Bannon's War Room - WarRoom Battleground EP 739： Pressure From The Trump Admin To Clean Up Mexico; Corruption Of Boasberg

00:00:00.000 I've been to some crazy places before, but this has to be up there as one of the craziest.

00:00:19.020 This is a cemetery.

00:00:22.760 These are all mausoleums dedicated to cartel bosses in Kuyukan, Sinaloa.

00:00:30.000 These aren't houses, these are mausoleums, tombs, like the tombs of Egypt for the pharaohs, except these hold the narco kingpins, and each one built larger to one-up their competitors. 0.98

00:00:51.220 It truly is unbelievable.

00:00:53.180 The amount of money that the cartel makes, they have so much money they don't even know what to do with it.

00:01:00.000 To the point where they build million-dollar mansions to be buried in, monuments to some of the most evil people that have ever walked the earth, here in Sinaloa, Mexico.

00:01:16.000 All propped up by a government that's as corrupt as they are.

00:01:24.700 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:01:38.380 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.

00:01:43.580 You're not going to get a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.

00:01:47.840 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:01:49.340 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:01:51.260 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.

00:01:53.900 It's going to happen.

00:01:55.160 And where do people like that go to share the big line?

00:01:58.560 Mega Media.

00:01:59.900 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:02:05.320 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:02:09.120 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:02:15.280 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:02:20.700 Okay, brought to you by Birch Gold.

00:02:23.340 Make sure you go to birchgold.com slash Bannon.

00:02:25.880 End of the dollar empire.

00:02:28.100 Find out about macroeconomics.

00:02:30.000 Also, take out your phone, Bannon, 989898.

00:02:32.880 Get the ultimate guide for investing in gold.

00:02:35.300 Why?

00:02:36.480 As you heard from Cortez and others, we're going to play some Navarra here in the second hour.

00:02:40.660 Things are going to get a little choppy.

00:02:43.420 Times of turbulence.

00:02:44.340 Gold's been a hedge.

00:02:45.760 By the way, I want to play that gold clip.

00:02:47.600 The guy, one of the smartest guys on Bloomberg, he said it.

00:02:52.100 Philip Patrick's never even said it.

00:02:53.400 In the last 25 years, gold has outperformed the S&P 500.

00:02:56.960 And that's not how it's supposed to be, folks.

00:02:59.540 Gold is a store of value in a hedge.

00:03:01.660 It's not supposed to outperform the S&P 500.

00:03:04.700 I'll talk more about that tomorrow.

00:03:06.120 But, in fact, we'll play that later in the show.

00:03:08.180 Go today to check it out.

00:03:09.380 The great Julie Kelly is with me.

00:03:12.160 I'm so honored to have you in the war room.

00:03:14.260 Julie, you've been over at federal court.

00:03:15.700 We're going to get to that in a moment.

00:03:17.040 Julie Kelly is shocked by what's going on in the federal court.

00:03:21.720 And she knows it better than anybody.

00:03:22.820 Julie Kelly was also with us today as kind of a team over at the Justice Department. 0.98

00:03:28.780 And Tim Miller, our favorite Tim Miller from the Bulwark on MSMEC.

00:03:33.080 See, they had a meltdown.

00:03:34.520 We're going to get to all that.

00:03:35.860 But we've got to go to Juarez, one of my favorite towns.

00:03:40.580 We've got Ben Burkwam and Oscar Buu Ramirez.

00:03:44.300 Sicario was filmed there.

00:03:45.700 I think it's one of the greatest films ever made.

00:03:47.360 We built the wall right there.

00:03:48.800 And the reason we built it, Oscar and Ben Burkwam, you guys know because you were with us, is that going up that mountain from the Rio Grande River up that one-mile mountain was one of the most dangerous stretches on the American border.

00:04:02.040 That's where the cartels trafficked, those young women and girls. 0.99

00:04:05.780 And when you would go up that hill on that plateau where we rebuilt the wall to jam into the mountain, it would make you sick to see what was left behind and know the human tragedy that was caused.

00:04:17.500 While you guys are chasing the cartel, getting ready for the kinetic part of this war, what brings you to Juarez, which used to be a great little border town.

00:04:26.260 And now, as anybody who's seen the movie Sicario knows, is filled with bad hombres, Ben Burkwam, Oscar Buu Ramirez.

00:04:35.020 Guys.

00:04:36.500 Well, yeah, Steve, it's to show you the truth.

00:04:38.820 Actually, we just came from the wall that we, the people, built.

00:04:41.620 We built the wall.

00:04:42.880 It was such an honor to be there with you.

00:04:44.340 We were on the Mexico side, a little more dangerous on the Mexico side than on the U.S. side for obvious reasons.

00:04:49.500 But it was quiet.

00:04:51.040 It's quiet now in that area because President Trump's in office.

00:04:54.880 And that's what we're down here doing is showing the Trump impact, but also showing the reality of the evil that is the cartel.

00:05:01.180 You just saw that video of the cartel cemeteries.

00:05:04.360 We're just shocking.

00:05:05.520 I mean, seriously, Steve, driving through there was incredible.

00:05:09.180 But the other side to that is just how evil they are.

00:05:11.120 Right down the road from that location leading up to where the cartel's headquarters were, the Chapito's headquarters were, was this massive monument to the devil, this Santa Muerte.

00:05:21.260 And everywhere you go where the cartel's in operation, you've got these Santa Muerte shrines.

00:05:26.280 They're praying to the devil.

00:05:27.500 That's how evil these guys are.

00:05:28.780 Slow down.

00:05:29.140 Slow down. 1.00

00:05:29.880 For just a dumb mick, what do you mean? 1.00

00:05:31.580 They got things for the, explain that, Oscar and Ben. 1.00

00:05:34.960 They have monuments to the devil, to Satan.

00:05:38.940 Is that like a symbol for these cartels?

00:05:42.980 Yeah.

00:05:43.440 Yeah.

00:05:43.600 So it's called Santa Muerte.

00:05:44.920 It's the saint of death.

00:05:46.500 But that's who they pray to.

00:05:48.080 So these guys will go out before they go and kill somebody or before they go and do their operations, they will go and pray.

00:05:54.040 And it's directly praying to the devil.

00:05:56.800 It's, I mean, when you're going to go dismember somebody, who else would you be praying to?

00:06:01.280 They are everywhere.

00:06:02.280 There's one just right down the road from where we're at in Anapra.

00:06:05.960 Everywhere you go where the cartel's in operations, these shrines are getting built.

00:06:09.160 And I'm seeing more and more and more of them on the Mexico side, but now you're starting to see them on the U.S. side as well.

00:06:14.500 Oscar?

00:06:15.340 Well, the Santa Muerte has been a, you know, a statue, you know, some figure for the cartel to do their offerings and for them to ask her or to ask the satanic figure for a favor.

00:06:27.940 And, you know, the cartels have put massive statues in the part of Culiacán where there's this massive war between these two cartels.

00:06:34.060 Also in the parts of Tijuana, in the mountains, you know, right here in Juarez.

00:06:37.320 You will see these statues of, you know, these satanic, you know, rituals and satanic offerings that the cartel massively does to this statue.

00:06:46.280 And it is just disgusting to see in the part of Culiacán.

00:06:49.520 You see children walking through these particular places and seeing these statues.

00:06:53.340 And everybody's normalized to see this.

00:06:55.260 And it is because the government has not done anything about it.

00:06:58.280 Is there any, is there any preparation?

00:07:04.080 Do you get a sense the Mexican military or is anybody preparing?

00:07:07.580 I know it's quiet because we've stopped the inflow of the invasion.

00:07:10.580 And the New York Times was reporting because of Trump's tariffs, write that down, tariffs, the fentanyl has dropped 50%.

00:07:18.860 But President Trump in this regard saying, hey, you know, it's the labs, it's the cartels, the pardons for the Chinese Communist Party.

00:07:25.780 You know, I don't care if it's dropped by 50% because of tariffs.

00:07:28.440 I want to eradicate it once and for all.

00:07:30.760 Is there any sense that either a paramilitary or a military operation or something is in the works, not next week, but potentially over the next couple of months, guys?

00:07:43.920 Well, let me just show you what's going on here, just to give you an update.

00:07:46.740 We're in Juarez.

00:07:47.540 This is the first time I've ever seen this.

00:07:49.760 Oscar's reported on this down in Tijuana.

00:07:51.760 But we actually have roadblocks, checkpoints going into, this is the port of entry going over to El Paso.

00:07:57.180 Right behind us is a checkpoint being done by the National Guard.

00:08:00.840 This is the first time I've ever seen this.

00:08:02.420 This was never done under Joe Biden.

00:08:04.720 They're actually checking vehicles before they even enter to go across the bridge.

00:08:09.040 Now, again, whether this is, you know, for show, some of that we've seen in the past, how much of this has a direct impact on stopping the fentanyl.

00:08:16.360 But this is one of those ports.

00:08:17.880 You've got Laredo as well.

00:08:18.860 You've got Tijuana where huge amounts of fentanyl are going across.

00:08:21.340 And the Mexican government at least is showing this.

00:08:23.640 And this goes directly back to the threat of tariffs.

00:08:26.140 But going back to Cuyacan, they've actually, the Mexican military has been down there.

00:08:30.800 It's a mixed bag.

00:08:31.540 So you've got two things happening.

00:08:32.880 There's a reorganization of cartels happening right now.

00:08:35.800 You've got the president of Mexico going after some of these cartels but then protecting some of the other cartels.

00:08:41.140 It's what we've seen in the past back in the 80s when you had Carlos Quintero being protected by the Mexican government, basically taking out his rivals.

00:08:48.760 So you have some of that going on as we speak.

00:08:51.080 But there's no doubt about it.

00:08:52.300 There is a bigger presence, military presence, law enforcement presence going after the cartels.

00:08:57.120 There's a war now between the cartels and cartels and the cartels and the Mexican government.

00:09:02.260 And the question is, how kinetic does it get?

00:09:05.080 And I have a sense, Steve, that it's going to get more kinetic rather than less kinetic very soon.

00:09:09.960 Well, yes, they deployed more than 10,000 National Guardsmen, Steve.

00:09:14.860 And one of the cities that they wanted to deploy is to Ciudad Juarez that right now is number two as the most dangerous cities in the world for violence and kidnappings and abduction.

00:09:24.120 So this is what you see.

00:09:25.280 You see a checkpoint as exactly what it was in Tijuana.

00:09:27.940 And to go back to the topic of laboratories, just recently the Mexican government seized the biggest laboratory possibly in history in the whole world with more than 700 million doses of methamphetamine in Zacatecas with more than 40 acres of property.

00:09:43.820 Specifically, the Mexican government is attacking two cartels, the CGNG and also the Chapitos cartel.

00:09:50.060 Those are the only two cartels that they're going after, but the speculation is strong that the Mexican government is protecting El Mayo Zambada, which is the campaign and drug lord that is under protection right now or in custody in the United States of America.

00:10:03.640 And that he knows a lot of information of who politically funded the campaign of the past president, AMLO, and also a lot of Congress and a lot of senators that they are in office in the Mexican government, Steve.

00:10:14.900 Oscar, hang on for you guys. Hang on right there.

00:10:17.360 I want to bring Julie Kelly in. 1.00

00:10:18.620 I'm going to get to the hearing today.

00:10:21.440 But in this, these tactical decisions that have to be made, this is a war on our southern border.

00:10:27.420 They've lied to us for years because in the first 60 days, Trump has essentially closed the border.

00:10:32.480 Nobody's coming across.

00:10:33.760 These two guys have put their lives at risk for years covering this.

00:10:37.820 That part of it's quiet.

00:10:39.580 Now they're looking at military.

00:10:40.460 Can a judge, can any judge insert themselves into an individual who has commander in chief is going to be directing forces about what happened?

00:10:49.840 This is what's so insane.

00:10:51.240 You see how chaotic this is.

00:10:53.160 You see how dangerous this is.

00:10:55.060 You see how it deals with relationships with another country, economics, another military, our own people.

00:11:01.660 So what type of ego has a judge to think that they can insert themselves into things?

00:11:07.720 And what is a live fire drill, ma'am? 0.89

00:11:10.260 Well, I think that that's the trajectory that these judges are on right now.

00:11:15.700 And they're getting away with it because, of course, for the most, the Supreme Court won't step in.

00:11:20.740 The appellate court, especially here in D.C. in a few cases, has.

00:11:24.900 But, and we'll talk about Judge Vosberg today.

00:11:27.960 You just came from the hearing.

00:11:29.360 Yes.

00:11:29.560 So we're going to hold that for a second.

00:11:30.440 But you just came from the hearing.

00:11:31.440 Correct.

00:11:31.940 And you've kind of seen it all in that courtroom.

00:11:34.940 But you were a little even shocked by what you saw today.

00:11:38.080 Right.

00:11:38.820 Because these judges are pushing the boundaries of their authority and intruding on the president's Article 2, as Mike Davis loves to say.

00:11:49.760 I mean, that's what it is, Article 2 authority, encroaching on that authority and really not testing the limits, but violating those limits.

00:12:00.260 And now you have judges who, and this is what we'll talk about with Vosberg, the real criminals are not the illegals who are crossing the border, who are suspected members of terror organizations like TDA.

00:12:12.960 The real criminals, according to Judge Vosberg, are in the Trump administration for daring to defy one of his court orders about turning planes around.

00:12:21.960 We've got blockbuster news we're going to get to in a second.

00:12:23.820 Oscar and Ben, have you seen on either the U.S. side or even the Mexico side, are people down there complaining about what President Trump has done to try to bring in the chaos on the border and try to bring some order to it?

00:12:39.160 Have you gotten a lot of negative feedback about what's going on?

00:12:44.260 Zero.

00:12:45.560 Zero, Steve.

00:12:46.660 In fact, you go to a place like Kujacan, it was tragic.

00:12:52.140 It was my first time being in that city, but that's a city that's living with Stockholm Syndrome.

00:12:56.640 They are shell-shocked.

00:12:57.800 They have been controlled by the cartels for so long.

00:13:00.360 They live with that fear.

00:13:02.080 In fact, we were driving down the road where a kidnapping had happened just moments before we drove past, and nobody's out in the streets.

00:13:09.340 Nobody's saying anything.

00:13:10.420 Nobody's reporting it.

00:13:11.840 They are silent because they are so afraid.

00:13:14.260 They are terrorized by these organizations, and if anything, they are thanking God that President Trump is in there and that the Mexican military and the Mexican government is actually doing something to stop these terror organizations, because that's what they are.

00:13:28.020 If you live in Mexico and you live in a cartel area, you understand very clearly, very directly, many of your family members have been killed or kidnapped.

00:13:36.220 These are terror organizations.

00:13:37.480 You don't have to tell the people of Mexico that.

00:13:39.820 They live it.

00:13:41.360 Zero.

00:13:42.160 To answer your question, Steve, zero.

00:13:43.680 And back to Julie Kelly's point, the real terrorists, the real people behind this are just like that, the judges and these NGOs and these leftist organizations that are attacking President Trump, that are attacking America, that are attacking our sovereignty and putting our own people in danger.

00:13:58.420 Those people, and until that, until those people are held accountable, until these judges and these politicians that are inviting this invasion, that are inviting the destruction of our own country are held accountable, we're not going to see much change.

00:14:10.180 And the same goes down here for Mexico.

00:14:11.580 And completely the contrast, Steve, and more than that, what President Trump has done has created a sense of fate for the political party and the right-wing political party of PAN in Mexico.

00:14:23.700 They have completely gone against the opposition and the left, and they have completely awoken the conservative party to have the legitimate statements to say, you are corrupt, you are a narco government since the just recent founding of the extermination camp, 0.93

00:14:37.940 since exposing the government of Mexico and why the Mexican president doesn't want to label the cartels as terrorists from stopping the mass of trafficking of fentanyl.

00:14:47.200 And until now, they are finding and destroying and dismantling laboratories.

00:14:52.480 What took them so long is the question.

00:14:54.660 And the question is, because of the threat of a tariff and the pressure that President Trump continuously is putting on the Mexican government, and not only that, the right-wing political party of Mexico, the awakening of the right-wing political party of Mexico,

00:15:07.060 the Mexican people getting sick and tired of this, it is what's pushing her to be exposed more and to basically know what is actually happening in the country of Mexico.

00:15:15.080 Unbelievable. One man who basically represents and represents working-class people, like I said, not in the room, not in the deal. 1.00

00:15:23.620 He's put the American citizens. But think of what he's done for the little guy in Mexico who's been completely abused by the government.

00:15:29.940 It's just shocking. One last thing for a go, Oscar.

00:15:33.340 A year ago, we had this huge debate in the Senate with Lankford and all these guys, this huge, massive bill, 2,000 pages long, hundreds of billions of dollars.

00:15:41.160 It had to happen, give amnesty to everybody, because the border could not be secured.

00:15:46.500 The border could not be shut down unless this went on.

00:15:49.400 And they harangued President Trump. We stopped it with President Trump, made sure it didn't go forward.

00:15:54.220 We were harangued. President Trump has harangued it. He had given up border security.

00:15:57.880 How many days, sir, after he was inaugurated, in your professional opinion, and you've spent more time there than any one individual,

00:16:06.220 how many days was it before President Trump was able to essentially secure the border?

00:16:11.960 It was not even days. It was just a minute after he was inaugurated.

00:16:16.140 The CBP1 app was canceled, and everybody was returned back.

00:16:19.860 And it was a shocker for everybody, because everybody was waiting for their appointment at 12 o'clock to enter the United States of America.

00:16:26.560 There was hundreds of people waiting, and I was there with you, Steve.

00:16:29.080 And it was 12 o'clock in the evening, and I posted that image, that the CBP1 app was canceled, and that this was going to be eradicated and eliminated.

00:16:38.400 Ninety-eight percent of the flow in the Darien Gap has slowed down.

00:16:42.940 Authorities in Central America have said that the flow has slowed down.

00:16:46.140 There's no caravan, Steve.

00:16:47.380 With you in the war room, I broadcast 12 caravans, and until now, there's no caravans coming into the north.

00:16:54.300 This is the Trump effect, and it was immediate.

00:16:56.580 It was not even days.

00:16:57.860 It was admitted after he got inaugurated as being president.

00:17:01.340 They had an amazing picture in the New York Times yesterday, a beautiful sweep of the border wall.

00:17:06.860 I think it was actually from Morris, that mountain.

00:17:09.280 And there was no people crossing.

00:17:11.240 There was no caravans.

00:17:12.500 And I said, and they actually had the New York Times said, the border is basically secure under President Trump in day 60, 65.

00:17:20.800 And I said, all quiet on the southern front.

00:17:23.220 Trump did it by action.

00:17:24.420 It's just absolutely stunning.

00:17:26.100 Guys, you need to be careful.

00:17:28.420 You're in dangerous territory now.

00:17:30.020 It used to be a great little border town.

00:17:31.620 Now it's quite a dangerous place.

00:17:34.040 I don't want to tell people where you're going to go.

00:17:35.940 I know you're down there on this journey to check out what's happening with the cartels.

00:17:39.320 How can people follow you, Oscar and Ben?

00:17:42.240 Where do they go?

00:17:44.980 Oscar Blue, Ramirez all around, sir, you know, in Real America's Voice News.

00:17:48.580 And thank you again for the invitation, sir.

00:17:50.400 Yeah, americasvoice.news on all social media, at Real AM Voice, and then my social media, at Ben Berquam.

00:17:56.960 We're posting those videos.

00:17:57.940 I have a ton more that we're going to be releasing.

00:18:00.260 And then, obviously, our next episodes of Law and Border will be coming out.

00:18:04.420 Season 5 is happening now.

00:18:06.120 The restoration of America under President Trump.

00:18:08.840 God.

00:18:09.940 Have we been doing this long?

00:18:11.480 I remember when we launched Season 1 and Season 5.

00:18:13.900 By the way, you guys changed the arc of history.

00:18:16.600 You and the Real America Voice investigative team.

00:18:19.020 Remember all those years down in Daring Gap?

00:18:20.520 Anyway, Godspeed and be safe until we talk to you guys again.

00:18:26.560 Do we have a clip on the judge that we can play for as Bosworth?

00:18:30.080 Let's play that and then we're going to bring in Julie. 1.00

00:18:31.800 Julie Kelly just left federal court.

00:18:33.600 I've been all day with Julie over the Justice Department.

00:18:35.900 Then she slipped out to do her day job, which is to report from these courts. 0.96

00:18:41.580 I don't know how she does it.

00:18:42.500 God bless her. 1.00

00:18:43.060 Let's play the clip and we'll bring Julie in. 1.00

00:18:44.420 Welcome back.

00:18:45.520 A high-stakes hearing just wrapped up where the Trump administration made its case as

00:18:49.060 to why they didn't violate Judge Boasberg's order on deportation flights.

00:18:53.460 It's the first step in Boasberg potentially holding officials in contempt or ordering sanctions.

00:18:59.380 Caitlin Polance joins us now.

00:19:01.520 Caitlin, what did we learn in this hearing?

00:19:03.040 Well, Casey, the importance of this hearing is whether this administration is willing just

00:19:07.940 to ignore a court's order.

00:19:09.820 And what today was about is the judge hearing from a Justice Department attorney to try and

00:19:16.180 nail down, did they?

00:19:17.680 Did they do that?

00:19:18.860 And this hearing, it lasted about 40 minutes.

00:19:21.140 It was primarily questioning of the judge asking questions of the Justice Department

00:19:26.380 lawyer, Drew Ensign.

00:19:27.820 And I was holding my breath listening to this.

00:19:30.960 It was so tense.

00:19:32.220 We also heard from reporters and producers over at the courthouse who were there.

00:19:36.740 It was so intense watching Boasberg draw out the questions here, asking who was giving

00:19:44.760 the order for planes to not turn around that had migrants that were being carried to an

00:19:50.640 El Salvadoran prison.

00:19:52.160 At the moment that those flights were in the air, March 15th, on that Saturday, Judge Boasberg

00:19:58.040 was holding a hearing in court and saying, you need to turn the planes around.

00:20:02.560 So he's trying to establish whether there was an intention there.

00:20:05.720 He didn't make a decision during this hearing, but he kept asking who was on the call from

00:20:12.420 the administration, who was listening to the court's orders, who was talking to the

00:20:16.560 Justice Department attorney, who did the Justice Department attorney tell about this

00:20:22.040 order from the judge, just getting those names of people in the administration.

00:20:27.000 The judge ultimately said, there's a fair likelihood that this administration violated

00:20:31.640 his orders, and so now we see what happens next with him and also what happens with this

00:20:37.500 case, bigger issues of presidential power.

00:20:40.020 Casey?

00:20:40.880 If you notice, the people that are contributors here that come in year in and year out, they

00:20:45.660 have an urgency, a tenacity, an expertise.

00:20:50.000 They love what they do.

00:20:50.880 You see Ben and Oscar or Mike Davis or dozens and dozens or more.

00:20:53.980 Julie Kelly, what I'm so impressed with what I just heard, Julie Kelly told me the day of

00:21:00.780 that hearing, he said, you watch, he's going to eventually have a hearing and he's going

00:21:05.200 to go nuts, going through a timeline to know specifically, because what he's looking for

00:21:09.840 is the word, is the phrase President of the United States.

00:21:13.720 He's out, for a guy who went to a federal prison on a contempt charge, I can see where this

00:21:18.720 brother's going.

00:21:19.360 And you nailed it at first, when that first Saturday, you said, he's going to return back

00:21:22.940 here, and he's going to have the government, and he's going to go through a timeline, and

00:21:26.820 what he's trying to do is trying to get to the senior-most guy, and what he's looking

00:21:30.820 for is President Trump.

00:21:32.020 And you called it.

00:21:33.040 Am I wrong in laying it out like that?

00:21:34.760 No, you're exactly right, and I hate to brag, but that was exactly what not only we knew

00:21:40.100 from the first hearing on March 15th, when he issued two temporary restraining orders

00:21:44.600 in writing.

00:21:46.120 So let's talk about, I don't know if we have time.

00:21:48.400 We've got plenty of time.

00:21:49.260 We've got now to the end of the show.

00:21:50.640 What Jeb Bosberg...

00:21:51.620 We cleared the decks for you.

00:21:52.720 Oh, thank you.

00:21:53.520 What Jeb Bosberg did, I suspect, and this was confirmed today in the hearing, he set the

00:22:00.580 hearing on March 15th.

00:22:02.660 That was a Saturday.

00:22:03.840 It was a Saturday.

00:22:05.420 4 or 5 o'clock.

00:22:06.220 I was downtown Chicago, ready to do the St. Patrick's Day festivities.

00:22:12.180 Which normally, Julie's not, by 4 or 5 o'clock, Julie's not camera ready, okay?

00:22:17.140 That's not true.

00:22:18.160 At 9 o'clock in the morning, I'm not camera ready, okay?

00:22:20.960 I don't wake up beautiful like Mike Davis, so I have to...

00:22:24.800 So, at any rate, here's the timeline.

00:22:28.680 The ACLU files this lawsuit at 1.15 on the morning of March 15th.

00:22:34.140 They are aware...

00:22:35.520 A.M.

00:22:36.300 A.M.

00:22:36.780 They are aware the night before, March 14th, the president signed the Alien Enemies Act

00:22:43.800 proclamation.

00:22:44.640 Yes.

00:22:45.140 That covered all legal Venezuelans... 0.96

00:22:46.700 Which sets it all in motion.

00:22:48.300 Exactly.

00:22:48.720 However, the proclamation is not active until it's posted on the website.

00:22:55.800 Here's the timeline.

00:22:57.600 ACLU apparently knows that the president has signed this proclamation.

00:23:01.860 1.15 in the morning.

00:23:02.200 Oh, they get tipped off.

00:23:03.140 They get tipped off.

00:23:04.260 1.15, they file the lawsuit.

00:23:06.660 7.30 a.m., this lands on Jeb Bosberg's desk.

00:23:11.340 This lengthy lawsuit seeking a temporary restraining order.

00:23:14.200 And this is a Saturday morning for a judge.

00:23:16.640 Do you think he's playing golf or he's going to go and play tennis?

00:23:18.760 He said in the hearing later that day that he was out of town.

00:23:22.980 So he apologized for his casual dress.

00:23:26.360 He didn't even have a robe to put on for the Zoom hearing.

00:23:30.320 So 7.30, it lands on his desk.

00:23:33.020 Now, it's only related to five plaintiffs who are covered by the Alien Enemies Act proclamation.

00:23:39.860 That has been signed the night before.

00:23:41.520 But not posted.

00:23:42.440 So they kind of twisted themselves in a little bit of a knot, right?

00:23:49.220 The plaintiffs.

00:23:50.500 And the judge.

00:23:51.860 At 9.40, Judge Bosberg enters a minute order, a temporary restraining order, prohibiting the removal of the five unnamed plaintiffs.

00:24:03.440 Now, in the lawsuit, they also asked to turn those five plaintiffs into a class action lawsuit.

00:24:10.080 I remember that.

00:24:10.760 This would cover everyone.

00:24:12.040 So, Jeb Bosberg sets a...

00:24:19.040 He's trying to take this entire criminal class of some of the baddest hombres ever. 0.68

00:24:23.360 Yes. 0.99

00:24:23.820 Terrorist criminals that have raped, tortured, etc.

00:24:26.760 And he is commander-in-chief in instituting and putting out a proclamation to basically set in motion the Alien Enemies Act of 1798.

00:24:37.540 They want to come in immediately and protect not just everybody.

00:24:42.640 All of them.

00:24:43.080 All of them.

00:24:43.900 Now, these are members of Tren de Aragua, which has been designated a foreign terror organization by Secretary of State Marco Rubio.

00:24:52.880 This is the basis of the proclamation.

00:24:54.840 And the president said that because they are tied to the Maduro regime and they are a multinational criminal operation, that they can be removed immediately.

00:25:05.920 And he's doing this in his role.

00:25:07.480 As an invasion.

00:25:07.560 He's doing this as a role because the Alien Enemies Act, an invasion.

00:25:12.780 He cites that and he's doing this in his role as commander-in-chief.

00:25:17.120 Correct.

00:25:17.680 And overseeing immigration policy, diplomacy, national security.

00:25:22.980 These are all the arguments that the Trump administration has made in fighting Jeb Bosberg's ban on removing these.

00:25:31.040 Now, I hear music.

00:25:31.840 Do we have time to go through this, Timeline?

00:25:32.920 We've got about a minute.

00:25:35.020 So, Jeb Bosberg leaps into action 940.

00:25:38.140 He says these five individuals cannot be removed.

00:25:42.160 Then he set a 4 o'clock hearing in the afternoon of March 15th.

00:25:46.180 But then he moved it to 5 o'clock.

00:25:48.920 And this is why this is important.

00:25:50.840 The proclamation was not posted until 3.53 p.m. on March 15th, therefore making it active.

00:26:00.120 But the judge had already entered the temporary restraining order for the five under the Alien Enemies Act.

00:26:07.360 But why did he move it from four to five?

00:26:09.780 Because Bosberg knew and the ACLU knew that two planes were going to be taking off at around 5.30 in the afternoon.

00:26:19.360 Oh, wow.

00:26:19.620 He helped, it appears, he helped set up this contempt trap with the ACLU who had already indicated they knew these planes were taking off.

00:26:30.080 Hang on.

00:26:30.560 And we'll get more to the timeline because this is important.

00:26:32.320 We're going to give, we're going to, we're going to, this is a, this is like one of those podcasts that's like a dramatic hold.

00:26:37.920 This is.

00:26:38.980 Yes.

00:26:39.400 Folks, I'm telling you, this is the pressure on Trump.

00:26:44.080 You think of the tariffs, everything, on everything he does, they put the biggest team to stop him and the snarkiest tricks to try to entrap him.

00:26:52.720 Yep.

00:26:52.840 They want Trump in a contempt charge.

00:26:55.060 They want Trump and Danbury on contempt.

00:26:57.700 I'm telling you, they're coming hard for him on every different aspect.

00:32:05.080 My only recommendation I will give you in regards to gold, besides talking to people at BirchGold and reading the end of the dollar empire, is if you get gold, get physical gold.

00:32:17.020 You'll be good.

00:32:17.920 Physical gold.

00:32:19.300 Julie Kelly, I want you to take your time here.

00:32:21.200 This is very important.

00:32:22.420 I can tell you what they're doing.

00:32:24.220 They're trying to get Trump officials held in contempt.

00:32:27.940 They're trying to shift the narrative away from, because they understand they're in a bad spot.

00:32:31.140 The American people are 90-10. 0.87

00:32:32.920 Like, get these bad guys out of here.

00:32:34.660 What are you talking about due process?

00:32:35.800 This is an invasion.

00:32:37.020 This is a military effort.

00:32:37.920 They're losing that narrative.

00:32:39.080 So now they have to pivot to prove that, oh, Trump is defying the courts, right?

00:32:44.420 And Trump is, this is the autocratic breakthrough.

00:32:46.820 Rachel Maddow every night is focused on this case.

00:32:49.140 So walk through how they laid a trap for the Trump White House.

00:32:54.240 Ma'am.

00:32:55.080 So again, this is all unfolding on Saturday, March 15th.

00:32:58.800 So now we're at the timeline, 11 o'clock in the morning or so.

00:33:02.940 Judge Bosberg has already, without any briefing from the government, from the DOJ, just unilaterally

00:33:09.440 enters the temporary restraining order for the five unidentified anonymous Venezuelan

00:33:16.040 illegals who are set to be deported under the Alien Enemies Act that has not yet been posted.

00:33:22.480 He set a four o'clock hearing for that day.

00:33:25.500 The DOJ is scrambling.

00:33:27.380 Obviously, it's a Saturday.

00:33:29.540 The ACLU is somehow already aware that planes are taking off around five.

00:33:36.560 Tipped from the administrative and deep state.

00:33:39.360 So what the DOJ admitted today, and they have in filings, is that before the Alien Enemies Act

00:33:44.660 proclamation was posted, they were already collecting these men under the proclamation,

00:33:50.740 putting them on planes set to be deported to El Salvador, Honduras.

00:33:55.500 So the hearing is set for four o'clock.

00:34:00.960 Bosberg changes the hearing till five o'clock because aware that two planes are taking off

00:34:07.760 around 530.

00:34:09.260 The hearing begins.

00:34:10.700 Now, this hearing relates to turning the five unidentified Venezuelan illegal gangbangers

00:34:15.820 into this class action.

00:34:17.460 Again, a huge decision by a judge without any briefing by the DOJ whatsoever.

00:34:25.160 He originally set a hearing for Monday, the 17th, then quickly set it for the 15th.

00:34:32.020 The DOJ doesn't even have time to...

00:34:34.520 Because he doesn't want the government to be prepared.

00:34:37.020 He knows the ACLU always has a big team working on this.

00:34:39.640 Here's the catch.

00:34:41.100 The hearing starts at five o'clock.

00:34:43.880 The DOJ attorney, Drew Ensign, is there.

00:34:47.460 He questions Drew Ensign and says, do you know if any of these planes are set to be departed

00:34:54.080 carrying any of these individuals covered?

00:34:56.480 Bosberg recesses the hearing at 522, directs the DOJ, Drew Ensign, go make some calls and

00:35:06.160 find out about these planes, 522, about four or five minutes before the first plane is set

00:35:13.880 to depart Southern Texas.

00:35:16.420 You're telling me this is a coincidence of the time?

00:35:20.200 He reconvenes the hearing at 6 p.m.

00:35:24.280 He grills Drew Ensign.

00:35:25.980 Now, two planes have taken off during this recess, during this break in the hearing.

00:35:32.080 Drew Ensign comes back and apparently says, I can't get any confirmation about these planes.

00:35:36.880 Obviously, again, it's a Saturday night.

00:35:38.380 Who's he going to call?

00:35:39.300 Pilots in Texas?

00:35:40.700 Who's he going to contact on a Saturday night?

00:35:44.200 So he says he can't find out the information.

00:35:46.380 At about 648, in a verbal, what he calls an oral ruling, and this is highly in dispute

00:35:53.520 between the Department of Justice and the judge and the ACLU, is that oral rulings aren't

00:36:00.660 controlling because they're just that.

00:36:02.960 They're oral.

00:36:03.740 They're verbal.

00:36:04.920 And he might call it a verbal ruling.

00:36:06.420 He said, so he turns it immediately into a class and then says anyone who's covered in

00:36:11.880 this class, if they're on these planes, the planes need to be turned around and returned

00:36:17.420 to the United States.

00:36:18.880 Now, at this point, they're out of United States airspace, correct?

00:36:22.900 So he knows exactly what he is setting up.

00:36:26.600 So he has trapped the DOJ attorney who is there.

00:36:30.020 He appears to have set this brake to coincide with the departure of these two planes.

00:36:36.020 So he can lure the DOJ and the White House and the Trump administration into a contempt

00:36:43.020 trap on a verbal order that by 726, when he issued his second temporary restraining order,

00:36:50.620 he did not mention returning any planes.

00:36:55.800 So...

00:36:56.320 Why did he drop that?

00:36:58.580 Why is that not in the second?

00:37:00.160 I don't know.

00:37:01.400 He forgot about it or is it...

00:37:03.660 I think he just said, because I said it, and he instructed that all attorneys there,

00:37:08.400 you don't have to write this down, the verbal order.

00:37:12.760 So now he's arguing that that verbal order is a court order, that it is controlling, and

00:37:18.520 that because...

00:37:19.460 And that is why he's trying to hold these people in contempt on that oral...

00:37:22.780 On the oral.

00:37:23.660 That he wants to know the exact time and who gave the command, because that person has

00:37:28.680 to be in contempt of this federal judge.

00:37:31.160 Correct.

00:37:31.640 Although he did not, again, make that official in his 726-minute order that night.

00:37:38.180 Right, right.

00:37:38.440 Then he held another hearing on Monday.

00:37:40.640 Okay.

00:37:40.960 But today he did make a big deal about that.

00:37:43.060 So today was a show-cause hearing.

00:37:45.400 This is the fourth hearing in this matter in three weeks.

00:37:47.660 This is how determined he is to make this an issue.

00:37:52.380 A show-cause hearing where the Department of Justice had to come and prove to him that they

00:37:57.380 did not, as he calls it, disobey his order.

00:38:00.880 But what he did today went even further.

00:38:03.820 And he grilled the DOJ attorney.

00:38:06.300 Okay.

00:38:06.700 Who did you talk to during that break?

00:38:09.000 After the break, did you email anyone after the hearing and let them know about this verbal

00:38:13.120 command that I did?

00:38:14.460 Yes, I did.

00:38:15.200 Who did you email?

00:38:16.180 Well, they, hold it, hang on.

00:38:19.100 The government didn't give him any names.

00:38:21.420 Yes, they did.

00:38:22.860 How can that happen?

00:38:23.840 That's executive, that's a privilege.

00:38:25.140 Only the president of the United States, the attorney general has to talk to the president

00:38:28.000 of the United States.

00:38:28.560 And again, this is nothing that's been covered.

00:38:30.380 Lawyers just say, hey, we'll have to get back to you.

00:38:32.960 He did not.

00:38:34.260 Are you telling me in an open court that the lawyer for the government, upon request of

00:38:39.000 a judge, gave who they actually talked to by name and who they sent emails to, officials?

00:38:44.840 A few names, yes, he did.

00:38:48.860 We're not sending our best, I don't think.

00:38:51.380 First of all, I'm not a lawyer, but I know enough about these procedures to just say, hey,

00:38:55.320 judge, I gotta get back to you.

00:38:56.600 I gotta get back to you.

00:38:57.120 And the judge says, no, you gotta give him to me now, then guess what, I'm gonna, I

00:39:00.360 guess I'm gonna take the contempt charge right here.

00:39:02.640 But on what basis is he asking for that?

00:39:04.720 I mean, it's a clear delineation between power, between authority.

00:39:10.660 Where does a judge, an unelected judge, I don't care if he's the chief judge or who

00:39:13.940 he is, demand to know?

00:39:15.300 Listen, we were, these are heroes and warriors at the Justice Department.

00:39:18.660 And people, you have to understand, the White House staff is under tremendous pressure.

00:39:23.400 Every department's under tremendous pressure.

00:39:25.200 Because President Trump is moving with an urgency that we've never seen any president

00:39:29.140 move in different verticals.

00:39:32.760 Justice is under incredible pressure.

00:39:34.700 And they're trying to hire, and of course, they're slowing down every, you know, I think

00:39:38.880 Sawyer got approved today.

00:39:41.920 I think he got confirmed today.

00:39:43.160 But they've slowed down trying to get these guys in.

00:39:45.180 They're under tremendous pressure.

00:39:46.100 But do you believe that the Justice Department, the main justice, is taking this one seriously

00:39:50.960 enough?

00:39:51.380 Because this is probably the case.

00:39:54.000 Don't you think?

00:39:54.660 I think it is the case.

00:39:56.300 And there are so many cases.

00:39:57.360 Why do you think, there's so many, but why do you think this is the case?

00:40:00.200 Because I think it goes right to what we talked about.

00:40:02.420 The heart of protecting presidential authority and power, especially immigration policy, foreign

00:40:08.500 policy, diplomatic.

00:40:09.880 National security.

00:40:10.660 National security.

00:40:11.420 This is him as Commander-in-Chief.

00:40:13.180 What Bosberg also did today, because the DOJ has invoked the administration's state

00:40:18.720 secret privilege to keep from Bosberg details about these deportation flights.

00:40:23.260 This has nothing to do with Judge Bosberg wanting to know if these legals were denied due

00:40:27.660 process or habeas or whatever.

00:40:29.580 This is part of his crusade to create a contempt charge against him.

00:40:34.520 They have invoked the state secret privilege.

00:40:36.360 He laughed that off today, demanding to know on what basis have they invoked the state secret

00:40:41.780 privilege.

00:40:42.300 He laughed it off?

00:40:43.560 I mean, he was just like, well, I've never heard of this before.

00:40:46.180 Is any of this information classified?

00:40:48.000 On what basis are they saying the state secret privilege?

00:40:50.280 Why can't, you can't give it to me?

00:40:52.640 He kept saying, you're telling me I can't have the information about these flights in an

00:40:59.040 ex parte hearing?

00:41:00.000 Like, he's like, how dare you say that me as the judge cannot get this information?

00:41:07.060 Then he wanted to know who was listening on the audio line?

00:41:10.920 Because all of a sudden, Steve, now I covered these hearings, these trials for three years.

00:41:14.620 They shut down the audio line right before they started the J6 trials.

00:41:19.300 So if I wanted to cover a trial or proceeding, I had to come here.

00:41:23.240 Then all of a sudden, the lawsuits happen against the trial.

00:41:26.260 All the audio lines are back on.

00:41:27.880 So everyone can listen to it.

00:41:30.160 Judge Bosberg demanding to know who from the administration, DHS, DOJ, anyone was listening

00:41:37.080 to the audio line, listening to the hearing.

00:41:39.860 And the attorney says, well, I think I've got a name or two.

00:41:42.880 I'm not sure.

00:41:43.840 Who do you think might have been listening?

00:41:46.780 And the DOJ said, well, I don't know.

00:41:49.240 I can't speculate on who might have been listening to an open public line.

00:41:53.920 This was so far beyond any judge's jurisdiction or authority.

00:42:00.700 But what he's doing is intimidating this attorney.

00:42:04.700 And as he said, he believed that there's probable cause that they could be held, someone can be

00:42:11.560 held in contempt.

00:42:12.400 Now, it's not just going to be, hey, here's a contempt charge.

00:42:14.920 Here's a contempt allegation.

00:42:16.080 He's talking about depositions.

00:42:18.140 He's talking about evidentiary hearings.

00:42:20.100 Hang on.

00:42:20.480 What?

00:42:20.720 He's talking about taking depositions of people in the administration?

00:42:24.700 Correct.

00:42:25.420 He's talking about what else?

00:42:27.400 Evidentiary hearings.

00:42:29.100 Calling witnesses.

00:42:30.140 Oh, because he's moving down, really.

00:42:31.580 And he's moving in another direction of contempt here.

00:42:34.200 It's a whole different thing.

00:42:35.320 He wants a whole process, right?

00:42:37.360 So today, not today because we talked about this shortly thereafter.

00:42:41.020 He was laying the contempt trap early.

00:42:43.740 This is advancing the ball.

00:42:46.120 So he said next month, next week, excuse me, he will issue an opinion, an order about the

00:42:51.860 show cause hearing.

00:42:53.180 Based on what he said today, he's going to say that he believes there's probable cause that

00:42:57.500 the administration did violate his court order and perhaps could set out a whole new

00:43:04.080 quasi trial judicial process, calling in top officials.

00:43:10.260 Oh, he's going to go for, he's not going to go for civil.

00:43:12.640 He's going to go for a criminal charge here.

00:43:14.760 He's going to say, you disregarded my order from the bench.

00:43:20.760 And you've lied to me here.

00:43:21.940 And you lied to me afterwards.

00:43:23.140 And you shipped these guys out here and lied to me.

00:43:25.380 That's a criminal charge.

00:43:26.580 You watch.

00:43:27.120 This is going to be.

00:43:28.340 Now, just so the audience understands, there's also another part of this that may or may not

00:43:34.500 go in the emergency docket of the Supreme Court.

00:43:36.520 What is that about?

00:43:37.120 Well, here's the really, I think, defiant thing that Bossberg is doing.

00:43:42.320 And that is that both of his temporary written temporary restraining orders are on emergency

00:43:46.380 motion for a stay or a hold before the Supreme Court.

00:43:50.520 And Bossberg's orders have all sorts of problems.

00:43:53.260 Not the least of which.

00:43:54.320 Now, he turned out.

00:43:54.900 They're not written clearly or are they just over?

00:43:56.760 They were minute orders.

00:43:58.440 There was no opinion followed up with that.

00:44:01.040 There was one opinion that he issued denying their request for a stay.

00:44:07.100 I know this is complicated.

00:44:08.380 No, it's great.

00:44:09.260 But the initial temporary restraining orders, he didn't give any backup to either one of

00:44:14.120 them.

00:44:14.460 Then he said this verbal command is a temporary restraining order.

00:44:18.840 Now he's basically turned the temporary restraining order into a preliminary injunction because

00:44:22.720 he just extended the first 14 days of the TROs to another 14 days.

00:44:28.000 But the Supreme Court has asked for briefings related to putting those TROs on hold.

00:44:32.760 I think Bossberg's biggest problem is jurisdiction.

00:44:36.140 As the appellate court, one of the appellate court judges said, this should have been handled

00:44:41.060 in habeas in Southern Texas.

00:44:42.720 There was no reason to bring this to D.C.

00:44:45.420 Well, we know why.

00:44:46.540 Exactly.

00:44:47.460 But a good argument.

00:44:48.800 The war room engine room legal department wants to ask Julie, why no interlocutory appeals? 1.00

00:44:57.380 Well, I mean, basically the emergency motion to the Supreme Court kind of acts that way.

00:45:03.640 Temporary restraining orders are generally not appealable.

00:45:06.720 Right.

00:45:06.840 So that's why.

00:45:07.800 But they're also not for long periods of time.

00:45:09.680 Right.

00:45:10.000 And so in another case, the court, the appellate court said, well, this TRO is acting as a preliminary

00:45:16.480 injunction, which is appealable.

00:45:18.620 And this is the next step in the TRO process there.

00:45:23.120 But TROs generally are not appealable.

00:45:25.580 Now, the appellate court did take it up.

00:45:27.440 Two to one decision, though.

00:45:28.800 They upheld Bossberg's temporary restraining orders, did not put a hold on that.

00:45:32.540 And then that's how they got, went to the Supreme Court.

00:45:36.760 Of the, I think they have 90 some.

00:45:38.760 That every time he takes an action, like Carrie Lake was here the other day, Voice of America,

00:45:43.240 I think, already has seven.

00:45:44.440 Every time they take an action, they're GAN tackling these with that.

00:45:48.140 Think about President Trump in the Oval.

00:45:49.980 Everything else they got going in the White House Council and DOJ has to come over and

00:45:53.840 brief him on these, on the complexity of them.

00:45:56.740 Every time he takes an action, they're trying, they understand to delay is to deny.

00:46:01.400 They're trying to slow down the Trump agenda in every aspect of it.

00:46:06.880 And Jeb Bossberg repeatedly referred to January 6th as an insurrection, as an attempt to overthrow

00:46:13.180 democracy, an attempt to overturn the results of the 2020 election.

00:46:18.560 And here he is single-handedly thwarting and sabotaging the president's agenda, especially

00:46:25.560 immigration, which is wildly popular among Democrats, independents, and, of course, Republicans.

00:46:32.760 So here he is sabotaging the president, the elected president's top agenda item, while for

00:46:39.800 three years calling January 6th an insurrection and throwing people in jail.

00:46:44.400 And intruding into him being the commander-in-chief.

00:46:49.500 Has anybody, one way to stop this is to have a hearing and bring Bossberg in.

00:46:55.000 Have you gotten any sense that judiciary, first off, are you briefing staff?

00:46:59.240 Are you talking to staff?

00:47:01.040 I know you can't, if it's confidential, fine.

00:47:03.200 But is there any movement really in this town for judiciary to bring Bossberg and your

00:47:08.800 favorite, Beryl Howe, in and have them deposed in front of the nation? 1.00

00:47:15.600 I mean, I know there were hearings this week about judicial overreach.

00:47:18.900 I know that there is some proposed legislation to rein in these judges.

00:47:22.960 But that's for the three.

00:47:24.020 I love that.

00:47:25.120 But that's a process hearing about having three judge panel do it instead of just one. 0.99

00:47:32.300 I think that's great.

00:47:32.940 But that's not the problem we have right now.

00:47:34.700 That's not the problem.

00:47:35.400 You need to bring these judges before impeachment hearings.

00:47:39.240 What are they waiting for?

00:47:40.820 What have they been waiting for?

00:47:42.220 Now, I would argue very strongly that Beryl Howell, Jeb Bossberg's predecessor as chief

00:47:47.320 judge, there's a much stronger case to impeach her because of all of her activity in the 1.00

00:47:53.720 Mueller investigation, the DOJ, two criminal investigations into the president, her rubber 0.99

00:47:58.920 stamping special counsel Jack Smith.

00:48:02.760 But Bossberg now is so out of his lane that what are they waiting for?

00:48:08.800 If they're going to have a showdown, let's have it now.

00:48:10.380 So if Jeb Bossberg can try to overreach into the presidential executive branch, what are they

00:48:16.080 waiting for in doing the reverse?

00:48:17.700 Okay, breaking news, Grace Chung just got to me.

00:48:20.720 The first lawsuit has been filed against Trump's emergency tariffs on China by a conservative

00:48:27.540 law group, the new civil liberties alliance, maybe one of these libertarian groups.

00:48:32.500 Here's my point.

00:48:33.580 Everything Trump is trying to do now with the reorganization of the tariffs and day of liberation,

00:48:39.480 they're going to court.

00:48:40.560 And by tomorrow, when we come back at 10 o'clock in the morning, I guarantee you there's going

00:48:43.820 to be 50 lawsuits in different venues trying to get TROs to shut it all down.

00:48:49.020 We got the judicial side is not judicial supremacy.

00:48:53.480 We have an insurrection and essentially a coup against the sitting president about this.

00:48:59.040 I want to play, Stephen, I want to play, we got Miller's, Tim Miller's.

00:49:04.680 We were at the Justice Department.

00:49:05.560 Real quickly, Tax Network USA, tnusa.com slash Bannon.

00:49:10.460 Get a free consultation.

00:49:11.440 That day is coming, the Ides of April.

00:49:15.220 That would be the 15th, 800-958-1000.

00:49:17.960 Don't let the Ides of April get you upside down.

00:49:20.580 Talk to one of the most sophisticated group of tax experts in the country.

00:49:24.800 Do it today.

00:49:25.600 Do not panic.

00:49:26.520 Don't sweat.

00:49:27.720 Take a deep breath and call Tax Network USA, 800-958-1000.

00:49:32.660 Tell them, Steve Bannasenshi.

00:49:33.720 Can we have Tim Miller, Julie Kelley's?

00:49:36.520 We hung out today.

00:49:37.420 Let's hear it.

00:49:37.820 They had a briefing at the Department of Justice, and it was like Bannon, Benny Johnson, and it was just a whole rogues gallery of Loomer-esque weirdos that were like having a briefing at the DOJ about the politicization of our government.

00:49:54.660 So, you know, Justice Department and national security decisions are being decided by MAGA conspiracy bloggers.

00:50:00.800 So that should help you sleep at night.

00:50:02.920 Yeah, Loomer got six mini-scalps today.

00:50:06.980 We got about a minute.

00:50:08.660 Your work has been incredible.

00:50:10.440 Are you in a camp out here to spend more time on these?

00:50:12.980 And I take it, people, you see from the lawsuits on tariffs, this is just going to be a legal order.

00:50:19.440 We have to lance this boil, do we not?

00:50:21.400 Yes, we do.

00:50:22.340 And so it's really, in terms of this case, sort of in the hands of the Supreme Court to see what they do in this emergency motion to put a stay on Bosberg's temporary restraining orders.

00:50:33.700 Also, Congress.

00:50:34.940 Yes, letters are nice.

00:50:36.220 Hearings are nice.

00:50:36.800 No, we can't have said we did.

00:50:37.920 You're saying start impeachment.

00:50:38.960 Do something, do something.

00:50:40.880 You think it rises to the level of start and impeachment process now?

00:50:44.520 Absolutely.

00:50:45.440 And who cares if you just start the hearing?
