesn't this send a chill through you, what you're seeing right now?
00:36:17.620 Isn't, if I was a betting man, say, Brian, I hear what you're saying on efficiency versus innovation,
00:36:22.640 the bad AI versus the good AI, at least not whether it can be out of control or not,
00:36:27.900 but just on the aspects of creation of values and wealth and employment in the country,
00:36:34.480 wouldn't you say right now that virtually everything you're seeing points to the fact that just coming in to cut bodies, sir?
00:36:41.300 Yes, Steve, so the report you mentioned, so Morgan came out with a report today
00:36:46.700 that mentioned that they're going to phase out or eliminate 14,000 jobs over the next few months at Amazon.
00:36:54.100 And I think that's what HR Digest is picking up on is the Amazon report.
00:36:58.200 And then TechCrunch was out the other day to support what you're saying,
00:37:01.560 and that over the last year, and this has been quiet, right?
00:37:04.660 This has been leaked out as back to work or just pruning the workforce, 150,000 jobs in tech
00:37:12.300 across 549 companies, TechCrunch reported in the last year.
00:37:18.220 And so what you're starting to see is on the AI side, in terms of productivity in the workforce,
00:37:23.800 it's really hitting tech first.
00:37:25.560 So you're seeing tech lead with the layoffs because they're the most sophisticated with the technology.
00:37:30.880 And if we leave it up to the free market itself on AI, we could see this go away of China manufacturing,
00:37:38.740 where you see massive corporate profits, right?
00:37:41.760 We've seen huge capital expenditures announced by companies,
00:37:44.760 and you don't see capital expenditures without cutting of the workforce.
00:37:49.040 Typically, you make a capital investment to try and be more efficient in terms of your headcount and your workforce.
00:37:54.520 So, yes, we have a choice as a company.
00:37:56.360 And, you know, this weekend, the White House was accepting AR plans being submitted.
00:38:03.380 You know, do we go the way of hollowing out our workforce and cutting software development jobs?
00:38:07.980 The company that the CEO and the CTO came out on Anthropic and said by the end of the year,
00:38:13.220 they project almost 100% of software development will be done by AI.
00:38:17.840 I don't think it quite gets there.
00:38:19.420 Hang on.
00:38:21.340 Hang on.
00:38:21.880 Slow down a second.
00:38:22.480 That's a company I'm talking about.
00:38:23.660 Who is that company and how important they are?
00:38:27.080 Because they made that proclamation, Business Insider picked it up last week.
00:38:32.200 It sounded pretty chilling that he said by the end, correct me if I'm wrong,
00:38:35.540 by the end of the year, they will have no human coders.
00:38:39.380 It will all be done by artificial intelligence,
00:38:41.020 and they will have managers of the coding process, a handful of them,
00:38:45.720 that manage the AI in coding, but nobody's, no humans doing any coding, sir.
00:38:51.240 Yeah, 100%.
00:38:53.100 So there's four big AI closed source models in the U.S.
00:38:56.720 OpenAI, Chad GPT, Google Gemini, Elon's Grok, and Anthropic, right, are the four ones.
00:39:03.720 So Anthropic is known for being a very good technology AI model.
00:39:08.700 So a lot of people on the software development side now use Anthropic instead of hiring engineers
00:39:14.000 to help write their code.
00:39:15.580 So the CEO and the CTO both came out, and they talked about the enormous opportunities, right,
00:39:21.400 and that we could pull innovation and advancement in, right?
00:39:24.920 We could have all these new ideas.
00:39:26.640 We could reshore things and use the combination of AI and robotics to do that.
00:39:31.380 But what they don't talk about is the immediate job elimination,
00:39:34.720 and that this actually takes away one of the U.S.'s huge competitive advantages, right,
00:39:40.320 and that we have a large amount of human development.
00:39:43.280 So we're also now giving to China, Russia, Europe, all these guys.
00:39:47.680 They're going to have software development skills with access to AI models that we have in humans.
00:39:52.760 You mentioned free market.
00:39:57.160 We're a free market society.
00:39:59.620 When you say free market, if you allow the free market to do this, it's going to happen.
00:40:04.600 They're going to use an efficiency model, cut everybody, and obviously the gross margins,
00:40:08.820 and particularly in a business that is labor-intensive, as many tech companies are,
00:40:14.320 particularly in the age of—specifically in the age of the algorithm, in the algorithmic age,
00:40:19.400 there are profits at shore.
00:40:20.460 But if you don't have a free market model, we're not socialists.
00:40:24.420 We're not communists.
00:40:26.200 You know, it's bad enough they say we're populist nationals.
00:40:28.480 What do you propose, sir?
00:40:31.680 Well, so, I mean, listen, it's tricky.
00:40:33.820 You saw a bunch of these companies submitted their AI plans to the White House over the weekend,
00:40:38.860 who kudos to President Trump and Vance and Sachs and those guys, and that they're soliciting input.
00:40:45.480 But what you saw when you read those plans, Steve,
00:40:47.580 is there was no focus, really, in terms of the plans that were submitted on the American people.
00:40:52.660 So we need to do things.
00:40:54.100 And listen, this isn't quick.
00:40:55.520 It isn't easy, right?
00:40:57.060 But we need people to understand AI.
00:40:59.180 We need to reach—train people.
00:41:01.160 We need to understand education.
00:41:03.320 Like, we want to move manufacturing back here with AI and robotics,
00:41:06.900 but nobody goes to school for that because all the jobs are overseas today.
00:41:10.680 So we need to look at how, as, you know, particularly us, how, as nationals, populists,
00:41:16.440 how do we focus strategically on AI to actually create jobs versus just letting the free market system,
00:41:22.440 who's going to move towards profit and the stock prices, for the executive,
00:41:26.380 who's just going to cut jobs and replace these.
00:41:29.120 You know, NVIDIA, I think, in the last two years, year and a half, two years,
00:41:35.100 drove $2 trillion in market cap who runs the infrastructure to automate all this stuff.
00:41:39.720 We've never seen a company gain $1 trillion in market cap in a year, never mind $2 trillion, right?
00:41:45.300 And that's because all these big companies are spending money on this equipment.
00:41:48.220 Brian, one thing, you know, President Trump, the tariffs, we said one reason is the external revenue service.
00:41:58.300 We want to go back to more of the American plan model where people are paying a premium to get into this vibrant, robust American marketplace.
00:42:08.560 And that's what he's looking for.
00:42:09.360 He's not looking for individual tariffs on things.
00:42:11.620 But a big part of that is also the compact.
00:42:14.140 In fact, you say, hey, if you bring your manufacturing here and provide high-value-added, high-paying jobs,
00:42:21.400 then you won't have to pay the tariffs.
00:42:24.420 Although you're domiciled in another country, you'll have plant and equipment here,
00:42:28.220 and we'll figure out how to work with it.
00:42:30.600 And Apple has been, I think, Taiwan semiconductor at the $100 billion, $25 billion,
00:42:35.760 it looks like a year over four years in the Phoenix area,
00:42:39.460 in the $500 billion that Apple's talking about.
00:42:42.160 But Apple also said in that press release, at the $500 billion, it's 20,000 jobs.
00:42:49.180 So this must be an incredibly automated AI facility.
00:42:53.660 Would it not be, sir?
00:42:54.580 Or a number of facilities.
00:42:56.300 At $500 billion of plant and equipment with 20,000 jobs is something, you know,
00:43:02.640 they're not depending on human capital, are they?
00:43:04.620 No, but when they count, I mean, Steve, you know this, when they count the jobs, they count every job, right?
00:43:09.620 They count the job at the gas station down the street and the sub shop and everything else.
00:43:13.540 It's not directly in the manufacturing space.
00:43:18.700 And many of these companies are moving here.
00:43:21.060 Taiwan Semi is coming here, and some of the other announcements that have been done with President Trump
00:43:26.040 are because of the AI opportunity, right?
00:43:28.880 They make the equipment, they manufacture the equipment for NVIDIA that's been driven by the AI space.
00:43:36.140 And this is the part that's extremely concerning for Bassett and what he needs to thread the needle on, right,
00:43:41.620 is this tremendous growth in terms of government jobs has happened at the same time as the AI boom, right?
00:43:48.860 So we should be booming.
00:43:49.940 We shouldn't even need to create, you know, 80% of the jobs in the public sector with the AI.
00:43:54.800 But the reality is it takes time to shift the workforce and train the workforce and move the American people into this space.
00:44:02.340 It doesn't happen overnight.
00:44:03.780 You can't just, you know, cut a job in Chicago on the managerial side and expect that's going to be picked up as a manufacturing job.
00:44:11.620 Well, yeah.
00:44:15.000 Yes, you're going to have some dislocations.
00:44:17.520 I think President Trump has said already to the Washington Post, 30% to 40% of government employees,
00:44:21.700 he thinks the civilian side might go away.
00:44:25.620 Joe Allen, you've been on this watch for years.
00:44:28.840 You've warned people that this day was coming.
00:44:30.900 Are we closer to the day that society's got to deal with essentially mass layoffs,
00:44:36.200 particularly in what heretofore were supposed to be the high-value added jobs, learn to code,
00:44:40.080 all of a sudden learn to code, might not be the ticket it once was, sir?
00:44:45.960 No, I think maybe it's morphed into learn to babysit an AI.
00:44:50.720 That appears to be the future of employment, at least according to the current models.
00:44:55.680 The Amadei comment that was made a few days ago, the Council on Foreign Relations,
00:45:02.720 about he predicted that within the next three to six months you would see 90% of all coding done by AI,
00:45:10.260 and within a year, as you guys were just saying, 100% of all coding would be done by AI.
00:45:15.380 That would still require people to create the design features and whatnot to basically work out the architecture of how the software operated,
00:45:27.620 but it would eliminate the need to sit and grind on creating the code.
00:45:32.760 It would also eliminate a lot of jobs.
00:45:35.200 You know, I agree with Brian Costello's notion that there needs to be retraining for sure and a lot of education around AI,
00:45:47.880 and as much as I hate to say it, education on how to use AI and how to create it,
00:45:53.740 but I think that overall what we're seeing is the success of a profoundly anti-human philosophy,
00:46:03.360 and no amount of humans learning to babysit AIs or partner with AIs or become symbiotic, as many would say, with AIs,
00:46:13.420 is going to lead to a better life.
00:46:15.040 And in the end, most of the guys at the top of this food chain, including Elon Musk, including Sam Altman,
00:46:23.220 and many others are saying the quiet part out loud, this is all about total replacement in the distant future.
00:46:32.980 So it's a much bigger question than who's going to do the coding in the next year,
00:46:37.840 but if anything remotely close to that does happen,
00:46:42.300 it's going to kind of give us a sense of where it's going to go in the next 10, 15, 20 years.
00:46:49.400 And if you believe Musk, if you trust Sam Altman and Musk to be telling the truth as to what the future will look like,
00:46:56.120 it will be a future in which humans have no economic value whatsoever.
00:47:04.620 Unbelievable.
00:47:05.060 Joe, where do people go to get all your writings, your own special assignment for us right now?
00:47:11.480 Where do they get your writings and your books, sir?
00:47:17.160 Jobot.xyz and social media at J-O-E-B-O-T-X-Y-Z.
00:47:23.620 Thank you, Steve.
00:47:24.200 Glad I could bring a bright light to an otherwise dismal conversation.
00:47:30.620 Exactly.
00:47:31.140 As only Joe Allen can.
00:47:33.260 Hey, you never know.
00:47:36.100 You got it.
00:47:36.460 You got to face the truth.
00:47:37.540 I mean, Brian, isn't that the is not the fact the White House had these white papers?
00:47:41.840 We've got to think this through.
00:47:43.140 I mean, what you're talking about, I know already sends chills through even the populist national side.
00:47:48.020 We say, hey, you know, the free there may not be a free market solution or we have to have more regulation.
00:47:53.240 We're free market.
00:47:53.920 First, people were, hey, we're not AOC.
00:47:56.500 We're not Bernie Sanders.
00:47:57.600 So this is my point.
00:47:58.560 It's got to be thought through.
00:48:00.780 Unfortunately, there's going to be a live fire exercise.
00:48:03.440 These cuts right now, they're talking about at Amazon.
00:48:05.880 This is why the human resources, I think, I just had it.
00:48:09.140 They're talking about doing it by the end of March, which would make sense.
00:48:11.720 That kind of the end of the first quarter, the end of the first quarter, financial quarter.
00:48:14.960 So it makes sense.
00:48:16.940 Where should people go?
00:48:18.120 You're putting up stuff all the time on your social media.
00:48:20.780 Where should people go to follow this?
00:48:22.100 Because this is going to be this is going to dominate the midterm election.
00:48:27.680 And this is going to get to be a massive part of the conversation because you're going to start seeing layoffs come in the most high value added jobs we have.
00:48:34.260 The reason you said earlier is not making a lot only in the most obscure tech journals or tech press.
00:48:39.880 They don't want this to be part of the general conversation.
00:48:42.100 They want it all of a sudden.
00:48:43.420 What did you say?
00:48:43.980 100,000, 150,000 tech jobs already.
00:48:46.620 They want to do this gradually.
00:48:49.940 So all of a sudden you wake up and you realize a half a million high value added tech jobs are gone and there's nothing to do about it.
00:48:56.340 So this we have to get ahead of this program right now.
00:48:59.220 Like you said, what would have been submitted to the White House were a lot of great plans, but they don't include the human in there.
00:49:05.900 You know, what's the human aspect of this?
00:49:07.780 And we're certainly not bleeding hearts, but you have to think through what's going to happen to our labor force.
00:49:13.600 Brian Casella, where do people go?
00:49:15.820 Yeah, Stephen, we, you know, I'm doing something full disclosure.
00:49:18.960 I'm doing something in this space now.
00:49:20.260 So at ShiftIQ.com or ShiftIQ.ai, we actually put up our plan, which was focused on how do we do this to benefit the American people so people can go there and take a look at it.
00:49:32.780 You know, and we submitted that publicly to the White House, too.
00:49:36.040 And you click learn more there.
00:49:37.960 The other thing, you know, and we talk explicitly about, unfortunately, we don't have a choice here in terms of the competition with China.
00:49:44.740 China's put together a trillion won fund to invest across open source robotics, open source AI models.
00:49:53.040 And they're actually being more inclusive right now than us in terms of what they're doing.
00:49:57.200 So we need to kind of understand that.
00:49:59.320 And then on X, they can get me at BP Costello.
00:50:05.480 Brother, your stuff's amazing.
00:50:07.100 Look forward to having you back on.

00:52:24.680 If you're a yo-yo dieter, you diet, lose weight, but gain it all back, plus a few extra pounds for the effort.
00:52:32.140 Then later, you lose it again and regain it again and on and on and on.
00:52:36.460 I think I resemble this.
00:52:38.780 It's dangerous.
00:52:39.640 Studies show that you can increase your risk of heart attack, stroke, type 2 diabetes, and other health problems.
00:52:45.660 Breaking free of your yo-yo diet pattern is a main reason doctors created Lean.
