00:03:03.660 right was our recreation. We speculated that these were either leather or used black nitrile gloves,

00:13:23.360 before 1244, which is when Officer Bagley testifies that he arrives on the rooftop, right?

00:13:29.680 He gets onto Losey Building at 1244. He discovers that screwdriver 10 to 15 feet past the railing

00:13:35.320 in the gravel. Now, let's listen to Kash Patel say that so there's no confusion that that's

00:13:39.720 what we were told by the FBI. Charlie was shot at 1223 p.m. on Wednesday. The first FBI agents

00:13:46.600 arrived on scene in 16 minutes with chiefs of police at 1239 and secured the scene.

00:13:53.360 again what i want to stress here is that it took 16 minutes for them to arrive on scene that is

00:13:59.700 remarkably fast given the fbi office is actually located in salt lake city it's a 50 minute drive

00:14:06.420 it's actually incredible that they got there that quickly if i didn't know any better i'd say they

00:14:09.920 had foreknowledge they have a little office in a building in provo nearby that has apparently

00:14:16.680 four agents so i'm i'm stressing that because i want to underscore and you can come out of that

00:14:22.460 guys. I want to underscore that Officer Bagley went onto low C rooftop after the feds had arrived

00:14:30.240 and had secured and began securing the scene. And we can assume that the FBI is not going to allow

00:14:37.320 just anybody to traverse onto low C rooftop, right? Or onto any rooftop for that matter,

00:14:43.000 because they're looking for a potential sniper, right? Randos in plain clothes, jumping onto

00:14:49.500 rooftops without the right credentials in the middle of a manhunt for a sniper,

00:14:56.180 yeah, that's a pretty good way to wind up dead, really, if you were just playing around. So this

00:15:01.400 Officer Bagley story isn't exactly tracking. And like I said, he should have had access to

00:15:06.300 the cameras to figure out who he was up there with. And it's just astonishing that he claims

00:15:10.440 it's a plainclothes officer who just had a badge and he doesn't remember. So I'm thinking in my

00:15:15.660 head looking, examining the facts that whoever he was with had to have had some rank beds on the

00:15:21.900 scene. They would send themselves up there. They're not going to just let some scrub officer

00:15:25.680 take over. Now, lucky for Officer Bagley, I went combing through all the footage that was sent to

00:15:34.080 me on September 10th. And lo and behold, Officer Bagley gets up there at 1244. I was able to find

00:15:41.120 some footage of who Officer Bagley was with. It was captured by a bystander at 1247 p.m.

00:17:04.040 the person. It is Officer Alan Robinson from the Utah State University Department of Public Safety.

00:17:12.780 Utah State University. So not even a UVU officer. Now, this guy, in theory, is just supposed to be

00:17:20.800 a part of general reinforcements on that day. A nobody. A nobody. But I'm excited that we at least

00:17:28.200 get to add this presumably a nobody to our list of ever-growing list of people who are brand new

00:17:36.260 because he had just joined the USU police force the summer before. Here is the announcement

00:17:41.700 on Facebook. They announced it on Facebook that he had joined. And another weird thing that we

00:17:46.420 noted while going back and reviewing that footage, but Helen Robertson, as we're going through all

00:17:53.160 that early footage, he actually seems like he's the person that's immediately in charge.

00:19:14.800 you see him walking around and texting and making calls and this really stood out to me because you

00:19:19.420 don't see any other law enforcement officers doing this. Ultimately, Officer Bagley's version of

00:19:24.840 events just doesn't line up with the available footage. So the question is, why lie? Allegedly.

00:19:30.680 He fails to mention that the man in the red hat was the one that alerted him to the holster. He

00:19:34.880 fails to mention that he had a conversation with the man in the red hat before going to the Losi

00:19:38.900 Center roof. And it is interesting that they get there and conveniently his body camera just stops

00:19:44.020 running. He says the battery died, but the camera had only been running for 27 minutes and these

00:19:48.740 body cameras are supposed to last around 10 hours. Seems a little suspicious. You were already

00:19:57.220 taking orders from him about the holster. You just didn't mention that throughout your testimony at

00:20:01.700 all. Why are we seemingly providing coverage for a rookie from Terrell Farnsworth to Officer Bagley?

00:20:09.780 There seems to be an immediate understanding that this Alan Robertson character, who shall not be

00:20:14.660 named, is calling the shots. It's as though he's like in command of the post-assassination operation.

00:20:22.480 And you know what's funny about that? We decided to look into him, and that is actually what he did,

00:20:27.440 but in the military. You see, Alan Robertson is actually a United States Marine. Ah, that makes

00:20:34.520 sense. And according to his LinkedIn, he was the markmanship instructor for the Marines from 2009

00:20:41.600 to 2014 at Camp Pendleton, which is in California. It's a Marine base. He's been deployed in combat

00:20:48.740 in Afghanistan. He was also deployed in humanitarian work in Japan for the Marines

00:20:54.320 before he arrived into Utah. You know how I'm feeling right now about the Marines getting

00:20:59.160 involved in humanitarian work overseas. But he was also a police officer just before going to Utah

00:21:05.880 in San Bernardino, California.

00:21:09.420 But something happened.
