00:00:00.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:00:17.280 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
00:00:22.600 I got a free shot on all these networks lying about the people.
00:00:26.860 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:00:28.360 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:00:29.940 I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that,
00:00:31.960 but you're not going to stop it.
00:00:32.900 It's going to happen.
00:00:34.180 And where do people like that go to share the big line?
00:00:37.560 MAGA Media.
00:00:38.900 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:00:44.280 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:00:48.100 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:00:54.380 War Room.
00:00:55.300 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:00:58.360 okay monday 23 march year of our lord 2026 um we're gonna go back over the white house with
00:01:08.320 neil mccabe momentarily but i want to finish with tim ss tim you were telling us uh i hit rewind
00:01:13.480 you you've been in this industry 20 some years it's not that you're a political guy that said
00:01:18.380 hey i read a book on ai and here's the problem you really know the problem walk me through that
00:01:23.440 story again. So all I've ever done since college, I was a UVA kid, come from Nashville, Tennessee,
00:01:31.060 and I started an AI company at 20 years old. And that was in 2000. I mean, I don't think a lot of
00:01:35.340 people knew what AI was back in 2000. And so 25 years I've been in this industry. My first company,
00:01:41.460 the first use case is we were hunting terrorists after 9-11 with this technology. We were trying
00:01:45.640 to figure out a way to look at all the signals and all the pieces, use early algorithms like
00:01:50.440 chat GPT type stuff, I think it's something 15 years earlier than that, to go and help our
00:01:54.740 troops find the bad guys and protect them abroad. And then use it after the financial crisis to
00:01:59.720 actually find people that were criminals that were actually defrauding customers in these banks
00:02:06.180 in the aftermath of the Great Recession. And then probably the coolest application that we ever
00:02:12.220 built was with this wonderful charity called Thorne, where we started looking at all these
00:02:17.260 escort ads online, millions and millions of them were, many of them were children. And we figured
00:02:22.900 out a way for the AI to detect the kids. And this is in like 2015, 2016. And that system helped
00:02:29.540 identify 12,000 children that were being trafficked for sex in this country. So I've been in this
00:02:34.240 fight for a while, not as anything political. When I was growing up, I was close to Senator
00:02:39.540 Fred Thompson when I was a teenager and so forth. I've had the amazing blessing of having amazing
00:02:45.260 senators in my state, like him and like Senator Blackburn. So I've always been an admirer. But
00:02:50.960 this is an issue that's just too big to stay on the sidelines. And so I started getting involved
00:02:54.420 with the last three or four years more publicly. And yeah, I think that AI is the most consequential
00:03:00.360 technology in humankind in our history. And that means that we as a democratic republic
00:03:07.680 need to decide where it goes. It shouldn't be ceded to like six human beings that have every
00:03:13.480 incentive to do what works for them and not for us. Where do people go to immerse themselves in
00:03:22.200 what you guys are putting together? Because this alliance coming from the pro-family groups
00:03:26.400 and coming forward and say, hey, not only in this fight, we're going to lead this fight
00:03:30.340 is quite powerful. So Tim, where do people go? Yeah. So we are at betterfutureai.org.
00:03:38.260 You can rally there, sign up.
00:03:40.520 I'm on X.
00:03:41.620 Janet Kelly, our CEO, is on X.
00:03:43.880 She just got done running health and human resources for Governor Youngkin.
00:03:47.120 She's a solid Republican conservative of 20-plus years.
00:03:51.200 We have some great people on the council you can see about in our About page on this one.
00:03:56.560 They've been writing on these subjects for some over a decade.
00:04:00.560 Some are the best legal minds on the right when it comes to family policy.
00:04:05.660 So we have been doing this for some time.
00:04:08.300 I'm blessed to help kind of pull it together.
00:04:10.620 These are the heroes.
00:04:11.980 Like I said, I kind of showed up in this lately
00:04:14.680 because I was busy building and doing AI
00:04:16.460 to try to make a good impact.
00:04:17.880 And that's probably what, you know,
00:04:19.160 that's where the center of my outreach comes from, Steve,
00:04:21.400 is I think it's a giant lie
00:04:23.700 that you have to tolerate evil use cases of technology
00:04:26.900 to get the good ones, okay?
00:04:28.520 I don't think that's true.
00:04:29.740 And I think that's the lie we're being sold right now.
00:04:31.620 We can shut down the bad use cases
00:04:33.920 or we can regulate it
00:04:36.100 or we can create disincentives in the market
00:04:38.380 and try to keep this conservative.
00:04:39.600 We can do any of those things.
00:04:40.660 And if we don't do it,
00:04:41.820 you know who's gonna do it?
00:04:42.440 The socialists.
00:04:43.160 If we don't protect Americans as conservatives,
00:04:45.540 the socialists are going to protect Americans their way.
00:04:47.880 That's gonna be bad for all of us, okay?
00:04:49.840 So I'm here as an intervention with this team
00:04:52.900 to say, let's return to our roots.
00:04:55.260 And if I can't for a second,
00:04:56.500 I was trying to share something at the break
00:04:57.880 that's been on my heart.
00:04:59.900 And that's this idea that we're in this country
00:05:03.200 that's coming to celebrate its 250th anniversary.
00:05:06.460 And one of the things about this country
00:05:07.560 when you're growing up,
00:05:08.360 back when we used to have like really good,
00:05:10.280 like, you know, civics
00:05:11.940 and teach you the history the right way,
00:05:14.180 you knew things like America didn't have a prayer.
00:05:16.860 The colonies had no prayer
00:05:18.020 against the United Kingdom to England.
00:05:20.960 We were outmatched.
00:05:22.720 George Washington went into battles over and over again
00:05:24.600 thinking he wasn't gonna win,
00:05:26.400 often struggled.
00:05:28.020 But somehow miraculously,
00:05:29.720 America is the most powerful
00:05:31.160 and greatest country in the world
00:05:33.360 And that is a divine intervention.
00:05:36.180 Okay, we are here because we have a purpose.
00:05:38.700 And the thing that's resonated with me
00:05:40.380 is July 13th, 2024, Butler, Pennsylvania.
00:05:45.920 But for a split second turn of the head,
00:05:49.480 we would have lost President Trump, right?
00:05:52.000 That was a miracle.
00:05:54.000 And I believe he knows he's here for a purpose.
00:05:57.200 And I think that is to protect the American dream,
00:06:00.020 the American people.
00:06:01.040 That's why we're coming out here supportive of what he is trying to do, but trying to make it clear that his base, his voters are not with these tech oligarchs.
00:06:12.420 They are not with these people that are exploiting families.
00:06:15.760 And we have to shut it down.
00:06:17.600 We have to turn it around.
00:06:19.340 And our leaders in Congress need to not be taking meetings with these lobbyists, need not be taking meetings with the money from these companies.
00:06:27.700 They need to be taking meetings with parents.
00:06:29.780 They need to be taking meetings with church leaders.
00:06:32.080 They need to be taking meetings with workers, the people that are at the heart of this country.
00:06:37.660 And we are here there for them because we have a purpose.
00:06:40.200 And I'll tie this all up, Steve, in something you asked me over here in this interview.
00:06:44.020 You said, how do we win?
00:06:45.680 You know, how against these trillion dollar companies, this little rebel alliance that we built, actually prevail?
00:06:51.600 And when I think about how improbable it is for America to be here, that's the reason, Steve.
00:06:59.920 In fact, I know we're going to win.
00:07:05.180 Very powerful, Tim.
00:07:06.820 If we don't, I think the revolution generation shows us if we don't quit, we'll win.
00:07:12.000 You just have to stay in the fight.
00:07:13.760 Just stay in the fight until the end.
00:07:15.560 In the end, you'll win if you stay in the fight.
00:07:17.800 Tim, one more time, where do people go?
00:07:19.260 What's your social media?
00:07:21.600 I'm on, so you will look for Better Future AI on X, on Instagram, and betterfutureai.org
00:07:30.260 on the web.
00:07:31.580 Come sign up, push it to your friends, send it to other families.
00:07:35.220 If you're a mom at home that has kids, if you're a dad at home, send it around.
00:07:39.720 Let them know help is here.
00:07:41.540 Help representing you is here.
00:07:43.660 We are doing this because we are you, okay?
00:07:46.800 We're not some slick political consultant that crypto funded and now AI is funding.
00:07:51.600 Okay. Going out here to AstroTurf. We are the real deal. Our members are the real deal. And we are here to have your back. And we believe that's what made the Trump presidency actually happen as you were there for.
00:08:07.240 Amazing. Tim, honored to have you on here. Look forward to having you back, sir. Great. Great. Absolutely. Thank you, Steve.
00:08:12.880 Great launch. They got Heritage. They've got Terry Schelling. It's just a who's who of these family groups. We're going to have more of them on. They're in the fight and in the fight.
00:08:21.080 couldn't summarize it better myself what tim there said uh mike lindell's on deck i want to go to yon
00:08:27.160 yon the book uh got as low as 111 on amazon it's now 201 we need more says and here's the reason
00:08:34.660 you just talk about ai and one of the big things is that oh we got to do all this and we got to
00:08:40.340 give the tech oligarchs everything because the chinese communist party no no no no we need to
00:08:44.720 stop the Chinese Communist Party from having any access to chips or ecosystem or training or
00:08:51.740 education about artificial intelligence. We must block it. We have to. We have a moral obligation
00:08:57.720 to do it. Why? I don't know. Read the book Kill to Order. Why do we have a moral obligation?
00:09:03.180 The Chinese Communist Party, the way they think, and this is why the biggest torturers and murderers
00:09:09.720 of lao beijing the chinese people they've killed i think a quarter of a billion through through
00:09:16.000 concentration camps starvation beating cultural revolution you pick it you know a five-year plan
00:09:22.000 great leap forward all that on top of the 400 to 500 million through forced abortions principally
00:09:29.360 of little girls is why they have the imbalance in china this is a murderous dictatorship how do i
00:09:35.140 know that i've read kill to order yan brother walk me through it well i think you said it really well
00:09:43.360 and the thing is that like the big thing that's in this book of course i talk about this horrible
00:09:47.940 forced organ harvesting industry i mean a murder for organs industry that's claims we don't know
00:09:53.180 how many lives but 60 to 90 000 transplants a year done in this kill to order fashion but the
00:09:59.460 more important thing in a way is what you were talking about that and this is in a way the
00:10:03.700 punchline of the book, but I explain it in detail from multiple vantage points, especially valuable
00:10:09.180 to policymakers, I think. The Communist Party instrumentalizes absolutely everything, including
00:10:15.420 even people, including even human bodies and human body parts. And you pointed out, you know,
00:10:20.820 this whole forced abortion in one-child policy industry, right? Like that, what a horror show.
00:10:27.020 But again, like these are the most vulnerable people. There's this massive dehumanization
00:10:31.980 campaign against whoever the black class happens to be in in China for the longest time. It was,
00:10:37.980 you know, basically the most vulnerable of us. Then it was the Falun Gong on forced organ
00:10:43.580 harvesting. Then they added the Uyghurs when no one did anything about that. And it looks like
00:10:47.700 they might be going after Christians. This is when I was talking with Rob Schneider at our book
00:10:51.860 launch. I'm not ready to say that, but I do see the dehumanizing rhetoric. The point is that
00:10:57.280 You're exactly right. We have to cut off these, you know, kind of deep financial connections, which the CCP has built with us. You know, of course, leveraging our greed, leveraging our kind of gullibility as well, to be fair. Right. And now they've kind of insinuated themselves deep into the global economic system. And this is a problem because we may have to suffer a little bit to do this, but I think it's essential that we do that.
00:11:24.080 And this book explains why in detail.
00:11:26.760 Kill2Order.com, that's where you can get it.
00:11:29.440 But yeah, I mean, this is the time.
00:11:33.000 And the fact that it went up to 1-1-1 on Amazon, all books,
00:11:37.120 I'm just completely astonished.
00:11:39.160 And it tells me that this issue,
00:11:41.420 which was for the longest time relegated by CCP propaganda to the fringes,
00:11:45.880 is now entering the mainstream.
00:11:47.720 And thank God for that.
00:11:50.360 I don't want to give it away,
00:11:52.460 but the new york post has a blockbuster story a producer with even the major tv networks reached
00:12:01.260 out to me because they watch war room and said look there's a couple people don't want to come
00:12:05.320 we're going to book all that i don't want to give it away but it's going to detail how the
00:12:09.640 a big organ of the mainstream media has been suppressing information around these heroes
00:12:15.580 these chinese heroes that have been trying to show the better aspects of chinese people and
00:12:22.380 chinese culture the ccp can't have that they have to have everything has to emanate from them
00:12:26.780 that's why this is such a dangerous this is why there's a difference between the ccp and the
00:12:32.700 chinese people and a difference between the ccp and the nation of china it's a murderous
00:12:37.860 dictatorship that has wrought nothing but agony on lao baijing the little guy the common man
00:12:44.340 in china we're going to get even more in that tomorrow yan one more time where they go for
00:12:48.820 the book the books at 201 now we're going to get it back up to 111 and of course uh the new york
00:12:54.400 times bestseller list will figure all that out uh this week but i want people to uh read this book
00:12:59.860 and to think about it against the competitor you know people say it's a pure competitor no it's not
00:13:05.360 a pure competitor it's a mortal enemy to the united states of america to the citizens of the
00:13:11.240 united states to the citizens of china to lao baijin into all humanity don't believe me read
00:13:16.780 kill to order one more time where they go young kill to order.com um and you know get it now if
00:13:23.720 you can i mean this is this is the time and i i don't even know if these days but very soon we'll
00:13:28.840 know if we made it to the bigger uh bestseller list and if we do man that'll really blow this
00:13:33.480 issue out of the water you know look thank you for your help in this but let me comment one thing
00:13:38.020 about the story in the in the new york post uh about shen yun this is incredibly important okay
00:13:44.080 Because this is the quintessential, the true American dream story, okay?
00:13:49.060 These are people, these are, as you say, Lao Bai Jing, okay, came over to America, okay?
00:13:53.960 They built a dance company that has eight troops, okay, over 20 years, right?
00:14:00.140 No external funding.
00:14:01.460 They built it with their own hands, sweat, tears.
00:14:04.320 They've got people who are experts from Taiwan.
00:14:07.340 They managed to bring people from China who had managed to keep this traditional Chinese dance.
00:14:11.960 They created an orchestra and they trained thousands of young people.
00:14:17.480 And the CCP has been trying to destroy them.
00:14:20.080 And this itself would be an amazing American dream story, okay?
00:14:23.400 Except that the CCP has been trying to destroy them the whole time
00:14:26.360 because their tagline is China before communism.
00:14:29.240 They explain to people why actually all the great things about China
00:14:33.020 don't come from the CCP, which is the quintessential CCP propaganda.
00:14:36.920 And this is the reason the CCP hates them so much
00:14:39.960 and has been trying to destroy them.
00:14:41.380 And as you've been saying, you know, it's been leveraging, you know, lawfare and leveraging some pretty prominent American media companies, I believe, at least.
00:14:49.940 I believe the evidence shows this against them.
00:14:52.600 So, yeah, amazing story.
00:14:54.380 I look forward to seeing that bit on War Room tomorrow.
00:14:56.980 And again, this is like the best of America for me.
00:15:00.460 The opportunity created and people taking advantage of that and building, you know, the First Amendment, right?
00:15:07.080 freedom of freedom of belief freedom of speech and freedom of conscience at the core right this
00:15:13.660 is what these people are living and this is what they transmit to millions of people every year
00:15:17.780 shen yun you know actually it's coming to just coming to new york uh and there's a film called
00:15:22.600 unbroken uh which i've been invited to a premiere of uh next tuesday in new york city um and just
00:15:29.300 kind of an unbelievable expose on this no we're gonna get it all teed up tomorrow
00:15:35.120 unbelievable unbelievable people china before communism remember that uh yan thank you so much
00:15:40.600 brother appreciate you coming on thanks so much kiltsorder.com for those that didn't hear it yet
00:15:45.900 we turned we turned yan into a marketing machine the most self-effacing nice guy in the world
00:15:53.940 humble uh book is amazing mike lindell talk about humble nice guy mike i've been thinking about you
00:16:00.220 all day because we had this morning on the show we had mike davis walking through this issue before
00:16:06.480 the supreme court a mail-in ballots and then of course we played clips on it early in the five
00:16:10.700 o'clock hour you have dedicated you've turned to politics now because your beloved state of
00:16:16.240 minnesota is off the tracks and people realize that you're there giving up everything to get
00:16:21.440 in this fight and they're coming after you hard but you're giving as good as you got but
00:16:24.840 for i don't know five years you put it on the line they tried to destroy your company
00:16:29.080 They tried to destroy you, tried to put the company in bankruptcy.
00:16:32.320 And I kept saying, hey, this company employs so many people at good wages.
00:16:35.400 They don't care.
00:16:36.600 They try to shut down big box, everything.
00:16:38.520 Keith Ellison, you have a charity to try to use access to the word of the living Christ that people can use to get over their addictions.
00:16:47.760 And they're coming after you for that.
00:16:49.640 Why do they have to destroy Mike Lindell?
00:16:51.280 Because Mike Lindell stood in the breach when it mattered the most.
00:16:54.500 And I'm talking about in 2021 and 2022, those dark years when so many people fled the MAGA movement and so many people fled President Trump.
00:17:03.040 That's when Mike Lindell stood in the breach.
00:17:05.880 Lindell, you're a hero to people that watch this show.
00:17:09.740 And I want to hear about what's going on with you, particularly on the day when the Supreme Court heard it and the judge and leader was so amazing.
00:17:17.700 A day is a day, a birthday, a holiday for the day, Labor Day, Memorial Day.
00:17:22.860 How about Election Day, Mike Lindell?
00:17:26.100 Well, thank you, Stephen.
00:17:28.000 And, you know, it's a tale of two candidates or two candidates, too.
00:17:32.140 You look at Minnesota, you know, Amy Klobuchar and I had a historical agreement back in 18
00:17:38.480 and 19 when we both said, hey, we got to get to paper ballots, hand counting.
00:17:42.700 She was the biggest voice in the country.
00:17:44.680 But what I did then with all that election fraud, went out and spent everything I had,
00:17:49.040 $70 million, $80 million to secure our elections. When Amy did, she went to the federal government
00:17:54.880 and got about $25 billion and brought it into Minnesota only to let it be stalled through fraud.
00:18:02.080 And Steve, you know what they're doing to me right now? I just looked it up here,
00:18:05.620 Minnesota governor's race, and they've got Amy Klobuchar came in, Tim Walz dropped out.
00:18:10.940 But then they've got candidates that have already dropped out, Republican candidates,
00:18:14.300 you can't even find me. They're trying to suppress me running for governor, everybody.
00:18:19.040 it's a big game they play. Let's just ignore Mike Vidal. We've shifted our campaign now.
00:18:25.420 We're going to do rallies all across Minnesota. I'm going to use President Trump's. What his model
00:18:30.740 was, we're going to break through the media. And just like the last five years, we broke through
00:18:35.580 the biggest coverup or the biggest crime this country ever had, the world ever had. They wanted
00:18:40.860 to take our country without firing a shot. So I'm very excited that we're going to take this route
00:18:46.920 now. And you're right. All these attacks, Tim or Keith Ellison right now is still attacking my
00:18:53.900 Lindale Recovery Network. My pillow is still being attacked, but yet we're still standing
00:18:58.860 by God's grace and all of you out there that have supported us. And which brings up where we're at
00:19:04.700 today, everybody, we have two days left. We moved everything. My employees over six weeks moved

00:19:52.580 got to move out of there. So I'd rather to give it all to you. Free shipping, promo code war room

00:20:27.240 lindale can't be beaten because lindale's got the spirit of a lion absolute spirit of the lion
00:20:33.820 uh i'm gonna go to the white house in a moment and with neil we're gonna talk about the save
00:20:37.800 america president said today no deals not going to do a deal looking to do a deal maybe in the
00:20:43.080 persian gulf in iran he ain't doing he's not trading off and i think we've got verification
00:20:48.460 the lines have disappeared far be it for me to say because the ice guys show up and maybe the
00:20:53.860 lines got shorter huh huh but you also got this situation with the ICE agents there and things
00:21:01.100 just moved along so Mark Elias you're right I think it's perfect training for the fall of 2026
00:21:06.460 look what happened they've moved everybody along people get there quick they vote quick
00:21:10.020 maybe every now again they pull somebody line hey yo ID got an ID ID don't have an ID can you step
00:21:17.940 over here can you step over here I know the mainstream media hates it but that's what's
00:21:22.460 going to happen because you know what we're not going to have any more elections stolen
00:21:25.520 not going to happen there's a hundred billion dollars of fees every year medicare for those
00:21:32.480 at a certain age to use it or be a to be available to you remember this is not a social
00:21:38.980 welfare program this is all about kind of what you paid in and this thing gets so complicated
00:21:43.380 everybody's got to use an advisor what most people don't know is the advisors are really
00:21:46.880 paid for by the insurance company there's a hundred billion dollars of fees out there every
00:21:50.180 year. And a lot of the advisory business that kind of shift those fees to the insurance companies,
00:21:56.140 the company named Chapter, you get a free consultation. I think this one will change
00:22:01.320 your life as far as your Medicare goes, because already we've gotten tremendous feedback from
00:22:06.020 the Warren Posse. The CEO came on in the first two days last week, I think it was Thursday,
00:22:11.220 Friday, he came on Saturday after we launched this on Thursday. He said that Warren Posse
00:22:15.420 members had already saved hundreds of thousands of dollars and if you're in a medicare plan and
00:22:20.340 you're uncomfortable with it you think you're paying a penalty or fee they have a free consultation
00:22:24.100 845 war room war w-a-r room r-o-o-m 845 war room tell them you're part of the posse and get a free
00:22:35.420 consultation just just unload to them everything about medicare you can't give them too much
00:22:39.740 information this company what didn't come out of the health care industry it came out of the data
00:22:44.000 industry so they have every every every and i think there's tens of thousands of different
00:22:48.360 perturbations on the program this the reason it's so confusing it's been put together over a long
00:22:53.060 time and it's obfuscated i think so that the tie goes to the insurance companies that's what
00:22:59.940 chapter is to break they actually represent you 845 war room just check it out today it's a free
00:23:06.000 consultation you don't feel comfortable obviously move on but i think you're going to get some
00:23:11.120 traction right here war room 845 war room call them right now neil uh neil you've hung around
00:23:17.300 for us at the uh we got dr tucker when we come back but i want to take a minute or two save
00:23:22.860 america any kind of updates i know the president kind of you know had what we call in the navy a
00:23:27.520 come around with thune last night say look we're not cutting deals i don't want this thing to be
00:23:31.360 kabuki theater i want it passed what do you got for sir well of course over the weekend uh one of
00:23:39.220 the amendments was attempted, and that was the keeping men out of women's sports. They couldn't
00:23:44.580 get cloture on that. They got 49 votes there. Right now, the Senate is not on the Save America
00:23:51.020 Act. Right now, they're on the confirmations of Colin McDonald to be the assistant attorney general
00:23:57.220 for fraud. And you have Mark Wayne Mullen to be the new secretary of Homeland Security.
00:24:03.320 Those votes are expected a little before eight o'clock, Steve.
00:24:06.060 on uh over at the john solomon just the news you did an interview earlier by the way so we'll get
00:24:13.720 up to i'll get up on i'll get her later about what's happening on save america you did an
00:24:18.020 incredible interview i want to take a minute because i want when i know i got permission
00:24:21.640 when john solomon's played it you've done an incredible interview with a young man in colorado
00:24:27.640 that really comes out and kind of makes the case of what's going on behind the scenes
00:24:32.060 about tina peters can i don't want to steal the thunder just the news they're going to play it
00:24:36.700 but just give me a minute on on what you found out about the tina peters situation
00:24:41.160 it was a very interesting dynamic inside colorado you have jared polis who's termed out as governor
00:24:49.560 a democrat who wants to be president of the united states and he must have made some kind
00:24:54.840 of calculation or he had internal polling saying that tina peters and her situation
00:25:00.340 is resonating with people around the country and is something he cannot defend.
00:25:05.780 And so he has basically sold out Colorado Democrats who want Tina Peters to die in jail.
00:25:12.860 And he is trying to navigate how to give her some form of clemency.
00:25:19.300 And basically, Scott Bottoms, who's a state rep, a pastor, he's running for governor of Colorado.
00:25:25.700 and he's saying, hey, he really believes
00:25:28.240 that Paulus will find a way to spring her
00:25:30.680 and maybe it has something to do
00:25:32.920 with the Justice Department
00:25:34.520 investigating some of the agencies in Colorado
00:25:37.020 and maybe that will be part of the deal, Steve.
00:25:41.760 Neil, we're going to keep people up to date
00:25:43.740 on RAV in War Room throughout the night
00:25:46.500 on Save America Act.
00:25:47.440 President Trump said, hey, Mike Lee's
00:25:49.280 trying to get some legislation.
00:25:50.560 I don't want kabuki theater.
00:25:51.820 I want legislation.
00:25:53.140 John Thune, you're the name of the leader.
00:25:54.680 act like a leader so there's a lot going on there don't people don't despair if you thought
00:25:58.900 maybe it didn't have the energy mike lee's fighting the good fight where they get you
00:26:02.980 neil throughout the night uh for your updates you can follow me at reporter mccabe on all the social

00:26:55.020 Bobby Kennedy, Make America Healthy Again.
00:26:57.880 Dr. Jeffrey Tucker is here to explain how the federal court's
00:27:01.700 trying to shut it all down.
00:27:03.480 Next, in the War Room.
00:27:11.940 Think about this.
00:27:13.220 In 2006, $20,000 equaled roughly 33 ounces of gold at spot prices.
00:27:23.060 At today's prices, those 33 ounces of gold will be worth $165,000.
00:27:32.580 Smart Americans diversify a portion of their savings into precious metals.
00:27:37.580 And that's why you need to consider buying gold from my friends at Birch Gold Group.
00:27:43.220 For thousands of years, gold has been a store of wealth, and today it is a crucial part of any balance strategy.
00:27:51.180 Even better, Birch Gold can help you convert an existing IRA or 401k into a tax-sheltered retirement account in gold.

00:28:22.280 Now that's peace of mind.
00:28:24.560 Text Bannon to 989898.
00:28:27.080 Again, my name, Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to the number 989898.
00:28:33.720 Do it today.
00:28:35.000 I've got a question for you.
00:28:36.460 How do you usually get your medication?
00:28:38.360 Let me guess.
00:28:39.240 You call the doctor, wait for an appointment to get a prescription, sit in a waiting room.
00:28:43.400 Then you stand around in line at the pharmacy hoping they actually have what you need.
00:28:48.420 That's not convenient.
00:28:50.020 That's a system that doesn't work.
00:28:52.820 There's a better way.
00:28:54.440 And that way is where all family pharmacy comes in.
00:28:57.560 They take the hassle out of the process.
00:28:59.720 You go online, select what you're looking for, complete a short medical form, and a licensed physician reviews your request.
00:29:07.160 If it's appropriate, they write the prescription, and your medication is shipped straight to your home.
00:29:13.820 They've got essentials like antibiotics, antivirals, ivermectin, NAD+, and hundreds of other prescription medications.
00:29:23.680 It's simple, it's efficient, and it puts you back in control.
00:29:27.900 Stop dealing with the old way.

00:29:53.520 As the opposition grows more aggressive and more unapologetic,

00:31:24.740 today war room here's your host stephen k bann
00:31:29.480 okay uh like i said there are decades in which nothing happens and there are weeks in which
00:31:39.840 decades happen we're in another one of those weeks folks and how many of you had uh how many
00:31:45.220 of those who he had in the war room as global turbulence. And we'll make sure we'll make it
00:31:51.000 all make sense to you. I want to get in Dr. Jeffrey Tucker. And here's the reason. I got
00:31:56.220 him for one. And of course, he and the team of Brownstone are so brilliant. They've actually
00:32:01.420 broadened out my thinking on this. Tucker was smart enough to realize, and this has happened
00:32:08.220 in a couple of different areas that are core to MAGA, our coalition with Make America Healthy
00:32:12.200 again and all the great work that bobby kennedy has done obviously people realize hey what is up
00:32:19.340 when the roundup thing happened and then seemed like bobby was kind of put in a cage and you heard
00:32:23.980 the leaks oh you know he can't do anything for the midterms the midterms the midterms the midterms
00:32:28.260 when you hear that that's all the corporatist lobbyists getting to certain people in the white
00:32:33.400 house staff and on the political side it just is you saw that that capitol hill meeting where they
00:32:38.280 leaked to the press and they were talking about you know drug transparency i mean issues that
00:32:42.560 are important but are not going to move any needle when it comes to the midterm elections which were
00:32:47.100 in the middle of a war right not just the one in iran i'm talking about the one against the deep
00:32:51.080 state and the people that did uh did the pandemic and the in the in the vaccines all of it and so
00:32:57.680 tucker was smart enough he went out and said hey look i just don't believe this information i said
00:33:02.040 i don't believe it so he went out and did a massive poll himself right did a massive poll
00:33:07.720 himself. And guess what? It came back with, I don't know, two thirds to 80 percent of the two
00:33:11.660 thirds of 75 percent, 80 percent, depending on the topic you pick, agree with, I don't know,
00:33:17.480 the moms in the country that have now come to make up the Maha movement and be a coalition partner
00:33:22.760 with MAGA consistently with Bobby Kennedy's fighting for it. Quite to be brutally frank,
00:33:27.740 what President Trump has taken the lead on so many times, including VAX. And now we've got
00:33:31.720 judges making a decision. We're in a we're in a big old battle over there and we've got to have
00:33:36.680 these guys back. But then Jeffrey Tucker tells me over the week, he says he was going to come
00:33:41.220 over the weekend, but we got so jammed with war news. And he says, hey, this is kind of war news
00:33:45.800 because what's happening here globally and what's happening, particularly in these energy markets,
00:33:50.540 is starting to me to have a feel like the great reset in the pandemic and COVID. So Dr. Jeffrey
00:33:56.940 Tucker, thank you. Just give us your thoughts on what's going on and particularly as it ties
00:34:01.900 together with our great coalition partner, Make America Healthy Again, because we cannot forget
00:34:07.100 that. Let me be blunt. We cannot win unless Maha is an active part of our coalition. That is the
00:34:13.300 lesson of, quite frankly, 2022 midterm, right, where we took control of the House in the 2024
00:34:21.480 election, where President Trump won the greatest come from behind victory in the history of, I
00:34:27.800 think democracy. And to just kind of slough that off is people that are missing the signal for the
00:34:34.800 noise. Dr. Jeffrey Tucker, your thoughts on all this, sir? We got two big blows to us. Delivered
00:34:40.980 by industry in the form of court judgments last week. The first one came out of Massachusetts.
00:34:47.420 It was the American Academy of Pediatrics, was the plaintiff in that case. And the judge issued
00:34:54.260 a preliminary injunction in which he said the advisory committee on immunization practices
00:35:00.780 has to be dismantled. It's in effect illegal. And all of his judgments, including thousands
00:35:08.640 of hours of work by top medical scientists and data statisticians and really the best
00:35:15.280 people in the business who are not conflicted by big pharma, have done wonderful work. And
00:35:21.320 And the childhood schedule was dialed back by five shots and some other changes were coming.
00:35:26.360 Many shots were put on instead of recommended, which in effect means mandated,
00:35:32.780 was changed the status to shared decision making.
00:35:35.760 So this is all going well.
00:35:37.500 RFK was playing according to the rules, right?
00:35:39.840 Doing exactly what the system sets up.
00:35:42.820 It was totally within this prerogative.
00:35:44.840 The American Academy of Pediatrics, which is backed by the eight largest pharmaceutical firms,
00:35:51.320 sued in massachusetts of all places and this judge brian murphy issued a preliminary injunction
00:35:57.600 to wipe it all out just frankly said uh asip is illegal it has to be disbanded and all of
00:36:05.100 its decisions over the last year have to be reverted that was a devastating blow because
00:36:10.920 this is a centerpiece of what rfk was doing it was really a stroke of genius as i say playing
00:36:16.760 within the rules to apply genuine science in ways that could make America's children healthier,
00:36:24.560 but then threatened the interest of the pharmaceutical industry. So they went to the
00:36:28.960 courts, and the courts, these district judges, these rogue judges, one of them, in a venue they
00:36:36.080 chose, decided to make ACIP illegal and thereby demoralizing and deleting the work of 12, 15
00:36:44.140 scientists that have been appointed to the ACIP committee. So that's one thing. We don't even
00:36:49.800 have a judgment in this case. All we have is a preliminary injunction. So it's going to be up
00:36:54.860 to the Department of Justice to decide what to do. Meanwhile, the CDC has had to comply.
00:37:00.960 So Steve, what's happened now is the CDC has reverted back the schedule to what it was
00:37:08.260 two years ago. And pharma is celebrating this as they did this morning in the New York Times,
00:37:15.860 including that strange Satanist allied doctor who resigned from the CDC is quoted all over
00:37:24.440 the New York Times saying, this is just great. This is a major blow to RFK. So that's one.
00:37:30.580 That's out of Massachusetts. The second federal court decision, or it was a ruling from the bench,
00:37:37.280 So not even, it was just some guy talking from the bench, if you can believe it, right?
00:37:42.120 Not even a decision, not even a judgment, not even an opinion argued, just yammering, blah, blah, blah from the bench.
00:37:50.580 Said that RFK's changes to HHS policy concerning gender child transitions, or what's also called mutilation, have to be reverted.
00:38:02.960 And the plaintiff of that case was blue states.
00:38:08.260 And they got their way and are now overriding another major piece of the agenda that RFK put in over the last year to the cheers of the multitudes of people.
00:38:20.540 So we've got now two rogue justices overriding democracy, the will of the voters, Trump's wishes, stated wishes in a press conference.
00:38:32.080 and his appointee and the appointee's scientists.
00:38:36.180 So this is judicial despotism of the most extreme and brazen sort.
00:38:44.900 I'll stop there.
00:38:47.520 No, hang on, hang on.
00:38:48.580 But I want to drill down the hangover a second.
00:38:51.020 This, folks, as you remember, we had Tuberville, Senator Tuberville on Friday
00:38:54.500 was so proud, or maybe Thursday, so proud of on Saturday afternoon
00:38:57.880 as they had this massive debate on Save America,
00:39:00.740 they were going to add what President Trump's had to be added, no men and women's sports.
00:39:05.540 And then on Sunday, they were supposed to do the transgender mutilation.
00:39:11.160 Tuberville, they got blown out on Saturday, not even close to bad.
00:39:14.220 I think it was 53, 47.
00:39:16.140 I'm not even sure they even got to the thing yesterday, but they told me in advance,
00:39:20.000 blue states, you're not going to move this.
00:39:22.960 Back to the panel, I just want to go back and make sure everybody understands this.
00:39:27.660 And Bobby Kennedy's confirmation, which this this audience was the primary factor in making sure it got approved, because you guys went to the ramparts, said we have to approve Bobby Kennedy.
00:39:38.700 In there, they grilled him about this vaccine schedule.
00:39:41.880 Bobby Kennedy colored inside the lines.
00:39:44.880 Everything was done methodically.
00:39:46.500 In fact, of the ones that are scheduled, I think there were only five taken off with overwhelming evidence.
00:39:52.800 Of course, Big Pharma and the blue states on both of these, on both setting up the panel and doing it the right way and on the transgender mutilation.
00:40:02.900 What they had to do to run the court, Dr. Tucker, is to prove that – and the courts had to step in here – that if you play by the rules, you color inside the lines, you actually do the will of the people because these were major campaign issues for the Maha folks and for MAGA, and that's one of the reasons Trump won.
00:40:21.620 that they'll refute it they'll go to these rogue judges but and they have the power of the best
00:40:27.180 law firms in the country the best research in the country and of course the media as you see in the
00:40:32.080 new york times they cheering them on correct sir that is everything you said is exactly correct
00:40:38.220 but what happened when rfk came to hhs is that he examined the system and how it came to be
00:40:44.180 and everybody pointed to this advisory committee on immunization practices which has been around
00:40:49.540 for decades. It's mostly just rubber stamped, whatever pharma puts in front of them. Actually,
00:40:55.120 whatever pharma puts in front of the CDC, the CDC puts it in front of this committee. And the
00:41:00.360 committee sleeps through the meetings. They wake up at the very end, shaking off hangovers and take
00:41:07.080 votes. And it's always been unanimous. Every new shot gets approved. Well, RFK looked at who's on
00:41:12.800 the committee and found obvious stated and many unstated conflicts of interest. Direct payments
00:41:20.340 to these guys from pharmaceutical companies, ownership of patents in the drugs on which
00:41:26.440 they're voting. I mean, this is a brazen plot. I mean, it was so outrageous that it struck RFK
00:41:35.360 that, well, I'm here to root out corruption. How can this committee possibly survive? Is it within
00:41:42.640 my power to fire them all and the answer came back yes it is it's up to you so he did he fired
00:41:48.000 the whole committee and then went on a nationwide hunt to find actual experts in and vaccines and
00:41:55.520 medical science and data science and all these areas people who have written and studied this
00:42:01.520 issue very carefully many high-level professors and and places like brown and tufts and you know
00:42:08.160 many other places, put them on the committee, provided they had no conflicts of interest.
00:42:13.300 So this was not an easy thing to find in this world.
00:42:15.920 You can imagine, Steve, finding people who are experts on immunization practices that
00:42:21.860 weren't paid by pharma.
00:42:23.500 It's definitely the exception, not the rule.
00:42:25.860 But he populated the committee, and they've been meeting for an entire year, and they've
00:42:29.440 been gradually dialing back the childhood schedule, which has exploded beyond belief
00:42:34.460 since the 1986 indemnification of the industry.
00:42:38.700 So they've been doing everything exactly according to the rules,
00:42:42.200 working very hard, very earnestly, very sweetly,
00:42:45.740 and with great precision to look at the data, to find the data,
00:42:49.460 which is a trick in itself, and come together in public meetings.
00:42:54.080 We've all watched them, and it's been very scrupulous
00:42:56.840 and wonderful to behold.
00:42:58.780 It seems like isn't this the way reform is supposed to happen?
00:43:02.220 you vote for leaders the leaders appoint appointees they play by the rules try to eliminate the
00:43:09.040 conflicts change the system so the system was being changed just slightly on the margin but
00:43:14.480 in a way that looked like progress uh to me and to many people so it was and this next week actually
00:43:21.880 when i say well next week i mean it's this week the asap committee was going to address
00:43:27.200 vaccine industry
00:43:30.120 injury, vaccine injury
00:43:32.460 for the first time in the history of
00:43:34.280 ASIP, they're going to examine
00:43:36.180 injury, okay? That was
00:43:38.400 on the docket
00:43:39.420 and the documents had all been prepared
00:43:42.360 the testimonies had been written
00:43:43.720 and it just so happens that
00:43:46.020 a matter of days before this committee
00:43:48.300 could meet, a federal judge
00:43:50.020 jumps in
00:43:50.600 on behalf of American
00:43:54.120 Academy of Pediatrics
00:43:57.200 I wanted to have you also on the war and other things, but I'm going to get you back on this, because I want to tell a story that I don't think I've really told all of it, and I don't have time to tell all of it, about what Bobby Kennedy's up against.
00:44:09.820 And like you said, they're getting vaccine industries, and you get this ruling.
00:44:12.920 There are no coincidences, folks.
00:44:14.360 This whole thing's rigged.
00:44:15.640 It's 100% rigged, because Bobby Kennedy's going up against the power of big pharma, the big pharma distribution companies.
00:44:22.560 This is why we have All Family Pharmacy now as a sponsor.
00:44:25.060 He's going up against the food processors. He's going up against big ag. He's fighting. I mean, it's almost like it's worse in the defense industry, almost big tech.
00:44:35.500 Let's go back to 2016 with President Trump. First, first one, we had that meeting with Bobby Kennedy.
00:44:41.380 And of course, the whole world, you know, when Bobby Kennedy went down and said he met with the with President-elect Trump, the whole world melted down.
00:44:48.860 and we were working on getting a meeting with dr francis collins who kind of ran the deal right i
00:44:54.100 think it was nih and he was the guy fauci was a grundoon compared to him this guy ran it
00:44:58.460 and i remember uh in setting because i was kind of running that aspect of it up in trump tower
00:45:03.700 i was told by a person point blank he says i'm not so sure you could get collins to come up for
00:45:09.760 a meeting i go excuse me he says yeah i don't think collins will be coming to i don't think
00:45:14.340 will come see Trump. And I go, it's not Trump. It's the president-elect of the United States
00:45:19.520 he's coming to see. And he goes, yeah, you don't understand. He says, this guy, he says,
00:45:23.920 this system is set up that they've taken all this money and they've put it in every congressional
00:45:28.700 district gets a taste, gets their beak wet on some sort of research at a university. He says,
00:45:33.200 this guy's bulletproof. He says, there's nobody going to move on Collins and nobody going to
00:45:38.120 move out Collins. And what Collins says is what goes. I said, are you kidding me? And they go,
00:45:42.260 no you got to understand the reality here he's the man you guys are just passing through like
00:45:47.220 all the elected officials just passed through you're just here for a while they're permanent
00:45:51.260 and they run the deal and not now it took a little negotiation but he came he came up and
00:45:56.640 saw president trump but when he came in there it was like i'm gonna give you a little bit of
00:46:01.400 information you seem like a nice guy glad you won hope you have a good time uh is my train i'm gonna
00:46:07.280 go get my train again. It was not like, tell me what your ideas are about this, Mr. President
00:46:12.980 Elect. We're here to, you know, we're here as faithful public servants. He was like an emperor
00:46:18.320 of this whole thing. And I understood. And I said, listen, no congressman is going to go against this
00:46:23.580 guy because he's given them money in their districts, each one, all 535 and 435 and throw
00:46:30.180 in 100 senators. He spread money all around. These guys, until Bobby Kennedy came on the
00:46:35.500 see him under president trump's second time because the first time we didn't lay a glove on
00:46:39.720 him it was bobby kennedy that went to slay dragons and he did it dr tucker in a very specific uh
00:46:47.400 smart way and they realized we got a problem here let's get the best lawyers let's pick a
00:46:52.700 let's go job shopping let's get one of these super progressive judges and we got to shut this crap
00:46:57.660 down and we got to shut it down now is that not the story here sir that your story sounds
00:47:03.200 is so realistic uh in in every way in which you told it these the industry is a hegemon of of
00:47:10.880 unprecedented extent we've never seen anything like it in the modern age maybe the defense
00:47:15.400 industry comparison that i'm not even sure about that because the pharmaceutical companies they
00:47:19.980 own the media the universities the journals the professional associations uh like it's everything
00:47:26.840 They have an unbelievable amount of power.
00:47:29.360 And and and RFK is just this David against this Goliath, you know, and doing his best.
00:47:37.420 Not only that, RFK has the backing of Trump in all respects.
00:47:43.300 This is my point.
00:47:46.020 The president of the United States won the greatest comeback.
00:47:48.420 And he said, this time I'm going to take care of it.
00:47:50.200 You get a hammer like Bobby Kennedy.
00:47:52.060 And remember, the Roosevelt Room, President Trump, I'm sitting here doing live coverage.
00:47:56.420 and I go, wow, I thought he was going to give Bobby
00:47:58.360 Kennedy cover. He's ahead of Bobby
00:48:00.300 Kennedy. He was bringing those people up.
00:48:02.300 He says, let me have another story. Come up here.
00:48:04.360 I said, President Trump, this thing
00:48:06.280 cuts to the core of his deep
00:48:08.240 lift system. And guess what?
00:48:10.300 The opposition doesn't care. They don't care.
00:48:12.400 They go, hey, we don't care what Trump thinks. We don't
00:48:14.200 care what the president feels. We're
00:48:16.120 big pharma and you're not. And we're going
00:48:18.220 to roll hard because we own the media.
00:48:19.840 We don't care about Congress. We own the House.
00:48:22.220 We don't care about the people, the votes,
00:48:24.400 the elections. None of it matters, right?
00:48:26.960 Maha, make America healthy again.
00:48:29.340 Make America healthy again.
00:48:30.600 Hey, you ladies out there, the Children's Health Defense Fund, suck on this.
00:48:34.380 We're in charge.
00:48:35.540 You're not.
00:48:36.060 You're just some sort of rebel faction.
00:48:39.440 Let me run something by you, though, Steve.
00:48:40.920 Something that occurs to me about these two cases, right?
00:48:46.040 Because the Oregon case is also a pharma case, you've got to remember,
00:48:49.100 because child gender transitions or whatever
00:48:53.360 means a lifetime of sales funnel for big pharma.
00:48:57.420 That's what it means, and that's why they favor it.
00:48:59.600 That's why the American Academy of Pediatrics
00:49:02.300 has been pushing mutilation since 2018 consistently
00:49:06.300 and keep renewing their push.
00:49:07.840 It's a pharma scam.
00:49:09.460 But here's what I'm thinking, Stephen.
00:49:10.900 Let me check this comment against your intuitions.
00:49:14.000 To resort to these kind of brutal methods of extreme, undemocratic, unjustifiable, preposterous ruling from a bench, emergency injunctions, these kind of things, these strike me as maybe acts of desperation.
00:49:31.760 Like we've got to hold on.
00:49:33.920 This is the only tool that we have left in our toolbox are these ridiculous federal judges.
00:49:41.480 That's what it feels like to me.
00:49:43.960 I think they would rather do anything else.
00:49:47.080 They'd like to pay off the ASAP members, get a toady in as HHS secretary at NIH.
00:49:53.340 They'd rather work in a sort of separatist way, not this public way with sledgehammers.
00:49:59.820 So I'm wondering if maybe this is a case in some sense for optimism that they are on the run
00:50:06.620 And now they're resorting to extreme uses of power just to hang on to whatever they have.
00:50:14.060 I'm going to bother you to track after the show.
00:50:16.660 I'm going to talk to you and see if we can't get you on the next couple of days on the broader geopolitical and geostrategic and how it ties back to this.
00:50:23.960 Until then, you guys are doing the Lord's work.
00:50:27.340 Where do they go?
00:50:28.180 I want to immerse people in information about this, sir.
00:50:31.460 Dr. Tucker.
