00:12:52.060I don't think that they've set oral arguments yet, but they are accepting briefs on that.
00:12:57.500There's another hearing before Judge Bosberg on Friday.
00:13:01.460And so this will be the disclosures that he's asked for.
00:13:05.480Also, an updated complaint or response by these plaintiffs.
00:13:10.280But in the meantime, it appears that the Trump administration is prevented, prohibited from following President Trump's proclamation to immediately deport these Venezuelans who are subject to the Alien Enemies Act.
00:13:28.920Now, there are some signs and some rattling that they are going to ignore that.
00:13:32.780I think that it's totally appropriate in this case, and especially what Justice Roberts said today, to ignore this temporary restraining order on the basis that, number one, too, it's out of jurisdiction.
00:13:47.220None of the original five Venezuelan terrorists live in Washington, D.C.
00:13:53.500They were all in facilities in custody in other states.
00:13:58.700So there's a jurisdiction issue here, too.
00:14:01.660But without getting too technical on it, how does a lower court judge like Bosberg get to prevent the president and his team, top officials, DOJ and DHS, from executing his order that's completely under his purview?
00:14:19.140So this could get really, really ugly and nasty fast.
00:14:26.020It probably should, because of what Judge Bosberg, how he has handled it.
00:14:32.360Steve Bosberg still has not explained why he entered the temporary restraining order.
00:14:36.600He didn't say that the Alien Enemies Act is legal.
00:14:40.020He didn't say that the president didn't have a right to issue that proclamation.
00:14:44.140He didn't defend even due process rights.
00:14:48.320His only two orders on this have been what they call minute orders.
00:14:52.240So it's a sentence or two on the docket.
00:14:54.340He has not issued a long opinion parsing out all of the legal arguments that he believes are on his side.
00:15:02.240This is a total reactionary response to President Trump, because Judge Bosberg, like so many of them, has nothing but contempt for the president.
00:15:15.560You know, he I posted the transcript from Ray Epps' hearing that Judge Bosberg presided over in January of 2024.
00:15:23.560And Judge Bosberg called January 6th an insurrection incited by Trump supporters.
00:15:29.100So he himself, like the rest, have a record of making false, inflammatory, derogatory comments about the president.
00:15:38.320So he still hasn't laid out his own legal argument as to why his temporary restraining order was issued or should stand.
00:15:46.760This is nothing more than a power play by James Bosberg and attempting to supersede the authority of the president of the United States.
00:16:17.900Right, so I'll be covering all of these deadlines and breaking news on Acts, Julie underscore Kelly, too.
00:16:24.440And, of course, my Substack, I'll have a piece, explainer piece on all this because it's getting complicated, piece up on my Substack later tonight or tomorrow morning, declassified with Julie Kelly at Substack.
00:16:35.420Well, we will push it out hard, ma'am.
00:17:52.500So this case here in Wisconsin, it reminded me so much of what we experienced here in Virginia,
00:17:59.480where Loudoun County was covering up sexual assaults in their students' bathrooms, in the schools here.
00:18:07.400There's this weird thing, Steve, where these deviants, they have a home in a political party in the United States.
00:18:15.060It's called the Democratic Party, and they're trying to take this Supreme Court seat so that they can gerrymander the lines in Wisconsin to rig it so that President Trump can't do his agenda.
00:18:29.420They want to take away our majority, and they can do that if they get this seat or if they get this Supreme Court seat in Wisconsin.
00:18:35.740And that's how the Democrats have made all of their gains in the House of Representatives, is they've used the courts to rig the game and to change the congressional lines.
00:18:47.020But this is why George Soros has given her over a million dollars.
00:18:50.240And it's why J.B. Pritzker, the governor of Illinois, who, by the way, funds all this trans nonsense with his family, it's why he gave Susan Crawford $500,000.
00:19:01.100This is a radical left-wing judicial nominee who's not just going to hurt the families of Wisconsin, but is going to ultimately hurt families all across America by rigging the game when she has to pay back all of the sick and twisted billionaires that have been funding her campaign.
00:19:17.300That's why we're involved, and that's why we have to get this done.
00:19:46.300What is American Press Press Project going to do?
00:19:48.160So we're carpet-bombing the state of Wisconsin with about $500,000 in digital and streaming and texting advertisements to voters.
00:19:58.040We have – over the years, Steve, we've identified over a million voters in the state that care about these issues pertaining to children and families.
00:23:08.280So the judge dismissed our case with prejudice, which is good for us because it allows us to pursue our attorney fee reimbursement, which as of today is $260,000.
00:23:21.820So in preparation for that attorney fee motion, we hired a private investigative firm in Cape Town to go look at Hunter's digs.
00:23:33.720And through that, we found out that not only was the Secret Service having 18 different agents on four different ships go in and out, watching him and guarding his door again like a prince.
00:23:46.760But our PIs ran the plates for the vehicles parked outside of this Oceanside Villa in Cape Town, and the registration for the license plates goes back to the U.S. embassy.
00:24:00.800So not only do we have the Secret Service, which is the DHS involvement, right?
00:24:32.800Well, number one, the taxpayers footing the bill, you and I.
00:24:36.100Secondly, he told the judge he was indigent and didn't have the resources to continue litigating his bogus case against us, which, of course, is belied by the fact that his wife is going to high-end shopping outlets and he's staying in an Oceanside Villa in South Africa.
00:24:55.600Again, this is news, to the U.S. Secret Service L.A. field office right after the judge dismissed with prejudice because we're going to get Hunter's travel records to see if he was actually in L.A. on March 4th when he signed a declaration stating that he was in L.A.
00:25:11.540That's going to be the quickest way to prove his perjury.
00:25:13.600We think he perjured himself anyway on the substance of his allegations that he was indigent.
00:25:18.380But if we can prove that he wasn't in L.A. on March 4th, that's like this.
00:25:22.180And to have Ashley Biden have her 13 agents revoked was just a cherry on top.
00:25:28.620We didn't even expect Trump to do that.
00:25:31.640But that was just so – I love that he acted on this so quickly.
00:25:35.840And we couldn't have got the word out without Laura just spraying all these photos across the Fruited Plains.
00:25:41.780I want Rubio to have to answer for this.
00:25:43.760Yeah, no, it's pretty bad on the State Department and the local ambassador.
00:30:53.760It helps control appetite and cravings.
00:30:55.840And it helps burn fat by converting fat into energy.
00:30:59.920Listen, if you're tired of losing weight and gaining it back, if you want to lose meaningful weight at a healthy pace, Lean was created for you.
00:31:08.260Let me get you started with 20% off when you enter Bannon20.
00:31:11.700That's B-A-N-N-O-N-20 at TakeLean.com.
00:31:44.260Garrett, I just want to make sure the audience understands this because you're one of the favorites of people who have come on here.
00:31:48.800And the work you and Laura have done here in the last 72 hours I think is nothing short of historic to get up to the level President Trump sees it and reacts immediately.
00:31:57.660This case, you know, Abby Lowell and Hunter Biden, particularly Abby Lowell, would go in the press once a week and mock and ridicule you.
00:32:47.600They tried to change the 1984 criminal law, the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, into data.
00:32:55.460So they tried to use some legal alchemy and change the definition of computer into data.
00:33:01.560So they're saying that we hacked his data.
00:33:04.160It was all in an effort to bankrupt us.
00:33:06.800Once we stayed around longer than they expected to and we served a deposition notice, not only upon Hunter, but more importantly, upon Kevin Morris, who is the guy who gave $7 million, at least, that's conservative, of forgivable loans to Hunter Biden, did they try to dismiss.
00:33:25.640And they dismissed it on an – they went to dismiss it on an emergency basis, ex parte.
00:33:31.140So we only got 24 hours to respond to their ex parte motion to dismiss.
00:33:36.960The judge – and I wish we could transcribe Mrs. Kelly's first segment at the top of the hour.
00:33:42.480That was so good what she said about recusal because we tried to get Hernán Vera, our judge, to recuse because he was appointed by Hunter's father, and he wouldn't do it.
00:33:53.060And so we were stuck in this liberal jurisdiction with a federal judge appointed by the plaintiff's father, and all we could do was hang on.
00:34:01.700But once we were going to depose Kevin Morris, the guy who was funding the lawsuit to begin with, we can't prove this, yet we might be able to eventually.
00:34:12.360We believe Kevin then went to Hunter and said, no, I'm not setting for a deposition with Ziegler because I was going to be there.
00:34:17.300I'm a weird civil litigant where I actually show up to the depositions with the attorneys, and he cannot sit with me.
00:34:23.340In the child support case, Hunter was almost crying when he had to sit at a table with me.
00:34:28.280It's visceral to them, which is weird because I'm somewhat pleasant.
00:34:32.740They dropped the case, but the judge was so embarrassed at their hasty actions and why they – that they didn't do it normally, that they did it ex parte, that he dismissed it with prejudice, which was a blessing to us.
00:34:45.080We haven't won anything in this case yet because of the liberal jurisdiction except that designation with prejudice because that's going to allow us to do a motion for fees, and if that gets denied, we're going to appeal it to the Ninth Circuit because, like the D.C. Circuit, the Central District of California is one of the few district courts that's even more liberal than the Ninth Circuit, which is hard to do.
00:35:04.740Like I said, Laura's going to be with us tomorrow.
00:35:10.460Laura's going to be with us tomorrow, and we're going to go through all of this stuff with the Secret Service.
00:35:15.720You then went – your private eyes went and got the license plates and tied it back to the State Department, the U.S. Embassy.
00:35:23.560President Trump clearly reacted right away when he saw Laura's report, your report, boom, done.
00:35:30.100And, you know, he takes – he strips Hunter and Ashley of these massive – I think people are shocked about the size of these security details, the Secret Service costing the taxpayer a fortune.
00:35:44.080But what stunned me the most, because it is a vast apparatus, that's where we're trying to deconstruct the administrative state and take down the deep state, to know that the State Department is still putting in tons of resources on some guy that's going on some luxury vacation to South Africa and hanging out at a villa for three or four months, I think it stuns the average person.
00:36:06.560Are you calling for a full accounting from state and particularly the ambassador there to exactly what's going on and why are all these resources and assets?
00:36:15.340We're talking about having to cut potentially Medicaid, social programs, the Defense Department.
00:36:20.920I mean, real cuts, not just out of waste, fraud, and abuse, but programmatically out of real programs and letting go real people.
00:36:30.020What are you guys going to do about it from now?
00:36:31.880Are you just going to let it go or are you going to try to pursue this more?
00:36:34.020We already have the particular Secret Service agents who are on the detail, and we're going to start FOIA-ing.
00:36:41.480And why that's important is because, by the way, we've already subpoenaed the Records First Travel Logs, but now that we have the names, it's going to be very important for FOIA and other public disclosures because we can see who they were communicating with in the State Department.
00:36:55.900These sorts of details take weeks of planning.
00:36:59.560So there's going to be communication between the line agents who are protecting Hunter and the embassy officers in Praetoria where the capital is because Cape Town, by the way, is like a six-hour drive from Praetoria.
00:37:12.940It's way on the coast, and Praetoria is in the middle of the country, or it's more towards the middle of Africa.
00:37:17.660So this is a huge operation, the fact that Ashley's got her cut as well.
00:37:47.400So we're asking Joe Biden to take a small fraction of those three federal pensions and put it towards a security firm for Ashley and Hunter.
00:37:54.560We hear ad nauseum about how Joe Biden is such a good father.
00:38:39.240It goes into Kevin Morris, the people I mentioned today.
00:38:42.080And it goes into and, you know, we're going to be following this story with Morris because the IRS whistleblowers who were just promoted today, they alleged that they were blocked from interviewing him by the CIA itself.
00:38:56.000So that's a story we're going to be on even more than Hunter.
00:38:59.920In fact, in the final analysis, Steve, it might be that Morris is even more important than Hunter, that Joe is the most important, Morris, and then Hunter.
00:39:50.640Big announcement yesterday from the president of the United States.
00:39:52.860Captain Ben is going to be joining the Board of Visitors of West Point.
00:39:57.620I don't believe, Moe, and I think I can tell the audience this, when you showed up for plebe summer.
00:40:02.800And people have to understand, when you get into a military academy, you don't, from high school or prep school, you don't take the summer off.
00:40:09.300You almost immediately after graduation show up for what is essentially for civilians boot camp.
00:40:14.020It's a very rigorous, it's called plebe, a beast barracks, beast barracks at West Point.
00:40:19.120I think it's plebe summer at the Naval Academy.
00:40:22.380Moe, I don't think on the first evening of beast barracks, you would ever envision that one day you would be on the Board of Visitors of the revered United States Military Academy, ma'am.
00:40:35.000In fact, I did not think when I first stepped foot at West Point that I would be here now.
00:40:40.420And I posted on social media last night a picture from my graduation parade from the plane at West Point.
00:40:47.300And it's very hard to believe from that summer in 2006 to that spring in 2010 that I am here now representing all of my peers and field grade officers on the Board of Visitors at West Point.
00:41:07.120I am very grateful to President Trump for nominating me, appointing me to this board.
00:41:10.940And I will do everything to make him proud, you proud, the War Room Posse proud, this country proud, and restore full faith and confidence in this fine institution known as West Point.
00:41:25.820Yeah, the folks, and in fact, it's General Kellogg's daughter is the other young.
00:41:33.340And she was, I think she was, General Kellogg's daughter was a year behind you or a year ahead of you at West Point or two years ahead of you at West Point?
00:41:41.720She was class of 2008, and then Congressman Wesley Hunt was 2004.
00:41:47.480So we are the younger members of that Board of Visitors, but we all have experience as graduates of West Point and know exactly what that fine institution was like.
00:42:00.140And we want to restore it to that fine institution, get rid of the woke agenda that has infiltrated the academy.
00:42:07.400And under the Board of Visitors, I know a lot of people have reached out to me asking me what that entails.
00:42:14.240And you basically focus on the morale and discipline, curriculum, instruction, physical equipment, fiscal affairs, academic methods, and other matters relating to the academy and whatever else the board decides.
00:42:27.240But you are the liaison between the academy and President Trump.
00:42:30.640I also, you know, with you, General Kellogg's daughter, Wesley Hunt, who I think was a helicopter pilot, I think was an Apache pilot, wasn't he?
00:42:43.220And all you guys, you guys were recruited there when the war in Iraq and Afghanistan were really at its height.
00:42:51.200I mean, you started being recruited, you entered into the summer of 2006.
00:42:54.600You were recruited really starting in 2003, 2004, I think, because they have to recruit early for athletes at the academy because there's a whole separate, besides being the teams wanting you, you then have to go through this very rigorous kind of academic screen and character screen.
00:43:13.200So all three of you were actually thinking about going to the academy and volunteering really in some of the darkest days of the Middle Eastern wars.
00:43:22.560And then all of you basically, essentially, as soon as you got out pretty quickly or graduated pretty quickly, you were to two commands that eventually deployed to the Middle East.
00:43:37.480Hopefully, we're not in any more wars in the Middle East if President Trump completes what he's trying to do.
00:43:43.560But what lesson do you take from that about you guys that kind of volunteered and went in during the darkest days of these Middle East wars?
00:43:51.920Well, we volunteered for this, and we were trained at the academy that when we came out, we would most likely deploy, and all three of us did.
00:44:00.940And we learned how to be warfighters at the academy.
00:44:03.940And I believe that we need to get back to that.
00:44:06.200We need to focus on, God forbid, we get involved in any more wars.
00:44:10.720And I do not believe that President Trump will get us involved in any more wars.
00:44:15.260However, if that comes, we need to have leaders that are able to lead during wartime.
00:44:21.000And that's what the academy instilled in all three of us that are academy grads on that board.
00:44:28.860And also, I do want to reiterate that while the other two graduates on that board were probably better academically than me, this just shows that you don't have to be an amazing, amazing academic in order to achieve such a great thing.
00:45:14.820It's in the same mess hall where MacArthur gave that magnificent speech.
00:45:19.840And the generals come up and they said, he was talking about people's academics.
00:45:24.560And he said there are three West Point grads who I think were major generals leading the effort in Iraq at the time.
00:45:31.660And he said all three of them had graduated in the bottom 100 of the class, that it didn't, that it turned out to be leadership and particularly leadership in combat.
00:45:40.400Mo, you had an amazing record there, amazing record in athletics, second to none.
00:45:46.220I think you're the first woman all conference four years in a row for a Division I sport, I think.
00:46:15.380I think we can say honestly to the folks that on your first night of your beast barracks, you didn't think you'd end up on the Board of Visitors.
