00:00:00.540 All right, you guys, welcome in, welcome in, welcome in.
00:00:04.880 Yes, it looks a little different here than the normal place I broadcast, and I look a
00:00:09.300 little different than Candice, but I'll be with you hopefully for the next few weeks
00:00:12.040 while Candice welcomes new life into the world.
00:00:15.520 We're big fans of new life on my program, big fans of new life on her program, so nothing's
00:00:19.620 going to change there, and we cannot wait to welcome in a bounding baby.
00:00:25.140 I don't know if she's an ounce boy or girl, so I won't say it on air, but guys, we've
00:00:29.260 got a lot to cover today. We have a lot to cover today. My name is Baron Coleman. If
00:00:33.000 you don't know me, you can check me out on my channel, but I'll be here with you for
00:00:36.040 the next several weeks and we're going to have a lot of fun. We're going to have a lot
00:00:40.080 of fun. It might be a little different, might be a little different than you're accustomed
00:00:42.500 to, but hey, buckle up. You will not need your whole chair, just the front edge of your
00:00:46.160 chair and off you will be going to the races. So today we've got a lot to do. I did a Bagley
00:00:51.620 versus Bagley show a week or so on my program. We're going to follow up on that today. We
00:00:57.580 have some new footage, new footage that I don't believe has been seen anywhere about where was
00:01:01.980 Officer Bagley after he said he was en route to the Lossie Center. Well, it turns out he was not
00:01:07.520 en route to the Lossie Center when he said he was, or at least that's one possible interpretation.
00:01:12.920 I'll leave you guys to decide where you think he was and whether his testimony is accurate,
00:01:18.140 whether his testimony is accurate. Second thing is there was a snafu last week at the Tyler Robinson
00:01:23.020 hearing. Not a lot of people learned about it. Not a lot of people knew about it because
00:01:26.420 they didn't broadcast the coverage. And in fact, it was the lack of broadcasting that caused the
00:01:32.820 snafu. We'll go into that today. We're going to look at that snafu and we're going to ask who
00:01:37.360 was the guy who caused the snafu? Why is he connected to this case? Why was he present at
00:01:43.120 all for the hearing? So we'll cover that as well. We also have a noted Iran war critic who comes out
00:01:49.840 against the proposed actions in the Iran war
00:01:52.700 and then promptly has a stroke, a stroke.
00:01:56.560 So we're going to cover that.
00:01:58.120 And a Democrat.
00:01:59.540 We had a Democrat flip and has endorsed a Republican.
00:02:03.300 But why?
00:02:04.280 Well, we'll speculate today.
00:02:06.200 All this and more coming up next on Candace. 0.99
00:02:19.840 We got to find a way to get me in that intro.
00:02:25.360 I mean, I can stand there and look awesome.
00:02:27.380 But anyway, I digress.
00:02:28.520 I digress.
00:02:29.500 Guys, when we first met Officer Bagley, most of us met him for the first time when he was
00:02:35.420 doing his testimony at the preliminary hearing.
00:02:39.100 And it was in that testimony that Officer Bagley gave a sequence of events.
00:02:43.100 The sequence of events kind of told us where he was and how he managed to make his way
00:02:48.380 to the Lossie Center.
00:02:48.980 Officer Bagley, you will remember, is the guy who supposedly discovered the screwdriver, the screwdriver, the only piece of evidence that puts Tyler Robinson on the roof.
00:02:58.000 There's no video footage that definitively puts Tyler Robinson on the roof.
00:03:02.140 There's no weapon that definitively puts Tyler Robinson on the roof.
00:03:05.300 There's no shell casings that definitively put Tyler Robinson on the roof.
00:03:09.700 There's no fingerprints or no DNA except for on the screwdriver.
00:03:14.360 And we have to trust Officer Bagley.
00:03:16.960 We have to trust his veracity.
00:03:18.540 We have to trust that he's telling us the truth
00:03:20.620 about how he came to find the screwdriver.
00:03:24.020 So let's go through a little bit of that story
00:03:26.540 and then we'll show it a little additional footage today
00:03:28.580 and you guys can determine whether or not he's being honest.
00:03:31.080 Because if he's not being honest,
00:03:32.740 how do we know he found the screwdriver?
00:03:34.200 So let's go through a few things first.
00:03:35.600 First thing we have to find is how the holster was discovered
00:03:40.480 because Officer Bagley will later tell us
00:03:43.940 he discovered the holster.
00:03:45.420 So let's take a look at a quick clip
00:03:47.540 that shows us the holster discovery taking place on the Menorah Courtyard at Utah Valley
00:03:55.600 University. Am I ahead of you? There we go. So there's the holster being discovered. Officer
00:04:01.060 Bagley's down here on the lower right. We have Officer Alan Robertson from Utah State University
00:04:06.380 and Chief Jeff Long from Utah Valley University. They're up there discovering a holster and
00:04:12.600 Officer Robertson is directing Officer Bagley to make his way over to the holster. We will hear
00:04:19.820 testimony from Officer Bagley in just a little bit that might or might not line up with what
00:04:25.020 you just saw. And then we lose Bagley for a few minutes. Bagley's now pushing people away. Back,
00:04:32.100 back, back, get back. Bagley's pushing people out of the way. Notice what you don't see Bagley doing.
00:04:38.640 Nobody sees Bagley talking to Jeff Long about the Losey Center.
00:04:43.200 Nobody sees Bagley looking up at the Losey Center for a direct line of sight.
00:04:47.220 Nobody sees Bagley pointing to the Losey Center.
00:04:49.600 No, Bagley is in crowd control mode after the discovery of the holster.
00:04:55.180 And I'm pointing all that out for a reason, because when we hear from Officer Bagley in
00:04:59.380 just a moment, recount this story, you're going to see a little bit of a different story
00:05:03.280 than you just watched.
00:05:04.600 So now we lose him for a couple of minutes.
00:05:07.260 Luckily, the video footage we just showed
00:05:09.200 was from a guy named Life is Driving.
00:05:10.680 He broadcasts on Life is Driving.
00:05:11.900 His name's Adam Bartholomew.
00:05:12.820 He's been very kind, letting people use that video
00:05:15.720 that he has up on his YouTube site.
00:05:17.900 So if you want to go see it,
00:05:18.700 you can check it out over there.
00:05:19.500 It's like an hour and a half long.
00:05:21.100 The next time we pick up Officer Bagley
00:05:22.740 is the last time we see Officer Bagley
00:05:25.480 on the Life is Driving video.
00:05:27.360 There's a little clip of him and he's wandering away.
00:05:30.780 And one might be tempted to think,
00:05:32.540 well, if they just discovered the holster at 1230
00:05:35.120 and that's when it was,
00:05:36.140 That video footage right then was from 1230 p.m.
00:05:38.920 If they just discovered the holster at 1230, let's start a clock.
00:05:43.040 How long after he finds the holster does he end up on the low C center roof?
00:05:47.320 So we first have to track Bagley around.
00:05:49.480 So let's go to Officer Bagley.
00:05:51.520 The last time we see him on the Life is Driving video, we will see him exiting the courtyard.
00:05:57.520 There's Officer Bagley right there.
00:05:59.360 He's in the lower part of your screen.
00:06:01.460 This, I will tell you, is just before 1233.
00:06:06.520 This is like 1232.50, I think, is the closest we could get.
00:06:10.040 That's him walking out under the breezeway, and we never see him again on the Life is Driving video.
00:06:16.160 Well, when that's all there was, when the only video we had of Officer Bagley was the Life is Driving video,
00:06:20.700 a lot of people assumed that was the moment he started making his way to the Lossie Center.
00:06:25.820 Because, well, frankly, that was his testimony.
00:06:29.540 We'll look at it again in just a second.
00:06:30.900 But a lot of people thought, hey, okay, 1233.
00:06:33.000 He makes his way to the Lossie Center.
00:06:35.200 Well, what was going on on the Losey Center around 1233?
00:06:38.820 We now know.
00:06:40.040 We now know because Candace got a tip.
00:06:42.820 And Candace showed us what was happening on the Losey Center between 1233 when we just saw Officer Bagley and 1242 or 43-ish.
00:06:52.480 We'll watch that now.
00:06:54.560 Here is 1235-ish.
00:06:58.380 This is a couple of minutes after Officer Bagley walks under the breezeway.
00:07:02.140 we have what has been termed slender man and he's walking around up on the roof now it's 12 36
00:07:08.720 he's walking right to the corner where tyler robinson did the fosbury flop according to uh
00:07:15.860 one of the officers now we are one of the lawyers now he's 12 38 he's still wandering around he's
00:07:22.140 been up there already three minutes he is walking back and forth now we have 12 42 it's almost 12
00:07:29.000 1243. We don't have the exact second, but this is getting on 1243. And we finally see Slenderman sort of making his way towards the stairs. So we lose Officer Bagley at 1232. 10 minutes later, we have a guy up around the crime scene. And you'll remember Candace told you that footage was clipped. The footage was clipped. It was not there. It's missing. It's missing. You could go in the system and you could watch.
00:07:58.060 the police, everybody, nobody has the footage. Nobody has the footage. We have this guy walking
00:08:03.340 around right next to the scene of the crime. Boom. It's missing. This footage is missing.
00:08:08.340 So we have to ask ourselves, what was the Officer Bagley version of events? Because what we just
00:08:15.520 saw was the holster was discovered at 1230. 1232, 1233, Officer Bagley exits stage left. He goes
00:08:22.660 under the breezeway. 1242, 10 minutes later, 9, 10 minutes later, Slenderman's still walking
00:08:28.560 around. It's just before 1243 that he finally leaves the staircase. Let's listen to Officer
00:08:34.220 Bagley's testimony and have him explain what he was doing during this period of time.
00:08:43.440 After we got some people kind of cleared away a little bit, I thought I needed to start
00:08:47.440 preserving the scene because we had a crime scene. And with some of my experience and training
00:08:51.500 to that effect of I decided now we need to contain the scene and help preserve as much evidence as
00:08:57.140 we can. So I started pushing people off the grass out of the courtyard area because I knew that's
00:09:01.900 where the crime scene was. As soon as we started pushing those guys out, my chief, Chief Long,
00:09:09.180 that was right next to me, I looked down and saw an empty pistol holder that was sitting
00:09:14.300 just on top of the grass. And at that moment, things had died down just a split second. I
00:09:19.880 I realized that the shot I heard was more of a rifle shot and not a pistol shot.
00:09:25.700 And what causes you to say that?
00:09:29.620 Just from being around firearms through all my trainings,
00:09:33.600 the difference is, you know, a handgun is more of a short bang-pop sound.
00:09:39.140 With a rifle, you have more of a longer, violent bang or crackle sound.
00:09:45.780 It's more of a violent kind of sound. It's longer.
00:09:48.600 So that's why I recognized it.
00:09:50.940 Okay.
00:09:51.500 Does a rifle sound louder typically?
00:09:53.980 Yes.
00:09:54.720 Okay.
00:09:58.220 Going back to when you heard this gunshot, could you tell where it came from?
00:10:05.320 From the direction?
00:10:06.600 Yes.
00:10:07.120 I knew it came from the east of me.
00:10:09.300 From the east of you.
00:10:10.140 Okay.
00:10:11.380 So you see this realization comes to your mind.
00:10:14.400 What did you do next?
00:10:15.200 um at that moment i saw the the holster the empty holster i turned to my chief and i said
00:10:20.720 that was that was a rifle shot he said i agree and i looked up at that moment uh right in the
00:10:26.680 line of sight i could see the lossy building had a direct line of sight so i proceeded to go look
00:10:33.040 at that and see what was going on up there is that what you saw that's not what i saw i again
00:10:39.280 i'm letting you be the judge i'm letting you be the judge i don't tell i don't want to tell you
00:10:42.960 what it was the video showed.
00:10:44.920 But did you see him find a holster?
00:10:47.040 Or did you see Alan Robertson and Chief Long
00:10:49.540 find a holster and go get Bagley
00:10:50.980 and bring him over to the scene?
00:10:52.500 I mean, that's kind of what it looked like to me.
00:10:54.920 Did you see Bagley pointing up at the Losey Center,
00:10:57.780 looking for a direct line of sight,
00:10:59.180 having a conversation with Chief Long
00:11:00.820 about this is a rifle shot?
00:11:02.000 I know that because it's not a pistol shot
00:11:03.380 because it's deep and guttural.
00:11:04.640 I don't recall seeing that conversation take place,
00:11:07.100 but again, we can't hear it.
00:11:08.520 Maybe they were ventriloquisting.
00:11:09.860 Maybe they were talking without moving their lips.
00:11:12.520 Don't know.
00:11:13.220 Don't know what they were doing.
00:11:14.540 And then he says, what did you do after that?
00:11:16.580 Well, I decided to go to the Losey Center.
00:11:18.700 Well, so how long does it take you to get to the Losey Center?
00:11:22.360 Because we saw in the original Life is Driving video, it was at least two and a half, maybe
00:11:26.640 three minutes later, he's still milling around the Menorah Courtyard right there.
00:11:30.940 When did he decide to go to the Losey Center? 0.85
00:11:32.900 Well, let's do a quick recap because I want to find the moment that the guy known as Slender
00:11:38.420 Man finally leaves the rooftop.
00:11:41.820 Let's go look at that exact moment. 1.00
00:11:44.900 There's Slender, man. 1.00
00:11:46.100 He's been hanging out for the last eight minutes, 1.00
00:11:49.400 wandering around, and he finally decides
00:11:52.240 now's the time to go downstairs.
00:11:56.100 I might as well go downstairs.
00:11:58.560 Cannot give you a precise to the millisecond time,
00:12:01.160 but what I can tell you is it's a,
00:12:03.340 I mean, a hair before 1243.
00:12:06.460 It's just before 1243.
00:12:08.800 Why is that time important?
00:12:09.940 Well, because it's not long after that, that Officer Bagley shows up.
00:12:17.120 He's decided to stop dilly-dallying around in the Menorah Courtyard.
00:12:20.660 He's decided to finally make his way over to the Losey Center.
00:12:25.720 So what was he doing this whole time?
00:12:27.300 We lost him at 1233, remember?
00:12:29.020 According to the Life is Driving video, no more Officer Bagley.
00:12:32.560 But guess what?
00:12:34.100 We've got never-before-seen footage of Officer Bagley.
00:12:38.040 Let's take a look at it, and we will see what he's doing and when.
00:12:43.140 Here is Officer Bagley hanging out with Mikey, the general, the admiral.
00:12:50.600 Mikey the Great, Mikey the Amazing.
00:12:52.640 Oh, now Officer Bagley decides it's time to go.
00:12:55.600 Now he finally walks out into the courtyard.
00:12:58.740 But guess what time that was, guys?
00:13:01.400 That was like 1241.
00:13:04.160 Not like 1241.
00:13:05.180 long. So think about what would have happened, because we know when Officer Bagley decides he's
00:13:12.460 going to head over to the Lossie Center. It obviously wasn't before that. He was hanging
00:13:16.180 out in the breezeway talking to Mikey McCoy, shooting the breeze. Who knows what they're
00:13:18.900 talking about? But let's listen to a couple of radio clips. Let's listen to a couple of radio
00:13:22.900 clips from Officer Bagley, and we'll get an idea of when Officer Bagley decided to make his way to
00:13:29.940 the Lossie Center, and importantly, how long it took him to get there once he decided he was going
00:13:33.320 to go whoever has a drone let's go up on the east side of campus called the low sea center
00:13:41.400 i'm gonna go up on the roof
00:13:43.240 so he's gonna go up on the roof whoever has a drone get a drone up there
00:13:48.780 the the time of that radio call was 12 41 it's 12 41 he he found the holster at 12 30 and
00:13:59.460 according to his testimony, decided that was the time to skedaddle. He was going to waddle,
00:14:03.180 skedaddle, whatever he does. He was going to get over to the Losey Center. Pronto, scat. Let's get
00:14:08.420 going. But he doesn't. Instead, he mills around the menorah a couple of more minutes. Then he
00:14:13.340 goes under the breezeway. He's hamming it up with the boys from TPUSA. And it's not until 1241 that
00:14:19.840 he decides to go. Well, what's going on at the Losey Center? Slenderman. Slenderman's at the
00:14:24.680 Losey Center. And we don't know what he's doing because there's clips missing. Remember, there's
00:14:29.180 clips missing so we have really no idea what slenderman's doing but we know he showed up at
00:14:32.660 1235 so if bagley decides 1241 he's going to go to the low sea center how long does it take him
00:14:39.060 to get there we see him leave at 1241 so we know he didn't go before that listen to this radio and
00:14:44.360 give you an idea of what time he arrives on top of the low sea building i do have kind of an imprint
00:14:51.580 which would be a great angle just in 14 i'm up on top of the low sea
00:14:56.440 so he's on top of the losi center well that radio transmission was 12 45
00:15:02.540 so it took him less than four minutes to get from under the hall of flags behind charlie kirk's tent
00:15:09.800 to the roof of the losi center to where he could get all the way over to the alleged
00:15:14.060 sniper's purge and find an imprint that's less than four minutes a slender man was on the roof
00:15:21.180 for eight minutes.
00:15:22.780 And the important part is,
00:15:24.200 Slenderman didn't get to the roof
00:15:25.340 until 1235.
00:15:27.140 If Officer Bagley
00:15:28.220 had this intuition at 1230
00:15:29.620 that the shot may have come
00:15:30.640 from the Lossie Center,
00:15:31.480 that now becomes
00:15:32.260 an active crime scene
00:15:33.220 in his mind.
00:15:34.780 That is the moment
00:15:35.900 at which Officer Bagley
00:15:37.140 could have chosen
00:15:38.140 to go investigate
00:15:39.100 that active crime scene.
00:15:41.160 And had he done so,
00:15:42.180 guess who he beats
00:15:43.100 to the Lossie Center?
00:15:45.260 Slenderman. 0.94
00:15:46.560 He arrives before 0.92
00:15:48.060 the mysterious figure
00:15:49.160 who's hanging out,
00:15:50.120 again,
00:15:50.440 in the exact same spot on the roof
00:15:52.160 where Tyler Robinson approached,
00:15:55.000 stood for a minute or so,
00:15:56.160 just like our friend Slenderman did,
00:15:58.960 stands in the exact same spot,
00:16:00.700 the exact same corner.
00:16:02.740 And then the camera cuts
00:16:04.040 when Slenderman's there
00:16:04.960 and the camera cuts
00:16:06.260 when Tyler Robinson's there.
00:16:08.580 Awfully convenient.
00:16:09.780 Awfully convenient.
00:16:11.540 Awfully convenient.
00:16:12.420 A lot of people say,
00:16:13.060 do you have any evidence whatsoever
00:16:15.540 that this is some kind of a cover-up
00:16:17.120 involving other people?
00:16:17.900 Well, I mean, weird stuff.
00:16:20.080 That's pretty weird.
00:16:21.280 If you're looking at it, if you're counting weird, checkbox on the weird column.
00:16:25.400 Checkbox on the weird column.
00:16:27.060 Add another weird column after today.
00:16:29.400 Officer Bagley could have beat Slenderman to the scene of the crime.
00:16:32.980 I doubt very much Slenderman's hanging out there.
00:16:35.340 You remember how eager Officer Bagboy was to back, back, back, push people back when
00:16:40.840 they were near the holster?
00:16:42.040 Imagine if he had gotten to the low-sea center roof and a weird guy's walking around and
00:16:46.180 a weird guy's standing in the corner for eight minutes.
00:16:48.140 It wouldn't have happened.
00:16:49.440 It wouldn't have happened.
00:16:50.540 But I also find one more thing interesting.
00:16:53.860 It's almost like this Slenderman figure
00:16:56.240 was waiting next to the crime scene
00:16:59.020 until Officer Bagley was very close.
00:17:01.940 Because Officer Bagley testifies
00:17:03.700 that he shows up at 1244.
00:17:05.980 And we told you that Slenderman exits the stairs
00:17:09.060 right about 1243.
00:17:11.640 So 1230, Officer Bagley is involved in finding a holster.
00:17:16.060 He decides or he testifies
00:17:17.460 that it's time to go to the Lossie Center.
00:17:19.260 That is now an active crime scene in his mind.
00:17:21.740 But not yet, not yet.
00:17:23.040 We gotta wait 10 minutes.
00:17:24.080 We gotta wait 10 minutes.
00:17:25.100 Why are we waiting?
00:17:25.820 I don't know, but I bet Slenderman's glad he waited.
00:17:29.220 If Slenderman was involved in any capacity,
00:17:31.500 he has to be the happiest man in the world.
00:17:34.040 That Officer Bagley decided not to do
00:17:36.240 what he testified he did,
00:17:37.880 but instead wander around the Menorah Courtyard
00:17:40.520 a little bit, go under the Hall of Flags,
00:17:42.840 chop it up with Mikey McCoy.
00:17:44.920 You know, I don't know if they fist bump in,
00:17:46.400 elbow, but I have no idea what they're doing under there. They could be discussing very serious
00:17:49.260 things. Mike, he's a general after all. And not until 1241 does he decide, hey, maybe we should
00:17:54.580 go over to this active crime scene in my mind. All the while, Slender Man's up on the crime scene
00:17:59.740 hanging out and the camera's cutting in and out. I can't tell you what conclusion to draw from all
00:18:05.940 this. I can't tell you that Officer Bagley intentionally delayed going there to allow
00:18:11.440 Slenderman to do whatever Slenderman did. I can't tell you Slenderman did anything at all. And I
00:18:17.260 can't tell you Slenderman intentionally delayed leaving the Losi Center roof until he knew Bagley
00:18:22.100 was very close. But I can tell you that's exactly what happened. I can't tell you what was in their
00:18:26.920 mind, but I can tell you that is the set of facts that happened. And you can draw whatever conclusion
00:18:32.680 you want. And if I'm a defense lawyer in a trial, I am jumping up and down screaming these facts
00:18:38.720 while I'm banging on the pulpit hoping to get the jury's attention that, hey, these are important
00:18:44.180 facts. I can tell you that much. I don't know why Officer Bagley delayed. I don't know why
00:18:52.760 Slender Man went up there, but I can tell you had Officer Bagley not delayed, there was no Slender
00:18:58.100 Man on the roof. There was no Slender Man on the roof because Bagley would have beat him to the
00:19:02.920 punch. So I, again, how do you, how do you explain it? I look forward to Bagley explaining
00:19:09.680 it at trial, frankly. I really do. And I think they're going to have trouble making a case
00:19:12.940 without Bagley. He's a very important part. Remember, he found the screwdriver. Didn't
00:19:16.200 radio in about the screwdriver, but allegedly found the screwdriver. They're going to have
00:19:19.920 a difficult case making this case without Officer Bagley. But I don't know how you make a case with
00:19:24.780 Officer Bagley when his testimony at the preliminary hearing is, in my opinion, pretty easily
00:19:28.960 impeachable. We have video evidence he did not do what he said he did. Now, he could say, I was
00:19:35.280 dilly-dallying around and looking for help. It'll be interesting to see what his explanation is
00:19:39.900 going to be. It'll be interesting to see how the defense attacks it. I have long said, if you've
00:19:44.440 watched my program very long, I think it is a very difficult burden for the prosecution to meet
00:19:49.640 reasonable doubt. And it's instances like this that cause me the gravest amount of concern for
00:19:54.560 the prosecution. I don't think that you can meet reasonable doubt when you have issues like this
00:19:59.480 popping up with a key witness. And that's just the first witness. That's Officer Bagley. That's
00:20:04.120 the very first witness they put up. And it's a witness they're going to have to have to convict
00:20:08.660 Tyler Robinson. So when we get back, I'm going to talk about a scheduling snafu that took place
00:20:14.860 at the pretrial conference, a scheduling snafu. And who is it about? And what is the weird
00:20:20.560 connection to this case. We'll be right back. Let me tell you about our friends from Mars Men.
00:20:25.880 You ever feel like you're doing all the right things, going to the gym, eating better,
00:20:29.920 trying to get enough sleep, but your energy, focus, and performance just aren't where they
00:20:34.100 used to be? For a lot of men, testosterone may be a part of the conversation. But here's
00:20:38.940 something interesting. Your body can produce testosterone, but a protein called SHBG can
00:20:44.900 bind to it, making it unavailable for your body to use. Think of it like having money in the bank,
00:20:50.380 But your debit card doesn't work.
00:20:52.120 That's where Mars Ben comes in.
00:20:54.340 It's designed to support healthy testosterone levels
00:20:56.440 using eight natural clinically dosed ingredients,
00:20:59.120 including Tonkat Ali, Shilajit, vitamin D, zinc, and boron.
00:21:04.180 The goal is to support natural energy, focus, stamina, strength,
00:21:09.260 and physical performance without synthetics or needles.

00:22:57.600 That's tnusa.com slash Candace.
00:23:01.820 All right, guys, welcome back.
00:23:03.320 I'm telling you what,
00:23:04.540 when you talk about all the different hearings
00:23:06.380 that have taken place in this case,
00:23:07.940 hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of pleadings.
00:23:10.860 I mean, I think we're up to like 800 plus entries
00:23:12.780 in the docket so far.
00:23:13.700 This is a big case. It's a death penalty case. They're all big, but it's a death penalty case involving a very high profile public figure. So it's got a little more, a few more eyes on it. So lawyers dot their I's and cross their T's a little more.
00:23:25.900 One of the things that's been happening over the course of this is the seats to get into the hearing are very hotly contested.
00:23:33.380 People want to get in.
00:23:34.200 People camp out overnight.
00:23:35.740 You have good on-the-ground journalists camping out overnight to get in.
00:23:39.500 You have media people filing motions weeks ahead of time to get in, to get access.
00:23:44.480 You have arguments over whether you can record the hearings.
00:23:48.720 You have arguments over whether you can video display the hearings, whether you can take still shots of the hearings.
00:23:53.480 All of this is taking place, and the judges happen to make real-time rulings on all of
00:23:57.360 these things.
00:23:58.280 That was no different from what happened at the pretrial conference.
00:24:00.980 Just a week or two ago, we had a pretrial conference, and in the weeks leading up to
00:24:04.500 it, no media filed, no media filed to broadcast the hearing.
00:24:12.340 Well, as a result, the judge did not allow anyone to broadcast the hearing.
00:24:15.440 So we had to rely on on-the-grounds, boots-on-the-ground type of journalists inside the hearing to
00:24:20.800 let us know what happened. Because they wouldn't even let you dial into the WebEx platform. Lawyers
00:24:26.760 know this. A lot of other people know that. Think of it like Zoom for meetings. People dial in and
00:24:33.160 you can listen on the phone. You can dial in on the computer. And it's a company called WebEx.
00:24:37.900 And apparently this is the system that the Utah County courts use. So people would have been
00:24:41.640 dialing in and listening to the WebEx feed or watching it on YouTube or just getting the
00:24:46.800 rundown after the fact. So that kind of sets the stage. One of the things that happened when nobody
00:24:53.620 filed, no media filed to go into the pretrial conference, the pretrial conference, the scheduling
00:24:58.980 conference, where they were going to hear arguments on when to have a trial date. When no media filed
00:25:05.080 to broadcast that live, the judge decided he was going to limit also the number of people who could
00:25:11.280 be on the WebEx platform. Now, I will let you know that somebody violated that. In fact, there
00:25:18.860 was only two people that were permitted to be in that pretrial WebEx platform. We'll show you that
00:25:26.040 in just a second, but I want to let you see. Andrea Burkhart got a hold of the audio from
00:25:31.360 the WebEx. I don't know how she got it. I didn't ask her. I didn't see it anywhere else, so I don't
00:25:35.060 know if she, I'm not going to ask any questions, but she got it, and we're thankful because we
00:25:39.100 were able to listen to it because I had been tipped off from somebody named diligent Denison
00:25:43.420 who was in the courtroom diligent calls and says hey something weird happened that day I said what
00:25:48.860 happened he said a guy chimed in and logged into the Webex platform and he was unauthorized I thought
00:25:55.280 well that's weird well then Andrea Burkhart got a hold of the Webex audio and I listened to it and
00:25:59.900 it was pretty shocking to me as a lawyer it was pretty shocking what happened I'll let you watch
00:26:04.360 Andrea replay it. Now she does a little talking over the audio. So there's a little extra going
00:26:09.400 on, but we'll play that and then I'll tell you why it shocked me so much. Here we go. Half an
00:26:15.820 hour in just about and nothing happened yet. All because we can't have the public listening by
00:26:26.080 Webex.
00:26:28.660 He's coming on.
00:26:31.780 Disconnect your name.
00:26:32.540 We can't hear.
00:26:33.340 Yes.
00:26:33.780 Yes.
00:26:34.160 He'll text us and let us know if there's a problem.
00:26:36.240 All right.
00:26:36.440 So we have any objection from the defense.
00:26:40.300 Appeared at previous Webex.
00:26:41.280 Tried to log in.
00:26:41.880 I think he was in before.
00:26:43.000 Allow her to start her argument.
00:26:45.900 Judge, there's a Brian Simowitz who has tried to log in.
00:26:48.580 I think he was in before.
00:26:49.740 He represents Charlie Kirk's parents.
00:26:52.520 And it's my understanding he's appeared at previous Webex hearings.
00:26:55.500 We would like him to be able to access this hearing through Webex.
00:26:57.580 I don't believe there's any objection for the defense.
00:27:01.180 Yes.
00:27:01.860 All right.
00:27:03.780 The link could be sent to Sarah Varner with my office.
00:27:06.900 I want to hear from the defense.
00:27:08.580 I need to make a ruling on this as close to him.
00:27:11.500 My concern, Mr. Commander, is the order was clear from when it was issued.
00:27:21.300 So Andrea Burkhart's a pro.
00:27:22.800 She's a longtime lawyer. 0.56
00:27:24.160 She's litigated at the trial court level.
00:27:25.880 She's done at the appellate level.
00:27:26.860 So her reactions are pretty genuine, I think.
00:27:29.440 What she's identified here is something that probably could have been avoided.
00:27:34.200 The judge didn't have to limit how many people could listen on the WebEx.
00:27:37.740 I'm not sure why he did, to be honest with you.
00:27:40.220 It's not something he'd done in the past.
00:27:42.100 And because he limited it and someone chimed in or logged into the program and they didn't
00:27:47.600 identify themselves and they had no apparent connection to the case, everything ground
00:27:52.200 to a halt.
00:27:52.620 And it was like a 30 or 45 minute delay.
00:27:54.920 It largely went unreported.
00:27:57.240 And it wasn't until I talked to Diligent Denison and then watched that clip that it clicked.
00:28:02.460 The guy who logged into the program was a guy named Brian Simowitz.
00:28:08.100 Brian Simowitz.
00:28:09.240 And that name rung a bell.
00:28:11.280 It rung a bell in this case, not just a bell overall.
00:28:13.500 Now, I looked because they did not say who the Brian Simowitz was.
00:28:16.920 So initially they said he represented the Kirk's parents.
00:28:19.820 I looked for a Brian Simowitz who's a lawyer.
00:28:21.460 I looked in multiple different states that have kind of connections to this case, Illinois,
00:28:25.600 Florida, Arizona, Utah.
00:28:27.620 I couldn't find a Brian Simowitz.
00:28:29.800 So I had to wonder, is this the Brian Simowitz that has a connection to this case?
00:28:34.500 First, I want you to see the order just so you can understand what I'm talking about
00:28:37.440 here.
00:28:37.620 There are only two people that had authority to log into this WebEx.
00:28:41.700 Go ahead and put that up.
00:28:43.620 Here is the portion, the relevant portion of the judge's order on the WebEx.
00:28:47.620 If you go down to the last sentence, it's the final three or four lines, starting with the word
00:28:52.380 the on the right-hand side. The court also grants Mr. Burt's request to attend remotely. Mr. Burt
00:28:58.180 is Michael Burt. He's a lawyer for Tyler Robinson. He was not there in person. He was attending
00:29:03.980 virtually. So the court also grants Mr. Burt's request to attend remotely and permits remote
00:29:09.220 attendance by Miss Erica Kirk, the victim's representative, her attorney, or both, as set
00:29:15.620 out in section three and paragraph seven below. Only two parties have permission to be on this
00:29:20.480 WebEx platform. Michael Burt, lawyer for Tyler Robinson, Erica Kirk, victim representative,
00:29:28.420 widow, or her lawyers or representatives. And so you can imagine when Erica Kirk is already on,
00:29:34.440 or the lawyer's already on, and you can imagine when Michael Burt's already on and a third
00:29:38.340 portion jumps in, they think it's been hacked. They think it's been leaked. There's chaos going
00:29:42.620 on. The guy won't identify himself. Who's on there? Talk to us. He won't do it. And it was
00:29:47.380 like a half hour before they got it resolved. And they learned it was Brian Simowitz. Well,
00:29:53.880 how did he get the WebEx login? There's only two people that were supposed to have it,
00:29:59.360 Erica Kirk and Michael Burt. I can't imagine Michael Burt gave the WebEx to somebody who
00:30:06.180 eventually was determined to be a representative of Charlie Kirk's parents. That would be kind of
00:30:10.920 weird. The defense lawyer giving it to the Kirk parents, that's weird. So we have to assume it
00:30:15.700 was Erica Kirk or someone associated with Erica Kirk. They're the only two people that were
00:30:19.880 permitted to be on, the only two people that had the credentials. So if she's the only option and
00:30:25.760 if Brian Simowitz truly is representing the Kirk parents, who is Brian Simowitz? The answer, I told
00:30:33.580 you, we don't really know, but we do know of a Brian Simowitz in connection to this case.
00:30:37.960 And it's a weird connection.
00:30:39.560 It's a very weird connection.
00:30:41.460 I have a clip here I'm going to show you from the restaurantology event in Salt Lake City.
00:30:46.980 If you guys remember, the restaurantology event was the last interview Charlie Kirk
00:30:52.540 gave before he lost his life at Utah Valley University shortly after 12.
00:30:56.400 This took place around 10 a.m.
00:30:58.260 He gave an interview at the restaurantology event.
00:31:01.040 He gave it to a guy named Andrew, but they referenced a guy named Brian in the crowd.
00:31:05.220 I'll let you listen here.
00:31:06.760 But before we jump into our entrepreneurial journey
00:31:08.620 and share with a room full of entrepreneurs
00:31:10.680 and executives, Charlie, we're both Chicagoans.
00:31:14.340 Where are you from and what's your story in Chicago?
00:31:16.680 Yeah, I'm from Wheeling, Arlington Heights area.
00:31:18.960 Arlington Heights, Elgin.
00:31:20.860 Yeah, so Brian's here.
00:31:22.260 He's a big Vikings fan.
00:31:23.420 It's just this whole thing.
00:31:25.000 And so it's a tough week.
00:31:27.060 Tough week.
00:31:28.360 It was a tough week.
00:31:29.760 I think it was the last minute, right?
00:31:30.880 Thanks for reminding me.
00:31:31.460 Yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:31:32.600 So that's Brian.
00:31:34.280 That's a Brian.
00:31:35.260 He was a Vikings fan.
00:31:36.500 Well, guess what?
00:31:37.020 When you look up Brian Simowitz's social media, the Brian Simowitz who they're referencing
00:31:40.720 there, he's a Vikings fan.
00:31:42.840 He's a Vikings fan.
00:31:43.720 So it makes sense that they're identifying Brian Simowitz in that.
00:31:47.900 Well, how did Charlie even get to this restaurantology event?
00:31:51.220 It's a weird timing.
00:31:52.440 Candace has pointed this out many times.
00:31:53.620 It's a weird timing because he has an event at noon in Orem, Utah.
00:31:58.400 Orem, Utah is roughly an hour away from Salt Lake City.
00:32:02.320 You would think it's weird to stack his schedule that way, have him fly in in a suit, give an interview from 10 to 11, change clothes, jump in a car, hightail it to Orem, show up completely, I guess, rolling in on two wheels, yanking and banking his way to Orem, Utah, and then jump out of the car, immediately start throwing hats, not even really time to go to the restroom.
00:32:23.640 He was supposed to do a green room event.
00:32:25.060 That got canceled.
00:32:26.280 So who is this Brian Simowitz?
00:32:28.800 Well, let's look at noted home improvement blogger.
00:32:33.580 There's a noted home improvement blogger who, for some reason, had the scoop.
00:32:38.680 She wrote the whole story of Charlie Kirk at the restaurantology event.
00:32:42.480 I'm going to pull up a relevant portion of it here.
00:32:45.900 Here is Brian.
00:32:47.660 Now, notice what happened to Brian.
00:32:49.520 Focus shifted to Brian.
00:32:52.580 This noted home improvement blogger, Jessica Reed Krause, is writing this.
00:32:56.320 Focus shifted to Brian once he appeared.
00:32:59.520 Married to Charlie's cousin.
00:33:01.520 Okay, so now we see a connection between Brian Simowitz and Charlie Kirk.
00:33:05.480 He showed up in ragged shape after a violent fencing accident
00:33:11.440 that had left him with three broken ribs,
00:33:15.140 a fractured shoulder and wrist,
00:33:17.780 and a partially collapsed lung.
00:33:21.480 That was Brian Simowitz.
00:33:23.320 That's the shape he was in when he showed up at the restaurantology event.
00:33:28.000 Yet on the day of the event, going to the second paragraph,
00:33:29.820 on the day of the event, Brian woke to something pressing,
00:33:32.420 what he considers divine intervention.
00:33:34.420 Something told him to go.
00:33:36.300 To get there however he could.
00:33:37.560 Charlie understood his reason for skipping it,
00:33:39.500 but something that morning told him he needed to be there.
00:33:42.060 So he got dressed and headed out against the advice of his friends and doctors.
00:33:46.540 Hearing the story of this brutal fall,
00:33:48.580 Charlie teased him about the mishap as typical Arkansas activities.
00:33:52.360 my friends, I know a lot of people from Arkansas. I don't know any of them that have had violent
00:33:57.280 fencing activities, violent fencing incidents that resulted in multiple broken ribs, a collapsed
00:34:04.140 lung, a fractured shoulder, a broken wrist. This is the very first ever violent fencing
00:34:10.320 injury I've ever heard of. In fact, I Googled violent fencing injuries and they're almost
00:34:14.000 unheard of. The little thing, you know, assuming they're talking about the sport of fencing,
00:34:19.020 the little thing bends and you've got all this protective gear. If they're talking about building
00:34:23.280 a fence, what the hell kind of fence are they building that causes a broken ribs and punctured
00:34:27.660 lung? Anyway, I don't want to go on and on about it, but this is the Brian Simowitz. This is what
00:34:34.760 noted home improvement blogger tells us about Brian Simowitz. Now, I want to show you just
00:34:42.460 confirmation because I don't believe anything this noted home improvement blogger says. So,
00:34:45.800 she says he's a cousin. Let's listen directly from Brian Simowitz himself. He's got a LinkedIn
00:34:52.340 post or a Facebook comment that explains that he is Charlie Kirk's wife's cousin or his wife is
00:35:01.640 Charlie Kirk's cousin. Yeah. Brian, how do you know him? He was my wife's first cousin. So the
00:35:09.360 way I imagine it is, Charlie's mom had a sister, sister marries, has a daughter. That makes it
00:35:15.660 Charlie's first cousin. This guy, Simowitz, marries this girl. But I have to wonder, and I'm
00:35:22.100 going to speculate here. I have to speculate a little bit because the reason Charlie is at this
00:35:28.900 event is because of this Brian Simowitz. It's a weird event. It's weirdly scheduled. It's weirdly
00:35:35.100 timed this brian simowitz shortly before the event has an unbelievably violent episode they're
00:35:43.380 going to call it a fencing accident i'm going to call it an episode because i don't really know
00:35:46.540 what happened but it looks like he got the hell beat out of him if i'm being honest it looks like
00:35:51.220 he got worked over pretty well fractured ribs punctured lung fractured shoulder fractured wrist
00:35:58.660 you can see he's there in that picture he's wearing black and has a black sling but if he's
00:36:02.800 not, he's not missing an arm. The first time I saw this picture, I thought he was missing an arm.
00:36:06.640 He's not. That's a sling. You can see his fingers over there by Charlie. This photo was taken after
00:36:10.920 the restaurantology event. That's Brian Simowitz. So my question is, is that the same Brian Simowitz
00:36:17.680 who's logging into the Charlie Kirk WebEx on behalf of Charlie Kirk's parents? Why can't
00:36:23.180 Charlie Kirk's parents log in on behalf of Charlie Kirk's parents? Why can't Charlie Kirk's dad,
00:36:28.800 I mean, he's a pretty sophisticated guy, runs an architecture firm.
00:36:32.420 You tell me he can't dial into a call, a conference call?
00:36:36.000 I doubt he's, I mean, I find it impossible to believe he's never dialed into a conference
00:36:40.160 call.
00:36:40.760 We're post-COVID here.
00:36:41.900 I find it impossible to believe he's never joined a Zoom meeting or some sort of online
00:36:46.420 meeting software.
00:36:47.560 So why Brian Simowitz?
00:36:49.020 And if it is the same Brian Simowitz, why wouldn't he identify himself for a half an
00:36:53.360 hour?
00:36:54.320 It raises a lot of questions.
00:36:55.220 There's a lot of speculation in my mind that there was a scramble potentially to explain who this guy was and why he wasn't identifying himself and what he's doing on the call.
00:37:04.720 Because if you have a guy who shortly before Charlie dies ends up in a violent incident with broken ribs, punctured lung, fractured shoulder, fractured wrist, and then shows up the day he dies against doctors and friends' orders.
00:37:20.560 His doctors and friends say, I don't want you to go.
00:37:22.340 This isn't a good idea.
00:37:23.180 You shouldn't be there.
00:37:24.540 He lives in Arkansas.
00:37:25.640 The event's in Utah.
00:37:27.100 Maybe sit this one out, boss.
00:37:29.100 This is not the best time for you to travel across the country.
00:37:32.940 You have a violent incident.
00:37:34.900 You show up on the day he dies, and then no one hears from you until you show up on a random Webex conference over a year later, and you refuse to identify yourself.
00:37:45.800 I'm going to keep an eye on this.
00:37:47.240 This is the kind of story I hope that somebody has some more information than we do.
00:37:53.240 somebody out there hopefully has more information on a story like this and can say, oh, that's a
00:37:59.200 different Brian Simwitz. Or, oh, I was there during the fencing accident. He was fencing a
00:38:04.740 global world champion in the sport of fencing. Or they were working on a particularly gnarly fence
00:38:10.980 and he had this freak accident and the tractor flipped over him. I have no idea what happened
00:38:14.780 because my mind runs to the worst possible places this way. My mind runs to the worst
00:38:20.840 possible places. When you think there's a potential multi-agency cover-up involving many, many parties
00:38:25.600 that led to the death of Charlie Kirk, and I do tend to believe that, having a guy show up in a
00:38:31.060 violent, after a violent incident that led to his body being pretty mangled on the day Charlie dies,
00:38:38.300 him fighting through that to show up on the day Charlie dies, and then still being somehow
00:38:41.840 involved in the case 13, 14 months later, so that he's dialing into court hearings. It's weird. I'm
00:38:46.640 sorry, it's weird. I'm sure all the Fed sloppers, oh, you're so skeptical and you don't take
00:38:51.360 anything at face value. No, I don't. I'm sorry. You guys lost that right. You lost that right
00:38:56.080 when you had people like Officer Bagboy telling me he hustled over to the Losey Center at a
00:39:02.000 moment's notice after finding the holster. And then we learned he milled around for 11 minutes
00:39:05.780 while Slender Man's up there doing God knows what. You lose that right. You lose the right
00:39:11.560 to the benefit of a doubt when weird things happen. I will quote Dr. Erica Kirk. I don't
00:39:18.120 believe in coincidences. I don't believe in coincidences. But I do believe in strokes.
00:39:25.520 Let me switch gears here. I want to switch gears. There's a senator in Connecticut. His name's
00:39:30.700 Christopher Murphy. Is it? Yeah, Chris Murphy. There he is. Mr. Murphy. Mr. Murphy. You know,
00:39:36.660 when these guys become senators, they think there's somebody. Anyway, I digress. Chris Murphy,
00:39:40.940 being in the Senate, being on the Appropriations Committee, being on the Foreign Relations
00:39:44.880 Committee. He's been there a long time. He had just done a delegation. He had traveled around
00:39:48.960 the Middle East talking to different people. Along the way, somebody briefs him and says,
00:39:53.700 hey, do you understand what the United States is planning to do here shortly after the midterms?
00:39:58.940 And Murphy listens to this, digests it, seems to be a little weirded out by the plan.
00:40:05.740 And so he speaks out about it. We got a clip of it. It's about a minute of him talking about this
00:40:10.460 supposed plan and, more importantly, what he thinks of it. In one of these briefings, we did
00:40:15.720 get the chance to have a fairly detailed conversation about what the war plan would be
00:40:21.360 if we restarted military operations. You've heard a preview that it would be a short duration
00:40:28.120 plan. I will just say this. Their plan is insane. It won't, it won't, it will
00:40:39.880 lead to devastating escalation and the likely destruction of our commitment to the rule of law.
00:40:52.540 Can you say more?
00:40:53.640 I mean, there's been open reporting as to, you know, what we may be planning and the civilian infrastructure that we may be targeting.
00:41:03.020 I think the plan, the plan that they have, they've been asked by the president to develop a plan, whether they believe it, it will work or not.
00:41:11.960 I do not know, but the plan that they have developed will lead, in my view, to a prolongment
00:41:20.440 and an escalation of this war that will be devastating for our security interests.
00:41:25.060 He sounded scared. He sounded scared. I know that sometimes people get hyperbolic when somebody from
00:41:33.720 the other party is planning to do something. Senator Murphy's a Democrat. Donald Trump's a
00:41:37.400 Republican. That means the Department of War is led by a Republican. The Secretary of State's
00:41:42.260 office is led by a Republican. And I know sometimes people just get hyperbolic for
00:41:46.940 political purposes. That did not seem that way to me. It didn't seem that way to me. In fact,
00:41:51.080 that was over the weekend. He has this speech. He speaks out, or the last few days, but he speaks
00:41:57.300 out. He says, hey, there's something devastating coming. And it's almost sounded unprecedented.
00:42:02.360 And so you start thinking, what is it? I mean, are we going to throw in ground troops? Are we
00:42:07.320 going to bomb, you know, nuclear facilities again like we did last time? Are we going to,
00:42:11.180 you know, bomb civilian infrastructure, desalination, water plants, power plants,
00:42:16.400 schools? We've already done that once. What are we going to do? Well, Tucker Carlson weighed in
00:42:22.060 yesterday. Tucker Carlson took to Twitter yesterday and weighed in about what he is hearing
00:42:27.540 behind the scenes. So we had Christopher Murphy. Now we have Tucker Carlson. Tucker Carlson says,
00:42:33.840 under pressure from Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, the Trump administration
00:42:39.460 may be within days of launching a nuclear strike on Iran. Target would be Pickaxe Mountain in
00:42:47.160 central Iran, where Israeli intelligence claims the Iranian government has restarted its nuclear
00:42:52.720 enrichment program. No conventional weapon in the American arsenal can penetrate 300 feet of solid
00:42:57.500 granite to destroy the tunnels where enrichment is supposedly taking place. The only military
00:43:01.880 option is a nuclear strike. Netanyahu has been pushing hard for one. B.B. calls Trump about it
00:43:07.120 every day, says an informed observer. Could this be what Christopher Murphy's talking about?
00:43:16.020 Could this be the dangerous escalation that caused his voice to crack at the end of that?
00:43:22.780 Why are we even talking about this in the first place? I mean, they're going to do what they're
00:43:25.680 going to do. They've not consulted us. That's a point Tucker made in that tweet. We didn't play
00:43:28.880 the whole tweet. But that's a point we made that Tucker made in that tweet. The people who are
00:43:33.260 going to be most at risk are the people not being consulted. The president of the United States has
00:43:37.920 not called me. He's not called any other civilians that I'm aware of and said, hey, should we nuke
00:43:41.440 Iran? It would be, of course, unprecedented. Only one country has ever dropped a nuclear weapon in
00:43:46.360 anger. It's been the United States twice, but it's been since 1945. You're talking 81 years ago.
00:43:52.520 This is almost unprecedented. It's almost unheard of. And nobody knows the consequence because when
00:43:56.460 we dropped a nuclear weapon in 1945 no one else had them no one else had them and so nobody could
00:44:03.780 drop one back no one could escalate uh on par there was nothing anyone could do they had to
00:44:10.760 just sit back and they didn't know how many we had we could have a thousand of them and so everybody
00:44:15.220 kind of had to throw up their hands and say yeah this is this is not ideal well guess what times
00:44:19.340 have changed this is 81 years later there are thousands and thousands of these in the hands of
00:44:24.000 different countries all over the world. Even countries that have never formally acknowledged
00:44:29.300 they have nuclear weapons also have nuclear weapons. And so what happens after this? Say
00:44:35.460 you're a senator and you come out and you say, hey, Donald Trump's thinking of doing something
00:44:39.900 insane. It's going to lead to an unbelievably dangerous escalation. And you go on TV and say
00:44:47.000 that. Well, I'll show you what happened to Senator Chris Murphy after he said it. Days later,
00:44:52.600 hospitalized with a stroke.
00:44:56.880 Hospitalized with a stroke.
00:44:58.960 I can't help but wonder
00:45:02.260 if that's not related.
00:45:03.500 I don't know.
00:45:04.120 I mean, he was at his kid's hockey game.
00:45:05.700 His left arm goes numb.
00:45:07.040 Here it is.
00:45:07.940 He started experiencing numbness in his arm
00:45:09.780 while at his son's hockey game.
00:45:11.240 He's taken to a local hospital,
00:45:12.600 discovered he experienced a stroke,
00:45:14.580 transferred to Johns Hopkins
00:45:15.620 for further monitoring,
00:45:16.660 responding well to treatment,
00:45:18.240 recently returned from a multi-stop tour
00:45:20.440 of the Middle East,
00:45:21.140 after which he warned
00:45:22.380 that President Trump would dramatically escalate his war in Iran after the midterm election.
00:45:27.560 I think Chris Murphy's like in his 50s, early 50s. Not an old man. Like this is not somebody
00:45:32.220 who's like Mitch McConnell having a stroke. Mitch McConnell was dead 10 years before he had a
00:45:36.440 stroke. He's already dead and he's still walking around in the Senate. That's not what I'm talking
00:45:41.180 about. Chris Murphy's a young guy. You saw a picture of him. He's not an old guy. Now, yeah,
00:45:45.240 young people have strokes, but how many young people have strokes right after being briefed
00:45:49.580 on devastating escalation in the war in Iran and are a sitting member of the Appropriation
00:45:56.180 Committee and the Foreign Relations Committee, and then go on TV and describe that there could be
00:46:01.660 this insane operation underway. So again, leave it to your imagination. Is this related? I can't
00:46:08.800 say for sure. The final story I want to talk about today concerns the hell out of me, and it starts
00:46:15.220 and ends in the same region,
00:46:16.480 but it takes place in Michigan.
00:46:18.220 This is a very strange story.
00:46:19.660 Very strange story.
00:46:21.880 Haley Stevens.
00:46:23.180 Haley Stevens.
00:46:23.980 I first learned about this
00:46:25.120 when somebody texted me.
00:46:26.300 A friend of mine texted me
00:46:27.300 and said,
00:46:27.560 did you see what Haley Stevens did?
00:46:29.060 I said, who the hell is Haley Stevens?
00:46:30.520 I never heard of Haley Stevens. 0.59
00:46:32.060 I had to look her up. 0.72
00:46:32.900 I had to look her up.
00:46:33.520 I had not hear the story,
00:46:34.420 but I sat there
00:46:34.940 and watched a few of the clips
00:46:35.920 and I thought,
00:46:36.460 what in the world is going on here?
00:46:39.120 She endorsed.
00:46:40.300 She's a Democrat.
00:46:41.200 She's a House member. 0.94
00:46:42.980 She voted twice
00:46:43.960 to impeach Donald Trump.
00:46:46.120 She endorsed the Democrat in the United States Senate.
00:46:50.220 She had previously run for the United States Senate in the primary.
00:46:53.480 Haley Stevens loses that race to a guy named al-Sayed.
00:46:57.060 Abdul al-Sayed is now the flag bearer for the Democrat Party in the U.S. Senate in Michigan.
00:47:04.080 He is all hopes right on his election tomorrow.
00:47:06.580 And then the girl who lost to him, who endorsed him, who said Donald Trump was a danger to society and and all these things couldn't be trusted, comes out just yesterday and endorses the Republican.
00:47:20.480 Here's a little clip of kind of what it sounded like.
00:47:23.220 Well, thank you. And greetings to the press corps.
00:47:27.460 My name's Haley Stevens. I'm a proud Democrat and I am endorsing Mike Rogers for the United States Senate.
00:47:35.980 I am one vote in this state. Michigan is a swing state. And I have a divided household, as some of you have heard, up until last night.
00:47:46.780 But even my own mother cast her vote for Mike Rogers as my own father cast his vote for Abdul.
00:47:54.420 This is a very close election. We all know that.
00:47:57.980 The guy standing to her right was the Republican, Mike Rogers. That's the guy standing to her right.
00:48:04.520 I'm going to play one more explanation.
00:48:06.020 Then we're going to go back and look at a picture from that event because there was someone else in that screen that you should know about.
00:48:11.900 There's Mike Rogers, the Republican running for Senate.
00:48:13.940 His election is tomorrow.
00:48:14.980 There's Haley Stevens, the Democrat who's endorsing the Republican after endorsing the Democrat.
00:48:19.200 OK, so make sure everybody's paying attention here.
00:48:22.440 Here's a real short clip from Anderson Cooper on CNN of Haley Stevens giving a little more explanation to Anderson Cooper.
00:48:31.040 Well, look, this is just a weight off my shoulders.
00:48:35.200 OK, Abdul has been getting angrier and angrier.
00:48:38.840 I was trying to help and I endorsed him.
00:48:41.940 That ad was very painful.
00:48:43.960 There are so many Democrats who want to vote for our Democratic nominee.
00:48:48.900 And they're just being told, hey, this is a party you don't belong in or this is a campaign you don't belong in.
00:48:56.260 And I've never cast a present vote in the Congress.
00:49:01.040 I'm making a decision here. And, you know, that's just where I landed on this. I woke up this morning, clear eyed, fresh and, you know, focused on what was in my heart. And that's that.
00:49:15.980 She mentioned earlier in that first clip that her house is divided on this.
00:49:19.860 She wasn't just talking about her mother.
00:49:22.020 Her significant other is a committed Zionist, obviously on the opposite side of Abdul Zayed on that.
00:49:29.680 And maybe that's what she was referencing rather than just her mother.
00:49:33.340 Maybe she's referencing her significant other.
00:49:35.180 But it's not the weirdest part of this story.
00:49:37.940 I want to show you a picture here of the spokesperson for Mike Rogers, that woman in
00:49:45.780 white right there. 0.99
00:49:46.800 So you see Haley Stevens, she's on the microphones.
00:49:49.380 You got Mike Rogers over there in the blue suit with the green tie for some reason.
00:49:53.240 You have now a woman in between them in aviator sunglasses and a white t-shirt.
00:50:00.420 Her name is Abigail Ronson, Abigail Ronson.
00:50:04.980 I'm going to show you a document filed by Abigail Ronson, and then we'll look at what's she doing as the spokesperson for a U.S. Senate candidate.
00:50:16.740 There is a document right here.
00:50:18.120 You see these highlights?
00:50:19.400 Abigail Ronson there at the top.
00:50:21.360 She's registering for some company called Clocktower X.
00:50:24.480 What is this?
00:50:25.020 Havas Media Network.
00:50:26.140 That seems pretty innocuous.
00:50:27.800 Let me explain to you what this is.
00:50:30.700 This is a FARA registration.
00:50:33.080 This is a FARA registration, Foreign Agency Registration Act.
00:50:38.660 She's registered as a foreign agent through a company, Clocktower X.
00:50:43.520 We've talked about it on my show.
00:50:44.900 I know Candice has talked about it on her show.
00:50:47.400 Clocktower X is running an Israeli propaganda campaign on U.S. turf in the United States.
00:50:54.500 Millions and millions of dollars, not like one or two, like dozens, maybe hundreds of millions of dollars.
00:51:00.820 They're running it through a company called Havas Media Network.
00:51:03.080 So it looks pretty innocuous, right?
00:51:04.720 Oh, I'm just registering for some media company out of Germany named Havas.
00:51:07.720 No, Havas is registered to Israel.
00:51:10.080 This woman, this Abigail Ronson, the spokesperson for a U.S. Senate candidate for an election
00:51:18.460 that is taking place tomorrow, is a foreign agent of Israel.
00:51:23.520 She is a foreign agent of Israel.
00:51:26.280 Mike Rogers' campaign spokesperson is a registered agent for Israel documents show.
00:51:31.980 There's actually two of them.
00:51:33.080 Abigail Ronson's the one we just saw.
00:51:34.680 We'll talk about Jesse Stokes in a second.
00:51:36.720 They've been working for the government of Israel
00:51:38.120 since May and last October, respectively,
00:51:41.060 while also working on the campaign
00:51:43.580 of Mike Rogers for Senate.
00:51:46.100 Do you remember just last election cycle
00:51:49.900 and the election cycle before that
00:51:51.740 and the election cycle before that,
00:51:53.100 everybody freaking out about foreign interference
00:51:54.860 in American elections?
00:51:56.620 Russian interference, Chinese interference.
00:51:58.800 This has been going on a long time.
00:52:00.160 Go back to the Clinton administration.
00:52:01.800 Chinese interference in the elections.
00:52:05.340 I don't recall any of them.
00:52:08.960 Like, can you imagine if Abdul Al-Sayed's
00:52:13.120 spokesperson was a registered foreign agent of Iran
00:52:16.680 or a registered foreign agent of Russia?
00:52:19.260 And they're running the campaign spokespersoning.
00:52:23.880 I made that word up.
00:52:25.780 Spokespersoning.
00:52:27.760 They're running the campaign communications
00:52:30.000 for Abdul Al-Sayed and they're a registered agent of Russia or a registered agent of Iran,
00:52:35.880 you people on the right would have a panic attack, an aneurysm.
00:52:40.420 You would have a stroke like Chris Murphy did.
00:52:42.720 You people would be losing your minds.
00:52:45.180 Well, guess what?
00:52:45.700 I'm losing my mind.
00:52:47.020 I'm losing my mind.
00:52:49.840 Abigail Ronson, this is, did I play the DropSite News thing or just the headline?
00:52:54.680 Okay, pull up the DropSite News bit.
00:52:57.160 abigail ronson a spokesperson for the mike rogers campaign is a registered foreign agent
00:53:02.980 for the state of israel one of two foreign agents working on the rogers campaign according to a
00:53:09.580 review of ford agent registration records ronson ubiquitous presence on the campaign trail and
00:53:14.960 interactions with reporters has been working on the rogers campaign through a major vendor
00:53:19.220 convergence media the campaign has paid convergence media millions this election
00:53:24.860 cycle according to FEC reports. So that's Abigail Ronson. That's bad enough, just one. But guess 0.94
00:53:32.000 what? There's a second one. Take a look at the FAR registration for Jesse Stokes. It'll look
00:53:35.920 familiar. Clocktower X, there in the middle. Havas Media Network. Again, oh, that looks pretty
00:53:43.920 innocuous, Havas Media Network. Trust me, Havas Media Network is Israel in this instance. They 0.52
00:53:50.720 are Israel. That's why DropSite News was able to report that she's a foreign registrate of Israel
00:53:56.120 because everything Clocktower X does has been running through this Havas media network and
00:54:01.060 they have filed supplementary papers explaining the relationship between Israel and Havas and how
00:54:06.300 Havas is basically Israel in this relationship. So you have Jesse Stokes. Here's the DropSite
00:54:13.200 News report on Jesse Stokes. Ronson is joined by at least one other Israeli agent on the campaign.
00:54:20.140 Jesse Stokes is another Convergence Media staffer who's a registered as a foreign agent in October 2025 as part of a Havas contract.
00:54:29.400 Stokes appears to pen many of Roger's press releases and is the author on the April press release announcing a Senate run according to document metadata.
00:54:40.580 Foreign interference.
00:54:42.560 That's foreign interference. 1.00
00:54:43.920 I'm sorry it is.
00:54:45.340 You have a registered agent of a foreign country as your spokesperson.
00:54:50.140 I don't understand why Republicans are not freaking out.
00:54:56.980 I don't understand. 0.98
00:54:58.040 Do you guys understand why you're likely to get your butts kicked tomorrow in the election? 0.98
00:55:01.880 Honestly, if we're being honest, let's take a reckoning. 0.98
00:55:04.720 Let's look around the room.
00:55:06.240 What's the biggest issue that's going to cause you guys to lose tomorrow?
00:55:10.560 Iran war.
00:55:12.160 Israel. 0.86
00:55:13.160 That's it. 0.89
00:55:14.620 That's it.
00:55:15.220 You want gas prices?
00:55:16.320 Comes back to that issue.
00:55:18.280 You want to talk about grocery prices?
00:55:19.700 Comes back to that issue.
00:55:21.040 You want to talk about rising mortgage rates?
00:55:22.880 Comes back to that issue.
00:55:24.360 You want to wait until next year
00:55:25.500 when the fertilizer deficit
00:55:27.420 and the oil and diesel deficit
00:55:29.480 completely wipes out crops and everything?
00:55:32.160 Comes back to that issue. 1.00
00:55:34.300 And now we have a foreign registrant
00:55:37.360 for the state of Israel
00:55:38.640 as the spokesperson for Mike Rogers,
00:55:42.500 and they just happened to flip a Democrat
00:55:44.980 at the last second,
00:55:46.040 not even an October surprise,
00:55:47.240 a November surprise.
00:55:49.540 They happened to flip somebody at the last second.
00:55:53.180 And I just can't imagine
00:55:55.860 if a Democrat had a foreign registrant of Iran
00:55:59.080 or a foreign registrant of China
00:56:01.120 that the Republicans would be like,
00:56:03.140 yeah, that seems right.
00:56:03.880 That's about right.
00:56:04.360 That's normal.
00:56:05.120 We're fine with it.
00:56:06.120 Go ahead.
00:56:06.800 Next issue.
00:56:07.680 We're not going to talk about it.
00:56:09.200 I don't believe you.
00:56:10.420 If you take that approach,
00:56:11.400 I don't believe you.
00:56:12.280 I don't believe you.
00:56:12.920 If you're not upset by this,
00:56:14.260 you have no credibility with me on any other topic.
00:56:17.140 Period.
00:56:17.620 End of story.
00:56:18.580 Foreign governments should have no say whatsoever in American campaigns,
00:56:22.600 and people who are registered as foreign agents should have no say whatsoever in American campaigns.
00:56:27.840 I'll die on that hill.
00:56:29.340 We'll be back in just a second.
00:56:31.380 Let me take a moment to tell you about our friends at the Vulnerable People Project.
00:56:35.620 Our politicians tell us Israel is America's greatest ally.
00:56:39.400 But they're out of touch.
00:56:40.760 In recent years, Israel has not been acting like one,
00:56:43.860 while American Christians are still expected to back this alliance with our votes 0.82
00:56:47.140 and our tax dollars. 0.88
00:56:49.300 So why is Israel's government letting radical settlers
00:56:51.860 terrorize our brothers and sisters
00:56:53.660 in the birthplace of our Christian faith?
00:56:56.400 In the West Bank, settlers are attacking Christian families,
00:56:59.620 burning their property,
00:57:01.000 and trying to drive them out of the Holy Land forever.
00:57:03.700 These families have lived there for 2,000 years.
00:57:06.520 They're descended from the first followers
00:57:08.700 of Jesus Christ himself.
00:57:10.880 No alliance should force us to look the other way.
00:57:13.680 The Vulnerable People Project is standing with them,
00:57:16.240 and you can too. Through the Save West Bank Christians campaign, VPP accompanies Christian
00:57:22.700 farmers in Taipei, the last all-Christian town in the West Bank, and a prime target of settler
00:57:28.640 violence. Your gift helps deter attacks, document the violence, and make sure these families never 0.93
00:57:34.760 face intimidation alone. Go to SaveWestBankChristians.com and make a tax-deductible
00:57:41.560 donation today. Be a protective presence for families fighting to stay in their homes. Our
00:57:48.420 brothers and sisters should not have to leave the Holy Land to be safe, and American Christians
00:57:53.060 should not look away. Give today at SaveWestBankChristians.com. I also want to remind you
00:58:00.100 guys about American Financing because what if you could delay your next two mortgage payments? I
00:58:03.920 mean, imagine putting those two payments in your pocket and finally getting a little breathing room
00:58:07.860 ahead of the holidays.
00:58:09.280 It's possible when you call American Financing today.
00:58:11.960 If you're feeling stretched by everyday expenses
00:58:13.820 and talking groceries, gas, bills piling up,
00:58:16.080 you should know that you are not alone.
00:58:17.720 Most Americans are putting these expenses
00:58:19.360 on their credit cards and credit card rates are insane.
00:58:22.100 I mean, in the 20s or even 30s.
00:58:24.200 But American Financing can show you
00:58:25.440 how to use your home's equity to pay off that debt.
00:58:28.660 Their salary-based mortgage consultants
00:58:29.860 are helping homeowners just like you
00:58:31.280 restructure their loans and save money every single month.
00:58:34.220 There are no upfront fees to find out
00:58:35.820 how much you could be saving.
00:58:36.860 Their customers are saving an average of $800 a month, which is like a $10,000 raise without having to change jobs.
00:58:44.360 So call American Financing today at 800-795-1210.
00:58:48.140 Again, that's 800-795-1210 or visit AmericanFinancing.net slash Owens.
00:58:53.560 Again, that's AmericanFinancing.net slash Owens.
00:58:57.060 All right, guys.
00:58:57.760 I want to thank you.
00:58:59.080 You guys have been so welcoming.
00:59:00.920 Candice's team here is amazing, absolutely amazing.
00:59:03.540 Makes me kind of want a team of my own in the, you know, four or five,
00:59:07.160 six people running. Hey guys, I appreciate it.
00:59:09.060 I appreciate you guys having me in here today. It's been,

00:59:18.620 attack, but she's good. She's good. She's, she's, she's on the mend.
00:59:23.220 She's on the mend. So Brigitte's doing well. Brigitte doll, stay, stay,
00:59:27.680 stay friendly. I've been watching some of your comments in there.
00:59:30.160 I saw a few of the regulars

00:59:34.340 I want to tell you
00:59:34.940 I appreciate you guys

00:59:36.960 But I'll get to some of the comments

01:00:07.580 Since almost the very beginning of this, it was all off.
01:00:11.060 What surprises me most is how many people are lying about where they were
01:00:15.640 and or what they did.
01:00:17.180 P.S.
01:00:17.600 Yay, Barron.
01:00:18.860 I hope you're not talking about my body language.
01:00:20.340 You're talking about Bagley's body language?
01:00:22.260 Laura McCombs.
01:00:23.420 Laura McCombs, best birthday gift today.
