Bannon's War Room - WarRoom Battleground EP 959： Lead Up To The Texas Primaries

00:00:00.000 Islamic jihadis are plotting against you. 0.97

00:00:21.240 Why in the hell do you think they're in Houston and in north of Dallas? 0.99

00:00:24.020 They are working together to overthrow western civilization.

00:00:28.240 Sharia compounds, which are areas governed by religious rules.

00:00:32.300 We know who you are, we know what you are, and we know what you're trying to accomplish,

00:00:37.620 and it is not going to happen in the jewel of the crown of the union of this republic.

00:00:43.160 We purge any attempt to impose Sharia law in Texas.

00:00:46.520 They are not coming. They are already here.

00:00:49.340 You are not here properly, and you're going to leave.

00:00:53.200 On the 3rd of March, Sharia law goes on the ballot in the state of Texas.

00:01:00.520 The United States Constitution and Sharia are fundamentally at odds with one another. 0.99

00:01:04.900 I'm out there every time.

00:01:06.760 We're going to tell them, take your Sharia law and shove it. 1.00

00:01:10.060 Islam will never dominate the United States, and by the grace of God, it will not dominate Texas. 1.00

00:01:16.600 As Texas goes, so goes the nation. As the nation goes, so goes the world.

00:01:22.880 Are you prepared to fight for this state? Are you prepared to fight for your country?

00:01:30.220 War Room Texas, where your host, Stephen K. Bannon, starts right now.

00:01:35.980 Okay, I want to thank everybody that's been a participant in the show and supported us.

00:01:41.320 We're on the eve of game day, tomorrow's election day.

00:01:44.540 And just for some logistics, we will be doing War Room Texas tomorrow,

00:01:49.920 kind of a pregame for watching the vote count.

00:01:54.200 We will do that Eastern Standard Time in our traditional 6-7 slot

00:01:58.960 after the afternoon of the War Room.

00:02:00.640 Then on Real America's Voice, what's going to happen is Studio 6B comes on at 8 o'clock.

00:02:08.340 They're going to do the first half hour of our coverage,

00:02:10.660 and then Grant Stinchfield from Dallas and here from our studio up north of Dallas

00:02:17.020 are going to come in and co-host the coverage tomorrow night.

00:02:20.540 We're going to cover, obviously, North Carolina also, but principally Texas,

00:02:23.900 where all the action is.

00:02:25.800 Right now, if we work at all the logistics, Ben Burquam will also be at Ken Packard.

00:02:30.640 We have a full night ahead of us.

00:02:34.260 In a moment, I'm going to go to Richard Barris, who's going to break down some numbers for us.

00:02:37.980 The Secretary of State has put out the results of early voting.

00:02:41.980 And remember, there's a huge amount of Texans,

00:02:45.820 particularly people that support guys like Doc Chambers, who's running for governor.

00:02:50.680 The grassroots, the hardcore grassroots here do not believe in early voting and do not early vote.

00:02:55.040 So there's always that tension when you look at these early voting numbers.

00:02:58.220 But something's happening big in Texas.

00:02:59.680 Many, many people have talked about the national media.

00:03:02.100 We knew this.

00:03:02.560 This is why we came down here.

00:03:04.160 Barris would be in a moment.

00:03:05.360 And then David Nino Rodriguez, which has one of the biggest podcasts in the state of Texas,

00:03:10.820 from El Paso.

00:03:12.680 He was on top of this story in Austin about this radical Islamic,

00:03:19.440 let's call it what it is, a terrorist mass casualty event in Austin the other night.

00:03:23.720 He actually understood this and knew exactly kind of what was going on and thinking it through.

00:03:29.000 Something he's warned people about a lot Saturday night.

00:03:31.900 And he's going to join us here in a moment.

00:03:33.820 But we've got to finish.

00:03:34.920 So Mike Lindell.

00:03:36.360 We had Brian Kennedy on today.

00:03:37.940 Brian Kennedy wrote an amazing piece over at Glenn Beck's The Blaze,

00:03:41.460 which was up this morning, about this executive order that Kurt Olson and other,

00:03:46.080 you know, you know Kurt Olson very well.

00:03:47.640 He's now the president's special assistant for elections.

00:03:50.500 People are quite concerned about the security of the 2026 election.

00:03:55.840 There's Peter Tickton and others.

00:03:58.060 Peter is Tina Peters' lawyer.

00:03:59.700 And the president just put up on True Social a few minutes ago between updates on the war.

00:04:05.200 He said, free Tina Peters.

00:04:07.440 A lot of people, particularly the war of posse, are very, very concerned.

00:04:11.060 There's not enough folks in this.

00:04:12.220 We have things going on in Georgia.

00:04:13.900 You're about to have things going on in Maricopa County.

00:04:16.060 John Solomon's breaking all kind of news.

00:04:18.260 But this executive order, because I tell you, the Save America Act,

00:04:21.360 I don't believe is really going to get a hearing in the Senate.

00:04:24.340 I think it's a lot of happy talk by Thun and these guys.

00:04:26.800 The House has passed it.

00:04:28.180 So therefore, we have to go to other alternatives.

00:04:30.720 What can you update us about, sir?

00:04:32.920 Well, I can give you a couple of updates.

00:04:34.680 One is the executive order that the Washington Post came out about.

00:04:39.420 I don't believe Kurt's involved in that.

00:04:41.640 There's a couple of different ones that are going to end up on the president's desk.

00:04:45.220 But I did want to get on here because I heard Brian this morning saying, you know,

00:04:49.900 well, this would be a huge undertaking and almost, you know, to the point where this could be impossible.

00:04:56.340 Well, I'm here to tell everybody, I'm going to tie this together.

00:04:59.000 You know, the genesis of the electronic voting machines goes back to Venezuela.

00:05:06.080 Well, Venezuela and Chavez and back then, and they came with Fidel Castro was even involved.

00:05:12.940 Hey, rather than do military coups to take countries, let's do it.

00:05:18.040 Let's take it one, you know, by their elections.

00:05:19.880 And this is where they started taking all the countries in South America.

00:05:23.180 Now, you guys, we have information that Maduro invited, are you ready for this?

00:05:30.420 This is probably for you even to hear this, invited the Iranian foreign minister in 2020

00:05:35.760 to watch our stolen election.

00:05:39.120 So, I mean, this was in Iran.

00:05:41.080 So you guys think about this.

00:05:42.680 This is all getting stopped now.

00:05:44.400 So where, hold on, where are you getting this information?

00:05:48.560 They invited the Iranians to actually watch how they work to steal our elections. 1.00

00:05:53.040 Anything I'm putting out, you guys, you're going to, you need to go to lyndaleplan.com.

00:05:58.660 It's my election crime bureau.

00:06:00.460 We've been working on this stuff for five years.

00:06:03.020 It's all posted there.

00:06:04.760 So I made it easy for you.

00:06:06.280 Go to lyndaleplan.com.

00:06:08.140 You can see all of this, all the information we have there.

00:06:13.960 I've had teams of tens of thousands on the ground, but we've had teams of cyber guys and

00:06:21.160 journalists and everything for the last five years putting all this together.

00:06:24.940 And this is the stuff we keep turning into the administration.

00:06:28.420 But you guys can check this out.

00:06:30.420 And we've got four different plans to replace all these machines.

00:06:36.200 So even if we end up with just partial machines here for the 2026 primary, and by the way,

00:06:42.280 in Texas right now, Steve, there's at least three counties that are going, or three precincts

00:06:47.700 or counties, I can't remember which one, but they're doing paper ballots hand counting.

00:06:52.220 So these things, we're five years ahead of where we, if we wouldn't be in this position

00:06:57.200 now, there's no way you could just, you know, hey, we're going to switch overnight and get,

00:07:01.900 because the China parts are all in these machines and they've been deemed critical infrastructure

00:07:07.320 by Obama.

00:07:08.480 And you tell you, so they take over South America. 0.99

00:07:11.740 We all know it can be done because in 2022, Argentina, one judge said, hey, we've got to

00:07:18.020 get rid of these voting machines and go to paper ballots hand counting.

00:07:21.040 They did it in four months.

00:07:22.820 They beat the Netherlands by a month and it can be done and freed their country.

00:07:27.360 So I just want to encourage everybody and you can get the information.

00:07:32.340 We've got, even if we're caught with part, let's say we have to keep the tabulators.

00:07:38.620 We've got, we've been doing, we did it in the 2024 election.

00:07:41.760 My teams did in California.

00:07:43.600 We've already done it in the election.

00:07:45.160 It's a whole new process, but it's almost like having another camera on the election.

00:07:50.100 Hang on, let me just go back to what Brian said, because I asked him, I said, what do you

00:07:53.900 guys are calling for by taking the machines out?

00:07:56.640 When do we hit the tripwire?

00:07:58.080 When that actually has to be promulgated?

00:08:01.200 And he said, look, it should be today, but we could probably get a couple of weeks and

00:08:05.240 maybe even go into the early spring.

00:08:07.400 Do you believe that?

00:08:08.200 My point is, are we over already overcome by events on just processes that we could, if

00:08:15.060 we wanted to stop it, we couldn't stop it?

00:08:17.040 Or do you believe if a tough enough executive order came out and Brian walked through all types

00:08:21.680 of legal things that have to happen, that you could actually do it today in an executive

00:08:25.300 order, where you get hung up in court so much that we physically won't have the time to

00:08:29.680 shift over to a different process?

00:08:34.900 Steve, if we didn't have my teams that have developed four different hand counting systems

00:08:39.180 and all this over the last five years, I would tell you we're already, it's already too late.

00:08:43.820 But it's not too late because even if we go into April, May, I believe we can switch over

00:08:50.860 the whole country in four months or less because of the hand counting systems we already have

00:08:57.180 in place.

00:08:58.060 Some of them we've already used here.

00:08:59.740 This goes back to Osage County, Missouri.

00:09:01.780 We used that one, I believe, in 2022.

00:09:04.640 So a lot of the counties, now, do I believe that it should be centralized?

00:09:09.200 No, I do not believe it should be centralized.

00:09:11.640 I should be what I had help put in, which the RNC endorsed, which was a resolution,

00:09:17.380 paper ballots, hand counting, precinct level voter ID.

00:09:21.180 So I think you have to keep it at that level.

00:09:24.340 And I don't think, Steve, I don't know if you're going to have that much pushback out

00:09:27.720 there.

00:09:28.220 Everybody wants secure elections, even Democrats, too.

00:09:31.560 It was like 79% want to say back.

00:09:33.040 Mike, are you kidding me?

00:09:33.980 We can't even get Republicans 51 votes to pass it in the Senate.

00:09:38.400 What do you mean pushback?

00:09:39.440 The Democrats are 100% against this.

00:09:41.240 We don't have the Republicans.

00:09:43.000 If Thune was actually pressed to get to 51 votes, the 51st vote would be J.D. Vance.

00:09:49.220 You might be able to get to 50.

00:09:50.500 What are you talking about?

00:09:51.340 The Democrats, their business model, they don't want ID, they want to have unlimited

00:09:57.480 mail-in ballots, and they don't want to do the voter rolls.

00:10:00.560 Mike?

00:10:07.340 He froze.

00:10:08.160 You see, I came back on it so hard, he froze.

00:10:10.240 I didn't mean to do that to Mike.

00:10:11.480 Go ahead, Mike.

00:10:12.820 This is our politicians.

00:10:14.180 I'm talking about the people who want it.

00:10:17.200 We all, as people, I don't care what party you're in, the people want secure election.

00:10:22.460 I mean, the people want secure election.

00:10:27.440 Obviously, our politicians, these uniparty Republicans and the Democrats, they don't want

00:10:32.200 secure election.

00:10:33.060 Steve, we've been fighting them for five years.

00:10:35.280 But I'm telling you, if you're the people out there, if you're watching this show, you

00:10:38.660 guys go to your counties, go to your politicians, say, hey, we've got to have secure election

00:10:43.440 because everybody wants that.

00:10:45.100 When you talk about Amy Klobuchar in my home state, what did she do?

00:10:49.360 She was 18 and 19 to get rid of the voting machines and go to paper ballots.

00:10:53.320 And I spent $50 million.

00:10:55.520 Amy do.

00:10:56.380 She takes all this money from the government and brings it into Minnesota, and the fraud 0.87

00:11:02.360 takes it all, these $25 billion.

00:11:04.560 Yeah, because they know their business model.

00:11:06.680 By the way, we're going to get into Richard Barris.

00:11:08.340 One of the reasons the early voting here is that there's a significant part of the MAGA

00:11:13.420 movement that just will not vote early.

00:11:15.480 They don't trust it.

00:11:16.360 They think their data is stolen.

00:11:17.980 They think the Democrats use the cheat, so they won't do it.

00:11:20.280 So there's huge consternation, particularly here in Texas.

00:11:24.240 It's a huge issue.

00:11:25.840 Mike Lindell, where do people go?

00:11:27.340 You keep talking about the Election Crime Bureau.

00:11:30.960 Where do folks go to get all this information today?

00:11:33.260 Because this is going to have to be a big push even to get these executive orders out.

00:11:38.000 Yeah.

00:11:39.080 Yeah, you guys, I made it easy.

00:11:41.160 Go to lindellplan.com.

00:11:42.860 It brings you to the electioncrimebureau.com.

00:11:45.980 Everything's there.

00:11:46.620 Five years of work is there, everybody.

00:11:48.720 All this stuff keeps getting turned over to the administration, but you guys need to see

00:11:52.680 it firsthand.

00:11:53.840 You need to see the solutions.

00:11:55.680 You need to see your county, what's going on in Texas.

00:11:58.580 Everything is there.

00:12:00.020 This gets fed by the cause of America, too.

00:12:02.320 We have 300,000 people in all 50 states.

00:12:05.000 You guys have been fighting from the ground up for five years now, but everybody needs to

00:12:08.980 know about this.

00:12:09.800 It's lindellplan.com.

00:12:11.560 I'm going to do one more plug, Steve, since I mentioned Amy Klobuchar.

00:12:14.660 Sure.

00:12:14.880 Here's an update, everybody.

00:12:16.440 We're doing great in Minnesota with the run for governor there.

00:12:20.520 I can use your help.

00:12:21.600 I'm all in.

00:12:22.400 We have another huge event coming up on Wednesday.

00:12:24.600 I just did one with Royce White.

00:12:26.300 Him and I together, we knocked it out of the park in northern Minnesota.

00:12:29.320 And so Royce and I have kind of teamed up here doing these, we call them mini rallies, Steve.

00:12:34.840 We got a big one on Wednesday, but you guys can help out there.

00:12:37.980 It's MikeLindellGov.com.

00:12:40.620 You can learn all about what we're doing there in Minnesota, too, because we're the tip of

00:12:44.520 the spear.

00:12:46.000 MikeLindellGov.com.

00:12:47.540 Help my campaign, you guys.

00:12:49.220 We got to win Minnesota.

00:12:50.780 We have to win.

00:12:52.140 We have to win, win, win.

00:12:54.220 What's the first thing you're going to do in Minnesota as governor?

00:12:56.680 What's your first act?

00:12:57.540 Yeah.

00:13:00.120 First act, ban Sharia law. 0.99

00:13:01.940 I don't even have to hesitate.

00:13:03.560 Ban Sharia law. 1.00

00:13:04.820 You guys, we're the Trojan horse for this.

00:13:06.640 And look what has happened in Texas.

00:13:08.460 That's the easiest thing.

00:13:10.840 And a little bonus, I'm going to bring back the Minnesota flag, which ended up being a

00:13:15.820 Somalian flag.

00:13:16.920 Bring back the Minnesota flag, ban Sharia law, and take the satanic statue out of the 1.00

00:13:21.960 Capitol that Walt's put in there and said, we have to be fair to the devil.

00:13:25.940 Unbelievable.

00:13:26.660 Thank you, MikeLindell.

00:13:27.700 Look forward to seeing you tomorrow.

00:13:28.820 Thank you, sir.

00:13:29.320 Appreciate you.

00:13:31.240 Election integrity, top of mind.

00:13:33.200 Richard Barris, let's just go through.

00:13:35.300 So, by the way, just logistics for tomorrow.

00:13:37.500 We're going to do a Worm Texas as a pregame right after the five o'clock show from six

00:13:41.860 to seven, and then starting at eight, Studio 6B will pick up and start reviewing, because

00:13:49.100 that's when the polls close, 8 p.m.

00:13:51.140 Eastern time.

00:13:52.280 We'll start the first 30 minutes of our Texas coverage.

00:13:55.020 And then Grant Stinchfield and ourselves, as soon as we get organized, we'll join at 830,

00:14:00.020 and we'll take it from there.

00:14:01.080 And Ben Berkwam right now is scheduled to be in Paxton headquarters.

00:14:05.660 Richard, talk to me about, because this is the two things that have gotten national attention

00:14:11.640 are the early vote totals for Republicans and Democrats.

00:14:17.420 I want you to break it down.

00:14:18.020 And then I'll talk about the Democrat and the Republican Senate races, because this also

00:14:22.640 has people's hair on fire.

00:14:23.820 First off, knowing that traditionally there's a ton of Republicans here, particularly a lot

00:14:31.460 of, specifically a lot of the war room posse in the MAGA base that are just, do not trust

00:14:38.020 early voting.

00:14:38.840 They don't trust the machines.

00:14:40.000 They don't trust anything to do with any of this.

00:14:41.720 So they're game day voters, and tomorrow's game day.

00:14:45.380 What's your assessment, and what's been the national media's assessment of how the early

00:14:50.320 vote has turned out?

00:14:51.880 Yeah, that's what I want to lead off with, Steve, which will give you an idea of what

00:14:55.180 I think when I look at this early vote.

00:14:56.940 I'm going to lead off with this.

00:14:59.100 You have to go vote tomorrow, Republicans, because if you don't, you're going to give Harry

00:15:04.340 Enten and CNN and the national media a huge PR win for Democrats.

00:15:09.180 And the reason why is because early vote is, or at least primary participation in total,

00:15:16.040 which I think is more accurate to say, is definitely predictive of general election outcome.

00:15:21.540 All right?

00:15:21.860 So if it turns out that Republicans don't show up on game day tomorrow, and Republicans

00:15:26.940 have all of these talking points that they look like they're going to get from the early

00:15:30.340 vote, we're going to get Enten clip after Enten clip about how the Republican seat in Texas

00:15:35.940 is going to be gone.

00:15:37.080 You have got to go and vote tomorrow.

00:15:40.020 The totals right now, I'm just going to, look, they're abysmal to me.

00:15:45.100 Republicans need to learn how to vote in person.

00:15:47.820 If they don't like to vote by mail, that's fine.

00:15:50.360 Because what we have been seeing in 25 and even in the short time in 26 is that if there

00:15:55.880 was a change in Republican behavior in 2024, meaning if there was a change from usually

00:16:01.740 them voting on election day to them warming up and taking to early vote, then that pattern

00:16:06.600 continued in 25.

00:16:07.700 So if they didn't show up and the early vote was weak, then it turned out the election day

00:16:13.920 vote was also rather weak.

00:16:16.100 Texas, you have to prove this.

00:16:17.600 You have to break that trend tomorrow.

00:16:19.240 It's not good enough what I'm seeing right now.

00:16:21.320 And if you don't break it, it's going to spell, it's going to foreshadow a bad November.

00:16:28.280 You have got to go out and vote.

00:16:29.160 By the way, it's a couple, it's what, 200,000, 225, something like that.

00:16:33.000 And Republicans aren't bad for a midterm cycle.

00:16:38.000 Normal.

00:16:38.380 But what we've seen is the Democrat, normal, what's it seen?

00:16:40.660 The Democrats are coming in with a presidential cycle type number, sir?

00:16:44.560 Yeah.

00:16:44.860 Ken, I chose Starr County for two reasons.

00:16:47.200 One, because it does show this.

00:16:48.760 Right now, Republican, I mean, Democrats are about at 240% of their 2022 total at the end

00:16:56.600 of early vote.

00:16:57.540 And they're even outperforming 2024, so they're at like 250.

00:17:01.480 So the problem is Republicans are doing well as well.

00:17:05.100 They're at 120, but that's not good enough.

00:17:07.340 Here's Starr County, which I think is important to highlight.

00:17:09.800 This is the Democratic total right now for early vote in Starr County.

00:17:13.700 Why did I pick this?

00:17:14.800 It's heavily Hispanic.

00:17:16.200 Hillary Clinton won it by 33 points in 16. 0.99

00:17:19.140 Trump shifted it all the way to Biden plus five in 2020.

00:17:22.700 And then he won it by 16 flat, a 21 point swing from 2020.

00:17:28.640 It's heavily Hispanic.

00:17:30.300 And these were, I mean, this was, this was the county on election night, Steve, where I

00:17:34.920 was looking when you, I, and John Solomon were talking about the magic of the Trump coalition

00:17:39.820 and new MAGA, how it's more diverse.

00:17:42.180 It's non-white. 0.99

00:17:43.300 It's younger.

00:17:44.320 It's the future.

00:17:45.260 It could govern for 30 years.

00:17:46.720 This is what scares me.

00:17:48.220 That's already more votes than Kamala Harris got in the entire election. 1.00

00:17:55.080 And, and this compared to right there, you can see that's the Republican early vote total. 0.98

00:17:58.860 It's pathetic. 0.95

00:18:00.180 Donald Trump won by about a thousand more votes total in that county than Democrats have 0.99

00:18:06.980 already cast.

00:18:08.700 All right.

00:18:08.960 So understand they're, they're already almost 2000 votes more than Kamala Harris got in the

00:18:14.640 entire general election in 2024.

00:18:17.160 What does that matter to me?

00:18:18.900 Because I am seeing a MAGA malaise.

00:18:20.820 We talk about this a lot.

00:18:22.160 You and I, there's a lot of depressed MAGA voters time to snap out of it.

00:18:26.340 I'm not saying you have a good reason to vote.

00:18:28.140 I'm telling you, you have to vote.

00:18:29.960 You know, I mean, it's really that simple.

00:18:31.900 Those Hispanic voters can only be voting in those rates, Steve, if many of them are Trump

00:18:37.340 supporters who are now voting in the democratic primary.

00:18:40.360 That's the numbers don't make sense any other way.

00:18:42.820 We have seen this slippage with the, with Hispanics. 1.00

00:18:45.500 I don't know if it's, I don't know if it's disgruntled that voted before.

00:18:48.400 I think what they're seeing is what this, this controversy about closed primaries.

00:18:52.780 They're seeing people that have voted in Republican primaries, these Democrats to try to get

00:18:57.960 RINO candidates now go home because they've got number one, Trump derangement syndrome.

00:19:03.640 They want to put up huge numbers.

00:19:05.120 Also, they've got this hotly contested, uh, U S Senate race.

00:19:09.840 So I think that's, by the way, the two things on the, on the, on the Trump side, I think

00:19:13.520 number one, there are a significant amount of people that think, Hey, president Trump's

00:19:17.960 in, he's getting everything done.

00:19:19.200 I wanted to get done.

00:19:20.200 He's, uh, you got the house and the Senate.

00:19:22.200 This is just not important.

00:19:23.420 Maybe I'll come in in November, but this is, and we've seen this in these special elections.

00:19:27.340 The other is that there's not an insignificant portion of his people are saying, Hey, this

00:19:31.960 is not what I voted for this Iranian situation being part of that. 0.98

00:19:35.960 So you got a double whammy here.

00:19:38.220 Um, the thing I worry about it.

00:19:41.540 Cause some people said, well, look, it's just a primary and they're two, they're 2.4 times

00:19:46.240 up, right?

00:19:47.260 Two hundred 40% their, their energy is like the kind of mandami, what I call DSA working 0.55

00:19:54.680 family party with tons of dark money in back of it that are funding this.

00:19:59.220 If you have Harry Enten on Tuesday night that are spiking the football, cause he went, you're

00:20:06.060 going to have a billion dollars of outside money pour into here.

00:20:10.000 Like people, it's going to be a tsunami.

00:20:11.540 And why, because their plan to take over Texas, which was a five or 10 year plan to remember

00:20:16.720 they already put $400 million of sources money in it.

00:20:19.480 And Trump won by 14 points in 24.

00:20:23.640 So it thwarted them, but they have gotten this DSA.

00:20:27.500 And I got to tell you, this is one of the reasons we have the Sharia law proposition on 0.92

00:20:31.540 the ballot.

00:20:32.100 They do have energy.

00:20:33.500 They have urgency.

00:20:34.220 They're going, and they're kind of taking the Trump playbook.

00:20:36.620 It's door to door.

00:20:38.020 It's getting low propensity, low information voters.

00:20:40.300 They have the universities because all the universities are incubators for this.

00:20:44.400 If they put these numbers up through, if election day tomorrow night, if it's this bad, you're

00:20:51.520 going to just have CNN and MSNBC, Rachel Maddow is going to say, Hey, Texas is in the gun 1.00

00:20:56.500 sites.

00:20:56.980 We can do this.

00:20:58.180 You can stop Trump.

00:20:59.520 You can stop president Trump and impeach him.

00:21:02.240 And that's why he went to Corpus Christi because South Texas, as you just said, the Rio Grande

00:21:06.680 Valley and South Texas could be where the fight, particularly Virginia, we lose this

00:21:11.920 referendum.

00:21:12.520 It goes 10 to one.

00:21:13.580 I think the control of the House of Representatives could come down to a handful of these new seats

00:21:19.040 in South Texas.

00:21:20.500 Richard Barris.

00:21:22.140 Yeah.

00:21:22.360 You just nailed it.

00:21:23.700 I mean, the donors, they'll say, this is our year.

00:21:26.840 We're going to do it.

00:21:28.040 It's an extra, it's an extra seat that we can get to vote, to convict and remove folks.

00:21:33.700 I mean, wake up to remove Donald Trump, not just, you know, do it for show.

00:21:38.460 If they get Texas, uh, if they, if they get this primary vote, this disproportionate primary

00:21:43.360 vote, when it's a PR victory, they're going to open up their checkbooks and they're going

00:21:47.580 to spend a ridiculous amount of money that frankly, Republicans can't afford to spend

00:21:52.920 defending Texas.

00:21:54.240 Michael Watley's down in North Carolina.

00:21:56.280 They got a lot of work to do in that race.

00:21:58.440 I mean, we can just go all over the map.

00:22:00.880 They, people have to vote because they will do it.

00:22:04.120 I guarantee you that clip, that ending clip that you were, you were just saying, I guarantee

00:22:08.320 you that comes before end of day on Wednesday, it will be out there.

00:22:12.540 It'll be cut and it'll be circulated in all the Democrat literature and all the Democrat

00:22:16.800 memos and all Democrat social media.

00:22:18.920 It will be a bad PR loss for Republicans.

00:22:21.860 What is your, what is, what you're thinking right now?

00:22:23.760 Because one of the concerns is the amount of money spent in this Republican primary and

00:22:27.840 having been down here for four or five weeks and curating all the news.

00:22:31.460 I have never seen a more vicious campaign against an individual as Cornyn's negative

00:22:36.200 ad campaign against, uh, Ken Paxson, who, as you know, is a hero to the grassroots and

00:22:41.040 a hero to the MAGA base.

00:22:42.400 Right now that looks like Paxton's up, but it, there's a lot of questions of whether any

00:22:47.920 of them, because Hunt joined the race, anybody can get to 50% plus one vote.

00:22:52.680 So you therefore might have to go into a runoff that would take place at least through the

00:22:57.740 middle of May and, uh, and cost another, they've already spent, I think overall almost a hundred

00:23:02.560 million dollars.

00:23:03.260 I think Cornyn with the outside groups is almost $80 million, virtually all of it in negative

00:23:08.040 ads to destroy a combat helicopter pilot and West point grad, Wesley hunt.

00:23:13.240 And of course the legendary Ken Paxson, your thoughts on that?

00:23:17.380 Yeah.

00:23:17.940 All of that money to save a loser incumbent who wouldn't be in trouble if he actually represented

00:23:23.260 his coalition, if he actually represented his constituency, this is what Republicans

00:23:27.680 do to themselves.

00:23:28.680 It's beyond shooting themselves in the foot.

00:23:30.500 And listen, Wesley hunt, nice guy.

00:23:33.160 He's not going to win.

00:23:34.600 All right.

00:23:35.040 You, you, you have, I'm not telling people how to vote, but the sooner you put this away,

00:23:39.240 the better Paxton.

00:23:40.540 If it doesn't go to 50%, Paxton will be a heavy favorite into the runoff anyway.

00:23:45.760 All right.

00:23:46.200 So there is looking at the polling and not just public polling, but our own, there is

00:23:50.400 a path for Ken, Ken Paxton to get to 50%.

00:23:53.340 There's enough, uh, undecideds and enough election day votes on the table.

00:23:57.500 The one issue is that Republicans have been having this for, you know, since, since the

00:24:02.300 special election season started, they're not getting out Paxton's like core vote, which

00:24:07.280 is a non-college, you know, white, non-college Hispanic voter.

00:24:10.520 But you're also telling me, I want it in the time.

00:24:12.340 You're also telling me, Hey, if passing can't get to 50% and put this way now, there's a

00:24:16.720 magic number.

00:24:17.420 And you say it may be 8%.

00:24:19.140 If he has an eight point spread, I'm not saying it's going to happen, but he had an

00:24:22.980 eight point spread that might get the Senate leadership fund and others to say, look,

00:24:27.800 Cornyn's, we're going to spend too much money destroying Ken Paxton.

00:24:30.300 We'll destroy him for the general election, uh, particularly if it's against Tallarico.

00:24:35.420 Um, and so we don't want to do that.

00:24:37.260 Is there a number tomorrow that you think is the magic number?

00:24:40.380 If Paxton can't, can't win outright, what kind of spread does he have to have to have

00:24:46.080 the Senate leadership fund?

00:24:47.240 Just tell Cornyn, we're not going to pour more money into this to destroy Ken Paxton

00:24:50.900 anymore.

00:24:51.980 Yeah.

00:24:52.120 I think it's more of a level than a spread.

00:24:54.660 I mean, he hits 42%.

00:24:56.180 Just call it a day.

00:24:57.640 It's just so statistically unlikely that you'll get the rest of the hunt voters to

00:25:03.080 break for Cornyn at a level that can keep Paxton from gaining eight points in a two-way

00:25:08.720 race.

00:25:09.080 That's, that's crazy.

00:25:11.000 The Bushes did this.

00:25:11.900 If you remember, and when Louie Gohmert as well, Judge Gohmert was running and that

00:25:16.020 primary for attorney general, they, the Bushes threw their candidate on there. 0.92

00:25:20.340 It was ridiculous.

00:25:21.760 Paxton was at 40, 42%. 0.70

00:25:23.420 There was never any chance.

00:25:25.580 I mean, that is a huge mountain to climb, guys, to keep someone who's at 40, 42% from 0.99

00:25:31.860 getting to 50.

00:25:33.140 That's a, it's massive.

00:25:34.980 The amount of money, again, it's a waste.

00:25:37.680 I mean, you got to at least get them to the point where, and I think that's around 42%,

00:25:42.020 give or take a little bit.

00:25:43.260 Even 40, Steve, it's crazy.

00:25:45.080 I mean, if Wesley Hunt gets around 13% and Paxton's at 40, it's put it away.

00:25:49.960 This thing's over.

00:25:50.900 You're going to waste tens of millions more dollars on a race that is should, again, you 1.00

00:25:56.480 really can't afford to waste that money defending a seat all because the, look, the incumbent

00:26:01.980 wouldn't be in trouble, Steve, if he was popular.

00:26:04.880 And here's another number I want to throw at you from our own polling.

00:26:08.460 Almost 30% of the Republican primary electorate is telling us they won't show up for John Cornyn

00:26:14.440 in November if he's the nominee.

00:26:16.300 Look, MAGA's pissed, right? 1.00

00:26:18.560 They're telling us the same thing with Lindsey Graham in South Carolina.

00:26:21.500 Hang on for one second.

00:26:22.480 I want to just take a second.

00:26:24.760 We got David, Nino, and Rodriguez with us, but I want to hold you for a minute or two

00:26:27.960 on the other side.

00:26:28.580 We're going to take a short commercial break.

00:26:30.720 We're in Texas.

00:26:32.080 Richard Barris is about to drop a bomb on us about people that will stay home.

00:26:35.480 This is, I tell you, it's my feeling, too, being down here.

00:26:38.460 They really, the MAGA base, the War Room posse, detest John Cornyn because he's been around

00:26:44.380 for 24 years and never done anything.

00:26:46.580 Short commercial break.

00:26:47.400 Back with Richard Barris.

00:26:49.240 David Rodriguez next.

00:26:50.820 If you could make one holiday wish, would you wish to be free from your credit card

00:27:16.000 and other debt?

00:27:17.740 Let's see if we can help you with that.

00:27:19.420 If we could give yourself one gift this holiday season, would it be finally to get

00:27:24.900 some relief from your credit card and other debt?

00:27:27.240 I might have a solution.

00:27:29.540 Here's why now is the time to make a move.

00:27:32.360 This time of year, credit card and loan companies close out their books.

00:27:36.120 They clean up past due accounts.

00:27:39.040 They sell a write-off to debt to clear their books.

00:27:42.280 That means if you have credit card debt and unpaid bills, lenders may be more open to

00:27:47.300 negotiating and settling your account before you're in.

00:27:50.700 That means right now, and I mean right now, you may actually have leverage.

00:27:56.820 And Done With Debt knows how to use this to your advantage.

00:28:00.500 They monitor lender trends and understand the year-end pressure on creditors.

00:28:05.000 They use that timing to negotiate hard on your behalf.

00:28:08.460 Now's the time to get out from under crushing debt and interest payments without bankruptcy

00:28:14.120 or taking on new loans.

00:28:17.040 Done With Debt goes to work for you month one with one clear goal, to reduce your total debt

00:28:23.580 and leave you with more money every month.

00:28:26.940 Get started now because your leverage may disappear at the end of the year.

00:31:03.140 War Room listeners keep saying how smooth the process is and how much they love this, how

00:31:09.380 grateful they are to finally have a pharmacy that gets them.

00:31:12.200 These folks at all family pharmacy are breaking the control of these big pharmaceutical distribution

00:31:19.640 systems.

00:31:34.620 Go to all family pharmacy dot com slash Bannon and use code Bannon 10.

00:31:38.980 Okay.

00:31:42.200 As Texas goes, so goes the nation.

00:31:53.140 As the nation goes, so goes the world.

00:31:55.780 Are you prepared to fight for this state?

00:31:58.540 Are you prepared to fight for your country?

00:32:03.380 Boy, that's more relevant than I even thought at the time after spending time down here.

00:32:07.520 The jewel in the crown of the union is under siege by massive outside money in this DSA

00:32:14.140 Working Family Parties operation.

00:32:16.180 And trust me, it is as serious as it possibly can get.

00:32:19.480 I want to thank the people at Patriot Mobile for helping make all this possible.

00:32:24.880 972 Patriot.

00:32:25.640 You're going to talk to someone with an East Texas accent.

00:32:28.180 You're going to get access to the best phone service out there because it layers all over

00:32:31.420 all the major phone services.

00:32:33.840 Plus, it's a Christian company that supports your Christian values.

00:32:38.120 They are absolutely spectacular.

00:32:40.620 Glenn's story and Jenny's story, two remarkable people and a remarkable company.

00:32:45.640 972 Patriot.

00:32:47.320 Tell them the world room posse.

00:32:49.000 Since you're part of the world room posse.

00:32:50.540 Richard Barris, you dropped a bombshell there at the end.

00:32:53.160 That's a little known fact.

00:32:54.340 And I keep telling people in D.C., whether you want to believe it or not, Cornyn has been

00:32:59.180 here 24 years and people got a belly full of this guy.

00:33:02.520 So if you put $100 million and destroy Ken Paxson and he wins, you're going to have your

00:33:08.340 polling shows 30 percent of folks are not going to vote for him.

00:33:12.820 Yeah, this is what we do, right?

00:33:14.920 I mean, you have pollsters who have, you know, give vote press preference and give top line

00:33:19.040 numbers.

00:33:19.580 That's not even the real hard part about polling.

00:33:22.160 This is what we do the best.

00:33:23.640 Turnout is key.

00:33:25.700 That's what makes true accuracy in polling.

00:33:29.200 You remember in 2024, the Trump or bus voter, Steve, we were right about that.

00:33:33.220 Thank God Donald Trump was nominated because Nikki Haley would have lost that election.

00:33:36.960 Ron DeSantis would have lost that election.

00:33:38.980 They would not have been able to get these people to the polls.

00:33:41.580 This is what's happening in Texas.

00:33:43.300 It's not the only state.

00:33:44.860 These unpopular incumbents who they come in, they parachute in with tens of millions of

00:33:49.820 dollars to save.

00:33:50.720 They reach an expiration date.

00:33:52.380 We're in a very, very volatile year and Republicans cannot afford to see numbers like this.

00:33:57.760 If John Cornyn is nominated, 30% of Republican voters are telling us they will not show up for him.

00:34:04.500 That is a disaster.

00:34:06.080 In 2018, Ted Cruz was barely, barely saved by MAGA at the last minute.

00:34:12.220 John Cornyn is not going to be able to rely on MAGA to come in and save him in November.

00:34:16.680 They're not going to do it.

00:34:17.740 Particularly, what they don't understand is the viciousness.

00:34:22.200 He has one ad that he runs that you think he's like living in the Lincoln bedroom.

00:34:26.600 He's so close to Trump, which everybody in D.C. knows is a lie.

00:34:29.060 A joke.

00:34:29.540 That he's there for the wall.

00:34:30.700 That's a joke.

00:34:31.440 He actually, after we started the Prop 10 of the prohibiting Sharia law in Texas, he put out a Sharia law ad.

00:34:39.400 He's never done anything in 24 years, and then last week he announced he launched a ban Sharia law bill in the Senate, which is just the old political thing that worked in the old days when he didn't have social media or shows like War Room Texas to expose the lies. 0.91

00:34:54.180 Just a joke.

00:34:55.100 But the viciousness against Ken Paxson has been so horrible, I think it's turned a lot of people off.

00:35:00.080 Richard, we've got to bounce.

00:35:01.420 You're going to be with us tomorrow night with our coverage, and we appreciate it because you're the best.

00:35:06.100 You're the people's pundit.

00:35:06.920 Where do people go to get to your show, all your content, because you and Mark Mitchell, I think, are the two best guys.

00:35:14.180 Intro Valgar, I'll throw all three of you guys in there as you really have your hand on the pulse of the MAGA movement.

00:35:19.860 Yeah, we're everywhere, Steve, but the best place is Locals, peoplespundit.locals.com, peoplespundit.locals.com.

00:35:26.860 Thanks, brother.

00:35:27.480 All the best.

00:35:28.080 Go out and vote, people.

00:35:28.860 Thank you.

00:35:29.120 Go out and vote.

00:35:30.180 Go out and vote, folks.

00:35:31.220 Tomorrow, game day, particularly folks that didn't do it.

00:35:33.440 Okay, I've got Nino.

00:35:35.020 I'm going to tell you a story about what happened over the weekend.

00:35:36.740 But let's go.

00:35:37.220 We've got a cold open for him.

00:35:38.240 We're going to bring him right in.

00:35:39.640 Well, and police here in Austin have identified two of the young victims in early Sunday mornings shooting attack here in Austin.

00:35:47.320 They are Savita Sean and Ryder Harrington.

00:35:50.700 They say that more than a dozen others were injured, three of those remaining critical.

00:35:54.440 And the police chief here also says a third person could very well be taken off of life support later today.

00:36:00.520 This is questions are still swirling around the motivation behind this attack.

00:36:05.080 The suspect is a 53-year-old from Senegal who became a permanent resident back in 2006.

00:36:13.200 So the questions about whether or not there's a connection to terrorism is something investigators are still looking at.

00:36:18.840 We had a call came in that shooting, that someone was shooting around the bar, Buford's bar.

00:36:25.520 We know that a vehicle, a large SUV, drove several times around the block in that area.

00:36:32.740 At one point he put his flashers on, rolled down his window, and began using a pistol shooting out of his car windows,

00:36:42.300 striking patrons of the bar that were on the patio and that were in front of the bar.

00:36:48.580 He then proceeds westbound on 6th Street, goes to Wood Street where he parks his car, gets out, once again starts shooting his gun at some people that are walking by.

00:36:59.380 He then walks east on 6th Street.

00:37:03.360 At that point, everyone knows the amount of resources we use on East 6th Street, a large crowd, a large entertainment area here in Austin,

00:37:13.800 where officers along with EMS and fire are staged for the weekend.

00:37:19.180 And so you're talking, when this came out, we were about 55, 56 seconds away coming from east to west Austin, and that saved multiple lives.

00:37:28.620 As the officers were responding, again, our suspect was coming toward East 6th Street.

00:37:35.600 Officers were coming toward him, and at the intersection he was shot, and he was killed.

00:37:40.500 So we heard from a source that there were potentially, that they were told that there were explosives on the suspect's car.

00:37:47.160 Can you confirm that?

00:37:48.140 So once the subject's car was identified, of course, we need to make sure that we're operating safely within that car.

00:37:56.340 There were some things inside the car that gave us concern.

00:37:59.800 So our EOD responded to ensure that there was no bomb, bomb material, that type of thing.

00:38:07.900 So that was cleared pretty quickly, that we felt confident that that was not an issue.

00:38:12.640 So there were no?

00:38:13.580 There were no bombs, no.

00:38:14.860 Thank you.

00:38:15.860 Was he ever in the bar with guns, or when did he?

00:38:20.240 He never entered the bar.

00:38:22.100 Like I said, he drove by, was firing outside the window with a pistol.

00:38:27.960 Once he exited the vehicle, after parking on wood, he exited with a rifle at that point.

00:38:35.080 Do you have any questions?

00:38:37.340 No?

00:38:37.940 Yeah.

00:38:39.400 Yeah.

00:38:40.320 All right, next.

00:38:42.100 Can you kind of just describe the general setup of police and EMS presence in this area of town on a typical Saturday,

00:38:48.500 and a little more of what happened last night?

00:38:50.220 Yeah, I think it just goes to show what that coordination is.

00:38:53.640 We know, you know, East 6th Street is a large party atmosphere, and streets are closed, they're opened.

00:39:00.060 We're mitigating a lot of people in that small space.

00:39:03.960 And so to have EMS, to have, you know, EMS Fire and APD together working, it is just for things like this.

00:39:13.160 And so, again, we're very fortunate in those partnerships, and we work very well together, very proud of that.

00:39:19.040 Nino Rodriguez from El Paso, Texas.

00:39:22.480 Two things you've been prescient about, and I want to lay this out there.

00:39:26.740 Number one, you've been giving warnings now for about six months about people, particularly Canadians and American citizens,

00:39:34.120 traveling to Mexico to these big resorts, or people just going over and hanging out because you're saying,

00:39:39.500 hey, I've seen these drug cartel wars in the past.

00:39:43.700 I know President Trump and the military are working on something that Scheinbaum is not doing,

00:39:49.980 and just be advised, you don't want to be in the crossfire.

00:39:53.060 And that came, what, last weekend.

00:39:55.320 You've also been someone, and particularly when we had this attack the other day,

00:40:00.100 contacting me right away and said, hey, you watch.

00:40:03.060 You're going to see this start to spread.

00:40:04.500 You're going to see it start to spread in places like Texas.

00:40:06.500 Then late Saturday night, I think you and I talked, you had a pretty good feel of what was going on.

00:40:11.700 Sunday morning, you essentially had it nailed.

00:40:13.540 We made a decision because we didn't feel we had it enough locked down that we didn't want to go with it,

00:40:18.620 so we didn't do it on our special edition of the Sunday morning show.

00:40:21.840 But everything that's played out with this event in Austin, you kind of had a feel for it.

00:40:28.220 So walk me through it.

00:40:29.020 What has been, why have you been on this particular topic,

00:40:33.100 and why you were the person that was the least surprised when this happened?

00:40:38.060 Well, I've been anticipating this for quite a while, to be quite honest with you,

00:40:41.240 and I knew it was just going to be, it was just going to take an action from Trump to kick it off, right?

00:40:46.020 So obviously, you've got to know that Hezbollah, the cartels, Hamas, they all work together.

00:40:51.060 They benefit from working together.

00:40:52.540 And Trump is now taking the fight to them, so they have to fight back to survive. 0.83

00:40:57.260 Now, what we saw in Austin, in my opinion, is just the one-off, whack-job lunatic 0.96

00:41:03.600 that takes matters into his own hands and goes up and shoots a bar. 0.82

00:41:07.680 By the way, I've been to that bar many times, and where the people were sitting,

00:41:11.520 I've sat in those chairs.

00:41:12.780 It's crazy to see it hits home, hits home big time.

00:41:16.220 But what I believe is coming is a coordinated event.

00:41:20.100 But we're still going to get some of these one-offs, wild cards, lunatics that take matters into their own hands.

00:41:27.140 But I think more of a coordinated event is coming, most likely, probably after the infrastructure.

00:41:33.480 If you look at Greg Abbott, Greg Abbott's deploying the National Guard and DPS

00:41:37.660 to ramp up patrols at energy facilities, ports, and the southern border.

00:41:43.540 But he's called for a statewide kind of emergency, high alert.

00:41:47.540 That's why he's deploying assets right now, correct?

00:41:51.240 Smart.

00:41:51.820 But it's eerily quiet, Steve.

00:41:53.760 And I'm telling you, you know, I'm on both sides of the border here.

00:41:57.520 I know people there and here.

00:41:59.040 And I'm just saying that, you know, when families in Mexico are saying,

00:42:02.620 I don't think their American relatives should not come visit Mexico,

00:42:07.080 this is what it felt like before it kicked off in Ciudad Juarez.

00:42:10.160 And what I think is going to happen, and this is just opinion,

00:42:14.040 but I think I'm pretty good at strategy here for being a fighter.

00:42:18.040 I think a coordinated attack is going to come where they try to take out our infrastructure,

00:42:23.080 and they'll benefit most at that, take out our infrastructure,

00:42:26.220 you know, get the police to conglomerate in one area,

00:42:28.660 and then take the other part of the city in another with other attacks.

00:42:33.740 So I think that if I was thinking like them, you know, that's how I would do it.

00:42:39.580 And that's just the most logical way. 0.99

00:42:42.580 I think having these lunatics come off and shoot here, shoot there, 0.99

00:42:45.640 there's no real game plan. 0.99

00:42:46.880 You've got to remember, cartels and these people are very well organized.

00:42:50.360 They're not just these rogue gangs running the streets just mindlessly.

00:42:56.540 They're very coordinated, they're very sophisticated, and they have good intel.

00:42:59.700 Talk to me about the Austin police went out of their way,

00:43:07.860 knowing what we know now with the sweatshirt and the Quran and everything that was there.

00:43:13.640 In fact, our show started at 10 o'clock, and we felt uncomfortable doing it

00:43:16.960 because the Austin police were going out of their way to say,

00:43:19.180 there's nothing to see here.

00:43:21.100 I think I told you Saturday night.

00:43:23.120 Of when you have such overwhelming evidence of this,

00:43:26.320 why are they still hesitant to call it what it was, sir?

00:43:32.440 Islamophobia, I don't know.

00:43:33.540 Political correctness, I don't know. 0.91

00:43:36.060 You know, this state is still run by, you know, a lot of corrupt politicians,

00:43:41.200 Democratic, especially El Paso.

00:43:43.660 But it's, you know, they just, they wouldn't be extra sensitive.

00:43:47.500 You know, they don't want to rile people up and show that MAGA is right.

00:43:50.600 You know, so, like I'm saying, I think this is just beginning now.

00:43:54.480 I know the raids that the protesters were, you know, interfering with in Minnesota,

00:44:02.140 places like that, those raids were the first wave of taking out the coordinators,

00:44:06.460 the jefes, the patrons, the real heavy, violent criminals, the organizers,

00:44:10.380 that could structure or plan an attack on the United States.

00:44:13.960 You got to understand, Biden was the one bringing in these millions of immigrants

00:44:17.380 to take down America for such a time as now.

00:44:20.500 Cells would be activated.

00:44:21.660 Cells are going to be activated.

00:44:22.900 It's common sense.

00:44:24.060 Common sense cells are going to be activated.

00:44:26.080 That's where we're at right now.

00:44:27.260 We are in a very hot time.

00:44:29.100 This is when they say, you know what?

00:44:30.680 Right about now, folks, let's party.

00:44:33.080 This is about the time they do it.

00:44:34.660 Coordinated attacks, cells activated.

00:44:38.520 I want to go to the Democrat.

00:44:40.380 We just did the polling right there.

00:44:42.160 You're in, I mean, you're in El Paso.

00:44:43.720 You're one of the toughest Democratic strongholds with, quite frankly,

00:44:48.140 some of the most radical people.

00:44:49.460 I don't think people realize the radical congressman you have and just the whole

00:44:53.240 radical, how radical it is down in El Paso and what you have to live with.

00:44:57.060 But the biggest national news story going into tomorrow politically is this

00:45:03.140 massive turnout for the Democrats, particularly driven by the DSA

00:45:08.200 in the Working Family Party, in other parts of the state, not the Democratic strongholds,

00:45:13.600 but they've done it all over.

00:45:15.060 What is your sense of what's driven that?

00:45:17.700 Do they think they get the Trump derangement syndrome?

00:45:20.040 Because there's no, you don't see any political debate.

00:45:23.540 The ads aren't saying, oh, you can do this.

00:45:25.600 It's pure Trump derangement syndrome.

00:45:28.180 But why?

00:45:28.980 Is it outside money?

00:45:30.040 Are they organized?

00:45:31.480 Is Mandami showing them how to organize this DSA?

00:45:34.500 Because Trump just won by 14 points last November.

00:45:38.060 And it's not that, I want to make sure people know, it's not that the Republican

00:45:41.440 numbers are horrible.

00:45:42.360 You're kind of up from a midterm election.

00:45:45.000 It's that the Democrats have a tsunami now.

00:45:46.980 And I keep warning people, if they put these numbers up through game day tomorrow,

00:45:51.800 you're going to have Harry Enten and these people on TV tomorrow night, Rachel Maddow,

00:45:55.420 and $1 billion of dark outside money by the George sources and others that are even worse

00:46:01.940 than him are going to flood into the state because they think they're going to take a

00:46:06.380 couple of three House seats.

00:46:07.960 They think they're actually going to, with Virginia, have enough House seats to be able

00:46:11.720 to impeach Trump.

00:46:12.880 And they believe that they're going to take this Senate seat.

00:46:15.620 And I think they even think they take the governorship.

00:46:17.960 Your thoughts, sir?

00:46:19.720 Well, I think it's all the above, but also a lot of MAGA or once MAGA people are, you

00:46:24.600 know, or moderates are going over to the Democrats because they're not in line with these wars

00:46:28.620 that basically they have no understanding of what this really is.

00:46:32.460 Do you think it's the, you think it's moderates going over or a lot of people are saying that

00:46:37.200 because of the open primaries, that the great ball, cause you do have people that have taken

00:46:42.020 Republican ballots in the past and they're taking democratic ballots.

00:46:46.740 What some people are saying is that this is this whole corruption with the open primary

00:46:51.120 process that these people actually are Democrats.

00:46:53.740 Democrats they've been voting.

00:46:55.340 And so this is the reason you get so many Rhino candidates in the, in the Senate. 1.00

00:46:59.860 This is why you got so many guys in the house.

00:47:02.380 This is why you have so many rhinos in the, uh, in, at the Texas state level that this has

00:47:07.520 been the game they've played.

00:47:08.740 And it's quite frankly, why the establishment never, the Republican establishment one didn't

00:47:13.760 want to start.

00:47:14.140 Do you buy that?

00:47:15.020 Or you think it's just people saying, uh, it's too much for me and I'm going to vote for

00:47:18.860 the Democrats.

00:47:19.420 I think it's all the above, Steve.

00:47:21.340 I think it's all the above, but I, but I might, but.

00:47:23.740 What I'm most concerned with is what is Trump going to do?

00:47:27.120 I know Trump's going to make a move soon.

00:47:28.740 I've heard that an executive orders on his desk for in-person paper ballots with real

00:47:33.180 ID.

00:47:34.040 I mean, I would have Matt, I would have hoped he would have done that before primaries,

00:47:37.200 but, uh, if he does that, I think that's going to be a game changer.

00:47:41.080 I just think that's going to be a game changer in our favor.

00:47:43.000 So hold a hold.

00:47:43.640 So you're a supporter of what we're talking about this national emergency they're working

00:47:47.760 on it right now because we can't get the save America act passed.

00:47:51.360 This would require a voter ID.

00:47:54.240 You purge the voter rolls and you have real restrictions of mail-in ballots.

00:47:57.440 I mean, in El Paso, Texas, would that change the dynamic down in your neck of the woods?

00:48:03.840 Doesn't matter.

00:48:04.580 I think the military will be patrolling the voting polls.

00:48:07.800 I think the Democrats will got to resort to chaos or some kind of conflict.

00:48:11.300 Once Trump signs that, I think in a fair election, we win every time.

00:48:15.400 So I think this is going to be handled in that way.

00:48:18.520 I think Trump is waiting to do that.

00:48:20.440 And then I think that'll make the Trumps, that'll push the Democrats to make a move into,

00:48:24.880 into panic and into some kind of chaos.

00:48:27.680 And I bet you the 2026 midterms get delayed.

00:48:32.120 Uh, David, uh, Nino Rodriguez, you had to make a call tomorrow of how the turnout's going

00:48:36.700 to be on game day.

00:48:37.820 Do you believe, I think it's a 225,000 vote gap, uh, right now from early voting.

00:48:43.540 And remember a huge portion, particularly Doc Chambers, all these really hardcore MAGA,

00:48:48.800 hardcore grassroots organizations don't believe in early voting at all.

00:48:53.500 And so it's a natural hesitancy there.

00:48:55.280 How do you think it turns out just given your sense of what's going on?

00:48:59.140 How do you think it turns out tomorrow with turnout Republican versus Democrat?

00:49:02.900 I think it's going to be a big problem for the, for the Republicans unless we show up

00:49:06.440 last minute, but I don't see that happening, man.

00:49:09.240 I just don't.

00:49:10.400 Last thing.

00:49:10.980 What about Cornyn and Paxson?

00:49:12.420 I've been kind of shocked being here.

00:49:14.520 $80 million has been spent against Paxson.

00:49:17.520 Another couple of million dollars, $10 million think against Hunt on just purely negative ads.

00:49:22.000 I've never seen negative ads like this in my life.

00:49:25.080 The volume of them and they're vicious.

00:49:27.340 What's your sense of how you think this is going to turn around?

00:49:29.280 Do you think Paxson's got a chance to put this away tomorrow to get to 50% plus one?

00:49:33.300 I hope he does.

00:49:34.320 Or do you think we're going to run off?

00:49:35.300 I love Paxson.

00:49:36.000 I think they're going to go to a runoff. 0.99

00:49:38.680 And in the runoff, do you agree with Barris?

00:49:40.720 Do you think it puts up enough numbers that backs off the Senate fund for giving him another?

00:49:44.660 Because they're saying, hey, if Paxson wins, we're going to come in with another $50 to $75 million to back Cornyn.

00:49:50.440 Do you think that Paxson can win tomorrow, not put it away, but win with a big enough spread that the D.C. power bosses in the Senate say that Cornyn is just too – he's too dead to save?

00:50:05.860 Well, you know I'm good on my boxing bets, Steve.

00:50:08.700 I can pick a winner in boxing.

00:50:10.380 But this – I'd be lying to you if I told you I could pick a winner.

00:50:13.740 I'm just going to go for Paxson, okay?

00:50:15.080 I'm going to go for Paxson.

00:50:15.700 But you know firsthand I'm good on my boxing bets, right?

00:50:19.600 You're great at David Nino Rodriguez.
