00:00:00.000All right, you guys. Happy Tuesday. What do I have in store for you all today? Well, I have some interesting footage of Mikey McCoy giving what appears to be his witness statement to an officer shortly following Charlie's assassination.
00:00:14.120Now, let's be clear, Mikey McCoy giving a witness statement is not immediately suspicious. In fact, it's expected, right? But there is a specific detail which caught my eye regarding who in particular was sent to take Mikey McCoy's statement.
00:00:29.060And I think it's rather controversial.
00:00:31.500And in somewhat related news, have you noticed that Turning Point USA 2.0, just to be clear, under CEO Erica Kirk, appears to be openly promoting sexual deviance to do their bidding for them?
00:00:43.600Like they're suddenly in with the crooks, really scraping the bottom of the barrel.
00:00:49.040Well, another person in their influencer orbit has been caught, some might say caught in 4K, literally sexually assaulting a woman.
00:07:17.320Jakob Buyens also runs a charity for child sex abuse.
00:07:20.940I don't know if his is called All Things Possible.
00:07:22.860We might have put that twice, but he does run a charity for child sex abuse victims.
00:07:26.960Um, Nelda Buckman, who they announced as the biggest owner of Turning Point USA ever, uh, is extensively involved in the rescue of children who are sexually abused and trafficked.
00:07:38.940Marcus Wada, that's more trafficking arms in Poland.
00:07:42.480Rick Cutler rescued kids from sex trafficking in South America.
00:07:47.160Um, he did that via Operation Underground, which I said mentioned was funded by Glenn Beck.
00:07:51.060Phil Goldsberry, you know, it is his son that Mike Charlie, we told you about him co-founding
00:07:57.720Sofer Global Ministries, a 501c3 that provides medical care and training to orphans in Romania,
00:08:04.840Albania, and Ukraine. Okay. Sorry, I don't know if Philip is the son. I think Philip is actually
00:08:11.100the son. It should be the father. Oh, it's Junior. That's right. They're both Philip Goldsberry.
00:08:16.460Pardon me. We're going to talk about Officer Christopher Bagley, so I'm going to skip that.
00:08:19.860And now Judge Tony and we can come off of this. This is fine. So anyways, this this pattern then continues as it pertains to now the individuals that are directly involved in handling the Charlie Kirk case in Utah.
00:08:32.140So Judge Graff, right, newly appointed by Governor Cox in August of 2025, just before Charlie's assassination, spent seven years with Salt Lake City District Attorney's Office.
00:08:44.800I want you to remember that, the district attorney's office, because we're going to speak about them a few times.
00:08:49.320He was prosecuting child and adult sexual crimes.
00:08:52.900Before then, he was leading the special victims unit at the Utah County Attorney's Office, who we're also going to discuss, before moving to Davis County Attorney's Office, where he continued handling physical and sexual abuse cases.
00:09:07.460Now, credit to Baron Coleman's team for sourcing this clip. I think it's from around 2022-ish of Judge Graff discussing what percentage of the work that he does that is related to that topic. Take a listen to Judge Graff in his own words.
00:09:22.960I am so grateful for what I do. My specialty and the area that I find that I just find the most fulfillment is special victims prosecution. So 95% is sex crimes prosecution for children and adults.
00:09:40.920And so I am very grateful that I get to work with that segment and work with these victims
00:10:10.100These are just facts about all of these people. This is what they do. This is the space they work in.
00:10:15.120Then, of course, there is the curious case of the former undercover detective Mike Mitchell, right, the linchpin to this entire case against Tyler Robinson, in my opinion, if you ask me, because he's the one who claimed that he recognized Tyler Robinson in the news because, you know, he used to mentor him in Boy Scouts.
00:10:33.260And then he's the one that then goes over to Matt Robinson's house and gets them to call over Tyler, convinces them all that they should peaceably surrender, despite Tyler Robinson's objections and saying that he did not murder Charlie Kirk.
00:10:47.200He says, look, they have your information.
00:10:50.960You can do this the peaceable way or you can be subjected to police banging down your doors.
00:10:57.600It's worth noting that Mike Mitchell was an undercover detective in internet sex crimes against children.
00:11:07.300Now, Officer Christopher Bagley, we briefly went over this.
00:11:11.080He is our officer who they used at the preliminary hearing.
00:11:17.400His body cam footage notoriously went off after about, what, 25 minutes.
00:11:22.400He's the one that found the screwdriver on the rooftop, which was the only, which actually the screwdriver was proven really doesn't tell us that it's Tyler Robinson's DNA.
00:11:32.800I'm not going to get into that today, but that was their only link to Tyler Robinson, the screwdriver on the rooftop.
00:11:37.880He finds it, didn't capture the moment.
00:11:40.100Unfortunately, his body cam footage failed him.
00:11:42.980He, too, formerly worked in child sex crimes at Utah County Sheriff's Office before he left and joined the UVU police force.
00:14:36.400And he is the first one to go in and sign
00:14:38.380the first six search warrants, including on George Zinn.
00:14:40.620As an SVU detective, he's investigated several cases involving these types of crime and minors, online enticement of these people.
00:14:53.400In his current assignment, he's investigating online crimes against young people, also attended and completing the training at ICAC Bootstrap Academy.
00:16:04.660The cell towers that are surrounding UVU. He signs off on that. He files for that. George Zinn's phone. Charlie's belongings at Timpanogos. We've been talking about where are Charlie's belongings. Well, this is the person that's behind these warrants. Surveillance footage from Intermountain Health Utah Valley Hospital. That was a strange case.
00:16:26.200We said Charlie had a file there. We don't know. Then we learned that the surveillance footage was also seized from Intramountain Health, Utah Valley, because they said that the perpetrator was driving around.
00:16:37.440OK, that was their excuse to seize this footage and also the warrants to search Matt and Amber Robinson's house as well.
00:16:47.600Again, why would someone with a career emphasis on sex crimes against children be jumping in on this public assassination that had nothing to do with children or the Internet?
00:16:58.240OK, by the way, here's a diagram so that you can always record what we're sharing so people don't lose track of people that are involved, I guess, in this career.
00:17:08.540Like they're working, obviously, George Zinn being the exception here as someone who was committing a crime against children.
00:17:16.180These people are all specializing in this throughout their career.
00:17:20.800Now, Barron mentioned there at the end the ICAC.
00:17:24.380Again, that stands for Internet Crimes Against Children.
00:17:28.820And even if you somehow go, okay, maybe for some reason they decided that this guy, Michael George Carl, is the right person to have gone after these warrants,
00:17:39.700you would think it would be suspicious if the ICAC was immediately sent down to UVU to get
00:17:48.440involved in the case on the ground that day. I'm talking even before the State Bureau of
00:17:55.140Investigations gets there, you put ICAC on the ground, okay? I want you to take a look at this
00:18:00.040never-before-seen clip from September 10th, and I'm going to describe for you what you are seeing,
00:18:05.000OK, so if you look up in that top right quadrant, you're seeing Mikey.
00:23:11.760To me, when I look at everything that we've come across,
00:23:16.600it feels like an intentional control mechanism.
00:23:19.880In my opinion, in my strong opinion, this feels like a control mechanism that's being directed by the feds, like this is one big group.
00:23:30.300And for some reason, the feds wanted them in particular to have their hands everywhere in this case, because I have been saying since the beginning that it seems to me, again, opinion, allegedly, according to Candace, the research that I have done, that Epstein's network reemerged in not-for-profit worlds.
00:23:49.880in 2018. Right. I believe that that is actually a plausible motive, a plausible big reason that
00:23:56.420Charlie was murdered, given everything that we've looked at. Trump's phone call yelling at him for
00:24:00.660speaking about the Epstein case, Trump's protection of the Epstein network, the gaslighting of the
00:24:05.080American people. We know his donors are involved. We know that that is in particular what Tucker
00:24:09.420Carlson was speaking about on stage. He was speaking about Jeffrey Epstein. He was asking
00:24:14.320where Bill Ackman's money came from, and he was speaking to power. When Charlie said to go Max,
00:24:20.360it was problematic. And I believe that a machine was built around Charlie. He had no idea or
00:24:28.260understanding as to what was happening. Neither did I at the time. I was with him. I have expressed
00:24:33.060my belief that I think Erica was sent and set up to go after Charlie. I'm not going to pivot my
00:24:38.980opinion on that based off of everything that I have seen her do, which flies in the face of
00:24:43.280everything he stood for, where she has taken this organization, what we know, how we know he was
00:24:49.080being squeezed, the people that are lying about what Charlie was going through. There's no reason
00:24:54.280to lie about arguments that were being had the day before, pretending that he wasn't under pressure
00:25:00.540from Israel. We know that Epstein was Israel's guy. Okay, that's too much coincidence for me.
00:25:08.600by the way speaking of the utah county's attorney office in general in general because people have
00:25:15.300sent us so many tips about various things that have gone on that have been controversial that
00:25:20.000used to be up until 2022 the attorney general of utah was a man named david o levitt and there was
00:25:28.420a massive scandal there were actually a few scandals regarding him uh none which have been
00:25:35.780proven. He's not been found guilty of anything. And he says that this was because of politicking
00:25:41.020and people who didn't want him to get elected. But I will say that I do not know, as a dirty
00:25:48.580political strategy, people accusing you of cannibalism. I'll say that as to one thing.
00:25:54.300So I do want to tell you a couple of things about David Levitt, because this is curious,
00:25:57.780okay? Back in 2017, if you're going, Candace, this is going to have something to do with
00:26:02.120Eastern Europe. Duh. OK, he was seeking support connected to adopting a northern Native American
00:26:11.120child, a Cheyenne child. And he met with the tribal president and proposed a relationship
00:26:17.940between the tribe and Ukraine. OK, involving Buffalo. This is just I don't even know where
00:26:25.700else but an Erica Kirk story where you could suddenly be talking about Native Americans and
00:26:29.540Eastern Europe, as we did our Erica series. And we're going, what's going on? Why is her mom doing
00:26:34.100so much stuff on Native American reservations? We've got this same thread. And he basically
00:26:41.020proposed to have a relationship with the president of Ukraine that we installed after the color
00:26:46.720revolution back in, when was the color revolution? Back in 2005, Yushchenko. He pitched this proposal
00:26:54.540for the tribe to have a relationship with Ukraine. You know what people like about
00:27:01.620Native American reservations? No rules. No federal rules. So I find that to be remarkably
00:27:09.680suspicious. Then there was back in 2020, there was a federal HSI whistleblower case
00:27:17.100where an HSI analyst alleged that personnel received video evidence in April of 2020
00:27:24.300potentially implicating Levitt in violations of federal trafficking and Indian child welfare laws,
00:27:31.960but they ultimately failed to open an investigation. There was no criminal finding
00:27:36.440against Levitt. Then the big one that I was just telling you about, which involved cannibalism,
00:27:41.200in May and June of 2022, there was a child ritual abuse investigation. Again, this is the attorney
00:27:49.920general, right? The Utah County Sheriff's Office announced that there was an investigation into
00:27:54.960alleged ritualistic child sexual abuse and child trafficking dating back approximately
00:28:00.580between 1990 and 2010. Levitt himself then revealed in a 151-page victim statement
00:28:09.120associated with the case that he was named and that he was being accused, him and numerous others
00:28:16.540of being accused of ritual abuse, murder, and cannibalism.
00:28:22.220And he said that that was like being politically manufactured.
00:28:26.640I don't know, like I said, as a strategy to keep people out of office
00:28:29.560that I've ever heard of someone being accused of cannibalism.
00:29:04.040to this one specific issue of child sex abuse.
00:29:08.880I think that that's remarkable and it should be noted
00:29:11.740and I wanted to make sure that I shared that with you guys.
00:29:14.620When we get back, we're going to talk about some of these influencers that they have now partnered with, because this is a new organization under Erica Kirk.
00:29:22.060It should be noted, this is new, it is different, and as a parent myself, I would never, ever, ever allow my children to be involved with Turning Point USA, ever.
00:29:32.580I want to say that strongly. I want to state that repeatedly, given everything that we have uncovered, the non-existent answers that we are being given, that this is not the organization, in my view, that Charlie Kirk built and their insistence on wanting to have access to high school students.
00:29:48.820It alarms me. I don't like it. It makes me uncomfortable. I don't buy Erica's bullshit at all, actually. It's not difficult to answer questions when there are reasonable answers to be given. She has refused that.
00:30:03.220When I have emailed before we ran the episode, when people came and said that she was working with the modeling agency and said that she was the person that was in charge of the modeling apartments in New York City that had Eastern European underage models, I emailed them and asked for a statement.
00:30:23.120They could have easily and flatly denied that office where Epstein frequented someone he was very close with, Faith Cates, running that modeling agency.
00:30:32.920And or a modeling agency that started started by Jean-Luc Brunel of France, who was found suicided, as they say, in France when F.C. went down.
00:30:45.040That would be something that a normal person would just respond to and say no.
00:30:48.420I find it very suspicious that she didn't chose not to respond or to answer those allegations.
00:30:54.180And I just find that where there is smoke, there tends to be fire.
00:30:57.240And so I do want to, again, assert that until these questions are answered and responded to in a meaningful way, that I do not believe that parents and college students, especially high school students, should be involving themselves with Turning Point USA.
00:31:12.520And this is not the full picture, by the way.
00:31:15.280The people that were working that day for Turning Point USA, we have found cases that
00:31:19.840are going on in the background that involve this same topic, and we're just holding on
00:49:38.660I'm going to make him a sandwich book and talk about motherhood. But I said genocide is always
00:49:43.520wrong. And they took those statements and they lobbied and I can't go into Australia.
00:49:48.560OK, so look, at the end of the day, I like this maximum pressure campaign. And I believe that
00:49:55.680Ed Sheeran is like this is not a traditional role for him. Again, he's he's never pretended to be
00:50:01.820some sort of a superhero, but he doesn't really get to use that as an excuse anymore. And if Ed
00:50:07.220Sheeran decides to go through. I think there's only three tour stops left. If he decides to go
00:50:12.680through with those tour stops, then I'm calling upon the people that would be attending this
00:50:16.600concert to pull out. Literally, don't go to this concert. It's such a small act that you can do,
00:50:23.180and it's not about Ed Sheeran. Like I said, I like him as an artist. I think you should go see him
00:50:26.900on a different day. Go see him somewhere else. For the rest of this tour, if you're listening
00:50:30.640to this podcast, I want to use my platform to say, don't go to these last three concerts,
00:50:34.100OK, we have to restore power to good people. What is happening at the top of government? What is happening as we've discussed and unpacked this Charlie Kirk case? I mean, these are truly sadistic and evil people who think they have enough money to force us to stay quiet. There is more of us than them.
00:50:55.000I have said this over and over again to you guys, that Charlie would ask me that question, Candice, hey, what's the one thing that every slave colony throughout human history had in common?
00:51:08.600Every slave plantation, every slave civilization had in common.
00:55:57.780All right, top comments from yesterday
00:55:59.460Yesterday's episode, someone wrote, didn't Erica immediately forgive that young man without anyone even confessing, let alone repenting?
00:56:06.220Yeah, different message coming from Alex Clark now, or I guess whoever she's sitting down with, who is saying, no, someone must repent first and then you can forgive them.
00:56:14.520This next user writes, Tyler only limps in the video that we revealed yesterday.
00:56:19.500As he gets closer to where he's been told there is a camera, I noticed that as well.
00:56:24.300It's like when he thinks he's too far off, he's not limping.
00:56:26.240And then as he gets closer, the limp starts.
00:56:27.900A lot of questions surrounding that footage.
00:56:30.200Again, I just share it so that we have more information.
00:56:33.280I don't know why that upsets Turning Point USA so much.
00:56:35.920If you're really trying to just get to the truth,
00:56:38.300why would more information released to the public upset you?
00:57:27.900Ali writes, Erica gets to go on a media tour with Fox, Barry Weiss, and Glenn Beck to paint you as a liar and a crazy person before you even said a bad word about her, but you can't share a meme or two.
00:57:37.120It's not like she was minding her business at home grieving when you went after her.
00:59:24.080to sort of sit in the you know one year anniversary of charlie's death and for some reason i felt like
00:59:31.040a lot of people were discussing me uh john mappin was with me when i uh spoke to brandon tatum
00:59:36.660when i was in iceland just because of the time difference so i was literally fishing in iceland
00:59:41.500with john mappin and my husband and me and brandon were trying to find a time to speak
00:59:45.800and i the only time that i could find that could work with like his schedule and my schedule
00:59:51.720was when I was like, hey guys, I got to go back to the car. I'm going to take a phone call. So
00:59:56.080they were fishing on the river and I went back and had a conversation with Brandon,
01:00:00.980which lasted about an hour and a half. And I understand that people don't understand the
01:00:06.240relationship between me and Brandon. I can just try to put it to you very plainly. If I suspected
01:00:11.080that Brandon did not actually believe what he was saying, that he was stating things and then
01:00:18.600privately, he expressed the exact opposite of those things, I would be calling Brendan out.
01:00:24.500Brendan is authentic in what he is saying he believes. He is authentic in his belief
01:00:29.000about Erica. I have expressed to him my thoughts to the contrary. It was not a major theme of our
01:00:34.820conversation. When we were in Iceland, we were talking about actually something else.
01:00:39.240And on the satellite side, I don't expect or demand that my friends agree with me on everything. I
01:00:44.080just don't. It's not who I am. I expect my friends to hear me out. I expect my friends to, you know,
01:00:50.980at least hear my perspective. And Brandon granted all those things. And so, you know, we just
01:00:56.580disagree. We disagree on Turning Point USA. We disagree on Erica. But we do have a lot of history.
01:01:01.440And my family adores him. And like I said, way back when me and Charlie were coming up, when you
01:01:06.580have those bonds that are forged, it was similar with Brandon. And so I was closer to Brandon than
01:01:12.860Charlie was and I was closer to Charlie than Brandon was to Charlie. So yeah, that's that.
01:01:18.500I'm an extremely loyal person. I obviously see your comments and I see your frustrations. But
01:01:23.420if I have a frustration with Brandon, I'm going to go directly to him. So you learn to respect it
01:01:28.440about me. Like I am just a direct person and I don't like things playing out publicly. I just
01:01:33.800don't think it's necessary. Brooke writes, talking about Charlie Kirk and the impact that you're
01:01:38.660making as a free thinker really moves me. Kanye knows it and I know his truth. What you're doing
01:01:43.200matters. Free thinking never stopped. Charlie is proud. Love from Houston. Thank you, Brooke.
01:01:48.580Angelina writes, I just finished watching your anniversary video to Charlie. I think
01:01:51.740I filled a pool by accident. There wasn't a second that a tear was not falling from my face.
01:01:56.680God bless you, Candace. Thank you. I'm just so happy that you guys can see who Charlie was because
01:02:01.460he was so great and so funny and just so fun. I loved spending time with him. I loved traveling.
01:02:05.840We loved the road trips. They were the best. I mean, you just do so much. When you travel with someone, you just really get to know them. That's the only way that you can say it. And it was a fun time that I looked back on fondly. And I miss our ignorance. I wish thinking the world was simpler than it is. I wish thinking that we could solve it through politics.
01:02:26.620And, you know, the betrayal that he has suffered, it weighs heavily on me.
01:02:30.680And it's why we fight daily and we keep him, his name and this story focused so that it's not something that we just skip over.
