00:00:00.000 Islamic Jihadis are plotting against you.
00:00:24.240 Why in the hell do you think they're in Houston and in north of Dallas?
00:00:27.020 They are working together to overthrow Western civilization.
00:00:31.780 Sharia compounds, which are areas governed by religious rules.
00:00:35.520 We know who you are.
00:00:37.440 We know what you are.
00:00:38.860 And we know what you're trying to accomplish.
00:00:40.620 And it is not going to happen in the jewel of the crown of the union of this republic.
00:00:46.180 We purge any attempt to impose Sharia law in Texas.
00:00:49.580 They are not coming.
00:00:50.900 They are already here.
00:00:52.320 You are not here properly and you're going to leave.
00:00:57.020 On the 3rd of March, Sharia law goes on the ballot in the state of Texas.
00:01:03.520 The United States Constitution and Sharia are fundamentally at odds with one another.
00:01:09.440 We're going to tell them, take your Sharia law and shove it.
00:01:13.160 Islam will never dominate the United States.
00:01:16.360 And by the grace of God, it will not dominate Texas.
00:01:19.600 As Texas goes, so goes the nation.
00:01:23.240 As the nation goes, so goes the world.
00:01:25.940 Are you prepared to fight for this state?
00:01:28.600 Are you prepared to fight for your country?
00:01:33.440 War Room Texas.
00:01:35.160 Your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:01:37.720 Starts right now.
00:01:39.020 Monday, 26th, January, Year of the Lord, 2026.
00:01:45.120 Thank you.
00:01:45.680 I want to start off.
00:01:46.720 We're absolutely packed today.
00:01:48.000 We're going to get through all of it.
00:01:50.460 And we will be shifting the show down to Texas next week for the first week of Texas or stay through the 3 March primary.
00:01:58.260 Real quickly, I want to.
00:01:59.220 So you've inspired this.
00:02:00.640 We've already inspired people throughout the country.
00:02:02.540 We had folks on from Arizona.
00:02:04.440 We've had folks on from Oklahoma who are also fighting their fights.
00:02:07.420 Mike Lindell, you're going to talk to me about the deal for the posse in a second.
00:02:11.820 But you're running for governor and your race is so on fire.
00:02:15.200 First off, Walt's dropped out because, you know, he's going to be indicted.
00:02:18.780 Now they've gone to the U.S. Senate.
00:02:21.220 And Texas has got a huge Senate primary with Paxson versus Cornyn.
00:02:25.920 And they're all talking about, well, Paxson wins.
00:02:27.980 You can't.
00:02:28.460 You're not going to hold the seat.
00:02:29.520 The Democrat could win.
00:02:30.480 And they've taken Amy Klobuchar out of the Senate, folks, in Texas.
00:02:35.520 You haven't heard this.
00:02:36.600 They're taking her out of the Senate to run for governor because they fear Mike Lindell.
00:02:41.340 And one of the reasons, Lindell, talk to me about what you're going to do with Sharia law.
00:02:45.680 Your first action of governor is to do what?
00:02:49.040 Yeah, I'm banning it.
00:02:50.000 And, Steve, in Minnesota, this is years ago.
00:02:53.220 You go back to 2016, everybody, or 2000, I think it was 18.
00:02:58.180 And Cargill, they fired 200 of these Muslims and these Somalians because of their breaks, their prayer breaks.
00:03:08.460 I've said it before for the last five, six years.
00:03:11.500 Minnesota was the Trojan horse for this catastrophe, this takeover.
00:03:16.380 And it was back then, if you did it, you're called a racist.
00:03:20.380 If you don't, I just didn't hire them.
00:03:22.120 But Cargill did.
00:03:23.280 And what they did, Steve, they wanted them gone so bad because it was interfering with their lines that they fired them and settled for $1.5 million, even though they had all the reason to fire them.
00:03:35.040 And so I'm going to ban Sharia law the first day I'm in governor.
00:03:39.400 And, by the way, the last hour, everybody's been texting me.
00:03:44.300 You can help out at MikeLindellGov.com, everybody, and learn other things I'm going to do.
00:03:49.700 Another thing is I'm taking that satanic statue out of the Capitol that Waltz put in there and said we had to be fair to the devil.
00:03:57.600 I mean, Minnesota is the Trojan horse.
00:04:00.500 Listen, look what it's spread to Texas, everywhere else.
00:04:03.080 This is number one on my list, everybody, banning Sharia law.
00:04:07.680 But go to MikeLindellGov.com.
00:04:10.180 We need help right now.
00:04:11.480 I've got to win this.
00:04:12.780 It's going to be – Steve, I'm doing the same things I was going to do with the president.
00:04:16.980 I have great campaigning.
00:04:19.180 And 250,000 people voted for Donald Trump in 2020 in Minnesota that didn't even bother to vote in 2022.
00:04:27.000 I don't care if I have to go door-to-door, we're going to wake those people up if they're not already woke up.
00:04:32.700 I mean, hey, we've got problems in Minnesota.
00:04:35.040 We need to fix it now.
00:04:39.000 Mike, give me a minute on the deal everybody's talking about.
00:04:42.920 People on the weekend were talking to me.
00:04:44.280 They love the deal you've given from my pal.
00:04:45.800 Yeah, yeah.
00:04:46.240 What do you got for us, folks?
00:04:47.440 This is our biggest betting deal.
00:04:48.040 And particularly in Texas, I want everybody to go.

00:06:16.100 Thank you for stepping up, too.
00:06:17.560 It takes a brave person to sit there and go, hey, look, I don't want to hear any happy talk on this thing.
00:06:21.400 I'm banning it.
00:06:22.080 My first thing I do, I'm going to ban it.
00:06:23.680 Absolutely.
00:06:24.240 Because it's a cancer that's metastasizing.
00:06:27.260 Lindell, you're a good man.
00:06:28.600 Thank you for coming on.
00:06:30.600 And thank you for the sale.
00:06:32.600 People are raving about it.
00:06:34.620 Thank you, brother.
00:06:36.220 Do I have Byron Henry?
00:06:38.980 Okay.
00:06:39.440 If not, I'll bring up Frank Gaffney.
00:06:41.000 We'll take one or the other.
00:06:42.300 Frank, why don't you join me?
00:06:43.220 Then I'll get Byron after we get the technical aspects worked out.
00:06:48.500 Frank, we have a task and purpose here, right?
00:06:51.880 People have talked about this for a long time.
00:06:53.520 And I believe one of the strengths of having the conference and then having War Room Texas is that people feel comfortable that they now can discuss it like adults.
00:07:04.300 And I'm hearing this from, I'm inundated with people from Texas, but also Arizona.
00:07:08.660 That's where they came on the show the other day.
00:07:10.880 Oklahoma.
00:07:11.780 Mike Lindell wanted to come on and say about Haley Bennett.
00:07:14.020 People throughout the country are being inspired by what the Texans are doing on this situation of surreal law.
00:07:20.560 And for the first time, people are saying, hey, look, I felt uncomfortable talking about it before.
00:07:25.120 But it's a major problem.
00:07:26.780 And it may be the most major problem.
00:07:29.440 And you see what's happening up in Minneapolis.
00:07:31.200 Frank Gaffney, your thoughts.
00:07:32.280 Yeah.
00:07:34.300 Steve, you've rendered an incalculable public service by dedicating this kind of time to this particular topic and specifically this particular fight in the state of Texas.
00:07:45.120 And it's not just that people have felt uncomfortable talking about Sharia, which, of course, is the Islamic, I call it toxic, demonic, and anti-constitutional ideology of Islam.
00:08:03.300 Not all Muslims subscribe to it, but those that don't are called apostates.
00:08:10.560 And that's a capital offense under Islam.
00:08:12.280 So by and large, they're going along with it or at least keeping their heads down.
00:08:15.660 But the rest of us have been, I believe, induced to try to pretend that there's not a problem here out of fear.
00:08:27.260 It's not an accident.
00:08:28.880 We're being terrorized by those who do adhere to Sharia because they have, from the time of Muhammad himself, if indeed he existed at all, this doctrine that says, use terrifying violence to subdue the unbelievers.
00:08:51.820 To compel them, and this is the literal meaning, as you know, of the word Islam, to submit.
00:08:58.800 To submit to a, yes, totalitarian theocracy, ultimately, that is supposed to rule worldwide.
00:09:07.840 What you have helped do, Steve, and I don't think we can adequately express our appreciation, certainly those of us who've been in this fight for a long time.
00:09:17.800 But I think, as you say, more and more Americans, and it's not just in Texas, it's not just in Minnesota, it's across our country, who are finally finding the courage to say what needs to be said about this, which is this is unacceptable.
00:09:35.580 We will not submit, and we will not be terrorized into remaining silent until we are forced to submit.
00:09:44.380 This is a breakthrough moment, and I just want to say that when we had some conversations down in Texas on the margins of that very important dinner on the 29th, excuse me, the 9th of January, with Geert Wilders and you and Glenn Beck, Peter McAvenna, it was just an extraordinary moment.
00:10:05.420 And the focus that you've put on specifically this primary ballot proposition on the 3rd of March, in which five simple words will be put to the people voting.
00:10:22.320 They're supposed to be Republicans, and I hope it will predominantly be Republicans.
00:10:25.880 It's a Republican primary after all, but it's kind of an open one.
00:10:29.300 But the five words of these, Texas should prohibit Sharia law.
00:10:39.140 It couldn't be more clearly put, and I couldn't be more excited about the extent to which the people of the state and their political leaders are now resonating to this vital message.
00:10:51.080 And I hope, with your help, we will make it a crushing victory that in turn sets the stage for it becoming Sharia, really becomes a voting issue across the country this fall.
00:11:06.700 Frank, hang on for a second.
00:11:07.960 I want you to write Shotgun with me for a while because I've got some guests that are going to want some observations and commentary for you.
00:11:14.040 I want to go to Byron Henry now.
00:11:15.420 He's the chairman of the Republican Party for Collin County, Texas.
00:11:20.700 Sir, you're in the middle of this maelstrom.
00:11:23.080 Can you walk through Collin County?
00:11:25.880 It's one of the most patriotic, most Americana counties, not just in Texas, but probably the country.
00:11:33.180 Can you explain to our audience what's happening in your county?
00:11:38.340 Yes.
00:11:38.820 Good evening, Steve.
00:11:39.560 Thanks for having me on tonight.
00:11:41.540 So Collin County is important for a lot of reasons.
00:11:43.660 Not only is it one of the reddest large counties in Texas, but it exports the most Republican net votes of any county in the entire state.
00:11:54.360 And at times it's in the top five in the country of exporting net votes.
00:11:59.260 So it needs to be not just red, but dark red in order to counter a lot of the big cities around the rest of the state.
00:12:05.560 But what we're seeing here is that Collin County on the outskirts of Dallas, and we don't take in Dallas and Collin County hardly at all, but a sliver, is the ring in which the technology corridor was built 30 years ago.
00:12:18.380 I came to Collin County in 2000, so I've been there 25 years.
00:12:21.380 And everyone that worked in tech and everyone, when it was exploding and expanding, moved to Plano.
00:12:26.060 And of course, now there's Frisco, and we've even gotten further up in Prosper, where I live, Salina and whatnot, pushing farther and further north.
00:12:33.340 But what happened during that time is we exported a lot of, imported a lot of labor.
00:12:39.940 And it really wasn't seen as a major issue there, but we've just had an explosion of immigration.
00:12:47.560 Some friends went to India not too long ago and said there's literally advertisements in India to move to Frisco, Texas in the heart of Collin County.
00:12:56.720 Now, I'm not complaining per se about people saying Frisco is a great place to live.
00:13:01.200 Collin County is one of the best places to live on Earth.
00:13:03.160 But the point is, is people know where Collin County has jobs, safety, high quality of living, good public schools as far as curriculum goes.
00:13:12.040 Maybe not necessarily with the values that we all share.
00:13:14.740 But the key is, is it's a very desirable place to live.
00:13:17.540 And it's always been very inviting for companies to hire people and import labor.
00:13:23.180 We've seen the disaster of the immigration policies of both parties, really, but especially the left over the past 30 to 40 years.
00:13:31.160 And it's been crushing. And Collin County has been at the epicenter of that when benign labor importation in a lot of different industries was just running rampant.
00:13:40.420 And H-1Bs now, which is getting a lot of focus as well.
00:13:43.260 And then you have, on top of all that, Steve, you have just an influx of other countries and from nations where Islam is the predominant religion, also flocking to Collin County.
00:13:56.600 And they're bringing their culture with them.
00:13:59.360 It's not just people that's like, we can't stand where we live.
00:14:03.760 It's oppressive. We want to be free.
00:14:06.100 We want to take part in the American dream and whatnot.
00:14:09.240 That's not what we're seeing anymore, especially in Collin County.
00:14:12.480 We are seeing cultures being imported, neighborhoods being, how can I say, basically overrun with one faith.
00:14:23.360 In fact, some, as you know about the epic issue, was attempting to make it kind of like an Islamic enclave,
00:14:31.580 with only adherence to Islam living there, as well as portions of the HOA dues being used to fund the mosques and the religious and other ideological endeavors of that community.
00:14:44.180 And so all those things have just come to a head now.
00:14:47.120 And it's like, you know, where were we?
00:14:48.960 What were we doing?
00:14:49.760 I'm sure someone was saying something about it.
00:14:51.840 But now, on a daily basis, my inbox is literally full of emails and warnings about different things going on in North Texas,
00:15:00.620 especially Collin County, with respect to this threat.
00:15:03.620 And I think it's wonderful that you've set up camp here in Texas, especially focusing on North Texas,
00:15:09.680 and then especially focusing on that March 3rd ballot initiative,
00:15:13.580 which will allow the Republican Party and those that share our values to make their voices heard loud and clear,
00:15:20.380 that if you live in this country, you abide, we follow American law and the American Constitution only,
00:15:26.540 and there won't be any Sharia law or Sharia law light or a lot of the other things that are being pushed in some of these communities in Texas and in Collin County specifically.
00:15:36.740 Talk to us.
00:15:39.320 Just give us a minute, because this show now, I can tell you, just the amount of traffic it's getting,
00:15:44.300 it's getting a broad national audience and an international audience,
00:15:48.420 because people are fascinated by this topic, particularly in some place like Texas.
00:15:52.040 Just give us a minute on Epic City, on the scale of it, on the audacity of it,
00:15:57.580 of what they plan to do.
00:15:59.380 They've changed the name to Meadows.
00:16:01.040 And, of course, being politicians, they had a law passed about Epic City,
00:16:07.200 but the last line of it, as Brian Harrison always reminds me, says,
00:16:11.220 well, we exempt, in this law, we do exempt Epic City.
00:16:15.620 Talk to us about the audacity of it, the scale of it.
00:16:19.480 Well, it really is the scale that is the surprising thing.
00:16:23.620 We obviously have immigration, as we've talked about,
00:16:27.300 just negative immigration running rampant to this country with very little checks,
00:16:32.460 and during the Biden administration, literally no checks at all,
00:16:35.100 such that we were importing criminals,
00:16:36.740 not just immigrants from countries that literally hate America
00:16:39.860 and would like to see us wiped off the face of the earth.
00:16:42.320 But Epic City is really the first documented attempt
00:16:46.640 to basically put all the pieces together,
00:16:49.920 from the religious, to the political, to the governance, to the HOA,
00:16:53.160 to the funding, into one community and basically attempt to create
00:16:58.200 a large, you know, thousand-plus resident enclave
00:17:06.160 that's basically defined by Islam.
00:17:11.160 While the contracts don't say explicitly,
00:17:14.420 you can't live here if you don't do X or Y,
00:17:16.800 all of the other information we have is that it is basically an attempt
00:17:22.900 to, abiding by our current laws, create an enclave of what is basically
00:17:29.100 an Islamic enclave within the heart of Collin County communities.
00:17:34.760 And the problem with that is, first of all,
00:17:37.380 there's many constitutional problems with basing these things on race,
00:17:40.620 but one of the issues is that we,
00:17:45.020 our laws are not designed for ideologies
00:17:48.400 that have a religious kind of bent or basis to them,
00:17:54.840 such that the Supreme Court has said so broadly
00:17:58.200 about what is and is not religious
00:18:00.320 that we have to really have these strategy sessions
00:18:04.000 and get thoughtful and strategic
00:18:06.960 about what we're going to allow
00:18:09.200 with respect to these pseudo-religious or ideological enclaves.
00:18:14.800 Because if we don't get creative and strategic soon,
00:18:18.520 there are people from all cultures,
00:18:21.220 but specifically the threat we're facing now
00:18:23.080 from the Sharia law and radical Islamic jihad now
00:18:27.100 is that they're using our own laws and provisions
00:18:29.920 that are designed to keep the government
00:18:31.460 out of all of our other businesses
00:18:32.940 about when we want to move somewhere
00:18:35.100 where people share our faith or we want to start a church
00:18:37.460 or we want to meet in our houses for religious services.
00:18:40.160 They're using those laws that Christians have used
00:18:43.020 and our constitution to beat back threats
00:18:45.240 to our religious rights
00:18:46.400 to basically enforce the ability to create these enclaves.
00:18:51.800 And you couple that with the fact
00:18:53.060 that we've had cities, Steve,
00:18:54.660 just that have not matched the ideological bent
00:18:57.440 of the state or the legislature.
00:18:59.380 So they're basically, like Plano, for instance,
00:19:01.880 embracing this.
00:19:02.880 So the legislature makes laws saying
00:19:05.380 that the cities can't take specific zoning decisions,
00:19:09.760 which we're applauding and saying,
00:19:11.120 yeah, cities can't take specific zoning decisions,
00:19:13.240 but you're also taking tools out of the hands
00:19:16.280 of the good cities,
00:19:17.380 the ones that are conservative,
00:19:18.940 the ones that do share our values
00:19:20.760 and look like the rest of the state
00:19:22.140 from being able to address these concerns.
00:19:24.420 So we have got to get smarter
00:19:26.600 and more strategic about how we deal with these threats,
00:19:30.220 and it needs to be quick.
00:19:31.420 And I tend to agree with Brian Harrison,
00:19:33.040 at least on this.
00:19:34.020 I'm not sure if we can just wait
00:19:35.680 for regular sessions every two years
00:19:37.660 to address this problem as it unfolds in real time.
00:19:42.340 It's too fast.
00:19:43.160 There's too much going on to say,
00:19:44.820 we'll take care of this in two years.
00:19:48.440 Can you give us an update?
00:19:49.660 Where do we stand on Epic?
00:19:50.600 They changed the name to Meadows.
00:19:52.000 They passed a law,
00:19:52.720 but they said the exemptions.
00:19:53.740 Where do we stand?
00:19:54.380 It's Meadows now,
00:19:55.320 but where do we stand with actually shutting this down?
00:19:57.720 Well, we stand at it has not been approved
00:20:02.660 because there are paperwork issues
00:20:04.780 and people can tout that all they want.
00:20:07.520 I can tell you that the paperwork issues are correctable.
00:20:11.620 So unless the city puts,
00:20:14.260 unless the Meadows don't follow through
00:20:17.100 with their lawyers and their business people
00:20:18.640 and get this done right,
00:20:19.580 right now it is simply documenting the proper entities
00:20:22.200 and the owners and their owners
00:20:23.720 and the indirect ownership and the different ties.
00:20:26.180 It's just a matter of time
00:20:28.180 before they get their paperwork in order
00:20:30.160 under current local law
00:20:32.360 and state law for that matter
00:20:34.040 in order to get some of the approvals they have
00:20:36.960 to start this going.
00:20:38.300 So as I said,
00:20:39.380 it's going to take more than what's currently on the books
00:20:42.080 for a planning and zoning board
00:20:44.220 or a city council
00:20:46.120 to basically say,
00:20:48.680 we know you're in accordance with all our other laws.
00:20:50.620 We know you filled out all the paperwork
00:20:52.000 and dotted all the I's and crossed the T's,
00:20:53.920 but absent an opinion from the attorney general
00:20:56.400 or a court ruling
00:20:58.220 that they're non-compliant,
00:20:59.580 a violation of civil rights laws,
00:21:01.040 for instance,
00:21:01.520 with respect to the way it's established,
00:21:03.360 or possibly attacking the funding
00:21:06.640 and the people behind the development.
00:21:09.800 And if we can tie that directly or indirectly
00:21:11.720 to some of the organizations
00:21:13.240 that have been designated
00:21:14.240 as terrorist organizations
00:21:15.900 by the governor
00:21:16.640 or adversarial
00:21:17.920 by the governor and the state,
00:21:19.960 that new legislation that was passed,
00:21:21.540 that's another way to get at it.
00:21:23.160 And I've always said
00:21:24.120 the way you attack these organizations
00:21:26.960 is just follow the money.
00:21:29.140 Find out who's funding it.
00:21:30.260 Find out where it's coming from.
00:21:31.540 Find out how they're tied directly or indirectly
00:21:33.440 and just run that down
00:21:35.060 until you're exhausted.
00:21:36.660 And if we can get at that information,
00:21:38.380 we can also use
00:21:39.420 the new designations of CARE
00:21:41.360 and the Muslim Brotherhood
00:21:42.740 and hopefully some others
00:21:43.780 that may be coming down the pike
00:21:45.140 to basically block people buying land.
00:21:48.420 They're not even allowed to buy land
00:21:49.820 or invest in land
00:21:50.740 if they're considered adversaries
00:21:52.400 or they're citizens
00:21:55.320 of an adversarial country.
00:21:57.800 So we have options,
00:21:59.460 but once again,
00:22:00.320 they're going to have to be deployed quickly.
00:22:04.640 And terrorist organizations.
00:22:06.460 Real quickly,
00:22:07.260 I've got about a minute or two.
00:22:08.540 Just tell me,
00:22:09.100 I just want people to get a flavor,
00:22:11.340 right,
00:22:11.800 of your inbox,
00:22:13.840 your emails,
00:22:14.400 and what people are saying
00:22:15.220 because one of the powers
00:22:16.240 I think at the conference
00:22:17.100 and what we've done here
00:22:18.120 and these working groups
00:22:19.340 we've put together,
00:22:20.600 because I've been in a day
00:22:22.020 from Arizona,
00:22:22.780 Oklahoma,
00:22:23.420 Minnesota,
00:22:23.880 people saying,
00:22:24.520 we're finally talking about this.
00:22:26.700 Just tell,
00:22:27.280 what is your inbox like?
00:22:28.460 Just the average
00:22:29.140 of what people are now
00:22:30.040 coming to you and talking about?
00:22:32.040 It's,
00:22:32.400 it's,
00:22:33.440 it is,
00:22:34.300 besides fundraising emails
00:22:36.720 and texts
00:22:37.240 that I get from everybody
00:22:38.120 across the country
00:22:38.960 and whatnot,
00:22:39.760 it is basically 80%
00:22:41.240 updates,
00:22:42.680 news,
00:22:43.180 and requests.
00:22:44.420 What can we do?
00:22:45.280 We just saw this on the news.
00:22:46.560 Here's a clip
00:22:47.260 or a news article
00:22:48.040 or,
00:22:48.460 or,
00:22:48.900 or,
00:22:49.200 you know,
00:22:51.280 an X link
00:22:52.940 to something going on
00:22:54.140 in Texas,
00:22:54.740 especially North Texas
00:22:55.680 with respect to this issue.
00:22:57.060 And,
00:22:57.540 and so it's,
00:22:58.420 it's overwhelming.
00:22:59.340 It's hundreds per day.
00:23:00.700 It,
00:23:01.140 it is,
00:23:02.000 it is,
00:23:02.280 we're not just talking about it.
00:23:03.560 People are not just talking
00:23:05.020 about this,
00:23:05.580 Steve.
00:23:05.760 And I think this is a,
00:23:07.360 for you and your partners
00:23:08.920 and those that put on that event
00:23:10.480 with Garrett Wilders
00:23:11.640 and,
00:23:12.100 and yourself
00:23:12.960 and,
00:23:13.620 and Glenn Beck,
00:23:15.000 which was an unbelievably
00:23:16.540 well-attended event.
00:23:17.760 I was blown away
00:23:18.520 by the size
00:23:19.320 and just the sheer scope
00:23:20.300 of that event,
00:23:20.940 the strategy sessions
00:23:22.120 that took place before,
00:23:23.260 there's follow-up events,
00:23:24.720 but it is the number one issue
00:23:27.400 on my plate
00:23:28.560 as the Collin County
00:23:29.600 Chairman of the Republican Party.
00:23:31.340 It is,
00:23:31.780 it is number one.
00:23:32.820 In fact,
00:23:33.280 at our next executive committee meeting,
00:23:35.200 there's a push
00:23:36.240 and I am 100%
00:23:37.220 in agreement with it
00:23:38.080 to appoint a temporary committee
00:23:39.600 that will report
00:23:41.000 to create a standing committee
00:23:42.700 of our party
00:23:43.740 for the county party
00:23:44.960 that does nothing
00:23:46.100 but investigates,
00:23:48.420 reports,
00:23:49.120 and recommends action
00:23:51.660 with respect
00:23:52.280 to all organizations
00:23:53.760 and threats
00:23:54.740 to American values,
00:23:56.180 including Sharia law,
00:23:58.100 which is,
00:23:58.480 is first on that list.
00:23:59.720 And so we'll be doing that
00:24:00.660 the first meeting in February.
00:24:02.100 And of course,
00:24:02.840 we will be highlighting
00:24:03.940 Prop 10
00:24:05.020 in the,
00:24:06.280 on the election
00:24:07.020 of the Republican primary
00:24:08.720 and just really focusing
00:24:10.260 on everyone voting down ballot.
00:24:12.080 We have a long ballot
00:24:12.980 in Collin County.
00:24:14.220 It's long paper,
00:24:15.080 19 inches long,
00:24:16.040 two-sided.
00:24:16.760 So the last thing
00:24:18.100 on the entire ballot
00:24:19.260 on the set,
00:24:19.900 on the backside
00:24:20.560 is Prop 10.
00:24:22.260 And we are going to make sure
00:24:23.460 everyone knows where it is
00:24:24.920 and to go to that and check,
00:24:26.620 yes,
00:24:27.320 Texas should ban,
00:24:28.560 or excuse me,
00:24:29.300 Texas should prohibit
00:24:30.440 Sharia law.
00:24:33.800 Byron,
00:24:34.300 you also have a dinner coming up.
00:24:35.940 Is there a place
00:24:36.780 people can go to
00:24:37.540 to find out about the dinner?
00:24:38.620 I think you're going to have it
00:24:39.400 in the middle to late February.
00:24:41.640 Yes,
00:24:41.900 February 21st
00:24:42.820 is our annual
00:24:43.380 Lincoln Day dinner.
00:24:44.840 It's the Lincoln Day gala
00:24:45.620 this year.
00:24:46.180 We've got Scott Jennings
00:24:47.060 as our keynote speaker.
00:24:48.220 Chris Salcedo
00:24:48.900 is going to be our emcee.
00:24:50.600 And that's a time
00:24:51.480 when we are going to
00:24:52.720 do our major fundraising
00:24:54.680 for the year.
00:24:55.400 And we will focus,
00:24:56.300 we're right in the middle
00:24:56.880 of early voting.
00:24:58.060 It's fortuitous,
00:24:59.640 Steve,
00:24:59.900 that our dinner
00:25:00.400 falls on the Saturday
00:25:01.340 in the middle of early voting.
00:25:02.580 So we will be
00:25:03.520 hammering home
00:25:04.820 Prop 10
00:25:06.180 on that Patriot Mobile
00:25:07.880 who is
00:25:08.600 a big supporter
00:25:10.640 of this push.
00:25:11.400 And as you know,
00:25:11.860 one of the driving forces
00:25:12.760 behind that event
00:25:13.540 that you spoke at
00:25:15.040 and that you ran with.
00:25:16.700 They are the corporate partner
00:25:18.360 for that event.
00:25:19.400 So there's no way
00:25:20.220 we're getting through
00:25:20.840 that event
00:25:21.260 without a focus
00:25:22.260 both on Sharia law
00:25:23.520 and on Prop 10.
00:25:25.120 So anybody wants
00:25:25.920 to get tickets to that
00:25:27.960 or look into that,
00:25:28.740 it is
00:25:29.020 collincountygop.org
00:25:31.040 right there
00:25:31.600 on the front page.
00:25:32.360 You can click
00:25:32.760 and get tickets
00:25:33.360 to the VIP reception
00:25:34.440 or the dinner
00:25:35.240 February 21st,
00:25:37.060 6 p.m.
00:25:37.880 at South Fork Ranch
00:25:38.940 in Collin County.
00:25:42.740 And what's your social media?
00:25:44.740 How do people follow you
00:25:46.060 or what you're up to
00:25:46.900 on this amazing fight
00:25:48.640 down in Collin County,
00:25:49.660 sir?
00:25:50.640 So we're at
00:25:51.340 Collin GOP on X
00:25:52.960 and I'm at
00:25:53.480 Byron K. Henry on X
00:25:55.240 and follow me
00:25:56.500 or the party
00:25:57.180 and we'll keep everyone updated.
00:25:58.640 I can just tell you though
00:25:59.420 that I get a lot
00:26:00.060 of my information
00:26:00.720 from you,
00:26:01.740 Steve.
00:26:02.720 I get a lot
00:26:03.300 of my information
00:26:03.960 from The War Room
00:26:05.260 and Real America's Voice
00:26:06.280 and other locations
00:26:07.120 and that's where
00:26:07.640 I'm retweeting
00:26:08.420 or reposting
00:26:09.280 or I'm stealing,
00:26:10.600 plagiarizing
00:26:11.220 what's going on
00:26:11.980 in information
00:26:12.540 to help motivate people.
00:26:13.680 So keep up
00:26:14.440 the good work
00:26:15.120 on The War Room
00:26:16.040 and thank you.
00:26:17.140 Thank you for being in Texas.
00:26:18.980 Thank you, bro.
00:26:20.480 Thank you, sir.
00:26:21.280 And you're a force multiplier.
00:26:22.540 That's what we call it.
00:26:23.240 Love you.
00:26:23.620 Thank you, sir.
00:26:25.360 Collin County,
00:26:26.520 the tip of the tip
00:26:27.600 of the spear.
00:26:29.380 Okay.
00:26:30.400 Jeff Davis,
00:26:31.280 Frank Gaffney,
00:26:33.160 Mark Hall,
00:26:34.060 Dan Fluet.
00:26:35.320 Short commercial break.
00:26:37.800 We'll be back

00:26:53.760 There's a lot of politicians
00:27:17.040 that should be getting coal
00:27:18.380 in their stockings
00:27:19.200 for Christmas,
00:27:19.720 but Birch Gold
00:27:20.720 thinks as a smart planner,
00:27:23.820 you deserve silver.

00:27:40.260 an ounce.
00:27:41.760 You see,
00:27:42.880 smart people

00:27:46.280 I encourage you

00:27:52.940 And what happens
00:27:53.660 if the AI bubble
00:27:54.620 bursts?
00:27:55.900 Diversify.
00:27:56.980 Let Birch Gold

00:28:03.120 IRA
00:28:03.920 in physical gold.
00:28:05.520 Let me repeat that.

00:30:21.840 When the national conversation
00:30:23.520 around abolishing
00:30:24.400 the income tax system,
00:30:25.580 the IRS is fighting back
00:30:27.140 and proving it's here to stay
00:30:29.220 by becoming more aggressive
00:30:30.740 than ever before.
00:30:32.320 They're sending out
00:30:33.000 more collection notices,
00:30:34.460 filing more tax liens,
00:30:35.820 and collecting billions more
00:30:37.700 than in recent years.
00:30:39.060 If you owe,
00:30:40.480 the IRS can garnish
00:30:41.580 your wages,

00:30:46.260 If you owe
00:30:47.080 or haven't filed,
00:30:48.100 it's not a question

00:32:22.020 so goes the nation
00:32:23.200 as the nation goes
00:32:24.600 so goes the world.
00:32:25.820 Are you prepared
00:32:27.180 to fight for this state?
00:32:28.840 Are you prepared
00:32:29.760 to fight for your country?
00:32:35.400 Okay, welcome back.
00:32:36.440 Thank you.
00:32:36.760 Frank Gaffney.
00:32:39.680 That's kind of
00:32:40.600 what we hoped for
00:32:41.520 when we launched this.
00:32:42.980 Was it not, sir?
00:32:45.060 No, it's way beyond
00:32:46.580 what I'd hoped for.
00:32:47.540 It's what we need
00:32:48.520 more to the point, Steve.
00:32:49.920 And, you know,
00:32:50.820 to Byron Henry,
00:32:51.560 look,
00:32:52.660 he's on ground zero.
00:32:55.940 Collin County
00:32:56.480 is where this fight
00:32:57.540 is being waged
00:32:58.540 most obviously.
00:33:00.480 The problem is
00:33:01.840 it's not the only place
00:33:02.940 in Texas.
00:33:03.620 We're seeing it
00:33:04.600 throughout the state
00:33:05.620 and in varying degrees.
00:33:07.260 It's manifesting
00:33:08.660 increasingly
00:33:09.860 the aggressiveness
00:33:11.860 that these
00:33:12.760 Sharia supremacists
00:33:14.100 have
00:33:14.620 because they think
00:33:16.720 they're winning.
00:33:17.240 And that's what
00:33:18.740 makes this fight,
00:33:20.500 this campaign
00:33:21.580 for the state
00:33:23.280 of Texas.
00:33:23.840 We call it
00:33:24.300 the Save Texas,
00:33:26.020 Save America
00:33:26.800 campaign.
00:33:28.240 And it's moving
00:33:29.860 in warp speed
00:33:32.160 now
00:33:32.540 to become,
00:33:34.240 I believe,
00:33:35.780 the defining issue
00:33:37.020 certainly
00:33:37.840 in this primary
00:33:39.040 exercise.
00:33:40.080 And we're going
00:33:40.760 to see people
00:33:41.360 up and down
00:33:41.960 the ballot
00:33:42.400 having to take
00:33:43.320 positions.
00:33:43.940 And that's ultimately
00:33:44.740 what we want to see
00:33:45.700 happening across the country,
00:33:46.980 Steve.
00:33:47.280 Every single
00:33:48.260 candidate
00:33:49.360 at every
00:33:50.760 level of government
00:33:52.480 ought to be
00:33:53.460 put on the spot.
00:33:55.040 Where are you
00:33:55.880 on transforming
00:33:57.980 the United States
00:33:58.940 beyond recognition?
00:34:00.980 Essentially
00:34:01.340 ending our
00:34:02.500 constitutional republic
00:34:04.680 in favor of this
00:34:06.480 totalitarian
00:34:08.160 ideology
00:34:09.880 called Sharia.
00:34:11.620 And if they don't
00:34:12.720 measure up,
00:34:13.860 they don't get the job.
00:34:15.200 It should be
00:34:15.760 pretty much
00:34:16.240 that simple.
00:34:16.840 Could I just make
00:34:17.400 one other point,
00:34:18.080 Steve?
00:34:18.320 Because one of the
00:34:19.580 other things
00:34:20.000 that's going on
00:34:20.620 in Texas
00:34:21.060 and mentioned
00:34:21.560 was made of it
00:34:22.300 by Byron.
00:34:24.620 CARE.
00:34:25.360 The governor
00:34:26.420 of the state
00:34:27.180 of Texas
00:34:27.640 took point
00:34:28.600 to his great credit
00:34:29.680 and designated
00:34:31.480 CARE,
00:34:32.180 not just the Muslim
00:34:32.940 Brotherhood,
00:34:33.460 of which it's
00:34:34.060 an important part,
00:34:35.680 but the Council
00:34:36.420 on American-Islamic
00:34:37.420 Relations
00:34:37.780 as a terrorist
00:34:39.420 organization
00:34:40.220 and a transnational
00:34:41.680 criminal one as well.
00:34:43.120 The question
00:34:43.880 occurs.
00:34:45.440 So how is it
00:34:46.500 that operatives
00:34:47.400 of CARE
00:34:48.520 are turning up
00:34:50.320 at Austin's
00:34:52.580 City Hall,
00:34:53.860 at Houston's
00:34:54.920 City Hall,
00:34:55.920 raising flags
00:34:56.840 in Houston
00:34:57.420 to the Islamic
00:34:58.800 culture,
00:34:59.980 and they're doing
00:35:01.820 it with complete
00:35:02.640 impunity,
00:35:03.200 and they're
00:35:03.760 designating
00:35:04.520 some month
00:35:06.480 the Muslim
00:35:07.540 American Heritage
00:35:08.780 Month,
00:35:09.200 and at the
00:35:09.880 same time
00:35:10.540 in Florida
00:35:11.680 where Governor
00:35:13.080 DeSantis also,
00:35:14.260 to his great
00:35:14.880 credit,
00:35:15.740 designated CARE
00:35:17.040 and the Muslim
00:35:18.320 Brotherhood as
00:35:18.900 terrorist organizations.
00:35:20.740 They're over there
00:35:22.220 talking about
00:35:22.880 creating advocacy
00:35:25.440 hubs at every level
00:35:27.040 to try to
00:35:28.100 inexorably
00:35:28.860 oil the
00:35:30.080 proverbial fraud.
00:35:31.120 You can't let
00:35:31.760 this happen.
00:35:32.780 Enforcing these
00:35:33.520 designations is vital
00:35:34.660 work right now.
00:35:35.500 They think
00:35:37.700 they got money.
00:35:38.320 I want to give
00:35:39.000 a head tip to
00:35:39.660 the great Amy
00:35:40.300 Mack.
00:35:41.320 We didn't have
00:35:41.840 her.
00:35:42.080 She's doing
00:35:42.320 just yeoman's
00:35:43.400 work of putting
00:35:43.940 this all over
00:35:44.740 the weekend.
00:35:45.960 The CARE went
00:35:46.500 right to Austin.
00:35:47.360 The guy in Austin
00:35:48.020 said, oh, no,
00:35:48.640 we're CARE City
00:35:49.400 and all that.
00:35:50.060 Well, this is
00:35:51.040 they're not going
00:35:51.740 to roll over.
00:35:52.940 They got a lot
00:35:53.720 of money, and
00:35:54.400 they got a lot
00:35:54.820 of sophisticated
00:35:55.300 people back of
00:35:56.280 them, and they
00:35:56.800 see Texas right
00:35:58.280 there as ripe
00:35:59.340 because they got
00:36:00.280 business interests
00:36:01.100 and real estate
00:36:01.720 interests and other
00:36:02.380 people who I
00:36:03.780 refer to as
00:36:04.440 collaborationists.
00:36:06.140 That are
00:36:06.360 working with
00:36:06.840 them.
00:36:07.360 Hang on one
00:36:07.680 second because
00:36:08.080 I want to go.
00:36:08.540 This thing's
00:36:08.880 spreading throughout
00:36:09.320 the country and
00:36:09.980 inspired by
00:36:10.700 Texas.
00:36:11.200 Jeff Davis is
00:36:12.640 the county chair
00:36:13.280 of Greenville
00:36:14.200 County in
00:36:15.700 South Carolina.
00:36:17.160 You're the jewel
00:36:18.340 in the crown of
00:36:19.140 South Carolina and
00:36:19.960 particularly MAGA,
00:36:21.040 are you not,
00:36:21.740 sir?
00:36:22.840 Yes, sir.
00:36:23.800 Steve, as you
00:36:24.500 know, as you
00:36:24.840 came and spoke at
00:36:25.500 our convention
00:36:26.300 back last April,
00:36:27.420 we are the crown
00:36:28.340 jewel of South
00:36:28.960 Carolina.
00:36:29.400 We are about
00:36:29.800 12 to 15% of
00:36:31.460 the population,
00:36:32.680 a higher percentage
00:36:33.480 of the Republicans
00:36:34.520 because we're
00:36:35.100 more conservative
00:36:35.680 up here in the
00:36:36.420 Bible Belt in the
00:36:37.600 upstate of South
00:36:38.380 Carolina.
00:36:39.160 But the influx of
00:36:40.800 refugees, the
00:36:42.080 influx of migration
00:36:43.300 into South Carolina,
00:36:44.160 we're seeing conservative
00:36:45.860 refugees come from
00:36:46.980 California, New York,
00:36:48.660 New Jersey, places
00:36:49.760 like that, what you saw
00:36:50.880 in Texas years ago.
00:36:52.000 So I'm sitting here
00:36:52.880 listening to Byron
00:36:54.100 Henry, my
00:36:55.380 counterpart there in
00:36:56.700 Collin County, Texas.
00:36:59.160 He's having problems
00:37:00.160 that we're going to
00:37:01.140 see several years in
00:37:02.820 the future here in
00:37:03.740 South Carolina.
00:37:04.320 We just got
00:37:05.080 confirmation this past
00:37:06.520 week from the RNC
00:37:07.640 winter meeting out in
00:37:08.940 California that South
00:37:10.620 Carolina is going to
00:37:11.300 continue to be first in
00:37:12.720 the South for the
00:37:14.140 presidential preference
00:37:14.920 primary.
00:37:15.480 We picked Republican
00:37:16.560 presidents here in
00:37:17.920 South Carolina, and when
00:37:19.500 they catch clue to
00:37:20.500 that, Texas is the
00:37:21.800 crown jewel of the
00:37:22.800 Republican Party for
00:37:23.680 the country.
00:37:25.040 But when they figure
00:37:25.700 out that they can come
00:37:26.620 to South Carolina, build
00:37:28.020 an influx here, we've
00:37:29.620 got to head that off in
00:37:30.700 advance, and that's
00:37:31.520 why we're particularly
00:37:32.680 interested in what
00:37:33.520 you're doing with
00:37:34.020 War Room, Texas.
00:37:34.960 We want to be able to
00:37:35.900 support that.
00:37:36.580 We want to be able to
00:37:37.200 learn from that, and I
00:37:38.400 think that's why you're
00:37:38.980 finding a lot of success
00:37:39.900 there.
00:37:40.220 But this is what's going
00:37:41.560 to be coming, and we've
00:37:42.660 seen it, the influx into
00:37:43.800 California with the, I
00:37:45.320 mean, I'm sorry, into
00:37:45.860 Texas with the liberals,
00:37:46.900 and we're now going to
00:37:47.720 see the influx of the
00:37:49.420 Islamic faith there, and
00:37:50.920 I think it's going to
00:37:51.540 happen here in South
00:37:52.220 Carolina, so that's what
00:37:53.100 we're trying to fight.
00:37:54.300 And what you and I
00:37:54.900 have talked about a
00:37:55.720 little bit, or at
00:37:56.220 least conversed a
00:37:57.000 little bit, and I've
00:37:57.520 seen on War Room, Texas,
00:37:59.140 and our counterparts on
00:38:00.420 the school choice fight
00:38:01.440 out there in Texas have
00:38:02.680 been focusing on the
00:38:03.900 funding side of it.
00:38:04.980 What they're seeing up
00:38:06.600 in Minnesota is the
00:38:07.620 funding of that type of
00:38:08.780 infiltration is being
00:38:10.300 done through daycares or
00:38:11.380 learning centers, or
00:38:12.240 leering centers, but
00:38:13.820 what we're seeing is the
00:38:15.520 funding side of it will
00:38:16.740 be through government-run
00:38:19.080 school choice programs,
00:38:20.480 and I think Texas just
00:38:21.440 passed a billion-dollar
00:38:22.320 program out there.
00:38:23.660 They've got, I think you
00:38:26.080 commented, or you had
00:38:27.200 some people on last
00:38:27.960 week about it talking,
00:38:29.180 you know, the number of
00:38:30.320 new Islamic schools that
00:38:32.120 are automatically funded by
00:38:34.060 the school choice
00:38:34.680 program.
00:38:35.040 It's an easy way for
00:38:36.120 them to just step in
00:38:37.080 there and get funding for
00:38:38.680 that, and that's what our
00:38:39.900 real concern is and what
00:38:40.940 we're trying to fight.
00:38:43.480 You've teed up my next
00:38:44.520 guess, and we're going to
00:38:45.060 talk about a guy that
00:38:45.940 got in back of what these
00:38:46.820 schools are really like,
00:38:48.060 Mark Hall, the filmmaker.
00:38:49.040 But real quickly,
00:38:49.820 throughout the country I
00:38:50.560 go, and folks, look, you
00:38:53.360 guys are MAGA through and
00:38:54.520 through.
00:38:54.720 You've had great support
00:38:55.620 of the president.
00:38:56.380 What people can't figure
00:38:57.660 out is, and you've seen
00:38:58.700 the situation in Minnesota
00:38:59.800 and he's got a lot of
00:39:01.180 rhinos talking to him in
00:39:02.640 his ear about de-escalate
00:39:04.040 and back down, et cetera.
00:39:06.580 Lindsey Graham, why is it,
00:39:08.380 just give me a minute,
00:39:09.120 why is, in a state like
00:39:10.820 South Carolina, there's so
00:39:12.000 many patriots, first in the
00:39:14.060 country for picking
00:39:14.820 presidents, you know,
00:39:16.880 hardcore MAGA, everybody
00:39:18.920 I know down there.
00:39:19.660 How do we have a situation
00:39:21.240 where he's essentially
00:39:22.040 running unopposed?
00:39:25.180 Here in South Carolina,
00:39:26.560 Steve, what we have, we
00:39:27.540 don't, we do not even have
00:39:28.560 registration by party.
00:39:29.940 We have open primaries.
00:39:31.320 So the, there is an
00:39:33.000 ability to infiltrate the
00:39:34.580 Republican primaries by
00:39:35.920 Democrats and pick the
00:39:38.180 weakest Republican in our
00:39:39.840 primaries.
00:39:40.260 That, that is our number
00:39:41.100 one problem.
00:39:41.820 We had a, we've got a big
00:39:42.940 fight going on down here
00:39:44.080 in the state of South
00:39:44.700 Carolina over that right
00:39:45.560 now, but it's been an
00:39:46.780 issue for 15 or 20 years.
00:39:48.020 The establishment wants
00:39:49.620 to continue the status
00:39:50.780 quo, and that includes
00:39:52.100 Lindsey Graham, of having
00:39:53.460 open primaries.
00:39:54.320 I will tell you, and one
00:39:55.500 of the things we fight,
00:39:56.200 we are, we, we consider
00:39:57.140 ourselves the MAGA
00:39:58.040 America first insurgency
00:39:59.700 here in, in, in South
00:40:02.080 Carolina, and what we've
00:40:03.320 been fighting is to get
00:40:04.180 those closed primaries
00:40:04.960 because until we get
00:40:05.900 closed primaries, until we
00:40:06.980 get full control of the,
00:40:08.160 the state party and through
00:40:09.580 the precinct strategy that
00:40:12.000 our friends are pushing
00:40:13.080 that nationwide, until we
00:40:14.760 get control of that part
00:40:16.180 of the party, we're, we're
00:40:17.500 going to continue to have
00:40:18.280 open primaries and, and,
00:40:19.480 and our, our apologies
00:40:20.640 for, for the, some of the
00:40:22.100 things Lindsey Graham is
00:40:23.000 doing, but, you know, to
00:40:25.500 the country nationally,
00:40:26.260 but, but that's, that's
00:40:27.560 what we've got to fix.
00:40:28.380 And that's what we're
00:40:29.160 trying to work on.
00:40:29.900 We're pick and shovel
00:40:30.520 people like yourself.
00:40:31.420 We're, we're, we're,
00:40:32.760 we're the guys trying to
00:40:33.720 do the grass work,
00:40:34.820 grassroots work and get
00:40:35.940 that, that accomplished.
00:40:37.020 But until we get closed
00:40:37.900 primaries, that's, that's,
00:40:39.220 that explains Lindsey
00:40:40.000 Graham.
00:40:40.300 I will tell you the
00:40:41.080 citizenry, the, the
00:40:42.120 taxpayers here in the state
00:40:43.120 of South Carolina are good,
00:40:44.440 hardworking, Christian,
00:40:45.900 conservative, uh,
00:40:47.240 Republicans, uh, but, but
00:40:49.000 our leadership is not.
00:40:52.180 Uh, Jeff, where do people
00:40:53.400 get you?
00:40:53.820 What are your coordinates?
00:40:54.620 They want to keep up with
00:40:55.340 you with another
00:40:56.160 Bellwether County that
00:40:57.680 drives the mega movement.
00:40:58.620 So where, where do they
00:40:59.380 go for your County and for
00:41:00.600 you personally?
00:41:01.980 Um, they can go to
00:41:02.920 greenville, gop.com.
00:41:05.220 That's greenville, gop.com.
00:41:07.440 We also have a 501 C3
00:41:09.320 nonprofit and a C4 called
00:41:11.040 my scgop.news, my scgop.news.
00:41:16.100 And then, uh, you can find
00:41:17.360 me personally at Jeff
00:41:18.400 Davis, uh, truth, Jeff
00:41:20.160 Davis, truth on all the
00:41:22.780 different social media.
00:41:23.320 Jeff, thank you so much
00:41:24.080 for coming on.
00:41:25.300 Thanks, sir.
00:41:25.900 Appreciate everything you
00:41:26.700 do.
00:41:27.180 Jeff Davis.
00:41:28.700 Thank you.
00:41:30.080 Jeff teed us up perfectly.
00:41:31.700 Mark Hall is a filmmaker.
00:41:33.080 Mark, this film is
00:41:35.060 absolutely brilliant.
00:41:36.360 Uh, we're actually going to,
00:41:37.600 uh, my producing partner
00:41:39.000 is going to be on in a
00:41:39.780 minute.
00:41:40.000 Talk about how people can
00:41:40.940 see it up on world of
00:41:42.420 films.
00:41:43.040 Talk to me about the,
00:41:44.880 how did you get inspired
00:41:46.180 to make really, and I
00:41:47.400 think people don't
00:41:48.220 understand about the
00:41:49.400 Muslim infiltration into
00:41:51.220 this school choice and
00:41:52.780 what they do in these
00:41:53.480 schools until they see
00:41:54.460 your film, which is
00:41:55.280 jaw dropping.
00:41:56.380 Uh, it's, uh, talk to
00:41:58.020 me about the film.
00:41:59.800 Yeah.
00:42:00.280 Hi, Steve.
00:42:00.960 Um, I got exposed to the
00:42:03.340 Gula movement about 20
00:42:04.300 years ago when they first
00:42:05.360 arrived in Austin and
00:42:06.580 they started buying
00:42:07.460 influence of, uh, our, uh,
00:42:10.280 mayor and other people
00:42:11.320 in, in city hall.
00:42:12.620 Um, I thought it was a
00:42:14.540 really interesting group.
00:42:15.520 They'd come up from
00:42:16.160 Houston.
00:42:17.100 They talked about
00:42:18.460 interfaith dialogue.
00:42:19.640 They didn't have any
00:42:20.540 connections really to
00:42:21.480 Austin.
00:42:21.960 It was a really strange
00:42:22.780 group of Turkish men
00:42:23.920 seemed very well funded.
00:42:25.720 And they started taking,
00:42:26.800 uh, members of our
00:42:28.520 community, very influential
00:42:30.000 people in Austin,
00:42:31.120 including the mayor on
00:42:32.660 pay trips to Turkey and
00:42:35.060 kind of showing them a
00:42:35.920 parallel world of what
00:42:37.660 Turkey was all about.
00:42:38.640 And, uh, thought I'd make
00:42:40.320 a short film about how
00:42:41.700 infiltration had happened
00:42:42.920 with this group, but I
00:42:44.400 later learned that they
00:42:45.260 had started operating,
00:42:46.680 um, taxpayer funded
00:42:48.360 charter schools here in
00:42:49.480 Texas.
00:42:50.380 And that opened up this
00:42:51.500 film to five years of
00:42:53.220 shooting and research.
00:42:54.280 And, um, I, it was a
00:42:56.260 wild ride.
00:43:00.080 Um, it's killing it as a
00:43:01.560 name of the film.
00:43:02.240 It's got some absolutely
00:43:03.540 jaw-dropping moments to
00:43:05.200 it.
00:43:05.460 How did you put together
00:43:06.660 tell people the process
00:43:07.820 and what is, what is the
00:43:08.980 takeaway that you took as a
00:43:10.500 filmmaker, uh, working on
00:43:12.360 this for years?
00:43:14.520 Uh, it was alarming to me
00:43:17.160 as somebody that's not
00:43:18.740 very political.
00:43:19.640 I'm, I'm, I'm just a guy
00:43:20.780 that likes to make films,
00:43:21.820 documentaries.
00:43:23.160 And, uh, we got in some
00:43:24.560 very unusual circumstances,
00:43:26.280 met people that, um, for
00:43:28.820 the first time talked on,
00:43:30.880 on film about their
00:43:32.180 experiences being a member
00:43:33.400 of this group, which is a,
00:43:35.360 turns out to be an Islamist
00:43:36.760 cult.
00:43:37.120 Uh, the Turkish government
00:43:39.200 has banned them from
00:43:40.180 Turkey and, um, they were
00:43:43.000 operating charter schools,
00:43:44.660 receiving tens of millions
00:43:46.560 of dollars of our tax funds
00:43:48.920 here in Texas to operate
00:43:50.380 schools.
00:43:50.820 They, they started in 2000
00:43:53.100 operating the first school
00:43:54.800 in Houston.
00:43:55.760 And now, um, according to
00:43:58.140 my, uh, my research, they're
00:44:00.800 operating a little over 80
00:44:02.400 schools.
00:44:02.900 It could be as many as 84
00:44:04.040 charter schools in Texas.
00:44:05.300 Now they've announced that
00:44:06.760 they'll open another seven
00:44:07.980 schools in the next 12
00:44:09.640 months.
00:44:10.760 Um, most of the teachers in
00:44:13.240 the first 10 or 15 years
00:44:15.000 were Turkish nationals that
00:44:17.440 were members of this cult
00:44:18.800 group, this Islamist group.
00:44:20.520 Uh, they came over on H1B
00:44:22.340 visas.
00:44:23.320 A lot of times those visas
00:44:24.940 were not for teaching
00:44:26.160 positions.
00:44:26.700 They were for PE coaches or
00:44:29.540 for English teachers.
00:44:31.440 Amazingly when these people,
00:44:32.820 uh, came over, they weren't
00:44:34.720 native English speakers.
00:44:36.380 There was just a lot of
00:44:37.160 oddities that went on.
00:44:38.660 We later found out that
00:44:39.720 there had been 6,504 H1B
00:44:43.540 applications between, um,
00:44:45.800 2001 and 2016 filed by this
00:44:49.420 group of, um, Islamist,
00:44:51.900 um, people, the, what are
00:44:54.360 called the Gulen movement.
00:44:56.260 Um, it's continued to grow.
00:44:59.640 We've brought the film out, uh,
00:45:02.360 a number of years ago and
00:45:04.120 showed it around the country.
00:45:05.160 And of course, here in
00:45:05.960 Texas, we brought it to the
00:45:07.780 attention of our legislators
00:45:09.360 and, uh, Lieutenant Governor
00:45:11.580 Dan Patrick, who appears in
00:45:13.180 the film.
00:45:14.200 Um, and nothing has done,
00:45:17.060 nothing has happened.
00:45:18.100 Nothing has changed.
00:45:19.360 Uh, and this has gone on for
00:45:20.920 well over a decade now here in
00:45:22.820 Texas.
00:45:25.060 Well, it has changed in that
00:45:26.960 they're, they're 10 X the
00:45:28.600 size.
00:45:29.020 This is why we put the films
00:45:30.440 a few years old, but we're
00:45:31.880 putting it up because it
00:45:32.680 looks, it feels like it was
00:45:34.380 made yesterday.
00:45:35.140 The big difference is that
00:45:37.140 this is metastasized and these
00:45:38.980 are Islamic schools.
00:45:39.900 And now it looks like with
00:45:41.020 this new school choice in the
00:45:42.880 voucher program, they could
00:45:44.480 turbocharge the funding of
00:45:45.940 really hardcore Islamic
00:45:47.200 schools.
00:45:47.620 You call it an Islamic cult.
00:45:49.580 What do you mean by that?
00:45:50.780 Why is it a cult inside?
00:45:52.660 Is it a cult inside Islam?
00:45:54.340 Cause people would say Islam,
00:45:55.660 Islam itself is a cult.
00:45:56.960 I think it's considered to be
00:45:59.760 a cult within Islam.
00:46:02.320 The Muslims that I've talked
00:46:03.400 to, they're very familiar
00:46:04.180 with the Gulen movement,
00:46:05.840 uh, consider them to be an
00:46:07.060 apart, apart away from
00:46:08.960 Islam.
00:46:09.940 They're Sunni Muslims, but
00:46:11.880 they have really worshipped
00:46:13.580 one man.
00:46:14.240 And that was Fethullah
00:46:15.060 Gulen, who was their imam.
00:46:17.040 Uh, he passed away about a
00:46:18.560 year ago, but he was
00:46:20.380 enormously influenced, uh,
00:46:22.200 influential in Turkey.
00:46:23.320 Uh, he had, uh, millions of
00:46:25.820 followers and as a result of
00:46:28.260 people following his message,
00:46:29.620 he had been, um, accused by
00:46:32.180 the Turkish government on two
00:46:33.380 occasions of trying to
00:46:34.780 overthrow the existing
00:46:36.400 Turkish state to, um, put in
00:46:39.060 power, uh, a Sharia law
00:46:40.940 Islamic state.
00:46:42.240 Um, it's one of the reasons I
00:46:44.180 think we need to take action on
00:46:45.800 this group and not consider them
00:46:48.080 to be, um, friendly to the
00:46:50.660 constitution or to, uh, our way
00:46:52.720 of life here.
00:46:55.340 How did Lieutenant Governor,
00:46:56.760 he's in the film, but how
00:46:57.760 he's been a big promoter of the
00:47:00.180 Harmony schools, uh, and, and,
00:47:01.860 and they present it the way it's
00:47:03.820 presented.
00:47:04.220 We look at it like has no
00:47:05.800 affiliation with Islam at all.
00:47:08.300 I mean, they're, they're
00:47:09.700 seriously misleading people.
00:47:11.340 How did the Lieutenant Governor
00:47:12.640 get so kind of hooked up with
00:47:13.960 these folks?
00:47:15.600 Well, Steve, I think the charter
00:47:17.720 school movement and choice is, is
00:47:19.760 a real high dollar movement.
00:47:21.020 There's a lot of money involved
00:47:22.260 in this.
00:47:23.140 Uh, the state of Texas has an
00:47:24.480 education budget of $134 billion
00:47:27.160 this year and charter schools in
00:47:30.020 Texas, uh, if you operate a
00:47:32.220 charter school here, um, you get a
00:47:34.580 basic allotment of $6,500 per
00:47:37.440 pupil at your charter school.
00:47:39.060 And then you get another around
00:47:40.540 $5,000 for, uh, facilities.
00:47:42.820 So you're getting around $11,000,
00:47:44.640 $11,000 for each student that you
00:47:48.320 bring in to your charter schools.
00:47:50.720 Uh, the Gulen movement now in
00:47:52.640 Texas operates, uh, what I think
00:47:55.260 is about 81 charter schools could
00:47:57.400 be as high as 83 by the end of
00:47:59.300 the year.
00:48:00.280 Um, so they're teaching, they're
00:48:02.800 operating at a very high level and
00:48:04.500 teaching upwards of 50,000 students
00:48:06.920 here in Texas.
00:48:07.540 Now, Lieutenant Governor Dan
00:48:09.360 Patrick, um, who appears in my
00:48:12.960 film and he wasn't very happy with
00:48:14.680 the results of his interview.
00:48:15.900 I can tell you that, um, we asked
00:48:19.500 him if he knew what the largest
00:48:20.780 charter school chain was at the
00:48:22.240 time.
00:48:22.560 And, you know, he kind of
00:48:23.840 assimilated in my opinion and said
00:48:25.500 it was another group.
00:48:26.880 I think the money Steve is so big
00:48:29.360 that choice kind of dominates any
00:48:32.220 sort of political discussion, even
00:48:34.660 if it is shielding, uh, an Islamist
00:48:37.880 group operating schools and educating
00:48:39.840 50,000 kids here.
00:48:41.140 Um, there's all kinds of other
00:48:43.800 problems related to this group that
00:48:45.560 feed off of the charter school
00:48:47.200 network that they operate in Texas.
00:48:49.260 They operate construction companies
00:48:50.940 that build the schools, they operate
00:48:52.580 catering companies, they operate,
00:48:54.860 um, uniforms and furniture supply
00:48:57.720 companies, and they have a curriculum
00:48:59.480 company out in California that
00:49:01.800 provides their, um, books and so
00:49:04.220 forth, not only to, uh, schools in
00:49:07.100 Texas, but this Gulen movement
00:49:09.320 operates charter schools in 26
00:49:11.100 states outside of Texas.
00:49:13.260 It just happens to be that the
00:49:14.820 largest concentration of their
00:49:17.040 schools, uh, taxpayer funded
00:49:18.800 schools are here in the state of
00:49:20.560 Texas.
00:49:21.200 I don't have a real good
00:49:22.520 explanation of why Lieutenant
00:49:24.540 Governor, uh, Patrick has not,
00:49:26.880 um, acted on this.
00:49:28.820 I think it's, uh, it's a good time
00:49:30.860 for us to, to ask him that.
00:49:33.380 Um, I, uh, I wish he would do
00:49:35.800 something about it because it is
00:49:37.120 affecting, I think, um, our state.
00:49:39.780 It's a very corrosive group and I
00:49:41.520 don't think they belong here and
00:49:42.560 they shouldn't be receiving any
00:49:43.680 sort of tax funding at all here.
00:49:47.260 Uh, Mark, hang on one second.
00:49:49.000 Dan Fluitt, uh, who runs a
00:49:51.140 war room film stand, how can people
00:49:52.740 get to see this?
00:49:53.560 We've now booted it up on the
00:49:55.180 system.
00:49:55.560 Where do they go?
00:49:57.380 Yep.
00:49:57.840 So, uh, it's up on a war room
00:50:00.120 films.
00:50:00.800 It's so it's a war room dot film is
00:50:02.960 the easiest way to see it.
00:50:04.660 So you just go there, put in
00:50:06.260 your, uh, email address and put
00:50:08.460 in, um, your name and you'll be
00:50:10.940 taken right there.
00:50:11.780 You can watch it for free.
00:50:13.000 Like a lot of the content that
00:50:14.800 we have, we try to, we try to
00:50:16.120 make it as accessible as possible
00:50:18.220 to people.
00:50:19.680 Um, and just very simply war room
00:50:21.900 dot film.
00:50:25.920 Uh, I will tell you, your head
00:50:27.560 will blow up when you see this
00:50:28.520 Mark, you're an extraordinary
00:50:29.360 filmmaker where they go.
00:50:30.740 Mark for your company, for your
00:50:32.520 other films, uh, what's your
00:50:33.860 social media?
00:50:35.240 My social media is at Mark
00:50:36.980 Hall film, and we have a, an
00:50:39.400 X account for killing ed at
00:50:42.060 killing ed film.
00:50:43.100 There's a lot of information
00:50:44.040 there that I think people not
00:50:45.700 only in Texas, but around the
00:50:47.060 country can find, uh, informative
00:50:49.280 there.
00:50:49.760 Yeah.
00:50:51.600 Well, here's what we're doing.
00:50:52.700 We're going to have people, we're
00:50:53.680 going to push it out for a couple
00:50:54.600 of days, let people say, I want
00:50:55.700 to get some of the audience to
00:50:56.740 see this.
00:50:57.120 Then we're going to have you back
00:50:57.940 down, back on it.
00:50:59.020 We're going to break down scenes
00:51:00.560 from it.
00:51:00.920 Cause you've nailed this and you
00:51:02.800 nailed it a couple of years
00:51:03.720 ago.
00:51:03.960 It was a warning to people and
00:51:05.060 that warning was not taken.
00:51:06.200 And now here we are where this
00:51:08.960 thing's got to be addressed.
00:51:09.920 You can't look the other way
00:51:10.800 anymore.
00:51:11.680 Mark Hall.
00:51:12.400 Fantastic.
00:51:12.900 Dan Fluitt.
00:51:13.660 Great.
00:51:14.180 Uh, Frank Gaffney, you got 90
00:51:16.580 seconds.
00:51:17.260 Uh, the Gulen, we, we dealt with
00:51:19.680 this years ago, but it always
00:51:20.980 comes back up.
00:51:21.700 Does it not, sir?
00:51:23.300 It does indeed.
00:51:24.220 And Steve, this is personal.
00:51:25.720 I was involved in a fight in our
00:51:28.060 own Loudoun County, Virginia
00:51:30.100 program against a Gulen school that
00:51:31.840 they were trying to bring in
00:51:32.900 there.
00:51:33.160 And we went through all of the
00:51:34.860 various factual points that, uh,
00:51:39.960 Marcus just made so well.
00:51:41.340 And his film is absolutely
00:51:43.380 required viewing for everybody who's
00:51:45.540 in this fight.
00:51:46.280 And believe me, the power that is
00:51:50.060 being exercised is not just over
00:51:52.620 politicians, it's over students as
00:51:56.040 well.
00:51:56.720 And, you know, they're, they're
00:51:57.840 sort of shrewd by making it about
00:52:00.200 Turkish supremacism rather than
00:52:02.140 Sharia supremacism, but it's the
00:52:03.820 same thing.
00:52:04.420 And it is a cult and it is a threat.
00:52:06.580 Yeah.
00:52:06.920 Make no mistake about it.
00:52:08.460 Where do they go?
00:52:09.760 Where do they get all the
00:52:10.520 information?
00:52:10.840 I have people watch this.
00:52:11.820 We're going to bring you back with
00:52:12.580 Mark and break it down.
00:52:13.560 Where do people go, Frank?
00:52:14.620 Social media to get you.
00:52:16.280 Well, one of the things we've got
00:52:18.280 launched now is bansharia.com.
00:52:21.020 We're still building it out, but
00:52:22.200 it's a great resource.
00:52:23.520 In fact, ample information about
00:52:25.800 Sharia, the threat to America,
00:52:27.760 which I commend to you as well.
00:52:29.600 Um, I met Frank Gaffney on Twitter.
00:52:32.100 I'm, uh, the host of Securing
00:52:33.940 America, as you know, Steve, on
00:52:35.820 this wonderful station, um, Real
00:52:38.080 America's Voice.
00:52:39.340 Also, uh, follow us there at
00:52:41.960 securingamerica.substack.com.
00:52:45.100 God bless you, Steve.
00:52:45.820 This is vital work.
00:52:47.120 You're doing an amazing job of it.
00:52:49.020 Love you, brother.
00:52:49.780 Fantastic.
00:52:51.160 Great show.
00:52:51.980 Thank you for joining us.
00:52:53.400 Wow.
00:52:54.880 War Room, Texas.
00:52:56.280 Leave you with the searchers,
00:52:57.720 and we'll see you tomorrow morning
00:52:59.160 at 10 a.m.
00:52:59.700 Eastern Standard Time.
00:53:00.600 We'll be back in the world.
00:53:01.460 If you could make one holiday wish,
00:53:26.560 would you wish to be free from your
00:53:28.280 credit card and other debt?
00:53:30.460 Let's see if we can help you with that.
00:53:33.000 If we could give yourself one gift
00:53:35.120 this holiday season, would it be
00:53:37.040 finally to get some relief from your
00:53:38.480 credit card and other debt?
00:53:39.980 I might have a solution.
00:53:42.320 Here's why now's the time to make a move.
00:53:45.120 This time of year, credit card and
00:53:46.740 loan companies close out their books.
00:53:48.800 They clean up past due accounts.
00:53:51.220 They sell a write-off to debt to clear
00:53:53.840 their books.
00:53:55.340 That means if you have credit card debt
00:53:57.060 and unpaid bills, lenders may be more
00:53:59.600 open to negotiating and settling your
00:54:01.480 account before you're in.
00:54:03.740 That means right now, and I mean right
00:54:05.720 now, you may actually have leverage.
00:54:09.600 And Done With Debt knows how to use this
00:54:11.940 to your advantage.
00:54:13.280 They monitor lender trends and understand
00:54:15.340 the year-end pressure on creditors.
00:54:17.840 They use that timing to negotiate hard on
00:54:20.640 your behalf.
00:54:22.280 Now's the time to get out from under
00:54:23.940 crushing debt and interest payments
00:54:25.520 without bankruptcy or taking on new
00:54:29.180 loans.
00:54:29.800 Done With Debt goes to work for you
00:54:32.120 month one with one clear goal, to
00:54:35.100 reduce your total debt and leave you
00:54:37.320 with more money every month.
00:54:39.620 Get started now because your leverage
00:54:42.620 may disappear at the end of the year.
