00:00:00.000 Donald Trump clearly has an agenda, and he wants everybody to conform to what he believes.
00:00:21.240 And that often would mean telling everybody as loudly as they can how wonderful Donald
00:00:26.720 Trump is and how great all of his policies are.
00:00:28.920 Or NPR and PBS say they're going to fight back.
00:00:31.960 Do they have the wherewithal?
00:00:34.740 Well, first of all, NPR as a news organization, and PBS also has news programs, they are not
00:00:42.180 for Donald Trump.
00:00:43.060 They are not against Donald Trump.
00:00:44.280 They are news organizations that report independently, like so many news institutions do in the United
00:00:51.180 States, many of which have been attacked by the president for saying things that he does
00:00:56.600 not agree with, in the same way that my close friend Chris Krebs, who you mentioned, who
00:01:00.900 is an American hero, has also been punished for expressing facts that also the president
00:01:07.400 doesn't agree with.
00:01:09.960 NPR, PBS, and the organization that actually funds them, the Corporation for Public Broadcasting,
00:01:15.280 are fighting back hard against this order for good reason, because the president doesn't
00:01:21.300 actually have the authority to defund those entities.
00:01:26.740 Congress does.
00:01:27.840 They are not an executive branch agency over which he has jurisdiction.
00:01:32.580 So they are rightly saying that this will not stand.
00:01:37.760 He does not have those rights.
00:01:39.220 This morning, I want to highlight several FBI emails that I'm making public this very day.
00:01:51.700 These emails show Biden FBI agents planning and celebrating the indictment of Trump advisor
00:02:00.420 Peter Navarro in 2022 upon receiving news of Navarro's impending indictment, former anti-Trump
00:02:10.620 FBI official Timothy Tebow replied, wow, great, end of quote.
00:02:18.600 Yet, when a criminal referral was issued for Nellie Orr, the FBI and DOJ chose not to press
00:02:27.240 charges against her.
00:02:28.500 As many of you know, Orr was a FUSIN GPS contractor involved in the fraudulent crossfire hurricane
00:02:38.000 investigation against Trump, and Orr's husband was an FBI agent who also worked against Trump.
00:02:47.220 Orr was accused of lying to Congress.
00:02:50.500 In the last several months, I've also released FBI emails about genesis of Arctic Frost.
00:03:01.600 Arctic Frost was the FBI case against Trump that became one of Jack Smith's cases.
00:03:09.140 Through records that I've already made public, the investigation's political origins are now
00:03:16.400 firmly established.
00:03:17.700 Anti-Trump Agent Tebow and his merry band of partisans started the case.
00:03:26.200 Many of the FBI agents on Article Frost were also involved in the Navarro case, like Special
00:03:34.960 Agent Walter Gia Gardina.
00:03:38.180 My Democratic colleagues have been warning us about, quote-unquote, weaponization of the FBI.
00:03:47.700 And the D.C. U.S. Attorney's Office under Trump.
00:03:51.580 They've told us repeatedly of the dangers of law enforcement being used against political enemies.
00:03:59.380 Now, believe me, we Republicans know, because Democrats are reading us pages from the Biden
00:04:08.100 playbook.
00:04:09.420 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:04:17.380 Pray for our enemies.
00:04:19.400 Because we're going medieval on these people.
00:04:22.580 You're going to get a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:04:26.860 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:04:28.760 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:04:30.180 I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to
00:04:32.420 stop it.
00:04:32.880 It's going to happen.
00:04:33.920 And where do people like that go to share the big line?
00:04:37.560 MAGA Media.
00:04:38.880 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:04:44.340 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:04:48.080 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:04:54.380 War Room.
00:04:55.300 Here's your host, Stephen K.
00:04:57.260 It's Friday, the 2nd of May in the year of our Lord, 2025.
00:05:07.060 Momentarily, Chip Roy is going to step out of CRA, the Center for Renewing America.
00:05:16.480 Remember, Jeff Clark, Mark Paoletta, the great Russ Vogt, so many others are in, have gone
00:05:27.720 into the administration, OMB and other places to assist.
00:05:31.100 They're actually having their conference.
00:05:33.280 I will speak at their conference tomorrow morning before the War Room.
00:05:37.160 We'll do the show in its entirety, but before the War Room.
00:05:40.720 Chip Roy is over there right now.
00:05:42.940 I think Chip addressed the group today.
00:05:44.980 Dave Walsh, who is with us, his co-host yesterday morning, has been over there all day.
00:05:50.080 The conference is obviously terrific.
00:05:52.240 And Chip is going to step out because we've reached out to him about this budget.
00:05:58.520 And to take kind of a first shot at things, we've been talking a little bit about it all
00:06:02.620 throughout the day.
00:06:03.960 Liz Yore is with me also.
00:06:06.520 We're going to go back to Liz momentarily about this Vigano, Archbishop Vigano interview.
00:06:12.660 It's an exclusive interview.
00:06:15.240 Liz and I talked extensively about, hey, if we're going to get a shot to do an exclusive
00:06:20.640 here and we want to make something that people pay attention to, what types of questions should
00:06:25.060 we ask?
00:06:25.660 And, you know, Liz is my mentor in many different areas regarding the church, really helped craft
00:06:30.660 these questions that were quite provocative.
00:06:34.200 And he answered them, and he answered them in a depth and an intelligence that will make
00:06:39.580 people sit up and take notice.
00:06:41.260 Remember, Archbishop Vigano being the papal nuncia or the ambassador from the Vatican to
00:06:47.300 the United States gets to see how the system works.
00:06:51.140 He refers to Pope Francis as the ventriloquist for Davos.
00:06:58.300 He has been on Davos before a lot of people even knew what it meant, the World Economic
00:07:03.140 Forum.
00:07:03.640 He has been one of the fire breathers to point out what Davos means and what Davos means
00:07:08.820 and what Davos man is and what the Davos man's control, what they want in the Klaus Schwab's
00:07:13.560 of the world.
00:07:13.900 He was one of the first to go after the Great Reset and to really bring it to public attention
00:07:18.520 and begin this Great Awakening.
00:07:23.180 There's two ways to go after the deep state.
00:07:26.480 One was a couple ways, but a couple primary ways.
00:07:29.100 Number one, you have to defund it.
00:07:31.860 That's the issue we've been talking about today with this budget.
00:07:34.800 Does it defund it?
00:07:35.660 And I've had people go through the World Bank side or the IMF side.
00:07:38.700 There's just too much here.
00:07:39.880 We're funding that can't be funded from the deep state.
00:07:42.240 But this is a separate topic from can we afford to fund certain of these things?
00:07:48.520 Programmatically, can we afford to do this is a question that's being answered partly
00:07:53.220 in this budget to basically get rid of programs.
00:07:57.980 Also in this budget, there's a significant increase to the defense budget.
00:08:01.500 It's now really going to be officially over a trillion dollars.
00:08:03.940 And my question on the defense budget, and it's not being answered, is this defense budget
00:08:09.720 line up with the new hemispheric defense as laid out by President Trump, which is essentially
00:08:16.600 a naval strategy.
00:08:18.540 And have we really thought through this aspect of, you know, getting out of the wars on the
00:08:25.280 Eurasian landmass and having a military that's structured to fight those wars, kind of last
00:08:30.820 century's wars that have rolled into this century and are burying us alive.
00:08:35.260 By the way, just when he's ready, we'll take him.
00:08:37.100 They're setting up Chip right now.
00:08:39.580 We're just going to grab him as soon as we can get him.
00:08:42.440 OK, here's Chip.
00:08:43.140 So Chip Roy, Congressman Roy, thank you so much, particularly stepping out of CRA, which,
00:08:47.540 as you know, our favorite think tank and action group, this budget, I'm kind of confused.
00:08:54.560 I'm confused because it's a good first cut.
00:08:58.020 It clearly doesn't have the cuts we were hoping for.
00:09:00.680 But more importantly, I'm confused in that it looks like it's a dramatic increase to defense
00:09:05.480 spending, yet the defense, you know, the cardinals in the defense, you know, particularly
00:09:11.320 Wicker of Mississippi and the Senate and others in the House are coming after MAGA and coming
00:09:16.600 off to people like you, like you're trying to slash the defense budget in half.
00:09:20.980 Just so step back for a second and make sure let's get the confusion out of here.
00:09:25.120 What in the hell is going on?
00:09:27.580 Yeah, thanks, Steve.
00:09:28.380 Hope to see you here tonight.
00:09:29.320 We're here obviously supporting a great organization.
00:09:31.540 But most importantly, an organization that was started by Russ Vode, who is obviously the
00:09:35.740 head of the Office of Management and Budget for President Trump.
00:09:38.620 And he has sent out today a very strong budget.
00:09:41.560 Now, it's very complicated.
00:09:42.920 Let me see if I can break it down really quickly.
00:09:44.500 Number one, what are the principles involved?
00:09:48.040 You and I, I think, both agree.
00:09:49.500 The defense establishment, right?
00:09:51.180 The defense bureaucracy needs to be cut significantly, right?
00:09:54.500 We need to stop, you know, building our defense based on whatever K Street says.
00:09:59.360 So what we're trying to do now is do two things.
00:10:02.260 Fix that and simultaneously stop allowing Democrats and squishes and swamp creatures to drive up
00:10:09.140 non-defense using defense as leverage.
00:10:11.680 So what we did this time, and I think it was pretty creative and smart, and I was working
00:10:15.580 with Russ on this from the beginning, was that we said, look, we will put some money
00:10:20.160 into mandatory, into the reconciliation budget and the debate, right, and the fight.
00:10:24.820 So we've got $150 billion sitting there, depending on if we can get that done.
00:10:29.420 But that money will be used and freed up for President Trump and Pete Hegseth and them to
00:10:34.060 do it without all the swamp creatures getting their hooks into it.
00:10:37.740 They can go modernize the military.
00:10:39.960 They can do drones.
00:10:41.060 They can do missiles.
00:10:42.260 You know, Golden Dome, whatever the president believes is important to actually defend our
00:10:45.740 country, peace through strength, not endless wars, not whatever K Street want.
00:10:50.540 But importantly, in doing that, our part of the bargain was we would only think about doing
00:10:56.460 that, and it hasn't done yet, if they would send up a budget that was responsible.
00:11:01.100 And what is that?
00:11:02.100 Flat defense spending.
00:11:03.840 Hold it flat.
00:11:04.920 Go find ways to use whatever you need for troops.
00:11:07.980 And then number two, cut non-defense.
00:11:10.400 So Russ set up a budget that cuts that non-defense budget by 20%, which takes it back to pre-COVID
00:11:17.320 2017 levels, slashes the woke and weaponized bureaucracy significantly.
00:11:22.860 Now, we've got to go through all that.
00:11:24.280 We've got to deliver.
00:11:25.220 But that's the budget that he set up.
00:11:27.240 That is an important step to reset this town and to, frankly, realign all the power structures.
00:11:33.000 That's why Mitch McConnell hates it.
00:11:34.680 That's why Wicker hates it.
00:11:35.920 To his credit, Lindsey Graham has applauded it because we've worked with Lindsey from the
00:11:41.240 beginning as the budget committee chairman.
00:11:42.880 Now, look, he's a hawk.
00:11:44.020 I disagree with Lindsey a lot.
00:11:45.800 He likes a lot more war than I do.
00:11:48.400 But Lindsey understands something here, that we're trying to change the paradigm, change the
00:11:53.240 town.
00:11:54.040 Russ is doing it.
00:11:55.020 The president gets it.
00:11:56.480 Lindsey gets it.
00:11:57.220 A lot of us in the Freedom Caucus and conservatives get it.
00:11:59.800 I don't want to spend more money on defense without getting actual assets and modernized
00:12:05.040 military so we can stand strong and peace through strength.
00:12:07.800 That's what this is all about.
00:12:09.180 Beat the war hawks and the swamp creatures.
00:12:13.200 So let me ask you, when you say flat, you take the, is that the $858 billion from the
00:12:18.580 last defense authorization?
00:12:20.020 You take that as a baseline and you hold that flat?
00:12:23.820 Yeah.
00:12:24.200 You take the number, I think it's 870-something is the total number.
00:12:27.500 But you take that defense number and you keep that flat in this budget.
00:12:32.240 The non-defense get cut by $163 billion, which is 20%.
00:12:37.160 That's a lot.
00:12:38.400 And that's good.
00:12:39.420 We'd be cutting a lot of stupid crud.
00:12:41.360 And when you do that, then simultaneously, while we're doing reconciliation, we put $150
00:12:47.760 billion, probably.
00:12:49.180 It's $100 to $150.
00:12:50.100 We set that aside without letting all of the, you know, lobbyists and all of the appropriators
00:12:56.680 get their hooks into it.
00:12:57.700 And we say, all right, Pete, all right, Mr. President, go do what you need to do to make
00:13:01.600 sure our military is not woke, to make sure the battleships are battleships, the carriers
00:13:05.300 are carriers, the missiles are missiles, and that we can, you know, be strong against China
00:13:09.240 in the future.
00:13:09.760 The reconciliation being a one-time good, $150 billion, one-time flatline on the 870, and
00:13:18.780 that'll either increase or decrease going forward.
00:13:21.080 But that's the baseline for the, that's how you get over the trillion, but it's the $150
00:13:25.760 is only one time.
00:13:27.020 How, so for the audience, how can Wicker, Wicker is like you and Vogt have pillaged him and pillaged
00:13:36.220 the defense like we're defenseless now.
00:13:38.180 But what is the logic?
00:13:39.240 That's what I'm saying.
00:13:39.980 What is their defense?
00:13:41.300 What are they saying that, that you guys are doing?
00:13:45.660 Well, two things.
00:13:47.140 They prefer it to be on autopilot, right?
00:13:49.380 They want to have the baseline and the discretionary budget just be sitting there with the money
00:13:53.340 rolling into the future rather than having to earn it.
00:13:56.460 And we've kind of set it up so you have to earn it.
00:13:58.680 Number two, they want to be able to control the money, right?
00:14:02.700 They want to go sit down with all their lobbyist buddies and all of the contractors who have
00:14:07.500 been controlling our defense world for the last quarter century and longer, right?
00:14:11.320 I mean, going all the way back to the mid 20th century, right?
00:14:13.360 I mean, I think it was Eisenhower that talked about the defense industrial complex.
00:14:17.020 The fact is, all of those folks are the ones that have been deciding how this works.
00:14:21.520 And what do we have now?
00:14:22.920 A military that is not modern.
00:14:24.720 It's not up to speed.
00:14:26.060 We're getting outpaced down in the South Pacific.
00:14:28.600 We're woke.
00:14:29.480 We've got a Navy that is aging.
00:14:31.240 We don't have missiles that are up to date modern.
00:14:33.320 We don't have a Golden Dome, Iron Dome equivalent that Israel has.
00:14:36.920 We don't have the drone technology we need.
00:14:38.940 So we need to do that while cutting the waste at the Pentagon.
00:14:43.060 Pete says he's going to cut the waste.
00:14:44.800 Great.
00:14:45.580 We'll hold the budget flat.
00:14:47.020 You go cut waste.
00:14:48.380 Take that out.
00:14:49.600 Use it for troop pay.
00:14:51.300 Move it to assets.
00:14:52.500 And we're going to go put a pot of money over here that we're giving you to go modernize
00:14:56.500 the military.
00:14:57.360 And if they do that and we're moving along, then in two years we can revisit it.
00:15:01.080 But right now we need to hold it down flat.
00:15:02.960 That's why Wicker's mad.
00:15:04.600 That's why McConnell's mad.
00:15:06.120 They want their sandbox.
00:15:07.560 They want all their lobby buddy money to be able to sit down and they can bring home the
00:15:12.340 bacon for the helicopters and the jets and their districts and all the stuff they always
00:15:16.820 do to enrich their local folks at the expense of our military being as strong as it needs
00:15:21.860 to be.
00:15:23.840 If you go back, you take, let's just go back for the last 10 years.
00:15:27.340 I mean, so for the MAGA base to get their hands around this and also to have some sort
00:15:32.240 of not assurance, but at least comfort that there's some fiduciaries that are looking
00:15:39.540 at this, if you go back and let's just go back 10 years and you just do an average and
00:15:44.780 you know, we've spent, you know, excluding the operational things that were spent for
00:15:50.960 Afghanistan because that was a side pocket.
00:15:52.880 If you just look at running the building and the material commands and all that, you spent,
00:15:57.480 I don't know, five, six, seven trillion dollars over the last decade, accumulative.
00:16:01.580 And yet we're here and there's a consensus from the side that wants to spend more money
00:16:07.020 and from the side of us that don't want to spend more money and want bigger cuts that
00:16:11.140 we, we have the military's age, the equipment's age is not kept up.
00:16:17.320 A lot of the systems are wrong.
00:16:19.320 There's a misfit between, there's a mismatch between actual capabilities and strategy.
00:16:25.140 And particularly if you look at this hemispheric defense from Panama to Greenland, more of a
00:16:29.640 naval strategy, the central Pacific, the three island chain, all of that getting away from
00:16:34.640 more as president Trump negotiates, you know, with the Russians, Ukraine, the Middle East,
00:16:40.020 Persia, putting the guns down that how to, how do people then get assurance and say, hey
00:16:45.960 guys, you've spent six or seven trillion dollars over the last decade.
00:16:50.560 And we're here now in May of 2025.
00:16:53.980 And you're telling me the reason we got to spend now a trillion dollars a year is that
00:16:58.640 the systems are old.
00:16:59.880 The systems are mismatched.
00:17:01.660 How is anybody, there's no authority that can step forward and say, look, a group of
00:17:07.520 wise men and say, hey, this is really makes sense, et cetera, because essentially everybody's
00:17:12.580 laws been shredded on the credibility because it just looks like a money, it looks like almost
00:17:17.180 a money laundering operation.
00:17:18.720 Am I wrong in that, that the American people that should be asking about this, sir?
00:17:24.100 Steve, you're a hundred percent right.
00:17:25.460 The American people should be asking about that.
00:17:27.220 They should be frustrated.
00:17:28.940 The reason I voted against virtually every spending bill since I've been in Congress for
00:17:33.120 the last six years is for this very reason.
00:17:35.700 The reason I've been trying to highlight back in the McCarthy fight, right?
00:17:38.820 When we forced the question, we got conservative Freedom Caucus members onto the Appropriations
00:17:43.160 Committee.
00:17:44.080 We had Eli Crane, our good friend, I know is a friend to you.
00:17:47.280 He came in and offered an amendment, right, 18 months ago in the fall of 23 to cut that
00:17:53.500 USAID funding that's pissing away taxpayer money for ridiculous international spending.
00:17:59.480 Guess what?
00:18:00.000 102 Republicans voted for it, but 114 Republicans voted against it.
00:18:04.680 That's what we're up against.
00:18:05.760 So now you see the same thing happening at the Pentagon.
00:18:08.640 I am counting on this administration with Russ voted OMB, with Pete Hexeth and what they're
00:18:14.700 trying to do over at the Pentagon to go find savings.
00:18:17.440 They've told us that.
00:18:18.540 And we're going to have to make sure we follow up and ensure those savings are there.
00:18:22.700 And then we've got to deliver.
00:18:24.540 We have not delivered.
00:18:25.660 Between endless wars, pissing away money, trying to build soccer fields in Iraq and continuing
00:18:31.000 all the spending that we did in the Middle East.
00:18:32.640 And then the bloated bureaucracy in the Pentagon, the civilian waste, the bloated programs, the
00:18:38.920 contracts that are to get into the fat pockets of people in their home districts, the K Street
00:18:43.680 lobby, we have pissed away resources, and now our defense is not where it needs to be.
00:18:48.300 The time has come to change that.
00:18:50.200 And that's what Russ and I and some others are trying to do.
00:18:53.760 And I applaud the president, Russ, for trying to change the paradigm.
00:18:57.700 That's why we're doing it this way.
00:18:59.740 So how are we going to avoid?
00:19:01.320 I know you've got to get back in.
00:19:02.660 The last question.
00:19:03.260 How are we going to avoid?
00:19:04.320 Because here's what's going to happen, audience.
00:19:06.360 In the next couple of weeks, the actual individuals that are trying to be patriots and stand up
00:19:10.380 and say, hey, look, we're four strong national defense.
00:19:12.500 We're all hawks in this regard.
00:19:14.100 We don't want to be bombing everywhere.
00:19:15.660 We don't want to be interventionists.
00:19:17.860 We want a strong military.
00:19:19.060 They're going to turn you guys into the worst humans on Earth.
00:19:23.300 You're essentially trying to leave America defenseless and naked in a hostile world, right?
00:19:28.560 That's what the people who are actually destroying the military are going to turn on the people trying to save it
00:19:35.180 because it's all going to get down to money.
00:19:36.920 And they say, no, no, no, you need to spend all this money.
00:19:38.960 Anybody that's looking to actually reasonably cut defense spending or just line it up with what our real strategy is,
00:19:45.980 is someone that's actually prepared to make sure the countries are going to have it,
00:19:52.520 that the country is totally defenseless.
00:19:53.920 How are you guys going to do the jujitsu to make sure that doesn't happen?
00:20:01.060 Well, we're going to keep trying to message it to the American people.
00:20:03.820 We're going to stand behind the president's budget that Russ put out on behalf of the president.
00:20:08.400 I would also note that a significant number of the fiscal conservatives are also veterans,
00:20:13.100 guys like Scott Perry, the former chairman of the Freedom Caucus.
00:20:16.140 He's a former general.
00:20:17.440 Andy Harris, he's a veteran.
00:20:19.400 Eli Crane is a former Navy SEAL sniper.
00:20:22.140 Andrew Clyde, he was in supply in the Army.
00:20:28.440 So we've got a lot of veterans among the fiscal conservatives that when we were fighting on the McCarthy fight,
00:20:34.160 we were trying to get these guys onto the appropriations committees and onto committees that would matter.
00:20:38.700 So now we're making a difference and we're forcing the change.
00:20:41.940 We're having the conversations that we need to have.
00:20:43.980 For all of the folks out there watching this, you're going to have to be watching it like hawks,
00:20:48.160 making sure we all deliver.
00:20:49.360 But this balance of what we're doing in reconciliation and in the discretionary budget,
00:20:54.100 it all has to come together.
00:20:56.060 What I'm telling the administration is, I'm not going to vote for your mandatory block of money for defense
00:21:01.580 unless defense is flat.
00:21:03.660 I'm not giving you a sandbox to go play in a mandatory while you jack up the discretionary spending.
00:21:09.420 And if they try to do that, we'll be going to war with them on that.
00:21:12.780 Look, I love the administration and Russ is a great friend.
00:21:16.200 Again, we're all working together on this.
00:21:18.300 But if the hawks try to get this derailed so they can get all the money they want with all of the goodies they want
00:21:24.160 rather than doing what we need to do to defend America and make it lean and mean,
00:21:27.700 then we're going to be fighting over it.
00:21:30.680 Chip, with social media, you're putting up great stuff all the time.
00:21:33.620 Congressman, where do people go?
00:21:34.740 Chip Roy, T-X, T-H-I-P-R-O-Y-T-X.
00:21:39.580 That's my personal X or Twitter account.
00:21:42.560 And then Rep Chip Roy is my official account.
00:21:45.140 And then Roy.House.gov is my website.
00:21:48.300 And thank you, Steve.
00:21:49.300 Thanks for all that you do.
00:21:51.600 I'm really grateful.
00:21:52.960 And I'm going to go out here and try to support Russ's good organization
00:21:55.760 and try to make sure this budget gets out there for everybody to understand it.
00:22:00.400 Yeah, fantastic.
00:22:01.360 See you guys tomorrow morning.
00:22:02.820 Chip Roy.
00:22:03.420 All right.
00:22:03.700 God bless, Steve.
00:22:04.520 Great.
00:22:05.420 God bless you.
00:22:07.300 Take your number two pencil out, folks.
00:22:09.440 Write down.
00:22:11.000 This is going to get gnarly.
00:22:12.280 This is going to get nasty.
00:22:13.620 I can already tell.
00:22:17.260 This is going to be nasty.
00:22:22.200 At $850 billion, think about it for a second, $870 billion,
00:22:26.980 and you sign off on that as a baseline,
00:22:29.780 and I'll raise you, I'll give you another $150 billion.
00:22:33.000 I'll give you another $150 billion, and we can buy all kinds of other stuff.
00:22:38.020 Because the stuff we bought before is, I don't know, not the right stuff.
00:22:43.520 There's still not enough.
00:22:44.680 It's, it's, it's, it's, it's, I'll talk about it tomorrow.
00:22:51.720 This is why I've asked Cain to join us.
00:22:55.780 Cain is a brilliant guy, and this is really the reason he's done Citizens Free Press.
00:22:59.940 This is his issue.
00:23:01.540 We're going to have Cain on tomorrow morning.
00:23:02.860 When Cain puts up those red and green headlines back to back,
00:23:05.900 he's sending a signal that this is important.
00:23:10.000 This is why we've done, by the way, the situation with the dollar.
00:23:13.320 I'm going to have on Monday, Sahila Moshun, the senior correspondent for Bloomberg News in Washington, D.C.,
00:23:21.340 wrote an amazing book, How the Weaponization of the Dollar Changed the World Order, Paper Soldiers.
00:23:29.040 And we're going to talk, this is the kickoff of The Road to Rio.
00:23:31.620 So, you can get free over the weekend, The Rio Reset.
00:23:37.060 You need to get up to speed, and this is the seventh free installment into the dollar empire.
00:23:41.300 It teaches you capital markets and money, widens your perspective to say,
00:23:45.800 okay, I'm beginning to understand how the world works.
00:23:49.200 How about that?
00:23:49.940 How the world works.
00:23:51.560 Go check it out today, birchgold.com, promo code Bannon.
00:23:54.340 Get to know Philip Patrick and the team also.
00:23:58.400 Liz, you're also about how the world works.
00:24:01.940 It's Archbishop Viganò.
00:24:03.320 That's why I'm so honored that we were able to get this up exclusive on the site.
00:24:06.880 We're pushing it out hard.
00:24:09.140 We're going to address this even, again, Ben Harnwell is going to be live in Rome with us.
00:24:14.800 His warning to America is spiritual, but at the same time, it's quite practical.
00:24:21.720 That there are enemies of Christianity.
00:24:26.360 There are enemies of an ordered country.
00:24:29.800 There are enemies of the spiritual life of man, and they are not lurking in the shadows.
00:24:35.640 They're out there, and they're actually in control, and you must not lose this moment to address it.
00:24:42.180 Liz, you're.
00:24:42.580 Yeah, one of my favorite lines in his interview with you is,
00:24:48.360 with the election of Donald Trump, the infernal machine of the new world order has somehow jammed,
00:24:56.340 putting into crisis a system of corruption, conflicts of interest, and blackmail that seemed to work perfectly.
00:25:05.600 But it's up to the citizens and the believers to support good rulers and good pastors so that they can finally bring justice to this global cool that threatens all of humanity.
00:25:24.240 Unbelievable.
00:25:25.260 Liz, just hang on for one second.
00:25:26.600 I want to, I want to, we're going to come back, we're going to go through more about the conclave, the great work of the community of the present danger of China,
00:25:33.040 because this ties right back to geopolitics, absolute geopolitics.
00:25:38.000 Tomorrow, I'm also going to try to drill down the situation in Texas, the Lone Star State, the railhead of the MAGA movement,
00:25:44.680 and the great patriots down there, they have fought and fought and fought and fought and delivered a victory for President Trump by 14 points.
00:25:52.660 Think about that for a second.
00:25:53.940 14 points.
00:25:55.240 Ted Cruz by nine.
00:25:58.940 Total off the rails down there with these Democrats in the House, and really the RINOs.
00:26:02.740 And the Bush faction, that's what it's about.
00:26:05.040 Same people came after Paxson.
00:26:07.000 Nine, seven, two, patriot.

00:27:07.920 All next in the world.
00:27:13.480 There's a lot of talk about government debt, but after four years of inflation, the real crisis is personal debt.

00:28:37.920 It's not because they don't know what's happening.
00:28:40.240 The media pundits and talking heads just don't want to pay any attention to it, and they particularly don't want you paying any attention to it.
00:28:47.360 The real stories, you have to look beyond the headlines for them.

00:29:54.580 Can't pay the IRS?
00:29:56.140 The IRS is more than aggressive, and the more aggressive than ever.
00:30:00.340 And the longer you wait, the worse it gets.

00:30:08.340 You need to get ahead of this, and you need to get ahead of it today.

00:31:26.920 Go to tnusa.com slash Bannon.
00:31:29.840 War Room.
00:31:47.940 Here's your host, Stephen K.
00:31:50.100 Bannon.
00:31:53.860 Liz, any of the highlights?
00:31:55.740 I'm going to talk about this again tomorrow morning on the show.
00:31:59.620 Harnwell's going to be there in the Vatican.
00:32:01.220 And we've got so much else there.
00:32:02.300 We're going to talk about Texas, President Trump's, some of the politics regarding this budget, all of it.
00:32:09.100 So tomorrow morning's going to be absolutely jam-packed.
00:32:11.080 Any other thoughts before we shift back to this Chinese deal, the deal with the Chinese Communist Party?
00:32:17.600 What, any other thoughts on the, this interview's explosive.
00:32:20.920 We asked very tough questions, very pointed questions, and hey, guess what, he answered them.
00:32:25.760 And answered them in brilliant detail.
00:32:28.780 Any other thoughts before we, before we shift to another topic?
00:32:33.140 No, Steve.
00:32:33.900 You know, we were hurtling towards Agenda 2030.
00:32:37.140 And with divine intervention, we got the blessings of a Trump election.
00:32:42.840 And, and also, I might add, the death of Jorge Bergoglio.
00:32:48.260 So it is a moment in time when we need, as you always say, you know, don't take your foot off the pedal and just keep pushing forward.
00:32:56.980 But, you know, we need not only political muscle, but we need spiritual and moral guidance.
00:33:03.040 And we're not getting it for the time being from the Vatican.
00:33:06.200 But I think people will get both political and moral guidance from this interview.
00:33:11.400 He, he hits it all from everything from a global coup to the traditional Latin mass to what we all need to do to make sure that the deep state is crushed.
00:33:23.120 So it's a, it's a great read.
00:33:25.300 It's a little dense in some places, but it's fascinating.
00:33:28.320 No, I think people, and here's what, and for our evangelical Christian brothers and sisters, for our Jewish listeners, Muslim, any faith, the Buddhists, all the Asians, everybody.
00:33:43.240 One thing he's arguing here is that we need to have a great awakening, not just spiritually.
00:33:49.740 You need to have a practical awakening about what this apparatus is that controls so much and that this must be taken down.
00:33:57.580 If it's not taken down, it's kind of the, I think it's common of the, the possibilities of the moment, but also the terror of the moment that you miss this.
00:34:06.560 He makes this brilliant case that for, you know, and, and he is a believer that Donald Trump is divinely inspired, providentially, that if it had not been for Trump, if it had not been for Trump in this time and place, it had been over.
00:34:21.520 And then you've got to take advantage of that because you're not going to have Trump, even Trump running in 28 and winning again, we're not going to have Trump forever.
00:34:29.960 And this, this is urgent work that must be done and must be done today.
00:34:34.520 Nothing could be a higher priority.
00:34:37.100 He's reiterating everything you say in the war room, Steve, that this, if we've got to take advantage of this moment, it's important to pull back the curtain, expose and battle the evil ones who are pulling all the strings behind the curtain.
00:34:53.760 And really, we've got to get tough and we can't take anything, any of our victories for granted.
00:35:00.640 Now's the time to double down because the global elites are doubling down.
00:35:06.560 They're not going to back off.
00:35:08.200 And as much as we want to back, it's not going to work.
00:35:12.640 Another take.
00:35:13.520 I actually misread her, her, her tweet, cause I only saw the first part.
00:35:18.020 MTG comes as from a totally different perspective.
00:35:20.340 She's got a tweet out about the party and about, you know, and, and Trump, you know, you've got to read that.
00:35:26.540 I'll put it up on my getter later, but it's, it's a different angle, but she's saying essentially the same thing.
00:35:33.060 These are people are warning us about the lack of urgency.
00:35:37.000 Talk about urgency.
00:35:38.540 Frank Gaffney, the companion of the present danger.
00:35:40.580 This is one of the central issues that must be dealt with by the Catholic church.
00:35:43.960 Now, in regard to this conclave, we cannot go forward, Liz Yor, with a secret deal with the Chinese Communist Party.
00:35:52.320 You can't have a situation where Ben Harnwell argues, and this kind of cuts against a lot of, I think, traditional Catholicism, the way we think.
00:36:02.660 The Protestant churches are much more driven by laity.
00:36:06.140 The laity has a much more active role in their governance.
00:36:09.160 The Catholic church just has not had that.
00:36:11.380 Ben Harnwell and others are saying, hey, given the corruption of these bishops, the incompetence of these bishops, you need to have a much more active laity.
00:36:19.160 One issue that we point to is that the hierarchy of the church gave that power to the Chinese Communist Party over the selection of bishops in a secret deal.
00:36:29.840 And we know they've crushed the real traditional underground Catholic churches, one of the strongest branches of the Catholicism we had.
00:36:37.240 That must be unveiled.
00:36:38.620 How high a priority is this of that it's got to be laid out publicly, discussed, and actually people held accountable for how we had this deal with the Chinese Communist Party?
00:36:50.340 Because this underpins, really, the fiduciary responsibility of the church in just about every area.
00:36:59.100 Liz, you're.
00:36:59.600 Yeah, Steve, we're calling it the Vatican Suicide Pack with the CCP.
00:37:04.940 We've been talking about this on War Room.
00:37:06.940 Every time the pack came up to be renewed, we showed how it was violated.
00:37:12.440 Steve, there are 10 Catholic bishops that have been arrested, detained, and disappeared by the CCP.
00:37:19.940 And the Vatican never did a thing.
00:37:21.840 I mean, you know, beautiful, that beautiful man, Cardinal Zen, 93 years old, he's at the conclave right now, and he is raising holy hell.
00:37:32.100 This secret deal has, before the ink was even dry on the deal, the CCP was violating it.
00:37:40.260 They were arresting, harassing, they were bulldozing churches, not only Catholic churches, but Christian churches.
00:37:48.480 And as a result, it has been violated to the T, and we don't know what's in it.
00:37:54.960 But now we know, now we know, when Pope Francis just passed away, two days later, the CCP appointed two new bishops, one from Shanghai and one from Xinjiang, and without any consultation.
00:38:07.840 So essentially, we have the Communist Party, the atheistic Communist Party, choosing the hierarchy of the Catholic Church in China.
00:38:18.140 These are people who will be participating in the selection of the next pope.
00:38:22.740 And so we are putting a target on the back of every single cardinal in the conclave.
00:38:29.000 But we demand a loyalty test.
00:38:31.220 Are they going to decry this awful agreement?
00:38:35.840 Are they going to stand up and say, one, it needs to be revealed, two, it needs to be repealed immediately by the next pope, and three, there needs to be a three, a full-throated, I believe, apology to the Catholics and Christians in China for this secret pact, which has caused unimaginable, unimaginable destruction and pain and suffering.
00:39:03.100 You know, when Francis signed the deal, he said, well, I know it's going to cause a lot of suffering.
00:39:07.860 And guess what?
00:39:08.760 He was right.
00:39:09.500 It did.
00:39:10.200 I mean, I said back then he should have read The Art of the Deal.
00:39:13.080 But this has been, it's a playbook, actually, of how the totalitarians are going to capture the faith and religion.
00:39:24.320 And, of course, the Chinese have shown us how it's done.
00:39:27.840 They have negotiated and, you know, Cardinal Zen told them, look, it's a suicide pact.
00:39:33.520 It's a deal with the devil.
00:39:35.140 It's going to be a betrayal of the Christian and Catholic Church in China.
00:39:40.760 You are turning over the church to the enemies of Christ.
00:39:46.480 And so, to the enemies, turning over to the enemies of the devil, excuse me.
00:39:51.980 And, in fact, it's happened.
00:39:53.700 And, you know, what they did, Steve, is the CCP went to every other religion and said, look, the Vatican approves of our actions.
00:40:03.160 We're a partner with the Vatican.
00:40:04.960 So you have to follow us.
00:40:06.320 They immediately, and this is what people don't realize, they immediately passed this law which prevents any child, any child in China under the age of 18 from going to a religious ceremony, a religious service, a religious school, a camp, a religious camp.
00:40:25.220 They have, in one generation, eradicated all religion in China.
00:40:31.100 And they did this with a complicit.
00:40:32.980 Why did they do that?
00:40:33.620 Yeah.
00:40:33.940 Why did they do that?
00:40:34.940 The most powerful church, the most powerful church in the world is the underground evangelical house churches in the underground Catholic Church in China.
00:40:45.460 These people are under, first of all, the scale of it's huge.
00:40:48.040 The Chinese intelligence authorities talk about they may be up to 100 million practicing evangelical Christians in Catholics, traditional Catholics in China.
00:41:00.540 Right?
00:41:00.840 It's a vibrant, robust church.
00:41:02.240 That's why the CCP is so adamantly focused on destroying it.
00:41:06.920 This is what the Vatican walked into.
00:41:08.800 And McCarrick and the people that made it peril in are not to be trusted.
00:41:12.220 McCarrick's one of the worst individuals of the 21st century.
00:41:16.380 Right?
00:41:16.720 And he was the mastermind in back of this.
00:41:18.660 This whole thing stinks to high heaven.
00:41:21.000 And you see this underground church of evangelical Christians and Catholics that are rooted out by the Chinese Communist Party, atheistic, you know, criminal class in Beijing.
00:41:33.640 It's obvious why they were doing it.
00:41:36.800 The church was getting too strong.
00:41:38.340 The church actually threatened their regime.
00:41:42.300 She talks about it all the time.
00:41:43.940 He's less concerned about the American military and more concerned about evangelical Christianity and traditional Catholicism.
00:41:50.660 They feel it is a direct threat to the regime.
00:41:53.920 You know why?
00:41:55.060 It is a direct threat to the regime.
00:41:57.100 They understand.
00:41:58.040 These are smart, tough people.
00:41:59.320 So, Liz, go ahead, ma'am.
00:42:02.760 Yes, and one more thing.
00:42:03.800 People need to know that they are taking down crucifixes in churches and replacing them with Xi Jinping's picture.
00:42:09.820 They are rewriting the Bible so that it aligns with communism.
00:42:15.920 So everybody can get me at yourchildren.com.
00:42:20.340 Please, I urge you to go to Action, Action, Action.
00:42:23.580 Go to repealthedeal.org.
00:42:27.040 You can sign our petitions there.
00:42:29.780 Even if you're not in the United States, it will go to the conclave to the Catholic Church.
00:42:35.100 We want this deal repealed, torn up, and exposed to the light of day.
00:42:39.860 So thank you, Steve.
00:42:41.340 And you can watch the webinar on repeal the deal.
00:42:47.380 Yeah, we're going to—Grace is going to put the webinar up.
00:42:50.120 We're going to do all of this.
00:42:51.740 Ben Harner will with us live tomorrow from the Vatican.
00:42:54.080 Liz, thank you for making this happen.
00:42:55.740 Liz, you're the great Liz, you're my mentor.
00:42:58.180 Thank you, Steve.
00:42:58.760 Okay, while we're talking geopolitics, on Sunday, another, I think, two huge elections in Romania and in Australia.
00:43:08.460 I'll do more about Romania tomorrow.
00:43:11.100 In Australia, really, a centerpiece of this is about, guess what, the Chinese Communist Party, tariffs, trade, the international order.
00:43:19.000 Stan Wojtjewski, Stan Wojtjewski, I think I got that right or close enough, from Perseus Group, joins us.
00:43:25.580 One of the centerpieces of this, one of the most hotly debated—I was actually interviewed on Australian media about three weeks ago.
00:43:32.400 This is the only question they wanted to focus on.
00:43:34.200 Talk to us, what is the situation with these submarines, these American submarines for the Australian Navy, the construction?
00:43:40.560 What is the issue and what's the controversy, sir?
00:43:46.080 Good afternoon, Steve.
00:43:47.260 Thank you for having me on your show and elevating this topic.
00:43:49.560 In 2021, a generational defense agreement was signed between the U.S., U.K. and Australia, which provided for the construction design of a new class of submarines called AUKUS-class, based on the Virginia-class nuclear propulsion submarine.
00:44:08.560 This is a 30-year, $250 billion agreement and defense partnership, which is meant to both reassure allies and partners in the region, but also give predictability to competitors.
00:44:27.420 And our concern as of late is seeing the narrative and the sentiment, both political and in the public opinion in Australia, shift dramatically to the point that with elections coming this Sunday, we are entering very choppy waters for AUKUS, pun intended.
00:44:47.280 And we submit to you that there is a good possibility that the AUKUS deal be canceled unilaterally by Australia.
00:44:57.200 This is where we are today, and we thank you for elevating this topic on your show.
00:45:02.300 But hang on for a second.
00:45:04.820 In fact, the Virginia-Clairsut Basement, this is a series of fast attack submarines that would be delivered to the Australian Navy for their operation over a number of years, correct?
00:45:17.280 That is correct.
00:45:18.360 Three would be built in the U.S., and several would be built in the U.K. and Australia.
00:45:23.780 Yes, some built in the U.S., off of U.S. design, some in the U.K., some in the U.S.
00:45:28.400 And they would be on patrol as fast attack submarines in the Indo-Pacific, which is the center of gravity of now our conflict and controversy with the Chinese Communist Party,
00:45:41.140 with obviously India and Australia as two of our central allies, correct?
00:45:45.120 That is correct.
00:45:46.960 And it's reaffirming American naval supremacy in the Indo-Pacific, as you said.
00:45:52.080 And it does so with a projected 30-year program.
00:45:56.520 A 30-year program.
00:45:57.440 Is the controversy in Australia, the cost of this, given their defense budget, is that they don't want to tell the Chinese,
00:46:05.220 hey, you know, we're actually an ally of America, but we don't want to be too up in your face because now we're building a series of fast attack submarines to basically patrol,
00:46:13.980 to basically take the People's Liberation Navy to the bottom of the Straits of Malacca?
00:46:19.720 I mean, what is the issue?
00:46:21.000 Is it a money issue?
00:46:22.080 Is it they don't want to tip their hand too much to the CCP?
00:46:24.420 Why is this so controversial?
00:46:27.520 So I think there are several elements that are playing into this perilous moment in Australia's destiny, should we say.
00:46:36.940 The first one is a cost issue, $250 billion, makes it a generational, perhaps the largest maritime naval defense agreement in our modern history.
00:46:49.260 Unfortunately, the cost of that program, which, as I mentioned, is $250 billion, is expected to rise due to a number of factors,
00:47:02.400 but certainly a recent announcement with regards to the global tariff regime would certainly drive that cost per unit and the total cost of the program.
00:47:11.260 And as a result, this is affecting significantly the arbitrage in terms of the public defense spending in Australia and committing so much of the resources to this program that obviously a lot of other posts in social spending and elsewhere are being affected.
00:47:27.080 The second element, I think, is a delivery schedule issue, that the first unit would be delivered from U.S. Yard by 2032, and with delays expected, we might be approaching closer to 2034.
00:47:44.080 And the first unit built by Australians would be in the 2040s.
00:47:50.080 And so that leaves a huge gap in the next six to eight years as to how to be able to enforce, if you will, this maritime domain.
00:48:00.080 And that has, obviously, Australians very worried considering how we're lagging behind in our industrial output to turn around submarines, even for our own U.S. Navy fleet renewal.
00:48:15.960 And the third element, I think, relates to the shifting global dynamics and what is perceived by most allies and partners as a retreat on the part of the United States,
00:48:32.800 potentially also a notion of policy of unpredictability.
00:48:38.720 And whether it is with regards to Ukraine or NATO, the Australians are looking very cautiously at how the Trump administration is really keeping to its long-term commitments
00:48:50.460 and wondering if the Trump administration will, in fact, be there by their side for the duration of the program.
00:48:56.940 And I would add a fourth element, which is, obviously, that the French have a very compelling proposal on the table,
00:49:05.740 which answers both the cost issue and the delivery schedule issue.
00:49:10.560 Don't they always?
00:49:14.780 It's a labor government.
00:49:16.500 At first, it looked like they didn't have a chance.
00:49:19.020 How the labor government, where do they stand in regards to this program?
00:49:24.780 Because you're right, one of the big issues is that, hey, in all practicality, if you commit to this,
00:49:29.780 it could be a decade before you get delivery of the first fast attack.
00:49:33.280 Where does this labor government stand?
00:49:35.940 So most of the issues during this campaign have been around cost of living and inflation and energy costs,
00:49:42.500 housing prices, health care insurance, and welfare programs.
00:49:48.260 The labor administration, nevertheless, has been probably more effective at answering electors' concerns about how to deal with President Trump's administration and policies.
00:50:05.180 And in that sense, the conservative, or what they call in Australia the liberals in coalition with the nationalists,
00:50:12.100 have not been able to make that case.
00:50:15.100 And therefore, we expect on Sunday a landslide victory for the incumbent with a 54, 55 percent margin.
00:50:24.740 I would like to raise the fact that a few days ago in Australian Parliament, a petition was circulated,
00:50:31.980 which was signed by about a third of Parliament members to immediately cancel AUKUS.
00:50:38.060 And I think this is relatively in line with also the popular sentiment,
00:50:43.920 which historically has been against anything nuclear, whether it's nuclear power, nuclear arsenal,
00:50:49.180 or in this case, nuclear propulsion.
00:50:51.520 And so there's always been a historic, you know, sort of resistance towards anything nuclear.
00:50:59.560 And because this is a nuclear propulsion program, obviously,
00:51:02.440 this is one of the fault lines that may be used by some of the opposing.
00:51:08.080 Stan, we had a hard out here.
00:51:09.920 Where do people go for social media or your website?
00:51:12.000 How do they find out more about this, particularly between now and Sunday?
00:51:15.840 So I think there's plenty of news.
00:51:18.000 We don't see as much in U.S. media, but certainly in the U.K. and France and a little more so in Australia.
00:51:24.000 There's been tremendous coverage, and that's why we're a little concerned not to see the same kind of attention
00:51:28.380 being given to the topic here stateside.
00:51:31.100 But certainly any information regarding the vacillating position of the Australians or about the AUKUS program,
00:51:40.700 there's a great LinkedIn page and website called AUKUS Forum.
00:51:45.920 And I commend its Australian CEO, Michael Sharp, who's been at the forefront of trying to bring together
00:51:51.980 all the small and medium-sized businesses that are going to converge and orbit around this defense program.
00:52:00.600 And we don't have a website.
00:52:02.340 Stan, thanks.
00:52:02.900 We've got to bounce.
00:52:03.920 Thank you, sir.
00:52:05.140 10 a.m. tomorrow morning, we'll be live in the Vatican, also talking about this budget, the impact of it, all of it.
00:52:12.060 We'll be giving you updates on the issue in South Korea, Australia, Romania, all of it.
00:52:17.940 A world on fire.

00:52:57.720 And let's not even start on the natural disasters.
00:53:00.960 These aren't hypotheticals.
00:53:02.160 They're happening.
00:53:02.780 You see it here in the war room, and we all know it.

00:53:58.280 My name is Trevor Comstock.
00:53:59.680 I'm one of the co-creators of Sacred Human.
00:54:01.820 And I wanted to share just a little bit more about our brand for those who may not know of us yet.
00:54:05.580 But about six months ago, we decided to launch Sacred Human with really the simple mission being to provide American-made natural supplements without all the artificial nonsense.
00:54:17.380 So unfortunately, as many of you know, a lot of these big corporate supplements will include things like preservatives, artificial ingredients, and other additives that really aren't benefiting your health.
00:54:28.020 So that's why we created Sacred Human, really trying to fill this gap of quality supplements.
00:54:32.480 And of course, the beef liver being our flagship products.
00:54:36.320 For those who don't know, beef liver is loaded with highly bioavailable ingredients such as vitamin A, B12, zinc, CoQ10, etc.
00:54:45.840 And because it is 100% grass-fed and natural, your body is able to absorb these nutrients far better than taking any other synthetic multivitamin or any other synthetic vitamin in general.
00:54:57.760 So we have some other amazing products, but if you'd like to check us out, you can go to sacredhumanhealth.com and cheers to your health.
