00:09:51.300 And I can tell you from experience, that is not unusual. Okay, like I said from the beginning,
00:09:55.400 I immediately noticed what made sense, what didn't make sense. What does typically happen
00:10:00.100 at these events is that local politicians, local donors may come by, say a few words,
00:10:06.740 because obviously these are their constituents,
00:10:09.220 possibly people who are currently running
00:10:11.340 or planning to run in the future,
00:10:13.140 will go to these sorts of events.

00:10:51.640 on campus the day before the shooting. Now I want to be clear, the day before the shooting,
00:10:54.860 Mike Lee had already canceled. Okay. That's important for you to know. Apparently there
00:10:59.860 was someone on September 9th who looked remarkably suspicious who was moving about on campus, stood
00:11:06.260 out. The security went, this person's behaving oddly. What are they doing? It looks like they're
00:11:10.520 kind of scoping the place out. You know what I mean? And so they said, we're going to go up to
00:11:16.160 this individual. And when that suspicious individual was approached, he told the campus
00:11:22.260 security that he was Senator Mike Lee's bodyguard, scoping out the area to ensure that the senator
00:11:30.580 was going to be safe ahead of the event. So they said, okay, that makes sense. We'll let you go.
00:11:35.980 The only thing is that that wasn't true. Like I said, by that time, the senator's office had
00:11:40.920 already canceled their plans, and I had done some digging, and it also appears that Mike Lee is
00:11:46.120 pretty down to earth. He doesn't actually have a security apparatus, a security team.
00:11:51.720 So just to make that perfectly clear to you again, Senator Lee didn't do anything wrong.

00:11:56.480 What we are underlining here is that the person that was on UVU's campus had at least enough

00:19:47.940 to see are you able to say for one way or the other if anyone else had been on that roof in
00:19:54.080 between when the person jumped off the building and when you came on the roof are you able to say
00:19:58.260 one way or the other there was people up there looking for an individual that ran that way
00:20:01.740 because when i first got told the individual ran heading north that we didn't know where the
00:20:07.140 shooter was so we started climbing up and looking clearing the building and it wasn't until i went
00:20:11.720 to the pd and actually saw him jump off of the building that i knew he was off the building
