Bannon's War Room - WarRoom Battleground EP 980： Freeing Tina Peters; Fighting Back Against CAIR Curriculums In In Texas Schools

00:00:00.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:00:17.080 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.

00:00:22.400 Here's one time I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.

00:00:26.680 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:00:28.580 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:00:30.000 I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that,

00:00:31.780 but you're not going to stop it.

00:00:32.720 It's going to happen.

00:00:33.980 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?

00:00:37.380 MAGA media.

00:00:38.720 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:00:44.120 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:00:47.920 If that answer is to save my country,

00:00:50.760 this country will be saved.

00:00:54.200 War Room.

00:00:55.120 Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.

00:01:00.680 It is Holy Thursday, the 2nd of April, the year of our Lord, 2026.

00:01:04.940 Thank you for being here for the second hour.

00:01:08.060 An anomaly, West Texas Intermediate is about $112.

00:01:12.540 I think Brent, the gauge of which we judge European oil is $108,

00:01:20.940 although the spot market for delivery of physical what's on the ocean now is $141.

00:01:25.360 My point, you don't have to be an oil trader to understand

00:01:29.300 that there's a lot of turbulence in what is the underpinnings of the global economy,

00:01:35.660 and that would be energy.

00:01:37.260 Now more than ever, and this is why we did the end of the dollar empire.

00:01:40.980 Also, we're coming out with a first look.

00:01:43.060 Bloomberg, I think, has it of the 2027 budget.

00:01:46.460 According to the math, what they're projecting is $16 trillion in deficits,

00:01:50.460 I think, in the next 10 years.

00:01:52.760 We'll break all that down tomorrow because, as Steve Cortez said earlier,

00:01:55.920 We've got to keep the financial and fiscal house in order to make sure that we even have the ability to pay for these military expenditures.

00:02:03.080 And I think it's a very compelling reason why President Trump said, hey, two weeks, maybe three weeks, and then we're out of here to get back to the United States.

00:02:10.120 This oil situation, quite disturbing.

00:02:13.580 End of the dollar empire, birchgold.com, promo code Bannon.

00:02:17.260 You get this eighth free installment, which deals exactly with where the dollar is today.

00:02:22.820 So let's check that out.

00:02:24.040 And as soon as they get these back in stock, we'll be sending you over to get the Patriots edition of the first seven installments of the end of the dollar empire.

00:02:33.900 But they're out of stock right now because it's been such a huge demand.

00:02:37.260 But you can always go and get all seven installments and you can do it for free.

00:02:41.880 We want you to get as much information on this as possible to make sure you understand it's not the price, it's the process.

00:02:49.320 And it's why gold has been a hedge for, I don't know, 3,000 years of mankind's history.

00:02:56.820 Apollo, Pappas, this Tina Peters situation.

00:03:01.940 And this is why I was talking to Mike Davis at the beginning of the first hour about Pam

00:03:07.860 Bondi in the context of Pam is now got relieved by President Trump as attorney general.

00:03:14.640 And he's looking at a host of other people to step up.

00:03:17.560 I think it's a pretty deep bench.

00:03:18.560 Todd Blanchard, I think, has done a very solid job as DAG, is now the interim head of it.

00:03:25.120 And, of course, we would love to see some of the people that are over there stick around and help this situation.

00:03:30.380 But it's a process where the lawfare is the left's biggest weapon because it ties into the woke corporations, the woke universities, the woke media, and they're brutal about it.

00:03:42.480 They'll send people to prison. 0.99

00:03:43.640 They will bankrupt people.

00:03:44.660 This is why I use examples like the folks in Georgia for the voter fraud, what they've gone through in six years.

00:03:50.180 These people are heroes and patriots because they're not sunshine soldiers.

00:03:53.820 They're not just people on Twitter.

00:03:55.520 Oh, my gosh, blah, blah, blah, blah.

00:03:56.900 These are people that stood in the breach when they brought criminal penalties against them, civil penalties against them, tried to bankrupt them.

00:04:03.700 And in Colorado, which was one of the most egregious, and Tina Peters, a gold star mother who was just doing her job.

00:04:09.180 And now we understand from an appellate court, which, by the way, is all left-wing Democrats, they even went back and corrected the trial judge to say, look, her political beliefs and her beliefs, her First Amendment rights of what she was saying, which is throughout the trial, you can't violate that in her sentencing.

00:04:28.400 And I realize, people, we have a huge problem with how they've kind of went back and said, well, the seven felony convictions are correct, because I think that would be ultimately overturned.

00:04:38.200 What is the plan of action now and how can the Warren Posse assist you guys?

00:04:42.160 You have been heroes in keeping her show going and communication with her to make sure she's got a great legal team, both at the federal level with with Peter Tickton and Pat McSweeney and others.

00:04:53.720 And you've got a great you've got a great team at the state level, John Cass and in people.

00:04:59.020 So how can what's your plan? What can you tell us today and how can people assist?

00:05:03.740 well uh number one the plan is to get her out uh she should be she should have been a long time 0.99

00:05:12.840 ago so uh you know we're hoping that we're not going to go through another uh circus just with

00:05:20.300 the trial court because it was sent back to the district court where she was sentenced with judge 0.91

00:05:25.680 barrett uh some really important things though that everyone watching needs to understand first

00:05:31.020 of all, you're going to see the media, and that includes Jenna Griswold, it includes Dan Rubenstein,

00:05:35.680 and many of these other Colorado officials say that her trial was fair, and that's simply not

00:05:40.840 true. They're going to say that she was tampering with election records, that she breached the

00:05:45.380 voting machines, and none of that is true. She was authorized to do what she did. Conan Hayes

00:05:50.900 was there under her supervision. They're going to continue using those lies and pretend that

00:05:56.880 tina got a fair trial and she did not there is a recording going around of one of the jurors in her

00:06:03.340 trial stating that she thought tina peters was part of the reason she had her business sabotaged 1.00

00:06:08.980 until after the trial there is evidence that should have automatically made tina peters 1.00

00:06:14.280 case a mistrial and that includes the judge's actions and it also includes issues with the jury

00:06:20.340 and her inability to mount a proper defense uh you can find that information on our website 0.98

00:06:25.640 at tinapeters.us. But what I would like everyone to do, if you see these people continuing to push

00:06:31.120 these narratives, that she breached election equipment, that she was unauthorized, that she 0.99

00:06:36.740 deleted records, which is actually what Jenna Griswold is guilty of doing as the Secretary of 1.00

00:06:42.480 State, do not let them get away with it. If you see it on social media or in the news, you call

00:06:47.620 that out because they are straight up lying because Tina Peters has the goods on their crimes. 0.99

00:06:52.440 and you can go to her website she needs help she still has a very long road ahead of her whether or

00:06:58.080 not she's actually released violent by the trial court in the next 30 days or so uh we still need

00:07:05.780 to go through that process to have her released uh hopefully before the resentencing actually

00:07:10.840 happens and if you contact jared polis's office you tell him enough is enough this woman has been

00:07:16.780 through enough you yourself admitted it everyone can see that her trial was unjust the consecutive

00:07:22.240 of sentences are ridiculous the woman needs to be commuted she needs to be allowed to go home now 1.00

00:07:26.900 and it shouldn't have to wait for the trial court that so viciously violated her rights 0.98

00:07:31.660 to have to weigh in before that happens

00:07:33.740 apollo where do people go for the content the tina peter show everything that you guys keep

00:07:40.760 going and then where do they go if they want to support uh both the both the um both her content

00:07:47.120 creation and if people want to uh find out more about her legal situation and contribute there

00:07:52.200 tinapeters.us you can find updates related to tina uh you can sign up for email alerts you'll

00:07:59.840 get messages direct from our team if you go on the home page uh sign up for the email list and

00:08:05.500 we'll keep you in touch before anyone else and her rumble channel her x is where you can find

00:08:10.780 her show real tina peters uh go there for all the latest shows from tina she has as much input as

00:08:17.760 she can on those from prison. And if you need to support her legal funds or her personal expenses

00:08:23.740 so that she can keep her house, you can do both from tinapeters.us on the homepage. And thank you

00:08:30.720 to your audience who've been amazing. And to everybody listening, Tina is extremely grateful

00:08:36.440 for all of you. Without you all and people supporting her, she wouldn't be able to keep

00:08:40.180 doing this. This audience is amazing, but I will tell you something, Apollo, what Tina Peters is a

00:08:47.160 unique figure in american history a gold star mother that is in a freaking prison for nine 1.00

00:08:53.600 years a maximum security woman's prison a hellhole in colorado where she's being intimidated every 1.00

00:09:00.180 day by younger prisoners because she stood in the breach of one of the most egregious crimes in the

00:09:05.640 history of this country that's why she will go down she's a historical figure and that's why i

00:09:10.240 think this the boardroom posse and everybody associated with the show supports her and your

00:09:14.840 guys work which has just been incredible uh to keep the show going and to keep her case in front

00:09:20.860 of the american people so thank you apollo appreciate you and everybody over there and

00:09:25.020 the lawyers god bless you and your audience thank you incredible eastman you know how it is

00:09:32.280 we're going to get to the supreme court and we're going to get to this incredible argument because

00:09:36.280 we played for all two hours of the morning show the other day the audience was so mesmerized

00:09:40.320 by this and and they weren't happy the entire time i will tell you uh but john you've been in

00:09:46.820 maybe not the exact situation tina peters but you've seen when they come after you this is

00:09:51.840 what i'm saying today i'm not defending pam bondi but i think we have to contextualize what is going

00:09:57.960 on here lawfare is they own the ivy league schools they own the feeders to the best law schools in

00:10:09.560 the country they own the professors and these professors are essentially marxist okay they 0.77

00:10:16.500 own the big law firms they own these federal state and federal judges this this is a rot in our system

00:10:25.060 that will take decades to change but right now i will tell you look at trump they were going to put

00:10:32.320 trump in prison for what 350 years they had a plan to have him die in prison both at the state level

00:10:38.340 on the federal level and you see what a racket it was as we peel it away eastman this show i forget

00:10:45.320 it was a couple weeks in a row we just streamed uh your trial out there where they tried to destroy

00:10:50.360 you as a person they tried to destroy your profession they tried to rip away everything

00:10:55.120 you've ever stood for and what they want to do is get the best that we have and destroy them and use

00:11:00.760 that as a example to everybody else coming up if you step out of line john eastman one of the most

00:11:06.480 respected constitutional lawyers in the country, you're going to get destroyed. You're going to

00:11:10.900 get disbarred. You're going to have your profession take away from you. You're going to get fired from

00:11:14.960 all the law schools. You're going to get fired from all the universities. You're going to get

00:11:17.740 othered everywhere. That's what they do. And guess what, folks? It works on about 80% of the people.

00:11:24.920 Why do you think in the revolution they sat there and go, hey, you got sunshine patriots

00:11:28.760 and summer soldiers. Read the history of the revolution. How many people were at Valley Forge?

00:11:34.700 How many people were actually that that answered up at Reveille for Washington and the Continental Army?

00:11:41.300 How many people actually stood in the breach and won the revolution?

00:11:45.360 Guess what? It wasn't 80 percent. It wasn't 75 percent.

00:11:49.620 It wasn't two thirds. It was a minority that was too frickin tough and too dedicated to quit.

00:11:56.140 And that's what Tina Peters and John Eastman are the best of us.

00:11:59.920 But we have to understand that this is an overwhelming enemy that has really taken this republic, and it's everywhere.

00:12:07.960 That's what's in the Hall of Congress, in the deep state, because two-thirds of them are lawyers.

00:12:16.340 This is one of the most significant problems we have to go after.

00:12:20.220 John Eastman, how was it for you when they came after you, sir?

00:12:24.500 Well, I wish it was past tense, Steve.

00:12:26.520 We've had 19 actions we've been dealing with for the last five years.

00:12:30.620 I'm down to only two left, but there are still two left.

00:12:33.980 The California Bar action, the California Supreme Court first considered our petition for reviewing, and then we asked them to reject the disbarment recommendation that came up from the Bar court.

00:12:47.380 They considered that petition yesterday, along with 103 other petitions.

00:12:52.700 98 of those petitions were resolved in a results order today.

00:12:58.360 Ours was not among them, so they're going to carry it over for a little bit more consideration.

00:13:03.200 We hope that that means they're going our direction, or at least seriously considering it, but it's still pending.

00:13:09.040 The bar trial itself went for over 10 weeks, 34 days, and I think the longest and most expensive bar disciplinary proceeding in history.

00:13:18.720 And then, of course, you had I was unindicted co-conspirator in the Jack Smith indictment of President Trump in D.C. Jack Smith could have moved that from unindicted to indicted co-conspirator any time he wanted because that D.C. jury pool is so lopsidedly anti-Trump and pro-radical Democrat.

00:13:38.180 Thank God that never happened. I was indicted in Georgia the day before Thanksgiving last fall.

00:13:44.780 That case was finally dismissed. But the corruption that's coming out of the collusion between the district attorney there, Fannie Willis, and her lover, whom she hired and paid nearly $700,000 to, and the Joe Biden White House, is stunning.

00:14:00.620 And Nathan Wade, the lover that was hired, spent a whole day meeting with the White House

00:14:08.040 counsel's office.

00:14:08.940 And he testified under oath that it had nothing to do with the Georgia case.

00:14:12.620 But he submitted that travel expense and that time in the meeting in the White House for

00:14:18.100 payment on the Georgia case.

00:14:20.400 And then the Arizona attorney general, the same radical anti-Trump group that filed the

00:14:26.360 bar complaining against me in California, Norm Eisen in the States United Democracy Center,

00:14:31.460 was hired by the attorney general of Arizona to prepare the neutral prosecution memo. I mean,

00:14:38.340 for God's sakes, that's like hiring the fox to develop your safety plan on the chicken coop.

00:14:42.480 I mean, this is what they do. And it's a revolving door circle. The folks out of government

00:14:49.460 are supporting the folks in government to protect the deep state and go after anybody that dares

00:14:55.380 And don't bury the lead.

00:14:58.680 Norm Eisen's down there last Friday in the five-hour or eight-hour, I think it was eight-hour, evidentiary hearing.

00:15:05.000 Norm Eisen and Abby Lowell are sitting there.

00:15:06.740 Norm Eisen's hired in that.

00:15:08.740 This is what they're coming after us.

00:15:10.720 This audience was mesmerized.

00:15:12.380 You've been working as our top constitutional lawyer.

00:15:17.300 You've had so many other victories.

00:15:19.120 They said this is a fringe theory.

00:15:20.920 It didn't sound so fringe the other day in front of the Supreme Court.

00:15:23.320 This audience was mesmerized by Sauer's arguments, the questions, the questions of the of the justices, the intensity of it.

00:15:30.760 Of course, the ACLU's bizarro theories.

00:15:33.940 Just put us in the room.

00:15:35.720 You've worked.

00:15:36.680 You dedicate a big part of your life to this issue.

00:15:40.140 Tell us what it was like and what do you think?

00:15:42.220 Not that we can pick what the judge is going to do, but where do you think this stands right now on the outcomes?

00:15:46.520 Well, even the rock-solid liberals on the court who said this is so clear-cut an issue back in June when they said there's no reason not to have a nationwide injunction against it, even they took seriously Solicitor General John Sauer's argument because it's historically grounded.

00:16:06.520 It's textually supported.

00:16:09.160 The main arguers, the main drafters of the language of the Citizenship Clause said that

00:16:15.400 subject to the jurisdiction means subject to the complete jurisdiction, and it doesn't

00:16:19.920 extend to aliens and foreigners, which seems pretty clear.

00:16:24.920 The Supreme Court, in the initial time it even looked at the 14th Amendment in the slaughterhouse

00:16:29.300 cases, said exactly the same thing.

00:16:31.240 The leading treatise writer of the day, Thomas Cooley, exactly the same thing.

00:16:35.000 Secretary of State in the 1880s, a child born here of German parents when they were temporarily

00:16:41.720 visiting, and another one born of Scottish parents while they were temporarily visiting.

00:16:47.420 The Secretary of State said, no, you're not citizens. You don't get a passport.

00:16:51.320 You're natives of your parents' country. That's where you owe your allegiance.

00:16:55.620 And subject to the jurisdiction means subject, not subject to any foreign power. End of story.

00:17:00.500 And I thought John Sauer did a terrific job.

00:17:03.840 He and his whole team did a terrific job of making that original case.

00:17:08.180 And by the way, this attempt to debunk it by claiming that I'm, you know, I saw one

00:17:14.680 story that used a Mike Pence attack on me as a crackpot lawyer.

00:17:20.500 I mean, how many times has Mike Pence argued in the Supreme Court?

00:17:25.020 I've been involved in over 200 cases there.

00:17:27.520 I've argued there.

00:17:28.260 He never has.

00:17:29.000 And the notion that this was a fringe theory or a crackpot theory, when every bit of evidence from the drafting of the 14th Amendment supports it, and the Supreme Court itself originally agreed with this idea that it doesn't extend to foreigners, sojourners was the phrase they used at the time.

00:17:47.880 It's not crackpot. It's originalism. And I think what's important with what President Trump did

00:17:54.300 is he took that from being, it's not fringe, but certainly most lefty law professors disagreed

00:18:01.760 with it. Until Trump came on the scene, the key case is 1898, Wong Kim Ark, where the court said

00:18:08.220 the children of permanently domiciled Chinese parents is himself a citizen. And during the

00:18:14.000 argument yesterday. 20 different times in the majority opinion in that case, they referenced

00:18:19.620 the fact that the parents were domiciled here. Chief Justice Roberts, Justice Alito, several of

00:18:24.860 the justices pointed that out. And that's true. And most legal scholars, until Trump started

00:18:31.920 pressing this issue in 2015, agreed with me that the actual holding of the case didn't settle the

00:18:38.920 question of children of temporary visitors or illegal immigrants. But of course, once Trump

00:18:43.360 comes on to say they all act like that case settled at 125 years ago and that we're therefore

00:18:48.560 crazy and the press trying to build and support this narrative starts calling it a fringe theory

00:18:53.640 when it clearly is not it's in fact the right answer under the original understanding of the

00:18:58.400 14th amendment um given i take it the rule by june before they take off by late june but this

00:19:09.020 has ignited so much interest in this and you're kind of the godfather of this what do you think

00:19:15.060 we do to get up to speed and get other alternatives out there just as a backup in case the the court

00:19:21.940 doesn't go away i don't think it's too easy to start too early to start working for the simple

00:19:27.160 fact that people are now extremely interested in this and they realize the ridiculous this

00:19:33.540 ridiculous proposition that anybody that can come in here and birthright citizenship the million five 1.00

00:19:37.700 Chinese, the 10,000, the Chinese billionaire has. It's outrageous. Peter Schweitzer's book 0.92

00:19:43.960 spent five weeks on the New York Times as the number one bestseller, principally because of

00:19:49.740 this. So what should we be doing? What guidance can you give us? Where can we go to get more

00:19:54.860 information? How do we get smarter? How do we get tougher? How do we start to organize on this,

00:19:59.600 John Eastman? Well, obviously, it's going to depend on what the Supreme Court does.

00:20:04.380 Chief Justice Roberts was looking for an exit ramp that would say Congress can weigh in here

00:20:10.620 and maybe fix it. And there's one sliver of a reed that would allow that to be the pathway.

00:20:17.080 And that is if they say, even though the Immigration Act itself uses the same language

00:20:22.600 of the 14th Amendment, they meant broader protections than the 14th Amendment requires.

00:20:29.060 And so then our efforts would be on getting Congress to make clear in its statute that

00:20:33.240 doesn't cover temporary visitors and illegal aliens. I don't think that's where the court's

00:20:38.380 going to go. If they instead say constitution mandates citizenship to anybody born here,

00:20:45.420 no matter the circumstances, except for the children of ambassadors, then the only way to

00:20:51.660 fix that is with a constitutional amendment. And I think the people in this country are so

00:20:56.040 incensed by what they saw going on, that if the court does rule that way, contrary to all the

00:21:01.560 evidence that John Sauer put before them. If it does rule that way, I think we've got a very

00:21:06.640 viable path for a quick resolution and constitutional amendment to change that.

00:21:12.740 It's never going to come out of Congress. You'd never get the two-thirds votes necessary in both

00:21:17.220 the House and the Senate to do that. So you've got to look at James Madison's other alternative

00:21:22.040 when the problem is the federal government itself, and that is a convention of states

00:21:26.180 called, limited to this one question, should we amend the Constitution to correct the Supreme

00:21:32.760 Court's mistake on the understanding of birthright citizenship and make clear that it doesn't cover

00:21:37.960 temporary visitors and illegal immigrants? And it takes 34 states to call such a convention,

00:21:44.860 and it can be limited to that single issue. And then it takes 38 states to ratify the proposed

00:21:51.480 amendment that would come out of such a convention. And I think we ought to start putting the

00:21:55.680 infrastructure together to do that right now. I think we ought to partner with the Convention

00:21:59.740 of States that's more broadly looking at calling a convention to address some other issues.

00:22:04.560 But let's do this one on a very laser-focused issue. Let's get the convention to focus on

00:22:11.480 the birthright citizenship question, if the Supreme Court rules against us, and push that

00:22:17.780 through. It can be done as quickly as the 11th Amendment was done in response to an erroneous

00:22:22.380 Supreme Court decision back in the 1790s, and they quickly fixed that with the 11th Amendment.

00:22:27.820 I think we should be prepared to do that with this as well.

00:22:34.160 Real quickly, were you happy with the arguments? Were you happy with the question of the justice?

00:22:38.840 Did you come out of there upbeat, or did you come out there saying, hey, I'm going to have

00:22:42.820 to get very focused and look at other alternatives? Well, it's very hard to predict. I mean,

00:22:49.440 And John Sauer, the Solicitor General, went in there with three justices firmly against him.

00:22:56.940 No question, there was no movement, nor was there going to be any movement from Justices Kagan, Sotomayor, and Brown-Jackson.

00:23:05.540 So that meant you're looking at the other six.

00:23:08.140 And I thought it was very pretty clear that Justice Alito and Justice Thomas understood the original arguments and therefore are likely to go with President Trump's executive order, say it's constitutional, and actually clarifies the true meaning of the Constitution.

00:23:25.360 The other four justices, Chief Justice Roberts, Justices Kavanaugh and Gorsuch and Barrett, it's hard to say from their questions.

00:23:37.540 I mean, there were several questions from Justice Gorsuch that looked like he was very skeptical of the government's position, but he also has a habit of playing devil's advocate to press what he thinks are maybe weak points in the argument to see how they shore it up.

00:23:51.200 And if the answers satisfy him, he could come out the other direction.

00:23:54.320 The same is true with Justice Kavanaugh and Barrett. Justice Barrett asked some tough questions of both sides, and it's like they were probing to try and find what the right answer was in this very nuanced question.

00:24:09.960 I have to say, Steve, I've been to a lot of arguments, including every single one of the 80 or so when I was a clerk for Justice Thomas up there in the mid-1990s.

00:24:19.400 This was the most highbrow, sophisticated argument on both sides and among all nine justices that I'd ever seen.

00:24:27.800 They clearly understand the significance of it.

00:24:30.620 Of course, that was highlighted by the president himself coming to the courtroom, not to pressure

00:24:36.240 the court as some of the leftist media said, oh, this violates the separation of powers.

00:24:41.820 Give me a break.

00:24:42.700 I mean, most of the arguments I've been to, there's a member of Congress or two sitting

00:24:46.500 there.

00:24:46.760 I've never seen anybody say that was the legislature violating separation of powers.

00:24:51.500 This Trump arrangement syndrome just has people thinking through mud.

00:24:55.380 But it demonstrates the significance of the issue.

00:24:58.220 And with Peter Schweitzer's book hitting recently, a news last week that of those 1.5 million Chinese birth citizens that go back and get trained by the Communist Party, 200,000 young men of military age are now in the United States.

00:25:17.600 That's an army.

00:25:18.500 That's an army from our leading enemy on the world stage that is within our borders with claims of citizenship rights to be here.

00:25:26.540 And it's extraordinary that we would continue to let that happen if that's not what the Constitution compels.

00:25:35.700 And everybody agreed that there was no discussion about giving citizenship to the children of illegal immigrants and that there was some discussion of giving citizenship to temporary sojourners, and that was rejected in 1866.

00:25:52.580 So, you know, I hope the court will follow the originalist path that John Sauer and his team laid out.

00:25:58.720 But if they don't, we need to be prepared to fix this because our very survival as a country, I think, is at stake.

00:26:06.260 It definitely is. I think that's why people are so mesmerized by the highbrow argument and people loved it.

00:26:11.760 John Eastman, we've got about 30 seconds. Where do people go to find out everything about you and to see if they want to support you, sir?

00:33:23.880 done an amazing job the collective uh group of people working on this the people at uh my uh

00:33:30.560 at Patriot Mobile, Jenny Story, all the great, I think they had over 100 grassroots leaders at

00:33:36.280 CPAC in these meetings, you know, follow on to after the victory at the polls. But there's so

00:33:41.900 much more to get done. I mean, we are fighting a very determined enemy that thinks they're winning

00:33:47.700 on this Islamic invasion of Texas, and with it, the bringing of a Sharia law. And if you don't 0.78

00:33:53.440 think so, we're going to have Julie Pickering on here in a moment, and you're going to see about

00:33:56.820 the texas education board so set the frame it for us frank and where can people go to get information

00:34:02.760 about this not simply texans but although we want texans to power into this but people all over this

00:34:09.100 nation you're still right steven that's it's just terrific that we're having a chance to talk about

00:34:15.000 it a little bit before d-day which is the 7th of april in austin texas just to set the stage

00:34:23.540 as you pointed out and as you did so much to help accomplish, 1.9 million Texans voted on the 3rd of

00:34:33.040 March to prohibit Sharia law in Texas. On the 7th of April, as I say, the Council on American 0.98

00:34:44.440 Islamic Relations, a designated terrorist organization, better known as CARE, is trying

00:34:51.320 to whip up the red-green axis to cause one single vote on the School Board of Education

00:35:02.560 to flip from promoting and helping implement a patriotic curriculum framework that was

00:35:11.560 adopted by the board last year and turn it into one that, Peir argues, isn't Islamophobic

00:35:19.400 or exclusionary. And these are terms, of course, that are designed to ram through the kinds of

00:35:27.580 agendas that, well, their friends on the left, the ACLU, the NAACP, the teachers unions,

00:35:35.900 and scores and scores of other leftist organizations, plus the Islamists, the jihadis.

00:35:42.440 They're all in for having the curriculum for social studies for K through 12 in the state of Texas be to their liking and not representative of the greatness of our country, our founders, our founding documents.

00:36:01.200 You know, the very freedoms that are embedded in Judeo-Christian civilization, they want the kind that's not so free and not so inclusive. 0.98

00:36:12.440 as it happens, that they favor in the Sharia supremacist camp. So here's the point. The reason 0.98

00:36:19.560 they're fighting this so hard, and the reason that this is so fraught, is that it's not just

00:36:25.260 the millions and millions and millions of Texan kids that are going to be indoctrinated if they

00:36:31.780 have their way by their radical left slash jihadist agenda. It will be every kid in America,

00:36:41.580 probably, because the books that are published as textbooks in Texas, because of the volume,

00:36:48.860 typically are pushed by the publishers to every other school system in the country.

00:36:54.640 So Julie Pickering is a hero on this. She has been fighting it tooth and tongue. The reason

00:36:59.780 that we are having this fight, frankly, is because she helped engineer that pro-American

00:37:05.700 curriculum last year. And let me just say, in this instance, there are two things that need

00:37:10.760 to happen. She'll talk more about it because she'll be up there on the dais. Get to that

00:37:16.660 hearing on the 7th of April, if you possibly can, starting at 8 a.m. Be present because there are

00:37:25.860 going to be a lot of Sharia supremacists who are going to be bussed in. There's going to be a lot 0.99

00:37:30.400 of leftists who will as well. We need patriotic Americans standing up for the pro-American

00:37:36.640 curriculum framework and the standards that would implement it. The second thing is if people go

00:37:42.080 right now to bansharia.com, there is right on the front page there a letter. It's called an

00:37:50.160 Align Act campaign. It enables you literally with a click of a bounce to send a letter to Pam

00:37:56.020 Little and Evelyn Brooks, the two most important of these votes, probably Pam Little first and 1.00

00:38:04.300 foremost, as Julie can describe. We need her to vote, as she did last year, for a pro-American

00:38:12.400 curriculum, not the CARE curriculum, as I call it. And if that's done, I think, Steve, we will

00:38:18.820 see a generation of American kids better equipped to contend with the threat we're facing from

00:38:25.900 Sharia supremacism and, well, frankly, the red-green axis as well. 0.85

00:38:29.960 frank thanks for the tee up and stick around i want to have you on here with dr thayer about

00:38:36.500 this escalatory ladder in the war julie pickering um people just it almost boggles the mind what's

00:38:43.520 next tuesday the day after easter monday at 8 a.m central daylight time there's going to be a texas

00:38:50.660 education board just tell folks what we're actually discussing i don't think many people in the

00:38:56.740 country really kind of understand or believe how these radical Islamists have infected or trying 0.98

00:39:04.840 to infect not simply the school system of the teaching for kids in Texas, but because of,

00:39:09.680 like Frank said, the economics of the textbook industry will affect and impact kids throughout

00:39:14.680 this nation, ma'am. Yes, thank you, Steve, for having me on and what an honor to be on with

00:39:20.380 the great Frank Gaffney, a true American hero who's been serving our country faithfully for

00:39:25.740 not just years, but decades. But yes, Tuesday is going to be the fight. So we begin Tuesday morning

00:39:32.540 at 8 a.m. with discussing the literary works, the state-mandated inside of our standards

00:39:39.220 mandatory reading, kindergarten through 12th grade. And why this is so important is because

00:39:44.380 these literary works that have already been proposed before the Texas State Board of Education

00:39:48.820 are based in our laws, our laws that say that you must teach kindergarten through 12th grade

00:39:55.200 through a patriotic lens, that you must teach founding documents, that you must teach founding

00:40:00.320 fathers and patriotism. But we already have a Republican out of Houston that has offered up

00:40:06.680 amendments to remove all of those things. He's already offered up amendments to remove teaching

00:40:12.060 about all of the presidents, to remove the impact of Western civilization, great works, literary

00:40:17.540 works from Western civilization, to remove all of the books that instill patriotism and a love for

00:40:22.820 country in our in our students and so this is already a fight before we ever even get there

00:40:28.500 but the reason why the reason why they have to remove western civilization judeo-christian values

00:40:34.480 the old testament new testament patriotism is they have to remove pride and thankfulness

00:40:41.760 in order to indoctrinate our kids to do a complete repeal and replacement of u.s and texas history to

00:40:48.840 remove the Judeo-Christian values out of the U.S. history and Texas history and insert Islam's 1.00

00:40:54.680 contribution is you have to tear down Western civilization first. You have to remove Western

00:40:59.760 civilization. You have to remove the impact of the Bible on the founding of our country 0.99

00:41:04.300 and our founding fathers. You have to remove George Washington. You have to remove George

00:41:08.640 Washington's Thanksgiving proclamation, his farewell address as the first president of the

00:41:13.540 United States. You have to remove all those things. And so we already have a Republican

00:41:17.660 that's willing to carry that water who's already submitted amendments um you can go and look at

00:41:22.320 those amendments on the state of texas website hang on hang on hang on because i gotta manage

00:41:27.840 my time here and i'm gonna get there but they are i'm gonna shift to your book i'm gonna do

00:41:32.160 the escalatory letter tomorrow with you i'm gonna shift to your book because you're an expert on

00:41:36.120 this julie people understand what you just said but i think what the the problem is is that we

00:41:44.100 can't comprehend that there are americans and particularly republicans prepared to back this

00:41:51.780 what you're saying is so black and white there's such a huge gap between obviously what needs to

00:41:58.440 be taught to our most precious asset which is our children our grandchildren future generations

00:42:04.240 which has been taught in every generation since the founding of this republic versus what you're

00:42:09.640 talking about what you're talking about sounds so crazy that people are sitting there go well

00:42:15.000 obviously it'll be a nine to nothing vote or a 10 to nothing vote or a 15 to one vote

00:42:19.240 how can this even be an issue why does the forum have to stream this what is this republican doing

00:42:24.840 you're actually telling me that there's an individual who is a republican that is prepared

00:42:29.960 to back exactly what you just said because that almost seems like it's unfathomable ma'am yes sir

00:42:37.440 I wish it were, Steve. I wish when people put that R behind their name, it really meant something.

00:42:41.620 But unfortunately, to some people, it doesn't. It just means they're going to do whatever they want and support whatever organizations are supporting them, regardless of whether it lines up with the Republican Party and our Judeo-Christian beliefs or not.

00:42:52.900 But you can go on the Texas State Board of Education website and already sees amendments that have been filed that remove presidents, remove patriotism, remove Western great works of Western literature from the from the mandatory reading list that directly ties with the social studies teak.

00:43:08.080 So this is going to be a fight. I don't think it's going to be a fight between Republicans and Democrats.

00:43:12.360 care and i i've been i've been yeah this is why i need people we need people to show up and online

00:43:18.880 also because i've gotten these uh flyers that they're having training sessions the islamists

00:43:25.300 are not just sitting there and going oh we'll just let war room and frank gaffney and patriot

00:43:29.540 mobile and julie picker and they're just going to be no they're fighting back there aren't they

00:43:33.980 having organizing meetings to prep people to be witnesses at these things show up and demonstrate

00:43:39.660 Yes, sir. And just in my SBOE district and two of the largest mosque in my SBOE district in Southeast Texas, they've been holding trainings.

00:43:48.640 They've been holding recruitment rallies to recruit people to come to the Texas State Board of Education next Tuesday to testify before us.

00:43:55.760 And they've been training them on what to say. What are the talking points?

00:43:59.760 I mean, they're coming with a very well oiled machine. I mean, they're very organized.

00:44:03.840 They're very well funded and they are going to bring a lot of people next Tuesday.

00:44:07.200 and it's going to be whose voice is the loudest in the room we need patriots to show up next

00:44:12.100 tuesday 8 a.m barbara jordan barbara jordan building in austin texas we're going to give

00:44:19.120 all the details and we're going to stream it also dr bradley thayer so i'm gonna get you tomorrow

00:44:23.440 on the escalatory ladder but this is really at the heart of your magnum opus you you've written

00:44:30.220 this book and people you're going to be blown away when you see it but you said hey look this

00:44:34.480 is all part of a process this has been a hundred year struggle since it first came on the scene

00:44:38.880 and i would actually say maybe back to the french revolution but this has been a war of these

00:44:44.520 atheistic marxists and now they've teamed with the islamists and this is why this red green alliance 0.98

00:44:50.060 is why we have this issue in texas and now people are finally waking up to it talk to us about how

00:44:55.100 serious this is they believe they're winning i want people to understand this they don't think

00:44:59.680 they're losing they think they're winning and they think one way they're winning is that people

00:45:04.340 asleep, and they're going to get in, which they always want to do, and control the education of

00:45:09.520 the young. They can control the past by controlling the future, and that is how they do it through

00:45:15.600 textbooks. Dr. Bradley Thayer. Yes, Steve, thanks very much, and thanks for writing the forward to

00:45:21.400 the book. This is what you've discussed tonight really illustrates the problem. John Eastman's

00:45:29.020 problem is rooted in the fact that the communists have captured the ideas industry, whether it's

00:45:36.440 the media, education, the law firms, the law professors, all think the same way. They think

00:45:43.760 in accord with what is at root a communist doctrine. Julie and Frank are fighting Islamists

00:45:51.460 in Texas and around the United States. Well, that's a product really of an immigration system 0.97

00:46:00.100 that explicitly advanced the Leninist idea of revolutionary defeatism, right? The worse,

00:46:06.800 the better. Making things worse in the United States is actually what the Marxists want,

00:46:14.180 what the communists want. So when President Trump says he doesn't understand why the Democrats don't

00:46:20.560 stand, why they don't celebrate the mother of the murdered, the sad story of the woman murdered in

00:46:30.000 North Carolina, or the Navy veteran who shot down four Soviet fighters during the Korean War.

00:46:38.340 Well, that's because they have a Leninist discipline, right? They're thinking the same

00:46:42.720 way, they're acting in the same way, and they're moving in the same way, and they've been doing it

00:46:47.600 for 100 years, and they've been supremely successful, and we're only waking up now

00:46:55.380 to the danger, to the risks of what's happening, whether it's Julian Frank in Texas and elsewhere

00:47:03.640 in the U.S., or John Eastman finding out that the law firms are all against him, right? The courts

00:47:10.920 are all against him because they've all, in essence, been captured, or the Democrats aren't

00:47:16.240 standing in the State of the Union because they don't want to celebrate America. They don't want

00:47:21.420 to celebrate American identity, and they don't want to take steps to strengthen American identity

00:47:27.200 because the stronger American identity is, the weaker the Marxists are, right? That very important

00:47:34.280 inverse relationship that stands there. So they attack ceaselessly, endlessly, with all of the

00:47:41.260 tools at their disposal, which are formidable. Neville Roy Singham and Code Pink, his wife's

00:47:49.900 Code Pink group, or Soros and his son's organizations, Act Blue, Tides Foundation.

00:47:57.920 The Bolsheviks created what they call the Comintern, which was to spread the revolution

00:48:02.180 by working through other groups, not communist parties directly. What Neville Singham has done,

00:48:09.860 and Soros and his son have done and other actors, Tides, Act Blue, et cetera, have privatized the

00:48:16.400 common term. They're advancing Marxism basically privately on their own dime to some degree. But

00:48:24.600 when you really look into this, you're going to find the Chinese Communist Party is behind it.

00:48:28.980 It's not just their own money, but it's a lot of resources flowing from the Chinese Communist Party

00:48:35.040 uh to undermine us so uh for the war room audience we we need to understand what we're

00:48:41.940 up against and what we need to do uh to act against it hang on we're more announcements

00:48:49.180 on your book and what we're going to release but just hang on for one second julie let's

00:48:53.120 give the specifics what do you need and what can war and posse provide do you need people

00:48:58.280 that show up to testify do you need people watching online do you need people to show

00:49:02.820 up to sit in the audience. Be very specific, because a lot of people are taking off tonight's

00:49:08.460 Holy Thursday, tomorrow's Good Friday, we've got Holy Saturday, Easter, Easter Monday, and then

00:49:13.220 bang! When people really come back from the holiday, it's at 8 a.m. in the morning in Austin,

00:49:20.880 Texas. They're going to be a hearing that's vitally important for people to go. So tell us,

00:49:25.880 we've got a couple minutes, tell us exactly what you need and how we can help.

00:49:28.640 Well, I hope after Christians are celebrating Holy Week and celebrating the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ, that they do come to Austin Tuesday fired up and ready to defend Judeo-Christian values.

00:49:40.080 But yes, Steve, all of the above. We need people, the public to show up. Even if you say, Julie, I'm not comfortable testifying, at least just come up and sit with us and be there to support us, to pray for us most of all.

00:49:51.920 And then the other thing, yes, we need people to sign up to testify. So if you're going to testify on Tuesday, you have to sign up to testify by 5 p.m. tomorrow at sboe.texas.gov, sboe.texas.gov. Sign up to speak on agenda item number one, which is a public hearing about the literary works and agenda item number four, which is the public hearing about the social studies standards.

00:50:19.720 So, yes, and we need the testimonies also sent to us.

00:50:23.440 And you can, if you want to do a written testimony, if you can't come on Tuesday and you want to submit a written testimony,

00:50:28.840 you can also do that at sboe.texas, T-E-X-A-S dot gov.

00:50:34.480 You can also go to my website, juliepickren.com, J-U-L-I-E-P-I-C-K-R-E-N dot com for more information or follow me on Twitter at Julie, the number four T-X, Julie four T-X.

00:50:46.500 So I'll be putting out a lot of information about this.

00:50:48.460 but yes we need the numbers on tuesday they're going to show up with the loud voices and the

00:50:52.820 loud numbers we need patriots there on tuesday let's mo and grace let's make sure we put that

00:50:59.380 up julie uh thank you so much i appreciate you i'm gonna talk to you tonight hopefully maybe

00:51:03.100 have you on tomorrow so we can meet or beat the 5 p.m central daylight time um time tomorrow

00:51:10.820 people can sign up to testify so i'll call you afterwards uh frank gaffney where do people go

00:51:15.880 on ban sharia you're at the tip of the spear of this and the fight right now is in texas but it's

00:51:21.700 a it we're fighting in texas for the nation where do people go you know i just want to emphasize

00:51:27.720 what julie said uh if you are in texas show up there's gonna need to be as many bodies who love

00:51:35.560 freedom in that room as possible because there'll be a lot of them that don't in addition to that

00:51:40.960 because of the nature of this deal, that it will impact everybody, every student you can think of

00:51:48.220 K through 12 across this country. Please take action. If you can't be there, go to Bansharia.com

00:51:57.340 and right there on the homepage, you're going to see the Align Act campaign. Just click through

00:52:03.160 and let these representatives on the board, Julie's colleagues, particularly Pam Little and

00:52:09.880 Evelyn Brooks, no. You want them to vote for freedom, not for Sharia or not for the red-green 0.89

00:52:16.100 axis agenda. And if you do that, Steve, I think we've got a chance to beat this and thereby help

00:52:23.080 a generation of students in Texas and across America love our country and not revile it as

00:52:29.900 the enemy wants them to do. Thank you, sir. Thank you. Dr. Thayer, where do people get you?

00:52:37.280 well i would just say support julie and frank so go to the ban sharia support julie in texas
